00:00:00.000 has been, OK? We now have commissioners in Tarrant County voting to cut the number of
00:00:05.320 polling places, cut almost 100 polling places. What do you believe could be the impact of this?
00:00:11.220 Because we're actually seeing protests. We're seeing voters saying, you're not doing this
00:00:15.280 in my state. I'm voting no matter what. So I think that the Texas race is really
00:00:20.260 about three things and they alliterate. So I know that I'm right. You've got the speech
00:00:25.140 writer. Yeah. So you've got money, manipulation and momentum, right? You have money and
00:00:29.200 manipulation on the Republican side, you have momentum on the Democrat side. And the question
00:00:32.940 is, are these things, can the momentum outweigh the money and the manipulation? Now, what I think
00:00:38.440 is really important in, first of all, this absolutely could have an impact on the election,
00:00:42.840 right? It's not going to change a 10-point race. It's not going to swing that. But if this was
00:00:46.880 going to be a one-point race, it gives you a little handicap. And I think Democrats need to
00:00:50.820 take that really seriously. At the same time, because this is getting attention, it also can
00:00:56.520 backfire. And we've seen this with previous voter suppression attempts. Voter suppression is bad,
00:01:01.200 but one of the best ways to get politicians to stop doing voter suppression in the future is
00:01:05.640 to show them that not only will it not work, but it's going to remind people, yeah, actually,
00:01:10.220 voting is really—democrats could win. If they couldn't win, they wouldn't be trying to manipulate
00:01:14.200 the vote. So are you mean to say, like, when Kamala Harris was running and Democrats kept
00:01:18.400 pushing this idea of, like, democracy is on the ballot, people are like, I don't know what that
00:01:22.000 means. It doesn't connect to me. But when something like this actually happens, that's when voters
00:01:26.440 say, that's what you mean. And I do care. I think this is just a human thing. We don't like it when
00:01:31.920 people take our stuff away from us. Right. We don't like it when people raise our prices. We
00:01:35.680 don't like it when it's harder to buy ground beef at the grocery store. And we don't like it when
00:01:39.280 people make it harder to vote. OK, well, Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen said that
00:01:44.140 ICE could deploy could be deployed to the polling sites to handle specific threats or arrests. Now
00:01:49.860 we've got Senator Elisa Slotkin. She's asking Mullen, along with the FBI, the DOJ and the
00:01:54.900 National Guard to commit in writing to not sending armed federal agents to the polls and to promise
00:02:00.560 not to unlawfully seize election materials of any kind. What's your take on this? Again, this is
00:02:06.780 part of a huge pattern, long pattern we've seen from the Trump administration, where from denying
00:02:12.280 the results of the 2020 election to sending people to threatening to send people to polling
00:02:18.320 sites and closed polling sites, where they're just trying to sow doubt, trying to sow doubt in the
00:02:23.400 election results in case, you know, it's a bad night for Republicans, trying to dissuade people
00:02:28.860 from turning out to vote. And again, it just goes, when it comes to any of these discussions,
00:02:34.400 it goes back to what David said, which is that Democrats need to use this
00:02:37.840 to juice our voters to turn out. I would, I would not have taken them back.
00:02:42.100 Mr. President, the recent resumption of U.S. strikes in Iran have sent oil prices back up to
00:02:51.280 $195 a barrel.
00:02:52.720 The President Trump will come down.
00:02:53.840 The Press.
00:02:54.680 How long will this renewed campaign go for?
00:02:56.720 The President Trump I don't think too long.
00:02:57.880 The Press.
00:02:58.860 And also, given what you've said about having
00:03:01.220 destroyed the Iranian military, what is there
00:03:03.460 still left to strike and why?
00:03:05.360 The President Trump Okay, we've controlled and we
00:03:07.800 are controlling the Hormuz Strait.
00:03:10.260 We are bringing lots of boats out every day with
00:03:14.540 millions of barrels of oil.
00:03:16.900 We are, for the most part, doing it without trouble.
00:03:19.940 Every once in a while, they shoot a drone,
00:03:21.580 and we knock it down.
00:03:23.180 But we have control of — very strong control.
00:03:27.480 And they were trying to rebuild their radar systems
00:03:29.860 and a missile system and a mine drop.
00:03:32.180 You know, we got rid of all the mines in the Haramot Strait.
00:03:35.420 They were trying to build a rocket that drops mines.
00:03:37.600 Who does that?
00:03:38.860 Did you ever build a rocket that drops?
00:03:40.360 I never heard of such a thing, but that's what they were doing.
00:03:42.460 They were building it. It was almost finished,
00:03:43.940 so we took it out. We saw that they were building it.
00:03:46.360 We see everything that they're doing.
00:03:47.840 They can't move — they can't go to the bathroom
00:03:49.640 without us seeing it.
00:03:51.140 So we saw that, and we took it out.
00:03:52.780 We took out some other things.
00:03:54.080 And then we hit them last night
00:03:55.880 because they took a shot at us in Jordan —
00:03:58.860 at our base in Jordan. We knocked all of them down.
00:04:01.880 There were, I guess, eight missiles that were shot.
00:04:04.280 We — they were all knocked out.
00:04:06.220 One we let go because it was so inaccurate.
00:04:08.160 It landed in the middle of the desert someplace,
00:04:10.200 so we let it go.
00:04:11.260 Sometimes we let them go if they're not aimed correctly.
00:04:14.300 It's an amazing science.
00:04:16.300 What they can do is absolutely incredible.
00:04:18.960 The Press, Mr. President, on Russia as well,
00:04:22.240 is there any hope that Russian President Vladimir Putin
00:04:25.040 would do another summit with you in the near future?
00:04:27.380 The President Oh, he'd do it if I wanted it.
00:04:28.980 But I want to do it when we're ready to do a peace deal.
00:04:32.180 I want to do it with, you know,
00:04:33.420 we want to have good relationship with Russia,
00:04:35.420 Ukraine, with everybody.
00:04:37.860 Be great for business.
00:04:39.160 Russia's got great land and very valuable land,
00:04:41.960 a lot of good things happening.
00:04:43.120 But, no, we could do one.
00:04:46.300 I bet I could do it immediately.
00:04:48.000 I want to do it when that war is ending, and I think we will.
00:04:52.020 Wednesday, 2 September, Year of Our Lord, 2026.
00:04:55.460 Obviously, the world is on fire here.
00:04:57.460 I want to talk more about the bond market and our spending since we just passed a CR for, I don't know, instead of forcing a conversation, I want to go to Todd Bensman.
00:05:08.580 Todd, people's heads are still blowing up this morning.
00:05:11.960 And this gets back.
00:05:12.640 I just want to do a reset on this morning's on your hit on the morning show because I've gotten tremendous feedback of it, and people want to know more.
00:05:20.760 And then I want to segue into your new piece.
00:05:23.500 But this gets back, Todd, to the problem of spending and not having a debate here on the CR and just kicking the can down the road until December to December 11th.
00:05:33.280 Folks, we're going to get an omnibus.
00:05:35.220 You're going to get an omnibus suppository because they've only passed two of the appropriations bills.
00:05:41.340 If we wanted to actually have the appropriations done properly, which by law I think is kind of locked in, we couldn't because the committees haven't done it.
00:05:52.140 You know why they haven't done it?
00:05:53.440 They don't want to have debates and do hard work on making cuts, and this is why we have $2 trillion deficits.
00:06:01.480 A not insignificant part of that deficit is the defense budget.
00:06:06.220 A part of the defense budget, Todd Bensman, is the $300 billion that we've spent over at Ukraine.
00:06:14.440 And you've shown that a lot of the support that we've given them, they've done advances in drone technology, right, which has been this way they fought.
00:06:22.640 And the valor and courage of the Ukrainian people I don't think can be questioned because they have fought pound for pound as bravely as the Russians have.
00:06:30.400 Their government's corrupt, Zelensky's corrupt, but the Ukrainian people are tough and smart and really kind of thought their way with the drone technology and other things to – particularly when a lot of people didn't want to sign for their military to fight the Russians to withdraw.
00:06:45.980 But this is one of the reasons that we're broke, and we keep borrowing money and printing it, and yet the problems in the country, as you have shown, are internal with these sanctuary cities, the tens of millions, right, of 22 million illegal aliens in the country.
00:07:03.960 Of course, Steve Camerato at CIS, which I love Steve, he was on this morning, says there's 14 million.
00:07:10.080 That's fine. Let's take 14 million, 22 million.
00:07:12.880 Bovino says 100 million.
00:07:14.820 We've got massive problems in the country we're not dealing with.
00:07:18.540 You in the Trump administration, you just left.
00:07:21.400 You were in the counterterrorism task force.
00:07:23.900 You know that we have a massive war that has to be fought and has to be won on our southern border
00:07:29.540 and in Latin America with the human trafficking and drug cartels, and yet we continue to spend
00:07:36.100 this money. And now they're working together. The criminal element in Ukraine, which the
00:07:41.100 Financial Times of London reported two years ago, I think it's three years ago now, were selling the
00:07:46.180 small arms that we were underwriting to the criminal gangs in Europe. Now you've nailed
00:07:51.500 them that they're giving drone technology to our enemies in Mexico, the cartels, and in Latin
00:07:59.200 or other places at the same time you're you're the guy that wrote the book on saying hey on the
00:08:04.800 southern border just don't think it's people coming in here that want a better life it's an
00:08:09.160 open pathway to for jihadists and now we're coming up on the 25th anniversary of um of 9-11
00:08:17.380 and you know we still got a massive problem with this bensman make it make sense for me sir
00:08:25.500 Right. Well, I just wanted to point out in in the Daily Signal in my column that just published this morning that with the 25th anniversary coming up, I mean, everybody's going to be weighing in and you're going to be seeing retrospectives and, you know, lessons learned.
00:08:44.520 and how do we think about this, but I guarantee you that in most of that, you will never see a
00:08:50.540 reference to Islamism or Islam or the religious underpinnings for the motivations that caused
00:08:58.520 9-11, which is extreme radical Islamic thought. It's not even that extreme. It's fairly mainstreamed
00:09:07.100 within the religion. There's certainly hundreds of millions of people that believe in Islamism.
00:09:13.420 That's the same place that Sharia law comes from.
00:09:16.840 The 9-11 hijackers were all al-Akbar-ing on their way to their deaths.
00:09:23.900 There is a religious component that we should not forget because it still exists.
00:09:31.520 You are still getting attacks, the New Orleans attack, the Chicago attack, the synagogue attack up in Michigan, just to name a few of many, many like it.
00:09:42.680 where the same motivations are behind the attacks, which is to say that we're doing this for our Lord,
00:09:52.040 for Allah, and we have an ideology that requires us to do this. We must do this. We must martyr
00:10:01.480 ourselves. Islamism is laid out as the cause of 9-11 in the 9-11 Commission report. That's the
00:10:11.040 official government report. But you watch, Steve, that in all the retrospectives, you're going to
00:10:16.760 be like, oh, this is a terrible day for people of the Muslim faith because they feel like they're
00:10:23.600 beset by white Christian haters, that they're coming after us because of 9-11 and we're under
00:10:31.760 siege. Watch for that. You'll see a lot of that, but you won't see much that was laid out in the
00:10:38.920 9-11 Commission Report, which is what I do in my column today, which is just to remind people
00:10:44.500 that the commission report, the 9-11 Commission Report is 2004, still stands as the defining,
00:10:52.640 the definitive history of what happened on 9-11. It's a good book. It stands to this day. It stood
00:11:02.080 the test of time. And it lays out that radical Islam, that's how they call it, or Islamism is
00:11:09.380 basically political Islam, which is to say that the state and the religion are inseparable. There's
00:11:15.540 no daylight. Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, full stop, full stop, full stop.
00:11:21.320 I want to go to this. You make the case, you go into the documents. I want to talk about the 9-11
00:11:26.920 being definitive but the bush government at the time the time of 9-11 and they tried to wave it
00:11:35.360 off what happened in september hey you know when you relieve the watch you relieve the watch
00:11:39.540 so it happened on their watch you've you got and it's all in the 9-11 report they talk about
00:11:44.960 political islam of course we had 20 was it 24 pages that were redacted to just i think it was
00:11:50.940 in the first year of president trump's first term we got that unredacted right or forced it to be
00:11:56.420 unredacted about Saudi Arabia, but the Bush administration went out of their way to kind
00:12:03.300 of bury this. You never heard them talk about the Islamist nature of this. In fact, Bush was
00:12:08.280 famous. He came out 48 hours or 24 hours after the assault itself. He goes to a mosque. That's
00:12:15.940 an Islamist mosque up in Northwest DC and comes out and says, oh, you know, Islam is a religion
00:12:22.240 of peace. It's religion of peace. The Bush administration went out of their way not to say
00:12:27.960 what you're saying is in the document. If your article had come out in the early days of 9-11,
00:12:35.980 they would have said, this Todd Benzman's a bad guy. This Todd Benzman is trying to stir things
00:12:40.360 up. This Todd Benzman's got it totally wrong. The Bush administration got him out of the country.
00:12:45.360 So the report says it, but we've had successive governments until, quite frankly, President
00:12:50.500 Trump's first term that looked the other way on purpose.
00:12:54.860 Am I wrong?
00:12:55.640 We got a minute in this block, Todd.
00:12:57.320 That's what I'm saying.
00:12:58.120 Your article, everybody should read it on the 25th anniversary, because you're right.
00:13:02.180 In the run-up to this, they're never going to mention this.
00:13:04.160 But hey, I don't know if we can blame them from the guys at the time.
00:13:08.120 Remember, we went to Iraq that had nothing to do with this and all these lies and misrepresentation.
00:13:13.460 First, Iraq was involved and Saddam Hussein was involved.
00:13:16.340 And he's the anti – Saddam Hussein was about as secular as he could get, right?
00:13:22.880 He just used Islam for political control.
00:13:25.900 He didn't seem like a believer at all.
00:13:27.640 Anyway, Todd, hang on.
00:13:28.680 The peace – and where is it up, Todd?
00:13:31.320 We're going to push it out because it is the best way to, I think, kick off Daily Signal.
00:13:37.640 And Rob Bluey and the guy is doing a great job.
00:13:39.120 This is why I wanted to get Todd on this evening to talk about this.
00:13:42.360 This is the best way to kind of refresh your memory and go back in time because he's 100 percent right.
00:13:47.820 You're going to start seeing, including this weekend, all these beginning retrospectives on the 25 years when we have a Marxist jihadist Ugandan, right, that should be denaturalized because he lied in his naturalization files as the mayor of New York City.
00:14:03.940 I want you to embrace that for a second.
00:14:06.000 Todd Benzman lays it all out for you from the pages of the 9-11 report.
00:14:10.940 But boy, if Todd Benson put this up in the first 48 or 72 hours after the attack, the Bush administration would say he's a bad guy.
00:14:21.240 He doesn't speak for us. Don't listen to him.
00:14:23.720 We're going to take a short break.

00:15:11.220 And you don't reach for your seatbelt after the impact

00:16:12.780 War Room.
00:16:13.760 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:16:17.860 Why is Todd Benzman the guy to look to for this?
00:16:22.680 Oh, well, I don't know.
00:16:23.860 Todd Bensman wrote the definitive book about the southern border and jihadists coming across.
00:16:29.540 Todd Bensman then wrote a book that had as much to do with President Trump's winning mandate in 2024 of any book that was published in the in the years in the wilderness.
00:16:39.380 President Trump had that magnificent book about about Biden's policies and what Biden were doing in an organized fashion to drive an invasion here by illegal alien invaders.
00:16:50.380 Todd Bensman, you've gone back this piece. I want everybody to read it.
00:16:53.860 But. And you see this happening in Texas right now, you see in Texas right now, I mean, you've got 400 mosque slash Islamic centers in the great state of Texas, 400, 300 are built in an operation, I think another 100 in the process of being built.
00:17:11.580 This is happening right now. The great state of Texas is and is let me use a term ground zero for the invasion.
00:17:20.560 Todd, 25 years after next week, you're going to have Mandami, who is a jihadist as the mayor.
00:17:27.660 It ain't Rudy standing up there. Rudy's going to be there as he always is.
00:17:31.960 But the mayor, 25 years later, is a is a Ugandan Marxist jihadist.
00:17:37.580 Jihadists, the great state of Texas is under onslaught, and we don't want to talk about the unpleasant topics about that this is a major part.
00:17:45.820 When you said extreme radical Islam, it ain't extreme, it's not radical.
00:17:49.800 This is a central tenet in belief that of the 1.4 billion or how many 1.1 billion Muslims you have throughout the world, a significant portion, I would say, I think in 80 percent plus, believe in this part of Islam, sir.
00:18:07.580 That's right. Remember that the goal of that strand of Islam is to establish a global caliphate, a global Islamic state that looks something like Saudi Arabia, under Sharia law.
00:18:25.940 It's crazy. It's a world domination kind of ideology, but hundreds of millions absolutely believe it.
00:18:33.260 And there's a percentage within that that is always quite willing to kill us, to kill their enemies.
00:18:40.420 And they are driven by a belief system that they that they think requires this kill apostates, et cetera.
00:18:50.280 The 9-11 Commission report lays out the foundational, the intellectual foundational kind of philosophy of the founding fathers, Saeed Qutb and Albano and the Muslim Brotherhood.
00:19:04.300 All of that is laid out very clearly in the seminal U.S. government report on this that nobody ever talks about anymore because it's politically, it's regarded as unsuitable for young men in America.
00:19:20.280 somehow. But it's still there, and it stands unchallenged and undisputed. And the main thing
00:19:29.640 that I'm trying to get across here is that if you don't remember that history, you're doomed to
00:19:35.140 repeat it. And that ideology is still behind the attacks that we are seeing today. Go back to New
00:19:43.220 Orleans a year or so ago with the vehicle ramming that killed all those poor people.
00:19:48.880 The National Guardsmen who were shot in D.C., the guy was yelling Al-Aqbar during it.
00:19:54.860 The attack on the Chicago Jewish community from a border crosser, a guy that crossed the border from Mauritania,
00:20:01.820 went up there and staged an attack on Jewish community, shot one of them, was screaming Al-Aqbar, you've got it all on video.
00:20:10.440 I'm just saying that expect in the retrospectives in the 25th anniversary not to hear any of that.
00:20:18.900 And if you're a teacher or a media pundit or a writer who's listening to this right now, my my recommendation, I'm urging you to don't forget what caused this.
00:20:32.280 Don't forget why this happened.
00:20:35.160 Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, Todd, hang on.
00:20:37.680 you stepped in in the second term in and work with the counterterrorism group so you know
00:20:45.000 you're you're a man of action not just a thinker and you've done such amazing work
00:20:48.840 just coming on the war room for the for the last five or six years and and particularly the in the
00:20:55.080 years in the wilderness your reporting your factual information is what awakened many people
00:21:00.680 to actually this invasion of the southern border i i want to know i want to say this because i know
00:21:06.480 a significant part of our audience does not believe the 9-11 report and they don't believe
00:21:12.460 what the government has to say about this on many issues. Okay. One of the reasons I think that
00:21:17.800 people believe that is that you're correct. When this came out, there was 20 some pages,
00:21:23.640 I think 24 pages that were redacted about Saudi involvement at the highest levels.
00:21:28.060 And it was redacted. And people are sitting there going, how can that possibly be?
00:21:32.120 Then we had the whole fake weapons of mass destruction and all this about and they tried to tie Saddam Hussein, who's a bad guy, a super bad guy, but they tried to tie him to it.
00:21:42.380 They couldn't do that. Then they had weapons of mass destruction to take him out.
00:21:46.520 The government itself has gone out of its way to discredit themselves in this area.
00:21:53.520 So the one great part of this report, which is about the political ideology that drove the perpetrators, right, gets lost in it as people are just saying, hey, the government kind of suppressed – even the hearings were a little bit suppressed.
00:22:09.200 This wasn't put as like a main thing.
00:22:11.180 And then as soon as the report came out, they had redacted pages.
00:22:14.280 They just wanted to bury it and not have everybody talk about it.
00:22:17.120 That's why people have so many questions.
00:22:19.020 When you try to hide stuff, people have – remember, was it building number – building number seven, the whole thing about building number seven, about who was actually involved in this?
00:22:27.340 Did the government know?
00:22:28.560 That's why all these questions come out because on the most solid part of the report they've got, they went out of their way, and the one thing they had the most of, to suppress it.
00:22:39.780 So what are we supposed to do, sir?
00:22:41.540 Well, first of all, you know, every major government report over the test of time, you know, the Warren Commission report, you know, there's always new information that can be added to it.
00:22:57.340 There's always classified information they were trying to hide at the time and things come out over time.
00:23:02.100 But my argument about the 9-11 Commission report is on this particular question about why they did it, what was their primary motivation.
00:23:15.340 I think that stands entirely not only undisputed, but reconfirmed over and over and over a thousand times across Europe and even across this country.
00:23:27.300 I write a lot about, I did counterterrorism for the Texas Department of Public Safety
00:23:32.600 Intelligence Counterterrorism Division for almost 10 years.
00:23:36.780 I was steeped in classified information about this.
00:23:39.700 And I've been writing about attacks, specific attacks that are charged in federal court.
00:23:45.900 And I read the documents.
00:23:47.720 It's all the same stuff.
00:23:49.300 It never changes.
00:23:50.560 It's the same stuff to the present day for 25 years now.
00:23:54.700 So whatever disputes and I mentioned in my piece.
00:24:00.120 But hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
00:24:03.300 From your time in this, your time in the Texas Department of Public Safety as an intelligence officer, then your book, even outside of a small, a small core of people that see it every day and know it and connect the dots.
00:24:17.740 Basically, the both the government in Texas and the U.S. government.
00:24:21.320 This is why they didn't have such great border security.
00:24:23.440 They just kind of want to blow it off. They don't want to be bothered with this.
00:24:26.800 It cuts to the core of some of the other things they're trying to do, which is get investment capital here, have relationships with the Gulf Emirates, particularly with the Saudis.
00:24:36.700 You know, you've been fighting this and doing a courageous fight as a patriot for basically your entire professional life.
00:24:44.720 And it's not like they're saying, hey, a warm embrace of Benzman.
00:24:49.580 Oh, he's doing amazing work, right? We've got to do this.
00:24:52.320 it's the exact opposite you're always fighting to get this information out correct
00:24:56.880 i'm doing i'm doing the best i can um you know with what i got and no no no my point is hang on
00:25:06.020 hang on you're doing human work my point is the official apparatus itself is always trying to
00:25:12.780 suppress this information right they just don't want to deal with it you guys and what you have
00:25:17.440 done has been heroic your book was heroic it opened people's eyes because nobody realized they
00:25:22.160 said, what do you mean? There's jihadists coming through the southern border. I thought they were
00:25:25.620 just Mexican working class people that wanted a better life. And you said, no, that's not the
00:25:30.660 case at all. You got primates there. They're actually having an invasion here of the southern
00:25:35.700 border. My point is, with all the heroic work of you and others, that official government
00:25:41.800 apparatuses have gone out of their way to try to suppress this information, correct?
00:25:46.360 I think that a lot of that has happened under the Biden administration.
00:25:53.780 You know, find me someplace where anybody in that administration ever talked about Islamic motivated terrorism as a threat.
00:26:02.000 No, it was always white supremacy or some other thing.
00:26:05.120 They were always trying to move the ball over here, the bouncing ball over here instead of here.
00:26:13.300 We saw that as official policy of an entire administration, and we saw that all throughout the Obama administration, too.
00:26:21.840 I really hope that the Trump administration, when the 25th comes out on all the commemorations and memorials and et cetera, that somebody talks about this because it's still a threat.
00:26:36.020 I'm coming out of the National Counterterrorism Center out of Virginia.
00:26:40.240 I was in there detailed, and I saw what I saw. It's still a major issue. It has not gone away.
00:26:50.200 What has happened is we've gotten better at counterterrorism over the last 25 years.
00:26:56.140 They still get through, obviously, New Orleans and Detroit, etc. They're still taking shots at us.
00:27:05.220 But I'm telling you that there are there is a much larger body of disrupted plots, people that got caught beforehand.
00:27:15.500 So that doesn't mean that they're not still trying to get us and that they wouldn't do another 9-11 if they possibly could.
00:27:24.740 So, you know, it's still an issue is what I'm saying.
00:27:28.880 We've just gotten a little bit better at terrorism.
00:27:31.100 I want to hold you for one second because, like the Muslim Brotherhood care, this article is so powerful because it takes us back to the facts themselves, and nobody wants to talk about the facts.
00:27:48.120 Brother Bensman is with us now at Heritage doing an incredible job.
00:27:52.680 I want to thank the entire Heritage team.
00:27:55.020 We're going to take a short commercial break.

00:29:40.220 All week we've been in Texas at the Texas Board of Education,
00:29:48.100 and you have care down there going up and down the hallways in the Texas capital,
00:29:51.480 intimidating people we're going to have clips what they've said about 9-11 what they've said
00:29:56.180 about uh radical islam will make your hair stand on end they're up on your grill at official
00:30:02.180 testimony and care is it been designated a terrorist organization by the president united
00:30:06.820 states in certain territories throughout the world certain countries throughout the world
00:30:09.840 it's been designated by united arab emirates as a terrorist organization it's been designated
00:30:14.680 by the free state of florida governor de santis as a terrorist organization and by governor abbott
00:30:20.380 Todd Benzman correct me if I'm wrong your entire adult professional life has been working on this
00:30:25.600 topic you were a reporter at the Dallas Morning News I think decades ago or years ago they sued
00:30:31.360 you to shut you up when you were trying to report why are we not able to take a terrorist organization
00:30:38.700 and not have them intimidate people that are on the Texas Board of Education and are testifying
00:30:45.380 about the dangers of radical Islam in textbooks and education for high school students in the
00:30:51.480 great state of Texas, sir. Yeah, I mean, that's the cockroach that keeps escaping, you know,
00:30:59.060 every effort to eradicate it. The CARE is a Hamas propaganda wing. It was set up as a Hamas
00:31:08.720 propaganda wing in California initially back in the late 90s. And then it moved to Texas. And
00:31:15.440 that's where it still is based. And it's spread out from there with the Holy Land Foundation,
00:31:20.420 big trial, big terrorism trial. I was a reporter for the Dallas Morning News when 9-11 happened
00:31:27.800 covering the FBI. My beat was the FBI. So I got sucked into all of that stuff, the trial,
00:31:34.700 the Holy Land Foundation trial. That's where I first cut my teeth on Islamic terrorism. I didn't
00:31:40.900 know a whole lot about it until 9-11. And then I was just sucked into the vortex, man, and I never
00:31:46.560 stopped. They eventually sued me. CARE, Holy Land Foundation, sued five reporters for the Dallas
00:31:55.580 Morning News. I was one of them to shut us up in 2000. That was, I guess, maybe one of the earliest
00:32:04.700 you know, battles of lawfare by the Islamists in this country to kind of shut reporting down and
00:32:11.880 suppress. That only went away because 9-11 happened and the Bush administration one month
00:32:19.140 later indicted them all. And they're still in prison. A bunch of them are, there's still a
00:32:23.740 couple of them that are on the lam. But the point is, is that the Holy Land Foundation trial,
00:32:29.760 which I covered ad nauseum and wrote extensively about even afterwards, did not have the bandwidth
00:32:38.820 to get everybody indicted that they knew was part of Hamas in the United States, and CARE was one
00:32:46.440 of those. However, they did publish a long list. I believe it's called Attachment A. If you look
00:32:55.000 up my name and attachment a uh google it i've written all about it uh they are in unindicted
00:33:03.300 co-conspirators and care is right up there uh and is still on that list and they challenged it all
00:33:10.000 the way to the supreme court and lost every single time the evidence was so overwhelming
00:33:15.880 that they never could defeat that so they've just continued on as though nothing's happened
00:33:21.320 And and the media continue because nothing happens and nothing has happened.
00:33:26.920 They're in people's faces. When we play the clips, I hope to have them tomorrow.
00:33:31.280 The audience, your head's going to blow up on what's said in public testimony in the statehouse in the state of Texas.
00:33:37.460 Todd, we got to bounce. We're going to spend a lot more time in this.
00:33:40.320 Where do people go to get all your writings and heritage? What's your social media handle?
00:33:45.100 you are a true patriot. So you've dedicated your life to this, both inside the government in Texas,
00:33:51.500 inside the federal government for President Trump, and also as one of the great writers
00:33:57.240 and analysts in this area. Where do people go, Todd? Thank you for that. Yeah, you can find me
00:34:03.920 on X, Todd Binsman, at Todd Binsman. I'm on Getter, same thing, and Truth Social. And ToddBinsman.com
00:34:11.420 is my website. Everything goes there. I have a page at Heritage Foundation. Great organization
00:34:17.280 took me on after the Trump administration duty. Sir, thank you so much, Todd. We're going to push
00:34:28.340 this out first. Get ready to read it. We're going to have you back on because we're going to do the
00:34:31.460 correct run up to 9-11 and make sure people really understand what happened 25 years later.
00:34:39.060 Thank you, sir. I appreciate you. Let me play a clip. I've got a cold open. Shannon Everett is with us. This is on, guess what? Illegal aliens, legal aliens, and our truckers, the great backbone of the American economy. Let's play the clip. I'll bring Shannon on.
00:34:59.520 some basis on where your statistics come from because in this news briefing i've done some
00:35:05.660 research correct me if you don't agree with the statistics but according to the u.s department
00:35:10.860 of transportation in 2025 only 17 foreign-born drivers holding immigrant or non-documented
00:35:18.340 cdls were responsible in fatal accidents less than one percent of all the fatal accidents
00:35:25.120 recorded, as opposed to 22.5% of drivers involved in crashes, fatal crashes, had no CDL at all.
00:35:32.380 The slide here has been strongly about illegals, foreign drivers, but yet it counts, according
00:35:38.660 to U.S. DOT stats I see, 1% of the issue.
00:35:43.640 So for your DOT stats, the requirement that someone speak English as a commercial truck
00:35:49.140 driver, that was not created by Trump 45 or Trump 47.
00:35:53.880 It goes back decades.
00:35:55.120 and you could be here you could have migrated to this country you could have done it legally
00:36:00.220 but if you don't speak english you're still violating our long-standing safety rules that
00:36:05.660 you have to speak english so this is not just about people who have come into the country
00:36:10.580 illegally which is a part of it it also involves fraudulent schools right so so so fraudulent
00:36:17.240 schools no it hasn't no listen but i'll turn it over to so okay
00:36:24.260 So what I've talked to you about are truck driving schools that don't have qualified instructors, that don't have vehicles to train people in, that don't have the area to train a truck driver.
00:36:42.160 And then they don't verify that the individual that's going through their school speaks English.
00:36:47.600 Now, you've assumed that these are all illegals.
00:36:51.240 Some of them are.
00:36:52.440 Some of them are not.
00:36:54.040 I want good schools.
00:36:56.520 I want the state tester that's going to test and certify that you get a driver's license.
00:37:01.700 I want them to actually follow the law.
00:37:04.900 And as Mark Wayne said, he went through the CDL test, as did I.
00:37:10.840 You've got to walk around your vehicle.
00:37:12.100 You have to name all the parts of the vehicle.
00:37:13.800 I did it a long time ago.
00:37:15.760 And then you get behind the wheel and you drive.
00:37:18.400 Well, if that person doesn't speak English, how is that state certifier certifying this individual to get a commercial driver's license?
00:37:27.100 So, no, this does have to do with those who come into the country illegally, but it also has to do with people who are in the country lawfully, but they're not being trained.
00:37:38.180 And they're not following the laws and the rules by which we've set up to keep Americans safe on the roadway.
00:37:44.520 John, let me talk about that 1%.
00:37:47.460 Are you saying 1% is okay?
00:37:49.460 Because that 1% is what caused this right here.
00:37:52.480 1% is one too many.
00:37:53.700 I said this in my remarks.
00:37:55.740 Every single illegal that maims or kills an individual is 100% preventable.
00:38:06.000 I'm trying to prevent every one of them.
00:38:08.080 I don't care if it's a fraction of 1%.
00:38:10.380 I'm coming after you.
00:38:12.620 I'm removing you from the road because it should never take place.
00:38:16.260 every death at the hands of an illegal is one too many.
00:38:21.000 So you make the percentage about 1%.
00:38:23.500 Are you willing to take that 1% if it was your daughter?
00:38:28.640 Then 1% is plenty, John.
00:38:31.100 1% is plenty.
00:38:32.900 A fraction of 1% is plenty.
00:38:35.500 0.1% of 1% is 0.1% too many.
00:38:40.540 They should never be out there because the accident should never take place.
00:38:44.500 I look at this as I'm trying to keep my six kids safe on the road when they're out there driving and my one grandchild while they're riding with their parents.
00:38:53.760 It's all preventable and they shouldn't be on a roadway.
00:38:58.280 Full stop.
00:39:01.820 Shannon Everett from America Truckers United.
00:39:04.280 Shannon, thanks for coming back.
00:39:05.440 Brother, I thought I think we had you on a couple of years ago.
00:39:08.440 Warren Posse is asking, hey, Shannon and the guys were on a couple of years ago.
00:39:12.240 I thought we sorted this out.
00:39:14.280 I thought we settled this.
00:39:16.180 What in the hell is going on, brother?
00:39:19.020 Yeah, we're still fighting a huge battle.
00:39:21.100 The trucks are still on the road.
00:39:23.540 The illegal aliens are still there today.
00:39:26.260 We're seeing pockets of enforcement.
00:39:29.020 Of course, we're grateful for the announcement that Duffy and Mark Wayne Mullen just recently made.
00:39:34.220 But they're still getting bad information.
00:39:36.120 And that's because the system that created this environment, this ecosystem of illegal alien truck drivers,
00:39:42.240 is deeply embedded in the swamp.
00:39:44.280 And so the advice that's being given to the Secretary of Transportation, to the Secretary of Homeland Security, and even our administration, it still includes some of the people who designed the actual system that allowed them in in the first place.
00:39:58.020 Let's talk about this, because this is all about driving down wages.
00:40:00.700 This is about flooding the labor market with the illegal aliens.
00:40:04.420 And look, I got a problem with people here legally.
00:40:07.060 I don't think they ought to be competing against American citizens.
00:40:09.360 So let me be on the record.
00:40:11.760 The illegal aliens, 100 percent.
00:40:13.740 But I don't know why we've allowed people here, quote unquote, legally to take jobs from American citizens.
00:40:20.440 So walk us through the system.
00:40:22.300 Walk us through the system that exists that gives the false information to Sean Duffy and to DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullins, sir.
00:40:31.700 Well, one of the statistics that they kept saying was that one percent of the crashes, it's one percent.
00:40:37.500 No one has the data.
00:40:38.820 When a commercial motor vehicle has an accident and the officers arrive on the scene to do the investigation, they don't include on the crash reports the immigration status of the driver.
00:40:49.420 In fact, state law enforcement officers are not allowed to investigate immigration status of a truck driver because that's a federal law.
00:40:58.960 And so there's never been any checks or investigations.
00:41:02.180 That's why we've been calling for statewide enforcement of of our our commercial motor vehicle enforcement officers partnering with ICE through 287G agreements so that they can be deputized and trained to enforce immigration laws.
00:41:17.200 And then we can include that information. So the number that they gave that's one percent.
00:41:21.500 Hang on. Hang on, Shannon. Shannon, hang on. Hang on. Hang on.
00:41:24.660 I know it's are you telling me just I want to make sure the artist understands this.
00:41:28.960 If a state trooper or local cop shows up and there's been some wreck when they're interviewing people about how it went on, they're not they're restricted by law.
00:41:39.080 Is it just custom? Is it law that says they can't ask the immigration status of the driver, sir?
00:41:47.040 Yeah. But yeah, the immigration is a federal law.
00:41:49.460 And so they do not investigate the immigration status of the driver in any of these accidents.
00:41:54.660 it's unbelievable i'm gonna go to break i just want one thing we've been they all talk about
00:42:01.900 illegal aliens just take a minute we got 90 seconds why do we allow why would we even allow
00:42:08.900 quote unquote on all the scam immigration programs why will we allow those people to come over and
00:42:14.420 get licensed to compete against american citizens there should be no competition for american
00:42:19.580 citizens that want to be truck drivers. Why do we even, why is it even acceptable to even think
00:42:25.700 about letting the quote unquote legal, which are all scams, aliens here compete against American
00:42:32.600 truck drivers, sir? That it's never been designed for that. So the whole process of these illegal
00:42:39.900 alien truck drivers coming into the system have been coming in through loopholes. And these
00:42:44.280 loopholes, no one has been exposing those or working against those until we stood up American
00:42:48.780 Truckers United. Our own trade associations were actively campaigning for more immigration and more
00:42:54.640 immigration into the trucking industry. And so these loopholes or these misinterpretations of
00:43:00.380 the law were expanded. The non-domicile CDL, for example, the way that all these illegal alien
00:43:06.440 truck drivers received the non-domicile CDL was through a misinterpretation of the rule that said
00:43:11.620 that they could use EAD cards or these employment authorization documents that were handed to all
00:43:16.780 of the illegal aliens as a proper work visa when they went and applied for the license when you
00:43:21.960 talk about the mexican truck drivers that are coming up that are supposedly connected to usmca
00:43:26.640 and are allowed to operate on our highways they're using mexican cds hang on hang on one second we're
00:43:34.180 getting to all this we got to get this thing sorted this is not acceptable short break

00:45:29.800 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:45:31.000 That's a direct hotline set up by Chapter, the data company that's already saved the Warren Posse well over a million dollars on figuring out their Medicare, but most importantly, get you in an optimum plan.
00:45:43.400 This is a data company that came outside the health care consultant business.
00:45:47.580 It's totally free and no obligation.
00:45:49.900 So go talk to Chapter today.
00:45:51.260 They set up, and the feedback we got is overwhelming, 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:45:55.500 Also, with all the changes to Obamacare and the subsidies going away, America's health share, go to freedomforhealth.org slash Bannon.
00:46:05.960 This is a whole different way to think about medical insurance, okay?
00:46:10.340 It's going to take some due diligence on your part, but the feedback we have from people is incredibly positive, and you talk to management.
00:46:17.180 Go to freedomforhealth.org slash Bannon.
00:46:20.280 Now, you get the first month free, but that's not the reason to make the switch.
00:46:24.380 You have to understand this, but the information there and senior management will walk you through all of it.
00:46:30.040 Feedback we've gotten from people is they absolutely love it. Go check it out today.
00:46:34.360 Shannon, we just got a couple of minutes. I just want to go back.
00:46:36.660 I just want to make sure I'm being heard here. They keep talking about illegal aliens, illegal aliens, one percent.
00:46:41.660 We know the data is all screwed up, but it's a much bigger picture.
00:46:44.600 There should be no – the trucking industry and the companies, there should be no legal, quote-unquote, with the H1Bs and all the scams that we have 90 million, quote-unquote, legal immigrants here, right, which we should have a 10-year moratorium that should get a CDL and compete against an American driver.
00:47:05.080 We should just have a policy that if you ain't an American citizen, you cannot get a commercial driver's license and compete against America.
00:47:14.060 Is that too hard to ask? Is there enough Americans to fill these jobs right now, sir?
00:47:19.920 Absolutely. You heard from Secretary Duffy during his announcement that there is no driver shortage, that there's American truck drivers that want to fill these jobs.
00:47:27.300 We've had a ton of American truck drivers that have been forced out of the industry because they can't compete with all of these illegal agents and the migrants that have come over lawfully.
00:47:37.960 And so what this is is corporate America, Wall Street, has really tried to suppress the wages of the American truck driver for profit.
00:47:46.680 They're trying to milk as much as they can off of the system, and they're using immigration as a tool to do that.
00:47:51.840 And in doing so, they have made our highways safer.
00:47:54.520 And we know this to be a fact because when you look at the crashes that we've identified that involve these truck drivers that were improperly licensed, not trained, not qualified, not vetted, they all go back to these Wall Street freight brokerages.
00:48:06.620 And so that's been the fight through all of this.
00:48:09.700 When we first when we first started pushing for Delilah's law, we called for no immigration.
00:48:14.380 Like everyone should have a lawful status here in the United States.
00:48:17.840 And the compromise, though, was, hey, we'll never get this passed if you don't put in H1B, if you don't put in H2B and put all that stuff.
00:48:24.880 We're completely fine having none of that in there.
00:48:26.900 We need to go back to the way it was.
00:48:28.500 The American trucking industry was never this dangerous when you had American truck drivers driving the trucks because they can be held accountable.
00:48:35.040 One of the biggest arguments for having American citizens driving the truck, obviously, is national security.
00:48:40.440 These drivers, they're hauling our food products.
00:48:42.380 They're hauling our military equipment.
00:48:44.120 And so you want trusted people from a trusted society hauling those goods.
00:48:48.460 But the other factor is accountability.
00:48:50.440 When these guys are in accidents, they can, just like in the case with Delilah Coleman, when the guy had the accident, instead of being held accountable, he fled back to India.
00:49:01.020 And so they form up these shell companies.
00:49:03.300 We call them chameleon trucking companies.
00:49:05.620 They form up these shells that have no balance sheets.
00:49:07.900 They have no assets.
00:49:09.080 So they can't be held civilly liable because there's nothing to pursue.
00:49:12.980 And they can't be held criminally liable because they just flee the country.
00:49:16.820 And so the reason we're having so many of these accidents, there's so much danger on the road, is the lack of accountability.
00:49:23.460 No.
00:49:24.400 Okay.
00:49:24.900 They're driving down American wages for citizens.
00:49:28.380 They're taking American jobs.
00:49:30.700 And they're killing American citizens.
00:49:32.620 This is not hard. Shannon, I want people to go because you started this organization to fight for American truck drivers, citizens of this country that are truck drivers.
00:49:42.380 Where do people go? What's your social media? We're going to have you back on to go through the program.
00:49:46.660 You guys recommend it. How sort this mess out. But it's unacceptable.
00:49:50.440 Not simply illegal aliens. If they're here under any of these scam legal programs, they cannot become a truck driver.
00:49:59.000 OK, because you can't catch them. If they kill somebody, they're going to leave the country.
00:50:02.620 and you can't get them civilly where do people go right now shannon ever to get all the information
00:50:07.400 about this unbelievable topic it blows my mind we're even talking about this a couple years

00:51:01.540 People up to speed on the topics is unbelievable.

00:51:06.720 Trevor Comstock, we're going to run through the tape, brother.
00:51:09.940 People love your company because you know what?
00:51:11.840 You've taken a hit on profits for one reason.

00:51:47.620 liver.
00:51:48.500 Because I know there's still a lot of people that aren't familiar with the benefits of
00:51:52.540 beef liver and they don't know just how powerful it is when it comes to overall nutrition but like
00:51:57.240 i always say i always like to to make the analogy that it's essentially like nature's multivitamin

00:52:06.240 superfoods on the planet and it is packed with highly bioavailable nutrients so you will get
00:52:11.060 things like iron zinc vitamin a b12 coq10 folate the list is pretty extensive but these are all
00:52:17.960 essential for things like healthy skin hair immune support heart as well as brain function and then
00:52:24.020 of course it does contain other critical vitamins and minerals that most people are deficient in
00:52:28.220 so things like selenium k2 as well as copper which is pretty remarkable and then last but not least
00:52:33.860 you get that energy boost that people always love and rave about we always get flooded with reviews
00:52:38.620 and emails of people letting us know how much has helped their energy levels just overall vitality
00:52:43.360 So that's obviously a great plus to the product.
00:52:46.080 And I think why people love it so much.
00:52:48.320 Yeah.
