00:01:07.220 Last week, I have to tell you, I was contacted by a source who I vetted with information that
00:01:14.200 answered a lot of the lingering questions that we've had about the investigation.
00:01:18.180 Not all of them, but some of them, some of the big ones.
00:01:20.960 First and foremost, we were like, how exactly did it work?
00:01:23.980 How did Tyler Robinson turn himself in, as we were told, but also never confessed?
00:01:31.520 And did he actually author those absurd Fed messages?

00:01:37.960 Lastly, what was he doing at Dairy Queen doesn't really quite fit into our timeline.
00:01:42.480 Also, don't expect this kid who just tried out being a stone cold killer to really have an

00:01:50.380 And why exactly did the feds withhold that information at Dairy Queen?
00:01:53.840 And why are they allegedly stalking the Dairy Queen to see who comes in and out?
00:01:58.540 Well, we have the story that could possibly potentially answer all those questions.
00:02:04.080 And it certainly makes a lot more sense than the slop that the government is currently trying

00:02:11.460 First and foremost, Tyler Robinson has never confessed.
00:02:14.520 They acknowledge that he has never confessed to this crime, and he still is pleading innocence

00:02:22.740 In fact, I was told that he was, quote unquote, bewildered by the idea that he carved casings.
00:02:31.000 I should be clear, he does not dispute the fact that it is his gun at all.

00:02:36.980 But Tyler is not exactly a gun enthusiast.
00:02:40.660 He doesn't hunt like his other brothers do.

00:02:46.540 The reason that he has that gun in the first place is because it is, in fact, a custom-made

00:02:54.620 Tyler is the firstborn son, so he inherited.

00:03:02.000 As many of you guys have noted, the Robinson family appear to be conservative, hence the

00:03:12.540 I am told that they are fans of Charlie Kirk and they are fans of Donald Trump, although
00:03:18.880 this source noted that Tyler, like many other conservatives have expressed, wished that Trump
00:03:26.800 would sometimes tone down his speech and his rhetoric.
00:03:30.160 Now, on the topic of rhetoric, I am told that Tyler absolutely did not author those text

00:03:39.700 He has no idea where these messages came from.

00:03:55.520 By the way, I'm sure you caught this, but there's old footage of Tyler Robinson that is

00:04:03.980 And during the discussion with the officer that showed up, Tyler certainly refers to it as his
00:04:11.740 car, not his vehicle, because that's how most Americans, how most English speakers refer to a car,
00:04:21.600 unless they're in the military or on the police force.

00:05:14.660 And then he phoned over a friend to help him convince his son to turn himself in because
00:05:22.500 this guy, you know, this mysterious guy was a friend and just had a connection with Tyler
00:05:28.320 and eventually they said, you've got to do the right thing here.

00:05:32.400 That was the vibe.
00:05:33.900 Certainly, that's what the media was putting down for us to pick up.
00:05:37.800 Well, I was told actually that it was kind of the opposite.
00:05:42.020 That, quote unquote, family friend, who we learned was a former detective with the police
00:05:50.200 force, at least, and so therefore has strong ties with the police station, informed the
00:05:57.140 family.
00:05:58.020 It was that in-between person that informed the family that Tyler had been identified as
00:06:04.740 the shooter.
00:06:05.480 He recognized him.
00:06:06.280 He knows Tyler.
00:06:07.600 He gives them the heads up.
00:06:09.240 And then I'm told, and I believe this, that the way in which he got arrested or rather
00:06:14.660 turned himself in was because that family friend slash neighbor slash former detective
00:06:20.200 told him, hey, it's best for you to turn yourself in because there's only one of two options
00:06:26.520 here.
00:06:27.160 Either you turn yourself in and everything is peaceable or, you know, the SWAT team could
00:06:32.880 come in here and arrest you and things would get crazy.

00:06:41.960 He disputed the idea that he had murdered Charlie Kirk.

00:07:03.300 And that's actually interesting if you pause and reflect on that, because we didn't really
00:07:07.640 consider how on earth Tyler became not just familiar with the layout of the campus, but
00:07:13.220 familiar with the rooftop layout of UVU campus.
00:07:17.660 So familiar that he knew exactly how to scale across the rooftops to duck down in order to
00:07:22.540 take an almost impossible shot at a Charlie Kirk who was sitting beneath a tent.

00:07:30.240 Had he been there before that he knew where Charlie was going to be sitting in it, that
00:07:34.340 he would have that shot from on top of the Losey Center?

00:08:05.360 I'm wondering if that fact, which I'm trying to learn more information regarding explains
00:08:10.720 the Dairy Queen photo, because what was he doing around the campus on that day?
00:08:17.120 Where exactly was he around the campus on that day?

00:08:27.900 So if you're wondering why exactly Tyler would agree to go to the police station if he's not
00:08:35.280 guilty, ironically, the police were honest that day on one of the points.

00:08:45.700 Um, he wanted to go to the police station so that he didn't risk accidentally getting shot
00:08:50.820 by the police swarming his home, as I said earlier, in a theatrical arrest setting.
00:08:56.160 But rather confusingly, uh, Brooksby, Nate Brooksby tells us that Tyler is suicidal.

00:09:05.840 Let's just take a listen to, to what Nate Brooksby said after he had been apprehended.

00:09:10.640 So, so I get a call from my friend and, uh, his, his, I said, Hey, how you doing?

00:09:20.420 It's not, it's not unusual for me to get a call from him or vice versa.
00:09:24.200 And at 8 0 2 PM, he calls me, Hey, I can tell his voice is kind of shaky.
00:09:30.220 So my first thought is who, who died?
00:09:32.320 Like who's, who's going to tell me that died?
00:09:34.440 And then, uh, and then I can't, I couldn't fathom what actually came out of his mouth.
00:09:38.920 So he said, Hey, um, I know who, I know who Charlie Kirk Shooter is.
00:09:44.820 Um, I, I know the family through religious association and, uh, he's in, he's in Washington
00:09:52.080 County now and we're working on trying to get him to come in voluntarily during that
00:09:59.120 phone call.
00:09:59.880 Um, some information was provided about Tyler, uh, potentially having some suicidal ideations
00:10:05.440 was in route to a remote area of Washington County.
00:10:08.920 Um, the parents convinced them not to do that and, uh, you know, conveyed that they
00:10:14.000 would, uh, you know, stand by him and help him, help him, um, surrender peacefully.
00:10:21.880 I'm told that's, that's not true.
00:10:23.940 Tyler was not suicidal at all.
00:10:25.940 He was just confused and didn't want to get shots.
00:10:29.500 Uh, and then he gets to that part, right?
00:10:31.820 He then tells us, Brooksby, that he came in willingly because he didn't want to die.
00:10:37.840 Let's take a listen to that portion.
00:10:40.560 Within the hour, um, my friend, uh, drove Tyler and his parents to my office where he was
00:10:48.260 greeted by, uh, plainclothes detectives.
00:10:50.540 So that was part of the, part of the deal is, um, Tyler knew it was just inevitable with
00:10:56.740 all the law enforcement pressure that he, you know, his picture in the news, the gun,
00:11:00.640 the gun on the news, he knew it was inevitable, uh, that he would be caught.
00:11:04.280 He was fearful of a SWAT team hit on his house, or he was fearful of being shot by law enforcement.
00:11:11.120 So part of the negotiation and getting him to bring himself in was that, that we would,
00:11:16.380 we would treat it as delicate and as soft as possible to make him feel comfortable to
00:11:22.640 where he would, he would show up at my office.
00:11:24.300 And that's exactly what happened.

00:11:29.160 Was he suicidal and wanting to die or was he worried about dying?

00:11:34.620 It's the answer was he came in because he is not suicidal and did not want to get shot

00:11:41.700 As I am told now, you're probably wondering why the father and the mother didn't speak
00:11:45.200 out to assert his innocence.

00:11:47.940 Uh, why don't you come right out and dispute everything immediately?
00:11:50.400 Well, interestingly enough, I'm told that it's because the feds told them that if they
00:11:55.980 spoke out, their lives could be at risk.
00:11:59.080 Like they, they needed to keep things private and they convinced the family to go into
00:12:03.960 witness protection.
00:12:05.460 Like your lives are in danger.
00:12:06.900 You shouldn't see anything.
00:12:07.780 Somebody could like, you know, just come back and try to harm you guys because of what

00:12:47.540 Tyler kept mentioning to them that he wanted them to meet some girl that he was seeing.
00:12:53.340 Now, I would like to interject my own voice here and say that I think this girl was likely
00:12:58.660 Lance and Tyler was working up the courage to tell his family that he was gay.
00:13:02.360 That is what is most likely in my opinion because we know for a fact that Tyler was in fact
00:13:08.200 in a relationship with Lance because we have exclusive photos, by the way, they're about
00:13:12.060 to show you that the two of them posted to their Instagrams.

00:13:41.620 Now, I was told also that Tyler is off the charts intelligence and always has been.

00:13:49.920 Now, that is precisely what made the idea of him being so stupid as to author a full confessional

00:14:06.320 And apparently, whoever offered those messages, likely feds, didn't have a modicum of intelligence

00:14:16.240 However, the family says that the photo of the young man that is coming up the stairs, which
00:14:24.980 was shared, that blurry image, is definitively not Tyler Robinson.

00:15:07.360 Also, the family believes that, and this is really interesting, Tyler Robinson's apartment

00:15:19.100 And one of the things that Lance's family said was, it was, hey, we own that apartment.
00:15:23.020 They pay rent to us.
00:15:24.280 We've never met Tyler Robinson.
00:15:25.820 But I can tell you that it seems like they were trying to hide the fact that this, you
00:15:32.340 know, that this apartment got raided.
00:15:34.060 And it's very strange that they immediately cleared Lance as a suspect.
00:15:38.440 And I was told by other people in the department that they wanted to keep that raid very hush
00:15:43.980 hush.
00:15:44.900 They didn't want anybody to know about the raid.
00:15:46.200 There was no mention of this raid.
00:15:47.680 And Lance immediately gets cleared as a suspect.

00:15:50.720 Well, according to Tyler's family, they went to that apartment after his arrest, and they
00:15:56.720 felt the apartment was staged.
00:15:58.440 And that intentionally in Tyler's room, a furry bed was placed, almost sort of implying that
00:16:04.140 they're trying to transfer the attributes of Lance onto Tyler.

00:16:11.920 But again, when I put together what I'm being told by Lance's family, and what I'm hearing
00:16:17.100 from the Robinson family, through a third party, I will say that it matches.

00:17:43.740 Unfortunately, in the court documents, which is standard, he was referenced as a retired
00:17:48.740 Washington County deputy.
00:17:50.520 So I didn't put that out there.

00:17:53.280 I was trying to protect even that information and just saying retired law enforcement in general.

00:35:00.780 It's about 1130 at night, and I wanted to swing back by UVU campus where Charlie Kirk
00:35:06.280 was killed today and see if I could let a few of the police officers know how much I appreciate
00:35:11.440 the work they're doing, see if there's some college students here that I could rub shoulders
00:35:15.640 with more for my benefit than for theirs.
00:35:17.960 But what I really wanted to share was I was very close this morning where Charlie Kirk
00:35:22.460 was at, met him backstage, and we talked for a moment before he went on stage, and I was
00:35:26.760 backstage as he started speaking and decided to go up top, and I went up to the top and
00:35:33.860 ironically was very close to where the shooter was, apparently.
00:35:37.940 The shot was very loud, and I determined pretty quickly that whoever it was was on the roof,
00:35:45.360 and it was a 200-yard kill shot.

00:40:12.840 And Nick, quite naively, being this Phil super fan, thinks that Phil's going to come and offer
00:40:19.160 him a job because he's been so on it investigating this Charlie Kirk assassination, and that's not

00:40:28.280 He opens the door for him, and his energy is very weird.

00:41:59.120 Governor Cox is supposed to speak.
00:42:00.980 And Phil Lyman intimates that like, you know, this at this TPUs event, Governor Cox isn't
