00:05:53.000 That'd be hilarious.

00:05:56.000 All you gotta go crazy for the trailer, bro.

00:05:58.000 It doesn't come out until 2025.

00:05:59.000 Two years, bro. 1.00

00:06:02.000 Everyone's all hyped up, and I'm like, yo, it doesn't come out for two years, man. 1.00

00:06:06.000 Could you imagine you spent two years waiting for this game, and you passed away?

00:06:09.000 Yeah, that could suck.

00:06:11.000 That's really dark, but hey, I'm just saying, bro. 0.96

00:06:20.000 Apparently.

00:06:21.000 Oh, man.

00:06:22.000 That double. 0.72

00:06:23.000 Rockstar.

00:06:25.000 Went from rockstar to wokestar. 1.00

00:06:27.000 Goddamn, bro. 0.99

00:06:27.000 I don't know about y'all, bro, but I can't play a game as a girl, bro. 0.99

00:06:29.000 I mean, they might be the best player in the game, but if it's a girl, I just can't play, bro. 1.00

00:06:32.000 Yeah, that's weird.

00:06:33.000 It's agony.

00:06:33.000 I just can't do it.

00:06:34.000 Damn. 0.99

00:06:47.000 I'm still trying to hit 100K. I don't know if we'll hit 100 before the end of the year, but let's see if we can.

00:06:53.000 So yeah, just follow me over there, guys.

00:07:05.000 We just posted the new SV that I just got.

00:07:09.000 And I was supposed to go to a car show.

00:07:11.000 I'm actually dropping a vlog tomorrow.

00:07:14.000 Somebody hit the car, bro.

00:07:16.000 Yo, get this, right, guys?

00:07:17.000 So I'm legit ready to go to the car rally, the toy drive, right?

00:07:21.000 It's from Miami to Philadelphia to Naples.

00:07:24.000 I'm excited, ready to go.

00:07:26.000 I was like, you know, I'm gonna stay up all night and just go straight to the car rally, right?

00:07:30.000 Then I was on the beach.

00:07:31.000 I passed by this, you know, queer club, right?

00:07:36.000 And I stopped at the light.

00:07:38.000 I stopped at the light, my business, all of a sudden I heard, and I'm like, Wait, did I tell my foot off the brake?

00:07:47.000 Like, what's going on here?

00:07:48.000 I should be fine.

00:07:50.000 No, I'm not fine.

00:07:51.000 The car just jerks forward.

00:07:52.000 I get out of the car, this F word hit me.

00:07:56.000 Now, I don't know if this is karma to say the word so much, but nigga, I got hit by an F word, bro. 0.55

00:08:01.000 Oh, man.

00:08:01.000 Anyhow, long story short, man.

00:08:02.000 They hit SV. Crazy.

00:08:04.000 But, again, you know, I'm going to post a vlog what happened.

00:08:08.000 And even the cops were like, bro, we're fans of the show, too, bro.

00:08:10.000 We support you guys, but this is crazy, man. 1.00

00:08:12.000 Damn. 1.00

00:08:12.000 Hit the SV. But it's not too much damage, though. 1.00

00:08:15.000 It should be fine to fix.

00:08:16.000 But just...

00:08:17.000 Yeah, it's a bumper.

00:08:18.000 It's a fender bender.

00:08:19.000 Yeah, bro.

00:08:20.000 But wow.

00:08:20.000 So, yeah.

00:08:21.000 So I'll post our vlog up tomorrow. 0.99

00:08:23.000 Damn, man. 0.99

00:08:23.000 Insane, bro. 0.99

00:08:24.000 Well...

00:08:24.000 600k.

00:08:26.000 What?

00:08:27.000 For the car, bro.

00:08:28.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:08:29.000 Wild. 1.00

00:08:30.000 Goddamn. 1.00

00:08:31.000 Wild. 0.99

00:08:31.000 And does that hurt, like, the value of the car? 0.99

00:08:33.000 Hell yeah.

00:08:33.000 I mean, bro.

00:08:35.000 Even if you get it fixed.

00:08:37.000 No, no, no.

00:08:38.000 If I fix it, it's fine.

00:08:39.000 But I'm just saying, imagine I went through insurance and all that stuff.

00:08:41.000 It'd be bad.

00:08:42.000 For a little fender bender.

00:08:43.000 But he's gonna pay.

00:08:45.000 I'm gonna pay.

00:08:46.000 Why doesn't he pay?

00:08:48.000 He crashed into you.

00:08:49.000 He hit you in the back.

00:08:49.000 Because if I go through insurance, then it's going to affect me.

00:08:52.000 Because in Florida, if you get hit like that, both insurance go up.

00:08:57.000 Wow.

00:08:57.000 I can just get it.

00:08:58.000 Actually, my boy's gonna do it for like pretty much free, so I'm good.

00:09:01.000 Even if it's not your fault?

00:09:02.000 Yeah, bro, as well. 0.98

00:09:04.000 So yeah, Florida's screwed, bro. 0.99

00:09:06.000 That's crazy, bro. 1.00

00:09:07.000 What the fuck, man. 1.00

00:09:08.000 But yeah, bro, that was crazy. 1.00

00:09:09.000 What was he doing? 0.99

00:09:10.000 Was he drunk or some shit, or was he just looking at his phone? 1.00

00:09:12.000 Like, how the fuck do you hit a car in the back? 1.00

00:09:13.000 He's like, oh, did I hit your car? 0.99

00:09:15.000 I'm like, I can't even get mad at you, bro.

00:09:18.000 I can't even get mad at you right now, bro. 1.00

00:09:20.000 I'm mad though, but I'm like, fuck. 0.99

00:09:21.000 What do I do here? 1.00

00:09:22.000 Damn, man. 0.99

00:09:24.000 Alright. 1.00

00:09:25.000 Let's see here.

00:09:27.000 Okay, we can have some of these chats and we can get right into the countdown.

00:09:30.000 Yes, we can.

00:09:31.000 We got here...

00:09:33.000 Linden goes, is it possible to use...

00:09:39.000 An FHA loan to get a triplex, then use the first unit to live in, the second to rent to a tenant.

00:09:45.000 Wait, where are we?

00:09:46.000 Oh, and then use the third unit as an Airbnb.

00:09:49.000 Would it be best to have the second and third units under different LLCs?

00:09:53.000 Ocala, Florida area, by the way.

00:09:55.000 No, the property is under one LLC, and then, I mean, it's up to you.

00:09:58.000 You could put one as a tenant and one as an Airbnb if you want.

00:10:01.000 It's up to you.

00:10:02.000 The biggest thing is you've got to live there for at least a year.

00:10:04.000 Yeah.

00:10:05.000 That's fine.

00:10:06.000 Do you want to live in a property where you've got random Airbnb tenants all the time?

00:10:10.000 That's up to you, bro.

00:10:11.000 That might be a headache.

00:10:13.000 Julian, we're going to go 10 and up from here, guys.

00:10:15.000 FNF on GTA 6 seems like...

00:10:18.000 Where are we at here?

00:10:19.000 Logical business movement developers.

00:10:21.000 I don't know, man.

00:10:22.000 Yeah, I don't know.

00:10:22.000 Rockstar might be too woke for us, man.

00:10:23.000 I don't know.

00:10:24.000 For real. 1.00

00:10:25.000 They're making female characters that are single moms and shit. 1.00

00:10:27.000 That's wild. 1.00

00:10:28.000 What else do we got here?

00:10:31.000 You guys are handling the Rumble Rants?

00:10:33.000 Okay, guys, FNFSuperChat.com, as you guys know, whenever you do that, it's a bit faster than with the Rumble Rants, because the Rumble Rants, we've got to screen it when it comes in and then, you know, put it on screen and everything else, screenshot and all the other stuff, so it's a little bit slower.

00:10:45.000 But either way, thank you so much.

00:10:48.000 I know I asked this question before, but say, for instance, that you have $10,000 saved, what would you do?

00:10:57.000 At that point, bro, I would invest in myself for learning a skill, because I think it's too low a month to invest, because 10k isn't a lot of money.

00:11:04.000 Or actually, you probably want to keep that in a savings, like your emergency fund, bro.

00:11:11.000 You know what I mean?

00:11:12.000 You want at least six months to a year of all your living expenses sitting somewhere liquid that you can use, guys.

00:11:19.000 Bro, I'll never forget.

00:11:21.000 I told my mentor, I was like, yo, I got 10K saved.

00:11:23.000 He's like, what is that?

00:11:25.000 Save 100K and then talk to me again. 0.99

00:11:26.000 I was like, god damn! 0.98

00:11:28.000 He was right, though. 0.99

00:11:28.000 10K is nothing. 0.99

00:11:29.000 Yeah, yeah, you can't do it.

00:11:30.000 Yeah, from an investment standpoint, you really can't do too much with that.

00:11:32.000 Can't do much, bro.

00:11:33.000 Unfortunately.

00:11:35.000 So, yeah, you need to save more money, my friend.

00:11:37.000 And honestly, that should be your emergency fund anyway.

00:11:40.000 Hey, man, I watched Friday Call and episode SMH on the last call.

00:11:43.000 Our question, when will you do a stream on Natural Testosterone Boost?

00:11:47.000 I mean, watch the episodes that we did on weight training, bro, and counting your macros and losing weight.

00:11:52.000 That will all increase your testosterone naturally by eating well, going to the gym, training hard.

00:11:57.000 You'll be fine.

00:11:59.000 Work with Malcolm.

00:11:59.000 Work with Malcolm goes, I have an interview to work for Greg Gallagher sales team.

00:12:04.000 Any advice?

00:12:04.000 I love you guys.

00:12:05.000 I hope my number is saved from the last call-in show.

00:12:07.000 It is.

00:12:08.000 Yes, it is saved.

00:12:10.000 Mo got it. 0.56

00:12:11.000 Bro, just be confident.

00:12:12.000 It's a sales job, so you've got to sell yourself.

00:12:16.000 You know, typically sales jobs are, you know, they're going to bring you on, but the thing is, it's going to be performance-based more than likely, so you just make sure that you close people.

00:12:25.000 And if you can, have some sale experience because that'll go a long way too.

00:12:28.000 There you go.

00:12:29.000 NaviSense says, Fresh, would Audi R8 be a good investment since it's discontinued?

00:12:34.000 Yes, but I would say, I want to say to be specific, it would only be like mainly the manual.

00:12:41.000 So that would be a really good one to get a manual stick Audi R8. Okay.

00:12:47.000 Yeah.

00:12:48.000 DanManOG says, What's up, FNF? Mo, Bills, HennessyMan.

00:12:51.000 I want to ask, what's the best playlist to put on in the bedroom for some people that don't know what to put on with taking a chick home? 1.00

00:12:58.000 My gym playlist.

00:12:59.000 I mean...

00:13:00.000 To be real?

00:13:01.000 He's asking Bill Amos or Moe?

00:13:03.000 Go ahead.

00:13:04.000 I actually have a gym playlist.

00:13:07.000 Some of the best artists I listen to with some of those musics are Marcus Houston, Trey Songz, Pleasure P, Chris Brown.

00:13:15.000 Pleasure P? Pleasure P. And Myron.

00:13:17.000 I know Myron.

00:13:19.000 Ha! 0.99

00:13:20.000 Gay! 0.99

00:13:21.000 Listen to R&B in the gym is weird to me, but hey man. 0.99

00:13:25.000 Okay, Bills, what about you?

00:13:26.000 What should they play in a bedroom to get the mood going?

00:13:30.000 Honestly, bro, y'all, this is a little TMI. I can't play music in the bedroom, bro.

00:13:35.000 I'll be listening to the beats, like, thinking and studying and stuff, so I honestly, bro, I just put on a movie on Netflix, bro.

00:13:41.000 I can't help you, bro.

00:13:42.000 I'm sorry.

00:13:42.000 This is not...

00:13:44.000 I have no advice, bro.

00:13:45.000 Simply put, you can't go wrong with our full beats, bro.

00:13:48.000 Our full beats, bro, you can't go wrong.

00:13:50.000 Although I'll give my number one favorites, Trey's songs, Jupiter Love, Chris Brown, Take You Down.

00:13:56.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:13:59.000 There you go, my friend.

00:14:00.000 There's your suggestions.

00:14:01.000 There you go.

00:14:02.000 I mean, Jacquees is also good as well.

00:14:06.000 Jacquees, the one he got with Drizzy, Jabadi, Jacquees and Drizzy.

00:14:13.000 Okay, Drizzy?

00:14:13.000 Yeah.

00:14:14.000 There you go. 0.99

00:14:14.000 You are the fall, I'ma go deep in your body. 0.99

00:14:17.000 Yeah, hell yeah. 0.99

00:14:19.000 Hey man, you give him a mic.

00:14:21.000 You give him a mic. 0.98

00:14:23.000 I kill says, you guys, I'm making 150k a year, and my girl kept asking about marriage and shit we have to do with a child, but I told her, whenever I'm ready, I'll make it happen. 0.99

00:14:33.000 There you go. 0.99

00:14:34.000 So, yeah.

00:14:35.000 It'll happen, yeah.

00:14:36.000 She wants a family, bro.

00:14:37.000 She sees a future with you. 1.00

00:14:40.000 But if you hit 150k from posting our shit, nigga. 1.00

00:14:45.000 Ultimatum time. 1.00

00:14:46.000 Yo. 1.00

00:14:47.000 Damn. 0.99

00:14:47.000 Love distraction. 0.99

00:14:49.000 Yeah.

00:14:49.000 I hope all the bros really take this info in.

00:14:52.000 Two years ago, I was the 9-to-5 bum.

00:14:53.000 Oh, no, never mind.

00:14:54.000 That's not a law of distraction.

00:14:55.000 That was the other guy.

00:14:55.000 My bad.

00:14:56.000 I thought a law of distraction was what would make it worth 50.

00:14:58.000 Okay.

00:14:58.000 I was a 9-to-5 bum working at a dog facility making $2,000 a month.

00:15:02.000 Now I have three businesses and it's all off info from the podcast.

00:15:06.000 YouTube Clips Channel, Amazon FBA, Natural Soap LLC. Don't be lazy.

00:15:10.000 Shout out to you, bro.

00:15:11.000 I'm the market, bro.

00:15:13.000 Do your thing.

00:15:14.000 For all the haters out there that say, yo, man, you guys don't help men become better.

00:15:18.000 Yo, what are you talking about?

00:15:19.000 I know you guys are going to make money. 1.00

00:15:20.000 Bro, it's crazy what that dude was a fucking hater, man. 1.00

00:15:23.000 Goddamn. 1.00

00:15:23.000 And they couldn't back up anything. 1.00

00:15:25.000 Bro, we have so many people that hate watches, bro. 1.00

00:15:28.000 And a lot of them are like Abba and Preach fans that are like angry and frustrated that Abba and Preach don't give them no value besides reacting to stupid ass videos and they come over here and talk shit. 1.00

00:15:36.000 It's just wild, bro. 0.99

00:15:37.000 Like, we have so many people that hate us that watch us and I just don't understand why.

00:15:41.000 Like, why are y'all watching us if you guys hate us?

00:15:43.000 They want us to feel so bad.

00:15:44.000 They want a moment of weakness to just like expound a pan and kind of like just throw out there.

00:15:49.000 But again, the value that we added is so much that people can't relate.

00:15:52.000 Yeah, you can't deny it at this point.

00:15:55.000 So it's like they'll get mad at like Brandon Carter or Derek Moneyberg coming on, but it's like, okay, but they give a bunch of value for free.

00:16:02.000 You don't have to buy their course.

00:16:03.000 You can literally just sit there, get the free sauce and be good.

00:16:07.000 And you don't have to worry about paying for anything.

00:16:09.000 That's like me saying, I watch a video on YouTube and I must buy whatever they're selling.

00:16:12.000 No, I don't.

00:16:13.000 If I think it's going to help me, I'll pay for it.

00:16:15.000 But if not, I'm not going to buy it.

00:16:16.000 Free advice.

00:16:16.000 Cool.

00:16:17.000 I'll take it and run with it.

00:16:18.000 Yeah.

00:16:18.000 I don't know, man.

00:16:19.000 It's weird, bro.

00:16:20.000 It's crazy, bro.

00:16:21.000 But haters are going to hate.

00:16:22.000 Yeah.

00:16:23.000 All right.

00:16:23.000 So, guys, we're going to talk about how to transition from employee to employer.

00:16:26.000 Okay, guys?

00:16:27.000 Five steps.

00:16:28.000 Okay?

00:16:28.000 Step-by-step on how to do this, guys.

00:16:29.000 How to transition from your nine-to-five job and become an entrepreneur.

00:16:33.000 Okay?

00:16:35.000 Or, you don't even have to become an entrepreneur.

00:16:36.000 You can just get a side hustle and just do both if you guys want.

00:16:39.000 But step one, guys, is to get a job, okay?

00:16:43.000 Now, I know what you guys are probably thinking.

00:16:45.000 Myron, yo man, that's super basic.

00:16:47.000 What do you mean?

00:16:48.000 Get a job.

00:16:49.000 You need to get a job.

00:16:50.000 And what do I mean by this?

00:16:51.000 I mean whether it's an entry-level job, Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, I don't care what it is, McDonald's, Burger King, you need to get something going that brings in money, okay?

00:17:04.000 I don't care what it is, but the point is you need to get some kind of cash flow in, alright?

00:17:08.000 That's extremely important.

00:17:10.000 A lot of you guys are unemployed completely and it's like, no, no, I'm just gonna go straight to entrepreneurship. 0.98

00:17:15.000 No, fuck no, don't do that. 0.95

00:17:17.000 Get a job first so you have money coming in, and then do your entrepreneur stuff on the side, okay? 0.99

00:17:23.000 Because yes, of course you could go with your entrepreneurship from the beginning and try to make money and everything else like that, but it's gonna be very difficult to make money when you don't have money, man.

00:17:31.000 It's always better to have some type of money coming in, also for you to live, for you to invest into your business, etc.

00:17:39.000 So get a job, man.

00:17:40.000 Don't be like one of these people and think, oh no, I'm just gonna go straight entrepreneur, I'm not gonna get a job, I'm not gonna work for nobody.

00:17:45.000 No, man.

00:17:46.000 Another thing, too, about getting a job is you're going to learn life lessons that are very important.

00:17:49.000 You're going to learn chain of command.

00:17:50.000 You're going to learn how to speak to people properly.

00:17:52.000 You're going to understand authority.

00:17:54.000 You're going to understand having a job and getting that job done and picking up certain duties.

00:17:59.000 You're going to understand having timelines.

00:18:01.000 You're going to understand how to deal with people that are coworkers and colleagues.

00:18:04.000 All these things that are super important to your personal development as a human being and as a man is going to come from you having a job, guys.

00:18:12.000 There's nothing wrong with having a job. 0.99

00:18:14.000 We're not going to be one of these fucking entrepreneur porn guys on here telling y'all, oh no man, jobs are for losers, blah blah blah. 0.98

00:18:20.000 No man, most of y'all are going to have to get a job at some point and there's nothing wrong with having one, especially in the beginning to get some capital. 0.99

00:18:27.000 The argument is, getting a job is hard.

00:18:30.000 We did an episode a couple of weeks ago on doing your resume, getting your CV on point, how to get the interview.

00:18:37.000 So watch the episode if you guys have not caught up on that.

00:18:40.000 But I would say this as well.

00:18:42.000 You've got to play to hella jobs, guys.

00:18:43.000 You've got to play to hella jobs because, again, you are a small number and no one knows who you are yet.

00:18:48.000 So I would say go on JobIndeed, go to Monster.com, apply, apply, apply, until you get a response, and then, of course, do the Zoom call, do the interview.

00:18:57.000 But for most people, though, getting a job is going to be key because, again, you've got to pay your bills somehow.

00:19:01.000 And having a business itself, it doesn't always take off right away.

00:19:04.000 So having a job just to keep you founded, keep you grounded in that sense, and then add on to business or second job will help you a long way because most people, again, don't have a job.

00:19:13.000 But if you do have a job, get that foundation, make some money, pay the bills, and from there, get a side business.

00:19:17.000 Yeah.

00:19:18.000 But yeah, step one, guys, is get a job.

00:19:20.000 Don't go straight into entrepreneurship or anything like that without having a job.

00:19:23.000 Some of you, like Myron said, you could do Uber.

00:19:25.000 I did Uber my first year here, and I did well.

00:19:28.000 I mean, I did my job and Uber.

00:19:30.000 But again, it's having the foundation first, paying your bills, having a consistent revenue coming in, then save some money up, do a second job as well. 0.97

00:19:39.000 You're going to kill it, man.

00:19:40.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:19:40.000 So that's step one, aka, we're counting down five to one, right? 1.00

00:19:44.000 The five things you got to do.

00:19:45.000 But that's step one is getting a job, okay, guys?

00:19:48.000 Next, okay, not only are you going to get this job, right?

00:19:51.000 Now we're on number, well, I guess we're counting down four or step by step.

00:19:55.000 This is now step two, right?

00:19:56.000 So step one is get a job.

00:19:57.000 Step two now, guys, is to get that job and work it tirelessly, okay?

00:20:04.000 Promotions.

00:20:05.000 For example, if you can, get promotions to get higher pay, of course, but also see if you can do other things in the business to wow your boss, to get more exposure, and then maybe pick up a second job.

00:20:17.000 Or a sales job, too.

00:20:18.000 Yo, put it this way.

00:20:19.000 Instead of me telling you guys how many hours to work, I'm going to give you guys a target number.

00:20:23.000 $100,000 in a year, okay?

00:20:26.000 I don't care if you're working, you know, a job where you're driving Uber and then also doing maybe some restaurant job or you're doing a server job or whatever.

00:20:34.000 The goal is you need to work that job tirelessly to the point that you're making $100,000 a year, okay?

00:20:40.000 You might not be able to do it with one job.

00:20:41.000 You might have to do it with two jobs.

00:20:42.000 You might have to work 80-hour weeks.

00:20:44.000 I don't care what it is.

00:20:45.000 You need to make $100,000 a year, okay?

00:20:49.000 And I know for a lot of you guys, like, whoa, that's a darling test.

00:20:51.000 That's a lot.

00:20:51.000 You can absolutely do it because you just have to accept the fact that you're going to give up your life for one to five years, okay?

00:21:00.000 And there's so many different things you could do.

00:21:05.000 Yo, I know Uber drivers that make six figures a year, DoorDash. 0.80

00:21:08.000 You can work an entry-level job and just do overtime.

00:21:13.000 You can absolutely make $100,000 a year.

00:21:15.000 The question is this.

00:21:16.000 Are you willing to give up your weekends?

00:21:18.000 Are you willing to give up hanging out with friends?

00:21:21.000 Probably not.

00:21:21.000 Your social life, etc.

00:21:22.000 You're going to have to give that stuff up, okay?

00:21:25.000 And for you to do it for one to two years...

00:21:28.000 Sorry, one to five years?

00:21:29.000 I think it's worth it. 0.99

00:21:31.000 Because you're taking one to five years from your youth, because I'm assuming most of you guys that are watching this are going to be in your 20s, or if not, you're in your 30s, which you need to fucking get your shit together now at this point. 0.99

00:21:40.000 We had one guy that called in at 36 and didn't have his shit together. 0.99

00:21:43.000 You're going to have to go ahead, guys, and grind. 0.98

00:21:44.000 You're just going to have to accept the fact that for a while, you're just not going to have fun.

00:21:49.000 It is what it is.

00:21:50.000 Especially if you don't have a degree or something where you can fall back on.

00:21:53.000 You're going to have to work these...

00:21:56.000 These jobs that are a bit lower, how do I say this?

00:22:00.000 People might consider it grunt work or whatever it may be, or you could get a trade, right?

00:22:03.000 You could become an electrician, a plumber, whatever.

00:22:05.000 That will help you make 100K a year fairly easily while working regular hours.

00:22:11.000 But if you don't have an education or if you don't have a skill set, yo, you're just going to have to bite the bullet and work to make 100K a year with one or two jobs.

00:22:19.000 Yeah.

00:22:20.000 I think for most people, I'll give an anime reference here, they want to be a one-punch man.

00:22:24.000 He does one punch, basically, and you're defeated.

00:22:26.000 But the general person, you need combinations to actually get the opponent down, which is life.

00:22:31.000 Life is your opponent, right?

00:22:32.000 So, in this sense, what's the combinations?

00:22:34.000 One, have a steady job.

00:22:36.000 That's your main job.

00:22:37.000 Pays the bills.

00:22:38.000 Covers your expenses.

00:22:39.000 You might have something left over for, like, other stuff.

00:22:42.000 Get either an Uber job, a sales job, maybe a side business if you can, to make extra income.

00:22:47.000 Now, if you're lucky, your job might offer overtime.

00:22:50.000 If you're not sure what to ask for, ask your boss, hey man, I'm putting in hours, but I want to make some more money.

00:22:54.000 How can I do this?

00:22:55.000 He might tell you, listen, we offer overtime these days specifically.

00:22:59.000 It's going to work.

00:23:00.000 I'll give it to you.

00:23:00.000 Or, you made a second job.

00:23:02.000 I would just say, combinations help you move forward.

00:23:04.000 And in the same breath, if you can have your main job pay your expenses, your second job stack up for your business, It's a W. Yeah.

00:23:12.000 And not only that, I want you guys, when you're working this tirelessly trying to hit $100,000 a year, hey, maybe you might hit $85,000.

00:23:18.000 Maybe you might hit $90,000 or $70,000 or whatever.

00:23:21.000 That's fine to start, but I want you guys to really work towards hitting $100,000.

00:23:24.000 I want you to also simultaneously...

00:23:27.000 Lower your cost of living.

00:23:28.000 That means living with my mom.

00:23:30.000 That means living maybe with a bunch of roommates.

00:23:32.000 I want it where you could pay your rent like three to four times over.

00:23:35.000 Okay?

00:23:35.000 Because what that will tell me is you are making way more than you need for rent and you're able to save a majority of your money.

00:23:42.000 That's where you want to be here, guys.

00:23:44.000 You're working this job to save...

00:24:00.000 So this means no kids.

00:24:07.000 No car payment.

00:24:08.000 No major expenses where it's going to take most of your income.

00:24:11.000 Because I know guys from back in the day when I used to work at Chick-fil-A, they had a BMW, right?

00:24:17.000 Their parents bought them the car.

00:24:18.000 They got low for the car.

00:24:19.000 Their actual payment was half of their paycheck, which is huge, by the way.

00:24:23.000 So you want to live at home, like Myron said.

00:24:25.000 Or if you can, get a studio apartment.

00:24:27.000 They're pretty cheap, like $500 a month, $600 a month.

00:24:32.000 But also...

00:24:32.000 Wait, we live where, nigga?

00:24:34.000 In a room. 0.95

00:24:35.000 Oh, oh, oh, oh.

00:24:36.000 You mean like, okay, rent's a room, you mean?

00:24:37.000 Yeah, when I first got here, there was a room.

00:24:39.000 I was there for like, what, a year and a half?

00:24:41.000 I paid 500 bucks in rent.

00:24:43.000 But that room, I could maximize my profits and save a lot of money, too, with no car payment.

00:24:47.000 So it helped a lot.

00:24:48.000 Yeah.

00:24:49.000 So...

00:24:50.000 Not only are you going to maximize how much money you make and working a lot of hours, you should never be home anyway, guys.

00:24:54.000 So, like, it doesn't matter, honestly.

00:24:56.000 It's funny.

00:24:56.000 The lady told me, you are one of my best tenants.

00:24:59.000 You know why?

00:25:00.000 You're never home.

00:25:00.000 I had two jobs, and if I wasn't working, I was at Starbucks looking at YouTube videos on real estate.

00:25:05.000 Yeah.

00:25:05.000 I was never home.

00:25:06.000 Yeah.

00:25:07.000 Like, yo, if anything, guys, you should be using that place to sleep only.

00:25:10.000 So, live with your parents.

00:25:12.000 Shower and sleep.

00:25:12.000 Yeah, shower and sleep.

00:25:13.000 If you get lucky.

00:25:13.000 Yeah.

00:25:13.000 Yeah, you know what I mean?

00:25:15.000 But yo, like, you know, whether it's living with your parents or living with roommates or whatever, your job, guys, is to hit $100,000 a year.

00:25:22.000 You might have to do that with two jobs, maybe even three jobs, but the point is you should be working 80-hour weeks.

00:25:27.000 If you're working all the time, you should be able to do $100,000 per year, guys, if you're working all the time.

00:25:31.000 Yes, it's going to be blood money.

00:25:32.000 Yes, it's going to be slave labor, but you need to do it so that you can save money so you can build the foundation that we're going to go into, which is next.

00:25:40.000 You're going to...

00:25:41.000 Save this money, four to five years, and you're going to purchase education to increase your income for a skill and for your first home.

00:25:49.000 So what you're doing, guys, is now that you have your job or jobs, whether maybe let's say you have an entry-level sales job, maybe you drive Uber on the weekends, whatever it is, You have this job or jobs.

00:26:01.000 It's making you money, right?

00:26:03.000 And you're keeping your cost low.

00:26:04.000 You're saving that money.

00:26:06.000 What you're going to do now is you're going to take that money that you're saving and you're going to use a part of it to save for a down payment on an FHA for a home, okay?

00:26:14.000 Which I want it to be a duplex or a triplex, okay, that you can rent out.

00:26:18.000 And I also want you to save for a skill set that will help you start a business, okay?

00:26:24.000 It can be...

00:26:25.000 Maybe you can go ahead and buy...

00:26:29.000 Get in with Brandon Carter until you learn how to do a fitness business.

00:26:31.000 If you're a fitness enthusiast, maybe you can go ahead and learn how to start learning a skill set.

00:26:37.000 Maybe it's a trade, whether it's an electrician, whatever it may be.

00:26:39.000 You're going to make this money to save so that you can actually get a high-income skill.

00:26:45.000 Okay?

00:26:46.000 Because you're basically doing grunt work.

00:26:50.000 So that you can go ahead and buy the skill set to learn how to do work so you aren't necessarily trading time for money to the same extent, okay?

00:26:58.000 And you're also simultaneously saving to buy a home, right?

00:27:02.000 And when I mean by home, I mean like a duplex, triplex, etc.

00:27:05.000 And you're going to live in that place. 0.95

00:27:06.000 So again, remember how I told you, hey, just deal with the crap where you're living with your parents or roommates or whatever it may be for one to five years.

00:27:14.000 It's all to set you up so you can put a down payment on a home and also Buy the education required to get a skill set that will help you make more money.

00:27:26.000 Okay, guys?

00:27:27.000 Because you don't want to do this grunt work.

00:27:28.000 You don't want to be driving Uber and waiting tables and everything forever.

00:27:31.000 You're doing that just to build a capital so you can learn a skill set to make money and make that same amount of money that you're making from these two or three jobs in a shorter amount of time.

00:27:39.000 And, the big one, and you're doing this to save for a down payment on a home with an FHA loan.

00:27:46.000 Very good point.

00:27:47.000 I'd like to mention as well, the other side of the coin.

00:27:49.000 So you mentioned the side where you're actually doing work, you're putting in steps to add to the business.

00:27:54.000 Yeah.

00:27:54.000 Other side is, you stay at your job, you're complacent, you argue with people saying, I want to make more money, but you don't take any actions, and over time, you're there for years.

00:28:04.000 Yeah.

00:28:04.000 And the problem with that is that you had a chance to make a change for yourself, but it takes action and effort.

00:28:09.000 If you stay at one job forever, bro, that's going to- This is the critical step here.

00:28:13.000 Destroy your wealth building process.

00:28:15.000 This right here, guys, step three?

00:28:17.000 Okay, because number one was step, get a job.

00:28:19.000 Number two was work that job or jobs tirelessly.

00:28:22.000 I don't care what it is.

00:28:23.000 Another big thing for a lot of y'all. 1.00

00:28:25.000 Put your fucking ego to the side. 0.99

00:28:27.000 So I remember one guy called in and said, I don't want to do fast food. 1.00

00:28:30.000 I don't want to be a waiter.

00:28:32.000 I don't want to work in blah, blah, blah. 0.99

00:28:33.000 I don't give a fuck what it is. 1.00

00:28:35.000 Put your ego to the side. 0.99

00:28:37.000 You're probably going to have to work a job that you hate or you dislike, especially if you don't have an education, in the beginning to save up the capital so you can go ahead and do what I'm talking about when it comes to step three.

00:28:46.000 Step one is get the job.

00:28:47.000 I don't care what it is.

00:28:48.000 Step two is work that job tirelessly.

00:28:50.000 Maybe get a second job.

00:28:51.000 Always be home and keep your costs low.

00:28:53.000 That's going to put you in a position where you'll have enough capital to buy the ability to get a high-income skill, whether it's a trade, whether it's a course, whatever it is that's going to set you up so you can make money More effortlessly, okay?

00:29:08.000 We don't want you guys doing this blood money thing forever, but of course it's going to cost you money to get the education to earn this, to be able to do this skill.

00:29:15.000 Then, I also want you to save because obviously you're not going to live in that shitty apartment or with your parents forever.

00:29:21.000 You're going to have to go ahead and get your own spot.

00:29:23.000 But, I want you to buy a crib that's going to be a duplex, triplex, or fourplex for this to all work, okay?

00:29:29.000 So you're saving up for two things.

00:29:30.000 The ability to get a skill, and then also for a home, alright?

00:29:35.000 Uh...

00:29:36.000 Should I hit the chats and then we'll go into the last two?

00:29:39.000 I was going to add as well, so for this part of the process as well, I've seen people, especially at my old jobs, they were there for like 20 years plus, right?

00:29:48.000 I came in less than a year and a half, or less than two years, came in, made a lot of money, and then left.

00:29:55.000 The problem is, if the mindset is, I'm going to stay at this job to make money to become rich, I thought it was going to happen.

00:30:01.000 And in that mentality, you're there for what, 10, 20, 30, 40 years?

00:30:06.000 What do you have to show for it?

00:30:07.000 Yeah.

00:30:07.000 Nothing.

00:30:08.000 So I think the mentality is when you get a job, guys, look at it as I'm in this job for a period of time.

00:30:13.000 Do the math.

00:30:13.000 If I work for a year here, how much am I going to make?

00:30:17.000 $1,600K? Is that worth it?

00:30:19.000 Okay, cool.

00:30:19.000 When I make this money, what am I going to do with it?

00:30:21.000 And with every day you go to work, what's the attention behind it?

00:30:25.000 I think for most people, you go to work just to work and pay bills, but go to work with attention so you can leave or have an exit strategy once you're done with it.

00:30:32.000 And then secondly, Have goals on either your textbook or in your room where you can see visually every single day.

00:30:38.000 Because even though I was working at Chick-fil-A, taking calls at AT&T, it was grunt work, but my goals were always in front of me every single morning.

00:30:46.000 So I wake up, look at my goals, and that kept me going each day.

00:30:50.000 Because I can't imagine people going to work with no goals.

00:30:53.000 It's...

00:30:54.000 First off, very tiring.

00:30:56.000 And two, you're not motivated to do anything better.

00:30:58.000 So when I went to my job, I was, you know what?

00:31:01.000 Every day I'm going to improve to make more money.

00:31:02.000 And I did that.

00:31:03.000 I came into the job.

00:31:04.000 I did the work of two people in less than three months.

00:31:06.000 That was crazy.

00:31:07.000 So again, go to work with attention and plan.

00:31:10.000 And first of all, have action steps you can take to make more money, to exit strategy out of that job.

00:31:16.000 And if you're lucky, guys, where you already have a high-income skill and you're making a job, you just got to save for a home.

00:31:21.000 You might already have step one done where you already have a high-income skill.

00:31:24.000 Maybe you're a plumber, you work in law enforcement, whatever, you have a job where you're already earning $100K per year and you're not killing yourself, fine.

00:31:31.000 But the point is that I want you guys to hit that 100k mark.

00:31:34.000 If you already have a high income skill, cool.

00:31:36.000 Then you don't have to necessarily work as many hours to hit that mark, but I want you to still save to buy the home.

00:31:42.000 And keep in mind, people don't want to see you succeed.

00:31:45.000 So they can tell you, why do you work so hard?

00:31:47.000 Come drink with us.

00:31:48.000 Come party with us.

00:31:49.000 Guys, that's what everyone knows.

00:31:50.000 I think the part of being a man, having status and high value is being able to say no.

00:31:55.000 And if you know from the very beginning what you want, you can move forward.

00:31:58.000 Now, granted, obviously you don't want to be too antisocial because you want to be cool with your boss, be cool with people that matter.

00:32:03.000 But when it comes to just chilling with the boys, having fun, what's more important to you?

00:32:06.000 Your goals or having fun right now?

00:32:08.000 I can guarantee you guys, if you work and wait and sacrifice now, it'll be way better in the long run.

00:32:13.000 So...

00:32:15.000 Okay, so I can hit some of these chats real quick.

00:32:18.000 We got here 4-8 goes, hey FNF, have you ever heard of Andrew Wilson?

00:32:25.000 If you could bring him on the pod.

00:32:27.000 Don't know who that is.

00:32:28.000 Yeah.

00:32:29.000 Money Clips.

00:32:30.000 Money Minders are better than after hours. 0.87

00:32:32.000 Question for the team.

00:32:33.000 Do we have permission to use y'all likeness with AI, Instagram posts, and stories from Money Clips?

00:32:38.000 Instagram?

00:32:39.000 Using AI? Yeah.

00:32:42.000 It's kind of...

00:32:43.000 I mean, I would just stay safe and say no, because I don't know what AM might do.

00:32:48.000 Are you cool with that?

00:32:49.000 Yeah, I don't know what they're going to do with it.

00:32:50.000 Yeah, that's kind of creepy.

00:32:51.000 Nah, we're good, bro. 1.00

00:32:53.000 AlvinPJ says, Damn, bro. 0.99

00:33:10.000 I hope you get out scot-free, but who knows? 0.99

00:33:13.000 Samuel Silver?

00:33:14.000 Oh, it's been a while, man.

00:33:15.000 Yeah.

00:33:16.000 Hey FNF, in Miami for a client, maybe moving down here in the coming months.

00:33:20.000 What rental buildings should I avoid and which ones do y'all suggest?

00:33:24.000 Always appreciate what y'all do.

00:33:25.000 Well, it depends where you live.

00:33:27.000 I mean, I would avoid single-family if you can. 0.98

00:33:32.000 No, I think he's asking what buildings in Miami to avoid.

00:33:34.000 Oh! 0.60

00:33:35.000 Yeah.

00:33:37.000 I don't know.

00:33:38.000 It depends where you're trying to live, dude.

00:33:40.000 Yeah, we don't know.

00:33:40.000 We don't know what neighborhood you're trying to live in, so it depends on what neighborhood you're trying to live in.

00:33:45.000 It depends.

00:33:47.000 Looksmaxer.

00:33:48.000 Hey, Marina Fresh.

00:33:49.000 29 years old, making $120K a year.

00:33:51.000 Canadian.

00:33:52.000 All my friends are currently simping for their girls, so I haven't been able to...

00:33:56.000 Have any social connections last year or so.

00:33:59.000 What do you suggest to make new friends?

00:34:01.000 Business on weekdays with work.

00:34:03.000 Like we said before, guys, if you're going to be busy with work, we understand that, but you can do hobbies, you can do activities, you can do sports.

00:34:10.000 For me, it was playing tennis and getting outside more with friends to do social events.

00:34:14.000 But for you, I would go to meetup.com, just type it into your browser, meetup.com, type in your interests, and then find people in your area doing the same thing.

00:34:22.000 All right.

00:34:23.000 That's what I would do.

00:34:25.000 E. Howard goes, shout out to the FNF gang.

00:34:27.000 I'm a diesel mechanic.

00:34:28.000 I make 80k per year.

00:34:29.000 Today is my 6th year anniversary with the company and currently a student in Brandon Carter's program to start a business.

00:34:34.000 Keep adding value guys.

00:34:36.000 Hopefully I can attend the next yacht party.

00:34:38.000 There you go.

00:34:39.000 He's working his job.

00:34:39.000 See?

00:34:39.000 He's doing it.

00:34:41.000 Plus in Brandon Carter's program to do better and create his own business.

00:34:45.000 That's all you need bro.

00:34:47.000 That's all you need bro, honestly.

00:34:50.000 Anonymous says, hey y'all, y'all are lifesavers. 0.91

00:34:52.000 I'm 23, quit my 115k job, software engineer, because it was so sucking.

00:34:57.000 Bro, I know what you're saying so much, bro.

00:35:00.000 Being from a computer for 8 hours straight is tiring.

00:35:04.000 It might be even more, depending on what code it is.

00:35:06.000 He says, I hated it.

00:35:08.000 I quit to start a local delivery service because I know how to and have connects and enjoy it.

00:35:13.000 I have 6 months of living, expensive, saved thoughts.

00:35:15.000 You're in a good spot.

00:35:16.000 Yeah, you are.

00:35:17.000 You're in a good spot.

00:35:18.000 Honestly, I would have stayed at that job until my delivery business was earning 1.5 to two times as much before you quit.

00:35:30.000 But if you feel comfortable and you have that money saved up and your delivery business is earning money for you, that's fine.

00:35:36.000 But I don't like people quitting their job unless they're making almost double from their hustle.

00:35:42.000 I'm not gonna lie, bro.

00:35:44.000 Like, it is soul draining and mind draining being from a computer doing software design.

00:35:48.000 I get it, but...

00:35:50.000 Yeah, but you gotta grit your teeth.

00:35:51.000 You gotta grit your teeth and just do it, man.

00:35:53.000 Until you're, like, secured.

00:35:54.000 But it seems like you're doing well with your business, so that's fine.

00:35:57.000 Mark S., I'm an aerospace engineer, 27, making $110K, no debt, live at home with parents, 185 pounds, 8% body fat, 70K saved.

00:36:06.000 Good stuff.

00:36:08.000 Do you think getting my MBA in my top 25 school for consulting would be worth it, 200K per year?

00:36:14.000 No growth in my job.

00:36:15.000 What else should I do with my cash?

00:36:18.000 That is a personal question that's up to you, my friend.

00:36:20.000 If you want to go back to school and do that, then you can, especially if you can make up to $200,000 per year, but that comes down to do you want to do it, okay?

00:36:30.000 So are you going to enjoy the job?

00:36:32.000 Because my thing is, if you're going to invest money, Going back to school, etc.

00:36:36.000 It better be for something that you love and you want to do.

00:36:38.000 Okay?

00:36:40.000 Let's see here.

00:36:41.000 Hey, Myron, can you do a Fed Reacts on MS-13 leader Endelson Velasquez-Lorin who ordered gang-gang on Long Island in Brentwood, New York?

00:36:52.000 He also had a lot of innocent people killed.

00:36:56.000 Okay.

00:36:57.000 I could put that on the list.

00:36:58.000 We're going to do gang stuff with MS-13.

00:37:00.000 And yeah, guys, I got sick yesterday, man.

00:37:01.000 That's why we didn't do Fed Reacts.

00:37:03.000 I'm sorry about that.

00:37:04.000 I'll probably do it either on Thursday or just on Sunday.

00:37:09.000 We got Dr.

00:37:10.000 B84. I agree with Myron.

00:37:11.000 There's something about working a lot and not making much money that builds character over time.

00:37:15.000 Facts.

00:37:16.000 I used to work 12-hour days, six days a week, and made under $50K a year.

00:37:19.000 In residency, we all got to start somewhere.

00:37:21.000 It's going to teach you a lot about character as well.

00:37:21.000 Absolutely, man.

00:37:23.000 Shout out to Dr. 0.80

00:37:23.000 B84. He's a successful doctor now. 0.80

00:37:25.000 Myron wrote a book.

00:37:33.000 No, my friend.

00:37:41.000 Well, here's the thing.

00:37:42.000 Those guys didn't do what they were supposed to do.

00:37:46.000 That book is coming from the point where a lot of guys are simping on girls that don't even want to meet them halfway. 0.99

00:37:52.000 These couple interventions, well, they're a couple, so clearly the girl's meeting them halfway to some extent, and the guy fucked up. 0.91

00:37:57.000 But my problem is with guys that are simping on girls that don't even want to be with them. 0.99

00:38:02.000 So you're trying to conflate two different things where you got guys in here that are actually in relationships with women and not doing what they're supposed to do, versus men that are not in relationships and doing the most for girls that don't deserve shit. 0.98

00:38:12.000 There's a big difference, my friend. 0.95

00:38:13.000 Two different audiences that you're talking about here.

00:38:16.000 Yeah, and I definitely, well, yeah, and I kind of hold the guys accountable more when they're in a relationship because they're the leader. 1.00

00:38:23.000 But regardless, there's still a bunch of women that treat men like shit, bro. 0.99

00:38:28.000 There's absolutely a problem in the dating marketplace where women over-inflate their sense of self-worth. 1.00

00:38:34.000 What do we got here?

00:38:36.000 Biscotti goes, appreciate y'all with the show heavy.

00:38:39.000 Myron, how come you don't such...

00:38:44.000 Mess with Luke Belmar. 0.99

00:38:46.000 Lay down any fuckery, if any. 0.95

00:38:47.000 A lot of people will look up to them. 0.98

00:38:50.000 Alright.

00:38:52.000 What else do we got here?

00:38:54.000 Hey Myron, I work in construction earning six figures, but whenever I mention my job title to girls, it seems like they get turned off.

00:39:00.000 What to do about this?

00:39:01.000 Thanks.

00:39:04.000 Oh, he's asking you.

00:39:05.000 Yeah, so about having a construction job?

00:39:08.000 Yeah.

00:39:10.000 Yeah, okay.

00:39:11.000 Yeah, okay.

00:39:11.000 So there's some jobs, guys, that girls are just not going to...

00:39:15.000 are going to assume make less money, which is stupid as hell. 0.97

00:39:19.000 But, dude, I mean, if they're... 0.98

00:39:21.000 I mean, if you want...

00:39:25.000 I wouldn't obviously never tell her how much you make.

00:39:27.000 I wouldn't do that.

00:39:27.000 But what I'm saying is that you can kind of explain what your duties are and shit like that if you do end up talking about work.

00:39:32.000 But I'll just say, bro, you don't got to mention exactly what you do.

00:39:35.000 If you want to spice it up, be like, I'm a construction manager or some shit like that. 0.57

00:39:41.000 Or find a fancy way to title your job. 0.85

00:39:44.000 I would just say... 1.00

00:39:46.000 Or just don't get with girls that are retarded like that. 1.00

00:39:48.000 That don't get it. 0.98

00:39:49.000 I manage many buildings in the Tri-State area.

00:39:52.000 Wherever you're at.

00:39:53.000 Yeah.

00:39:54.000 I'm in the construction industry.

00:39:55.000 I'm in the construction industry.

00:39:57.000 You know what I mean?

00:39:58.000 I mean, maybe they're not for you, bro.

00:40:00.000 Yeah, bro.

00:40:00.000 Honestly.

00:40:02.000 If the bitch is dumb as hell like that and doesn't even get it, maybe they're just not the ones for you. 1.00

00:40:06.000 Or maybe you're doing it in a weird way. 1.00

00:40:08.000 Where you're not coming off correct when you say what you do for a living.

00:40:13.000 But I can tell maybe by the response, you feel a type of way about it, and it kind of puts the energy out there that you're not confident in what you do.

00:40:20.000 You might not be confident in it, and she's going to assume that you make less.

00:40:23.000 Bro, you guys would be amazed at how the way you say things and the way you convey yourself says a lot about you where the girl will just lose interest because you're not confident.

00:40:31.000 It might not even be that it's the job.

00:40:33.000 It might be just the way you convey yourself.

00:40:35.000 Maybe that you're a really boring individual, and when you talk to girls, you don't have any charisma or charm. 1.00

00:40:39.000 They're like, yo, this guy's weird.

00:40:40.000 But you know, as well, you might make way more than her.

00:40:43.000 And she's just like, oh, it's construction, so they're broke.

00:40:46.000 But you never know, you might make way more than her.

00:40:49.000 You probably do.

00:40:50.000 But yeah, dude, it might be the way you're conveying yourself, too.

00:40:55.000 You guys would be amazed at how the manner in which you communicate with women will dictate how they perceive you. 0.75

00:41:02.000 Because there's guys out there working at friggin' sanitation pulling baddies. 1.00

00:41:06.000 Yeah. 0.71

00:41:06.000 Guys working with no job pulling baddies. 0.71

00:41:08.000 So what's the difference there?

00:41:09.000 Confidence.

00:41:10.000 It's confidence, man.

00:41:10.000 Yeah.

00:41:12.000 Let's see here.

00:41:13.000 What else do we got here?

00:41:14.000 Freddie says, I finally got my LLC for Amazon Business and I'm looking into credit cards.

00:41:18.000 I'm between Amex Gold and Chase Inc.

00:41:20.000 Business Preferred.

00:41:21.000 Which one do you guys like better?

00:41:22.000 Ooh, that's a good one.

00:41:24.000 I would say Amex Gold, just because you get better reward points.

00:41:29.000 You can use them better.

00:41:31.000 Chase Ink is cool, but rewards aren't that good, honestly.

00:41:34.000 Get both.

00:41:36.000 Both?

00:41:37.000 Yeah, get both, man.

00:41:38.000 Because remember, some places don't take Amex.

00:41:41.000 That is true.

00:41:42.000 You don't need a Visa or MasterCard anyway.

00:41:43.000 You are correct.

00:41:44.000 So just get both.

00:41:45.000 Yeah.

00:41:47.000 Kevin's Wolf.

00:41:47.000 Hey, FNF. I work out three times a week and work out abs all three days.

00:41:51.000 Thanks to Jay Waller.

00:41:52.000 How many ab exercises should I be doing every night for results?

00:41:55.000 Well, your abdominals get worked pretty hard, bro, whenever you do compound movements.

00:41:59.000 But yeah, you can work the abs more frequently than others.

00:42:03.000 But yeah, you want to do one lower, one upper, and some type of static hold.

00:42:06.000 So anytime you do something where your legs are coming towards your torso, that's going to work the lower abs.

00:42:11.000 Anytime you crunch, that's typically going to work the upper abs where your torso goes towards your legs.

00:42:14.000 And then you could do like a plank hold or something like that.

00:42:18.000 Hey guys, so I've been wanting to open a coffee shop.

00:42:20.000 There's a company near me wanting to franchise.

00:42:22.000 Is this a good idea to look into or should I do my own thing?

00:42:24.000 Been wanting to get out of IT, to be honest.

00:42:27.000 Thanks.

00:42:28.000 Bro, opening up a shop, like a brick-and-mortar type business, is very difficult.

00:42:33.000 You gotta make sure that, number one, you have the...

00:42:37.000 How do I say this?

00:42:38.000 The foot traffic to go ahead and open a business like that?

00:42:41.000 Or is there a Starbucks nearby?

00:42:43.000 You need to go ahead and compare.

00:42:45.000 You know what I mean?

00:42:46.000 How's your coffee shop going to be different from others?

00:42:50.000 Anytime you're doing a brick-and-mortar shop like that where you're opening and then you said you're doing a franchise, so I'm assuming it might be a bigger coffee company, you gotta be careful.

00:42:59.000 I mean, for that franchise, bro, how are the numbers?

00:43:02.000 Is it making money right now?

00:43:03.000 Is it profit?

00:43:04.000 Why do they want to sell it?

00:43:05.000 Yeah.

00:43:05.000 All these questions you're going to ask the company and make sure you can see documents to show.

00:43:08.000 And I wouldn't quit your IT job as well until that coffee thing is bringing in like two times what you're bringing in from that coffee shop, bro.

00:43:15.000 Like, don't quit your main job.

00:43:15.000 Yeah.

00:43:16.000 Like, do both.

00:43:18.000 People's direct response in the morning is to get coffee, so there will be customers, but then again, traffic-wise, are they coming to you or Starbucks?

00:43:25.000 Yeah.

00:43:26.000 Unless he's getting a Starbucks.

00:43:27.000 I'm not sure.

00:43:28.000 He said franchise, so he might be getting a Starbucks.

00:43:30.000 But yeah, man, just keep that in mind as well.

00:43:33.000 23, Jim, 4 a.m.

00:43:34.000 Work in the morning, 6 a.m.

00:43:35.000 as automotive painter.

00:43:37.000 Learning, dense repair, buffing, etc.

00:43:40.000 Clock out at 2.30, then do two door-to-door sales for solar and roofing.

00:43:44.000 Then Jim, too busy for BS. Everyone reads Slight Edge.

00:43:48.000 Yeah, man.

00:43:48.000 Bro, that's what I'm talking about, man.

00:43:50.000 Good stuff. 0.98

00:43:50.000 Guys, when you're in your early 20s like that and you got all this energy, you got to make shit happen, man. 0.98

00:43:55.000 And also, when you're busy working like this, it's harder to do what? 0.98

00:43:58.000 Jack off. 1.00

00:43:59.000 Yeah, and do dumb shit. 1.00

00:44:00.000 So, no corn because you're too busy, too tired. 1.00

00:44:03.000 Yep.

00:44:04.000 Good stuff, man.

00:44:05.000 Good stuff.

00:44:05.000 That's what everybody should be doing.

00:44:07.000 Yo, CEO Network, shout out to you guys, I think is what it means, and have a great night, sirs.

00:44:12.000 Shout out to Cody, man.

00:44:13.000 CEO Network.

00:44:14.000 Love Distraction.

00:44:14.000 My one was right.

00:44:15.000 I had...

00:44:17.000 I had a job I loved and still hated it.

00:44:19.000 People need to get over the not enjoying work stuff.

00:44:21.000 There's no job better than the one you're working for yourself.

00:44:24.000 So learn these lessons and skills, young men, and the lame Joe while locked in on your goals.

00:44:30.000 And skills, young, at the lame Joe while locked in on your goals.

00:44:35.000 Okay.

00:44:37.000 And then what do we got here?

00:44:38.000 At my old office job, there was a 67-year-old man, and when I asked him when he will retire, he can't afford to.

00:44:46.000 That really scared me a bit.

00:44:49.000 Do not want to end up like him.

00:44:51.000 Put the work in now, fellas, like Fresh and Minor, saying, yeah, bro, if you guys don't work hard now, you're going to have to work hard later in your years where you can't work as hard.

00:44:57.000 Bro, I'll never forget.

00:44:59.000 There was a guy at my old job, AT&T. He was there for 35 years, bro.

00:45:04.000 He was literally 59.

00:45:06.000 And I was like, yo, don't you want to leave?

00:45:10.000 I'm comfortable.

00:45:11.000 I pay the bills.

00:45:12.000 I have my kids there.

00:45:15.000 The job is whatever, but I'm comfortable.

00:45:18.000 Bro, that scared the shit out of me, bro. 0.98

00:45:19.000 I was like, I'm getting the fuck out of here, bro. 0.99

00:45:20.000 He's out. 0.99

00:45:21.000 And then again, if you go to Walmart, it used to be the older greeters, the old men, the old women.

00:45:26.000 I'm like, dude, imagine you worked your whole life and you're working at Walmart.

00:45:30.000 Say hello.

00:45:30.000 Welcome to Walmart.

00:45:32.000 Dude, what life is that, bro?

00:45:34.000 Yeah, that was crazy.

00:45:35.000 Unless you're retired, you're doing it for, like, fun. 0.99

00:45:37.000 I get it, but if you're doing it to pay the bills, god damn, bro. 0.99

00:45:39.000 Yeah, no, that's terrible, man. 0.99

00:45:41.000 That's sad.

00:45:42.000 Well, you guys, if you don't work hard now, you're going to work hard later, and you might not have the ability to work hard later.

00:45:46.000 And if you want the hoes, trust me when I say, if you work on yourself now, you'll be coming in droves later on. 1.00

00:45:52.000 Yeah.

00:45:53.000 What do we got here?

00:45:55.000 Our Costco, too.

00:45:56.000 Welcome to Costco.

00:45:57.000 Yeah.

00:45:58.000 Aynon.

00:45:59.000 Aynon goes, appreciate y'all input.

00:46:00.000 The business didn't start yet, though.

00:46:02.000 I'm currently making it.

00:46:03.000 Heads up, I still have my degree in clearance active.

00:46:07.000 So worst case, I'll...

00:46:08.000 Go back to software engineering if I need to.

00:46:10.000 There you go.

00:46:10.000 Okay.

00:46:11.000 Yeah.

00:46:11.000 Yeah, you want to have options, man.

00:46:13.000 Yeah, and also, that's a very good point.

00:46:15.000 When you leave the company, leave on a good note.

00:46:17.000 Don't just leave out there and storm out.

00:46:19.000 F y'all, I'm out of here.

00:46:20.000 Hey, thank you for having me.

00:46:22.000 Let me work here.

00:46:23.000 I appreciate everything you've all done for me.

00:46:25.000 I want to move forward with my life, though.

00:46:27.000 Or, for example, hey, I want to move to a new company, but I wish you guys the best.

00:46:31.000 Always leave on a good note.

00:46:32.000 Don't leave on a bad note.

00:46:33.000 And I'm sure if you do have to go back, you can.

00:46:36.000 But hopefully, you don't go back, though.

00:46:37.000 That's not the plan, to ever go back.

00:46:38.000 Yeah.

00:46:40.000 All right, so guys, so we went over number one, get a job.

00:46:44.000 Number two, work that job tirelessly and make $100,000 a year.

00:46:49.000 Then step three was save for one to five years while working tirelessly to either A, right, get a skill set that will earn you more, or if you already had that skill set, just save that money so that you can buy your home, right?

00:47:04.000 And then next, now I want you guys to...

00:47:09.000 Once you save that money and you buy that house, live in that house for one year, okay?

00:47:14.000 And don't leave your job until your side hustle or your main job, excuse me, until your side hustle is making 1.5 to 2 times as much money, okay?

00:47:22.000 So let's say...

00:47:24.000 Let's use an example here because it's going to be a lot easier because everyone's scenario is going to be different.

00:47:28.000 Let's say you're a regular guy and you don't have a high-income skill yet.

00:47:33.000 You pick up a job doing Uber and then also waiting tables.

00:47:38.000 You make $100,000 per year.

00:47:40.000 You do this for one to five years.

00:47:42.000 You're living with your parents saving up this money.

00:47:45.000 Then you finally have enough to do a down payment on a home, and you also have a down payment to start a side business, right?

00:47:55.000 Let's say a consulting company, right?

00:47:57.000 Where you're consulting.

00:47:59.000 So you're working that job, waiting the tables and doing the Uber, but you also start that side hustle with the consulting, right?

00:48:06.000 That consulting job starts to make as much as waiting tables.

00:48:10.000 Cool.

00:48:10.000 You drop the waiting tables and you continue to do Uber, right?

00:48:14.000 Then you're able to put a little bit more time into it.

00:48:16.000 Now it's making 1.5 times as much as you made with Uber and with the waiting tables.

00:48:20.000 You're able to drop that completely.

00:48:21.000 Cool.

00:48:22.000 Now you've officially been able to successfully transition from employee to employer.

00:48:28.000 Now you have your business.

00:48:29.000 And on top of that, you're living in that house that I told you guys to buy, whether it's a duplex, triplex, or fourplex, and you got it with an FHA loan.

00:48:37.000 Okay?

00:48:39.000 Remember, you had saved that money up so that you can learn the skill of consulting or whatever to start this business up because when you're making this money with Uber and waiting tables, you're going to be able to invest in better equipment.

00:48:49.000 You're going to be able to invest in maybe a mentor.

00:48:51.000 You're going to be able to invest to get into masterminds or whatever it may be so you can go ahead and make money quicker.

00:48:56.000 With your business, guys.

00:48:57.000 Because when it comes to entrepreneurship, it takes money to make money, okay?

00:49:01.000 So you're going to need capital a lot of the times from a job, right, to invest into your business or your side hustle so that you can make money more.

00:49:08.000 Or it could be you took that money from Uber and...

00:49:12.000 From Uber and from waiting tables to become an electrician.

00:49:15.000 Now you're able to cut back those hours of doing Uber and waiting at the tables and you're making $100K per year now, working only five days a week.

00:49:23.000 But the point is, guys, is that you're taking that money from that job and investing it either into entrepreneurship or a trade or a skill set that's going to make you more money.

00:49:31.000 Not everyone has to be an entrepreneur, guys.

00:49:33.000 I know the title says, go from employee to employer.

00:49:35.000 There's nothing wrong with being an employee if you have a high income skill and you're making a lot of money.

00:49:39.000 Okay?

00:49:40.000 And just so you know, you are going to become an entrepreneur because what did you do?

00:49:43.000 You bought your first house.

00:49:45.000 Yeah, property.

00:49:45.000 And now you're a real estate investor.

00:49:48.000 Okay?

00:49:48.000 Landlord.

00:49:49.000 You're a landlord.

00:49:50.000 So you have a transition over to entrepreneurship, whether you want to admit that or not, because you can go ahead and turn that first house that you bought into an LLC. Okay?

00:50:00.000 So the goal here, guys...

00:50:02.000 It's to make that $100,000 without necessarily being blood, sweat, and tears.

00:50:07.000 You're going to have to do it in the beginning, but then you want to get the high-income skills so you can make that money, and then what do you do?

00:50:12.000 You buy that time back.

00:50:13.000 Once you have that time back, maybe you're an electrician or whatever it may be, you're working five days a week, and you're making $100,000 per year.

00:50:19.000 Now you can go ahead, if you want, you could still drive the Uber on the weekends and make extra money that you can invest into another side also or to pick up your second house.

00:50:28.000 So, what Mario just explained was what I did.

00:50:32.000 And once again, guys, here's the good part about it.

00:50:34.000 If you're smart about how you move with this, you can actually have the house pay for your rent.

00:50:38.000 So let me explain.

00:50:40.000 Before you had a job, you used your earned income to pay rent.

00:50:43.000 Well, guess what?

00:50:44.000 You have tenants in your property, so you got a triplex.

00:50:46.000 They cover your mortgage.

00:50:48.000 Rent's paid for.

00:50:49.000 So the $1,000 or $2,000 you paid for rent, you used to pay for rent, is now saved into your pocket.

00:50:55.000 And you can use that towards either expenses for the property or for investing yourself with a mentor.

00:51:00.000 Now what I did was, my realtor, he did Airbnb as well.

00:51:03.000 So I hit him up for some consulting as well, made some stuff, learned about Airbnb.

00:51:08.000 Now again, it could be anything.

00:51:09.000 You could do Uber.

00:51:10.000 You could do another business as well.

00:51:12.000 But with the time, money, and freedom, now you have less stress.

00:51:16.000 You're more excited to do more things.

00:51:16.000 You're more happy.

00:51:18.000 And the biggest part is they're like, guys, when you get one property, that's the beginning.

00:51:22.000 Much easier to get your second one.

00:51:24.000 Because once again, you could do a cash or refinance or a HELOC. If you want to, or to save enough money to deal with the next property as well.

00:51:31.000 But the biggest thing here, guys, is you're going to minimize expenses if you do it right, and as well have income coming in from your own property as well.

00:51:37.000 So it's a WW, guys.

00:51:39.000 And hopefully, you have no kids, still no car note, still no major expenses.

00:51:44.000 So imagine you're stacking money from a property, from your job, and as well with low expenses.

00:51:49.000 You can't lose, bro.

00:51:50.000 Yeah.

00:51:51.000 And then, the final step, guys.

00:51:53.000 So, okay, recap real quick.

00:51:57.000 This is how you're going to go, guys, in transition from, you know, to get your life together, all right?

00:52:02.000 Number one, get a job.

00:52:04.000 Put your ego to the side.

00:52:04.000 I don't care what it is.

00:52:05.000 Work that job, okay?

00:52:07.000 Number two, work that job tirelessly.

00:52:09.000 If you need to get a second job, it's fine.

00:52:10.000 But the goal is to hit $100,000 per year.

00:52:12.000 I don't care how you do, how many hours you got to work, but you need to hit $100,000 per year, all right?

00:52:17.000 Step three, save that money and work that job tirelessly for one to five years.

00:52:23.000 That's going to put you in a position where you're going to save enough capital to do two things.

00:52:26.000 You're going to be able to get your first property with an FHA loan, which I want it to be a duplex, triplex, or fourplex, for this to work the best.

00:52:32.000 And you're going to go ahead and get a skill set.

00:52:35.000 I don't care if you've got to go to trade school to be an electrician, a plumber, or a welder, or if you're going to start up a business with it.

00:52:41.000 The point is that you're going to work these jobs, these grunt work type jobs, so you can go ahead and learn a high income skill.

00:52:48.000 Whether it's through entrepreneurship or it's through working for someone else to do it, the goal is to transition over into that high income skill.

00:52:58.000 Next, you're going to buy that house because it's been one to five years now.

00:53:02.000 You're going to buy that house.

00:53:03.000 Obviously, hopefully you have your skill at this point and you're going to live in that house for one year.

00:53:09.000 And you're going to continue to work that job that you have until you're making 1.5 to two times as much and then you can go ahead and transition into your business.

00:53:17.000 Entrepreneurship job that you have or whatever else it was that you're doing.

00:53:20.000 The point is I want you guys to be doing something that you love.

00:53:22.000 It might not necessarily be entrepreneurship.

00:53:24.000 It might be a job that you learned that you got a high income skill for.

00:53:29.000 Maybe you're working, like I gave you guys the example before, with Uber and waiting tables.

00:53:33.000 Maybe you were doing that for a while and then you also were going to electrician school.

00:53:37.000 We gave the consulting business on one end, now it's gonna be you're learning a trade.

00:53:41.000 You went to electrician school, now you're an electrician, you're working five days a week, you're making 100k per year, you could go ahead and still drive Uber and make money so that you could go ahead and pick up your second property.

00:53:50.000 And you gotta live in that house for one year, guys.

00:53:52.000 And the reason why you gotta live in it, because obviously you don't break the law, and the beauty is this.

00:53:57.000 You have that house.

00:53:58.000 You have a tangible asset that you control while you're making money.

00:54:01.000 And most importantly, your tenants are paying for you to live there.

00:54:04.000 So you're either breaking even or you're cash flowing.

00:54:08.000 Guys, that's a business.

00:54:09.000 Real estate investing is a business.

00:54:10.000 And then once you have that first house, you can go ahead, continue to grind.

00:54:14.000 I think you should still keep going and work tirelessly.

00:54:17.000 Even when you get the high income skill or you got the entrepreneurship, whatever the fuck it is, and you're making your 100K, I think with all that time that you bought back from that skill set, I think you should keep doing what you're doing.

00:54:25.000 Maybe drive Uber Extra.

00:54:27.000 Maybe still wait tables on the weekends.

00:54:28.000 You could do your electrician job during the week and then do wait tables on the side because I want you to pick up that second property now. 0.99

00:54:34.000 Yeah.

00:54:35.000 Okay?

00:54:36.000 And then, guys, after you do this two to three times, you're going to have a couple assets under your name.

00:54:41.000 The houses are going to be cash flowing.

00:54:42.000 You're going to be...

00:54:44.000 You're going to have a good amount of appreciation at this point.

00:54:47.000 You're going to be able to pull money against those houses if you need to.

00:54:50.000 With the cash out refinances to pick up your next house, you're going to be in a fantastic position where you're earning six figures.

00:54:55.000 You control two to three different real estate properties.

00:54:58.000 You're going to be good. 0.99

00:54:59.000 And then from there, you decide what the fuck you want to do, not employ her. 0.99

00:55:04.000 I think the biggest thing here is freedom. 0.99

00:55:06.000 And people are being held about by one thing, which I think is a lot of people's problems, which is ego.

00:55:11.000 For me, I always say all the time for networking.

00:55:13.000 The number one rule of networking is being humble.

00:55:15.000 If you want to get into this stage of life where you're buying assets, you're actually investing in yourself, you're starting at ground zero, working a regular job, putting things in place to be successful. 1.00

00:55:25.000 I want to deal with this one idiot in the chat. 0.94

00:55:27.000 So this guy, Joel Brandon, in the chat says, L-Advice, entrepreneurship doesn't involve around buying property. 1.00

00:55:31.000 That's just real estate speculation. 1.00

00:55:33.000 Listen, you fucking moron. 1.00

00:55:33.000 Ah! 1.00

00:55:35.000 The reason why I'm telling people to buy real estate is so that they can go ahead and collect cash flow and decide if they wanna continue to work.

00:55:43.000 The goal is to own assets that pay them passively in their sleep.

00:55:48.000 Obviously, you're not gonna be able to run your business or work a job for the rest of your life.

00:55:52.000 At some point, guys, you're gonna probably wanna retire and chill.

00:55:55.000 Real estate's gonna do that for you.

00:55:57.000 That's why I want you guys to not just get the high-income skill.

00:56:00.000 You're doing two things.

00:56:01.000 You're getting the high-income skill And you're buying real estate so you have tangible assets to your name that pay you in your sleep.

00:56:09.000 There's no other asset class that's going to do that more consistently and in a better basis than real estate. 0.85

00:56:14.000 And there's no other asset class that will allow you to get a loan from the fucking bank to acquire the asset that will pay you back passively. 1.00

00:56:21.000 So fuck you, retard, because you clearly don't understand what I'm trying to do here. 1.00

00:56:25.000 I'm trying to get people, not necessarily to speculate on real estate, I'm getting them to invest in real estate so they can make money in their sleep. 1.00

00:56:35.000 That's what it's about.

00:56:36.000 It's about being free.

00:56:38.000 So if they choose to not work later, they can do that.

00:56:41.000 Guys, I want you to be in the position I'm at.

00:56:41.000 Okay?

00:56:43.000 Right now, I could stop doing the podcast completely.

00:56:46.000 I could completely stop, right? 0.99

00:56:48.000 Be done and make a quarter million dollars a year passively for my fucking real estate properties. 0.99

00:56:54.000 Okay? 0.99

00:56:55.000 I can do that right now if I wanted to, but I'm not going to do that.

00:56:58.000 But I want you guys to be in that position where you guys have enough real estate money coming in, whether it's maybe you need $4K a month, right?

00:57:05.000 Maybe you need $3K a month, whatever it may be.

00:57:07.000 I want you guys to be in a position where your real estate is paying you back passively so that you can choose if you want to work or not.

00:57:15.000 That's what I want every single one of y'all to be.

00:57:15.000 Okay?

00:57:18.000 Is every single one of y'all going to be in that position?

00:57:19.000 Maybe not.

00:57:20.000 But if one of you guys could do it, two of you guys could do it, five of you guys can do it, I want you guys to do it.

00:57:24.000 And the thing is this, they're not teaching you this at school.

00:57:26.000 They're not teaching you leverage.

00:57:27.000 They're not teaching you to use loans to buy homes.

00:57:29.000 They're not teaching you cash flow.

00:57:31.000 They're not teaching you cash on cash returns. 1.00

00:57:32.000 They're not teaching you guys this shit. 1.00

00:57:34.000 Okay? 1.00

00:57:34.000 Because they want you to stay a slave. 1.00

00:57:36.000 They want you to stay employed. 0.98

00:57:37.000 I want you guys to be employed to a certain point and then you buy your freedom back with the fucking real estate so that you can choose if you want to work or not. 0.95

00:57:45.000 I want you guys to be in a position that you can choose. 0.97

00:57:47.000 Why do you guys wonder all the time?

00:57:48.000 Myron, you're so passionate.

00:57:49.000 Why do you go so hard?

00:57:52.000 It's because I have the luxury of letting it be a passion. 1.00

00:57:56.000 I don't have to fucking do this shit. 1.00

00:57:58.000 Okay? 1.00

00:58:00.000 That's why it's so important. 1.00

00:58:01.000 So for that idiot out there that's like, oh, it's just speculation, blah, blah, blah. 1.00

00:58:04.000 It's not speculation because people always need a place to live, you fucking idiots. 1.00

00:58:08.000 They will always need a place to live. 1.00

00:58:11.000 Yes, appreciation can be speculative, but when it comes to cash flow and rent, that's pretty fucking standard, bro.

00:58:17.000 What is his plan for success then?

00:58:23.000 I don't want y'all working forever!

00:58:26.000 I don't know a better one. 1.00

00:58:26.000 The fuck? 1.00

00:58:27.000 What do I look like telling y'all? 1.00

00:58:29.000 Oh yeah, grind for one to five years, get that job, and yeah, just keep grinding. 0.91

00:58:34.000 No!

00:58:34.000 Eventually, at some point, be financially free.

00:58:36.000 Get the fuck out of the workforce if you want to.

00:58:38.000 And I want you guys to work because you want to work, not because you have to. 0.98

00:58:42.000 Because when you want to work, guess what?

00:58:44.000 You show up, you're excited, you're enthusiastic, you're like me right now, fucking really enjoying what you do, helping people out. 0.72

00:58:49.000 Why? 0.95

00:58:49.000 Because I don't have to fucking do it, but I'm still here. 0.95

00:58:52.000 I still show up. 0.99

00:58:53.000 We're still consistent as fuck. 0.99

00:58:54.000 We don't have to be here, man. 0.99

00:58:55.000 Yeah, we don't.

00:58:56.000 We don't have to be.

00:58:56.000 We really don't have to be here.

00:58:57.000 But we're here because we fucking love helping y'all out. 0.50

00:58:59.000 I love reading the chat, seeing you guys say, yo, I landed a job. 0.93

00:59:03.000 Yo, I'm making 100k per year.

00:59:04.000 Yo, I raised my credit score from this to this.

00:59:05.000 Yo, I got my wife in line. 1.00

00:59:07.000 I got my girl in line, etc. 0.77

00:59:08.000 It's fucking awesome to see you guys post your W's in here. 0.95

00:59:11.000 You can't beat that. 0.88

00:59:12.000 I mean, I could go ahead and admit, for my own selfish reasons, it does help my ego a little bit to see all you guys win. 0.98

00:59:17.000 But goddamn it, it's great. 0.95

00:59:18.000 Because seeing you guys do better in life is awesome. 1.00

00:59:21.000 And there's not many outlets that teach you guys this shit. 0.98

00:59:23.000 No other podcast goes to this level to teach you guys how to become financially free, how to make money, how to be attractive, etc. 1.00

00:59:29.000 And I really do, I take that shit seriously. 0.99

00:59:32.000 Because ain't nobody else doing it. 1.00

00:59:34.000 To this level.

00:59:35.000 To the level that we do it.

00:59:35.000 For free.

00:59:39.000 W Grant.

00:59:39.000 Anyway.

00:59:40.000 Yeah.

00:59:40.000 I mean, we've got many millionaires on the show, entrepreneurs on the show, and they all say, without a doubt, real estate was one of their ways to be successful.

00:59:52.000 Now, it's on the end-all, be-all.

00:59:53.000 It's going to get you out the rat race, dude.

00:59:54.000 But it has to be in a position where you save money on your taxes, make money on your cash flow, and as well, you blame equity.

01:00:01.000 And you can always borrow against it if you need to.

01:00:03.000 Joe, like Myron's saying, you got a better option, bro.

01:00:05.000 Tell us, because I don't know any better options for the average person that they can do.

01:00:08.000 And there's a book called Step for Life that many people have followed, bro, step by step, how to become an employee to an employer through real estate, and it's helped many.

01:00:17.000 I mean, I follow it to a T. You see me here at the Now Today, Myron as well.

01:00:21.000 Grim Steffman's house hacking videos as well.

01:00:23.000 I think for most people...

01:00:25.000 What's average and what's doable is real estate.

01:00:27.000 Now, again, will everyone do it?

01:00:29.000 No.

01:00:30.000 But if you can do it, why not?

01:00:32.000 So, I mean, bro, brother, if you got a better option, bro, please tell us.

01:00:35.000 Because I don't know any better options than that.

01:00:37.000 And we did it ourselves.

01:00:38.000 Yeah, man.

01:00:38.000 I want people to be able to be financially free, bro.

01:00:41.000 One of my goals, I didn't say this on the podcast before, is to travel the world.

01:00:45.000 I'm saving up money now to do that eventually when this is over.

01:00:47.000 I don't know when it's going to be over, but that's my goal, to travel around the world with a baddie, of course.

01:00:52.000 But again...

01:00:53.000 If I had the freedom from real estate to do that, it wouldn't be possible.

01:00:56.000 So I think on some level, whatever your goal is, real estate has a way to give you what you want to get.

01:01:01.000 I want you guys to work from a position where you want to work, but you don't have to work.

01:01:06.000 Can you imagine going into work and be like, hey Charles, hey boss, I'm here today, but I don't got to be here.

01:01:12.000 In your head, of course.

01:01:13.000 But you know, you have the freedom to say, you know what?

01:01:15.000 Today I don't want to work.

01:01:17.000 I need the day off.

01:01:18.000 Or I'm leaving today.

01:01:19.000 But today I want to work.

01:01:20.000 I want to work.

01:01:21.000 That's power, man.

01:01:22.000 That's huge.

01:01:23.000 Guys, and I want you guys to get it, man.

01:01:25.000 I'm telling y'all, man.

01:01:26.000 When you get to that level where you don't have to work and you're just choosing to work, you can really put your all in because you care.

01:01:32.000 You do things that you want to do versus things that you have to do.

01:01:35.000 Like, it's so powerful. 1.00

01:01:36.000 That's why I'm being so passionate about this, screaming at this fucking idiot. 1.00

01:01:38.000 Because he doesn't get it. 1.00

01:01:39.000 That I want y'all to be free and real estate is going to help you guys be free.

01:01:44.000 Yo, he responded.

01:01:45.000 He says, LOL. I know people who've been flipping real estate for 15 years now.

01:01:48.000 They're still employed.

01:01:50.000 Flipping real estate, bro.

01:01:51.000 We never said flip real estate.

01:01:52.000 Yeah, we're talking about...

01:01:53.000 Buying holes. 0.99

01:01:53.000 This nigga... 0.99

01:01:54.000 This is how I know bro. 1.00

01:01:55.000 Bro, you don't know shit, man. 1.00

01:01:56.000 You're a brokie, bro. 1.00

01:01:57.000 Bro, what the fuck? 1.00

01:01:58.000 Where did we say flip houses, bro? 1.00

01:02:00.000 Who does that stuff? 1.00

01:02:01.000 What the fuck? 0.99

01:02:02.000 Nobody's set to flip houses. 1.00

01:02:03.000 We're talking about buying holes, real estate, to live in, and then move on to the next one. 1.00

01:02:07.000 What a fucking idiot, dude. 1.00

01:02:08.000 Again, bro. 1.00

01:02:08.000 You're a brokeie. 1.00

01:02:09.000 What a fucking idiot, bro. 1.00

01:02:10.000 Stupid. 1.00

01:02:11.000 What a fucking moron. 1.00

01:02:12.000 You stupid. 1.00

01:02:13.000 Yo, this nigga frosh is more successful than you. 1.00

01:02:17.000 And you don't have to work, bro. 0.98

01:02:19.000 What are you doing?

01:02:19.000 Oh, flip houses, I'm broke.

01:02:21.000 Shut up, man. 0.99

01:02:22.000 Bro, we talked about the differences between flipping houses, etc. 0.99

01:02:26.000 We tell you guys all the time, buying and holding is the best strategy.

01:02:29.000 Yeah, it is.

01:02:30.000 Because you own the asset, it appreciates over time, you're collecting cash flow, and it's a W all the way.

01:02:36.000 And if you need the money, cash flow refinance.

01:02:37.000 Flipping houses is very...

01:02:39.000 It's dangerous.

01:02:41.000 Yeah, it can mess you up.

01:02:42.000 Unless you're skilled and you've been doing it for a period of time with major experience, you might mess up and lose most of the money. 0.91

01:02:48.000 You gotta keep fuckin' doin' it!

01:02:49.000 Yeah, it doesn't end. 0.98

01:02:50.000 You gotta keep fuckin' doin' it! 0.93

01:02:51.000 It's a hustle. 1.00

01:02:52.000 That's why your dumb ass is saying that, because you have to keep flippin' houses if you're flippin' houses. 1.00

01:02:56.000 It's a hustle. 1.00

01:02:57.000 That's why we say, buy and fuckin' hold. 0.79

01:03:00.000 Listen, guys, very important, guys. 0.91

01:03:02.000 You don't wanna hustle.

01:03:03.000 Not all real estate investors are the same, bro.

01:03:05.000 To wealth.

01:03:06.000 You wanna make money to have a business that obviously is gonna generate a huge income, and then put it in assets that will pay you.

01:03:13.000 Monthly.

01:03:14.000 Hustling?

01:03:14.000 All the time, bro.

01:03:15.000 You can't get that forever, bro.

01:03:17.000 It's almost impossible to have that energy at all times.

01:03:20.000 This nigga really just compared flipping houses to what we just said, where we said, take the FHA loan and buy it. 1.00

01:03:26.000 You can't even flip a house with FHA. What the fuck? 1.00

01:03:28.000 Yo, Joe, go watch I've Been Preached, man. 1.00

01:03:30.000 Go somewhere else, bro.

01:03:31.000 Come on, man. 1.00

01:03:31.000 What the hell, nigga? 1.00

01:03:32.000 Go watch something else, bro. 1.00

01:03:33.000 What are you talking about, bro?

01:03:35.000 We never once said go flip houses. 0.97

01:03:37.000 That nigga's a brokie. 1.00

01:03:38.000 Brokie, bro. 1.00

01:03:38.000 Hell no. 1.00

01:03:39.000 You buy and you hold it and you live in it for a year and then you get the next one.

01:03:45.000 Anyhow, let's move forward, man. 1.00

01:03:46.000 You stupid. 1.00

01:03:47.000 Different planet, bro. 1.00

01:03:49.000 Yo, roast that nigga Joe in the chat. 1.00

01:03:50.000 Yo, you know what? 0.99

01:03:51.000 Joe, bring your Instagram.

01:03:52.000 That's pretty much it.

01:03:52.000 No, no, Joe.

01:03:53.000 That's pretty much it.

01:03:54.000 Bring your Instagram, man. 1.00

01:03:56.000 Let's roast you right now, nigga. 1.00

01:03:57.000 Yeah, I got time, cuz. 1.00

01:03:58.000 You got time, cuz.

01:03:59.000 And then, guys, like I said before, then from there, it's really up to you, okay?

01:04:03.000 So, quick little recap, and then we need to try to close this out.

01:04:07.000 Step one, get a job.

01:04:08.000 Step two, work that job tirelessly, maybe pick up another job, earn $100,000 per year, keep your costs low, live with roommates, live with your parents.

01:04:14.000 Step three, save that money for one in five years and purchase education to transition over to entrepreneurship or a high-income skill.

01:04:22.000 Okay?

01:04:22.000 And you're also going to save that money to go ahead and pick up your first home.

01:04:26.000 Step two, you're going to get that home and you're going to live in it for a year.

01:04:29.000 You're going to try to get it with as little down as possible, FHA loan, live in it for a year while also doing what you were doing before, whether it's a high income skill that you are now able to get from saving the money or still working those jobs tirelessly.

01:04:41.000 Either way...

01:04:42.000 You're going to be living in that house and you're going to put tenants in it, duplex, triplex, whatever it may be, right?

01:04:46.000 Then you're going to be in a position, right, where you can choose to quit those jobs that got you the money and just rely on that high-income skill, maybe start up a side hustle, whatever it may be.

01:04:58.000 But the point is, those jobs that you work tirelessly at, waiting tables.

01:05:02.000 Uber.

01:05:03.000 Whatever it may be, you're going to get rid of those and you're going to transition from those over to your entrepreneurship, your business you created, off of saving that money, or that high-income skill that you went ahead and acquired.

01:05:14.000 Because not everyone's going to be an entrepreneur, so we got y'all too.

01:05:16.000 Go ahead and pick up a trade, whether it's an electrician, plumber, law enforcement, whatever it is, man.

01:05:22.000 A chef, I don't care what it is, but the point is, now you're going to be making 100k from either that business that you invested in, invested yourself into, or that skill that you invested in.

01:05:32.000 And you had that asset now, and then now, guess what?

01:05:35.000 You're working less.

01:05:36.000 You're working four or five days a week.

01:05:37.000 You can still do something else to make even more money, because I want you to pick up that second house. 0.98

01:05:43.000 Once you get three to four houses, you're going to be in a position where you can start to say, okay, I could chill a little bit.

01:05:49.000 I don't have to work as hard.

01:05:50.000 But I want y'all to pick up two to three different houses, okay, with multiple tenants in them, and you're going to be in a position where you won't have to work as many hours.

01:05:59.000 That's where I want you guys to be.

01:06:02.000 W. Boom.

01:06:03.000 Guys, if you could follow this.

01:06:06.000 He steps here.

01:06:07.000 I think you're on your way.

01:06:08.000 All of you that are watching this can do this.

01:06:09.000 All of you can drive Uber.

01:06:11.000 All of you guys can do DoorBash.

01:06:12.000 All of you guys can go pick up some random job somewhere where you're making, you know, Amazon warehouse making 20, 30 bucks an hour.

01:06:21.000 All of you guys can do this, man.

01:06:23.000 The key is that you're going to have to do it for a period of time.

01:06:26.000 Save up money, okay?

01:06:28.000 Get that other skill set and then go ahead and get into the real estate game.

01:06:32.000 I think the biggest question is, are you willing to do whatever it takes?

01:06:35.000 Yeah.

01:06:35.000 How bad do you want it?

01:06:37.000 Because I wanted it bad, man.

01:06:38.000 Myron did too.

01:06:39.000 That was all I woke up and thought about.

01:06:42.000 And we're here today, six years later.

01:06:44.000 You guys can do it, man.

01:06:46.000 We did it.

01:06:46.000 Y'all can do it.

01:06:47.000 You know what I mean?

01:06:48.000 I transitioned from law enforcement into entrepreneurship because I was able to take that law enforcement money, invest it into a business, and that business was able to grow and expand, and I was able to leave that law enforcement job fresh.

01:06:58.000 Did something different where he was driving Uber.

01:07:01.000 He was making all this money from doing all these side hustles, etc.

01:07:05.000 So he was able to put himself in a position to invest.

01:07:07.000 So it comes down to what...

01:07:09.000 There's many ways to skin a cat, but the point is, guys, there's no way around it.

01:07:12.000 You're going to have to work really hard.

01:07:13.000 And I don't want to hear no excuses, bro.

01:07:15.000 I'm an average guy.

01:07:16.000 I do average stuff to get to this point.

01:07:19.000 So what's your excuse?

01:07:20.000 Oh, I'm too short?

01:07:21.000 You weren't even born here. 0.99

01:07:22.000 I'm too black. 0.94

01:07:24.000 I'm too American.

01:07:26.000 I'm too much of an immigrant.

01:07:27.000 What's your excuse?

01:07:29.000 Please tell me.

01:07:30.000 Oh, I stutter?

01:07:31.000 I can't talk?

01:07:33.000 Yeah, that's every excuse you can use.

01:07:35.000 I can use it.

01:07:36.000 Y'all, man.

01:07:37.000 If we can do it, man, you guys can do it too, man.

01:07:39.000 Every single one of y'all can implement the stuff that we talk here.

01:07:41.000 Like I said before, you don't have to be an entrepreneur, but you can get a high income scale and make money.

01:07:44.000 Goldstar says, Preston, do anything but leech off of Myron.

01:07:47.000 Just so you guys know, right?

01:07:48.000 Obviously speaking, Myron has a staple for the podcast, but bro, again, this is our start from the beginning of us coming together, making a podcast, and at the very beginning, bro, We didn't know where it was going to end up.

01:08:01.000 We just believed in adding value, giving back, obviously talking some shit sometimes behind the scenes, but it was a mission to help people become better, and now it's big today.

01:08:09.000 So all the shit I did from the very beginning until then, bro, led me to where I am today. 0.94

01:08:14.000 So you can say what you want to say, bro, but I'm glad to be here where I'm at. 0.99

01:08:17.000 Hater's gonna hate, man.

01:08:18.000 Yeah, that's what it is.

01:08:19.000 Fresh was critical in a bunch of different things, like I said before, behind the scenes.

01:08:24.000 Richard asks, 20 bucks goes, what would you do for a country like Spain where squatters also known as occupas are able to steal your property and you cannot do much about it?

01:08:38.000 It's a complicated situation, but the rules there are different.

01:08:41.000 How do you see investment in this case?

01:08:44.000 I don't know, bro.

01:08:45.000 I don't invest in Spain.

01:08:48.000 That's why I'm so big on telling y'all, you guys gotta buy real estate where it's friendly for you.

01:08:51.000 You wanna buy real estate in places where there's landlord-friendly laws versus tenant-friendly laws.

01:08:58.000 Typically, it tends to be states that tend to be less democratic, tend to be the better states for landlords.

01:09:03.000 So it's up to you where you invest and where you put your money, my friend.

01:09:06.000 You gotta be intelligent about it.

01:09:07.000 But I don't know about Spain.

01:09:09.000 Yeah, Spain is a whole different territory.

01:09:11.000 I mean, people are doing it somehow, so find out how they're doing it, I guess.

01:09:14.000 Yeah, we might have to go invest somewhere else, man, abroad.

01:09:16.000 YoungBreezy goes, um, where?

01:09:20.000 F2Haters. 0.56

01:09:20.000 F2Haters, price of fitter number one. 0.56

01:09:21.000 Yeah, man, we got y'all, man.

01:09:23.000 We got y'all.

01:09:23.000 Real value, man.

01:09:25.000 Alvin goes, guys, one more question.

01:09:27.000 What should I do with my equity money?

01:09:29.000 I'll get about 55k.

01:09:31.000 I've been working construction for nine years, especially concrete.

01:09:34.000 I want to start my company, but also want another house.

01:09:37.000 What would be best?

01:09:39.000 Okay, that's up to you, bro.

01:09:40.000 So this is where the importance comes in.

01:09:43.000 I'll give you two options that you could choose.

01:09:44.000 Well, if you get your house, you acquire the asset, which is great.

01:09:47.000 But is it going to make as much money as if you started a business?

01:09:49.000 No.

01:09:50.000 Probably not.

01:09:51.000 So one is slower, one is more active where you make money right now.

01:09:56.000 So it's kind of like...

01:09:57.000 But that might be a good deal that he has.

01:09:58.000 Yeah.

01:09:59.000 That's why you got to weigh the options out, bro.

01:10:01.000 This is where it comes down to you.

01:10:03.000 But you know what's funny, though?

01:10:04.000 This is a good problem to have.

01:10:05.000 Yeah, that's a good problem to have.

01:10:07.000 This is huge because, again, you're still making money regardless, but it's going to be faster or slower process.

01:10:12.000 Yeah.

01:10:14.000 If that house is a good deal, bro, maybe pick up the house.

01:10:19.000 I don't know.

01:10:19.000 It really depends because I don't know your financial situation.

01:10:22.000 And also, businesses can fail.

01:10:24.000 Real estate is probably going to be more secure.

01:10:25.000 Seems to me like you already got a good job.

01:10:27.000 Yeah.

01:10:27.000 You already have something that's bringing money in.

01:10:30.000 I pick up the house if it's a good deal, bro.

01:10:32.000 Because what you could do is get a property.

01:10:34.000 It's safer.

01:10:34.000 Wait, a year later or two years later, pull that money out of the business.

01:10:38.000 Yeah.

01:10:38.000 Then you can invest it into your business.

01:10:40.000 There you go.

01:10:40.000 So you got two and a business.

01:10:41.000 There you go.

01:10:42.000 Just saying.

01:10:43.000 Or, or, or, just to be fair here, start a business.

01:10:46.000 It could make some good money.

01:10:48.000 You buy two properties.

01:10:49.000 But again, that's going to be...

01:10:50.000 That house isn't going to be on the market forever.

01:10:53.000 True.

01:10:54.000 But deals?

01:10:55.000 I'd say pick up the house, man.

01:10:57.000 Personally.

01:10:57.000 Because it seems like, to me, you already got money coming in.

01:11:01.000 You can start that business later.

01:11:02.000 I would pick up that house, and then you could always cash out, refi on that house to start that business if you want, and you have the asset and you control it.

01:11:09.000 But that's a personal decision, bro.

01:11:11.000 You do what you want to do.

01:11:13.000 We don't know your financial situation.

01:11:14.000 We might not be speaking about it appropriately because we don't know.

01:11:17.000 We don't know.

01:11:18.000 But what I'm just hearing now, it might be better to pick up the asset and hold it.

01:11:22.000 What do we got here?

01:11:24.000 Have you guys seen Brian Johnson?

01:11:26.000 What do you think about the work he's doing regarding his body and treatments?

01:11:30.000 I have no idea who that is, bro.

01:11:32.000 Me either.

01:11:33.000 I have no idea.

01:11:35.000 Looks amazing at 45.

01:11:38.000 What do we got here next?

01:11:40.000 Bear.

01:11:40.000 Bear goes, I've wanted to start a biog.

01:11:44.000 A blog?

01:11:45.000 A blog, I'm sorry.

01:11:46.000 But has always been conflicted with a public figure versus the belief now that privacy is becoming the new luxury.

01:11:51.000 Is being a public figure worth it?

01:11:53.000 What's privacy like for fresh and fit?

01:11:55.000 I mean, people don't talk about this often, but when you make money and have cloud status, bro, your life isn't really as quiet as it should be because people want to see your downfall.

01:12:06.000 They want to see what you're doing behind the scenes.

01:12:09.000 And obviously speaking, we've had a sheer amount of that as well.

01:12:13.000 And you guys have seen all the time, we're held to a higher standard because we're in the public's eye.

01:12:19.000 You just got to be mindful of that, I would just say, with everything that you do.

01:12:24.000 SoloWing7 says, Shout out to all you guys at FNF. We have some since early 2021.

01:12:29.000 I'm about to graduate university and go to med school.

01:12:31.000 Thanks a lot for all the help and advice through all these years.

01:12:33.000 If med school fails, then I got backup plans thanks to y'all.

01:12:37.000 Much love, take care.

01:12:37.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:12:38.000 Planning ahead.

01:12:39.000 And you guys that are going to be doctors, you guys can do this even faster.

01:12:43.000 Yeah.

01:12:43.000 Because you're going to have a super high income skill.

01:12:45.000 You can invest into real estate.

01:12:46.000 I know doctors, bro.

01:12:48.000 I know doctors right now that are specialists.

01:12:51.000 Maybe they're a plastic surgeon.

01:12:52.000 They're hair transplant type doctor, surgery, whatever it may be.

01:12:56.000 Like my doctor that I want to.

01:12:58.000 These guys work like once a week, bro.

01:13:00.000 They only come in when they have surgeries.

01:13:02.000 And they make their schedule.

01:13:03.000 They might work two, three times a month.

01:13:05.000 Why?

01:13:06.000 Because they're sitting on a bunch of real estate and they're just chilling.

01:13:08.000 They practice every now and then to keep the license valid.

01:13:11.000 They might do a couple surgeries here and there.

01:13:13.000 That's it.

01:13:14.000 Dude, the guy that sold me or sold me my Perfamonte is a doctor, bro.

01:13:18.000 He works like once a month.

01:13:20.000 Major surgery, but he gets paid a shitload.

01:13:23.000 There you go.

01:13:23.000 But multiple properties he has.

01:13:25.000 Yeah.

01:13:25.000 He's chilling.

01:13:26.000 There you go.

01:13:26.000 And he sold the Perf and then bought a McLaren.

01:13:29.000 Guys...

01:13:30.000 The more money you can earn from your high income skill or from working the grunt jobs, the more money you can earn, the faster you can buy your freedom back because you're buying the property so you can buy your freedom back.

01:13:41.000 That's why I want y'all to get into real estate so you can buy your freedom back. 0.98

01:13:46.000 Not flipping houses like this idiot said, which is not the same. 0.99

01:13:49.000 Let me make this extremely clear. 1.00

01:13:51.000 Me and Fresh are not house flippers.

01:13:54.000 We're not wholesalers.

01:13:55.000 We buy and hold.

01:13:58.000 Okay?

01:13:59.000 Buy and hold.

01:14:00.000 So you get a consistent amount of money all the time.

01:14:02.000 I don't even think...

01:14:03.000 Do you Airbnb any of yours?

01:14:04.000 No.

01:14:04.000 Not anymore.

01:14:05.000 I don't Airbnb shit. 0.99

01:14:06.000 So I know what's coming in. 0.99

01:14:07.000 I don't like it.

01:14:08.000 All right?

01:14:09.000 We are buy and hold real estate investors, traditional real estate investors. 1.00

01:14:12.000 We don't fix and flip like this idiot was trying to say. 0.99

01:14:15.000 And I don't think any of y'all should do that either, to be honest with y'all. 0.99

01:14:17.000 Like, all you guys watching this, I don't want y'all, unless you guys are like, know what you're doing and you know how to deal real estate appropriately and it's your job, I don't want none of y'all doing fixing and flipping all this extra shit, man. 0.77

01:14:27.000 Like, no.

01:14:28.000 I just see people make so many mistakes and they end up at square one, flipping houses, bro.

01:14:33.000 Hell, a lot of y'all, I don't even want you guys doing the burr method a lot of y'all. 1.00

01:14:36.000 Yeah.

01:14:36.000 I want a lot of y'all, to keep life easy for a lot of you guys, I want you guys to do...

01:14:41.000 Turnkey properties.

01:14:42.000 Buy turnkeys.

01:14:43.000 Yeah, you're going to pay a little bit more, but it's already done.

01:14:47.000 It's cash flowing immediately. 0.99

01:14:48.000 You don't got to worry about shit. 0.99

01:14:49.000 The only way I would say, yo, go ahead and do burn and all this other shit is if you're a handyman yourself and you can get a good amount of the work done yourself. 0.99

01:14:55.000 But that's going to cost you a lot of time. 0.88

01:14:57.000 So it really comes down to what you want to do.

01:14:59.000 But yo, we want you guys to be in a position where you are the real estate investor and you're just collecting cash flow.

01:15:04.000 You're buying your freedom back, bro.

01:15:05.000 That's huge.

01:15:06.000 Yeah, but shout out to a doctor. 1.00

01:15:08.000 All you guys that are doctors, lawyers, et cetera, you guys making $100K a year, whatever, you guys can get into this right away.

01:15:13.000 Haas says, you're damn right.

01:15:15.000 Working crazy hours builds character. 0.64

01:15:17.000 Was welding out in North Dakota for six months, working seven days a week, 12-hour shifts. 1.00

01:15:21.000 Damn. 0.99

01:15:22.000 Professor Illwell says, 30 years old, 3 years into personal training business. 1.00

01:15:27.000 Income fluctuates.

01:15:28.000 Averaging 25k yearly.

01:15:30.000 Interview for a gun wholesaling job promising 100k first year.

01:15:33.000 Seems boring making calls slash computer considering it is versus a fitness job for passion.

01:15:38.000 Fitness pays less.

01:15:39.000 Advice?

01:15:40.000 You gotta make the money, bro.

01:15:41.000 You just gotta make the money.

01:15:42.000 Make the money so that you can be in a position where you can do something that you're passionate about.

01:15:47.000 The argument of working for your passion, bro, sounds good, but most people can't do it right away.

01:15:52.000 That's a privilege that you earn to working for passion.

01:15:56.000 That's a privilege that you earn, guys.

01:15:58.000 A lot of times it's got to be paid by dues of doing shit that you don't want to do in the beginning.

01:16:03.000 Bear says, I raised my credit score from the lowest 500s to about 700, but I had a bad credit history.

01:16:09.000 How would that affect me from getting the business loans?

01:16:13.000 So, it's 700 now, but bad credit history.

01:16:16.000 The good thing is, if it's personal, you're getting business, it shouldn't carry over the history.

01:16:21.000 It shouldn't be that bad.

01:16:22.000 As long as you don't got no bankruptcy or anything, bro, you'll be fine.

01:16:26.000 You'll be fine.

01:16:26.000 You raised it to $700, so clearly it's not that bad.

01:16:29.000 Yeah.

01:16:30.000 You Only Die Once says, WFNF, I'm from two jobs, cleaning office evenings, and maintenance tech to a main support, I guess, and HVAC certified within three years.

01:16:40.000 Getting five to six years of sleep.

01:16:41.000 Next, save up to get houses.

01:16:43.000 WTate.

01:16:43.000 All right.

01:16:44.000 He's on the way.

01:16:45.000 Barrett says, what are some methods of buying real estate?

01:16:47.000 I have a friend who has over two million assets based on something called land banking.

01:16:52.000 Thoughts on what that and other methods are.

01:16:54.000 I'm not familiar with land banking.

01:16:56.000 That's a new term I've never heard before.

01:16:58.000 I've never heard of that, bro.

01:16:58.000 But if it's working, man, and it's safe, then why not?

01:17:03.000 Not high value.

01:17:04.000 I make 200k a year, still feel like I'm failing.

01:17:07.000 I'm 33, family of five, saving to my first rental property.

01:17:11.000 What am I doing wrong?

01:17:12.000 He's 35, 33 with a family of five, 200k a year.

01:17:17.000 I would say, bro, if you can, pick up a second gig.

01:17:21.000 See, the problem is...

01:17:22.000 You can make more money.

01:17:23.000 You have a lot of expenses going out.

01:17:24.000 You have five kids, bro.

01:17:25.000 Yeah.

01:17:26.000 I already know, bro.

01:17:26.000 You're paying for their schooling, probably for food.

01:17:29.000 That's probably what's held up.

01:17:30.000 He would have had three properties if he didn't have a family.

01:17:32.000 That's why if you start young with no kids, no debt really, you could maximize your profits and get into more properties.

01:17:38.000 Pick up a side hustle, bro.

01:17:39.000 Yeah.

01:17:39.000 Pick up a side hustle that will help you pick up that first and second property faster.

01:17:44.000 You know, it's going to suck for a bit, but pick up a side hustle.

01:17:47.000 But bro, if you've got a wife, man, I mean, if she's not working, then...

01:17:49.000 And here's the thing.

01:17:50.000 You have enough money where you can go ahead and get a skill fairly quickly.

01:17:56.000 What do we got here?

01:17:57.000 You Have to Want It, and that's from Andrew Young.

01:17:59.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:17:59.000 That's true.

01:18:00.000 James goes, Hey, Myron, I just turned 21 yesterday.

01:18:02.000 I'm a second-year electrical apprentice.

01:18:04.000 I make 35K, and I go to the gym six times a week.

01:18:07.000 I have 10K saved up, but oh, 9K on my car.

01:18:10.000 What should my next three goals...

01:18:11.000 This year changed my life.

01:18:13.000 Also, you saved my life.

01:18:15.000 I appreciate that, man.

01:18:15.000 Thank you.

01:18:16.000 Yo, you got a bright future ahead of you, dude.

01:18:18.000 So keep going.

01:18:19.000 But as far as...

01:18:21.000 Pull that question back up because he asked a bunch of them here.

01:18:24.000 I'm going to try to hit this.

01:18:25.000 With the car.

01:18:27.000 10K saved up.

01:18:29.000 Okay, keep saving money.

01:18:31.000 You want to have at least three to six months of expense sitting somewhere.

01:18:36.000 And then just keep grinding.

01:18:37.000 Because here's the thing, you're only an apprentice, man.

01:18:39.000 You got to keep going so that you can make more money.

01:18:41.000 And then as far as your car...

01:18:44.000 What he could do...

01:18:45.000 What do you think?

01:18:45.000 Is just make double payments on the car.

01:18:47.000 Make double payments?

01:18:48.000 He should work to pay it off, you think?

01:18:50.000 Yeah.

01:18:50.000 So just make two payments instead of one?

01:18:52.000 Or should you just sell it and just buy a hoopty?

01:18:55.000 Right?

01:18:56.000 Why isn't he just selling and buy a hoopty and spend two, three K, get a hoopty and be good?

01:19:01.000 He could, but he might be upside down on the car.

01:19:04.000 So he might owe more than he can pay.

01:19:07.000 I would just say, bro, if you can, make two payments so you can pay faster.

01:19:10.000 Or you can do that as well.

01:19:12.000 See if you can sell it back and get a hoopty, bro, if you can.

01:19:14.000 So you could be little to no debt.

01:19:18.000 ForeverTron, thank you for everything you do, guys.

01:19:22.000 You've changed my life and many others.

01:19:23.000 What is your general take on the current real estate market and where we're heading?

01:19:27.000 I've been trying to buy, but it always seems like it'll be left holding the bag.

01:19:31.000 Okay, so look, man.

01:19:34.000 BlackRock, all these big companies are buying single-family homes like crazy.

01:19:37.000 Non-stop.

01:19:37.000 Okay.

01:19:39.000 Yes, the interest rates are fairly high, but...

01:19:43.000 It's a fantastic time to buy houses cash, okay, if you have the capital to buy a house cash, or you can always refinance later, bro.

01:19:50.000 But if you find a good deal, pick it up.

01:19:52.000 Right now, the sellers don't have leverage like they had two years ago.

01:19:55.000 When interest rates were like 3%, 4%, the sellers were over here trying to sell houses for ridiculous amounts.

01:20:00.000 So now, with interest rates high, you have power back as a buyer, okay?

01:20:05.000 Are you going to cash flow as much?

01:20:06.000 Maybe not, but it doesn't matter.

01:20:07.000 You control the assets, okay?

01:20:09.000 So, when The interest rates come back down, you can refinance.

01:20:13.000 And then guess what? 0.97

01:20:14.000 Real estate is the best hedge against inflation in the fucking world, okay? 0.94

01:20:20.000 Because what ends up happening is, let's say you get a loan for $100,000, right? 0.98

01:20:25.000 On a house that you buy.

01:20:26.000 Well, as inflation continues to get worse, guess what?

01:20:29.000 That loan that you have, that 100K, Well, it's worth less because you got locked in that 30-year loan from before.

01:20:34.000 So, one of the best hedges against inflation, guys, is real estate.

01:20:38.000 Okay?

01:20:39.000 And then the interest rates, they're going to go back down.

01:20:41.000 You know?

01:20:42.000 They're going to go back down.

01:20:43.000 Right now, they're kind of high.

01:20:44.000 They're like 8%, 9% if you buy as an investor.

01:20:48.000 So, yeah, it's a little high, but if you're cash flowing, you'll be fine.

01:20:51.000 And you can negotiate lower prices on the houses.

01:20:53.000 I'll tell you this, though.

01:20:54.000 If you don't buy it, someone else will.

01:20:55.000 Yeah, bro.

01:20:56.000 Like, I'll buy it.

01:20:57.000 Yeah, I'm going to buy it.

01:20:59.000 So it's a good deal. 0.99

01:21:00.000 Don't be like, bro, there's so many, I call them real estate masturbators, just sitting on the side. 0.98

01:21:05.000 I want to buy real estate. 1.00

01:21:06.000 But they never buy shit because they're too scared to pull the trigger because the interest rates are too low. 0.97

01:21:10.000 Is it a good time to get in? 0.99

01:21:11.000 I don't know if it's a good time to get in.

01:21:12.000 I don't know.

01:21:12.000 I'm not going to do it, bro.

01:21:13.000 I'm going to wait.

01:21:14.000 I'm going to wait.

01:21:15.000 Niggas been waiting since like 2016. 1.00

01:21:17.000 You know what's funny?

01:21:18.000 People say they're gonna wait.

01:21:19.000 Bro!

01:21:19.000 But the whole point of this is like, people that were always buying property will get first dibs.

01:21:24.000 You haven't bought shit. 0.90

01:21:25.000 You have to get approved, have all these things done for your loan. 0.99

01:21:28.000 If I'm an avid buyer and I get a first-hand pick of the first new properties, you wouldn't even get a chance, bro.

01:21:35.000 So it's like, bro, buy while you still can.

01:21:37.000 It's fine, man.

01:21:37.000 Like, yo, if people don't want to...

01:21:39.000 Look.

01:21:40.000 I told you guys this before.

01:21:41.000 We have the purest intentions here.

01:21:42.000 We don't make money on telling you how to buy real estate.

01:21:44.000 We don't have a course that we're selling to you guys.

01:21:47.000 We're not putting out any promotions, any programs. 0.97

01:21:50.000 We've been literally, bro, I can't tell you how many of our buddies have told us that we're idiots for not putting out some type of real estate course or some shit like that. 0.98

01:21:57.000 We're not. 0.98

01:21:58.000 Why?

01:21:58.000 Because we just want y'all to be financially free, bro.

01:22:00.000 I gain nothing from telling you how to buy real estate. 0.99

01:22:02.000 I don't gain shit. 0.98

01:22:04.000 I'm just telling you guys to do it. 0.97

01:22:06.000 Because I know that it's going to make you guys financially free, and I want you guys to be in a position where you choose to work versus you have to work. 0.97

01:22:11.000 But, bro, don't be a real estate masturbator where you're just sitting there on the sidelines saying, I don't know if I'm going to buy or not. 0.96

01:22:17.000 I don't know. 1.00

01:22:18.000 No, man. 0.99

01:22:18.000 Just fucking take action. 0.99

01:22:20.000 Rigor will quote. 1.00

01:22:21.000 You don't understand that approval can take days, right?

01:22:23.000 However, people's income has to be there for reserves, and many things have to be in place.

01:22:28.000 So they might get things done, but everything's going to be in a row?

01:22:31.000 You never know.

01:22:32.000 I'm just saying, in general, if you want to buy property, if things are not lined up, you have to wait.

01:22:36.000 Versus buying it now, while you have everything in line, why even wait?

01:22:40.000 Yeah, man.

01:22:40.000 If you find a deal, man, you gotta hop on it, bro.

01:22:43.000 This whole thing where people are saying, the market might not be good in a few years.

01:22:48.000 Right now is a good time, even though the interest rates are high, because you can negotiate for better pricing on the houses.

01:22:54.000 Because I'll tell you guys this.

01:22:55.000 You guys didn't want to be in the real estate market two, three years ago when it was hot as fuck and interest rates were 3% and now you're losing deals left and right. 0.64

01:23:03.000 If anything, for you guys that want to kind of get in the game, you want to buy now when people aren't jumping all over the place. 0.80

01:23:09.000 And the good thing is FHA loan.

01:23:12.000 Your first property, bro.

01:23:13.000 I mean, you can't beat that, bro.

01:23:14.000 3% down?

01:23:15.000 3% or 5% down?

01:23:17.000 So what's your excuse, bro?

01:23:19.000 Yeah.

01:23:20.000 Alright, what do we got here?

01:23:23.000 Random...

01:23:23.000 Randy Isamoso?

01:23:25.000 Okay.

01:23:25.000 Randy Simo?

01:23:26.000 My girl and I combine make over $200,000 a year with about $100,000 saved.

01:23:30.000 Should we oppose open a cafe or start investing in real estate?

01:23:33.000 Real estate is a bit pricey where we live.

01:23:37.000 Plus, dislike working for someone.

01:23:39.000 We also don't have our own house but live rent-free.

01:23:42.000 Thanks, brubs.

01:23:43.000 Bro, you can invest out of state, my friend.

01:23:46.000 You can invest out of state.

01:23:47.000 I mean, if you guys really want to start that business, you can.

01:23:50.000 But, you know...

01:23:53.000 A lot of businesses aren't profitable in the beginning, especially like brick and mortar businesses like that.

01:23:58.000 You're doing it with your girl?

01:24:00.000 And that's also dangerous.

01:24:01.000 She better not leave you, bro.

01:24:03.000 I'll tell you that.

01:24:04.000 Yeah, it's also kind of dangerous, man.

01:24:06.000 Shooting bricks.

01:24:07.000 Went from 40k to 450k credit score to 95k.

01:24:11.000 700 credit score plus to owning a business and buying my first home.

01:24:15.000 Thanks to y'all, especially Myron.

01:24:17.000 Every time I wanted to quit, I hear him pause.

01:24:19.000 Stop being a pushy and I keep going.

01:24:21.000 No more excuses to grind. 1.00

01:24:23.000 Yes, I've been a pussy, yeah. 1.00

01:24:25.000 Shout out to you, Shitting Bricks, man. 1.00

01:24:26.000 That's great, man. 1.00

01:24:27.000 Yeah, y'all are really out here fucking winning, man. 0.89

01:24:30.000 Cage goes mind or fresh, literally breaking it down step by step, giving the game away for free. 1.00

01:24:35.000 And y'all hating clown world. 0.81

01:24:36.000 I know, bro. 0.97

01:24:36.000 I know, man. 0.97

01:24:37.000 That's all I know, bro. 1.00

01:24:38.000 Fucking crazy, bro. 1.00

01:24:39.000 Most niggas are going to stay broke forever. 1.00

01:24:40.000 It's sad, but hey, as well.

01:24:42.000 Hey, man, he can't afford it to me, bro.

01:24:44.000 I'd be like, yo, if you don't want help, it's fine, bro.

01:24:47.000 Lele says, WFNF, we embrace solutions, not excuses. 0.98

01:24:50.000 Also say no to chronic masturbating. 0.92

01:24:51.000 Yeah, facts. 0.98

01:24:52.000 Yeah, facts.

01:24:53.000 TTB Podcast says, thanks for the feedback, guys.

01:24:55.000 It's actually a mom and pop coffee shop.

01:24:58.000 I've been looking into it for a while.

01:24:59.000 Just wanted to make sure it was a good investment.

01:25:00.000 Thanks, guys.

01:25:01.000 Again.

01:25:02.000 Yeah, just run the numbers, man.

01:25:04.000 I'm very worried about, you know, brick and mortar businesses nowadays, bro.

01:25:08.000 Because it's like, you know, as we continue to move things online more... 0.98

01:25:12.000 There's gonna be robots delivering coffee and shit. 0.99

01:25:15.000 It's just like crazy, bro. 0.99

01:25:16.000 That's why, man.

01:25:17.000 But, bro, if you're confident there's a lot of foot traffic there, they're showing you their records and they're making quite a bit of money and they're profitable, cool, invest.

01:25:25.000 I would ask them, how do you market this shop to people normally?

01:25:28.000 And if I buy the business, am I gonna have problems with marketing and getting myself out there?

01:25:32.000 If that's an issue, then, I mean, bro, that's huge.

01:25:37.000 18 pharmacy technician, $16.75 an hour, and do DoorDash on the side looking into pharmacy sales while editing content for InfluencerSafe Capital for FHA loan.

01:25:45.000 Thoughts or advice?

01:25:46.000 Keep doing what you're doing, my friend.

01:25:47.000 You got your head on right at 18 years old.

01:25:49.000 Keep doing what you're doing.

01:25:50.000 He's got a job.

01:25:52.000 He's doing side hustles.

01:25:54.000 Keep doing what you're doing.

01:25:54.000 Live with your parents.

01:25:55.000 Milk that shit as long as you can. 1.00

01:25:57.000 Save that money. 1.00

01:25:57.000 Get your first property, bro. 1.00

01:25:58.000 If you keep doing what you're doing, you'll have your first house probably by the time you're 21, 22, you're gonna be in a fantastic position. 1.00

01:26:04.000 Good shit, man. 0.98

01:26:06.000 Manjotism goes, what skills can be a utility for business with law enforcement background? 1.00

01:26:11.000 Consulting.

01:26:12.000 Consulting is going to be good for you.

01:26:14.000 If you're former law enforcement guys and you have a law enforcement background, you could do consulting and private security.

01:26:20.000 Those typically do pretty well for guys that used to be on the job.

01:26:23.000 Or compliance.

01:26:24.000 You want to work for...

01:26:24.000 If you did investigations, like I did, you could do compliance for a financial institution as well.

01:26:30.000 A lot of banks want compliance officers that are former law enforcement.

01:26:34.000 Anything else?

01:26:35.000 Nope.

01:26:35.000 We caught up.

01:26:36.000 Yo.

01:26:36.000 All right.

01:26:37.000 Guys.

01:26:37.000 W3, man.

01:27:07.000 But you should win it for yourself, too.
