00:04:18.660 So Leahy, you sent me this interview that the governor, a Republican governor, just did on radio in Middle Tennessee, I think this afternoon.

00:05:15.660 It seems like it collapsed under the glare of the mainstream media in a color revolution on that chaos.
00:05:21.660 And now I don't have a manifesto and I see leaks about the manifesto that the young woman wrote that said it's so explosive that the FBI won't put it out.
00:05:32.660 And now I've got the governor that's trying to put red flag laws in and they're saying they're going to trade off red flags for the manifesto.
00:05:39.660 So, man, Tennessee is everything to us.

00:05:47.660 Well, I would be of good cheer, Steve, although it's a tough battle here.
00:05:52.660 The left for decades has tried to break Tennessee.
00:05:56.660 And that's what you're seeing full blown here now over the past month or so.
00:06:00.660 As you recall, on March 27th, 28 year old Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a woman who identified as a transgender male, walked into a Christian school here in Nashville and murdered six Christians.
00:06:17.660 Three nine year old children and three staffers.
00:06:21.660 And then subsequently to that, you saw the the the riot incited by three Democratic lawmakers in Tennessee capital, their expulsion.
00:06:31.660 They were put back in.
00:06:32.660 They shouldn't have should not have been put back in because the Tennessee Constitution says you cannot replace yourself if you've been expelled.
00:06:40.660 But they were.
00:06:41.660 They were.
00:06:42.660 And now the Tennessee General Assembly actually had a very.

00:06:51.660 Now they've been lionized by The New York Times and the MSNBC and that crowd.

00:07:02.660 They're being fed at the highest level and held up as an example for every other state to follow, brother.

00:07:29.660 And the Tennessee General Assembly actually had a pretty significant set of accomplishments here this year.
00:07:36.660 They actually led the country in passing the law that prohibited genital mutilation of children under the age of 18.
00:07:45.660 They adjourned on Friday and our governor, Bill Lee, kind of gave him the middle finger because two hours later he called for this special session to basically adopt his red flag laws, which are violations of the Second Amendment.

00:08:02.660 Very important.
00:08:03.660 You mentioned the manifesto of the killer.
00:08:06.660 Now, she was killed that day by very brave and courageous police officers here in Nashville on March 27th.
00:08:17.660 A series of documents that she'd written.
00:08:20.660 We've called them generically manifesto, but there are a bunch of journals were recovered by the Metro Nashville Police Department.
00:08:28.660 And those journals are both operational plans and just sort of been described by some as, you know, just thought journals, shall we say.
00:08:39.660 Now, those documents are in the possession of Metro Nashville Police Department and of the FBI.
00:08:45.660 The copies are with the FBI.
00:08:48.660 And we today, on Monday, we asked Metro Nashville Police Department to release them in the public interest.
00:08:56.660 They denied our request on the grounds that it's still, wait for this, Steve, an open investigation, which is hard to follow since the shooter died four weeks ago.
00:09:08.660 The FBI also, we've filed a FOIA request with them.
00:09:12.660 They've denied our request on the ground that the documents have been put in an exempt folder.
00:09:19.660 Now, that's just the beginning of this, Steve, and we intend to take appropriate actions in the next couple of days.

00:09:30.660 I will note that several members of the Tennessee General Assembly have said,
00:09:36.660 Jeremy Faison in the House and Todd Gardenhire in the Senate have said,
00:09:41.660 look, there's no way we can conduct a special session to understand what the consequences or what things we should do to stop another Covenant Presbyterian school attack if we don't have a copy of the manifesto.

00:09:55.660 I've called on the governor to ask Metro Nashville Police Department to release it.
00:10:00.660 He actually seems to be more interested in being a pawn of the left.
00:10:03.660 The special session, I can guarantee you, will be a lightning rod for Black Lives Matter, transgender activists, out-of-state groups.
00:10:13.660 But this is the power I want. If Memphis can help us and Grace and Captain Bannon, I need everybody to read this piece.
00:10:21.660 And I understand Leahy, who both is a Harvard and Stanford graduate, one of the smartest guys I've ever met, disagrees with part of this.
00:10:28.660 But I need everybody to read this because her construct is very powerful.
00:10:33.660 She says, like they had a color revolution in Ukraine to overthrow the Russian-backed and Russian-supporting democratically elected government, right, that there are color revolutions going on in this country.
00:10:46.660 And Tennessee is a perfect example.
00:10:48.660 You have incredibly decent people in that General Assembly.
00:10:51.660 You have a governor who's Republican.
00:10:53.660 He's kind of a rhino, but he's a decent guy.
00:10:55.660 And you've accomplished a lot.
00:10:58.660 In fact, you've probably accomplished more than any other assembly.
00:11:01.660 It also doesn't matter because they're playing a different game.
00:11:06.660 They're playing a revolutionary game.
00:11:08.660 And, brother, they're winning right now.
00:11:10.660 The great Tennessee legislature, which we've gone out of the way to say that is the one to focus on with Ohio and Georgia and Florida and Texas and Arizona, also in the United States, the guys that are getting it done more than anybody's Tennessee, they got rolled.
00:11:24.660 They just got rolled and they kind of collapsed and said, let's get out of town because we're playing a different game.
00:11:29.660 They're playing constitutional republic, rule of law.
00:11:34.660 Let's pass laws and let's get those laws implemented.
00:11:37.660 You're playing against revolutionaries.
00:11:39.660 You're playing against Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Soros.
00:11:42.660 They ain't playing that game.
00:11:43.660 They're playing smash mouth politics.
00:11:45.660 And that's my fear.
00:11:47.660 And they're going to use Tennessee as a laboratory.

00:11:51.660 It is not a random event of what's happening in Montana.
00:11:54.660 Montana may be the most MAGA state of all.
00:11:57.660 I think Trump wins there by the biggest spreads.
00:11:59.660 We have the biggest spreads, I think, in the House and this transgender ideology.
00:12:03.660 I could have switched out the video of Montana yesterday and it looks exactly like Tennessee.
00:12:10.660 That's not a random occurrence.
00:12:12.660 This is an organized effort to go after the most MAGA states and intimidate heretofore stand up and good men and women who are legislators who are not prepared to take this.
00:12:26.660 This is what they did in the French Revolution.
00:12:28.660 This is what they do in all revolutions.
00:12:30.660 It is intimidation.
00:12:32.660 It's fear.
00:12:33.660 It's a tactic.
00:12:34.660 It's not inside.
00:12:35.660 And baby, we're in it now because they're going to try to go and try to have they're going to try to have color revolutions in these red states.
00:12:43.660 And they're feeling if they can break the legislature in Tennessee, they can break any legislature in this country.

00:13:06.660 But there are others in the Tennessee leadership now who totally understand what's going on in terms of the Tennessee General Assembly.
00:13:13.660 And they are digging in to fight back and they're not going to get pushed around by anybody from out of state, any Black Lives Matter activists.

00:13:23.660 This is Tennessee.
00:13:24.660 We are the volunteer state and we're going to volunteer to keep the Constitutional Republic rolling and the state of Tennessee going.
00:13:31.660 I'm really quite fearful about the Hollywood element in Nashville.
00:13:39.660 Country music used to be the backbone of the conservative movement.
00:13:43.660 But man, it is so Hollywood right now.
00:13:45.660 But I'll leave that.

00:13:53.660 There are 95 counties in Tennessee.
00:13:55.660 Ninety three of them are red.
00:13:58.660 Davidson County is a blue county.

00:14:03.660 And so you're getting a distorted view of how the people of Tennessee feel because you've got a bunch of young, well-funded activists doing all this.

00:14:17.660 By the way, I don't question the, hey, the MAGA element in Tennessee, that's Andrew Jackson.

00:14:26.660 When I took President Trump and we set up for him to go to the Hermitage for the, what, the 200th anniversary, I think, the birthday.
00:14:32.660 It was one of the most moving moments of Trump's presidency.
00:14:37.660 Normally, he goes to museums and pays respects and goes.
00:14:41.660 I think we spent an extra hour, hour and a half in a very busy schedule to give a speech.
00:14:46.660 He was so moved by.
00:14:47.660 He said, look, there's not a state out there, and I say this as a Virginian, that I think more highly of than Tennessee and the folks in Tennessee.
00:14:55.660 I'm just saying they've picked you for a reason.
00:14:58.660 Oh, yeah.
00:14:59.660 You're absolutely right.
00:15:00.660 They are so MAGA, but they know they've got a Hollywood element in Nashville, and this is all a media thing.

00:15:08.660 It was MSNBC, New York Times, and next thing you know, they're in the White House being lionized as modern-day freedom writers.
00:15:16.660 But you know, Steve, two years ago, President Biden tried to demonize parents here in Williamson County who didn't want critical race theory taught.
00:15:25.660 That didn't go over very well.
00:15:27.660 And the people in New York City who are, you know, all the mainstream media, they can write everything they want about us here in Tennessee.
00:15:39.660 But they don't vote here in Tennessee, and we vote here in Tennessee, and I think that this has been a wake-up call for conservative stalwarts here in Tennessee.
00:15:49.660 And I'm going to tell you, I think that the fight to fight back against this revolution has already begun.
00:15:55.660 And frankly, I think if you stay tuned to what we do at the Tennessee Star in the next couple of days, you'll see the beginning of that fight back.

00:41:29.880 new trial is he was challenging the undervotes in his election, basically where the machines
00:41:35.880 or the tabulators said that the voter didn't actually make a selection on a particular race.
00:41:41.840 It's an undervote.
00:41:43.120 And there were thousands of them that were counted as undervotes.
00:41:47.760 When you go back and look at it, and now that they've had an opportunity to do that,
00:41:51.040 they realized, hey, some of these actually were votes that just weren't counted, that
00:41:55.240 need to be counted.
00:41:56.600 And he challenged that.
00:41:58.180 And Katie Hobbs, who was the secretary of state at the time, who ran the election, did
00:42:03.400 not disclose to Abe Hamaday's legal team that she had a report saying that they were having
00:42:09.540 problem with undervotes, that there were undervote occurrences that shouldn't be happening.
00:42:14.560 And she knew this before the election.
00:42:16.460 And she knew this before his trial.
00:42:18.240 And she did not turn over.
00:42:19.580 She didn't disclose that information to Abe Hamaday's legal team.
00:42:23.420 And then the case got thrown out.
00:42:24.960 And they say, hey, we realize now that she had all this evidence that she didn't disclose.
00:42:29.740 And so they've asked the court to have another trial to be able to submit the evidence that
00:42:33.840 they weren't allowed to submit before.

00:42:38.540 Now, for our audience, the difference in Hamaday in the fake attorney general is just a couple
00:42:47.000 of hundred votes, if I remember correctly, like 218 votes.

00:42:52.940 And so it's easier for him to close that gap, obviously, because it's only a few hundred

00:43:12.440 who the people actually voted for.
00:43:13.960 So it's not just, you know, switching the winner.
00:43:17.100 It's actually who did the people vote for in this case, based on the mathematics and the
00:43:21.820 projections of these votes, if they actually are counted, remember, count every vote.
00:43:26.480 If they actually count these, it would appear that Abe Hamaday actually was who the people
00:43:30.760 of Arizona voted for.
00:43:31.980 And so he therefore should be the attorney general.
00:43:34.280 And that lends itself, I think, to Carrie Lake's case as well.
00:43:37.280 The people need to have the governor in office that they actually elected and that they voted
