00:03:48.260 wrist and you have to hold on. Uh, this is going to S you know, be a far superior alternative to
00:03:54.020 shopping bag hanging without the detriment of your hand, you know, essentially being occupied for the
00:04:00.340 one to two hours that you're stretching per day. Um, so we're able to, you know, grow about an inch
00:04:05.700 within the first year realistically, if you're staying consistent with your usage, um, and correctly
00:04:12.580 tapering up or sorry, rather titrating up on your usage of the stretcher. But it is important to note,
00:04:18.500 guys, the penile curve, which I couldn't find any diagrams or examples, uh, you know, that were,

00:05:54.340 the most optimal for actually dick maxing for PE maxing the point of the video. So this is the best
00:06:00.900 device by far. If you could throw it on the trash can and only go with one thing,
00:06:05.380 go with the penis bump. Um, and the reason for that is, is we already discussed the black pill on
00:06:10.500 girth. Uh, and this is tailored directly for hypertrophy or not necessarily hypertrophy, but
00:06:16.260 increasing the girth of your shaft, right? So, um, and there, there's some specific things that you
00:06:22.420 guys need to know about penis bumps is there's a lot of expensive options out there like the bathmate,

00:09:53.460 of the ligaments, right? So human growth hormone is going to aid slightly in that recovery,
00:09:58.580 um, and potentially give you an edge on people who are just PE maxing without HTH.
