00:00:43.800 primer, dewy face primer. Dewey lumineux. I can speak French. That's what happens when you study
00:00:50.660 opera for seven years. So we're going to test this out. Oh goodness. This is different than I
00:00:57.640 expected. But you can see on the back of my hand that it is skin colored with it looks like some
00:01:02.700 shimmer in it. So I'm just going to put this all over the face. Oh yeah it's going to be a little
00:01:08.800 bit tacky which is a good thing because that means that your foundation will stick to it. Okay
00:01:14.220 well I liked that. I feel like I might even put on a little bit more. So the next thing I'm going to
00:01:22.400 go in with is the stick foundation. The photo focus stick foundation. I haven't tried their original
00:01:27.960 photo focus foundation but I've heard that it's really good so I wanted to try the stick foundation
00:01:32.720 and see what I thought. I've never even used a stick foundation before. I've heard good things about
00:01:38.000 them. They kind of scare me because I tend to apply my foundation with a sponge and I don't think that
00:01:44.980 these really spread well on the face with a sponge.
00:01:55.740 It's giving me pretty good coverage and the finish seems to be like natural leaning dewy.
00:02:08.000 Well I feel like from far away this looks pretty nice. From close up I still like it but it felt
00:02:20.460 oily going on my face and as somebody who has comedogenic skin which means that I would break
00:02:25.060 out if I use stuff that has the wrong ingredients it makes me a little nervous. So we'll see whether
00:02:29.720 or not I end up breaking out from it. But just from first application it's pretty nice. I think you
00:02:34.940 can kind of see it on the skin. Sometimes what I'll do is I'll just take my sponge after blending in
00:02:40.480 any foundation that I've done with a brush and I'll just kind of like go over everything just to give it a
00:02:46.540 little bit more of a natural finish because that brush will pick up at this sponge not brush. The sponge
00:02:53.100 will pick up any extra foundation that's kind of been left on the skin and just smooth anything out

00:03:04.940 Yeah that helped a little bit. I think there also might be something about that primer funnily enough.
00:03:12.300 I think the primer might have been a little bit too oily and so when I put the foundation on top of
00:03:17.580 it then it becomes a little bit harder to keep on the skin and it starts to move around too much.
00:03:24.060 So the next thing I'm going to do is my concealer. I got the Photo Focus Concealer Corrector.
00:03:30.860 I got it in the shade Fair Beige. Probably the lightest one they have given that that's my skin tone.
00:03:39.420 It looks like this and I'm just going to apply this under the eyes and on any blemishes I have
00:03:44.700 and right in the center of the face just to bring light to the center of the face.
00:04:00.060 Right off the bat I do not like that concealer blended out with a brush. It does not do well.
00:04:18.380 It picked up all of the foundation that was underneath it so I'm going to go wet this little
00:04:22.620 sponge and see if I can make this work a little bit better.

00:04:50.300 on the person what works best for them. This wet sponge has made a huge difference and that's crazy.
00:04:56.220 Now I'm going to go in with a dual-ended contour stick which has a highlight side
00:05:00.220 and a contour side. I'm going to see how this works.
00:05:09.020 Wow, I loved that contour stick because let me tell you, it is hard to make a cream contour
00:05:27.580 that really works well. When you're doing a cream contour you want it to be creamy enough that you
00:05:31.820 can blend it out with a brush or a sponge but not so creamy that it just ends up all over your face.
00:05:35.820 This does that. It stayed where I put it but also is easy to blend out which is really hard to accomplish
00:05:42.220 and for it to be, I don't remember how much, but not very expensive, that's amazing. I will say a
00:05:47.740 really good technique when you're applying cream contour is that a lot of the time that can look
00:05:51.820 really heavy on your face because you just put it directly on top of your foundation. So the best
00:05:56.780 way to blend that out and make it look lighter is to take your foundation brush that already has some
00:06:00.940 foundation on it and just kind of go over what you've already done and it'll lighten up what
00:06:06.700 you've added to the face. You can also do this with a damp sponge that has some foundation on it.
00:06:11.500 You can do it with your concealer brush or your concealer sponge. Really anything that has a little
00:06:16.620 bit of light left in it, it'll just lighten up what you've worked on so that it doesn't look like
00:06:21.340 it's too heavy. Now I'm going to go ahead and set my whole face.
00:06:35.020 It's a pretty smooth powder. I like that. It doesn't actually leave a powdery finish to your face.
00:06:40.380 It doesn't really look like you have any powder on at all which that's nice. I'm going to continue
00:06:45.660 with a powder bronzer. This is Sunset Striptease. Wet n Wild. Getting sexy with the names. And I'm
00:06:53.980 just going to put this over the face. I've already done my contour so I don't have to be so specific
00:06:58.860 with where I put this. I don't have to be like right in the cheekbones. I'm going to just do it
00:07:02.140 a little bit more messy just to bring some color to the face. I like that a lot. I think it's really
00:07:08.940 pretty and natural. It is not too warm and it's not too cool. It's just right as Goldilocks would say.
00:07:14.620 Now I'm going to go in with the Wet n Wild Color Icon Blush in pearlescent pink and I'm going to put
00:07:20.460 this right on the cheeks. That is so pretty and fresh. I love that color. It has this little pretty
00:07:33.180 sheen. But it's like really natural. Now here's a step I'm very excited about. This is the Wet n Wild
00:07:40.620 Loose Highlighting Powder in I'm So Lit and it looks gorgeous. Look at this. Look at the color.

00:08:41.820 in medium brown. Let's be honest. I probably need dark brown but this is the darkest that they come in.
00:08:47.580 So we're going to just work with it. It has a retractable brow pencil on one side and it's in
00:08:52.540 this shape. And then they also have a spoolie on the other side. So let's go ahead and try this out.
00:09:09.100 This is incredibly natural. Like you can't really tell that I put anything in my brows but you can
00:09:20.540 see the difference. One is more defined and I can add a little bit of length to the end here.
00:09:25.340 And the other one has a little bit less shape. This is not an expensive brow pencil and people spend
00:09:31.420 a lot of money on brow products. I know people spend like $25 on Anastasia brow products. I don't
00:09:37.180 really know that much about brow products so I'm not going to like judge them but this seems pretty

00:09:53.900 You guys. I'm inspired. I love this. So the next thing we're going to work on is eyeshadow.
00:10:02.220 And the first thing I need to do is take my finger and blend out this concealer.
00:10:08.860 So the new product that I got is this liquid katsu shimmered liquid eyeshadow in cashmere love.
00:10:15.500 I already own rose in the air and I've used it before and I really like it. I think it's a really
00:10:20.380 good good eyeshadow palette and it's not expensive which is awesome. And I think what we're going to do
00:10:26.940 is we're going to start off by putting just in a couple transition shades just to like put something
00:10:33.020 on the lid before we go in with this and then we'll put this in all over the lid. So I'm going
00:10:38.460 in with this shade here up here that's called the it just says transition on it.
00:10:45.580 I gotta say guys this concealer is kind of killing me. I don't have dry patches on my lid and it makes
00:10:52.860 it look like I have dry patches all over my eyelid. So that's not great.

00:12:23.100 So I'm going to be using the Mega Protein mascara. I have a lot of lengthening mascaras and volumizing
00:12:28.780 mascaras, but I figured it would be good for me to have something that is actually good for my lashes.
00:12:32.380 So I'm going to go ahead and try this out. So here's what I'll say about the mascara. I don't
00:12:42.540 mind if a healthy, revitalizing mascara doesn't give me huge volume, huge length. I'd rather have
00:12:48.860 it be something that's good for my lashes than something that looks really dramatic. So this is
00:12:53.420 going to be a very natural mascara, and I'm okay with that. If you don't like natural mascaras,
00:12:58.140 then you will not like this. Now we're going to go in with this gel lip liner. This is in the
00:13:02.220 shade Bare to Comment. I like that a lot. I think it's a really nice consistency, and I enjoy using it.
00:13:12.540 So now I'm going to put on this Liquid Catsuit High Shine Lipstick, and this is in the shade Cedar Later.
00:13:17.900 So this is not a long-lasting lipstick, but this is something that feels really nice on the lips.
00:13:30.380 Like, your lips just feel moisturized, and I love that. I think this is a really pretty color too,
00:13:35.260 and I think it would flatter a lot of skin tones. Last but not least, we're going to go in with the
00:13:39.340 Coconut 3-in-1 Primer Water. I wanted to get the coconut scent. Oh my gosh, if you light a coconut
00:13:45.340 candle, I will be in heaven. I love it. So let's go ahead and try this. I'm going to shake it.

00:13:55.180 It's a good thing I did that because it kind of spat at me. Let's try one more time.
00:13:59.740 The spray was pretty good. Overall thoughts. Wet n Wild is an awesome brand. Try it. Like,
00:14:04.700 it is cheap, and the quality of the product is awesome. So the only things I would say be a little
00:14:09.980 wary of are the primer. I don't know how that affected the foundation because the foundation
00:14:14.380 feels a little heavy on my skin, and I don't think that is the foundation's fault. I think that is the
00:14:19.820 primer's fault. So try the foundation, maybe skip the primer. The next thing I'll say that I did not
00:14:26.220 like, I said it a few times, is the concealer. Did not enjoy it. Don't try it. Like, it isn't good.
00:14:32.780 It just clings to all of these weird things on your skin that normally you wouldn't have an issue with.
