Transcript

00:00:00.000 Pope Leo XIV presided over his first inaugural mass yesterday. He presented his homily to a
00:00:07.240 crowd of nearly 200,000 people in St. Peter's Square. Several world leaders were in attendance,
00:00:13.200 including Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The pope called for unity
00:00:19.680 across the church and vowed not to rule like an autocrat. After the mass, Pope Leo met privately
00:00:27.140 with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who thanked the Vatican for its readiness to hold
00:00:33.120 direct talks between Ukraine and Russia, has won the presidential election in Romania.
00:00:39.520 Nikosur Don, the centrist mayor of Bucharest, beat the hard right candidate who is aligned with
00:00:45.940 President Trump. That candidate, George Simeon, has opposed military aid to Ukraine. The mayor's
00:00:51.880 election to the presidency is being welcomed by European allies.
00:00:57.620 One who is considered a sort of MAGA-style candidate was considered a shoo-in. I mean,
00:01:04.580 we've seen this time and again. And once again, a moderate shocks the political world.
00:01:10.620 Yeah. And he had this kind of outsized personality, background in football, played to the MAGA card,
00:01:20.480 very clearly invoked Donald Trump as well during the election campaign. And the polling had suggested
00:01:27.660 that he was in a good position, particularly after last year's debated Romanian election. But it is a sign
00:01:35.160 that, you know, we've seen it in Canada, we've seen it in Australia, and now we've seen it in
00:01:40.220 Romania. And the losing candidate, we should say at the moment, is claiming that the election was
00:01:44.220 rigged again. Kind of, we've seen that MAGA playbook, and that it was stolen from him. But it is a sign
00:01:50.040 that, you know, populism doesn't work everywhere at the moment.
00:01:53.800 .
00:02:12.120 It has been a privilege for me
00:02:41.920 to be your friend and a leader in this fight.
00:02:46.920 I will fight together with you in all the battles we have ahead of us.
00:02:54.920 This war is just starting.
00:02:58.920 And I will be there shoulder by shoulder with everyone of you.
00:03:05.920 I'm proud of you. Thank you.
00:03:11.920 This is the primal scream of a dying regime.
00:03:34.920 Pray for our enemies, because we're going medieval on these people.
00:03:40.920 I got a free shot at all these networks lying about the people.
00:03:45.920 The people have had a belly full of it.
00:03:47.920 I know you don't like hearing that.
00:03:48.920 I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it.
00:03:51.920 It's going to happen.
00:03:52.920 And where do people like that go to share the big line?
00:03:55.920 Mega Media.
00:03:57.920 I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience.
00:04:02.920 Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
00:04:06.920 If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
00:04:12.920 Save.
00:04:13.920 War Room.
00:04:14.920 Here's your host, Stephen K.
00:04:15.920 Bannon.
00:04:22.920 Monday, 19 May, Europe Alert 2025.
00:04:25.920 I want to start.
00:04:26.920 We're going to go to and talk about the Vatican and what happened.
00:04:29.920 Brian Kennedy wrote an amazing piece.
00:04:31.920 I think we're at the blaze.
00:04:32.920 Ben Harnwell is going to join as soon as we get him up.
00:04:36.920 The situation in Romania, a big difference in Canada and Australia.
00:04:41.920 There really wasn't a MAGA candidate.
00:04:44.920 There really wasn't a populist nationalist sovereignty.
00:04:47.920 In Canada, a pale copy, he lost to Carney, to the globalists.
00:04:52.920 In Australia, to the Labor Party, to the globalists there.
00:04:56.920 Didn't even really put up a fight, I didn't think.
00:04:58.920 In Romania, very different.
00:05:00.920 In Poland, we had George on a lot.
00:05:03.920 They kept talking about 60-40, 60-40, 60-40.
00:05:07.920 That was a big, big defeat.
00:05:10.920 And then what happened in Poland, I think may have tracked a little better,
00:05:14.920 but the runoff there is next weekend, so we'll cover that too.
00:05:17.920 But in Romania, it looks like, unless they can show that there really was a fraud.
00:05:22.920 I mean, the globalists pulled it off.
00:05:24.920 They lost the election six months ago.
00:05:26.920 They pulled the candidate out, outlawed the election using the courts.
00:05:30.920 Boom.
00:05:31.920 Next thing you know, they run the table.
00:05:33.920 So this is where the courts are so powerful, and this is when the United States,
00:05:37.920 we're going to have a very, very, very big problem with the judicial insurrection.
00:05:42.920 Let's go.
00:05:43.920 I've got Ben Harno.
00:05:44.920 So Ben, give me your assessment of yesterday.
00:05:48.920 You covered it.
00:05:49.920 Give me your assessment of Pope Leo XIV's coming out celebration, sir.
00:05:55.920 Good evening, Steve.
00:05:59.920 Well, it was pretty much what the war room posse had been fearing as a continuation
00:06:04.920 of the Bergoglio papacy, Francis 2.0.
00:06:08.920 There was talk about peace.
00:06:09.920 There was talk about unity, a specific call out to Ukraine.
00:06:14.920 Of course, thanks very much, Denver.
00:06:17.920 We have the footage to play of Zelensky being walked in to have his audience with Pope Leo.
00:06:26.920 Interestingly, Pope Leo there in English could be heard saying in the background,
00:06:30.920 nice to meet you again.
00:06:32.920 I wasn't aware that they'd had any meetings when he was a simple cardinal.
00:06:36.920 That must have been kept quiet.
00:06:38.920 But on the major issues right now, looking at the tone and tenor of his inaugural mass yesterday,
00:06:45.920 there have been no indications that there's going to be a specific change,
00:06:51.920 an institutional directional change at this point.
00:06:54.920 What I would like to flag up, Steve, and this is so important,
00:06:57.920 this is something that we did hit on on Saturday, is that you have Trad Inc.,
00:07:03.920 Trad Catholic Inc., going all in now on Leo, saying give the guy a chance.
00:07:09.920 They specifically refer to the fact that he wore the red mozzetta,
00:07:13.920 which is that shawl thing, like a red velvet shawl thing,
00:07:16.920 when he came out onto the balcony.
00:07:18.920 He wore it again yesterday at the mass.
00:07:21.920 And the importance of this is, Steve, and this cannot be stressed enough,
00:07:26.920 it's exactly what we saw in the Ratzinger papacy.
00:07:30.920 You have a doughnut of grifters surrounding the Vatican and the church,
00:07:35.920 on the conference circuit, the NGOs, so-called Catholic media,
00:07:39.920 and they are spinning to their readers, to their followers,
00:07:44.920 that this pope is different in tenor to Pope Francis.
00:07:47.920 There's been no evidence of that.
00:07:49.920 But it's all about the bottom line.
00:07:51.920 It's all about the fundraising.
00:07:52.920 It's all about Steve the grift.
00:07:56.920 Yeah.
00:07:57.920 What do they anticipate is going to be different?
00:08:01.920 It's pretty obvious.
00:08:02.920 And Liz Schur is going to join us in a second.
00:08:04.920 They had an interview with a Chinese priest.
00:08:06.920 They said that Leo XIV, as Cardinal Prevost, had been to China many times.
00:08:14.920 Wow.
00:08:15.920 So we'll get to that.
00:08:16.920 But what is Trad Inc. expecting?
00:08:19.920 It's obvious, and he admits that he's in the direct lineage of Bergoglio.
00:08:25.920 He has a nicer bedside manner.
00:08:27.920 He's an Augustinian.
00:08:29.920 They're humble.
00:08:30.920 They're not arrogant like the Jesuits.
00:08:33.920 He's got a different bedside manner.
00:08:35.920 But there's no gap between what Bergoglio tried to put the church through
00:08:42.920 and what Pope Leo has basically said that he is a follower of.
00:08:47.920 Am I missing it somewhere in that?
00:08:50.920 No, Steve.
00:08:51.920 Your analysis there is absolutely correct.
00:08:53.920 Perhaps I'll post a link to this later on Rumble.
00:08:57.920 If you look at the footage and hear the Pope's demeanor as he's talking with President Zelensky,
00:09:05.920 you can pick up on the fact that the guy is a humble guy.
00:09:09.920 The way he carries himself, the way he talks.
00:09:12.920 He has that...
00:09:14.920 It's appealing.
00:09:16.920 And when you say, what did Trad Inc., what were they looking for?
00:09:20.920 I think they just wanted to be able to be left alone, to get on with their fundraising
00:09:25.920 without Bergoglio confronting them in their faces that he was not going to support their agenda.
00:09:32.920 And that's the thing about Bergoglio in his 12 years.
00:09:35.920 He got up in Trad Inc.'s grill constantly and made it absolutely clear he had no time for them in the church.
00:09:43.920 He didn't believe that their place was in the church.
00:09:45.920 He thought their presence in the church was scandalous.
00:09:48.920 Pope Leo, by demeanor, by instinct.
00:09:50.920 He's more low-key than that, Steve.
00:09:53.920 But that is why he is more dangerous.
00:09:56.920 And it's absolutely imperative that the War Room follows this and looks out for not the tone and the demeanor
00:10:05.920 and these nice little personal bedside manners, but they're looking at the substance.
00:10:10.920 And we can already assume from his...
00:10:13.920 He's met Zelensky twice already in just a few days.
00:10:16.920 We can already assume that on the issues where you, the American, are going to be paying through your taxes,
00:10:23.920 you need to hold this guy to account, drill down on him and push forward.
00:10:28.920 We'll talk about this with Brian Kennedy a little later.
00:10:30.920 It's absolutely imperative that the Catholic laity rediscover their sense of agency
00:10:35.920 and have a Catholic church that is willing to defend their Christian values in the public square.
00:10:40.920 Not all of this globalist nonsense that's coming out of the Vatican.
00:10:43.920 Well, let's bring in Brian now.
00:10:45.920 Tell us about the piece in The Blaze, which was amazing.
00:10:49.920 And can you answer what Ben put out there, sir?
00:10:55.920 Yeah, well, thank you, Steve.
00:10:57.920 And thanks, Ben.
00:10:58.920 The piece I wrote for The Blaze, theblaze.com, is really about how this new pope, Leo XIV, has an opportunity to break from Francis.
00:11:10.920 Francis was a globalist who believed, you know, criticized President Trump when it came to President Trump,
00:11:17.920 trying to reestablish borders here in this country.
00:11:20.920 He was for open borders in Europe.
00:11:23.920 In Europe, you have millions and millions of Muslims come into Europe, and Europe is now in deep trouble because of it.
00:11:32.920 Western civilization, in so many ways, has been corrupted by that.
00:11:36.920 And as we've been talking about here on The War Room, the Vatican brokered a deal with the Chinese Communist Party
00:11:45.920 to have an official church of sorts in communist China.
00:11:50.920 That embrace of globalism by Francis needs to be examined by Leo and rejected everywhere possible.
00:12:00.920 Catholic, the word Catholic means universal.
00:12:02.920 Answer, answer, hang on, hang on.
00:12:04.920 Answer one of the questions, you know, Vanity, because the media has been covering this, and I, and they've done a good job of covering this.
00:12:12.920 They're trying to obviously paint MAGA as a bunch of radicals in the church.
00:12:17.920 Like they say we're radicals in politics, but it has been saturation coverage, and Ben has done a great job of walking people through it.
00:12:25.920 And so the coverage, and Ben, we ought to make sure we're pushing this out constantly, all the different articles from all the big international newspapers and magazines.
00:12:33.920 But Brian, a lot of the people are saying, you know, you've got these ultra nationalists and these nationalists like MAGA and, you know, these other groups they've inspired throughout the world.
00:12:46.920 And we understand they're nationalists.
00:12:48.920 We don't agree with it.
00:12:49.920 But the pope is the head of the Catholic Church.
00:12:51.920 By definition, it's universal.
00:12:53.920 Doesn't he have to be a globalist?
00:12:55.920 These guys are coming after him.
00:12:57.920 They're coming after Francis on something that is core to his job description.
00:13:03.920 Your response, sir?
00:13:05.920 Well, the core teaching of the church is render unto God what is God's and render unto Caesar what is Caesar's.
00:13:12.920 Just because the church is universal in nature, it's universal in the sense that the pope means to be a spiritual leader of the church.
00:13:22.920 But when it comes to each individual country, it's up to each individual country to decide for itself how it's going to govern itself.
00:13:30.920 The reason we're talking about this on the war room, by the way, for those non-Catholics who are part of the war room posse, is that the pope talks to one and a half billion Catholics around the world.
00:13:41.920 Whether it's in Poland or America or anywhere in Europe, he is talking to them.
00:13:48.920 And so encouraging Pope Leo to say the right things about sovereignty, individuals, human decency, dignity of the kind that's been broached in communist China.
00:14:03.920 All these things matter for all Americans, that you would have someone in Rome who would be opining or giving spiritual guidance to Catholics.
00:14:14.920 You know, I think the thrust of my piece is that we have to reject globalism and embrace national sovereignty.
00:14:22.920 And that's well within the mandate of the Catholic Church to do so and that each individual country is there to protect the citizens' rights.
00:14:34.920 And so the Catholic Church need not be globalist in its outlook and hopefully Pope Leo will not be globalist in its outlook.
00:14:43.920 And you can see, I think, in what the Church has done in communist China has really been not merely to harm the individual Catholics in communist China, but to send a signal to the world that if you play nice with the Communist Party, they'll give you a little bit of freedom.
00:15:01.920 And that little bit of freedom should make you happy and that should be enough for you.
00:15:05.920 And I think it's incumbent upon the Catholic Church to be more aggressive.
00:15:08.920 When you talk about the continuity of Leo from Bergoglio, Pope Francis, what break do you want him to make?
00:15:20.920 And if he is said so far, I'm in the direct lineage, and he was picked as the wingman because he's only been a cardinal less than two years, he was handpicked by Bergoglio, he went to the dicastery to pick the archbishops to set up the next generation.
00:15:34.800 And what two or three things would Brian Kennedy would say, okay, I see, that's where he's actually breaking from Bergoglio, and the trad Catholics should have a level of comfort here that maybe they're correct?
00:15:50.360 Well, let me first say, Steve, that I speak as an American.
00:15:53.180 I am a Catholic, but I think America first and foremost.
00:15:56.900 When it comes to Leo, the one thing he could do immediately is to make public the secret deal with the Chinese Communist Party and what was involved in that secret deal.
00:16:11.820 He should then have some kind of process to either repeal it entirely or to reevaluate it after the public has had a chance to see it.
00:16:21.160 But the idea that the Catholic Church would be subordinate to the Chinese Communist Party is a disgusting thing.
00:16:31.220 The idea that in Communist China you replace the crucifix with a picture of Xi Jinping, it should be offensive not merely to Catholics in China, but to decent people all over the world.
00:16:43.700 The second is just this ongoing globalist embrace of open borders, whether it's in the United States or in Europe.
00:16:51.160 That is leading to the death of the nation state.
00:16:54.860 Thankfully, in America, we have President Trump, who has rejected that, has rebuilt our borders, is in the process of that, and is explaining to the American people why if they don't have borders, they don't have a country.
00:17:08.100 Well, pretty soon in Europe, if they don't have borders, they're not going to have Europe.
00:17:12.520 They're not going to have the individual countries of Europe.
00:17:15.740 London today is ruled by a Muslim mayor.
00:17:18.440 How many great cities in England are ruled by Muslim mayors?
00:17:23.160 This kind of approach is denigrating not merely Catholicism, but Western civilization more broadly.
00:17:31.740 The idea that we're going to have open borders and that's going to be a kind of death cult when it comes to the destruction of Western civilization.
00:17:41.000 That seems to me something that Pope Leo should get his mind wrapped around very quickly here.
00:17:48.360 Finally, let me say I close that piece in the blaze with the idea of Thomas Jefferson that rebellion to tyranny is obedience to God.
00:17:58.520 Now, that seems to me Pope Leo is an American.
00:18:03.200 He might embrace the American founder who said that and think about that as he's leading this Catholic church because we're slowly here entering the age of totalitarianism where the Chinese Communist Party is at the forefront.
00:18:17.940 And they control not merely their 1.4 billion people, but they have their tentacles around the world promoting their communist way of life everywhere they can.
00:18:29.220 And the Catholic church, as one of its many roles, should be standing up against that and be defending the idea of human freedom wherever possible.
00:18:37.680 So, Liz, you've got kind of a blockbuster clip you pulled.
00:18:43.700 Brian's saying, and I think Ben agrees with me, the first order of business should be to open up and let the world see the secret deal with the Chinese Communist Party and then repudiate it.
00:18:52.940 You've got some breaking news on this topic, ma'am.
00:18:56.200 Steve, today we find out from the Chinese Cardinal, Cardinal Chao, that Prevost has been to China several times.
00:19:05.980 I mean, why weren't we told that beforehand?
00:19:09.500 I thought this was a poor Peruvian missionary bishop who has just been appointed cardinal.
00:19:16.700 We find he's gone to China several times.
00:19:19.780 Did China, the CCP, give their imprimatur to this man as pope?
00:19:25.540 And Cardinal Chao said that the new pope, Pope Leo, will follow in the path of Pope Francis in supporting the deal, the secret deal that has caused widespread destruction throughout China, not only through the Catholic church, but also through Christianity.
00:19:47.860 I mean, Steve, this is blockbuster.
00:19:49.440 You know, American Catholics, Catholics around the world should know if this man has been to China several times, is sympathetic to Chinese rule.
00:20:02.600 And the fact that this deal is absolutely the worst possible deal, there is no justification for it.
00:20:13.220 It not only must be revealed immediately, day one, week one of this pontificate, but also immediately repealed.
00:20:21.240 And it's not just Catholics that are demanding this.
00:20:24.700 It's Christians from around the world who have been persecuted because of the China deal with the Vatican.
00:20:31.160 And so, I mean, to me, these two on, you know, the day after he's installed, we find out he's been to China, quote unquote, several times, and that he is going to continue to follow in the path of Pope Francis and this disastrous China deal.
00:20:47.180 This is blockbuster.
00:20:48.420 To me, this is such an outrage.
00:20:51.080 And, you know, Steve, I feel like, you know, we didn't know about Joe Biden's health because he was, that was kept under wrap.
00:20:58.900 Now, for 12 years, we find out that Jorge Bergoglio was hated and despised and was on psychotropic drugs.
00:21:06.700 Nobody told us until he passes away.
00:21:09.740 It's this cover up by the deep state and deep church.
00:21:13.320 We should have known that Prevost had an alliance with China.
00:21:18.920 And is this why he has two passports, one from Peru and one from the United States?
00:21:26.600 To me, this is outrageous.
00:21:30.440 This should have come out in the general congregation.
00:21:33.480 His good friend, Cardinal Cupich, if he was aware of this, this should have been disclosed to Catholics around the world.
00:21:40.760 So, to me, I guess we've got to continue to roll up our sleeves.
00:21:45.540 By the way, fortunately, Brian's article has hit the stands in Italian in Rome by a Vaticanista reporter.
00:21:55.820 So, I'm hoping that his powerful article is seen immediately by the Pope and that this gets addressed.
00:22:04.600 I guess it's not over until it's over, but this is shocking news, very troubling news.
00:22:12.180 This is Francis 2.0, which, Steve, you have said from the very beginning that this pontificate was going to be no different than Francis.
00:22:21.800 And on another point, because this is important for Americans, the language of human dignity about immigration is coming out of this pontificate.
00:22:35.000 That's code language for open borders.
00:22:37.580 And so, we have to be very discerning when we listen to the language of this new pontificate.
00:22:45.820 Ben Hornwell, in the due diligence, all the coverage afterwards, the Chinese never got brought up until the Chinese mention it.
00:22:51.800 I'm sure they wish they hadn't now.
00:22:54.240 But is Red Bob – how could they not mention the fact that he's been to China several times?
00:23:02.500 The Augustinian order, I think, only has 2,300 or 3,000 priests worldwide, monks worldwide, none of them in mainland China, I don't believe.
00:23:12.420 Why is he – is this – I call him the Manchurian candidate.
00:23:15.460 Is he actually the Manchurian candidate, sir?
00:23:17.940 Well, only time will tell, Steve.
00:23:23.100 But I want to, if I may, come back and answer for myself the question that you put to Brian Kennedy earlier about the three things to look for.
00:23:31.260 Brian mentioned releasing the text of this secret Vatican CCP deal, the text of which is so toxic and neither side has ever released it.
00:23:40.460 That's definitely one of the three things to look at.
00:23:42.780 I'd also want to throw in, if I may, the liberalisation of the traditional Latin mass known colloquially as the TLM that was unjustly, illegitimately, disgracefully and unacceptably suppressed by Bergoglio, Pope Francis.
00:24:02.060 The liberalisation, the re-release of that mass, that liturgy, the ancient liturgy that goes back, the canon of that mass that goes back, I think, to the third century, that will very seriously indicate, I think, to traditionists whether they can trust this man or not.
00:24:19.760 The time frame, you know, I put between six and 12 months, but the ball can certainly start rolling on and Leo himself and the Vatican himself can start at least talking about that publicly, the liberalisation of the traditional Latin mass.
00:24:33.360 The other thing, Steve, that Pope Leo might want to consider, if he wants to draw a line between himself and his unalamented predecessor, is that he could actually answer the dubia that the cardinals put to Francis, I think, ten questions in all, asking Francis to resolve areas of confusion in his own teaching.
00:24:56.260 Francis wasn't able to respond with simple yes or no answers because he was clearly trying to change the church's teaching, couldn't say so publicly because that would make him a heretic and that would give the cardinals the justification to remove him, so he fudged it.
00:25:12.200 I know there's an ad break coming up, Steve, but this is absolutely really, really important.
00:25:15.900 Leo must respond to these cardinals' dubia and answer them in a way consistent with Catholic tradition.
00:25:26.260 Well, he should do it straightforward like in American, just write it in the American language.
00:25:33.040 Hang on, I got Kennedy, you're in Harnwell about the church.
00:25:37.740 Dave Walsh is going to come in and talk to us about, hey, the Chinese Communist Party, about your electrical equipment, your solar paneling, all of it.
00:25:47.100 Not so fast.
00:25:49.420 They've got the infrastructure in the United States, particularly the energy infrastructure wired.
00:25:56.260 In case the balloon goes up and they anticipate the balloon's going to go up.
00:26:00.700 Short commercial break.
00:26:02.500 Time of turbulence.
00:26:03.460 You check the 10-year bond, the 30-year bond.
00:26:06.380 Credit markets are bouncing all around.
00:26:08.280 We just got downgraded on Friday.
00:26:10.440 As we told you, we eventually would.
00:26:14.940 Scott Besson says it's backward looking.
00:26:16.980 Okay, I agree with that.
00:26:17.840 It's definitely backward looking, but it's forward in its implications.
00:26:23.320 Because government debt's going to get more expensive.
00:26:26.160 You know who understands this?
00:26:27.120 The BRICS nations.
00:26:28.340 And BRICS nations have many enemies of the United States of America, led by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:26:33.240 They're going to Rio.
00:26:34.340 This is the road to Rio.
00:26:35.560 July 6th they'll be there.
00:26:37.460 The Rio reset.
00:26:38.280 Go to birchgold.com slash war room or slash bandit, actually.
00:26:43.540 Bandit, that would be right.

00:26:53.740 But that's not what it's about.
00:26:54.900 It's about that you understand capital markets.
00:26:57.260 Short commercial break.
00:26:58.080 Back in a moment.
00:26:58.800 This July, there is a global summit of BRICS nations in Rio de Janeiro.
00:27:05.000 The block of emerging superpowers, including China, Russia, India, and Persia, are meeting with the goal of displacing the United States dollar as the global currency.
00:27:16.080 They're calling this the Rio reset.
00:27:18.540 As BRICS nations push forward with their plans, global demand for U.S. dollars will decrease, bringing down the value of the dollar in your savings.
00:27:26.720 While this transition won't not happen overnight, but trust me, it's going to start in Rio.
00:27:33.600 The Rio reset in July marks a pivotal moment when BRICS objectives move decisively from a theoretical possibility towards an inevitable reality.

00:31:21.780 Ben, let me start with you.
00:31:23.220 I know you've got some cleanup to do, and then I'm going to go to Brian and then Liz.
00:31:26.920 What do you got for me?
00:31:28.880 Thanks, Steve.
00:31:29.500 Look, I just want to, in the first block, there's a discussion that the Pope, being the head of the,
00:31:35.980 he was accused of being the head of the church and then suggested that he might have a globalist perspective.
00:31:43.460 Firstly, in terms of, you know, I just say this not to scandalize our evangelical brethren.
00:31:50.700 In Catholic theology, the church is the mystical body of Jesus Christ.
00:31:55.860 Jesus Christ himself is the head of the church.
00:31:58.560 The Pope is simply his representative, if you will, given a certain charism, which is to purify and to keep pure the teaching of the church from the apostles down to the present day.
00:32:14.780 Now, you can either accept that or don't accept that.
00:32:17.120 That's what the Catholic Church has always taught.
00:32:19.780 But the Pope isn't the head of the church.
00:32:21.880 The Queen of England, the King of England, George III, is the head of the Church of England.
00:32:27.240 But the Pope is not the head of the Catholic Church.
00:32:30.440 That is our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
00:32:33.380 Second thing I want to mention in terms of the remit of the Pope, I would sooner suggest that his remit is universal rather than globalist.
00:32:46.380 And that word universal is important, especially in Catholic theology.
00:32:49.620 The word Catholic from the Greek comes from kataholos, so according to the whole.
00:32:55.900 That is the nature of Catholicism.
00:32:59.020 It is according to the whole.
00:33:00.360 The whole of the church's teaching is contained within it.
00:33:04.180 And the word Catholic is often also taken as universal.
00:33:09.260 And that is the Pope's mission.
00:33:11.520 That is the Pope's reach.
00:33:13.500 He has universal jurisdiction across the church.
00:33:16.880 It doesn't mean that the Pope is a globalist or should not mean.
00:33:22.160 There's no indication in Catholic theology that just because the Catholic Church covers the whole of the world,
00:33:28.520 that the Catholic Church supports one world global government, which is obviously a design of the Antichrist, of Satan.
00:33:35.100 I'm just saying that just because we're going into the deep grass somewhat on some of these things.
00:33:42.880 And I want to do as much as I can to keep my evangelical brethren on board on this.
00:33:49.240 Brian, should it be a priority, his top priority, and should we be all over this,
00:33:55.100 that he rescinds or walks away from the treaty with the secret treaty with the Chinese Communist Party?
00:34:03.220 Yes, I agree with both Ben and Liz.
00:34:06.780 That has to be his number one priority.
00:34:09.260 We don't know whether Leo will be in the tradition of Francis or will strike his own path.
00:34:15.440 We hope by the grace of God he strikes a new path here.
00:34:18.720 But we will judge him by his actions.
00:34:21.200 And the first action he needs to take is to repeal this secret deal, expose it to the world,
00:34:27.680 and then come up with a better path here.
00:34:29.920 Thank you, Steve, for having me on today.
00:34:31.720 My article was on TheBlaze.com, and you might find me at presentdangerchina.org,
00:34:38.880 and Brian T. Kennedy 1 on X, and Brian T. Kennedy on Getter.
00:34:44.240 Now that we've got it, Liz tells us it's in Italian.
00:34:47.920 It's going to explode.
00:34:49.200 Brian, thank you so much for joining us.
00:34:50.740 Appreciate you.
00:34:51.820 Thanks, Steve.
00:34:53.580 Liz, your closing thoughts, ma'am.
00:34:56.020 Yes, my closing thoughts are, I would like to know when this Manchurian candidate went to China,
00:35:03.060 where did he stay?
00:35:04.120 Who did he meet with?
00:35:05.440 How many times he was there?
00:35:08.160 Thus far, as I watch his language very closely, it is the same as Bergoglio.
00:35:13.520 He has yet to mention the word Catholic in his statements.
00:35:19.300 And although he's a gentler, Bergoglio, one way to distinguish himself from Bergoglio immediately
00:35:26.540 is to expose, repeal the China deal and expose all of its details.
00:35:33.320 So I'm waiting to see.
00:35:36.280 Many of us have very little patience because of the damage that's been done because of this deal
00:35:41.260 in China.
00:35:42.580 So we'll see.
00:35:44.940 But it's got to be done immediately, forthwith, as we say, and begin to heal the trauma that is
00:35:52.780 happening to all the churches in China.
00:35:55.280 And this is a great way to stand up to the CCP.
00:35:57.860 If not, then I'm beginning to think he may be the Manchurian candidate.
00:36:04.740 Liz, where do people go to follow you, ma'am?
00:36:07.560 I'm all over on social media under Elizabeth Yore.
00:36:11.820 And my website is yourchildren.com.
00:36:16.600 Thank you, ma'am.
00:36:17.980 Explosive.
00:36:19.360 Ben, how big a deal?
00:36:20.920 And it sounded like it was inadvertent that the Chinese let this out.
00:36:24.360 How did we not know he had been to China multiple times?
00:36:26.980 It certainly didn't go there for business of the Augustinian order.
00:36:31.280 So why was this withheld for people as part of the discussion in the run-up about Prevost, sir?
00:36:38.980 Because it would have been a factor in their deliberations.
00:36:42.460 That's why it was withheld.
00:36:44.020 Steve, what do we always say about the mainstream media?
00:36:47.740 The job of the mainstream media is to keep you misinformed about what you do know and uninformed
00:36:53.660 about what you don't know.
00:36:54.700 And that is true right across for our globalist sociopathic overlords, including organizations of elite control.
00:37:05.160 That is to say including the Catholic media, the Vatican Secretariat of State.
00:37:12.900 They don't want people to know this because then they might make judgments according to that.
00:37:18.040 I can only come back, Steve, to a point that the war room has been making repeatedly over the last three weeks.
00:37:25.080 Even to discuss this without mentioning this, I think would be an error on our part.
00:37:29.680 It is wholly illegitimate in the year 2025 that a group of, that a franchise, a limited franchise of effectively 133 people,
00:37:40.440 can decide they're the leader of the Catholic Church.
00:37:43.960 And that's unacceptable.
00:37:46.360 You know, it might have worked in, there's no reason in Catholic theology why that's the case,
00:37:50.780 why cardinals exclusively have the role to pick the cardinal.
00:37:54.960 It might have worked in the medieval ages when Catholics were basically just hoeing a row in a bog somewhere, illiterate,
00:38:02.200 and the only education that took place was in the universities founded by the church for the education of clergy.
00:38:10.520 But we're not in the medieval dark ages anymore.
00:38:13.400 You often have people who are better educated, more, you know, more aware of things sitting on the pew than the guy in the pulpit giving the homily.
00:38:22.620 It's absolutely unacceptable.
00:38:24.780 And this is one of the great things to come back to Brian Kennedy's great article in The Blaze, which I'll push out as well,
00:38:31.260 bringing this back to the forefront, right?
00:38:34.160 How is it possible?
00:38:35.640 I say this again and again and again, and I get criticized for this in the media.
00:38:39.640 No one actually engages with this point.
00:38:41.960 How is it possible that CCP generals have the right to pick Catholic bishops, but you, the Catholic laity, have no say in it because that would be Protestant, right?
00:38:54.960 Steve, you and I mentioned, we've been mentioning this for 10 years.
00:38:57.660 No one has engaged with this point.
00:38:59.940 And I think Brian Kennedy's article hopefully will also bring a bit of attention on to that point.
00:39:06.060 So to come back to this argument, it is unacceptable, right?
00:39:10.400 The one thing that distinguishes the American philosophy, the American idea, as far as I'm concerned, Steve, and you push this constantly, is this concept of agency.
00:39:19.840 People are the protagonists in their own destiny, right?
00:39:24.920 The European concept is we're the masters, you're the serfs.
00:39:29.180 And people here in Europe buy into that, but it's not an American idea.
00:39:33.780 And there's no reason why the American church should be shoehorned into going along with this.
00:39:39.160 Look how strong the Protestant movement is, the Protestant churches are in the United States, and look how bad the institutional monolithic monopoly of the Catholic churches in comparison.
00:39:53.460 The Protestants have understood something, they have intuited something about what works with evangelization and spreading the gospel.
00:40:01.600 And the Catholic church is behind the ball on this game, and it needs to get ahead of the ball.
00:40:08.640 We should be learning from the Protestants on this point alone, right?
00:40:12.380 If you want a healthy, vibrant church community, you need to involve the laity, because all the bishops and the cardinals have done over the last 80 years is let the faithful down.
00:40:23.600 Ben, where do they go on your social media?
00:40:28.480 You're going to have all these articles up, which are voluminous, and it will begin a great conversation we need to have and need to push to use our agency.
00:40:36.760 Steve, I'm on Getter, and I do have, as Steve was mentioning, a few articles at the top of my feed.
00:40:43.640 I strongly recommend The Posse go and look at them.
00:40:46.740 Some of the thoughts I've been explaining on the show are there contained in more detail in various interviews.
00:40:52.100 Get at my social media platform of choice, at Harnwell, which is my surname.
00:40:57.300 Thanks, Steve.
00:40:57.760 God bless.
00:40:59.060 Thank you very much.
00:41:00.000 I don't have time for the call open for Dave Walsh.
00:41:01.780 Let me go right to Dave Walsh to talk about the Chinese Communist Party.
00:41:04.280 Talk to me about this, what this Reuters story, what's Reuters reporting.
00:41:08.680 Sir, you know, we had a year ago the head of the FBI at the time said the number one threat to the United States, he thought, besides domestic extremism, was devices the Chinese Communist Party had put in infrastructure that they were selling into the United States, particularly energy infrastructure.
00:41:25.380 Dave Walsh.
00:41:25.680 Well, a Reuters report, not the Gateway Pundit, a defender of the elitist energy theocracy, Reuters, has come out with a story last week that both in the U.K. and the U.S., officials have now found in inverters, that's the apparatus associated with a solar farm and other equipment, mainly solar farms that convert and wind farms, DC to usable, efficient AC current, so that that current can be channeled into the electrical system.
00:41:54.640 Those devices, those devices, in some cases, have backdoors programmed into them, allowing control and or shutoff from remote sites such as China, where they're all made, where they are all made, inverters, battery storage, as well as thin film PV, 87% of all that is made in China.
00:42:17.060 It appears now that a sampling of the inverters tested for these backdoor devices have proven that they're included, a.k.a. the ability to control a solar farm through its inverters from China,
00:42:31.120 which becomes a major, major additional risk of the country driving itself towards government-incented by all governments in the last 12 years here, incenting the procurement of solar panels, inverters, battery storage, wind farms from abroad that are destroying the electrical system in the U.S. in terms of reliability and in terms of cost.
00:42:55.280 As cost escalation in electrical space continues to run rampant to this moment, electricity is 38% of U.S. energy supply all in.
00:43:04.540 It's the single largest component of energy supply.
00:43:07.860 Costs are up year on year about 6%.
00:43:09.980 Across the MISO and PGM, costs are up 12% to 16%.
00:43:13.800 Here in Florida, they're up about 10% since January.
00:43:18.060 Since January.
00:43:19.080 We have got to get our arms around the importation of these devices from China and stop this.
00:43:24.720 I want to rub salt in the wound.
00:43:28.260 The solar, which have the inverters, which appears to me that ultimately they can have like a kill switch and take it all down, right?
00:43:35.640 Or at least no real time in data.
00:43:37.660 But they have a kill switch because of comms.
00:43:40.540 The U.S. taxpayers underwriting this, correct?
00:43:43.360 We're underwriting it with incentives that are as high as 54%.
00:43:47.940 The ITC and the PTC now included under the rubric of the Big Beautiful Bill, we're endorsing the furtherance of this, include about 53% incentives when you add in the effect of the five-year vastly accelerated maker's depreciation schedule for taxes to the Biden extended PTC and ITC,
00:44:08.180 which we are now extending in the current one beautiful bill, are incenting the importation of these devices.
00:44:15.820 Just a few weeks ago, we took back for a six-month timeout or a long-term timeout, the tariffs applied to these devices, to solar panels and batteries,
00:44:26.080 based on some premise that this is some kind of advanced technology and we should be not tariffing this kind of technology being imported here from China,
00:44:35.820 that is taking over the U.S. electrification system.
00:44:39.040 So this becomes, you know, it's a major, major issue that should be wrestled in the budget presently, in the present discussions,
00:44:46.440 for at least terminate the importation of this stuff until it can all be qualified on a cost basis for citizens, that the cost is lower.
00:44:54.700 The cost is not lower. It's about four times higher.
00:44:57.620 But then the risk of the intermittents and then the problem with this is huge. The problem with this is huge.
00:45:04.000 We're missing one of the five key issues associated with this administration's takeover of power.
00:45:09.320 Energy is a big goddamn deal. It's a big deal. It's in the top five things.
00:45:14.660 And we're kicking the can down the road and, you know, it is what it is, but we're kicking the can down the road on this.
00:45:19.360 Dave, where can people go on your social media to get all the reports and analysis you put up?
00:45:25.500 You're finding on Dave Walsh Energy at Getter, Truth Social, and the other media.
00:45:32.760 I didn't get a chance to catch up with you. You went to the CRA conference for two days. How was it?
00:45:38.240 Well, it was good. I mean, a huge amount of progress being made on a lot of fronts for the administration.
00:45:43.840 This one, I did speak to Roy extensively about great feedback from him in complete agreement on the Texas angle.
00:45:51.280 Texas, the next 92 percent of devices installed the next five years, according to the ERCOT plan, will be solar and battery storage for the good people in Texas.
00:46:00.840 Higher cost, more unreliable power.
00:46:02.900 He's all over fighting this. The budget team, I think they've for now thrown the towel in that this is maybe a fight not worth fighting.
00:46:12.920 But the trouble with that becomes, the trouble becomes the ability then to go back and invoke executive privilege on defunding this later becomes an enormous contradiction in supporting it one day and then coming back the next and fighting it.
00:46:26.600 Along with the good EPA efforts on abolishing the endangerment finding on CO2, we may get that done, but we found that we've supported a big, beautiful bill that involves incenting this stuff forever because Elon Musk maybe needs to sell more batteries.
00:46:41.400 This all won't work in logic space with dismantling this.
00:46:45.420 So I think, you know, we've got to stand very tall.
00:46:47.540 That part of the meeting is a little bit disappointing to me, the fact that only Chip Roy was standing up really, really aggressively attacking this issue because he's very familiar with it in Texas in his home state, being a very costly, intermittent challenge for industrial development and rate payers in Texas.
00:47:04.420 We've got to sort of Texas, got to sort of Florida and South Carolina.
00:47:07.780 Dave Walsh, thank you so much.
00:47:09.660 Thank you, Steve.
00:47:10.680 Chinese Communist Party, they should be trusted with a secret deal from the Vatican.
00:47:13.980 Look what they're doing to our energy infrastructure.
00:47:16.040 It's a kill switch right in there and they got caught.
00:47:20.880 Tej Gill, we missed you this morning.
00:47:24.340 I am so blown away by going to the website and just reading some of the reviews.
00:47:29.540 Talk to me about the champagne of coffee and how did you create it into the champagne of coffee?
00:47:35.300 What was it?
00:47:36.100 It's the whole process.
00:47:38.380 The system is the solution.
00:47:40.220 You got the beans, you get the best beans, you roast it a certain way.
00:47:44.500 Walk me through the whole process.
00:47:46.040 Sorry about that.
00:47:56.840 It starts with premium beans.
00:47:58.320 That's the whole thing.
00:47:59.360 So a lot of coffee companies, they use like cheaper beans.
00:48:02.840 You can get some of these cheap beans at a dollar a pound.
00:48:06.200 But that ruins the whole thing from scratch, from the start.
00:48:11.780 So we use premium beans, they're fresh beans, and then we roast them on a perforated drum.
00:48:18.000 And that's how we get that very smooth taste.
00:48:20.960 So I wanted a coffee that I didn't have to use milk and sugar.
00:48:25.620 I wanted it to be smooth.
00:48:26.640 I wanted low acid content and I did not want it to be bitter.
00:48:30.040 So on our website, you see never bitter, never acidic.
00:48:32.760 And that was the whole plan from the get-go.
00:48:35.380 We started off with the breakfast blend because the breakfast blends are super smooth.
00:48:38.460 So my wife and I created the breakfast blend and we got that one really smooth.
00:48:43.460 And then the rest of the story, you know, we came to you and asked you about helping us out, advertising everything else with the brand.
00:48:52.100 And you wanted the dark roast and we created a dark roast.
00:48:54.860 And the dark roast, it's the same thing.
00:48:56.640 It's the Mariner's blend.
00:48:57.520 It's a dark coffee.
00:48:59.680 So the beans are roasted longer, but we stop before they're burnt.
00:49:03.160 And that's why there's low acid and it's not bitter.
00:49:07.960 And the reason, I never knew that you could have a coffee like this.
00:49:11.760 I was in Kuwait during Ramadan and I drank coffee there and it was the best coffee I'd ever had.
00:49:18.660 And before that, you know, I'm used to drinking Navy coffee or, you know, these big coffee brands.
00:49:23.260 You go to a store and buy it and they're always acidic.
00:49:26.880 You have almost like a metallic taste to them because they burn them so bad.
00:49:30.860 And you got to put milk, sugar, you know, all the other foo-foo stuff in there.
00:49:34.840 It basically turns your coffee into a milkshake.
00:49:37.620 So that's how we did it.
00:49:39.080 And then we roasted on a perforated drum.
00:49:41.440 And by doing that, we don't burn the beans at all because it lets some of the heat escape out the edges of the drum.
00:49:46.940 So it doesn't get trapped in there and burn the tips of the bean.
00:49:49.760 And that's called tipping.
00:49:51.160 And then same thing.
00:49:52.100 You get that burnt taste and you have to have milk or sugar to basically choke down the coffee.
00:49:57.900 Our coffee is smooth.
00:49:59.200 And you named it the champagne and coffee, Steve.
00:50:02.040 And you can drink it black.
00:50:04.080 You can drink all of our blends black, even the espresso.
00:50:07.760 The espresso, espressos are the worst for bitterness.
00:50:11.160 And we have a very smooth espresso.
00:50:14.780 And if you want to add milk and sugar in there, the espresso is amazing.
00:50:17.700 But I drink it black.
00:50:19.260 So I like low acid content and I do not like bitter coffee.
00:50:23.560 So, you know, people have responded.
00:50:26.780 We're up right around 10,000 five-star reviews on the site.
