00:10:46.360 favor the plaintiffs have not yet gone public if they're going to go to the supreme court on that

00:10:52.040 so that's something that's on the table florida supreme court will hear an appeal this fall but

00:10:56.980 it's too late to do anything for this election and we feel good about that louisiana they did enact that

00:11:02.560 new map in january which has two majority black seats there was a lawsuit filed alleging constitution

00:11:08.660 violations and we could see a trial set for april 8th or 9th i believe is the current plan

00:11:13.400 michigan they filled the vacancies they were uh ordered to enact a new house map repealed this

00:11:20.400 loss and they approved the new south map so that's done and that's fine missouri they upheld lines for

00:11:26.700 state senate which they were going to use as an opening to crack that open new york is the big one

00:11:31.020 and we'll talk to you briefly but we'll get back to it but they got the maps that we needed we sort of

00:11:36.440 bled a little bit you know two three percentage points in one or two seats but the game here is

00:11:41.080 that every seat still in play that we originally both hold and are targeting when we were talking

00:11:46.400 about losing a net negative of three to four so massive disaster for market lies so all of that

00:11:52.440 work all of that lawsuit that they took to the court of appeals essentially accounts for a three percent

00:11:57.780 margin in two seats whereas we think we're still going to carry the day on north carolina um they're

00:12:03.600 trying to make some challenges but that should be airtight and done north dakota um there was a

00:12:09.140 federal judge ruled but we've got sort of a case countering that as well regarding the two american

00:12:14.720 tribes but the current the court's map is going to be used for this election so that could be something

00:12:20.200 down the line and wisconsin is the other biggest development in the last two weeks despite um mark

00:12:26.680 lies you know saying a bunch of crazy things on twitter and they opened up the down ballot maps they ruled

00:12:32.940 that the congressional apps are here to stay and then that's shut and done so the two sort of hitch

00:15:44.060 2nd 2021 uh there was a call president trump made to brad raffensperger and his staff in georgia and

00:15:53.460 uh trump was asking about the election results and how to find uh more ballots in georgia he was not

00:16:01.080 pressuring them this this call was illegally we now know illegally recorded by jordan fuchs who is

00:16:09.020 the uh deputy uh secretary of state in georgia she was uh we say this is illegally recorded because

00:16:16.900 she was in florida at the time florida is a two-party consent state um and so she would have had to

00:16:23.780 announce that she was recording the call and uh she would have to have the approval of president

00:16:28.800 trump and his staff for to to record this so she recorded this this call on the second on the 3rd of

00:16:36.200 january 2021 this call got leaked to the washington post but what we later found out was that this was

00:16:44.400 a they altered this the transcript on this call and they they leaked this to the washington post making

00:16:51.580 it sound like trump was bullying the georgia uh secretary of state officials and his his office

00:16:59.120 to get more votes this was not the case um what happened next was uh the media all ran with this

00:17:08.500 story about trump is threatening georgia later on two months later we find out that the there was an

00:17:16.120 investigation and they found that this jordan fuchs had uh she had recorded this call and then she

00:17:23.920 deleted it they found the actual call in her trash folder so she took the evidence she deleted this

00:17:31.560 it was it was recovered by investigators and they also found that she had altered um this this uh the

00:17:41.660 contents of this call and sent it to the washington post the washington post then had to make a

00:17:47.000 correction but this of course was months later after the impeachment trial of donald trump and this of

00:17:52.160 course was brought up during the impeachment trial so uh now we know uh also on top of that steve the fact

00:18:00.520 that raffensperger was telling donald trump that uh he couldn't find any fraud that everything was

00:18:06.220 legit in georgia and yet katherine engelbrecht had spoken to him in december and she had an affidavit a

00:18:14.460 legal legal affidavit uh that she filled out that said that 67 000 ballots were in question there was

00:18:21.340 also another auditor brian gills who uh found 100 000 ballots that were in question so there was enough

00:18:26.940 evidence there for raffensperger to look at this he chose not to and he lied to the president saying that

00:18:31.860 everything was kosher in georgia and then now we find out that they uh they had recorded this this

00:18:38.520 call without trump knowing they leaked it to the washington post and all the leftist media ran with

00:18:43.560 it they uh altered the content of the call and uh so this is just another scandal another lie that was

00:18:50.880 perpetrated by the media against trump and involves um brad raffensperger and why this is important is

00:18:57.560 because fanny willis used this call to open this investigation on trump in her fraudulent recall

00:19:03.540 charges against donald trump so it's just it's just uh deceit and fraud on top of deceit and fraud in
