00:13:37.120 but i use pregabalin right to have a little bit less glutamate which is the neurotransmitter that is
00:13:42.800 largely linked to anxiety anxiety going to the club no bueno we don't want that so we're using
00:13:48.960 pregabalin to temporarily reduce that neurotransmitter now that neurotransmitter has its pros but
00:13:55.280 certainly not during nightlife so we're going to temporarily reduce the amount of glutamate now the
00:14:00.800 next thing we're going to use is a gaba b agonist which is baclofen right so as many of you guys know

00:14:46.000 direct agonism of gaba a and closest to alcohol not a good thing it down regulates the gaba a receptor
00:14:51.680 very quickly you've older tolerance i'm not saying to it to use this i would say as far away from
00:14:56.720 alprazolam as you could but it certainly is something that you could use uh you know in dire
00:15:01.760 situations if you need to have some sort of low inhibition the next thing i'm going to discuss

00:15:11.440 dutasteride right so i'm trying to wipe out as much dht as possible and 0.5 is the often prescribed dose

00:15:23.840 percent of dht my goal is to block 100 so i'm getting as close as i can with 2.5 milligrams and there is no
