00:00:16.260 All right, you guys, happy Thursday.
00:00:18.360 I'm sorry we are running a little bit late today.
00:00:19.900 Just a lot going on.
00:00:21.200 First and foremost, I'm very pregnant,
00:00:22.880 so I'm just feeling chubby.
00:00:24.000 Shout out to all of the chubby people
00:00:25.740 who are tired today as well.
00:00:27.400 And I also got into a Twitter spat with Andrew Colvett back and forth, finally got him to concede my point that he was, as usual, lying by severe omission about a, quote unquote, secret event that Erica had at a middle slash high school today in Idaho.
00:00:44.360 I'm going to walk you through that.
00:00:46.140 We're going to address them sort of doing all of these events across high schools in America and why I believe it is clearly not what Charlie's vision was for the Club America.
00:00:57.000 I'm going to actually let you guys hear Charlie in his own words.
00:01:00.220 What an idea.
00:01:00.800 They don't seem to do that very often.
00:01:03.180 Beyond that, I found a crazy text thread between me and Andrew Colvett from 2019.
00:01:09.040 And it genuinely feels like another piece of the puzzle regarding him and Erika Fransfey
00:01:14.880 and their intentions.
00:01:16.620 I'm going to let you guys be the judge.
00:01:18.300 Tell me what you think.
00:01:19.440 And at long last, Tucker Carlson calls out his perfidious former employee, Blake Neff,
00:01:24.640 and his beyond slimy attempt to hijack Charlie's true voice.
00:01:28.800 Welcome back to Candace.
00:01:44.060 Okay, there really is a lot going on today.
00:01:46.120 There's a lot to unpack.
00:01:47.040 I hope we get to everything.
00:01:48.040 It might just have to be a long episode.
00:01:50.180 Foremost, I do want to address something as an addendum
00:01:53.440 to yesterday's episode. Truly, I don't know how I missed this article from last year. It must have
00:01:58.260 been a very big deal online. Probably I missed it because it was during the exact week that I
00:02:02.980 received information regarding a threat on my life from France. But there was a story that I
00:02:08.660 genuinely didn't see. And it goes a very long way in terms of answering why there was no ambulance
00:02:14.180 on standby at the UVU event, something that I was completely miffed by in September and October when
00:02:19.540 I began covering the story. And the answer, as you very well may know, is because Turning Point
00:02:24.580 USA's UVU chapter declined it. That's the answer. On the actual form request with the school,
00:02:32.920 they checked no to needing an ambulance. Now, like I said, I'm sure there are a lot of you
00:02:36.360 who knew that. But in case there are people like me that slept through these articles in November,
00:02:41.300 I just want to make sure I also assert it on my show. It's unacceptable that I missed this,
00:02:45.860 to be honest with you, but better late than never. So ABC News released a very detailed report on
00:02:51.380 November 18th regarding how the event came together. You can check it out here. The headline
00:02:56.900 is plans estimated 600 people would come to the event where Charlie Kirk was shot. Over 3,000
00:03:02.520 showed up. Now, we learned in this article why there wasn't any ambulance on standby. That's the
00:03:07.280 big thing. And like I said, TPUSA in mid-July, to be precise, on July 18th filled out a form to host
00:03:15.840 this event to host this event. And I'm talking about the TPUSA like club chapter at UVU.
00:03:20.520 And they had first selected that there would be max 200 people in attendance. And by the way,
00:03:28.000 that was a pretty reasonable estimate, despite what they are now claiming in that recent filing,
00:03:32.980 like you should have been prepared, you should have known. It actually turns out that the last
00:03:37.400 time Charlie Kirk had been to Utah was in April of 2024. And he was at the University of Utah,
00:03:44.420 and they had 200 people show up.
00:03:47.020 That's according to ABC News.
00:03:49.300 They then adjusted that amount from 200
00:03:52.740 up to 600 people max that would be attending.
00:03:56.720 They adjusted that a few weeks later.
00:03:59.200 And I find it interesting that ABC
00:04:00.460 doesn't want to get specific.
00:04:01.920 Like, what does a few weeks later mean?
00:04:03.520 Because to be clear,
00:04:05.140 the event form was filled out in mid-July.
00:04:07.620 A few weeks later would mean
00:04:08.560 you were just coming up upon the event altogether.
00:04:10.540 And yet, remarkably, 3,000 people show up for this event, which was barely advertised.
00:04:19.220 And I noted right away, it was a crowd of adults.
00:04:22.060 This did not look to me like a typical Turning Point USA event.
00:04:25.720 I said I had never seen a crowd look like this.
00:04:28.520 I have actually done Utah Valley University with Charlie.
00:04:32.300 So I'm speaking on my own experience.
00:04:34.100 We had a majority student crowd.
00:04:36.900 Everything just was completely different.
00:04:38.780 And the article then quotes Chief Jeff Long, who, in my view, is being completely victimized by Turning Point USA's PR machine.
00:04:47.060 They're looking for somebody to pin this on.
00:04:48.960 He's being wrongfully called out, sinfully misrepresented by Turning Point's vicious PR team.
00:04:53.340 In fact, it'd be interesting to see whether or not he has a lawsuit on his hands.
00:04:57.600 But anyway, it reads in this article,
00:04:59.520 when officials at Utah Valley University
00:05:01.680 approved the plans for Charlie Kirk's appearance
00:05:03.840 at the school on September 10th
00:05:06.260 as part of his American Comeback Tour,
00:05:08.540 they expected roughly 600 people would be there,
00:05:11.300 according to newly released plans.
00:05:13.320 Jeff Long says, quote,
00:05:14.620 we had probably over 3,000 people who were in attendance.
00:05:18.480 Jeffrey Long told reporters at a press conference
00:05:20.380 shortly after the incident,
00:05:21.600 noting that they had six officers working at the event
00:05:24.000 and Kirk had his own security team.
00:05:26.200 But here's where it gets really interesting.
00:05:27.300 In a statement to ABC News,
00:05:29.280 A Turning Point USA official, so this is now Turning Point USA, Erica's Turning Point USA official said, quote, on an online form submitted in early July, a TPUSA UVU chapter member selected 200 plus as the max attendance option available on the school's online form.
00:05:48.160 An estimate of 600 was later provided a few weeks later via an event request form, which was based on a similar event the year prior at the University of Utah.
00:05:58.720 Subsequent conversations between the school and TPUSA's safety team updated that estimate to 1,500 based on more recent Prove Me Wrong campus events.
00:06:08.880 So that's where they're sort of saying like, oh, well, now there was a conversation that is not documented and there's no paperwork, but there definitely was this 1500 conversation.
00:06:19.180 And they go on to say the events are unticketed and open to the public, talking about the Prove Me Wrong events, including those just walking by.
00:06:27.860 But PD and event coordinators estimated the attendance at approximately 3000.
00:06:31.920 While the tour stop was slated to take place in the Sorensen Student Center Courtyard and
00:06:37.020 ultimately ended up occurring there, someone with a UVU email address, whose name was redacted by
00:06:43.400 the school, suggested that the event be held elsewhere on campus. They wrote, quote, also,
00:06:49.680 we think that the Fulton Library Quad would be better space-wise for the group if they get a
00:06:55.200 large crowd in the area, the sender wrote on August 21st, apparently referring to the Fulton
00:07:01.500 Library Quad across campus. The recipient of the message's name was also redacted by UVU.
00:07:07.600 So this shows that Turning Point USA essentially was totally fine with people walking up. They
00:07:13.040 said it's like the Prove Me Wrong events where people walk up. That is correct. I have done
00:07:16.800 these events with Charlie. You can find these Candace and Charlie sitting down and there's
00:07:23.080 no crowd control. There's no ticketing. So if that's the style of the event that they were
00:07:26.800 okay with and communicated with to UVU, how can they suddenly pretend like they were woefully
00:07:34.020 unprepared for Charlie Kirk? That's what he does. That's what he's been doing. This is how it's
00:07:38.680 always run. There's no ticket and no traffic control. And you guys conceded those points
00:07:43.800 to ABC News in November. And then we learn in this article that the records released by UVU
00:07:49.840 to ABC News indicate that when the event was being planned in response to the section of
00:07:55.300 the questionnaire that said, will EMS need to be scheduled for your event? The unidentified person
00:08:01.560 who filled out the form wrote no. A Turning Point USA official, again, is going to back up this
00:08:08.040 club, told ABC News that there were two UVU emergency medical personnel on site, but not
00:08:14.340 an ambulance. And here's the reason they offer, quote, because TPUSA's safety team staffed up for
00:08:19.980 the event to 12 security on site, up from the usual eight to nine. A team comprised of ex-military
00:08:26.760 and law enforcement personnel trained and equipped with a full emergency medical kit
00:08:30.460 and field dressing expertise, the official said, end quote. Okay, so to recap, a Turning Point
00:08:38.280 official back in November of last year acknowledged that it was them who denied the ambulance,
00:08:42.400 and they explained that away.
00:08:45.540 Then you recognize that it's that local UVU club chapter
00:08:49.980 that did this via a form
00:08:52.380 and their excuse in response
00:08:54.060 as to why they made that decision
00:08:55.340 is because, well, our safety team had 12 security on site
00:08:59.080 up from our usual eight
00:09:00.340 and they're remarkably equipped.
00:09:02.940 Now all of a sudden in this filing,
00:09:04.660 they're no longer equipped, right?
00:09:07.120 The larger TPUSA organization
00:09:08.840 was defending the TPUSA chapter's decision
00:09:12.160 not to have an ambulance on standby.
00:09:14.400 It presents as though it was a collaborative decision.
00:09:17.160 Fast forward 10 months,
00:09:18.100 and now the Kirk family lawyer is filing a document
00:09:20.360 that the decision not to have an ambulance on standby
00:09:23.180 was negligent and amounted to a wrongful death.
00:09:26.100 So on the one hand, we have, it was our decision.
00:09:29.100 And on the other hand, we have,
00:09:30.640 even though we made the decision,
00:09:32.520 you should have stopped us.
00:09:35.380 Because Nancy Pelosi's husband was in his boxers
00:09:38.360 and he got attacked at his home
00:09:39.520 because Trump survived Butler.
00:09:40.700 Why didn't you save us from ourselves?
00:09:44.680 Yeah, it feels like textbook narcissistic abuse.
00:09:47.700 I keep saying that with the way Turning Point USA is operating.
00:09:50.540 There's something about it that just feels like textbook narcissistic abuse.
00:09:55.160 Which brings me to this crazy text thread that I uncovered between myself and Andrew Colbert,
00:10:01.300 dating back in 2019.
00:10:02.420 And the only reason I covered this was because I was pulling all of these fun videos of me
00:10:06.360 and Charlie on the road throughout all of the years and photos.
00:10:10.020 and I came across this chain
00:10:11.580 and my jaw just sort of hit the floor,
00:10:13.880 it's crazy, especially in retrospect,
00:10:16.820 because it really shows you
00:10:18.280 that Andrew Colvett is a shameless liar.
00:10:21.600 There's no way you're gonna walk away from this chain
00:10:23.300 no matter what you think.
00:10:24.760 You will recognize that this man is a shameless liar.
00:10:29.080 So again, just to kind of give you some presets here,
00:10:32.000 this is going to be a communication between me and Andrew
00:10:34.580 from November of 2019, okay?
00:10:37.720 End of the year 2019.
00:10:38.660 Also recall that recently, Andrew has been trying to spin to the public that Charlie and me were not friends since 2018.
00:10:46.880 It was so wild and so crazy, I barely felt the need to defend myself because it's just, it's so out of control, so out of this world, and what is real can't be threatened.
00:10:57.200 Anyway, it's crazy that he even says it's because Charlie and Erica came to my wedding in August of 2019, a year beyond 2018.
00:11:05.160 Then we hosted the Black Leadership Summit together, me and Charlie, in October of 2019 at the White House.
00:11:11.080 Charlie and I, I mean, we spoke every day.
00:11:12.940 It is so hard for me to go back in tech messages because it just was constant communication all the time.
00:11:17.640 But 2019 is a big year because, interestingly enough, as we know, this is when he begins dating Erika Fransfey fully in public.
00:11:24.460 So I find this change from the end of that year.
00:11:26.760 And I was just astonished because for whatever reason, in November of 2019, it became very
00:11:32.560 obvious to me and Charlie, who were speaking daily, that people were trying to force either
00:11:37.380 me or him to make a statement about one another.
00:11:40.500 And we're like brothers and sisters, right?
00:11:42.560 Like almost as though out of nowhere, some invisible hand was trying to present to the
00:11:47.440 public like we were in some sort of a fight.
00:11:49.220 And we were totally confused by this.
00:11:50.940 And Charlie is texting me.
00:11:53.020 He's the one that's actually being attacked the most day in and day out.
00:11:56.440 and we're texting about it.
00:11:57.580 And he's like, this is coordinated.
00:11:59.340 This feels like it's coming down.
00:12:01.560 I don't know who's behind this.
00:12:03.700 All of a sudden, in the midst of this,
00:12:05.620 I receive a text message from Andrew Colvett,
00:12:08.280 who's relatively new to Turning Point USA as a PR person.
00:12:11.260 And I want you to see this
00:12:12.560 because you can immediately feel in this communication
00:12:16.260 that my spidey senses went up.
00:12:18.220 I'm like, this is very weird.
00:12:19.600 Like, why are you communicating with me
00:12:21.480 as opposed to Charlie?
00:12:22.680 I actually am going to say that explicitly to him
00:12:24.180 because like Charlie and your brother
00:12:25.300 and sister, we talk every day.
00:12:26.440 Why are you giving me this information from Erika Frantz-Vey?
00:12:31.660 Okay, check this out.
00:12:33.880 So it starts with, this is November 12th, 2019.
00:12:37.960 And Andrew says, just making sure you see this.
00:12:41.020 And he forwards a message from E.
00:12:44.040 And what's really weird about that date and that time,
00:12:46.280 we are pretty confident that this means he copied it from Telegram.
00:12:51.920 I don't know why the time is written like it's European.
00:12:56.440 Like if this was his preset, if he has his phones, but it's written, the date and the time are written European style, 12, 11, 19.
00:13:03.780 It's actually 11, 12, 19 American standards.
00:13:07.500 It's November 12th and 1335 is 135 p.m.
00:13:10.980 So that's something that just I'm pointing out is weird.
00:13:13.160 But the messages from Erica, I didn't know at the time because I didn't have her on Telegram and I didn't know who he was.
00:13:18.760 And he writes, quote.
00:13:20.100 or he shares, he forwards, quote, we are going to get Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens involved
00:13:27.480 in a public feud. Candace Owens left Turning Point USA because she was the Malcolm X of the
00:13:33.340 organization. And then I wrote back to Andrew, who wrote that? He writes, the Grapers on their
00:13:40.160 walls. I said, what do you mean their walls? Question mark. Facebook? Question mark. What
00:13:47.460 we're talking about? Where are the gripper walls, you know? And then he said, like their blogs.
00:13:54.020 I said, can you send me a link? I don't know where the gripper blogs are.
00:13:58.700 And I said, because oddly today, I felt that they were trying to get me to comment on Charlie. And
00:14:05.060 he said, yes, they were. So I say, where's that text from? What blog? And he said, not sure,
00:14:15.200 I'll find it and then I said who sent it to you because I don't know who he is obviously like
00:14:20.820 she's like a new addition to our lives and he says Charlie's girlfriend found it and then he
00:14:26.860 says she found this too and he includes this we need Gripers to ask Charlie um sorry if I say it
00:14:35.000 so bad when I say charged questions we need thank you give me full screen we need Gripers to ask
00:14:40.000 Charlie charged questions about Candace Owens and get him to criticize her. At the same time,
00:14:45.900 we need to fluff Candace Owens' ego while subtly driving home the fact that she was driven out of
00:14:51.620 Turning Point USA because Kirk feared her. And since she was driven out, Kirk has been working
00:14:57.180 behind the scenes to undermine her. We need to fan these flames until Candace finally chimps out
00:15:04.020 and the R word, it's like an aggressive R word,
00:15:07.880 Kirk publicly, okay?
00:15:10.060 He's telling me, Erica Kirk found this.
00:15:11.640 And I just want to just keep this up, guys,
00:15:13.440 because what's amazing is this is the exact narrative
00:15:16.960 that Andrew Colvett is trying to seed now.
00:15:20.240 What did Andrew say recently?
00:15:21.660 They stopped being friends in 2019
00:15:23.480 because Charlie feared Candace.
00:15:25.860 Do you guys remember that?
00:15:26.440 This is so crazy to me.
00:15:28.180 This is literally Andrew Colvett and Erica
00:15:30.640 finding a Graper thread on a Graper blog,
00:15:35.100 and they're telling me it's the Grapers.
00:15:37.140 Fast forward to 2025,
00:15:38.820 and Andrew Colvett is going to repeat this narrative,
00:15:42.540 basically exactly this narrative,
00:15:46.500 which he was trying to tell me that Erica found,
00:15:49.840 trying to tell me and Charlie
00:15:50.760 that Erica found this on Graper blogs, okay?
00:15:54.280 So let's keep going.
00:15:55.380 So I say,
00:15:56.540 it's the family and friends event at Shoppers Drug Mart.
00:15:59.480 Get 20% off almost all regular priced merchandise.
00:16:03.220 Monday, September 21st to Wednesday, September 23rd.
00:16:06.700 Open your PC Optimum app to get your coupon.
00:16:14.720 Where though?
00:16:16.880 And then he goes to me.
00:16:18.280 He goes to me until the next day.
00:16:20.280 And he says, I'll try to find it, not sure.
00:16:22.300 And then he goes to me until the next day.
00:16:23.820 And I said, why not just ask Erica to send you the link?
00:16:27.260 It just seems suspicious.
00:16:28.180 I don't even know where to find a Graper blog.
00:16:31.300 How does Erica know?
00:16:32.480 Like, who is this chick?
00:16:33.300 Who is this chick?
00:16:35.240 And I said, also weird that Charlie and or Erica
00:16:38.140 wouldn't just send it to me directly.
00:16:39.460 I'm literally talking to Charlie every single day.
00:16:41.240 Now you're telling me E is forwarding you
00:16:44.020 European type text threads.
00:16:46.700 And you're telling me that she's finding it
00:16:49.240 on Graper blogs.
00:16:50.320 What's she doing on Graper blogs?
00:16:51.660 And then he says, after not answering me,
00:16:53.940 LOL, just getting to this.
00:16:55.180 I actually totally get the suspicion.
00:16:57.740 I'll have one of them send you a link.
00:16:59.540 What do you mean one?
00:17:00.120 Who are you, Andrew?
00:17:01.300 So I remain suspicious.
00:17:04.660 And then he sends me this, okay?
00:17:09.260 I'm sorry to laugh at this.
00:17:11.620 Operation Graper X Anonymous.
00:17:14.640 And then he says the blog was linked in this Vox article.
00:17:18.360 And he sends me this Vox article,
00:17:20.340 which was just posted on that day
00:17:22.660 that the thread was posted.
00:17:24.300 So it's remarkable timing.
00:17:25.560 And I want to be very clear.
00:17:26.540 I am not mentioned in the article at all, and the article does not link to this post.
00:17:32.340 It links to the website where the post is at.
00:17:34.780 It's called, like, 4plebs.com, but it does not link to a Candace Owens post.
00:17:39.980 It does not link to a post that's about Charlie Kirk.
00:17:43.640 It links to a thread that is relevant to this article.
00:17:47.360 So he sends me this, and it's a post, and apparently Erica Kirk found this post.
00:17:52.680 and little did Candace and Charlie know,
00:17:56.940 little did Candace and Charlie know
00:17:57.900 that years later,
00:17:59.320 while Andrew is trying to basically be like,
00:18:01.780 we don't know who's trying to see this narrative
00:18:04.200 that you and Charlie are finding
00:18:05.800 and me and Charlie are like,
00:18:06.640 what the heck is going on?
00:18:07.600 Where are all these texts coming from?
00:18:09.400 His girlfriend and Andrew are assuring us
00:18:11.500 that it's the great verse.
00:18:13.900 Why she knows 4Plebs or 4chan,
00:18:16.860 which apparently 4Plebs archives 4chan,
00:18:20.620 how she knows to navigate around this website,
00:18:22.680 how she found this thread, which actually was not hyperlinked in the article, beats me. Beats me.
00:18:31.540 I think we actually have, I can show you the four plebs link, this one obscure post,
00:18:36.120 like saying attack Candace Charlie. I just want to point out to you guys, the actual,
00:18:41.080 when I found this, I was like, this is amazing. This is amazing. It's exactly the narrative
00:18:47.460 that Andrew Colvett is now going to say was real.
00:18:53.300 And I guess he, maybe he was the griper.
00:18:58.420 Maybe Erica was the griper.
00:19:00.000 I don't know.
00:19:01.720 It's a weird correspondence.
00:19:02.680 Thought I'd share that with you.
00:19:04.920 Right?
00:19:05.640 Because what they once claimed was made up, of course,
00:19:08.520 is now the very narrative
00:19:10.200 that they are attempting to espouse to the public.
00:19:12.100 If nothing else, this thread proves
00:19:16.020 that Andrew Colvett is a routine liar.
00:19:19.000 There was absolutely no falling out between me and Charlie.
00:19:20.980 I couldn't make sense of why someone was suddenly insisting
00:19:22.940 on trying to force that narrative in the media.
00:19:25.500 And look, Charlie, wherever you are,
00:19:27.740 I think it now makes a whole lot of sense to us, actually.
00:19:31.040 And I have to say it, I don't think it was the Gripers.
00:19:35.620 Anyway, I had another back forth with Andrew Colvett today.
00:19:39.340 Hold on, I gotta unlock my computer
00:19:40.560 because this is like kind of amazing.
00:19:42.000 So anyway, over the last 48 hours,
00:19:43.500 I started receiving like a little flurry of frustrated emails from parents, parents to
00:19:48.180 students at a school, a Christian school in Idaho.
00:19:51.420 And I'm going to riff on this because I want to make sure that these parents are not identified.
00:19:56.740 And basically, they let me know, which I tweeted before it was made public, that Erica was
00:20:01.380 attending and they described it.
00:20:03.160 That's why I put in quotation marks a secret event that they were made aware of in the
00:20:08.480 weekly newsletter.
00:20:09.280 They were told that they were not allowed to attend the event, that essentially this
00:20:13.260 was going to be an assembly for kids. Erica Kirk was going to come in and speak to the students
00:20:18.600 and the parents did not like this. They just felt like this was not cool. They don't like the
00:20:24.300 direction like many of us that Turning Point USA is going. And now suddenly you're just going to
00:20:28.180 like force the ideas of Turning Point USA onto the students and they don't have, they have to
00:20:35.020 attend. Effectively, you have to attend an assembly. I guess you could technically write a
00:20:40.000 and your kid could opt out of anything. But then I got an email this morning from someone who's
00:20:46.920 a separate person whose student was attending the event and actively texting during this event as
00:20:52.860 if she was in a hostage situation. The student was texting their mother and the mother was saying
00:21:01.100 as if they were all in a hostage situation. So this is the text message. I've obviously blacked
00:21:06.020 out. The person, the student wrote, okay, Big Kirk is here and we can't leave the school and we're
00:21:11.520 getting locked in the gym. And mom writes, what the F? The student writes, yeah. So if I don't
00:21:17.240 make it out alive, it's been fun. Obviously that's a joke and then shows a GIF. It's been fun.
00:21:23.520 And mom writes back, can you video it or photo it? So these were the messages that a student was
00:21:29.220 sending to their parents while they were in here, that they were in the gym. Obviously it does not
00:21:35.400 sound like this person went willfully to the assembly and really wanted to sign up and hear
00:21:40.660 Erica Kirk speak. And yet, remarkably, after I break the story, they then share this, which is
00:21:46.220 just to me, it's fundamentally dishonest. It's like a lie by severe omission when you're sharing
00:21:52.800 an audience attendance like, wow, look at all these kids who showed up to hear Erica speak
00:21:57.280 and leaving out the part that they were kind of forced to be there because it's a school assembly.
00:22:01.740 So this person writes, 500 plus outstanding high school student attendees at the Turning Point USA Club America tour stop at Nampa Christian School this morning.
00:22:13.200 Mrs. Erica Kirk delivered a powerful message to the generation of America First leaders.
00:22:18.180 The future is bright.
00:22:20.280 Mind you, the parents that told me about this said in the Newsweek letter they called it secret because the high school told them.
00:22:28.320 And it's middle school and high school, by the way.
00:22:30.260 So it's middle school and high school told them that they're not going to promote it
00:22:34.480 and Turning Point USA is not going to promote it.
00:22:36.460 And essentially, we're telling you this the week that this is happening.
00:22:39.440 So tough luck, sort of a thing.
00:22:41.040 And they're like, why are they popping up doing these secret events?
00:22:43.940 Like, why don't we have a say in this?
00:22:45.840 Why aren't people like being told with much more time in advance?
00:22:49.640 And so I comment back to this ridiculous idea, or I guess this ridiculous presentation,
00:22:55.940 PR presentation on X of like 500 plus students.
00:22:58.520 And I said this.
00:22:59.300 I said the students were forced to attend this event as a school assembly. They could not opt
00:23:03.800 out. The parents were informed that they were not allowed to attend alongside them. That is true.
00:23:08.260 The parents were told that. It is insane to me that you have administrations forcing events on
00:23:12.780 underage kids and that are trying to spin it to the public as successful club growth. It's a
00:23:17.800 fundamentally dishonest presentation. Do we all agree that that's a fundamentally dishonest
00:23:21.080 presentation to tweet that? So of course, Andrew Kovac got in the comments and he said, I'm missing
00:23:27.760 one thing that he said there, but he basically called me a liar. And I said, and that said that
00:23:33.520 it was Charlie's vision for club to have Club America chapters. We're going to get to that in
00:23:36.980 a second. I then write back. Hey, Candace, you can go back to the thread that you just had.
00:23:41.780 I wrote back. Hey, Andrew, Charlie's vision never included forcing his ideas on students ever. He
00:23:46.540 wanted to expand TPUSA organically. He wanted people to sign up for his events and clubs
00:23:51.180 willfully. He believed in the free markets. He did not believe in forcing young kids to sit
00:23:55.240 through a mandated assembly that they didn't want to attend so you could lie to donors about
00:24:00.680 attendance numbers. Club America was envisioned by Charlie as a grassroots movement from willful
00:24:06.360 students. Whatever the hell Erica is doing is clearly not that. And I do want to emphasize
00:24:11.180 that because this feels like just a complete inversion of reality. The entire reason that
00:24:17.420 Charlie wanted to go from college campus to college campus and he spoused conservative ideas
00:24:22.220 and get people to sign up for the club
00:24:23.600 and to do this grassroots
00:24:25.660 was because actually conservatives felt
00:24:28.960 that liberals were forcing their ideas,
00:24:31.100 that liberals were using administrative efforts
00:24:33.340 like, oh, it's Pride Month,
00:24:35.200 so everyone's gonna have to go to the assembly
00:24:36.540 and learn about transgenderism.
00:24:37.840 Like this was the big thrust
00:24:39.600 that we all were trying,
00:24:42.720 the thrust from the conservative movement
00:24:44.000 back in 2015, 2016,
00:24:46.580 when we were saying enough is enough,
00:24:47.800 stop forcing ideologies on kids.
00:24:50.920 and now we have them doing what effectively we were fighting.
00:24:55.540 That's what this feels like to me.
00:24:57.440 Anyway, Andrew replies and he says, wrong again.
00:25:00.180 Students were free to opt out.
00:25:02.240 Three students did so.
00:25:04.080 Over 500 chose to attend.
00:25:07.660 Nothing was forced.
00:25:08.560 What else you got, okay?
00:25:09.500 So then I realized he's doing the thing
00:25:11.080 where they're gonna get on a technicality.
00:25:13.120 Three opted out.
00:25:15.260 They were free to opt out.
00:25:16.460 Okay, I concede.
00:25:18.180 You are always able to, in a high school event, opt out of an assembly.
00:25:23.060 Mom can write you a note.
00:25:24.360 Dad can write you a note.
00:25:25.520 You can sit in a math class by yourself.
00:25:27.720 He's obviously missing the forest for the trees.
00:25:32.280 And so I wrote back to him, they did not choose, that's the word that I'm going to harp on,
00:25:36.220 to attend an event that took place in the middle of their regular school day.
00:25:40.000 It was planned for them by the school.
00:25:42.760 Parents were informed of this event in the weekly newsletter and were told that neither
00:25:46.240 turning point usa nor the school would be posting about it across their socials hence why parents
00:25:51.260 emailed me they're upset are you suggesting that students willfully signed up for this event if so
00:25:57.240 where and how and please be specific now i've got them cornered guys i've got them cornered
00:26:03.960 okay please be specific is a cornering andrew right backs right writes back essentially now
00:26:11.480 going to be like, you're the reason we didn't market it. Okay, Andrew. Okay. He writes back,
00:26:16.260 yeah, we don't market the event publicly for security reasons. Thanks for all your help on
00:26:20.340 that, by the way. I'm sorry. Why are they able to blame everybody but themselves for lapses in
00:26:29.240 security? Like, was I at UVU that day? Was I supposed to be providing protection to Charlie
00:26:32.740 Kirk? Do you think like generally speaking, people don't really feel like your events are safe when
00:26:37.040 you pretend that Erica's life is threatened when there's like not a big audience? I don't
00:26:41.460 know. I just feel like that's kind of a stretch to be like, I'm somehow the reason that they can't
00:26:46.360 go speak at high schools. Like I've ever said to people, go and yell and scream and disrupt. Never
00:26:52.380 actually have I ever done that. Anyways, he says that the reason they don't market is to make sure
00:26:57.180 kids have a safe environment. But thanks for admitting the event was not secret. Parents were
00:27:02.040 informed they had the option to opt out and three of them did. Next. Okay, I guess three students'
00:27:08.320 parents were a note, okay? Like, you know what I'm saying. I said, you didn't answer my question.
00:27:14.080 Did the students sign up to attend this event, yes or no? I'm aware that technically you can
00:27:19.640 quote-unquote opt out of pretty much anything in high school, but did these students opt in,
00:27:23.960 Andrew? Or did the administration organize this as a part of their regular school day? It's a very,
00:27:30.860 very easy yes or no question. Did they opt in, Andrew? And what does he come back with? Ah,
00:27:37.240 a concession. He's like gaslighting me about assembly in high school. Did you actually never
00:27:42.100 attend a school assembly in high school? These are distinct from our regular chapter meetings.
00:27:47.020 I can't believe I have to explain the basics to you. Okay, so it was an assembly and they didn't
00:27:53.040 opt in, Andrew. Thank you. I'm glad we got there, Andrew. You could just say that I was right and
00:27:59.040 you tried to like win this in a technicality by being like three kids' parents did go
00:28:02.940 max and say, no, they're not attending at all and got them out of there.
00:28:07.400 But the point is, is that this was just a part of their day, which means that you guys are doing
00:28:12.340 deals with the administration to have Erica speak. And that is not Charlie's vision. That
00:28:15.980 has never been Charlie's vision. It's never been his vision to force this upon people and to play
00:28:21.720 the power politics that you guys are constantly playing. This is what you believe. We can call
00:28:25.940 someone. Would you call a big Christian donor to the school? That's what I would guess. I bet if I
00:28:29.480 looked up the school, I could find some thread of a very wealthy donor to the school who they then
00:28:35.500 made a phone call to, and he got something done and got Erica in through the door. Charlie's vision
00:28:40.100 was for it to be grassroots, was for it to be somebody starts a club, an after-school club,
00:28:45.100 by the way, like something that would rival the debate club, by the way, and then it gets bigger
00:28:50.640 and bigger and bigger, and it becomes a staple across college campuses. Willfully, willfully,
00:28:56.220 They sign up because they go, wow, just like you did with Turning Point USA across college campuses.
00:29:01.340 People want to be a part of it.
00:29:02.620 They want to get involved.
00:29:03.560 They want to host people to speak.
00:29:05.400 And when they host people to speak, people sign up to go hear those people speak, even if they don't like them.
00:29:10.820 They're being introduced to different ideas.
00:29:13.060 But I've never done an event with Charlie where they were forced to listen to us.
00:29:17.220 In fact, it's the opposite.
00:29:18.220 I actually mock kids who sign up for tickets to show up and pretend that they were oppressed,
00:29:24.240 Like that one clip that they never showed the full extent of, but where the girl showed up and asked me, you know, you know, how what do you think about people who feel threatened by your general presence here?
00:29:35.980 I'm summarizing. And I said, life's tough. Get a helmet. Oh, like back of a line. I can't be your mommy.
00:29:42.260 I go, why are you here? This is an after school event that was put on. You are not required to be here.
00:29:47.920 you wasting your time standing in line, extracurricular, to say that you feel oppressed?
00:29:54.460 You're not required to be here. And there's freedom in that. You can make fun of these
00:29:58.080 kids for that because you're like, why are you wasting your time if no one's asking you and you
00:30:03.460 don't have to do this? If you truly are oppressed, just go home. Just go home. And so I wanted to
00:30:08.180 show you guys because nothing has been more silenced than Charlie Kirk's voice. I will say
00:30:14.160 that, especially at the helm of the new TPUSA, TPUSA 2.0. We got power. We know Kash Patel.
00:30:20.760 We know Pete Hegseth. We got the exec office on speed dial. We got Air Force Two and Air Force
00:30:27.340 One. I wanted you guys to hear Charlie's vision in his own words for what he wanted the high school
00:30:32.340 clubs to be. And this is taken from what really might be his final presentation on what he wanted
00:30:40.020 for Turning Point USA,
00:30:41.400 which is a very long presentation,
00:30:42.900 but this is the portion
00:30:43.800 of what was given
00:30:45.760 in front of Aspen donors.
00:30:49.780 Here's what he said about Club America.
00:30:51.460 Take a listen.
00:30:52.740 The high school program
00:30:53.580 is now called Club America.
00:30:55.660 We just hired 80 new full-time people last week.
00:30:58.900 This is just full-time people
00:31:00.140 just in the Club America department.
00:31:02.220 What is their job?
00:31:03.020 What do they do?
00:31:03.980 Every day,
00:31:04.520 they are sourcing new leads
00:31:05.980 of young high school kids
00:31:07.120 that want to start Club America chapters.
00:31:09.420 Want.
00:31:10.020 meet with the parents, meet with the administration, fill out the paperwork.
00:31:13.060 They're guiding the student through the process to get these chapters organized.
00:31:17.340 What we are trying to do is try to have full occupation where it's not a question of,
00:31:21.340 hey, do you have a Club America chapter?
00:31:23.840 The question should be, are you going to your Club America chapter meeting?
00:31:27.360 That's what success looks like.
00:31:29.060 It's no longer like, hey, do you have one in your local school?
00:31:31.220 It's, why aren't you showing up to your local Club America chapter?
00:31:33.740 Think about it.
00:31:34.340 How many of you that have dealt in local high schools,
00:31:35.880 you know that there's the DECA club or the debate club?
00:31:38.320 You just kind of, it's like built in.
00:31:39.380 We want the Club America chapter to just be a built-in perpetual motion machine that is there for students that love the country, love our founding values, love free markets, and want to talk about it.
00:31:53.980 That was his vision, Andrew.
00:31:56.820 Like debate club for kids that love the country, kids that want to get involved, other kids that were sourcing and leading these kids, showing them how to, they could sign up, start their own debate club.
00:32:05.460 until one day you looked back
00:32:06.600 and it was just a staple at every school,
00:32:08.920 like in the way that you look at debate clubs.
00:32:11.560 You know that every time you're in high school
00:32:12.660 that you can sign up for a debate club.
00:32:13.740 That was his vision.
00:32:15.360 There was no forcing people to listen
00:32:17.740 to my underqualified wife
00:32:19.640 because of powerful connections
00:32:20.920 that we have mentioned in this vision.
00:32:24.580 So take it or leave it, it's Charlie's own words.
00:32:29.020 We'll be right back after a brief break.
00:32:31.420 All right, you guys,
00:32:31.980 do you feel like you're working harder than ever

00:35:23.040 You know, that is what I have always believed and what I still believe. Stop forcing ideas
00:35:29.680 on underaged kids, that's it.
00:35:32.900 No, if you want to start a chapter,
00:35:35.480 you want to start a club,
00:35:36.460 you want to do this, great.
00:35:37.780 If you want to then sell your ideas
00:35:40.040 and kids are interested
00:35:40.820 and they want to sign up, great.
00:35:42.440 But this whole idea of mandating ideas,
00:35:44.820 which is what this feels like to me,
00:35:46.160 if you're mandating an idea, it's wrong.
00:35:48.620 It was extremely wrong when the left was doing it.
00:35:51.400 And it's wrong if the right is doing it too.
00:35:53.880 And it does always come from power.
00:35:55.940 So part of the emails that were sent to me
00:35:58.060 is the parents were wondering,
00:35:59.680 are we paying for this? Did someone accept a donation for this? Was money exchanged for this?
00:36:03.660 This just seems weird. It feels out of the blue and it feels secretive. So again, that was coming
00:36:08.480 from the parents, not me, Andrew Colbert. If you would like to gaslight them into believing
00:36:13.040 that their kids opted into this and sell it to the public and your donors as something else,
00:36:17.260 you're welcome to do that. But before you do, another question for you. This time, you and
00:36:22.960 Erica, it's regarding August 28th, right? A couple of weeks before Charlie's passing. I want to speak
00:36:28.580 about that date because there's just something that happened that registers to me as a bit odd
00:36:32.540 because to my knowledge and having spoken to people with direct knowledge, Andrew Colbert
00:36:38.640 should not have been doing public relations for Erica Kirk in August of 2025 outside of her
00:36:45.080 involvement with Turning Point USA. Faith, if she's coming to speak at an event, I am told
00:36:50.020 that in that capacity they would handle her media. Outside of that, it was not something that they
00:36:54.520 regularly did or did ever. So I will say allegedly, but that is coming from people who worked with
00:36:59.460 Andrew. Now, I want you to remember who Erica was on August 28th, 2025. She was virtually unknown
00:37:07.220 to the world as anyone other than Charlie Kirk's doting Christian wife who attended some of his
00:37:14.920 events to encourage women to get married young and to have tons of children and not to climb
00:37:20.060 the corporate ladder. This was a, you know, newer iteration of Erica. It was definitely not Erica
00:37:26.520 Franz Faye, but this, this was Mrs. Kirk and it was all about Christianity and faith. And she had
00:37:30.980 this Christian based clothing brand, which she started right when she met Charlie called
00:37:37.700 Proclaim 365, which by the way, that deserves an episode in and of itself, because for life of me,
00:37:43.460 I cannot figure out how it functions or if it functions as a profitable business. But I digress.
00:37:50.060 Yeah, curiously, on August 28th, 2025, I learned that Erica had a call with Andrew Colbett and executives at a company called Empress Films, right? Empress Films.
00:38:03.720 Now, what is Empress Films? I'm going to take you through it really quickly. What was the call about? That's what I'd like to know. Why was she on the phone with the company's top brass? I'd like to know that too.
00:38:13.360 Namely, this conference call was with Eben Davidson, who is the company's executive producer.
00:38:21.980 He came out of a long tenure with Paramount Pictures, and he was running the L.A. office for Empress Films.
00:38:28.040 Also on the call was two producers, who I'm not going to name, plus the founder of Empress Films, which is a woman named Emma Cooper.
00:38:35.860 The company is relatively new, established in 2020.
00:38:38.600 Their backstory is that Emma Cooper was previously the global president of non-scripted television at Pulse Films, where she worked on nonfiction films and series and then following what was a massive global success of her hit Netflix documentary series, which was entitled The Disappearance of Madeline McCann.
00:38:59.540 Extremely controversial disappearance, if you recall.
00:39:02.240 A Little Girl, lots of conspiracy theories that went with that.
00:39:05.460 Emma Cooper created then Empress Films
00:39:10.280 where she was going to chase
00:39:11.780 basically making that the regular beat of the company.
00:39:16.480 Murder Mystery.
00:39:17.280 She's done a lot of work with Murder Mystery stuff in general
00:39:19.720 and now Empress Films was going to be like
00:39:21.480 that's our thing, Murder Mystery.
00:39:23.920 I'm going to keep emphasizing that to you.
00:39:26.460 They're a newer company.
00:39:28.060 Murder Mystery is their regular beat, okay?
00:39:30.980 I'll take you through what they had produced
00:39:33.220 leading up to this call with Erica
00:39:35.000 and Andrew. Interestingly enough, in 2021, they launched with the docu-series,
00:39:41.680 Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's Shadow. I kid you not, you can go and find this on their Instagram,
00:39:47.640 just scrolling up from, hi, we're here, we're new. First thing they then promote is Ghislaine
00:39:52.720 Maxwell, Epstein's Shadow. It's a documentary that is, of course, sympathetic to Ghislaine
00:39:56.740 Maxwell, because all she did was sort of inherit Jeffrey Epstein's secrets or something. Now,
00:40:02.440 Admittedly, I did not watch this series, but I did take a look at the reviews and it received a mixed reaction.
00:40:07.720 Most notably, people were criticizing it for being too soft on Ghislaine.
00:40:11.060 That became this narrative like she was just the friend of Jeffrey Epstein, kind of painting her as a victim herself who was and they kind of used her upbringing to excuse her behavior.
00:40:23.840 One person even described the documentary as saying that it felt like a media puff piece about Ghislaine Maxwell.
00:40:30.760 Okay, Empress Films then also released
00:40:33.920 The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe.
00:40:36.460 Very controversial, controversial death in America.
00:40:39.740 It was called The Unheard Tapes.
00:40:41.900 And yes, they of course take the state's position,
00:40:46.040 which is nothing to see here about this death.
00:40:48.640 It's not mysterious at all.
00:40:50.720 Now, you know, she was involved with the Kennedy brothers.
00:40:52.780 This is Hollywood.
00:40:53.600 There was a lot going on.
00:40:55.240 But Vanity Fair did a review
00:40:59.380 and said, we thought it was going to be a conspiracy theory,
00:41:01.700 but they're taking the state's position of, sorry,
00:41:04.200 variety, not Vanity Fair, did a review.
00:41:06.320 And they wrote, quote,
00:41:07.120 we think we're hearing the beginning
00:41:09.240 of a conspiracy theory, and in a way we are,
00:41:11.940 but Anthony Summers, whose 1985 book,
00:41:14.860 Goddess, The Secret Lives of Marilyn Monroe,
00:41:16.620 is the basis of the documentary,
00:41:18.840 explicitly states that Monroe was not murdered.
00:41:22.400 The result of her tangle of destiny
00:41:24.660 was simply that the Kennedys,
00:41:26.020 who had been tempting fate by carrying on
00:41:27.840 simultaneous affairs with the world's most coveted movie star were told that they needed to cut ties
00:41:32.760 with her. It had become too risky, and so they did, and it devastated her. Coming after a year
00:41:36.700 of erotic behavior where she'd barely gotten through the shoot of the misfits, being dumped
00:41:40.780 by the Kennedys, it sent her into a tailspin. JFK didn't even say anything to her. She was ghosted.
00:41:46.100 She died not long after. So again, the state's narrative, there's a lot. I don't know if you've
00:41:50.560 ever looked into the death of Marilyn Monroe. There's a lot there, okay? There is a lot there.
00:41:56.380 I certainly would not rule out a murder at all. That's why it stays relevant.
00:42:01.240 And it feels like another state secret that is kind of being justified in a way.
00:42:07.040 Empress also then directed Who Killed Jill Dando? Now, this name is not familiar to people in
00:42:13.320 America, very much is familiar to people in the UK. It was a massive unsolved murder from the
00:42:18.560 90s of a UK journalist. She was basically shot point blank in broad daylight. And the murder
00:42:25.880 has been at the center of a lot of conspiracy theories since.
00:42:29.500 People alleging that at the time of her murder,
00:42:31.920 she was working on a story about former Yugoslavia
00:42:34.280 and what was going on with that war,
00:42:35.720 as well as many people who claim
00:42:37.080 that she was actually investigating a pedophile network
00:42:39.600 at the BBC, which included Jimmy Savile.
00:42:43.180 Again, I'm just telling you,
00:42:44.700 just taking you through what this company does.
00:42:47.320 They also created a miniseries on Princess Diana.
00:42:50.600 It was entitled Diana on her life,
00:42:53.880 And they are following up with that docu-series with Who Killed Diana, which was announced in 2024, exploring the conspiracies around her death.
00:43:04.180 And they did Andrew—I'm sorry, they did Depp versus Hurd.
00:43:09.240 So they did Johnny Depp versus Amber Hurd, and this, I'm assuming, was just because it was going on in the news.
00:43:16.600 They showed both testimonies side by side, exploring the trial and the online fallout that ensued.
00:43:22.300 then they did killing grounds
00:43:24.780 Gilgo Beach murders
00:43:26.580 okay like I mean if you
00:43:28.640 guys a bunch of women that
00:43:30.640 are found in Long Island it's like
00:43:32.580 a 10 year
00:43:34.420 serial killer the guy then does
00:43:36.640 a deal with the feds and then first
00:43:38.520 says he's not guilty and then says he's guilty
00:43:40.540 after doing a deal with the feds to
00:43:42.520 like submit himself for behavioral
00:43:44.640 analysts it's totally
00:43:46.600 bonkers I'm not going to get into it
00:43:48.360 because I'm making a broader point that
00:43:50.660 the focus of this company is murder mystery. And I just would like to know, I'd like to ask,
00:43:57.960 I would like to understand what is the context of this call that Erica and Andrew had? What
00:44:04.680 would they have been working on in August of 28th with this company? Who I would also like to say
00:44:09.500 is remarkably left-leaning. Like they are proud feminists at the Empress films. They are like,
00:44:15.320 you know pro lgbtq they wear that for fun around the office like you know whatever not f the
00:44:23.620 patriarchy but one of them was wearing a shirt and it doesn't matter who people are they're just
00:44:27.400 random employees but like slay the patriarchy and um what does her her shirt say there on the left
00:44:34.740 something what does it say never gender i can't see because it's a little too small for me my
00:44:41.420 eyesight gets so bad at the end of pregnancy. But, you know, the point is, is that they were they're
00:44:46.600 just liberal, which is fine. This is that you're allowed to start your own company and you're allowed
00:44:50.680 to espouse your own ideas. And it just makes it even more of an odd match for Erica Kirk and
00:44:55.720 Andrew Colbert. Like, in my opinion, it's a very odd match. Why are they on the phone? What is this
00:45:00.400 call about? What documentary were they working on? And how would that have fit into the general
00:45:05.080 picture of Empress films at this time? That's what I'd like to know. Just seems weird to me.
00:45:11.920 And I find that a little bit to be interesting. And Baron Coleman and I were discussing it and
00:45:16.500 we're like, this is weird, very weird. And I don't know why it's weird, but it just feels weird for
00:45:22.200 some reason when you are just running a clothing company. Like, were they going to do a documentary
00:45:26.480 on Erica's clothing company, a Christian clothing company partnering with this feminine? I don't
00:45:31.340 know. It doesn't register to me as correct. Anyway, moving on from that, I'm pretty excited
00:45:38.560 to hear Tucker Carlson finally call out his former employee, Blake Neff, because it was
00:45:43.880 so disgusting, so disgusting that Tucker Carlson is the only reason Blake Neff got the job with
00:45:49.280 Charlie Kirk. It is so funny. Blake Neff was not friends with Charlie Kirk. He's a random guy
00:45:53.800 who got fired from his job. Tucker Carlson had a heart and makes a phone call to help Blake Neff
00:45:59.960 get this job after he was kind of
00:46:01.900 floating around for years.
00:46:02.860 She was actually working for Stu Peters
00:46:04.160 and he calls in effectively a favor
00:46:07.360 to get him this job with Charlie Kirk.
00:46:09.900 So this was not Charlie Kirk
00:46:11.260 when I saw Candace out of the spot
00:46:13.160 and I met her and then I hired her.
00:46:15.680 This is Charlie Kirk actually being loyal
00:46:17.420 to Tucker Carlson,
00:46:18.860 who apparently has a bleeding heart
00:46:21.540 for former employees
00:46:22.520 and wanted to, after Blake Knapp
00:46:25.880 was involved in this racism scandal
00:46:27.400 for being a total creep online.
00:46:29.100 and now we see he's just a creep in general.
00:46:30.740 He probably should have just stayed as an online troll
00:46:32.560 wanting to help him take the next step in his life
00:46:35.340 working on The Charlie Kirk Show.
00:46:37.080 So Politico obviously is like a DC insider type publication
00:46:41.920 and we know that Blake Neff is best friends
00:46:44.820 with people involved in DC or whatever,
00:46:47.560 says that these are my friends, whatever.
00:46:49.780 And they tried to do this like puff piece of Blake Neff
00:46:53.320 calling him now Charlie Kirk's lieutenant,
00:46:55.740 which is crazy.
00:46:56.800 Charlie Kirk's lieutenant has second thoughts.
00:46:59.340 Blake Neff helped make stars
00:47:01.360 of Charlie Kirk and Tucker Carlson.
00:47:03.520 We are really doing the absolute most
00:47:06.400 with that subtitle.
00:47:08.420 Blake Neff turned Charlie Kirk
00:47:09.820 and Tucker Carlson into a star.
00:47:11.020 He helped to make them into stars.
00:47:13.180 Now he's trying to rein in what he unleashed.
00:47:17.300 Ah, you could see.
00:47:19.460 Blake Neff has the magic touch.
00:47:21.640 When you hear him talk, you just feel that way.
00:47:22.940 Like he could just turn anybody into a star.
00:47:24.760 He just got that it factor.
00:47:26.800 Like, you know, Stephen King's it factor.
00:47:30.460 Anyway, we have Tucker Carlson finally hitting at Blake Neff, who was taking swipes at him, lying, saying that Tucker Carlson and Charlie were not friends when he would not have had his job were Tucker Carlson and Charlie Kirk not friends.
00:47:45.940 Take a listen to what Tucker had to say regarding this Politico interview.
00:47:49.540 This is a profile of Blake Neff from Politico.
00:47:53.580 Neff confessed to grappling in a roundabout way
00:47:56.340 with the possibility that his maximalist position
00:47:58.920 on free speech has helped foster the conditions
00:48:01.940 that have allowed rank conspiracism to flourish.
00:48:05.780 I've reflected on this often, he said,
00:48:07.920 sipping a s'mores-slavered cold brew
00:48:09.980 on a leather couch in the studio's green room.
00:48:11.620 So let's just stop right there.
00:48:13.040 A maximalist position on free speech.
00:48:15.680 And this is not, by the way, that's not a Blake Neff quote.
00:48:17.560 It's just to be completely fair, and we want to be fair.
00:48:20.620 That's the anti-free speech Politico author Ian Ward's kind of clever framing here.
00:48:31.180 But it's very common, maximalist position.
00:48:33.180 Well, there's no maximalist position on free speech any more than there is on pregnancy.
00:48:37.820 You either are for it or you are pregnant or you're not.
00:48:41.600 Free speech means acknowledging the inherent right of your fellow citizens,
00:48:46.100 whether or not you like them, to say what they really think.
00:48:49.220 Period.
00:48:50.060 And if what they really think is repugnant to you, and if they have some version of events that you consider a poisonous conspiracy theory, there's not really anything you can do about it. In fact, there's literally nothing you can do about it under our system, and I would also argue under Christian precepts, other than rebut it and offer a competing vision that is more compelling to listeners.
00:49:11.900 That's it. As Charlie Kirk said at the outset
00:49:13.940 of this segment, more
00:49:15.980 speech. But that's
00:49:17.920 not the conclusion that many
00:49:19.960 on the right are coming to. Now
00:49:21.840 why? Probably because
00:49:23.840 they spend way too much time on social media
00:49:25.800 and they read every attack on themselves
00:49:27.840 and they get more
00:49:29.820 paranoid. In fact, they become kind of a
00:49:31.840 version of what they claim to hate, which is conspiracy nuts.
00:49:34.360 But they get completely overheated.
00:49:36.200 They feel like they're at war. I'm at
00:49:37.900 war. Never seen war
00:49:39.960 of course.
00:49:41.900 They think they're at war.
00:49:43.480 They think they're under attack.
00:49:45.880 And bit by bit, it completely corrodes their decency,
00:49:50.680 but also their sense of proportion.
00:49:52.680 And they wind up abandoning the principles
00:49:56.200 they're there to uphold.
00:49:58.420 So as they sit day after day underneath the sign
00:50:00.780 that says Charlie Kirk on it,
00:50:02.780 they wind up with views like this.
00:50:04.920 And we're going to read this.
00:50:06.240 And we're quoting.
00:50:07.300 This is Blake Neff, the guy in the Charlie Kirk show.
00:50:09.740 We got what we wanted on speech,
00:50:11.620 And that means we also have to endure a lot of things that were tamped down on before.
00:50:16.960 Nefsi has only two potential paths forward.
00:50:18.660 This is a verbatim quote.
00:50:19.920 Either we have to make our peace with censorship and explain how we're going to do that,
00:50:25.380 or we have to explain how we're going to combat this without censorship, period.
00:50:30.800 But we've got to confront it.
00:50:34.940 And that's the point at which you just feel like, well, we're done.
00:50:38.800 we may have to make our peace with censorship how would we do that it's like saying well you know
00:50:45.500 i'm really mad we may have to make our peace with genocide we may have to kill you know didn't
00:50:50.040 didn't ever think i'd say it didn't ever think i'd be here we're gonna have to kill them all
00:50:54.060 maybe there's another way to do it but it's possible we might have to make our peace with
00:50:59.040 murdering all their kids just because it's it's that important it's that bad didn't didn't ever
00:51:03.880 think we'd come to this place, but here we are. We're going to think about it. No, you can never
00:51:10.940 make your peace with turning other people into slaves. You can never be the slave master
00:51:21.000 because slavery is bad for them, but it's even worse for you. It is totally dehumanizing to
00:51:30.100 everyone involved to turn other human beings into something that is less than a human being.
00:51:36.080 And that is exactly what censorship does each and every time.
00:52:00.100 Get more, go further.
00:52:02.200 At participating Shell locations, conditions and limits apply.
00:52:05.420 Actual value may be lower.
00:52:06.960 Visit shell.ca slash loyalty for full details.
00:52:12.780 And it's just remarkable that Blake Neff is carrying on Charlie Kirk's legacy, Andrew Colbert as well.
00:52:18.640 We see how they, this is their either or, right?
00:52:21.480 They are either sending out legal letters, like they believe now that speech needs to be fought
00:52:28.740 as opposed to what Charlie's perspective was,
00:52:31.380 was that the way that you combat speech
00:52:32.920 is with better speech.
00:52:33.680 That's the answer to that question.
00:52:35.120 You think about it often, and you know what?
00:52:36.880 The only way that we defeat speech that we don't like
00:52:40.760 is with better speech, with better ideas,
00:52:44.700 with us being out there vocalizing
00:52:47.220 what we actually believe.
00:52:48.280 It's not an either-or.
00:52:49.460 It actually, it's just not an either-or, Blake.
00:52:52.020 But that is who they are.
00:52:53.640 I want to be clear.
00:52:54.400 That is what Turning Point USA is.
00:52:57.440 They are now electing into these positions
00:53:00.840 these influencers who are calling for lawsuits, censorship.
00:53:05.140 They want, trying to walk people into defamation claims
00:53:07.680 as you guys saw when I did my debate with Andrew Wilson.
00:53:09.920 And they're trying to keep their hands clean,
00:53:11.620 but they're obviously platforming these individuals
00:53:14.080 on Charlie Kirk's show,
00:53:16.160 who Charlie Kirk would have never hosted on his show.
00:53:19.600 He would have been disgusted with these people.
00:53:22.160 They are so gutter and so trash.
00:53:24.620 And that is what they are turning his namesake into.
00:53:26.860 just start your own show Blake if you really truly believe that you've got the it factor
00:53:34.680 sorry to laugh I'm sure your parents told you you do then start your own show Blake
00:53:41.720 because I've never you crash Charlie's um at actually this might be your only talent the
00:53:48.600 ability to have crashed an organization and have crashed a business and have crashed a six what
00:53:56.160 was once a successful show in the speed of one year might be the only demonstration of talent
00:54:02.540 that you have. And so, yeah, Blake is exactly as Tucker describes him. This is Rot at Turning
00:54:12.500 Point USA, and they're trying to soft launch these ideas. They are quite literally behaving
00:54:20.340 as what we termed to be the left.
00:54:24.600 The strategies that they are employing
00:54:26.440 are the strategies that the left employed in 2015
00:54:30.240 that we asserted need to be defeated.
00:54:33.340 You're too powerful, right?
00:54:35.640 You're just making phone calls.
00:54:36.980 You'll make this go away.
00:54:38.180 You'll make a person publish a hit piece.
00:54:40.180 You've got money.
00:54:41.300 You can spend to have somebody attacked.
00:54:44.260 You'll launch lawsuits to shut people up.
00:54:46.800 That is what Turning Point USA 2.0 is
00:54:50.040 and it is so far removed from Charlie Kirk's vision.
00:54:53.580 If you do not see that yet, you absolutely must wake up.
00:54:57.340 Gosh, we are so over time today.
00:54:59.640 We will take a quick break and be right back.
00:55:04.800 All right, you guys, do you maybe owe back taxes?
00:55:07.220 Do you have years of unfiled returns
00:55:08.740 or maybe you file every year,
00:55:10.020 but your tax balance just keeps growing?
00:55:12.200 The October tax deadline is already approaching
00:55:14.320 and now is the perfect time for you to take action.
00:55:17.260 Every month that you wait,
00:55:18.060 the IRS penalties and interest can continue adding
00:55:20.300 to what you already owe.
00:55:21.720 If you don't have a plan,
00:55:22.680 you could face an even bigger tax problem.
00:55:24.720 Before the IRS sends more letters
00:55:26.300 or takes collection action, call Tax Network USA.
00:55:30.120 They've been helping taxpayers nationwide
00:55:31.500 for more than 15 years, resolving back taxes,
00:55:33.980 unfiled returns, and serious IRS problems.
00:55:36.560 So whether you owe $10,000 or $10 million,
00:55:38.800 their team says that they've resolved
00:55:40.020 over $1 billion in tax debt.
00:55:42.340 Right now, you can get a free IRS investigative call
00:55:44.520 to find out what you owe
00:55:45.620 and what options may be available to you.
00:55:47.560 call 866-686-1651 or visit tnusa.com slash Candace. Again, that's tnusa.com slash Candace.
00:55:58.240 I also want to remind you guys about American financing because fast food stops with the
00:56:01.600 family have become out of control expensive. I mean, what used to be $20 is now $40 or $50.
00:56:07.260 Keeping up with household expenses gets harder each month as well. And if you're a homeowner
00:56:11.340 sitting on soaring credit card balances, you've probably considered refinancing,
00:56:15.020 but maybe hesitated thinking about
00:56:16.540 how you're enjoying a low mortgage rate.
00:56:18.960 But hanging on to a low rate doesn't actually help
00:56:21.060 if high-interest credit cards
00:56:22.200 are eating up your monthly income.
00:56:24.340 That's where the numbers can actually shift in your favor
00:56:26.120 with American Financing.
00:56:27.720 They can help you use your hard-earned equity
00:56:29.200 to wipe out high-interest credit card debt.
00:56:31.400 Instead of making minimum payments
00:56:32.580 on restaurant tabs for years,
00:56:34.000 you could join thousands of homeowners
00:56:35.300 that are saving an average of $800 a month
00:56:37.340 with American Financing.
00:56:39.080 There are no upfront fees, no pressure,
00:56:40.800 and no costs to find out your potential monthly savings.
00:56:44.060 Plus, starting now could mean delaying
00:56:45.520 up to two mortgage payments.
00:56:47.000 So call 800-795-1210.
00:56:49.980 Again, that's 800-795-1210
00:56:52.520 or visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens.
00:56:57.080 Okay, top comments from yesterday's episode.
00:56:59.360 Spilling the T writes,
00:57:00.420 Turning Point USA suing UVU for failing Charlie
00:57:03.500 and then they chose to have his one-year anniversary there.
00:57:07.320 It's top-notch insanity.
00:57:08.900 Yeah, it is.
00:57:09.840 It is top-notch insanity.
00:57:11.040 Like, if you believe that you were so failed by the state of Utah, why would you allow any anniversary event to be hosted at that same venue?
00:57:19.140 That doesn't make any sense.
00:57:20.820 This next user wrote, Turning Point USA probably canceled their Candace's on leave party when they found out that Barron would be taking over the show.
00:57:27.680 Oh, boy.
00:57:28.440 Yeah, it's only going to get worse.
00:57:29.520 I'm sorry, Blake.
00:57:31.020 Got to cancel the party.
00:57:32.240 They were probably so excited.
00:57:33.720 Like, she's gone for, like, eight weeks.
00:57:35.440 It's going to be so great.
00:57:36.320 and we're of course going to attack her every second of the day as we do whenever she's gone
00:57:40.780 even for a week. Coco Rose wrote and this is regarding the 2022 footage a mystery. She wrote
00:57:48.560 so there was footage readily available of Tyler Robinson from several years ago in a minor accident
00:57:52.560 but the footage of him turning himself in was deleted due to their retention policy. That's
00:57:57.700 correct. Remember Utah news broke that they tried to gamma request the cameras outside of Tyler
00:58:03.260 Robinson showing up to the police precinct. And they were told something about it being outside
00:58:08.620 of the bounds of how long they hold on to footage. So that is a remarkable point to bring up and
00:58:13.560 totally true. And by the way, I do want to add that we received an update on that. The same
00:58:19.280 two reporters who released that footage of Tyler Robinson, Scripps News, were the same two reporters
00:58:25.480 who released the footage of the person who was blamed,
00:58:29.760 Brian Cole Jr., for dropping off the pipe bombs in D.C.
00:58:34.380 for January 6th, another total Fed operation.
00:58:37.700 It was a Fed operation, January 6th.
00:58:38.720 I hope you guys have woken up to that.
00:58:40.240 Okay, we all were mad at each other.
00:58:41.940 We gotta get over.
00:58:42.720 You guys say sorry on both sides.
00:58:44.180 January 6th was a Fed operation.
00:58:46.220 And actually now Brian Cole's parents are speaking out.
00:58:48.520 They're actually going on Tucker Carlson to say
00:58:50.140 that it was a federal operation
00:58:51.780 and they put this on their son.
00:58:54.600 And what did they do?
00:58:55.240 They immediately released old footage of Brian Cole being pulled over.
00:58:59.940 It's like they're finding people and intentionally storing information about them.
00:59:05.200 And like maybe they're identifying people who are slightly autistic, are involved in
00:59:10.000 certain groups, are highly intelligent, and they're keeping them in a file in case the
00:59:13.860 feds need to commit a crime and pin it on them.
00:59:16.360 I find that to be remarkable, absolutely remarkable that it was the same two journalists
00:59:21.420 that got this footage that should not exist
00:59:24.240 either in Washington, D.C. or Virginia,
00:59:26.700 wherever Brian Cole is from,
00:59:27.880 or in Utah, as we demonstrated.
00:59:31.820 This is the new Turning Point USA, guys.
00:59:35.240 This is the new Turning Point USA.
00:59:37.620 This is a powerful apparatus,
00:59:40.180 is not the grassroots organization
00:59:42.800 that Charlie Kirk started.
00:59:45.400 And they will partner with anything,
00:59:48.120 anything and do anything.
00:59:50.140 They have proven that.
00:59:50.980 They have a proven track record of that.
00:59:52.400 They don't care.
00:59:53.760 Matt Tardio, we don't care.
00:59:55.180 We don't even care at all what you did.
00:59:58.540 Erica will have access to high schools
01:00:00.320 while you are chasing young women down alleys
01:00:03.080 in front of ICE facilities.
01:00:04.260 And we'll have you on the show
01:00:04.980 as long as you say something bad about Candace.
01:00:07.220 They are demonstrating who they are.
01:00:09.740 And parents are right to be alarmed
01:00:11.820 that these events are happening
01:00:14.020 under just a cloud of secrecy, so to speak.
01:00:18.720 Parents shouldn't be finding out about that
01:00:20.240 in a newsletter.
01:00:20.980 a weekly newsletter with no time to basically react.
01:00:26.160 Students shouldn't be texting their parents saying,
01:00:27.820 I'm trapped in a gym because Kirk is here.
01:00:31.900 I'm sure, obviously, like I said,
01:00:33.560 the second messages were tongue in cheek,
01:00:36.080 but it gives you a general sense of how they feel about her.
01:00:39.380 And yet they're required to attend an assembly.
01:00:41.240 Not required.
01:00:42.400 Three people did opt out for Andrew.
01:00:44.400 Three people opted out.
01:00:46.880 So there's that.
01:00:47.920 comments on today's episode blake neff reminds me of golem in lord of the rings where charlie's
01:00:56.000 microphone is the ring they're all just gunning for that power someone created needs to mock up
01:01:00.860 an ai short disgusting demons you are so correct you know who's got to do it the guy who what's
01:01:06.520 his uh uh remind me of where forbidden that sounds like a job for at where forbidden on x he makes
01:01:14.400 the best AI videos. And yes, it's like they all just wanted the power, all of them, Erica, Andrew
01:01:20.500 Colvett, Blake Neff, oh, it'll all be mine. And that's why they're crashing out and they're angry
01:01:25.300 at us and they're sending all of these goons to attack people who are investigating the Charles
01:01:29.440 Kirk assassination, which is just wild. Mandy writes, yet again, Andrew Colvett and Erica Kirk
01:01:33.700 forget their Bible and Jesus is teaching about not forcing people to accept his message. Jesus
01:01:38.140 tells the disciples to shake the dust off their feet, Matthew 10, 14, Mark 6, 11, and Luke 9, 5.
01:01:45.220 Well, you know how they read their Bibles. They read their Bibles how they want the Bibles
01:01:49.860 to be taken by the public. They find the verses about the widow and then say, honor the widow.
01:01:56.400 It's a very selfish read of the Bible. Then they command you guys and say, anything else is a cult.
01:02:02.820 If you see evidence with your own eyes, that is just, sorry, not occult, Gnosticism.
01:02:07.820 You're seeking secret knowledge.
01:02:11.100 It's Gnosticism to want to know who killed Charlie Kirk.
01:02:14.640 You don't want to do that.
01:02:15.640 It's forbidden.
01:02:16.860 Do not seek secret knowledge.
01:02:18.460 Trust the science.
01:02:20.640 Trust Alex Clark.
01:02:23.860 Zamet writes, I'm on Team Truth.
01:02:25.600 Candace Owens happens to be here with all of us.
01:02:29.700 Tivoli Wiley, hope I'm saying that right, writes,
01:02:31.940 And this, George, this, this is why we don't delete text messages. Yes, to my husband. This is why we don't delete text messages. Thank you. Tells me to clean up my digital life. No, I will not clean up my digital life. I keep messages from everybody forever. My digital life is a hot mess. I have nothing to hide.
01:02:51.760 That's also why, like, it's for lawsuits when Blake Lively, it's been a bad year for Blake's,
01:02:56.820 bad two years for Blake's, I gotta say that, when she's like, oh, this must be some plot.
01:03:01.300 Girl, have my phone. There's never a plot. I get involved in things that I'm passionate about,
01:03:05.580 and you better bet yourselves that if I was that passionate about Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively,
01:03:13.160 you can only imagine how I feel like it is my mission to expose what happened on September 10th.
01:03:20.440 Brittany Bricks writes,
01:03:21.660 I've been thinking about the various tactics
01:03:23.160 that you've opened our minds to,
01:03:24.480 like boiling the frog, MKUltra, et cetera.
01:03:26.500 I would love to know your thoughts on programming
01:03:27.880 in and around Charlie,
01:03:29.080 convincing people to turn on him.
01:03:30.400 I love you.
01:03:31.540 I agree with you.
01:03:33.120 I am revisiting my own life
01:03:34.660 and realizing that none of that stuff was by coincidence.
01:03:37.740 I mean, obviously me and Charlie noticed it was happening
01:03:40.500 and we're like, what's happened?
01:03:41.980 Why are these random attacks happening?
01:03:44.260 And I should have showed you all the messages
01:03:45.920 between us at that time
01:03:46.940 and we just couldn't figure it out.
01:03:48.720 And then we have this outside person at the time, Erica France Faye, being like, oh, it's the Grapers.
01:03:55.740 And Andrew's like, mm-hmm, it's the Grapers, making up the Grapers, making it up.
01:03:59.940 Well, Andrew, it can't be both.
01:04:02.780 Did Charlie and I stop being friends in 2019?
01:04:06.160 Or do the Grapers make that up?
01:04:07.620 It can't be both.
01:04:08.380 You can't go back on that, man.
01:04:11.740 Or do you maybe have a 4chan account?
01:04:15.340 Do you and Erica have a 4chan account?
01:04:17.120 I want to know.
01:04:17.780 I don't know many women who can work their way around 4chan.
01:04:20.040 I'll tell you that for free.
01:04:21.240 Any faith-based women that know how to work their way around 4chan or whatever,
01:04:25.880 that 4 or 4plebs archive.
01:04:30.500 And there was just happened to,
01:04:32.060 she logs on and she happens to find this post of exactly what Charlie and I
01:04:35.920 are living through that week.
01:04:36.740 It's the Gripers.
01:04:38.840 Just one post dedicated to it.
01:04:40.360 And she sends it to Andrew.
01:04:43.140 Why?
01:04:43.640 I didn't know him like that in 2019.
01:04:46.880 Anyway.
01:04:47.780 I'm saying way too much, as always.
01:04:50.200 This is what happens.
01:04:51.860 You guys, if you would like to support the show,
01:04:54.700 you know what you have to do.
01:04:56.240 You gotta buy some merch.
01:04:57.820 It's the easiest way to support us.
01:04:59.860 Buy a mug at canisones.com.
01:05:01.940 Buy a Standis cup.
01:05:03.160 Collect them all.
01:05:04.280 Christ is king.
01:05:05.560 We don't know no, but we know.
01:05:07.600 And soon we're gonna know no, Andrew.
01:05:10.880 You can't be lying like this.
01:05:12.360 You can't be lying by omission.
01:05:13.660 I do not accept that, okay?
01:05:16.360 I don't accept that, Andrew.
01:05:18.780 You can buy a CIA hat.
01:05:21.260 It actually should be the Decentralized Intelligence Agency.
01:05:24.720 We got nothing to hide.
