00:00:15.240 All right, you guys. Happy Tuesday. I'm just going to ask the question that's on my mind,
00:00:20.140 which is what goes on in Colorado? I mean, someone had mentioned to me, actually a few
00:00:24.960 of you guys had suggested that we may have kicked the hornet's nest somehow when we began
00:00:29.540 speaking about Viktor Marks, right? His alleged ties to Israel, the story we heard from Corby
00:00:34.980 Hall, his inexplicable relationship to Erica. That's when all of these random attacks kind
00:00:42.940 of started up against me and my family, as though they were leveling up to sort of distract us.
00:00:48.320 Trump suddenly posting my face on Time magazine, calling me the most vile person of the year.
00:00:53.440 Really? Jeffrey Epstein didn't deserve that honor. They then send out the wacky Larry
00:00:58.920 Loomer. Yeah, let's not lose focus, actually. Colorado, where Victor Marx is currently running
00:01:04.660 for governor, it is a beautiful state, actually ranked, I believe, the healthiest state in the
00:01:09.480 union. The state is also rich in the wrong kind of American history. And there was, in fact,
00:01:15.900 another shooting that took place on September 10th that we should briefly discuss. Also,
00:01:21.600 we finally received a name of the Hollywood deep fake company that we can confirm Turning Point
00:01:29.200 USA was meeting with following Charlie's tragic passing. We're going to show you what this company
00:01:36.240 is capable of, and I'm going to allow you to draw your own conclusions. And lastly, the admission
00:01:42.720 from Paramount Tactical, Gary Melton, that one of the children in Erica's Fort Huachuca alibi photo
00:01:50.280 is not hers, is not a subtle admission. Because it looks like the internet was right again.
00:01:56.940 Welcome back to Candace.
00:02:12.400 I still have a lot of questions about Victor Marks. You know, I went off to Italy to do my
00:02:16.940 confirmation got distracted. I had mentioned to you that despite him doing all those public posts
00:02:21.780 about me, he didn't respond to my Instagram message. And then he did. I just checked actually
00:02:28.280 saying he did while I was in Italy. He finally answered. And so I'm going to set a time for him
00:02:34.120 to, at least attempt to set a time for him to appear on the show and answer some questions.
00:02:38.620 Question number one I probably have is why was Viktor Marks the first documented public person
00:02:45.600 to do a video announcing that Charlie had passed
00:02:48.540 long before the president of the United States
00:02:50.680 or anybody else,
00:02:52.280 who was it that told him that Charlie was dead, right?
00:02:56.040 We may or may not get a solid answer to that,
00:02:58.660 but it certainly registered to me as odd.
00:03:01.720 Also, when and how did he get so close to Erica?
00:03:05.600 Dr. Kirk.
00:03:06.440 So close, in fact,
00:03:07.160 that he was in her immediate circle of comfort
00:03:10.640 after her husband was brutally murdered
00:03:12.440 in front of the entire world.
00:03:13.460 As soon as she flew back home to Arizona,
00:03:15.100 he was there to offer her a hug in her home, I might add, her personal space.
00:03:21.420 And I have since learned that at some point, Charlie and Victor Marks had a real falling out.
00:03:26.480 The reason why, I'm not sure.
00:03:28.820 But it was apparently bad enough, according to insiders at Turning Point USA,
00:03:32.560 that Charlie and Victor actually stopped following one another on social media for a period of time.
00:03:37.340 So I'll ask rhetorically, when and why and how did Erika remain or become so close to Victor Marks?
00:03:47.080 Because on the basis of the stories that we've heard about him, some of them from Victor himself, he seems to me to be a bit dangerous, right?
00:03:55.780 A tad unstable, if I may.
00:03:58.440 I don't really buy his pastoral act for one minute. And we checked and it appears that the
00:04:05.960 last time Victor Marks had done anything publicly with Charlie, appeared on Charlie's show,
00:04:10.240 it was in October of 2023. What happened in October of 2023? Well, Victor Marks appeared
00:04:18.700 on the Charlie Kirk show to provide Charlie with frontline reporting from, you guessed it,
00:04:26.500 Israel right after October 7th. Yes, naturally, of course, duh, Israel. Victor Marks went straight
00:04:32.680 there despite its heightened security states due to his contacts in the IDF. He was able to get
00:04:39.500 there. Don't believe me? Take a listen to Victor. Victor, you are live in Israel. Give us a frontline
00:04:45.560 report. I can tell you right now, it's worse than anyone can imagine. Today, I was at the
00:04:55.520 festival field, and they're not allowing anybody yet. But the relationships that we have with
00:05:01.900 special forces commanders here with the IDF are extensive, and they are taking us to places
00:05:08.760 so that we can tell the world, and America especially, what has happened.
00:05:16.880 And you know, I haven't exactly hunted down this rumor, but I did receive a few tips into our
00:05:23.580 in box that that is the reason that people who attended church were given as to why some of
00:05:29.480 these pastors knew Charlie was dead before somebody else because of their contacts in the IDF. Again,
00:05:33.940 I need to chase down those leads. But yeah, they have a pretty good intel, certainly. I would
00:05:42.080 imagine Israeli intelligence may have known first somehow. I wonder why they were interested. Who
00:05:47.100 knows? Anyway, is it fair, at least after listening to that, to suggest that Corby Hall
00:05:51.640 might have been telling the truth about Victor Marks potentially doing some work trying to
00:05:55.480 secure weaponry on behalf of Israel, on behalf of the IDF, allegedly, maybe. I think it's a fair
00:06:00.440 assumption. Anyway, now we know Victor is running for governor of Colorado, inspired by, according
00:06:06.340 to him, Charlie's untimely death. Something overtook him. He had to do something. And that
00:06:10.420 something was to run for the governor of Colorado. Okay. And Colorado is interesting for a lot of
00:06:16.280 reasons. On background, for those of you that do not live here, we Americans recognize it as sadly
00:06:23.500 the birthplace of school shootings. No one could forget Columbine. I was very young and it still
00:06:30.600 feels so raw, so shocking. I remember crowding around the big bulky screen TV waiting for
00:06:36.760 information to come through the mainstream media. Beyond that, not too far away, obviously in Aurora,
00:06:42.220 Colorado, there was one of the more infamous shootings, mass shootings, Batman, Batman-themed
00:06:49.560 shooting. When The Dark Knight came out, it took place in a theater. And we shouldn't forget here
00:06:55.840 that Erica Kirk's friend was there at the shooting in the movie theater. Erica seems to have bad luck
00:07:02.140 that way when it comes to shootings. Now, we can make an educated guess as to who that friend was,
00:07:07.720 but we still don't know for certain that person's identity or how they were involved.
00:07:13.560 Did they get hurt? I don't know.
00:07:16.900 Now, regarding Colorado, we also know that Charlie was supposed to be in Colorado the next day,
00:07:23.860 right, on September 11th, immediately following UVU.
00:07:26.160 His next event, which was for some reason barely publicized,
00:07:30.940 was to take place at Karis Bible College, September 11th.
00:07:35.480 We broke the story, actually.
00:07:38.180 We also broke the story that a security plan was not put in place for that event, which is remarkable.
00:07:43.960 And Brian Harpole has all but confirmed our reporting in his court filing against me.
00:07:49.320 Look at what he wrote regarding Karis Bible.
00:07:50.980 He said, according to Owens' supposed tipster, there was, quote, no security plan in place at Karis Bible College,
00:07:57.380 claiming that it was odd that Harpole's team planned Kirk's security strategy for Utah Valley University two weeks in advance,
00:08:04.120 but failed to contact the chief of police
00:08:06.420 for Woodland, Colorado
00:08:07.320 to plan security for Karis Bible College.
00:08:10.500 Owen specifically asked, quote,
00:08:11.760 why didn't Dan Flood and Brian Harpole
00:08:13.280 and Turning Point USA's security
00:08:14.700 have any coordination with police departments
00:08:17.460 up in Colorado
00:08:18.280 if this is what they normally do?
00:08:20.140 Question mark.
00:08:21.380 Then they put in quotations here,
00:08:23.240 I mean, in parentheses,
00:08:24.360 Harpole did not coordinate with Karis Bible College
00:08:26.640 nor the Woodland Police Department
00:08:28.040 because he was not advised
00:08:29.400 that Charlie would be visiting the school.
00:08:32.060 It was not uncommon for Charlie
00:08:33.120 to visit universities with only Dan Flood.
00:08:35.640 Really?
00:08:38.380 I think they just keep forgetting that,
00:08:40.200 like, I went on tour with Charlie for three years.
00:08:41.880 That's uncommon.
00:08:43.540 I don't know if it's happened.
00:08:44.660 I'm sure maybe we're going to find out in court if it's happened,
00:08:47.440 but it certainly would be described as uncommon,
00:08:50.680 whether it just be one person in security at a college event.
00:08:55.760 And he had no idea, didn't even had no,
00:08:58.620 you've been with Charlie for years.
00:09:00.400 you had no idea that that was his next stop that still strikes me as odd doesn't matter if you put
00:09:07.600 it in a filing doesn't make it uh suddenly oh i i now have clarity on the issue he says it's fine
00:09:14.540 i'm going to show you guys by the way this blurb in the local media in colorado seven days after
00:09:20.000 charlie died on september 17th clarifying and confirming that he was in fact due to speak there
00:09:24.300 the next day here it is um says in the corner the college had planned to host kirk after one day
00:09:30.260 after Wednesday's first stop of his American Comeback tour
00:09:32.860 at the Utah Valley University,
00:09:35.040 where he was shot and killed
00:09:36.440 while answering a question from an audience member.
00:09:38.980 Yeah, Woodland Park event honors his legacy.
00:09:42.660 Now, I should mention, by the way,
00:09:44.720 in case you're wondering regarding Karis Bible College,
00:09:47.760 the founder of it is this guy, Andrew Womack,
00:09:50.440 and you're thinking, is he former military?
00:09:53.840 Of course.
00:09:55.200 Don't be silly.
00:09:56.160 Grow up.
00:09:56.640 There's military ties everywhere, okay?
00:09:58.440 now after caris bible uh charlie was due to meet up as we learned uh with erica at colorado state
00:10:08.240 university which is situated at fort collins um erica confirmed that in her sit down with jesse
00:10:13.820 waters but he never made it obviously to either one of those events something else about colorado
00:10:19.280 that's interesting is that one of the planes that turning point usa uses and i want to be clear here
00:10:24.220 more specifically the plane that Charlie himself used for basically all of 2023 right after Mikey
00:10:33.620 McCoy becomes the chief of staff this plane um tail number 9582 mm Charlie begins using this
00:10:42.800 plane all through 2025 it was really kind of only towards the end that he switched to the other
00:10:47.880 plane that he used that day. But his plane was initially this one that he was using to go to
00:10:54.300 every event all across the country. But on the day of Charlie's assassination, we know Charlie did
00:10:58.500 not take that plane to Provo, but someone did. Someone known to Turning Point USA most certainly
00:11:04.500 did take that plane, N582MM. And they got there to Provo eventually after the shooting. I'm actually
00:11:12.740 going to tell you its flights that day in general. Again, this used to be Charlie's main plane. N582
00:11:19.880 MM, it is still tied to Paradise Jets, which the other plane is tied to as well, the one that he
00:11:24.460 did take that day. You can see that 25 minutes before Charlie was shot, the plane departs Denver,
00:11:32.920 Colorado. That's at 1158 a.m. Mountain Time. And then it heads to a military base in Pierre,
00:11:41.280 South Dakota. South Dakota is one of my Egyptian plane stops. It lands at 1256 p.m. mountain time.
00:11:48.800 So it departs 25 minutes before Charlie gets shot from Denver, Colorado, and then it lands into
00:11:53.680 Pierre, South Dakota about 23 minutes after Charlie was shot. Okay. Then whoever it is that's a bore
00:12:01.160 of his plane, who is a person known to starting point USA, stayed in South Dakota for about 50
00:12:06.020 minutes before heading onward to Chicago, Illinois, for what looks like a pickup. And then they went
00:12:12.280 straight to Provo, Utah, landing at 6.57 p.m. And then that plane stays overnight. I want to again
00:12:18.500 stress this plane is known to Turning Point USA. Somebody aboard that plane knows Charlie. After it
00:12:24.260 stayed overnight in Provo on September 10th, it then went back to Pierre, South Dakota. Again,
00:12:30.360 Nothing there, really, were in the Dakotas other than the military base.
00:12:36.360 Anyway, Colorado, as I've just seen, it just routinely comes up in the story.
00:12:43.460 I'm just interested in what goes on in Colorado.
00:12:45.840 And it would definitively be interesting to know who affiliated with Turning Point USA was aboard that plane from Denver that took off 25 minutes before Charlie got shot, headed for a military base.
00:12:56.760 switching gears here same topic really you may have remembered that on september 10th at almost
00:13:03.840 the exact same time down to the minute that charlie was shot there was another shooting
00:13:09.740 in colorado at a high school evergreen high school and it sort of disappeared from the
00:13:15.260 national media cycle of course local media stayed on this somewhat but not to the satisfaction
00:13:20.140 of the parents that went to the school i know i received a flurry of emails
00:13:24.400 did not really look into it. Parents that were not satisfied, who were requesting information,
00:13:29.400 they were not getting information. And, you know, I didn't really have time to look into it.
00:13:36.380 But I do think that it's worth discussing so that you kind of know what happened.
00:13:40.580 The official story is that a 16-year-old student who attended Evergreen High School named Desmond
00:13:46.800 holly showed up to school with the smith and wesson 38 special revolver at 12 21 two minutes
00:13:54.320 before charlie uh he he shot a 14 year old student at close range while still inside of the school
00:14:02.280 then desmond leaves the school building he crosses the foot football field and comes across a second
00:14:08.800 student that student's name is matthew silverstone and he shoots him at close range shoots him once
00:14:14.440 in the head, I believe also in the chest. And he does this at the intersection of South Olive Road
00:14:20.100 and Buffalo Park Road. A roofer, a guy who's literally working on roofs in construction,
00:14:27.060 a man named Delmar Martinez, filmed this initial confrontation. And in Martinez's footage, which
00:14:33.920 I'm going to show you the interview with Martinez, Desmond Holly is holding Matt Silverstone by the
00:14:39.860 neck, shoots him, then proceeds up the driveway. And then the video, Del Mar's video, captures
00:14:46.040 deputies shouting commands like, drop the gun. And one deputy is staying behind to provide aid
00:14:51.720 to Matthew Silverstone, while remaining law enforcement officers are following the shooter
00:14:56.380 up the driveway. Now, when the officers and Desmond Hawley had both moved out of frame,
00:15:03.800 out of the view of the roofer's camera, a final shot rings out, not captured by the camera,
00:15:09.700 it was Desmond shooting himself.
00:15:13.220 The sheriff's office has since confirmed
00:15:14.740 that only the deputies were the witnesses
00:15:17.000 to Holly shooting himself
00:15:18.400 after they gave their commands.
00:15:20.280 Okay, so here are just a couple of things
00:15:22.480 and they have very recently,
00:15:26.000 I mean, within the last few days,
00:15:27.740 done a massive document dump, finally,
00:15:30.380 which people will have to go through and confirm.
00:15:32.740 But I can just tell you some things off the bat
00:15:34.340 that locals and parents at the school
00:15:36.140 found immediately odd about the shooting
00:15:38.140 and the fact that they're just now getting any sorts of answers
00:15:40.960 and more documents, it's a long time to wait.
00:15:43.820 If that was your kids that were attending the school,
00:15:45.520 you could understand why these parents were frustrated
00:15:47.220 and were emailing me asking you to take a look into it.
00:15:50.080 One of the greater mysteries of the story is the first 911 call.
00:15:54.160 And this is, I'm quoting this from an email that I received.
00:15:56.560 One detail, she writes, that has never been publicly clarified
00:16:00.820 is who actually made the first 911 call
00:16:04.380 and from where that call was placed.
00:16:06.800 The call came in at 12.22, a full minute after the first shot was fired.
00:16:12.520 The description given to the dispatcher was unnervingly calm and measured.
00:16:17.360 They said, quote, something bad is going on a half mile south of Evergreen Lake.
00:16:23.880 This is a geographic reference rather than a direct report of gunshots from someone inside the building.
00:16:29.220 The caller's identity, the type of device used, and the precise location the call originated from
00:16:35.060 have never been publicly disclosed.
00:16:39.100 That registers to me as wacky.
00:16:40.480 I'm going to agree with this person that that's just, what do you mean?
00:16:42.600 Like, that's a very strange call.
00:16:44.440 Why are you not disclosing who that came in from?
00:16:46.140 Very easy.
00:16:48.040 Number two, another weird thing.
00:16:49.740 The general response in general.
00:16:51.960 Sorry, the response in general.
00:16:53.380 This woman writes, quote,
00:16:54.400 During the response to the Evergreen shooting, officers from mutual aid jurisdictions, people just coming in from other jurisdictions, who arrived on scene, went door to door knocking and verbally identifying themselves as police and SWAT and asking teachers and students to open up.
00:17:13.240 That is the opposite of what the established lockdown protocol requires.
00:17:17.300 The correct procedure, the one that has been the standard since Columbine, is that students and teachers stay behind locked doors no matter what.
00:17:24.400 You do not open for anyone.
00:17:25.800 And law enforcement uses school-provided keys to enter.
00:17:29.480 You do not open the door, period, not for anybody knocking, not even for someone saying that they're a cop.
00:17:34.860 The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office actually acknowledged this in their October 10th update and said that Jefferson County's deputies followed the protocol correctly, and it was the outside or mutual aid officers from neighboring agencies who started going door-to-door asking people to open up.
00:17:51.500 And the Sheriff's Office specifically credited the teachers and the students for doing the right thing by ignoring those requests and staying locked.
00:17:57.840 the sheriff's public explanation essentially placing the blame on interagency coordination
00:18:03.260 without naming which agency specifically sent the door-knocking officers or which agents
00:18:10.520 specifically or whether any accountability followed is odd. It's notable that Evergreen
00:18:18.940 High School is located in the same county where the Columbine High School massacre occurred.
00:18:24.340 So the Columbine lessons were very well learned in Jefferson County. The entire foundation
00:18:27.760 of modern school lockdown protocol nationwide
00:18:30.260 was structured upon the post-Columbine era
00:18:33.260 of school safety training.
00:18:35.140 The blueprint for standard protocol
00:18:36.840 that started 26 years ago with Columbine
00:18:39.560 was created and built largely
00:18:41.420 around this particular county's experience.
00:18:44.140 Why aren't we revealing who went door-to-door,
00:18:46.060 knocked and said,
00:18:47.220 I'm a police officer, open up?
00:18:49.340 I don't know.
00:18:51.500 Another odd detail regarding that roofer
00:18:53.440 who captured the footage of the scuffle,
00:18:54.960 which eventually led to the suicide of the shooter,
00:18:57.760 but he missed the suicide of the shooter.
00:19:00.060 And he also says he didn't see the suicide of the shooter.
00:19:02.480 Like I said, Delmar Martinez,
00:19:04.740 his story is that he was working a local job,
00:19:07.900 roofing, building,
00:19:09.460 and was either coming from or going to his lunch break.
00:19:14.080 But his story about how he captured the footage,
00:19:17.360 10 minutes of footage,
00:19:19.200 which, like I said, at no point shows Desmond Holly's suicide,
00:19:24.000 just the police officers and the scuffle
00:19:25.980 and rendering aid to Matthew Stone is odd.
00:19:29.680 Take a listen to the story that he tells on the news.
00:19:32.040 When you travel well, your KLM Royal Dutch Airlines ticket
00:19:36.060 takes you to more than just your destination.
00:19:39.100 It takes you to front row views, voices lost in the music,
00:19:43.800 and new shared memories.
00:19:46.120 And when the last song fades,
00:19:48.320 the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines crew is here to ensure
00:19:53.420 your journey home hits all the right notes.
00:19:55.980 In that moment, I didn't know how to react.
00:20:06.040 It's a feeling families, students, and the Evergreen community share
00:20:09.280 as they grapple with emotions and questions
00:20:11.880 in the days since the shooting at Evergreen High School.
00:20:15.640 I got out of the car and started to film.
00:20:18.840 For Delmer Martinez, it's grappling with what he witnessed
00:20:22.200 and caught on camera as the tragedy unfolded.
00:20:24.800 I realized later that this was a bigger issue.
00:20:27.960 Martinez del CBS, Colorado, he and another co-worker were working a roofing job in Evergreen.
00:20:33.100 They were driving along Buffalo Park Road near Olive Road when a police officer sped past them and got out of their car.
00:20:39.140 It was there where we saw a young person fighting.
00:20:42.120 He came out holding another student by the neck and the police was saying something for him to stop.
00:20:47.040 And so the student shot at the other teen and threw him. He threw him to the ground.
00:20:50.480 Martinez started recording while they were stopped on the side of the road.
00:20:53.840 The police didn't know how to react, whether to attend to the teen on the ground or follow the other one.
00:20:59.460 Videos shared by Martinez show what happened after he says the teen suspect shot the other student.
00:21:05.360 Other officers quickly arrived on scene and one of them followed the suspect up a dirt driveway.
00:21:11.180 He went off. He went off walking about 10 meters.
00:21:15.340 Officers appear to tell the suspect to put his weapon down.
00:21:18.940 That's when Martinez says he heard a gunshot.
00:21:21.740 Everything lasted about 10 minutes.
00:21:24.240 We've blurred out the right side of the video where another officer was performing first aid.
00:21:28.660 We wanted to leave, but there wasn't anywhere we could go.
00:21:32.180 Martinez says they didn't have cell reception at that location and didn't know what was happening to the students.
00:21:38.080 We didn't realize until 5.30 that we were filming something that was a lot more serious.
00:21:42.980 In hindsight, he wishes he could have done more to help in that moment.
00:21:47.040 I was scared. It didn't cross my mind to help.
00:21:49.940 but gives credit to the police for doing everything they could in that moment
00:21:53.700 to try to get to the scene and de-escalate the situation.
00:21:58.740 So right off the bat, maybe that all we'll check out,
00:22:02.180 but right off the bat when I heard this story, I'm like,
00:22:03.380 wait, a police officer sped past you and pulled over and you just pulled over too?
00:22:08.400 I've heard of rubbernecking, but I genuinely have never heard of
00:22:11.260 a police officer speeds past you, pulls over, and you go,
00:22:13.320 I'm just going to pull over too and just start filming.
00:22:15.540 Okay, interesting.
00:22:16.480 But the next part is actually even more odd.
00:22:19.940 Because, you see, he mentions the fact that he's a roofer and that he was working a job in Evergreen.
00:22:25.060 It's a very tight-knit community.
00:22:27.360 Well, locals who were very interested in this began searching, and they could not determine what house he and his co-workers were working on or what contractor they were working for.
00:22:37.540 So I don't know if you know this, but it is required by law.
00:22:40.320 You can't just go roofing and building a house.
00:22:42.680 And this is the case also in Evergreen without legally filing for a permit to do work with the city and or the town.
00:22:49.940 Everywhere I've ever lived, that's that is the circumstance. And certainly they confirmed it is the law here. So they should be able to do a quick permit search in Evergreen and say, oh, they were working on Joe's house down the street and went on their lunch break. Can't find anything. Researched every house to see what in Evergreen, which house he was working on. Can't determine it.
00:23:10.940 And journalists seem uninterested in determining that answer as well.
00:23:14.440 Seems like a lead that should be chased.
00:23:15.980 I certainly, if I was living in Evergreen, would want to know,
00:23:18.400 no, but what house were you actually working on?
00:23:21.580 Lastly, a point that's odd about this story,
00:23:24.040 and there are many points that are odd,
00:23:25.220 so I'm just kind of going through them quickly with you here.
00:23:28.540 The school resource officer, person that's supposed to be there,
00:23:32.720 obviously, you know, Corby Hall,
00:23:33.880 that was the interest of Victor Marks.
00:23:35.440 He wanted to put a full AR into the hands of every school resource officer.
00:23:40.180 Well, Evergreen High School did have a full-time school resource officer position, but the deputy that was assigned to that role happened to be on medical leave at the time of the shooting.
00:23:50.740 So a different deputy, whose primary assignment was actually another high school that was nine miles away, Conifer High School, was filling in part-time.
00:24:00.580 So he was working as the school officer for both Conifer High School and Evergreen.
00:24:08.360 He was the only one that was on duty
00:24:09.900 on the day of the shooting.
00:24:11.300 And initially, the reporting came out
00:24:13.420 and said that the SRO deputy
00:24:14.940 left Evergreen Campus around 10.30 a.m.
00:24:18.140 because he was responding to a nearby traffic crash.
00:24:22.460 And so he was off campus
00:24:23.980 when the shooting started at 12.21.
00:24:26.660 Now, this reporting turned out to be inaccurate.
00:24:28.460 They had to make adjustments.
00:24:29.920 They had to correct the sequence.
00:24:31.440 And they said, no, actually,
00:24:32.640 what happened was the sheriff's office revised this.
00:24:37.020 The deputy had actually started his morning at Conifer.
00:24:40.220 Then he made the drive to Evergreen.
00:24:42.240 He stayed at Evergreen for about an hour.
00:24:44.000 Then he drove back to Conifer.
00:24:45.920 Then he was dispatched from Conifer High School to a car crash.
00:24:52.040 And while en route to that car crash, that's when the call came in about the Evergreen shooting.
00:24:56.020 And he turned around and started heading toward Evergreen.
00:24:58.680 Now, that's another lead that hasn't been followed up on because nobody can find this alleged crash that he got dispatched to.
00:25:05.620 location of the crash he was originally dispatched to, never publicly released anything confirming
00:25:11.320 that information has not been found by people who are around the clock working to confirm these
00:25:16.360 details. There's been no coverage about a crash that took place. Maybe you could say, well, they
00:25:21.400 were overwhelmed with the shooting, perhaps. No crash report number, no location, no other parties
00:25:26.360 involved. It was reported, but never independently corroborated. There are a lot of reasons why
00:25:31.260 People are not feeling competent in what happened at another shooting in Colorado.
00:25:39.180 And the fact that it took place so close to the Charlie Kirk shooting is of interest.
00:25:43.060 Again, it could have nothing to do with Charlie Kirk shooting.
00:25:45.080 It could just be an unhappy consequence.
00:25:47.960 But we had received enough emails about it.
00:25:50.260 People, especially when we started bringing up Victor Marks and Colorado in general, I
00:25:54.280 thought, let me just kind of introduce that to a more national audience who may not have
00:25:58.580 been paying attention to it.
00:25:59.920 Like I said, there has recently been a huge document dump. Let's hope it provides more clarity and we will eventually see whether or not that's true. We're going to take a brief break here before I tell you a bit about this AI company, Hollywood AI company, and we take a look at Paramount Tacticals, Gary Mountain's latest slip.

00:27:13.080 I also wanna tell you guys about Nimi Skincare.
00:27:14.700 You know I love them.
00:27:15.680 I used to think that great skincare
00:27:16.820 had to be complicated,
00:27:18.760 like if I wasn't using 10 different products
00:27:20.540 and I somehow wasn't doing enough.
00:27:22.400 Then I found Nimi's three-step anti-aging routine
00:27:24.960 and it changed everything.
00:27:26.460 It's simple, fast, and my skin has never looked better.
00:27:28.980 Step one is the vitamin C cleanser.
00:27:31.220 It leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean
00:27:32.680 without that dry, tight feeling.
00:27:34.540 Then I use the peptide moisturizer during the day
00:27:36.760 for hydration and firmness.
00:27:38.340 And at night, the Renewal Night Cream is my favorite part.
00:27:40.980 I wake up looking rested, smoother, and glowing.
00:27:43.720 That's it, it's just three steps, morning and night.
00:27:45.680 What I love most is that Neemi focuses on ingredients that actually work without making

00:28:15.420 Amy2388 writes, I feel so validated about the fake picture of Erica's kids.
00:28:20.220 I have been screaming since it was released.
00:28:22.680 So let me back up and tell you, and you should feel validated, Miami, what she is referring to.
00:28:26.740 I touched upon it briefly yesterday, but during the Fort Huachuca madness, right,
00:28:31.840 when I really was just focused on the Brian Harpole maybe being at this meeting on the 9th,
00:28:38.440 less focused on why Erica may have been at a hotel.
00:28:41.180 She wasn't seen with Brian Harple, if Mitch's memory is to be believed.
00:28:47.420 What kind of exploded the Fort Huachuca story was this unnecessary coordination that was discovered between Andrew Colvett, who was supposed to have been, you know, moved away from PR because he was failing miserably at it.
00:29:01.620 They brought in Crisis PR, at least that's what Erica told me.
00:29:04.760 And Erica, coordinating with Andrew Colvett to get an alibi for Fort Huachuca to this obscure YouTuber, Paramount Tactical, Gary Melton.
00:29:15.960 He's, you know, former Green Beret.
00:29:18.180 He's very thick, and I'm talking like not a lot of thoughts happening.
00:29:24.600 He thinks he's putting puzzles together, but I just don't think that that's his thing.
00:29:29.520 And so it was very weird they were coordinating with this guy in general when everything was good between us at that time.
00:29:34.600 They could have just emailed me and said, hey, I saw you tell this guy, Mitch.
00:29:36.560 He thought Erica was here.
00:29:38.320 Here's her alibi.
00:29:39.360 Here's where she was actually on the 8th and the 9th.
00:29:42.380 And so when this moment was discovered and we can get ready to pull in this clip, it was quite shocking to see that they were coordinating.
00:29:50.340 that we have Erica and Andrew Colvac
00:29:54.280 coordinating with Paramount Tactical
00:29:55.240 and they wanted to keep that on the DL,
00:29:57.860 of course, because Gary's brain
00:30:00.460 is not firing very quickly.
00:30:02.820 He accidentally read the alibi live on air
00:30:05.960 and it was one of these moments.
00:30:08.340 Take a listen to Gary
00:30:10.800 on his thought-provoking show.
00:30:13.380 I asked him, hey, do you have proof of this?
00:30:14.540 He says, but it's worth saying
00:30:15.880 Erica wasn't in some fort in Tucson.
00:30:19.120 The internet has gone insane.
00:30:20.400 She woke up next to Charlie on the 9th, went to the office with Charlie all day, woke him
00:30:25.420 up from a nap before a fox hit, went to dinner with Charlie.
00:30:30.200 Literally, people are lunatics.
00:30:31.380 And then the next one, I will show you guys that one.
00:30:37.500 Right here, we have this one.
00:30:39.700 And then I'll show you an up-close picture with the metadata that we have on the screen
00:30:44.640 itself.
00:30:45.100 um proof she was with her kids at 8 33 a.m pacific time which again in september arizona's
00:30:55.500 on specific time pacific time specific time uh taking them for a walk apparently i wasn't
00:31:03.880 supposed to share that but anyways point being is that's 8 33 a.m it shows the date on that
00:31:12.220 Sorry, Andrew.
00:31:13.040 I screwed that up, man.
00:31:13.960 I was trying to run a podcast and do everything else.
00:31:17.360 But again, it's proof of what's going on here.
00:31:21.320 And I'm going to share the final screen, the final picture that shows the metadata for this, that she was indeed with the kids.
00:31:32.380 I keep hitting the wrong button.
00:31:34.900 You guys can see that.
00:31:35.820 It says right at the top, September 9th, 8.33 a.m.
00:31:40.100 Case closed.
00:31:41.720 Case closed.
00:31:45.360 He's doing his best.
00:31:47.120 He's doing his best.
00:31:48.180 It was on a specific time,
00:31:51.760 Pacific time,
00:31:53.020 specific time.
00:31:54.380 Arizona was on specific time.
00:31:55.880 It was a very specific time
00:31:56.820 in the Pacific.
00:31:58.880 But so we get to this moment
00:32:00.000 and you're going,
00:32:00.620 wait a second,
00:32:01.360 a lot of things happening here
00:32:02.880 that are weird,
00:32:03.500 but you could see Andrew's very clear.
00:32:05.080 This is her alibi for the ninth.
00:32:06.960 He also says,
00:32:07.980 which was very strange,
00:32:08.880 and I ended up texting
00:32:09.800 both him and Justin Strife after this,
00:32:11.280 that erica was at the office all day with charlie um she wasn't on the ninth she has never made that
00:32:16.680 claim publicly actually the exact opposite thing is what she tells jesse waters that charlie was
00:32:20.360 in the office all day so she was not with him on the ninth we were not the ninth was not ever in
00:32:24.220 question where erica kirk i wasn't really even really questioning but she may have had some
00:32:29.040 business at fort huachuca like i said her parents are in the military she may have just gone to a
00:32:32.900 hotel for a reason who knows uh but this moment made us go this is weird and instantly instantly
00:32:39.420 people like Miami in the chat here began making videos saying those aren't her kids. The son is
00:32:47.820 supposed to be 16 months, the daughter. These are not Erica Kirk's kids, by the way, because
00:32:53.680 critical thinking does not seem to be something that Gary Mountain's able to do. This is no
00:32:59.220 indication, even if these were her kids and she was covering their faces, this would be no indication
00:33:04.140 that Erica Kirk was with them. It's a photo of the kids by themselves. Okay, so this could be
00:33:09.320 taken by a nanny, right?
00:33:11.700 Nanny could have taken them somewhere
00:33:12.980 and they're sending you the photo of,
00:33:14.960 yeah, can you send me a photo of the kids?
00:33:16.380 Did you take that?
00:33:16.900 Here we go.
00:33:18.400 This is not proof of anything,
00:33:19.740 but the thing I want you to focus on
00:33:21.260 is they said kids.
00:33:22.340 Andrew said, here is proof she is with her kids.
00:33:25.400 And they did try to pass off the idea
00:33:27.980 that this was Erica's kids.
00:33:29.600 And I looked at the photo.
00:33:31.900 I'm an expert.
00:33:33.200 I had toddler hands, toddler everything.
00:33:34.960 I've got extra tall kids.
00:33:37.020 This was very clearly, at the very least, not her son, but I abstained.
00:33:42.600 I completely abstained from that until I received information from people who would know, who know the kids very well, and said, not only is that not her son, it's not her daughter.
00:33:53.780 I said, that's really, you're saying this is just somebody else's kids full stop?
00:33:58.740 And I'm not, I can't, I was not willing to allege that.
00:34:01.420 I also just feel a sense of ick when the kids are being used in an alibi.
00:34:05.660 I don't want to spotlight children, have people looking for children.
00:34:09.480 All of that was like, I'm just going to abstain from it.
00:34:12.220 I know deep down, at the very least, that isn't her son.
00:34:16.220 And I'm hearing from someone that it isn't her daughter either.
00:34:20.680 But I'm going to abstain from it until Gary Melton did what Gary does best.
00:34:26.040 He's the greatest PR firm.
00:34:27.920 He really is.
00:34:28.600 He's the greatest PR firm, not for Turning Point USA, but for the people.
00:34:32.420 He doesn't mean to be.
00:34:33.340 He's confirmed so many things by accident.
00:34:34.980 And he confirmed that Mitch was at Fort Huachuca when he brought on Mitch's son because, you know, they were going to crush me with his past.
00:34:44.040 And, oh, he's a terrible father. So don't listen. Doesn't even matter if Brian Harpo was there or Erica was there because looking at what a terrible guy Mitch is.
00:34:51.220 And then Mitch's son confirmed that he got a phone call on that day because the police were called.
00:34:56.940 And I guess he's kin and they reached out to him and asked him questions about his dad.
00:35:01.960 So Gary also accidentally confirmed that Mitch was at Fort Huachuca, which is another hilarious moment brought to you by Paramount not-so-tactical, it turns out.
00:35:12.480 So anyway, Gary Melton tweeted this a couple of days ago.
00:35:16.800 Yes, people have been pushing and insisting, these are not our kids, these are not our kids.
00:35:20.200 And someone wrote, is her son this big yet, or am I still stuck in the future with Charlie's apparent five-year-old?
00:35:27.460 I actually never read the tweet that he was responding to.
00:35:29.780 That's very funny.
00:35:31.180 Again, internet being asked not to believe our own eyes.
00:35:34.540 And Paramount, Gary finally responds and says,
00:35:38.000 it's not her son.
00:35:39.220 It's her daughter with another child.
00:35:41.180 Look, mystery solved.
00:35:43.800 Okay, don't gaslight us.
00:35:45.560 You were the people who introduced this.
00:35:48.160 Even if it were her actual children,
00:35:50.600 it would not have been a sufficient answer.
00:35:53.400 It would not have satisfied interest
00:35:55.120 as to whether she was with her kids.
00:35:56.840 Anybody can take a photo of your children
00:35:58.280 and send it to you.
00:35:58.920 Secondly, you presented this as concrete proof, case closed, that Erica was with her children.
00:36:05.060 Andrew says, here she is with the kids.
00:36:07.560 Now, suddenly, the internet has not let go of the fact that they don't think these are Erica's kids,
00:36:11.900 and you're now finally copping and saying, okay, well, maybe we went too big on the kid, too big on the son.
00:36:18.960 It's not her son, we admit.
00:36:21.040 So it's not proof of the kids full stop, and it's not proof that Erica is with her kids.
00:36:25.340 Again, why?
00:36:27.400 Why are we doing this?
00:36:28.580 Why are they being so weird? Why are they constantly adjusting, telling lies, gaslighting, being consistent, working behind the scenes to get out something that I was happy to just go ahead and debunk? Because like I said, I was like, you know, 40, 60. Maybe you saw her, maybe you didn't. Even if you did see her, doesn't mean Erica was doing anything weird like that. She lives in Arizona. She has a family that's involved militarily. That's not weird. It would not be weird unless you make it weird.
00:36:54.200 unless you start telling lies.
00:36:56.000 That is what makes people
00:36:57.760 not trust the Turning Point USA apparatus.
00:37:00.900 It's always this, a slight pivot.
00:37:02.180 You told us this,
00:37:03.200 now we're going to pivot
00:37:03.900 and give you a different story
00:37:05.740 and then basically say to you,
00:37:06.880 how dare you recognize
00:37:07.700 that the first story that we told you
00:37:09.080 was not accurate in its entirety.
00:37:12.240 Just true to Turning Point.
00:37:13.440 This is just their formula
00:37:14.520 that is failing upon the public,
00:37:15.780 I might add.
00:37:17.000 Switching gears,
00:37:17.680 yesterday we were telling you
00:37:18.540 that Turning Point USA,
00:37:19.400 in particular,
00:37:20.380 this Marcus Wada,
00:37:21.580 alleged former arms dealer,
00:37:24.200 that he's already actually incorporating AI voices
00:37:27.460 into their presentations.
00:37:29.100 We're going out to donors.
00:37:30.400 They're using a voiceover to narrate presentations.
00:37:33.660 Well, today we can confirm to you
00:37:35.020 that for a reason that is not yet known,
00:37:39.100 after Charlie's death,
00:37:40.320 and maybe even before Charlie's death,
00:37:42.980 but definitively after,
00:37:45.240 Marcus was meeting with and communicating
00:37:48.320 with Hollywood AI deep fake companies.
00:37:52.800 OK, they specialize in creating deep fakes. Now, maybe if this was a conservative company that specialized in making videos, you might go, OK, you know, back when Daily Wire was saying they were going to explode into Hollywood, that might make sense.
00:38:09.620 But why Turning Point USA? I'm going to give you the name of the company. It's VFXLA, okay? VFX Los Angeles. These guys were brought into Turning Point USA. Like I said, we can confirm that with Marcus Wada. I can't confirm that they created any content for him. But I would like to show you on their website what they say they specialize in. Let's just click around, right? Here we go.
00:38:33.220 It tells us here they do voice cloning. Yet another example of our AI capabilities is the recreation of a specific voice, voice cloning, using a bespoke AI model for that exact voice.
00:38:47.020 There is no accent or colloquialism that we cannot generate. Case in point, this project for fanatics collectible, where we had to reproduce the unique timbre and intonation of the deceased baseball commentator, Skip Carey, or Skip Carey. Sorry, I'm not a baseball fan, guys. I don't know how to say his last name.
00:39:05.700 Then it tells us to listen to his original voice, then to listen to this recording from the hired actor that was then read a new script, and then finally listen to our voice cloning of Skip Carey's AI voice, despite him passing away nearly 20 years ago.
00:39:23.100 oh that's interesting because i have donors telling me that they are convinced that it is ai they were
00:39:30.080 they were there charlie never said this super formal statement i appoint erica kirk if anything
00:39:35.300 were to happen to me i have many people emailed us by the way that work in ai have worked in ai
00:39:39.480 in years they were like candace i am telling you 100 that is ai i don't claim to be an expert i
00:39:44.360 just claim to follow interesting leads like this this is not all they do by the way they also can
00:39:49.720 make videos. Take a video of somebody, maybe somebody, as an example, giving a presentation
00:39:56.440 in Aspen, just as an example. And if they needed to add a sentence or do, these would be the guys
00:40:03.660 to do it. Let's actually click around and take a look at their deep fakes here, where if you want
00:40:09.100 to pull back up that website, Sky, where they explain how you're going to see this original
00:40:14.620 uk woman say something in a commercial and then they are going to you guys having some internet
00:40:19.900 issues no worries let me know when it's back up okay cool they pulled the video already so and
00:40:26.600 then they're going to take this original uk commercial and then they're going to make her
00:40:29.200 say it in german make the man that's also in the commercial say it in german they're going to make
00:40:34.800 them say it in french and how they did this for their clients and their clients were like
00:40:38.300 still looks a little uncanny something's off and then they were able to further
00:40:42.060 get the mouth to behave correctly
00:40:45.760 and say stuff that they actually never said,
00:40:50.060 or at least didn't say in that language.
00:40:52.380 Let's take a look at that video.
00:40:54.560 We will now show you the array of AI tools
00:40:57.260 and patented VFX methods we use
00:40:59.600 to create a lifelike lip sync of an aerial commercial
00:41:02.660 from the original British English
00:41:04.460 into French and then German.
00:41:06.580 So you've put on a freshly washed shirt
00:41:08.320 only to find smells have come back.
00:41:12.060 We started by mapping out the likeness of the original UK actors, which would later
00:41:30.820 be used to output their photorealistic deepfake features.
00:41:34.940 We then cast two French actors with likeness matching their UK counterparts, and recorded
00:41:39.580 plethora of what we call training footage to train our ai models for each then the voice cloning
00:41:45.980 requires ample amounts of editing sorting and cleaning up before we can train our ai voice
00:41:50.620 models to match the original actors voices with all that prep work and computing for my ai models
00:42:00.940 our lip syncs output are flawless right as they come out and ready for broadcast finally we were
00:42:06.300 asked to tweak the final smile of the actress as the client was not fully satisfied with
00:42:10.700 the original performance.
00:42:12.660 So we used our patented shape control method to create a multitude of incremental changes
00:42:17.240 in the intensity of the smile, adjusting the opening of the eyes, the pull of the zygomatics,
00:42:22.720 and the moisture of the lips until the client settled on their preferred performance.
00:42:27.420 in french german or any other language this is how we create cinema great lips
00:42:36.620 i'll ask the question i'll be the bad guy
00:42:42.780 what's turning point doing meeting with this company at all i gosh i don't know if it was
00:42:48.380 too long ago i'm getting old but turning point usa used to be an organization
00:42:53.660 that hit the ground at college campuses
00:42:55.820 to spread conservative principles
00:42:58.840 like free markets, capitalism.
00:43:03.700 What use do they have with Hollywood voice cloning
00:43:08.740 in particular?
00:43:13.220 Just seems a little strange to me.
00:43:15.000 And wouldn't you have less of a use for that
00:43:17.100 after Charlie died?
00:43:20.860 Almost less of a use.
00:43:21.740 Maybe you were like,
00:43:22.240 we can put Charlie in a bunch of different places.
00:43:24.180 And wouldn't you have less of a use for that
00:43:25.960 after Charlie died?
00:43:26.660 Like, wouldn't you maybe just like
00:43:27.900 kick that can down the road
00:43:29.500 if you were going to have a meeting like that?
00:43:31.140 No?
00:43:32.060 Well, I'd like to know.
00:43:33.260 Did they work with them?
00:43:34.140 Did they do anything with this company?
00:43:35.140 Was it just a meeting?
00:43:35.880 I mean, Andrew Colbert did say
00:43:37.300 they met with people that said
00:43:38.300 they could do all these deep fakes of Charlie
00:43:39.860 and they declined.
00:43:41.320 Did they decline them all?
00:43:42.200 Did they give them an example
00:43:43.520 of one they could do?
00:43:45.580 And Erica says she watched the video of Charlie
00:43:47.740 saying that he chose her
00:43:51.800 and the donors say that didn't happen.
00:43:54.940 Is it plausible that they showed her a deep fake?
00:44:00.180 Did she know it was deep fake?
00:44:03.120 Why would the donors, again,
00:44:04.480 what is the upside of wealthy donors
00:44:06.900 who went to Aspen to support Charlie
00:44:08.960 saying that this definitively did not happen
00:44:11.440 and that that moment is AI?
00:44:13.760 Also, why wouldn't Turning Point
00:44:15.580 use that moment on video to announce Erica Kirk?
00:44:19.200 You know, I just, none of that makes any sense to me.
00:44:24.000 And yeah, I will leave it at that.
00:44:26.620 We'll be right back after a brief break.

00:46:29.420 American Financing, America's home for home loans. All right, you guys, top comments from yesterday's
00:46:34.660 episode. Somebody wrote, why would Charlie say appoint my wife instead of I would appoint my
00:46:39.180 wife if something happened to me? Present tense instead of future tense. Good question. Team G
00:46:44.860 Family 4 writes, I appoint my wife reads like a Tyler Robinson text. It certainly does. Overly
00:46:51.260 formal. And Charlie was not this overly formal person. That's kind of what made him so engaging
00:46:58.040 on stage that he was able to be conversational. It does strike as remarkably formal as if he
00:47:03.060 was doing it, you know, like it was a coronation. I appointed my wife. Also, a comment from Dick
00:47:08.780 Shirley yesterday. He was bothered, really bothered that I wasn't born yesterday. I'm sorry. He wrote,
00:47:15.120 here you go, Candace. Here is a full favela video that you cannot comprehend as real, lol.
00:47:19.960 More dangerous than any of your family reunions, I would hope. Didn't know you were built so favela
00:47:24.560 like and dangerous, but respect. Okay, Nick, I don't know what to tell you. It isn't journalism
00:47:32.340 to people. It's just how they grow up. And thank you for all the Brazilians in the comments yesterday.
00:47:36.880 you were hilarious. You guys should scroll through yesterday's comments of being like,
00:47:41.060 this is the biggest joke I've ever heard. Like I said, you just live enough and you just,
00:47:45.060 it's so beyond ridiculous. It's not even worth debating. I know there's a sucker born every
00:47:49.680 minute, but you just have to be deep in the throes of suburbia to think that somebody can
00:47:55.060 infiltrate a gang in the favela 48 hours after 48 hours. Like just say with a camera and a mic,
00:48:01.480 you will be robbed so quickly. Viewers, do not try that at home. Okay, today's comments. Just saw
00:48:07.400 a big one come in on YouTube. Hello, Candace. Thank you so much for everything that you have
00:48:11.660 done for the world and blowing the lid off of all this ridiculousness. Quick question,
00:48:15.740 whatever happened to all the Mitt Romney stuff we took a break from? Much love from Texas. I'm
00:48:20.660 still looking into it there. I do think that is a piece of this. Utah, I forgot Mitt Romney kind
00:48:26.460 know, runs things. And, you know, this investigation is ongoing in so many different ways. You know,
00:48:31.620 we return to certain things when they fit into another piece. But the Mitt Romney thing is
00:48:35.380 incredibly compelling, especially his relationship, long relationship with BB Netanyahu. So thank you
00:48:40.660 for reminding me to return to that at some point. Comments from today's episode. Monica W. writes,
00:48:46.760 I rushed to see Oprah at four daily and my teenage self was often disappointed because I didn't care
00:48:52.100 about the topics. Now I rush to find your show time every day and I'm never disappointed. Either
00:48:56.420 i'm officially adulting or you spill the best truth tea thank you so much monica that's very
00:49:00.080 very sweet uh to even consider myself in that realm i guess oprah was is so different their
00:49:05.240 daytime talk television and she used to really go there by the way with her old shows and she was
00:49:10.760 covering some very interesting and compelling stuff so i appreciate that compliment uh rko
00:49:16.540 is life writes hello canis thank you so much for everything that you have done
00:49:20.820 for the world oh that's what i just read thank you guys i'm pulling that from youtube
00:49:24.220 some of that come in. Z.A. Mitt writes, Charlie Kirk did not die in vain. No, he did not. I
00:49:30.720 totally agree with you. Brooke writes, your independence is your superpower. It's rare to
00:49:34.360 see someone fight for the truth regarding Charlie with such loyalty. Calling out these cult leaders
00:49:37.760 is exactly what we need right now. Christ is king. And there are so many of them. And unfortunately,
00:49:42.300 many of them occupy the space of churches and mega churches. And they are telling you that
00:49:48.500 they're doing this for God. And I think people are recognizing it's not. They are actually
00:49:53.540 hacking into faith and trying to move people toward a political stance and really a devastating
00:49:59.540 political stance. This user writes, donor advised funds, Waterstone lawsuit, come with instructions
00:50:06.140 for the charity on what to allocate the funds to with keeping donor names secret. So I think it's
00:50:11.040 what Charlie was trying to audit. Known for foreign monies being moved in donor advised funds, I
00:50:16.700 believe, I just agree slightly, I believe he was looking at taking a close look at turning point
00:50:22.300 Action. Based on everything that I have looked at, based on the people I've spoken to within the
00:50:28.640 organization, the rumor is that Turning Point Action was missing $10 million. And Turning
00:50:33.720 Point Action actually built a backdoor. It has connections to Erica's mother. That is just a
00:50:39.100 fact. I'm blanking on the name of the company that she is on the board of with Tyler Boyer.
00:50:47.260 they act super feed super feed actually powers the turning point usa website so the app pardon me
00:50:55.440 so if you look into the app and you start to read the stuff you click past when you're downloading
00:50:59.900 an app it tells you super feed i i think that they probably built a lot of mechanisms and again
00:51:04.900 i'm speculating here but with a lot of pieces of people who were at turning point usa who are no
00:51:10.320 longer at turning point usa saying that that was where the money was missing from and if it was
00:51:15.980 turning point action, then there would be a direct tie to Lori Fransfey would have created a
00:51:20.240 serious kerfuffle in his relationship with his wife, if he found out something about Lori Fransfey,
00:51:25.960 who, yeah, I have a lot of question marks about her in general, but I've expressed that throughout
00:51:31.720 our Erica Kirk series, Bride of Charlie. Ali writes, or Ali, pardon, writes, Erica went on
00:51:37.520 Glenn Beck and said, Charlie wasn't texting people that he was going to be killed the day before.
00:51:42.340 When she privately admitted to you that this was false, why didn't she correct the record publicly?
00:51:45.820 isn't that weird yes you are correct that is weird she said it was such attitude right she's
00:51:51.420 like i have his phone uh he never said that and then she got clocked on it because i then the
00:51:57.300 next day said that's weird because andrew was one of the people he texted and he told me and then
00:52:01.820 she was like well then it's because you know stuff was set to delete dan flood okay this is your
00:52:08.720 husband he didn't tell you that he thought he was gonna die the night before but he had any sort of
00:52:11.680 anxiety about that. He's up the night before. You said he was just excited. It's a weird thing to
00:52:16.120 experience those two emotions at once. You're so excited about something that you've done that's
00:52:20.820 actually become quite mundane. I never remember Charlie at all of our tech messages the night
00:52:25.220 before, you know, hotel robes with paper thin walls where I could like hear the shower. Never
00:52:31.240 did I ever hear Charlie just be so excited about doing a college campus event because we just did
00:52:35.700 so many of them that he couldn't sleep. This night was different. He was so excited he couldn't sleep
00:52:40.080 but also thought he was going to be killed.
00:52:42.500 It's a lot of emotion going through one guy.
00:52:44.800 I believe one of those.
00:52:46.420 I believe that Charlie was fearful the night before
00:52:49.060 and not excited about doing a college campus event
00:52:53.400 at a college that he had already done a college campus event at.
00:52:56.540 This was not new.
00:52:57.280 It was not unique.
00:52:58.680 I mean, that's not to, you know, say anything to UVU crowd,
00:53:01.940 but this was his job.
00:53:04.240 Behind every F-35 jet is a Canadian company.
00:53:07.120 Horizontal tails built in Winnipeg,
00:53:08.720 engine sensors from Ottawa,
00:53:09.800 and stealth composite panels crafted in Lunenburg to name just a few.
00:53:13.160 Thanks to thousands of skilled Canadian workers,
00:53:15.240 the F-35 aircraft is delivering unmatched capabilities
00:53:18.040 for 20 allied nations around the world
00:53:19.960 and will generate more than $15.5 billion in industrial value for Canada.

00:53:35.480 And he was years and years and years and years into that job.
00:53:39.800 So I don't believe that's the reason he was up.
00:53:43.980 I don't.
00:53:45.020 When I put the blues clues together, that doesn't feel right.
00:53:47.500 And then she didn't mention that to her at all.
00:53:51.900 That doesn't register as right to me either.
00:53:55.120 And then it turns out that even when she tried to fix the lie,
00:53:58.080 which he probably thought through in a telegram,
00:54:01.040 that this is where this took place on telegram,
00:54:04.320 that was inaccurate.
00:54:06.740 And he actually texted Dan an iMessage.
00:54:08.920 So did somebody delete the messages before it was given to Erica?
00:54:13.340 I know she's not concerned, obviously.
00:54:16.540 None of this bothers her. None of the holes bother her.
00:54:18.500 She's just, you know, the loving, doting widow who believes every single piece that the Fed has spun and is not at all.
00:54:29.180 She doesn't even have one question about this investigation.
00:54:32.100 She just forgives him and she'd like to close this chapter and move on.
00:54:36.360 And that's that.
00:54:37.840 tj clark reich's ex aurora pd officer here september 10th was especially heavy for us due
00:54:43.900 to the local shooting um with charlie kirk right afterward i took my kids out of school on 9-11
00:54:49.120 because of it happy to help with local records requests if you ever need it thank you very much
00:54:52.940 i will save your username that's very helpful i don't know how um deep i will get into that
00:54:58.800 september 10th story but i did i did do believe it deserved a more national spotlight and i can
00:55:04.660 imagine what you guys went through that's a that's just a lot um oh i'm sorry you said aurora pd i'm
00:55:09.780 thinking of the september 10th one aurora pd was batman shooting and yeah that's super interesting
00:55:14.660 please do shoot us an email to more tips at canastomers.com so i can have your information
00:55:18.600 because uh i do have some questions about that totally bizarre the story of the one woman who
00:55:25.100 was shot like five times and taken out by police officers into a police car and
00:55:29.180 jessica garza i believe her name was something's very strange about that like i said i my conspiracy
00:55:36.860 is that these are military targets people that are being taken out the fact that she had just
00:55:40.560 survived another shooting um missed it in a food court up in canada there's a lot weird about that
00:55:47.240 story uh happy coma writes it was almost certainly the clear creek sheriff office working in
00:55:53.420 collaboration we don't have our own police department in evergreen that's interesting
00:55:57.680 State Patrol and Clear Creek responded.
00:56:00.460 That's very interesting.
00:56:01.600 And I would imagine that they would know the protocol,
00:56:04.820 having been in the area of Columbine.
00:56:07.160 Thank you for sharing that.
00:56:09.380 Julia writes, just saw a Words of Wisdom video
00:56:12.280 that Erica Kirk recorded of Charlie Kirk.
00:56:14.200 He said, you want to find out a lot about someone,
00:56:16.560 give them a bunch of power.
00:56:17.500 It just feels like a whole 2025-26 vibe
00:56:20.900 between TPUSA, Trump, and Israel.
00:56:23.100 Yeah, you know, somebody made the joke.
00:56:26.140 somebody who will not be named in the control room made the joke and it really tickled me
00:56:32.160 because if you watch Lord of the Rings and like all of the people fighting for power
00:56:36.600 for Charlie it's like Charlie was the only one who could actually hold the ring and not want
00:56:40.620 unlimited power and then they were like Erica comes out of nowhere and just tastes the power
00:56:45.840 and becomes that queen who's like I can be the queen I think we have that clip we have the show
00:56:49.900 the clip this is the moment I'm talking about if you're not a Lord of the Rings fan dismiss this
00:56:53.720 but this is, I'm like, yeah, yep.
00:56:56.820 The ring, tempting.
00:56:58.300 I can be your CEO.
00:57:00.020 Let's watch this clip.
00:57:01.800 I do not deny that my heart has greatly desired this.
00:57:11.880 In place of a dark lord, you would have a queen.
00:57:15.780 Not dark, but beautiful and terrible as a lord.
00:57:20.380 That trash is the sea.
00:57:23.720 It's stronger than the foundations of the earth.
00:57:29.280 All shall love me and despair.
00:57:37.200 Yeah.
00:57:38.800 Yeah, I think people wanted some power.
00:57:41.800 I don't know.
00:57:44.000 Instead of, you will have a queen.
00:57:46.380 I'm sorry.
00:57:47.340 I'm sorry that we are, we're not serious people.
00:57:50.340 Please ignore us.
00:57:51.040 Anyway, we have merch on the website.
00:57:52.320 Please ignore us, but do support us. You can join the book club on Friday. We will be doing my book, which I'm very, very excited about. You're just going to keep hearing me say that. Make him a sandwich. This is the first time I'm reading my book. And if you are a feminist, that is the challenge. Join the book club or read through it. I wonder if you, knowing more of the history of feminism, will be turned off to the movement. I bet you will. That was kind of what made me go, oh, I don't want to be a feminist anymore now that I know the true dark history behind it and who was driving that bus.
00:58:22.320 Also, of course, just to support our show and our freedom in general so that we can make Lord of the Ring jokes without being, well, we'll be canceled online.
00:58:28.620 That'll be cut, obviously.
00:58:30.200 Let's talk about how horrible and awful I am for noticing patterns of people who seem to want power while pretending they don't.
00:58:38.440 But you can support us in our independence by buying some merch in our store.
00:58:44.280 Beyond that, you guys, that is all that we have for you today.
00:58:47.260 Again, sorry that we were running a little bit late.
00:58:49.380 We will see you guys tomorrow.
00:58:52.320 We'll be right back.
