00:07:26.760hadn't even written the regulations yet but there's been no official response from DOJ or the
00:07:33.380White House yet but I think it's pretty clear that this will be appealed and it'll go all the way up
00:07:38.580the line again because even during the oral arguments for birthright citizenship it was
00:07:44.820acknowledged that it's already against the law to come to this country for the purposes of birthright
00:07:51.340citizenship. And so we'll see how it plays out. The purpose, meaning and purpose of the hearing
00:07:59.360yesterday was what, sir? Well, the purpose was to basically highlight that birthright citizenship
00:08:08.140is still an active issue. And Chip Roy has a bill to further clarify jurisdiction thereof
00:08:15.320in the 14th Amendment to make it clear that you actually have to be subject to the jurisdiction
00:08:22.420of the United States for your children to be citizens if they're born here. And that means,
00:08:28.420you know, can you file suit? Can you be drafted into the army? Can you vote? All of the things
00:08:34.660that are expected of a citizen, can you do? And that was left sort of basically just blown off
00:08:41.100by the Roberts decision, Chip Roy made the point yesterday that the door is open for legislative
00:08:48.160action, just like there was legislative action after Roe v. Wade or other Supreme Court decisions.

00:16:42.160Walk me through what's happening at DOJ.
00:16:44.260main justice? Yeah. Well, first off, the Justice Department has worked with the FBI to create
00:16:49.240one of the biggest drops in crime in American history. We may end up with the lowest murder
00:16:54.160rate and lowest violent crime rate in the century. That is the first and foremost job of the
00:16:59.480department. The second is to focus on some of the weaponization and campaign and election abuses
00:17:04.060that conservatives have long been concerned about. And you've got two prosecutors that are
00:17:09.460at the helm of that, down in Fort Pierce, Florida, out of the Miami district. Joe DeGeneva is looking
00:17:15.820at the weaponization of the government. People are now getting hauled before the grand jury.
00:17:19.920Daniel Richman, I think, James Comey's longtime private assistant who is a special government
00:17:25.300employee, he's going before the grand jury as early as next week, I think I've heard in the
00:17:29.720legal circles. So they're ramping up looking at the decade of a crossfire hurricane,
00:17:35.900Round River, the Jack Smith investigations as one ongoing criminal conspiracy to
00:17:41.880mislead the American public, violate the civil liberties of Trump and his followers.
00:17:46.580So that's one case. The second prosecutor who's working hard and people don't see a lot of the
00:17:50.940activity, it's out of North Carolina, but former Congressman Dan Bishop is looking at all the
00:17:55.380election stuff, whether it was the items taken out of Arizona or Georgia or some of the campaign
00:18:01.580Finance and Act Blue cases. He's got a team looking at that. Those are working. And I think
00:18:07.380if there's going to be any significant accountability to the things that conservatives
00:18:11.320have long been concerned about, those two prosecutors are going to be the vanguard,
00:18:15.400the tip of the spear for prosecution and accountability. Meanwhile, because of the
00:18:22.000work we're doing with the White House Transparency, Government Transparency Task Force,
00:18:26.020the Justice Department, the FBI, the CIA, the DNI, the NSA have all been producing incredible
00:18:32.360documents, things that have long been secret, truths we've been long denied. And from those
00:18:37.920truths, we're seeing solutions. All the things that we've exposed in the last six weeks about
00:18:42.100elections are resulting in action. Just last week, Mark Wayne Mullen announced that there's going to
00:18:48.280be a 5% paper ballot review in all states to make sure that there's no funny business machines.
00:18:56.180I think there'll be some other announcements that could come out in the next couple of weeks that will further get into that.
00:19:00.460So you're getting transparency and solutions, and then a prosecution team is trying to deliver that accountability.
00:19:06.840And that machinery has really sped up since Todd Blanche got into being the permanent attorney general.
00:19:13.360You can see his hand is on the flight stick, and big things are working through the system right now.
00:19:18.460uh talk to me didn't they just also rule there's something about illegal aliens now we're finally
00:19:25.420going to doj is going to get involved and we're going to broom all this so there's not going to
00:19:28.820be any chance for payments or any chance for them to use uh use the the the kind of the virtues of
00:19:36.040citizenship that this is finally going to be able to be stopped legally and done and main justice
00:19:41.340is going to be all over it this is a big deal it's a historic shift uh for 30 years since the
00:19:48.100Clinton era, the Congress's intent has been that states report illegal aliens. It was limited to
00:19:54.640two programs, the assistance for needy families, TNF, and then supplemental security income,
00:20:02.920helping people short-term with, I think, the two big welfare programs. In the past, all states were
00:20:09.460required to do it from the Clinton years forward, is if someone who was a legal alien tried to get
00:20:13.740those benefits, they'd have to be reported. What the Justice Department said yesterday, no, no, no,
00:20:17.700So because you get that money, any illegal alien you are aware of anywhere in your state or jurisdiction must be reported.
00:20:24.900You can't have a sanctuary city where you're hiding us from it.
00:20:27.860And that is a significant, significant change in the interpretation.
00:20:32.760It's much more consistent to what the Congress originally said when they passed these laws.
00:20:37.420Clinton kind of tinkered with it to make it more narrow.
00:20:40.080And for any blue state that is a sanctuary state, they can't afford to lose these two major welfare programs.
00:20:46.120So they're either going to have to sue, which they almost certainly will, or comply in long term.

00:23:44.720but we've had some setbacks. With Google, we had two major wins in the last year. We had
00:23:51.780two judges, Judge Mehta in D.C. and then Judge Brinkema in the D.C. suburb of the Eastern
00:23:59.720District of Virginia and Alexandria, hold that Google is a monopolist, meaning not only do they
00:24:07.020have market power, a monopoly, but they use that market power to harm competition and consumers,
00:24:12.640which makes them a monopolist. It's not illegal to be a monopoly. It's illegal to be a monopolist.
00:24:17.320it's illegal to use your market power it's both civilly illegal and criminally illegal uh this is
00:24:23.740a bipartisan effort to the biden justice department and the biden ftc's credit with with meta another
00:24:30.360case uh they they brought these well actually trump brought these cases in the first term they
00:24:35.480continued these cases under the biden administration it's about the only thing they did right we got
00:24:41.800these good rulings on Google that they're a monopolist with search. Obviously, they're a
00:24:47.900monopolist when they have 95% market share, and then they use that market power to exclude
00:24:56.220competition. I would just say, if you think there's a competitor to Google, look at Microsoft.
00:25:02.360Microsoft spent $5 billion to try to compete against Google with a product called Bing.
00:25:08.740you don't know what bing is google it right and that's that proves the point that they're a
00:25:14.020monopolist and then google is also that was the the medic uh judge meta case in dc then google's
00:25:22.340also a monopolist with their online advertising right they control the online advertising market
00:25:27.840all sides of it and they use that money they make off of that advertising that billions and billions
00:25:33.920and billions of dollars to funds. Google uses it to fund their evil, their censorship,
00:25:40.940their demonetizing conservatives, all the bad things that they're doing. They use their profits
00:25:48.160to do that. Well, they were a monopolist in both of those, but not only do you have to have a
00:25:54.900finding that you're a monopolist, then you have to have a remedy. The remedy that the government
00:25:59.740called for in those cases was breakup divestiture to break up their uh their search monopoly to
00:26:06.820break up their online advertising monopoly and even though these judges judge meta in the search
00:26:12.740case and judge brinkema in the online advertising case found that google is a monopolist they didn't
00:26:20.140they they let the the rats escape the corner they didn't shoot the rat they didn't divest google
00:26:27.260And it's a big prop, right? And it's now Google is going to continue on. There are some remedies these judges ordered, but not structural remedies that are needed, like divestiture, breakup, that would end these monopolies.

00:51:03.080I'm in the town where my dad grew up, Mavrata, on the island of Gephalonia, the Ionian, and I'm here filming a documentary on the discovery of the tomb of Odysseus.
00:51:17.840But part of the reason I bring that up is that the spirit in Greece, the spirit of liberty, there's something, I mean, frankly, when I'm at the tomb of Odysseus, I feel like, you know what, this is the womb of the West.
00:51:32.000This is where it came from. You can feel it here, that it comes from this place. And the Greeks have always had this spirit of liberty. I mean, the fact is, of course, we never turned it into a country until 1776.
