00:17:58.440 And the reason for that, obviously, is because if she can claim that, she can also claim that

00:18:05.260 she can also use this Me Too law, this 47.1 law, to try and get attorney's fees from him because

00:18:11.740 he also sued her back. That lawsuit was dismissed because Jed Wallace didn't have jurisdiction over

00:18:19.280 Blake Lively in Texas, and he sued her there. So it was a very short and simple thing. It's just

00:18:24.720 like, oh, you can't sue her here. And that lawsuit is what Blake Lively wants $800,000 in attorney's

00:18:31.280 fees for. And Jed Wallace is like, no way. So they've been arguing back and forth about this

00:18:37.860 for a few weeks now and today or yesterday Jed Wallace filed another explosive letter to the

00:18:46.540 judge basically calling Blake Lively a liar and this is all false information and she committed

00:18:53.660 perjury. Yeah he's going there he's not being careful like the way fair parties were careful

00:18:59.900 because they knew that if they really went hard after Blake it could backfire on Justin Baldoni

00:20:11.860 to depose Blake Lively to find out if there was actual malice here and Blake Lively of course

00:21:43.620 website against Rebel Wilson's producer. But since Blake Lively has no evidence of her own or

00:21:49.320 anything. She's just borrowing evidence from other cases. And that's something Jed Wallace

00:21:53.960 is pointing out here, saying, hey, you can't just use other, you can't just use evidence from other

00:21:59.600 cases that's totally unrelated to this one. And they say here, ironically, the only party

00:22:04.620 pressuring anyone here is Lively, who demanded nearly one million in legal fees for a simple

00:22:10.780 motion to dismiss that was not resolved on the merits, while refusing at every turn to allow

00:22:17.180 the Wallace parties to obtain evidence to undercut her supposed entitlement to legal fees

00:22:22.960 at all. Yet again, the legal morass that Lively tries to squirm out is one entirely of her own

00:22:32.660 making. The limited motion for leave should be granted. And they also say here that this entire

00:22:38.580 dispute stems from Lively's decision to share with the press an employment complaint, an attached

00:22:44.380 draft legal complaints that falsely accused the Texas-based Wallace parties of, amongst other

00:22:51.780 things, SH, even though the Wallace parties had never met Blake Lively. It's so funny to me that

00:23:01.080 she's going after him for $800,000. As you know, she was rewarded 5% of what she asked in the

00:23:09.640 Wayfair case or the Justin Boldoni case. So the judge said that she should only receive $400,000

00:23:15.240 in fighting that case. And as I said yesterday, she spent $435,000 to actually get these $400,000.

00:23:24.440 Yet not a great outcome. And if a judge would agree with her here, if she gets 5% here as well,

00:23:30.600 that's $40,000, which is basically what she probably paid her attorneys to write that letter

00:23:37.580 last week to get these attorney's fees. It's so dumb. She's only obviously doing this to try and

00:23:45.180 get another headline, but the headline is going to be embarrassing and humiliating again. So I'm

00:23:52.520 wondering when is enough enough for Blake? Does she get some kind of high from being humiliated

00:23:59.260 in the press now? Because there's no good outcome for her in this case. Yeah, Blake needs a new PR

00:24:06.460 team that's for sure and she just needs to disappear she needs to stop going after people
