00:00:00.000 My dad and our family, excuse me, I wish he would complain more because it's not good.
00:00:09.860 The cancer has spread, has metastasized into his bones and further.
00:00:14.720 It's very painful and it's very debilitating in many respects, but he's still out there.
00:00:21.720 He's still doing his thing that he so believes in this country.
00:00:26.460 My dad and our family, excuse me, my dad is to this day and remains the center of our family, not just because of who he is as the public person,
00:00:45.880 But completely because of who he is to each one of us, down to his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren, his great-grandchild.
00:00:58.440 He is our rock.
00:01:01.800 Whatever you think about his politics or the decisions that he made, I can tell you this.
00:01:05.700 He's the best father, the best husband, the best grandfather of anyone that I've ever read about, heard about, or even seen in a movie.
00:01:14.920 There will be multiple areas of appeal. But as that sign says right there, can we have the vote
00:01:21.080 sign? On November 8th, on November 8th, on November 8th, there's going to have judgment
00:01:30.180 on the illegitimate Biden regime and quite frankly, and quite frankly, Nancy Pelosi and
00:01:36.820 the entire committee. And we know which way that's going. Either they've already been
00:01:42.460 turfed out like liz cheney right or have quit like kinzinger and other the democrats
00:01:49.580 or they're about to be beaten like luria and others or they will lose their power and becoming
00:01:55.900 a minority and nancy pelosi and and tom's chairman chompson all of it this is a this is a this is
00:02:03.260 democracy this is democracy the american people are way in measuring what went on with the justice
00:02:11.340 Department and how they comported themselves. They're weighing and measuring that right now,
00:02:16.140 and they will vote on November 8th. I want to get to the Biden, the biggest corruption in the
00:02:20.460 history of the country, bigger than Watergate, is what they did with Biden to both steal the
00:02:25.180 election, put him in office, do a Fed's election on January 6th, and then hide the fact that he
00:02:29.620 had dementia. It's the biggest scandal in the history of the nation, and it's right in front
00:02:33.220 of us, and we have all the power to do it, and we're running around talking about Hunter Biden's
00:02:37.140 cocaine in the White House. It's not relevant. It's a misdirection play. And we're not going
00:02:42.460 to be fooled. Hey, we're in the business of not having the left do that. We're certainly
00:02:46.260 not going to have the right do that on this, ma'am. It's got to raise up to the level of
00:02:49.620 President Trump. Actually, we got a system that the special prosecutor can report to
00:02:53.740 President Trump. Let's get on with it. They stole the 2020 election and Biden was an
00:03:00.280 illegitimate regime. This is what the system here doesn't want to deal with. The Republican
00:03:05.340 Party wants to move on. You know why they want to move on? The amount of complexity and liability
00:03:11.320 and all that when you find out that he wasn't legitimately elected president of the United
00:03:15.540 States is ginormous. I understand that. We could care less. They get a speaker. They get a speaker.
00:03:20.760 They don't. They don't. They blow past the 17th. I guess the illegitimate Biden regime has got to
00:03:24.660 shut it down. You know, send a note to somebody who cares because we don't. What we're fighting
00:03:29.580 for is our country. It's an illegitimate, phony regime. Not worthy of the American people.
00:03:39.960 Not worthy of you. But the only way this gets sorted is you have to have Gates's back. You
00:03:46.820 have to have General Perry's back. You have to have Andy Clyde's back. You have to have Matt
00:03:51.320 Rosendale's back. You have to have their back. If you have their back, they're unbeatable.
00:03:57.840 Trump has come back from the plow like Cincinnati.
00:03:59.860 It's like like a mythical character, heroic character from ancient history, from from the Roman Republic to sit called back from retirement to save the Republic.
00:04:08.000 Knowing what he knows about everything, he's come back for the second time and it's not competitive.
00:04:12.500 We must be focused on the main thing.
00:04:15.100 And the main thing is the removal of the illegitimate Biden presidency.
00:04:19.920 All of the fruits of the poison tree, it all goes back to that.
00:04:24.520 Stone elections have catastrophic consequences.
00:04:26.720 Because the facts are on our side. Joe Biden never got 15 million votes, more votes than Barack Obama. Impossible. We didn't pick up net 12 House seats when we lost the presidential. Impossible. We didn't win 19 of the 20 bellwethers and lose the presidency. Impossible.
00:04:46.000 I bid farewell to Richard M. Nixon. Much of the country is watching now, and many of the people who played an important role in his life have gathered in your Belinda, California, to bid farewell to the 37th president of the United States, who, of course, died last Friday at the age of 81.
00:05:16.000 Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me.
00:05:38.840 Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
00:05:41.420 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil,
00:05:49.900 my cup runneth over. Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
00:05:57.880 and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
00:06:04.780 Wednesday, 12 August, Year of Our Lord 2026.
00:06:07.840 the point of that i hope you can connect the dots we finished with uh president nixon
00:06:15.580 and uh of course they said well they it was a state funeral just happened to meet yorba linda
00:06:21.120 they buried him and they did the service in the backyard of the little town a little house
00:06:26.340 he was raised in by his parents in yorba linda
00:06:29.920 his backyard now he says yes it was ambassador crowley it was a state official state funeral
00:06:38.080 it was you know he didn't want to come back to the swamp that he hated so much
00:06:41.580 he didn't really have a state funeral why oh because of watergate what do we say
00:06:47.520 on the morning show what this what this is and now you've got uh what is it uh uh round river
00:06:55.180 to protect Biden and the entire group of criminals in that family.
00:07:03.120 That Watergate's a third-rate burglary.
00:07:06.400 And yet, they got Nixon buried in his backyard.
00:07:10.440 And to service there, too.
00:07:12.940 Because, obviously, President Reagan went back to the library, etc.
00:07:16.440 But they wouldn't allow him to have the honors of a president for a state funeral.
00:07:25.180 Mike McCormick, and under no circumstances can Biden have, it's very clear, he was totally
00:07:30.420 incomplete. Look, we got to be consistent. We have to be consistent. He was illegitimate.
00:07:37.760 We said it at the very moment he took his hand off the Bible at high noon on the 20th of January 0.75
00:07:43.920 in the year of our Lord, 2021. He was illegitimate. It's an illegitimate regime. 0.69
00:07:50.180 We're backed up by the fact that if you look in the portico next to the Rose Garden,
00:07:56.740 they've got them all starting with George Washington and finishing with two, a Trump, 45 and 47.
00:08:03.200 And bang, in the middle of that, is it Joe Biden's smiling facades?
00:08:08.300 It is not.
00:08:09.360 It's an auto pen.
00:08:12.520 He's illegitimate. 0.85
00:08:13.640 And we now know the deep state created him and protected him and foisted him in here, stole the election, and then orchestrated an invasion of the country. 0.99
00:08:26.200 He's seditious, a traitor, all of it.
00:08:30.440 He cannot allow to have the highest honors we can give a former president, which is a state funeral in the Capitol and lying in state in the rotunda, full military honors. 0.94
00:08:42.100 a mass or a service at the National Cathedral, in his case, because he's Catholic, St. Matthews,
00:08:49.240 or whatever. It cannot happen. No 21 gun salutes, nothing. He cannot be honored. Why? Because he's
00:08:57.840 a traitor. Mike McCormick, you followed this closely. You've written books about it. You saw 0.99
00:09:03.980 the whole thing up close and personal. In fact, I want to give you a hat tip. You actually got me
00:09:08.800 thinking about this the other day and i go how did i miss this and and hunter biden's out there
00:09:13.320 and look he's torn up because they have a close father-son relationship and he's very upset about
00:09:18.840 he says his father's cancer is metastasized the prostate cancer his father's in incredible pain
00:09:23.960 and normally when you have prostate cancer so slow devolving evolving thing many times but
00:09:29.100 once it metastasized starts to go other places you know traditionally your time is short this
00:09:34.340 is why i want to get ahead of this mccormick you kind of put you know you got me thinking about
00:09:39.760 this and this is why i want to have you on here your thoughts you saw this up close and personal
00:09:43.680 there's joe biden since he was an illegitimate president and we know that now because the prime
00:09:48.680 crime address and other things that have come out every day and he was the he was the head
00:09:55.280 of the government the illegitimate regime that allowed and had a invasion that had i don't know
00:10:02.460 10 million 12 million 13 the official number is 13 people say 10 maybe 20 million illegal alien
00:10:08.200 invaders that's tearing the country apart to mass deportation and as jason kilmeyer from the daily
00:10:17.380 caller told us yesterday 170 billion dollars was put into a bill to build the logistics chain to
00:10:23.760 take care of this mike mccormick your thoughts sir thanks for having me steve um yes i'm
00:10:32.440 I did work with Joe Biden. And at the time, I didn't realize how evil he was. Evil was the word.
00:10:37.980 And I'll say this at the top. I pray for Joe Biden to fully and publicly confess his crimes
00:10:46.120 and sins. It's the only way he gets out of this with a dignity intact, because right now the
00:10:54.340 House of Cards, Biden crime family House of Cards is crumbling and it's taking down the Democratic
00:10:59.720 Party with it. President Trump has the power as the commander in chief to deny Joe Biden
00:11:06.580 a state funeral. He's in charge of the military district of Washington. He can say, we're not
00:11:12.520 having a state funeral. Think of all the world leaders that would have to come for a state
00:11:17.400 funeral and the security forces that would have to go into that. It's not happening here.
00:11:22.820 The Kennedy families, the senators, both senators, they had private funerals at their home
00:11:29.160 um cathedrals boston for teddy uh new york for um bobby and president uh kennedy as a catholic
00:11:38.080 was um like you said he was uh his funeral was held at saint matthews downtown dc 0.98
00:11:44.040 joe biden's a catholic he could come down here on amtrak he's got a lot of shits he's done a lot 0.96
00:11:50.120 of work for amtrak they could put a casket on amtrak hang on hang on hang on i think 0.98
00:11:56.140 technically, if we can get that CBS article from the other day,
00:12:00.420 technically President Kennedy, after he was assassinated, I think St. Matthew's, because
00:12:04.120 they had world leaders attend it, I do think it was a state funeral.
00:12:08.000 It wasn't held in National Cathedral. National Cathedral is traditionally where Protestants 0.79
00:12:12.400 go, right? It's a high Episcopal 1.00
00:12:15.560 church. You can have one in St. Matthew's, and I think President Kennedy
00:12:19.860 absolutely wasn't. It was appropriate because he'd just been assassinated 0.62
00:12:23.620 a couple of days before but on the mccain situation the head of the national cathedral i think this
00:12:30.900 was in 2019 was adamant that uh that a state funeral for a president the white house was
00:12:37.440 involved and the current president was involved but they had no say so when it came to essentially
00:12:43.180 um senators and that's why they gave the full honors to uh to john mccain president trump said
00:12:49.680 hey i authorized that and they came back because the trump derangement said oh trump it was not
00:12:54.700 relevant for this etc but they reinforced in the article in cbs news did that you're absolutely
00:13:00.840 correct that the president the current president the sitting president has the total say so over
00:13:07.520 not just the military honors but the whole i mean they they pitch it to either national cathedral
00:13:12.600 or saint manthews or whatever but to do a uh to do the full honors of a state funeral and here
00:13:18.580 Yes. Because you have to be consistent. If he stole the election and he was illegitimate and he doesn't have a photo up on the wall and everything was by the auto pen and it's all phony, then it's got to be phony all the way through the end.
00:13:31.320 And I'm not picking on somebody or picking on the family. This is the standards we have to set if you're illegitimate regime.
00:13:39.780 And on top of that, you then allow, right, and actually help organize, which he did, as enfeebled as he was, an invasion of the country that's tearing the country apart today.
00:13:51.700 This whole issue about mass deportations.
00:13:54.160 We have people on here all the time on the mass deportations.
00:13:58.340 Mike, hang on for one second because I want to come back to you.
00:14:01.880 We are packed today.
00:14:03.020 We're going to get it all in.
00:14:04.520 Aaron Lee is also going to join us from Colorado about the protection of children.
00:14:08.880 I've got Sophie Karsten, my favorite topic, the administrative state,
00:14:14.100 the day-to-day apparatus of the deep state.
00:14:16.780 We're going to get to all that.
00:14:18.500 Birch Gold, Philip Patrick is going to join us.
00:14:21.920 Take your phone in and text, maybe before he gets on.
00:14:25.260 Bannon, 989898, the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metals
00:14:30.500 in the age of Trump.
00:14:31.600 Philip Patrick is one of the authors of that.
00:14:35.260 You also get access to him.
00:14:36.680 One of the great things about working with Birch Gold is we make sure you get access to Philip Patrick and his team.
00:14:42.360 It's one of the reasons people love Birch Gold.
00:14:44.800 We've been putting out end of the dollar empire since gold was $1,100 an ounce.
00:14:50.500 What, almost $4,500 today? $4,400?
00:14:55.360 Daily spot price doesn't matter. It's the trend. It's your friend.
00:14:59.680 You don't wait until your house is on fire to install a smoke detector.
00:15:03.300 And you don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your windows and the power goes out to prepare for a hurricane.
00:15:11.220 And you don't reach for your seatbelt after the impact because after the crash, the hurricane or the house fire, it's too late.
00:15:19.760 Similarly, you don't wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold.
00:15:24.200 It's too late then.
00:15:25.640 Diversify with precious metals and diversify now because you never know what will threaten your savings next.
00:15:32.700 persistent inflation a weakening dollar unexpected financial disruptions you don't know what's coming
00:15:38.780 but you can take preventative steps and you can take them today do that right now by requesting
00:15:44.280 a free information kit on gold from my friends at birch gold group just text my name bannon b-a-n-n-o-n
00:15:52.000 to the number 989898 there is no cost and no obligation just straightforward information on
00:15:58.420 how you can diversify your savings, even an IRA or 401k with gold.
00:16:04.320 I trust Birch Gold.
00:16:06.080 You should trust them, too.
00:16:07.840 Text Bannon at 989898.
00:16:10.760 Take action and do it today.
00:16:12.960 War Room.
00:16:13.920 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:19.500 So, Mike McCormick, you've got a couple of books out on the topic of the Biden regime.
00:16:24.280 You've got a sub stack.
00:16:25.420 you're writing um uh brilliant analysis about this topic all the time i've done enough ranting
00:16:32.800 on this and i i look nobody's going to change me to this thing when i look at the evidence of the
00:16:38.220 illegitimate regime of everything they put the country through and now knowing about the the
00:16:42.640 the auto pen pardons um and the preemptive pardons and now that you know every day uh john uh solomon
00:16:51.640 and the task force or bill pulting was there comes out something else some other outrage
00:16:56.220 now we know round river which protected him by the deep state it's just it's simple
00:17:01.920 illegitimate regime they stole the election he's an illegitimate regime when he was in the office
00:17:07.860 illegitimately he orchestrated an invasion of the country of between 10 and 22 million
00:17:15.300 illegal aliens asylum seekers migrants whatever you call them and now the nation's being rent
00:17:20.820 asunder rent asunder to take care of that problem and folks we're at the top of the first inning on
00:17:28.880 that problem i mean jason kilmeyer from the daily car came over yesterday had a brilliant analysis
00:17:33.520 he said hey i think this starts the day after the midterm so it's going to go and it's going to tear
00:17:39.060 the country apart you can't have it you cannot honor someone like that and you can particularly
00:17:44.660 not honor something you're going to do it you do it privately you cannot honor it as the nation
00:17:49.460 honors with the state funeral. Mike McCormick, your thoughts. Steve, Joe Biden was a traitor.
00:17:55.900 He committed treason against our country. He's not a legitimate president. He's a traitor. 0.99
00:18:00.820 He's a criminal. I published books about his crimes and his treasons with COVID. They set 0.99
00:18:08.520 that up starting in 2014. He and Ron Klain and Anthony Fauci started that after the Ebola crisis
00:18:17.200 of 2014. That was a long-term program, and Joe Biden profited from it. His family profited from
00:18:25.160 it. Hunter, who's out there crying, is profiting from it to this day. They cannot be allowed to
00:18:31.940 have a funeral, a state funeral in Washington with our country that we pay for. Citizens,
00:18:40.080 our American citizens, our taxpayer dollars would pay for that. Joe Biden can go and have
00:18:45.740 a funeral on his own dime in wilmington and invite whoever wants to show up they can run it hey if
00:18:53.960 they want to run a train down to dc and put a casket on it and i pray that he's okay but he's
00:18:59.960 going downhill his family says so he can confess and make it all right he will not do that i don't
00:19:06.520 think i pray he does there's two parts to joe biden there's a human being and there's the
00:19:13.080 politician and the politician has taken over and that was allowed to take over our entire country
00:19:19.760 and ruin it he put uh anthony he put theodore mccarrick and pope francis to work for his agenda
00:19:31.120 they gave so much money to the catholic church to import illegal immigrants and cocaine and
00:19:39.220 drug smuggling with the cartels during his presidency it's a crime a pile of crimes we
00:19:46.340 can't have a funeral a state funeral with marching with flags with caissons none of that for that guy
00:19:53.180 that family has the 21 gun salute to how that the howards has gone off so you agree with me
00:19:59.040 correct there's there's no there's it's cut and dry for you since you saw it up close and personal
00:20:04.980 Yes. And I think the politics of it, because he's such a long-time Washington fixture, they'll wiggle out a side deal. But there is no state funeral. Flag's not at half-mast. The president makes that call. None of that. This is a traitor. He committed treason against us. So much suffering came out of the COVID shutdowns and the COVID pandemic. He has to be called out for that publicly.
00:20:34.980 And so does the Democratic Party as a whole. Look, there's two sides of the Democratic Party. There's a Biden faction. Who shows up for Biden in the Democratic Party if this happens? Who shows up? And then there's – Trump doesn't have a beef with Clinton. The beef is specifically against Joe Biden.
00:20:52.940 and that has to be publicly named and shamed in this process it's sad that he's it's coming to
00:21:00.700 this he can get out of it if he fully confesses publicly and honestly but we'll you know we'll
00:21:07.700 see if he's capable if he confessed even if even if he confessed even if he confessed i don't think
00:21:13.020 that absolve him from particularly the invasion into the country that we still have to deal with
00:21:18.340 Mike, where do people go? I want to get access to your books, particularly your substack, your Twitter, all of it, so people can make it a steady part of their media diet. Where do they go?
00:21:29.400 uh the sub stack is midnight in the laptop of good and evil my uh twitter is at joe unauthorized
00:21:38.600 but everything is on my website author mike mccormick.com author mike mccormick.com you
00:21:46.780 can sign up for the sub stack you can see my books the book i have about joe biden infecting
00:21:52.980 the world infecting the catholic church and setting up the wuhan plandemic is an almost
00:21:58.120 insurmountable evil and the evidence that i've gathered about uh his crimes in ukraine is a case 0.93
00:22:05.600 to impeach and imprison joe biden and if the grand jury if they ever want to put me in front
00:22:11.660 of a grand jury i will get indictments i guarantee that they just have to put me
00:22:15.820 round river round river backs up everything you said we got to bounce uh by the way i love
00:22:25.180 the name of your sub stack and also people with mccarrick this is the whole vatican chinese
00:22:32.440 communist party deal that's still secret we still don't know what the details are i mean we know

00:23:08.680 i got a cold open for this very special guest let's go ahead and play it protecting our children
00:23:13.080 what could be more important but some politicians extreme policies have failed to protect our
00:23:18.820 children violating our trust it's time for voters to act by passing three specific new laws
00:23:25.240 it's time to protect our children from child sex trafficking with a citizen initiative to ensure
00:23:32.380 perpetrators never have a second chance to brutalize another child our ballot measure sets
00:23:37.880 a penalty of life in prison without parole for anyone who buys or sells a minor child for sex
00:23:45.600 It's time to protect girls in sports from bigger and stronger males with a citizen initiative
00:23:52.840 that protects female athletes' dignity, safety, and opportunity. Our ballot measure requires
00:23:59.360 athletic leagues and teams be specifically designated male, female, or co-ed. 1.00
00:24:06.200 It's time to protect our children from irreversible sex change surgery with a citizen
00:24:11.260 initiative that protects their reproductive future and our tax dollars. Our ballot measure prohibits
00:24:17.020 irreversible sex change surgery on minor children age 17 and younger. Voter enacted common sense
00:24:23.580 protections for our children. But these three ballot measures won't happen without your help.
00:24:28.460 Please join us and do your part so our children can have a better and brighter future.
00:24:33.660 It's time. Protect our children, Colorado.
00:24:41.260 Aaron Lee joins us. By the way, I'm glad the team picked, we picked your, your, your spot,
00:24:52.700 which is great. I've also, Jenny's story sent me some where you're in total throwdown mode.
00:24:58.940 Aaron, you're a pretty special individual. I want you to, the floor is yours. I want you to tell
00:25:03.080 people about your journey because once upon a time, it would have been impossible for Aaron
00:25:09.280 even consider coming on the War Room and talking to the MAGA grassroots leadership.
00:25:14.960 Ma'am, tell us about the journey, how you got here today, and particularly how you became
00:25:19.780 the driving force and one of the key driving forces to put these ballot initiatives up
00:25:24.080 in the state of Colorado.
00:25:25.860 Thank you, Steve.
00:25:26.880 Yeah, five years ago, I was your typical left-leaning, virtue-signaling, Democrat-voting mom, and
00:25:33.560 then my little girl, 12 years old, was secretly transitioned in her government school in a 0.74
00:25:39.260 gender and sexuality club disguised as an art club by predators and taught to keep it all a 0.82
00:25:44.880 secret from us and that was really our red pill moment when that sent us down a horrific year
00:25:50.720 just hang on one second hang one second i gotta people understand this you're telling me you sent
00:25:59.120 your daughter to public school government-run school she was 12 years old you thought she
00:26:05.180 was signing up for an art class. And what happened? Yeah, it was actually a gender and sexuality
00:26:11.560 awareness club. And they invited in an outside organization called Skittles for two to 11 to
00:26:17.880 talk about gender and sex, connected her online with these predators, taught her if she's not
00:26:22.760 comfortable in her body, she's actually trans, taught her how to medicalize, how to get puberty
00:26:27.980 blockers, see a therapist without my consent, taught her concepts like polyamory, which I had 0.55
00:26:34.360 to Google after the fact, just really glitter bombed her into this cult belief that she had 1.00
00:26:39.720 been born wrong and needed to fix herself and medicalize. And it sent her down a year long 0.64
00:26:45.000 spiral that led to depression, suicidality. She left us a suicide note. It really was a year of
00:26:52.120 hell trying to save our daughter from what the school had done. And Steve, we filed the first
00:26:56.840 federal lawsuit here in Colorado. Pam Bondi took our case. We were the first to go all the way to
00:27:01.480 the Supreme Court, where unfortunately they denied it, but Alito called it troubling and tragic and
00:27:06.300 urged lower courts to address this, which they haven't yet. But we really fought back. We did
00:27:12.060 not take it rolling over. We saved our daughter, and then we spoke up to help others and have given
00:27:17.040 others a way to fight back with these ballot measures. Aaron, hang on one second. I just want
00:27:24.120 I'll hold you through the break.
00:27:28.320 You're doing the Lord's work, and it's just absolutely amazing.
00:27:31.940 I mean, it's mind-boggling right there, just what you just said.
00:27:35.780 This is an American citizen, happened to be a liberal or centrist Democrat.
00:27:41.300 Politics didn't matter.
00:27:44.040 Trusting the institution of the public schools. 0.95
00:27:47.100 And look what happened.
00:27:48.620 It's mind-boggling.
00:27:50.040 And I keep telling people, this is continuing to go on. 1.00
00:27:53.300 Don't think because Trump won and we've got some DEI stuff and some transgender.
00:27:57.020 Yes, there's been tremendous achievements.
00:28:03.340 But, man, this is still top of the first inning of this thing.
00:28:06.620 Aaron Lee from Colorado, next in the War Room.
00:28:10.880 If you're 65 or already on Medicare, listen up, folks, and grab a pen.
00:28:17.360 Maybe even a number two pencil.
00:28:20.360 Call 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:28:22.620 That's 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:28:24.860 Call it right now.
00:28:25.580 I'm serious.
00:28:26.120 Call it.
00:28:27.180 Now, here's why.
00:28:28.400 The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off.
00:28:37.460 Rising premiums, denied claims, fine print nobody but a lobbyist understands.
00:28:42.920 Millions of American seniors are paying too much and getting too little.
00:28:46.420 And worst of all, most don't even know it.
00:28:49.520 Hey, that could be you.
00:28:51.300 That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at Chapter.
00:28:58.360 They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance companies.
00:29:03.080 In under 20 minutes, they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost.
00:29:08.840 Why? They're a data company.
00:29:11.120 They have all the data on every plan.
00:29:13.460 It's totally free. There's no pressure, no BS, just straightforward, honest help from fellow patriots.
00:29:20.360 So don't wait. Call 845-WAR-ROOM right now. That's 845-WAR-ROOM. Tell them Bannon sent you.
00:29:27.160 Now listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the War and Posse,
00:29:31.620 Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in these fees.
00:29:38.600 Go check it out today. That's chapter. Call 845-WAR-ROOM. Do it today.
00:29:44.720 War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:29:50.360 Aaron, I want to go back in time. Like five years ago, you said you were a Democrat. You had never thought about this. I take it you were not a very political person, but how did that happen? All of a sudden, you see what's going on.
00:30:06.020 walk me through your awakening because it sounds like a nightmare and i want people to understand
00:30:10.920 that this is far from over people think since president trump came in that we've solved dei
00:30:15.700 we saw this transgender we've had the top organizations in the country and i keep telling
00:30:20.140 people not only is this not over it's coming back it's right there because they're so dug in on this 1.00
00:30:27.360 ideology and of course for 99 of the people it's like i don't get it i don't understand how people
00:30:32.920 could buy into this so much. But you've seen it as it came close to destroying you and your family,
00:30:39.140 ma'am. Yeah, gender ideology is alive and well, especially here in the blue states like Colorado. 1.00
00:30:45.520 I was very politically disengaged. I was kind of a sleepwalking parent. I watched mainstream media 0.79
00:30:51.320 and believed what they were feeding me. And then it was personal. We watched it destroy our child.
00:30:57.180 And it was when we went public, when we told our story, and then it went super viral. And I was
00:31:01.760 on Fox News and didn't even know who Tucker Carlson or Glenn Beck were, but I was suddenly
00:31:05.740 on their shows. And I learned how pervasive the issue is that there are thousands and thousands
00:31:11.320 of families in this country, especially here in these blue states who have been affected by this,
00:31:16.160 who have had their kids lied to, secretly transitioned, sexualized in the classroom.
00:31:21.620 It's happening in all 50 states. It's happening to so many children. And until you get punched
00:31:27.100 in the face with it like I did, it's very easy to be apathetic and willfully ignorant about what's 0.98
00:31:31.980 actually happening. But I've had the misfortune of really digging into just how serious this issue
00:31:37.520 is, how pervasive it is, how many people it has affected. And I made a decision to speak up and
00:31:44.360 be a voice for so many people who are afraid to talk about this because it's not even a left
00:31:49.400 versus right issue, Steve. It's a right versus wrong issue. We shouldn't be sexualizing kids,
00:31:54.840 keeping secrets from parents, pushing these lies that you can be born in the wrong body and need
00:32:00.120 to medicalize to fix yourself. It's evil. And it certainly woke us up as a family and energized us
00:32:07.440 to stand up for others. Talk to me about the Supreme Court pan-bonditating the case. Why did
00:32:14.560 the court take it, not accept it? And why do you say Alito's giving you a glimpse of hope that
00:32:20.380 maybe you take another shot. Why did they not, why did they not take the case up to here?
00:32:26.860 You know, I think this is such a gray area, parental rights. I like to say that our founding
00:32:31.860 fathers are rolling in their grave, thinking that they didn't more explicitly state parents have a
00:32:36.640 right to parent, to not be lied to, to not have our kids mess with behind our back. But it is an
00:32:42.680 unprecedented territory in the courts. And so it's very hard to get attorneys to touch these secret
00:32:47.940 school transition cases or cases against a municipality because of the Minnell standard.
00:32:53.740 And that was the reason our case was thrown out in the 10th circuit. We were going against
00:32:57.620 a municipality. They claimed that we didn't have, you know, we actually did have standing,
00:33:02.040 but they claimed the Minnell standard. And so across the country, there's been dozens of these
00:33:06.520 cases. None of them have had a favorable outcome. I believe there are now seven that have reached
00:33:12.000 the Supreme Court. Mine was the first to be denied cert petition, but it's just like the lower
00:33:17.200 courts are taking the off-ramp, and it's going to have to be the Supreme Court eventually taking
00:33:21.920 one of these cases and setting a precedent for what is apparent. Do we have a right to know
00:33:27.420 what's happening with our kids and control the care, custody, and upbringing of our own children? 0.96
00:33:32.860 So we were the only case to get a statement in our cert denial from the Supreme Court that Elitist,
00:33:38.240 Thomas, and Gorsuch signed on to that said, this is troubling and tragic. This shouldn't have
00:33:43.380 happened. The lower courts need to handle this, but they again took the off-ramp and have not
00:33:49.440 made the decision yet to set a precedent on this issue. Aaron, you've gone now, you're going to do
00:33:57.360 citizens, I guess, we're going to vote in November on these three different issues you've put before
00:34:04.520 the citizens of Colorado. What do you hope to accomplish? I take it was too hard to try to get
00:34:09.340 this through these very blue legislatures. So you're taking it to the people. What do you hope
00:34:14.960 to accomplish? Yeah, we tried for five years to run these three issues as laws. Every time the
00:34:20.920 Democrats unilaterally voted them down on a party line, penalties for child sex traffickers, just
00:34:26.720 designating sports, male, female, and co-ed for these to protect these girls and stopping
00:34:31.780 irreversible sex change surgeries on minor children. These are such widely agreed upon,
00:34:37.800 you know, 80-20 at worst issues, but our legislature refused to act. And we did something
00:34:43.880 totally unprecedented here in Colorado. With Protect Kids, we raised an army of over 3,300
00:34:49.760 volunteers to carry these petitions to get over half a million signatures. It's never been done
00:34:55.840 before to put this before voters and allow them to have a say on, again, these very common sense,
00:35:02.120 nonpartisan issues. We would be the first blue state to pass these, the first to do it by the
00:35:08.040 will of the people, and the only ones to do it with an all-volunteer army. This is arguably the
00:35:14.360 most consequential issue on the ballot here in November in Colorado. We think it's going to have
00:35:19.740 a tremendous down-ballot effect for our four contentious congressional seats that we need to
00:35:25.280 on a national level. So this is a really big deal that so many Coloradans from every walk of life
00:35:32.420 came together and worked together to put these on the ballot so that we, the people, can actually
00:35:37.680 protect kids when our legislature refuses to. What is jaw-dropping is that they're so basic
00:35:44.800 and so common sense and they're 80-20. It's like people have to go to this effort to do it. I mean,
00:35:49.480 it's unbelievable. Also, just before I let you go, because all kinds of consternation, people
00:35:54.160 We're putting out manifestos and all this stuff, and I keep saying we've got to focus on November.
00:35:58.820 We have to focus on – given even if you're against the war or whatever, you're not happy with some of the policies of President Trump, we have to hold the House and hopefully hold the Senate.
00:36:08.080 But you just said it right there about those four seats you're trying to hold and or win in Colorado.
00:36:14.540 How important is it – because I believe what you're doing in Colorado is one of the most important things in the nation, these citizens' initiative.
00:36:21.240 But how important overall for the macro, now that you're engaged in politics, is us to hold the house?
00:36:27.100 Because the world will change dramatically if we don't do it, ma'am.
00:36:30.580 Yeah, these four seats, Gabe Evans, CD8 in particular, Lauren Bober, Jeff Crank, Jeff Hurd, these are very important seats, not just for Colorado, but for the entire country.
00:36:40.740 You know, it's been said that they're the top three most important seats we need to hold.
00:36:44.860 And I really do believe that, you know, if we lose the house, everything will be reversed.
00:36:49.460 all of the good progress that we've made, especially on these issues of fighting to
00:36:54.220 protect kids and against gender ideology that will be backtracked. So I do believe these are
00:36:59.980 four of the most important seats in the country and that these ballot measures are now going to
00:37:04.680 drive people who otherwise wouldn't have voted for people. They will show up to vote for these
00:37:09.500 issues. And while they're there, they'll vote for the candidates who support what we're doing,
00:37:13.720 who support common sense child protection.
00:37:16.980 So we've got to hold the line on these seats.
00:37:19.640 We cannot afford to lose any of them in November.
00:37:23.720 Erin, where do people go?
00:37:25.380 I want them to immerse themselves in your fight.
00:37:28.240 Where do they go to find out more information?
00:37:30.160 And what are the coordinates for your social media, ma'am?
00:37:33.000 Yeah, protectkidscolorado.org.
00:37:35.660 We need all the help we can get, really.
00:37:37.940 If there's 4 million voters in Colorado,
00:37:39.820 If everyone tells everyone they know to vote yes on these issues, it will spread like wildfire.
00:37:45.940 We just need to inform people that they're there, that all they have to do is vote yes.
00:37:50.980 I encourage people to follow us on social media.
00:37:53.220 Just protect kids Colorado.
00:37:55.360 Make us go viral for these common sense issues. 1.00
00:37:58.640 And I go by Erin for parental rights.
00:38:00.980 So encourage people to follow me as well on all the social platforms.
00:38:04.980 I am spicy on X.
00:38:06.960 I keep people up to date with what's happening with families like mine.
00:38:11.080 Encourage everyone to support us in any way that they can.
00:38:15.700 Erin, you are a patriot and a hero.
00:38:17.580 Thank you for taking time to join us in the afternoon edition of The War.
00:38:21.680 I appreciate you and your fight.
00:38:24.000 Thanks for having me.
00:38:26.660 Folks, Mo, Grace, Jojo, Elizabeth, everybody, I want to push this out.
00:38:31.460 I want to become force multipliers on this topic.
00:38:33.620 We're going to spend much more time with her about what's going on in Colorado.
00:38:37.980 Philip Patrick, thank you.
00:38:39.640 After markets closed, I really appreciate you coming on.
00:38:42.780 We had the inflation report, but I got to mention first, because we've got about five minutes here, and I'm holding you through the break to the next segment.
00:38:49.720 CBO came out, I think, yesterday and said, oh, by the way, there's another $200 billion of spending.
00:38:57.960 And now the deficit for this year, because they had $1.4 trillion as of, I think, the first six months of the fiscal year, right?
00:39:09.420 So the second they were projecting, and I said, hey, we said at the beginning it was going to be $2 trillion, not $1.6 or $1.8.
00:39:16.200 CBO has come out and said, oh, yeah, upon further review, it's going to be $2.1.
00:39:21.620 Okay, $2.1.
00:39:25.040 It's baked in now.
00:39:26.320 and nobody and the washington post had this amazing piece the other day their editorials
00:39:31.580 say hey this is why i can't go on this is madness sir this is you're we're going to get to a point
00:39:39.800 that you can't reverse it give me your thoughts on this because now the worm was right we said
00:39:45.820 it was going to be two trillion dollars and i said it last september when this thing when this
00:39:51.800 fiscal year started. Now CBO has confirmed it's going to be 2.1. By September 30th at midnight,
00:39:58.020 it'll be at least $2.1 trillion for the deficit for this year. Philip Patrick, your thoughts?
00:40:05.060 Yeah, first of all, hat tip to the war room. This should be no surprise to any watchers of the war
00:40:10.340 room. But it is obviously a surprise to the establishment who appear to be catching up now.
00:40:15.740 But as you point out, we've got to think how insane that number is.
00:40:21.100 We are not in a technical recession.
00:40:23.440 We are not fighting World War II.
00:40:25.900 We have unemployment, which is still basically historically low, and we're still borrowing
00:40:31.240 $2.1 trillion in a single year.
00:40:34.840 This is no longer an emergency deficit.
00:40:37.780 This is a structural deficit.
00:40:39.280 As you say, this is just baked in at this point.
00:40:42.100 Washington has ultimately built a government that spends trillions of dollars more than we bring in every year, even when the economy is supposedly doing fine.
00:40:51.880 That is obviously unsustainable. And the problem is it starts to snowball.
00:40:57.020 The bigger the deficit, the bigger debt service, which increases deficits.
00:41:01.820 It limits our ability to grow the economy. And it's an absolute disaster.
00:41:05.800 You said we may be heading to the point of no return. My concern is we're already there.
00:41:11.660 What's becoming more and more apparent, we cannot curb spending.
00:41:17.080 They're talking about another continuing resolution.
00:41:19.760 So it's just the same old nonsense.
00:41:22.260 But the problem now is more than dire.
00:41:24.920 $2.1 trillion deficit is just unsustainable.
00:41:29.560 And the world, I think, is broadly starting to wake up to that reality.
00:41:34.980 Hold on.
00:41:35.820 It's a CR that still has Biden Pelosi's pandemic-level spending.
00:41:41.660 This is the point where still it's pandemic level, spending levels, hasn't been cut significantly, and they've tried all these kind of abilities to do it, but the Senate hasn't wanted to consider it.
00:41:55.360 The House doesn't want to consider it.
00:41:57.420 Not just that, do we have the CR that they're going to kick the can down the road, and we're going to get an omnibus by next year, which would still be the spending levels.
00:42:05.060 philip they're talking about to entice us on the save america act have elements of it attach it to
00:42:13.400 a reconciliation where the reconciliations got an additional couple hundred billion dollars of
00:42:18.680 additional spending for for war spending and also for all types of social programs
00:42:24.000 it's it's literally the capital the nation's capital is insane about this it it makes no
00:42:34.220 mathematical sense whatsoever in fact we have philip i'm gonna hold you the break we have a
00:42:39.260 long history of uh what is it the the great economist at harvard wrote that book this time
00:42:46.380 it's totally different he went through every nation on earth that you could go through from
00:42:52.860 time immemorial that when it's uh its debt got higher than its gp gdp that everybody said well
00:42:59.700 we're doing for a special reason this is different this is going to be fine it's going to work out
00:43:02.960 fine. It never worked out fine. On every time, it ends up with financial collapse. And this is why

00:43:17.380 are sitting there saying, hey, look, they take out the HP-12 calculator and say, look,
00:43:21.740 we see what the US is doing, and we got to do something different. And this is why you got the
00:43:26.700 BRICS nation, the pressure on the dollar. Philip Patrick is with us. Take your phone out, text

00:44:58.500 advantage of this today war room here's your host stephen k man i got a limited time with philip i
00:45:07.660 want to get to inflation philip we talk about having a national referendum one of the things
00:45:12.840 at the end of the dollar empire go to birchgold.com slash bandit end of the dollar empire put your
00:45:18.260 name on the list. You want to backorder the hard copy, which has got seven free installments. We
00:45:22.860 have eight free installments up, a ninth that's coming. You will learn so much. It's taught now
00:45:28.160 in graduate schools. And don't think it's because it's accessible. I said, hey, we should have a
00:45:34.400 national referendum. We should have a discussion, a national discussion about whether we want to be
00:45:37.900 the prime reserve currency, because there are tremendous benefits of being the prime reserve
00:45:42.920 currency there's also big obligations and you might think hey to defend the petrodollar maybe
00:45:50.020 this is why we got carrier battle groups in the north arabian sea and propping that mess up over
00:45:56.140 there and you might say this is why we're doing interventions in the japanese for the japanese 0.92
00:46:01.340 yen it ain't because there are allies against the ccp yes that's all very important and we love them
00:46:06.740 and president trump's got a great relationship and you know there are allies in east asia
00:46:11.120 but it's to protect the trade they own 1.2 trillion dollars of treasuries and we can't
00:46:17.620 have them selling it to support the yen is that is that anywhere close or are these actions you
00:46:24.460 see either militarily geo strategically geo economically capital markets do you think a lot
00:46:29.980 of this is to defend the dollar and other things that then then what traditionally guys like scott
00:46:35.160 Besant do to defend the dollar at the Treasury, sir? Without question, yeah. I mean, obviously,
00:46:41.580 Japan are our allies, but we did it in order to prevent the Japanese selling off US debt.
00:46:48.620 They were in a pinch. We knew that was what was going to happen, and it's why we did it. It's the
00:46:53.560 same reason we did currency swap lines, I think, with the UAE earlier this year. It was to prevent
00:46:59.340 them selling off US debt. By the way, I've said it many times, Scott Besson is doing an incredible
00:47:05.880 job. This is the biggest balancing act in history. Not only is he encouraging, finding ways to
00:47:12.900 encourage nations to hold on to our debt, he's also shuffling a ton of debt to the short end,
00:47:18.940 as we've discussed borrowing rates for long term debt, very high and unattractive for investors
00:47:25.240 today. He's shifting everything to the shorter term. But everything that's happening around the
00:47:30.120 world is that, right? Look at the Iranians. Why are they attacking our allies in the Middle East? 1.00
00:47:35.340 They want to put that security guarantee in question and make those countries think twice 0.89
00:47:39.860 about selling oil in US dollars. I've mentioned it many times on the show, but it was General
00:47:45.820 or Admiral Mullen in 2010 said the national debt will be our biggest national security threat.
00:47:51.960 And it is playing out in front of us today. So you are absolutely correct. And Besson, given what he has inherited, the job that he's doing, the way he's seeding it and balancing is absolutely incredible.
00:48:06.600 But I can't think of a Treasury secretary in recent history or in history that had a tougher balancing act than Besson.
00:48:14.920 this is why i want guys by the way mullen was chief naval operation i think on the he was on
00:48:21.020 the joint chiefs and he says hey the national debt is going to be by far the biggest national
00:48:26.200 security issue we have if if if people can't impact policy right particularly at this high
00:48:33.140 level high finance world capital markets guys like scott best and one of the smartest traders
00:48:38.200 in the world at the highest levels is just too much for people what do they do personally what
00:48:43.460 do they do to prepare? What do you do to get ahead of this, sir? It's a great question. I think we've
00:48:48.680 all got to be politically active. And that's why people come to the war room. And you've just done
00:48:54.520 incredibly, incredibly good things there. But we are limited. And this is a problem that as
00:48:59.580 individuals, we only have so much control over. So I think ultimately, we've got to scale it down
00:49:05.360 and think about ourselves and our families and how to protect wealth through climates like this.
00:49:10.800 Listen, central banks around the world have been buying gold in record quantities since really 22, since Biden's weaponization of the dollar against Russia.
00:49:21.100 And they buy for very specific reasons, right?
00:49:24.180 In terms of currency, the dollar is still the best currency on the planet, right?
00:49:29.080 But central banks are looking for alternatives because they want something with more stability.
00:49:34.700 Well, gold provides that, right?
00:49:36.220 in the same time period that the dollar's lost 30% of its buying power, gold's up over 100%.
00:49:42.280 They want an asset that cannot be printed into oblivion, which is exactly what's happening to
00:49:47.580 the US dollar today. We're talking today about structural deficits. Largely, we are trapped as
00:49:54.660 a nation into printing to meet deficits. Right now, we don't see a way out of that. As long as
00:50:01.720 that happens, we will continue to devalue the dollar longer term and gold prices will continue
00:50:07.580 to go up. It's not going to be linear. Nothing is. And we're seeing that play out today. But as long
00:50:13.520 as those structural deficits exist, this trend will continue. Central banks see it. And ultimately,
00:50:19.400 they have very similar strategies to us. They're not traders. They're not trying to make a quick
00:50:23.980 buck. They're trying to protect and grow reserves over the long term, just like we do for ourselves
00:50:29.400 and our families. So I think everybody today, given the problems we have, has to have a form
00:50:35.340 of insurance for the portfolio. I think Steve Forbes referred to gold as portfolio insurance,
00:50:40.900 and he's absolutely right. That doesn't mean taking every penny we have and putting it into
00:50:46.140 gold. That would be absurd. But I think having a portion of our wealth hedging, inflation,
00:50:51.960 currency devaluation longer term will put us all in a much better situation.
00:50:56.200 one of the reasons we've been such a successful uh working partnership is that you guys make
00:51:04.460 available people so i want everybody right now to listen to you about how they go find out more
00:51:09.240 information it's free no obligation but most importantly get to talk to you and your team i
00:51:13.540 just had a warm posse member reached out to me personally the other day and just said how great
00:51:20.160 an experience it was. So how do people do it, Philip? Very simple. It's birchgold.com forward

00:51:47.780 Myself and a lot of people like me, we're there to answer questions, hold hands, and
00:51:52.420 ultimately, if it makes sense to people to help facilitate as well.
