00:00:15.680 All right, you guys. Happy Tuesday to everyone except the people who think that we need
00:00:20.480 positive evidence to share our opinions and cannot comprehend why that's patently ridiculous.
00:00:26.820 Like, I think granola is delicious when I'm pregnant.
00:00:29.540 Where's your positive evidence for that?
00:00:31.360 We can just say what we think, put ideas together.
00:00:35.360 And I stated yesterday, there must be a sentence
00:00:38.120 handed down from the court of Candace
00:00:40.020 for Turning Point USA's misdemeanor offense.
00:00:44.100 They ran afoul of CO code 92784,
00:00:47.780 colluding with debate bro slobs to attack me,
00:00:52.640 violating my personal space, ignoring the rules,
00:00:55.380 having the permanent creep Stephen Crowder
00:00:59.120 sneak his CEO into my home
00:01:01.880 to join Stephen's show from my children's playroom
00:01:06.060 without my consent, without my knowledge.
00:01:08.460 None of that can be tolerated
00:01:10.000 under the current law that we have on the books.
00:01:14.820 And we all know what their punishment is.
00:01:16.680 It's what the punishment always is.
00:01:17.640 I am the magistrate, therefore the judge and the jury.
00:01:20.740 They have been sentenced to what they hate the most.
00:01:23.920 more truth. Welcome back to Candace.
00:01:41.200 Get ready because it's another big one. It is explosive. We have something to share if it's
00:01:47.020 never been seen. Our favorite. But first, we have to jog your memory of whence we came. And I want
00:01:52.660 to lock in and really pay attention to the details. They matter. So I'm going to ask you the
00:01:58.460 question, what was the original moment that made people suspicious of what happened on September
00:02:04.080 10th? What was the first thing that you saw online that made your eyebrow raise, so to speak?
00:02:10.800 I would offer that it was when Terrell Farnsworth, Turning Point USA's audio and visual lead,
00:02:18.500 he runs Visual Impulse, was seen taking down the cameras, particularly actually taking down
00:02:26.060 one camera, the camera behind Charlie's head. And this turned out was less than four minutes
00:02:32.580 after Charlie was hit. We know he went up and he recorded himself. He announced that Charlie was
00:02:39.860 dead. He went down and he began removing that camera in particular. Before anybody knew who
00:02:45.580 he was. I knew who he was. But the rest of the world just went, what's going on? Why are we
00:02:50.480 violating a crime scene? Why is somebody moving a chair that Charlie was just sitting in to stand
00:02:56.040 up and take that camera down? And I actually should be honest, unlike the rest of the world,
00:03:01.400 I was not immediately suspicious because I knew Terrell. You'll recall this, right? I reached out
00:03:06.020 to him. I've known him for years. And I said, what's up? I assumed that there had to be some
00:03:11.740 sort of a reasonable explanation. That conversation took place, remind you, on September 18th.
00:03:19.300 We talked to Terrell, got him on the phone, was expecting something simple, and instead it was the
00:03:25.620 phone call itself that made me feel suspicious. I went to my team. Something is wrong. I've gone
00:03:31.800 over this moment to you guys so many times. It's because Terrell was nervous. He was offering me
00:03:38.960 various increasingly bizarre reasons as to why he could not show me the back footage. People thought
00:03:44.060 maybe the back footage caught the person from a crowd that was, you know, shot Charlie. And I just
00:03:49.660 said, okay, let me see it. And he said he didn't want to share it because he didn't want Erica to
00:03:54.560 see Charlie get hit in 4K. And I said, okay, well, it doesn't need to be shared. You can just tell me
00:04:00.600 and I'll tell audiences that I saw it and everything's okay. And the craziest part of all
00:04:06.420 was him telling me, again, you'll recall,
00:04:09.080 because I said this to you right when it happened,
00:04:11.220 specifically, that he did not know
00:04:14.400 how to send the file to me.
00:04:16.640 I said, just send it to me.
00:04:17.260 I'll watch it.
00:04:17.840 Obviously, I won't share it.
00:04:19.140 And he said, I don't know how to send the file.
00:04:20.660 And I said, Carol, you run an AV company.
00:04:23.380 What do you mean you don't know how to send a file?
00:04:25.120 And then he admitted that he did know how to send a file,
00:04:27.960 but he didn't want to do it for fear
00:04:30.080 that Google might hack him.
00:04:33.980 Go back, watch the episodes.
00:04:35.300 That's what he said.
00:04:36.000 I've got proof that Google might hack him. What? But you see, it turns out that now we know that
00:04:45.220 Terrell lied to me. Terrell's a liar. I sensed it then. Yes, I had an immediate intuition that Terrell
00:04:53.880 was lying to me, that he maybe did know how to send a file, but he wasn't actually fearful
00:04:57.120 that Google might hack him. They keep telling us our intuition means nothing, right? But guess what?
00:05:02.640 My intuition and vibe in that matter has been proven correct.
00:05:07.320 It was confirmed when the preliminary hearing took place.
00:05:09.940 Actually, you may have missed it.
00:05:11.040 I'll slow that down for you.
00:05:12.580 The lead investigator on the case, SBI agent David Hull, explained on the stand, actually
00:05:19.940 on September 10th.
00:05:22.080 So that would be eight days before I spoke to Terrell.
00:05:26.160 Actually, on the very day of the assassination, Terrell apparently did know how to send footage
00:05:31.440 And he chose to do that via a Google link.
00:05:37.220 He used the very company that he would then tell me eight days later he was afraid was going to hack him.
00:05:43.660 That makes Terrell a liar.
00:05:45.240 He lied to me.
00:05:46.100 I don't like when people lie to me.
00:05:48.360 And like I said, there is entirely no dispute that he lied to me about his fear of a Google hack because he actually signed and submitted an 1102 statement to that effect.
00:05:58.440 It was entered in and discussed during the hearing.
00:06:01.240 we can show you this statement from Terrell.
00:06:04.900 And it tells us,
00:06:07.080 and I'm going to read the first part first.
00:06:08.480 On September 10th, I, Terrell, the first person here,
00:06:12.620 was present at the Turning Point USA Utah Valley University event.
00:06:17.160 Myself and my team were there to provide audio video equipment,
00:06:21.760 setup management, and support
00:06:23.360 as we had done for Mr. Charlie Kirk for years.
00:06:26.320 Our camera setup consisted of three angles,
00:06:30.040 an angle directly on Charlie, an angle on the individual asking questions, and a wider angle
00:06:36.500 behind Charlie that showed the audience and the crowd reaction. Okay, so a wider angle
00:06:43.420 behind Charlie that showed the audience and the crowd reaction. That day on September 10th,
00:06:48.900 I provided SBI with four videos through a Google Drive, and then you see the link,
00:06:55.880 and he tells you what those videos are labeled.
00:06:59.800 Okay, and then he says these videos were taken by me
00:07:06.460 and my team at the UVU event on September 10th, 2005.
00:07:09.360 These videos, as they were provided to SPI,
00:07:12.020 are a true and correct representation
00:07:13.760 of what took place at UVU.
00:07:17.480 Okay, now let's understand that first portion first.
00:07:22.020 He says that there are four videos that he sent to them.
00:07:26.740 He says that there are three cameras.
00:07:28.680 I want you to remember which cameras we saw around Charlie, generally speaking.
00:07:33.420 Now, there is one moving camera that I want to point out, which may potentially be the fourth camera, which was operated by a guy that seemed to be floating from side to side.
00:07:43.220 I'm going to show you that.
00:07:44.060 I'm, again, assuming this might have been a contractor and maybe Terrell got that footage from him and he was going from side to side.
00:07:51.140 Do you remember him?
00:07:52.020 Uh, but the more pertinent ones are the three static cameras that he is representing in his
00:07:58.460 statement that he was operating. Here are the, here's the diagram of those static cameras,
00:08:02.700 the three shots. Now we have one to the front left side of Charlie that is being operated by
00:08:08.960 Robert Golo. Um, and, um, in theory, I would say that it is actually the camera that is circled
00:08:18.560 in blue right there. The yellow one is operated by Robert Golo. That's the one that he is going
00:08:23.680 to be facing the person that's asking questions. The one that is in blue is the one that I would
00:08:28.080 say would carry the most critical graphic up-close evidence of Charlie Kirk being shot, right?
00:08:34.480 That's the one that was being operated by Jordan Wilson. In other words, if I were trying to gather
00:08:40.420 evidence very quickly within minutes of Charlie Kirk being shot, I'd go blue. That's an opinion.
00:08:47.320 I'm saying, were I in control of the AV department and I was trying to be useful to police, I'd probably grab that footage as critical evidence.
00:08:55.760 And then I would grab that footage of what's circled in yellow, which we just discussed.
00:09:02.680 That is, as he described, pointing to the person that's asking questions.
00:09:08.060 We know that that has some rotating capability.
00:09:10.980 I'd probably grab that one second, right?
00:09:13.740 If you're trying to help detectives
00:09:15.100 secure the best footage to scan the crowd,
00:09:17.700 since that is the crowd footage,
00:09:19.300 as he demonstrated,
00:09:20.380 potentially to find a shooter in the crowd,
00:09:22.840 I'd go, okay, number two, one, two.
00:09:25.140 I'm trying to be useful.
00:09:27.100 But that third camera, to me,
00:09:30.340 if I'm running this event,
00:09:31.300 is instantly the most irrelevant
00:09:33.180 because A, it's facing downward.
00:09:36.300 B, it's behind Charlie.
00:09:38.920 And traditionally, in case you're wondering or need reminding, all it showed was a view of what was happening below and around Charlie's feet and captured some audience, right?
00:09:51.000 But not more than the yellow camera is going to capture.
00:09:52.980 The red camera, if you want to capture the audience, you go with the yellow.
00:09:56.520 And the reason why I'm saying traditionally that is what it showed is because there was a massive discovery from YouTuber Nissy when she realized that Terrell Farnsworth, when he finally did show me the completely non-graphic footage from behind Charlie's head, had presented to me what appeared to her to be a zoomed in shot from that camera.
00:10:22.780 This is important that we go back and we revisit what it is that Nissy caught about that camera.
00:10:29.640 Take a listen.
00:10:30.640 In this footage that Terrell has selectively shared with Candace, we can't see the ground where Charlie had been sitting.
00:10:40.100 You're probably thinking, okay, so what?
00:10:42.960 Well, I'll tell you what.
00:10:44.800 Actually, I'll show you what.
00:10:47.860 On February 28th, 2025, the American Comeback Tour did a stop at Florida State University,
00:10:54.220 and here is the back camera shot. On March 3rd, 2025, the American Comeback Tour did a stop at
00:11:00.200 the University of Southern California, and here is the back camera shot. Here's San Francisco,
00:11:06.300 here's San Diego, Long Beach, Boise, Idaho, Washington State. Do you notice a pattern?
00:11:12.720 The camera is a wide-angle camera and was always used as such.
00:11:18.360 However, in the footage that Terrell has selectively shared with Candace, you cannot see the ground.
00:11:24.680 So either that day at UVU, they had changed things up and they had zoomed in the camera so that you couldn't see the area around Charlie,
00:11:33.360 or Terrell had zoomed in after the fact, and he was showing a cropped version of the footage to Candace.

00:12:06.840 Adian. Learn more at adian.com. Why did Terrell do that? Now, we've already demonstrated from
00:12:18.040 Terrell's 1102 statement that he's willing to lie to me, so I don't think we can go directly to him
00:12:24.380 and ask that question. We're going to have to continue to prod this narrative on our own to
00:12:27.880 join Nissi. She raises an important question. Did Terrell do this after the fact? When did he do
00:12:33.300 this. Because what we learn is compelling from Agent Hull that on September 10th, Terrell did
00:12:38.960 not give them the SD cards. So we see him, we're going to show you him race to take down that
00:12:46.940 camera to then take the SD card out of that camera. And our assumption was that he handed
00:12:52.900 that over to the SBI that was in charge of the investigation. But Hull is going to testify that
00:12:59.520 no, Terrell gave them a flash drive. This means that Terrell inserted that SD card into a computer
00:13:07.820 and then copied the footage onto a flash drive and similarly created Google links, even though
00:13:14.480 days later he would be concerned that Google might hack him. Initially, he gave them Google
00:13:19.500 links, but not the original SD card. Why? Why not hand the direct SD card over to the SBI's
00:13:25.620 investigator. I mean, did Terrell think that they were not equipped with knowledge of how to use an
00:13:30.340 SD card? Even I am, and I'm terrible at technology. But let's listen to Agent Hull's testimony,
00:13:36.040 because actually, kind of absurd to consider that. Agent Hull, any more video? Did you collect it,
00:13:43.100 either you or another agent with the SBA? Yes, we were able to collect video. TPUSA had a
00:13:50.200 videographer, Visual Impulse, who was taking coverage of the event, and they provided video
00:13:58.700 to us that they had captured on September 10th of 2025. And do you know who or how that video
00:14:06.500 was collected from Visual Impulse? Yeah, Mr. Farnsworth originally provided, I believe,
00:14:11.860 a flash drive to Lieutenant O'Brien with one of the local agencies. And a short time after that,
00:14:17.520 On September 10th, he provided downloadable versions, electronic versions to Agent Mortensen.
00:14:26.600 And an 1102 was collected from him on May 6th of 2026.
00:14:33.580 Not the SD card, though.
00:14:36.060 So when the footage began going viral, the clip of Terrell taking down that camera in particular,
00:14:44.180 People online, I think, rightfully speculated that there must have been something really
00:14:47.140 important about that back footage behind Charlie's head specifically.
00:14:50.920 And then people were gaslit.
00:14:53.360 We were told, no, there was nothing unique about that camera.
00:14:56.020 There was nothing unique about that footage in particular.
00:14:58.580 Terrell actually grabbed all of the footage.
00:15:00.880 And he did so because people were stealing and people are evil, which we then said our
00:15:06.760 common sense went, that doesn't really make sense because if he was worried about people
00:15:09.680 stealing, like, wouldn't he be concerned with the camera?
00:15:13.300 It was just the SD card that he took out.
00:15:16.620 It was Andrew Colvett who offered that excuse, by the way, to Tucker Carlson.
00:15:20.780 Again, I'd like to remind you here is what he said.
00:15:23.940 So Charlie was very well aware of the existence of evil, obviously.
00:15:29.040 So were us on his team.
00:15:30.520 You know, there's a, by the way, just one other conspiracy theory.
00:15:33.220 I just want to snuff out here.
00:15:35.180 One of our dear friends that literally from the very beginning started with us
00:15:41.320 and loved Charlie like a brother,
00:15:44.920 he grabbed the SD cards out of the camera afterwards.
00:15:49.220 And there's all these conspiracy videos about,
00:15:51.480 why did he grab the SD cards?
00:15:53.120 Well, first of all, they're in the possession of the FBI.
00:15:56.420 Okay.
00:15:57.020 It's not like he took them and like ran off with them.
00:15:59.140 Second of all, I asked him personally,
00:16:00.840 I said, why did you do that?
00:16:02.760 And he looked at me and this was his answer.
00:16:04.540 He said, because I know people can be evil.
00:16:07.040 and he did not want that footage being grabbed by somebody there was videos of people after the
00:16:13.580 incident going and stealing hats off the table I mean so I'm so grateful he did that and that
00:16:20.280 was his instinct he's like I'm depressed to know that that was why I did that but I knew that I
00:16:25.920 had to protect that footage because I know I wanted I mean you know you're recording in like 4k
00:16:30.220 you know? And so I'm so glad he did that. It's beautiful. It's really beautiful. I'd like to,
00:16:38.240 he just, he said, because I know people can be evil. Let me try that again. Because I know
00:16:47.180 people can be evil. Okay. One more time. I just want to give it with as much passion as Andrew
00:16:52.300 did. I took the SD cards because I know people can be evil. Beautiful. Beautiful. Really,
00:17:00.720 the Academy Award goes to you, Andrew. But you said cards. And what we noticed was that it was
00:17:06.820 card. It was that one first. It struck me and others as odd. But here is Andrew reinforcing
00:17:13.980 the narrative that this is a conspiracy theory. There was nothing special about that particular
00:17:17.860 footage behind Terrell's head. He was actually worried about all of it. But actually, if you
00:17:21.920 keep reading Terrell's 1102 statement, it flies in the face of what Andrew has said. There was
00:17:28.200 something unique about the footage behind Charlie's head. There had to be something particular about
00:17:35.300 that footage, which moved Terrell or maybe someone in the SBI, but it's not clear, to create a clip
00:17:43.980 out of only the footage behind Charlie's head. Just that back footage. We're going to read the
00:17:50.460 rest of the statement, okay? Terrell writes in the statement, and we can pull up that statement
00:17:55.040 if you guys have it. It reads, regarding the clip, which has been labeled 80704,
00:18:02.500 turning point footage of the crowd and behind Charlie, I have reviewed, and from what I can
00:18:08.960 see, it is a true and correct representation of a portion of the larger files previously sent to
00:18:15.260 SBI. So let me slow that down for you because it's very important. What we are learning is that
00:18:20.520 they had four videos. Go pull that back up, please. And you can split this. They had four
00:18:25.800 videos in total. And you can bring me in on this just so I can explain this. And of those four
00:18:31.480 videos, they're telling us the length of each of those videos here. One is 26 minutes. Another one
00:18:36.040 is 26 minutes. Another is 26 minutes. And a fourth one is 23 minutes. So that I'm guessing,
00:18:41.860 assuming represents, because Charlie got hit very quickly into the event, that this represents the
00:18:47.880 full length of all of that footage of the cameras that I showed you. Despite having all of that
00:18:52.280 footage, they decided to clip from the camera behind Charlie's head a special clip. And that
00:19:00.540 is what Terrell is saying, you know, to, I believe this is a true representation of the footage that
00:19:08.900 was recorded. Why did they need to clip out from the full footage of that camera just a little
00:19:18.200 three-minute clip? That's the question, okay? So what we can discern from this is that for
00:19:23.940 whatever reason, of all the camera footage that was provided across four cameras, only one of the
00:19:27.640 four cameras that had footage, they felt they needed to turn into a clip. Like I said, we're
00:19:33.560 not sure if Terrell clipped it or if it was SBI that clipped it. We do know that Terrell was the
00:19:40.320 first to touch that footage. And we do know that the footage wound up clipped. And Terrell is
00:19:45.680 testifying in a statement that from what he can see, it appears to be a true and correct representation
00:19:51.140 of the portion of the larger files. Now, the way that he is phrasing that is interesting,
00:19:56.780 a true and correct representation, because it would still be true and correct. It would still
00:20:02.520 be a true and correct representation if it was zoomed in. We learned that during the whole back
00:20:08.180 and forth regarding 12.1 and 12.4. In the courtroom when they were debating, they got to see zoomed in
00:20:15.080 footage, but they were like, this is still a true representation of what happened. We're just zooming
00:20:19.400 in and making some circles. So Terrell is basically saying it's still a true representation. It's
00:20:24.160 plausible that the only reason they would have to clip that out is because it was zoomed in. You
00:20:28.880 would have to create a new clip if you were zooming it in. You couldn't just run that in
00:20:33.620 the entire content. So again, I want to underscore what I'm saying to you here, okay? You would have
00:20:38.760 to clip the footage in order to zoom it. I am making the case based on Terrell's 1102, but the
00:20:45.100 footage behind Charlie's head was specifically clipped. And I'm also going to make the case
00:20:49.740 that contrary to what Andrew Colvett is saying, there was something special about that footage
00:20:54.260 behind Charlie's head
00:20:55.300 and Terrell beelined to it
00:20:58.180 in particular
00:20:58.900 and he was nervous
00:21:00.240 about that footage
00:21:01.080 in particular
00:21:01.780 because he did not
00:21:04.200 instantly grab
00:21:05.260 all of the SD cards
00:21:07.320 he grabbed that one
00:21:10.140 and he did it nervously
00:21:12.220 that's what people saw
00:21:13.300 he was looking around
00:21:14.360 to see who was watching him
00:21:16.040 as he took only the SD card
00:21:18.100 from that camera
00:21:19.200 before he disappears
00:21:20.700 behind the tent
00:21:21.640 let's watch that together
00:21:22.860 here he is
00:21:26.880 here he is
00:21:30.420 he's taking down the camera altogether
00:21:40.500 if you're worried about theft
00:21:42.620 take the whole camera
00:21:43.640 it's pretty small
00:21:44.440 it's in your hand
00:21:45.240 he doesn't do that
00:21:45.880 he takes it apart
00:21:46.760 and he takes the SD card out
00:21:50.040 and he looks around
00:21:55.680 he wants to see who's looking at him
00:21:57.680 and then
00:22:01.200 he looks down at it and he walks around
00:22:04.720 and we had wondered
00:22:05.300 what did Terrell do when he walked around
00:22:07.920 he hasn't addressed any other camera there
00:22:10.260 just that one
00:22:10.980 well you don't have to wonder
00:22:16.340 what he did anymore
00:22:17.540 because today I can tell you what Terrell did
00:22:19.880 because I've actually known what Terrell did since October
00:22:24.620 as I was wondering who could be trusted at Turning Point USA.
00:22:31.000 And like I said to you instantly,
00:22:33.380 there was a network of government employees
00:22:35.860 that were fighting to get the truth out
00:22:38.100 and wondering who they could trust as well.
00:22:42.400 And now appears to be the moment
00:22:45.040 to not tell you what Terrell did,
00:22:48.540 but to rather show you and let you draw your own conclusions
00:22:51.860 about whether Terrell appeared concerned
00:22:55.100 about anything other than that particular footage, okay?
00:23:00.920 Here is what Terrell did thereafter,
00:23:03.280 seen for the first time.
00:23:08.720 Terrell is there.
00:23:13.320 He looks around, again, nervously.
00:23:18.540 and he puts the SD card in his pocket and he zips up.
00:23:25.160 He doesn't run to the other cameras and try to grab the SD card.
00:23:28.300 Instead, what he does is he whips out his phone and he begins texting with someone.
00:23:35.020 And that's what he does.
00:23:37.200 He's texting with someone to say what?
00:23:42.240 Who's he texting?
00:23:44.540 What's he saying?
00:23:45.400 If he's just out there fighting evil and worried about securing the footage, why didn't he grab the other SD card or three of them in a row?
00:23:57.640 Who is he in communication with after he grabs that?
00:24:01.880 Because I got to tell you something, Andrew.
00:24:05.200 Were it me and I was amongst my peers sitting on a jury, I would not accept your narrative that he looks like he's worried.
00:24:15.400 about people stealing, not about the hats, not about the other footage, not about the cameras.
00:24:23.560 It looks to me like, and again, this is my opinion, it looks to me like he's completing a
00:24:31.300 task and checking in with someone to say that a task is completed. Maybe, I don't know. I'm open
00:24:36.840 to everything. Maybe there was some police officer who told him to take that footage in particular.
00:24:42.260 i'm told that didn't happen
00:24:46.700 and i will say this that when someone demonstrates that they are capable of lying to you
00:24:54.160 you have a right to take note and tarot lied to me he lied to me about his fears regarding google
00:24:59.860 is therefore my opinion on the basis of basis of everything that we are observing
00:25:06.000 with our eyes everything that i am observing with my two eyes his mannerisms
00:25:11.960 the beeline to that footage so quickly within four or five minutes as if that had to be secured
00:25:21.000 the 1102 statement where we know that that footage in particular was clipped i'm speculating
00:25:30.040 because it was zoomed in the questions that kathy nester asked thereafter um things that she
00:25:36.540 asserted about, they don't know whether or not that footage was edited. Your claim that the FBI
00:25:43.620 has it, why? It's a Utah case. Why would the FBI have the SD cards? When I observe everything with
00:25:51.380 my eyes, again, I don't think they're going to call me for jury duty in Utah, but it demonstrates
00:25:58.960 to me that that footage was prioritized. So now the question is why? It was zoomed in, and if
00:26:06.500 Nissy is correct and this was unusual and knew that that footage would be zoomed in,
00:26:12.480 then the only thing that would be accomplished by that sort of a crop and a zoom in would be not
00:26:18.680 showing us what happened below Charlie. But I need that footage. I'm being sued by Brian Harpole.
00:26:28.320 I'm going to need that footage. I'm going to trace that footage and to be able to understand
00:26:34.540 the custody of that footage and whether or not, as Kathy Nester is asking, it was edited
00:26:41.560 before it was given via Google link or via a flash drive to the SBI.
00:26:50.260 And I'm genuinely asking questions here, but why did Terrell tell me that he spoke with Erica
00:26:57.060 about that footage specifically? Again, he was lying a lot on that phone call, so I can't assert
00:27:02.300 that he was telling the truth,
00:27:03.880 but I do know and I have proof
00:27:05.100 that that's what he told me.
00:27:07.460 And why did Turning Point USA gaslight us
00:27:09.160 about the significance of the footage?
00:27:10.480 Now we can read the case
00:27:11.800 and see that there was something
00:27:13.120 about that footage
00:27:13.880 that required something different
00:27:15.300 than the other cameras
00:27:17.540 and the other videos that were running.
00:27:19.220 It was significant enough
00:27:20.000 for the SBI to create
00:27:21.500 a specialized clip from it
00:27:22.880 or Terrell to create
00:27:23.960 a specialized clip from it.
00:27:25.480 Why continually gaslight the public
00:27:27.380 into believing otherwise,
00:27:29.060 pretending there's nothing interesting there?
00:27:31.940 Terrell just violated a crime scene to secure it
00:27:33.980 because he was worried about evil.
00:27:38.800 Because people can be evil.
00:27:44.960 Is the SD card still in his right pant pocket, Andrew?
00:27:48.740 Terrell, anybody?
00:27:50.540 You say it was given to the FBI?
00:27:52.160 Okay, well, why?
00:27:52.940 It's a state crime.
00:27:54.040 The FBI, under the law, is allowed to assist,
00:27:56.780 but they don't have jurisdiction over the crime, over the state.
00:28:02.420 In all practicality, the SBI should have been handed the SD card,
00:28:07.840 and then if they wanted to, they could have handed it off to the FBI,
00:28:12.380 but that should have been the flash drive copy.
00:28:16.700 Anyway, I'm going to continue to think while it's still legal to do so,
00:28:21.320 and I'm certain the internet will join me in that exercise.
00:28:28.200 We'll be right back after a brief break.
00:28:30.540 All right, you guys, I want to pass along a heartfelt thank you
00:28:32.900 from my friends over at Preborn.
00:28:34.460 Their president, Dan Steiner,
00:28:35.680 asked me to share just how grateful they are
00:28:37.400 for faithful supporters like you.
00:28:39.540 So far this year, because of generous partners,
00:28:41.320 more than 50,000 babies have been rescued from abortion.
00:28:44.460 That means 50,000 lives changed
00:28:46.120 and generations have been impacted.
00:28:48.340 Every tax-deductible gift is used to rescue babies
00:28:50.820 and share the hope of Jesus Christ with their mothers.
00:28:53.500 In fact, this year alone,
00:28:54.540 more than 8,000 women have made the decision
00:28:56.380 to follow Christ,
00:28:57.300 all because someone like you
00:28:58.380 helped provide a free ultrasound.
00:29:00.440 It costs just $28 to provide one life-saving ultrasound
00:29:03.160 and $15,000 can place an ultrasound machine
00:29:05.880 in a pregnancy clinic
00:29:06.880 where it can save countless lives for years to come.
00:29:09.920 Your generosity is saving lives
00:29:11.340 for both earth and eternity.
00:29:13.240 And today, there are still mothers
00:29:14.440 waiting for that same life-changing moment.
00:29:16.860 If you'd like to give, dial pound 250
00:29:18.600 and say the keyword baby.
00:29:20.420 That's pound 250 baby or visit preborn.com slash Candice.
00:29:24.580 Again, that's preborn.com slash Candice.
00:29:27.600 I also wanna remind you guys about the wellness company
00:29:29.260 because Americans love sushi.
00:29:31.220 Over the last two decades,
00:29:32.320 raw fish consumption has exploded.
00:29:34.440 Sushi bars are literally everywhere.
00:29:35.940 Grocery stores, gas stations sell it
00:29:37.660 and millions of people now eat raw fish weekly.
00:29:40.420 But there is a hidden risk
00:29:41.240 that most people never think about, parasites.
00:29:43.760 Salmon is one of the most popular fish worldwide,
00:29:45.860 but it naturally contains more than 70 parasites.
00:29:48.800 Most are tiny and nearly impossible to see
00:29:50.740 and they're making their way into the human body.
00:29:53.120 Once inside, parasites can hide for years
00:29:55.240 while frequently laying eggs before any symptoms appear.
00:29:58.680 Dr. Peter McCullough recommends doing a parasite cleanse
00:30:01.000 at least once a year as a preventative measure.
00:30:03.000 The wellness company offers a hard-to-access
00:30:05.320 RX parasite cleanse, USA compounded ivermectin
00:30:08.740 and membendazole.
00:30:10.380 Ivermectin paralyzes the parasite's nervous system
00:30:12.780 while membendazole starves them.
00:30:15.360 Each capsule contains 25 milligrams of ivermectin
00:30:18.060 and 250 milligrams of mambendazole.
00:30:20.860 Lab tested for quality.
00:30:22.720 You can now get a more budget-friendly 45 capsule option
00:30:25.300 that costs $250 less,
00:30:27.680 giving you two 21-day parasite cleanse cycles.
00:30:30.920 Same formula as the original, just a smaller quantity.
00:30:33.760 So head over to twc.health slash Candice
00:30:36.100 and use code Candice at checkout
00:30:37.520 to save $52 off plus free shipping.
00:30:40.760 Again, that's twc.health slash Candice.
00:30:43.000 It's for USA residents only.
00:30:44.780 so many things that i know and um i think the biggest thing is don't send a slob to my house
00:30:54.700 i don't do that please don't do that again especially when i am pregnant with a boy
00:30:59.500 um it's deeply upsetting to me it's unnecessary andrew erica in particular um you guys are
00:31:06.240 really starting to partner with people who are interested in trying to psychologically
00:31:12.900 go after me and my family, torment us publishing things about my children's cars and the vehicles
00:31:20.840 that they travel in, I think you should stop doing that. If I could just put something in
00:31:25.960 the suggestion box, just call off the dogs. Or don't. And we can keep having fun. Anyway,
00:31:32.000 speaking of this totally inappropriate chain of custody, the FBI jumping on the case like cowboys,
00:31:39.560 That's not how this works, actually. They are supposed to be used because your tax dollars pay for these things. When there is a case that obviously violates federal law, if it's happening on federal property, you don't get to have cowboy Cash Patel just go, I'm just going to come and bring everybody with me and take over the whole case and evidence.
00:32:00.280 Yes, the State Bureau of Investigations, as you saw, can reach out to the FBI and help ask them to assist with certain testing and things of that nature.
00:32:08.160 But the custody goes, FBI and then FBI.
00:32:12.320 So why the FBI interjected so quickly is in and of itself kind of a conspiracy.
00:32:18.360 There was a man named John Kirikou, who is a former CIA officer who had a conscience back in 2007 during the quote unquote war on terror.
00:32:27.280 he became a terror. He became a government whistleblower about how some of the terrorists
00:32:34.060 were being tortured. Anyway, John Kirikou went on to the Danny Jones podcast. And here is what
00:32:42.460 he had to say about the FBI's involvement in the Charlie Kirk case. Why is the FBI involved in
00:32:48.720 this. Charlie Kirk was killed in Utah by a kid from Utah who left his house in Utah, drove to
00:32:59.760 the university in Utah, and allegedly shot Charlie Kirk. Nobody ever crossed a state line. There's
00:33:06.900 literally nothing in this case that would make it federal, unless there was a conspiracy,
00:33:13.280 in which case it would be a federal case
00:33:17.240 and the FBI would be involved.
00:33:18.940 So Kash Patel was asked this early on
00:33:21.180 and he said,
00:33:22.400 we're just offering the FBI's expertise
00:33:25.260 to the Utah State Police.
00:33:28.640 Like, really?
00:33:29.740 Is that just what it is?
00:33:31.980 Because offering your expertise
00:33:33.500 means sticking stuff in a FedEx
00:33:35.960 and sending it to Utah
00:33:37.400 so they can do with it what they want.
00:33:39.420 Or maybe you put one FBI lab person
00:33:42.840 at their disposal.
00:33:44.660 You don't have the FBI director fly out there
00:33:47.180 with a plane load of FBI agents.
00:33:50.080 It's not a federal case.
00:33:52.800 I don't understand.
00:33:57.180 He is correct.
00:33:58.760 This is unusual.
00:34:00.480 And you have a right to feel
00:34:03.100 that this is very suspicious.
00:34:04.440 You have a right to ask questions.
00:34:06.520 As I demonstrated in my back forth with Andrew Wilson,
00:34:09.720 you have a right to look at this and go,
00:34:11.600 hey, it's very strange that Kash Patel apparently shut down Joe Kent, who wanted to investigate
00:34:19.160 whether or not there are foreign ties. If there are no foreign ties, then why would you have an
00:34:22.040 issue with people investigating those non-existent foreign ties? And then people say, hey, I think
00:34:27.380 there's foreign ties. You gaslight them and say you have no positive evidence. How could we have
00:34:31.340 positive evidence when the department that's supposed to find that positive evidence is told
00:34:34.960 don't do that? And then we have Turning Point USA, who's upset with the person who wanted to
00:34:39.060 investigate those ties, but not upset with Kash Patel, going to events with Kash Patel,
00:34:44.260 dressed up, your buddy-buddy, people are starting to notice that all of this does feel and look
00:34:51.540 like a conspiracy. Were the players on Evolve? We don't know. But as I said, as they were
00:34:58.400 intentionally trying to trip me into a lawsuit, you can see they're all salivating for me to be
00:35:03.860 sued. Turning point, she'd sue her. Turning point, she'd sue her. Turning point, she'd sue her.
00:35:07.320 take her money, take her money, shut her down, bankrupt her. Charlie Crick got killed and she
00:35:11.780 cares and she won't let it go. Bankrupt her, bankrupt her. Okay. Well, guess what? People
00:35:17.840 are taking notice of that being odd as well. You're going after the people who are investigating it
00:35:22.740 and you're becoming increasingly more vicious in how you do it. You are spending a lot of money to
00:35:27.900 do it. You are lying on record, getting caught in lies and then gaslighting us by saying you don't
00:35:33.740 have a right to recognize those lies. You have no right to recognize those lies. It's demonic for
00:35:39.220 you to notice them. It's not working. And this has gone mainstream, obviously, and it is being
00:35:47.680 discussed on the biggest platforms in the world, whether that's Sean Ryan or more recently, Joe
00:35:53.940 Rogan, who had a laugh alongside his guests, Mark Normand, Shane Gillis, and Ari Schaefer,
00:35:59.920 as they were discussing the Tyler Robinson case
00:36:02.640 and the odd and increasingly odd
00:36:07.380 public relations campaign
00:36:10.080 that is surrounding Erica Kirk.
00:36:12.860 Take a listen.
00:36:14.180 I get it.
00:36:15.040 Wearing that mask for a little bit, though,
00:36:16.800 I genuinely, both Duncan and I,
00:36:19.100 both gained respect for the furries.
00:36:20.900 Yeah, but then they shoot the president.
00:36:23.140 Nah, I don't know if they did.
00:36:24.280 Wasn't that guy a furry?
00:36:25.520 No, he loved a furry.
00:36:26.740 Oh, he loved a furry.
00:36:27.660 Yeah, but I'm not even sure if that's true.
00:36:29.980 The more time goes on, the more I'm leaning towards Candace Owens.
00:36:33.540 I don't think any story that you hear in the news is accurate.
00:36:36.340 I think there's always none.
00:36:37.660 Or spin on it at least.
00:36:38.800 There's always some spin.
00:36:39.760 But the public believes it.
00:36:40.220 And so whatever the spin is about Tyler Robinson, there's some bulls**t to it.
00:36:46.080 I don't know how much of it is bulls**t, but there's some bulls**t.
00:36:49.700 And one of the more recent bulls**t is they found a photo that they were saying was Tyler Robinson,
00:36:53.940 but then people noticed that the—because he's real thin,
00:36:56.920 People notice that the cars in the background the proportions were distorted
00:37:00.720 And then they realized that what they had done was taking a guy who's like much wider than Tyler Robinson and
00:37:07.420 Shrunk in the perspective really yeah, yep
00:37:10.100 And then when you see him for what he really looks like like oh, there's no way that's that guy that guy's big
00:37:14.480 And then you're like well, it's mostly true like now
00:37:16.480 No, no, they they changed like you look at the hood of the cars behind them. They're all like that now is that guy
00:37:23.160 What guy Tyler Robinson? He's the guy who supposedly shot Charlie Kirk Kirk. Yeah
00:37:30.360 America Kirk
00:37:33.000 Threatening him they're gonna sue him for that
00:37:38.500 When he came out he starts to a cartwheels with white face
00:37:41.760 On
00:37:48.560 Funny dude funny dude people that got upset with that shot up. I don't think it's weird
00:37:53.360 The lady comes out to sparkers behind her you're out of your that's the same
00:37:57.260 You don't think someone can make fun of that?
00:37:59.280 She walks out like f***ing Randy Orton.
00:38:01.920 She's like a f***ing Goldberg coming out of the show.
00:38:05.600 She's going out like a f***ing Undertaker.
00:38:07.740 The queen wore black for 80 years.
00:38:09.700 The whole thing is f***ing crazy.
00:38:11.480 In an interview, she dresses like Seal Team 6.
00:38:14.020 She's all blacked out with like a black hat and everything.
00:38:16.480 She's serious, bro.
00:38:17.300 She's serious.
00:38:17.860 Navy Seal podcasters are f***ing cool.
00:38:20.720 She's serious.
00:38:21.420 you just have to love guy chat that's exactly exactly how everyone is speaking behind the
00:38:31.080 scenes and you just have to love joe rogan for having the courage to just have a boy's chat
00:38:35.900 publicly which everyone's relating to and laughing to except for turning point usa because this has
00:38:40.620 been their pr strategy this bizarre strategy to go after the comedians for noticing to go after
00:38:46.040 people for noticing, for trying to entrap them into lawsuits by sending D-list debater bros
00:38:53.480 who know nothing about the case for trying to investigate the case. I mean, it's backward.
00:39:01.960 The best thing that they could have done would have been to say and do nothing for at least a
00:39:06.380 year rather than partnering with Charlie's enemies, saying that his friends were enemies and
00:39:11.700 that his enemies were friends. None of this is making any sense. And we have now reached
00:39:20.460 peak comedy with people now just leaning into it and mocking it. And somehow they continue to go
00:39:25.620 after me as if if I were not here, this conspiracy would somehow stop. I'd like to remind everybody,
00:39:31.320 I was the last to comment publicly about the strange behavior of Erica Kirk. And I only
00:39:37.740 weighed in beginning in December when she went on to a press tour and explicitly shared something
00:39:44.060 that was untrue. That the night before, Charlie was not sending messages saying that he feared
00:39:49.420 for his life. So we are to believe that Charlie did not share his fear with his wife at all.
00:39:55.980 The night before, when she says he was just so excited to do what he's always done,
00:40:01.160 so excited to go to UVU he couldn't sleep. Maybe he couldn't sleep because he thought he was going
00:40:03.980 to be killed that that makes more sense to me never known charlie to to not sleep over a tour
00:40:12.400 stop of a place that he's already been i just it just this is not a thing but maybe he down the
00:40:17.980 line just became so excited about going to tour stops that he couldn't sleep and was eating in
00:40:24.300 the middle of the night it's not adding up anyway another video i want to show you yesterday i was
00:40:31.280 telling you about this account at Where Forbidden. They are just brilliant. I mean,
00:40:37.320 talk about somebody who has the creative force within them. They have dropped a new Erica Kirk
00:40:43.660 video, and it might be my favorite. I don't know. It's hard to tell. Take a listen.
00:40:53.200 Erica, what are you doing out here? Shabbat shalom. I choose you, pickle puff.
00:41:01.280 Positive evidence.
00:41:05.040 Oh, you've got to be kidding me.
00:41:06.580 Positive evidence.
00:41:08.040 Picklebuff, attack!
00:41:09.560 Positive evidence! Positive evidence!
00:41:11.100 Picklepuff, do something!
00:41:12.520 Positive evidence!
00:41:13.540 This was a terrible investment!
00:41:17.020 Positive evidence.
00:41:20.340 Who's that Pokemon?
00:41:23.940 It's Shapiro!
00:41:26.320 It's just absolutely brilliant stuff.
00:41:30.920 brilliant, brilliant, brilliant stuff. The comedy that is coming out right now. Again, like I said,
00:41:35.600 we have reached critical mass with this. So setting up these influencers and wasting money
00:41:41.020 doesn't work. Just sit down, have a full conversation. I mean, it's just so easy.
00:41:45.760 Like I said, there obviously, not just could be, there are likely a ton of things that we have
00:41:51.400 gotten wrong as we have pursued this investigation. And I'm saying when I say we, I'm referring to all
00:41:57.060 of the investigators, independent investigators, whether that be Nissy, Barron Coleman, Ian Carroll,
00:42:03.540 you know, Coach Collin. Sure, I'm sure we have made some errors, but we did not make them
00:42:10.840 knowingly, and we wish to correct them if we did make them. The best way to solve this is to just
00:42:16.580 sit down and be honest. You know, I actually taught a great lesson yesterday or last week in
00:42:21.380 my debate when we turned Andrew Wilson by the end of it into a conspiracy theorist who thought that
00:42:26.760 I was receiving text messages on my phone to remind me of what the charges were and then thought
00:42:34.000 that I must have been receiving them through Signal or through Telegram. What did I do?
00:42:38.900 First thing I said, I said, here's my phone. If there's no conspiracy, there's no conspiracy.
00:42:43.920 Transparency is the best way to debunk any and every conspiracy, if that's what you call them,
00:42:48.580 alternative theories. I demonstrated that. You have nothing to hide. You have nothing to hide.
00:42:54.700 So I don't understand why Turning Point won't engage in that by just sitting down and having
00:43:00.020 Erica answer every possible question about what happened on that day.
00:43:04.360 Andrew Colvett, Blake Neff, here's my phone, here you go, this is what happened, here's
00:43:09.180 where I was.
00:43:10.580 We're not getting that.
00:43:11.840 And the longer that it takes, and then when you choose to finally spread, share some daylight,
00:43:18.200 you pick Andrew Wilson and you give him a text message, never before seen, by the way,
00:43:23.640 it's still never before seen because we haven't seen it. He's teasing it. I can't wait. Another
00:43:29.560 little trap. I can't wait for that text message to be publicized. I'm so glad just even knowing
00:43:34.900 that it exists, that it was in Andrew's hand. That's already helpful for me. And we will take
00:43:39.940 a brief break and I will come back and respond to some of your questions and comments. All right,
00:43:46.480 you guys, I have to tell you about Paleo Valley Beef Sticks because my husband recently got back
00:43:49.960 from his Catholic pilgrimage in Spain,
00:43:51.760 and apparently they were an absolute hit,
00:43:54.260 the unofficial snack of the trip.
00:43:55.640 He packed them for himself,
00:43:56.800 was handing them out along the way,
00:43:58.560 and before long, everybody was asking for one.
00:44:01.120 It sort of became this running joke
00:44:02.500 while they were all walking.
00:44:04.120 Everybody was coming up to him saying,
00:44:05.820 do you have another one?
00:44:07.020 Honestly, I'm not surprised
00:44:08.000 because they're one of those snacks
00:44:08.900 that don't make you choose between healthy and delicious.
00:44:11.440 Paleo Valley uses 100% grass-fed
00:44:13.440 and grass-finished beef
00:44:14.400 sourced from American family farms.
00:44:16.560 But let's be honest,
00:44:17.320 the reason that we keep buying them
00:44:18.400 is because of the flavor.
00:44:19.640 The original is the classic,
00:44:20.940 but the jalapeno is my favorite
00:44:22.400 because it has just the right amount of kick
00:44:24.100 and the teriyaki has the perfect amount of sweetness.
00:44:26.980 They are savory, satisfying,
00:44:28.300 and actually taste like real food.
00:44:30.220 I always keep a few of them in my bag, my car,
00:44:31.900 and even in my carry-on
00:44:32.900 because someone in my family is always hungry.
00:44:35.120 Clearly my husband is doing the same.
00:44:36.880 So if you're looking for a clean,
00:44:38.080 convenient protein snack that tastes as good as it sounds,
00:44:40.440 check out Paleo Valley Beef Sticks.
00:44:42.320 Once you try them,
00:44:43.020 you'll probably start keeping a stash in your bag as well.
00:44:45.760 Right now you can get 20% off your first order
00:44:47.780 at paleovalley.com.
00:44:49.180 be sure to use code Candice at checkout.
00:44:51.420 That's paleovalley.com using promo code Candice at checkout.
00:44:55.760 I also want to remind you guys about American financing
00:44:57.260 because everyday expenses keep climbing
00:44:59.560 and high credit card interest is not making life any easier.
00:45:02.900 If your budget is feeling squeezed lately,
00:45:05.060 there's a smarter way to take back control.
00:45:07.040 If you're a homeowner, your home equity
00:45:08.280 is your best financial tool.
00:45:09.960 American financing can help you consolidate
00:45:11.520 high interest credit card debt
00:45:12.860 so that you have some breathing room.
00:45:14.900 Timing matters now more than ever
00:45:16.280 with a strong chance of an interest rate hike this September.
00:45:19.180 waiting could cost you thousands.
00:45:21.420 And with the rates in the fives,
00:45:22.480 there is no better time to find out
00:45:23.820 how much you could be saving.
00:45:25.720 Ditch those 20% interest rates by consolidating.
00:45:28.380 You can slash your monthly obligations.
00:45:30.380 In fact, American financing borrowers
00:45:32.100 save an average of $800 a month.
00:45:34.580 Imagine what that kind of cashflow
00:45:35.680 could do for your family.
00:45:37.120 There are zero upfront fees
00:45:38.380 and you may even delay up the two mortgage payments.
00:45:40.620 So lock in your lower rate before September.
00:45:43.340 Call 800-795-1210.
00:45:45.980 Again, that's 800-795-1210.
00:45:48.900 or visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:45:51.780 Again, that's AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:45:55.620 Okay, top comment from yesterday's episode,
00:45:57.900 top comments, there's three of them.
00:45:59.680 Kay writes, somebody's comment said,
00:46:01.900 if you play the Andrew Wilson debate at 1.75 speed,
00:46:06.000 bro's foot turns into a fan.
00:46:08.440 I actually have to do that, that is hilarious.
00:46:11.280 Nikki writes, paying someone $100,000 an hour
00:46:13.740 to be humiliated is a rather expensive fetish.
00:46:17.520 Indeed. Indeed it is. Trillian writes, this debate is positive evidence that Turning Point USA has terrible PR. Overwhelmingly, I am overwhelmed that it is positive evidence that their PR strategy has just been an open and shut disaster from start to finish. It's unbelievable. They cannot stop blundering.
00:46:39.140 comments from today's episode the one you feed writes can is please make sure they did not do
00:46:43.260 a bb and leave a bug in your house first off the zone that they were in is not a place that we are
00:46:50.100 regularly other than when we actually film the show and secondly of course george has already
00:46:54.200 had the house swept for bugs that was like the first thing he did especially when we learned the
00:46:58.640 steven creeper and crew were here alicia switzer writes ian carroll did a great reaction video
00:47:05.220 six hours and it was great. Kudos to him for calling the BS as we all saw it and stopping
00:47:09.880 to call it out. I can't wait to get my new second favorite shirt. Stay amazing. We will continue
00:47:14.580 supporting you. Much love from Missouri. I actually saw just clips of him and I've shared some of them
00:47:19.480 and they're hilarious. And I do want to, when I have time this weekend, watch his reaction video
00:47:25.080 because so many people have said that it was absolutely amazing. So shout out to Ian Carroll
00:47:28.500 for that. And yes, you can support us. We do have, this is my second favorite shirt available on the
00:47:34.460 website, merch. If you go to CandaceOwens.com, as we have learned, if you are going to commit a crime,
00:47:40.540 please wear your second favorite shirt. So please wear this shirt in particular. Buy it, wear it,
00:47:46.420 do crime, but be smart. Don't wear your favorite shirt because it's just not a good idea. And of
00:47:52.440 course, it is in maroon. And we also have the shirts and the mugs from our debate classic. I
00:48:00.480 can explain to you, but I can't understand it for you. Amazingly, he is still asking questions. He
00:48:04.880 does not comprehend it. He does not comprehend hearsay. And the Crucible account is now getting
00:48:11.620 fact checks, what do you call community notes on X, because they're like, right here, it says that
00:48:16.040 they spoke to the mom. Look at this warrant, the probative cause, the probable cause warrant.
00:48:23.800 And Twitter just had to come in and explain to him, no, this is not a direct quotation
00:48:30.220 from the mom. This is an officer that is signing a probable cause warrant. He's had days and he
00:48:37.820 still cannot comprehend this. So we are really hoping that Andrew Wilson will be able to
00:48:43.300 understand it. We are done explaining it. It is now on him and coming upon Andrew Wilson to do
00:48:48.700 his best to sit down and understand why we are saying he is a hypocrite for allowing the courts
00:48:54.300 to do what he says that we can't, which is to take a look at evidence and to infer upon it.
00:49:01.460 He just doesn't get it, man. It's just not all there. James Gray writes, the fact that a woman
00:49:07.160 hating man paid 300K to be dog walked by a woman is insane. Congrats, Candace. You are a gentle
00:49:12.580 woman and a scholar. Thank you. Thank you so much. Like I said, I am very proud of myself because I
00:49:17.700 knew that it was Turning Point's horse. Even just them saying, we have nothing to do with him. And
00:49:21.660 then his opening statement. It just is incredible. It's like there's just not a brain cell split
00:49:26.420 between Erica and Andrew Colbett and Blake Neff. Like, obviously, it's not a good idea.
00:49:32.180 Give yourselves some plausible deniability. TJ Peluso writes, because I know people can be evil.
00:49:37.940 I would like everybody as a homework assignment to practice that in the mirror.
00:49:42.840 I just the way he did it was it was compelling. Good performance. Didn't give me Denzel Washington,
00:49:49.400 but I think that he put in a good effort.
00:49:51.900 And I think my third one was good,
00:49:53.280 like a little bit off to the side.
00:49:55.560 Because people can be evil.
00:49:59.320 Yeah, that's good.
00:50:00.740 I'm warming up there.
00:50:02.660 Blackest Panther writes,
00:50:03.940 Reason Turning Point USA wanted Andrew to debate
00:50:06.400 was to attempt to absolve Israel
00:50:08.660 from any possible implications surrounding the case.
00:50:10.400 Yeah, that was the obvious focus.
00:50:11.620 Israel and Erica,
00:50:12.440 which then puts a spotlight on Israel and Erica
00:50:14.540 because you don't want to debate the case,
00:50:15.960 but you just want to say,
00:50:16.720 but it's not Israel and Erica.
00:50:17.700 Why can't they comprehend that? Why is everyone's social IQ so low as to not realize that if you keep pushing the it's not Israel, though, right? It's not Israel. Then people go, maybe it's Israel. It's weird. Why would he come in here wanting to talk about Israel? His opening statement, he starts talking about Israel. Why? This is just a weird thing for you to do.
00:50:41.220 Look, if he had proven the debate claim,
00:50:46.880 his debate claim,
00:50:47.500 that there was overwhelming evidence
00:50:48.560 that Tyler Robinson did this,
00:50:49.580 he would naturally then absolve Israel from any guilt.
00:50:54.300 Well, he didn't want to do that.
00:50:55.020 He wanted to absolve Israel from any guilt
00:50:56.680 without having to prove his statement.
00:50:59.020 Weird focus.
00:51:00.780 Zamet writes,
00:51:01.460 a burden bestowed on Candace Owens
00:51:03.500 is a blessing to us all.
00:51:06.280 That's very funny.
00:51:07.980 Okay, I'll tell you one thing.
00:51:09.240 It's just I don't like having to give out these punishments and sentencing people to more truth.
00:51:15.460 But this is just the way things work in the court of law here in my court, my house, where I am the magistrate and I reign supreme.
00:51:25.040 You can't be doing that.
00:51:27.000 You can't just be bringing people with just no type of values, no type of decorum.
00:51:33.420 people whose wives act like a Jerry Springer episode waiting to happen, like make you beg
00:51:41.360 to bring Maury back on air. You just it can't be like this turning point. You're scraping
00:51:45.980 too hard at the bottom of that barrel right now. Anna writes, if the text said that he feared the
00:51:52.960 left was going to take him out, why would Joe Kent? Why wouldn't Joe Kent need that message?
00:51:56.660 Make it make sense. These people endlessly contradict themselves. Keep going, Max,
00:51:59.500 because they were relying on us to have a short memory.
00:52:02.620 Of course, if he was handing messages over as he was
00:52:07.340 of people that Charlie felt threatened by
00:52:11.440 or anything that could be significant,
00:52:12.880 that would have been the first message that was handed over.
00:52:15.380 And certainly they would have expressed it publicly
00:52:18.040 that Charlie was fearful
00:52:19.720 that the left was going to kill him the night before.
00:52:22.040 Instead, they denied it for four months
00:52:23.880 and then had Erica deny it on Glenn Beck
00:52:25.520 or rather stayed mum on it for four months
00:52:27.420 and then had Erica deny it on Glenn Beck.
00:52:31.020 And then when it backfired, they were like,
00:52:32.760 oh, no, there's messages, but like it says the left.
00:52:36.840 Suspicious timeline, in my opinion.
00:52:39.500 I'm allowed to have an opinion.
00:52:41.320 Joey D. April writes,
00:52:44.060 Debategate is worthy of its own spot
00:52:46.200 in the official Candace timeline.
00:52:47.660 I'm going to put random things in the timeline now
00:52:49.740 because I just know how angry they are about the timeline.
00:52:52.600 Like they're all just like, why is it in your timeline?
00:52:55.260 How could you put this in your timeline?
00:52:56.900 I'm just going to be like, Candace went to Whole Foods, no evidence needed. Candace went to the
00:53:03.260 farmer's market. We're going to start putting just random little tricky stuff in the timeline
00:53:07.780 and see who has a heart attack about it on X. It's my timeline. It's my timeline. So weird,
00:53:16.260 strange reason to question me about my timeline, which I take great pride in. And I saw some people
00:53:21.400 commenting going, Candace, I didn't even think this is like another level. I had mentioned
00:53:24.880 that I even organize my fridge and that it says like, you know, sauces. I use my little maker and
00:53:31.440 it says sauces and dairy and things in those side compartments. And then we have little turntable
00:53:37.560 trays inside of the fridge. Yeah, go Max. Organize. Get to the container store and do that.
00:53:43.380 Shout out to the suburban moms who just need it. When you have a lot of kids, you got to be
00:53:47.860 organized like this. Like I organize their clothes. It's just so freeing. It feels so good to be
00:53:53.360 organized so i will be darned if anybody thinks that they're going to come from my timeline i'm
00:53:58.360 not going to stand up for myself me and ashley worked hard on that timeline right ashley yes we
00:54:03.860 did and we were pretty fired up when she almost came in from that things almost got physical when
00:54:09.580 he addressed the timeline but i kept my composure like i was i was i was ready to knock him out i'm
00:54:14.580 gonna be honest with you but i didn't do that golf mamie writes cadence cadence think you meant to
00:54:20.460 right, Candice? Oh, Golf Mommy, spelled M-A-M-I. Side note, I was listening to Kanye this weekend
00:54:25.820 and came across the song Stars, and I was expecting to hear, all right, you guys, my heart raced,
00:54:31.040 LOL. You have good taste in music. Thank you very much. That is our intro. I wish he had made
00:54:36.200 that a full song. It really is just an intro, which is unfortunate, but yes, I absolutely love
00:54:41.600 Ye. I love just who he was and how hard he fought for himself. I love the song Power,
00:54:45.920 the different phases of his life and recognizing how much you have to fight for custody of your
00:54:50.300 own soul once you make it. And that is why I love the song Power so much, because I feel like
00:54:54.940 I've gotten to a place where they expect you to sell your soul, and I don't want to do that.
00:54:59.820 Not to the highest bidder, not to anyone. And that has been the reason why I am focused on this case,
00:55:06.340 because Charlie was my friend, and what has happened here is unacceptable,
00:55:09.960 and what Turning Point has become is unacceptable, in my opinion. Anyway, you guys, we will see you tomorrow.
