00:01:37.400 these new articles that Blake Lively's team has planted in the media,
00:01:42.640 insinuating that there's been some really inappropriate questioning going on from Baldoni's lawyers.
00:01:48.520 Well, now we know the truth, and the judge has ruled, and this will make your day.
00:01:55.340 Also attached to that is a letter from Kevin Fritz, one of our favorite attorneys on the Baldoni's team.
00:02:02.880 And he is putting Blake's team in their place and letting us know what really happened here.
00:02:09.620 And Hollywood has spoken again, and it's not in Blake Lively's favor.
00:02:14.180 They are making her into a laughingstock.
00:02:17.020 And we have to talk about this wonderful article in People Magazine,
00:02:21.620 where a source for Blake Lively is explaining to us that she's focusing on her children and on Christmas right now,
00:02:29.700 and a little bit on her hair care brand as well.

00:02:33.740 I've spoken about this media stunt that Blake Lively's team did earlier this week.
00:02:39.180 It started in Variety when they published this story that made it seem like
00:02:43.760 Justin Baldoni's attorney had asked Blake Lively really inappropriate questions.
00:02:48.100 And they were even saying because of this, they had to implement this grape rule,
00:02:56.400 meaning I had to put a G in front there because YouTube doesn't like that word,
00:03:00.440 but meaning that everyone was like,
00:03:02.240 oh my God, they've been really asking her so many questions about her personal intimate life,
00:03:08.580 and this is unheard of.
00:03:10.760 All of this started with a letter that Blake Lively's attorneys sent to the judge
00:03:14.940 asking him to sanction the Wayfair parties.
00:03:17.980 This is something they keep doing.
00:03:19.720 I think this is the 10th time they're asking the judge for sanctions,
00:03:22.720 and they were saying they interrupted us in depositions.
00:03:25.360 They're acting like bullies, and then they're asking these inappropriate questions.
00:03:29.420 And one of the things that they mentioned that got picked up a lot on
00:03:32.860 is this expert witness called Nicole Alexander.
00:03:36.780 And I spoke about her, and I thought that Nicole Alexander was some kind of psychologist
00:03:43.560 and body image expert because that's what I read online, but that's wrong.
00:03:50.140 She's an expert in digital ecosystems and AI-mediated brand perception
00:03:55.460 and online reputation analysis.
00:03:58.620 So why would she get asked about Blake Lively's intimate life?
00:04:02.860 Makes no sense.
00:04:04.280 And she didn't get asked any of those questions
00:04:06.520 because now the Wayfair parties have attached her entire deposition,
00:04:10.980 and there's no such questions in there.
00:04:13.000 So what actually happened here is that Blake Lively's team said
00:04:16.180 those questions are off limits, but they never happened.
00:04:21.820 This is so shady.
00:04:24.260 Don't you think Blake Lively's team would have attached examples of those questions
00:04:29.680 of what they thought, hey, judge, look at this.

00:04:34.580 They didn't attach anything, and they can't point to anything.
00:04:38.200 And that is what Kevin Fridge is pointing out in this letter.
00:04:42.120 So basically, this witness was called in to analyze whether the backlash
00:04:46.540 against Blake Lively was organic or not.
00:04:50.800 And she concluded that it was 100% organic.
00:04:54.260 And of course, Blake Lively's team doesn't like that.
00:04:56.340 And so that's why they started arguing, and they're saying to the judge,
00:04:59.980 hey, we need more time with this witness because we were interrupted so much.
00:05:05.800 So they're basically saying that they didn't get the evidence that they needed
00:05:09.360 because Baldoni's attorneys were interrupting.
00:05:12.240 So now the judge has ruled, and it's not in Blake Lively's favor,
00:05:16.800 although he is giving them a little bit of what they want.
00:05:20.260 He is saying that they can get an extra hour with this witness,
00:05:24.940 and that Baldoni's team has to pay for that one hour.
00:05:28.640 I bet they spend a lot more money on attorneys to actually write these motions for sanctions
00:05:34.280 than they're actually getting from this one hour.
00:05:36.980 But anyways, no sanctions on Brian Friedman or on Kevin Fritz here.
00:05:43.240 But the judge is saying, please stop interrupting each other in the depositions.
00:05:47.280 And as we know now, discovery is over.
00:05:51.060 But Blake Lively's team will get one more hour to try and convince this witness
00:05:56.340 that the smear campaign was not organic.
00:06:00.840 Anyways, as far as we know now, there has been no depositions,
00:06:04.680 no witnesses, no one has ever been asked any questions
00:06:09.680 that this article in Variety is insinuating that has been asked.
00:06:15.720 So this was all a big PR stunt,
00:06:19.100 and that's exactly what Kevin Fritz is saying in this letter.
00:06:23.300 He's saying that Ms. Lively submitted to the court
00:06:26.600 only 35 pages from Ms. Alexander's deposition transcript,
00:06:31.080 a mere 10% thereof, presumably to create a false narrative.
00:06:37.580 Oh yes, she did.
00:06:39.240 And he continues to say the motion seemingly was filed solely to generate inflammatory headlines
00:06:44.960 and falsely besmirch the character of the wayfair parties.
00:06:49.920 And he also points out what we've been talking about here the whole time.
00:06:53.580 The only ongoing matter is Ms. Lively's use of the media
00:06:57.820 to dispatch others and distract the public from the legal issue at hand.
00:07:03.560 Yeah, that's what she keeps doing here, of course, because she doesn't have any evidence.
00:07:08.240 She needs to make a lot of locomotions, so we forget that she doesn't have any evidence.

00:07:17.460 Also, Kevin Fritz is pointing out that Blake Lively's teams are the ones interrupting them.

00:07:26.240 are those made by Ms. Lively's counsel at the deposition of non-party Jenny Slate's.
00:07:32.240 Of course, we can't see Jenny Slate's deposition yet, but I'm dying to see that.
00:07:36.480 I'm guessing she was deposed for about seven hours as well.
00:07:40.220 I don't know if they only talked about her leather pants for seven hours,
00:07:43.500 because that's the only accusation she had against Justin Baldoni.

00:07:56.860 Okay, and I have to read a little bit from what Blake Lively's team filed here,

00:08:13.740 Lively's attorney saying,
00:08:14.900 are you following your counsel's instruction not to answer?
00:08:18.600 And Ms. Alexander is saying yes.
00:08:21.560 And then she asks again, well, you mentioned,
00:08:24.200 and then Mr. Fritz interrupts her and is saying,
00:08:26.660 just going forward, she's always going to follow my instructions not to answer.
00:08:30.320 So, and then Ms. Goverński is saying,
00:08:33.120 can you articulate your basis for instructing her not to answer?
00:08:37.860 And then Mr. Friedman jumps in and he's saying,
00:08:39.980 can we stop with these speaking objections?
00:08:41.760 And then Mr. Fritz is saying, sorry, I didn't know who that is.
00:08:45.680 And Mr. Friedman is saying, that's Brian Friedman.
00:08:48.500 Ms. Goverński is saying, it's my deposition.
00:08:51.420 And Mr. Friedman says, yeah, that's right.
00:08:53.560 And you're improperly handling it.
00:08:55.960 And you don't know what you're doing or how to practice law.

00:09:16.740 And then Mr. Friedman is saying,
00:09:18.780 no, you're the one giving speaking objections as your mouth is moving right now.
00:09:23.380 I just find it so interesting that this behavior occurs in these kind of depositions,
00:09:29.100 that the attorneys are speaking to each other this way.
00:09:31.960 I think this is a toxic work environment, to be honest.
00:09:34.780 But anyways, I just wanted to read a little bit from that.
00:09:37.820 So you guys know what's going on in court and what these guys are arguing about at this point.
00:09:43.980 Okay, so let's get to Hollywood Reporter.
00:09:45.780 They made a list of 2025's biggest losers and biggest winners.
00:09:50.240 And guess who's on the loser list?
00:09:52.360 Well, they put both Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni there.
00:09:55.540 But I'm guessing they just don't want to pick a side here.
00:09:58.660 Because as you know, Justin Baldoni didn't have a choice.
00:10:01.580 I mean, Justin couldn't say, hey, please don't sue me.
00:10:04.080 I don't want part of it.

00:10:06.960 And that's what we have to remember.

00:10:55.020 These two, pointing at Justin and Blake, sure weren't boring,
