00:05:17.480 archaic national firearms act from 1934 and if and they said you have until june 1st to register them

00:05:25.300 with the federal government to destroy them to turn them into the atf or to rebuild them so they're now

00:05:30.980 handicapped inaccessible those are completely unconstitutional uh options they're total violation of

00:05:37.360 your rights and that ban went into effect uh on on june 1st just last week now gun owners of america

00:05:44.160 filed a lawsuit to enjoin uh the atf from enforcing this rule nationwide the state of texas was another

00:05:50.700 plaintiff in our case we had the texas attorney general and the courts did enjoin this rule but

00:05:55.560 only for goa members so it doesn't apply nationwide uh it does apply if you are a uh dues-paying member of

00:06:02.680 gun owners of america but that's not good enough that's exactly why congress needs to take a vote

00:06:06.680 because every gun owner has a right to a pistol braced weapon and they have no authority to be
