00:00:00.000 is that 162,000 in the rearview mirror, our last look at jobs in August, that was the second best
00:00:06.680 of the year outside of March at 214. And the numbers are hitting the wires for the September
00:00:11.920 job, job, jobs report, a bit of a disappointment, expecting 90,000 comes in at 29,000. And we see
00:00:21.140 revisions, two-month revision down 60,000, 29,000 will be the lightest since July when it was 21,000.
00:00:29.920 Manufacturing, you may recall, our last look was $16,000.
00:00:34.100 That was the best going all the way back to the fall of 2023.
00:00:38.360 It was downgraded a bit to $15,000, but that still doesn't change its historic status.
00:00:44.060 We gave a bid up, comes in close to expectations, and up $9,000.
00:00:48.320 So the renaissance of manufacturing continues.
00:00:52.020 Average hourly earnings.
00:00:53.020 Now, if we take it on a month-over-month basis, this is a big miss, big, big miss.
00:00:57.840 We're expecting up three tenths. Our last look was up three tenths. This comes in up one tenth,
00:01:03.760 and up one tenth would actually be the lightest of the year at equal decent last year. To find a
00:01:08.960 smaller number, you're back in April of last year. Now let's look at year over year average hourly
00:01:14.260 earnings. 3.0, a bit of a miss. We're looking for 3.1. That would be front and back. That was our
00:01:21.280 last look. That's what we were expecting. 3.0 would be obviously not only the lightest of the
00:01:26.520 year. That's the lightest going all the way back to May of 2021. But then again, we've been on that
00:01:32.520 that comp for the last several months. Now, let's look at hours work. And we look at the average
00:01:39.000 hours. This is very key because it's been drifting lower. We build it up a bit. 34.4. That would
00:01:45.760 equal where we were last month. The high watermark is 34.4. These numbers go all the way back to 23
00:01:53.340 when we were at 34.5. So we have been creating a bit of a shorter work week, and that has a
00:01:59.400 variety of ramifications when you're trying to handicap the labor market. Now let's look at the
00:02:05.160 unemployment rate. It's been very well cooperative at 4.1. That's what we were expecting. It moved up
00:02:11.560 by a 10 to 4.2. 4.2 would equal where we were in June, and in May we were at 4.3. The best it's
00:02:19.720 been all year are the back-to-back 4.1. So we're moving up, but not dramatically. So labor force
00:02:26.980 participation, nice number here. We're expecting 61.6, comes in 61.8, two-tenths better than
00:02:35.360 expected, two-tenths better than the rearview mirror. And 61.8 would equal where we were in
00:02:41.680 May, equal where we were in April to find a better number here in March at 61.9. The high watermark
00:02:47.480 This is where we started the year at 262.1, and that went all the way back really to mid-last year.
00:02:54.840 And finally, drumroll, please, the U6, or the underemployment rate, it was 7.7.
00:03:01.280 That's what we were expecting.
00:03:02.360 It moved down a bit to 7.6.
00:03:05.020 That actually is the lowest it's been all year.
00:03:08.260 To find a lower number, you're going back to January of 25, where it was 7.5.
00:03:13.580 Now, after all of that, what did Treasury yields do?
00:03:17.840 The 10-year move from 521 to 516, the new low yield of the week,
00:03:23.500 and two-year yields, also a dramatic drop.
00:03:26.640 They moved from basically that 4.77, now they're at base 4.73.
00:03:36.080 So we see a nice drop in yields, and we do want to point out oil is also lower,
00:03:41.680 And we know there's a lot of moving parts pushing rates higher, and maybe it's uncomfortable if you're trying to get a mortgage.
00:03:48.260 But ultimately, what's going on in the Mideast is having an outsized effect above and beyond some of the corporate issuance with the A.I. build out.
00:03:57.060 So we want to continue to monitor any type of a yield close under 517 would most likely lock in the high yields we currently experience until we consolidate to slightly lower levels.
00:04:09.420 Friday
00:04:11.440 2 October
00:04:13.640 let's get the right month
00:04:14.960 2026
00:04:16.640 I was thinking Rick Santelli
00:04:18.560 that may be one of the last
00:04:21.160 I think we're in the run up to his
00:04:23.280 retirement
00:04:24.220 you're going to miss him when he's gone
00:04:27.380 Dr. Peter Navarro
00:04:29.580 over at the White House
00:04:31.640 let's talk about the jobs report
00:04:33.720 because actually I think there's hidden
00:04:35.580 in this a lot of good news
00:04:37.100 go ahead
00:04:38.180 go ahead. I'm glad you mentioned Rick Santelli. Okay. Because I think that might be the last one
00:04:45.900 today and he's going, but he didn't want to go. And he's a voice, um, that has been really, uh,
00:04:55.300 clarity, uh, pro Trump, um, in a way, not cheerleading Trump, but understanding how the
00:05:04.680 Trump policies basically are able to stimulate growth without stoking inflation.
00:05:11.700 And boy, we are going to miss Rick Santelli.
00:05:15.220 It's really a shame CNBC is taking him off the chessboard, Steve.
00:05:21.460 Well, hang on for one second.
00:05:23.480 Is this actually was today his was today his last day?
00:05:26.340 Yes. Look back over 30 years.
00:05:28.480 I think it is.
00:05:29.720 Play that tomorrow morning.
00:05:30.460 I think it might be.
00:05:31.160 Yeah, yeah.
00:05:32.480 We were just so used to it.
00:05:33.160 Because he was waiting in this last jobs report, if I got that right.
00:05:38.080 That's a special – my head's been in so many other issues.
00:05:42.400 Brother Santelli, who we're so used to over the years doing the jobs report,
00:05:47.340 then we have EJ and Tony come on in while the numbers are all wrong.
00:05:51.840 But you made a comment.
00:05:53.040 Let's make some news.
00:05:53.860 Is he being forced out?
00:05:55.540 I thought it was time for him to retire.
00:05:56.960 no he would stay there in a heartbeat um he would stay there in a heartbeat
00:06:04.720 the only one left now is just joe curran give us give us some inside baseball i'm just telling
00:06:12.120 i can't tell you any more than that okay okay okay i knew maybe okay trust me trust me i know
00:06:19.060 i mean if you look at the personnel there if you look at the personnel there
00:06:25.120 who do we have left
00:06:27.020 that really supports
00:06:29.840 the Trump agenda? Joe Kernan
00:06:31.100 it's down to Joe right now
00:06:32.940 he's going to be like at the Alamo
00:06:35.400 and it's Steve
00:06:37.160 Lieber and Andrew Ross Sorkin
00:06:39.480 all those guys, they're all pro-Trump
00:06:41.100 they're all pro-MAGA
00:06:42.020 they're all Trumps 0.66
00:06:44.420 aren't they?
00:06:46.500 don't go tongue-in-cheek with this audience
00:06:49.140 because they don't understand it
00:06:51.020 as well as you do
00:06:52.380 No, this was like watching Leesman and Rick Santelli go at it was like a beautiful thing.
00:06:59.120 There's going to be nobody on that network other than Joe Kernan who will talk about the Trump agenda in a positive manner. 0.92
00:07:06.620 Don't go after my girl, Becky Quick.
00:07:09.820 You're going to tell me Becky Quick.
00:07:11.000 Becky Quick's pro-MAGA, correct? 0.99
00:07:13.960 The hostess? 0.79
00:07:16.140 You've been on that show a million times, Navarro. 1.00
00:07:19.340 Look, I have great respect for Becky.
00:07:22.380 Um, but, but she's not Joe and she's not Rick.
00:07:28.860 I mean, she's more like a, she's Switzerland. 0.78
00:07:31.420 Let's call her Switzerland. 0.78
00:07:32.900 Okay. 0.96
00:07:33.800 Okay.
00:07:34.100 And you got Andrew who is reliably, um, antagonistic towards the Trump agenda.
00:07:41.740 I love these people dearly. 1.00
00:07:43.380 You know, like, it's not like, it's not someone like the, the, the idiots at Fox. 1.00
00:07:49.480 Okay. 1.00
00:07:50.080 Well, hang on, hang on.
00:07:51.300 They just, you know, Steve, yeah.
00:07:54.000 Hang on.
00:07:54.780 CNBC has not banned you for life like Fox did.
00:07:58.440 You're banned for life from Fox. 0.99
00:08:00.380 And poor Maria Bartiroma was terminated. 1.00
00:08:04.320 She's on three years paid vacation, right?
00:08:07.040 But you're still a welcome guest over at CNBC, correct?
00:08:15.040 Yes, but I'll be candid with you.
00:08:17.300 There's resistance up the chain, okay?
00:08:21.300 the producer and an anchor level they'd love to have me on but there is some resistance up the
00:08:27.460 chain like it's part of that nbc mothership right so yeah ms ms now cnbc well they're like it's not
00:08:39.100 a it's not a pro trump i mean the thing about it like the jobs report today which is what we were
00:08:45.700 going to talk about it, but in fact, in a way we are. It's like the jobs report today was
00:08:51.100 quintessential Trump, yet it was reported as somehow soft and as a disappointment. But take
00:08:58.160 like the number of jobs, 29,000. I mean, the steady state, Steve, in a world of a secure
00:09:05.440 border where you don't have, I don't know, 10 million people coming in a year, you only need
00:09:12.080 to create 30,000 additional jobs a month. That's it. So we hit 29. That's not, that's not bad.
00:09:18.340 That's good. Right. There was some cool mega news in there. Here's a stat for you, Steve.
00:09:23.780 The unemployment rate for people without high school diplomas reached 4.3%, the lowest in
00:09:33.060 history. I mean, that's our people, Steve. These are the people who work where their hands are,
00:09:38.720 They're blue-collar.
00:09:40.660 Pro between the lines there, you had $30,000, right?
00:09:45.840 But you had significantly more than that created in the private sector.
00:09:52.180 But the net, after you got rid of some more government employees, which is a good thing from a Trump point of view, you had the net down at $29,000.
00:10:02.000 Labor force participation rate went up.
00:10:04.280 Here's the broader issue, Steve.
00:10:06.140 That report, that jobs report, I get madder and madder and madder every time these reports come out and show that we have a Trump economy that's generating stable, strong growth while driving the core inflation rate down.
00:10:22.420 And that friggin' Federal Reserve keeps pushing rates up.
00:10:26.820 And here's a bit of history. 0.99
00:10:28.220 I'm calling Kevin Warsh, Jay Powell, and the rest of those clowns at the Fed out right now.
00:10:33.680 They are interfering with the election in November.
00:10:38.060 And here's the evidence.
00:10:40.520 Two years ago, when Donald Trump was in the homestretch with Kamala Harris, in September, the Fed lowered interest rates.
00:10:52.520 It's the first time they've done it in months and months and months.
00:10:55.200 It was not warranted by the data.
00:10:57.620 And not only did they lower interest rates, they did it 50 basis points.
00:11:02.500 when when the lowest anyone thought was 25 that was pure election interference everybody said it
00:11:10.340 at the time everybody knew at the time fast forward now you know what when the fed raised
00:11:16.000 rates on donald john trump it was exactly 48 days from election day they did it in september
00:11:23.880 look they're going to do it again in october it's like and the data just does not support it so
00:11:31.240 Now, Warsh's problem, I think he's the only Trump guy there now, really.
00:11:37.260 And so he's either leading from behind and just kind of going along
00:11:42.680 because otherwise, I don't know, it would look bad or he'd look weak or something,
00:11:47.480 or he's in with it.
00:11:48.820 But he's got to declare himself because you and I both know that you don't raise
00:11:56.120 interest rates into the teeth of an energy price shock. Greenspan didn't. Bernanke didn't. I call
00:12:03.540 it the Greenspan-Bernanke rule. I'm going to add Navarro to it. Don't raise interest rates into
00:12:08.860 the teeth of an energy price shock. But on top of that, Steve, the data, everything we're seeing
00:12:15.300 supports the idea of holding rates where they are, and they should be 100 basis points lower.
00:12:23.440 So we got – man, they talk about politicizing the Fed like how we're trying to do that.
00:12:30.820 No, we're trying to get the Fed to act independently based on the data, and they're simply not doing that.
00:12:38.280 That jobs report was off the frigging charts today, and everybody called it weak.
00:12:44.560 No, it wasn't weak. It was perfect.
00:12:46.840 Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. Let's go back about jobs really created.
00:12:50.960 I'm hanging.
00:12:52.260 They net out the government jobs loss.
00:12:54.800 We got some issues with men because I think there's many more jobs occurred for women.
00:12:58.940 But when you say perfect, let's leave the whining about the Fed aside.
00:13:02.700 It's not whining.
00:13:03.320 I realize I get the same complaints you've got.
00:13:05.320 I want to make sure we don't seem like we're whining.
00:13:07.260 We got a minute here.
00:13:08.240 I'm going to hold you through the break.
00:13:09.060 In one minute, Dr. Peter Navarro, why support the fact you just said this jobs report was perfect.
00:13:16.480 The floor is yours, sir.
00:13:17.480 because it created sufficient number to keep the unemployment rate low we had a significant pop
00:13:28.360 in the labor force participation rate we had an increase in employment in prime age workers which
00:13:37.140 is the sweet spot the most productive so that's good for the economy we had good but not great
00:13:44.180 good increase in real wages. I mean, we could be doing better, but I blame that now on the Fed
00:13:51.200 because they're slowing stuff down. And what more do you want from a jobs report? The unemployment
00:14:00.240 rates low and it shouldn't probably go lower. It's fine right where it is. Labor force participation
00:14:08.580 is going up uh and buried the lead sorry construction and manufacturing are off the
00:14:15.280 charts that's what's pulling us along because of the trump tariffs and because of trump tax cuts
00:14:21.320 for building factories on american soil so that's a good report steve and you're not hearing that
00:14:27.780 from from from the financial news or much less the legacy media hang on well you're hearing it
00:14:33.040 in war room from you which is perfect okay um stick around peter navarre we're gonna come right
00:14:37.920 Back in a short commercial break, Dr. Peter Navarro from the White House about the economy and the reality of what's behind these numbers in the Trump economy.
00:14:47.240 Short commercial break. We've got FBI reports to talk about.
00:14:51.480 We've got the Georgia Election Board, all of it this afternoon on a Friday in the war room.
00:14:59.900 We're a couple of months out, but the midterms are fast approaching.
00:15:04.000 And make no mistake, if the House flips to the Democrats, it's a big deal for our economy.
00:15:11.220 That uncertainty is one of the reasons to diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:17.140 In the three months leading up to the 2024 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12 percent.
00:15:24.080 Now, why was that? Because we've taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of uncertainty.
00:15:30.720 If you don't own gold, I would suggest talking to Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick, and the team.
00:15:37.840 They'll discuss your goals, explain how precious metals can fit into your savings.
00:15:42.620 They can even help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold with no additional money out of your pocket.
00:15:52.700 Easiest way to do this is text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:58.500 Get a free information kit and get some solid information on gold.
00:16:04.580 The midterms will be here before you know it.
00:16:07.560 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:11.260 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:16:17.040 Peter, you're going to let me know when we get this Intelli piece.
00:16:19.360 Peter, Dr. Navarro, I want to put this up, if Denver can put it up.
00:16:23.160 I want to be very precise that, because there's no crying in the war room, I want to be very, very precise in your argument about, you believe, the new Federal Reserve, or the Federal Reserve governors, the Federal Reserve itself, the central bank.
00:16:42.860 and I just want to remind everybody
00:16:45.520 by popular demand
00:16:47.220 and he actually was around, he wanted to come back on
00:16:49.060 we're going to have Christopher Leonard
00:16:51.080 who's going to be back in the house tomorrow
00:16:53.540 what an amazing interview
00:16:55.380 and I hoped
00:16:56.920 to get to some of his concerns about the bond market
00:16:59.940 so Chris Leonard
00:17:01.740 will be back here
00:17:02.980 we're going to continue the talking of America
00:17:05.180 how America arms itself
00:17:06.700 the research he's doing for his new book
00:17:09.040 which won't be out for a year or so
00:17:10.440 but Chris is in town of course
00:17:12.780 The boardroom posse loves him when he comes on, and he will have some discussion of some concerns he has about the bond market.
00:17:20.000 Same concerns I have.
00:17:21.000 He thinks the world's got too much debt, $365 trillion in debt, and we're about to have a big margin call.
00:17:26.340 It's going to be tough to handle.
00:17:28.180 Dr. Navarro, you've put this piece up.
00:17:30.340 I think it's in RealClearMarkets or politics.
00:17:32.600 We're going to push the piece out, but where can they send their friends?
00:17:38.040 RealClearMarkets.
00:17:40.140 Okay, John Tamney and the team there.
00:17:41.640 I want to walk through very specifically what is your argument about why the Federal Reserve, the Central Bank of the United States of America, is interfering in the midterm election, sir?
00:17:56.560 Forty days, 48 days before an election, a Federal Reserve can influence what happens to the stock market, consumer sentiment, people feeling about the economy.
00:18:09.980 they can actually have a big impact, therefore, on how voters actually vote.
00:18:16.500 OK, that's the underlying principle. That's that's a fact. You can't dispute that.
00:18:20.780 So you go back to 2024, September. Federal Reserve meets to decide interest rate policy.
00:18:30.280 Jerome Powell, the Fed chair, hates Donald Trump. You got all sorts of Biden appointees who hate Donald Trump.
00:18:37.000 uh kamala harris is is underwater uh they haven't lowered rates in months and months and months
00:18:45.060 because of the biden inflation didn't warrant anything like a rate cut and 48 days out steve
00:18:53.440 they cut rates by 50 basis points not 25 there were a few people saying well they probably won't
00:19:00.960 cut, but if they do, most it'll be 25. They cut it 50 basis points. And Steve, everybody agreed
00:19:07.040 at the time that no matter how left wing or whatever they might have been, that that was
00:19:12.240 the Fed trying to help Kamala Harris. Okay. That's just a fact. So now you go two years later,
00:19:19.980 48 days out in September, we have a supply side energy price shock, which you never raise rates
00:19:30.660 into, according to the Greenspan-Bernanke rule. You just don't do that, Steve. It's crazy stuff,
00:19:37.380 okay? But sure enough, this Federal Reserve, under the new Chairman Walsh,
00:19:43.980 raises interest rates, and there's talk that they might do it again in October. The only
00:19:48.800 purpose of such a rate hike would be to harm Donald Trump at the ballot box and bring in 0.68
00:19:57.420 a Democrat majority. So I am unequivocal. That is a political decision. And the reason why I get 0.76
00:20:06.600 madder and madder every time new data comes out is because I've said repeatedly that the data
00:20:13.060 does not support rate hikes. Core's trending down. We're growing nicely. There's no wage price
00:20:21.820 spiral. What's the frigging argument? Oh, and by the way, a supply side energy price shock does 0.91
00:20:28.980 the work of a rate hike because it takes money out of people's pockets and it does a natural
00:20:34.140 recession. I think the Fed's overshooting on this, Steve, and we run the very real risk of
00:20:39.360 going to recession because of it. 100 percent. 100 percent. Hang on for a second, Dr. Navarro.
00:20:45.600 And Dr. Navarro is going to be with us tomorrow. Dr. Navarro, hang on for one second. We're now
00:20:49.460 going to play. This is from 2009. This is the great Tea Party rant of Rick Santelli. Let's go
00:20:55.880 and let it rip. Rick Santelli and Jason Roney of Sharma Capital are standing by at the CME group
00:21:01.060 in Chicago. And Rick, have you been listening to this conversation? Listening to it? I've been just
00:21:06.380 glued to it because Mr. Ross has nailed it. You know, the government is promoting bad behavior
00:21:13.240 because we certainly don't want to put stimulus forth and give people a whopping eight or ten
00:21:18.380 dollars in their check and think that they ought to save it. And in terms of modifications,
00:21:23.400 I'll tell you what, I have an idea. You know, the new administration's big on computers and
00:21:27.820 technology. How about this, president and new administration? Why don't you put up a website
00:21:32.500 to have people vote on the internet as a referendum to see if we really want to subsidize
00:21:38.020 the losers' mortgages? Or would we like to at least buy cars and buy houses in foreclosure
00:21:44.080 and give them to people that might have a chance to actually prosper down the road
00:21:48.300 and reward people that could carry the water instead of drink the water.
00:21:53.540 That's a novel idea.
00:21:55.100 Hey, Rick, are you...
00:21:55.880 What? Who thought that?
00:21:58.740 They're like putty in your hands. Did you hear?
00:22:01.720 No, they're not, Joe. They're not like putty in our hands.
00:22:04.200 This is America.
00:22:05.340 How many of you people want to pay for your neighbor's mortgage
00:22:08.020 that has an extra bathroom and can't pay their bills?
00:22:11.220 Raise their hand. 0.65
00:22:12.180 How about we all...
00:22:14.180 President Obama, are you listening?
00:22:17.220 How about we all stop paying our mortgage?
00:22:19.240 It's a moral hazard.
00:22:20.760 This is like mob rule here.
00:22:22.300 I'm getting scared.
00:22:23.240 I'm glad I'm...
00:22:24.300 Don't get scared, Joe.
00:22:25.920 Get some bricks and bags.
00:22:26.360 They're already scaring you.
00:22:28.000 You know, Cuba used to have mansions and a relatively decent economy. 0.92
00:22:32.020 They moved from the individual to the collective.
00:22:34.240 Now they're driving 54 Chevys.
00:22:36.340 Maybe the last great car to come out of Detroit.
00:22:38.460 They're driving them on water, too, which is a little strange to watch.
00:22:41.420 Hey, Rick, how about the notion that Wilbur pointed out you can go down to 2% on the mortgage.
00:22:48.760 You can go down to minus 2% and still have 40% not be able to do it.
00:22:54.120 So why are they in the house?
00:22:55.160 Why are we trying to keep them in the house?
00:22:56.340 I mean, I know Mr. Summers is a great economist, but boy, I'd love the answer to that.
00:23:00.820 That was from March, I think, of 2009.
00:23:04.540 That was the beginning of the Obama administration.
00:23:07.260 Of course, ironically, ironically, that triggered the Tea Party revolt of April 15th of 2009 was the first on tax day.
00:23:17.440 The Tea Parties came together, Jim Hoft and folks out in St. Louis, a handful of other places around the country started the Tea Party movement that was the predecessor of the Trump MAGA movement.
00:23:27.540 And ironically, there on set, Peter Navarro was Wilbur Ross, your old co-pilot in negotiating some of these deals with China.
00:23:36.640 How the worm turns, bro.
00:23:42.820 Rick Santelli, boy.
00:23:44.520 I mean, really the father of the Tea Party movement.
00:23:48.460 He's the guy.
00:23:49.640 And he's been, I mean, look, he's brought a lot of wealth to a lot of people with his analysis.
00:23:54.980 I mean, he didn't, whether it was a Republican or a Democrat administration, he called it like it was.
00:24:02.760 And the reason why he supported the Trump policies is because the Trump policies make sense.
00:24:09.920 They stimulate growth and they suppress inflation.
00:24:14.480 OK, OK, but hang on. But hang on. Before Trump, the 2008 financial crisis and what Bush did in the Oval Office and say, hey, it's not my problem.
00:24:23.540 lit the fuse that went off on 8 November of 2016 when you were standing next to me in the war room
00:24:30.540 at the Trump campaign headquarters when Donald John Trump won the presidency of the United States.
00:24:35.860 It took eight years to get there.
00:24:37.440 But what he was really talking about, not just for the individuals, is the massive bailouts
00:24:42.260 because that's what this book is about.
00:24:45.620 Christopher Leonard's The Lords of Easy Money is about the bailout of the banks
00:24:49.740 and about the too big to fail, about the elites in this country got bailed out.
00:24:53.540 And this audience paid for it.
00:24:55.500 They underwrote it.
00:24:56.380 Dr. Peter Navarro, get about two minutes.
00:24:58.040 Your thoughts, sir?
00:25:00.260 I mean, it's Wall Street versus Main Street.
00:25:03.680 And the revolution of Donald John Trump in 2016 was to transform the Republican Party
00:25:11.120 from the party of Wall Street into what the Democrat Party used to be, the party of Main
00:25:17.240 Street. And when Trump was running in 2016, the blue-collar workers of America really had
00:25:24.500 no party. They were adrift. And it's been a tough fight. Early in the administration,
00:25:32.260 Steve, you know as well as I do, that the rhinos inside the perimeter fought us as or more hard
00:25:39.560 than the Democrats did. They love sending our jobs offshore. They love the cheap labor.
00:25:46.800 They love the wax environmental regulations.
00:25:49.840 They don't care that China is securing our supply chains and trying to kill us.
00:25:54.960 They don't care about any about that.
00:25:56.760 They're the lords of K Street.
00:25:59.020 They talk about the lords of easy money.
00:26:00.600 They're the lords of K Street.
00:26:02.360 And so what we're trying to do in this second term, and it's been, frankly, a lot easier, but it's still very hard.
00:26:10.160 it's a lot easier because people understand now that tariffs work, that they don't create
00:26:14.940 inflation, that they bring investment in. You can see it in the data, Steve, and it's just going to
00:26:20.380 keep getting better and better unless the Federal Reserve chokes off this economy. And I'm very
00:26:28.440 concerned that it's willing to do that. They're willing to sacrifice Americans on the altar of
00:26:36.140 political power for the democrats and god help us and i would say to everybody look whatever you're
00:26:41.400 doing for the next 30 days make sure you get to the polls and you bring 10 people with you because
00:26:46.780 we can't sit home we can't kind of like be mad because some of the things that are going on we
00:26:52.480 don't like i mean that's life okay you just have to remember that those people the democrats when
00:26:59.820 they are in power they will put you in jail and put you in the poor house and everything in between
00:27:06.680 You heard that straight from the White House, brother.
00:27:09.280 There's a CEA, Council Economic Advisor, reports.
00:27:12.940 We're going to get to that tomorrow.
00:27:14.180 Yes.
00:27:14.840 Also talk about the Dr. Fauci book.
00:27:17.340 Dr. Peter Navarro, real quickly, where do people get all your content
00:27:20.580 and where do they order the greatest book in America?
00:27:24.120 Why Fauci Should Rot in Prison.
00:27:28.720 Need your support, War Room.
00:27:30.100 Go right now, right now to Amazon.com.

00:27:48.900 trying to get the message out. But today
00:27:50.820 is dedicated not to you, sir,
00:27:52.900 but to Rick Santelli.
00:27:54.740 Amen. Brother Santelli, one of the great
00:27:56.760 Americans. Can you hear me,
00:27:58.660 President Obama?
00:28:00.740 Short break. Cleta Mitchell.
00:28:02.800 On the other side.

00:29:42.420 Check it out today.
00:29:43.380 September 2025 a journalist stood behind a news desk and made a choice not the easy choice
00:29:53.580 not the safe choice but the choice to speak from the heart Charlie Kirk I lost a mentor
00:30:00.760 the first person who made me believe in myself behind that desk and I knew that red light turned
00:30:07.580 on and it was right it was time for me to talk i couldn't not say anything and suddenly everything
00:30:14.220 changed the job the newsroom the career she thought she knew gone but what looked like an
00:30:21.260 ending was only the beginning because when one door closed another one opened
00:30:29.740 go ahead benny real america's voice a new newsroom a new city a new
00:30:37.420 mission and a new chapter for Benny Ray Harmony. She's Benny Ray Harmony. She's going to be rejoining,
00:30:44.080 so sort of rejoining the show. I still feel like your producer a little bit. I asked if you wanted
00:30:47.400 a bottle of water. She did ask if I wanted a bottle of water. From local news to the White
00:30:52.080 House, Benny didn't just find a new job. She found a new path. She asked the questions. She
00:30:58.980 chased the stories. She stood in the middle of history and brought it back to you. Big stuff
00:31:04.880 happening here at the White House today. Xi Jinping is expected to arrive in Washington at
00:31:09.340 6 p.m. Day after day, story after story, live from Washington. And now, once again, everything is
00:31:18.080 changing. We don't ask questions for the major networks. We don't ask questions to make headlines.
00:31:23.180 We ask questions for the people that matter. Benny is stepping into her next chapter,
00:31:27.700 joining the Trump administration. And then we're where? Real America's English.
00:31:31.340 From all of us at Real America's Voice, thank you.
00:31:36.520 This is your next chapter.
00:31:38.620 Benny Ray Harmony.
00:31:40.060 The journey continues.
00:31:43.940 I'm so proud of Rav and the War Room.
00:31:46.720 We were going to have this a little more organized.
00:31:48.660 Of course, the media has got that to scoop us and announced that our White House correspondent,
00:31:53.480 Benny Ray Harmony, is about to become the assistant press secretary for the president.
00:31:57.100 And Parker, so we kind of jumped on this right away because another news organization is going to break it.
00:32:02.680 We're going to do something a little more a little more organized.
00:32:06.360 But thank you for doing it. I forgot.
00:32:08.120 Benny Ray, I think the tougher job, much tougher job she had at the White House was being Poso's producer, Parker Six.
00:32:15.280 No, absolutely, Steve. You're right.
00:32:17.040 And as you saw in that clip there, when they were back on set, you could see some some remnants of her old position back in the day with with our good friend Jack.
00:32:26.320 And so we're so incredibly excited for Benny Ray Harmony to to take this position as assistant press secretary and White House spokesperson.
00:32:35.480 It's such a fantastic fit. We're so excited to be able to announce it here.
00:32:39.460 Like you said, we had to jump on it last minute as another news outlet was going to look to jump on the story.
00:32:46.020 But that's how it goes in the in the jungle, so to speak. But we're just so incredibly excited for her.
00:32:50.960 And I want to look at this as not as a, for our audience and for those of you who've watched her over the last year that she's been with us at the White House covering events, asking some really incredible tough questions, not as necessarily as a goodbye for her, but as a next step.
00:33:08.240 And I can assure you, I imagine we will see a lot of her across Real America's Voice still in her new position as she goes and she takes this position at the White House.
00:33:18.980 And it's just remarkable.
00:33:20.320 It's a big two weeks for Real America's Voice.
00:33:23.260 That's certainly an interesting time.
00:33:27.220 And this will help Chung and the entire team.
00:33:30.700 Parker, we're going to get you back up tomorrow and get a weekly report of where we stand.
00:33:33.960 Until that time, where do people go to get the feed?
00:33:37.460 And most importantly, where do they go to get the notes?
00:33:40.620 Yeah, absolutely.
00:33:41.560 You're going to go to ravpool.org, R-A-V-P-O-O-L.org.
00:33:46.640 That's where you're going to see the live feed, the update, minute-to-minute notes,
00:33:50.000 everything you could possibly need there.
00:33:52.140 It's a one-stop shop.
00:33:53.560 Also, we have the new X account, the Ravpool Updates X account.
00:33:57.760 You could go there.
00:33:58.440 All of those updates automatically transfer over to that X account.
00:34:01.620 And before I go, I just want to say one last congratulations to Benny Ray Harmony.
00:34:06.280 Fantastic job, and we're so excited for you.
00:34:08.220 Thanks, Steve.
00:34:10.500 Thank you so much, and congratulations or condolences to Benny Ray Harmony
00:34:15.600 You're going to work with Stephen Chung and the great team and the great team over there.
00:34:19.040 Chung's the best.
00:34:20.480 Thank you.
00:34:21.120 Thank you, Parker.
00:34:21.920 And thank you for jumping on here in a moment's notice. 0.98
00:34:24.280 OK, we have a we have a cold open Georgia election board.
00:34:27.840 Big movements. 0.99
00:34:28.520 Let's go ahead and let's play. 1.00
00:34:30.040 We have a cold open for Cleta and then Cleta's coming on.
00:34:32.540 And of justice unapologetically under command and control by Donald Trump just lost its 26th straight case in the federal government's attempt to obtain states voter rolls.
00:34:43.320 But a federal judge in Georgia ruled that DOJ has no right to Georgia's unredacted statewide voter registration list.
00:34:50.100 But on the heels of that loss, the 26th straight loss, Trump allies in the state are launching another desperate effort to aid his attempt to take over elections there.
00:35:01.620 Georgia's Republican-controlled election board, a group of unelected officials, invited DOJ to directly intervene in November's midterms.
00:35:09.280 The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the board's executive director, quote,
00:35:13.960 asked the Trump administration to examine Georgia's voting machines that are deployed statewide and prohibit QR code vote counting, according to letters they obtained.
00:35:23.600 It is an effort to, quote, force changes to Georgia's voting system less than two weeks before early in-person voting starts,
00:35:30.540 escalating disputes over vote tallying and security upgrades
00:35:34.520 that election officials and voting experts say cannot be done
00:35:37.920 this close to the midterms.
00:35:40.120 A spokesperson for DOJ did not indicate whether it would act on the request,
00:35:44.540 and a spokesperson for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger
00:35:47.860 slammed the request.
00:35:49.160 Even more, Raffensperger, I want to have you talk about that,
00:35:55.200 but the beating heart of all this in 2020 is not even Maricopa County,
00:35:59.780 which is huge. It's Fulton County. So much of the action of the last couple of years,
00:36:03.760 including trying to put President Trump and others in prison. What did the Georgia Election
00:36:10.000 Board actually do? And why is the melt? Why is Nicole Wallace and her team of Mark Elias and
00:36:17.220 Norm Eisenstein people in total meltdown, ma'am? Well, the Georgia State Board of Elections
00:36:23.480 passed a resolution at its meeting this past week in which it called on the Secretary of State
00:36:31.180 of Georgia, the feckless, evil Brad Raffensperger, to actually do his job for change. And it has been
00:36:41.800 identified and established, well-established factually, that Georgia's dominion, now liberty,
00:36:50.340 liberty quote quote uh acquired dominion um and that these machines are not updated
00:36:59.840 there is now a report that the machines can actually produce a record of saying of knowing
00:37:09.040 who voted and how they voted that there is a real threat to the secret ballot
00:37:15.460 with these machines in Georgia. And there needs to be an update to the software that needs to be
00:37:24.360 done out in the open publicly, and it needs to be done before the election. Now, it's really
00:37:29.460 interesting to me to hear Nicole Wallace say that, oh, experts say that can't be done. Well,
00:37:38.200 let me tell you what they did in 2020, the last week of October, when the election was also on
00:37:43.540 November 3rd, as it is this year, they did a complete update, but they did it secretly
00:37:49.060 from all the machines in Georgia. They didn't do it publicly and openly. So what the state
00:37:53.740 election board is saying are two things, three things. Number one, the patch is ready. The
00:38:00.660 software update is ready. It will address some of the issues that have arisen. It needs to be done,
00:38:05.860 and it needs to be done now before voting starts. That's the first thing. Number two,
00:38:10.040 But before you do the update, you need to mirror and preserve the servers and all of the data as it is before the update, and then the same thing needs to be done after the update.
00:38:23.400 So the software update has to be done, but you need to actually make certain that you preserve and copy all of the technology so that you can tell what it was before the update and then copy it and make it available to DOJ and DHS after the update.
00:38:42.660 That's what the state board has said
00:38:44.780 But the other thing the state board
00:38:46.380 The number two thing the state board has said
00:38:48.400 Is they want the DOJ to take a look at
00:38:51.880 Whether or not
00:38:53.340 And I agree with the Board of Elections of Georgia
00:38:56.300 That the way that the machines work in Georgia
00:38:59.840 Violates federal law
00:39:01.860 Federal law, the Help America Vote Act
00:39:04.260 Says that a voter must be able to look at the ballot
00:39:08.120 Before it is inserted in the tabulator and counted
00:39:12.400 And to be able to tell that the votes and the choices made by that voter are the ones that he or she wants to make, and they have to be able to see that, and that's what's supposed to be tabulated.
00:39:24.520 The problem in Georgia is that they use a version of these machines where every – they don't count – the machine doesn't count the choices.
00:39:35.580 The machine actually counts a QR code.
00:39:38.840 I can't look at a QR code and know what it says.
00:39:41.220 Hang on, because you were great. You jumped on here at the last second. We only got a few minutes. I just got to ask you, you and Jenny Beth were on here six months ago. Every night we were covering the Save America Act. It didn't happen. We are, I don't know, 29, 30 days away from the midterm election.
00:40:01.460 It is what Georgia's board asking for. Is this going to automatically push the election back in Georgia?
00:40:09.100 Are they saying that the election can't be fair unless DOJ moves?
00:40:12.820 And this is I realize these are all emergency.
00:40:15.840 I spent time on a call last night that would have blown everybody's heads up if he had sat on it for a couple hours.
00:40:21.560 Is this need President Trump to come with the national security emergency?
00:40:25.140 I mean, this thing is pretty explosive and it got sent from the Georgia election board.
00:40:29.620 not a bunch of disgruntled war room posse members.
00:40:33.380 So what happens here?
00:40:34.380 Because it seems to me the action they're requesting DOJ,
00:40:37.880 can it actually take place in 29 days, ma'am?
00:40:41.680 Yes, it can take place tomorrow.
00:40:43.900 It can take place tomorrow.
00:40:45.640 The problem is not that this can't be done.
00:40:48.080 I think it's fascinating that all these people who raced around
00:40:52.380 and put our elections in shambles in 2020 because of COVID,
00:40:56.860 and they found they latched onto that emergency of covid to disregard existing law in state after
00:41:05.300 state after state and we don't have time for me to go through all that tonight but now they're
00:41:10.160 saying the supreme court says oh the postal regulations they can't be enforced it's too late
00:41:15.020 really they can't be enforced when they were changing in this these states were changing
00:41:21.660 things right up until the very end is this in Todd Blanche okay is this in Todd you're close
00:41:26.660 to Todd is this in Todd Blanche's corner can Todd Blanche pull the trigger on these requests
00:41:31.960 and get DHS and others in the federal government and make this happen in the next 20 29 days yes
00:41:38.380 they can yeah they can and in fact I have it on good authority that I learned just today
00:41:45.020 I have on good authority that, in fact, the Department of Justice has delivered to several states, including the state of Georgia, exactly what the state election board is requesting in the last paragraph of its resolution, which is to they're crowing about having not having to turn over their voter rolls to the Department of Justice, which black letter losses are supposed to do.
00:42:09.720 But meanwhile, the state of Georgia and all these other states, 23 of the states who have refused to turn over their voter rolls to the Department of Justice, are members of ERIC, the Electronic Registration Information Center.
00:42:25.280 And they turn over not just the voter rolls, the unredacted voter rolls, but all the driver's data.
00:42:30.060 We don't even realize how much—and that's in violation of federal law, and I have it on good authority from some of the highest levels in the Trump administration that, in fact, the request of the state election board of Georgia to say, show us what you're turning over to Eric and why that isn't a violation of the federal Driver Privacy Protection Act,
00:42:54.840 which prohibits any Department of Motor Vehicles from turning over driver data, confidential driver
00:43:00.680 data, to any third party, any non-governmental entity. That's happening in Georgia, and it's
00:43:06.420 happening in 24 of the other states that have refused to turn over their voter rolls to DOJ,
00:43:11.960 citing privacy concerns. Really? So you won't turn it over to DOJ to make sure the voter rolls are
00:43:18.500 clean, but you're turning over all this data to not only Eric, but to the founder of Eric's
00:43:24.280 own nonprofit, David Becker, Center for Election Information and Registration.
00:43:30.660 Cleta, hang on for one second. Just hang on one second. We're going to go to a short commercial
00:43:35.600 break. Cleta Mitchell on the other side. 0.98

00:44:39.080 Ivermectin is already one of their most popular medications.
00:44:41.920 It's best known as an antiparasitic, but researchers and physicians have also explored it for other off-label uses.

00:45:28.960 Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
00:45:31.360 Okay, bond market and turmoil.
00:45:34.880 Global bond right here, Financial Times.
00:45:36.680 Let's talk about more of this tomorrow.
00:45:37.940 Global bond market.
00:45:38.780 Sell-off leaves U.S. caught in vicious loop.
00:45:42.080 Understand why.
00:45:43.020 Birchgold.com slash ban into the dollar empire.
00:45:47.660 Make sure you understand everything about the United States dollar.
00:45:51.520 When we say it's lost in purchasing power,
00:45:54.680 I think Terry Schilling had the great explanation the other day
00:45:57.860 about how many ounces of gold would have been his grandfather's $5,900 salary back in 1971
00:46:04.900 when somehow we decided to get off it. I don't know. But you learn a lot about gold,
00:46:12.000 about the dollar, about the centrality of the dollar as the prime reserve currency.
00:46:18.720 Maybe easier, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, 9-8-9-8-9-8. You get the ultimate guide for investing in gold
00:46:24.760 precious metals in the, wait for it, age of Trump. Do it today. Christopher Leonard will join us
00:46:32.720 tomorrow. The Lords of Easy Money. He'll also be talking about the war with the Persians and the
00:46:38.980 Gulf Emirates and all of it. Quite a brilliant guy. Cleta, I just want to repeat one time the
00:46:44.740 breaking news here. The Georgia board sent him this letter. The Justice Department, you believe,
00:46:51.400 is doing what, ma'am? I was told today that the Justice Department is, in fact, responding to...
00:47:01.140 There have been multiple letters, but let's just say this. The Justice Department
00:47:05.120 is directing a communication or has directed a communication to the Secretary of State of Georgia
00:47:12.040 inquiring about the data that it is sending to ERIC and to the Center for Election Information
00:47:20.100 and research that is run by david becker a known left winger and they are sending data that belongs
00:47:26.540 to the people and to the individual people and their driver's information data but the list of
00:47:32.600 people who are eligible but unregistered but say they tell the do the department of motor vehicles
00:47:38.280 they don't want to register to vote all of that data is being shipped off to these left-wing
00:47:42.140 groups it's the it's more data than they are sharing in the voter rolls with the department
00:47:48.160 of justice and so the department of justice is taking action we've been urging this for a good
00:47:53.740 while but they are taking action to understand what the why the why georgia is doing that why
00:48:02.360 these other states are doing it and i'm just praying that they will bring a lawsuit against
00:48:07.020 these states for violating the uh federal driver's privacy protection act and and these these these
00:48:14.800 states are such hypocrites they won't they say oh we can't turn over the voter rolls to doj but
00:48:20.740 we're gonna because of privacy and then they turn over way more data to this left-wing bunch 0.93
00:48:26.700 we're going to uh we're going we need a national election emergency uh proclamation for the
00:48:35.360 president anyway more than that maybe tomorrow cleta where do people get to get to you over
00:48:40.240 the weekend, ma'am. What's your social media and website? I'll be posting things about this
00:48:45.940 on X, at Cleta Mitchell. And also follow us on at EI Watchdogs, at EI Watchdogs, because
00:48:53.540 we're going to be putting out more information about this. We're trying to get the letters
00:48:58.700 released that were sent to, I know, at least Georgia. And we are going to get to the bottom
00:49:04.320 of this. And we are not going to let these states pretend that they're protecting our privacy,
00:49:09.700 your privacy when in fact they're sharing way more data about people with these left-wing groups than
00:49:16.880 they're willing to share in the voter rolls it's pretty outrageous because the elections are rigged
00:49:21.860 no doubt about it clita thank you ma'am i will talk to you after the show we'll figure out that
00:49:26.260 sounds good thank you next week thank you ma'am always appreciate you for jumping on here so
