Bannon's War Room - WarRoom Battleground EP 571： Will This AG’s Lawsuit Topple Biden’s Lawfare

00:00:00.000 this is what you're fighting for I mean every day you're out there what they're doing is blowing

00:00:11.360 people off if you continue to look the other way and shut up then the oppressors the

00:00:18.360 authoritarians get total control and total power because this is just like in Arizona this is just

00:00:24.260 like in Georgia it's another element that backs them into a quarter and shows their lies and

00:00:29.000 misrepresentations is why this audience is going to have to get engaged as we've told you this is the

00:00:33.440 fight all this nonsense all this spin they can't handle the truth war room battleground here's your

00:00:40.460 host Stephen K Bannon for a lot of people this is something that's definitely going to hurt I don't

00:00:46.560 think that Garland wants to take one for the team if you will in regards to continuing to fight even

00:00:51.180 though he knows that Biden is not cognitively there so I think that it'll serve two purposes one

00:00:55.520 obviously there shouldn't be a double standard of justice in this country we have people in jail

00:00:59.460 for doing what he did but also too I do believe that it will force him to produce either the tapes

00:01:05.300 or to step down we've got a packed show for you focusing on all things democratic lawfare and all

00:01:11.760 the shapes and forms it may take whether it's January 6th prosecutions lawfare against President

00:01:17.600 Trump lawfare against Stephen K Bannon against Peter Navarro you name it we're going to be diving

00:01:22.920 into all that and more we've got a very stacked show may I humbly say we're going to start off with

00:01:29.040 DC Drano as you may colloquially know him Rogan O'Hanley of course a good friend of the show someone

00:01:35.640 whose Twitter feed is always kind of keeping a pulse on on all the things that matter but I wanted to

00:01:41.620 bring you on to talk about what Representative Luna is doing when it comes to holding Merrick Garland

00:01:48.180 in contempt of Congress now of course this audience is familiar to the fact that most Republicans that

00:01:53.820 we have in Congress I don't think if you ask them to define accountability they would give you a

00:01:57.720 definition that matches up with anything that the grassroots base would agree with or is resembling

00:02:02.780 a dictionary but Anna Paulina Luna is an anomaly I think she understands the fight but there have 0.96

00:02:09.020 been a lot of iterations sort of this bill that she has been pushing to hold Merrick Garland in

00:02:14.400 contempt of Congress and to punish him justifiably so we've seen what happens right rule of law Stephen

00:02:19.920 K Bannon right should be same treatment on both sides of the aisle but can you walk us through sort

00:02:25.260 of how we got to that clip we just played the $10,000 a day fine what we're talking about here

00:02:31.640 why he's even being held in contempt to begin with yeah so Merrick Garland as we know has been

00:02:39.420 weaponizing the DOJ to go after Trump's supporters his advisors the MAGA movement J6ers you know there's 1.00

00:02:47.060 a reason Steve Bannon isn't talking with us right now because he's in jail for defying a subpoena now

00:02:53.480 he had executive privilege which they denied Merrick Garland is kind of caught in the same spider web the

00:03:02.160 only difference is Merrick Garland is declining to prosecute himself right you hear the Democrats say oh

00:03:08.540 nobody is above the law but they're treating Republicans as if they're below the law and

00:03:14.940 then not holding themselves accountable so what representative Anna Paulina Luna has done is

00:03:21.420 after Congress sent Merrick Garland a subpoena requesting what they call the Biden tapes right so

00:03:27.940 there was there's recordings of him talking about the classified documents and other sensitive matters

00:03:35.320 and the recordings apparently don't show him in the most positive light uh and and may provide uh

00:03:42.980 evidence of uh you know criminal obstruction potentially with how we treated those classified

00:03:48.820 documents Trump got indicted Biden didn't right so that would really kind of blow open the double

00:03:53.220 standard Merrick Garland did not turn over the tapes after being subpoenaed the Congress voted to hold

00:04:01.240 him in contempt they sent that to the DOJ and then surprise surprise the DOJ says we're not going to

00:04:07.060 prosecute our boss now what representative Anna Paulina Luna has done to her you know credit and and a real

00:04:14.780 testament to her research and her intellect she found that Congress can actually hold people in inherent

00:04:21.800 contempt and this allows the house sergeant arms to either detain the person uh and and there's actually a

00:04:28.920 jail cell in Congress or with what they're doing with this uh motion is they can fine them and Merrick

00:04:37.520 Garland will be subject to a ten thousand dollar a day fine so this is a way to actually hold the

00:04:42.360 executive accountable this is why we have three branches of government for checks and balances and

00:04:48.140 it's a shame to see that some rhinos do not want to actually hold Merrick Garland accountable

00:04:53.240 so walk us through the opposition that we're hearing from sort of the the rhino class of Congress I know 1.00

00:04:59.980 the the latest reporting I've seen this is obviously always an evolving thing is that Luna wants to take

00:05:05.040 it to a vote tomorrow uh tomorrow being Wednesday uh but Speaker Johnson has sort of begged her not to

00:05:12.080 no surprise there and it seems like a lot of other typical more establishment type Republicans have come

00:05:17.400 out saying that they won't support it kind of running us us through the numbers here I mean why is there

00:05:23.320 such a refusal to find a guy who's destroying this country throwing President Trump's top allies and

00:05:29.520 potentially even himself in jail and we can't even vote to find him 10 grand a day yeah you said it

00:05:36.860 perfectly Natalie and I'm sure a lot of people watching this share the same frustration I have no good

00:05:42.520 reason uh why they would not want this this is what Congress is supposed to do this is why we put

00:05:49.000 Republicans in charge uh I would hope Speaker Johnson has a good reason although I don't think there is

00:05:55.520 one I think it's probably to maintain you know uh relationships with the the deep state really that's all

00:06:02.520 I can think of because there's no other good reason the base wants this this is this could be a very

00:06:07.440 bipartisan issue right because now Democrats as we've seen are very much uh uh speaking out against

00:06:15.840 Biden staying in the race what a way to help push him out than to actually vote for this resolution that

00:06:23.180 pressures Garland to turn over those tapes and humiliates Biden even further and from what we've heard

00:06:29.540 this is not Garland's decision this is coming from above him they're telling him hey don't release

00:06:34.620 those tapes at some point Garland's probably going to be like listen I don't need to take all this

00:06:39.380 heat I don't need to pay all these fines I'm just turning over the tapes and maintaining the rule of

00:06:44.520 law here it's a it's a lawful congressional subpoena unlike the January 6th subpoenas it was an unlawful

00:06:50.160 unconstitutional committee so this is actually a lawful one and he still won't do it so uh right now

00:06:56.540 I know of one Republican representative John Duarte in California of course uh he's stated that he will

00:07:05.280 not be voting for it I'm sure Garland has something on him for him to not want to hold Garland accountable

00:07:11.660 but uh Speaker Johnson has been wishy-washy although he has expressed support for it in recent days so I

00:07:19.160 hope everyone in the posse make sure that your Republican representative votes once again to hold Merrick

00:07:26.800 Garland in contempt they've already done it let's actually finish the job here not just send a meaningless

00:07:31.780 referral to the DOJ let's finish the job and actually hold the executive branch accountable which is

00:07:38.180 what the founding fathers wanted when they created this separate system of checks and balances

00:07:42.620 202-225-3121 if I'm not mistaken you guys know that's the number I think it may be time

00:07:50.900 maybe we can do this one in honor of Stephen K. Bannon to uh to burn down the phone lines to melt

00:07:56.480 them down metaphorically um of course but I want to draw an interesting juxtaposition here right

00:08:02.040 meanwhile the Republicans you know I'm they're diligently reading their pocket constitution in an

00:08:07.460 era where Democrats don't even care about the rule of law they're quite blatantly

00:08:12.320 trying to destroy this country and shred the constitution to two bits and pieces meanwhile

00:08:17.600 you have the Supreme Court come out and basically say oh yeah all everything you guys were doing

00:08:21.580 with January 6th sorry there's big no there's no there there right no no gotcha uh when it comes to

00:08:27.440 President Trump and that of course has sort of a a downstream effect on a lot of these January 6th

00:08:33.240 individual prosecutions and a lot of people thought that that would make it harder for them to press

00:08:37.300 these felony charges or at least continue down um that that rabbit hole with a lot of these so-called

00:08:43.100 rioters but the Biden DOJ comes out what is it yesterday saying that it for over you know 1500

00:08:48.200 individuals which of course they've all prosecuted independently so they can create the you know

00:08:52.800 false hate crime pretext that this you know domestic terrorism insurgency is happening and it's

00:08:58.620 among us so we have to deprive you of all your your civil liberties but putting that aside for one

00:09:02.700 second I'll digress on that um they're saying we don't actually care what the Supreme Court says we

00:09:07.500 still are going to find a way to do a magical legal workaround so we can destroy the lives push these

00:09:13.160 people to the brink of suicide rip grandmothers from their children in their you know last 10 years of

00:09:17.960 life the DOJ does not care Merrick Garland's probably giving these orders themselves can you just

00:09:22.580 kind of elucidate that that juxtaposition right there between the two sides how it's not just bringing a

00:09:28.100 knife to a gunfight it's bringing a a plastic knife to a you know Zelensky tier tank fight yeah so uh

00:09:36.800 again well said uh the Supreme Court ruled as we saw that the federal charge that they used for

00:09:43.760 obstruction of Congress 1512 is actually being misapplied here and in the words of Justice Roberts

00:09:51.600 the misapplication of that law could criminalize what he called prosaic conduct basically normal

00:09:59.660 conduct right lobbyists you could prosecute a lobbyist for being in the halls of Congress under

00:10:04.880 this statute with the way they've applied it uh you know we've seen the double standard when you know

00:10:09.940 the climate change protesters when the Hamas supporters when they bust into Congress there's no 0.99

00:10:14.800 FBI uh kicking in their doors and throwing them in solitary confinement uh because this is a one way

00:10:24.040 uh double standard against Republicans and so the Supreme Court overruled this this felony charge which

00:10:30.760 was used I believe for hundreds of prosecutions either as the sole charge or as one of multiple

00:10:38.720 felony charges um the Supreme Court said no if if it's someone walking through the Capitol peaceably

00:10:46.480 that's not obstruction and and this this that's not what this statute is for it's for document

00:10:53.240 obstruction similar to when Hillary Clinton smashed the hammers uh when the her emails were being

00:11:01.100 subpoenaed with the private email server that would probably fall under that statute of course we got no

00:11:06.620 prosecution for her but walking through the Capitol doesn't make sense so some J6 support uh uh convicts 1.00

00:11:14.760 and and you know people who have been who have pled guilty have notified others that this 1512 charge has

00:11:22.880 not yet been dropped and what we're hearing is that the DOJ is taking 30 to 60 days to go through their

00:11:30.020 analysis and figure this out now you would expect this would be dropped almost instantly across the board

00:11:36.020 people are currently in prison with sentences that were compounded by this charge people have felony

00:11:42.620 records because of this charge this stuff should be wiped away and they should be given frankly compensation

00:11:48.340 for a violation of their civil rights by the federal government but what they're doing I believe

00:11:54.940 is trying to find a way to reframe the charge so that those that are convicted as many as possible can still

00:12:04.220 be convicted by reapplying or re-justifying the charge somehow and what that might mean is oh well the

00:12:11.980 electoral college has documents right they have the big wooden chest they open it they take out the

00:12:17.700 electoral college but so there's documents involved uh and and they're going to try and say well you

00:12:23.720 obstructed those documents being you know lawfully counted etc so I don't think that stands a snowball's 0.93

00:12:31.600 chance in hell before the supreme court they're gonna say this is even dumber than your first

00:12:35.960 argument but what the evil behind that is by the time it would get to the supreme court could be months 0.66

00:12:42.620 from now people will still be in jail people will still be getting investigated by the fbi they'll still

00:12:47.500 be going to trial for this so it's a shameful tyrannical delay and obstruction of these people's

00:12:55.600 due process and their actual civil rights so shame on merrick garland and the doj once again

00:13:02.140 well and shame on republicans too the best they can do is write strongly worded letters meanwhile you

00:13:08.440 see the democrats although i think it's a rare time where you see this sort of bifurcation over what to

00:13:13.580 do with joe biden but they're always in a united front and i'm even inclined to bring up something that's

00:13:19.380 you know just breaking when you see senator white house telling merrick garland that they need to

00:13:23.740 establish a special counsel to investigate justice clarence thomas make no mistake that's not because

00:13:29.460 justice clarence thomas did anything wrong it's because they don't like how he's ruling on a host

00:13:34.120 of issues and frankly i think they don't like his wife just like justice alito always shout out to the

00:13:38.880 scotus wives they uh like steve always says top pick for vp here in the war room um but can you expand 0.72

00:13:44.900 a little bit on that i know it's coming and in a hot on your your twitter account what uh what the

00:13:49.880 democrats are demanding with justice thomas yeah senator white house who uh side note loves all

00:13:56.540 white country clubs uh in rhode island so this guy's one to talk but he has filed a letter with

00:14:04.080 the doj requesting a special counsel to investigate and potentially criminally prosecute supreme court

00:14:11.760 justice clarence thomas for ethical violations tax uh issues financial reporting issues

00:14:21.300 you name it right and they've been kind of building up this uh you know circus of allegations with

00:14:30.040 these uh turning you know nothing into something trying at least but this is this is their next step

00:14:36.440 they are trying to stack the court they want to expand the court you know justice clarence thomas

00:14:41.780 he expanded second amendment rights he helped overturn roe v wade he overturned the chevron

00:14:47.100 precedent right this is an attack on the administrative state and now the administrative state is fighting back

00:14:52.460 so this is what they're doing they aren't just going to go after trump they're going to go after

00:14:56.100 every major conservative figure in the government outside the government to absolutely destroy them

00:15:02.780 this is what marxists do and this is just the next fight and i hope that uh republicans in congress are

00:15:09.840 able to stop this and uh you know this is just all the more reason why we need trump back in because if

00:15:15.680 we don't they are going to completely destroy this government and install a marxist one in its place 1.00

00:15:21.120 rogan if people want to follow you stay up to date with everything you're working on tweeting about

00:15:26.940 where can they go to do all that do you see drano on all the platforms elon let me back on twitter

00:15:33.640 so i'm you know out firing off tweets uh exposing the corruption and and just trying to stop this

00:15:40.100 communist movement thank you for having me on natalie a very noble quest and crusade thank you so much for

00:15:46.800 joining us thank you and we should have kristen hawkins the president of students for life joining us

00:15:54.420 shortly i think i see her fun fact today is my four-year anniversary of doing war room for the

00:16:00.240 first time ever i will have some thoughts in the second block about everything that steve has built

00:16:05.380 before he had me on for the first time as i think a 19 year old college student very wild to be here

00:16:11.400 now but i'm honored to be joined um by kristen hawkins like i said president of students for life and

00:16:16.320 students uh for life action now speaking of action there's been a lot of movement on sort of the

00:16:21.060 abortion front when it comes to the rnc platform planks we'll get into the election ramifications

00:16:25.280 but i would love to get again as one of the leading voices on everything abortion in this country

00:16:29.020 your thoughts sort of breaking down where we stand on that front yeah i mean obviously we have a lot of

00:16:35.860 work to do we just got done with our national celebrate life uh event at the lincoln memorial two

00:16:41.300 weeks ago celebrating the momentous uh victory in the row reversal but also recommitting the pro-life

00:16:47.720 movement uh to our ultimate goal of seeing 14th amendment protections applied to every pre-born

00:16:54.640 child every pre-born person and you know as we head into this next phase of the pro-life movement where

00:17:00.900 we sadly will have half free to kill states and half free to be born states the question for us in the

00:17:09.080 pro-life movement is how do we continue to achieve incremental victories uh continue to grow and build

00:17:15.920 this grassroots momentum and the movement so we ultimately uh will uh end up with an america where

00:17:23.040 abortion isn't tolerated at all and the culture has changed um to redirect to reject the violence of

00:17:29.200 abortion so in terms of election ramifications it seems like you're always hearing this narrative

00:17:35.260 that you know president trump needs to avoid the issue or go softer on it we see some interesting i

00:17:40.660 wouldn't necessarily say flip-flopping but just very nuanced stances i would say coming from

00:17:45.720 republican leaders who have typically been more maybe pro-life in the past you always have a good

00:17:50.960 kind of pulse on on pulling it and where people stand on this can you just kind of walk us through

00:17:57.640 the kind of electoral you know battle map for lack of a better word on where what the numbers actually

00:18:04.300 show you know when i entered politics uh in washington dc in 2005 there were a lot of swamp

00:18:11.240 like voices who said to stay away from the abortion issue that it was a loser issue then during the obama

00:18:17.080 administration those same voices and fundraisers and consultants realized abortion was motivating 0.96

00:18:23.100 people and so they started talking about abortion now as soon as row was reversed those voices came back

00:18:28.900 into the fray from the fray into the mainstream saying we need to stop talking about abortion abortion

00:18:34.460 is going to be a loser it was like the day after roe versus wade was reversed um and a lot of folks have

00:18:39.540 tried to point to 2022 uh and the midterm elections as see this is why we need to stay away from abortion 1.00

00:18:45.540 but actually wasn't the case when you look at the races jd vance uh brian kemp marco rubio um the list goes

00:18:54.700 on of solid pro-life candidates who won races races where we were told it was going to be tight and

00:19:00.620 there was going to be there was going to be a loss the races we lost in 2020 weren't 2022 weren't because

00:19:06.000 of a candidate being too pro-life it was a candidate not being pro-life enough memet oz herschel walker

00:19:12.720 you know these folks where we didn't really know where they stood on abortion who ran away and the one

00:19:17.860 thing we know for sure and republican and conservative politics is you cannot run away from the abortion 0.97

00:19:24.160 issue can't put your head on the sand in the sand on this issue because the abortion goliath 0.99

00:19:29.960 planned parenthood is a big bully and you cannot run away from a bully it never ends well i mean 0.62

00:19:35.640 we teach our children eventually you have to stand your ground you got to stand up to the bully

00:19:40.640 um and and so this whole like narrative we see from these swamp-esque consultants of stay away from

00:19:47.380 abortion it's a losing issue is what gets us in trouble time and time again name one moderate republican

00:19:54.140 who is moderate on abortion who like had this massive national victory we don't you know think

00:20:00.280 about mit romney john mccain those were supposed to be the moderates who are staying away from the

00:20:05.080 divisive issues that were going to bring people together yeah we never had a president mccain or

00:20:09.260 president romney and so we still hear these voices and we've been hearing them now you know in this

00:20:14.460 platform battle um i think president trump has been getting some you know conflicting information from

00:20:20.560 within his campaign from some of the consultants about what he should say or do on the issue of

00:20:26.800 abortion but one thing is very clear abortion is a federal issue because the biden administration has

00:20:32.940 tragically yet masterfully demonstrated all the ways that they've seeded abortion using our taxpayer

00:20:40.860 funds and have pushed abortion promote abortion even into the red states using the federal purse using the 0.50

00:20:47.900 bully pulpit of the presidency um and so president trump i know he wants to kind of keep abortion to

00:20:54.000 the states and he wants states to weigh in um and he can say that but then that also means he needs to join

00:20:59.440 the pro-life movement to commit to finally debar and defund planned parenthood more than 700 million

00:21:05.180 of taxpayer funds they committed a third of all abortions nearly 400 000 babies died last year

00:21:11.160 at planned parenthood they are the leading funder of democratic campaigns uh every conservative no

00:21:17.560 matter how they feel about this issue uh of abortion whether it's a state or federal issue should

00:21:22.420 should be able to unite and say we shouldn't be funding the leading abortion lobby with our federal

00:21:28.380 taxpayer dollars we need president trump to come out and and call for the defeat of the extreme

00:21:34.580 late-term abortion referenda that we're facing in states across the country where

00:21:38.860 the pro-life movement is being uh tragically outspent um it's it is not good and it's so confusing to

00:21:46.480 constituents of what they're actually voting for we saw that firsthand on the ground in ohio um and so

00:21:54.640 there's a lot that the president can do even in midst of this platform change that we saw yesterday

00:22:00.620 but i'm still you know it's motivated in the sense that the republican party is still cementing our view

00:22:06.680 that in the 14th amendment guarantees equal justice to these pre-born children

00:22:14.180 you bring up planned parenthood and there was some great reporting that came out yesterday walking

00:22:19.880 through not just the evil atrocities they commit when it comes to abortions but in sort of 0.54

00:22:23.760 leading the you know transing uh your children trend i'd love if you could walk us through how this this

00:22:30.560 issue though abortion should play a center role there there's a litany of other issues that this

00:22:37.060 is tied into on sort of the the cultural gender stuff yeah walk us through yeah i mean if you think

00:22:42.400 about the ultimate goal of margaret singer margaret singer the founder of planned parenthood's goal

00:22:47.320 actually wasn't abortion she was not an advocate for abortion in fact the early planned parenthood

00:22:53.300 materials say abortion is killing a baby they admitted it margaret singer believed certain groups of

00:22:58.920 people should not be able to have children uh should not be fertile there you know she believed in 1.00

00:23:04.240 negative and positive eugenics uh that's why she led and founded the american birth control league 0.98

00:23:10.260 which later became planned parenthood when you think about these transgender these wrong sex hormone 1.00

00:23:15.160 treatments that they're prescribing on our kids um that the kids can get within hours of locking into

00:23:20.580 a planned parenthood um it actually very it's very sad makes sense for their mission because their

00:23:27.540 original mission was to sterilize the unfit their words masses and that's exactly what these wrong 0.78

00:23:34.800 sex hormones do uh so it doesn't it doesn't surprise anyone who knows planned parenthood's history

00:23:40.300 why did they suddenly care about wrong sex hormones because it goes into their broader agenda which is

00:23:45.460 mass sterilization um you know we know abortion leads to infertility and obviously lowers birth rates

00:23:52.060 because it kills human beings um but this is actually a less messier form for them to uh fulfill

00:23:58.520 their agenda without having to pay for the disposal of human bodies it just leaves broken uh bodies of 1.00

00:24:04.620 teenagers across america um it also makes sense for them because that's their lobby when you think about

00:24:10.200 their uh support their financial support their political support uh planned parenthood has been tied

00:24:16.200 into the lgbtqia lobby for decades which always never really made sense because you think about

00:24:21.840 all of these gay couples who say that they want to adopt but then they fund planned parenthood that's 1.00

00:24:26.380 literally killing babies who may have been born and may have been placed with an adoptive family

00:24:31.600 it doesn't make sense their whole movement doesn't make sense and how their intersexualism works 0.97

00:24:37.040 um but now this you know this makes sense because this is what's being pushed from uh the gay lobby 0.63

00:24:42.320 and who are some of their leading and most vocal advocates and donors

00:30:39.620 they can't handle the truth war room battleground with stephen k bannon

00:30:44.520 welcome back to the war room it's natalie winters hosting you guys know the temporary motto shall we say of the show

00:30:54.180 is next man up i think those were stephen k bannon's last words before being sent away by joe biden and

00:30:59.960 his political apparatchiks to raw in a prison cell in danbury connecticut and you know we're always

00:31:06.100 looking for people to step up to the plate because apparently our republican members of congress are not

00:31:11.600 willing to do that some of them won't even vote uh to hold merrick garland an inherent contempt of

00:31:16.180 congress and fine him for frankly what i think should be destroying this country but i guess if you want to

00:31:20.680 put it down just to the the her audio tapes uh fine by me but someone who is stepping up is the

00:31:27.440 next man up is doing what i wish a g's across this country would do is that missouri ag andrew bailey

00:31:33.660 who joins us now now there's some breaking developments perfect timing claire clairvoyant for 1.00

00:31:38.060 you to come on the show now um when it comes to new documents that have been obtained obtained by house

00:31:42.380 judiciary um jim jordan tweeting them out the posse you guys should definitely go look at them but before we

00:31:47.440 get into that you have filed suit to defund to try to step in to the lawfare assaults i think that's

00:31:54.320 too nice a term crusade against president trump and you tried to your best efforts but of course the

00:32:00.160 document requests that you've submitted to all the states all the people who are trying to wage

00:32:04.680 political lawfare against president trump they have not been complying with your requests no surprise

00:32:09.760 there i'm sure if you could sort of walk the audience through what the original intentions of your

00:32:14.660 lawsuit were and where we stand now well let me start by saying this lawfare against president trump

00:32:21.300 is poisonous to our democratic process and it harms all missourians and all americans who are attempting

00:32:27.420 to participate in a meaningful way on equal footing in a national presidential contest in the heat of

00:32:34.580 a campaign uh in the most consequential presidential election in this nation's history and so this lawfare is

00:32:39.840 not only poisonous to our democratic process but antithetical to who we are as a nation and we know

00:32:45.200 that president biden's crooked department of justice is working in collusion with these rogue state

00:32:51.160 prosecutors and we see that from the circumstances when biden deployed his third ranking official from the

00:32:56.720 doj matthew colangelo to assist alvin bragg and actually lead alvin bragg's trial court level prosecution

00:33:03.040 we know that that trial court level prosecution was an illicit witch hunt based on uh the the lack

00:33:08.960 of due process and the 34 count indictment that failed to notify president trump of the predicate

00:33:13.920 offense for which he was alleged to have committed uh the lack of first amendment protections that

00:33:18.320 silenced president trump took him off the campaign trail and not only harmed president trump's uh first

00:33:23.200 amendment right to speak under the gag order but also harmed missourians and all americans rights to hear

00:33:28.160 from a presidential candidate and the lack of jury unanimity when it comes to the jury's deliberations

00:33:33.280 and finding the predicate offense as instructed by the judge we know the judge has political bias we

00:33:37.680 know alvin bragg has political bias we know matthew colangelo has political bias and so we've demanded

00:33:43.200 transparency and accountability from the department of justice and the requisite agencies in order to

00:33:47.680 demonstrate to the public that this is an incurable impropriety in missouri the judiciary would have kicked

00:33:53.760 the prosecutor off the case for this impropriety and yet in the state of new york that system has

00:33:59.040 failed this is an incurable impropriety that should result in uh you know the conviction being reversed

00:34:04.880 and overturned but again alvin bragg and matthew colangelo they never really wanted a legally valid

00:34:09.280 conviction they wanted to take president trump off the campaign trail and silence him and they were

00:34:13.680 effective at that at that and so we've got to fight back and use the weapons in our arsenal to to fight

00:34:18.720 back against the enemies of freedom and to protect our citizens rights to participate in this

00:34:23.600 democratic process so walk us through some of those weapons that you guys tried to use legally

00:34:30.320 metaphorically but how those documents document requests despite all these people lecturing us you

00:34:35.840 know on transparency and how important democracy is and how everything needs to be

00:34:39.760 an open book but how they're they're not complying they're not turning over and frankly

00:34:44.080 why why aren't they why what do they have to hide no i think that's exactly right i think they

00:34:49.440 what they have to hide is that the appearance of impropriety becomes an actual impropriety

00:34:53.440 when we investigate this and look at it now why do we think there would be documents because look at

00:34:56.960 what happened in 2016 between peter struck and lisa page these people can't help but run their

00:35:01.680 mouths they're so excited to be talking about how they're going to undermine the president's first

00:35:05.680 term in office that the deep state was committed to that that they texted each other repeatedly and put

00:35:10.800 out other comments and so that evidence was there we believe the same thing will be true here and it

00:35:14.640 turns out it is true uh congressman jim jordan's work in the house judiciary committee has exposed

00:35:20.000 these documents we demanded them from the doj several weeks ago did not get an appropriate

00:35:24.400 or sufficient response from the department of justice so we're filing suit at the end of the

00:35:28.320 day this is a knowing violation if they had those documents as congressman jordan has uh established that

00:35:33.600 they did then they are liable to the state of missouri for refusing to comply with our demand for records

00:35:38.400 so let's walk through those documents because i i think that they're worth getting into because

00:35:45.120 they prove what we've been saying on this show for what is it over a year i think they they vindicate

00:35:50.560 your lawsuit they prove why these people not only should but i think more importantly why they didn't

00:35:55.600 comply with your document requests i was reading the quote this is from latisha james office talking with

00:36:01.600 matthew colangelo saying matthew dash glad to see you are back in nyc sounds like you and mr trump's

00:36:08.720 paths will continue to intersect matthew colangelo when he was applying to work the two people that he

00:36:15.600 listed as his references were dnc chair tom perez and now white house chief of staff for joe biden uh

00:36:24.880 jeff ziance i mean is is there any more damning evidence than that no this is shameful behavior

00:36:31.520 and again it goes straight to the top of the white house joe biden is personally responsible for this

00:36:35.600 now he doesn't care he hates president trump more than he loves this country he's willing to undermine

00:36:40.640 our judicial and prosecutorial and criminal justice institutions and our system of federalism to keep

00:36:46.000 his political opponent off the campaign trail again we used to live in a country that elevated the

00:36:50.960 rules of the game above the players and the outcomes president trump led the make america great again

00:36:56.480 movement he started a movement and the left hates him for that and so they'll bend and break the rules

00:37:01.040 and undermine our systems of government in order to take him off the campaign trail they can't win

00:37:05.520 on the merits so they have to orchestrate this which hunt prosecution and deploy resources from the

00:37:10.720 federal government to lead the effort at the trial court level and again those text messages and that

00:37:15.440 resume just re-emphasize and establish that point we saw it from the circumstances and now we can read

00:37:21.120 between the lines with the fine print so how do these documents help in terms of standing or your case is

00:37:28.000 there any impact effect there or what does the road ahead look like for your case well first and

00:37:34.080 foremost i think these documents again establish clearly the incurable impropriety in the prosecution

00:37:39.360 the illicit witch hunt of president trump at the trial court level which merit dismissal of the charges

00:37:44.320 the trial court judge needs to dismiss the charge notwithstanding the verdict because it's not supported

00:37:49.760 by the law or the evidence and the judge certainly has the authority to do that this is an incurable

00:37:53.840 impropriety on behalf of the prosecutors that warrants dismissal there was never a case there

00:37:58.720 in the first place and certainly if there was these prosecutors should not have been allowed to bring

00:38:02.320 it but at the end of the day doj is liable again to the state of missouri for refusing to turn over

00:38:07.840 the documents that are now clearly established to have been in their possession

00:38:12.720 now you obviously like i said i think epitomize the next man up mentality that steve has spoken about

00:38:19.600 we've been hammering in this show that we need ags we need everyone to step up and go against this law

00:38:26.560 fair because house republicans are just not cutting it earlier today you have representative andrew

00:38:32.560 clyde who's a good friend of the show tweeting that the house appropriations committee didn't adopt

00:38:37.520 his amendment to defund the left's law fair against president trump why not enough republicans showed up

00:38:43.520 to vote if there's never a better metaphor for republicans missing the mark and understanding what

00:38:49.600 hour we are in in terms of the fight to save this country i think that little story encapsulated it's

00:38:54.000 quite quite quite quite nicely what message would would you have for republican members of congress or

00:39:00.160 people who have control over the levers of power who need to defend not that president trump needs

00:39:05.680 anyone's help or defense but in this time when you have so many arrows so many enemies incoming

00:39:10.560 you need all the support you can get what would you say to house members republican members of congress

00:39:16.320 who just frankly at least in my opinion in this show's opinion are not stepping up to the plate

00:39:21.120 to defend president trump yeah one of the first things i learned as a young second lieutenant in

00:39:26.320 the united states army is that when you get caught in a near ambush you assault through the ambush

00:39:30.960 the bad guys are going to kill you anyway so don't let them shoot you in the back charge

00:39:34.400 into them and destroy as many of the enemies you can and we're in a near ambush right now these

00:39:38.160 people want to destroy our country president trump started a make america great again movement and

00:39:43.040 took the republican party to places it never would have gotten on its own but for his leadership and

00:39:47.440 we owe him a debt of gratitude but it goes beyond president trump he's a stand-in if they can do this

00:39:51.760 to him they can do it to you too and so we need to band together and fight to preserve our democratic

00:39:57.840 republic or we will lose it ag bailey if people want to follow you and stay up to date with with this

00:40:06.400 case but everything you guys are working on where can they go to do that and also just give us sort

00:40:11.120 of a a general time frame of how you think things are going to going to play out um with this suit in

00:40:17.360 particular and if you have anything else that you're you're working on or that's you know kind

00:40:20.400 of coming down the pipeline feel free to let us know yeah check us out at ago.mo.gov that's ago.mo.gov

00:40:27.440 follow us on all social media media platforms i would also say that you know one of the landmark

00:40:32.480 suits that we filed is missouri v new york that's the suit we filed in the united states supreme

00:40:38.320 court to try to put a stop to the rogue prosecutor and collusive judiciary in the state of new york

00:40:43.200 from sentencing president trump to prison and silencing him with an unconstitutional gag order

00:40:47.360 that's an original action at the united states supreme court and again it's fighting back on behalf

00:40:51.680 of the people of state of missouri so that we get to participate in a national presidential election

00:40:56.320 absent interference from this poisonous attack on our democratic process that we call lawfare

00:41:02.240 and last question before i let you go i'm just curious we obviously have you know ag ken paxton

00:41:07.120 on this show but in terms of of your allies who you look to for support what would your message be to

00:41:13.120 other republican um attorneys general or people who at least have the the power that that you do to help

00:41:20.880 defend president trump amidst this onslaught well i think it's important for all attorneys general to

00:41:26.720 represent their constituents and fight for the right thing and the right thing here is to allow our

00:41:30.640 constituencies again to participate in a national presidential election absent interference from a

00:41:36.400 rogue prosecutor and collusive judiciary in new york we can't let that judicial process in new york 0.91

00:41:41.520 upend our national presidential election our people of the citizens of our states have rights too and

00:41:46.320 it's the sovereign interest of the state of missouri and every other state to participate on equal footing

00:41:50.560 international presidential election thank you so much for joining us one more time if people want to

00:41:56.160 follow you where can they go to do that check us out at ago.mo.gov god bless you and your viewers

00:42:01.600 thank you thank you sir thank you for stepping up i'm sure steve would be proud

00:42:10.160 i think we got crom carmichael up if we do crom i feel like every time i have you on i have to cut

00:42:16.240 you short it's a rare time where we actually have a little bit of time and like i told the audience

00:42:20.800 this is my four-year anniversary of doing war room for the first time so after crom i will give you

00:42:25.920 not a rant but a uh emotional monologue on that but crom in the meantime if you can walk the audience

00:42:31.760 through why they should check out salty i'm sure they would appreciate that natalie thanks so much

00:42:36.880 by the way i really enjoyed that that interview with the ag from from missouri he is absolutely he's

00:42:43.760 terrific and and and you did a great job there um salty uh this is our bottle salty and i've been taking

00:42:51.680 the active ingredient in this product for close to 20 years now i'm 75 years old the active ingredient

00:42:59.280 is a particular molecule from fresh green tea called theoflavin and theoflavin resides in in

00:43:05.840 fresh tea at a one percent concentration we have a proprietary extraction process that takes that one

00:43:13.680 percent to 22 percent and then what we did was years ago we did a clinical trial of 600 people and we

00:43:21.040 found that the average person taking our product saw their uh their cholesterol go down 17 and the good

00:43:29.920 news is that it actually the ldl which is the bad cholesterol went down even more than 17 um and and uh

00:43:38.160 and so so what salty does because of its theoflavin uh we we improve your cardiovascular system we lower your

00:43:46.320 cholesterol we strengthen your heart and and you can go to warroomhealth.com that's warroomhealth.com

00:43:54.960 and that'll take you to the soul tea website and you can click on our science and for people who are

00:44:01.200 truly interested the the paper that was published in the archives of internal medicine uh is is uh there for

00:44:09.200 people to see it's a long read very scientifically based and um and salty works uh theoflavin is a

00:44:17.120 great active ingredient and here's just a typical we got this email from melanie uh she's one of our uh

00:44:23.760 one of our customers it says i began taking salty a few months ago and my total cholesterol was 217 my ldl

00:44:31.680 cholesterol was 139 i had a lipid panel complete uh done last month and my total cholesterol has

00:44:39.520 dropped by 13 points to 204 my ldl cholesterol dropped 27 points to 112 and that's really important

00:44:48.800 because what that means is if the ldl dropped and her other her good cholesterol actually increased

00:44:54.960 and so so i i and we have we get we get emails uh from our customers uh that are very similar to that

00:45:03.120 from many of them but that is a perfect example and the active ingredient is theoflavin uh we have a

00:45:09.520 proprietary extraction process and then we encapsulate it and two capsules a day will improve your heart

00:45:17.040 health overall and lower your cholesterol help you manage your cholesterol and and the way to get it uh

00:45:23.680 get the product natalie is to go to war room health dot com that's war room health dot com and then 0.94

00:45:31.600 use the code war room at checkout and what that does is that gets you 50 off your initial shipment

00:45:40.000 and then after that with that code you get three three bottles for the price of two on an ongoing

00:45:46.800 basis and we always pay the freight and it works out to a cost of about 70 cents a day

00:45:52.640 and uh that is a that's a that's a low price to pay to have a healthy heart and there's no time

00:46:00.480 you don't have to wait to be 65 or 70 because heart disease is called the silent killer because heart

00:46:07.280 disease gets it it gets incrementally worse over time so the the earlier you start uh taking care of your

00:46:15.520 heart the longer it will be healthy the longer you'll have a health a healthy life and you'll have a longer

00:46:21.840 life but the most important thing is to have a healthy life for as long as you can and natalie

00:46:26.800 i appreciate you letting me talk so long here on on war room and uh thanks for everything that you do

00:46:34.160 of course thank you for joining us one more time give us the website if people want to uh to get salty

00:46:39.280 sure it's war room health dot com that's war room health dot com and then use the code war room at

00:46:48.320 checkout to get our very best offer which is 50 off the initial shipment and then three bottles for the

00:46:54.800 price of two on an ongoing basis and we always pay the freight and natalie thanks so much appreciate

00:47:00.800 it of course krom thank you so much for joining us thank you and you guys know the best way to support

00:47:09.280 us by supporting our sponsors that's why you also got to go to birchgold.com slash bannon i think if

00:47:16.880 you hit up birch gold this week during the uh just elitist globalist nato summit that's going on in

00:47:23.680 washington dc that would be particularly powerful because if you see who is attending those meetings

00:47:28.960 and what they're planning and plotting and use those words intentionally there you definitely don't

00:47:33.120 want them to be in charge of your finance future that's why you got to go to birchgold.com

00:47:37.920 slash bannon to get the latest installment of the end of the dollar empire like i said if you want

00:47:43.920 to help support this show right now not that we need it we're doing fine that's maybe not a good ad

00:47:48.720 read but just letting you know we're doing fine but you got to go to birchgold.com slash bannon to

00:47:53.600 get the latest installment if you're missing steve hey it's maybe some steve content you haven't tapped

00:47:58.720 into yet um but like i said earlier in this show today four years ago i came on war room for the

00:48:05.680 first time i was 19 i was still in college and i think i came on to talk about a story about you

00:48:12.240 guessed it chinese communist party infiltration the good old days when i could just focus on that

00:48:18.400 unbothered in my own little rabbit hole doing that um but unfortunately this country has careened

00:48:24.480 toward a very different future and path thanks to the uh fake election of joe biden i had to put

00:48:30.320 that on pause for a little bit to expose everything that they were doing and of course joined this show

00:48:35.200 i think in october maybe two years ago um as as its host but i know steve can't watch this and

00:48:41.680 believe me it's a weird day to be celebrating an anniversary of coming on the show when you know i can't

00:48:46.720 call or text steve i guess just uh email as we were talking about yesterday no auto correct in the

00:48:51.920 emails which makes it quite difficult but um you know i always am so honored to to have this

00:48:57.680 platform in terms of you guys being just the most wonderful most passionate patriotic and powerful and

00:49:03.680 effective audience like jack basovic said on the show earlier today when they're sending you guys

00:49:08.880 those letters on pamela carlin from the doj is telling you guys to stop what you're doing in

00:49:12.960 arizona when it comes to the election audits they're calling you domestic terrorists it just proves how

00:49:17.920 effective you are how scared they are they know they can't run just a for lack of a better word

00:49:22.960 listless vessel like joe biden they have to run an actual candidate because the law fair isn't working

00:49:28.080 but i also think we need to take a step back and really not that it is lost on this audience but

00:49:32.800 understand and appreciate what is i think something that people don't talk a lot about stephen k bannon and

00:49:38.640 that is his ability to bring people into the fold i think the best example of that is of course the

00:49:44.320 precinct uh committeeman project how many of you guys have signed up and gotten involved and if you

00:49:48.960 haven't i encourage you to do that all the other kind of activist types that we have on the show i

00:49:53.440 know you guys always tell me how you're starting you know a moms for liberty chapter or something like

00:49:56.960 that but steve has such an excellent and really just uncanny ability to i think help build up

00:50:03.360 personalities and just create people within this this mega space i know i am one of the largest

00:50:08.400 beneficiaries of that if it weren't for steve taking a chance on me as an investigative reporter

00:50:12.880 when i was 19 and still in college i know i would be in a very very very different place

00:50:17.920 probably working for an america last corporation so i thank him for for saving me from that but

00:50:23.920 you know it it really i remember the first time i went on the show i never would have even thought

00:50:28.480 that steve could have ended up in prison or we could have been you know where we are today but

00:50:34.160 how things change and frankly when you look at how things change there's one negative way to look

00:50:38.960 at it which is steve being stuck in prison but how things change how you guys have changed the

00:50:43.840 course of history not just by deposing kevin mccarthy but how about to the point where the rnc is the rnc 0.97

00:50:50.240 that is the swampy establishment rnc that for years past we'd be banging on about how much it sucks on

00:50:57.040 this show that they've adopted making america great and dozens of policy platforms that are aligned

00:51:03.120 precisely with the america first agenda that steve bannon has been one of the largest champions and

00:51:07.760 architects of uh really since day one since he got involved in all this and i would say that is the

00:51:12.480 best anniversary present that i could get war room posse thank you for always letting me host for

00:51:16.800 having me on it's truly truly an honor and i look forward to uh many more shows to come particularly

00:51:59.600 intelligence and new york times best-selling author is warning about a coming event that could elevate

00:52:05.520 this governmental surveillance to a terrifying new level in fact some of the guests i've had on the

00:52:11.040 war room believe that the government will soon expand their powers to track our every move if we say

00:52:17.280 the wrong things on social media donate to the wrong causes buy firearms or even vote maga

00:52:23.360 the government may be able to shut us out of our bank accounts i can't say for sure if this will

00:52:29.120 happen but it's an interesting and dire warning fortunately jim records an american patriot and friend of mine

00:52:35.760 has made it his mission to educate us on what he believes is coming and how to protect yourself

00:52:41.600 from the possibility of programmable money watch jim's warning video now before it's censored like
