00:00:00.000They submitted a list of 20,000 people that they say are non-citizens. Of course,
00:00:04.160when they did that in Nevada, they gave Nevada 17,000 names. That list was later reduced to
00:00:08.960like 160 and then to zero. There were zero actual non-citizens on the voter rolls.
00:00:13.720Here's the Guardian reporting that the suspected non-citizens list includes high percentage of
00:00:18.160those born in the U.S., LA officials say. It was from LA officials in court papers today,
00:00:23.340and the Guardian reports it. What do you think about this latest effort from a non-Senate
00:00:29.440confirmed sort of acting U.S. attorney under the Department of Justice auspices in Los Angeles
00:00:33.880to purge voters from the rolls there? Well, again, this is consistent with the way in which they are
00:00:41.020trying to use the power of the Justice Department for political purposes. And they don't care
00:00:46.900whether or not they actually win cases that they bring, whether or not they're successful
00:00:51.900when they look at thousands of people's registration. They want to instill fear.
00:00:57.420They want to make sure they want to instill fear so that people perhaps don't go to the polls.
00:01:02.280And I suspect that what you're going to see in California is exactly what you saw in Nevada.
00:01:06.340You start off with 20,000, 17,000, whatever.
00:01:09.040And then once you look at it, the number ends up at zero.
00:01:12.160But there has nevertheless been an impact because that story is out there.
00:01:16.500People read it. And folks who are Hispanic in particular, maybe are a little more reluctant to participate in the electoral process.
00:01:24.060And they, therefore, that is the Justice Department and the White House, have accomplished their goal.0.67
00:01:29.160But people need to be ready to push back and understand that this is nonsense, that there's no harm going to come to you if you cast a vote in an election to which you are entitled to do.
00:01:41.920And what was Tina Peters convicted of doing?
00:01:51.180Yeah, I mean, I'm just trying to think of what else they would have tried.
00:01:54.260To everyone's point that they're doing all this in public, Tina Peters, who was convicted of election fraud or interference in Colorado,
00:02:00.840has been photographed alongside Harmeet Dillon and Donald Trump in the White House.
00:02:06.100We know now, thanks to your reporting, that they tried to get a machine and hack into it.
00:02:09.640It seems like they're employing people who might help them with this endeavor.
00:02:14.280Yeah, I mean, I think a lot of people in the Trump administration, particularly in the Department of Homeland Security,
00:02:20.180which is is over CISA, you know, our our election deniers, you know, there was someone else who was
00:02:28.220trying to get access to Missouri voting machines that we reported on. We mentioned this story.
00:02:35.780So there are other examples of this. But, you know, certainly DHS, I think, is that has people
00:02:41.300in really critical positions who are very prominently 2020 election deniers.
00:02:47.960Well, so I grew up not far from where El Saeed is from, and one of the factors in this race that is really worth paying closer attention to are the number of Democrats, lifelong Jewish Democrats, especially in the Detroit suburbs, who are saying for the first time in their lives they're voting Republican.
00:03:10.860I don't know of any other marquee race in the country right now where the Republican candidate is converting Democrats.
00:03:19.180I mean, given the the overall environment for Trump, the economy, prices, the war, gas, gas, all that.
00:03:26.240Like it's it's very unusual and really quite striking that there are Democrats who are so concerned about their party's nominee that they're willing to vote for the candidate who's aligned with Donald Trump.
00:03:41.260Now, there are there's a lot of money going in to court those voters to get them to turn out because they're obviously not going to be incredibly motivated to pull the lever, as it were, for a Republican candidate.
00:03:56.860But what's interesting is the polling may not be picking that up because polling there's been a lot of concern that some of the polls in Michigan are oversampling college educated voters, which would overstate El Saeed's support.
00:04:10.840But people also, from what I'm hearing, are somewhat reluctant to tell a pollster that they're going to be voting for a Republican for the first time in their lives.
00:04:20.320So I'm not saying that I think that Rogers is going to walk away with this.
00:04:23.520Look, this is going to be an incredibly close, close race.
00:04:29.020But I don't know beyond helping AOC this trip up to the Upper Peninsula, which is only three percent of Michigan's population.
00:04:40.280Like it's a it's a large mass of land, but it's a tiny, tiny percentage of the overall population.
00:04:45.560I think it helps AOC and her national brand, given the tension there with progressive Democrats and some saying that she's sold out.
00:04:55.200It certainly helps her build some goodwill, but I don't know how much it helps El Saeed.
00:05:00.660Jeremy, it's interesting what you say, because when I was up in Michigan over the weekend,
00:05:03.680the areas where I saw El Saeed campaigning were also very kind of sparsely populated rural areas.
00:05:09.600he I didn't see him down in Detroit. I know he's going to go down there with Barack Obama. And one
00:05:15.400of the things I was hearing from Democrats who have the same concerns that you have is that he's
00:05:20.840not doing enough to reach out into those urban, more African-American areas of the city. He did
00:05:27.280tell me that he'd changed as a candidate. He'd become more patient, but also that he'd become
00:05:32.220less interested in trying to persuade and change people. And I wonder if that's some of it. He's
00:05:38.200just not that interested in trying to build a broad coalition. He's more interested in trying
00:05:42.980to reach the pockets of the electorate where he knows he already has support. Are you picking up
00:05:49.620some of that as well? That is exactly what I've heard, Cady. And I think it's been difficult to
00:05:57.020see a path. Some Democrats think this anyway, that it's difficult to see a path to victory
00:06:02.900when you're running up the score in rural areas and college towns.
00:06:08.660I mean, that is a way to win a Democratic primary, of course, which he did by a squeaker.
00:06:15.920But it's not a way to win in Michigan.
00:06:18.880Reverend Sharpton and I were talking about this off air.
00:06:22.300El Saeed has had a real problem in the city of Detroit with black voters.
00:06:26.080And if you don't run up your numbers in Detroit, if you don't have enough support there,
00:06:32.020What you do in Ann Arbor and in small college towns in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan is, at the end of the day, probably not going to carry you over the finish line.
00:06:43.700The Justice Department is threatening to prosecute local election officials in California if they process any ballots from alleged non-citizen voters.
00:06:55.740That's according to a DOJ letter obtained by MS Now.
00:06:58.940This latest threat from the Trump administration comes after the DOJ sent a list of 20,000 potential non-citizens to California's secretary of state and Los Angeles County.
00:07:11.940The Justice Department sued the state, demanding it refuse to send mail ballots to anyone on the list or segregate any ballot returned by any individual name.
00:07:22.360I have the fear in Latino and immigrant communities right now as though folks are living through a second pandemic, that people are scared to leave their house.
00:07:28.780They're scared to go to work, to have a government official saying, I'm going to hunt you down at a time that communities already feel that they are being hunted.
00:07:39.920You know, that reminds me of when I was driving in along the border, talking to these families, some of whom have been literally in hiding for months at this point.
00:07:49.240One of the things that I still remember is one woman telling me that the night has become alive in a way that it hasn't in the last two years.
00:07:58.780Why? Because it is at night when they get to leave their homes and go to the taqueria.
00:08:03.400And it's at night when they now start to hear the ice cream trucks that used to drive around during the morning and the day.
00:08:10.520And now the ice cream trucks come at night and it is at night when they can finally kind of breathe and sigh because that's typically when ice isn't around.
00:08:18.740And so I think you've been talking about this for so long at this point, like it is a it is a paralyzing and crippling fear what these mixed status families are feeling.0.82
00:08:29.020The flip side of it is that, like, you know, there are the young people, the 18 year olds, 19 year olds, 20 year olds that are finally now understanding that this has to end and that are using that same fear that we just talked about and the rage to vote.
00:08:44.980And I do think that may manifest two weeks from now.
00:08:48.740It's Wednesday, 21 October in the year of the Lord, 2026.
00:08:51.740We have a lot of wood to chop today, a lot of work as we're down here in Texas at the cutting edge of this fight to save the republic.
00:09:01.680A couple of things. I got three things I want to go to.
00:09:03.680Number one, this brochure that was sent to all the children in Texas.
00:09:08.860Very controversial. Don't know where it's coming from, but we're going to go through it because it kind of manifests James Tallarico's policies.
00:09:16.740Also, this about Richard Barris is going to join us.
00:09:19.200Now been exposed, a phony, totally phony polling company that was rolled up into all the major indices of the polls by some psychopath on the Democratic side.
00:09:29.880And I think it's the McMorrow woman in Michigan who would have been a much tougher candidate, I think, against the Republicans in a general election.
00:09:41.240She dropped out because of what these people did early on.
00:09:43.840We're going to talk about the phony polls, and particularly somebody's come forward and kicked him off.
00:09:48.300Also, Neil Bush has written a letter, not simply against Ken Paxton, but really a pro-positive letter for Tela Frico.
00:10:10.840Jeremy Peters is a correspondent for The New York Times that took an assignment back in 2000, I think it was 9 or 10, 10, after the – when the Tea Party revolution was started, 2009.
00:10:25.560And he says, hey, look, I'm going to go cover, follow this new media, this new conservative media, all this.
00:10:32.500And he trailed around Andrew Breitbart for about six months and did kind of the definitive profile of Andrew back in the early days of Andrew.
00:10:40.740And Jeremy Peters is obviously a progressive with The New York Times, but he is a fantastic reporter and he speaks truth to power.
00:10:47.840He has been assigned to the conservative media and conservative action groups for, I don't know, 14 or 15 years.
00:10:55.720He knows everybody wrote a book about it, very highly thought of.
00:10:58.720He is taking the assignment to leave, actually, I think next week, and go become the South
00:11:04.460Asian, essentially India and Central Asia, where Sergio Gore is the ambassador.
00:11:09.640He's going to be the bureau chief, which is a massive promotion.
00:11:13.020But after doing it 15 years, he had his last interview.
00:11:17.040He decided to go spend, I think, a week in Michigan, of which where he's from.
00:12:05.680And then Jeremy dropped Obama and he says, hey, look, Jewish Democrats who don't want to put on their saying, hey, we're voting for the Trump candidate.0.59
00:12:13.940We're voting for Trump, right, by voting for Rogers are not.0.69
00:14:06.300I want to bring you back after the break.
00:14:07.920I understand the animosity, and thank you for making that clear,
00:14:11.360between the Bush hunter and Ken Paxton.
00:14:14.880which jaw drop and by the way it's what he does and that's all nonsense obviously what's so
00:14:21.360shocking is he then pivots and tries to make a positive case for talarico this is how demented0.83
00:14:30.960this is this is how much these people they hate trump they hate maga they hate the populist
00:14:37.360nationalist wing of the republican party they hate ken paxton as attorney general hatred
00:14:43.380They are prepared to make a positive case for one of the most radical individuals I've seen on any ticket anywhere for the United States Senate.
00:14:52.160Short break, Daniel Hayworth, Jim Rickards on the other side.
00:14:59.920We're a couple of months out, but the midterms are fast approaching.
00:15:04.420And make no mistake, if the House flips to the Democrats, it's a big deal for our economy.
00:15:11.220That uncertainty is one of the reasons to diversify with gold from Birch Gold Group.
00:15:17.080In the three months leading up to the 2024 presidential election, the spot price of gold jumped over 12 percent.
00:15:23.800Now, why was that? Because we've taught you here on the show, it's a hedge against times of uncertainty.
00:15:31.760If you don't own gold, I would suggest talking to Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick and the team.
00:15:37.820They'll discuss your goals, explain how precious metals can fit into your savings.
00:15:42.620They can even help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold with no additional money out of your pocket.
00:15:52.740Easiest way to do this is text my name, Bannon, B-A-N-N-O-N, to the number 989898.
00:15:58.560Get a free information kit and get some solid information on gold.
00:16:04.560The midterms will be here before you know it.
00:16:25.820I get the Bush hunters' hatred of Trump, MAGA, the conservative base in Texas,
00:16:33.760the grassroots-based war room, Steve Bannon, everybody that's empowered Ken Paxton and had
00:16:40.260Ken Paxton's back and manifested in Ken Paxton. I got that. I understand also that from the George
00:16:46.740P. Bush, you know, it was going to be the next in the lineage crushed by Paxton in a runoff a
00:16:53.720couple of years ago. I understand their hatred also continued because Neil tried to get his son
00:16:58.600to run a congressional district destroyed by was a Troy Nels. So I get it. They want to get back
00:17:04.520to elective office and they can't because the grassroots and the base in Texas want to have
00:17:09.520no part of them. But they still hold tremendous business, political and financial and economic
00:17:14.540power where it crosses a line. And I want you to read some of this stuff where the crosses the
00:17:20.520line. What the Bushes are doing through Neal Bush is not simply saying, don't go vote for Ken
00:17:26.260paxton right and particularly a guy with no character like neil bush who stiffed the wife
00:17:30.780and has a history of just being with the chinese communist party just a terrible individual but
00:17:35.640they're trying to give a permission structure for people in that bush camp to go vote for james
00:17:42.120tallarico can you take a minute uh daniel and just read a couple of the uh just some excerpts
00:17:47.720from the letter sir so people can understand how deranged the bushes have become
00:17:52.740this letter from from neil bush and it's just if you know anything about james tallarico you know
00:17:59.740that everything he says here is untrue he says i've never met james tallarico i've been enormously
00:18:04.460impressed by the way he approaches complicated and controversial issues he speaks with respect
00:18:09.600seeks common ground seems genuinely interested so he's just saying he's a nice guy but then he
00:18:13.720says his faith appears to be a deeply rooted source of humility compassion and conviction
00:18:17.700Except that Tallarico has twisted the faith. He's taken everything that Christianity is and worn it like a skin suit. He's perverted it. He literally was in this church that he supposedly is a student at and a pastor at, and he was quoting from Muslim imams and mystics from the pulpit.1.00
00:18:40.960So his faith is certainly not the Christian faith.
00:18:44.160And then he says, I see in them the qualities I admire, integrity, civility, humility, and a willingness to listen.0.79
00:18:49.500Except that we know that Tallarico has absolutely no integrity.
00:18:53.260He's changed every single position that he has in order to try and run statewide in the state of Texas.
00:18:58.940And we know that he's actively lying in every single campaign ad that he has.
00:19:03.360He's changed his issues on transgenderism, on oil and gas.
00:19:06.700He's changed his positions on all of the major issues here in Texas.
00:19:10.960He has no honesty about who he is. And so when he goes on, he says, my impression is he's principled, pragmatic leader. None of that is actually true. Then he goes and he says, look, I've been a Republican my whole life, he writes, and I still believe deeply in many traditional Republican principles.
00:19:26.280But character matters more than party affiliation. Our democracy depends on leaders who respect our institutions, tell the truth, accept accountability and seek to unite rather than divide.
00:19:36.380And so I just want to pull that out as well. Steve, when he says I've been a Republican most of my life, what he's trying to say is, hey, other people who are Republicans, come do what I'm doing.
00:19:47.320come vote for the Democrats. At the same time that he's writing this, by the way,
00:19:52.160Texans have been getting these mailers addressed to our kids, telling them how they can become
00:19:57.300transgender in the mail. I've been getting text messages from them. These radical left-wing
00:20:02.520groups are not going away. That's who James Tallarico is. That's what his voting record
00:20:06.400in the Texas House shows. That's who he is. All that he's presenting right now is a complete lie.
00:20:11.500So when Neil says all of these things, he's actually doing the complete inverse of what
00:20:16.800the truth is, but he's trying to hide beneath Tallarico's sort of affable personality and just
00:20:23.340say, oh, don't look anywhere beneath the surface. Just look at the surface where he seems kind of
00:20:27.640like a nice guy, and we're going to stop there, and we're going to call that integrity, even though
00:20:32.020that has nothing to do with integrity. We're going to say he has a strong record of listening, even
00:20:35.560though he doesn't. It's a complete inversion of the truth. It's called permission structure. What
00:20:39.880they're trying to do is not just say, oh, well, it's okay not to vote, which Dade Phelan kind of
00:20:45.160did on on on aaron burnett sure bush is taking it a step further this is called permission
00:20:49.980structure they're trying to get set a permission structure so that you as a lifelong a republican
00:20:56.040or a bush supporter have permission now from the senior levels of the bush family to actually vote
00:21:01.520for james tallarico because he's such a good christian and such a man of integrity we're
00:21:05.320going to get into this this flyer one of the parents actually gave it to me it was addressed
00:24:45.080I want to thank the social media team of the War Room because I can categorically say that people at the White House or the National Security Council around the president are definitely watching the clips we send them of Jim Rickards talking.
00:24:59.260Talk to me. First off, geopolitics and particularly Russia.
00:25:03.760President Trump, who deserved the Nobel Peace Prize, of course, they gave it to some, I forget, South Africa or somewhere, another lawyer, I think, or an activist.
00:25:21.560Why do we know they're watching the clips, sir?
00:25:24.760Because after—well, we've been saying this for two years, but the White House is finally pivoting to Russia, as we've said all along.
00:25:32.200And the thing with Russia, it's the key to ending the war in Ukraine.
00:25:36.440I mean, Russia's winning the war, and Wyckoff and Khrushchev have been going over there, meeting with Putin and others for over a year and a half.
00:25:45.520And they keep offering Putin a deal, so-called, and Putin doesn't take the deal.
00:26:58.940But you need to get Russia on your side.
00:27:01.140How do you do that? Give them what they want in Ukraine, which they're going to take anyway.0.67
00:27:04.660And then finally, the most important thing, and we've said this all along, Russia, China and the United States are the only three countries in the world that really matter.0.89
00:27:13.820Sorry, Germany, UK, your secondary powers. And they're they're pivoting to Russia to confront China.0.84
00:27:23.560Jim, hang on for one second. We're holding you through the break. Jim Rickards.
00:27:26.600uh we're gonna jim's we got so much to go through in geopolitics and capital markets
00:27:32.140just right there uh president trump is trying to bring these wars to a conclusion one of the
00:27:37.260questions i got for brother records is that president trump came out and endorsed bb kind
00:27:42.700of an over-the-top endorsement and bb sitting there going hey president trump he's telling
00:27:47.560the people in israel this is now gonna let us uh have the backing uh to do have regime change
00:28:12.420So many brands today claim to stand for American values,

00:29:41.140That's 972Patriot to make the switch and to make it today.
00:29:46.760War Room. Here's your host, Stephen K. Mann.
00:29:50.040barris is going to join us about this these phony polls and now it's out in the open so we got to
00:29:56.600talk to barris about that uh pastor john graves is going to join us we got some serious business
00:30:01.140talk about in the state of texas the early voting first two days and look they could be cannibalized
00:30:07.260their own vote but they're voting at presidential cycle numbers so that must be addressed it must
00:30:13.660be addressed today. So, Rickards, you've been an advocate of this. We've been an advocate of this
00:30:20.620rapprochement, that the Chinese Communist Party is the reverse Nixon. But let's go back to that
00:30:25.580diesel deal, because the Republican establishment on Capitol Hill is already in a fury. We have to
00:30:30.580have an investigation. What's Trump doing? We just passed this Lindsey Graham law, you know,
00:30:34.740with his sister, who, by the way, is in such trouble. President Trump's going to Clemson.
00:30:40.760And they couldn't find an arena big enough in Greenville.
00:31:10.140But, Rickards, you've got all these big ideas, and now they're starting to be executed on, and you're not getting a lot of—your ideas and the president's are not getting a lot of support on Capitol Hill among mainstream Republicans who are still fighting the Cold War.
00:31:28.580I mean, the 1980s are calling and want their foreign policy back, as Barack Obama told Mitt Romney.

00:34:07.900And this proves it because Netanyahu is like needs Trump support to win.
00:34:14.400But Netanyahu, as soon as he got the endorsement, he says, this is exactly what we needed because we have to finish the job of regime change in Persia.
00:34:24.700I mean, that's what he jumps on right away.
00:34:26.940What would be your recommendation to the president of the United States post-election?
