00:00:00.000 Trump is openly considering new ways to undermine the vote.
00:00:03.300 Last night, a far-right radio host pitched the president
00:00:06.140 an unconstitutional plot to seize control of state-run elections.
00:00:11.920 If you declare a national security emergency as the president of the United States,
00:00:16.340 they can't challenge it.
00:00:17.920 It can only be overturned by a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress.
00:00:23.140 So if you do this in the next month,
00:00:25.260 we will get photo id proof of citizenship and a limit to mail-in ballots and let me just say
00:00:32.260 that stranger things have happened okay i'll leave it at that that's your president quote
00:00:37.200 stranger things have happened to be willing to go along with trump's lies about the 2020 election
00:00:42.680 but let's be very clear there's zero evidence of fraud he's never been able to prove it
00:00:46.920 our election system is not compromised in any way so there is no need to declare a national
00:00:52.000 emergency. The only national emergency I see in Trump's eyes is that he's deeply unpopular with
00:00:57.240 the American people. And he knows that the Republicans are not going to do well when it
00:01:01.600 comes to the midterm elections. And so what does he need to do? He wants to interfere in these
00:01:05.940 elections to get the results. And I'm someone who, as a conservative, I believe in states' rights.
00:01:11.160 But I guess these conservatives now think that states' rights are out the window if there's an
00:01:15.560 election in a state where Donald Trump doesn't like the results. And it's really appalling to
00:01:21.400 me. And I would hope that more people who are heading to the voting, voting ballot or voting
00:01:27.040 in the election in November would take that into consideration, because this was something that I
00:01:31.480 talked about a lot in the lead up to the 2024 election was the threat to democracy that Donald
00:01:36.540 Trump was. And that didn't seem to really make much of a difference when it came to voters.
00:01:41.640 But now we're seeing that you guys voted for Trump because you thought that he would follow
00:01:46.060 through on these campaign promises, whether it were bringing down prices or it was going to be
00:01:51.360 not starting a war in the Middle East. And he's broken campaign promise after campaign promise.
00:01:55.940 So I would hope that now people are waking up to this idea of him being a threat to democracy
00:02:01.260 when he's floating things like declaring a national emergency in our elections when
00:02:05.680 there is no emergency. To talk about all this and their allies and Lindell,
00:02:10.860 because they've got nothing to show for what they've done. And I think that is what is
00:02:15.480 motivating voters to go to the polls. We do hear there is a large amount of Americans that are very
00:02:20.580 upset. They know that January 6th was a step too far. Even people that used to support the president
00:02:26.940 was more than a step too far. But these are even people that supported the president that might
00:02:30.280 have been concerned about some of the things that they were throwing out. It's like this is over.
00:02:33.800 You see that happening. But you also see so many people across this country, right, needing serious
00:02:39.640 government, needing serious governance. We have an affordability crisis. We have, you know, AI that
00:02:45.100 needs to, that we need to, you know, data centers. I mean, we have all of these things. And instead
00:02:48.920 of that, you have, you know, you have this really farcical effort by the Republican Party to distract
00:02:55.260 people into things that, as you say, are not serious at all. But what's important for people
00:02:59.840 to know is that in many of these instances, I mean, the president is not prevailing on his
00:03:05.800 voter suppression agenda in court. He's not prevailing on it in communities. You're still
00:03:10.400 seeing massive amounts of turnout. These aren't like quiet primary elections where nobody's
00:03:16.120 turning out. You're seeing really interesting patterns as well among people. And that's what
00:03:20.760 the president's afraid of. And it's why he wants to subvert the election. But I don't believe the
00:03:23.840 American people are going to let him. I don't think the courts are going to let him. And we're
00:03:27.740 really going to show him and his allies is going to show who they are. Trump demanded these red
00:03:32.320 state gerrymanders to rig the maps in his favor and his party come November. It's part of this
00:03:38.520 larger scheme, you know, by the president to January 6th, the midterm elections. In other
00:03:45.100 words, to undermine free and fair elections and to retain power for his party by any means
00:03:50.380 necessary. And the president, who is near singularly focused on his voter suppression
00:03:55.980 bill, he calls it the SAVE Act. He's not exactly being shy about his disdain for our democracy.
00:04:03.520 I just start by saying to our audience what you just heard there was simplistic stupidity. 0.98
00:04:09.120 OK, it was it was telling the president of the United States something that is just constitutionally and factually incorrect. 1.00
00:04:18.540 And the reality of it is when you engage in simplistic stupidity, particularly when you're speaking to someone who doesn't have the intellectual capacity to understand that it is simplistic stupidity. 0.99
00:04:28.960 and the best answer they can give you is, well, stranger things have happened, 1.00
00:04:33.480 you know you're on a roller coaster to election hell.
00:04:36.820 And that's the reality that's been set up for us by this administration for the past two years.
00:04:41.940 We started this conversation at the beginning of this term,
00:04:45.480 warning people that the end game was to get to a point where Donald Trump
00:04:49.860 could somehow engage in invoking the Insurrection Act,
00:04:54.260 declaring a national emergency so that these 2026 elections could be taken by him and redesigned
00:05:01.720 however he wants. July CPI hitting the wires up one tenth of a percent on the headline month over
00:05:07.980 month number exactly as expected. And the rearview mirror as of this point, still unrevised down
00:05:14.720 four tenths of a percent was a massive drop for June. If we take out food and energy up two tenths
00:05:21.260 exactly as expected. And if we take a year-over-year perspective, a headline year-over-year
00:05:27.740 up 3.4, exactly as expected. That follows 3.5. 3.4 would be the lightest since March when we're
00:05:36.380 at 3.3. And in my opinion, maybe the most important number is the CPI year-over-year
00:05:41.500 core. Expected 2.5, and it arrives at 2.5. That follows 2.6. So we had January, February,
00:05:49.900 January, June, July, all at 2.5. We haven't been below 2.5 since March of 21, when we were at 1.6.
00:05:58.900 I think you nailed it, right? The cost of living did improve in July, and yet, yes, it does remain
00:06:03.420 way too high. And yes, these price hikes continue to swallow up any sort of wage increases that
00:06:09.660 workers are seeing. So 3.4%, as you mentioned, that's the new inflation rate on an annual basis,
00:06:14.860 touch better than 3.5% the month before this was exactly as expected. The monthly rate coming in
00:06:21.040 at just 0.1%, that's a pretty benign figure. Also as expected, you can see the trend for
00:06:26.520 monthly inflation the last two years. It's all the way on the right side of the screen,
00:06:29.840 those last two bars, right? In June, there was this major decline in prices, the biggest since
00:06:35.640 COVID. And now in July, just a small increase. And yet after back-to-back months of pretty subdued
00:06:42.600 monthly inflation, when you look at the inflation rate on an annual basis, it's still way too high.
00:06:48.060 That's what this chart shows you, right? 3.4 percent. Some context, John, that is above the
00:06:53.160 3 percent in early 2025 when President Trump started his second term. In fact, it's also
00:06:59.280 higher than it was at this point last summer. So there really hasn't been much progress when it
00:07:05.640 comes to inflation. And when we look at some of the drivers here for the month of July on a monthly
00:07:10.940 basis, gas prices, they did go down almost 3%. So that was a major factor here. Of course, we now
00:07:17.780 know that gas prices have gone back up because the straight-up removes, despite what the president
00:07:22.820 says, is not reopened. Now, grocery prices were only up very slightly. So that is encouraging.
00:07:28.820 However, also another impact from the war is airfare, right? 2.2%. We know jet fuel has gotten
00:07:34.680 dramatically more expensive because of the war. And we know airlines have not been shy about
00:07:38.920 passing those costs along to consumers. Now, look at motor oil. That's an interesting one.
00:07:42.980 Five and a half percent between June and July. And, you know, I had been reporting earlier this
00:07:48.020 year about concerns about the supply chain and the straightforward moves being closed and how
00:07:53.160 that could cause a shortage or not enough supplies of motor oil. So you wonder if that is part of the
00:07:58.920 factor for there. And then look at lettuce. Lettuce, a 16 percent plunge, the biggest on record, John.
00:08:04.680 that does seem to reflect the fact that people are not buying as much lettuce
00:08:08.800 because of all these concerns about contaminating.
00:08:11.360 We could still make the claim that we're not quite at the 2% level,
00:08:15.360 Fed's objective, and of course the AI and related issues,
00:08:19.460 especially on issuance, really questioning the cost
00:08:22.560 and the inflation implications of what the AI build-out may have in store for us in the future.
00:08:30.600 Wednesday, 12 August, year of our Lord, 2026.
00:08:33.620 We're actually jammed today. I want to start, go to the White House, Dr. Peter Navarro.
00:08:37.860 Dr. Navarro, you just put a piece up on John Tamney's Real Clear Markets.
00:08:42.760 Explain this to us, put it in English since it was kind of garbled.
00:08:46.840 Santelli was great, but CNN's a little garbled, sir.
00:08:49.960 What's the reality here?
00:08:52.860 I'm shocked that the left wants to garble all the good news that we have.
00:09:00.280 It's just so interesting.
00:09:02.480 But look, we have a situation where the left wants you to believe that tariffs cause inflation.
00:09:12.580 We have a situation where we obviously have a severe oil price shock, where the commentariat
00:09:21.620 both wants you to believe that it's going to cause a wage price spiral like the 70s,
00:09:27.500 and that the Fed has to raise interest rates into the teeth of that.
00:09:32.480 And both of those lines of attack on Donald John Trump's Trumpnomics are both absurd and dangerous.
00:09:43.780 They're dangerous because at the Fed, as Bernanke and Greenspan taught us, you do not raise interest rates into the teeth of an energy price shock.
00:09:54.380 I explained that in a Real Clear Markets piece.
00:09:57.400 and what we're seeing today is a continuation of a downward trend in core inflation. As the
00:10:07.660 great Rick Santelli mentioned, the core fell again. It's muted. It's about 2.5. The Fed's
00:10:17.400 been talking a two target for years, but two and a half is really good. So if you look behind the
00:10:30.160 veil, Steve, all sorts of good stuff for the American people. I know folks are hurting. We
00:10:35.580 don't want to say anything other than that, but we are working hard. So you got prescription drug
00:10:43.980 prices down by 0.8%. Used cars and trucks, 1.9% down. My favorite in the whole thing is car
00:10:54.400 insurance. Man, when Biden, get this, Steve, car insurance inflation hit 21% in 2023 at the height
00:11:06.480 of the Biden inflation, which we're still dealing with. As of this report, it was down 4.5%
00:11:15.360 from a year ago. That's real progress. So it's a short story. Check it out at Real Clear Markets,
00:11:25.340 but it's a continuation of what we've been talking about, Steve, on your show, that Trumpnomics,
00:11:33.760 deregulation, tax cuts, strategic energy dominance, fair trade and tariffs,
00:11:40.160 they all work basically to promote growth, rage increases, and stability in terms of prices.
00:11:51.560 Just real quickly, the 2% of inflation for the Fed has always been a target,
00:11:56.620 but I've always said it's almost like unachievable, except in President Trump's first term,
00:12:01.920 which was historic, right? Here, to get to 2.5%, that's pretty monumental, is it not, sir?
00:12:12.100 Look, we inherited a mess from Joe Biden, and it was a special kind of inflation, Steve. It was
00:12:20.760 what we call demand-pull inflation, too much money chasing too few goods. You had a situation where
00:12:29.220 Biden and Congress, with the help of a few Republicans, passed these massive spending
00:12:36.240 bills. We've had to fund it with money we don't have through bonds, which drove up interest rates.
00:12:42.960 And we had the worst inflation we had in decades. And if we had reelected Kamala Harris, 0.99
00:12:52.200 we'd be in the 1970s stagflation scenario now, and things would be really out of control.
00:12:59.220 Trump comes in with the same program we had in the first term, but even more muscular.
00:13:07.240 And everything we do is designed to promote growth in a non-inflationary way while driving up real wages for our MAGA base, which is the blue-collar working-class Americans who shower afterward and not before.
00:13:24.800 And so it's working. And we just, you know, the obvious, obvious danger on the horizon
00:13:33.740 is oil shocks bleeding in to the core. But so far, so good. That has not happened. But
00:13:42.060 we'll be here on the Watchtower, Steve, and doing these. Yeah, every week there's reports
00:13:50.760 to come out what i'm trying to do based on my macro skills yeah um is give everybody uh an
00:13:58.380 analysis of what actually is going on because you sure as hell can't get that for most of the
00:14:03.120 financial media yeah and you damn well can't get it from cnn uh real quickly where do people go
00:14:11.360 we got 30 seconds where do people go to get all your content one-stop shop dr navarra well go to
00:14:17.240 real clear, Marcus, today, we do want to support

00:14:41.540 at some point.
00:14:44.520 I'm trying to get a
00:14:46.800 You know, it's kind of hard to do that, but, you know, you know what I'm saying.
00:14:52.620 Dr. Navarro, we've got to bounce. Thank you so much.
00:14:55.140 We've got big doings tomorrow.
00:14:57.520 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
00:14:59.380 You don't wait until your house is on fire to install a smoke detector,
00:15:03.460 and you don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your windows
00:15:07.100 and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane.
00:15:11.160 And you don't reach for your seatbelt after the impact
00:15:14.820 because after the crash, the hurricane, or the house fire, it's too late.
00:15:19.760 Similarly, you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold.
00:15:24.260 It's too late then.
00:15:25.680 Diversify with precious metals and diversify now
00:15:28.920 because you never know what will threaten your savings next.
00:15:33.160 Persistent inflation, a weakening dollar, unexpected financial disruptions.
00:15:37.340 You don't know what's coming, but you can take preventative steps,
00:15:41.240 and you can take them today.
00:15:42.220 Do that right now by requesting a free information kit on gold from my friends at Birch Gold Group.
00:15:49.200 Just text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:54.860 There is no cost and no obligation, just straightforward information on how you can diversify your savings,
00:16:00.600 even an IRA or 401K, with gold.
00:16:04.500 I trust Birch Gold. You should trust them, too.
00:16:07.820 Text Bannon at 989-898.
00:16:10.780 Take action and do it today.
00:16:13.180 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:17.420 There's more economic news.
00:16:20.440 Cortez has got a great piece of a daily signal.
00:16:22.500 I'm going to talk about that maybe when we get Stephen towards the end of the show.
00:16:27.080 Also discuss the CPI number.
00:16:30.060 And I want to thank Dr. Navarro for taking time away from a step-down meeting to do that from the White House.
00:16:34.420 i think it needed some explanation particularly given cnn and other people uh gerald malloy the
00:16:40.720 first i believe race called last night was in vermont the at-large seat i think it's for the
00:16:46.980 whole state of gerald malloy won the republican nomination it was called almost out of the box
00:16:53.180 gerald uh this is a example of kind of grit and determination tell the war and posse your your
00:17:00.280 journey how did we get to last night when you have a blowout win sir it's a long it's a long
00:17:05.980 journey but I felt like I needed to to run again uh Steve thank you for having me on thank you to
00:17:10.840 my team you know we had a 76 percent win last night but it started way back in 21 Senator Leahy
00:17:16.800 retired I said you know what I can do better than the guy that's looking and taking his position
00:17:21.120 Peter Welch I was right uh you know I didn't beat Peter Welch and I ran against Bernie Sanders I
00:17:26.560 I can tell you I beat Bernie Sanders in three debates, but the Vermonters went with him again.
00:17:30.540 And this most recent election now for the at-large seat going against Congresswoman Becca Ballant, she's done nothing for Vermont.
00:17:37.080 She's focused on the wrong issues.
00:17:38.640 I could not stand by and watch Vermont go down the twos. 0.99
00:17:42.460 Would become unaffordable, a place to leave, largely because of her lack of performance in D.C. 1.00
00:17:47.780 and eight years in the state Senate, pushing all the taxes and policies and blocking reform for the state.
00:17:53.820 So I had to jump in.
00:17:55.180 West Point grad, decorated veteran, 40 years of government, business experience, MBA.
00:18:00.680 The last thing Vermont needs is another career politician, progressive left socialist.
00:18:06.460 And really, I see what's going on across the country.
00:18:10.520 You know, we've got socialism, you know, backing up a little bit.
00:18:14.120 Progressive left hijacked the Democrat Party.
00:18:16.440 And now that progressive left showing its true colors, they are socialists.
00:18:20.160 vermont has been driven into right into the ground by socialists for way too long vermonters are
00:18:26.120 upset i'm gonna win i'm gonna be the only house member of the gop uh in the house in all of new
00:18:31.140 england but uh i couldn't stand by and watch uh watch pecker balance do nothing for another two
00:18:36.680 years so i jumped in and i had a huge win last night very excited about this race
00:18:41.600 here's what i think confused me so walk us through this so many great folks and patriots
00:18:48.580 up in vermont working class you've got i mean you've got bernie you've got uh you've got her
00:18:54.920 in the house you've got some pretty far left socialist crazies already what is the program
00:19:00.360 you're going to pitch to working class people in vermont uh to say hey look this is how i think we
00:19:05.580 get the country back on track just give us two or three examples of what you're going to push
00:19:09.160 well so it's been 25 years since we've had moderate balanced representation in washington
00:19:15.560 in D.C. That has not produced results for Vermont. None of our congressional delegation works with
00:19:21.500 our soon-to-be record six-time, six-term Republican governor. So I bring a business experiment. One
00:19:28.980 of the things going on here in Vermont has become very business unfriendly. Businesses and therefore
00:19:33.700 people are leaving. I want to turn that around with our Republican governor, create a business
00:19:39.160 friendly environment so I know that I can attract businesses, technology, innovation businesses to
00:19:45.000 come here to vermont bring the people uh and have a thriving economy again we don't have that right
00:19:50.920 now all we're getting from our congressional delegation is bashing and uh against the
00:19:57.140 current administration it's not delivering results uh gerald where do people go we're
00:20:04.860 going to follow this race closely of course everybody's saying right now the cook everybody
00:20:08.120 you're a long shot so uh where do we go to get more information where can the war room posse
00:20:13.120 that participates, volunteers, maybe hit you with a $20 donation, whatever.
00:20:18.180 Where do folks go today?
00:20:19.180 And what's your social media?
00:20:21.000 Sure.
00:20:22.360 DeployMalloy.com is my website.
00:20:24.880 Please take a look.
00:20:25.720 You can go up to donate.
00:20:26.680 Any kind of support will help.
00:20:28.800 At Gerald Malloy, Vermont is my Facebook, one of the most populous sites in the whole
00:20:32.780 state.
00:20:33.900 Steve, I mentioned a West Point grad, decorated veteran.
00:20:37.320 Vermonters are ready for change here, and this is a race I'm going to win.
00:20:40.660 My candidate has done nothing. 0.95
00:20:42.020 She's actually offended a lot of Vermonters. She's focused on two main issues. That's not the problem here in Vermont. It's affordability that she caused. And Vermonters have had it. So any kind of support will go very far here for a win and a rejection of socialism that we really need to do that across our country right now. 0.95
00:21:02.000 uh gerald uh the academy is very proud thank you for coming on we're gonna follow this closely
00:21:09.080 look forward to having you back in the run-up to everything thank you sir thank you sir
00:21:14.020 tenacity folks malloy is anti-fragile that's what this movement is anti-fragile
00:21:23.260 get beat up a little bit got back up won big last night first guy announced
00:21:27.900 on national by national media as a win so i've been saying that you know we've been on this
00:21:34.220 we're the first guys to identify mandani as a a threat back in the spring actually the winter
00:21:42.420 in spring of 2025 when he i think he was pulling at five percent because we could see what they
00:21:47.820 were doing the working family party and dsa in the about uh canvassing getting out the vote
00:21:53.540 You know, Cuomo had 40 million bucks. You know, he had the Catholic Church endorsement, the big Jewish organizations, the cops, the firemen, the New York Times, Washington Post, kind of everybody, you know, the traditional Frank Skeffington, the last hurrah kind of punch list.
00:22:09.920 And this guy, Mandami, had an army of people going door to door in Brooklyn and Queens.
00:22:15.760 And of course, he blew out Cuomo.
00:22:17.280 them uh then you've got the situation in michigan the railhead of the how we won world war ii besides
00:22:24.440 in addition to the courage and valor of our troops we were the arsenal for democracy out of detroit
00:22:30.520 and texas so in the evening of november 3rd it is not a zero probability you could have
00:22:36.280 mandani still running new york city and spreading his marxist jihadist message throughout the
00:22:43.220 country to have a marxist jihadist in the u.s senate from michigan and to have talarico
00:22:48.920 talarico that piece of work down in the senate from texas don't think that's a zero
00:22:54.680 probability people are going to put their shoulders to the wheel to do this one of the
00:22:59.880 ways we can do it and i've been saying this i don't think we should say socialism this is marxist
00:23:05.520 jihadist andrew kerr joins us from the free beacon with a terrific investigative piece
00:23:13.320 on uh what what is it abdul al-said uh andrew walk us through this because
00:23:19.440 i don't understand why no one else is reported how did you get this how you're the first guy
00:23:24.760 out there that he's a not just believer he's absolutely committed to sharia law right and
00:23:32.060 He doesn't make any bones about it.
00:23:33.480 Of course, not just the mainstream media, but nobody's dug this up yet.
00:23:36.240 Tell us how you got to this.
00:23:37.960 What does it mean, sir?
00:23:40.140 Yeah, it's a rather remarkable quote that he gave to the New York Times when he was 24 years old in 2009.
00:23:46.400 So this is before he ran for politics.
00:23:49.060 And he says, I'll just read it out.
00:23:50.780 Ultimately, the question is, when I die and I stand before God and go through everything I did in my life,
00:23:55.080 I don't want to say I did it the easy way instead of the Sharia compliant way, not because of fear, but because of obligation. 0.60
00:24:02.060 So that's him just saying in plain English that everything he does in life until the day he dies, he's going to do it compliant with Sharia law.
00:24:12.900 Frankly, I think the only reason why this hasn't been spotted yet in this election cycle is because the New York Times spelt Sharia with a trailing H, where often you see it is spelled S-H-A-R-I-A.
00:24:24.840 So, yeah, it's a remarkable quote.
00:24:27.660 It's relevant.
00:24:28.180 um he uh el saeed is openly running as a muslim man he doesn't he doesn't hide that fact but he's
00:24:34.600 playing this delicate balancing act on the campaign trail where he likes to speak in these broad
00:24:39.300 platitudes about you know being a muslim man about how his faith you know makes him helps him be a
00:24:44.880 better person but when it comes to actually talking about the specifics uh he he dodges uh credit to
00:24:50.140 laura loomer in 2018 uh she asked el saeed about this at a campaign event he's on camera asking
00:24:56.420 him, hey, you said that you're a Sharia-compliant Muslim. And El-Sayed flatly rejected it. He said,
00:25:02.500 I never said that. He cut the interview short, and then he scolded his staff for not ending it
00:25:07.460 sooner. Sharia law is a religious law that, I mean, it prescribes death to apostates. It has
00:25:18.400 harsh restrictions on women, gruesome medieval era forms of criminal justice. 0.73
00:25:24.280 And, you know, it's a worthwhile question asking, like, hey, El-Sayed, you say everything in your 1.00
00:25:31.220 life, you're doing it the Sharia compliant way. That would presumably include, you know, how he 0.87
00:25:35.980 legislates in the Senate should he win his election. And I strongly believe he owes voters
00:25:41.160 an explanation of what that actually means. He's an extremely devout Muslim man, you know, that
00:25:46.500 shows in his actions. He's invested in Sharia compliant investment funds. He's talked about
00:25:51.720 how when he first married his wife, they didn't even live together for the first year, compliant
00:25:57.260 with Muslim tradition. There's a 2020 documentary covering his 2018 run for governor, where he's on
00:26:05.600 camera. This clip went viral on social media over the weekend, where he tells the cameraman,
00:26:10.560 like, hey, don't point the camera on my bookshelf. We want to keep this shot secular. Well, on that
00:26:16.480 bookshelf, there is, you know, several, what appears to be several copies of the Quran and
00:26:20.920 several texts, analysis on Islam. There's one book where the book argues that suicidal terrorism
00:26:31.900 is driven by foreign military occupation, not Islamic extremism. There's another book on his
00:26:36.360 bookshelf by a Egyptian sheik who uh testified as a defense witness uh for 13 Islamic terrorists
00:26:44.440 who had gunned down an Egyptian professor in the early 90s and during that trial he says that he
00:26:49.900 says quote the refusal of implementation of sharia is apostasy um and he said that this
00:26:56.080 slain professor was without a doubt an infidel and that most Islamic scholars would agree that
00:27:00.980 such apostate should be killed but for him he believes that this guy should just receive the 0.99
00:27:05.440 life sentence in prison. You know, this is the guy that's writing the text, you know, texts that are 0.99
00:27:10.520 on El Saeed's bookshelf that he doesn't want one film. This is the type of people, this is the type
00:27:15.540 of person that's guiding his, his religious thinking. And so it's absolutely a relevant
00:27:20.060 question to say like, hey, like, what does Sharia law mean to you? How is that going to guide your
00:27:23.620 governance? And he just doesn't want to talk about it. Andrew, hang on one second. I'm gonna hold

00:29:58.940 John Solomon is going to join us in a moment with an update on the task force, the White House task force.
00:30:05.320 We'll get to that momentarily.
00:30:06.220 Andrew, just before you bounce, and if Mo and Jojo, Elizabeth and Grace can push this out to the Warren Posse,
00:30:12.560 I want everybody to be a force multiplier.
00:30:14.660 Read this piece today from the Free Beacon.
00:30:16.680 andrew kerr and then share it andrew i don't want to bury the lead when the camera crew was there
00:30:22.300 the 28 race and they had the bookshelf he said no no i want to stay secular on this
00:30:26.180 to fairly judge abdul you have to look at the totality particularly sharia compliant and people
00:30:35.400 have to weigh and measure that and there's going to be a lot more reporting posobics
00:30:38.660 already found his podcast the audio for his podcast for five years there's going to be a
00:30:42.680 lot more of this there hasn't been enough yet is that is that fair to do because he's he's the
00:30:48.260 media is treating him as just some secular guy but that's not you know the the good doctor although
00:30:54.180 he's maybe not a doctor the good public health guy who's there to help people you have to judge
00:30:59.340 this in its totality of who this guy is and a massive part of that is sharia law and sharia
00:31:06.120 compliance sir yeah and that's part of that delicate balancing act i was i was referring to
00:31:12.100 So El Saeed, in response to this story, his campaign, you know, told us that, hey, he respects separation of church and state.
00:31:19.740 He's, you know, he's faithful on a personal level, but, you know, that's but, you know, separation of church and state.
00:31:26.640 But he's on tape sharply criticizing efforts in Oklahoma, for example, to ban Sharia law.
00:31:33.300 My colleague, Alana Goodman, back in January did a great piece that's making the rounds again, where he's speaking before care and comparing conservative legal efforts to ban the implementation of Sharia law.
00:31:47.060 He's saying that's akin to the Trail of Tears. 0.82
00:31:49.700 If you truly believe in the separation of church and state, then you should support efforts to prevent religious law like Sharia law from becoming the law of the land.
00:31:58.720 And El-Sayed is on camera, on the record, saying that's a really bad thing. 0.97
00:32:03.300 So absolutely, it's totally fair to judge – to take into consideration his stated obligation to follow Sharia law in every aspect of his life.
00:32:13.000 That would presumably include how he governs in the Senate.
00:32:16.240 It's totally relevant, and if he truly believes in separation of church and state, why is he so adamantly against efforts to ban the implementation of Sharia law across the country?
00:32:27.120 It's a clear contradiction.
00:32:28.420 And as we've worked with the people in Texas and put up the proposition to prohibit Sharia law in Texas, we know that CARE has been designated by the governor of Texas, Abbott, as a terrorist organization, and by Governor DeSantis in Florida.
00:32:45.560 So maybe he ought to think through about who he's actually working with to implement Sharia law in states like Oklahoma.
00:32:53.020 Andrew, how do people get to the Free Beacon?
00:32:54.680 You guys are putting up a lot of great stories on all this investigation.
00:32:57.600 where do they get you individually and what's your social media coordinates sir
00:33:01.600 thank you uh yeah we're at freebeacon.com and i'm on x at andrew kerr nc
00:33:07.940 andrew great piece i look forward to having you back here sir keep keep hitting
00:33:14.400 fantastic uh post is also going to be doing a whole analysis of the audio of the podcast so
00:33:22.860 that i think it started last night but the two o'clock show i'm sure so because we spend a lot
00:33:27.700 of time on that uh speaking about the two o'clock show we get the six o'clock show co-host right
00:33:33.080 here john solomon john can we get updates you're putting some stuff up on justin news
00:33:36.860 all day long it's kind of your second gig now you're over the white house and the task force
00:33:41.820 can you get us up to speed on latest drops from the task force sir it just happened this morning
00:33:48.000 Up at WhiteHouse.gov, we put the first documents out on an operation, counterintelligence operation called Round River.
00:33:55.320 This is the mirror reverse image of Crossfire Hurricanes.
00:33:59.540 A Crossfire Hurricane, they pursued Donald Trump on Democratic fake evidence that he was conspiring with Russia.
00:34:07.560 As soon as that comes to an end, I break the original stories about Hunter Biden in Ukraine.
00:34:12.180 and the FBI and the Intelligence Committee goes into a reverse operation, which is they're going
00:34:18.680 to now neutralize real evidence from their own informants suggesting that Joe Biden and Hunter
00:34:25.920 Biden have a corruption problem in Ukraine. They go into action and they do that. And what they
00:34:30.220 begin doing is they go into the, there were 14 informants. One of the big headlines of this
00:34:35.560 package that we made public this morning is there were 14 informants and the Intelligence
00:34:41.340 community and inside the FBI that were providing derogatory information on Joe Biden during the
00:34:46.760 2020 election. Some of them had been providing it consistently since 2015. Many of these informants
00:34:53.400 had long trusted relationships with the U.S. government, one going all the way back to 2008.
00:34:58.940 So they're good long-serving informants. They're long reporting Biden corruption allegations. And
00:35:05.480 as the 2020 election is nearing and the Ukraine impeachment takes on President Trump's efforts to
00:35:10.320 look at this. My stories are getting discredited, even though they were true. The FBI launched a
00:35:15.940 counterintelligence investigation called Round River. It's actually an operation, not an
00:35:19.360 investigation. It's designed to neutralize all this information. They do three things. Perhaps
00:35:24.740 the most concerning of the three is that they go into the files, these analysts go into the files
00:35:30.940 of these informants who've been reporting this information on Joe Biden, and they mark it as
00:35:36.260 Russian disinformation, so it can't be used to bring charges or investigate Hunter Biden or Joe
00:35:41.680 Biden. They literally sanitize the files. The second thing they do is they go out and they
00:35:49.340 start to divide the characters who are out on the public scene. There are people who are
00:35:53.540 investigating Hunter Biden and those who are trying to say it's a conspiracy theory, and they
00:35:58.320 put them into two categories. They treat Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden,
00:36:03.740 John Kerry, George Soros, and the Democrats, who are named in the Ukraine files as victims of
00:36:10.600 Russian disinformation, as targets of Russian disinformation. And then they take the sitting
00:36:15.760 Attorney General, Bill Barr, the sitting Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, the sitting Chairman of
00:36:21.400 the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley, the sitting Chairman of the Senate Homeland Security
00:36:26.120 Committee, Ron Johnson, and all those people who were investigating the legitimate information on
00:36:31.780 Hunter Biden. By the way, I made the list. And they call them conduits of Russian disinformation.
00:36:37.740 We are basically propagandists. That designation drives a significant amount of activity designed
00:36:44.360 to suffocate or to snuff out any legitimacy to the Hunter Biden has a Ukraine corruption problem,
00:36:51.380 which, by the way, the government's own files made clear. By the time this is going on,
00:36:56.100 In 2020, the FBI has Hunter Biden's laptop. It has several of his partners cooperating. It has 14 confidential human sources. And yet this team goes in and tries to make it all look like it's Russian disinformation to protect Joe Biden and to hurt Donald Trump. It is an extraordinary abuse of the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of our country.
00:37:19.140 hang on so what the task force and pulte which you guys have shown in just a couple weeks
00:37:28.100 that starting in may of 2017 there was beginning of an offensive coup d'etat against trump to
00:37:35.120 removing and now you're telling me that later there was essentially a blocking effort a massive
00:37:43.080 blocking effort by our intelligence and law enforcement uh officials to protect joe biden
00:37:50.120 so that he could be viable against since they couldn't remove trump the illegal way that they
00:37:55.040 would protect joe biden with all the baggage he had to protect the same intelligence and law
00:38:00.400 enforcement did this it's this is mind boggling do i have to raise basically the schematic
00:38:06.840 that is a schematic it's the uh it's uh protect one guy and hurt the other uh and uh it's not
00:38:14.320 putting a thumb on the scale of the 2020 election it's putting an entire body on the scale of the
00:38:18.660 election it is unheard of to have a group of analysts go in and take active informant files
00:38:26.220 without evaluating whether the evidence is true that's a very important thing one of the documents
00:38:31.740 that we made public today on the White House website, and go to whitehouse.gov, go to the
00:38:37.020 election integrity tab, and you'll see it there under Round River, is a 2025 intelligence community
00:38:42.740 review of this operation. In 2025, the intelligence community looked back at this and said, we're very
00:38:47.740 troubled by this. One of the things they were most troubled by was they were neutralizing
00:38:52.120 and denigrating long-term informants who were providing valuable information without even
00:39:00.700 determining whether what they were saying was true. They marked it Russian disinformation simply
00:39:06.080 because it was about Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, and they didn't put any thought into whether the
00:39:10.980 evidence might actually be true. We know that evidence is true now, right? That's why Hunter
00:39:15.040 Biden got convicted twice in criminal cases, why the House ultimately concluded that Joe Biden ran
00:39:22.180 a corruption scheme that enriched his family. But in 2020, while we were trying to make the choice
00:39:28.020 between Joe Biden, the intelligence community, was trying to make anyone investigating it look
00:39:33.000 like a Russian disinformation artist, and anyone who is being questioned about it like a victim
00:39:38.700 of Russian disinformation, even though that wasn't what was really going on. The informants
00:39:43.340 were providing this evidence because that's what they do. The FBI had the laptop. It showed the
00:39:48.980 corruption. It is really remarkable to see the intelligence community and the FBI behave this way,
00:39:54.520 and it is a large form of election interference there's no other way to call it
00:39:59.180 just two things uh bill bar and mike pompeo i know they were designated condos or whatever
00:40:07.080 but they're in the direct chain of command of the reporting here did they actively go and freeze it
00:40:13.780 out because isn't that a crime isn't that an additional crime because pompeo ran cia and bill
00:40:19.100 barr was the attorney general they're both in the in the loop here of chain of command did they
00:40:24.180 actively keep this stuff suppressed so that they couldn't see one of the things one of the things
00:40:29.720 we're looking at there's a very important letter that we released today from fbi director cash
00:40:34.440 patel about this he acknowledges he's troubled by what these initial files show he's about to turn
00:40:40.160 over tens of thousands of pages to the task force and what he announced is that there's an ongoing
00:40:45.060 investigation of the FBI personnel who did this Operation Round River to see if they committed
00:40:50.940 any crime. That's very rare for the FBI to investigate its own people for criminality.
00:40:55.800 But what's most important about what he says, and it's really quite remarkable, is that the
00:41:01.020 FBI should not be taking efforts to thwart its own attorney general. Let's remind people about
00:41:10.380 something we've probably long forgot about because it was five, six years ago. Bill Barr asked the
00:41:15.140 Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney to act like a special prosecutor and to determine if one informant,
00:41:20.420 at the time in 2020, we knew there was one informant. It turns out there were 14,
00:41:24.340 but we knew about one. And he asked the U.S. Attorney in Pittsburgh to investigate whether
00:41:29.260 that informant had legitimate evidence of illegality by Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and the
00:41:34.360 family. That was assigned to the Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney's Office. The FBI's Counterintelligence
00:41:40.000 division the round river uh group the one that's running this operation they use the pittsburgh
00:41:45.940 office to try to commandeer or to counter what bill barr and his u.s attorney are trying to
00:41:52.700 investigate so bill barr is trying to find out if hunter biden committed crimes the round river team
00:41:58.460 is trying to make the evidence look like it's russian disinformation to prevent that to coming
00:42:02.560 to a successful conclusion it could be considered an act of obstruction this is this is a hundred
00:42:09.220 this is where they sent rudy and bob costello were told to go to to go to pittsburgh and sit
00:42:15.560 down the years of turn they spent two or three days there gave them everything and to know
00:42:19.580 internally that this is stinks to high heaven it shows you how corrupt this is last thing john i
00:42:25.520 know you get a bounce but hunter biden himself is going around and making a number of uh appearances
00:42:31.160 on podcasts and news things and he's saying that all of this is just made up it's it's from other
00:42:36.640 intelligence services it's all Russian disinformation or worse it's plants from
00:42:41.540 other intelligence service to smear he and his dad just any observations that we get about 30
00:42:46.560 seconds any observations on that from Hunter Biden's own emails he admitted to his lawyers
00:42:52.580 in the spring and summer of 2016 that he had not paid taxes he had chipped the American taxpayer
00:43:00.600 of taxes on all that money he was getting from Burisma that is not Russian disinformation that's
00:43:06.480 his own damn email to his own lawyers and by the way the irs agents made that public uh there's 0.87
00:43:11.760 nothing uh disinformation oriented about um uh the allegations against hunter biden they were 0.99
00:43:17.720 confirmed they were just being portrayed that way that is a travesty because it amounts to election
00:43:22.140 interference john where do people go to get all this it's uh explosive where they go
00:43:28.980 whitehouse.gov uh the under the election integrity is all the document releases so far just the news

00:45:07.320 Take advantage of this today.
00:45:10.220 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:45:15.180 We talked about the Sharia law situation in Michigan with the candidate.
00:45:20.200 Make sure you support 972-PATRIOT, Patriot Mobile. 0.83
00:45:24.920 One for the Patriot Mobile guys. 0.98
00:45:26.420 We had never gotten the support we needed when we put Sharia law on the ballot in Texas to prohibit it. 0.85
00:45:36.580 And, of course, the candidate in Michigan is going down to Oklahoma on tape with CARE talking about implementing Sharia law in Oklahoma.
00:45:47.000 CARE, which, by the way, is designated as a terrorist organization by Governor Abbott in Texas and by Governor DeSantis in Florida.
00:45:56.420 uh patriot mobile 972 patriot you'll get someone with the east texas accent if you feel like having
00:46:02.260 a prayer do it they love that they also will tell you about all the great uh ngos charities
00:46:08.860 not-for-profits all of it that they support i think up to three million dollars this year
00:46:13.820 jenny uh and glenn story two of the best so go check it out um and check it out today patriot
00:46:20.840 mobile uh lieutenant governor jay collins joins us uh lieutenant governor so the um tuesday is
00:46:31.920 decision day in florida last night you had some of the most uh radical people running
00:46:37.400 on the marxist jihadist uh ticket in uh throughout the country for these democrats
00:46:43.480 actually some defeated someone what's the state of your race and more importantly talk to me about
00:46:49.520 You would be taking on, it looks like, a former Republican who's like a constant MSNBC figure.
00:46:57.460 How do you plan to beat him and actually become Governor Collins in the fall?
00:47:02.960 Well, I'll tell you what.
00:47:04.620 18 August is our primary.
00:47:06.440 We are eyes on the prize, focused on this.
00:47:08.420 We are going door to door, city to city.
00:47:10.140 We're maximizing our media.
00:47:11.860 And I have a novel idea.
00:47:13.260 This is how we're winning it.
00:47:14.660 I say what I mean.
00:47:15.780 I mean what I say.
00:47:16.800 And I get things done.
00:47:18.040 I don't have to talk about hypothetically what we're going to do under my watch.
00:47:22.080 I'm the lieutenant governor of Florida.
00:47:23.580 I've learned from the greatest governor in our state's history.
00:47:26.160 And when it comes to David Jolly, look, man, he is a radical leftist.
00:47:30.220 We know who he is.
00:47:31.300 He's going to try to masquerade and hide to bring those swing votes in.
00:47:34.580 So we're going to go door to door, city to city, get on the media and expose exactly
00:47:37.900 who he is, what he stands for.
00:47:39.960 He has a radical left ideology.
00:47:41.820 We're not going to bring back DEI, no more and more of the climate nonsense.
00:47:45.760 ESG, all the things we fought are going to stay dead in the free state of Florida under my watch.
00:47:50.700 We're going to be relentless.
00:47:52.280 We have to be on the attack.
00:47:53.960 We have a 1.5 million voter advantage in terms of Republicans, but we're going to work like we're down by 10 in the fourth quarter every inch, every foot we're going to fight for over and over.
00:48:05.320 I want the people to know we have their back, but we're going to work for their trust.
00:48:08.480 what when when people go in they're early voting or when they go in on tuesday the 18th and pull
00:48:16.220 the trigger what do you think is top of mind for them and how are you answering that well look the
00:48:23.160 number one thing that we hear from everybody is about economy affordability i call it the american
00:48:29.120 dream we want them to have more of their money i think we have to start with fundamentals our
00:48:33.680 freedoms come from god they're upheld by our constitution it's not the government's money
00:48:37.600 it's the people's money and we want you to keep more of it that means extreme accountability
00:48:42.560 responsibility transparency it means leading on the issues that are common sense saying what you
00:48:49.060 mean meaning what you say but friends we have to be accountable in the first hundred days i'll tell
00:48:54.280 you what we're going to be in a hundred communities i'm a man of the people while many electives want
00:48:59.400 to put themselves above the people on a pedestal man i am happy i am healthy and i believe what
00:49:04.480 our founding fathers believed in. That's a government of the people, by the people, for the
00:49:08.380 people. I'm here to serve the state of Florida exactly how we've done it. And I'll tell you what,
00:49:13.120 I want them to focus on three things, Steve. Three simple things. Do not promote somebody who hasn't
00:49:18.260 been good at the job they're in. I passed 55 bills in three years as a state senator. I qualified as
00:49:23.800 a Green Beret not once, but twice after I lost my leg. I have served as a lieutenant governor. I
00:49:28.460 have been in every city, every town possible across this state. What do they do when times
00:49:32.660 get hard? Do they run to the people or do they run to the microphone? Do they run to Twitter?
00:49:36.780 Leadership isn't talking about it. Leadership is walking the walk on the ground where people's
00:49:40.460 lives are. And the last thing is this, man, what is our moral compass point? As a leader,
00:49:44.560 my moral compass was true to when I had to talk to families, bury their loved ones under that
00:49:49.640 flag-draged coffin. We will, under my watch, be a people, a state, and a nation worthy of the
00:49:54.620 sacrifice. We are the land of the free because of the sacrifice of the few and the service of the
00:49:59.280 brave. Lieutenant Governor, where do people go if they want to volunteer? Where do they go if they
00:50:05.940 want to find out more about you? And where do they go if you're going to be around the state
00:50:09.880 making visits they actually see you in the flesh? Where do they go for all that?
00:50:14.560 Well, we're going to make a lot of visits. We're going to be all over the state over these last
00:50:17.640 few days. Go to J-A-Y-F-O-R Florida. That's J4Florida.com. You can sign up. You can volunteer.
00:50:24.340 year. You can get updates. You can go to our social media handles at jcollinsfl, and we'll
00:50:29.800 be posting our schedule out there. Sign in, sign up, come visit us. We'd love nothing more than
00:50:34.820 to talk to people in Florida. That's what we do. I remember where I came from, and together we're
00:50:39.360 going to make sure the next eight years are the greatest eight years. Lieutenant Governor, thank
00:50:45.400 you for, Collins, thank you for joining us. Look forward to talking to you guys next week. Thank
00:50:50.000 Thank you, sir.
00:50:50.540 I look forward to it.
00:50:51.340 Thank you, brother.
00:50:52.100 God bless.
00:50:54.260 So we invited all the participants.
00:50:56.500 I think we've had five folks running for governance.
00:50:59.380 Very important.
00:51:00.000 It's the free state of Florida, Texas and Florida, two of the most important states in the MAGA universe.
00:51:07.960 And very important to follow on the great work that Governor DeSantis has done.
00:51:12.260 And so this is a dogfight.
00:51:14.600 We'll make sure we monitor it closely and give everybody access to the war room posse.
00:51:20.280 And you guys can weigh and measure and make your own decisions.
00:51:24.080 A couple of things.
00:51:25.200 This round river is so important.
00:51:27.580 I've asked Jeff Clark to join us at the top of the hour.
00:51:31.380 I want to break it down some more because it's completely outrageous.
00:51:34.280 And I want to give a hat tip to Cash for doing this investigation in the FBI, which is quite extraordinary.
00:51:40.940 We'll try to get that letter up also.
00:51:42.580 um and as cash has been saying hey i need prosecutors i need prosecutors on this
00:51:48.920 um and we got to get like the guys in south florida hey it's terrific we got grand juries
00:51:54.280 in panel and all that but hey it's time to we got to get on with it we have to get on with it so uh
00:52:00.380 jeff clark's going to join us natalie on her explosive investigation continues on naming more
00:52:05.820 names we're also going to talk to her about these military officers which is still
00:52:10.180 the most unacceptable thing ever seen with the Chinese Communist Party. 0.60
00:52:16.040 And I will discuss more as more information comes out about the Bidens.
00:52:21.360 It is impossible. Joe Biden stole and people around him stole the 2020 election.
00:52:28.900 He was illegitimate. He doesn't even have a picture on the wall of fame
00:52:33.280 next to the Rose Garden, the portico that connects the residents of the White House
00:52:39.520 in the official part of the White House with the West Wing.
00:52:43.840 And he was in back of and oversaw a highly organized effort
00:52:48.940 to, I don't know, bring in $10, $12, $20, $22 million.
00:52:54.180 I think the official number is $13 or $14.
00:52:56.760 Unofficial number, much higher.
00:52:59.580 Therefore, impossible to have a state funeral for this guy.
00:53:03.280 It has to be a private service with the family.
00:53:06.400 Short break. Back in a moment in the War Room.
00:53:08.440 October 15th, or as we say in the war room, 15 October.
00:53:13.540 As we head towards that date, that's the extension deadline for the IRS.
00:53:18.420 Here's something most Americans do not realize.

00:53:30.500 is sitting in what's called your IRS master file.
00:53:33.880 The question is, do you know what's in it before you file your return?
00:53:38.440 That's why I want you to check out our friends at Tax Network USA.
00:53:42.560 They'll pull out your official IRS master file before your return is prepared so that you can see exactly what the IRS already has on the record.
