00:00:57.440 it's over now, it really isn't. And we have to look into this detail that I missed in this

00:01:11.540 the middle of all of this is Scooter Braun. And also there's a very interesting aspect here,

00:01:17.660 putting Stephanie Jones at risk for having to pay for the Wayfair Party's attorneys. This is

00:01:26.480 so delicious. Anyways, let's get into it. So as I mentioned, Blake and Ryan's team are now in

00:01:33.320 full crisis mode. I did not know this. Thank you, Aaron, for sending me this. So her legal team and

00:01:40.600 one of the top lawyers here, Michael Gottlieb, is also in crisis management. Isn't this interesting?

00:03:41.580 saying that this was unorganic, that these were just people that basically were brainwashed.

00:03:47.600 So now, as you know, I've talked about this before, now her PR team is going to brainwash people back to thinking that Blake Lively is a nice person and someone that they should support so she can get more work. 0.91

00:05:34.960 going to spend between 14 and 24 million dollars to get her reputation back and then her attorney

00:05:43.320 said that it was a huge victory for her to get $40,000 in attorney's fees. Just wanted to put

00:05:52.220 that out there. Anyways, interesting. I didn't think about this when I saw Ryan Reynolds post

00:05:57.700 for Blake Levy's birthday, when he was saying that every 25th of August is basically their Super Bowl.

00:06:05.260 And some people online were pointing to him using Super Bowl. And of course, it makes a lot of sense

00:06:12.900 When you think about this whole SEO strategy, all these words that have been mentioned over

00:06:19.120 and over again, that have created negative publicity around Blake Lively.

00:06:24.340 And as you know, she used to go to the Super Bowl with her ex-BFF, Taylor Swift, and when

00:10:19.320 at explaining what's going on and what's been going on in this lawsuit. Anyways, she was answering

00:10:24.740 someone's question about this and she talked about how the Wayfair parties hired Stephanie Jones

00:10:31.300 and her company Jones work, to work for them, to protect them and to promote them.

00:10:37.880 And as you know, now the Wayfair parties are accusing Stephanie Jones of working against them.

00:10:44.380 Obviously, because she gave the text messages from one of her employees' phone to Blake Lively,

00:10:50.720 something that basically triggered this entire lawsuit. 0.64

00:10:53.480 So by this betrayal, Stephanie Jones forced her own client into this legal mess.

00:11:02.880 So obviously, when you hire a PR team, you expect them to work for you and not against you.

00:11:09.320 And the Wayfair parties alleges that Jones violated this duty by sharing information

00:11:14.940 and making damaging statements about the Wayfair to Blake Lively, to Leslie Sloan,

00:11:22.480 So if those actions helped trigger Blake Lively's lawsuit, which we basically know that it did,

00:11:37.060 Times, we can bury anyone? That was a text message from Jennifer Abel's phone. And if that is the

00:11:44.000 case, the Wayfair parties can argue that Stephanie Jones and Jones' work should pay for the millions 0.98

00:13:25.820 in this lawsuit between the publicists there are a few people involved there as well. Some of them

00:13:31.800 works for TAG, the crisis management team, being Melissa Nathan, one person, Jennifer

00:13:39.680 Abel, she started her own company, and then you have Stephanie Jones, who runs Jones Works.

00:13:46.080 And then there is another person involved here, and her name is Katie Case. And I did

00:13:52.100 not know this, but Katie Case used to work for Stephanie Jones and Jones Work, and then 1.00

00:13:59.300 she jumped over to TAG, this crisis management company where Melissa Nathan works. And one of

00:14:08.120 the main owners of that company, by the way, is Scooter Braun. And we'll get back to him later

00:14:13.700 here. But this detail changes things quite a bit, if you ask me. Because in her deposition,

00:14:21.260 I've talked about this, Katie Case said that Melissa Nathan, who she worked with at TAG,

00:14:27.620 told her to create a copy for a website to smear stephanie jones but then there is no evidence of

00:14:37.180 this so katie case claims that melissa just told her this orally and she says there is no copy

00:14:44.900 anywhere that she can show and there are no text messaging showing this communication she had with

00:14:52.100 Melissa Nathan because they used Signal, this communication app that deletes text messages

00:15:00.200 right after they've been read. So she's claiming that Melissa Nathan, who she worked with that tag,

00:15:06.580 told her to do this while there is no evidence of that. And that brings me to her working for

00:15:14.520 Stephanie Jones. Because that opens the door to another question. Did she have a personal grievance

00:15:22.080 with Stephanie Jones? It seems like everyone who left Stephanie Jones' company had some kind of

00:15:30.060 grievance with her. And that makes me question her testimony. As you know, Melissa Nathan denied

00:15:38.180 that they ever had a conversation about these websites and also Jed Wallace denies that he had

00:15:45.280 anything to do with any smear websites and there is no evidence that they had anything to do with

00:15:53.400 any of these websites so now Katie Case is just sitting there saying that this happened but I

00:15:59.320 don't have any evidence to show and here's another interesting twist because as you know Stephanie

00:16:04.920 Jones accused Melissa Nathan and Tagg of this smear campaign against her creating these smear 1.00

00:16:11.360 websites. But what came out of her own deposition when she was questioned by a freedman, he asked

00:16:19.900 her if she had contacted Scooter Braun to smear Melissa Nathan to get him to fire her. So

00:16:29.880 apparently, Stephanie Jones got in touch with Scooter Braun and told him that Melissa Nathan 1.00

00:16:36.840 is planting negative stories in the press so that people would have a reason to hire her.

00:16:43.500 But the fact that Stephanie Jones went to Melissa Nathan's employer and tried to rat her out,

00:16:53.180 saying that she was guilty of planting negative stories about future clients so they could hire

00:17:00.700 her to fix the problem. And Brian asked her straight out, he said, were you trying to get

00:17:05.040 Scooter Braun to fire Melissa Nathan? And she never said no. She just said, I was telling Scooter

00:17:11.620 what I believe to be true. And she told Scooter Braun that Melissa Nathan had a deep connection

00:17:17.180 with Daily Mail and that both her and also Jennifer Abel here possibly was part of this

00:17:24.960 plan to plant the story so that Justin Baldoni would hire her. So to me, this just looks like

00:17:31.020 a power struggle now between these two PR agencies. Stephanie Jones is really upset that 1.00

00:17:38.740 people are leaving her, jumping over to tag or starting their own business. So she wants to do

00:17:44.360 anything in her power to keep her clients as you know she lost Justin Baldoni to Jennifer Abel 0.70

00:17:50.740 and she lost Katie Case as an employee as well jumping over to TAG so to me it looks like 0.99

00:17:57.020 Stephanie Jones was after revenge here as well and especially after her attorneys started

00:18:05.140 threatening Katie Case and giving her a subpoena that was so broad including all their other 1.00

00:18:13.060 clients. So she was asking about information about Rebel Wilson, Amanda Ghost, Dwayne Johnson,

00:18:20.420 the Alexander brothers, and several other people. So you can imagine the damage it would have done

00:18:27.280 to their business if all of this information became public. They're supposed to be a crisis

00:18:33.140 management team working behind the scenes to help people rebuild their reputation or to avoid

00:18:38.720 crisis and then of course by revealing all of this stuff it would have been terrible for tag

00:18:45.140 and of course stephanie jones knew that they also threatened katie case if she didn't comply 0.91

00:18:51.200 with the subpoena and saying that without her cooperation they would pursue jones works claims 0.98

00:18:57.680 to the full extent necessary so they would basically add her to the lawsuit and sue her

00:19:05.660 as well. So then the Wayfair parties went to the judge and said hey this is really unreasonable

00:19:10.120 they are threatening her and then the judge shot it down and he told Stephanie Jones that the

00:19:16.000 subpoena was too late and she had failed to demonstrate sufficient diligence. As you know

00:19:22.720 Blake also fought really hard to get Jed Wallace's client list. She wanted to expose him as well and

00:19:29.820 who he is working for behind the scenes. It's so funny now because we know that Blake has a team

00:19:35.640 a crisis management team working for herself and this is the way Hollywood works. I think this is

00:19:41.420 one of the most destructive things about this case that we all know now how it works, how ruthless

00:19:48.720 these publicists are and how we never really know the truth and we really never know who these

00:19:56.060 celebrities really are because we have been sold this image of these people that is completely

00:20:02.780 false. A lot of them have this public image that has nothing to do with who they are in real life.

00:20:09.780 So now this is the big test for all of these PR people, for all these publicists. Who can actually

00:20:17.000 manage this crisis? How are they going to get themselves out of this mess? And of course,

00:20:24.260 who's telling the truth here? Who's lying? Who's been lying under oath? Some people have been
