00:00:00.000 air today, Alaska's Republican governor is now ordering an investigation into how a second man
00:00:06.600 with the same name, Dan Sullivan, ended up on a ballot for Senate. It comes after the New York
00:00:11.320 Times reported that Democratic candidate Mary Peltola's campaign was involved in recruiting
00:00:16.720 that second Dan Sullivan to run in an effort to peel away votes from incumbent Republican Senator
00:00:22.520 Dan Sullivan. Peltola called the story just another distraction, and the campaign has denied
00:00:27.840 any involvement, but there are a few things that we must point out. Even if it's true,
00:00:33.140 there is nothing illegal about this. It is common practice by both parties, often called
00:00:38.100 ballot stacking. Alaska also has ranked choice voting. So if any voter is confused by two Dan
00:00:44.260 Sullivans, they just have to rank them both highly and the right Sullivan will get their vote.
00:00:49.740 The president is certainly weighing in in a big way on all of this. What are you learning?
00:00:55.140 there's a lot to unpack here and there are a couple different ways to look at this
00:01:01.180 while the alaska governor has called for an investigation alaska officials have said that
00:01:06.780 these revelations in the new york times report about an effort by democrats to find a candidate
00:01:13.400 with the same name as the gop incumbent daniel s sullivan have not changed their opposition
00:01:20.300 to the Trump administration's lawsuit seeking to delay the certification of election results.
00:01:27.660 It is also important to note that Mary Peltola, the Democratic candidate here,
00:01:31.920 has repeatedly denied any involvement in the Daniel J. Sullivan campaign.
00:01:37.680 But this too Sullivan issue has been an area of focus for Trump for months now.
00:01:43.180 In fact, it was last week that the information about that lawsuit came out,
00:01:47.880 and Trump was pressed on if he was involved, he essentially took full credit for it, saying,
00:01:52.440 I'm the one who said to do it. And then following this New York Times report, he has continued
00:01:57.400 to rail on this issue. In one post, he said that Peltola should be removed from the ballot and
00:02:03.640 prosecuted. That was an exact quote, adding, so should the fake Dan Sullivan, referring to the
00:02:08.680 Sullivan who is not the incumbent here, adding nothing else will do. But here's how Senator
00:02:14.940 Sullivan and Peltola have spoken about this issue recently. Take a listen.
00:02:21.540 I am pressing my opponent to come clean. She's been lying for over a year. She's run a campaign 0.98
00:02:28.500 about supposed corruption. She's the corrupt one working with D.C. insiders to trick Alaskans. 1.00
00:02:36.480 This is just another distraction. It's another diversion. Every day it's some new, you know, 0.98
00:02:43.000 look over here moment, not Dan Sullivan, registered Republican incumbent, voted for this war in Iran
00:02:51.820 14 times. And as you pointed out, interestingly, Peltola faced something similar when she ran for
00:03:01.160 reelection two years ago. The state Republican Party helped keep a Democrat who was running his
00:03:07.340 campaign from a New York prison on the ballot. This bombshell New York Times report has given
00:03:13.700 Trump and Republicans a chance to pivot from where things had been focused. And that was the
00:03:19.440 rising gas prices, the rising grocery prices, as well as just the ripple effects Americans have
00:03:24.220 felt when it comes to the conflict in Iran. And this race, Sarah, is so closely watched. It's a
00:03:31.240 very important one. And we've seen that Republicans are a bit concerned because Trump and Vice
00:03:37.300 president jd vance have both made stops there in recent weeks it's thursday 29 october in the year
00:03:44.960 of our lord 2026 uh it's a big anniversary here in the uh in the war room two years ago today at
00:03:53.320 what three o'clock in the morning i was released from federal custody at the federal prison in
00:03:58.220 danbury mo bannon will be uh on later in the show we'll go through that uh what happened that day
00:04:04.440 the first show. We came back very proud of that and how we dug down into the 24 election,
00:04:09.740 although the team had been working nonstop for years. So that's a great job. Um, we're going to
00:04:15.360 get, so I got Solomon and Cortez coming up on this Alaska situation. I do until I got, uh, until
00:04:21.460 I, we get those guys in the seats. I do want to start with Jim Rickards and Jim, I want to start
00:04:27.500 with, and because we're going to focus on Sullivan here and, and other games that they're playing
00:04:32.380 and hopefully DOJ now getting focused on combating these games
00:04:37.140 because this should have been taken care of a while ago,
00:04:39.940 although I realized, I mean, I don't know why I took the New York Times investigation,
00:04:43.600 why we weren't out there investigating ourselves.
00:04:47.920 You're going to give us, we're going to talk geopolitics, capital markets,
00:04:50.700 because you're going to be with me for about 45 or 50 minutes.
00:04:54.500 However, you are going to lay out your predictions today, right,
00:04:57.540 of what predictive analytics you guys have come up with.
00:05:00.960 Very important, Brother Rickards.
00:05:03.520 Correct me if I'm wrong.
00:05:04.800 In your analysis, we do hold the Senate, but it may come down to the seat in Alaska.
00:05:11.520 How important is this seat in Alaska, sir?
00:05:14.500 It may determine control of the Senate, Stephen.
00:05:18.100 I'll give you the overview of my forecast with predictive analytics.
00:05:22.700 I say there's a wild card in every deck, which is turnout.
00:05:24.960 So every analyst, if you're a candidate, you'll say, turnout is the hardest thing to predict and the most important variable.
00:05:32.980 Early indications and some sources in Texas are showing this in Florida and elsewhere is that turnout is very good for a midterm.
00:05:40.480 You never get presidential turnout, but very good for a midterm.
00:05:43.360 That's good for Republicans because the Democrats were already motivated.
00:05:46.280 You know, Trump derangement syndrome, the party out of power, they want to, you know, change things.
00:05:51.420 it's the MAGA group, the Republicans, who tend to be a little bit complacent because they do
00:05:56.080 have the White House. Can you get them out? That's what Trump's been doing. Early indications
00:06:00.140 are that that's happening, and that's very good news for Republicans. So big picture,
00:06:05.000 I've got the Republicans holding the Senate. In fact, right now, it's 53-47 in favor of Republicans.
00:06:11.700 I've got it ending up at 53-47 with a couple changes. I show the Republicans picking up
00:06:19.760 um michigan and minnesota and i see the democrats picking up when i say pick up i mean change a
00:06:27.160 party uh alaska and north carolina so it's plus two for the democrats in north carolina is pretty
00:06:34.120 much a done deal for the democrats i'll give them alaska plus two for the republicans uh
00:06:39.400 so that's you got you hang on you got some great news in there for us because
00:06:43.920 i'm very concerned about that middle section i think cortez gonna come and talk about the northern
00:06:49.000 flank. I do agree with you. I think we've seen the stiffening of the spine in the southern
00:06:53.680 flank. My concern is the middle. Are you saying predictive analytics, you're getting more
00:06:59.380 comfortable with Ohio, Iowa, and Kansas? Because those are three. And look, the president, we're
00:07:05.480 going to be doing some coverage here in a minute. We're seeing the president's doing a quick jaunt
00:07:09.740 down to South Carolina here. I think the rally's going to be at 1230. It's a quick in and out,
00:07:14.640 But, hey, he's going to South Carolina.
00:07:16.600 So these states that are of concern, like you predicted North Carolina, but I think Georgia's in bad shape, of course.
00:07:23.800 That's a seat they already hold for hurting the congressional candidates.
00:07:28.800 But I'm really worried about Ohio.
00:07:30.400 I'm really worried about Iowa.
00:07:31.740 I'm really worried about Kansas.
00:07:33.040 You say that we're good there?
00:07:35.880 I say Republicans are good in Iowa and Kansas.
00:07:39.060 In a close race, I give them Ohio.
00:07:41.840 If I'm wrong, that's one of the ones I might be wrong about.
00:07:44.080 I get the Republicans are high.
00:07:46.020 Just to put a little bit behind that, Steve, you know, all the polls, by the way, show
00:07:49.920 the Democrats leading in all these places.
00:07:52.060 But then you have to basically factor in.
00:07:54.120 I do this in my report to the readers, why the polls are so badly flawed.
00:08:01.020 I'll give you a quick rundown here. 0.78
00:08:04.280 Basically, they oversample Democrats, they oversample African-Americans, they oversample 1.00
00:08:08.740 women.
00:08:09.340 They use a small sample size, sometimes as few as 800 instead of 1300, which is kind 1.00
00:08:14.060 of the gold standard, you know, et cetera.
00:08:17.280 And they oversample college educated.
00:08:20.340 They oversample urban voters. 0.72
00:08:22.280 Every one of those things helps the Democrats.
00:08:25.040 It creates a skew.
00:08:26.640 Now, that doesn't mean the polls are worthless.
00:08:29.340 And, you know, even the good ones like Trafalgar will admit
00:08:31.460 that this is very difficult to do because Republicans
00:08:34.180 and MAGA types in particular, they don't like to answer the phone.
00:08:36.880 They've got better things to do than spend time on the phone with pollsters.
00:08:40.060 So it doesn't mean the polls are worthless.
00:08:41.460 What it means is that when you show somebody two or three points ahead, you have to reverse engineer the bias.
00:08:49.460 And there's more to it, but the simplest version is take two and a half, three points away from the Democrat, give it to the Republican.
00:08:57.060 Well, if you do that, then a lot of these races where the Democrats are ahead by 1.5 points, which is enough for The New York Times to say they got it, you take away two, the Republican wins.
00:09:08.140 So that's really, really important.
00:09:09.900 The significance of Alaska comes from the following analysis. So I'll give the Democrats North Carolina. Let's say I'm wrong about Michigan and Minnesota. I don't think I am. I wouldn't say otherwise, but let's say I'm wrong. And the Democrats hold Michigan and Minnesota, and they take North Carolina. At that point, if they take Alaska, they control the Senate.
00:09:32.240 So Michigan and Minnesota will be close. 0.87
00:09:35.200 North Carolina, give it to the Democrats. 0.97
00:09:37.320 The whole Senate may come down to Alaska.
00:09:40.060 So I've got the Republicans holding along the lines you described.
00:09:43.180 Hang on.
00:09:43.980 Before we go to the House, before we go to the House, stick right there because you'll be with us.
00:09:47.220 I want to bring in Cortez and I got Solomon shortly.
00:09:50.240 Cortez, I want to stick on this exact point, the corruption of the Democratic Party and how they're pulling out all stops.
00:09:56.560 And I'm not sure we are.
00:09:58.300 We ought to be hammering this stuff.
00:09:59.460 Make the connection between this egregious, and it took the New York Times, it took the New York Times to expose this, the egregious, active, aggressive corruption of the Democratic Party in Alaska, but also, as you fought, in Wisconsin and other places in the country.
00:10:18.300 Cortez.
00:10:19.400 Yes, and these two stories are linked, even though only Alaska is getting attention from legacy media.
00:10:24.200 But the Wisconsin-Alaska story are similar.
00:10:25.900 By the way, it is indicative, though, you're right, of how badly the Democrats want this.
00:10:29.620 And I'm not saying we have to follow their scummy tactics and we're certainly not going to break the law.
00:10:34.000 However, we can't keep showing up to this fight.
00:10:36.560 They show up with a rusty shiv and we say, hey, we'll fight by Marquis of Queensberry rules. 0.53
00:10:42.180 OK, that doesn't work. But specifically, this Alaska bombshell news, which shows that Peltolo is a liar. 0.99
00:10:48.520 She is a sleazeball, probably a criminal, what she did up there. 0.83
00:10:52.460 It also points, and I think that's going to win the race for Republicans, which is fantastic news, obviously, if you want to go to the westernmost edge of the northern flank. 0.99
00:11:00.900 Well, let's continue along the northern flank and go to Wisconsin because we have a similar story about manipulating an election through illegal, shady, dirty means there.
00:11:10.280 And that one, because it wasn't reported by The New York Times, is getting very little attention, even though we have a whistleblower with evidence, a very high-level, highly-ranked Democrat campaign operative for the Sarah Rodriguez campaign.
00:11:26.260 And the scheme here was in the Democrat primary, which was very contentious and crowded in Wisconsin, the Democrat insiders wanted to clear the way for Rodriguez.
00:11:34.300 So they literally paid David Crowley, who is Milwaukee County executive, paid him to get out of the race, $250,000 promise, plus the promise of a wife, of a job for his wife in a Rodriguez administration.
00:11:46.280 And he took the deal and he exited the race.
00:11:48.480 At the time, a lot of us were scratching our heads saying, why is he getting out of this race?
00:11:51.420 He was doing fine. 0.93
00:11:52.580 It was early in the process.
00:11:53.840 The very next day after him getting out, he wholeheartedly endorsed Sarah Rodriguez.
00:11:57.900 Well, the scheme didn't work.
00:11:59.520 Rodriguez flamed out, and lo and behold, those same Democrat insiders,
00:12:03.740 this puppet, David Crowley, that they had removed from the race,
00:12:06.660 that they had extracted, they put him back into the race,
00:12:09.440 where he then ended up winning the nomination over Francesca Hawke.
00:12:12.480 Hold on, for the simple reason is, for the simple reason is,
00:12:16.520 as many radicals as they've got, the one running in Wisconsin was so over the top. 1.00
00:12:21.680 She wanted to do away with Thanksgiving. 1.00
00:12:23.200 I mean, she was borderline a nutcase, right?
00:12:25.700 All of them are bad, you know, whether it's Flanagan in Minnesota, and we'll get to more of this later with your analysis after Rickards.
00:12:33.960 But, you know, they're already looking at Tala Frico. 0.84
00:12:37.020 They got Abdul.
00:12:38.140 They got Flanagan.
00:12:39.100 They got enough problems on the hands. 1.00
00:12:40.400 This woman was just a absolute nutcase. 1.00
00:12:43.080 They would move heaven and earth to get her out. 1.00
00:12:45.360 Why?
00:12:46.040 They cannot have Tom Tiffany be the governor of Wisconsin in 2028.
00:12:52.540 Is that correct, Steve Cortez?
00:12:54.600 That's right, because Tom Tiffany is effective, he is principled, and he is the opposite of a sellout.
00:13:00.140 He's the opposite of who David Crawley is.
00:13:02.200 And again, this is not getting legacy media attention.
00:13:04.760 It deserves it.
00:13:05.460 At the national level, Daily Wire covered it.
00:13:07.460 At the local level, the Lakeland Times in Wisconsin spoke to the whistleblower, saw the evidence.
00:13:12.240 They also reported it.
00:13:13.560 But David Crawley has not yet even been asked about it, even though the corporate media, the legacy media of Wisconsin, is following him all over a bus tour.
00:13:20.900 He has not once yet been asked about this.
00:13:23.180 he needs to face scrutiny on this issue because it is real. There is evidence. And it is similar
00:13:29.560 in many ways, the Democrats using dirty and illegal means to manipulate and unfortunately
00:13:36.660 orchestrate elections in this country. It's similar to what's going on in Alaska. In some
00:13:40.860 ways, I think it's actually worse because it involved a bag of cash. And by the way,
00:13:44.760 the bag of cash was never delivered. That's also a key part of the story here. There's no honor
00:13:48.600 among thieves cash never arrived don't bury the lead they stiffed him after he cuts the deal
00:13:55.520 they stiffed him they don't pay him the money anyway cortez hang on i got jim records jim's
00:14:00.600 got his prediction they also got tons of capital markets gdp got an uptick uh today uh there's so
00:14:06.280 much going on solomon's going to join me remember on a day that we've got a government in exile now
00:14:11.580 in uh with the brazilians uh with the bolsonaros you've got uh the arabs just were allocated another
00:14:18.000 seat in the Knesset. They have 19 seats. That is a bombshell. Coming out of Israel's Netanyahu and
00:14:24.780 General Gotti trying to figure out how to put this government together and what it all means for the
00:14:28.640 kinetic war. On all of that, it ain't the biggest story of the day. You heard it here first years
00:14:34.900 ago. Jensen Wang and NVIDIA is a Chinese Communist Party agent of influence. The New York 0.90
00:14:40.820 times and another blockbuster investigation has jensen wong being honey potted by a chinese spy 0.88
00:14:48.800 out of singapore about selling their advanced chips in a black market to who
00:14:54.320 the chinese communist party short break back in a moment

00:16:15.080 here's your host stephen k bann
00:16:20.240 put a pin in what you just heard from jim rickards and his detailed breakdown of the problem with the
00:16:28.900 polls the turnout models these guys have and all the issues he laid it out bang bang bang bang bang
00:16:33.760 what's the problem with the polls across the board and when i get cortez back in cortez been
00:16:38.100 doing some polling i think it's pretty good we'll ask him about that how does he get that bias out
00:16:42.360 jim records we had some announcements this morning and we're so jammed today i can't play
00:16:46.960 normally we do a cold open and it's got it all in there but we had good news on gdp i think three
00:16:51.580 two three point two to three point four percent uh also some news on inflation your assessment
00:16:57.180 overall on the last real big economic report we have rolling into the midterm, sir?
00:17:04.200 Well, the economy is strong.
00:17:05.760 We went 2009 to 2019, 10 years.
00:17:10.040 There was an expansion, but average annual growth was 2.2%.
00:17:13.400 That's depressed growth.
00:17:16.240 That's very weak.
00:17:17.180 Positive, yes.
00:17:18.120 It wasn't a long recession at all, but it was a depression.
00:17:21.920 When you get 3.2 or higher, you're very close to potential.
00:17:25.260 So the US economy is not going to grow at 4% or 5% unless you're coming out of a recession,
00:17:31.940 you have some excess labor, excess industrial capacity, et cetera.
00:17:35.780 But in an economy that's been growing steadily all along, that's pretty close to potential,
00:17:41.280 which no one knows exactly, but 3.5% is probably as good as it gets.
00:17:45.800 So that is a very strong economy.
00:17:47.800 Now, the only footnote you have to drop, how much of that is fixed asset investment in
00:17:52.440 these data centers where they're spending two trillion dollars over the course of 2026 and
00:17:58.700 2027 the answer is a lot not all of it uh but a lot uh so um and is that sustainable okay those
00:18:06.160 are problems you saw the anthropic ipo i mean in an ipo you've got in the risk considerations oh we
00:18:13.300 could it's a 10 chance we can eliminate humanity but for all you pension funds out there managing
00:18:19.640 this audience's money, you know, just look the other way. Don't they have to get the Anthropic 0.86
00:18:24.780 IPO done or the whole Rubik's Cube kind of collapses this whole kind of they've got we have 0.52
00:18:30.200 no earthly idea of the interconnections of advances on GPUs versus all these special purpose vehicles
00:18:36.720 on debt. We're in a more complicated interlocking financial structure right now. I would say twice
00:18:43.300 as complicated as before the 2008 crash. And this is why they kind of look to the equity markets
00:18:50.180 here now to at least put a substrate in there. That's why this Anthropic IPO, this is coming.
00:18:56.060 They don't care what the investment banks say. They don't care what the regulars say.
00:19:01.200 They have to jam this one through, don't they? Just took a haircut of $500 billion.
00:19:07.240 Anthropic came out with a valuation of $2 trillion. They've carved it back to $1.5 billion.
00:19:11.640 They took a $500 billion haircut on the initial valuation of the IPO just to jam it out.
00:19:18.380 I was saying the other day when I started on Wall Street in 1984, the largest market cap company at the time, I think, was IBM at $30 or $40 billion.
00:19:28.180 I mean, this is a whole other universe you're playing in. 0.65
00:19:30.260 But doesn't that make the Anthropic IPO, if they don't get that done, the whole house of cards could come collapsing?
00:19:36.680 Well, that's absolutely right.
00:19:37.960 And I have my doubts, candidly, about the OpenAI IPO.
00:19:42.000 That's been put off multiple times.
00:19:43.620 By the way, full disclosure, Anthropoc gives me money.
00:19:45.720 They haven't paid me yet, so I'll just put that on the table.
00:19:48.960 Hold it, hold it.
00:19:50.020 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:19:52.320 Hold it.
00:19:52.740 Slowing down payment.
00:19:54.080 They're doing what we used to do.
00:19:55.500 They're making their short-term, they're making their guys provide services to them
00:19:58.820 a permanent part of the capital structure.
00:20:01.040 Now you're going to get paid post-IPO?
00:20:04.060 Is that what they're telling you?
00:20:05.020 Yeah, they put my books in their training set for their frontier models and never paid me royalties. So I was on the right side of a class action suit. I get my share. I'm still waiting for the check. I just want to be full disclosure, but I'm rooting for the IPO so they can pay me, you know, my royalties.
00:20:23.020 But you're right, Steve.
00:20:25.440 What's called circular financing or vendor financing,
00:20:28.300 and NVIDIA is the biggest culprit.
00:20:30.140 But you want to buy stuff from me.
00:20:32.380 You don't have the money.
00:20:33.380 So I lend you the money, and then you buy stuff from me.
00:20:36.620 I get the sales, and then you go forward.
00:20:40.740 But now I'm not a vendor anymore.
00:20:42.500 I'm a creditor.
00:20:43.300 And are you going to pay me?
00:20:44.300 Well, only if everything else works out.
00:20:46.460 Again, these are in the multi-hundred billion dollar range.
00:20:52.220 per item, signing up for leases on data centers, okay, that's fine if it all works out.
00:20:58.180 But what they call tokens, tokens are the unit of account.
00:21:01.540 That's the thing you buy, you buy 100 million tokens or whatever.
00:21:05.280 That's the processing power that a normal company buys from one of these hyperscalers. 0.98
00:21:10.700 Those prices are plunging mainly because of the Chinese, the Chinese are selling them
00:21:15.040 for like $5 a token, and Anthropic and OpenAI are projecting $50, $70 a token to meet their
00:21:23.140 revenue goals.
00:21:23.760 So those are going to go to $5.
00:21:26.860 Now, a normal company that's looking to use AI, they're not going to pay $70.
00:21:31.680 They're going to pay $5. 0.97
00:21:32.500 Even if it is Chinese, they don't care. 0.99
00:21:34.260 In the 1980s, when Goldman Sachs was a private partnership with those tough, they were, as 0.98
00:21:39.220 Cortez knows, they were very tough hombres because it was an equity house.
00:21:43.480 solomon was the bond house the masters of the universe over solomon brothers the commitments
00:21:48.000 committee of goldman sachs i tell people if you if you showed up with that and with the open ai
00:21:53.340 first one they put out or if you showed with the anthropic uh registration document that was going
00:21:58.720 to be the basis for the ipo you'd have been fired on the spot and walked out of the building full
00:22:03.340 stop and spacex too it just these things are like there's like it's like fan fiction they're not
00:22:09.840 describing real companies. May it come together? Yes, it may all come together, but not in the
00:22:16.960 level of fiduciary responsibility. This is why Elon's running around now trying to do all the
00:22:22.200 mergers in M&A and use the merger accounting. It's a complete and total scam. I'm not saying
00:22:27.560 some of these companies are not going to make it, but the financing of this and how opaque
00:22:33.180 this whole interlocking of the gpus advances on gpus the data centers it's so complicated and
00:22:40.740 they're and they go out of their way to make it more opaque you want to see how opaque just read
00:22:45.740 it's it's a public document so just go and read the uh the anthropic uh ipo okay anything else
00:22:52.860 because i do want to turn to your house uh predictive analytics on the house anything
00:22:57.380 else you have your assessment on the economy right now yeah quickly this kind of goes back to
00:23:02.020 anthropic the the best uh let's say metaphor actually historical example between 1869 and
00:23:09.280 1873 u.s railroad uh infrastructure doubled um but beginning in 1873 there was a depression
00:23:16.880 all of those railroads went bankrupt now the railroads didn't go away they continued to be
00:23:22.000 productive they continued to expand the people who got wealthy were people who used the railroads
00:23:27.000 They didn't buy them.
00:23:28.440 They used them.
00:23:29.380 J.D. Rockefeller used them to ship oil.
00:23:32.580 There were Railroad Express, et cetera.
00:23:35.160 So those people made fortunes.
00:23:37.500 The people who came in and bought the railroads out of bankruptcy made fortunes, the Harrimans, the Flaglers, and others.
00:23:43.180 But those railroads all went bankrupt.
00:23:44.780 So you can see something similar.
00:23:47.360 Remember, Lincoln passed the Transcontinental Rail Act during the Civil War, one of his great efforts.
00:23:52.700 And then it just exploded.
00:23:54.580 You're right.
00:23:55.040 post-civil war 1873 one of the worst deprived as bad as 1929 they all go bankrupt because just like
00:24:01.740 just like in ai it's or tulips you know everybody's throwing money at it there's no operating business 0.99
00:24:06.860 model and of course the smart guys right the vanderbilts the the flaglers all these guys come
00:24:13.600 in and they're buying this stuff for 10 cents on the dollar the debt and the equity these guys
00:24:18.720 become the new that's the gilded age is built or predicated around the bankruptcies of the
00:24:24.240 railroads in 1873 which wiped out everybody wiped out the little guy by the way to the degree we had
00:24:30.440 pension funds the little guy could put money in speculative they all got wiped out they all got
00:24:34.700 wiped out and he had the guilt the gilded age was based upon uh the really the referred to him as
00:24:41.280 the robber barons that came in and just bought stuff smart out of bankruptcy flagler go down
00:24:47.260 to palm beach that guy created palm beach i mean he's the genius that did it so anyway uh jim you
00:24:53.200 you think we're heading towards an 18, or is Jim Rickards telling me we're hurtling towards
00:24:58.100 an 1873 crash of the railroads in the chip business and artificial intelligence, sir?
00:25:06.140 Yes. The AI is not going away. It's powerful. It's here to stay. It's in your iPhone,
00:25:11.560 the dashboard of your car. AI is not going away. Some of the companies will survive.
00:25:15.760 A lot of them will fail. But again, new owners will come in. That's what bankruptcy is for you,
00:25:20.960 have an orderly process. And they'll cut expenses and move forward. Prices will come down. This is
00:25:27.060 actually what's called good deflation. Deflation is kind of bad because it makes the value of the
00:25:32.700 debt go up, but it makes everything a lot more affordable. So that will be a positive kind of
00:25:38.620 deflation. And that did happen in the 1870s. It was called the Long Depression. And it was a long
00:25:44.040 deflationary period, but that was actually helpful. That was a period of the telephone,
00:25:49.080 The movie cameras, you know, later the airplane, you know, industrial equipment, John Deere, etc.
00:25:57.720 It was a very productive period, but it was very difficult economically.
00:26:01.420 So, yeah, there are going to be some big failures, but AI will still be around.
00:26:05.260 It's just going to be a reshuffling of the deck in terms of ownership.
00:26:08.660 Okay, we're going to take a break.
00:26:09.820 I want to go, when we get back, I want to talk about your House picks.
00:26:12.520 You already heard the Senate.
00:26:13.240 You're saying we're going to hold the Senate at least 52-48, okay?
00:26:17.320 and maybe catch a couple of breaks, you're pretty aggressive, I would say, on these households in
00:26:23.600 Texas, in Kansas, in Iowa, in Ohio, in Maine, Jim Rickards saying, in South Carolina, Mississippi,
00:26:31.020 which are kind of in play now with the Democrats. Real quickly, Jim, you've got a special. If you
00:26:35.640 like the repartee between Steve Bannon and Jim Rickards, get the basis for it and that strategic
00:26:42.200 intelligence predicated on predictive analytics what's the special jim we have a landing page
00:26:49.020 called recordswarning.com recordswarning.com um it's a three-month uh subscription 1776

00:27:29.420 Rickards. John Solomon, Cortez is going to stick around. Solomon's going to come in. Solomon's got

00:30:00.840 Call it. Now, here's why. The insurance companies and their lackeys in the Washington swamp have
00:30:06.880 built a Medicare system designed to confuse you and rip you off. Rising premiums, denied claims,
00:30:14.480 fine print nobody but a lobbyist understands. Millions of American seniors are paying too much
00:30:19.980 and getting too little. And worst of all, most don't even know it. Hey, that could be you.
00:30:26.260 That's why if you're already on Medicare or will be soon, you need to talk to our friends at
00:30:31.900 chapter. They have a team of advisors trained to serve American seniors, not the insurance
00:30:36.800 companies. In under 20 minutes, they can find you the best plan for your needs at the lowest cost.
00:30:43.400 Why? They're a data company. They have all the data on every plan. It's totally free. There's
00:30:50.200 no pressure, no BS, just straightforward, honest help from fellow patriots. So don't wait. Call
00:30:56.420 Call 845-WAR-ROOM right now.
00:30:58.120 That's 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:30:59.860 Tell them Bannon sent you.
00:31:01.880 Now listen, in the first couple of days of the launch of this company with the War and Posse,
00:31:06.340 Posse members saved tens and up to hundreds of thousands collectively of dollars in these fees.
00:31:13.320 Go check it out today.
00:31:14.340 That's chapter.
00:31:15.540 Call 845-WAR-ROOM.
00:31:17.860 Do it today.
00:31:19.280 War Room.
00:31:20.220 Here's your host, Stephen K. Vance.
00:31:23.340 Okay, John Salmon's going to join us in a second.
00:31:25.080 Let me go back to Jim Rickards.
00:31:28.080 Jim, you got us holding the Senate with a loss in Alaska.
00:31:32.580 Talk to me about the House.
00:31:36.220 It's not a blue wave.
00:31:37.300 I've got the Democrats taking control of the House 223 to 212.
00:31:41.880 It's not a blue wave.
00:31:43.660 It's not overwhelming.
00:31:44.880 Well, hang on.
00:31:46.460 That's the consensus lower end of the scale for what the people think the Democrats are going to do.
00:31:51.500 The 223 is really the lower end of the range.
00:31:55.440 They ratchet up to 230 and maybe 240.
00:31:57.840 So you're at the lower – you hold the Senate, and you do lose the House, but we only got like a three- or four-seat majority anyway.
00:32:05.000 You're at the lower end at 223, which will make it quite difficult for them to govern because they've got so many crazies over there.
00:32:11.720 So why are you – what are you seeing?
00:32:15.060 You're not simply not talking about a blue wave.
00:32:16.980 This is more or less even below expectations for a traditional midterm.
00:32:23.340 So what are you seeing in predictive analytics that other people are not seeing, sir?
00:32:27.660 Two factors.
00:32:28.480 One we already talked about, which is the polling.
00:32:30.700 When you adjust the poll for the skew, you get very different results in these closed
00:32:34.880 elections, and Republicans hold on to more of their seats.
00:32:37.900 But the other factor, and this is unique to the House, you have to ask yourself, you know,
00:32:41.680 it's like you're doing bombing raids.
00:32:43.580 What's your target set?
00:32:44.500 In other words, the Democrats only have to pick up three seats.
00:32:48.540 They're going to pick up more than that.
00:32:50.080 But the ability to pick up seats depends on where you can find opportunities.
00:32:54.860 And that gets back to how many seats are actually in play.
00:32:57.680 And the answer is gerrymandering.
00:32:59.140 I know it's been around for 200 years, but it is so sophisticated now.
00:33:03.580 And the Supreme Court said you cannot use race as a factor.
00:33:06.740 Well, if you take race out of the factoring, you can rewrite these maps, which they've done.
00:33:12.060 So the Republicans are going to talk about it.
00:33:12.860 But hang on, hang on.
00:33:13.560 I just want to make sure – Cook Political Report and Sabato, which are the two a lot of the mainstream media look at, have all these things shifting.
00:33:21.400 Everything has been shifting, 17 seats here, 18 seats here.
00:33:24.140 They essentially have 30 to 40 seats kind of in play that have shifted from being more traditional Republican to toss-up or even lean Democrat, et cetera.
00:33:36.580 You're saying – and all those guys come up with models that have them at 230, 235, 240.
00:33:42.800 You've only got them picking up, correct me if I'm wrong, eight seats.
00:33:46.660 They net out a five-seat majority.
00:33:48.880 We've got three right now, three or four.
00:33:51.080 I think one's independent.
00:33:53.900 You're saying that they just pick up eight seats net and have a five-seat majority.
00:33:59.460 So you're radically different than Cook, and you're radically different than Sabato.
00:34:05.180 How did that come about?
00:34:07.420 Well, take Cook, Sabato, and Nate Silver, you know, and just ask yourself, how often have they been right?
00:34:14.900 I mean, they get these things wrong every single time.
00:34:17.420 Hey, guys.
00:34:17.800 Hey, Jim, hang on for one second.
00:34:19.240 We're just going to go.
00:34:19.820 The president's live on the tarmac heading to South Carolina on a gaggle.
00:34:23.160 Let's pick this up.
00:34:23.900 We'll come right back to you.
00:34:25.240 Yep.
00:34:27.320 Okay.
00:34:27.800 No audio.
00:34:28.740 Let's go back to Jim.
00:34:29.540 Okay.
00:34:29.860 Thank you.
00:34:30.380 We got a beautiful picture of the president.
00:34:33.060 Okay.
00:34:33.380 Let's do that.
00:34:33.940 Okay, Rickards, keep going until we get audio.
00:34:35.720 the floor is yours. Yeah, look, Cook, Sabato, and Silver have been wrong a lot more than they've
00:34:44.080 been right. Silver is pretty good on sports. He's awful on politics. Cook is heavily biased.
00:34:50.220 It has the, I know they have the methodology and they're using the polls and they've got analysts
00:34:54.560 and big names. I understand all that. But the fact is the polls are skewed for the reasons I
00:34:59.940 mentioned. They're using them. And so their forecasts are going to be wrong. So I do look
00:35:04.440 them. I mean, I, as I say, but I have to, I have to adjust for the excuse. That's the biggest
00:35:08.260 single factor. Hey, Jim, hang on one second. We got audio. You would be, oh my, I would say most
00:35:16.180 people would be inclined to vote for the Daniel as opposed to the Dan, the way it sets up. It's
00:35:21.500 very unfair. It's very confusing and meant to be. It's a fraud. Lisa Murkowski, she attacked your
00:35:31.160 administration for filing the lawsuit. She went on to endorse the Democratic candidate for governor. 0.98
00:35:35.980 What's your response to that? Well, that's her problem. But she, I noticed that she also agrees 0.84
00:35:40.060 that what they did here was a very bad thing. This is a, you're talking about a totally different,
00:35:46.600 she endorsed somebody that I think she shouldn't have endorsed, but that's her. But she also does
00:35:51.920 think that this is terrible, what's taken place with the government, with the race for Dan Sullivan,
00:35:57.680 in the Senate race.
00:35:58.880 The Press, California, yesterday, the judge denied
00:36:01.580 the lawsuit to throw out those 20,000 illegal votes.
00:36:05.860 Do you think they're going to try to steal it from Steve Hilton?
00:36:08.800 The President of course, California is very corrupt. 0.69
00:36:11.600 The elections are extremely corrupt.
00:36:14.400 The judge should not have done that, but we'll appeal that, of course.
00:36:17.540 We found 20,000, but there are hundreds of thousands
00:36:20.840 of bad ballots, bad votes in California.
00:36:25.200 Millions, in my opinion. Millions.
00:36:27.560 It's a corrupt state and very, very corrupt elections.
00:36:31.560 If that, if California were honest, if they had honest vote count, I would have won it by a lot.
00:36:37.120 If the Democrats win, if Mary Patola wins, should Republicans refuse to seat her come January?
00:36:44.640 Well, you're going to have to see what happens.
00:36:47.100 It's hard to believe that she can't even be allowed to run.
00:36:49.200 Frankly, I don't know how you could allow somebody like that to run.
00:36:53.100 it's so unfair when you look at that but nobody knows what to press we've done studies nobody
00:37:00.880 knows they have no idea who the dan sullivan is you have dan sullivan who's a great senator
00:37:06.700 you have another guy named dan sullivan who never even i think voted before he didn't campaign
00:37:14.380 he was just put there as a fraud but people aren't going to know that so nobody's going to know what
00:37:21.500 to do that's a fraud and it shouldn't be allowed to happen and it was done in conjunction with
00:37:27.800 schumer and everybody else it's an absolute it's called voter fraud should not have been allowed to
00:37:32.880 happen you said you would respect the election results if they're honest elections in your view
00:37:39.340 what constitutes an honest election well i think what they do if they don't correct this it would
00:37:44.720 be a certainly a dishonest election if they don't correct it because you can take a good student a
00:37:50.460 smart person and give them that ballot and a man that never ran for office that nobody ever heard
00:37:57.040 of is going to get a lot of votes and it's very unfair sir on brazil you questioned the election
00:38:02.720 there but you now recognize lula as the president do you have any intention to talk to him and
00:38:06.560 congratulate him on i think the election was a disgrace in brazil you're talking brazil uh the
00:38:13.820 election was a disgrace i thought are you worried about the way that you're talking about abdul
00:38:19.280 said is putting on Arab and Muslim voters in Michigan I do very well with
00:38:23.420 the Arab vote if you in fact if you look at I want Michigan by a lot and I want
00:38:29.300 the Arab vote so are you worried about Democratic rhetoric about trying to
00:38:33.560 impeach Pete Hegsteth that they win I think it's terrible they all they do is
00:38:38.100 they talk about impeaching everybody I mean honestly if we wanted to play that
00:38:43.400 game we could play it just as well but they're talking about Pete Hegsteth he's
00:38:47.400 doing a great job he's a great warrior I think he's the best at his job in many
00:38:52.080 many years and a lot of people agree with that in your mind is the legitimate
00:39:00.900 winner of the Brazilian election I don't want to comment it right now but I
00:39:05.040 thought the election was a very great embarrassment to the people of Brazil
00:39:09.240 I watched the election I didn't take sides I let it be I was asked not to
00:39:13.800 to take sides by the President, the current President.
00:39:18.180 I didn't take sides.
00:39:19.300 But when I watched what went down in Brazil,
00:39:22.880 it was a disgrace.
00:39:23.880 Well, the market says it.
00:39:25.280 Just take a look at the market.
00:39:26.940 I mean, their market went down through the floor.
00:39:30.020 The Pressure Do you have?
00:39:31.220 The President I thought it was a very disgraceful
00:39:34.420 situation for Brazil.
00:39:36.720 The Pressure Do you have that Lieutenant General
00:39:37.860 Silvia leaked classified information at the Pentagon?
00:39:41.360 The President Won what? 1.00
00:39:42.620 Lieutenant General Sylvia leaked classified information at the Pentagon. 1.00
00:39:46.700 She's got problems. 0.96
00:39:48.420 She's going to have big problems. 1.00
00:39:49.740 She did. 0.81
00:39:50.740 We're very much looking for leakers. 0.98
00:39:53.680 And she's going to have big problems, long-term problems.
00:39:57.600 Do you have any plans to be required here?
00:39:59.840 I think I'm performing well.
00:40:02.620 I mean, the rallies are unbelievable.
00:40:05.680 I'm doing a rally now in South Carolina.
00:40:07.820 It's packed.
00:40:09.360 Nobody's ever seen anything like it.
00:40:11.060 I have a 99 percent favorable number with the Republican Party that you saw just came out.
00:40:17.300 I'm at 99 percent favorable. I don't know. I should hit 100. I don't know who the 1 percent is.
00:40:23.660 But so I think I'm doing very well. But the rallies are very well attended. And I think we've
00:40:29.060 we've changed a whole year. We've done a lot of them in over the last week and a half. A lot.
00:40:35.280 We did two the other day in Texas.
00:40:38.720 We did a big one, a great one yesterday.
00:40:41.860 We had a great rally yesterday.
00:40:43.320 You were there, most of you were there.
00:40:45.320 And this one, we have lines of people going two miles long.
00:40:49.220 So, it'll be great.
00:40:50.620 I'd like to see Lindsey, in honor of Lindsey Graham,
00:40:52.900 I'd like to see his sister win.
00:40:54.700 She's very talented, very smart.
00:40:56.260 She loved her brother.
00:40:57.960 Her brother was a great guy.
00:40:59.100 He loved, he loved South Carolina.
00:41:01.080 He was a great politician.
00:41:02.580 Thank you very much, everybody.
00:41:06.000 Okay, the president's heading to South Carolina to support Lindsey Graham's sister, I think, for the third time.
00:41:13.500 That tells you how important that is.
00:41:16.060 Rickards, real quickly, you're still comfortable with your picks?
00:41:19.080 Ben, the president's going down to South Carolina for his third time to support Lindsey's sister.
00:41:28.400 Do I have Jim?
00:41:32.220 Okay, you want to unmute, Jim?
00:41:35.280 Sorry, Steve. Yeah, I've got her as a win. He's going down there to increase turnout. That's really important. Coming back to the House really quickly, Steve, you look at the target set. I've only got 22 toss-ups. Now, Nate Silver's got like 81. I think that my view of that science is 22 toss-ups. Five of them are already held by Democrats, so you can't get a pickup on a seat you already have.
00:42:00.360 So there are only 17 Republican seats in the toss-up category.
00:42:05.300 11 of those are districts that Trump won by five points or more in 2025.
00:42:11.480 So they look relatively safe.
00:42:13.200 So the Democrats have to pick up three, but they only have six strong targets.
00:42:16.740 Now, I think they'll do better than that.
00:42:18.020 But my point is, when you look at it that way, the target set is actually pretty narrow, and that makes it much harder for a blue wave.
00:42:25.200 Jim Rickards, thank you.
00:42:27.180 Great.
00:42:27.620 and I appreciate you putting your report out early.

00:43:36.720 Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. Appreciate you changing your schedule up to be with us this
00:43:40.560 morning and give us your predictions. John Solomon joins us fresh from a meeting in a very important
00:43:45.660 place the head of the task force his side hustle is the rev his rev anchorship and of course
00:43:51.540 john and i will be co-anchoring the uh with others the election night coverage we'll have
00:43:56.640 more on that later it's going to be incredible absolutely epic wall-to-wall throughout the
00:44:00.720 country uh solomon and we always spend uh election nights together solomon alaska uh what is going
00:44:08.140 on here record it's the leads during the daily mail uh the new york times have got this big
00:44:12.880 investigative reports is blowing up. Rickards is saying, hey, the control of the Senate may come
00:44:17.840 down to Alaska, and you may not know about that for a couple of days. You're saying, hey,
00:44:24.200 it's time to go on offense. What do you got for us? Well, listen, I think when a governor of a
00:44:29.780 state feels there's enough evidence to warrant a criminal investigation that there was a concerted
00:44:34.700 effort to fool voters into being confused about which Dan Sullivan you were voting for,
00:44:39.580 it's pretty serious. When the New York Times outs its own Democratic candidate in its campaign to
00:44:45.140 do it, this is the sort of thing that will have an impact in the final four days of election,
00:44:50.240 not by people who vote early. Many have already voted early in Alaska, but by those who haven't
00:44:55.420 voted and saying, well, I don't like this. This is not how we do it in Alaska. We're not supposed
00:44:58.760 to be treated as dumb. So it could have a very important impact on those final voters in the 0.95
00:45:03.920 final five days of the race. And so, you know, no criminal charges are going to be brought before
00:45:08.900 Election Day. This is going to be resolved after Election Day. But the New York Times
00:45:13.380 provided a pretty significant body of evidence that Patola did this to rig the system or to
00:45:20.020 fool voters. And that's not the way we play in America. That's what autocrats do in banana
00:45:25.540 republics. And so the Democrats go into Alaska in a very, you know, in a close race now for the
00:45:32.000 first time, looking as though they may have tried to rig an election. And I think that that is
00:45:36.940 something that could have a profound effect on the final moments of the election. Independents
00:45:41.620 tend to vote at the last minute, make their mind up, and this could swing some people towards the
00:45:46.760 election. Now, they still have the problem of making sure they vote for the right Dan Sullivan,
00:45:50.400 which is exactly what the Democrats were trying to do. After the election, it does seem to me that
00:45:55.900 Mary Patola's campaign is going to have some very difficult conversations with investigators.
00:46:01.780 I wouldn't be surprised if some people took the Fifth Amendment based on what the New York Times 0.79
00:46:05.580 reported. All across the country, there is a fascinating dynamic. There's been some momentum
00:46:12.280 on the Republican side, but Democrats have a very early vote. What I don't see in the data that I've
00:46:19.720 looked at is a significant early voter, a low propensity early voter effort by the Republicans.
00:46:26.900 They're tracking way behind their 2024 success. In 2024, the president did an enormously good job
00:46:35.560 on early get out the voting. It's not clear that the Senate and House campaigns managed to mimic
00:46:40.380 that system a second time. That said, when you look at these polls, which have the races pretty
00:46:46.360 close, and you start digging into them, I'll give you one example. The polls that show Tallarico up
00:46:51.600 a point or two, when you get into the crosstabs, if you can get down there, they have the Republican
00:46:56.920 sample buried between 22 and 24 percent. Traditionally, the exit polls show for more
00:47:02.640 than a decade now, that at least 30% of the electorate are Republicans in any given, and can
00:47:09.980 be as high as 36% in any given election. It does suggest that maybe the polls are creating a false
00:47:16.180 picture. And one of the reasons we know that is most of the mainstream media are saying, hey,
00:47:20.740 Democrats could have a good night. And then you see dot, dot, dot, if the polls are right.
00:47:25.020 It's the first election where I've seen legacy media repeatedly hedge on the accuracy of the
00:47:30.360 polls. And that's a warning sign for me. I have done state by state, but using that Texix example,
00:47:35.720 it's very concerning to me that these polls may actually be suppression devices.
00:47:40.060 This is why my, John's always the best wingman to have because he always brings the analytics.
00:47:44.660 One thing I've noticed, and look, they're at, they're early voters. People just understand
00:47:49.000 that they are very organized. They got all this dark money. They're high propensity voters. They've
00:47:53.800 done a very good job at presidential, almost presidential levels. We are above midterm on
00:47:59.640 high propensity i noticed though in texas and places like cayuga county uh ohio they're not
00:48:06.460 doing a great two things they're not it doesn't appear to me they're doing a great job across the
00:48:11.320 board on getting low propensity voters out that's why i think people right now are not talking about
00:48:16.440 the other thing and this may be the key to this as i've said uh on when we were on was steven a
00:48:22.620 smith in cuomo a week or so ago on news nation on that town hall african-american voters particularly
00:48:29.220 men in places like detroit cayuga county which is cleveland and houston could be the canary in
00:48:36.340 the mineshaft here for a stopping a blue wave john solomon i agree listen i think there i have a
00:48:43.080 little cheat sheet of how i'm going to be looking at election night and the first two places i'm
00:48:46.540 going to be watching are maine and new hampshire if in new hampshire a sununa wins the senate race
00:48:51.620 if john sununa wins that senate race on the coattails of a very popular republican governor
00:48:56.300 it's going to be a telltale of what lies ahead because I think then you roll to Michigan at
00:49:00.600 nine o'clock poll close and I think you got two things going on the Jewish vote which is a very
00:49:05.540 important part of a Michigan democratic constituency it's breaking the other way if
00:49:10.340 you believe the polling data and then black voters will they vote for a guy that hangs out 0.93
00:49:15.820 with imams and others that want America to be destroyed and I think that that we won't know 0.99
00:49:20.920 that answer until it gets out there you look at Michigan early democratic voting it's not tracking 0.99
00:49:25.860 the way it did last time.
00:49:28.640 That Democratic, the black Democratic and Jewish voter 0.62
00:49:31.880 is in doubt. 1.00
00:49:33.300 And I want to put one other one on the table
00:49:35.100 because it's President Trump's secret sauce at Michigan.
00:49:38.740 The union voter, I bet you they're not in love with El Saeed.
00:49:42.060 Even though UAW endorsed them,
00:49:44.680 I don't think it's a lot.
00:49:46.180 His health plan.
00:49:46.780 I think the file are going to go behind them.
00:49:48.360 No, no, no. 0.75
00:49:49.020 They don't want to give up that health care plan.
00:49:51.560 You talked about early tells.
00:49:53.520 You said New Hampshire and Maine.
00:49:54.860 And, hey, Maine, right of the box, how Susan Collins is playing and and quite frankly, Maine, too, with Lepage, the kind of MAGA type former governor that in New Hampshire.
00:50:04.980 And look, Kelly Ayotte, who we've beat on for years when she was in the Senate, not exactly MAGA, not exactly a supporter of President Trump.
00:50:13.260 I think she's running eight to ten points ahead. 0.83
00:50:15.240 She may have coattails. 0.99
00:50:16.360 This whole thing in New Hampshire does have coattails. 0.79
00:50:18.620 And Sununa is, you know, Sununa is a rhino.
00:50:20.420 But, hey, you know, that's what it takes in New Hampshire.
00:50:22.620 You're going to see early on in the evening, you could have some surprises.
00:50:26.820 That's what that whole northern flank.
00:50:28.800 John, one last thing.
00:50:30.440 We're going to do a special on Saturday.
00:50:31.900 Right now I've got Cleta.
00:50:33.280 I've got Tina Peters. 1.00
00:50:34.400 We're trying to lock down Laura Logan. 1.00
00:50:35.800 I think we're going to have about because we have done all the polling.
00:50:39.140 We'll get back to that Monday.
00:50:40.320 We'll do all the polling and where we stand on Friday.
00:50:42.320 But on Saturday morning, I want to focus on exactly how they're going to try to steal this.
00:50:47.260 Do you think enough's been done?
00:50:48.620 You're head of the task force.
00:50:49.820 the president of the united states had addressed to the world back in july where do you think we
00:50:56.020 are with main justice where do you think we are with all this because we're getting calls every
00:50:59.940 day people every day there's ballots everywhere there's a machine there's some of the same
00:51:03.760 problems in 2020 it seems like are you comfortable that main justice is on top of this sir
00:51:09.940 well listen you never as a as an investigative journalist i never feel comfort i always feel
00:51:16.220 a sense of cynicism about everything. What I'll say is I have never seen a plan by a United States
00:51:22.900 Justice Department or United States Homeland Security Department like the plan that President
00:51:27.440 Trump has put in place this election. You've got lots of people being indicted in the shadows of
00:51:33.360 this election. And what does that tell people? If you're a non-citizen, you're going to get
00:51:38.080 indicted if you vote in this election. It's hard to imagine the powerful impact that's having right
00:51:44.160 now on someone who might be tempted or thought falsely because their state registered them
00:51:48.380 illegally to take the temptation to vote in this election. I think that that is an incredible
00:51:53.740 disincentive that hasn't existed any time previously. I think the second thing is you
00:51:59.960 saw the preemptive action they took in Alaska to make clear that they're doing that. You saw the
00:52:05.120 preemptive action that they've taken in California. And while they're not going to win in the federal
00:52:10.220 judiciary in California. When that moves up into the Supreme Court, they have now put a check there
00:52:16.360 to have a potential debate about what goes on in California, because California, as you know,
00:52:21.600 will count votes for six, seven days after election. The House might still be hanging
00:52:25.340 in the balance at that point. So there has been more done for election integrity in this last
00:52:31.760 six months since the president's speech, last four months since the president's speech on
00:52:35.860 election integrity that I've seen in the last 20, 30 years as a reporter. You're always suspicious
00:52:41.660 on both sides what's going on when you find out that maybe the story that Alaska was given three
00:52:47.000 months ago wasn't true. That's why we're spinnacle still. But I think this Justice Department has
00:52:51.960 more monitors out there. Congress is sending its monitors out there. It is more assertive. It's no
00:52:57.200 longer asleep at the switch. And I think Homeland and Justice Together have sent a much stronger
00:53:03.500 message to those who might be tempted to cheat, we are going to punish you when we catch you.
00:53:08.100 And I think that's a message that wasn't delivered in 2020 at all.
00:53:13.240 John, where do people go to get all your content? You're breaking stuff. You're anchoring the show
00:53:17.180 while managing the task force. Where do folks go?
00:53:20.760 Yeah. Just the news.com. Everybody's good dialing tomorrow morning. I think we're going to have a
00:53:24.920 surprise about some of the people that El Saeed's been hanging out, what they say when they're in
00:53:30.080 the pulpit or in uh the mosque i think we're gonna have some fun with that tomorrow be sure to tune
00:53:34.260 in with that uh jay solomon reports on all social media and of course i'm lucky enough to follow you
00:53:38.540 every night on this great network real america's voice with just the news no noise at six o'clock

00:53:59.580 until we can ascertain the direction of the nation.
00:54:03.320 Cortez is going to stick around.
