00:00:00.000 hello classic crew and welcome to another episode of classically abby reacts

00:00:10.240 if you are new to my channel here we talk about classic living and traditional values and i would

00:00:14.240 love if you'd consider subscribing and hitting that notification bell if you haven't already

00:00:18.160 subscribed to my substack newsletter where you'll get access to a ton of exclusive content including

00:00:22.880 my book club my av club monthly zoom girl chats make sure to head over to classicallyabby.substack.com

00:00:31.360 i recently started a new series on my channel called classically abby reacts where i react to

00:00:36.800 something on twitter on reddit on tick tock and i just share my legitimate thoughts on something

00:00:44.800 that is probably crazy so today i want to share my thoughts on a recently viral clip

00:00:53.280 from ulta's new podcast now if you don't know what ulta is ulta is kind of like the competitor

00:01:00.160 to sephora and they were not mixed up in politics in the political kind of sphere until more recently

00:01:12.400 sephora was canceled by conservatives when they canceled an influencer who was conservative

00:01:17.440 actually had that influencer on my channel her name is amanda n singh but i had been shopping at ulta

00:01:24.960 happily enjoying that i still had one store to go to that wasn't this insane and yet

00:01:34.240 ulta knew they couldn't just leave well enough alone so what they decided to do was on their podcast

00:01:42.240 the beauty of dot dot dot they had two biological men talking about the beauty of girlhood now dylan

00:01:53.120 mulvaney who is a tick tock star at this point nine million followers uh has been showing his transition

00:02:02.720 from not man to woman but from man to girl okay let's quickly address that um that's upsetting that we

00:02:12.640 are not having men transition to being full-blown women now that in and of itself is insane but now we have

00:02:20.240 men transitioning to youth which is scary from a pedophilic perspective that we are allowing men to 0.99

00:02:31.920 call themselves girls and then allowing those people to then hang out with children is that the next 0.95

00:02:39.760 step is that the next logical step but getting that out of the way we're talking about the beauty of

00:02:45.920 girlhood with two biological men and so dylan mulvaney is a trans girl and uh he prances around in this

00:02:59.040 appropriation of femininity which is really offensive um and acts as though he knows what being a woman is

00:03:09.280 what being a girl is rather um by showing really stereotypical versions of femininity on his tick

00:03:17.680 tock so we're gonna watch this clip today from alta's podcast where dylan talks about the beauty of

00:03:26.880 girlhood uh i'm a little late to the party on this but i still think i have something to share so let's

00:03:32.880 let's watch this clip now i know i can find love i know i can still be a performer i know that i can have

00:03:38.640 a family i want to be a mom one day and i absolutely can and that's why the narrative still has a long

00:03:44.160 way to go because when i was grieving boy dylan i didn't know those things were even accessible to me

00:03:49.360 as a mom as a woman aren't we all just exhausted of men telling us how to be women like that they can do

00:04:03.280 it better than that than we can that they can talk on the beauty of womanhood better than actual women 1.00

00:04:13.440 that a man is saying he can be a mother he absolutely can he cannot he cannot men cannot be mothers 1.00

00:04:23.040 and it's disgusting that people even entertain that idea

00:04:26.640 women are uniquely fit for that role it is our god-given right biological right it is what we are 1.00

00:04:38.640 made for yes there are women who struggle with infertility but the fact that they even struggle

00:04:44.400 with that infertility is part of womanhood like the fact that there are women who struggle to conceive 0.99

00:04:51.760 is not an argument against the fact that women are mothers it's actually an argument for it that they 0.99

00:04:59.280 struggle to become mothers because they are struggling with the infertility that is preventing them

00:05:05.840 from it it's interesting i recently had someone asked me if my channel was political and i said it

00:05:12.560 depends what you consider political do you consider it political to talk about obvious things

00:05:18.880 like femininity is for women that men and women are different that motherhood is a wonderful thing

00:05:27.040 to embrace do you consider those things political or do you consider them obvious if you consider them

00:05:33.440 obvious my channel isn't political if you consider it controversial that women are women and men are men

00:05:41.120 and that men cannot become women just because they take hormonal treatment

00:05:45.840 or say that they want to be girls or put on dresses then yeah my channel is political if that to you is 0.91

00:05:53.840 controversial content like this is ridiculous it's not acceptable we're erasing women we're trying to say 0.99

00:06:06.480 that we live in a patriarchy well what is more patriarchal than men becoming women and talking on 0.77

00:06:16.000 women like experts like on womanhood as experts i don't believe that we live in a patriarchy i don't 1.00

00:06:23.040 believe that women are victims but i do believe that women are victims of this current narrative that says

00:06:28.960 that men can become women they can't women are women men are men they are different the the idea of a man

00:06:41.280 prancing around in the trappings of femininity as if that makes him a girl 0.89

00:06:47.840 is not only disgusting it's offensive and uh 0.97

00:06:56.800 it's enough

00:06:59.600 we should be done with this we should wash our hands of it so that is my reaction to that video

00:07:06.960 i'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below thank you so much for watching if you haven't
