00:00:30.000 All right, you guys, happy Wednesday.

00:00:31.980 I am trying so hard to be on maternity leave, and I am failing.

00:00:36.080 I am failing in that endeavor.

00:00:37.720 I had to come back today because I received an irresistible scoop regarding the Taylor Swift-Blake Lively saga,

00:00:44.960 the scoop that nobody has, absolutely nobody has, and it is going to shake you.

00:00:49.140 I'm asking people in the chat, who do you think it is that got Taylor Swift to turn on Blake Lively?

00:00:54.780 And there's a lot of guesses right now, and I'm not seeing the right guess so far.

00:00:58.680 So we're going to cover that.

00:00:59.880 Plus, a lot of you guys were very concerned on Monday when I kind of briefly mentioned,

00:01:04.660 way too casually probably, that someone did indeed try to kill me or was plotting to kill me while I was on break.

00:01:10.940 And I was not joking at all.

00:01:12.240 I'm going to tell you guys about that person who has pled guilty, has not yet been sentenced.

00:01:17.520 And it is indeed a federal case.

00:01:19.220 So a lot to discuss today.

00:01:20.560 Let's jump right in.

00:01:21.520 Welcome back to Candace.

00:01:37.220 Look, I know there are a lot of people who do not understand my, your, everybody's obsession with this particular case.

00:01:45.520 But I want you guys to know, those of you that do not understand, that the problem is definitely you guys, okay?

00:01:50.400 It is like coming across people who don't understand the fandom of Harry Potter.

00:01:55.620 That's how I feel right now.

00:01:56.660 And we're like seven books in right now on this Blake Lively saga, and people are like, I don't understand why you like this.

00:02:02.220 And I'm like, this is a story about a baby who an evil dark wizard tried to murder.

00:02:08.280 It was an innocent baby.

00:02:09.880 Lord Voldemort just tried to murder while it was sitting in the crib, okay?

00:02:13.360 That's what happened here.

00:02:14.880 Justin Baldoni was an innocent baby sitting in the crib, and a dark lord tried to murder him for absolutely no reason.

00:02:22.060 And luckily, he had this wonderful spell, for those of you that follow Harry Potter, of love, love from his cousin that seems to be protecting him, love from people that have been following the saga.

00:02:31.240 Like I said, we're seven, we're seven books in.

00:02:33.260 We're not going away, okay?

00:02:35.160 Now, I tried to go away on maternity leave.

00:02:36.960 I did.

00:02:37.500 I said, I'm stepping away.

00:02:38.920 And I have to assume here that Brian Friedman absolutely despises me because it seems like he waited until I was vulnerable, until I was postpartum, to serve the mother of all subpoenas, a subpoena to Taylor Swift, right?

00:02:52.940 Or so we thought.

00:02:54.260 Because there were tons of news.

00:02:55.500 It's all the headlines.

00:02:56.340 I was like, oh, the subpoena has gone out regarding this subpoena.

00:02:59.920 But then when I went to go look for it, I couldn't find it.

00:03:05.060 It's like reportedly a subpoena was served by Taylor Swift.

00:03:07.960 I want you to think about that.

00:03:08.960 You've seen a ton of headlines about the subpoena.

00:03:10.760 You've seen her team react to the subpoena, but you haven't actually read the subpoena.

00:03:15.760 Has that subpoena even been filed?

00:03:17.740 Remember that.

00:03:18.540 Now, first, let's back up.

00:03:20.360 I have been saying since day one that if Wayfarer Studios and all the other parties want this lawsuit to end,

00:03:25.960 Brian Friedman has got to just serve Taylor Swift.

00:03:29.340 Now, why was I saying that?

00:03:30.800 Because obviously she was involved here.

00:03:32.640 OK, it was just obvious from day one.

00:03:35.200 Things were looking a little funny.

00:03:36.980 Taylor Swift had some involvement.

00:03:38.920 Now, it wasn't just her song.

00:03:41.020 It was also she came out of a relationship.

00:03:43.100 She was with Blake a lot, being photographed with Blake and Ryan all throughout New York City,

00:03:48.680 kind of in her like I'm back to single Taylor Swift era looking for something to do.

00:03:53.900 Then we read the text messages.

00:03:55.160 They're dropping Taylor Swift's name.

00:03:56.980 We learn from both Blake and Justin Baldoni and the actress Isabella Ferrer that also Taylor Swift had a hand in picking her for the role.

00:04:07.120 Must be supposed to believe that all of those three are liars and colluding with each other.

00:04:10.540 Taylor Swift was involved.

00:04:11.200 We also learned allegedly I'm saying all this allegedly allegedly that Taylor Swift got Brian Tyler, the composer, fired.

00:04:19.380 She didn't like him.

00:04:20.300 She had some old beef with him.

00:04:21.900 They brought in a new composer at the last minute.

00:04:24.260 You know, just a lot of like Taylor Swift stuff going on.

00:04:28.040 And then she did kind of the disappearing act, which is Taylor Swift's move when she's flying a little too close to the sun. 1.00

00:04:33.780 It's her thing.

00:04:34.360 That's what she does. 1.00

00:04:35.620 Tree, Tree Payne, her savage PR person from forever always knows when Taylor Swift is too close and Icarus has got to go away.

00:04:44.320 And I said, you got to subpoena her because, A, she's involved and also because they are never going to allow Taylor Swift to go down.

00:04:54.240 Who am I saying when I say they?

00:04:56.500 The Taylor Swift enterprise, the team.

00:04:59.680 OK, they will do literally anything to prevent Taylor Swift's text messages from being seen by the public that she would meet.

00:05:08.680 Why is that? Because Taylor Swift is worth $1.6 billion, my friends.

00:05:13.700 Try it.

00:05:14.420 Why don't you try being worth $1.6 billion?

00:05:16.440 Do you understand how many people live and eat off of Taylor Swift?

00:05:20.300 How many livelihoods depend upon her squeaky clean image? 1.00

00:05:25.780 You know, the perpetual 13 year old image suite, friendship bracelets.

00:05:29.540 They're going to protect that with everything that they have.

00:05:32.040 And I suspect, I don't know.

00:05:33.900 So, again, I'm saying allegedly that Taylor Swift might not be that nice if you were friends with her.

00:05:40.720 If you knew her, actually the real Taylor, you might get to know a different side of her.

00:05:44.180 She might not be 13 years old is all I'm saying.

00:05:46.320 OK, so finally, I go on maternity leave and Brian Friedman does the thing.

00:05:50.780 He seeks to subpoena her, allegedly, and her team immediately, Taylor Swift team comes out and they issue a scathing response and a statement to the press.

00:06:00.080 I'm going to read it here.

00:06:01.720 A rep for Taylor Swift told the media, Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie.

00:06:07.140 She was not involved in any casting or creative decisions.

00:06:10.360 I don't believe that.

00:06:11.360 She did not score the film.

00:06:13.220 OK, we didn't accuse her of that.

00:06:14.520 She never saw an edit or made any notes on the film.

00:06:18.220 She did not even see it ends with us until weeks after its public release.

00:06:23.480 We didn't ask that.

00:06:24.480 By the way, we never said she scored the film or made notes on the film.

00:06:27.560 We actually said that she read the script.

00:06:30.500 So this is all like saying stuff that is not being said.

00:06:33.500 It goes on.

00:06:34.720 And she was traveling around the globe during 2023, 2024, headlining the biggest tour in history.

00:06:42.540 Super humble here.

00:06:43.960 The connection Taylor had to this film was permitting the use of one song, My Tears Ricochet.

00:06:50.200 Given that her involvement was licensing a song for the film, which 19 other artists also did,

00:06:55.740 this document subpoena is designed to use Taylor Swift's name to draw public interest by creating

00:07:02.220 tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case, end quote.

00:07:07.680 So that's a lot of words to say that you are terrified.

00:07:12.740 OK, this is not a normal response to a subpoena if you don't have what they are seeking.

00:07:19.960 Right. If someone subpoenas me and says, Candace, I want the text messages between you and Blake

00:07:25.600 Lively, I don't need to issue a response to the media because I don't have text messages

00:07:29.980 between me and Blake Lively pertaining to Justin Baldoni.

00:07:32.400 I don't have them.

00:07:32.920 So I just have to tell the court I don't have that.

00:07:34.080 That doesn't exist.

00:07:35.120 I literally had nothing to do with this.

00:07:36.440 And so it's very easy.

00:07:37.600 And this happens, by the way.

00:07:38.500 I get dragged in, subpoenaed a million times in different lawsuits.

00:07:41.880 They think I'm involved.

00:07:42.980 And I just say, I'm sorry, Your Honor.

00:07:44.780 I have not even one message to that effect.

00:07:47.260 And that's it.

00:07:48.820 But they are signaling hard body that there's something here and they're kind of freaking

00:07:52.780 out here because their plan didn't work to send her away and say she bought a puppy with 0.59

00:07:56.380 Travis Kelsey.

00:07:57.440 Leave her alone. 1.00

00:07:58.060 She's off tour.

00:07:58.720 She's tired.

00:07:59.540 Didn't work.

00:08:00.200 Like I said, not a normal response.

00:08:01.620 Way too emotional.

00:08:03.480 And what happened next really in the media was kind of a flash in the pan.

00:08:08.500 Most people didn't realize that we never actually saw that subpoena to Taylor Swift.

00:08:13.140 What we saw, and I'm going to pull you up, I put together this little timeline for you

00:08:17.460 guys, was a subpoena to Venable LLP.

00:08:22.380 I'm going to walk you guys through this.

00:08:24.500 So on April 28th, Wayfarer Studios sends an email heads up to Venable LLP.

00:08:30.660 That is Taylor Swift's law firm.

00:08:33.460 OK, they're specifically requesting between communications between Taylor Swift's attorney

00:08:39.600 at that law firm, whose name is J. Douglas Baldridge, and Blake Lively's attorney, whose

00:08:46.340 name is Michael Gottlieb.

00:08:47.840 Now I'm going to show you J. Douglas Baldridge here in a photo.

00:08:51.180 He has represented Swift forever, dating back to her sexual assault case, which she won against

00:08:56.920 the radio host.

00:08:58.200 He's been with her for a long time.

00:08:59.600 So he is getting this subpoena via the firm that he works for, Venable LLP, and they're

00:09:04.780 asking him for messages between him and Michael Gottlieb.

00:09:09.180 And this is a photo of Michael Gottlieb, who is Blake Lively's attorney.

00:09:12.620 So that happened on April 28th.

00:09:13.840 On 29th, that subpoena officially went out through the courtroom.

00:09:17.980 And what happens next on May 2nd, you can see in this timeline, is that Venable responds,

00:09:23.860 Taylor's law firm responds.

00:09:25.180 They confirm they have received the email, received the subpoena, and they say that they're

00:09:30.060 evaluating whether they're going to object to the subpoena, but they want further clarification

00:09:35.080 on what is being sought. 0.92

00:09:36.920 So not exactly as strong, what are you talking about, you crazy person?

00:09:39.860 But like, what's, what do you, what do you know, I guess would be the question.

00:09:44.560 Then on May 12th, 10 days later, Taylor Swift's law firm files to have the subpoena quashed.

00:09:50.260 They're like, we don't want to be involved in this.

00:09:51.860 Please, please get us, we shouldn't have to abide by this subpoena.

00:09:57.360 And then the day after, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds consolidate as, you know, co-defendants,

00:10:03.980 and they similarly file a motion to have the Venable LLP subpoena quashed.

00:10:08.860 So they're all teaming up going, this subpoena, this cannot happen.

00:10:12.260 You cannot see these messages.

00:10:13.540 I'm going, but wait, why are Blake Lively's lawyer and Taylor Swift's lawyer messaging at

00:10:19.320 all?

00:10:19.620 What does Brian Friedman know?

00:10:21.840 What do the Wayfarer parties know?

00:10:23.240 That's interesting, right?

00:10:25.140 So what happens next is their excuse, by the way, when they filed on May 13th, they basically

00:10:31.520 said, and I'll read you, that the law firm, Venable LLP, does not represent any party to

00:10:36.860 this action.

00:10:37.580 So they don't represent Wayfarer.

00:10:39.360 They don't represent Blake.

00:10:40.460 Why are you pursuing anything via a subpoena to them?

00:10:44.160 And we want this dropped.

00:10:45.340 So then what happens is Brian Friedman writes a letter to Judge Lehman, and this is what

00:10:53.360 you guys saw in the media because we went, whoa, what is going on here?

00:10:56.920 He is saying a lot.

00:10:57.980 He drops a major bomb on his May 14th letter to Judge Lewis Lehman.

00:11:04.040 I'm going to read this in its entirety.

00:11:05.440 We can pull it up here.

00:11:06.200 The Wayfarer parties anticipate that Venable's motion to quash will be mooted in short order

00:11:13.460 as their counsel and Venable are conferring in good faith.

00:11:16.640 So he's saying the subpoena is moot anyways, because in the background, I'm communicating

00:11:22.060 the Wayfarer parties are communicating with Taylor Swift's law firm in good faith.

00:11:26.680 So we don't really need to do this through the legal system.

00:11:29.360 Then he says, however, the lively defendant's insistence that the subpoena seeks irrelevant

00:11:34.420 information is wrong.

00:11:36.240 The subpoena aims to obtain discovery relating to witness tampering and evidence

00:11:40.860 spoilation.

00:11:42.620 Specifically, the Wayfarer parties counsel are informed and believed based on information

00:11:48.280 from a source who is highly likely to have reliable information that Blake requested that Taylor

00:11:55.300 Swift delete their text messages and to that Michael Gottlieb, who is Blake's lawyer, counsel

00:12:02.500 for the lively defendants, contacted a Venable attorney that is Taylor Swift's attorney who

00:12:09.000 represents Miss Swift and demanded that Miss Swift release a statement of support to Miss

00:12:14.900 Lively, intimating that if Miss Swift refused to do so, then private text messages of a personal 0.99

00:12:21.320 nature in Miss Lively's possession would be released.

00:12:25.300 OK, so essentially saying they tried to extort Taylor Swift to come out and make a statement

00:12:32.680 in support of Justin Baldoni.

00:12:34.260 Major bomb.

00:12:35.380 Tons of TikTokers have covered. 0.92

00:12:36.560 This is not new information.

00:12:37.720 I'm just going over this slowly because there's some dogs that aren't barking here that I have

00:12:41.180 to point out to you.

00:12:42.020 OK, by the way, I just want to say, Michael Gottlieb, if these allegations are true, and I

00:12:47.900 believe that they are, that there was some extortion given the nature of the subpoena, which

00:12:52.420 is very specific, the only excuse for trying to extort Taylor Swift and thinking that you're

00:12:58.900 going to get away with it is crack cocaine.

00:13:01.160 Right.

00:13:01.580 It's like crystal meth.

00:13:02.580 You've got to be on a very specific strand of crystal meth to believe that this is going

00:13:08.520 to be a good play to call up Taylor Swift's attorney and be like, well, we've got these

00:13:13.380 messages about, you know, long friendship between these two girls and she knows the real Taylor.

00:13:20.420 And if she doesn't come out right now and support her in this suit against Justin Baldoni,

00:13:25.980 she's going down.

00:13:26.720 That to me just sounds like maybe the crystal meth that they kept referencing in that weird

00:13:31.240 skit, that weird promo skit that Ryan Reynolds did.

00:13:34.000 It feels to me like a Ryan Reynolds job.

00:13:36.120 Like he called up Michael Gottlieb and said, like, this is what we should do to force her to

00:13:40.320 support Blake, something he would do, something he would come up with.

00:13:43.660 Very bad idea.

00:13:45.040 OK, now I'm going to read because he then signed off on affidavit, a sworn statement that this

00:13:50.900 actually happened, that he had this information.

00:13:53.280 It was legit.

00:13:54.900 And this is exactly how Brian Friedman is saying that he received this information.

00:13:59.620 He says, I'm a partner at Friedman, Tatelman and Cooley.

00:14:03.060 And then we're going to go down to number three.

00:14:04.440 On February 14th, 2025, Valentine's Day, no less, I received a voicemail from a person

00:14:10.980 very closely linked to Taylor Swift, whom I subsequently called back the same day.

00:14:16.160 Out of respect for the individual in question, I am not identifying them at this point.

00:14:21.080 However, should the court direct me to do so, I will comply with the court's order.

00:14:25.360 So right there, we know Brian's telling the truth.

00:14:28.100 He's signing a sworn affidavit and he's also saying he got a voicemail.

00:14:31.160 You can't really fake a voicemail.

00:14:32.220 He's a lawyer.

00:14:32.820 He's in the middle of a lawsuit.

00:14:33.620 He obviously recorded the voicemail.

00:14:35.280 He has it.

00:14:35.840 He has it.

00:14:36.500 He's waiting to drop it.

00:14:37.900 He's signaling he wants to drop it, right?

00:14:39.820 He's saying, unless the court compels me to do it, I got to comply with the court order.

00:14:44.580 But right now, I'm going to protect this person, OK?

00:14:47.320 He goes on.

00:14:47.840 He says, during the February 14th phone call, which lasted approximately one hour, the speaker

00:14:52.400 told me that they had been informed that J. Douglas Baldrids, that's Taylor Swift's lawyer,

00:14:58.900 counsel for Taylor Swift and a partner at Venable, had received a phone call from Michael

00:15:03.200 Gottlieb, counsel for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, during which Mr. Gottlieb requested

00:15:07.900 on Miss Lively's behalf that Taylor Swift make a social media statement in support of Miss

00:15:14.680 Lively, given her absence from the Super Bowl that year, and stated that if Miss Swift failed

00:15:21.200 to do so, Miss Lively would release 10 years, he puts that in quotation marks, of private

00:15:26.820 text messages with Miss Swift.

00:15:28.320 The individual also told me that they had been informed that Mr. Baldrids had accused

00:15:33.120 Mr. Gottlieb of extortion and ended the call, OK?

00:15:36.400 I believe all of this.

00:15:38.220 And if you read the subpoena to Venable, it's very clear that he's specifically asking for

00:15:42.520 a text message, which took place after this call, which would confirm that that was the

00:15:47.800 nature of the call.

00:15:48.800 So maybe they got off the call and Douglas Baldrids was like, I can't believe you would try to

00:15:53.260 extort my client. 0.99

00:15:54.380 Are you crazy? 1.00

00:15:55.600 Are you out of your mind? 1.00

00:15:56.360 Michael Gottlieb replies, there's something here.

00:15:59.340 And like I said, this is the truth.

00:16:01.240 There'd be no reason for Brian Friedman to sign a sworn affidavit and lie, be willing to

00:16:05.420 lie under oath. 0.89

00:16:06.860 He'd have to be a totally crazed person.

00:16:09.420 He always brings the receipts.

00:16:10.880 I buy this.

00:16:12.280 So in response to this, by the way, we get a statement from Michael Gottlieb, who is strongly

00:16:19.020 denying that this took place.

00:16:21.000 So I want to pull up his statement. 0.90

00:16:22.180 Give me one second, which is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous that you want us to believe that

00:16:27.400 Brian Friedman completely went for broke and lied to all of us.

00:16:31.520 He responds and he says, we unequivocally deny all of these so-called allegations, which are

00:16:36.440 cowardly sourced to supposed anonymous sources and completely untethered from reality.

00:16:42.500 This is what we have come to expect from the Wayfarer Party's lawyers who appear to love

00:16:47.060 nothing more than shooting first without any evidence and with no care for the people they

00:16:51.580 are harming in the process.

00:16:53.260 We will imminently file motions with the court to hold these attorneys accountable for their

00:16:57.000 misconduct here.

00:16:58.000 So he's just hoping that the judge says, you know what, I don't like this and I'm not going

00:17:03.960 to grant this subpoena.

00:17:05.180 And so you're not we're not going to get those messages because he's lying.

00:17:08.260 I mean, I'm just saying it's right here.

00:17:09.300 I feel I sense very strongly that Michael Gottlieb, this phone call went went down and I know it

00:17:14.520 went down.

00:17:15.080 OK, because like I said, Brian Freeman has a very strong record of the truth.

00:17:18.780 He'd love to drop the receipts.

00:17:19.800 That's why the public is on Justin Baldoni's side in the first place.

00:17:23.540 But here's here's the big drum roll, you guys.

00:17:29.060 You're not going to believe this.

00:17:30.860 You're not going to believe this.

00:17:31.960 Who was this person?

00:17:33.780 Who was this unexpected dragon that has now served Blake Lively and Brian Reynolds on a

00:17:39.960 silver platter?

00:17:40.540 Right.

00:17:40.740 Because this person had to say, this is the exact message that you have to subpoena.

00:17:45.160 And why is that relevant?

00:17:46.020 Because if there is proof that Blake Lively told Taylor Swift to delete text messages back

00:17:52.760 in December when she first filed this lawsuit, well, you only tell somebody to delete text

00:17:56.780 messages that prove that the person in the other side of this case is telling the truth.

00:18:01.160 Right.

00:18:01.460 So she's telling her to delete text messages that would disprove her narrative.

00:18:05.700 So that person delivered that to Brian Friedman on a silver platter.

00:18:10.740 Who would have access to that?

00:18:12.560 Well, those messages could have only come into Taylor Swift's phone.

00:18:14.560 So this person does indeed have to be very close to Taylor Swift.

00:18:18.040 And then you get the second element of this, which is going to make the court upset that

00:18:21.540 you're telling me that they not only like witness tampered, but also then tried to extort.

00:18:27.420 And I love the fact that this is over the Super Bowl because it just shows you how vain

00:18:31.480 Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are.

00:18:33.820 Like it's February and Taylor Swift hasn't made a statement.

00:18:36.700 And they're like, oh, my gosh, we were with her last year at the Super Bowl.

00:18:39.380 And we're not with her this year.

00:18:41.260 And that looks really bad.

00:18:43.020 So like, oh, we should be like extort her. 0.99

00:18:45.420 I don't know.

00:18:46.400 Like, should we just like extort her to make a statement in support of us? 0.67

00:18:48.580 People don't realize that we're not there and we're not friends with her.

00:18:50.980 Yeah, that's a really good idea.

00:18:52.620 Have our lawyer call her lawyer and extort her. 1.00

00:18:56.240 Allegedly.

00:18:56.880 Allegedly.

00:18:57.960 So who was the person who was unexpected dragon?

00:19:00.560 Who was the person that very clearly after this Super Bowl thing got upset?

00:19:05.180 But drumroll, please, you guys.

00:19:08.540 Allegedly.

00:19:09.360 Allegedly.

00:19:12.360 Taylor Swift's father, Scott Swift.

00:19:17.880 I love this so much.

00:19:19.280 You guys, you guys, this means the mother of dragons, Khaleesi, forgot that there could be

00:19:24.320 a father to the dragon, a father to her dragon, Taylor Swift.

00:19:30.680 Swift, this savage man, Scott Swift, is going to turn me into a Swifty.

00:19:35.100 When I say a Swifty, I don't mean a Taylor Swift fan.

00:19:37.280 OK, I mean a Scott Swift fan because this was a savage move.

00:19:43.680 And by the way, I want to be clear.

00:19:45.160 The reason why I respect this move is because it's his daughter.

00:19:47.780 OK, I'm always going to respect a parent that is willing to burn it all down to the ground

00:19:53.300 to protect their kid.

00:19:54.500 OK, there's an element of that that as a parent, real going to recognize real.

00:19:58.440 And Scott Swift played me.

00:19:59.780 He saw me.

00:20:00.560 Scott Swift saw me.

00:20:01.580 Fisherman always.

00:20:02.180 He's another fisherman.

00:20:02.940 He saw me salivating for these text messages.

00:20:06.040 He saw me being like, we're going to see the real Taylor Swift.

00:20:08.200 And he was like, no, no, Candace, the world will never meet the real Taylor Swift.

00:20:13.120 But what clearly set him off, given the timeline of you seeing you see a phone call allegedly

00:20:18.180 coming in on February 14th, it would have been this extortion attempt.

00:20:21.780 And I wouldn't try it.

00:20:22.980 I keep trying to tell people.

00:20:24.980 Taylor Swift's parents are not from nowhere.

00:20:27.600 They're not nobodies.

00:20:28.680 Scott Swift, what's his background?

00:20:30.580 Stock broker.

00:20:31.860 OK, her family was so financially successful that when their little girl said, I want to

00:20:36.360 be a singer, they up and moved her to Nashville. 0.98

00:20:39.960 OK, got her in touch with all the right people.

00:20:42.360 And Scott took a percentage of the company that signed his daughter, 5% of the company that

00:20:50.060 signed his daughter like he's a financially savvy.

00:20:53.500 You don't come around and try to play any game with a person that is financially savvy.

00:20:58.540 He's so financially savvy that he established the financial advisor group at Merrill Lynch,

00:21:04.900 where he's worked forever at Merrill Lynch.

00:21:06.280 That is called the Swift group.

00:21:08.420 It's called the Swift group.

00:21:09.080 It's his.

00:21:09.520 The whole group is his.

00:21:11.180 And he's giving people a financial advice.

00:21:13.120 And I'm sure that if he could have given Blake and Ryan any financial advice, it would have

00:21:16.120 been don't.

00:21:17.600 Don't.

00:21:18.120 Do any of this.

00:21:19.380 OK.

00:21:19.600 And so your daddy Swift and you receive word that someone is in possession of 10 years

00:21:29.460 of text messages, which in a relationship that she thought was a friendship, and they're

00:21:34.440 threatening to just release stuff, you know, implying having your lawyer say, remind your

00:21:39.560 client that Blake has 10 years of text messages.

00:21:43.780 They were friends for 10 years.

00:21:45.700 It would probably be best if she just issued a statement of support.

00:21:49.140 But you didn't threaten Taylor Swift, my friend.

00:21:53.540 You you kind of threatened an entire empire.

00:21:57.420 The arrows tour alone, according to Bloomberg, generated more than four point three billion

00:22:03.100 dollars for the United States GDP.

00:22:06.460 OK, four point three billion dollars just for the United States.

00:22:09.780 It was a global tour.

00:22:12.300 So you're going to come around.

00:22:13.440 You're going to threaten everybody that eats off of Taylor Swift by saying we're going to

00:22:17.160 show you the real Taylor Swift and you don't think that daddy or mommy dragon is going to

00:22:22.080 wake up and be like, it's not going down like this.

00:22:25.300 And he fired a shot straight at them.

00:22:27.840 He wants to know, even in following the subpoena, that, yeah, we're working with them because

00:22:33.220 nobody else would have this message.

00:22:34.860 OK, so Blake and Ryan are really just they're freaking out.

00:22:37.280 They understand now that Taylor Swift is not their friend.

00:22:40.080 OK, that Taylor Swift's dad is saying, you want to go to war, let's go to war.

00:22:44.340 And what does this mean for Ryan and Blake?

00:22:45.980 They probably should back down immediately because you are not winning a war with somebody

00:22:50.780 that can inspire four point three billion dollars for the United States GDP by going on tour.

00:22:57.420 OK, you're not you're just not going to win that war at all.

00:23:00.520 What are they going to do?

00:23:01.440 I don't know.

00:23:01.920 We know their personalities are extremely vain.

00:23:04.300 Ryan has some tendencies, I would say. 0.99

00:23:08.160 He's definitely crazy. 0.98

00:23:10.460 My that's my perspective. 1.00

00:23:12.680 Ryan is definitely crazy.

00:23:13.660 And the last thing, the last card they have to play is to release Taylor Swift's text messages.

00:23:20.740 They could just release to the public.

00:23:22.060 It's irrelevant for this case.

00:23:24.240 Case, as far as I'm concerned, is unofficially over.

00:23:26.860 It's over right now.

00:23:28.560 They have let you know it's over because they're going to they've served her up on a platter.

00:23:32.020 OK, we didn't delete the messages.

00:23:34.180 We still have the messages. 0.99

00:23:35.300 Also, you're an idiot, Blake, for thinking that texting someone and saying delete the messages means that no one can ever find these messages. 0.99

00:23:43.160 Like that's like, come on, Blake. 1.00

00:23:44.460 Come on, girl. 1.00

00:23:46.020 It's not how it works.

00:23:47.100 It's not how it works in tech land.

00:23:48.600 You can't just delete the message and then it's over forever.

00:23:50.720 And now people are going to wonder what that message was that you want to delete it.

00:23:55.740 And they're playing ball with Justin's camp.

00:23:58.720 So you got to fold.

00:23:59.820 You got to fold and you better fold real quick.

00:24:02.320 But I love this because I love me a mommy sleuth, a daddy sleuth, a mom and a dad backing up.

00:24:09.060 I respect that I got beat here.

00:24:10.820 And I got to tell you guys, honestly, we're never seeing these messages.

00:24:13.520 I told you forever we were going to see them.

00:24:14.920 I felt confident, but I got taken down by this dragon.

00:24:18.140 Even me, my hopes, my dreams taken down.

00:24:20.380 We're never reading Taylor Swift.

00:24:21.160 We're going to believe we're going to have to believe that Taylor Swift is a sweet 13 year old girl for the rest of our lives.

00:24:27.580 OK, so roll up your sleeves.

00:24:29.760 We're all Swifties now.

00:24:31.560 You must respect game when you see it.

00:24:33.600 And I completely respect this move that Scott Swift allegedly, allegedly played.

00:24:41.120 And that's all I'm going to say about that topic.

00:26:57.380 All right, you guys.

00:26:58.440 Now I've got to tell you this story because so many of you guys are messaging me going, what happened?

00:27:01.500 And honestly, I could use your help because I'm not really sure what did happen.

00:27:06.020 And many of you guys are always so concerned about my health and my safety because we go in and we talk about these deep topics.

00:27:11.140 And when you really get into history and you start looking backward, you start to upset powerful structures that have had power for a very long time and are willing to kind of be deranged.

00:27:23.660 And when it comes to defending that power, obviously covering the Brigitte Macron series, I mean, there's been a lot of concern all around.

00:27:30.120 And I just try to keep a healthy perspective about all that stuff.

00:27:33.220 But it is true that the FBI opened a case.

00:27:37.040 And I'm going to tell you about that.

00:27:38.120 I was not happy with the way that this went down.

00:27:39.940 And I hope that I can get more information, particularly from those of you who live in New Jersey, because it seems that a lot of the assaults on my life have been coming from that area.

00:27:49.320 So I will kind of give the lead up to this.

00:27:51.340 Obviously, you know, I've had a very long years long back forth with Rabbi Shmuley. 0.98

00:27:56.280 He's a totally deranged rabbi who is insane. 1.00

00:27:59.040 And when anybody stands up to him, he calls them anti-Semitic. 1.00

00:28:02.420 He is rabid.

00:28:03.460 He's being sued right now for trying to extort a Jewish family that owns the Fontainebleau Hotel, that owns the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami.

00:28:11.920 So he's kind of an equal opportunity offender, accuses everybody of anti-Semitism, including Jews, including, you know, Jews that run hotels in Miami. 0.89

00:28:20.180 And I think everybody agrees he's insane.

00:28:22.320 But what happened on September 4th of last year in a series of events was I went on Piers Morgan to debate Rabbi Shmuley after he was calling me anti-Semitic.

00:28:30.100 It went very badly for Rabbi Shmuley as Piers Morgan pulled clips like he was lying live about things I had said that I had never said.

00:28:37.240 And then Piers Morgan was able to debunk that.

00:28:40.120 On September 4th in particular, this particular part of the debate, I was making an argument that we have to recognize that there are radicals, like holding the title rabbi doesn't mean anything.

00:28:49.440 And there are radicals amongst every religion and there are radical sects that break out.

00:28:55.260 And here is exactly what I said that warranted, according to this person who was running this group chat, him to try to kill me.

00:29:05.060 So here is what I said to Rabbi Shmuley on September 4th of last year.

00:29:10.120 One of the things that the world is recognizing and what we've always recognized is that there are radical fringe sects that break out within every single religion amongst every race.

00:29:18.460 There's white supremacy.

00:29:19.840 There's black supremacy. 0.99

00:29:21.300 There's radical Islam. 0.98

00:29:22.620 There are all of these Christ cults around the world. 0.75

00:29:24.920 And I think right now it's important for people to understand that radical Judaism is also a thing.

00:29:29.380 And you just are you're watching an example of it right now on your screen.

00:29:32.420 And the person sitting across from me or sitting next to me, I guess, posted on his Facebook page in 2016 a tribute to someone who he said was his mentor.

00:29:40.620 That was Rabbi Menekum Schneerson.

00:29:43.020 He said he was his mentor and his friend.

00:29:45.240 Now, for those of you who are not familiar with Rabbi Schneerson, there were some Jews who believed that he was and is the Messiah.

00:29:52.400 So rejecting Christ, but believing that that rabbi was his Messiah. 0.98

00:29:56.940 Now, you may remember in the news recently, there was this radicalized faction of the Lubavitch Orthodox community in Brooklyn that were digging tunnels in Brooklyn and hurling benches at police officers.

00:30:07.600 Well, and by the way, this is per the Times of Israel, that faction of individuals are followers of Rabbi Schneerson.

00:30:13.560 So, again, you have Rabbi Shmuley who believes that that's his mentor.

00:30:18.440 They believe that he was the Messiah.

00:30:20.420 What is it that becomes important to understand?

00:30:22.600 What did Rabbi Schneerson preach? 0.53

00:30:24.760 Well, he preached Jewish supremacism, the hatred of all non-Jews. 0.75

00:30:28.700 And you don't have to take my word for it, because if I said it, they would say that's anti-Semitism.

00:30:32.560 You should instead take the word of the two Jewish professors who translated his work.

00:30:37.300 Those authors' names were Israel Shahak and Norton Mesvinsky.

00:30:41.060 And their book was entitled Jewish Fundamentalism in Israel.

00:30:46.980 So I then proceeded to share those quotations, which, again, came from authors, Israeli authors.

00:30:54.120 And it caused an insane reaction in my life.

00:30:56.580 Pretty much days after this, YouTube completely demonetized me.

00:31:01.060 And it was led by an account on X called Awesome Jew, who was telling people to mass report my YouTube channel.

00:31:07.720 And we were not able to get remonetized.

00:31:10.360 It was released until early this year.

00:31:12.440 So it lasted for a very long time.

00:31:14.040 The person took credit for that, despite us showing YouTube that all these reports came in on that day.

00:31:18.280 They hit a ton of our videos, and then they fully demonetized us.

00:31:21.660 And we were able to learn that that Awesome Jew account, the person who was running it, lives in New Jersey.

00:31:27.080 Then on September 10th, and this is according to the Department of Justice, there was a person who posted a video making threats against my life, saying that he was going to kill me.

00:31:41.820 My husband and I were shortly thereafter contacted by the FBI.

00:31:45.960 They didn't give us any details.

00:31:46.820 They just said that your name has come up in an investigation.

00:31:49.920 We can't tell you anymore.

00:31:51.160 We're, you know, we're closing on this investigation.

00:31:54.040 Then in October, when this individual was arrested, they still did not tell us his name.

00:31:59.920 They called, contacted me and my husband, and they said, the suspect has been apprehended.

00:32:04.360 We will tell you more in the future.

00:32:06.840 But, you know, and my husband just said, is our, like, is our life at risk?

00:32:11.500 I mean, do we have any safety concerns?

00:32:13.900 Is there more that we should know about this?

00:32:15.740 And they said no.

00:32:16.860 So we knew nothing.

00:32:18.540 Fast forward to this year in April, my husband gets another phone call from the FBI, and they say, we're going to send you a pamphlet on what it means to be a victim and what your rights are.

00:32:28.360 Still did not tell us that a man had been arrested in October 25th.

00:32:31.120 They didn't tell us his name, rather, of who had been arrested and what the charges were and what the threats were to my life.

00:32:35.960 We got a pamphlet in the mail, and then on May 6th, we find out that this individual pled guilty.

00:32:44.000 And after he pled guilty, they finally informed me of the name of this individual, and his name is Haim Braverman.

00:32:50.500 And, yes, he is connected to the Libovitchers. 1.00

00:32:52.720 So what better way to make an argument that you're not radical and insane other than trying to kill someone for saying that you're a radical and that things have gotten out of hand and that these radical sex do exist?

00:33:05.960 This hit the news before my husband and I were ever given this person's name.

00:33:09.920 And I have to tell you what's really terrifying about this is we are asking the DOJ to share with us the other 39 individuals that were in this group chat.

00:33:18.940 We were told that this individual made a group on social media of like-minded people who were angry about my Piers Morgan appearance.

00:33:31.340 And in this group, he began transmitting death threats against me and saying that he was serious, that he was going to murder me.

00:33:37.860 He showed the weapon, told the individuals that if you're not comfortable with discussing weapons at this stage, then get out of this chat.

00:33:47.240 And this is a quotation from the DOJ report.

00:33:51.180 He said this in his video, you'll get what's coming to you. 0.96

00:33:54.380 I've never met someone that I could effing kill you right now. 0.99

00:33:57.260 He then had a steel bat in his hands and said that he was going to kill me with a steel bat, said that he would beat me with that, that he wouldn't even stop, that he would kill me until I was dead. 0.98

00:34:09.660 And he quite literally said in this video, I am threatening a death sentence against Candace Owens.

00:34:14.580 And writing this in a chat, what really alarms me here is 39 other people knew about this.

00:34:21.940 39 other people were in this chat and understood that he wanted to kill me and he was serious about this.

00:34:26.400 And none of them thought to reach out to me.

00:34:28.220 None of them reached out to me on social media and said, hey, I'm in this chat.

00:34:31.320 And I don't like you.

00:34:31.920 I disagree with you in your stance on Israel.

00:34:34.120 And maybe I'm a fan of Rabbi Shmuley, but this is wrong.

00:34:37.440 And I'd like to think that that would have happened, that one of the 39 other people in this chat, in this chat, to be clear,

00:34:44.060 was started by Haim Braverman, Haim Braverman.

00:34:46.680 I don't know if I'm saying his name correctly.

00:34:48.360 He also goes by High Braverman, H-Y Braverman, not to be confused with another individual with that exact same name that lives in Connecticut.

00:34:57.360 He lives in New Jersey, to be clear.

00:34:59.600 And the FBI still has not given us a photo of him.

00:35:02.820 We don't have a photo of him.

00:35:03.620 We don't have a photo of his arrest.

00:35:05.600 We can't find anything on the Internet.

00:35:07.360 It seems like everything has been somewhat purged from the Internet.

00:35:10.380 And that makes me very uncomfortable.

00:35:11.620 It doesn't feel to me like this was done to protect me, but rather to tell me the very end of things after things were cleaned up.

00:35:21.220 And it just again, I'm just I'm very discomforted by everything that went down here.

00:35:25.040 And so I did ask the public if you this person does have a record.

00:35:30.660 There should be a mugshot out there.

00:35:32.580 Somebody knows something.

00:35:34.260 This person lives in New Jersey and has a job.

00:35:38.260 And somebody should perhaps, if I say High Braverman, be able to send us a photo of him, a clear photo of him or more information.

00:35:45.600 And so you can send that to us tips at CandaceOwens.com.

00:35:49.980 If you can find anything about High Braverman, as we continue, we are in conversations, productive conversations with the DOJ and the FBI.

00:35:57.340 They have been speaking with my legal team, with my lawyer, Noah, about this.

00:36:01.960 And I am insisting that ahead of his sentencing that I learn more about him.

00:36:05.780 He is scheduled to be sentenced in September of this year.

00:36:10.260 And I am allowed to give a statement.

00:36:12.180 And I am going to obviously be asking that just to the full extent of the law that he is prosecuted.

00:36:19.060 This is insane.

00:36:20.060 People shouldn't have to look over their shoulders because they make a sound argument. 0.97

00:36:24.580 Either you can debate that argument, but this threatening to kill one another over political disagreements is an absolute nonsense. 0.98

00:36:30.440 And I maintain my position that there are radical religious cults and the idea that someone can simply call you anti-Semitic or threaten to kill you for pointing that out is ridiculous. 0.97

00:36:42.980 Anyways, I wanted to leave it at that. 0.51

00:36:47.420 And yeah, a lot of you guys were asking me, by the way, about my opinion.

00:36:53.420 I guess I shouldn't say speaking of, but also why I was on maternity leave, I guess, is a good way to pivot it.

00:36:58.340 But Kanye's, Kanye dropped the song.

00:37:01.480 I guess that is the only way to say it.

00:37:02.960 Kanye dropped a song that can now be heard nowhere.

00:37:07.120 And, you know, Kanye does what Kanye wants to do.

00:37:12.220 And obviously, despite the fact that this song, which is entitled Hail Hitler, has been banned everywhere.

00:37:19.940 He did post a music video on X on May 8th.

00:37:23.100 It currently has over 10 million views.

00:37:26.560 And of course, I think that is called the Streisand effect.

00:37:29.080 When you ban something, people are only going to want to listen to it harder.

00:37:32.780 As I've said yesterday, I'm extremely disappointed in how catchy the beat is.

00:37:37.580 You hear it once and it does knock it out of your head.

00:37:40.020 But it does foster a conversation and one that I think Ye has been trying to have for a very long time on what we deem to be acceptable speech and what we deem to be speech that's worth banning.

00:37:49.540 And I can just tell you that, you know, as a Black American, you can download a song and millions of songs and hear the N-word dropped every second of a song.

00:37:58.880 And it's not problematic and it's not grounds for having a song banned on Spotify or on Apple.

00:38:03.840 And I would bet that if somebody made a song and they said, you know, Hail Henrikh Yagoda, who mass murdered Christians, factually speaking, murdered way more people than Adolf Hitler did. 0.72

00:38:20.640 And that's just a fact that Spotify wouldn't move to ban it.

00:38:23.820 I just have a feeling that if someone said, Hail Yagoda, that that song wouldn't be banned.

00:38:28.300 And so irrespective of people who didn't listen to the lyrics when he spoke about how despite all the money and power that he has, he still can't see his kids.

00:38:35.600 And they have turned him into this persona non grata, despite even debating the artistic merit of the song.

00:38:43.680 It does foster a conversation about why this particular song is banned when we allow virtually every slur against women, against Black people to play on the airwaves.

00:38:52.660 Doesn't matter whether you're talking about, you could say pretty much virtually every word that you want in a song.

00:38:58.760 And yet him writing a chorus that says, all my N-words Nazis, he didn't get he didn't get banned for saying the N-word.

00:39:08.020 He got banned for saying Hail Hitler. And so it's interesting to see people now having that debate and having that discussion.

00:39:15.320 At the end of the day, we all have to just respect the fact that Kanye is a very good producer when it comes to beats.

00:39:20.560 And no matter how much you hate this song, you know it's catchy and that that beat was in your head.

00:39:25.000 And when nobody looked, you kind of, you know, did a little bit of a dance.

00:39:28.460 Tim Dillon had a very funny skit on that, which I shared on my X feed.

00:39:31.640 And it's really funny to see comedians taking on that song.

00:39:34.740 All right, guys, before I get to your comments, oh, a person who just said this in the chat, that WAP is way more offensive.

00:39:41.680 Thousand percent agreed. Thousand percent agreed.

00:39:44.480 And it was totally allowed on the airwaves, not only allowed on the airwaves, won a Grammy and won a Grammy.

00:39:49.580 So we actually reward it, I think, when it's slurs against women or it's, you know, something that's very denigrating to women like WAP was.

00:39:58.120 We reward it. And yeah.

00:40:00.120 Anyways, before I get to your comments or remind you about American financing, because inflation is eating away at everything, gas, groceries, home repairs.

00:40:07.620 And if you're a homeowner, you've probably thought, should I call American financing to refinance and pay off this credit card debt?

00:40:13.000 Then you second guess yourself because of that low mortgage rate that you currently have.

00:40:16.660 Well, that low rate is not saving you if you're drowning in credit card interest and 25 percent or more.

00:40:21.460 That's the math that no one wants to face, but it is costing you thousands, actually.

00:40:25.340 And here's the truth. If you're only making minimum payments, that debt will follow you for years.

00:40:29.440 That's why people are calling American financing, because they're saving customers an average of $800 a month by using their equity to finally break free from credit card debt.

00:40:38.280 You owe it to your family to see what's possible. There's no upfront fees. There's no pressure.

00:40:42.020 It costs you nothing to find out what you could save every month.

00:40:45.180 And if you start today, you may be able to delay two mortgage payments.

00:40:48.200 So call American financing today, 800-795-1210.

00:40:51.700 Again, the number is 800-795-1210.

00:40:55.020 Or you can visit Americanfinancing.net slash Owens.

00:40:58.340 That's Americanfinancing.net slash Owens.

00:41:00.780 Reminding you guys, book club is tonight.

00:41:03.000 We had trouble yesterday.

00:41:04.560 For whatever reason, we were not able to get on the live feed that has been corrupted, has been corrupted, has been corrected.

00:41:10.140 So we will have the book club tonight at 6 p.m. Eastern as we continue discussing Hollywood Babylon, because I have realized that they have made so many changes to this book that it's kind of terrifying.

00:41:23.040 And also want to remind you guys, for all of you new moms, that A Shot in the Dark, a new episode is out where we discuss Prevnar.

00:41:30.920 That is episode 19 as we continue going through all of the toxins that they try to put into your children's perfect bodies.

00:41:38.260 Yes, I also owe you guys a birth story episode, which will be fun.

00:41:42.500 You heard already on Monday from me that DCS did indeed visit my home.

00:41:46.940 I let them in to come see and inspect how I'm abusing or if I'm abusing my children, rather, or how I'm abusing.

00:41:56.220 If you're a big pharma, your perspective is, it's abuse not to give a newborn baby tons of toxins.

00:42:01.040 Like, I mean, I held this baby for nine months.

00:42:03.140 Baby does not suddenly become yours as soon as it comes out of my womb.

00:42:06.180 And the hospital reported me to DCS.

00:42:08.360 And I got to tell you that story.

00:42:09.760 It'll be a long birth story.

00:42:10.840 I don't know if I'll do it.

00:42:11.360 Maybe I'll do it on YouTube next week, just while it's fresh in my mind, everything that happened.

00:42:16.940 Yeah, they definitely chose the wrong mama. 1.00

00:42:19.040 But anyways, you parents, you absolutely should watch A Shot in the Dark.

00:42:22.600 It is probably, I think, the most significant investment that you could possibly make.

00:42:26.340 Not get bullied by pediatricians without having the questions that you can ask them back.

00:42:30.580 It is not going to, it's not a push for you not to vaccinate your child.

00:42:33.120 It truly is a series that's dedicated to just educating you.

00:42:36.060 So that fear does not manipulate you to make decisions that you wouldn't make otherwise,

00:42:39.620 that you actually have facts on your side.

00:42:41.360 And you can go to a doctor and say, well, actually, here is a chart from the American

00:42:46.180 Association for Pediatricians or whatever it's called.

00:42:49.220 Here's an AMA chart, American Medical Association chart.

00:42:51.760 And why are you pushing this on me?

00:42:53.500 What are the actual risks to my child? 0.93

00:42:56.700 You don't have to just, you know, be silly putty because they're using a bunch of medical 0.98

00:43:00.960 jargon and making you feel like they're more intelligent than you. 0.97

00:43:03.320 They're not, actually.

00:43:04.380 They just memorize stuff in school and then tell you to vaccinate your children.

00:43:07.360 Tell you to give your kids the COVID shots without any logical reason as to why when

00:43:13.060 children had virtually no risk of dying from COVID.

00:43:16.580 Anyways, enough about that.

00:43:17.500 Let's jump into some of your comments.

00:43:18.640 Let's see what you guys have to say today.

00:43:21.220 Oh, my gosh, guys, we're at 50,000 people watching live.

00:43:24.340 I love that for me.

00:43:25.320 Thank you so much.

00:43:26.500 OK, first up we have, let me scroll down here.

00:43:32.340 Tanya.

00:43:33.040 Tanya writes, can you please check the Pavel Durov thing?

00:43:35.820 He said that the French government approached him to silence conservative voices in Romania

00:43:40.260 ahead of presidential elections.

00:43:41.800 I did not see that.

00:43:43.240 And I definitely will check that.

00:43:45.220 And I believe that because the French government wants to silence me and the becoming British.

00:43:49.040 They're out of control.

00:43:49.880 The French government is absolutely out of control.

00:43:51.920 There's no other way to say it.

00:43:53.220 It's Archie writes.

00:43:54.000 Welcome back.

00:43:54.500 I'm so glad as your pregnancy was great outside of the crazy home visit.

00:43:58.620 Are you going to cover the Diddy stuff?

00:44:00.020 Yes, I'm not actually back.

00:44:01.760 I did just pop in today.

00:44:02.740 I'll probably pop in with Ian tomorrow to discuss the Diddy case because I'm very interested

00:44:07.000 in that.

00:44:07.800 And there's tons of stuff that people are missing.

00:44:09.720 Dogs that aren't barking, as I always say.

00:44:12.060 And so me and Ian will probably team up because he was kind of the first person, at least that

00:44:16.180 I saw, that did a deep dive on all the Diddy stuff that connected it to the MJ trial.

00:44:20.060 It was one of his videos that I saw on TikTok a while ago.

00:44:22.620 And so I thought it would be good for he and I to team up and discuss what's going on

00:44:25.540 with this case.

00:44:26.060 I think it's a massive distraction, to be honest with you.

00:44:28.700 Anonymous writes, I think Ryan Reynolds will literally burn the house down.

00:44:31.640 I think they will release the Taylor Swift text messages.

00:44:36.300 Yeah, I could see him doing it.

00:44:37.920 But who is he releasing it to?

00:44:39.700 Tree Payne, her PR person, controls the media.

00:44:42.360 Those messages are not going to be just randomly released.

00:44:44.440 I mean, I'll take them.

00:44:45.620 Ryan, if you want to take them and give them to me, I'll take them.

00:44:47.760 But Scott won't let it happen.

00:44:49.020 He'll come for me.

00:44:49.600 He'll come for me real hard.

00:44:50.780 I think Mommy Swift and Daddy Swift are another level.

00:44:54.060 But yeah, Ryan has it in him.

00:44:55.880 He is vengeful and angry and he holds on to anger for a very long time, as we have seen.

00:45:01.000 And like I said, I think he's the main person behind all of this stuff. 0.99

00:45:03.980 Only he could have thought of something so tragically stupid as to try to allegedly extort 0.99

00:45:10.440 Taylor Swift into making a message in support for his wife. 0.99

00:45:14.780 Misty writes, I don't think they'll release them because the Swift PR power will buy them

00:45:19.520 up and keep them off the Internet.

00:45:20.840 Just what I said before you said that.

00:45:22.960 Too much power and money behind Taylor.

00:45:24.740 Hopefully this pushed Taylor away from those toxic people. 0.98

00:45:27.660 Yeah, I do have to say in defense of Taylor Swift, crappy friends. 0.93

00:45:30.080 I mean, wow, that's that you think you have a friend for 10 years. 0.78

00:45:34.900 And of course, as the years go on, you trust each other more.

00:45:36.880 You say things to each other that you wouldn't say to the public.

00:45:39.400 You probably think you've got like a sister that you've never had.

00:45:41.980 And then all that happens is your sister makes up some stuff and she's worried about how people

00:45:47.900 will perceive her image because she she's not going to the Super Bowl and she's now willing

00:45:52.260 to threaten you or send her lawyer to threaten you.

00:45:55.300 Allegedly.

00:45:56.040 Yeah, you got to feel bad for Taylor Swift about that.

00:45:58.020 And that's, I think, one of the tough things about being famous is you you don't really

00:46:00.820 know who you can trust.

00:46:01.640 Maybe that's why she only wants to be friends with other famous people who have as much

00:46:05.520 to lose.

00:46:06.720 But yeah, I don't know.

00:46:08.160 I do also believe that Taylor Swift was involved.

00:46:11.480 So there's that, too.

00:46:12.320 I don't exactly feel bad for her because I think if we read the messages, we would we would

00:46:16.260 meet the real Taylor.

00:46:16.880 And that bubbly image would come collapsing down pretty quickly.

00:46:22.060 Alaska Dog Lady writes, congrats to you, George and the kids on the addition of Sweet Baby 0.59

00:46:26.360 Roman.

00:46:26.820 We missed you.

00:46:27.540 Thank you so much.

00:46:28.380 You're going to miss me again because I'm going to be gone for another two weeks.

00:46:30.440 I have to do this maternity leave, guys. 0.96

00:46:32.060 I'm actually really enjoying it.

00:46:33.300 But it just sucks me back in.

00:46:35.480 You know, I just keep getting sucked back in by these little things.

00:46:39.520 Texas Grown writes, Candace, congratulations on the newest member of your family.

00:46:42.820 May Jesus Christ protect you.

00:46:44.240 Yes, thank you so much.

00:46:46.300 And I think Jesus Christ is protecting me, you guys, because that story and you can look

00:46:51.080 that up of the DOJ and what that guy was saying in the chat.

00:46:54.100 Man, that that is a total Christ intervention there.

00:46:58.240 Puerta Mex writes, can we say F the ditty distraction until we see the Epstein list?

00:47:03.420 Congrats on baby and guídate.

00:47:06.180 Take care of yourself.

00:47:07.340 Thank you so much.

00:47:08.520 I will.

00:47:09.260 And yeah, I think it's all kind of connected.

00:47:11.240 I think it's a blackmail ring and this is pretty much a show trial.

00:47:14.440 And I'll give you more of that tomorrow when I pop in and tell you some aspects of the

00:47:19.280 case that no one's covering.

00:47:21.340 Like there should be more people on the stand.

00:47:23.320 I mean, where is Karina Karam, whatever her name is, the person who was the Ghislaine Maxwell

00:47:30.220 in this?

00:47:31.000 How has she not been brought to any any part of this case?

00:47:33.740 Why is she not meant to testify when she was the one who was allegedly drugging everybody

00:47:37.760 and keeping Diddy high?

00:47:40.000 What's going on here?

00:47:40.660 Well, it means that there's someone more powerful than Diddy that's being protected

00:47:43.600 with this show trial.

00:47:44.760 That's my viewpoint.

00:47:45.860 And I'll share more of that again tomorrow.

00:47:47.900 Again, remind you guys, book club will be in an hour and 20 minutes.

00:47:51.880 We'll see you at 6 p.m.

00:47:53.420 It will be a shortened book club because we have to discuss what to do with this book now

00:47:56.880 that I realize they have changed so much.

00:47:58.980 But I will see you guys over there.

00:48:01.300 Otherwise, I'll see you briefly tomorrow.

00:48:03.260 And then I won't see you guys for two weeks unless something extraordinary happens.

00:48:06.480 Scott Swift calls me.
