00:00:00.000 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:00:07.000 Pray for our enemies.
00:00:09.000 Because we're going medieval on these people.
00:00:12.000 The reason I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:00:17.000 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:00:19.000 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:00:20.000 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that,
00:00:22.000 but you're not going to stop it.
00:00:23.000 It's going to happen.
00:00:24.000 And where do people like that go to share the big lie?
00:00:27.000 MAGA Media.
00:00:29.000 i wish in my soul i wish that any of these people had a conscience ask yourself what is my task and
00:00:36.680 what is my purpose if that answer is to save my country this country will be saved war room
00:00:45.400 here's your host stephen k band
00:00:51.000 it's tuesday 15 september year of our lord 2026 mark lucas is with us mark
00:00:55.480 Mark, this veterans bill, are we going to get a vote on this?
00:00:58.940 I'm afraid that Speaker Johnson, I guess, is leaving Thursday or Friday.
00:01:05.200 They're out of here until after Election Day.
00:01:09.120 Walk me through what the status is and why this bill is so important and why so many veterans support it.
00:01:14.980 Well, right now, there's not a scheduled vote this week on the Take Care of America's Veterans Act, which is really political malpractice.
00:01:22.340 I just commissioned a poll with Mark Mitchell at the Honest Poll, and he would say that this
00:01:27.780 veterans bill is almost as popular as oxygen. It's a collection of 62 different bipartisan
00:01:34.700 veterans bills, and I polled the biggest bills of this package, like the Veterans Access Act,
00:01:41.180 with likely midterm voters. It's got an 89% support. The Veterans Benefits Expansion Act,
00:01:47.960 86% support. And when you look at those that oppose it, all in the single digit. So we're
00:01:53.860 seeing plus 83 margin, plus 82 margin. And this is something that we've known for a long time,
00:02:00.020 but there's a handful of House Republicans that have been listening too much to Doug Collins,
00:02:05.420 the VA secretary, who's been trying to undermine this bill because he's been cut out of the
00:02:09.880 process. And Politico reported that, CNN's reported that. It's unfortunate that we have
00:02:15.080 a former VA secretary or a VA secretary who's a former congressman who's been undermining this
00:02:20.120 bill. But that's why I commissioned the poll. It is politically the right thing to do. And we see
00:02:25.400 that likely midterm voters are more likely over 60 percent to support a candidate that votes for
00:02:32.240 the Take Care of America's Veterans Act. So not only is it the right thing to do for veterans,
00:02:35.840 I wish the House Republicans would vote for this bill just because it's good
00:02:39.480 for our veteran population, but it's also politically advantageous for them going into
00:02:44.400 a very tough midterm season. Here's something. Can you explain to the audience? Because President
00:02:50.120 Trump has put a veteran's care. It's one of his top priorities. Talks about it all the time.
00:02:56.080 I know he's got some advisors, folks down at Mar-a-Lago. They're obsessed with this,
00:03:00.580 making sure our veterans are taken care of. What's the problem? And it seems odd that a guy he picks,
00:03:07.300 we know Doug from down in Georgia when he had his radio show. Why is he against it? Why is
00:03:13.920 a pan-picked Trump veteran secretary who President Trump wants to make things right at the veteran,
00:03:20.880 at the VA, why is he against it? What's in the bill that he's against?
00:03:25.520 Well, you're absolutely right about President Trump. I worked with him in his first term
00:03:29.820 to help pass the Mission Act and the VA Accountability Act, two of the signature,
00:03:35.260 just hallmark legislative victories of his first term. And that's why so many of us in
00:03:40.140 veteran community were very excited not to just play defense, but to go on offense and to build
00:03:45.600 upon those victories, to provide veterans more choice in their health care. And in Trump's first
00:03:50.780 term, he fired Secretary Shulkin for not moving fast enough on health care choice. I would say
00:03:57.920 that VA Secretary Doug Collins will likely go down as one of the worst VA secretaries in American
00:04:04.040 history, definitely in the top three, because we had such a huge opportunity to build on those
00:04:09.040 legislative accomplishments, and he's really underperformed. I think where we move forward
00:04:14.320 here is that I've shown people that this is politically a winner. I think we can get this
00:04:19.200 done in the Senate. But at this point, what I'm hearing on Capitol Hill, the only way that the
00:04:24.720 House would vote on this bill this week is if President Trump would engage directly via True
00:04:30.120 Social. He supports these bills. The White House has issued a statement of administrative policy,
00:04:35.120 but we just need to have a stronger message from President Trump, who I say is the greatest
00:04:40.480 modern-day president for veterans, is not even close, that he could change this dynamic and get
00:04:47.220 the House to vote on this, because we are losing veterans every single day. A lot of people talk
00:04:52.420 about legislation that will save. I know for a fact that we strengthen the Veterans Access Act
00:05:00.040 and those community care standards, if we can get veterans into VA hospitals or out into the
00:05:05.140 community faster, it will truly save lives. So these House Republicans who want to put their
00:05:11.360 election above voting for this bill because they want to get out of town quicker to campaign,
00:05:16.820 how many veterans are we going to lose every day because we're not passing this bill? That's
00:05:21.760 something they're going to have to live with. I'm trying to show them politically this is the right
00:05:25.520 thing to do as well. And I just encourage President Trump and the White House to send
00:05:29.780 a stronger message to Speaker Johnson to vote on this bill before they gavel out.
00:05:35.000 Look, Johnson, all the House guys, they're in a dogfight right now to hold the House.
00:05:39.920 It would appear they would want anything possible to buttress their argument, have
00:05:44.380 leadership, Speaker Johnson, his office, are they in backup trying to get this thing up for a vote?
00:05:49.520 Is it just, we got too much to do and we got to get out of town?
00:05:52.240 Well, Speaker Johnson tried to bring this bill to a vote in July, and you'll read that in Politico and CNN, I was talking about this for weeks, that he had to pull the bill because Doug Collins was muddying the water and sending very mixed signals to vulnerable House Republicans on if they support this bill or not.
00:06:13.440 So I believe that Speaker Johnson wants to do this.
00:06:16.300 I believe this bill will help give him more ammunition to do so.
00:06:19.500 We're just fighting against the calendar.
00:06:21.720 But I do believe that if President Trump engages directly, like he did in his first term, he was a very big messenger on this.
00:06:30.880 He talked about VA choice all of the time.
00:06:33.280 It was one of his hallmark victories.
00:06:35.060 I think that we can get this done.
00:06:38.620 Mark, where do people get you?
00:06:39.940 What are your coordinates and where they go to your site?
00:06:43.440 We need people to go on Bill Blaster to let people know they need to vote for the Take Care of America's Veterans Act.
00:06:49.080 You can also go to VeteranAction.org.
00:06:52.260 Click on the Take Action button.
00:06:54.220 You can call your lawmakers, email them, post on social media telling them to do the right thing for veterans.
00:07:00.160 Let's help save veterans' lives.
00:07:02.040 Let's pass the Take Care of America's Veterans Act.
00:07:04.400 Not only is it the right thing to do, but it could also help save some very close house races this November.
00:07:09.700 mark uh fight on man i know you're a fighter on this thing so keep pressing and later we'll press
00:07:17.000 the senate thank you sir you bet post is going to be with us in a moment but the situation the
00:07:23.800 both french situation in texas we're talking a little bit about ai got todd benson's got a great
00:07:29.440 new piece out let's go jake seawolf there's an executive order you're talking about an executive
00:07:34.660 order today what is it and why is it important oh absolutely so this was just last month executive
00:07:40.860 order 14421 uh declaring a national emergency to secure the united states bulk power system
00:07:48.640 signed august 26 2026 what it is the white house just declared a grid a grid a national emergency
00:07:56.440 when the power goes out the grocery stores go dark with it we have our be ready bundle to try
00:08:02.860 and counteract that i don't understand how we're at a national emergency with this whole grid thing
00:08:08.320 with all these data centers you think that we have plenty of power but obviously not so it's
00:08:15.480 just unbelievable even just like what mark is saying you know as a veteran myself like just
00:08:20.160 the government's inability to take care of its own people much less veterans right so that's why i
00:08:26.000 work here that's why i try and get people to get prepared get self-reliant do what you need to do
00:08:30.800 to protect yourself your families and everything this is a great bundle you get our grid doctor
00:08:36.420 hang on a second the grid is obviously the grid's old you get problems with the grid down at texas
00:08:43.800 you got problems with the grid everywhere but i think they're really concerned one of the big
00:08:47.240 concerns is cyber attacks as they try to upgrade and harden one of the things they're they're
00:08:53.360 worried about is cyber attacks and particularly that lethal combination of artificial intelligence
00:08:58.360 in cyber uh potentially coming from an enemy like i don't know randomly the chinese communist party
00:09:03.780 right or one of these terrorist groups what what what what does you go to prepare with bannon.com
00:09:09.460 what do you have what is my patriot supply have if people want to say hey look i you know i don't
00:09:15.220 want to worry about the grid going down because of some environmental problem or weather but worse
00:09:20.680 if it actually gets taken down by an attack by artificial intelligence and cyber then i'm i'm
00:09:25.980 really in bad shape so what do we have to solve it sir absolutely it's funny you mentioned that
00:09:32.400 you know attack cyber i had a really good electrical friend who told me that he had
00:09:37.840 someone who was like tapped into his house power and stealing it and upping his electricity bill
00:09:43.140 and he's like you know how easy it is for me to find that line hook up to it and then send a surge
00:09:48.400 of power into his house and fry every electronic that he has he's like i'm actually considering it
00:09:53.460 I don't think he ever actually did. But the nice thing about our grid doctor is it has EMP protection, electric magnetic pulse. And if it can withstand electrical magnetic pulse, it can definitely withstand a sour power surge that great that fries everything.
00:10:11.140 so i greatly recommend ours just because it will protect you against something like that and if
00:10:16.180 they have an ai that goes haywire that can control something and send a power surge to your house
00:10:20.560 that could be dangerous much less being on the grid itself or you know just because data centers
00:10:26.840 don't care about your power they just want it for themselves they're just going to cut you off
00:10:30.740 anyways and then so where do they go right now where they go prepare with bannon.com i highly
00:10:37.120 suggest getting on there go through it there's a lot of great food a lot of different things
00:10:41.960 it's with the bundle it's a thousand dollars of free gear so absolutely impressive bundle
00:10:47.820 absolutely everything you need our portable oven itself is so cool people take it up the
00:10:54.560 mountains it runs off biofuel or can't heat indoors i love it jake seawolf what do you
00:11:03.340 think about that veterans bill jake i'm gonna have to look more into it uh there's good good
00:11:10.500 gosh there's so much weird crap going on some good some bad some just in fear eats me and i
00:11:16.420 don't know if it's just left over from the other administration these little hidden people that 0.96
00:11:20.560 are just trying to be political attackers and it's it's hard to tell steven i hope to god we
00:11:26.900 can just clean the system up a bit okay brother jc with prepare with bannon.com you got all the
00:11:33.820 information there the grid doctor plus they throw in a ton of stuff so go check it out jake seawolf
00:11:40.700 the grid artificial intelligence we're getting a post is going to join us here momentarily we're
00:11:47.760 going to talk about the beau french and indian ward down in texas i think permission structure
00:11:53.220 has been given to talk about that preamble to that was fishback you know fishback that event
00:11:59.840 he had at the uh at the uh rnc at the convention it was kind of an offside thing it was a hotel
00:12:05.000 right around the corner but drew like 500 young men ton of energy there like on fishback's campaign
00:12:10.720 so something people i keep telling people hey this younger generation is much more nationalistic
00:12:16.300 than um than previous generations and i think fishback does a good job since 2008
00:12:22.160 covid and then nick fuentes if they listen to nick fuentes will watch him so i think he had
00:12:27.400 those three up he got these young men that are on fire right now i think beau french has tapped
00:12:32.980 into something post is going to talk to us about it also bensman once again at the border kind of
00:12:39.000 a shocker on this one.
00:12:40.900 Ben's been dead.
00:12:42.340 Artificial intelligence.
00:12:44.760 The oligarchs have flipped
00:12:47.180 so strongly in the last 72 hours
00:12:50.700 because as Nate Soren says
00:12:54.920 in our very opening block,
00:12:57.060 they're very disingenuous people.
00:13:00.340 So when they flip that quickly,
00:13:01.860 remember, these were the ultimate,
00:13:04.460 absolute accelerationists.
00:13:05.860 acceleration. You could not tell them anything. They couldn't talk about guardrails. That was all
00:13:12.560 heresy in the church. I think a lot of these guys hold artificial intelligence and artificial
00:13:19.480 general intelligence, which is super intelligence, almost like, as Joe Allen says, a god.
00:13:25.600 So when they flip that hard, and particularly see the level of financial bet that we've got,
00:13:30.820 you see the 10-year treasury, and I disagree with James a little bit. I think it's been more than
00:13:34.820 just 30 basis points added because of the crowding out effect or the demands of data centers.
00:13:43.260 But we see the highly leveraged nature of the bet.
00:13:46.820 People don't really understand.
00:13:48.680 I'm talking about the financial analysts.
00:13:49.840 I'm not talking about, you know, folks in the audience and myself, but really what the
00:13:54.580 operating margins are, what the real, what is this really going to be besides an asset?
00:13:58.960 What is it going to do to generate revenue, operating income, and cash?
00:14:02.920 and you look at the guys that, you know, Anthropic and Altman and Altman pulled his IPO or he had
00:14:12.280 his IPO pulled on Saturday, I think because of liabilities. When your people on your staff say
00:14:17.500 that 10%, it's a 10% chance you can wipe out humanity. Hey, that might have to go into risk
00:14:23.200 factors. That's the way an underwriter, an investment bank walks away, says we can't do
00:14:28.760 this will be joint several will have joint several liability not gonna we
00:14:32.720 can't underwrite this the investment banks can't touch it the institutional
00:14:35.600 investor people manage your pension funds can't touch it you have to wonder
00:14:40.700 are they have they come up with a new scheme to just get the American citizen
00:14:46.400 to still bear all the burden of the dark side with underwriting their liabilities
00:14:53.600 We'll talk about this next in The War Room.
00:15:23.600 gold. It's too late then. Diversify with precious metals and diversify now because you never know
00:15:30.480 what will threaten your savings next. Persistent inflation, a weakening dollar, unexpected
00:15:36.080 financial disruptions. You don't know what's coming, but you can take preventative steps and
00:15:41.280 you can take them today. Do that right now by requesting a free information kit on gold from
00:15:46.880 my friends at Birch Gold Group. Just text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number
00:15:52.660 989898. There is no cost and no obligation, just straightforward information on how you
00:15:58.820 can diversify your savings, even an IRA or 401k with gold. I trust Birch Gold. You should
00:16:06.580 trust them too. Text Bannon at 989898. Take action and do it today.
00:16:16.880 text bannon b-a-n-n-o-n at 9-8-9-8-9-8 get the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious
00:16:27.000 metals in the age of trump that's philip patrick and the team talk to them about now more than
00:16:31.620 ever why gold is a hedge against times of financial turbulence i don't know the 10 years over five
00:16:37.020 percent a part of that i disagree with fishback i think a bigger part than james thinks is due to
00:16:41.700 the crowding out and the pressure put on by the barring the massive barring needed for this
00:16:46.100 artificial intelligence and for the data centers another reason to be very careful about what's
00:16:51.620 going to happen and how we um how we actually begin to put a framework together of um
00:16:59.220 of regulation around this to make sure that these uh oligarchs are not not playing us also
00:17:04.260 patriot mobile 972 patriot jenny story glenn story such a great job down at the rnc they
00:17:11.700 They have your back on charities that you support, not-for-profits you support,
00:17:19.120 and the cost of the best phone service in the world.
00:17:20.580 Call now, 972-PATRIOT, and talk to someone with an East Texas accent.
00:17:25.780 If you want to do a prayer session, do it.
00:17:28.660 Patriot Mobile.
00:17:29.600 Love those guys.
00:17:31.260 Mike Davis, real quickly, Mike, because you've been fighting these guys from the beginning.
00:17:35.180 The oligarchs went from total accelerationist.
00:17:39.220 If you mentioned any kind of control, they literally took your head off.
00:17:45.140 We fought them, as you know, for years, took out, got out the amnesty out of the big, beautiful bill.
00:17:52.320 We got the amnesty out of the NDAA.
00:17:54.380 I mean, we're fighting in the trenches in 72 hours because some of the employees go with true horror stories and they don't go through the chain of command.
00:18:01.560 They just go out publicly.
00:18:03.360 Now, all of a sudden, these guys are flipping.
00:18:05.040 Hey, maybe all five of them come together.
00:18:06.820 Maybe you need regulation.
00:18:08.440 Do you see a move on that to get to, like, Section 230, do a Section 230 where they have absolutely no liability?
00:18:14.640 They formed a cartel, and there's kind of a moat around it.
00:18:17.580 And they show you a little ankle on observing this or regulating it, but it's really not much.
00:18:26.700 But they're really looking to dump the liabilities here, sir?
00:18:30.620 This is all noise.
00:18:31.800 these tech bros want to make as much money as they can as fast as they can and they don't care who
00:18:39.800 they hurt in the process so if we're going to make this work we have to go back to the basics 0.94
00:18:46.120 that we've been talking about on your show for many months it's the four c's we have to protect
00:18:51.420 children we have to protect communities we have to protect uh creators uh children communities
00:19:00.500 creators uh and uh and conservatives from censorship sorry i blanked on the four c's but
00:19:06.120 we have to protect the four c's that's what we've been talking about for months of we have we have
00:19:11.160 a framework that the article three project has developed to protect the four c's if these big
00:19:18.900 tech platforms want to get their governments uh coddling they have to protect the four c's we
00:19:25.520 We tried Section 230 immunity before. 0.98
00:19:28.900 We tried antitrust amnesty before it didn't work.
00:19:31.820 That led to Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple having gatekeeping power over information and commerce and using that power to crush competition, to crush conservatives.
00:19:48.180 We can't let that happen again.
00:19:49.980 We're going to protect the four Cs. 0.78
00:19:51.840 So if they want to come to the table to protect the four C's, we can have a discussion. 0.86
00:19:58.300 If not, then that's their problem.
00:20:02.520 Mike, I want to turn also briefly because people are very frustrated by what they've seen in South Florida.
00:20:08.060 Julie Kelly's got a great piece up today.
00:20:10.720 Talk to me.
00:20:11.280 It's this thing about Brennan being called in front of a grand jury.
00:20:13.480 Is that a glimmer of light or are we done since the Genova quit?
00:20:20.140 are we finished really going after the deep state, sir? Not at all. We are moving full steam ahead
00:20:26.660 in the Southern District of Florida. You see reporting not only from Julie Kelly,
00:20:31.940 one of our fellow conservative warriors, but you're seeing reporting out of ABC, CNN, not
00:20:38.360 exactly some outlets. And they are reporting all of the great work that has happened so far to
00:20:46.260 We built these cases down in the Southern District of Florida based around the conspiracy against rights theory from the Mar-a-Lago raid to now the ongoing criminal conspiracy covering up a conspiracy continues.
00:21:01.440 the conspiracy that started with the Russian collusion hoax, they are full steam ahead.
00:21:08.700 And there's no chance that we're going to let them get away with what they did to us,
00:21:15.120 which was politicizing and weaponizing our intel agencies and law enforcement to take out
00:21:20.600 political enemies. They tried to take out Trump, his top aides like you, Bannon,
00:21:25.900 Peter Navarro, so many others as allies. There has to be accountability. There will be
00:21:32.780 accountability. Now, I would say this. I would be surprised if there are indictments before
00:21:38.000 midterm elections, but you're certainly seeing subpoenas flying for many different people,
00:21:44.860 including Brennan, if you believe the news reports, who's being called to testify. I imagine
00:21:51.140 that you're going to see a methodical case built around conspiracy against rights, 18 U.S.C.
00:21:58.300 Section 241 and 242 deprivation of rights. And there will be, I anticipate, I expect there will
00:22:07.400 be charges to hold people accountable for what happened. Those were Republican in tactics,
00:22:12.380 as we've talked about for over four years, and there will be accountability.
00:22:16.180 So the difference of the split between what's rumored between reported between DeGenova and Todd Blanche, that's don't worry about it.
00:22:26.000 That's just what happens on these types of cases. Focus on who's being subpoenaed.
00:22:31.620 Yeah, I mean, there's always going to be conflict at the Justice Department.
00:22:34.660 These are big personalities, big lawyers.
00:22:38.760 So, you know, some sometimes people want to move faster and do the base hit cases.
00:22:44.960 Sometimes people want to move slower and do the grand slam cases.
00:22:49.660 And neither one of them are necessarily right or wrong about the approach.
00:22:54.880 It's just a difference in approach.
00:22:57.140 But the bottom line is, is there will be accountability.
00:22:59.280 There will be accountability for what the Obama and Biden and Hillary and Brennan and
00:23:06.560 Clapper and Comey and so many other bad actors did to Trump, including the prosecutions with
00:23:12.960 tish james and alvin bragg and let so many jack smith jay bratt so many bad actors there is going
00:23:22.280 to be accountability for this you're seeing again according to the news reports you're seeing
00:23:27.400 the subpoenas fly for testimony for witnesses i was actually when i read the cnn article and
00:23:34.480 julie kelly's piece i was uh heartened more than demoralized because i thought wow they
00:23:40.480 they're actually putting points on the board on these cases and making substantial real progress
00:23:47.820 that should be the take from these news reports from julie kelly cnn avc and others we'll get
00:23:53.560 them out we're going to push them all out this morning mike where do people get you at article
00:23:56.640 three and what's your social media article three project.org article number three project.org you
00:24:02.900 can donate follow us on social media and action action action and thank you steve thank you brother
00:24:10.060 Good update. Jack, are you feeling it down? You feeling the the deep state? Are we going after him hard enough?
00:24:17.580 Well, Steve, here's here's the problem. I think I just saw what was it. Comey just pushed his trial is getting pushed out.
00:24:25.440 And this is something where, look, here's what it comes down to.
00:24:28.740 People need to understand this from what we call the unhumans thesis.
00:24:32.620 And we have a policy in there, a tactic called the Iron Law of Exact Reciprocity.
00:24:37.620 reciprocity. And the iron law of exact reciprocity is this, that which is done to you must be done
00:24:44.560 back. And if it is a law of the universe, it is the give and take. It is the balance. Because if
00:24:50.960 you allow a system where on one side is able to take out an exact political punishment on their
00:24:57.440 political opponents, and one side does nothing, then guess what happens? They are going to do it
00:25:03.180 Again, the deep state is going to run it back, as the kids say, whether it's Anthony Fauci, whether it's COVID, whether it's the CCP, whether it is Comey and then Brennan and all the rest.
00:25:15.180 I go, OK, he's got a subpoena in the grand jury. Oh, my gosh, he's got a subpoena. Oh, my goodness gracious. He's got a subpoena. Right.
00:25:21.960 Steve, we are how many weeks away from the election? This is something where the American people demanded accountability.
00:25:28.240 They demanded accountability. And this is something that they are still waiting to see.
00:25:33.560 They want to see perp walks. They want to see people who are getting the same kind of accountability they deserve for putting good patriots like you yourself, Stephen K.
00:25:42.760 Bannon, and also Dr. Peter Navarro for locking you up and throwing away the key for months at the middle in the middle of a key election season.
00:25:51.380 And if they're not seeing that, Steve, then the reciprocity will not be felt.
00:25:54.800 And what we write about in the book in Unhumans, and people need to understand that this is how civilizations, this is how cultures fall apart.
00:26:04.000 When one side exercises power and the other side refuses, that's when you get imbalanced.
00:26:10.220 And that's unfortunately when socialist revolutions, Marxist jihadists are able to then take over in the ensuing chaos.
00:26:18.180 Jack, I'm going to hold you through the break.
00:26:20.120 I want to find out.
00:26:20.760 I got to get an update on the situation out of Texas with Beau French.
00:26:24.340 But I really want people to to get a hold of this book. This book is a great guide. I want me through it. Where do they go?
00:26:32.840 Well, Steve, this is the tactics for defeating them. And yes, exercising power and using power and having hard conversations like Beau French is driving now down there in Fort Worth, Texas, down there at University of Texas.
00:26:44.700 yeah we are going to have a couple three hard conversations and we are going to call out
00:26:48.280 republican leadership steve it's republican leadership that needs to change we know who
00:26:53.580 the democrats are we know what they're about we know they want to destroy things it's republican
00:26:58.320 leadership that needs to have their feet held to the fire and so for folks who need to get a copy
00:27:04.060 this book in their hands and by the way get a copy and send it to your local republican to make sure

00:29:33.960 war room here's your host steven k man
00:29:37.800 jack basobiec texas uh give the audience an update on that well steve what can i say the
00:29:46.440 uh the texas rhinos lines have collapsed uh there are some recalcitrants some holdouts
00:29:54.840 some resistance that we are currently mopping up uh in the back area but uh we've we've crashed
00:30:01.220 their lines very similar to how the polish hussars by the way fitting that it happened on the exact
00:30:07.360 same date as the battle of vienna maybe call it the battle of odessa texas that that look steve
00:30:14.440 their lines were crashed these guys are all in the mumble tank now you've got the john pedore
00:30:20.020 and some of these other people just whining and crying about their you know talk about nepotism
00:30:25.000 nepo babies by the way like john pedore and you you got these guys running around saying well
00:30:30.460 we don't like it. And he shouldn't talk that way. And I'm still trying to figure out exactly what
00:30:35.420 Beau French said wrong. I think I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with standing up for
00:30:39.440 native Texans. I want to try to understand what's wrong for pointing out that there is an immigration 1.00
00:30:44.640 cartel in the state of Texas. You've got politicians, you've got corporations and the
00:30:50.180 University of Texas system that are all in on it. The politicians get the money, the system gets the
00:30:57.100 kids, the system gets paid, and then they go and become the H-1Bs. This is the H-1B pipeline of 0.84
00:31:03.860 Texas. Oil and gas aren't the only things coming through the pipeline in Texas, Steve. They got an
00:31:08.840 H-1B pipeline as well. And what did Beau French do? He came in and he worked to regulate it.
00:31:15.740 And look, at the end of the day, Steve, this is an election. This is an election and the people
00:31:20.540 of Texas have a right to hear these issues out. When you look, and people have gone and looked,
00:31:25.820 by the way, Steve, at some of the, and again, hard talks, right? People are looking at some
00:31:31.100 of the school districts there in the Dallas Fort Worth area. And they're saying, wait a minute,
00:31:34.800 why is there 50, 60% demographic changes in the span of just 20 years? That is not normal. That
00:31:41.460 does not happen organically. That does not happen naturally. That happens when there is a cartel
00:31:47.320 that happens when there is a corporate pipeline pushing H1Bs and then the chain migration, 0.86
00:31:52.160 bringing them over all in all. This is how mass migration works. And by the way, I'd love to say 0.93
00:31:57.840 to the to the Bishop of Fort Worth, who came out and commented on Beau French and all the rest,
00:32:03.920 I'd love to hear his comments on Carmelo Anthony and the violence there. I'd love to hear his
00:32:09.300 sermon, his homily on the terrible violence that illegal aliens have done. I'd love for him to meet 1.00
00:32:15.540 with some of the angel families. And I guarantee you, I can probably find some right within his
00:32:21.140 diocese right there in tarrant county because i guarantee you that close to the border uh
00:32:26.320 relatively speaking that we're going to be able to find one within a stone's throw yet you won't
00:32:32.500 hear them being upset about that and why is that steve because look for our own church for the
00:32:38.040 catholic church catholic charities have become a huge problem and is part of the cartel as well
00:32:44.600 this is also part of the problem and so we as catholics as a catholic steve as you as a catholic
00:32:50.260 We need to make sure that the name of our church is not being besmirched and is not being used for nefarious purposes such as this.
00:32:59.120 So I'm calling, and I've always called, for a full auditing of Catholic charities and an understanding of where the money from the people of the parishes, the various parishes, is actually going.
00:33:09.700 Is that going to help the needy, or is it going to help mass migration and border jumpers get into my country? 1.00
00:33:14.180 Because that's not what it's for. 0.90
00:33:15.640 So, Steve, it's it's for all of us. We're all going to have our conversations about this.
00:33:19.860 It's time to take a serious look at what's going on in the state of Texas.
00:33:24.880 Real quickly, teller fishbackers here and said Tallarico's website still has got he's an open borders guy trying to help hire migrants for small business owners.
00:33:33.940 That's one of his policies. What is poly markets say right now?
00:33:37.020 I heard Karl Rove said he's not going to vote for for our man, Beau French.
00:33:42.220 what does polymarket say well it was amazing steve because you had uh you had carl rove up
00:33:47.900 there saying he's going to vote for a democrat carl rove voting for a democrat and interestingly
00:33:51.480 enough right after carl rove said that last time on fox news president trump put up a truth social
00:33:56.740 saying that he can't stand carl rove and get him off there i guess president trump was watching
00:34:00.720 that segment about beau french and it looks like he came down on the beau french side not the carl
00:34:06.180 rove james talafrico side i mean if that's who you want to get in bed with hey i'll get you
00:34:12.180 tickets to the freak off i'm sure diddy has some for you but make sure you bring the what was it
00:34:16.820 the baby oil make sure you bring the baby oil man but this is the family hour the home the
00:34:21.460 homeschoolers are watching check oh yeah right right that's what that's for the late night hour
00:34:26.140 that's a late night hour no it's just it's just just to get clean just to get clean up and what
00:34:32.420 What does Polymarket say?
00:34:34.600 Look, Polymarket, look, at first it was Beau French by a mile, Beau French by a long shot.
00:34:40.120 And then suddenly it tightened.
00:34:41.180 It said, whoa, whoa, whoa, they're putting the pressure on him.
00:34:43.360 They're launching what I call a false reality campaign against Beau French.
00:34:47.080 So this is a tactic that we talk about in Unhumans. 0.84
00:34:50.340 And once you get Unhumans Socialist Revolution, you'll begin to call out these tactics when you see them 0.85
00:34:55.320 because we walk you through, me and Joshua Lysak, walk you through the tactics that they use 0.98
00:34:59.920 and then give you counter tactics to defeat them and then we're putting it into action as you saw
00:35:05.160 in our response we've got the memes we've got uh the the uh the lingo the jargon all the sorts of
00:35:11.300 things that we're using to fight back uh the action that we're taking back against these
00:35:16.060 republicans going through and digging through their receipts and providing their seats but
00:35:20.020 they launched a false reality attack saying that beau french said oh he talked about race he said
00:35:25.080 something racist he said something bigotry news he never did and so polymarket tightened up but
00:35:29.640 guess what happened boom went right back beau french is now the last that i've seen on this
00:35:34.520 thing is that beau french is now rising yet again in poly market so what does that mean what does
00:35:40.600 that mean that means they failed their false reality attack failed and people took a look
00:35:45.900 at what beau french did and he called not only statewide attention but at this point national
00:35:51.200 attention to what is going on in texas let me be clear about something what beau french said is
00:35:55.900 incredibly important because if we lose texas if texas goes blue then guess what there aren't
00:36:01.500 going to be any more republican presidential campaigns all right then we're done texas what
00:36:06.420 do you call it steve the the the jewel of the crown jewel in the jewel the crown union is
00:36:10.960 is texas if we lose that we're done that is why this operation is going on and it pains me steve
00:36:18.760 it pains me to see members of the republican party going along with selling their own state
00:36:24.840 out to the left jack where do we go get the book where you go for your twitter and getter feed
00:36:31.040 which is the associated press of the mega movement where do folks go look folks you've got to lock in
00:36:37.400 at this point you have to understand the tactics to defeat it that's why unhumans socialist revolution
00:36:42.680 is absolutely necessary for every patriot's bookshelf of course the twitter the getter
00:36:48.520 the truth social the and and by the way we're on rumble we're talking to the rumble chat now we're
00:36:53.660 doing a lot more of that so shout out to everybody on rumble we'll definitely be checking in with you
00:36:58.040 guys at 2 p.m when we have human events daily and by the way steve we are stacked we have the uh
00:37:04.900 and brad jack was up on there we're stacked on the show later today we've got the inspector general
00:37:09.320 of the u.s department of labor is going to be joining us today we're going to have another
00:37:13.760 adult conversation about h1b fraud that brother's a hammer jack thank you for changing your schedule
00:37:20.840 around joining us look forward to the two o'clock show always well for the war bossy thank you man
00:37:28.160 natasha owens you got a big announcement natasha is going to join us chad a little later in the
00:37:34.520 show natasha what's the big announcement about we miss you charlie well we got number three on the
00:37:40.580 u.s pop charts and number 13 on all genres for u.s but what is earth shaking today is we got
00:37:47.420 number 25 on the billboard all genre top 200 worldwide charts with all the tech suppression
00:37:54.620 and the industry big machine against us you can suppress promotion but you cannot suppress the
00:38:00.200 people the charts prove that the people love the song and wanted the song hold it you charted on
00:38:06.460 billboard walk people through how big a deal that is it's a huge deal for anybody top 200 we got in
00:38:13.880 the top 25, number 25, that's an international global chart. It doesn't happen for independent
00:38:20.760 artists. It doesn't happen for RAM artists. We are absolutely sending an earthquake through
00:38:26.560 the culture genre because people don't understand how difficult it is to naturally get on those
00:38:31.540 charts. Artists should be able to create music about faith, culture, and politics, but the system
00:38:37.320 of big tech, mainstream media, and the music industry is completely against us. We have tech
00:38:42.580 suppression. We're not allowed to advertise all the tools in an artist toolbox. We are not allowed
00:38:47.960 to use. And so this is huge. Thank you. It was you, the people that did it. It's amazing. We're
00:38:54.080 selling more. Where do people go? By the way, your number 24 is an Ella Langley song. So you're in
00:38:58.860 good company at number 25 charting on Billboard 200, World 200. Where do people go right now
00:39:05.700 to download the song, ma'am? iTunes. Go to iTunes, buy it, share it, the music video,
00:39:11.720 and the actual song is on there.
00:39:13.700 So please, please, if you love it, share it.
00:39:16.620 There are still millions of people
00:39:18.080 that haven't heard it yet.
00:39:20.300 No, we have to get it,
00:39:21.500 particularly where they deface Charlie's,
00:39:23.160 that great stature at their headquarters
00:39:24.480 of People of Demons,
00:39:25.580 and your song is a ray of light and hope, ma'am.
00:39:28.560 That's why it's selling so well.
00:39:30.380 Thank you so much.
00:39:32.500 Back-to-back hits.
00:39:34.360 Thank you, the boss,
00:39:35.920 and then we miss you, Charlie.
00:39:37.220 Incredible.
00:39:37.520 We're going to play that as the out music.
00:39:38.740 bensman i'm a huge fan of westerns and western history love being out west train robbers what
00:39:47.100 what is going on this article of yours is blowing my mind the cartels and robbing trains what what
00:39:51.880 do you got for me okay so i have a piece up in homeland security today that explains a problem
00:40:00.260 uh sinaloa cartel just for background for 15 years has this is unbelievable but it's totally true
00:40:08.300 has fielded these train robbery heist crews in Arizona and California on our side of the border.
00:40:18.280 They've taken, like last year, $200 million worth of freight cargo off of these trains out in the
00:40:24.280 desert, pick it up, sell it online in flea markets and whatever, and then ship the money back to
00:40:30.700 Sinaloa State. Most of the crews are made up of illegal aliens from Sinaloa State. Okay, 0.98
00:40:38.300 This has been going on for years and years.
00:40:41.420 They have not been able to get a handle on it.
00:40:44.440 Law enforcement, because the rails cross all these different jurisdictions, nobody can quite coordinate a way to just shut this whole thing down.
00:40:54.120 Hundreds of millions of dollars going to the cartels, our avowed enemies, foreign terrorist organizations.
00:41:00.960 So the Congress came up with a solution to this, to the jurisdictional problem, in a bill that had absolute, widespread, bilateral, bipartisan support in the House.
00:41:18.640 It's called CORCA.
00:41:20.300 It would create a center and put all these federals and railroad police together to tackle this problem.
00:41:27.280 It passed by an overwhelming majority, which is rare in this day and age. Every transportation association, trade organization backed it. And it went on to the Senate, to the Judiciary Committee.
00:41:41.660 And then pro-open borders, anti-ICE, pro-illegal immigration lobbyists got involved and have gotten progressive senators on the left to shut this whole thing down.
00:41:56.440 They've got the whole thing stalled to the benefit of who?
00:42:00.900 The Sinaloa cartel.
00:42:03.060 And the thing is, it's just gummed up in the Senate.
00:42:06.520 It's not going anywhere.
00:42:08.300 This is unbelievable.
00:42:09.620 And I just wanted to write it.
00:42:11.000 Nobody in the United States has written at all about this, that this is happening in the Senate at the Judiciary Committee level.
00:42:19.240 They can't get it through.
00:42:20.960 Everybody loves this thing.
00:42:23.720 And I thought I'd write it.
00:42:25.200 I'm holding you through the break.
00:42:26.400 But why do you need action?
00:42:28.540 Why don't law enforcement out in New Mexico and Arizona, just go in Texas, just go arrest them?
00:42:34.700 Why do you need another law?
00:42:37.580 because the rails cross through 50 different jurisdictions counties and uh states and nobody
00:42:47.640 each jurisdiction has its own you know constrictions and statutes and resources and priorities and
00:42:55.120 so you know they do catch them but in this border in border patrol in border patrol or fbi or
00:43:02.200 something like that i mean now you've gummed this thing up anyway hang on okay i'm gonna bring you
00:43:08.660 back after the break we had the cartels yesterday you know doing a visa scam at the embassy and
00:43:16.380 consulates these guys are very savvy almost as savvy as the ai guys you always got to watch them 0.98

00:45:06.780 When the 10-year treasury hits five, it's time now to go to Birch Gold,
00:45:11.140 talk to Philip Patrick and the team.
00:45:12.780 I'm going to have Philip on tomorrow, Thursday.
00:45:16.340 Today's Tuesday, tomorrow, Thursday.
00:45:17.620 Philip Patrick, best rate game.
00:45:18.940 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 989898,
00:45:22.660 the ultimate guide for investing in gold and precious metals in the age of Trump.
00:45:25.820 If you get to Philip Patrick and his team, they will talk to you about gold as a hedge against times of financial turbulence.
00:45:33.260 You need to understand that.
00:45:34.300 Plus all the pattern recognition out there of that gold by the BRICS nations and central banks are buying gold nonstop.
00:45:41.940 The big meeting they just had with Russia, with the KGB, Modi, and of course, Xi.
00:45:48.820 Xi's coming here in about 10 days.
00:45:50.260 maybe we agreed she by saying hey we're shutting down all your all the all the supply chain for 0.87
00:45:56.620 the internet and all the supply chain for your artificial intelligence we're killing how about
00:46:01.480 that how about that for a starter todd bensman give me a minute where do you want people to go
00:46:05.600 to find out more about this i think there's a lot of questions hey we want the senate to act but
00:46:09.080 they got so much going on if if a federal authority can already do this you're saying
00:46:13.640 they can't because they can't get intelligence resources but walk us through where do you go
00:46:18.020 to get the article and find out more about this. Yeah, this thing was sailing through the anti-ice
00:46:23.860 people are going to bat for the Sinaloa cartel, a foreign terrorist organization. You can find the
00:46:30.020 article at Homeland Security today, or on my website, toddbinsman.com up at the top.
00:46:36.620 This is one of those stories that you won't really see anywhere else. It's getting zero coverage
00:46:42.020 here in the United States. But this piece of legislation is gummed up in the Senate for
00:46:48.020 no good reason at all. It had massive support. It was sailing through. And then all of a sudden,
00:46:53.880 because ICE is involved in it, man, they went to town on those Democratic senators and they're
00:46:59.660 gumming this thing up. This is something that is enriching the Sinaloa cartel at the time that
00:47:07.540 trump has a massive anti-counter cartel uh campaign going against that cartel and a bunch
00:47:14.460 of other ones it's uh really counter to u.s interest that they don't get that this thing
00:47:19.420 through uh it's a good bill i've read it many times passed right through the house lots of
00:47:25.100 support and then all of a sudden it gets caught up in anti-ice leftist politics that are bogus
00:47:32.780 so one more time where they go your your your stuff is on fire uh in your mr anti-cartel so
00:47:39.000 we're and i think we're going to be actually in a shooting paramilitary exercise with those guys
00:47:44.280 sometime after the midterm uh where do people go for all your stuff now now that you're at heritage
00:47:49.220 yeah heritage.org has a page for me with my material on it toddbensman.com i'm at
00:47:57.500 bensman todd on yeah there it is right there at the top uh on x and getter and truth social all
00:48:06.520 the usual places and you can read that piece and all my other stuff lately too you won't really
00:48:12.040 find this one anywhere else nobody's writing about this in the united states thank you brother
00:48:18.640 appreciate you all the work you do thanks for the attention down in mexico and what you did
00:48:24.440 for President Trump and the administration.
00:48:27.340 Chad Prather joins us.
00:48:29.060 Chad, by the way, Charlie Kirkshow is next.
00:48:31.160 Andrew Colvett in the team.
00:48:32.820 I'm back at five.
00:48:35.020 Natalie's going to join me, EJ and Tony.
00:48:36.960 Hopefully I'll do a live handoff with bowling.
00:48:41.020 Chad, we had Natasha up. 0.99
00:48:42.400 She charted in the top 200 of Billboard.
00:48:46.720 Your song's on fire.
00:48:48.200 Talk to me about it.
00:48:48.960 Where is it on these charts?
00:48:51.640 And where can people go get it?
00:48:53.600 Hey, congratulations to Natasha.
00:48:55.460 What she said, I mean, it really is huge.
00:48:57.180 I mean, it's miraculous.
00:48:58.140 And thanks to voices like yours, Steve, for helping that happen.
00:49:01.480 We're sitting at number two on the country charts.
00:49:03.420 We're number four overall, all genres.
00:49:05.480 And so if we can stay in the top ten until midnight on Thursday,
00:49:09.940 then we'll be on the Billboard charts as well.
00:49:12.180 So, you know, they got the labels, they got the playlists,
00:49:14.620 they got the gatekeepers and millions of dollars pushing whatever they think
00:49:17.660 people want to hear.
00:49:18.520 But you know what?
00:49:19.200 Patriots are pushing this thing to the top.
00:49:21.460 And so I'm encouraging people go download it on iTunes because that's where the chart is that matters right now.
00:49:27.780 And, you know, we got an industry out there that's mocking our faith and rolling our eyes at our their eyes at our patriotism and our values.
00:49:34.820 And I just keep telling people, don't complain about it, compete with it.
00:49:37.980 And so Never Forget is the song that people need to go get, stream it, share it, download it, do all the things, tell your family and friends about it.
00:49:46.900 Chad, real quickly, you're you're up against me.
00:49:49.300 This is David versus Clyde.
00:49:50.640 Just give a minute on what we're up against when we put out a song like this,
00:49:54.040 Real Americans Music, versus the titans of the music industry.
00:49:59.080 Well, there's some big ones, and there's some big money out there.
00:50:01.780 I mean, you've got people like Ella Langley, who you mentioned earlier. 0.94
00:50:05.880 There's big money behind Ella Langley to break that record of staying in the top spot.
00:50:10.080 I think she's been there on the country charts for 21 straight weeks, and that's huge.
00:50:13.680 Good for her.
00:50:14.500 But you know what?
00:50:15.060 It's time for people who have some values and have a voice and have an opportunity to put some messaging out there that we believe in.
00:50:23.100 And it's really in the hands of the people to push it higher and say, this is the type of entertainment we want.
00:50:29.640 And that's true for music, media, movies, you name it.
00:50:33.060 And it's something worth redeeming.
00:50:34.660 And I think we've got an opportunity to do that through Real America's Music and the efforts of folks like yourself.
00:50:40.320 I can't say thank you enough.
00:50:41.620 And just continue to push these things up there with the downloads.
00:50:45.060 and telling people about it.
00:50:46.480 It's amazing what a little bit of music evangelism will do.
00:50:50.680 Give me one more time.
00:50:51.980 Where do people go right now if they want to support this song
00:50:54.260 and drive it up the charts?
00:50:56.160 Thursday night, we're still ranking this high,
00:50:58.720 we'll make the billboard.
00:50:59.660 Where do people go one more time, Chad?
00:51:01.300 What do they do?
00:51:02.460 Jump over on iTunes and download it.
00:51:04.660 Don't just stream it.
00:51:06.100 Download.
00:51:07.780 Never forget Chad Prather.
00:51:09.820 And you can go to chadprather.com.
00:51:11.540 It's right there on the homepage.
00:51:13.820 Chad, thank you.
00:51:14.580 Thank you for making the song.
00:51:15.800 It's amazing.
00:51:16.500 We love it.
00:51:16.700 Thanks, Steve.
00:51:17.220 It's an anthem.
00:51:18.260 It's an anthem, brother.
00:51:19.140 Thank you.
00:51:21.280 I want to also give a hat tip to Rob Sig and Parker Sig, the back of Real America's Music.
00:51:27.720 Having spent some time in the music industry, I said, boys, this is a long shot, the whole thing.
00:51:32.080 But, man, is it working.
00:51:33.720 You know why?
00:51:34.380 Just great songs.
00:51:35.920 Okay, we're going to let Chad take you out.
00:51:38.020 But never forget Charlie Kirk, Andrew Kovetz.
00:51:40.320 We're back at five.
00:51:41.340 Never forget, that's what we say.
00:51:44.020 The names, the towers, the missing and dead
00:51:47.200 Heroes running where angels feel
00:51:50.500 The sound of it all ringing in our ears
00:51:53.600 Now we fight each other, truth gets bought
00:51:56.720 We lost the lessons we were taught
00:51:59.900 Twenty-five years down the road
00:52:03.700 We'd forgotten what we swore
00:52:06.120 We'd never forget
00:52:14.020 Remember the lives
00:52:20.560 Remember the planes
00:52:22.020 Remember the phone calls
00:52:23.920 Remember the names
00:52:25.260 Remember the widows
00:52:27.000 The daughters and sons
00:52:28.560 Remember the day we remembered we were one
00:52:32.220 So never forget
00:52:34.560 Don't just say the words
00:52:39.100 Never forget
00:52:41.080 Remember all freedom's really worth
00:52:45.640 Raise up the flag, get down and pray
00:52:48.740 Tell your kids what happened that day
00:52:52.120 Never forget
00:52:53.760 Never forget
00:52:59.760 The 15th, or as we say in the war room, 15 October.
00:53:05.640 As we head towards that date, that's the extension deadline for the IRS.

00:53:34.420 They'll pull out your official IRS master file before your return is prepared so that you can see exactly what the IRS already has on the record.
