Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 209： Continued Threat Of China; Building Of The Church Committee

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for i mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:20.600 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the authoritarians

00:00:28.360 get total control and total power because this is just like in arizona this is just like in georgia

00:00:34.140 it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and misrepresentations

00:00:39.220 is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the fight

00:00:42.980 all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your host

00:00:50.100 stephen k bannon okay welcome uh it is a tuesday 10 january year of order 2023 a lot happening

00:00:59.240 the select committee on china uh approved 65 democrats voted against it the um the subcommittee

00:01:07.460 on the weaponization of government approved um democrats heads jamie raskin sitting there

00:01:14.120 this thing's got too much immense investigatory power it's based on the frank church committee

00:01:20.220 from the 70s i've asked sam faddis to join us also right now not trending on twitter is the biggest

00:01:26.200 story in the world everybody's talking about it it's being tweeted everywhere but elon musk and those

00:01:30.900 guys are definitely suppressing the biden classified document story we got faddis here from the cia

00:01:36.220 to go through all of it i want to finish with todd bensman todd

00:01:39.540 by the way we've got a special guest a special guest that's going to follow bensman in between

00:01:46.340 bensman and faddis you're not going to believe it but he's going to take a slight victory lap although

00:01:51.760 he's the hardest working guy in this business even works harder than i do um i don't i want to say guy

00:01:57.960 i think it's a tie between people grace chung and uh the queen of the trolls and uh and and and this 0.94

00:02:04.840 gentleman will get him you know him so it's not an introduction but he'll be revealed

00:02:09.380 i'll say that here in a few minutes um bensman there's so much going on at the board finally

00:02:15.820 we're going to start taking and people are going to see just like remember the point of last week

00:02:21.560 was to see who was controlled opposition and who's not particularly on the media side who was all in

00:02:28.180 this fight who were just saying just just a point just anoint mccarthy none of this would have come

00:02:32.580 about if he had just done that also to see who that's why guys like biggs eli crane uh rosendahl

00:02:39.700 right rosendale these people that you would never bob good people you never know matt gates look how

00:02:44.580 matt gates rose to the moment right they look how bobert rose to the moment you were never gotten

00:02:49.840 these changes but that's what's happened here on the invasion of the southern border uh the first of

00:02:54.820 i want to go to something we did i i'm i'm very concerned because i saw this in the white house

00:02:59.780 working on nafta there is a group of people that are very focused uh these people are globalists they

00:03:07.120 they don't believe in the nation state and they're maniacally focused on basically removing the

00:03:13.020 sovereignty of canada the united states and mexico and forming some sort of economic unit like the eu

00:03:18.420 because the eu the thing of the eu and the reason i fought so hard and along with the populist movement

00:03:23.260 in europe they're all about taking away the nation state status of italy and germany and france and

00:03:30.120 uk this is why we did brexit this is why we look so it worked so long on brexit so the british could

00:03:35.020 get their sovereignty back i'm very spooked when i'm sitting down there and i see these guys you know

00:03:40.120 the three amigos they think it's cute it's not not funny at all and and i don't hear biden down there

00:03:46.060 talking about a cartel war talking about interdiction of the cartel it's just all happy talk he walks around

00:03:51.120 wanders around the border it's all happy to remember he misconstrued a salvation army guy for

00:03:56.640 a secret service guy i mean he's just wandering around when they start talking about joint efforts

00:04:01.200 on migration joint legal pathways i start getting very nervous should we be nervous about what's going

00:04:08.520 on down there and by the way i'm all for you know we got to get the countries in the central america

00:04:13.020 together it's the central america together you know the four frontline countries and work on their

00:04:18.420 economics and all that i got that but when i see mexico and particularly trudeau and uh biden

00:04:24.700 together they're scheming uh should we be concerned todd bensman well i i want to just say that the

00:04:34.560 the new they call it border enforcement plan uh which is orwellian because it's it's exactly the

00:04:42.740 opposite of a border enforcement plan uh is has established a parallel immigration system

00:04:52.480 in mexico and throughout latin america where they're going to be pre-legalizing this is not

00:05:00.000 something that congress approved like if you want to apply as a refugee or a student visa for a student

00:05:07.260 visa we have all these processes that are in place they were all approved by congress uh their legal

00:05:13.100 processes you want to apply as an immigrant and immigrate here you can do that those are all approved

00:05:19.340 by congress what they're doing here is they've created something that was not approved by a new way

00:05:25.300 a pathway and they don't even hide it where they're just going to be bringing in at a minimum of

00:05:30.660 four four for four nationalities 360 000 uh cubans haitians nicaraguans and venezuelans through this

00:05:40.880 new not approved route uh through the southern border and um i want to point out also that it might not be

00:05:49.660 a coincidence that we're seeing uh sharply increased numbers of illegal immigrants coming through the

00:05:57.760 northern border mexicans uh people that are flying without a they don't need a visa trudeau

00:06:05.100 eliminated visa requirements for uh mexicans and for a whole lot of different uh kinds of uh nationalities

00:06:12.400 like bangladeshies and so what they do is they fly into canada and then cross our northern border 1.00

00:06:18.920 and we're seeing a spike in that right now uh so yeah i mean you know they're all going to coordinate on

00:06:24.700 on these legal pathways uh i think it is something to worry about and to keep an eye on that we're not

00:06:32.000 approved by anybody they're just somebody came up with it in a back parlor over at the white house or

00:06:38.120 at dhs somewhere in in the big building over there listen whether it's the defunding of the of the of the

00:06:47.160 un to stop what you described in the first is they're just putting money all together or stopping

00:06:54.460 this right if if a congressman were to come to you and say hey we want you an advisor we want you as a

00:07:00.300 consultant to these committees what would be the one or two things you would say let's leave impeachment

00:07:05.940 over the side that's going to be investigation stuff like that but the actions understand they're

00:07:09.960 going through the appropriations process right now and they promise that that is going to be vote

00:07:14.540 delivered and voted on by september 30th so when the fiscal year runs out there's no more kicking

00:07:18.780 the can down the road this will be done what so you've got the appropriations process for this year

00:07:24.600 what is todd ben's been telling them what are you telling them that these are the three things you've

00:07:29.760 got to get to you got to defund you've got to stop but you must stop this where where do they go and

00:07:34.200 what what is ben's been having focused on well maybe the very first place that they can go is to

00:07:41.020 not fund any operations that are enabling and the infrastructure enabling the use of humanitarian

00:07:51.760 parole on a massive scale like they have been uh these you know soft-sided uh you know

00:07:59.500 buildings all along the border that they use to just kind of process people through and all of the

00:08:06.420 infrastructure for that particular program should probably be eliminated uh or withheld um if

00:08:15.740 possible to you know force force a rollback of some of these these incredibly um permissive i guess uh

00:08:25.480 policies um the another uh area where you could um possibly uh cause change

00:08:35.880 uh would be in the appropriations for all of the different kinds of expenditures like for example

00:08:44.200 to manage this this border crossing uh i don't know what you would call it a you know a crisis they're

00:08:52.460 just they're allowing people in aircraft contractors up the wazoo uh tons of money going to

00:09:01.280 ngos uh who are helping to bring all of these people in especially the ngos you know we talked

00:09:07.800 about the the united nations the document that i write about in in my piece yesterday uh you know

00:09:15.420 lists 228 ngos that are all getting money look at page 268 it lists every one of those ngos and how

00:09:25.040 much money they're getting and how much money they're they say that they require well that's u.s taxpayer

00:09:31.480 money right there uh that is going uh you know it's it's passed through money uh through different

00:09:38.260 un agencies through the state department etc shut that down if you don't like ngos uh assisting this 0.95

00:09:46.600 whole infrastructure of bringing people in and then putting them on buses this conveyor belt

00:09:52.260 uh that has to be uh defunded and the the the omnibus the the bill that they just passed

00:09:59.820 has billions and billions of dollars for that activity for that very activity

00:10:05.400 um the before i let you go the impeachment efforts because i've talked since we even talked there that

00:10:14.900 these are not just serious going to be very serious they want hearings to get down to where the receipts

00:10:20.260 are so they can commence the process there's a strong will in congress uh to at least begin this

00:10:26.860 investigation and see where it goes on mayorkas where would you recommend the impeachment panel on this

00:10:34.120 uh start to focus well like i mentioned a little earlier uh he is the top the nation's top law

00:10:42.320 enforcement officer the constitution requires uh people of the executive branch to do their very best

00:10:51.700 to follow congressional statutes to hew closely to them uh this administration has very purposefully

00:11:01.820 evaded uh all and kept all of those laws at arm length uh to not follow any of them any of our

00:11:10.140 immigration enforcement laws that were duly passed by congress they're not following them chief among

00:11:17.020 them is detention and deportation they're they're purposely not doing that uh deportation of criminal

00:11:25.720 aliens they've ended deportation throughout the interior of america i don't know if you know that

00:11:30.660 uh you know people they used to you know cry at at antifa protests you know abolish ice abolish ice

00:11:38.900 well they did they effectively abolished ice so that the number of deportations from the interior

00:11:46.080 have fallen by 80 and 90 percent across the board for even criminal aggravated criminal

00:11:53.200 uh aliens murderers and rapists and child molesters uh slavers you name it uh there's there's very very

00:12:02.380 little enforcement happening there man that's a problem that is a like who does that what law

00:12:09.100 enforcement officer doesn't enforce those kind of laws what i so you know i think that there's there's a

00:12:16.040 lot of corn that is thrown onto this field uh there's gonna be a lot of hunting good hunting uh on the field

00:12:23.380 there for um you know if they're looking to impeach my orcas

00:12:27.560 um i want to make sure people go when the book comes out let's get we got the cover of the book

00:12:34.900 where they get for your subject bensman is going to be even more of an integral part of the program

00:12:38.760 in what's happening in congress the intensity on the southern border the invasion of the southern border

00:12:43.500 is the first really order of business along with the death ceiling but this has got to be

00:12:47.200 brought this has got to be stopped but then you got to get to the issue of how you get all the

00:12:51.440 illegal aliens out of here but first we've got to stop this invasion and we're going to have to have 1.00

00:12:55.520 this is going to be ladies and gentlemen a titanic fight because you're going to see all the cards

00:13:01.920 you're going to see all the um all of the um the establishment globalist people that call themselves

00:13:08.440 republicans just like in this last night remember if someone did not stand up and say hey we have to

00:13:15.180 back these people and they've got to be able to take on mccarthy and you got to remove the cartel head

00:13:19.320 and just said no you got to put mccarthy in and and and that because otherwise it's going to look

00:13:23.560 terrible on tv that is a huge tell those are the people there's one group that wants change and

00:13:28.440 dramatic change another just wants the status quo you're going to see this on the southern on the

00:13:32.980 southern border in biden's 42 year 47 year career of grift and graft and incompetence as a government

00:13:41.400 basically a government employee the first time he ever went to the border was last couple days

00:13:45.040 this is going to be huge todd uh social media how they get to the book how they get to your writings

00:13:50.220 sure you can follow me at uh t bensman at getter um very active on that platform uh truth social

00:13:59.820 todd bensman at true social bensman todd at twitter and the book is available for pre-order it's coming

00:14:07.740 out next month uh you can find it anywhere online you know barnes and noble uh amazon post hill press

00:14:14.900 it'll hit bookstores on february 21 but go ahead and get a copy uh this is a pretty big book it's

00:14:21.440 all my reporting from the last two years about this particular border crisis it's got a lot of

00:14:27.020 brand new information and one of the most dramatic cover shots this is why by the way because he put it

00:14:33.860 on the cover that's where they go these pathways they don't they never again want the optic that was

00:14:38.840 under the del rio bridge that uh bensman and and uh and burquam and uh oscar blue and everybody

00:14:45.160 documented so well aguilar is just incredible uh todd thank you so much honor to have you on here

00:14:50.060 brother thank you for having me i appreciate it so if you like it got if you like action you like

00:14:55.400 action to a purpose every day and that's where you're seeing people this whole issue about how you

00:14:59.380 shut down the invasion that's on the border remember we just can't wave a magic wand if you

00:15:03.340 could wave a magic wand it'd be simple i got faddis up here in a minute and a bunch of stuff to go

00:15:07.760 through with sam sam but can we put up uh the mac daddy on drudge i want to be able to point to

00:15:13.040 this because people don't understand how hard this is what and i want to make sure he gets full

00:15:18.260 recognition right there you see the mac daddy on drudge fact could you put it all on the whole screen

00:15:22.600 and take off my beautiful visage right the whole there we go right there let's get a big old shot of

00:15:27.920 that there we are thank you memphis logan in memphis i thought he'd love sometimes i would do a

00:15:33.900 competition in fact i think when i have uh the queen of the trolls grace chung

00:15:37.560 and i'm going to have captain benedus maybe one day we do a poll and to make it fair we do a live

00:15:42.260 getter poll to check it out no no let me see the whole yeah that's the that's the big blow up right

00:15:46.960 there that you see citizens free press for all you uh cult members of the citizens free press and then

00:15:53.040 we got a huge amount of the posse does it but they got their own chat they're going crazy over there

00:15:57.960 you see right there 220 million in the top i don't know 10 or 12 220 million pages per month on drudge

00:16:05.720 and that's got all of them it's got drudge new york times cnn just incredible just let's see the

00:16:10.880 whole mac daddy logan if you can just pull it back there for a second i want to i want to see see

00:16:14.400 what drudge does once a month and put it up and it's right there in the middle of the whole page i

00:16:19.140 want to bring in now kane who is the uh the publisher the head bottle washer the cook the uh

00:16:27.000 uh you know um hotel services and the uh the guy that links to all this kane uh just incredible

00:16:35.000 people don't understand 220 million page views on an aggregation site like that is extraordinary you

00:16:41.060 see the other numbers up there you're you're my little citizens free press with kane is in the

00:16:46.700 same groupings with the bbc cnn the new york times the washington post drudge itself

00:16:54.440 kane just extraordinary we can't say enough just tell us uh tell us how much work but no more than

00:17:01.260 that tell us because we know you were tell us tell us how much you love what you do sir

00:17:04.300 well first of all all those names you know on i got you on the laptop and i got the list up on the

00:17:12.480 27 inch desktop right next to me i'm looking at them we're passing we're passing most of those all

00:17:19.340 those names are going to be below citizen free press before long how much do i love what i'm

00:17:24.420 doing oh man you know the story you know i sat down in this office almost six years ago with no

00:17:32.080 audience and just started typing out super aggressive rude headlines telling telling uh saying

00:17:40.600 things that i should never say and no one was reading and i don't know how the hell it got this big

00:17:45.580 it's it's all cfp nation it's you know i told them whatever a year and a half in i said look

00:17:51.580 i will be here 16 18 hours a day typing out headlines but i'll only do it if you spread the word

00:17:58.480 if you tell people about the site if you you know that's the part that you guys have to do and they

00:18:04.240 did it and that's i guess that's really how it started growing but um but it's insane man

00:18:11.220 is it the champagne what is it every friday night you guys have a champagne lounge was

00:18:19.440 people get have a have an adult beverage you get in there because i've gone in there and

00:18:23.620 checked it out that the the comments get a little um a little a little spicy they get a little spicy

00:18:29.220 the champagne hour if you've never if you're if you're hanging around and there's nothing going

00:18:34.020 on on your friday night go over to citizens free press it's just not the news it's also what you've

00:18:39.040 built as a community everybody i talk to they always check out i mean it's uh it's it's it's

00:18:45.620 it's show prep for us it's show prep for us so and i really appreciate here's the thing though kane

00:18:50.860 what people don't understand you're essentially a one-man band correct yeah i run the site all alone

00:18:57.220 i've got two helpers right i got one guy who kind of runs the getter page and the true social page and

00:19:02.760 and a youtube page and then i've got spencer neal who used to work for the washington examiner and he

00:19:08.240 runs our awesome twitter page he took it over we weren't doing jack with as you know i hate i really 0.66

00:19:13.540 hate social media there's no facebook page i i knew i'd be canceled i write such ridiculous things

00:19:18.720 about people i knew i'd be canceled so i never even wanted to build a social media page but spencer

00:19:23.820 took it over at the end of july with 27 000 followers and it's got 100 000 now so he's tripled

00:19:29.240 it you know and and he's really good what both those guys do a little bit is throw some stuff in

00:19:34.300 drafts you know and and so spencer will throw things he finds videos so they're awesome but

00:19:39.260 no i'm the one cranking out these ridiculous headlines and suffering through it all and waking

00:19:43.520 up first thing in the morning and being and being in this chair 60 seconds after i wake up

00:19:48.740 and moderating you know 200 comments overnight because i'm trying to stop the spammers because

00:19:54.220 you don't have to register so people who don't know you do not have to register to comment on cfp

00:19:59.060 you can show up and comment it's a real nation i want to say quickly i knew you were coming to the

00:20:03.960 champagne room bannon i've been me and hissy hissy who runs the champagne room we've been looking we've

00:20:09.860 been surreptitiously keeping an eye out for uh usernames that could be bannon i know it could

00:20:17.160 be bannon but to tell people yeah i'm just doing my i'm i'm doing my due diligence i know i want to

00:20:24.140 know how to put the thing up put no put put the put the thing up again put it up yeah there we got

00:20:30.280 right there here's the reason folks if you look at the rest of the list you're talking about the

00:20:34.700 biggest news platforms on earth bbc tens of thousands of employees new york times cnn

00:20:42.460 wash about these are people that have and not just people they have the best now yeah i know you hate

00:20:48.560 the kind of my point is they've gone to the best schools they've already worked in their profession

00:20:52.600 in the darwinian environment of media they've risen to the top they're hiring best and they're

00:20:57.540 paying top dollar these are massive massive apparatuses the way they go and then in the 0.74

00:21:02.940 middle of it you've got you've got cane you've got cane and scissors free press and it's beautiful

00:21:09.240 that you recognize the the just the gorgeous irony of it all yeah they all have huge payrolls man

00:21:14.360 tens of millions of dollars a month but you know what steve i think i've told you this

00:21:19.700 i knew that that cfp could beat them it's the drudge model right what do all these websites

00:21:26.300 offer they offer the same stories essentially that everyone else right so you've got five ten

00:21:31.440 fifteen different websites all writing the same stuff their homepages look the same

00:21:36.080 and and and so i thought this model of of openness and freedom and easy to comment and no no

00:21:43.600 everybody that hasn't everybody hasn't gone to cfp citizen free press you got to go there today here's

00:21:49.380 what he's got he's got a curation he's a curator like andrew so and he's also a freak because this

00:21:55.160 is what he does this is the purpose of his life and so he's on it he's so he's a freak but there's

00:22:00.380 many of us like that but he's the top he's the head freak he's all doing it but there's another thing

00:22:05.240 he came up with and that's the innovation of the stack because you go to drudge it's all spur of the

00:22:10.160 page if you go to him it's a stack i went to citizens free press for about six months and i

00:22:16.560 said i don't understand what this guy does i got to scroll down this damn thing and to get to the 0.76

00:22:20.920 drudge he's got a drudge page down there to get to the picture in the drudge page i got to go all

00:22:24.980 the way down there and finally i was talking to him he said no no the stack i go what do you mean

00:22:28.660 the stack he says no no no that's all and i update it constantly for the junkies and i go well i'm a

00:22:33.880 junkie he says look at and i looked i go wow it's the stack that is one of the you ought to

00:22:38.800 trademark that's one of those brilliant innovations because for the hardcore junkies you can just go

00:22:43.420 back to citizens free press i was just there an hour ago but what and kane will have something up

00:22:49.020 that you can click and kind of see so it's uh it's it's addictive but in a good way and you've

00:22:54.200 always got the best stuff it's a total counter to drudge so uh really uh yeah you help create that

00:22:59.960 man you you help create the the stack you help me understand sort of the value of it and i do

00:23:05.560 remember that phone conversation where we talked about you going below but that really you hit it

00:23:11.140 there man that's it why because you go to drudge and you got to search for the news stories anything

00:23:16.240 he adds during the day it's buried somewhere in those three freaking columns and so obviously as

00:23:21.260 you said the ease with cfp is news stories are going to be at the top or at least in the top five

00:23:26.280 you know so so it's super easy to check and it loads like crazy and whatever i love that you get it i love that you love it

00:23:35.560 i love it i love it and and uh i will tell you your headlines are the snarkiest let's just leave it at

00:23:42.120 that there's some very snarky there's some very snarky headlines kane kane will take a shot at you

00:23:46.980 in the headlines kane we got to bounce uh congratulations keep it up 220 million page views

00:23:53.300 kane essentially in the top 10 of news sites in on the face of the earth maybe some of the ones in

00:23:59.220 china to give you phony numbers but let's say english language the top 10 in the world an achievement

00:24:03.880 one guy against literally tens of thousands of employees these other organizations and also huge

00:24:09.260 brands i mean who doesn't know bbc cnn new york times it's just incredible kane uh honored to have

00:24:15.660 you on here brother thank tell people how they get to how do they get to cfp and how they get to your

00:24:20.040 twitter all your social media i didn't know you're a social media guru now yeah all right whatever i'll do

00:24:25.460 that quick it's just citizen free press on any platform just search it out you'll find it but you know 0.89

00:24:30.300 what i gotta tell you this so you're absolutely right about the goliath crap and and and taking 0.99

00:24:37.020 all these guys on from my office but people gotta know you know i'm still chasing your ass you know 0.97

00:24:42.200 people gotta know that you built breitbart into 400 million a month not 220 and now i'm just gonna say 0.95

00:24:50.060 quickly in fairness i'm above 300 for the server still but you built breitbart you whatever you

00:24:57.060 uniquely know how difficult this is and you did it with a much smaller budget than bbc and all these

00:25:04.100 others so thanks for but we had a hold it hold it we we had a big team and i had the greatest team i

00:25:10.760 had boil i had all those guys i had the i had the best team ever that was a and that was a grind for us

00:25:16.520 i'm telling and i saw andrew andrew was drudge's partner andrew had the job and andrew they would do 12

00:25:22.860 on 12 off and andrew had all this other stuff going on but i'm telling you that 12 hours

00:25:27.980 he could he couldn't move i mean he couldn't get on a plane he couldn't go to lunch i mean they

00:25:32.660 you have to be on it and the input you're looking for if the entire world is amazing it's just it's

00:25:38.600 it's it's insane so yeah i don't know your one uh and my phone doesn't i don't want my phone to ring

00:25:46.660 i can't have volume on the television i can't have interruptions i've got 75 tabs open i'm working

00:25:52.780 five things in different sections of my brain it's not that say he was a freak but a freak in a good

00:25:59.960 way kane uh we love you brother just keep doing it keep hitting it uh and uh thank you congratulations

00:26:07.080 uh and we look forward to getting back her being next month and talking about again next month and

00:26:11.400 everybody go to go check the champagne room out on friday evenings yes very thank you for all your

00:26:18.100 kind words sir thank you sir okay we're gonna take a short break i got sam faddis we're gonna go through

00:26:24.320 three big things on we gotta go to the weaponization of government committee approved and they're in

00:26:29.300 meltdown the subcommittee like the church committee we got the um china the ccp committee approved gone done

00:26:35.980 and then we got this fiasco with uh with joe biden's uh crimes about the documents sam faddis from

00:26:43.580 the ca a cia a veteran of the ca wrote one of the best books ever about the ca about how you got to

00:26:50.400 start over again i think he's got some ideas about the new church committee short commercial break

00:26:56.600 sam faddis then we're gonna go to texas by the way the rnc is this issue is huge there's a big story

00:27:05.180 up now on nbc about rana we'll talk all about that when we get back

00:27:08.140 will the lack of a red wave during the midterms lead to a more emboldened biden more wasteful

00:28:35.060 okay welcome back we got a lot to get through in this half hour i want to go to michael seifert

00:28:41.740 first michael i've been a big proponent of don't give your money to people that hate you we got to

00:28:47.060 build an alternative economy here and i see a lot of entrepreneurs out there doing it public sq is kind

00:28:52.840 of the thing that can bind it all together walk us through well you're the founder ceo walk us through

00:28:56.860 what you're trying to accomplish how you've made it work today and where people go

00:29:00.820 well thanks for having me on it's an honor to be here and our goal is simply to create the america

00:29:08.700 first economy that we've all been waiting for so that consumers know you're a patriot that the

00:29:15.660 businesses you're spending money share your values and want the same future for our country that you

00:29:21.060 want and so this is a rejection of the woke corporatism that has robbed our economy over

00:29:27.180 the past few years and it's an embrace of a parallel economy that actually embraces the values that made

00:29:32.260 this country so special can i go to sam faddis can we get michael can we hey sam let's go to sam let's

00:29:38.920 reboot uh michael right now because i just lost the audio sam um i want to go to um i got to talk to

00:29:45.860 you about three things number one these two committees that started the weaponization of government

00:29:50.200 uh and then the uh the ccp of the china committee weaponization of government is a basically to look

00:29:56.360 at the church committee go back to the book you wrote about the fall of the cia and what you think

00:30:01.200 needed to be done to rejuvenize it take me through the church committee why is this weaponization of

00:30:06.760 government that's going to look at fbi cia dhs and particularly doj why is it so important well i mean

00:30:13.680 the church committee as you well know back in the 70s was based on the idea that cia had kind of lost

00:30:19.160 its way and was involving itself in things like domestic politics and controlling information

00:30:25.500 flowing to america and cia's charter is obviously to work overseas and it shouldn't be within 10 miles

00:30:31.260 of domestic politics obviously where we are now is we have completely lost our way in the whole

00:30:38.480 intelligence community and i guess uh in the department of justice as well we've weaponized all

00:30:43.960 these agencies against the american people when their entire charter is to protect the constitution

00:30:51.720 and and the people of the united states so we got to dig into this but you know what's what's the real

00:30:57.420 cutting edge of this the cutting edge is accountability right we have endless inquiries in washington dc

00:31:03.200 are we going to do something which is going to be not just individuals but has got to be massive

00:31:10.560 structural reform again you know when i was in cia the mantra was we don't want not only don't we get

00:31:20.540 involved in domestic politics we don't want to be within we don't want to be anywhere near it it's a

00:31:25.120 lightning rod it's not our job we got our hands full overseas we got to get back to that and it's going

00:31:30.380 to take serious reform this committee now all this already they're trying to dump it down to the skiff

00:31:38.240 and make it all classified what would be your recommendation to jordan and this is the reason

00:31:42.640 i want everybody to understand the reason we didn't have a bid away for really for speaker because

00:31:47.420 andy admits he wasn't going to get it right he started the process but jordan didn't want it and

00:31:52.480 jordan told people i want to do judiciary in addition the the church committee is going to be under me at

00:31:59.360 judiciary is a subcommittee that's what we have now why is it uh why should they avoid just going in

00:32:06.160 because the first they're going to fight for documents then the guys are going to come back

00:32:09.380 and say it's all highly classified it's got to be in the skiff what would be your recommendation

00:32:13.680 to jordan and the people on his staff of how to avoid that and at least allow some of this

00:32:19.720 to be viewed by the american people sam fattis yeah look i don't i don't you and i have talked in the

00:32:26.240 past about what happens when you send directors over to cia they get played by the establishment

00:32:32.100 they get sucked in the next thing you know they're affecting no change if you allow the ic to take

00:32:39.800 this completely into the back room and put the cloak over it then it's a waste of time you will never

00:32:47.940 get to ground zero and the american people will never understand what's going on it is not true that

00:32:53.700 we can't meaningfully look into this and still protect sources and methods that's a lie it's a straw man

00:33:00.540 we can absolutely take the sources and methods and protect those and still give the american people

00:33:06.780 the big picture of what has happened here it is critical these agencies work for the american people

00:33:14.180 they must be accountable to them do you believe in this committee is where we ought to get into the j6

00:33:21.320 exactly the intel what was known do you recommend that this is where jordan dumps it into this committee

00:33:27.040 and let's just figure out this fed's direction everything about i know you've got a lot of

00:33:30.760 strong um observations about this is this where it should go in this committee j6 or should that be

00:33:37.120 separate i i don't think it should go to the j6 committee but the bottom line here is this has got

00:33:45.340 to be meaningful man it can't turn into just another pro forma thing let's have some hearings issue a

00:33:53.300 friggin report two years from now that somebody files that what has happened here when you have

00:34:00.340 people like like brennan the cia directly director directly involved in trying to prevent donald trump

00:34:07.460 from becoming president and then trying to destabilize and topple an american president which is what

00:34:14.280 happened here that's the real coup attempt right good lord could there be anything more fundamental

00:34:21.160 to the stability of the republic than getting control of this we're talking about folks

00:34:26.620 becoming a praetorian guard that decide who gets to sit on the throne i mean down this road we lose the

00:34:33.580 republic so it's got to be hard-hitting and real and substantive not just a show

00:34:39.180 i'm gonna come back and get to the china on a different day because i'm gonna run out of time here because

00:34:45.080 i got to ask you about biden what you've seen of the 10 files of of compartmented top secret

00:34:51.120 information twitter everybody's trying to suppress it that's it should be the number one story in the

00:34:56.060 world trending uh about garland give us your thoughts this is you your stock and trade was

00:35:01.120 dealing with highly classified information how serious is this sam fattis

00:35:05.600 it's really serious there are probably any number of felonies here we send people to prison for this

00:35:14.120 this is sensitive compartmented information called sci that is if you will sort of a compartment

00:35:20.420 within top secret the level of top secret classification so these are top secret documents

00:35:26.860 that are then further compartmented that means they are either related to human source clandestine human

00:35:33.700 source operations satellites or sensitive sigint operations like satellites and eavesdropping

00:35:40.920 these are the crown jewels these documents do not live outside controlled spaces they are never carried

00:35:47.500 outside controlled spaces it's not like you accidentally forgot them in your office because taking them to

00:35:53.420 the office at the university of pennsylvania biden center was already a felony leaving them there

00:35:59.180 any number of other felonies this is massive and by the way we should note that the biden center

00:36:04.860 basically is funded by the chinese communists uh doesn't account for where its money comes from

00:36:12.520 specifically in china and publishes basically propaganda for beijing so this is a front organization

00:36:19.860 for the chinese communists and we got really really sensitive classified information lying around there

00:36:27.540 we literally send people to prison for this kind of thing for very long periods of time

00:36:34.080 cns uh cnn is reporting the the the compartmented top secret information in these files left at the

00:36:42.600 university of pennsylvania that is that that center is funded by the chinese communist party sam fettis is

00:36:48.440 specifically about ukraine in iran i mean could you get any more sensitive and particularly with

00:36:55.060 biden's fingerprints all over iran already i mean all over uh ukraine is this is this going to explode

00:37:01.540 into a uh scandal that could lead to a beginning of impeachment inquiry into biden yeah well it well it

00:37:09.300 should look i i touched classified documents of this category every single day that i was working in a cia

00:37:15.640 station or headquarters you know it's fascinating i never took a single one of those documents and

00:37:20.700 stuffed it in my pocket and carried it out and just left it lying around in my house right these things

00:37:26.140 don't leave controlled spaces occasionally a courier properly documented might take them from one

00:37:34.000 controlled space to another but even that is rare so this is totally out of bounds and something

00:37:40.780 really really egregious is going on here this is not an inadvertent there's no there's no question

00:37:47.260 there's no question in your mind there's no question in your mind what you've seen on cnn and

00:37:50.940 mainstream media these are felonies maybe multiple felonies sir absolutely no question and it doesn't

00:37:57.860 require an intent to pass them to a foreign service there was a guy at nsa a few years ago who was found

00:38:03.040 to have classified documents sitting in his apartment they ultimately established he wasn't giving them to

00:38:08.900 anybody he was just taking them home that guy is sitting in a federal prison right now for real

00:38:15.620 these are felony offenses you do not take these documents out of controlled space walking out the

00:38:22.800 door at cia headquarters with one of these things in your pocket even before you left the parking lot

00:38:27.820 you have committed a felony and you go to prison sam fattis how did they get to and magazine you got an 0.82

00:38:35.280 amazing piece up on china right now we'll get you back on here and your social media how do people

00:38:39.000 track you sam easiest way is to go to the end magazine site we're at substack now so it's and

00:38:44.900 magazine and magazine dot substack.com and then i'm all over social media but the end magazine site

00:38:51.940 will get you there it's absolutely you're incredible too on the uh the magazine's incredible

00:38:57.580 sam thank you very much look forward to having you back on talk about that piece in china

00:39:00.880 do we have michael see hopefully i think we got michael so michael the theory of the case is

00:39:07.300 don't it's simple don't give money to people that hate you you've worked you're a technology guy you

00:39:13.080 set this platform up to connect entrepreneurs and the war room audience and conservatives to people

00:39:20.260 to entrepreneurs product services of people that don't hate them walk walk our eyes to how it works

00:39:26.700 how do they get on it it's totally free i want to make sure people are engaged in this because we

00:39:31.000 have to start building an alternative economy sir well thank you steve we couldn't agree more

00:39:37.160 and that alternative economy is exactly what drives us every day we believe in a better future where

00:39:44.200 corruption is no longer riddled all the way through our economic system because you have these

00:39:49.460 woke corporatists that are more tied to political ideology than they are providing a good service and

00:39:54.920 therefore tainting the american economy instead we dream of an economy that props up american small

00:40:00.740 businesses that believe in an america first ideology and want our country to thrive because it embraces

00:40:07.320 the values that made it so special in the first place so we have created the nation's largest marketplace

00:40:12.020 of those types of businesses we're tens of thousands of businesses hundreds of thousands of regular

00:40:16.840 consumers that are all driven to embrace similar values and actually shop in alignment with those values

00:40:23.140 it's free to join you can head to public sq.com you can add yourself as a consumer or as a business

00:40:28.520 and i can tell you steve as we head into 2023 this thing is going to be bigger than we ever could have

00:40:33.080 imagined and with the help of great patriots like you uh the parallel economy is not just becoming a

00:40:38.260 reality it's becoming far more exceeding than i think anybody thought the scope could be so we have

00:40:43.660 exciting things ahead well why why why do you think it's going to be bigger because you're a guy that

00:40:50.100 dreams big and you actually execute on it this is the first time i've heard you say that because you're

00:40:54.440 really you're an under-promised and over-performed guy why do you say it's going to be bigger than anybody

00:40:58.060 believes i've been blown away up until this point by how strong the reaction is when we put this

00:41:05.920 platform in front of people i did not realize i obviously am a believer it's a personal conviction

00:41:12.260 of mine that we've needed this parallel economy but to hear how many millions of americans see

00:41:17.120 that same desire and feel it so personally and will actually sacrifice convenience to be able to

00:41:23.260 move their purchases over to brands and companies and businesses that embrace their values i've been

00:41:28.760 blown away by that it actually has exceeded my expectations and so what i'm realizing is that the

00:41:33.280 total available market for this is massive 100 million americans plus would love the opportunity to

00:41:39.380 shop with american first businesses if presented with that opportunity and so i think what we have

00:41:44.800 the responsibility to do is execute in such a way to where that's possible to where we can actually

00:41:49.900 be the one-stop shop for 100 million americans that desire to spend money in alignment with their

00:41:54.500 values and with your help i think it's possible okay tell for the entrepreneurs out there i want

00:42:00.000 to do the entrepreneurs first where do they go and how do they get signed up well head to publicsq.com

00:42:05.920 you'll see a button that says add your business for free and you can begin your journey there

00:42:10.160 takes just about three minutes to create a profile and if you're a consumer you can head to publicsq.com

00:42:15.620 and you click join and you can do that on the web or you can do that on the app so if you'd prefer to

00:42:20.360 use it in the app store or google play that's a great place to do it you can receive deals discounts

00:42:25.080 promotions to spend money with businesses that will actually give you incentive to prioritize your

00:42:30.740 values in the marketplace experience so you can put purpose behind your purchases and i can tell you

00:42:35.860 steve that the the businesses and consumers alike receive a win because the businesses we're seeing

00:42:41.780 their profits double and triple at many of these different businesses it's amazing to hear the

00:42:45.780 stories and then on the consumer side they have the liberation of knowing that their money is going

00:42:50.040 to people that believe what they believe it i have not had one person that go to this site

00:42:55.840 either entrepreneur or consumer that is not thrilled by it this is the way you put it in their face

00:43:01.740 stop giving your money to people that hate you and don't share your values and when a guy's like

00:43:07.600 see from these people go out on the limb and work like crazy and offer it just check it out it's

00:43:11.460 totally free just going to take your time and i guarantee you once you go you're going to stick

00:43:15.300 around that's what we tell people in the whether it's birch gold or my page or i just go get the

00:43:19.800 information deal with these people it's totally professional see for it what you've uh built is pretty

00:43:23.780 extraordinary so just keep keep hammering it because this is going to be we got to build an

00:43:28.560 alternative platform no longer can you be canceled by these guys michael seifert founder ceo thank you

00:43:34.040 very much public sq uh captain bannon and grace let's get it up in all of our chat rooms everybody

00:43:38.760 see this once you go you're gonna you're gonna stick there you're gonna make this one of your

00:43:43.280 places where you do your commerce and remember you're assisting those entrepreneurs that are also

00:43:47.860 america first so thank you very much michael okay russ vote you know he's one that he was the

00:43:54.460 architect of what happened last week the architect tonics of it he's also the architect of the

00:43:59.080 balanced budget we've had him on the center for renewing america fantastic but they got their

00:44:03.280 hands on a lot of things they're working very hard there's something going on in the state of texas

00:44:06.700 we love texas the texas look is the foundational elements of america first asked his partner wade

00:44:12.760 miller to come on here and explain this to us explain the audience going on because it's kind of hard

00:44:18.600 to comprehend particularly given how many patriots and hardcore america first i mean when i think of

00:44:26.260 america first and maga i think texas arizona florida tennessee ohio you've got other states too my

00:44:33.120 virginia north carolina and others but you've got those leading maga states so what's happening down

00:44:38.780 there in in the in the state legislature sir yeah well well thanks for having me on so you know we just

00:44:45.700 got through and and i know russ talked with you about the dc uniparty cartel well there's the same

00:44:51.760 dynamic in texas there's a kind of a uniparty cartel and they work together to kind of quash

00:44:58.100 conservative agenda items and and for people who aren't aware texas republicans have been in uniparty

00:45:04.660 control of the state for about 21 years now and but yet they haven't racked up a lot of wins and so

00:45:10.980 while they talk a big game down there about how awesome they are the republican establishment has

00:45:16.160 been working with democrats over time to really mitigate any actual policy changes now last session

00:45:23.440 they had some fairly big victories they got the fetal heartbeat bill uh constitutional carry but

00:45:29.060 that was mostly because they realized that they had to give conservatives something so they'd stop

00:45:33.920 complaining but even like things like the critical race theory ban that they got done down in texas

00:45:38.320 uh there's no real actual crt ban there they passed the bill but every public school there has crt still

00:45:44.800 and a lot of the reason why conservative priorities don't make it through like nothing meaningful on the

00:45:50.940 grid down there and they're having energy problems nothing meaningful on property taxes they haven't really

00:45:56.200 gone after esg significantly the border's still not secure it's because uh dade phelan that the speaker

00:46:03.080 who they just elected today will appoint democrats to run committees and what happens is the bills that

00:46:10.520 they don't like they'll get funneled into these committees and democrats will kill it and then 0.98

00:46:17.160 everyone acts like they have no idea what's going on hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on you're

00:46:21.300 blowing people's heads up you're telling me in a republican controlled house with republican controlled

00:46:28.840 committees they they select democrats the chair of the committees correct and this has been three

00:46:35.740 speakers now joe strauss dennis bonnen and now dade phelan these are republican elected speakers of

00:46:43.740 a republican controlled house large majorities they appoint democrats to be in charge of committees

00:46:52.120 to kill conservative legislation and governor abbott doesn't say anything about this and neither do

00:46:59.000 most of the other statewide leaders and so there's a big movement right now over the next couple of

00:47:03.620 days to pressure the speaker of the texas house a republican to not appoint democrat chairs that will

00:47:11.420 then be used to destroy the conservative agenda it seems like a simple ask but this has been the status quo now

00:47:19.020 in texas for a long time and this is i think important because the conservative movement at large

00:47:24.860 is now starting to wake up to see that a lot of the bluster and big talk you see out of texas is

00:47:30.660 they're basically a paper tiger they're they have the same problems that all the other uh states have

00:47:36.020 a lot of establishment and here and you got you got the best people in the country i mean come on

00:47:42.480 that's the backbone you talk about the salt of the earth down in texas the the maga base down there

00:47:47.240 done company better it's a call to action so what do they do we got about a minute wade tell people

00:48:05.260 live in texas contact your state rep and ask them to oppose democrats being put in charge of all of

00:48:12.220 these committee chair slots because they're just going to be used as a tool of the establishment
