So first of all, this is what my bump looks like. I'm going to kind of insert a clip here of what it

looks like. It feels so big to me. I'm sure it's going to feel not big at all in a few weeks,

but it is so fun to like have a bump, not wonder whether it's bloating or anything else. It is just

this is the bump and you can definitely know that the baby's in there because I feel him move

all the time and it is the best thing ever. Like it lives up to the hype. Baby kicks live up to the

hype. It's just the best thing and I'm going to get more into that. But before we continue, I want

to tell you where the baby is at in his development. So first of all, this is my Pregnancy Plus app

As you can see, sorry, I know it's getting weird lines across it. I don't know why it does that, but

it really is an incredible, incredible thing. According to my Pregnancy Plus app, he's 15.2 inches

and 2.54 pounds, which is crazy. He's two and a half pounds already. But this is the description

of where he's at developmentally. The baby weighs about two and a half pounds. Your baby's brain is

respond to light. All the internal organs are maturing and preparing to function on their

Well, that is very accurate to what I have been feeling. So I want to start off by talking

about when I feel like I felt the baby growing, a growth spurt. So when we were visiting my

family, I actually got concerned that I was having contractions because it was so much pressure

low down and I didn't know what it was. But luckily, my sister-in-law is a doctor, you may

have heard. And I asked her about it and she was like, well, I don't think that these are

contractions because it's not peaking and ebbing and flowing the way that contractions do. And

your stomach isn't super, super tight the way that contractions can feel. So I think what

it was, was the baby was pushing down all of his weight into my pelvis. Like he was just like

going for it. And it was very uncomfortable. It has happened like two or three times now where

he'll just kind of like sink really low. And it almost feels like he's pushing really hard.

But the first time that happened, he was in that position for like two and a half hours.

And the next day I woke up and I, it was like, it had gone from kicks and punches, little like

boop, boop inside to like elbows and knees. And like all of a sudden I felt like I could feel his

bones. It was such a crazy shift. And it was like from 27 to 28 weeks was an entirely different

experience for me where he was initially, I could feel him moving around and he was getting more

consistent, but it wasn't like I could feel his like muscles. It's an incredible thing. And there

is a difference. And that is really hard to describe. I mean, sometimes it's ticklish. It feels

like ticklish. Um, and you know, you can describe the kicks cause they feel like pokes from the

inside. Um, but the, the bigger movements, those are, are weird. They feel alien and it's so cute

and so exciting. Uh, he is definitely moving around a lot. I figured out that he kicks a lot more

when he's in the dark. So like that description of where he's at said he can see light now. So

when I expose my belly into the light, he like stops kicking and he, I think he might be looking

around or something and he, he doesn't move around as much. But when my clothes are covering my belly

or I'm under a blanket, that's when he's super active. And there's like two parts of my stomach

that he likes. It's like the top right half of my stomach and the bottom left half of my stomach.

Like those are the places I feel the most kicking, although I'll feel them all over,

but generally like I can depend on at least a couple of times a day. I'll feel like those two

spots a lot. It's just amazing. He's such a little person. I have conversations with him all the time.

He likes music. When we put music on outside of me, I can, he'll start going. Like if he hears music,

he'll start going and it's, it's just the cutest thing. It makes me laugh because I don't think he

really like kicks more when I'm singing, but he hears me talk all day. He hears me singing all

day and maybe he's just used to it. So as far as my symptoms go, so tired. Like I hit 28 weeks and

all of a sudden I was exhausted. Like I needed to go to bed at 9 30. I feel like I'm getting my energy

back a little bit. Like it's been five days of really intense exhaustion and now I'm starting to

because he's putting on like half a pound a week, which is so much. So yeah, there were nights where

I was exhausted by 8 30 and I just needed to get in bed and sleep until the morning. Of course I went

just sleeping. I just so tired. So that's been a whole thing reminding me of the first trimester because

second trimester, I had a lot of energy or more energy. I remember still being tired in the second

trimester, but not like the last few days where it was like, if I don't go to bed, I don't know what

will happen. So that's been a third trimester thing that like hit me as soon as I was in the third

trimester. I'm so hungry in the last few days. I've gotten so hungry, but I'm really trying to keep

it healthy. It's not easy because I do crave sugar, but I'm like really working to try to avoid

I'm trying to like hold the line. I really want to make an effort not to put on too much weight in

the pregnancy, but of course it's all about the baby being healthy. It's all about having a healthy

pregnancy. That's the most important thing, but I don't want to, if I can avoid it, I would like to try

to eat my healthiest and exercise so that I don't put on too much weight. So I am trying to eat really

well and I've also been exercising. I talked about this at my 24 week update, but now I've incorporated

some, some light strength, exercising, training, like weightlifting into my routine just a little

bit because my arms were feeling really weak and noodley. And so I started bringing in some of those

exercises, all very safe, all very, uh, mindful, but just to kind of give my muscles a little bit

more exercise. I alternate that with my yoga and I go for walks and those walks are just like a

lifesaver. I love going for my walks. They make me feel so good. They make me feel like I'm doing

something good for my body. I'm doing something good for the baby. And prenatal yoga is also great

because it really encourages stretching, good breathing techniques and squats, which are really

good for getting the baby in the right position. So that's kind of been something I've really wanted

to focus on is just staying healthy during this pregnancy by trying to eat healthy and trying to

exercise a good amount. So in a couple of days, I don't know if this will be before, after this video

goes out. Uh, I have my doctor's appointment, my 29 week doctor's appointment where I will just get

my normal checkup, but also I'm getting my diabetes test. So I have to drink that very sweet drink and

then they test my blood to make sure everything is good. I'm a little nervous about it, but I've been

a little bit nervous about every test in pregnancy. And I think that that's just normal. So I'm just

going in and staying calm and trying to, uh, recognize that it's actually a pretty low percentage

to see my doctor again. It's been four weeks. And after this point, since we're in the third

beginning, a lot, just waiting to find out if the baby was going to be okay. Now we're getting into

the part of like, Oh, things are getting real. I need to prepare. I need to get everything ready

for the baby to come. And it is a very exciting time. It's also nerve wracking. Some things are

mentioned this, we are moving next door. So that's a thing. We're moving next door and, uh, we're not
