00:00:00.000 This is crazy. I think everyone looks at this and they say, wait a minute, this guy is 37 years old
00:00:04.740 and he got it, you know, running with the flu and he's nowhere to be seen for two weeks.
00:00:09.980 Martha, it seems preposterous to people. It seems like there's something else going on.
00:00:14.400 It kind of gives a bit of the old Joe Biden in the basement type of vibes where is there
00:00:19.620 something really wrong with a candidate that their team doesn't want everyone to see?
00:00:24.080 I think I have to start with you, Michael, on this one question that has kind of taken over
00:00:28.300 in the last 48, 72 hours, thanks to the president's comments and to Ken Paxton's comments in the San
00:00:34.180 Antonio rally. Where is James Tallarico? I didn't even know this was a thing. I will I will confess
00:00:40.160 I have a higher sort of quantity of sources in Texas and quite a high number of them have said
00:00:49.100 they've given various reasons that he is gone. But the but the one thing that they have said
00:00:55.840 pretty consistently is very few people here in texas believe this is just the flu which is what
00:01:01.060 the campaign has said and they've said that that he's you know going to be coming back soon what
00:01:05.980 is your view of this where in the world is james tallarico let me say i've worked on a lot of
00:01:10.160 campaigns in my life i've never seen a candidate 27 days or so before the election just disappear
00:01:16.280 i mean the guys who've powered through i mean bill clinton lost his voice like like there's so
00:01:21.360 many people at the end you know i mean you know parac obama it's like he's you know housing tea
00:01:25.380 you know, to keep things going. Yeah. I mean, I was just talking to Nick Begich from Alaska a few
00:01:31.140 days ago, and he on the phone told me, yeah, I'm sick from all the campaigning. I'm just trying to
00:01:35.440 take a few hours to rest. James Tallarico is taking 12 days. Is that correct? Yes. Maybe 13
00:01:40.260 now? Listen, everyone, we've all had really bad flus or really bad illnesses. And like those of
00:01:44.900 us who are not running for the Senate, those of us who are not poised to maybe be the person who
00:01:49.480 could flip a Texas blue for the first time in a generation, like what do you eventually after day
00:01:54.140 three, you say, I don't have any more PTO or I don't want to burn any more PTO. And you pound
00:01:57.980 some DayQuil and you go to the office and like, don't shake hands. The fact that he's not doing
00:02:01.720 this specifically when he's in a race where his youth and vigor was one of the big things that
00:02:07.320 he had against Paxton from the beginning is kind of crazy. Absolutely not. It's, this is what's
00:02:11.440 happening, Jesse. This is what happened with Becerra and Steve Hilton out in California. This
00:02:16.520 is what happened with Joe Biden, basement Joe for the 2020 election. We didn't see him until we had
00:02:22.320 to. And then he was pumped up on and debating President Trump before 2020. And listen, I just
00:02:27.660 think that they think they can hide these candidates and we won't notice if they, you know,
00:02:33.020 if whatever they're saying poorly, Jesse, we're not going to hear it anymore. And we're not going
00:02:37.200 to notice that they've disappeared. So they've disappeared. Becerra's disappeared. Tallarico
00:02:41.540 disappeared. And it's on purpose because they know they can't continue letting them talk because
00:02:46.120 they're destroying their campaigns. Far-right influencers continued to push false claims
00:02:52.100 that James Tallarico, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate seat in Texas, received treatment
00:02:58.140 at a mental health facility in Ohio. Tallarico was off on the campaign trail for nine days while
00:03:05.000 recovering from what he and his aides have said was a bad case of the flu. But on Sunday, a post
00:03:12.360 on X, claiming that he had been at the mental health facility, was promoted by allies of Ken
00:03:19.080 Paxton, resulting in millions of views. Sunday night, the Ohio facility responded, posting that
00:03:28.160 Tellurico had never been treated there. Tellurico responded to the post, writing that he has never
00:03:35.080 even been to Ohio. Congratulations. Okay. The New York Times says it has reviewed time-stamped
00:03:40.960 images from a security camera at Tallarico's home, which were provided by his campaign on
00:03:47.980 the condition they not be published for security reasons. The images showed Tallarico around the
00:03:53.920 exterior of the home and at its entrances between October 1st and October 8th.
00:03:59.720 The lies, it's extraordinary. And Republicans have such a long history, MAGA Republicans,
00:04:06.420 I'm just lying through their teeth, spreading those lies and doing it in the end of a campaign.
00:04:13.020 What do you know?
00:04:15.060 How do you diagnose James Talrico with mental illness?
00:04:19.720 Have you heard his policies? 0.99
00:04:21.440 I mean, the guy is clearly mentally ill. 1.00
00:04:24.740 I guess it would be for depression. 0.99
00:04:30.820 And this is not going to hurt his supporters.
00:04:33.200 If anything, they'll feel, oh, my gosh.
00:04:36.420 He's one of us. He has mental depression, maybe mental disorders. 0.95
00:04:40.520 I now have to turn, speaking of the midterms, to another very prominent wacky Democrat, James Tallarico, who reportedly was in a loony bin. 0.92
00:04:50.960 So now this story, I totally ignored this story. I didn't talk about it on the show.
00:04:56.020 I didn't plan to talk about it on the show, but it really began to pick up steam over the weekend to the point that I tweeted out.
00:05:02.940 I said, wait a second, is Tallarico actually in a loony bin? I thought it was just a meme.
00:05:07.740 Here's what we know. We know that James Tallarico had an in-person event in New York, September 28th.
00:05:17.560 It was this big Democrat fundraiser with Robert De Niro and all these big libs. That was reported
00:05:22.720 by the New York Post. He then just disappeared for 10 days. No Tallarico to be found. Next time
00:05:29.000 he showed up again it was october 9th so just this past friday he showed up to a music festival
00:05:35.040 in austin i mean it's possible he could just have been like literally not able to walk or something
00:05:40.080 for a while the phone next to his head anyways look i'm 45 years old i've been sick many times
00:05:46.480 in my life i'm not a naturally sickly person but we've all after so much time been sick i've never
00:05:51.340 been down for 12 days i've never been down for 12 days with anything ever in my life and the problem
00:05:56.560 for Team Tallarico right now is the only explanation that makes sense
00:06:02.380 is the explanation that he was checked into a facility somewhere.
00:06:06.240 It's the only explanation that makes sense.
00:06:07.880 The flu doesn't make sense.
00:06:09.120 Nothing else checks all the boxes of making sense.
00:06:12.820 I don't know that we have or even we're going to have final black
00:06:17.060 and white confirmation of what actually happened,
00:06:19.640 but the problem is the only believable thing that explains disappearing.
00:06:24.280 And like Blake said, you can't call in.
00:06:26.240 why wouldn't you be able to call in or even if you've got the flu you could even tell the host
00:06:30.400 because it would be a friendly host hey i'm sure his name would be gavin or something hey gavin
00:06:34.920 uh i'm i'm a little under the weather could you keep it to a question or two because then i have
00:06:39.960 to go puke or something you could do that but nothing disappearing that does not happen i have
00:06:45.300 never seen it i've followed politics for 20 years of my life like a total nerd i have never seen or
00:06:51.960 heard of anything like that in my life ever this is yeah this is unprecedented i've never seen
00:06:56.480 anything like this and you have you have very veteran campaign strategists that are going all
00:07:00.740 over the news saying nobody's ever seen anything like this to consider is that missing disinformation
00:07:05.500 can work and it can work um and it has and i don't think most voters are going to be taken in by this
00:07:12.580 um but the reality is in an economy an attention economy where not everybody is watching reading
00:07:19.840 the same facts, you know, this can make a difference. And I do think it's desperate.
00:07:26.260 I mean, listen, the Republicans know that they are on track to lose at the same time.
00:07:30.960 You know, they're fighting for every vote now. And this is ugly. And I do think, you know,
00:07:35.520 the rest of us have a responsibility. I'm glad we're talking about this here. But to figure out
00:07:40.420 how to reach these voters who might be getting some of this mis and disinformation. And Elon
00:07:46.680 musk in particular you mentioned he is pouring millions of dollars right now hundreds of millions
00:07:52.220 hundreds of millions right into this election and i i just i hope americans are seeing that too
00:07:57.920 here's my two cents in this regardless of what ultimately happened this is a lesson for every
00:08:05.080 campaign is that if you dismiss this kind of stuff and say like oh no big deal whatever this
00:08:11.740 is what happens they they kept the guy off the trail his statements are inconsistent the first
00:08:19.200 time he spoke to the press he said i was was not feeling well after that visit to new york or
00:08:23.560 whatever and i went to urgent care okay normal response from somebody right although it still
00:08:29.140 doesn't hold water because as you as anybody knows when you go to urgent care what's the you know
00:08:34.220 they treat you they diagnose you they give you some antibiotics whatever and they say if you're
00:08:38.300 not feeling better in two or three days, come back. That's what sort of doesn't pass the smell
00:08:45.700 test. He does an interview yesterday with the local NBC. And the guy says, so tell me, what
00:08:51.600 did you do? And he said, well, after a couple of days of not feeling well, I went and saw my
00:08:56.040 primary care physician. That's a very different story than I came back from New York and went
00:09:01.140 to urgent care. I understand this is now the official explanation. And of course, there were
00:09:05.880 already Democrats scurrying around online, threatening lawsuits against anyone who would
00:09:12.240 question this. But it seems highly questionable to me. Really? 13 days with the flu? I've had
00:09:20.120 the flu. You can be very sick as a young person with the flu for about a week, five, six, seven
00:09:27.260 days, 13 days. Unless you've been hospitalized. That to me, that strikes me as, like I said,
00:09:35.700 questionable we have talarico here talking about the illness okay let's hear from mr uh talarico
00:09:44.020 state rep talarico this is cut i got you were off the campaign for more than a week roughly nine
00:09:49.280 days i believe uh your campaign said you had the flu what happened yeah i got the flu um and i'm
00:09:54.840 feeling much better um and i'm glad i had a chance to recover you know if you don't take the
00:09:59.060 opportunity to get well sometimes you can get even sicker and so i'm glad we made the decision to
00:10:04.180 just take the week get better and and now i'm glad to be back on the trail you've talked about
00:10:10.100 how you uh you're a diabetic and that has when diabetics get the flu it could get really bad
00:10:16.740 how how bad was it for somebody who wants to know is this just like in bed rest or did you ever have
00:10:21.300 to go to a doctor or hospital i just went to my primary care physician uh but uh it wasn't anything
00:10:27.300 worse than a you know nasty case of the flu and so i was in bed and you know drinking lots of
00:10:32.740 of liquids. Unfortunately, the campaign made me work from home, so I didn't even get full days
00:10:37.540 off. But I didn't want to be out on the trail and didn't want to get anyone else sick. It's
00:10:41.160 important, I think, for leaders to be responsible in these moments. If you're working from home,
00:10:46.840 why wouldn't you do a Zoom interview with different media outlets? Why wouldn't you put
00:10:54.500 out some short video on social media? He could have put out a post on Instagram, by the way,
00:10:58.860 would get nothing but sympathy from people well for the most part some of you aren't going to
00:11:03.060 get sympathy but he was you know if you really looked haggard and he was in a rough spot he
00:11:08.340 could have put out a video and said you know hey guys i'm really sick but i've got enough tofu and
00:11:14.640 enough uh seitan here and soy milk to keep me going so don't worry about it i'll be back soon
00:11:23.000 And that certainly would have, one, addressed any issues or speculation early on.
00:11:29.720 And two, I think just been a good point for people have, you know, there's a basic inclination
00:11:36.600 towards towards sympathy for people who are sick.
00:11:38.640 I think we all have that, except some of you when I do the show and I'm sick and I don't
00:11:42.200 sound normal.
00:11:42.740 You're like, get better.
00:11:44.200 Why is your voice weird?
00:11:45.220 I try.
00:11:45.940 I'm doing I'm doing the best I can.
00:11:47.360 Last week, I was actually pretty my voice was pretty OK.
00:11:49.580 But man, I was I was in a rough spot, very sick for the first couple of days. 0.98
00:11:53.280 And it's the same bad faith actors.
00:11:54.880 It's Elon Musk and Stephen Miller, podcasters with huge audiences who know better going along with this lie and still not having the humility to say, oh, that was wrong.
00:12:04.620 Let's move on. My bad.
00:12:05.800 They're still digging in on this David French.
00:12:08.960 But as Mara says, this does just reek of desperation.
00:12:12.160 If this is where you are, if you're up on the stump saying he's a vegan and he says, no, I'm not a vegan, he doesn't eat meat.
00:12:18.460 I do eat meat like these are the attacks they're leaving. Meanwhile, Ken Paxton, there's a new story out we'll get into later about him partying on New Year's Eve with fugitives in Dubai.
00:12:28.100 Everything else we know about him. Cheers. Yeah. Just said that with a straight face somehow.
00:12:35.620 But that's that's the story that's out this morning. What does this tell you not only about the state of this race, David,
00:12:41.160 But about the state of the sort of MAGA media universe, which is happy to jump on any lie and amplify it, even when they know it's not true.
00:12:49.760 Well, let's deal with the MAGA media universe first.
00:12:52.540 The only silver lining in this cloud is it appears that some of these folks, these influencers, went to the Daily Mail or the Blaze and were told that the story didn't meet legal standards.
00:13:02.940 So some of these defamation lawsuits that have been unwinding since the 2020 election conspiracy have had their effect.
00:13:10.540 So there is some progress being made with some of these right wing outlets, but you're absolutely right.
00:13:15.480 There is just it's constant attack mode. Truth is irrelevant. It's just attack, attack, attack.
00:13:23.560 Tuesday, 13, October, year of our Lord, 2026. We are very crowded for the next two hours.
00:13:30.620 We're going to get on a great smash up. Tallarico's campaign is imploding.
00:13:36.000 That's a fact.
00:13:38.320 New analysis out that the Democrats have only reserved, I think, $4 million worth of time against $40 million of Ken Paxson.
00:13:48.800 As Ken Paxson builds momentum, also a major poll out that shows that Tallarico is now losing to Ken Paxson.
00:13:56.440 It's inside the margin of error, definitely.
00:13:58.340 But the steam is out of Tallarico.
00:14:02.140 Why?
00:14:02.460 the bald-faced lie
00:14:04.520 the bald-faced lie they had the flu for 12 days
00:14:07.220 bald-faced lie
00:14:09.680 in the media
00:14:10.340 where's the doctor
00:14:11.680 where's the doctor at the doc in a box
00:14:14.040 where's the primary care physician
00:14:15.540 if this was true
00:14:16.740 they'd have press conference after press conference
00:14:20.120 after press conference
00:14:21.000 you see when he stands up and asks a simple question
00:14:23.140 his heart's not in it
00:14:24.700 oh I had the flu
00:14:25.820 I was really tough I was in bed
00:14:27.580 bald-faced lie
00:14:31.280 Tallarico is about to be crushed and kicked into the dustbin of history. 1.00
00:14:37.200 We're going to break it all down for you.
00:14:38.680 Also, disturbing news out of the Vatican.
00:14:41.400 The Pope appears to have lung cancer.
00:14:44.260 We'll go back to the White House.
00:14:45.820 We got Neil McKay.
00:14:46.640 We have others.
00:14:47.460 We're packed.
00:14:47.860 We're going to Michigan.
00:14:48.640 We're going to Iowa with grassroots leaders.
00:14:51.440 About what's the reality of these tough races in these states.
00:14:55.160 All next in the war room.
00:14:56.240 we're a couple of months out but the midterms are fast approaching and make no mistake if the
00:15:06.500 house flips to the democrats it's a big deal for our economy that uncertainty is one of the reasons
00:15:13.500 to diversify with gold from birch gold group in the three months leading up to the 2024
00:15:19.840 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12%. Now, why was that? Because we've
00:15:26.720 taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of uncertainty. If you don't own gold,
00:15:33.280 I would suggest talking to Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick and the team. They'll discuss
00:15:38.420 your goals, explain how precious metals can fit into your savings. They can even help you convert
00:15:44.060 an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold with no additional money out of your pocket.
00:15:52.780 Easiest way to do this is text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:58.560 Get a free information kit and get some solid information on gold.
00:16:04.600 The midterms will be here before you know it.
00:16:07.540 Text Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to 989898.
00:16:11.720 Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:16:15.360 We didn't have a chance.
00:16:16.220 By the way, great mashup there of everything that's been said about this Tallarico situation.
00:16:20.860 But it's a pun Tallarico.
00:16:23.020 He's got to come out and say, hey, here's what I was doing those 12 days.
00:16:25.840 It was not the flu.
00:16:27.780 You can just tell it's common sense. 1.00
00:16:29.340 You think people are idiots. 1.00
00:16:30.660 It's not the flu. 1.00
00:16:31.320 It had been the flu.
00:16:31.980 You would have been Zoom calls.
00:16:33.320 You would have been tweeting things out.
00:16:34.240 You would have been all over the sympathy vote about your diabetes. 0.98
00:16:39.020 i had the honor of being down in texas in these primaries and jasmine crockett was
00:16:45.260 beaten for several reasons one of the reasons that talarico ran on the kind of sympathy empathy card 0.98
00:16:52.260 right people wanted to cut these these crazy uh karens in the democrat party want to kind of hug
00:16:58.460 him and you know rock him and pat him on the head like a little baby all about his diabetes one of
00:17:03.480 Obviously, diabetes is very serious, but not a word.
00:17:07.500 In fact, it was the journalist that had to bring it up.
00:17:10.480 Isn't that odd?
00:17:11.720 It's odd because his heart's not into the lie.
00:17:15.560 It's obvious.
00:17:16.380 Just look at him in that interview.
00:17:17.460 His heart is not into the lie, and he understands the lie.
00:17:20.940 Also, the New York Times, because there were trackers from media companies and from the campaign around his house.
00:17:26.380 Can the New York Times release the footage, the video footage?
00:17:30.680 was his mother's house his quote-unquote girlfriend's house is that what it was we'd
00:17:36.920 like to know inquiring minds like to know but it's not selling you can tell us not selling
00:17:40.680 they're not pouring money into this the first big telling us i think was the weekend college
00:17:46.160 football games uh which are not just you're not on the political channels when you start buying
00:17:53.540 uh local news and then the college football games giving their ratings over the weekend
00:17:58.060 and particularly college football games on broadcast
00:18:00.360 and the big game that ESPN does, the night game,
00:18:04.360 also the NFL games and particularly Sunday night football,
00:18:08.200 guess who was absent?
00:18:09.480 Tallarico.
00:18:10.360 Who's pounding it in there is Abbott and Paxton.
00:18:16.100 Can you put that tweet up?
00:18:18.340 It shows bookings.
00:18:20.620 I think there's $40, $50 million booked of Paxton ads
00:18:25.140 and only $4 million.
00:18:25.940 dollars. I think that's from all sources. I think it's from not just DNC who doesn't all have that
00:18:30.660 much money. I think it's from all the outside groups too. I think this is totally booked, but
00:18:34.880 can we get the tweet up about that? That's Denver. Let's go. Okay, guys. Anytime.
00:18:43.640 Thank you, guys. Here we go. One, two, three. Okay. Anyway, put up the poll. We can't get the
00:18:51.500 tweet right let's put the poll can you put the poll up there we go let's ah there we go denver
00:18:56.900 good job good job i can direct and produce and and and comment we can do it all right there you
00:19:03.780 see a poll it's very detailed captain seth cashel is going to join us tomorrow to break all this
00:19:09.260 down the crosstabs but you see tell we're now it's margin there it's a that's essentially a
00:19:13.160 dead heat but this guy was up five or six points before it's starting to slip away and people in
00:19:18.740 Texas. The vote is starting to consolidate. The grassroots are doing an amazing job there.
00:19:23.460 And the vote is going to start to consolidate. And this is where it comes in when you have these
00:19:27.140 differentials on voter registrations and you've been working the precincts. This is all goes to
00:19:33.280 the grassroots. Of course, they now are spending actually money in air game. And that is having
00:19:37.800 some results. We have to get the lower propensity voters out. But there you are right there. Good
00:19:44.740 good on you okay you see that the and there's a number of these tweets out there they're blowing
00:19:49.080 up right now about how uh paxton is reserving time and spending big money and uh talarico is not
00:19:56.240 until talarico comes forward and actually stops lying about what he it just strains credulity
00:20:03.580 of uh for 12 days in a in a knife fight like this that has been so much money i think the
00:20:10.480 it's going to be well over half a billion dollars for those of you and i realize maga didn't pay a 0.98
00:20:16.540 lot of attention to it because you got other things to do but this jasmine crockett talarico
00:20:20.060 fight in the primary was pretty vicious it's one of the reasons talarico has really um lacked in
00:20:26.900 support of particularly african-american men in texas because of kind of the the very rough
00:20:33.640 nature of that but talarico pounded pounded pounded pounded every day the situation about
00:20:39.020 diabetes he he never brought it up it took the it took the the coach pitch uh reporter to say
00:20:48.500 yeah hey with that diabetes might have been worse right kind of go to him along but talarico in
00:20:54.780 their campaign is clearly not presenting this lie well so just come forward and tell us what it was
00:21:00.240 just what it was he did he lose interest did he have a he started thinking about maybe i don't
00:21:06.480 want to do this. Maybe I'm not cut out for it. Maybe he had a dark night of the soul. He's a
00:21:12.820 theology student, or he's in seminary. Doesn't have a job, but he's in seminary. So you have
00:21:18.640 a seminary student running. That's fine. Democrats put him up in the primary. But now you've got to
00:21:27.300 stand and deliver, particularly as they're starting to slip away. And if Texas slips away from them,
00:21:31.720 given all the money and resources they put into it, the whole house of cards are going to fall.
00:21:36.920 You're going to see it fall in Michigan.
00:21:38.440 You're going to see it fall in Maine.
00:21:40.500 There's a debate tonight in Maine.
00:21:41.980 I understand the first polls out that show Collins actually up, just like Paxson.
00:21:47.360 These are all inside the margin of error.
00:21:49.300 So nobody should be claiming victory here by a long shot, but you're starting to see it shift.
00:21:55.220 I think you're going to see the same thing in Montana 1 when Trump goes out to Kalispell,
00:21:59.920 and you're going to see the same thing in Alaska when President Trump goes out.
00:22:02.460 Because one of the things you can't see if you're coming to national shows like War Room and watching other news on national outlets or even podcasts, the local media coverage when they come is around the clock.
00:22:15.920 It's a big deal, particularly for the president to come to Kalispell, Montana.
00:22:19.660 These are big deals and saturates the local media.
00:22:21.880 um neil mccabe i want to get to the pope in a second let's talk about i think you've got you've
00:22:28.740 got a map that shows where the president's going in this um look he's going all in this is what
00:22:36.180 we call barnstorming i don't think that's the map is that the map is it i thought it's color
00:22:40.980 uh is that the map the one you showed me was had a beautiful color the color thing to it but maybe
00:22:45.860 that's fine neil uh mccabe walk me through this map what does it show
00:22:50.700 well i think the first thing that really jumps out at me is that uh is that now you're going to
00:22:59.020 have an arizona and georgia okay okay let's keep let's keep the map up i don't need to see myself
00:23:03.820 there we go hang on let's get there the map we're talking about the map denver very good okay neil
00:23:09.240 continue on. So for me, the real when you're really in the nuts and bolts of a campaign that
00:23:18.100 is that is really being fought, the line of scrimmage is the airport rallies because they're
00:23:23.060 the they're the quickest to plan and to execute. And that's where you need to defend or it's where
00:23:28.960 you need to attack. And so Arizona and Georgia airport rallies and we're going to see more and
00:23:34.280 of the airport rallies the uh today the president is in alaska to support hang on one second tell
00:23:42.040 people what the airport rally tell people about the airport rallies and why the airport rallies
00:23:46.440 are important the these kind of touching goes yeah exactly so a lot of times they'll be held
00:23:53.640 right in the hangar and so you pack in a hangar and then the president's plane literally pulls up
00:24:00.620 in front of the hangar and he gets he walks down you know he comes down the the steps he grabs the
00:24:07.220 stage he gives the rally and then he gets back on the plane and he is gone off to the next airport
00:24:13.200 rally you know it's um but it's it's like it's you're not renting an arena you're not renting a
00:24:19.440 you know state fairgrounds it's the airport rally is the hangar and you pull up and you say your
00:24:25.780 peace and then you move on. And, and, you know, it's, it's the, I have a Google alert for airport
00:24:31.940 rallies because that really, for me, that really tells the story, Steve, of where people are
00:24:36.700 defending and where people are attacking. And if the president is going to Georgia,
00:24:41.500 he's not giving up on Georgia and he could turn it around. There's, there's no man in American
00:24:47.260 politics who could turn it around except for Donald Trump. And, and he's the guy to do it.
00:24:52.760 So today he's in Alaska. Tomorrow he's in Arizona to help out Andy Biggs. Then he's going to Georgia on Friday. Saturday, Kentucky. Monday, he's going to Kansas, which is a race that nobody really expected to be difficult.
00:25:12.000 And I think it snuck up on Senator Marshall, Roger Marshall, his opponent, Andy Hamilton, you were talking before about a DFINITY student running in Texas.
00:25:23.440 Well, Adam Hamilton is the leader, the pastor of the largest United Methodist church in Kansas.
00:25:30.140 And he's plugged into all of the United Methodist churches around the state in a way Republicans are supposed to.
00:25:37.140 And he's made that a race.
00:25:38.720 And then Tuesday, a week from now, he's going out to North Carolina to support Michael Watley.
00:25:47.640 And so that's the map so far.
00:25:50.580 But you could also have stops.
00:25:52.680 There are rumors of stops in Iowa, South Carolina and Michigan.
00:25:57.640 So people have talked about, you know, pulling money out of Michigan.
00:26:00.800 Not so fast.
00:26:01.980 The president's going to Michigan and that's where they pull money at Michigan's Michigan's a dead heat.
00:26:07.680 By the way, I just want to make sure, Alaska, Arizona, don't forget Montana.
00:26:12.160 He's doing Montana tomorrow also, right?
00:26:14.840 That's right.
00:26:15.840 Right.
00:26:16.300 Yes.
00:26:17.440 I just want to say the Senate Leadership Fund, I was in Massachusetts over the weekend listening to Boston Sports Radio,
00:26:27.340 and the Senate Leadership Fund has been pounding Boston Sports Radio with New Hampshire ads,
00:26:34.440 very effective ads for john sununu against chris pappas um not really dealing with politics but
00:26:41.220 dealing with the fact that chris pappas the congressman running for senate dated and then
00:26:45.260 married an amazon lobbyist and they're just it's like every hour on the hour you're hearing those
00:26:52.220 ads so the senate leadership fund is really making a fight for new hampshire i think that could be a
00:26:57.900 big surprise also steve okay mccabe definitely all these in play we're not saying right now these
00:27:02.660 are, trust me, these are not guaranteed victories at all. Alaska's in play. Arizona, any bigs is
00:27:08.960 having a problem. They're a couple of house seats down there in play. Montana, Zinke's old seats
00:27:12.840 in play. President Trump's not going there for his health. He's going there because these guys
00:27:17.900 need a jolt of energy and the grassroots are asking for some help here. You got Michigan.
00:27:22.740 We're going to have folks on from Michigan. We're going to have folks on from Iowa.
00:27:27.160 These are all big fights everywhere and the grassroots are out. All I'm saying is that
00:27:31.040 You're seeing, you know, normally it's the second week of October where things shift.
00:27:36.200 The Democrats are talking about these generic ballots.
00:27:38.600 You've got to get down into the trenches.
00:27:41.000 And there's some, you know, hard news out there.
00:27:44.460 I think we're going to have folks from Iowa 1.
00:27:47.140 I think they're talking about pulling the NRSC, pulling the cash out of any more money into that race.
00:27:54.300 So there's some reality checks here, too.
00:27:57.040 Short commercial break.

00:29:43.380 War Room.
00:29:44.420 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vann.
00:29:47.380 okay uh mccabe's gonna stick with us we got news in the pope we're gonna get to that also we have
00:29:53.400 two grassroots leaders from iowa and from michigan are going to join us we're going to talk about
00:29:57.600 that and that's going to roll into the next hour also philip patrick uh breaking news of philip
00:30:02.900 about the chinese central bank once again record rates of the purchase of gold uh when we first
00:30:09.620 partnered up i think it was in 2020 you told me this was going to be the one of the big things
00:30:14.760 to watch these central banks that are going to make record purchases, I think now it's been four
00:30:19.620 or five for some six years. Walk me through, why is this a big deal? And why should people
00:30:24.740 duly note this when they think about their financial planning, sir? 0.95
00:30:30.260 Yeah, it's interesting, because the Chinese in general are massively escalating their gold
00:30:35.300 purchases. And you've got two different groups. You've got Chinese central banks, and then you've
00:30:39.480 got Chinese citizens as well. So starting with the central bank, I think it's the most telling.
00:30:43.880 they've been buying gold consecutively now for 23 months so it's month on month on month
00:30:50.060 they added in september 23 metric tons that's their biggest monthly purchase in three years
00:30:57.260 at the same time this year they've imported over a thousand metric tons of gold so far that's about
00:31:05.360 159 billion dollars worth that's more than they imported all throughout 2025 so what we're seeing
00:31:12.300 is the velocity of central bank purchases increasing significantly, as well as Chinese
00:31:19.100 citizens, because a lot of the thousand tons that were imported weren't directly for the central
00:31:23.980 bank. If we look at why the People's Bank of China have been purchasing, the argument or the
00:31:29.700 motivation is largely geopolitical, right? China slashed its US government debt holdings. They're
00:31:35.260 down over 50% from the highs back in 2013. I think they used to hold $1.3 trillion of US debt.
00:31:42.040 It's about 600 billion today. And we all know why that was, right? That predominantly came through
00:31:48.300 Biden's weaponization of the US dollar, which was a lesson to the Chinese government. But there's
00:31:54.800 another part of the story as well, which I think is interesting, which is Chinese households. 1.00
00:31:59.820 They've got a completely different problem, right? Chinese markets, as we know, the real estate 1.00
00:32:04.320 markets have been in deep recession since COVID. And that's important because this was the preferred 1.00
00:32:09.640 method of savings for Chinese citizens, the typical Chinese family have half of their savings,
00:32:15.540 not their net worth, but their savings in real estate. Outside of that, they don't have too many
00:32:21.440 options. So the Chinese populace are increasingly turning towards gold as a means, as an alternative
00:32:27.900 store of wealth. What I think is so interesting is there's sort of a congruity between the two,
00:32:34.940 right? Chinese central banks have been buying aggressively in the first six months of this
00:32:39.240 year when prices were at all-time highs. So what it tells us about Chinese government purchases is
00:32:45.820 they're not price sensitive. They are looking at long-term store of wealth and ultimately looking
00:32:51.700 to reduce their dependence on assets that they no longer consider secure. China's not abandoning
00:32:57.180 the dollar overnight, but they're reducing their dependency on the dollar. Chinese families are
00:33:02.640 doing the same thing. They're diversifying because they're worried about their savings, right? Gold is
00:33:07.760 about the only asset that a Chinese family can trust. So I think we have two very different 1.00
00:33:12.360 problems, Steve, but they're arriving at a very similar conclusion. And that is that they need an
00:33:18.740 asset that cannot, the government that cannot be seized, and that they can control. So we're seeing
00:33:23.700 massive escalation coming both from Chinese Central Bank and the populace in China as well.
00:33:29.140 How much of this is because of Besant's sanctions, and particularly secondary sanctions, and calling out Chinese banks on this, and also the purchase of oil?
00:33:41.320 How much is this as a response?
00:33:42.860 In other words, the increasing velocity of this, how much of that is tied to, you think, geopolitically, and particularly the situation in Iran?
00:33:51.400 Look, I think there's a portion of it, but this trend was in place long before.
00:33:56.040 Like I said, it started really in 22.
00:33:57.860 That was when we saw the trend of Chinese central banks and central banks around the world stepping up gold purchases.
00:34:04.320 But I think there's a number of driving forces. 0.98
00:34:06.540 Obviously, everything that's happening in Iran is contributing. 0.99
00:34:10.220 But we've seen an escalation.
00:34:12.140 Look at U.S. debt markets.
00:34:13.520 Look at borrowing rates.
00:34:14.780 This is something that's escalating around the globe.
00:34:17.080 So, look, this was ultimately the most predictable crisis in history.
00:34:22.600 So I think this trend was going to happen. 1.00
00:34:25.200 Besant has done a lot to slow it in many ways, but I think everything that's happening in Iran 0.99
00:34:29.640 is certainly escalating the problem. It's a combination of factors, but it started really 0.95
00:34:35.320 under Biden in 22. What set this off globally? It was Biden's weaponization of the dollar. There's
00:34:42.560 no question about that. You can see a very clear trend from seizing Russia's assets to a massive
00:34:50.200 escalation in central bank gold buying. So I think that was ultimately the catalyst. But as time goes
00:34:55.300 on, things are escalating and there's a number of drivers. Are the Gulf Emirates and Saudi Arabia,
00:35:02.640 are they selling gold? Because they've got some big gaps. These guys look very high on the hog
00:35:08.640 and they've got tremendous investment commitments, right? And not just in their own country, but
00:35:13.740 investment commitments in funds, in projects globally. Are they, as a countervailing force
00:35:19.620 here? Do you think their central banks are selling gold now or the royal family selling gold
00:35:24.800 through intermediaries in London? There was talks of it. And I think there was a little bit of that
00:35:33.180 going on initially. Luckily, Besant stepped in and created credit swaps, which mitigated the
00:35:40.540 need to do it. So as oil revenues were affected, the concern was they were going to start to
00:35:46.000 massively reduced gold reserves to free up liquidity, it didn't ultimately end up happening.
00:35:53.100 So the pace for central banks in general has been a massive increase. Interestingly, we've seen
00:35:58.360 retail demand dip off a little bit in the current climate, yet demand in general is at all-time
00:36:03.900 high. So central bankers are the real drivers. We saw a little bit with Gulf nations, but like I
00:36:09.080 said, we haven't seen a significant reduction in reserves. And I think Bessence swaps with them
00:36:14.840 mitigated the need to liquidate reserves.
00:36:17.720 Okay, people want to know how to get to you.
00:36:19.300 How do they get to you to talk this through
00:36:20.980 and to look at their range of alternatives?
00:36:22.800 You've got tax-deferred IRAs, all of it.
00:36:25.360 You've got every different methodology in the world,
00:36:27.940 but people need to know how to get to you and your team.
00:36:29.840 What's the best way to do it
00:36:30.760 and get all this free information,
00:36:33.480 no obligation free information from Birch?
00:36:35.660 Where do they go?
00:36:36.780 It's very simple.
00:36:37.580 It's birchgold.com forward slash Bannon,
00:36:40.660 or they can text Bannon to 989898.
00:36:43.680 get access to free information, how and why to invest in gold under a Trump administration
00:36:48.940 and in the current climate. We're refreshing that, I think, post-midterms. Obviously, we have
00:36:54.380 end of the dollar empire reports coming out. Well, new ones coming, but the series. So
00:37:00.100 birchgold.com forward slash Bannon or Bannon to 989898.
00:37:05.700 You get rid of Philip Patrick and the team. Read all the information and then get in touch with
00:37:11.000 fellas team philip thank you so much uh great called shot on the ccp central bank pretty good
00:37:17.060 pattern recognition there from philip patrick and his team pretty good pretty good let's go we're
00:37:24.900 going to go to michigan and iowa and talk to grassroots leaders uh i want to start with
00:37:29.080 ronald armstrong uh in michigan can you just give me the sense right now you've got this senate race
00:37:34.520 that's essentially a dead heat with money pouring in you've got these house races you've got
00:37:39.900 statewide races. Just where do you think we are overall, particularly with the Trump MAGA
00:37:46.280 grassroots? Where are we right now as far as enthusiasm, urgency, people on point, sir?
00:37:52.960 I think we're gaining, and it's very hopeful, Steve. So much has changed in this last couple
00:37:58.180 of cycles, honestly, here. In the off-cycle elections, we've had a lack of turnout, the
00:38:04.600 Trump turnout in 2020 and 2024. We know what happened in 2020. But in 2024, even then, we saw
00:38:10.960 a huge influx of new voters and people that got engaged and involved. But in the off-year cycles,
00:38:16.740 we had Whitmer in 2018. What did we have? Marijuana on the ballot. In 2022, we had abortion on the
00:38:22.000 ballot. And they got huge leads early on with those two issues that were on constitutional
00:38:27.900 issues. And this time around, of course, we have an open cycle, an open field. The last cycle,
00:38:33.860 also in the Senate race. If you remember, Mike Rogers only lost by 19,000 votes. That's less
00:38:39.000 than four votes per precinct in the state of Michigan in this last cycle. And that was without
00:38:43.720 the Senate fund money. It was without the money from these other grassroots organization.
00:38:47.980 And we're now seeing that money not only coming in. And I realize it's not all about money,
00:38:52.860 but it certainly is important. And then when the primaries happened and Abdul Syed
00:38:57.100 won the primary, I think it put us in an incredible position because it truly exposed where they are.
00:39:03.480 I honestly don't believe if the other candidate had won, she would have voted any differently than Abdul Syed would.
00:39:09.220 But the fact is, is that he has said too much.
00:39:11.960 He is associated with the wrong people.
00:39:13.940 And we see how terrible he is both as a candidate and certainly his positions and his associations.
00:39:19.760 And he has no right, no business whatsoever being a senator of the United States.
00:39:25.080 You know, we've had many controversies, particularly about some of the big policies about the war.
00:39:31.380 And you've actually had Rogers, who I would argue is one of the biggest, you know, Rogers admitted he's a neocon.
00:39:37.000 He's come forward and said, hey, we've got to wrap this war up.
00:39:39.580 We've got to get focused on domestic.
00:39:41.200 We have big issues in Michigan that we have to deal with.
00:39:43.860 And I'm going to be Michigan's senator.
00:39:46.460 At the grassroots, because we had this phase we went through where people said, hey, look, I hate the war.
00:39:53.800 I don't like there wasn't a focus on the economy.
00:39:56.140 They didn't think there was a focus on the economy.
00:39:58.420 I'm either staying home or worse.
00:40:00.340 some of the people you just talked about that came and joined us in 20 and 24 in those cycles
00:40:04.420 might even step out and vote against President Trump and the team in Congress and in the Senate.
00:40:11.680 There's also a lot of concern the Senate hasn't done anything under President Trump,
00:40:15.140 so lack of enthusiasm and urgency. Have we burned through that, or is that still an issue? Is there
00:40:20.740 still a possibility that people are going to come out and vote against, or are people going to stay
00:40:23.960 home? Are people starting to, as you're starting to see in Texas, I think you're starting to see
00:40:28.760 people come together and back Abbott and back Paxton and back some of these house seats, sir?
00:40:35.980 Well, I think that you hit it on the nail on the head. I don't think people pay much attention
00:40:41.000 till we get after Labor Day. I think that after a primary, there are always those that say they're
00:40:45.640 going to stay home, always those that are all of a sudden turned against Trump. But the bottom line
00:40:49.900 is, is that we are at a crossroads in America. This is now a cultural and ideological and a
00:40:55.860 spiritual war, I think that what we have seen and obviously the media that we're getting,
00:41:01.580 regardless of what the legacy media tries to do, people understand who Abdul Syed is.
00:41:07.180 They've had debates here. Literally, it's on an NBC station. I had people say,
00:41:11.920 wow, that was an easy question for him, which is more of a threat to America. Is it Iran or is it 0.98
00:41:18.300 Israel? That was a softball. It wasn't meant to be a gotcha. The fact is he couldn't answer the 0.95
00:41:23.340 question. And I also thought that Rogers has really brought people on board. He had energy
00:41:28.480 in both the debate and on the stage. Let me go to that question. They've got a piece up from a poll
00:41:35.440 in, I think, Mediate. And I talked about this a couple of weeks ago because we consider ourselves
00:41:42.420 the tip of the spear in the Sharia law, that 43% of young people don't have a problem with Sharia
00:41:50.020 law. They just don't know that much about it, but it doesn't seem like a problem to them.
00:41:53.840 In that poll, it also shows it's pretty close for people under 40. Israel versus Iran, you know,
00:42:01.260 it's kind of a coin flip. If it's not a coin flip, it's very close. And Rogers came on the 0.96
00:42:05.800 show the other day, and Mike kind of threw that out. And when you have University of Michigan
00:42:11.220 and Michigan State, some of these massive state colleges, and they got not just radicals, but
00:42:16.820 they've convinced a lot of college students of this. I mean, is that really that much of a layup?
00:42:21.940 Isn't that a question for under 40s or a part of the demographic that they're starting to question,
00:42:26.920 sir? It is absolutely a question. And what we saw in the primary alone was the counties that have
00:42:33.660 University of Michigan, Michigan State, Western Michigan University, Central Michigan, all of
00:42:37.980 those counties voted heavily for Abdul Syed over the more moderate, when we say traditional
00:42:44.080 Democratic candidate. And they did so because they do not understand it. They are in favor of
00:42:49.300 socialism. They've been indoctrinated. They've been filled with propaganda their entire lives.
00:42:54.220 And where they sit today is he is speaking directly to them. He's telling them, you're
00:42:58.820 going to have affordable health care. We're going to give you stuff. That's where he is.
00:43:01.640 And Rogers obviously represents something that they don't agree with, which is war.
00:43:05.800 So it is a challenge. But I also think we need to look at the other flip, the other side of this
00:43:10.400 coin and that is that he lost a big time in the in the primary in the heavily black county
00:43:16.340 districts and as you know the black vote tends to carry in a huge number yes yeah hang on a second
00:43:21.940 that's huge detroit and wayne county absolutely massive here uh short break michigan iowa back
00:43:28.520 to the white house we're going to cover it all we've got so much to go through today maybe even
00:43:32.040 a little texas and arizona short break back in the warm in just a moment

00:45:17.100 I want to thank Philip Patrick for jumping on here today,
00:45:20.600 giving that news in the Chinese Communist Party Central Bank,
00:45:24.480 and also for Citizen Kane.
00:45:26.260 Citizens Free Press, those guys are amazing.
00:45:28.020 throughout the day go. He's putting up new headlines all the time and spends a lot of time
00:45:32.260 on debt and deficit and BRICS nations, et cetera. So I want to thank Kane for that headline that
00:45:39.380 we got. And we've got the story. I want to push that out and say, there's Citizens Free Press
00:45:43.360 right there. There we go. Damn. On top of it, Denver. Love it. And we got that story. It's a
00:45:49.820 CNBC story. I'll make sure everybody sees it. I want to bring in that. We're going to go back
00:45:54.000 to Michigan. We're going to spend a lot of time in this next hour on these two very important
00:45:57.700 States in these races. I want to get in Thomas McInerney from Iowa. Uh, Thomas, uh, tell us
00:46:04.400 first off what part of the state are you in? Give us the, give us the, uh, uh, where you are in Iowa,
00:46:10.740 sir. I'm in, uh, Johnson County. That is in the district one congressional district one.
00:46:18.400 We have four congressional districts in Iowa, and, uh, we're in the most competitive one with
00:46:24.920 probably the larger percentage of Democrats than the other three, although we're very similar to
00:46:32.280 District 2 and 3, but 4 is pretty much a guarantee going to the Republicans.
00:46:38.200 What is, there's been all this discussion about the Senate race, the governor's race,
00:46:44.040 just overall, all this, the Democrats are banking, and particularly that I think they see the steam
00:46:49.060 coming out of Tallarico. They want to focus, and Iowa's one, they focus, they think they can win a
00:46:53.920 governorship. They can win the Senate race. They can pick up a couple of three seats
00:46:57.980 in the House. What is the overall atmospherics of the Trump message in the MAGA movement right now
00:47:05.760 as we're three weeks from tonight, our election night coverage will start kicking off
00:47:12.220 with John Solomon and the team. So three weeks out, what's the atmospherics like?
00:47:17.860 Well, we've knocked on doors and we find that people have already made up their minds.
00:47:22.700 And when we offer them information, they usually, well, they have been frequently refusing it.
00:47:29.460 And that is why we've kind of switched our messaging to a type of promoting our governor candidate, which has a more populist message.
00:47:37.620 Zach Lane for governor is one that's running on clean water, breaking up big agricultural monopolies.
00:47:47.120 Also, giving a reason for the kids to stay in Iowa.
00:47:51.680 These things are resonating like they did in the primary for Zach Lane. He beat the Trump endorsed Randy Feastrup for the nomination. And from there, he's been running on basically a very grassroots campaign against a behemoth of money coming from Rob Sand, the current auditor of Iowa and career politician.
00:48:21.100 So what we're trying to do is to bring out the message that Zach is not the establishment.
00:48:29.940 This is his first time running for office.
00:48:32.540 And we believe that if people get to know him, they realize that the ads that they've been lying about him are untrue.
00:48:40.520 And they immediately gravitate to him because he speaks with issues that people are concerned about, including he's also the Maha endorsed candidate.
00:48:49.860 and that has been a big winning element for us here in Iowa.
00:48:56.660 What is it?
00:48:57.520 Is it because of anybody incumbent or because at a federal level
00:49:01.220 they want to focus on the state?
00:49:03.100 Obviously, these are massive issues,
00:49:04.620 but they want to focus on these state issues closer to home?
00:49:07.740 Is it because they're turned off by what they hear nationally
00:49:11.180 or they kind of know what they're going to do
00:49:12.980 and you can't persuade them, so they're going to do it?
00:49:15.220 What is it?
00:49:15.860 Why is his message of this populist message, anti-establishment message, why is that resonating right now in maybe some of the more traditional Republican or even some of the more President Trump message not?
00:49:32.220 Well, exactly. I mean, the thing about for like Zach Lane, for governor, his message is Iowa first.
00:49:38.880 Sounds familiar. This is about understanding that we serve Iowans before we serve others.
00:49:45.860 This is a message that has a very large, it's a very, has a populist undertone to it.
00:49:53.440 See, voters need a reason to vote.
00:49:55.780 They need a reason to really think that it's going to matter.
00:49:58.860 And when they know that these are the things like being against vaccine mandates, he outwardly says it.
00:50:04.660 This is, these are big, risky topics that are usually taboo that other Republicans do not touch.
00:50:11.020 And it is an uphill battle.
00:50:12.600 hang on for one second uh i want to hold you into the next hour we're going to talk about
00:50:18.220 some of these congressional races some of these federal um ron in michigan is this what particularly
00:50:26.400 the senate race is coming down to who can convince voters there they're more michigan first
00:50:30.920 than the other guy i noticed that you know rogers is is much more anti-data centers is is his
00:50:37.940 effort to say i'm going to put michigan first and abdul is making the same case and so whoever
00:50:43.080 given we don't know much about abdul and i keep saying that but is that
00:50:47.220 what we're hearing in iowa the same in michigan it's definitely playing a role i also think it's
00:50:53.140 the same and that people have kind of made up their mind the question is will they get out and
00:50:56.220 vote and that's why i think these extra activities which i'll share a little more detail with you on
00:51:00.860 in the next segment when we get back but uh there are uh people on the ground and unlike
00:51:05.900 the traditional, where we're just running bad television ads, trying to convince the last
00:51:10.580 group of people. Instead, we have organizations going door to door, knocking huge amounts of doors
00:51:15.420 and sending messages to really target those 1,300,000 low propensity voters in Michigan.
00:51:22.300 And I think that will carry us over the threshold when ultimately it's all said and done.
00:51:28.120 That's absolutely amazing. Absolutely incredible. It's great to hear we're going to drill down on
00:51:31.740 what's that what's taking iowa and michigan and i think these are two laboratories before we can
00:51:37.060 learn a lot of lessons from them in the future but most importantly this is that what i said was a
00:51:43.420 narrow stony path through a narrow gate to victory because there's no substitute for victory it's
00:51:50.220 going to come down to the grassroots it's going to come down to not persuasion by actually getting
00:51:54.940 him out okay we're going to take a short commercial break we're going to go to neil mccabe at the
00:51:59.160 white house when we get bags and update us on everything about the pope uh has been reported
00:52:03.120 where he had he had a note or something he had it taken out today i think they reported that
00:52:07.920 they had to take out part of the lung he's got lung cancer we'll talk about that we're going
00:52:11.380 to go back thomas mcineering in iowa ron armstrong in michigan uh and uh maybe even get uh colonel
00:52:18.860 rogers maybe join arizona later in the uh in the show i want to thank everybody peter navarro that
00:52:24.800 A two-hour call-in was great.
00:52:26.260 I think he took 40 or 50 calls and a bunch of people backed up.

00:52:30.980 He really appreciates all the war and posse sticking around for those two hours and talking to Dr. Harvey Reisch and Peter.
