00:02:06.060It's a bit odd because we don't typically see nor'easters in September, right?
00:02:09.920We think of them as a winter storm with bringing in lots of snow to parts of the northeast.
00:02:14.420But we've had a system develop in a similar fashion here in September, which means we have similar impacts, big time coastal flooding, high tide flooding, which is what you're seeing here in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, as the water is pushed on shore about two to three feet above the normal high tide.
00:02:30.780So that's inundated a couple of communities around the coast from New Jersey to Maryland, up to even parts of New York, down to North Carolina, that we have this massive low pressure system that's sitting off the coast.
00:02:43.460And this thing is going through a deepening process that's been happening very quickly.
00:02:47.380When you have a strengthening storm system like this off the coast, the winds are often a huge issue.
00:02:52.380And we've had this low here for a couple of days, but it started intensifying very quickly late yesterday into today,
00:02:58.280ramping up those wind impacts and starting to push more of that water on shore.
00:03:02.320So out in places like New Jersey, I mean, they've had their coast battered for a couple of days now with these winds and the waves and higher than normal tides.
00:03:09.400So we're seeing a lot of beach erosion.
00:03:11.160we're seeing those communities near the coast unfortunately see the high tide flooding as well
00:03:15.060even out into North Carolina Highway 12 out in North Carolina they get hit hard most of the time
00:03:20.400when we see hurricanes passing by the United States not necessarily making landfall and that
00:03:24.800roadway unfortunately took serious damage from the wind and the waves that were pushing sand and
00:03:29.760water on shore and we always keep a close eye on the homes out in Rodanthe as well in the outer
00:03:33.500banks of North Carolina because we've been seeing these homes collapsing from multiple big surge and
00:03:38.220wind events like this over the last couple of years we had hurricane force wind gusts in surf
00:03:42.940city new jersey so yeah it's not a hurricane but it's producing hurricane like winds and those
00:03:47.780gusts across new jersey knocking out power to quite a few people there and we've seen those
00:03:51.520gusts expand all the way up to portions of new york long island in particular connecticut
00:03:56.120out to massachusetts parts of rhode island as well but the power outage numbers continue to
00:04:00.060climb we've got about 75 80 000 households across portions of the northeast largely close to the
00:04:05.240coast without power as we roll through this Saturday morning and the storm system is still
00:04:10.480bearing down on these areas of the northeast the mid-atlantic we still have wind gusts upwards of
00:04:14.60020 to 50 miles an hour across the mid-atlantic and into New England I mean Nantucket Hampton
00:04:20.040Bay is out across Long Island we have some really intense gusts and these strong gusts are going to
00:04:24.100stick around throughout the day today before the system starts winding down but it's going to stick
00:04:28.660around these parts of the northeast for still another couple of days so unfortunately these
00:04:33.160cumulative impacts of seeing the wind and the waves batter the coast is going to mean probably
00:04:37.240millions of dollars in erosion damage for a lot of those beaches around these areas of the country.
00:04:41.560So moving forward, this storm system probably has the most intense impacts still today with
00:04:46.780the higher surges, the higher than normal tides, those flooding issues, the saltwater flooding
00:04:50.980that's pushed on shore. And now we have to deal with the rainfall. The rain has largely not been
00:04:54.740an issue yet with this system because it's been farther offshore. But as we go through today and
00:04:59.260tomorrow we'll probably see upwards of five to seven inches of rain in a few spots from New Jersey
00:05:03.780up through New York and parts of New England and as the low finally degrades into Monday and Tuesday
00:05:09.620it'll start moving north and away from the coast but it'll still be windy cloudy kind of nuisance
00:05:14.340rainfall and cloud cover at that point so moving forward we still have big wind impacts surf
00:05:19.740impacts and they had to cancel a lot of events up and down the east coast for this and then moving
00:05:24.140into Sunday we could really see the flash flooding take hold across those parts of New England
00:05:28.100and particularly around Boston and down to Hartford and parts of Rhode Island.
00:05:32.160Rob, we've had a very light to non-existent hurricane system.
00:05:36.580You've had nor'easters, which are normally winter storms in September.
00:05:40.980Is there something, we're big on pattern recognition here in the war room.
00:05:45.560Is there something we should be aware of that's happening?
00:05:49.320It's a bit of a weird year for the Atlantic in general.
00:05:52.160I mean, the El Nino in the Pacific just broke a record, I believe it was last week,
00:05:56.680we finally got up to record territory, and that's been creating record amounts of wind shear across
00:06:01.320the Atlantic, which has basically broken apart every kind of hurricane that's tried to form out
00:06:05.440there. And a northeastern September, this was just kind of an odd setup where we had a coastal low
00:06:10.980already sitting offshore, then an upper level low came in and kind of swept it up here. So it's just
00:06:16.980they've happened in September before. I'm trying to get to a graphic here that'll show us that
00:06:21.020low pressure system once again. But they've happened in September before. It's just really
00:06:24.860odd. It's kind of one of those weird meteorological things where maybe if the waters were a little
00:06:30.940bit warmer or we had the low pressure system developing elsewhere, this could have been a
00:06:35.740tropical system. It just didn't have enough time over warmer waters to make that transition.
00:06:39.680You know, the same music festival that was in Maryland that got canceled this weekend was
00:06:44.260canceled four years ago because we had the remnants of a tropical system moving through
00:06:48.080this area. I believe it was Ian, but I'll have to double check that. Rob, thank you so much.
00:06:53.740Fantastic. Great report. Appreciate you guys. And Weather Nation is fantastic. And people want to see real weather present in a in a very straightforward manner. Weather Nation is your channel. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you.
00:07:07.220uh quite odd quite odd captain finnell what's not odd is the chinese because they are masters1.00
00:07:17.280of prop of propaganda and they understand they have to keep their populace1.00
00:07:21.740uh under their thumb what's shocking is how blatantly they're searching for legitimacy
00:07:29.520you know wan shishan is no longer the wingman of xi and one of the reasons is the uh that he's my
00:07:36.340understand he's in a deep study about how to bolster their legitimacy but for them to make
00:07:41.920world war ii a kind of a centerpiece of what they're talking about and then say it's you know
00:07:46.180in the top couple of outcomes they got shows you how desperate they are to tie themselves
00:07:53.380to defeating fascism in the imperial japanese army in the middle of the 20th century sir
00:08:00.840Yes, Steve, that's exactly right. They know deep inside that they were not the people that were fighting the Imperial Japanese forces during World War II.
00:08:13.400There's reports, historical fact, that Mao's forces faked radio battles on the radio, faked that they were fighting battles so that they could deceive the Americans that were there, part of the Dixie mission, to the U.S. observatory group in Yanan to deceive them into thinking that Mao and his communist forces were doing more.
00:08:36.420That's a fact. Dr. Arthur Waldron tells a story in the 1970s when a Japanese delegation visited China and they brought up the issue of they were apologizing and saying, we're really sorry for what we did.
00:08:48.700We apologize. We shouldn't have done this, blah, blah, blah, that Mao got visibly irritated and told him to stop apologizing.
00:08:57.620and that he said to the Japanese delegation, if you guys hadn't fought the KMT and did what you
00:09:03.160did to the KMT, I would have never been able to defeat the KMT after the war. So I think the
00:09:09.120Chinese people need to, you know, they don't get to hear that truth. They don't get to know1.00
00:09:14.660that their own government that's in charge today was actually actively working to kill Chinese0.69
00:09:20.120citizens or allowing Chinese citizens to die at the hands of the Japanese so that Mao and his
00:09:26.340communist forces could come to power after the war. I think a lot of Chinese, Lao Bajin, know
00:09:32.340this, the older ones, but as we know, and I think the Wall Street Journal just had a report about a
00:09:37.320battle from World War II where Chinese forces, KMT forces, were decimated, you know, tens of
00:09:44.880thousands killed by the Japanese, but they did severe damage to the Japanese, and they were not
00:09:52.660allowed to speak about that. Chinese people that fought against the Japanese that weren't
00:09:57.660communists were not allowed to talk about that battle. So the Chinese Communist Party
00:10:02.760sacrificed millions or tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of their own citizens0.65
00:10:08.280so that they could control China afterwards and create the People's Republic of China.0.58
00:10:13.960They're lying. They've been lying for, you know, 79 years since the end of the war.0.58
00:10:18.560And now they thought, hey, we can get in here and have a visit with President Trump and try to legitimize ourselves and have the president talk about flying tigers.
00:10:29.440And that's fine. There was a flying tigers.
00:10:31.840And there are some reports that Chinese Communist Party, Mao's military did rescue a few downed airmen.
00:10:39.260But that is far, far, far infinitesimally small compared to what they did, didn't do.
00:10:46.060They shirked their duties. They were cowards. They ran away to the West, and they avoided fighting the Japanese imperial forces, and they allowed the KMT to do that.0.99
00:10:56.180And who's the KMT today? Those are the remnants now that are on Taiwan.
00:11:00.340And so when we talk about Taiwan, it's not just some island of nobodies.
00:11:05.020These are the people that fought the Japanese, fought to defend China.
00:11:09.100They're the true heirs of China, and I think that we should acknowledge that and remember that as we talk about arms sales and other things to keep the people of China, their vision to be free again, alive and available, and not to promote this revisionism that the Chinese Communist Party is trying to propagate today, which is to, as you said, legitimize themselves.
00:11:35.040They are an illegitimate regime, and we need to remind them of that, and we need to make sure that the rest of the world knows that we understand that, just like the one China principle, or they call it the one China principle, we call it the one China policy.
00:11:48.500And that policy never acknowledged the Chinese Communist Party ruled China.0.71
00:11:54.280And we need to, every once in a while, make sure that everyone understands when we say these kinds of things, that we understand the real history and we understand what these policies are and that they're not in favor of legitimizing an illegitimate regime, a communist regime.
00:12:15.980and so anytime these guys talk about something particularly in these formal settings like in
00:12:20.400the foyer of the residents of the White House and later the dinner they're saying it for a reason
00:12:25.800they they need to stick the landing the other thing was the Thucydides trap now Thucydides trap
00:12:31.980is this theory of Graham Allison and Henry Kissinger about declining powers and rising
00:12:36.960powers but to say it twice once in the opening remarks and later at the dinner is in your face
00:12:44.140they're saying that you are the declining power we are the rising power and if we are we the
00:12:53.820Chinese Communist Party if we have judgment and wisdom right we will steer this into a peaceful
00:13:00.060coexistence while you continue to decline and we will avoid avoid a catastrophic global war which0.98
00:13:06.840I think of the 15 times it's happened that I think 10 times or 12 times it led to war and
00:13:13.140three or four times it hasn't given the wisdom of the rising power this bunk and it is bunk
00:13:21.400is uh graham allison and kissinger they ran this deal in the 1970s allison and kissinger were
00:13:30.180were nuclear uh theoreticians like herman kahn and they had their their their theory of the case
00:13:37.260then was that the United States of America was the declining power and that the Soviets
00:13:43.480had built a command economy, they had a better military, they were the rising power.
00:13:49.280And that's why, you know, the elites in this country were scrambling around, we got to
00:13:53.280do, we have detente, we have to have accommodation, we have to have rapprochement, we have to
00:13:59.580do everything, in peristory, we have to do everything to convince this rising power,
00:14:05.020The Soviets, right, that destroyed the German army in World War II, and now because Americans gave them the nuclear weapons, have a huge nuclear force, that they're the rising power.
00:14:17.020Their command economy is so powerful and so strong, and we basically have to be supplicants to make sure our Soviet betters, you know, don't allow us as the declining power to hit a tripwire and force us into a global nuclear war.0.69
00:14:35.440well that was a lie and it took one man coming from the west0.72
00:14:42.900to say hey how about this we win they lose or i'll explain it all next in the world
00:14:52.560okay we've been talking about all family pharmacy for the last
00:15:05.420couple of months. You know the name. You've heard the ads. But have you actually gone to the website?
00:15:11.600Now, here's my challenge. In less than two minutes, go to allfamilypharmacy.com slash
00:15:17.600Bannon. That's allfamilypharmacy.com. All Family Pharmacy being one word.
00:15:23.560allfamilypharmacy.com slash Bannon. Look around and tell me if you can't find at least one
00:15:30.000medication you've needed before. They have over 400 prescription medications, antibiotics,
00:15:37.980maintenance medications, GLP-1s, NAD+, peptides, and plenty, plenty more. And they just added
00:15:48.300something new. Ivermectin tablets and 4 milligrams, 12 milligrams, and 36 milligrams.
00:15:55.880Ivermectin is already one of their most popular medications.
00:15:59.100It's best known as an antiparasitic, but researchers and physicians have also explored it for other off-label uses.
00:16:08.700Remember, this is a full-service pharmacy.
00:19:09.880This is the mantra that we've been fed for 50 years since we shifted recognition from Taipei to Beijing.0.54
00:19:17.400We've been told by the China hands in America, and Washington, D.C. particularly, that China is a rising power and we're a declining power.
00:19:27.420And maybe they were right up until the first Trump administration.
00:19:30.960But since 2017, for the last eight, nine years, that dynamic has changed. And I think in this second administration, President Trump has demonstrated through actions, people can not like his words or whatever, but his actions have shown that America is not declining.
00:19:50.960We wrested control, because of President Trump, control of the Panama Canal from China.
00:19:56.780We have ringed the first island chain with anti-ship cruise missiles and theater air
00:20:19.480We are in the economic arena. President Trump is putting tariffs on China that's never been done before and hurting their economy.
00:20:28.460So and as you mentioned, I think last week, you know, China in this BRICS summit wanted to try to prop up some kind of BRICS currency that was going to be backed by the Chinese RMB that fell through.
00:20:39.380So we're seeing on all fronts and what the Chinese call comprehensive national power that the United States is not declining in these areas.
00:20:48.360So the mantra, the constant refrain that they're rising and we're declining, the Thucydides trap, is just not true. Yet Xi came here and tried to promote that because he knows that he has elites that have been captured in America that will take that and repeat it over and over and over again.
00:21:08.160Just like Xi repeats this statement about, you know, building a constructive framework, a relationship, a U.S.-China relationship for strategic security.
00:21:17.680They are hammering that phrase a hundred times a day.
00:21:25.300They want to, they think it's like an iron, a blacksmith taking an anvil and hammering with his forge and beating on this iron to make it be their will.
00:21:37.760That's what they're trying to do to us, and President Trump is impervious to that.
00:21:41.900And I think in this visit, showing the B2, showing the B1, showing the F-35s, those were all platforms that were used in Epic Fury.
00:21:50.580We're maintaining a blockade on the Strait of Hormuz that's dramatically impacted China's ability to get energy from the Middle East.
00:21:58.800So in all areas, China has seen what they consider to be a decline on the U.S. side is now changing.
00:22:06.960And they don't like it. And they're trying to maintain that narrative. And so I applaud the president for what he did in those areas. I still there's, you know, the things that we mentioned earlier, I wish you'd call out the fentanyl deaths and talk about some other things. But for the most part, we are ignoring their rhetoric and we're acting on our own interests. And they can't stand that.
00:22:28.440And so I would like to see an arms sales package here, you know, before the November meeting and see what happens, because the Chinese will use meeting after meeting after meeting every 90 days.0.79
00:22:40.380They'll come up with some kind of senior leader meeting to keep us from implementing an arms package.0.75
00:22:46.400This is what we this is when we first came into office in 17.
00:22:49.740This is what we threw that all the Hank Paulson.
00:22:51.720They had all these meetings and they were meeting every month and they had all these present days.0.99
00:34:39.860this is the book this was the definitive account from the information they had at the time
00:34:45.220of the october 7th because remember posopic night covered october 7th live on this show
00:34:51.020as it was happening and it didn't make sense then and after i read this book it made less sense
00:34:57.640and i still recommend people if you get if you want to get begin the basic understanding get
00:35:02.780this book while Israel slept. But you come away with more questions and something just doesn't
00:35:09.800feel right. It just does not feel right as you read it. And they did the best job of trying to
00:35:14.400lay it out. What has happened over the last couple of days about the situation with Netanyahu
00:35:21.080in October 7th? Because once you get this information, then it kind of starts to make sense
00:35:27.920about why there was such a delay, why they were caught by surprise, why it was Israel's Pearl
00:35:35.400Harbor, sir? Yeah, so this whole theme, this whole story has migrated from the alleged fringes
00:35:43.720increasingly into the mainstream. A few weeks ago, Hillary Clinton herself was on a television
00:35:51.280program and seemed to allude and then quickly correct herself to the notion that perhaps
00:35:57.740Netanyahu allowed this or had foreknowledge of it, which is really an astonishing admission
00:36:03.320from Clinton, who's a pretty committed supporter of Israel, a pretty committed member of the
00:36:10.400establishment. The idea that she would float, that Netanyahu would allow this attack at some level,
00:36:15.540I think should get everybody paused about the exact nature of this. Now, of course,
00:36:19.840Israeli citizens are going to the polls this autumn, later in October, and there are just
00:36:26.120a sort of swirling number of questions around Netanyahu. Of course, some of the intelligence
00:36:30.360failures occurred under his brief predecessor, Naftali Bennett. Netanyahu came in in 2022,
00:36:35.940but he had a full year. It's kind of like George W. Bush saying he had no responsibility for 9-11.
00:36:40.720He had nearly a year. And as we know now, the Bush administration repeatedly, you know,
00:36:45.820ignore warnings. And so for all of the comparisons by the Israelis of 10-7 to 9-11,
00:36:52.520And I think some unfortunate comparisons are also coming to light.
00:36:58.380And let's talk about the specific charges that the head of, I guess, Egyptian intelligence, and this is what I was saying at the time, even when it was going, I said, hey, I can't understand how this could be surprised with the Israeli military intelligence, Shin Bet, the Mossad, the CIA, MI6, the Saudi intelligence,
00:37:21.880UAE intelligence particularly Egyptian intelligence you've got I mean this is the most monitored
00:37:27.480place oh there's President Trump right now Air Force One coming down we'll pick up if he has
00:37:32.860anything to say Kurt uh the charges is that the the Egyptian um head of uh intelligence took a
00:37:42.260private jet and flew to Israel the jet was kept on the tarmac as they went into the special part of
00:37:48.960that of that of the airport where they normally bring in high level diplomats and and that he
00:37:57.860actually warned that something was happening with Hamas and that action had to be taken immediately.
00:38:04.380Is that that's the current story that's out there, sir? And actually, I think reinforced by the
00:38:08.980Egyptians are saying we did this. Yeah, yeah. And I think it also raises general questions to0.97
00:38:16.260what was Netanyahu's understanding with Hamas and to a lesser extent Qatar over all these years.
00:38:22.520So, you know, parts of the Israeli sort of media echo chamber, you know, make the argument
00:38:28.000that Netanyahu and the Israelis knew nothing about Hamas, knew nothing about potentially
00:38:32.740the Qataris helping keep the lights on there. And that's not true. The reality is that Netanyahu
00:38:38.400has systematically tried to eliminate the Palestinian moderate opposition and empower
00:38:44.340Hamas, because that's frankly a more fringe group within the Palestinian movement. And he thinks that
00:38:49.720this sort of heightens the contradictions and emboldens Israeli society in his own political
00:38:53.900position. And then additionally, there's this other scandal, which is a complete confused mixture for
00:39:00.040Israeli politics called Qatargate, which basically alleges for all of the sort of gnashing and wailing
00:39:06.380about Qatari influence, that Israel itself was quite in bed with Doha. The details of that are
00:39:12.760pretty unclear. But again, these stories are migrating from the fringes of the Israeli press,
00:39:19.120so-called the fringes of the American conversation, to big, splashy New Yorker profiles and people
00:39:26.740like Secretary Clinton raising questions, albeit unintentionally. Well, and the question is,
00:39:34.220the Egyptians kind of told them what they told them and what response it has been. It looked
00:39:39.220like it was virtually no response at all there were some to talk about some economic considerations
00:39:44.800but no upgrading and i tell you just just read the book you're stunned about the lack of preparation
00:39:51.900and then you're stunned about hey the gap in action there's just so many unanswered questions
00:39:57.420why has he not been for and i realize this is coming out now because of the politics of the
00:40:02.380run-up to this election but why has he not been forced to have an inquiry if netanyahu's hands
00:40:08.700were clean, you would have had an inquiry on this in 30 days and would come out and say, hey,
00:40:13.000categorically, the guy didn't know anything. He was a hero for stepping into the breach.
00:40:17.000And the fact that we're years and they don't have an inquiry at this time in World War II,
00:40:21.800I think they'd had five or six official looks into Pearl Harbor. And we still don't have all
00:40:27.860the answers there. We still don't have it today. But at least they started the process.
00:40:32.840Why have they not started the process here? Why has this guy been able to stonewall this now that
00:40:36.980we have other information. And listen, if you're going to be an ally or America's greatest ally,
00:40:43.040we need to know that you're dealing from the top of the deck, not the bottom of the deck.
00:40:47.300And I think particularly as this midterm is looking like a referendum, a part of it,
00:40:52.700a referendum on this war and people's, not just in MAGA, but Democrats, independents, etc.,
00:40:58.720a rejection of the continuation of this. It's got to be, everything's got to be put on the table
00:41:04.480and we need information about it. Kurt Mills. Yeah, I'd say two things. Number one, Netanyahu
00:41:10.660has been adept at evading any sort of real accountability for, I think, the pretty clear
00:41:16.220scandals of his 30 years plus in Israeli power. The guy has gone from one court hearing to another,0.73
00:41:22.640and in order to avoid more court hearings, he'll order a bombing raid. So, you know, for as much
00:41:27.900as we have seen the criminalization of politics in the United States, we've got nothing on Israel.
00:41:33.040It's really quite a mess over there, and it's clearly bleeding into national security decisions in an overt ways, day in, day out.
00:41:42.320Secondarily, the bald truth is, Steve, that whatever happened on October 7th, the result of it has played into the hands.
00:41:50.720I don't think it's in the hands of the Israeli society writ large, but it's played into the hands of the Israeli hardline position,
00:41:56.120because they've seen essentially a blank check from Washington, more or less.
00:42:02.660There's been gradations on that to liquidate Gaza, expand into Lebanon, and press the long-held holy grail of the Israeli right and their neoconservative allies in the United States, which is a war on Iran.
00:42:17.260Yeah, but you've seen guys like Mike Rogers and Huston, particularly Rogers.
00:42:21.960I mean, Rogers is probably one of the hardest core, not just hawks, but neocons out there.
00:42:28.000You've seen him go to the microphone and say, hey, we've got to wrap this thing up, and we need to focus on gas prices.
00:42:34.640When you start losing people like that, it shows you how unpopular this is.
00:42:41.460And one of the reasons it's unpopular, we don't have any of the information.
00:42:54.760I mean, look, this is the essential nature of, you know, this is not our country, but the Israelis keep trying to make it our country by embedding themselves within our intelligence sharing, within our society, demanding that we take part in their wars.0.87
00:43:08.320And so, you know, I'm sort of loathe to demand accountability and inquiries of foreign leaders.0.77
00:43:12.860But in this instance, with this arrangement not severed or not reformed, it kind of is incumbent upon us to look into it.
00:43:20.180As to the people like Rogers, I mean, I think that speaks to the absolute desperation of his campaign that he's going to likely lose to Dr. Syed.
00:43:27.640Of course, Rogers doesn't believe what he's saying. And I think the voters can smell it.
00:43:32.040And then additionally, the Hill Republicans are caught mostly flat footed.
00:43:36.760I mean, there was a series of war powers resolutions this week.
00:43:39.660You know, if they felt strongly about it, more Republicans could have voted for it.
00:43:43.100And yet, look, the president's not really going to do anything on it, but it would have been a symbolic vote against this war, which is clearly taking us in the wrong direction and taking the right, the center right in America in the wrong direction.
00:43:54.940Hang on a second. We'll take a short break.
00:43:56.440If you're losing to Syed, Abdul, who is a total and complete clown,0.99
00:44:01.940and one of these public health guys, a complete clown,0.98
00:44:05.420if you're losing to him and you've got to shift a major position0.95
00:44:09.180to get people's attention, maybe focus on the data centers.
00:48:29.340I mean, we have intelligence services.
00:48:30.780In fact, the intelligence services, I'm sure, know what's going on.
00:48:33.740But it's outrageous to me that we're a couple of years into this thing. And now we're in Persia and we just rejected their coming back with a proposal about Hormuz. And the implication is in the media leaked by the White House that we're going to start the gunfight again after the November midterms. Don't we have a right to demand that we understand exactly how this thing started on October 7th, sir?
00:49:01.240Well, absolutely. And then I think we should get out of the relationship, frankly. But I think fundamentally for many people, the U.S.-Israel relationship, especially with Netanyahu and his gang, is a psychological phenomenon.
00:49:17.320I mean, the old joke is that dual loyalty would be an improvement. I mean, a lot of these people seem to sort of view Israel as a simulation for them to take out their anger on the world.
00:49:29.300I mean, there are programs. I'll just flag one. I don't really want to start a media piece with this person. But the Hugh Hewitt person, I mean, you would think this was Israel, that the United States was a part of Israel. If you listen to this person's programming every day, it is completely divorced from reality.
00:49:45.280And frankly, this war is supported by a fraction of the American people. And even a lot of MAGA diehards are completely crestfallen by the decision. It's a parallel universe. And they say politicians, you mentioned Cotton and others on the Hill, they say politicians are ruthless in their own self-preservation. I'm not sure I actually agree.
00:50:04.080I think a lot of hillhawks literally believe in the Israeli relationship and believe in this war more than their own survival politically, so to speak.0.94
00:50:12.180And I think you'll see that in the autumn when the Democrats replace them.0.92
00:50:18.020Kurt, you are the editor now of the great magazine newspaper started by Pat Buchanan.
00:50:26.500Where do people go get access to it and all the great articles come out of it?

00:50:38.040founded against the iraq war we are very much against this iran war
