00:00:54.520 So today I'm going to be doing a video where I'm kind of showing you a day in my life as
00:00:59.960 a YouTuber and a content creator.
00:01:02.300 Often I don't like to film on these days because I feel like it can be boring for you to see
00:01:07.200 what I'm doing behind the scenes.
00:01:09.280 But I thought that I could kind of make it interesting, show you what I'm actually doing,
00:01:13.360 kind of give you a behind the scenes look at some of the stuff that I use and just kind
00:01:17.500 of what my day looks like.
00:01:18.720 And because I work from home and it's remote technically, my day is a mixture of chores
00:01:26.920 and work and also going to the gym because I try to, especially during pregnancy, take
00:01:32.720 care of myself.

00:01:35.540 But during pregnancy now, I really want to obviously make sure that I'm doing all that

00:01:52.840 I have to make outlines for a video I'm recording for my channel, as well as the podcast that

00:02:03.420 I have to record something singing wise for somebody who asked me to help them out with

00:02:09.340 So I'm going to be doing that.
00:02:10.660 And I'm also going to be going to the gym.
00:02:13.320 So much of being a content creator is about managing your creative energy because I come

00:02:21.380 So that's what a lot of today is going to be.
00:02:24.020 And then if I have any extra time, I might like do something fun because I just have extra

00:02:28.780 But because my job is flexible hours, it's a mixture of the stuff I have to do to take care
00:02:35.540 of my house, you know, stay at home stuff like chores, making the bed, doing laundry,
00:02:41.540 which I'm going to take you guys downstairs and I'm going to do some laundry, and then
00:02:45.320 doing the stuff that I need to take care of myself.
00:02:48.320 So cooking for myself, going to the gym, and then my actual work.
00:02:52.200 So it's a lot of time management.
00:02:54.340 And that's always a struggle, probably for many of us, but I find that sometimes it's a
00:02:58.440 struggle.
00:02:59.480 And yeah, so that's the plan.
00:03:01.540 But on another note, I'm also pregnant.
00:03:04.640 So it does change things.
00:03:06.440 It means that I can't go five hours and forget to eat.
00:03:09.840 Like I'm going to get hungry and I should get hungry and I should take care of those cravings

00:03:14.940 And also just being pregnant changes things a bit.
00:03:17.460 So I did want to give you guys the pregnancy update for the week.
00:03:21.240 So I'm officially 18 weeks.
00:03:23.640 And what that means is the baby is the size of a grapefruit.
00:03:26.520 And let's talk about what the baby's up to.
00:03:29.940 So the baby is now covered with vernix, a white protective coating that protects the
00:03:35.120 skin from damage in the womb.
00:03:36.940 Some babies are born with this coating.
00:03:38.560 However, it decreases as the delivery date comes closer.
00:03:41.960 Your baby is looking more like a baby now with proportionate arms and legs, presence of
00:03:46.500 fat layers under the skin, and clearly defined facial features.
00:03:49.860 The sex can now be identified on an ultrasound.
00:03:53.000 Right now, your baby is awake for only about six hours a day.
00:03:55.980 So as far as my symptoms, I'm not really into 18 weeks yet.
00:04:00.640 I'm only 18 weeks and two days.
00:04:02.240 But 17 weeks and into 18 weeks, I have been super moody.
00:04:07.520 And I thought that was like more intense in the first trimester.
00:04:10.440 But for me, I found that in the first trimester, my moods were really surrounded about my worry
00:04:15.420 and anxiety about the baby being healthy.
00:04:18.400 And now it feels really hormonal.
00:04:20.480 Like I'm just moody.
00:04:23.020 And it's hard.
00:04:24.220 I mean, there are days that it feels like I could get pulled under by being sad or something
00:04:28.840 like that.
00:04:29.500 And it's just a lot of that I say would be the biggest struggle is is fighting with that
00:04:35.280 hormonal urge to be down and say, no, this is not this isn't real.
00:04:40.680 You can be happy and everything's going to be okay.
00:04:44.020 The good news is that it's not all day and it comes and goes for sure.
00:04:47.900 So that's helpful.
00:04:49.000 But when I feel those negative emotions, that moody mood swing sort of thing, I just have
00:04:56.240 to make sure that I don't allow myself to get too dragged in by it.
00:04:59.600 I'm also having such intense dreams, crazy dreams every night.
00:05:04.700 Like really, I woke up one morning and I didn't know where I was.
00:05:08.240 Like I thought I was back in Los Angeles is where I grew up, which was crazy.
00:05:13.240 That's literally never happened to me when I've gone to sleep for the night.
00:05:17.420 I've sometimes woken up from a nap and been confused as to where I am.
00:05:20.300 But from like waking up in the morning, that's never happened to me.
00:05:24.100 So that was super weird.
00:05:25.360 But yeah, so the pregnancy is going well.
00:05:27.660 I'm just excited for, you know, the next part.
00:05:30.580 We're getting into the halfway point in just two weeks, which is crazy to think about.
00:05:35.020 Also, my birthday is coming up November 8th, which is such a weird thing.
00:05:40.280 It feels like my birthday came out of nowhere.
00:05:42.680 So I don't know what I'm going to do for it, but maybe we'll do something fun.

00:06:34.520 the washing machine and into the dryer because literally our laundry room is like totally

00:06:45.380 So but I do laundry probably at least twice a week and I fold laundry, put it all away.

00:07:09.120 Sometimes it's part of my daily routine to wash the laundry, dry the laundry and fold

00:07:26.160 I was feeling so sick for the first trimester.
00:07:28.060 And then it kind of lingered into the second trimester a bit and then I started to feel
00:07:32.640 a little bit lazy.
00:07:33.560 So now I'm going back to the gym.
00:07:35.140 Jacob gave me a list of exercises to do that are safe for pregnancy that have like some weight
00:07:40.960 lifting involved, but not heavy weight lifting at all.
00:07:43.380 It's just to keep up my muscle tone.
00:07:45.560 And it's good to exercise when you're pregnant.
00:07:47.180 And I'm also going to be doing elliptical.
00:07:49.180 I go for walks, stuff like that.
00:07:50.840 So today I'm going to be going to the gym and then we'll come back and finish all of
00:07:56.700 the YouTube content creating stuff because there is quite a bit more to do on that score

00:11:44.260 I need to go through it because it's a little bit outdated and I had an idea for what I was
00:11:48.880 going to do week by week with the pregnancy, but I also want to continue to do regular classic

00:11:58.420 So I'm definitely going to have to do that.
