00:00:17.420 Have to tell you right at the top here, I am exhausted today. Truly the child that I am
00:00:21.720 currently growing decided to wake me up at four o'clock in the morning. He was having
00:00:26.360 some description of a dance party in the womb. I mean, 4 a.m. without a care in the world,
00:00:31.860 like, oonza, oonza, oonza, oonza. He was at a club. Late pregnancy gets so weird. I mean,
00:00:37.060 just like at all times, you have to consider another human that is living its own life
00:00:43.820 inside of you, just occupying your space. I was explaining how odd this phenomenon is to my team.
00:00:50.820 And of course, Skylar then thought of the most male-coded analogy. He's like, oh,
00:00:55.260 like this guy from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
00:00:59.080 And yeah, like babies are cuter, but yeah.
00:01:01.960 It's like they control, they decide
00:01:04.320 there's no going back to sleep,
00:01:05.640 but somebody's having a dance party inside of you.
00:01:08.340 It was completely crazy.
00:01:09.220 So I am tired.
00:01:11.740 It's strangely accurate.
00:01:12.760 I gotta give scholars some credit there.
00:01:14.240 That's what it feels like.
00:01:15.820 Anyway, I got a strange press request today.
00:01:19.080 Blake Neff is now entering the foray.
00:01:21.640 he's speaking to reporters and wants everyone to know that I'm just jealous of Erica.
00:01:29.240 How is he a real person? I want to know how Blake Neff exists. What are the laws here
00:01:36.540 governing society? I just like, how are you a real person? This feels made up. It feels cartoonish.
00:01:41.860 It's like so teenage. Oh, would you say everybody's jealous of Erica? Anybody that critiques her?
00:01:48.300 Rashad Ryan, Joe Rogan. This is consensus. Is everyone just, you're just jealous. It's like
00:01:54.440 Mean Girls or something. They're also now pushing the same talking point that I'm now somehow
00:01:59.500 working in coordination or support of, I guess, the aims of Hassan Piker because don't I realize
00:02:06.980 that Charlie died so that we could blame the left absent any positive evidence and just unite the
00:02:13.140 party behind the death. I mean, it is unimaginably dark that they keep repeating this talking point
00:02:18.920 and not realizing what it actually conveys. Anyway, I have a surprise for you. Got to get
00:02:24.800 you through this hump day with some more footage. So welcome back to Candace.
00:02:28.120 okay you know what i realized for those of you who watched game of thrones yeah where are my
00:02:47.620 game of thrones people on hbo i actually i'm so shocked when people say they didn't watch it was
00:02:51.660 very good i mean maybe not the ending but a lot of it i'm basically like the aria stark character
00:02:57.580 I can relate to Arya Stark. Don't worry, I'm going to briefly describe to you. Broadly speaking,
00:03:02.920 okay, great. Game of Thrones is about, you've got these warring kingdoms led by leaders from
00:03:08.480 different realms with all different kinds of personalities from clinical psychopaths and
00:03:14.500 murderers to honorable households, all competing to be like the ruler of the seven kingdoms.
00:03:21.680 Anyway, this is a spoiler alert ahead. I mean, you've had, I feel like decades to watch it,
00:03:25.160 so I don't feel bad. But Arya Stark is from the household that conducts matters fairly.
00:03:31.000 There's kind of the household that you root for. There's no tricking and scheming and plotting to
00:03:36.360 try to get to the top. And at the beginning of the series, she's just sort of this happy kid.
00:03:40.400 It sort of goes through a lot. And her family, while she is on the way there, is attending a
00:03:47.300 wedding in a neighboring kingdom. It's supposed to be a night of celebration that turns into an
00:03:51.500 absolute slaughter. Just as she arrives, suddenly her mother and her brother and his pregnant bride,
00:04:00.140 everyone gets locked in to this dining hall and just murdered. Again, it was supposed to be a
00:04:06.680 celebration, murdered, and Arya manages to escape. Now, you have to imagine how that messed a young
00:04:14.640 Arya up, looking at her brother being paraded around, beheaded, after being betrayed.
00:04:21.500 Can you imagine? I can imagine. I don't know. I can kind of a little bit imagine. That's fantasy. This is real life. Anyway, this sort of reshapes her destiny, her entire purpose. It fashions her purpose, so to speak, while everyone, every other character throughout the series is sort of fixated on becoming the ruler of the Seven Kingdoms via politics and deceit.
00:04:41.480 Arya sort of has this one-track mind to avenge what happened that night against the liars who
00:04:48.480 lie about everything for power, are willing to do anything for power. Arya's basically just focused
00:04:55.860 because great acts of evil should not just be forgotten about. That's kind of the theme
00:05:01.180 of her character. You shouldn't just move on when innocent people are murdered. So I resonate with
00:05:06.860 that. Anyway, yesterday I demonstrated to you all that Terrell Farnsworth, he lied to me. That's
00:05:13.540 just a fact. He lied to me about not knowing how to send a clip. He even said that also about a
00:05:19.600 fear that Google was going to hack him, double lie. And that hurts me because I actually came
00:05:25.660 into that conversation so genuinely. I was like, once I speak to him, I can clarify matters for
00:05:30.280 people because I know who that is. And he's been on Charlie's team for 10 years and he'll clear
00:05:35.400 us up and then I'll use my platform to explain to everyone what actually happened. And I should
00:05:42.500 also tell you that after I had that strange conversation with him and didn't feel good
00:05:47.040 about it, I repeatedly expressed that to Andrew Colbett in the days that followed because I
00:05:52.720 trusted Andrew Colbett, crazy Candace at this time, and was kind of saying to him, not kind of,
00:05:58.460 I said to him explicitly, you guys should just release that back footage. I don't understand.
00:06:02.060 now that I've seen it and there's no gore, what is the issue with just releasing the back footage?
00:06:08.120 Remove suspicion. Why live with the public wrongly believing that you had anything to do
00:06:13.780 with the assassination if you quite literally hold the means to dispel those rumors? I would
00:06:18.900 have released that footage so quickly. Same day. Footage is already going on around. This is not
00:06:25.740 here you guys go. Sadly, alas, Andrew told me that they couldn't because of law enforcement.
00:06:33.560 Here's a text chain from September 24th. I said, something that I can't get off my mind is why was
00:06:38.240 Terrell there hovering around Charlie? I've literally never done any campus event where
00:06:42.360 Terrell was just hovering behind us like that. It's just so odd to me that he's there and
00:06:46.500 constantly hovering. He came back and said, I have zero concern about Terrell. He's done that
00:06:50.640 at a lot of events, right? And he usually starts the tour seasons to make sure they are well set
00:06:58.040 up. It seems to us that that was new as we went back and looked at footage, certainly not in any
00:07:03.580 tour I've been on. I said back to him, I don't get why not just release the footage then. It's
00:07:09.440 just such a nonsense not to release the footage and clear your name. Like if the whole world
00:07:13.260 suspected that I was implicated in a crime and I had literal video footage that could clear my name,
00:07:18.280 I would immediately release it. I don't get the logic. And he said, that's in the preview of law
00:07:23.800 enforcement. He meant in the purview of law enforcement. Again, it's difficult for me to
00:07:31.500 imagine accepting, if it was in the purview of law enforcement, accepting a scenario where I
00:07:38.740 would not just release or at the very least attempt to leak footage that would clear my name.
00:07:44.380 I mean, can you imagine? It's like, I literally have footage that I didn't do this thing that
00:07:47.800 people think I did or think that I was being weird at. And just like law enforcement's like,
00:07:50.940 yeah, but don't release that. Why would they say that? Also, what right would the federal government
00:07:57.240 or responding officers in Utah have to your personal property outside of a warrant?
00:08:05.460 Everyone was posting clips from their phones. Everyone was recording that day. That's actually
00:08:11.000 how we all watched Charlie's final moments, right? People were recording it. A police officer can't
00:08:16.480 just go up to you and say,
00:08:17.280 your phone is now in the purview of law enforcement.
00:08:19.780 They can certainly ask you to share the footage willingly
00:08:21.740 and you can and should comply with that
00:08:23.740 if it's helpful to find a criminal.
00:08:26.760 I know I would.
00:08:27.580 I'd say like, yeah, here you go.
00:08:28.580 How can I help?
00:08:29.440 I want to help solve this.
00:08:31.220 They can't demand it without a warrant, right?
00:08:34.700 Am I missing something here?
00:08:37.080 Anyway, yesterday we showed you that Terrell
00:08:38.440 pocketed that SD card.
00:08:40.980 We were all wondering what he did with it
00:08:43.320 and he pocketed it before he began texting on his phone,
00:08:47.940 his mannerisms, or he's looking around.
00:08:50.340 It's hard to forget that he is the first one
00:08:52.600 who declared Charlie is dead.
00:08:55.100 And then all of that within four minutes,
00:08:58.340 he's taken that footage down four to five minutes.
00:09:01.160 He's around the bend, got it in his pocket texting.
00:09:05.800 Well, today we can share with you
00:09:07.320 my very own October surprise.
00:09:09.060 I call it an October surprise
00:09:10.560 because I've had it since October. I've had it since October. I've been interested in Terrell
00:09:18.240 since September when I spoke to him and it just felt off intuition. And like I said,
00:09:27.420 there were good guys in government working behind the scenes. And what I learned is that after he
00:09:37.440 pocketed that he then pretty immediately opened up his laptop and apparently in my opinion that's
00:09:46.780 what I observed with my eyes sticks the SD card in for what reason I don't know but I'll let you
00:09:54.460 make up your own mind take a look you're listening to this on audio here is uh Terrell he's bending
00:10:04.080 down and he's opening his laptop and he's certainly sticking something into his laptop
00:10:09.180 as he turns onto his computer. He's reaching in his phone. He's texting with somebody. And yes,
00:10:17.760 some people might be noting that Lane Schoenberger is on the side washing his hands. That makes sense.
00:10:22.320 Don't think too hard about it. He did help carry Charlie into the car. So he's likely just getting
00:10:26.780 blood off of his hands as any person would after that. But you see Terrell and again, he's texting.
00:10:33.560 He picks up the laptop, and what happens thereafter is he sits facing the other direction and continues onto his laptop doing what I don't know.
00:10:46.440 I don't know.
00:10:49.760 What do you guys think?
00:10:52.300 Like I said, he's first to declare that Charlie is dead because he says he was right there.
00:10:59.000 He just saw that that was likely going to be the conclusion.
00:11:03.300 Okay.
00:11:03.560 I accept that. He then immediately processes that or goes to grab SD cards, an SD card,
00:11:13.360 one SD card, puts it into his pocket, races to his laptop. This is all happening within
00:11:19.620 10 minutes of Charlie getting hit. 10 minutes of Charlie getting hit,
00:11:29.160 according to my source in government, which I trust. I trust this person.
00:11:33.560 I've trusted this person for a while.
00:11:38.060 Any of that feel normal to you?
00:11:39.600 Filming yourself, running, securing, particularly at first the SD card from behind Charlie's head,
00:11:51.560 looking both ways, putting it in your pocket, grabbing your laptop,
00:11:56.160 and allegedly, maybe it looks to be like
00:12:00.820 putting that SD card into that laptop.
00:12:04.360 Why?
00:12:05.160 You've secured it.
00:12:06.900 We were told from Andrew he was doing this
00:12:09.560 because people can be evil, okay?
00:12:13.880 Why do you need to get it on your laptop?
00:12:15.740 Because people can be evil.
00:12:16.900 What's going to happen?
00:12:17.940 It's in your pocket.
00:12:18.840 Why can't you just hand that over to the police
00:12:20.120 if it's evidence and you're trying to be helpful?
00:12:22.480 Just hand the SD card over to the police.
00:12:24.140 They were there.
00:12:26.160 I mean, that's the Turning Point USA narrative, that he was just grabbing SD cards to secure the evidence.
00:12:33.080 But he had already secured it.
00:12:35.020 Why do we now need a laptop?
00:12:37.120 Chew on this bold question from Dentine Gum.
00:12:40.380 Is it ever okay to compliment a millennial on their skinny jeans in 2026?
00:12:49.740 Dentine, chew bold.
00:12:51.780 Law enforcement, again, I would like to stress, they know how to use an SD card. The feds know
00:12:59.200 how to use an SD card. The SBI knows how to use an SD card. The local police, the UBU police,
00:13:06.580 everybody knows how to use an SD card. I can guarantee you that. It's not for me to decide
00:13:12.300 the why, right? I'm just being transparent. My goal is just transparency. Now, were I Andrew
00:13:19.140 Colvett, I would be upset that Terrell perhaps misrepresented his aims. I'd also would maybe
00:13:25.880 like to know why he appears to be so nervous, who he's texting as he keeps doing this with,
00:13:36.180 it's just a lot of texting in between. We can't infer, well, we can under Utah 1102, we can infer.
00:13:43.680 Or you could say, like, is somebody telling him what to do?
00:13:47.760 Grab that camera, do this, upload it.
00:13:51.040 We can ask questions.
00:13:54.200 Is Andrew Kovac going to ask questions?
00:13:57.020 Nah, I'm going to imagine that Andrew won't be too bothered by it at all.
00:14:01.340 He's going to instead issue another round of attacks on me.
00:14:06.520 That's my guess.
00:14:07.600 but the reality is that we were told that there was nothing special about the camera behind
00:14:13.840 Charlie's head and I would argue that there clearly was so special in fact that I'm now
00:14:20.640 going to demonstrate to you something that I didn't catch earlier. Terrell actually steps over
00:14:25.740 the camera which was designated to capture the crowd the camera that was being operated behind
00:14:32.420 Charlie, that's kind of on that little turntable, if you will. He steps over that camera to get to
00:14:41.440 the camera behind Charlie's head. Again, I hadn't realized this before. So remember,
00:14:46.020 we had showed you this camera diagram just to give you a visual here. Here it is again.
00:14:50.640 So we have red, camera behind his head, and yellow. I want to point that one out. That camera,
00:14:56.080 the yellow one, is going to fall. Pay attention to it. It goes down, actually, right after Charlie
00:15:03.240 is taken away. It sort of just gets knocked. And again, according to Terrell's 1102 statement,
00:15:10.020 we know that that's filming the audience, in particular, the individuals that are asking
00:15:14.700 questions. It's going to fall to the ground. I'll show you that right now.
00:15:17.760 it might be again because it seems to be on a rotator bam okay so it's just under now it's
00:15:28.120 just under the footage behind charlie's head so when a terrell appears approximately three minutes
00:15:35.460 later to take the sd card from behind from the camera behind charlie's head he steps over it
00:15:42.460 steps over the yellow camera.
00:15:45.140 And therefore, he is stepping over
00:15:46.900 its encompassed SD card.
00:15:49.220 And then he disappears behind the tent.
00:15:51.160 Take a look at that.
00:15:53.280 It's on the floor.
00:15:54.180 It's right there.
00:15:56.960 Takes a...
00:15:59.240 You see him take the camera down.
00:16:02.320 He just steps right over it.
00:16:05.040 So if Andrew's narrative,
00:16:07.040 which was shared,
00:16:07.740 is that he was concerned about grabbing the SD cards,
00:16:11.040 why did we step over and leave that one and take the one behind his head which certainly wasn't
00:16:20.740 facing the Losey Center why not just grab them both right there boom boom worried about people
00:16:27.200 stealing particularly these SD cards okay grab them both back to back grab all three right in
00:16:32.520 that moment he didn't do that I feel these are fair questions and for clarity because it cannot
00:16:37.400 be overstated enough. All we are seeking are clear answers from the organization that Charlie built,
00:16:42.700 okay? We are not asking for people to be harassed, even though they are seeding the narrative and
00:16:47.080 asking their media friends to put articles like I'm some digital assassin for sharing the truth,
00:16:52.060 which they claim to want. No, we don't want anybody to get hurt. We just want you guys to
00:16:56.880 be honest. I also want to say this. Public lies, or let's assume they aren't lies, actually. Let's
00:17:05.000 say they are just honest mistakes with no ill intent, they still need to be addressed
00:17:11.800 publicly. They deserve to be treated with the same public attention, the same public
00:17:16.800 accountability, especially from an organization that exists as a charity, right? They rely
00:17:23.820 upon our goodwill. As an example, when Erica publicly stated with confidence on Glenn Beck's
00:17:30.040 show that Charlie was not sending text messages the night before signaling that he was worried
00:17:34.840 he was going to be killed, it then becomes incumbent upon Erica herself to correct the
00:17:40.020 record publicly when we learn that that isn't true. That's how you build goodwill with the
00:17:46.360 public. Take accountability. When we make honest mistakes on the show, we always own them. We
00:17:51.860 always correct them as immediately as we have more information, as publicly as when we first
00:17:57.440 asserted them. When it comes to Turning Point USA, it's just amazing. It feels like we're just
00:18:02.800 being perpetually gaslit by them. We're offered a biblical proverb. Like, how dare you even ask
00:18:08.340 us to explain why what we told you before is completely inconsistent with what we're saying
00:18:12.460 now? They're just suggesting that we're evil for noticing these various inconsistencies and
00:18:21.120 illogical points that are being presented by them. Why? I don't know if it needs reminding,
00:18:28.580 but in this country, it is innocent until proven guilty.
00:18:35.260 So why does it seem that Turning Point USA
00:18:37.600 and the representatives and their affiliates
00:18:39.200 are so hell-bent on sending a 22-year-old young man
00:18:43.260 to his death?
00:18:44.680 He's up for the death sentence.
00:18:46.540 Why are they bringing influencers into the courtroom?
00:18:48.980 Why are they, as Blake Neff has done repeatedly,
00:18:51.500 completely misrepresenting court filings to the public
00:18:56.200 in order to do just that?
00:18:58.580 to assert that Tyler Robinson is guilty.
00:19:02.020 This is a tweet, by the way, from just this morning from Blakey.
00:19:05.600 He's already been community noted on it for its intentional misrepresentation.
00:19:09.560 He just lies and misrepresents and we're the bad guys for noticing that he's doing it.
00:19:14.720 This is what the tweet read.
00:19:15.880 He wrote, Utah prosecutors have responded to Tyler Robinson's defense filing
00:19:21.260 ahead of the final preliminary hearing and confirms what observers pointed out about that filing.
00:19:26.760 The defense is very conspicuously not contesting any of the core evidence showing Tyler Robinson
00:19:34.680 committed the murder.
00:19:36.400 They don't contest the camera footage, the DNA, the rifle, the cause of death, or Tyler's
00:19:42.400 phone data.
00:19:43.480 All they have is a complaint about reliable hearsay, which won't apply at the full trial
00:19:50.080 anyway, and then a tax on the aggravating factors.
00:19:52.820 if there was any merit at all to any of the theories
00:19:55.900 that Candace and them have pushed the last 11 months,
00:19:58.740 why didn't the defense bring them up?
00:20:01.440 And he has community noted before I can even reply
00:20:03.380 because it's stunning to me
00:20:05.160 that he thinks he can get away with this.
00:20:06.320 It says, preliminary hearings decide only probable cause
00:20:09.880 under the Utah 1102 standard,
00:20:13.940 reliable hearsay is allowed.
00:20:16.560 Defense counsel often skip alternative theories
00:20:19.840 to avoid previewing their strategy before the trial.
00:20:24.580 Silence does not prove that those theories lack merit.
00:20:27.220 Okay, that is correct.
00:20:28.800 And I'm going to explain this to you actually thoroughly
00:20:31.240 because maybe you're a person
00:20:33.140 who isn't involved in lawsuits.
00:20:34.360 And that's what Blake Neff is banking on when he lies.
00:20:37.860 That's what they're banking on
00:20:38.820 when they take stuff from these filings
00:20:40.560 and they present it to the public.
00:20:42.020 They go, I hope the public doesn't know anything
00:20:43.500 about how legal filings work, okay?
00:20:45.640 Yes, preliminary hearings are not about
00:20:47.700 discovering guilt or innocence.
00:20:49.000 It is about arguing whether or not the filing itself is defective, okay?
00:20:54.920 Like, is there something wrong with this filing that makes it so I don't even have to argue?
00:20:58.920 So the prosecution is coming in, and they are going to state, look what I say he did, right?
00:21:05.760 In Tyler Robbins' case, here are the seven charges which we think we have enough evidence to move forward with.
00:21:13.080 The defense then takes a look, and they say, wait a minute, wait a minute.
00:21:16.980 three of these charges are so ludicrous on their face
00:21:21.000 that the courts should just readily dismiss them
00:21:23.660 from this filing without us even wasting time or money
00:21:26.600 having to respond to them.
00:21:28.420 Like that's what a filing to dismiss means.
00:21:30.540 It's you, if you're on the defense,
00:21:33.000 saying to the judge, the magistrate,
00:21:35.760 your honor, I shouldn't even be forced to waste money
00:21:38.320 responding to this filing in part or in whole
00:21:41.260 because it's defective.
00:21:43.180 There's something wrong with it.
00:21:43.940 And you, Your Honor, based on the current laws that are on the books, have it within your capacity to just outright dismiss this, right?
00:21:53.860 Understand that basically there are certain causes of action, if they're civil charges, if they're criminal, that should just be readily dismissed, Your Honor.
00:22:02.480 So I can give you an example that happened recently that you guys will recall because we were on top of the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni and Ends With Us legal saga.
00:22:10.080 Remember, initially, Blake Lively sued
00:22:11.900 with 13 causes of action against Justin Baldoni.
00:22:15.580 The next step is Justin Baldoni
00:22:17.580 is gonna file for a dismissal.
00:22:19.380 And the court came back and decided,
00:22:21.280 actually, yes, Justin, you're correct
00:22:23.480 that 10 of these causes of action are inactionable.
00:22:28.140 It's defective.
00:22:28.820 And I'm therefore going to outright dismiss them
00:22:30.760 before we even go to trial.
00:22:31.980 So in theory, if they had not settled,
00:22:34.840 Blake and Justin would have been left
00:22:36.520 just arguing three of the charges, okay?
00:22:39.160 Same with me and Brian Harpole.
00:22:40.440 There's another example.
00:22:41.180 Again, these are civil examples.
00:22:42.600 He filed a lawsuit.
00:22:44.000 We went over it.
00:22:44.860 It carried with it a long series of claims.
00:22:47.200 We don't want to argue every single one of these claims.
00:22:49.300 Of course, we don't want to argue every single one of these claims.
00:22:50.560 Some of these are just ridiculous.
00:22:52.580 We filed our dismissal.
00:22:54.260 Like, I went through them with you and was like, this is ridiculous.
00:22:56.580 This is ridiculous.
00:22:57.020 This doesn't make sense.
00:22:58.040 As just one example of one of the things that he's accusing me of, we went back and we said,
00:23:03.140 hey, Your Honor, some of these claims are wrong.
00:23:06.680 You have it within your capacity.
00:23:07.780 you look at current laws on the books as one being opinion is protected speech. So he's suing
00:23:13.940 me for saying I found his interview with Sean Ryan to be unconvincing. That's my constitutional
00:23:20.160 right to think. I'm not arguing with him about that, right? That's what I'm saying to the judge,
00:23:23.920 right? I don't want to argue with this guy about this. Can we just get rid of this? I don't want
00:23:26.180 to spend money having to write a response to that. And so the judge will look at that and
00:23:30.700 they'll say, yeah, or they'll say no and say why it's no, but yeah, that, oh yeah, maybe that is
00:23:35.300 protected speech. Get rid of that. We're not arguing the substance of the case yet. We're
00:23:39.600 dealing with perceived defects in the filing itself that we believe the magistrate can take
00:23:44.960 a look at and get rid of what's just essentially junk. It's every single case, whether civil or
00:23:53.040 criminal, has this stage. So a lot of times there's people online going, oh my gosh, Candace filed a
00:23:58.180 dismissal. They did this recently with like the Brigitte McCrone one. It's like, yeah, did you
00:24:00.940 read it? Well, obviously we don't want to argue with Brigitte over all of this, all of these things
00:24:05.020 that are just fundamentally, I'm saying to the court,
00:24:07.440 she's not even supposed to be here.
00:24:10.680 She's not even supposed to be here.
00:24:12.120 What are we even talking about?
00:24:13.660 She's in Delaware.
00:24:14.640 I'm in Tennessee.
00:24:15.920 I mean, she's in France, but she's shopping in Delaware,
00:24:18.500 but I'm in Tennessee.
00:24:19.760 That is what it means.
00:24:20.760 You're arguing something before you even get to anything
00:24:23.060 and you have a judge that's going to act as a magistrate
00:24:25.800 and to look at that.
00:24:26.760 So I want you to know that they are intentionally lying
00:24:29.240 and misrepresenting when they say this.
00:24:30.940 We have not heard anything.
00:24:32.360 we are not supposed to at this stage
00:24:35.020 hear what Tyler Robinson thinks
00:24:37.820 about the text messages as an example.
00:24:41.060 So we again have to ask the question,
00:24:43.340 why do they do this?
00:24:44.340 Why are they doing this?
00:24:46.220 Why, if the evidence is truly so overwhelming
00:24:49.160 that influencers wanted to pass away,
00:24:51.920 they were just passing out on the side of the road
00:24:54.240 outside of the courthouse
00:24:55.120 from the overwhelming evidence
00:24:58.400 that Tyler Robinson is guilty,
00:24:59.500 why right which by the way that's been expressed from this organization turning point usa since
00:25:06.080 the moment erica forgave tyler robinson on the stage when you forgive it is because somebody
00:25:11.440 has done something wrong why do they need to continually misrepresent the filings why does
00:25:16.960 it seem to the public that andrew wilson was actually sent here to try to entrap me into a
00:25:23.340 defamation lawsuit. Language, his face, the way he was trying to fill in the blanks on what I could
00:25:29.600 mean when I said complicit. Why are they intent on punishing the public, me, for noticing? Why did
00:25:37.160 we all simultaneously get that feeling that this debate wasn't actually about debating the case?
00:25:46.180 It was about tricking me in many ways for about an hour and a half.
00:25:50.620 like they needed me to clearly accuse erica of killing her husband because they know that i've
00:25:56.720 never actually done that they wanted to get me oh when you said complicit you said straight to jail
00:26:00.840 out of context they're they're seemingly also working with journalists to try to get that
00:26:05.280 narrative out there so they can maybe point in a lawsuit and go see this article even though we
00:26:09.200 were kind of behind it against candace shows that most people just thought she was accusing erica
00:26:14.380 said that in her speech candace is accusing me of killing my husband when she was dressed like
00:26:19.320 Janet Jackson, it's factually false. She knows it's factually false. Why are they asserting
00:26:24.380 that narrative? I've been very clear. I think she is wrong. I think what she has done to the
00:26:30.820 organization has been abysmal. I think it betrays Charlie's legacy. She's partnering with his
00:26:36.300 enemies. I think she is certainly complicit in helping to seed the narrative that Tyler Robinson
00:26:42.780 is guilty or was guilty before we even got to the probative hearing. The vice president,
00:26:47.240 I also said was complicit in that
00:26:48.760 when he was on stage at Turning Point USA
00:26:50.100 talking about Tyler Robbins.
00:26:51.220 You're the vice president.
00:26:51.900 How does that not sway the jury?
00:26:53.660 How are you allowed to do that?
00:26:55.100 Do you not believe that people should be innocent
00:26:57.180 until they are proven guilty?
00:27:00.040 And we called him out on that.
00:27:01.980 I'm sorry, if everybody hates our constitution,
00:27:04.080 all of a sudden, it's pretty clear.
00:27:07.780 The rule is you are innocent
00:27:08.820 until you are proven guilty.
00:27:12.040 And at the moment, I think a lot of people
00:27:13.680 are wondering why an organization
00:27:15.400 which purports to carry on the legacy
00:27:17.720 of conservative politics
00:27:20.940 is suddenly so staunchly averse to that.
00:27:24.480 Staunchly averse to the idea
00:27:25.720 that maybe he could be innocent.
00:27:28.400 Why does that make them angry?
00:27:31.700 Anyway, we'll be right back after a break.

00:28:26.480 I also wanna tell you guys about Nimi Skincare.
00:28:28.000 You know I love them.
00:28:28.720 I've talked about their tallow skincare before,
00:28:30.740 but today I have some exciting news.
00:28:32.540 Nimi just launched a full tallow body line
00:28:34.700 and it has quickly become a staple in my house.
00:28:37.400 What I love is how simple and thoughtful everything is
00:28:39.200 with clean ingredients and tallow as the star.
00:28:42.180 Their grass-fed tallow is sourced
00:28:43.540 from the ranchers in Montana,
00:28:44.960 and every product is batched and filled
00:28:47.140 right here in the USA.
00:28:49.300 There's now something for every part of your routine.
00:28:51.480 The tallow sugar scrub gently buffs away dry, rough skin.
00:28:54.700 The tallow body butter gives you rich hydration
00:28:56.780 without that heavy, greasy feeling.
00:28:58.480 And the tallow heritage balm is their richest formula yet
00:29:01.480 for those extra dry, weathered areas.
00:29:03.940 They've also updated their nourishing body wash
00:29:06.040 with aloe vera and jojoba oil,
00:29:07.840 so it cleanses without leaving your skin feeling stripped.
00:29:10.740 I love finding products
00:29:11.620 that actually earn a permanent spot in my routine
00:29:13.540 and Nimi has definitely done that for me.

00:29:26.400 I also wanna remind you guys about Balance of Nature
00:29:28.420 because as a mother,
00:29:29.480 I don't have time to read a supplement label
00:29:31.360 that looks like it requires a chemistry degree
00:29:33.480 between everything I need to get done in the day
00:29:35.600 and raising almost five kids, I need simple.
00:29:38.740 That's why I love Balance of Nature's whole health system.
00:29:41.460 It's built around 47 ingredients of real whole fruits, vegetables, spices, and fiber,
00:29:46.420 including things like apples, broccoli, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon.
00:29:49.800 And here's what I found interesting.
00:29:51.480 Phytonutrients are naturally occurring plant nutrients that give fruits and vegetables
00:29:55.220 their color, taste, and smell.
00:29:57.220 Different whole foods bring different phytonutrients, so variety actually matters.
00:30:01.620 Balance of Nature uses a tailored vacuum-cold process designed to help stabilize those
00:30:06.020 naturally occurring phytonutrients, and the ingredients are independently tested. The routine
00:30:10.560 is simple. Three fruits capsules, three veggies capsules, and two scoops of fiber and spice.
00:30:16.440 For me, it's one less thing to have to think about and one simple thing that I can actually
00:30:19.540 stick with. So head to balanceofnature.com to get 10% off their fruits and veggies supplements
00:30:24.540 and a free gift with promo code Candice at checkout. That's balanceofnature.com
00:30:29.480 and use promo code Candice at checkout. One of the things I think that we have demonstrated on
00:30:34.900 this show is that a lot of people rushed and established narratives that they just won't let
00:30:42.120 go of, even with overwhelming evidence, actually, that they're not true. And this early narrative
00:30:48.200 that Tyler Robinson's parents turned him in, that Tyler Robinson's parents thought he was guilty,
00:30:56.080 they have not produced any proof of that. And I tried, I made a great effort to explain to
00:31:01.460 Andrew Wilson, where he got that from, how at that stage the reliable hearsay was being allowed
00:31:08.920 as they wrote up the charging document. But we cannot tell from the charging document,
00:31:14.320 which seems to be the basis for all of those rumors, whether or not they heard that from
00:31:19.980 Mike Mitchell, this character that we have told you, who seems to be the one quarterbacking
00:31:24.600 everything against Tyler Robinson, the family friend who Sheriff Brooksby was like, I got a
00:31:30.860 call from Mike Mitchell saying that, you know, Tyler Robinson was the guy. And then we have
00:31:35.880 Mike Mitchell being the one who went over to the parents' house. Well, somebody on X actually
00:31:41.340 bumped this. And I did not realize, and I obviously shared with you guys, I had a source
00:31:46.620 within the Robinson family orbit who was very clear on this, that it was not true,
00:31:54.380 that Matt Robinson did not think his son was guilty, that Mike Mitchell was the person who
00:31:58.960 quarterbacked a lot of this and that things were being intentionally misrepresented in the media.
00:32:04.820 Well, yeah, this person pointed to me on X that actually Trump told the truth. Trump went on Fox
00:32:10.620 and Friends in the immediate aftermath of Tyler Robinson being arrested and explained to the
00:32:18.460 public exactly what we have been saying, that Mike Mitchell was the one who recognized, thought that
00:32:25.840 he recognized Tyler Robinson from the stairwell photo. And then as we said, he is the one that
00:32:32.660 then contacted the parents and who knows what happened thereafter. Maybe he then says he showed
00:32:36.700 the mom and said, don't you think it kind of looks like him? And the mom said, yes. And then when he
00:32:40.660 later on wrote his statement, he was like, I showed this to Amber Robinson. And she said that
00:32:47.440 it could be him or something. And that's what they then used in their filing when they went
00:32:54.260 and the charging document, rather, which was signed off by Brian Davis.
00:32:57.160 That is all a plausibility.
00:32:58.700 We don't know at this juncture.
00:33:01.000 But I do want to show you, I want to show you on Rewind what Trump said.
00:33:05.020 Take a listen.
00:33:06.280 Somebody that's close recognizes even a little tilt of the head, which nobody else would do.
00:33:11.240 And somebody that was very close to him said, hmm, that's him.
00:33:15.780 And essentially went to the father and went to a U.S. marshal who was fantastic,
00:33:24.120 by the way. And the person was involved with law enforcement, but was a person of faith, a minister.
00:33:32.200 He's describing Mike Mitchell. Mike Mitchell is not just his Boy Scout leader. He's not just the
00:33:37.580 former police officer, undercover police officer, and all the evidence points to the fact that he
00:33:41.800 did work undercover in sex crimes, which is a running theme in the story. But he is also a
00:33:47.900 minister at the Mormon church. It was him that recognized Tyler Robinson and got the ball rolling,
00:33:56.100 which I have been saying from the beginning. And they just keep coming out with a narrative and
00:34:00.320 saying, oh, that's not true. It's just like, oh, yeah, it's the mom, it's the dad. And I'm going,
00:34:04.900 if mom and dad turned them in, why didn't they just sign a statement? Why wouldn't they present
00:34:09.300 this at the preliminary hearing? Again, this is an easy thing to have debunked. They're putting on
00:34:14.580 their case, an
00:34:16.680 probative hearing, they could just go, and here we
00:34:18.580 have her on camera
00:34:20.540 saying that her son is guilty, or
00:34:22.440 Matt Robinson saying that his son is guilty.
00:34:24.820 He brought him in.
00:34:26.940 They just keep lying
00:34:28.740 about this. It doesn't make any
00:34:30.660 sense to me. Are we to believe that Trump didn't have
00:34:32.600 solid information when he presented that? Clearly
00:34:34.620 he did. He knew all the facts about who Mike
00:34:36.700 Mitchell was and what
00:34:38.340 his contribution was to this story, and I
00:34:40.600 had not even seen that, and
00:34:42.620 I had told you guys this exact same narrative. So I do want to point that out to you because it's
00:34:47.700 just a fact of this case that they keep continuing to lie about and severely misrepresenting because
00:34:52.040 that is the way that they do things. I also see that they are now pushing this idea that I am
00:34:59.300 united with Hassan Piker. He is a streamer on the left. And apparently, I learned in this clip
00:35:06.180 that I'm about to show you, that Blake Neff tweeted because it's their new line of attack
00:35:10.120 against me. Here's what Blake Neff wrote. He wrote, Hassan Piker is openly celebrating Candace
00:35:17.800 Owens, calling her a queen because she single-handedly undermined the effort to
00:35:21.660 demortize Charlie to go after the violent radical left. Hassan says that Tyler Robinson probably did
00:35:26.800 it, but my heart says, go Candace, go, because she is helping the left so much. The radical
00:35:31.080 pro-violence left knows exactly what a gift Candace and her ilk are to them. Okay. So I would
00:35:39.440 like to actually hear or have you guys hear what Hassan Piker said and I would like to respond to
00:35:46.060 this since they're all pushing this around because you know we're supposed to accept the Fed slop
00:35:49.760 of left versus right and again you're going to hear him say that I've had him blocked for years
00:35:54.260 so it's even more ridiculous that they're trying to pretend or allude to the idea of this partnership
00:35:59.220 between me and Hassan Piker but take a listen to what he says. I can't speak out against this queen
00:36:05.520 because this is a queen that successfully and single-handedly undermined the Republican initiative to martyrize Charlie Kirk
00:36:19.240 and use that example to crack down on political dissent.
00:36:26.240 She dropped a grenade on the discourse.
00:36:31.120 you understand
00:36:35.620 so i'm with her it's hard it's hard for me my brain says no it's probably tyler robinson
00:36:44.320 but my heart says go candace go keep cooking you know does that make sense i can't like her tweets
00:36:52.560 because she blocked me many many years ago this is before she became our hero okay um many many
00:36:59.360 years ago, Candace Owens blocked me. I've not been a fan of Candace Owens. I am a fan now.
00:37:07.820 I'm not exactly sure what I am supposed to have a problem with. And this is kind of the running
00:37:13.180 themes of what we are seeing in Brandy Zajazny's article is that essentially they are saying
00:37:19.540 Candace ruined an opportunity to pin this on the left, however wrongly, to unite the Republican,
00:37:27.620 to create this sort of Republican initiative
00:37:29.440 to just start attacking the left,
00:37:31.440 however wrongly, doesn't really matter,
00:37:33.900 after Republicans were kind of fractured
00:37:35.980 because people actually care about pedophilia on the right.
00:37:40.800 The Epstein files mattered.
00:37:42.560 And we weren't accepting this idea of get focused,
00:37:45.000 midterms are around the corner,
00:37:46.700 ignore the Epstein files.
00:37:47.860 We said, no, we are not going to ignore children being harmed.
00:37:51.740 We're not going to see ourselves as just Trump supporters
00:37:55.100 who should be supporting him no matter what,
00:37:57.060 even when he effectively ran.
00:37:59.960 You could certainly say Vance,
00:38:01.360 everyone around him constantly said,
00:38:03.660 as soon as we get in there,
00:38:04.560 here's what we're going to do
00:38:05.360 with the Epstein files, Cash Patel.
00:38:06.940 His administration was running on
00:38:08.700 something that we cared about.
00:38:11.460 This is what they're essentially saying.
00:38:13.120 They're saying you ruined an opportunity
00:38:14.840 to however wrongly have us unite
00:38:18.900 around Charlie's death
00:38:20.260 and stomp out the left for something
00:38:22.200 that they didn't actually do.
00:38:23.980 Now, here's what I'm going to say
00:38:25.400 and offer back to the left.
00:38:27.700 All I did here was pursue truth.
00:38:29.440 I didn't do this for the left.
00:38:30.740 I didn't do this for the right.
00:38:31.860 I did this for my friend, Charlie Kirk,
00:38:33.440 because I want to know who actually killed him.
00:38:34.760 And I am not convinced this had anything to do with LGBTQ rights.
00:38:38.380 If I did, if I was convinced of that,
00:38:41.000 I would certainly be the biggest voice against it.
00:38:43.280 I think you guys probably know that.
00:38:45.520 But I want you to remember this,
00:38:46.780 because this is not the first time, as what Hassan is describing,
00:38:49.680 we had an event that could potentially, I'll say allegedly,
00:38:53.000 be coordinated by the feds, which was meant to cause a left-right war. Here is your homework,
00:39:00.060 Hassan Piker. Look into what actually happened on January 6th. You took the bait. The left took
00:39:06.560 the bait. Okay, this was a different world. Yeah, I would say in 2020, I think that's when that
00:39:11.380 happened, January 6th, 2020. It was a different world. We were all more divided. I count myself
00:39:16.000 among that as well. But none of us were willing to take a look at the facts and we were going,
00:39:21.400 oh, I'm team left or I'm team right. And as more and more have come out, more and more has come out
00:39:26.680 about what transpired on that day, it was without question an opportunity for us to look up and see
00:39:34.060 who rules over us and who benefits from that. And people were wrongly arrested, people who were
00:39:41.360 encouraged to go into the Capitol on that day. If we're all seeing now for the first time that
00:39:48.880 there is an effort by a minority, a very powerful minority who doesn't actually care about left or
00:39:55.300 right to seize power from citizens full stop by allowing something terrible to take place and
00:40:01.900 then saying, here's what we must get done and here's what we must pass a la 9-11, then we both
00:40:07.940 sides, so to speak, needs to do its job and be realistic about it. So I'm not anybody's hero or
00:40:14.960 anybody's queen. I am somebody who cares deeply about what happened on September 10th because my
00:40:20.580 friend was killed and I have the sense that we are being lied to about it, particularly by the
00:40:25.540 federal government. In particular, I feel the federal government is lying to us and I refuse
00:40:30.320 to accept that it is my duty to blame it on the left if the left didn't do it. The left does plenty
00:40:36.120 of things that they've been caught doing and I've used my platform to go after them. I have no issue
00:40:40.660 doing that. I'll do that tomorrow if that is the circumstance. If they're doing something radical
00:40:43.960 and wrong, I'll do that. But I'm not just going to become a cheerleader for the right and know
00:40:49.980 that they are engaged in something very wrong and say, well, it's okay, because at least they vote
00:40:54.660 Republican at the end of the day. That's a nonsense. All of us need to raise ourselves
00:41:00.860 above that sort of discourse in the future. And yeah, I think it's actually happening. So there
00:41:07.140 is something that I would say is a positive that has come out of this. I mean, I don't think
00:41:12.480 anybody would have thought that Charlie Kirk would be a uniter. Certainly not me. Me and him
00:41:21.000 and we're both staunchly just conservative, staunchly just Republican. I am still conservative.
00:41:26.420 I have issues with calling myself Republican. I just don't care about politics because
00:41:30.780 watching Republicans get behind this absolutely sloppy narrative and trying to force feed it upon
00:41:37.720 us makes me sick. I just think there's so much corruption and there is Satanism on both sides,
00:41:44.860 Democrats and Republican, a minor few who rule over us and just constantly feed us slop and go,
00:41:51.180 look, this is so violent. They've never been more violent. Oh, look, they've never been more violent.
00:41:56.600 Yeah, that's what I want to basically say about that. I do want to show you before we go to break,
00:42:01.980 this where forbidden account is just making me laugh so much. We just have to let you see
00:42:06.600 what they dropped, which obviously is a play on The Matrix. Take a listen.
00:42:13.640 This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back.
00:42:19.360 You can go full so they can see this.
00:42:21.840 You take the blue pill and you can just keep saying, so what?
00:42:28.260 You take the red pill. You learn everything about the Tyler Robinson case.
00:42:36.600 So what, so what, so what, so what, positive evidence, so what, so what, appeal to emotion,
00:42:53.780 so what, burden of proof, so what, so what, so what, appeal to emotion, so what, burden
00:42:59.280 of proof, so what, positive evidence, positive evidence, positive evidence, positive evidence,
00:43:02.780 so what, so what, so what, appeal to emotion, what, so what?

00:43:35.000 Stop.
00:43:39.180 Just fantastic work coming from Where Forbidden.
00:43:43.740 Unbelievable talent.
00:43:44.720 I just absolutely love it.
00:43:45.880 I'm laughing so hard at all of these,
00:43:47.420 so I just need to share it and just give him full credit.
00:43:50.240 Again, that is at Where Forbidden on X.
00:43:53.040 He's also definitely on Instagram as well.
00:43:55.660 We'll be right back after a brief break.
00:43:57.780 All right, you guys, you probably already know this,
00:44:00.000 but AI can clone your voice, forge your signature,
00:44:02.800 and even create fake documents that fool experts.
00:44:05.840 And criminals are using these tools right now
00:44:07.460 to steal from you.
00:44:08.320 It's called title fraud.
00:44:09.960 Your property records are public by law,
00:44:11.960 your name, your address, even your signature.
00:44:13.700 It's all sitting in a database anyone can access today.
00:44:16.580 A cyber scammer pulls your records,
00:44:18.540 uses AI to forge a transfer document,
00:44:20.740 files it with your county,
00:44:22.300 and on paper, they are the new legal owner of your property.
00:44:25.560 Then they can borrow against your equity
00:44:27.080 or even sell your property
00:44:28.220 long before you even realize that anything is wrong.
00:44:30.780 That's why I trust Home Title Lock.
00:44:32.640 They monitor your property's title 24-7,
00:44:35.040 alert you of any changes,
00:44:36.200 and if you're a victim,
00:44:37.480 their team of restoration experts
00:44:38.860 will spend up to $1 million restoring your title.
00:44:41.960 So head to hometitlelock.com slash Candice
00:44:44.400 to get a free title history report
00:44:46.200 plus a free trial of million-dollar triple lock protection
00:44:48.980 so you can make sure you're not already a victim.
00:44:51.880 That's hometitlelock.com slash Candice.
00:44:54.680 I have to remind you guys about American financing
00:44:56.780 because everyday expenses keep climbing
00:44:58.680 and the high credit card interest
00:45:00.160 isn't making life any easier.
00:45:01.460 If your budget is feeling squeezed lately, there's a smarter way to take back control.
00:45:05.760 If you're a homeowner, your home equity is your best financial tool.
00:45:09.160 American financing can help you consolidate high-interest credit card debt so that you
00:45:12.200 have some breathing room.
00:45:13.600 Timing matters now more than ever.
00:45:15.540 With a strong chance of an interest rate hike this September, waiting could cost you thousands.
00:45:19.820 And with rates in the fives, there's no better time to find out how much you could be saving.
00:45:23.680 So ditch those 20% interest rates by consolidating.
00:45:26.360 You can slash your monthly obligations.
00:45:28.080 In fact, American Financing borrowers
00:45:30.020 save an average of $800 a month.
00:45:33.020 Imagine what that kind of cashflow
00:45:34.380 could do for you and your family.
00:45:36.240 There are zero upfront fees
00:45:37.540 and you may even delay up to two mortgage payments.
00:45:40.000 Lock in your lower rate before September.
00:45:42.200 Call 800-795-1210.
00:45:45.300 Again, that's 800-795-1210
00:45:48.040 or visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:45:51.640 That's AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:45:55.180 Okay, top comments from yesterday's episode.
00:45:57.520 Dan teacher Leslie writes, sounds like Terrell Farnsworth could be guilty of evidence tampering
00:46:02.140 and obstruction of justice. I will say I don't know that. I cannot assert that. I can just show
00:46:07.400 everyone what happened and weigh it against the comments that were made by Andrew. I could
00:46:12.020 definitely say he's guilty of lying to Candace, pretty much. I can say, Andrew, I'd be interested
00:46:17.820 to hear his follow-up to this. I mean, Terrell could argue it was his. It's his property. He can
00:46:21.440 do whatever he wants with it, and he can decide what he wants to handle, right, and what he wants
00:46:25.120 to give over, pardon me, to the beds or to the SBI. I don't really know. I'm not going to pretend
00:46:31.800 to be an expert in Utah law. But like I said, I have established that there were just a lot of
00:46:37.100 lies that were told early on. And I just can't fathom why that is. Like why lie and say you don't
00:46:41.360 know how to, you're not comfortable because you think Google's going to hack you when you had
00:46:45.380 already sent a Google link to the SBI. And why pretend that you don't know how to send a big
00:46:51.200 file when you had already sent that Google link over eight days earlier. That doesn't make sense
00:46:56.240 to me. Cozy writes, Cozy Anda, Hallie writes, if the camera is pointing down, it would show the
00:47:02.040 men handling Charlie Kirk when he fell to the ground. It would show what they did and it would
00:47:05.720 show Charlie's shirt and what might be under it. It might even catch audio of what they said to
00:47:09.500 each other. That is my thinking. I will tell you that. That is my thinking. I think that is why
00:47:15.460 the footage was really important. I don't think that that footage mattered so much otherwise.
00:47:21.200 And as Nissy demonstrated in her videos, that is precisely what would have been captured.
00:47:29.360 And I'd be interested to know if it ever made its way to the SBI when it was on the flash drive or if they were only presented with that portion zoomed in.
00:47:39.040 And I even noted that all of the cameras stopped running at like the 26-minute mark.
00:47:45.100 If you look at his statements, it tells you how long the videos that he gave were.
00:47:50.920 And all of them are 26 minutes plus some seconds, except for one of them, which is 23 minutes.
00:47:56.140 I'm wondering if it's that camera.
00:47:57.780 Was it a three-minute clip generated out of that portion?
00:48:00.480 I don't know.
00:48:01.180 I really don't know.
00:48:02.280 Just thinking and trying to put things together like the rest of you.
00:48:05.120 Cameron Byer writes, these are today's comments, pray for the truth to be revealed soon. Every day,
00:48:13.060 pray for the truth to be revealed. I have kept that prayer since September 10th.
00:48:18.400 Jelena writes, sending much love and positive vibes from Croatia. You and your family should
00:48:22.420 totally visit. I love you and appreciate you so much, and I'm wishing you all the best. Go
00:48:25.780 Max. I've been to Croatia, actually lived there for a couple of months randomly in Dubrovnik
00:48:30.540 back when I worked in private equity.
00:48:33.600 It's a long story, but I loved Dubrovnik.
00:48:37.860 I loved Croatia.
00:48:39.400 Tolo Flexing writes, I'm officially a fan.
00:48:41.400 I don't remember how I came across you on YouTube,
00:48:43.140 but I'm glad I did when I was working the night shift.
00:48:45.260 I must confess, I did miss a few episodes
00:48:46.960 for about maybe a month or two,
00:48:49.840 but I'm officially a fan.
00:48:50.780 I'll be purchasing merch very soon.
00:48:52.500 You be sure to get your second favorite shirt
00:48:55.980 from kandisowens.com.
00:48:57.400 You be sure to get that.
00:48:58.680 We can't sell you your first favorite shirt,
00:49:00.220 but we can sell you your second favorite shirt
00:49:02.220 available on the website.
00:49:04.780 It is indeed going to be your second favorite shirt.
00:49:07.880 You can also support us by buying
00:49:09.880 the Stop Anti-Canidism Mug,
00:49:11.620 which was featured in the
00:49:13.180 Wear Forbidden Debatrix video.
00:49:16.840 And any of the kit, obviously,
00:49:18.520 is the best way to support us and our independence
00:49:20.780 and, of course, our new stuff,
00:49:22.880 which heavily features...
00:49:25.220 I can explain to you,
00:49:27.380 but I cannot understand it for you
00:49:28.720 as we are all on this journey of trying to help Andrew Wilson understand why his argument is
00:49:34.580 hypocritical, that we must accept what is being said in a hearsay hearing, but we're not allowed
00:49:39.100 to use the same methodology to come up with our own theories, looking at the evidence and inferring
00:49:46.000 upon it. Slap writes, regarding Andrew Wilson, I used to be a big fan of Andrew, and then I saw
00:49:52.060 the debate that he did on Charlie's shooting before Candace, and I had never seen that side
00:49:55.700 of him before. He didn't make sensible arguments that I was used to. I then realized that he was
00:49:59.360 bought and it's sad to watch. Yeah, I've heard several people. I even did Dave's show yesterday,
00:50:04.880 Dave Smith's show. A lot of people keep saying this, like, he knows the debate. He's normally
00:50:07.860 a formidable debater. That's shocking to me. Obviously, you guys know I didn't spend time
00:50:12.180 watching all of his previous stuff and debates. I spent time instead preparing my arguments for
00:50:18.700 what I thought we were going to be debating. That shocks me because he was so terrible.
00:50:22.660 and that's what happens.
00:50:24.820 If you're noncommittal and you are doing it
00:50:26.520 because someone's behind you and giving you money,
00:50:29.240 that's a really fast way to lose.
00:50:31.340 You have to actually think you can win it based on merit,
00:50:34.760 not based on gotchas and out-of-context clips
00:50:37.440 and trying to entrap people into a lawsuit.
00:50:39.820 So yeah, that is unfortunate.
00:50:41.220 If he was actually once a good debater
00:50:43.660 and this is what happened because he sold out,
00:50:48.340 it is unfortunate.
00:50:50.000 Joshua Steves writes,
00:50:52.100 are we ever going to talk about how Bibi Netanyahu is probably dead? I don't think he is. I think
00:50:57.140 when all that stuff was happening, he was probably hiding and being a coward and using AI. That's
00:51:01.220 what it seemed like to me. I haven't explored that theory. I tried to limit my intake on Bibi
00:51:06.860 Netanyahu because he's positively maddening. Zamet writes, calling on all Americans to join
00:51:11.960 Candace Owens in the resistance to the Fed Slop Incorporated and its franchises. Thank you very
00:51:17.200 much. I like that call to action. Dear Libby writes, I am just inferring, but was legal pickle
00:51:22.940 an Easter egg? Was I playing the Taylor Swift game when I said, I'm not going to get myself
00:51:26.960 an illegal pickle? Ha ha ha. It means you can't open me up to putting myself into a lawsuit here,
00:51:33.860 which they're, I mean, they have just been so heavily, heavily implying that they want to sue
00:51:38.300 me. It's so pathetic. I mean, like I showed you guys, all the Sandy Hook references, everybody
00:51:42.380 is speaking about what happened to the Charlie Kirk case, but they want to make an example out
00:51:45.760 of me. So people stop thinking. I mean, Turning Point USA really takes that step. We'll do that
00:51:50.500 and we will deal with it when it comes. But yeah, I don't think that's going to put the
00:51:57.240 conspiracies to bed. I will certainly say that the world is much more up to date and speaking about
00:52:02.620 the details of a Charlie Kirk case than they ever were about Sandy Hook. It was not global.
00:52:08.820 People didn't follow that and people are really following the Charlie Kirk case. And so if their
00:52:14.540 means is to publicly hang someone with the full support of the federal government. I
00:52:19.800 caution against it, but I had caution against everything that Turning Point USA has done
00:52:25.920 since Charlie's assassination. And you could see caution is completely tossed into the wind with
00:52:30.280 them. 90 Elizabeth writes, did Andrew Wilson release the proof text yet? It's been three
00:52:37.620 days. Or did he lose the SIM card and the phone that he had the proof in? He is like teasing it
00:52:42.380 out for a big Friday show or something because he wants a bunch of people to pay him behind the
00:52:46.080 paywall. Obviously, don't do that. That's obviously a trap. Somebody will just post it on the internet
00:52:51.320 and you'll be able to see it for free. I'm giddy about that. I won't be one of the people watching,
00:52:56.060 but I can't wait until it gets posted by one of his fans as the proof that I was telling the truth
00:53:03.380 and somehow being punished for that publicly. I don't know. It's vindication, I guess. Sweet
00:53:10.520 Vindication for me or something is what they're working on.
00:53:13.160 That's what they're cooking up next.
00:53:14.880 Anyway, you guys, I'm reminding you,
00:53:17.080 book club is going to be tomorrow.
00:53:18.860 So we'll have an episode and then we will have a book club.
00:53:22.200 And beyond that, we will be off next week.
00:53:25.500 So yeah, it's going to be the last episode
00:53:28.720 before I go away with my husband
00:53:31.200 because it's our anniversary.
00:53:32.640 And also we just take every sixth week off
00:53:35.200 so that we can regroup or study, get organized,
00:53:39.340 and bring you guys the same energy
00:53:42.020 that we bring into every week.
00:53:43.860 We'll see you guys tomorrow.
