00:00:01.000 Regular edition.

00:00:02.000 It's Friday.

00:00:03.000 Let's get into it.

00:00:03.000 Call and show Friday.

00:00:04.000 Let's go!

00:00:50.000 We're good to go.

00:00:51.000 We're good to go.

00:00:55.000 We are back.

00:00:55.000 What's up, guys?

00:00:56.000 Welcome to the Fresh Hit Podcast, man.

00:00:58.000 It is call-in show Friday, man.

00:01:00.000 One of my favorite shows.

00:01:02.000 I think we got the phone lines already open real quick.

00:01:04.000 I'll make that announcement for y'all.

00:01:06.000 The phone number to call in is 515-605-9740.

00:01:10.000 Again, that number is 515-605-9740. 0.96

00:01:14.000 If you guys want to call into the show and heckle Fresh for stuttering or me for being an angry person or Moe for being fat or crap, Chris, for being annoying and making a bunch of comments that no one cares to hear. 0.95

00:01:24.000 Go ahead and call into the show and give us your gripes. 0.86

00:01:27.000 You're some of the best shows, man.

00:01:28.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:01:29.000 Shout out to all the haters that want to call in and say something, okay?

00:01:32.000 But yeah, 515-615-9740.

00:01:34.000 Go ahead and call into the show.

00:01:36.000 Real quick now before we get into the show, though.

00:01:38.000 Rumble.com slash FreshFit, man.

00:01:40.000 As you guys know, we make content that ends up putting us in YouTube jail for periods of time.

00:01:45.000 So if you guys want to go ahead and be able to find us wherever we go, make sure to find us over there on Rumble.

00:01:49.000 Rumble is a new frontier.

00:01:50.000 That's where we are safe and we can speak about things that aren't necessarily safe for YouTube.

00:01:54.000 So check us out over there on Rumble.com slash FreshFit.

00:01:56.000 Also, FreshFit.locals.com for behind-the-scenes stuff.

00:01:59.000 So you guys can go ahead and check us out before we do our live streams with the girls, etc. 0.65

00:02:03.000 It's all there on freshenfit.locals.com.

00:02:06.000 Also get the merch, freshenfitstore.com.

00:02:09.000 Hoodies, t-shirts, etc.

00:02:11.000 All there.

00:02:11.000 We got some new designs coming.

00:02:12.000 I just gotta go ahead and design them.

00:02:14.000 Maybe Chris will design them.

00:02:16.000 And then also, guys, check out our other YouTube channel.

00:02:18.000 It's called Fresh Fit Clips.

00:02:19.000 Man, we're posting 10 shorts a day, six videos per day.

00:02:21.000 So go check us out over there on Fresh Fit Clips.

00:02:23.000 We want to get that channel to 1 million subscribers so we can get another golden plaque in the back.

00:02:27.000 So go ahead and subscribe to that channel.

00:02:29.000 And then we got more Fresh Fit Clips, guys, where we're posting a bunch of shorts and clips on there as well.

00:02:33.000 Make sure to subscribe to that one because we're trying to get that one to 100K, get some more plaques, and continue to take over YouTube.

00:02:40.000 Because I will tell you this.

00:02:42.000 Everyone's trying to copy us with the panel show.

00:02:44.000 Everyone's failing because they're boring.

00:02:46.000 They're not exciting like we are.

00:02:47.000 They don't talk about the stuff that we talk about.

00:02:49.000 They're not willing to push back and give actual concrete evidence with why these women are delusional. 0.84

00:02:54.000 They just want to sit there and let them yap.

00:02:56.000 It ends up being whack, man.

00:02:57.000 It is what it is.

00:02:57.000 They can try to replicate, but they'll never...

00:03:00.000 They can imitate, but they'll never replicate.

00:03:03.000 And it's really tough, man, because what we do is not easy.

00:03:06.000 It's not, man.

00:03:07.000 Right, Chris?

00:03:08.000 Yeah, man.

00:03:08.000 Facts, man.

00:03:09.000 Goddamn. 0.99

00:03:11.000 And then also, guys, check us out on Spotify, where we post every day pretty much. 0.98

00:03:15.000 Mo posts on there, whether it's the video or the audio version of the show, both there.

00:03:19.000 Go check it out.

00:03:20.000 Latest episode available, too.

00:03:23.000 Mo, talk into the mic, man.

00:03:24.000 You be yelling at people, talk into the mic!

00:03:26.000 You never talk into the mic.

00:03:27.000 Let's go, Mo! 1.00

00:03:29.000 Talk into the mic.

00:03:30.000 Go ahead.

00:03:30.000 Latest episodes are available right now on Podcasters, Spotify.

00:03:35.000 Chris, you want to switch cameras?

00:03:36.000 Yeah, it's fine.

00:03:36.000 He just...

00:03:37.000 Stupid! 1.00

00:03:38.000 No, no, no. 1.00

00:03:38.000 He's like, don't get the fuck right now. 1.00

00:03:40.000 It's fine. 0.99

00:03:40.000 We'll turn the lights on. 0.99

00:03:41.000 It's all right.

00:03:41.000 My smile already brightened it up.

00:03:43.000 There you go.

00:03:44.000 So, yeah.

00:03:45.000 Podcast is on Spotify.

00:03:48.000 Latest episodes are available right away.

00:03:50.000 So, yeah.

00:03:51.000 WMO. Cool.

00:03:53.000 And then, we are back out of YouTube jail, so I'm posting more on my vlog channel.

00:03:57.000 I posted the last Columbia clip of the segment, and as well posted, it's taking Zerka and American Income to Exotica.

00:04:03.000 It was crazy, guys.

00:04:04.000 It was debauchery, but it's funny as hell.

00:04:06.000 And then, guys, CEO Network is up and live.

00:04:09.000 We're running as we speak.

00:04:11.000 We're going to do another Columbia trip in, like, I think, a month or two.

00:04:14.000 And then, as well, every single week, we have special guests coming on, so check it out.

00:04:18.000 Tap in, add value, give value.

00:04:19.000 See you guys in there.

00:04:22.000 Yeah, guys, check me out on FedReacts.

00:04:24.000 You guys know I break down criminal cases.

00:04:26.000 I was going to do an episode yesterday, but I was like, nah, man, we need to release more content on Fresher Fit because we've been in YouTube jail.

00:04:32.000 So versus dividing the audience, I was like, you know what, let's just drop.

00:04:36.000 We dropped the Troy Francis interview yesterday, which, you know, as you guys know, we were on YouTube jail for two weeks, so we had to do it on Rumble.

00:04:42.000 We're going to go ahead and slowly release the videos that we did on Rumble on YouTube because I'll be honest, I know a lot of y'all are not going to switch over to Rumble.

00:04:49.000 Let's just keep it a thousand.

00:04:50.000 I'm not going over there.

00:04:51.000 It's going to be on YouTube.

00:04:52.000 So it's fine.

00:04:53.000 We'll go ahead and post some of those videos for you guys on YouTube.

00:04:56.000 We're probably going to have to clean them up a bit, but they will be on there.

00:05:00.000 We got to for sure.

00:05:00.000 A bit?

00:05:01.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:05:01.000 We got to clean them up for y'all.

00:05:03.000 So some of them are going to be cleaned up and put on YouTube.

00:05:07.000 Yeah, it's cleaned up a lot.

00:05:07.000 Yeah, so Mo's editing them right now.

00:05:10.000 So is our guy Nick.

00:05:10.000 So shout out to all those guys doing things behind the scenes.

00:05:13.000 But it will be out there.

00:05:15.000 But I'll be live this Sunday probably with Angie on FedReacts.

00:05:19.000 And then also guys should get my book, Why Women Deserve Less. 1.00

00:05:21.000 And Chris?

00:05:23.000 Yep.

00:05:25.000 Other than that, man, shout out to the merch gang.

00:05:27.000 Same old-ish from Wednesday.

00:05:29.000 I've been training lately in boxing, so shout out to you guys for the support.

00:05:34.000 Critics going up.

00:05:35.000 Other than that, yeah, man.

00:05:36.000 Good, man. 1.00

00:05:36.000 You fat as hell, nigga. 1.00

00:05:37.000 Hey, what is what it is, man? 1.00

00:05:38.000 Yeah.

00:05:38.000 How much you rate, Chris?

00:05:40.000 230.

00:05:41.000 So, yeah.

00:05:44.000 So... 0.92

00:05:44.000 Wait, nigga, are you boxing? 0.92

00:05:46.000 Yeah, yeah, I'm training, yeah. 0.90

00:05:48.000 Good, man.

00:05:49.000 Bro, you weigh more than me.

00:05:51.000 I'm 60.

00:05:52.000 I weigh like 200 pounds.

00:05:53.000 How are you 230 and you like 5'11"?

00:05:55.000 Hey, man.

00:05:55.000 We all have our things that we have to work on, right?

00:05:58.000 He's been streaming too much. 0.88

00:06:00.000 Yeah, it's Chris fat as hell, man. 0.88

00:06:02.000 Chris. 0.90

00:06:03.000 Yeah, so anyways, shout out to the merch gang. 0.79

00:06:05.000 Shout out to you guys.

00:06:06.000 And yeah, let's make it happen, man.

00:06:07.000 Don't Chris.

00:06:08.000 I was there a couple months ago.

00:06:11.000 On that journey. 0.96

00:06:12.000 Well, you're still fat too, man.

00:06:14.000 I know you weigh... 0.88

00:06:14.000 Hey, not anymore! 0.88

00:06:16.000 No, you can't say that now!

00:06:18.000 How much do you weigh, bro?

00:06:18.000 You weigh like 200 pounds, right?

00:06:20.000 I am 202.

00:06:21.000 You weigh as much as me.

00:06:22.000 Hold on.

00:06:23.000 Hold on.

00:06:24.000 I lost 11 pounds of fat.

00:06:26.000 I gained 4 pounds of muscle.

00:06:28.000 So it's coming back!

00:06:30.000 But you're still fat, though.

00:06:32.000 And then what about you, Moe?

00:06:33.000 You guys already know, 392, 108 pounds down.

00:06:38.000 I've said earlier in the week, but, you know, for the guys who haven't been watching and big ups to LA Fitness, yes, that is me.

00:06:45.000 I just literally just came straight from there.

00:06:48.000 So if you catch me at that LA Fitness, yes, it is me.

00:06:51.000 Don't be afraid to say hello.

00:06:52.000 Don't be afraid to take a picture.

00:06:53.000 And also 16 pants sizes down.

00:06:57.000 And so, yeah, man, just, you know, it's hard to hear with all these new pants I've been buying, you know what I'm saying?

00:07:02.000 So, while they hate, we create, buy real estate, lose weight.

00:07:05.000 Don't forget the memo to Believe in Big Mo because that is an M.O. You already know why I eat the spinach and kale.

00:07:10.000 Y'all got it in the chat for me.

00:07:13.000 And listen, man.

00:07:14.000 You said 5'11"? 0.75

00:07:15.000 Nigga, I'm six foot tall, man.

00:07:18.000 I mean, did you put that on your Tinder profile?

00:07:20.000 Yes, I do.

00:07:22.000 Listen, listen.

00:07:24.000 Is Chris really six, would you say?

00:07:25.000 Yeah, he is.

00:07:26.000 Because he's taller than me.

00:07:28.000 All right.

00:07:29.000 Yeah, barely.

00:07:29.000 Barely, though.

00:07:30.000 You're like 5'11". 0.67

00:07:31.000 Like a speck. 0.81

00:07:32.000 Yeah, you barely made six feet by the skin of your teeth, bro.

00:07:35.000 There's still no, excuse me, 230, man.

00:07:37.000 Listen, if y'all think I'm fat, man, go watch Victory Talk with Brandon Carter.

00:07:41.000 I didn't wear a baggy shirt or a skinny shirt because, yo, Fresh is in shape.

00:07:45.000 I mean, I'm in the gym, man.

00:07:46.000 That's all I'm going to say.

00:07:47.000 I'm in the gym.

00:07:48.000 Bro, you're still 200 pounds, man.

00:07:50.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:07:50.000 Hey, man, it's muscle.

00:07:51.000 It's coming, bro.

00:07:53.000 Bro.

00:07:54.000 I'm 6'3".

00:07:55.000 You weigh as much as me.

00:07:56.000 I'm short on you.

00:07:57.000 Yeah, that's what I'm trying to say.

00:07:59.000 Yeah, but not that much.

00:08:01.000 I mean...

00:08:02.000 Okay, moving on, man. 0.99

00:08:04.000 All three are fat, man. 1.00

00:08:05.000 Some goddamn weight. 1.00

00:08:05.000 You lose weight. 1.00

00:08:06.000 That's the point.

00:08:07.000 That's what I'm trying to say.

00:08:08.000 Does fat mean you have abs?

00:08:09.000 Because I mean people that are not fat have abs.

00:08:12.000 Sorry, don't have abs.

00:08:15.000 Okay, you're defining fat as what?

00:08:15.000 What?

00:08:17.000 Having abs?

00:08:18.000 Having a high body fat percentage.

00:08:18.000 Sorry.

00:08:20.000 Okay.

00:08:21.000 But weight-wise, let's say they are not fat, but they don't have abs.

00:08:25.000 Is that considered still fat?

00:08:26.000 Still somewhat out of shape, but still out of shape, yeah.

00:08:29.000 Okay.

00:08:29.000 Yeah, still out of shape.

00:08:30.000 All right, man.

00:08:31.000 All right, guys.

00:08:31.000 515.

00:08:32.000 Sizzle 5. 0.96

00:08:34.000 740.

00:08:35.000 Go ahead, man.

00:08:36.000 Fresh, you can't say that until you're in the gym a year consistently.

00:08:40.000 A year.

00:08:40.000 But you gotta admit, though.

00:08:41.000 I'm gonna keep making fun of you until you're in there for a year consistently.

00:08:44.000 But you gotta admit, I made draft changes.

00:08:45.000 Because some of you guys say, yo, fresh man!

00:08:48.000 Yo, dude, yo, fresh man!

00:08:50.000 Bro, I make fun of him behind the scenes.

00:08:52.000 You guys should see how much I make fun of him behind the scenes.

00:08:54.000 But hold on.

00:08:55.000 What?

00:08:55.000 You gotta admit, though.

00:08:56.000 I made draft changes.

00:08:57.000 Yes, you did.

00:08:58.000 Absolutely, you did.

00:08:58.000 But you're still fine.

00:09:00.000 By your definition.

00:09:02.000 Girls don't say that. 1.00

00:09:03.000 Neither does my trainer, by the way.

00:09:06.000 My trainer tells me the truth.

00:09:08.000 Every day.

00:09:09.000 Tells me I'm not fat.

00:09:11.000 I'll take that.

00:09:12.000 That female treatment. 1.00

00:09:14.000 Don't tell me I'm fat. 0.88

00:09:16.000 I'm going to keep making money, bro.

00:09:18.000 Are we going to hit the phone lines right now or the chats?

00:09:21.000 Chats right here.

00:09:22.000 We're live streaming everywhere, by the way.

00:09:23.000 We're on Twitch, Twitter, Facebook.

00:09:27.000 Rumble, YouTube, we're everywhere right now, guys.

00:09:29.000 So we'll hit some of these chats real quick.

00:09:31.000 And just so you guys know, if you want to cut the line and get on the phone lines earlier, super chat in the last four digits of your number and Chris will find you in there.

00:09:39.000 So for all the new callers that are listening live.

00:09:42.000 We got here Okay, I gotta put my glass on.

00:09:45.000 All of Fresh and Myron, real talk.

00:09:48.000 You're sitting here saying there's no excuse why you aren't working 60, 72 hours a week at 18 years old. 0.74

00:09:52.000 Made me get my ass up and work these 12 hours, 6 days a week.

00:09:55.000 And I started a gym 2 days ago.

00:09:57.000 Shout out to you, bro.

00:09:59.000 Putting out work.

00:10:00.000 We got here Boo...

00:10:04.000 I'm from Canada, New Jersey.

00:10:05.000 I'm 20.

00:10:06.000 And a couple months ago, I was 240.

00:10:08.000 Now I'm 203, trying to hit 180.

00:10:10.000 I just talked with the hub.

00:10:11.000 What's the hub?

00:10:13.000 Probably the corn hub.

00:10:14.000 Okay, there you go.

00:10:15.000 And I never was a smoker.

00:10:17.000 Or drinker.

00:10:18.000 I love what y'all do.

00:10:19.000 Chris.

00:10:20.000 Keep going.

00:10:21.000 Well, you paused, so I thought you was done.

00:10:22.000 No.

00:10:26.000 All right.

00:10:26.000 Where are we at here?

00:10:27.000 Angelo.

00:10:28.000 Angelo Savage goes, what are y'all thoughts on women that get married but don't want to change their last name or want to hyphenate it?

00:10:33.000 What does that say about the women and the men marrying her?

00:10:36.000 That's obvious, man.

00:10:37.000 Yeah, I think it's kind of, yeah, I think if a girl doesn't want to take your last name, that's a big, big red flag. 0.91

00:10:42.000 I feel like at that point, it's like no respect, bro.

00:10:45.000 Probably not, yeah.

00:10:46.000 She don't like you that much.

00:10:47.000 Or her last name carries more weight than yours does.

00:10:52.000 That's why she don't want to change it. 0.99

00:10:53.000 True, but damn. 0.99

00:10:55.000 Yeah, I know. 1.00

00:10:56.000 You don't want that.

00:10:57.000 I've been watching Freshly Fit for six months now.

00:10:58.000 I've gained a wealth of knowledge through the daytime show.

00:11:01.000 Don't stop doing what you do.

00:11:02.000 Thank you.

00:11:03.000 I appreciate that, my friend.

00:11:04.000 Fellas, what's going on with Andrew and his regression from RP? Ask Andrew.

00:11:08.000 Ask Andrew, man.

00:11:10.000 Don't ask us.

00:11:10.000 How would we know?

00:11:12.000 Myron Stein, Gainstein.

00:11:13.000 I appreciate that.

00:11:14.000 Fresh is my real name.

00:11:19.000 Your real name is Myron Stein.

00:11:21.000 This is my real name.

00:11:22.000 Okay, I appreciate that.

00:11:23.000 Let's go FNF. Number is 4220.

00:11:25.000 That's from BZ. All right.

00:11:27.000 When is the time you set on my air or interview coming?

00:11:29.000 And do you see more people like Tate choose RP than grift to politics while sneak distant RP? Again, I gotta ask Andrew that.

00:11:38.000 I don't think Andrew was ever fully RP, though.

00:11:40.000 I mean, he was never really late.

00:11:42.000 My thing is, I think if you're telling the truth about how things go, you're inevitably RP. That's what it is.

00:11:47.000 But when you say RP, you get put into like a box.

00:11:50.000 So he never wanted to be in that box from the very beginning.

00:11:52.000 I mean, he said that clearly.

00:11:53.000 Yeah.

00:11:54.000 I mean, it is what it is.

00:11:56.000 And Tommy Sotomayor, don't worry.

00:11:57.000 Coming soon.

00:11:58.000 Any thoughts about Vivek Ramaswamy?

00:12:00.000 I like him.

00:12:01.000 I like him a lot.

00:12:02.000 He's very well-spoken.

00:12:04.000 Very smart.

00:12:06.000 Businessman.

00:12:08.000 Yeah, I watched his town hall meeting over there on the PPD podcast.

00:12:13.000 Shout out to Patrick.

00:12:14.000 David actually messaged him and said, yo, this was a great interview.

00:12:17.000 Yeah, I think he's great.

00:12:18.000 I still think Trump is going to win.

00:12:21.000 But it would be great if, like, they ran together and maybe Vivek was vice president or something like that, but I don't think he would take it.

00:12:26.000 He'd probably just go back into business and everything else like that, but I think he's really good.

00:12:30.000 He reminds me a lot of Obama, but as a Republican.

00:12:33.000 And what I mean by that is that as much as you guys might want to talk about Obama being sucky or whatever, at least Obama was a very, very good speaker, very charismatic, very charming, was able to relate to the younger voter demographic, and I think that's what Vivek is as a Republican.

00:12:50.000 So, um, Yeah, I mean, I already told you I'm voting Trump, but Vivek is definitely very, very good.

00:12:57.000 And if I didn't vote for Trump, I'd vote for Vivek.

00:13:00.000 So what about you?

00:13:02.000 What are your thoughts?

00:13:02.000 No, I think he's very well spoken, like you said earlier, and he's very knowledgeable on what's going on.

00:13:06.000 So I think...

00:13:07.000 Honestly speaking, he's a great candidate.

00:13:09.000 Yeah, I think he's a fantastic candidate.

00:13:11.000 But realistically speaking, I don't think he'll be able to overtake Trump.

00:13:15.000 So it's like, am I gonna, you know what I mean?

00:13:18.000 It's kind of like a waste of vote.

00:13:19.000 Unfortunately.

00:13:21.000 Yeah, bro, Trump is gonna win, I think.

00:13:25.000 Definitely for the Republicans, he's going to win.

00:13:28.000 He's all over the polls.

00:13:29.000 And the more they indict him, the more he goes up in the polls, man.

00:13:32.000 Wrong.

00:13:34.000 They're making mistakes.

00:13:36.000 Love the show, by the way.

00:13:37.000 No plane hit the Pentagon.

00:13:38.000 No engines, no blood, no bodies found.

00:13:39.000 Prove me wrong.

00:13:40.000 Peace.

00:13:42.000 We did a three-hour video with Ryan Dawson.

00:13:46.000 So if you want to say that, watch the video and then come back.

00:13:49.000 Bro, this is what I mean when I say sometimes people really don't watch our content.

00:13:53.000 Bro, we literally showed y'all the corpses on Rumble.

00:13:59.000 It's not on YouTube for obvious reasons.

00:14:01.000 Go to our Rumble.

00:14:02.000 We have a whole 9-11.

00:14:04.000 It's like a four or five-part series.

00:14:06.000 Okay?

00:14:08.000 The last episode that we did, Debunking the Myths, we literally showed y'all the charred corpses.

00:14:15.000 And the plane parts, too.

00:14:16.000 And the plane parts.

00:14:17.000 Yeah.

00:14:17.000 What are you talking about?

00:14:19.000 Like, what?

00:14:20.000 Yeah.

00:14:21.000 Bruh.

00:14:22.000 Yeah, no, he wants to be funny and say peace, so yeah, peace, bro.

00:14:24.000 Like, bro, like, come on, man.

00:14:26.000 Like, yo, like, you guys gotta stop, like...

00:14:29.000 We do this podcast to tell y'all the truth and let you guys know how things typically work.

00:14:33.000 We bring experts in different fields to educate you guys on certain things.

00:14:36.000 When it comes to 9-11, a plane hit the Pentagon, guys.

00:14:41.000 What, a missile hit it?

00:14:43.000 What hit it?

00:14:45.000 Like, come on, man.

00:14:46.000 You literally see the plane parts.

00:14:47.000 And then the hospital has the DNA samples of everyone that was on the plane.

00:14:52.000 Like, bro, what are y'all saying, bro?

00:14:55.000 Man.

00:14:56.000 Okay.

00:14:57.000 He's a comedian, bro.

00:14:58.000 I think he's just trying to troll, but clearly you didn't see that episode, bro.

00:15:01.000 We showed the literal photos of all the plane parts, corpses, etc.

00:15:07.000 It's not on YouTube for obvious reasons, but we literally have it on Rumble.

00:15:10.000 Rumble.com.

00:15:10.000 There you go.

00:15:12.000 Jose Orozco Ramirez goes, Martin, do you believe that your view on monogamy and relationships stems from your religious beliefs?

00:15:17.000 Or regardless of religion, would your view on monogamy stay the same?

00:15:21.000 P.S. Y'all the goats, much love.

00:15:23.000 Yeah, I mean, a part of it obviously comes from...

00:15:27.000 You know, the way I was raised from the religious background, again, I don't claim to be a great Muslim at all.

00:15:33.000 I never do claim that.

00:15:36.000 But obviously, I was raised with that in mind that, hey, if you have enough status and resources, you can have multiple wives.

00:15:43.000 So I think, yes, it stems from that.

00:15:45.000 But then also, from a realistic standpoint, I mean, every guy that I know Always has multiple chicks, whether they lie about it or they're honest about it.

00:15:55.000 Whether he's low status or higher status, every guy wants multiple women. 0.99

00:15:59.000 And, you know, it's just something that we just lie to ourselves and say, oh, no, I'm going to be a monogamous ball block.

00:16:05.000 Get out of here, bro.

00:16:06.000 Get out of here.

00:16:07.000 A lot of y'all be cheating on the side or talking to other women on the side or whatever and just trying to hide it, at least over here.

00:16:12.000 We unapologetically tell y'all what it really is.

00:16:15.000 Yes, we want multiple chicks and we're not conceding. 1.00

00:16:18.000 Y'all try to save face, but honestly speaking, you do the same shit. 1.00

00:16:20.000 Yeah, bro. 1.00

00:16:21.000 Sorry, bro.

00:16:22.000 These tradcons, man, be trying to sit here and shame and, oh, well, why do you need multiple women? 1.00

00:16:28.000 And, you know, some fucking lame in a car sitting there saying, like, oh, yeah, you need to be disciplined with your penis, blah, blah, blah, all this other crap. 1.00

00:16:34.000 It's like, wasn't there a guy, Derek Jackson? 1.00

00:16:37.000 Yeah!

00:16:37.000 Oh, wait!

00:16:38.000 He cheated, too!

00:16:39.000 Yeah!

00:16:40.000 Oh, you're saying you're cheating.

00:16:40.000 Come on, man.

00:16:43.000 Bro, let me tell y'all something, bro. 0.92

00:16:44.000 Sitting here trying to virtue signal and saying, like, I'm going to be monogamous and all this other crap.

00:16:48.000 Like, a lot of these, like, dudes be trying to do on podcasts.

00:16:50.000 I'll be seeing them.

00:16:51.000 It sounds good.

00:16:52.000 It sounds good.

00:16:53.000 But y'all are cap.

00:16:54.000 Stop lying.

00:16:55.000 In the real world, when you walk outside, you're going to do what we're saying.

00:16:58.000 So it's like, bro.

00:16:59.000 What are you trying to do? 0.70

00:16:59.000 Like, yo, they're trying to win the female audience over by saying all this BS about, oh yeah, I'm going to be monogamous and a true man, exercises, de-discipline, and all this other crap. 0.70

00:17:07.000 Get the hell out of here, bro. 0.99

00:17:09.000 Number one, you're lying to yourself. 0.97

00:17:11.000 Number two, the girls aren't going to smash you for lying. 1.00

00:17:13.000 And then number three, like, bro, get out of here with that, man.

00:17:16.000 Get out of here! 0.99

00:17:16.000 Get out of here. 0.99

00:17:17.000 Yeah, man.

00:17:18.000 Like, seriously, bro.

00:17:19.000 Forget about it! 1.00

00:17:20.000 Get the fuck out of here, man. 0.99

00:17:22.000 Where we are? 0.99

00:17:23.000 Apple Ace?

00:17:25.000 Albo Ace goes, I've been in the market to buy a Cartier-Santo.

00:17:28.000 Is it a good investment for $7K? I'm not a fan of Cartier's, but...

00:17:31.000 What?

00:17:32.000 The watch?

00:17:33.000 I think that's what he means.

00:17:34.000 No, bro!

00:17:35.000 What the fu- Bro, Sneeko has a card here. 1.00

00:17:39.000 We roast him about that shit every day. 1.00

00:17:41.000 Yo, that's funniest. 1.00

00:17:42.000 The nigga's like, look at my watch, bro. 1.00

00:17:43.000 I'm like, no, man. 0.96

00:17:44.000 What is that?

00:17:45.000 No, bro.

00:17:46.000 You want to go get a...

00:17:47.000 You start with a Rolex, okay?

00:17:50.000 You start with a Rolex.

00:17:51.000 Go ahead and get yourself a Datejust Oyster Perpetual.

00:17:55.000 Get a good one, though.

00:17:56.000 Don't get a POS. Get a good one that's going to hold value, right?

00:17:59.000 Get a Submariner, right?

00:18:01.000 Don't get a Cartier, bro.

00:18:03.000 Like, hell no.

00:18:03.000 Hell no, man.

00:18:05.000 And then whatever you do, don't bust it down like a stupid rapper either. 1.00

00:18:08.000 Stupid! 1.00

00:18:09.000 Yeah, don't do it. 1.00

00:18:11.000 That's how they get shit when they bust down the Cartiers. 1.00

00:18:15.000 Wyatt goes, what do y'all think about Keith Thurman and Khaleesa Shield boxing each other? 0.99

00:18:20.000 Who the hell is that?

00:18:22.000 No clue. 0.97

00:18:23.000 Who is that?

00:18:23.000 Sounds like a female and a male fighting though.

00:18:25.000 A female boxer was challenging a male champion. 0.99

00:18:31.000 She's going to get the Brixby off of her. 1.00

00:18:34.000 And it looks like he might accept.

00:18:36.000 Really?

00:18:37.000 Yeah.

00:18:37.000 She's about to get that equality she asked for.

00:18:39.000 If it won't for the books.

00:18:40.000 Go right ahead.

00:18:41.000 You're about to beat the hell out of her, bro.

00:18:43.000 Oh, well. 0.58

00:18:43.000 Okay. 0.58

00:18:44.000 Can you give an update on your hair transplant?

00:18:47.000 Do you use finesse ride or anything else?

00:18:49.000 Um...

00:18:50.000 So I got the hair transplant in June of last year, guys.

00:18:53.000 Yeah, I mean, it looks like it's back pretty much, man.

00:18:56.000 It's, you know, it's doing pretty well.

00:18:58.000 It's heavy.

00:18:59.000 I don't use finesseride because I don't like the effects of it, but I do use the minoxidil, the foam, and then I also use a shampoo as well and a conditioner that helps with it.

00:19:12.000 I think Tori might need your doctor, bro.

00:19:14.000 Yeah?

00:19:15.000 And then y'all can see here, if I start brushing my hair, I could probably get them waves back too, man.

00:19:20.000 You guys could see he's starting to curl a bit too.

00:19:22.000 He's trying to compete with me, but he can't. 1.00

00:19:25.000 That shit waving, man. 1.00

00:19:27.000 Waving with it. 1.00

00:19:29.000 Bro, you got those poverty waves, man.

00:19:30.000 Listen, bro, I'm not gonna try it. 0.92

00:19:32.000 If I tried, nigga, it's right for you. 1.00

00:19:33.000 You got those poverty waves, bro. 0.97

00:19:35.000 No, if I try, you'll lose.

00:19:36.000 I'll get the 360s back, man.

00:19:37.000 Okay.

00:19:38.000 But it's a lot of work, and I don't want to wear do-rags again.

00:19:39.000 Yeah, you got to wolf it.

00:19:40.000 Yeah, you got to wolf it.

00:19:42.000 Yeah, I don't want to wear do-rags, man. 1.00

00:19:44.000 Yeah, come on, man. 1.00

00:19:45.000 Nigga, nigga, nigga. 1.00

00:19:49.000 Yeah, literally. 0.99

00:19:50.000 You're not trying to wear a durac.

00:19:52.000 Man!

00:19:54.000 Oh, Lord.

00:19:56.000 Okay, where we at here?

00:19:57.000 Thank you for the content.

00:19:58.000 You guys have changed me.

00:19:58.000 All right, let's hit the phone lines real quick.

00:20:00.000 And then we already got about 4,000 y'all in here from what I can see.

00:20:03.000 I don't know how many on Rumble, but I know between the regular platforms, 4,000.

00:20:06.000 So let's go ahead at the phone lines, Chris.

00:20:08.000 Let's go at 4-2-2-0.

00:20:10.000 All right, man.

00:20:10.000 4-2-2-0.

00:20:11.000 Two bucks.

00:20:11.000 Let's go.

00:20:14.000 Hey, what's up, guys?

00:20:15.000 What up, man?

00:20:16.000 What's up, man?

00:20:16.000 I just want to say two things.

00:20:19.000 You guys probably don't remember me.

00:20:21.000 A year ago, I was the guy who basically asked how to quit my 9-5.

00:20:26.000 I didn't quit it, but basically I was able to...

00:20:29.000 Now I'm making...

00:20:31.000 This year I'm making $120,000, and next year I'm going to $170,000 from...

00:20:37.000 I think when I told you guys I was making, I think it was $80,000.

00:20:40.000 So that's how I'm going to start making.

00:20:41.000 My question really was for Myron.

00:20:44.000 I know you told me last time that if I wanted to start buying properties to basically live under my means, is it possible for me to live on 80k and then the rest of my income just save it and use it towards buying houses and do you think that I should lower it more than that?

00:21:11.000 Live on the least amount possible.

00:21:13.000 If that makes sense.

00:21:14.000 Live on the least amount possible.

00:21:15.000 You can live on less than 80.

00:21:18.000 Okay.

00:21:19.000 And then last question that I had, when it comes to buying properties, I was trying to see, do I have to set up like a business in order for it to be like a tax benefit towards me?

00:21:31.000 Or does it also help even if I don't have my own business for buying houses?

00:21:36.000 I would definitely set up a, you know, yeah, no.

00:21:40.000 So, because I'm going through this right now, and I'm going to, I promise y'all, I'm going to give y'all a full episode on how I did this, but you're going to need to set up a big LLC, like a main LLC, and then have all the houses as their own LLCs underneath it.

00:21:55.000 Okay, okay.

00:21:57.000 And I'm going to explain to you guys exactly how to do that step by step because I don't want the whole episode to be taken over by that.

00:22:02.000 But in general, you're going to get one big LLC that's going to hold all the real estate properties underneath it.

00:22:07.000 Each real estate property is going to be its own LLC and then you're going to have one big LLC that holds all the real estate.

00:22:12.000 And none of it's going to be in your name.

00:22:13.000 Okay.

00:22:15.000 Okay, okay, okay, okay.

00:22:17.000 That makes sense.

00:22:18.000 But right now, right now, focus on getting your first house.

00:22:23.000 You're talking about sprinting when you haven't crawled yet.

00:22:28.000 Oh, no.

00:22:29.000 I already got one house.

00:22:31.000 I'm in the process of getting my second one.

00:22:33.000 Oh, nice.

00:22:34.000 Do you live in it?

00:22:35.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:22:37.000 Huh?

00:22:37.000 Do you live in it?

00:22:39.000 That first one?

00:22:40.000 No, the first one, I already put 20% down.

00:22:45.000 Okay.

00:22:45.000 And I was just able to rent it out.

00:22:47.000 What is it?

00:22:47.000 A duplex or a triplex or what?

00:22:49.000 What is it?

00:22:51.000 It's actually a single-family home.

00:22:54.000 When I got it, the rent was like $800, and I'm renting it out for like $16, $17.

00:23:01.000 Because the area where I got it has been building out a lot more, so now they got like...

00:23:06.000 Where is it?

00:23:09.000 North Carolina.

00:23:12.000 What part of North Carolina?

00:23:14.000 Raleigh or something?

00:23:16.000 No, no, no.

00:23:17.000 Monroe.

00:23:18.000 Okay.

00:23:19.000 All right.

00:23:20.000 That sounds like a pretty damn good rent right there, my friend, if you're making $1,600 on that.

00:23:25.000 That's very good cash flow.

00:23:26.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:23:28.000 My last question, sorry to keep you guys.

00:23:31.000 Last one, bro, and then for everybody else, it's going to be one because, bro, there's a bunch of people waiting behind you, man.

00:23:38.000 I got you.

00:23:38.000 I'm sorry.

00:23:39.000 I just wanted to know when...

00:23:39.000 I'm sorry.

00:23:43.000 Nah, come on, Fred!

00:23:45.000 You need it for your house, bro.

00:23:59.000 Man, stop it.

00:24:00.000 All right, go ahead.

00:24:02.000 Hit the question, bro.

00:24:03.000 Go ahead.

00:24:03.000 We're just messing with you.

00:24:04.000 Go ahead.

00:24:04.000 Yeah, when do you guys recommend getting a property manager?

00:24:09.000 Oh, that's a good question.

00:24:10.000 How many houses do you use?

00:24:12.000 Once you get, I would say, three to five doors.

00:24:15.000 More than four?

00:24:16.000 Yeah.

00:24:17.000 Between three to five doors is typically when you're going to need to start getting a manager.

00:24:23.000 Okay.

00:24:23.000 All right, then.

00:24:24.000 Thank you, guys.

00:24:25.000 All right, man.

00:24:26.000 Cool.

00:24:26.000 All right, man.

00:24:26.000 Later.

00:24:28.000 All right, let's go.

00:24:29.000 I'm going to call him $2, man.

00:24:30.000 Let's go to 4423.

00:24:33.000 Five bucks.

00:24:47.000 I do consultations, but it's not cheap, bro.

00:24:52.000 I'll be honest with you.

00:24:54.000 I used to do a lot of consultations, but just to protect my time, I do them, but they're really expensive and I don't really advertise like that unless people ask me for it.

00:25:03.000 So, if you're serious about it and, you know, you have some money, go ahead and shoot me a DM right now on Unplugged Fit or you can hit FedReacts and you will respond to me over there and say you want to do a consultation.

00:25:17.000 But, yeah, bro, it's going to be, yeah.

00:25:21.000 Okay.

00:25:22.000 Where did you say that?

00:25:25.000 Either my FedReacts Instagram or Unplugged Fit.

00:25:28.000 And just put, like, consultation on all caps.

00:25:31.000 And that's for anybody watching.

00:25:32.000 If you want a consultation, let me just put CONSULTATION in all caps and I'll see it and then I'll respond to you.

00:25:39.000 Okay.

00:25:40.000 Oh yeah, I was just wondering, man.

00:25:42.000 No problem.

00:25:43.000 Especially with being the smart you are, man.

00:25:45.000 No problem, man.

00:25:45.000 I understand.

00:25:46.000 It's just like I said, I had to raise the prices up significantly.

00:25:49.000 Like, yeah, pretty much have, like, it's going to be at least, like, just be ready for, like, a thousand bucks, guys.

00:25:54.000 I'll be honest with y'all.

00:25:55.000 And I know some are like, whoa, that's way too expensive.

00:25:57.000 Cool.

00:25:57.000 That was the whole purpose so that I don't, I could, you know, have enough time because I really focus on the show.

00:26:03.000 You know, my goal isn't to, like, just sell y'all all day and, like, make money on the side.

00:26:07.000 Like, my thing is, like, to really focus on the show and give you guys the best I can on the show, not necessarily do consultations. 0.99

00:26:12.000 You're still dumb, man, so get some help, man. 0.95

00:26:15.000 But if you have a question now, we can answer some for you now. 0.99

00:26:18.000 Go ahead.

00:26:20.000 I was just going to ask, what would that conversation include?

00:26:24.000 What do you go over on that? 0.98

00:26:26.000 I give you real fucking raw advice. 0.96

00:26:30.000 I sit down, I take notes on all your issues, a lot of other stuff, and then we literally go through it line by line on what your problems are. 0.99

00:26:41.000 Okay, okay.

00:26:42.000 And a lot of the times, I'll be honest with y'all, another reason too why I don't like doing consultations is because I get overly invested and I'll like sit there and I'll go overtime. 0.99

00:26:49.000 I always do that shit. 0.98

00:26:50.000 I mean, fresh, freshest scene. 1.00

00:26:52.000 It's life-changing though.

00:26:53.000 Yeah.

00:26:53.000 So it's, yeah, I really do care, which is why.

00:26:56.000 But again, like I said before, guys, it's not, like I said, I'm not doing this to like try to sit here and like make a bunch of money.

00:27:03.000 It's actually the opposite.

00:27:04.000 I'm doing it to like protect the time.

00:27:07.000 But if you have a question now, man, go ahead.

00:27:09.000 Hit us.

00:27:09.000 Hit us right now if you have something that's quick.

00:27:13.000 No, that was my question.

00:27:15.000 All right.

00:27:15.000 Thanks, man.

00:27:16.000 All right, man.

00:27:17.000 Well, whatever you're going through, bro, trust me, it's probably not that bad.

00:27:21.000 Okay, let's go with 6-2-8-0.

00:27:24.000 He sounds down, though.

00:27:24.000 Five bucks.

00:27:26.000 Really down.

00:27:27.000 So hopefully he gets some help.

00:27:28.000 Yeah.

00:27:29.000 Who's up next?

00:27:31.000 6-2-8-0.

00:27:34.000 Going once.

00:27:36.000 Going twice?

00:27:37.000 Yeah.

00:27:38.000 What's up, man?

00:27:39.000 Welcome to the show.

00:27:39.000 Ask us your question.

00:27:43.000 Hey, guys.

00:27:43.000 I just want to say one thing before I let you go because I got to head out to a little get-together with my boys because we're celebrating five years we got back from Afghanistan.

00:27:51.000 Nice.

00:27:52.000 Congratulations, man.

00:27:53.000 I want to say, hey, thanks for your message.

00:27:55.000 Keep it up.

00:27:56.000 I'm glad you're back on YouTube.

00:27:57.000 The troop cannot be stopped.

00:27:58.000 All right, guys?

00:27:58.000 Thank God bless you.

00:27:59.000 All right?

00:27:59.000 Just keep it up.

00:28:00.000 All right, guys?

00:28:00.000 Thank you, my friend.

00:28:01.000 I appreciate that greatly, man.

00:28:02.000 Shout-out to all of our vets and glad that you came home safe.

00:28:07.000 Alright, cool.

00:28:08.000 Alright, man.

00:28:09.000 Who's up next?

00:28:11.000 Okay, let's go with Tim Bucks, 7396.

00:28:14.000 What's up, man?

00:28:16.000 7396, you're on the air.

00:28:19.000 Hey, what's going on, guys?

00:28:21.000 What's up, man?

00:28:22.000 Hey, I had a question.

00:28:25.000 I'm down here in Homestead, right?

00:28:28.000 So I want to use my GI Bill to expand my...

00:28:33.000 I'm a videography business.

00:28:35.000 Now, I want to know what's more efficient, using a mixed-use property that I own or renting an office space?

00:28:44.000 Pretty much every time I look up something, it just comes up as shared office space in Doral.

00:28:50.000 And, you know, the noise bleeding and all that stuff, I don't think that that'd be efficient.

00:28:55.000 Well, mixed use is great.

00:28:57.000 We actually talked about mixed use extensively on our episode with Neo.

00:29:01.000 And that episode's only on Rumble.

00:29:03.000 It's not on...

00:29:03.000 I don't think...

00:29:04.000 Yeah, we don't have it on YouTube.

00:29:05.000 But we talked about a loan that you can get specifically for mixed use that only has you point about like 3% to 5% down.

00:29:12.000 So go watch that episode, bro.

00:29:14.000 We talked about that in detail.

00:29:15.000 But...

00:29:17.000 But yeah, I mean, there's nothing wrong with mixed use because what will end up happening if you have a mixed use is you can, you know, part of it is residential. 0.85

00:29:23.000 You live in it and then you're able to also rent out a certain part for maybe residential and you're able to use it from a commercial perspective with businesses.

00:29:32.000 Yeah, I watched a full episode with Neo.

00:29:34.000 You did?

00:29:35.000 Okay.

00:29:36.000 My fear was going with the, I looked into the, you know, the PAN building. 0.99

00:29:43.000 I don't know if you guys want You know, all that stuff out there.

00:29:46.000 I looked into the building, but my specialty is music videos and working with artists, so I don't know how many issues you guys go through with other residents and noise, but I think that me doing my thing full-time will kind of,

00:30:04.000 you know, Yeah, that could hurt you, man.

00:30:10.000 I mean, are you planning to shoot all the music videos at that location?

00:30:15.000 Because music artists are going to be different.

00:30:16.000 They're going to want maybe, oh, this is my vision.

00:30:19.000 I want to shoot out in this location.

00:30:23.000 So, for the most part, I don't necessarily do actual music videos.

00:30:27.000 Shout out to Tory, but I do kind of a lot of the Full, live, edited performances in an aesthetic kind of way.

00:30:37.000 So I would be bringing in artists to do full sets, full live sets, On video, as well as running production out of the space.

00:30:46.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:30:47.000 Dude, you're better off just getting your own complex or getting a studio you can rent out versus getting an apartment building, like a condo.

00:30:52.000 Dude, that's going to be an L, bro. 0.99

00:30:54.000 Yeah, because they might complain.

00:30:56.000 All the traffic in and out, and then you get noise complaints.

00:31:00.000 They're going to be complaining about the landlord being too loud.

00:31:03.000 That'll be a strange one.

00:31:05.000 Yeah, you need to find a warehouse complex.

00:31:09.000 Kind of sub-question on that.

00:31:10.000 Do you guys think that I should use my FHA or use my VA loan for that?

00:31:16.000 So, depending on the deal, it might be more advantageous to use one of the loans.

00:31:23.000 So, I would say run the numbers with both.

00:31:28.000 Don't pitch and tell yourself to just one.

00:31:29.000 Run the numbers with both and see which one works better.

00:31:33.000 Right.

00:31:34.000 Too easy.

00:31:34.000 I appreciate it, guys.

00:31:35.000 No worries, my friend.

00:31:36.000 All right.

00:31:37.000 All right.

00:31:38.000 Who's up next?

00:31:39.000 Okay, let's go with 20 bucks, 2815.

00:31:43.000 Alright.

00:31:46.000 Hello.

00:31:47.000 What's up, man?

00:31:48.000 What's up, man?

00:31:48.000 Hello.

00:31:50.000 Hello.

00:31:51.000 Hey, man.

00:31:52.000 The other day, that question that I asked about what is one greatest lesson a woman could give a man, it's really two answers to it. 0.96

00:32:01.000 A woman could give a man her virtue and her children. 0.99

00:32:04.000 Those are the two greatest lessons a woman could give to a man.

00:32:08.000 Other than that, them women was delusional. 1.00

00:32:10.000 I taught my loyalty, et cetera, et cetera.

00:32:13.000 But that's about it, man.

00:32:15.000 Okay.

00:32:16.000 Yeah.

00:32:16.000 He missed for the after-hour show, the question that came up.

00:32:19.000 Thanks for your input, bro.

00:32:20.000 Yeah.

00:32:22.000 All right, man.

00:32:22.000 Remember, someone asked the girls about what it can bring to a man.

00:32:26.000 A lot of you guys are inspirations.

00:32:29.000 Probably one of the biggest...

00:32:31.000 Self-improvement figures out in the real world.

00:32:34.000 I found you guys on YouTube a few years ago, and I've just been watching you guys since.

00:32:38.000 Made a lot of lifestyle changes.

00:32:40.000 I quit marijuana.

00:32:41.000 Been about four weeks clean now.

00:32:43.000 And I'm so glad that Myron was pushing it.

00:32:48.000 And it's like, thing is, Myron, you sound like a drill sergeant, but in a very good way, because you just keep it real.

00:32:54.000 And that's the thing.

00:32:55.000 People hate the truth, and you keep the cold, hard truth.

00:32:58.000 And I really do appreciate that.

00:33:01.000 I guess my only question is, a few months ago, I suffered a bull's disc at the gym.

00:33:07.000 Is there a time that you ever suffered an injury at the gym?

00:33:11.000 What was the mindset and what was the way you came back from that injury?

00:33:14.000 Yeah, I mean, literally, as I'm talking to you right now, dude, my lower left back is all tight.

00:33:18.000 I just came from the chiropractor right before the show, actually.

00:33:21.000 And my left lat is really tight as well.

00:33:23.000 So, yeah, injuries are definitely something that I've experienced, especially from rowing Division I for so many years.

00:33:28.000 So, yeah, I mean, you got to invest in, you know, go to chiropractor, obviously do...

00:33:34.000 Mobility work.

00:33:35.000 Keep yourself loose and limber.

00:33:37.000 Pause.

00:33:37.000 And then also deep tissue massages are also something that you're going to have to invest in as well.

00:33:42.000 It's going to hurt like a bitch, but they're absolutely required once you get into a certain level of athleticism or competition or just, you know, training at a certain level. 1.00

00:33:52.000 So, yeah, man, injuries are just something that comes with the game, you know, and you got to work around them.

00:33:59.000 Yeah, and...

00:34:00.000 I do. 0.94

00:34:01.000 I remember, like, today I was working out, I felt so much better, and I saw, like, some of your IG workouts, I started doing them, and that shit works. 0.97

00:34:08.000 Yeah, yeah. 0.97

00:34:09.000 So I do.

00:34:10.000 And your book, Why Women Deserve Less, that's a great book. 1.00

00:34:13.000 I read it.

00:34:14.000 Awesome.

00:34:15.000 Appreciate it, man.

00:34:15.000 I'm glad you like it.

00:34:17.000 My workout's a little bit more advanced, guys, so don't try it unless you're a little bit more advanced because it's a lot of volume.

00:34:23.000 I get so many crybabies like, Byron, you do so many sets.

00:34:26.000 Why do you do so many reps? 0.98

00:34:28.000 It's like, bro, look, man, I don't speak bitchin'ese, guys, so you need to stop talking to me in this weird-ass language. 0.98

00:34:32.000 But yeah, you guys got to remember that I've been training for 10 years plus. 0.92

00:34:35.000 I was a former Division I athlete, so...

00:34:38.000 I could tolerate a certain amount of volume and pain that other people might not be able to.

00:34:43.000 But obviously, I worked my way into it.

00:34:44.000 And I'm a natural athlete.

00:34:45.000 I've never done a drug in my life.

00:34:46.000 Not one time.

00:34:47.000 A lot of these fitness influencers are using testosterone or Deanna Ball or whatever it is.

00:34:53.000 I've never once taken a performance-enhancing drug, and I'm very, very proud of that.

00:34:56.000 And I never will.

00:34:58.000 I've been able to keep my T levels at a healthy level and maintain a certain physique.

00:35:03.000 You know, for years, just by being, you know, sleeping enough, drinking enough water, you know, training hard in the gym, eating correctly, getting enough protein.

00:35:10.000 And you guys would be amazed at how much you could do naturally, man.

00:35:12.000 Don't let anyone try to sit there and tell you like, oh, no, bro, you need to go ahead and do drugs and all this other shit. 0.98

00:35:17.000 No, you don't, man.

00:35:18.000 Just time, sleep, enough protein, a good training program that has you progressing over time, you know.

00:35:26.000 Progressive overload, and you'll be fine, man. 0.98

00:35:28.000 The thing is, is that with fitness, it's so simple, but people are always trying to make a dollar and trying to overcomplicate shit. 0.98

00:35:33.000 It's very, very simple. 0.85

00:35:35.000 Consistency plus time equals results, and that is absolutely the formula for success when it comes to fitness and improving your...

00:35:44.000 So, yeah, bro, don't let anybody tell you anything.

00:35:47.000 But yeah, injuries are just a part of the game.

00:35:50.000 Work around it and make sure, like I said before, you have a chiropractor, you're doing deep tissue massages, you're doing mobility work, you're doing exercises that don't aggravate the injury.

00:36:00.000 You know, for example, if you've got a bad lower back, well, maybe it might be smart for you to do trap bar deadlifts versus doing, you know, conventional deadlifts, stuff like that.

00:36:08.000 You want to work around your injury and be able to still train hard without putting yourself in a precarious situation that might open you up to injury.

00:36:15.000 Cool?

00:36:16.000 Yeah, I appreciate it, Mario.

00:36:18.000 You guys are lifesavers.

00:36:19.000 You guys are inspiring figures. 1.00

00:36:22.000 So anyone that talks shit about you guys, fuck them. 1.00

00:36:23.000 You guys are changing lives out there. 1.00

00:36:25.000 Fuck those haters. 1.00

00:36:26.000 God bless you all, guys. 1.00

00:36:27.000 Thank you so much.

00:36:28.000 Appreciate that, man.

00:36:29.000 That's our goal, man, is to just provide more value than all the people that talk smack about us and hate on us.

00:36:33.000 Because at the end of the day, I get it.

00:36:35.000 Like, you know, you make a video talking smack about fresh and fit, you're going to get 100K views.

00:36:38.000 But at the end of the day, no one respects those people. 1.00

00:36:40.000 They're losers. 1.00

00:36:41.000 They're gossipers. 1.00

00:36:42.000 You know, they make videos talking smack and reactions, all this other stuff.

00:36:46.000 It is what it is, man.

00:36:47.000 We pay a lot of people's bills.

00:36:49.000 Who's up next?

00:36:52.000 Alright, next we got 3892.

00:36:57.000 3892.

00:36:58.000 Alright.

00:36:59.000 3892, you're on the air.

00:37:00.000 Go ahead.

00:37:02.000 Hey, what's up, Myron?

00:37:03.000 What's up, Frish?

00:37:04.000 This is Isaac from Houston, Texas.

00:37:07.000 How you doing?

00:37:08.000 What's up, man?

00:37:08.000 How you doing, man?

00:37:11.000 Good, good.

00:37:11.000 I had a few questions for y'all.

00:37:13.000 Just hit us with one, bro, because we got a lot of people on the line.

00:37:17.000 Oh, my bad.

00:37:18.000 I'm about to start my own company, right?

00:37:20.000 Uh-huh.

00:37:20.000 And I was just wondering, like, what's a few ideas that y'all would recommend, like, as far as getting leads?

00:37:26.000 Because I do remodeling.

00:37:28.000 And I know, like, there's, like, Angie's leads and everything like that out there.

00:37:32.000 You do remodeling, like, for houses?

00:37:36.000 Yes, sir.

00:37:38.000 You know what you should do?

00:37:38.000 Join a Fix and Flip Facebook group and go to Fix and Flipper events.

00:37:45.000 Okay.

00:37:46.000 We're good to go.

00:38:04.000 You're going to see a bunch of people that are going to probably need your work and not only need your work, but need your work quickly.

00:38:09.000 So, yeah, it's going to suck because you're going to have tight timelines, etc.

00:38:13.000 But that's going to be an entire pool of individuals that will probably pay you for your service because they are on a time clock to get that house remodeled quickly and flip it and sell it.

00:38:23.000 Yeah, and also as well, if you get one customer...

00:38:26.000 I feel like it's just a little hard for me because of my age.

00:38:30.000 You know, like a lot of clients don't really take me serious because I'm 21 years old, you know?

00:38:35.000 All right.

00:38:35.000 Well, have a portfolio of work, bro.

00:38:37.000 That doesn't matter.

00:38:38.000 Have a portfolio of work that you can show.

00:38:40.000 And like I said before, that's why going to these Fixer and Flipper events is going to work because a lot of them are going to be on a tight timeline and they might not be able to find someone that can remodel and fix a house quickly.

00:38:52.000 So that's where you get your opportunities, man.

00:38:54.000 You just need one or two opportunities and you'll be fine, bro.

00:38:56.000 But you make sure, if you don't have a portfolio yet, to document everything that you do so that when you go ahead and get that third, fourth, fifth potential client, you have a portfolio that you can show them, like, yo, this is what I could do, this is how fast I could do it, etc.

00:39:10.000 Yes, sir.

00:39:11.000 Thank you very much.

00:39:12.000 I appreciate your time.

00:39:13.000 Cool, man.

00:39:15.000 Thank you.

00:39:15.000 Bye-bye.

00:39:16.000 Yeah, that's some sauce for you right there, bro.

00:39:18.000 Fixer and flippers are going to, those dudes need it quick, man. 1.00

00:39:21.000 So you should be able to find some clients easy with that.

00:39:23.000 Who's up next?

00:39:25.000 All right, we got 3-4-0-9.

00:39:29.000 Go ahead, man.

00:39:30.000 3-4-0-9, BG. What's going on, fellas?

00:39:33.000 What's up, man?

00:39:34.000 What's up, man?

00:39:35.000 Hey, what's going on?

00:39:37.000 Hey, so I got a question, because I notice I watch a lot of you guys' Money Mondays, and I notice you guys don't, there's one thing you don't tap into, and that's bankruptcy.

00:39:48.000 And I want to, because I have a situation now where I'm kind of thinking, do I need to go towards that? 0.97

00:39:55.000 Or should I just say, fuck it, tough it out, and just grind hard as hell? 0.99

00:40:01.000 You know what I'm saying? 1.00

00:40:01.000 So, I'm a single dad with four kids. 1.00

00:40:04.000 All four of my babies stay with me.

00:40:06.000 So, when I want to allocate my money towards getting out of debt, I catch myself always having to take care of the babies as well.

00:40:15.000 You know what I'm saying?

00:40:16.000 So, that's why I'm trying to see, like, would bankruptcy probably be in my better bet?

00:40:21.000 I want to get you guys out of pain on that.

00:40:23.000 I know, I know.

00:40:24.000 I want to avoid it.

00:40:26.000 Yeah, bro, because the problem with bankruptcy is it's going to absolutely ruin your ability to get loans or be able to borrow money in the future because it's going to sit on your credit report for like seven years if I'm not mistaken.

00:40:39.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:40:41.000 Where's the mother? 0.92

00:40:45.000 So, we're not together.

00:40:47.000 You get what I'm saying?

00:40:48.000 So, we kind of split time.

00:40:50.000 You know what I'm saying?

00:40:51.000 She gets them half the time, I give them the other half of the time.

00:40:54.000 So, like I say, it's a co-parenting situation.

00:40:57.000 It works out pretty well.

00:40:58.000 You get what I'm saying?

00:41:00.000 But, yeah, when it comes to my children, I don't really too much bank on what she got going on.

00:41:06.000 I just take care of my business.

00:41:08.000 You know what I'm saying?

00:41:10.000 So, I bought them in here, so I gotta take care of them.

00:41:15.000 So, you work one job or two jobs?

00:41:19.000 No, I work one job.

00:41:21.000 But the amount of overtime I work, it covers it.

00:41:24.000 So I make about $85,000 to $95,000 a year.

00:41:29.000 Are you in debt?

00:41:34.000 Maybe $40,000.

00:41:39.000 Somewhere about $40,000, $45,000.

00:41:40.000 $45,000?

00:41:43.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:41:44.000 And that's me adding in everything we talk about.

00:41:46.000 Do you have a savings account?

00:41:49.000 Cardinal.

00:41:50.000 Do you have a savings?

00:41:51.000 Do you have a savings account?

00:41:54.000 Yes, I do.

00:41:55.000 Okay.

00:41:56.000 How much you got saved?

00:41:56.000 I do have a savings account.

00:41:58.000 Savings is probably about $7,000.

00:42:00.000 Okay.

00:42:01.000 That's better than most Americans.

00:42:02.000 Everything I got on paper is blank.

00:42:04.000 That's better than most Americans.

00:42:06.000 So you're saying you want to file or you want to think of filing bankruptcy, but why?

00:42:13.000 Well, the main thing is I got a couple.

00:42:17.000 My older brother and my friend, they went through that route of bankruptcy.

00:42:22.000 And after about two years, I noticed that credit scores started jumping.

00:42:26.000 They started filling a breath of fresh air. 0.99

00:42:32.000 So it kind of got me thinking, like, damn. 0.99

00:42:35.000 Yeah, so, but hold on, hold on. 0.98

00:42:38.000 The problem is that, like, yeah, it went up, but, like, they're still on the record.

00:42:42.000 It's there for, like, 70 years minimum.

00:42:44.000 Yeah, yeah, of course.

00:42:45.000 So, obviously speaking, when they go to get a loan, they're going to see that that's still there.

00:42:48.000 So it doesn't really help that it goes up. 0.99

00:42:50.000 So, technically speaking, they kind of fuck themselves. 0.99

00:42:52.000 So why would you do the same thing? 1.00

00:42:56.000 Okay.

00:42:57.000 Yeah, because that's the one thing that maybe take pause actually going through with it.

00:43:02.000 It's like, okay, seven years on your credit?

00:43:05.000 Bro, like, that's...

00:43:07.000 So, what I'm looking at is I need to sit up here and just allocate more money towards the debt.

00:43:13.000 Bro, you need to be debt free, bro.

00:43:16.000 At this point, bro, right now you have no fund for your kids because you're in debt.

00:43:20.000 And you got $45,000 in debt and $7,000 in savings.

00:43:23.000 Do the math, you're still in debt.

00:43:25.000 So, honestly, bro, you need to get a second job if you have to or work more overtime.

00:43:30.000 But you need to pay out that debt and have savings for your kids because right now you don't have any.

00:43:35.000 However, I would say the mother is still alive, so you should have her take some of the work because, bro, it's unfair to you to be taking all that work yourself.

00:43:42.000 And to think about bankruptcy is crazy because that's seven years on your record, and then to get it off is going to be hectic.

00:43:48.000 So if I were you, bro, once again, pay off the debt, don't file for bankruptcy, and at the same time, understand it like, listen, it takes time, but seven years on your record, you don't want that, bro.

00:44:00.000 Yeah, and I'm putting my daughter, I'm sending her to college this year.

00:44:04.000 She's actually starting in like another week.

00:44:08.000 And you're going to pay for it by yourself?

00:44:10.000 Say that again?

00:44:12.000 You're going to pay for it by yourself?

00:44:17.000 Well, yeah, pretty much.

00:44:20.000 Pretty much.

00:44:21.000 Yeah, bro.

00:44:22.000 Yeah.

00:44:24.000 Hey, let me tell you one thing.

00:44:26.000 I got involved in the RP with you guys.

00:44:28.000 I got involved super late in my life.

00:44:30.000 So I made a whole lot of mistakes.

00:44:32.000 I got to fix.

00:44:33.000 That's fine.

00:44:34.000 I mean, just don't fall, bro.

00:44:36.000 Yeah, better now than later, man.

00:44:38.000 But yeah, dude, that bankruptcy, yeah, you'll get some temporary relief, but it's going to cost you down the road.

00:44:44.000 When you can't get a loan, you can't do anything, bro.

00:44:48.000 You can't get credit cards.

00:44:50.000 Like, yeah, bro.

00:44:51.000 Like, nah, it's not worth it, man.

00:44:52.000 Just...

00:44:53.000 Pay that debt back.

00:44:54.000 Find the loans that you have to have the highest interest rates.

00:44:57.000 Pay those off first.

00:44:59.000 Prioritize the ones that have the highest interest rates and pay those off first.

00:45:02.000 And then work your way down.

00:45:03.000 And yeah, man.

00:45:04.000 I mean, you're just going to have to work more hours, make more money, and pay that debt down, dude.

00:45:09.000 It sucks, but I would say that's better than getting seven years of that being on your credit report.

00:45:16.000 Yeah. 0.93

00:45:18.000 Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, Myron.

00:45:20.000 Yeah, 100%.

00:45:22.000 All right, man.

00:45:23.000 Okay, well, thanks, man.

00:45:23.000 I appreciate you guys, man.

00:45:25.000 You take it easy.

00:45:25.000 No worries, brother.

00:45:26.000 You can beat this, man.

00:45:27.000 45K isn't that bad.

00:45:28.000 It is not.

00:45:29.000 You'll be able to get out of that, man.

00:45:30.000 You can overcome that for sure.

00:45:35.000 Oh, let's go with...

00:45:36.000 Let's see.

00:45:37.000 Four kids is a lot, though.

00:45:38.000 Nigga said Fresh Ramsey. 1.00

00:45:40.000 Yeah, because I think for most guys, they don't understand how bad that is.

00:45:44.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:45:45.000 You're not mentally free when you have debt.

00:45:47.000 So you kind of think, you know what?

00:45:48.000 What's my last resort?

00:45:49.000 I didn't hear all of it.

00:45:50.000 Was it consumer debt?

00:45:51.000 Yeah, pretty much.

00:45:52.000 And my thing is like...

00:45:54.000 Credit cards?

00:45:54.000 Maybe paying for kids' stuff out of necessity, so I get it.

00:45:58.000 He has four kids, but when you're debt-free, bro, your mind is clear.

00:46:01.000 You can think straight.

00:46:02.000 You can actually focus on building wealth.

00:46:05.000 When you're in debt, you can't...

00:46:07.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:46:08.000 Post-not clarity, but kind of a weird example.

00:46:11.000 Chris...

00:46:16.000 I mean, guys, I'm just saying, man.

00:46:19.000 Guys, I'm just saying, man. 0.99

00:46:20.000 I'm just saying Chris is a perv, man. 0.97

00:46:24.000 I deal with the girls. 0.97

00:46:26.000 Alright, 1373.

00:46:28.000 I deal with the girls. 0.76

00:46:30.000 How does that help?

00:46:32.000 Hey, I don't know, man. 1.00

00:46:33.000 Sexual shit. 1.00

00:46:34.000 Can we not be demons for five minutes? 1.00

00:46:35.000 Alright, who's up next?

00:46:36.000 Go ahead.

00:46:39.000 Yeah, we got you, bro.

00:46:40.000 Go ahead.

00:46:42.000 Alright, so make it quick.

00:46:43.000 22 years old, currently working as a truck driver, making $66,000 net a year.

00:46:50.000 Right now I'm about to close my first real estate deal, and I sent in a Super Chat last week, but I want to specify a little bit more.

00:46:57.000 So what I'm going to do is I'm buying the house in cash, $30,000.

00:47:00.000 I wasn't able to get any type of a loan for it because it needed too much in repairs.

00:47:05.000 So I've been able to get private funding for it just between family members, friends, and all that together.

00:47:10.000 So what I plan on doing is taking the $30,000, purchasing the house.

00:47:13.000 I've already had it appraised at $50,000.

00:47:15.000 The estimated repairs are going to be about $35,000 total.

00:47:19.000 I'll be able to pull 80% of that to actually fix the house.

00:47:21.000 I'm going to force the equity on it.

00:47:23.000 After that, I could either sell the house and I would be looking at around an $80,000 to $90,000 net or I could rent it out and it's going to do a very solid $400,000 to $500,000 net return on that.

00:47:34.000 Would it be better for me to sell it and split the lot that it's on And build a triplex or duplex.

00:47:40.000 My father-in-law is a contractor, commercial.

00:47:43.000 He is super into it.

00:47:44.000 He wants to also help doing a lot of the renovations.

00:47:47.000 And also the company I work for is a construction company and they're able to sell me all the materials at cost.

00:47:53.000 So I can build at cost and also have a licensed contractor to build at cost.

00:47:57.000 Or should I just keep it as a rental and then just try and get another rental and keep flowing it?

00:48:02.000 Or do I try and build a bigger asset?

00:48:04.000 Why not?

00:48:05.000 Okay, number one, by the way, fantastic that you did that.

00:48:10.000 Great strategy.

00:48:11.000 I would say, why not keep it, collect the cash flow, and then build the duplex next to it?

00:48:17.000 Okay.

00:48:18.000 I'm kind of playing around with that idea.

00:48:20.000 I was thinking about doing a 203k FHA loan to do that, and basically it's on a five-acre lot.

00:48:26.000 And the way they have it set up, it is zoned for multifamily and residential single family as well.

00:48:31.000 And there is enough room to split it right down the middle.

00:48:34.000 I just didn't know if that would maybe affect the rents or maybe having like a duplex right next to another single family.

00:48:41.000 I didn't know.

00:48:42.000 Where's it located?

00:48:43.000 Where is it located?

00:48:45.000 So it's been a great market.

00:48:46.000 I'm actually right outside of Lynchburg, Virginia.

00:48:48.000 That was actually on BiggerPockets.

00:48:50.000 They talked about that area specifically.

00:48:51.000 So it's a really good market right now.

00:48:54.000 How far is it from D.C.? From D.C., we're about three and a half hours.

00:49:00.000 What's the closest major city?

00:49:03.000 Closest major city is Richmond.

00:49:05.000 And how far is Richmond?

00:49:08.000 About two and a half hours.

00:49:10.000 Yeah, bro.

00:49:10.000 I would say, like, because it's already a W, because you don't want to sell it or do anything crazy like that.

00:49:17.000 I would say, keep it the way it is, put a tenant in there, collect cash flow so that you're recouping back and you're getting the tax benefits.

00:49:23.000 Then on top of that, go ahead and have that side project and build up that duplex or triplex on the side.

00:49:29.000 Okay.

00:49:29.000 That's what I would say.

00:49:30.000 And also, what I would do, caller, if you can, check with the city for permits, see if you're going to be able to do that right away.

00:49:36.000 Oh, no, it's zoned already appropriately.

00:49:38.000 Oh, it is?

00:49:38.000 He could do it.

00:49:38.000 Yeah, he could do it right now, bro.

00:49:40.000 And you got the infrastructure where you're able to get materials at cost.

00:49:43.000 You have a team that can go ahead and build it, bro.

00:49:46.000 Absolutely.

00:49:46.000 Keep it the way it is.

00:49:48.000 Collect your cash flow on it and then build a duplex or a triplex or, more importantly, a fourplex on the side so you can go ahead and take advantage of that residential loan that you just told me about and then be in your good money, bro.

00:49:58.000 Okay.

00:49:58.000 And the only other thing as well with the triplex or duplex strategy, how much do you think I should have in net just sitting in a bank account to actually pursue like kind of building that property up?

00:50:11.000 Ideally, you would want six months of expenses sitting in an account for each property.

00:50:19.000 Ideally.

00:50:21.000 Okay.

00:50:22.000 Okay.

00:50:22.000 I know that's lofty, right?

00:50:24.000 That's lofty to have, but you can do it, bro.

00:50:28.000 Yeah, that wouldn't be too difficult.

00:50:30.000 Yeah, that was pretty much the biggest thing was just the strategy.

00:50:33.000 I was able to get the deal off-market, and there's a lot of different routes to go, but I'm looking for a 10- to 15-year strategy rather than an immediate.

00:50:41.000 Yeah.

00:50:41.000 No, no, man.

00:50:42.000 Dude, keep that property. 0.57

00:50:44.000 You'll be able to pay those loans back because it was pretty much privately done.

00:50:49.000 And you were able to raise up equity, whatever.

00:50:51.000 Make sure if you did get a hard money loan, etc., pay that one off first because they're going to absolutely try to kill you because you know them boys, you know what they do.

00:50:58.000 So make sure if you did do a private equity, sorry, a hard money loan or whatever it may be, pay that off first because interest rate is probably going to be ridiculous.

00:51:05.000 And then pay back your family members or friends that might have given you capital as well.

00:51:10.000 And then go ahead and cash flow that house, collect rent on it.

00:51:14.000 Also, you're going to want to hold on to it for depreciation and also for the cost segregation that you're going to be able to do because since you renovated it and you did all this extra stuff, you're going to get huge tax benefits.

00:51:23.000 That's why I don't want you to sell it because you're going to be able to use that thing from a depreciation or a cost segregation standpoint to limit your taxes for a significant amount of time because of all the work that you did on it.

00:51:33.000 So don't sell it, bro.

00:51:34.000 Because once you sell it, not only do you have to now pay capital gains taxes, you're not going to be able to use those tax benefits for a long period of time.

00:51:43.000 So hold on to that property, collect the cash flow, use the tax benefits that you went ahead and worked hard to get in the first place, and then go ahead and build up that next property next door.

00:51:52.000 It's already zoned for it, man.

00:51:53.000 You're good.

00:51:55.000 Perfect.

00:51:56.000 Yeah, that was pretty much the biggest thing was just the strategy on it.

00:51:58.000 All right, I'm nice to keep you guys.

00:52:00.000 I appreciate your time.

00:52:01.000 I was at the last one million party.

00:52:02.000 Can't wait to be at the next one.

00:52:03.000 Keep it up, guys. 0.96

00:52:04.000 Keep killing it, dude. 1.00

00:52:05.000 Keep killing it. 1.00

00:52:06.000 Congratulations, by the way, on that 22 years old killing it, bro. 0.99

00:52:08.000 I can tell you're watching the content from the way you're doing things.

00:52:08.000 Fantastic.

00:52:11.000 So keep fucking doing it. 1.00

00:52:13.000 Take an action. 0.99

00:52:13.000 Yeah, take an action for all. 0.99

00:52:14.000 For the rest of you guys in the chat, what's y'all excuse, goddammit?

00:52:17.000 All right, who's up next on the line?

00:52:21.000 Let's go.

00:52:22.000 Stuff like that makes me super excited.

00:52:25.000 1106, Chris Jones.

00:52:27.000 Chris Jones.

00:52:30.000 Hey, what's up, guys?

00:52:31.000 You can hear me?

00:52:32.000 We got you.

00:52:32.000 What up, man?

00:52:33.000 Yes, sir.

00:52:34.000 Hey.

00:52:35.000 Sorry, I know you guys get that a lot.

00:52:37.000 Alright, so I'll make this as quick as I can.

00:52:40.000 So, I have two kids, ages 2 and 4 in October.

00:52:45.000 Their baby mama died last month.

00:52:47.000 She was my girl or whatever.

00:52:49.000 Sorry to hear that, man.

00:52:49.000 I just found y'all about It's all good.

00:52:52.000 I just found y'all about two or three weeks ago, and basically I'm just asking, like, is there any, like, general advice or, like, Good Money Monday episodes I should be looking into to get myself in a good position for the limited two days?

00:53:09.000 Yeah, watch the episodes that we've done with Aaron Clary.

00:53:12.000 I like those because a lot of them are entry-level stuff when it comes to financial awareness and getting your stuff together.

00:53:18.000 Those are on our Money Mondays.

00:53:19.000 Yeah, those are on the Money Monday episodes.

00:53:21.000 Any episode that we do with Aaron Clary, man, good friend of ours.

00:53:25.000 Also read the book, Bachelor Pad Economics.

00:53:27.000 I think that's really good as far as understanding things on a basic level.

00:53:30.000 But I will start there, my friend.

00:53:32.000 And my condolences, obviously, to you and your family.

00:53:38.000 It's all good, man.

00:53:39.000 You say that book again, I'm going to write it down.

00:53:41.000 Bachelor Pad Economics from Aaron Cleary.

00:53:44.000 And watch the episodes that we've done with him.

00:53:46.000 And then we have specific episodes on index funds, on real estate, precious metals.

00:53:52.000 We talk about that with Aaron Cleary, but those will give you a pretty good foundation to start from.

00:53:56.000 And then you can kind of pivot from there, depending on what asset class you want to get into.

00:54:01.000 Right on, man.

00:54:02.000 Hey, I appreciate y'all.

00:54:03.000 Y'all do real good work.

00:54:04.000 Also, hey, other Chris, I'm 6'2", 190, just so you know.

00:54:08.000 So you can get it out a little more.

00:54:11.000 Fair enough. 0.99

00:54:12.000 Chris is fat. 0.99

00:54:13.000 He knows he is. 0.99

00:54:14.000 All right.

00:54:14.000 Thank you, bro.

00:54:15.000 Appreciate you calling in.

00:54:16.000 All right.

00:54:16.000 Cool.

00:54:17.000 Love you, Father.

00:54:18.000 All right.

00:54:18.000 Hey, have a good one.

00:54:19.000 All right.

00:54:20.000 Let's go with 2177.

00:54:27.000 Hey, what's up, man?

00:54:29.000 Yeah, what up, man?

00:54:29.000 What's up, man?

00:54:36.000 I'm in the trenches.

00:54:41.000 Belle, Glade, Florida.

00:54:43.000 I'm going to explain my situation real quick.

00:54:46.000 I live in the trailer park.

00:54:48.000 The rent here is under $500.

00:54:51.000 I'm about to get a job at Moss where they make $1,200 a week depending on the hours you work. 0.98

00:55:02.000 And my dad is a Vietnam vet, so he's pretty fucking old.

00:55:06.000 Do I have any benefits I can use to go on towards a property? 0.92

00:55:11.000 And do I need to make more money?

00:55:15.000 Well, your dad could probably get a VA loan.

00:55:24.000 So you can use that to your advantage.

00:55:26.000 Is he working? 1.00

00:55:29.000 No, my dad's old as shit, bro. 1.00

00:55:31.000 Being on that, bro, he's like 73. 1.00

00:55:35.000 Yeah, I mean...

00:55:36.000 And I'm 22, so...

00:55:37.000 Yeah, I mean, if you're living in a trailer park and rent's under 500 bucks and you're making 1,200 a week, bro, like, yeah, I mean, you're going to be saving quite a bit of money that you can invest, so...

00:55:50.000 Yeah, because I could just live off, like, 100 bucks. 0.99

00:55:53.000 I don't spend money on shit. 0.98

00:55:55.000 I'm like you, my iron minimalist. 1.00

00:55:56.000 I don't spend money on shit. 0.99

00:55:57.000 Good. 1.00

00:55:58.000 Then save that money, bro, and then see if you can go ahead and get a VA loan through your dad.

00:56:04.000 Bro, you know who you sound like?

00:56:05.000 Alright, alright.

00:56:06.000 Who does he sound like?

00:56:07.000 EDP. What the fuck? 1.00

00:56:11.000 Are they saying that in the chat? 1.00

00:56:13.000 They sound like EDP, bro, out of breath. 1.00

00:56:16.000 What the fuck? 1.00

00:56:18.000 Yo, nigga hiding out. 1.00

00:56:24.000 Alright. 0.58

00:56:25.000 Carl, are you still there?

00:56:26.000 Alright, thanks.

00:56:28.000 Yeah.

00:56:28.000 Does that make sense?

00:56:31.000 Yeah, you said I could probably get a VA one through my dad.

00:56:34.000 Yeah.

00:56:38.000 Okay, thank you, Myron.

00:56:40.000 First, you guys.

00:56:41.000 Alright, bro.

00:56:42.000 Take it easy.

00:56:42.000 Alright, ADP. Alright, we'll hit some of these chats real fast.

00:56:48.000 That's the ice cream nigga, right? 1.00

00:56:50.000 That's the nigga that... 1.00

00:56:51.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah. 0.98

00:56:53.000 All right.

00:56:54.000 Thank God you're back on YouTube.

00:56:56.000 Truth can't be stopped.

00:56:57.000 God bless.

00:56:57.000 Yeah, I know a lot of y'all aren't going to follow us over to Rumble, but we would appreciate if you guys did, man.

00:57:01.000 Download the Rumble app and go check us out over there.

00:57:03.000 You can super chat on Rumble, too.

00:57:05.000 Milita13 goes, These broke dudes be hating on Fresh as if he didn't realize that hate only comes from below.

00:57:10.000 You're an inspiration, Freshman.

00:57:11.000 God bless you.

00:57:12.000 There you go.

00:57:13.000 Thanks, bro.

00:57:15.000 Abralex...

00:57:16.000 Okay.

00:57:17.000 Is polygraph required for TS clearance?

00:57:19.000 I'd like to be a military linguist, but I came from Korea recently.

00:57:22.000 So my 10 years of record is kid but hard to track.

00:57:26.000 Kind of hard to track.

00:57:27.000 Yeah, bro.

00:57:28.000 More than likely for most positions that have a TS clearance, you're going to have to do a polygraph to some degree.

00:57:32.000 But that's fine, bro.

00:57:35.000 You just disclose where you lived when you lived foreign and all the people that you were in contact with.

00:57:39.000 That's fine.

00:57:39.000 You can still get a clearance even though you lived foreign.

00:57:41.000 They're going to want to know why, though.

00:57:43.000 Okay.

00:57:44.000 Mario Cavazos goes, shout out to Big Mo on his weight loss journey.

00:57:48.000 Keep grinding.

00:57:49.000 Yeah, total loss, Mo, as well.

00:57:50.000 100-something what?

00:57:51.000 Eight.

00:57:53.000 108 pounds lost total?

00:57:54.000 Good job, Big Mo.

00:57:55.000 When you came in, you were 500-something pounds, right?

00:57:57.000 Yes. 1.00

00:57:58.000 Damn. 1.00

00:58:00.000 392, right? 1.00

00:58:01.000 Yes.

00:58:02.000 Nice.

00:58:02.000 I bring in about 1,500 a week take-home.

00:58:04.000 After I pay all my bills and food, I have about 3,500 for whatever left over.

00:58:08.000 What percentage of that should I save slash or invest?

00:58:11.000 Um...

00:58:12.000 Bro, if you could save all of it or invest all of it, you'd be better off.

00:58:16.000 Do the most you can, JBX. The most you absolutely can. 0.97

00:58:21.000 King Jimmy, need a wrist check, Myron.

00:58:23.000 I'm wearing the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41 black dial. 0.99

00:58:27.000 Don DeMarco, Chris, you a bum. 0.93

00:58:28.000 WBigMo, keep it up. 0.98

00:58:29.000 Alright.

00:58:30.000 Yeah, the OP41. Yeah, that's a nice one.

00:58:34.000 That's a nice one, actually.

00:58:35.000 Nice and clean.

00:58:37.000 Fresh does work out.

00:58:38.000 His exercises consist of hip thrusts and back shots.

00:58:40.000 That's from Fresh's dog. 1.00

00:58:43.000 Sucks. 0.97

00:58:44.000 I know, but that's kind of weird to say it, bro. 0.98

00:58:47.000 Actually met him.

00:58:47.000 He's a Mexican dude.

00:58:49.000 Long live fresh and fit.

00:58:50.000 Glad to have you back.

00:58:51.000 And that's from Index 500.

00:58:52.000 Appreciate that, bro.

00:58:54.000 We got CryptoSmith goes, the ex-husband phone and segment exposing a 304 was hilarious. 0.73

00:58:58.000 Keep killing it.

00:58:59.000 Oh, yeah. 1.00

00:59:00.000 Russian girl.

00:59:01.000 Yeah.

00:59:02.000 Oh, man.

00:59:02.000 And then she's going to Lambo right after.

00:59:04.000 That's all I'm going to say.

00:59:05.000 Stranded.

00:59:06.000 Allegedly.

00:59:08.000 To donate to the church.

00:59:09.000 Yeah, yeah, allegedly.

00:59:10.000 Guys, I'm in the Philippines.

00:59:11.000 Myron, you were right, man.

00:59:13.000 Then with a gal, oh yeah, it's 101. 0.99

00:59:15.000 I'm vlogging my adventures in the Philippines.

00:59:18.000 Yo, you are right.

00:59:19.000 When gals have leverage, they're evil. 1.00

00:59:21.000 I'm overseas.

00:59:22.000 Keep doing what you do.

00:59:23.000 Yeah, bro.

00:59:24.000 You gotta have the leverage, my friend, or else you will be in a cruiser for a bruising.

00:59:30.000 Where we at here?

00:59:32.000 Myron.

00:59:32.000 Fahad Abdi.

00:59:33.000 Are we reading only 10 and up, Chris, or what?

00:59:35.000 Yep, for now.

00:59:36.000 Alright, we're reading 10 and up, guys.

00:59:37.000 So if you guys want to get your Super Chat read, you gotta go 10 and up.

00:59:40.000 And then Rumble Rants as well.

00:59:42.000 If you guys want to donate on Rumble Rants...

00:59:44.000 On Rumble, we'll read it as well.

00:59:46.000 We've already got some of their callers, too.

00:59:48.000 Okay.

00:59:49.000 Marin, have you heard about the new BRICS currency that pledged to peg its currency to gold as a percentage?

00:59:54.000 How much of your personal wealth have you invested in gold?

00:59:56.000 P.S. Invite Robert Kiyosaki, please.

00:59:58.000 I don't have any gold, but I am going to start investing in it.

01:00:01.000 I have silver.

01:00:03.000 Snoop Dogg, an FBA debate against Tariq would be dope.

01:00:07.000 Well, we want Omar Johnson, bro.

01:00:11.000 He ain't coming.

01:00:11.000 Yeah, I know.

01:00:13.000 I know.

01:00:14.000 Yeah.

01:00:17.000 I mean, keep it simple.

01:00:19.000 Tariq has way more to gain from coming on here than us doing a collab with him, bro.

01:00:23.000 I mean, his channel.

01:00:25.000 Just look at his YouTube numbers and tell me if it would be an even exchange.

01:00:29.000 It's not, man.

01:00:30.000 His channel's dead.

01:00:30.000 Nobody watches him anymore.

01:00:32.000 Jacob saying, John, at the end of the day, we're businessmen too.

01:00:36.000 What's up?

01:00:36.000 Psalm 19, I just started looking into getting real estate investing.

01:00:39.000 What would be the best way to start?

01:00:41.000 Watch our Real Estate 101 episode, my friend.

01:00:43.000 Yep.

01:00:45.000 Cesar Aguilar, go shout out to FNF. Y'all doing the Lord's work.

01:00:47.000 Hey, I got a question.

01:00:48.000 Would it be smart to take out a business credit card to purchase car wrap and other utilities to start a car wrapping business?

01:00:53.000 Oh, man.

01:00:56.000 Only problem is when you do that and it doesn't work out, then you still got to pay everything back.

01:01:02.000 So it's a gamble.

01:01:03.000 I would just say, bro, find an investor that can help you start it.

01:01:10.000 Because the problem is when you put yourself up for that as a guarantee with your business credit card and you don't pay back, you're liable for it.

01:01:16.000 And if it doesn't work out, then you're stuck with it.

01:01:18.000 So, I mean, it's a gamble.

01:01:21.000 Yeah.

01:01:22.000 And then also, is the market that you're in good for car wrapping?

01:01:25.000 The problem is, bro, people start business like this with no clients.

01:01:27.000 And I'm like, bro, find clients first that actually want the cars wrapped.

01:01:31.000 Then, maybe think about it with an investor. 1.00

01:01:33.000 But putting that on yourself as an individual under a business credit card and it doesn't work out with no clients, you might fuck yourself, bro, honestly. 1.00

01:01:42.000 Alright. 1.00

01:01:43.000 Cool.

01:01:43.000 Something to think about, my friend.

01:01:44.000 Yep.

01:01:46.000 F. Racism goes, have you seen the video about the actors at the Capitol?

01:01:50.000 It convinced me and I never thought I could be convinced of C-word actors. 0.95

01:01:52.000 Vesha on YouTube.

01:01:53.000 By the way, Whitler.

01:01:56.000 Oh.

01:01:56.000 Okay, I see what you mean there.

01:01:58.000 Myron, I'm moving to Florida, Fort Lauderdale.

01:02:01.000 What area is good to invest in, house or condo?

01:02:03.000 Chris, looks like you eat in Mo's fat as he loses it.

01:02:06.000 Fresh, you're definitely getting tired walking upstairs.

01:02:08.000 You definitely get tired walking upstairs.

01:02:10.000 And no E on my mouth.

01:02:13.000 Um, well, I'll tell you, man, the South Florida market is very competitive, my friend.

01:02:17.000 So it's going to be hard for you to find deals in Fort Lauderdale in Miami.

01:02:20.000 Um, if you can find anything cash on cash return of 8% or more, you'll be good.

01:02:24.000 So, um, so those are, that's, those are some good numbers to look at.

01:02:28.000 Ice cold June, uh, J I goes, man, I'm 25, make a hundred K per year, but I have to work 50 to 60 hours a week, a hard warehouse labor plus our commute to and from to make that.

01:02:37.000 Should I take a pay cut to learn more valuable skills slash invest, save money and get in the gym?

01:02:42.000 Um, You can get in the gym now, bro.

01:02:45.000 What are you talking about?

01:02:47.000 The thing is, though, since you work a hard labor job, I would go to the gym before you go to work.

01:02:52.000 That's what you got to do.

01:02:52.000 Go to the gym before you go to work because if you try to go after, you're going to be tired.

01:02:56.000 So you still got time to go to the gym and get stuff done.

01:02:59.000 Don't try to cut it short, man.

01:03:01.000 You young, bro. 1.00

01:03:02.000 Bust your ass. 1.00

01:03:03.000 What shampoo and conditioner are you using to help with hair growth? 1.00

01:03:05.000 All right, let me go get it for y'all.

01:03:08.000 Can you...

01:03:09.000 Olu Ayolo says, Hey, I'm 24, live in an ATL with 750 score.

01:03:14.000 I have 20k saved.

01:03:15.000 Should I buy a 300k house or keep renting an apartment?

01:03:23.000 Honestly, bro, you got $20,000 saved.

01:03:25.000 You could buy a house now, but you don't want to be house poor.

01:03:28.000 So I would say save a little bit more, maybe $50,000.

01:03:31.000 Because if you think about closing costs, the property, things going wrong, you want to have a buffer just in case things do go wrong.

01:03:37.000 So, I mean, I'll save a little bit more.

01:03:39.000 I mean, you can't buy it now, but it's kind of like you're going to be gambling.

01:03:42.000 So I would save a little bit more just to be safe and have that as a dump payment and reserves for your actual property.

01:03:49.000 Okay, Myron Sun.

01:03:51.000 I've been watching a lot of the old content.

01:03:53.000 Maybe I didn't see correctly, but can you guys explain what happened with Trey?

01:03:57.000 And are you guys still good with him?

01:03:58.000 He was the guy who used to be there before Big Mo came to the picture.

01:04:01.000 Yeah, man, Trey's cool.

01:04:02.000 You know, Trey left because he wanted to further his career in IT. And I think when people need to do what they need to do, you need to let them go because you don't want to hold them back from their true dreams and goals.

01:04:13.000 And I think Trey...

01:04:14.000 Gave us some good insights, some good value as well.

01:04:18.000 So when you're right, let me say, you know what?

01:04:20.000 Follow your wishes, bro.

01:04:21.000 Follow your passion, your purpose.

01:04:23.000 And we wish you all the best, man.

01:04:25.000 So shout out to Trey.

01:04:26.000 He's a great sound engineer.

01:04:28.000 Yeah, so guys, this is stuff I use.

01:04:30.000 Actually, this comes from Derek from Workplace More Dates, and it's called Intelligent.

01:04:36.000 Yeah, Intelligent.

01:04:37.000 I got the conditioner here, and then I got the shampoo over here.

01:04:40.000 So I use both of these, and then they also have...

01:04:54.000 Minoxidil.

01:05:03.000 Basically, I had the hair transplant, as you guys know.

01:05:06.000 And then after I did the hair transplant, I used the shampoo, and I also used the Minoxidil, and I put that in my hair.

01:05:13.000 And yeah, it helps out, man.

01:05:15.000 And that's how I was able to kind of have my hair growing back now, as y'all see.

01:05:19.000 Pretty much it's pretty much all the way back.

01:05:21.000 And then you can see the back of the head.

01:05:25.000 Right there.

01:05:26.000 So the crown area is pretty much growing back most of it.

01:05:30.000 And you can see a little bit of the scarring here.

01:05:32.000 But yeah, for the most part, hair is back, man.

01:05:35.000 Sounds good.

01:05:36.000 Yeah.

01:05:37.000 So, but yeah, use the code FRESH, guys, if you guys want to check out for the Intelligent Products or for Gorilla Mind.

01:05:42.000 So shout out to our guy, Derek, for more plates, more dates.

01:05:45.000 I hope you accept my feedback.

01:05:47.000 Chris was a little tipsy and went into it with the weird girl, but being a male excellence form that I admire, being high on E-T-O-H at your job may not be in good form.

01:05:58.000 I am not better than you all, but we look up to you.

01:06:01.000 And that's from Come On.

01:06:02.000 Chris, you have anything you want to say back to him?

01:06:04.000 I mean, we do it live. 1.00

01:06:07.000 Like, fuck. 1.00

01:06:08.000 Like, in the end of the day, man. 1.00

01:06:10.000 Hey, you saw the girl on the panel, man. 1.00

01:06:12.000 She was fucking stupid as fuck. 1.00

01:06:14.000 She said she was a lawyer. 1.00

01:06:15.000 She was going, she was being rude.

01:06:16.000 Oh, it's that girl.

01:06:18.000 I don't remember what chick he was referring to.

01:06:20.000 So it was like, listen, man, those girls...

01:06:23.000 Being high on E-T-O-H? What is that?

01:06:25.000 I don't know, man.

01:06:26.000 Isn't that the fake prosecutor defender?

01:06:29.000 Yeah, but he's...

01:06:30.000 What's E-T-O-H? I have no idea.

01:06:34.000 I don't know.

01:06:35.000 Okay.

01:06:37.000 BZ. Bro, look, I know a lot of y'all take this stuff, like, super serious.

01:06:42.000 Which, you know, the podcast says, you know, we're serious a majority of the time.

01:06:45.000 But, bro, sometimes we have fun.

01:06:47.000 We talk smack.

01:06:48.000 Have a good time.

01:06:49.000 Like...

01:06:51.000 It's entertainment at the end of the day, right?

01:06:53.000 It's edutainment.

01:06:54.000 Oh, alcohol.

01:06:54.000 It's alcohol.

01:06:55.000 Oh, okay.

01:06:55.000 Yeah, it's edutainment at the end of the day, man.

01:06:58.000 So, I mean, I thought it was hilarious when Chris would make fun of her.

01:07:00.000 I mean, if we're going to be all the way to 100 here, if we just give you guys straight facts and education, you'd be bored.

01:07:08.000 Versus funny stuff going on in the background, it makes it more lighthearted and fun.

01:07:11.000 So, I mean, it's what it is.

01:07:13.000 What I've realized, though, man, is like, you can't please everybody, bro.

01:07:16.000 Yeah, you can't.

01:07:16.000 That's what I've just really learned, like...

01:07:18.000 You can't please everybody.

01:07:19.000 People are always going to have complaints.

01:07:21.000 Oh, you guys are mean to the girls then on another show.

01:07:23.000 Oh, you guys aren't hard enough on the girls. 0.76

01:07:26.000 Or, yo, you know, you debate them more.

01:07:28.000 Oh, Maren, you don't want to go.

01:07:30.000 You know, you need to move the show on.

01:07:32.000 It's like you can't win, bro.

01:07:33.000 It's like that.

01:07:34.000 There's always going to be complaints.

01:07:35.000 There's always going to be people that have issues.

01:07:36.000 And this is why, as a creator, sorry to say this, but for your creative mind, you need to be in full focus.

01:07:42.000 And sometimes comments from other people will disrupt your focus.

01:07:45.000 And I'm just saying this to say, yes, there is feedback, but on the same level as the creator, you need to have your solid foundation of what you want to create and what others want to think about you creating.

01:07:54.000 I mean, I read the comments for ourselves all the time not to do that.

01:07:59.000 Some of y'all give some valid critiques, but some of y'all are just like, okay, well, what do you want, man?

01:08:03.000 One day, it's like, oh, you're being too nice to the girls.

01:08:06.000 And in other days, you're being too mean to the girls.

01:08:07.000 It's like, oh, why are you going to kick the girls out?

01:08:09.000 Frank Castle, man.

01:08:10.000 It's like, why did you kick them out?

01:08:11.000 They're being emotional.

01:08:12.000 It's like, you can't win, man.

01:08:13.000 You can't win, bro.

01:08:15.000 The top YouTubers don't read comments.

01:08:17.000 This is a lot.

01:08:19.000 For a reason.

01:08:20.000 Creators have to have that greater space.

01:08:22.000 No influence.

01:08:24.000 Let's see here.

01:08:24.000 Where we are here.

01:08:26.000 I'm still one of the crazy ones that reads them.

01:08:28.000 Stop hating chat.

01:08:30.000 Y'all got to learn to save money, man.

01:08:32.000 That's true.

01:08:32.000 You got to save your money, guys.

01:08:33.000 Freshest Hitman.

01:08:36.000 Arthur.

01:08:38.000 Fresh, I took care of the last guy.

01:08:39.000 Job finished.

01:08:40.000 Caught him lacking in his mom's basement. 1.00

01:08:41.000 It's funny how dudes talk shit online, but are literal bums in real life. 1.00

01:08:46.000 Thanks. 0.99

01:08:46.000 I receive full payment. 0.99

01:08:47.000 Let me know who we can take care of next.

01:08:49.000 I don't know who you are.

01:08:50.000 Yo, Fresh, this the hood, ain't it?

01:08:54.000 Yeah, that's not, I don't know.

01:08:56.000 C. Duclosel goes, Cigars, anyone?

01:08:58.000 Love you guys.

01:08:59.000 Thank you for what you do, Semper Fi.

01:09:00.000 Thank you so much.

01:09:04.000 I appreciate that, my friend.

01:09:05.000 Phone lines?

01:09:07.000 Yes, we could go back to the phone lines.

01:09:08.000 Durag Myron.

01:09:09.000 That's funny.

01:09:10.000 We got Durag Myron in the house?

01:09:11.000 Yeah, he said, I'm going to motivate you to get back.

01:09:14.000 Then 360's back.

01:09:15.000 Yeah, I got a...

01:09:17.000 I got this brush right here.

01:09:19.000 Okay.

01:09:19.000 My brother gave me.

01:09:20.000 The weight brush?

01:09:21.000 Yeah, but... 1.00

01:09:22.000 Nigga, nigga, nigga, nigga. 1.00

01:09:23.000 Nigga, nigga, nigga, nigga. 1.00

01:09:24.000 But yo, man. 1.00

01:09:25.000 I got brushed, man.

01:09:27.000 Because, guys, I had the weight spinning back in, like, 2007, 2008.

01:09:30.000 But, man, bro, that was...

01:09:32.000 The fubu. 1.00

01:09:33.000 That was a pain in the ass, bro. 1.00

01:09:34.000 Like, I was brushing my hair all the time. 0.99

01:09:36.000 It was annoying.

01:09:37.000 My Soulja Boy era, bro, I was so fresh, bro.

01:09:40.000 Fresh to death.

01:09:41.000 Listen, they called me Soulja Kid because I was just so fresh, man.

01:09:44.000 Back in Barbados.

01:09:45.000 Woo! 0.99

01:09:46.000 I'm from the islands, bro.

01:09:47.000 I got waves all day.

01:09:48.000 Just saying.

01:09:49.000 I mean, I ain't gonna lie.

01:09:51.000 That's L music, bro.

01:09:53.000 No, back in the day, Soulja Boy was hot.

01:09:54.000 Come on, man.

01:09:55.000 L music.

01:09:55.000 Crank that, Soulja Boy.

01:09:57.000 Kiss me through the phone.

01:09:58.000 Come on, bro.

01:10:01.000 If we're gonna talk about hip-hop, we gotta talk about real hip-hop, like real artists that are actual lyricists that aren't trash.

01:10:07.000 He is a legend.

01:10:08.000 I'll tell you why.

01:10:09.000 He was the first rapper to implement internet with music.

01:10:12.000 But not for being a musician.

01:10:14.000 No, no, no.

01:10:15.000 Yes, he did a lot of things to basically implement digital marketing with hip-hop, but as far as a lyricist, a rapper, no. 0.70

01:10:25.000 Absolutely not trash.

01:10:26.000 He also conquered ringtones.

01:10:27.000 The only rapper I know to this day to have that many hits on ringtones is Soulja Boy. 0.98

01:10:32.000 Still trash though. 0.99

01:10:33.000 He killed it, man. 1.00

01:10:35.000 Multi-millionaire.

01:10:35.000 From the marketing side, cool.

01:10:37.000 But like from a hip-hop enthusiast side, trash. 0.99

01:10:40.000 Drake? 0.99

01:10:41.000 I will not comment on that. 1.00

01:10:42.000 Yeah, trash, bro. 0.99

01:10:43.000 Come on, man. 0.99

01:10:44.000 I'm just being honest here.

01:10:44.000 Oh, yeah.

01:10:45.000 We'll go ahead and kill Twitch, Facebook, Twitter.

01:10:47.000 Come on over to YouTube, guys.

01:10:48.000 I mean, we could have a whole hip-hop debate here on the best artists.

01:10:52.000 Who is your favorite artist of all time?

01:10:54.000 This is a drill, though.

01:10:55.000 My favorite artist of all time?

01:10:57.000 I have a couple.

01:10:58.000 No, no, no.

01:10:59.000 I mean, that's more contemporary, but I mean, if we're going to talk about artists that are legitimately legends, obviously Jay-Z, Nas.

01:11:08.000 No, just one.

01:11:09.000 Just one.

01:11:10.000 50 Cent?

01:11:10.000 No, because there's too many.

01:11:13.000 I like Old Cassidy. 1.00

01:11:14.000 I like Lloyd Banks back in the day.

01:11:16.000 I like...

01:11:18.000 Who else?

01:11:20.000 The Diplomats.

01:11:22.000 I like Cam'ron.

01:11:23.000 Joel Santana.

01:11:26.000 Who else?

01:11:26.000 Lil Wayne, obviously, is a legend from a lyrical standpoint.

01:11:30.000 I still think to this day, The Drought 2, I think, is one of his best mixtapes for all you young boys out there.

01:11:37.000 I Can't Feel My Face was never released.

01:11:38.000 One of the best mixtapes I ever heard with him and Joel Santana.

01:11:42.000 Joel Santana.

01:11:42.000 Can I Feel My Face?

01:11:44.000 I still think one of the best songs on there is Dark Side.

01:11:49.000 What else?

01:11:50.000 Yeah, where they go with the black and white.

01:11:54.000 What else here?

01:11:56.000 I'm trying to think of other artists.

01:11:58.000 Gucci Mane is a legend.

01:12:02.000 T.I. is straight.

01:12:03.000 He's okay.

01:12:06.000 I mean, those are some legends right there that I could think of that are like, you know...

01:12:11.000 Some very good lyricists.

01:12:13.000 And I know some of y'all might say, oh, what about KRS-One and Rakim and stuff?

01:12:16.000 That's way before my time, guys.

01:12:17.000 Okay?

01:12:17.000 I didn't listen to that stuff.

01:12:18.000 I mean, Outkast?

01:12:20.000 No.

01:12:21.000 No?

01:12:21.000 No.

01:12:22.000 And I know some people might not like that, but I didn't listen to Outkast. 0.99

01:12:25.000 I think they're trash. 0.98

01:12:26.000 Andre 3000 comes off as... 0.99

01:12:28.000 You have a list of legends.

01:12:31.000 Tupac.

01:12:32.000 Biggie. 0.65

01:12:33.000 Kanye West.

01:12:34.000 I agree with those three.

01:12:36.000 I agree with those three.

01:12:41.000 Soulja Boy because of the marketing standpoint.

01:12:44.000 6ix9ine marketing standpoint.

01:12:46.000 I'm not talking about their marketability.

01:12:50.000 I'm talking about straight musical talent.

01:12:52.000 I'm not talking about marketability or their ability to sell records.

01:12:56.000 No.

01:12:57.000 If it's music only, I gotta say Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole.

01:13:01.000 I gotta say Common.

01:13:04.000 I gotta say...

01:13:06.000 Who else?

01:13:08.000 If we're gonna mention Common, then you need to mention someone like Talib Kweli.

01:13:12.000 Who's better than Common, in my opinion.

01:13:15.000 Common is just more famous.

01:13:17.000 He's more famous.

01:13:18.000 And here's the thing.

01:13:22.000 Eminem?

01:13:22.000 I know y'all...

01:13:23.000 Oh, yeah.

01:13:23.000 Eminem's a legend, bro.

01:13:24.000 I can't believe I didn't mention Eminem.

01:13:25.000 Yeah, Eminem.

01:13:27.000 Wow, yeah.

01:13:27.000 50 Cent?

01:13:28.000 Yeah.

01:13:30.000 But yeah, Eminem, I can't believe I didn't...

01:13:31.000 My bad.

01:13:32.000 Yeah, Eminem is one of the best of all time.

01:13:34.000 Yeah.

01:13:34.000 I would...

01:13:35.000 I mean, if you guys really want an unpopular take here, if you want to see the difference between Eminem and someone like Jay-Z, listen to Renegade.

01:13:42.000 He embarrasses him on his own record.

01:13:44.000 When Crawford brought out Eminem to the fight, that was legendary.

01:13:47.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:13:49.000 You cannot...

01:13:50.000 I would put Eminem in the top three, ever.

01:13:54.000 I'll put Eminem somewhere in the top three.

01:13:56.000 I'm trying to think in my head, but yeah.

01:13:58.000 Jadakiss, I'm a big fan of The Locks.

01:14:02.000 That's a good one.

01:14:04.000 Jadakiss is going to go as a legend.

01:14:05.000 Oh, Fab! 0.88

01:14:06.000 Fab is one of my favorite rappers of all time.

01:14:08.000 There's no competition.

01:14:10.000 Those mixtapes were hard.

01:14:13.000 Funeral music, way back in the day.

01:14:16.000 Yeah, I'm showing my age right now.

01:14:19.000 Yeah, but Fab is definitely one of my favorites.

01:14:23.000 Who else?

01:14:24.000 I like East Coast hip-hop because they prioritize lyrics, man.

01:14:27.000 Like, you know... 0.99

01:14:28.000 A lot of Southern artists are trash, to be honest. 0.99

01:14:31.000 Okay, current. 0.99

01:14:31.000 But they're not lyrically sound. 0.99

01:14:33.000 And then now, yeah, I like Fabio, I like 2G's, I like the New York drill artists.

01:14:40.000 Chris, top three artists currently.

01:14:42.000 Currently, man, right now, I don't listen to music like that, man.

01:14:46.000 Oh, someone said DMX. DMX is good.

01:14:50.000 DMX, obviously.

01:14:52.000 Okay, Mo, top three artists.

01:14:54.000 Yourself.

01:14:56.000 Big Mo, Big Mo, and Big Mo.

01:14:57.000 There you go.

01:14:59.000 Okay, a real list.

01:15:02.000 Kendrick, J. Cole, and Drake.

01:15:05.000 Alright, I'm going to say mine now.

01:15:06.000 See, those three you just mentioned, bro?

01:15:09.000 That's when I stopped listening to hip-hop.

01:15:10.000 I stopped listening to hip-hop once J. Cole and Drake and all of them.

01:15:13.000 Because the emphasis...

01:15:16.000 And here's the thing.

01:15:17.000 Those are good lyrical artists.

01:15:18.000 But once Drake started to take off, I was like, bro, it's over.

01:15:21.000 Because you guys can go ahead and hate me as much as you want.

01:15:24.000 But I genuinely blame the feminization of men in modern day society today.

01:15:29.000 A big part of it is Drake.

01:15:30.000 Because Drake made it where, oh, be vulnerable.

01:15:33.000 Get in my feelings. 1.00

01:15:34.000 All this other shit. 0.99

01:15:34.000 And guys think that that's actually a way to go. 0.99

01:15:37.000 No, man.

01:15:38.000 No.

01:15:39.000 Well, my number one is Drake. 1.00

01:15:40.000 I'm not in the gym listening to fucking Drake. 0.99

01:15:42.000 I am. 1.00

01:15:43.000 It pussifies you. 0.98

01:15:44.000 Non-stop. 0.89

01:15:45.000 In my opinion, non-stop is hard.

01:15:47.000 Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, and last but not least, Larry June.

01:15:52.000 Yeah, man.

01:15:53.000 And that right there is why the young generation are a bunch of softies, man.

01:15:57.000 I love beats, bro.

01:15:57.000 The beats are fire.

01:15:58.000 Okay, let's go with phone calls.

01:15:59.000 That's what happened with hip-hop. 1.00

01:16:01.000 They prioritized beats over lyrics, and that's why shit is trash now. 1.00

01:16:04.000 Alright. 1.00

01:16:05.000 I mean, there's some lyricists, right?

01:16:06.000 Like Kendrick Lamar and all this other stuff.

01:16:08.000 Special mention, Yeet.

01:16:09.000 Yeet's hard too.

01:16:11.000 Yeet.

01:16:11.000 He's new.

01:16:12.000 He's new.

01:16:13.000 He's only famous because that Mariah Carey's beat, bro.

01:16:17.000 Okay.

01:16:17.000 Yeah, well.

01:16:18.000 Whatever.

01:16:18.000 People might not...

01:16:19.000 I'm older, right?

01:16:20.000 I'm 33.

01:16:20.000 You guys might not like my music opinion.

01:16:22.000 Oh, bro.

01:16:22.000 All the niggas is older.

01:16:24.000 Blah, blah, blah.

01:16:25.000 Hey, man.

01:16:25.000 It is what it is.

01:16:26.000 I like the early 2000s. 1.00

01:16:29.000 East Coast hip-hop shit, right? 0.99

01:16:31.000 Whether it was G-Unit, D-Block, The Diplomats, Tony Yeo. 0.99

01:16:37.000 You know what's hard, though?

01:16:39.000 He kind of trashed, bro.

01:16:41.000 42 done.

01:16:41.000 It was hard, too.

01:16:43.000 First, this is all the modern-day nigga music now. 1.00

01:16:46.000 Okay.

01:16:46.000 Listen, bro, it's hard, bro.

01:16:48.000 I mean, I'm not gonna lie.

01:16:49.000 There's some artists that I like, too, that are...

01:16:50.000 I liked Pusha Icy before he went in. 0.54

01:16:52.000 Yeah.

01:16:52.000 I liked Pusha Icy a lot.

01:16:53.000 He was actually very good, very lyrical.

01:16:55.000 Gucci Mane, too.

01:16:56.000 Hard.

01:16:57.000 But Gucci been out forever.

01:16:58.000 Yeah.

01:16:59.000 He's still relevant, though.

01:17:00.000 Yeah, he's still relevant, yeah.

01:17:01.000 But Larry June's a legend, though.

01:17:02.000 I listen to Caribbean Latin music.

01:17:04.000 Niggas putting L fresh in the chat. 1.00

01:17:06.000 Listen, my music taste is different, bro.

01:17:09.000 But I understand what they've done, so I like it, man.

01:17:12.000 Yeah, fresh beer in the club. 1.00

01:17:13.000 Listen to that shit, man. 1.00

01:17:15.000 Y'all know what it is. 1.00

01:17:17.000 Alright, cool.

01:17:18.000 We'll go ahead and continue that little hip-hop conversation.

01:17:23.000 Alright, 7557.

01:17:25.000 What was that?

01:17:26.000 I'm loading.

01:17:28.000 Oh my god.

01:17:29.000 Can you guys hear me?

01:17:30.000 Yeah, sir.

01:17:32.000 Hello?

01:17:33.000 Oh man, I'm literally on my way to babysit right now.

01:17:35.000 I can't believe I made it on the show.

01:17:37.000 This is incredible.

01:17:38.000 Shout out to you, man. 1.00

01:17:39.000 Fuck them kids. 1.00

01:17:40.000 Fuck them kids, man. 1.00

01:17:42.000 So, really quick. 1.00

01:17:44.000 Essentially, I have a twin sister.

01:17:47.000 I live in Denver.

01:17:50.000 I'm like nervous right now on this phone call.

01:17:52.000 This is funny.

01:17:53.000 I have a twin sister.

01:17:54.000 I live in Denver.

01:17:55.000 Is she hot? 1.00

01:17:56.000 People don't talk about it that often, but there is absolutely a blue pill for women, much like there is for men.

01:18:03.000 And it's unfortunate.

01:18:04.000 My parents got divorced in 2020, and Josie...

01:18:08.000 Oh, I just outed her name. 1.00

01:18:12.000 Stupid! 1.00

01:18:13.000 She doesn't have a good relationship with my dad. 1.00

01:18:17.000 Is there any way to salvage this in a way?

01:18:20.000 Because now she's online dating, and Are you the older brother or the younger brother?

01:18:40.000 So she's one minute older than me.

01:18:42.000 Okay.

01:18:42.000 Well, I mean, yeah, I know there's twins, but there's twins that are like...

01:18:45.000 Okay.

01:18:47.000 Yeah, bro.

01:18:47.000 I mean, I ain't gonna lie to you, bro.

01:18:50.000 You're gonna have to... 0.98

01:18:51.000 You might lose her to the streets for a little bit, and then she might come around and realize, like, damn, casual sex and being a 304 isn't the wave, and then when she's ready to accept it, then you'll be there to deliver it, but... 0.98

01:19:02.000 You know, she's probably already done some 304 activities already, my friend, so that's what kind of sucks. 0.99

01:19:08.000 As a brother, bro.

01:19:10.000 Because if you try to come in and tell her, yo, stop, or blah, blah, blah, she's going to be like, and you're in Denver, so I already know she's on some libtard time now. 1.00

01:19:17.000 You can't tell her how to act.

01:19:18.000 Well, you can't just be a voice for her.

01:19:20.000 So when she has issues, hey, you know what?

01:19:22.000 I got you, sis.

01:19:23.000 What's going on?

01:19:24.000 And you can tell her your mindset is Do that talk, but you can't tell her, don't do this, don't do that, because she'll be like, yo, who are you talking to?

01:19:32.000 Like, wait, what do you mean?

01:19:33.000 Let her learn from example, and then you're just being there for her over time.

01:19:36.000 Maybe she might change, but bro, you can't really save someone that's in the street like that.

01:19:41.000 Offer it.

01:19:41.000 They gotta want to be saved.

01:19:42.000 You know what I'm saying?

01:19:44.000 And Denver, Colorado, bro?

01:19:46.000 Yo! 1.00

01:19:48.000 The hoes be on the side, nigga. 1.00

01:19:49.000 Just saying, bro.

01:19:50.000 Can they come over here?

01:19:51.000 And it's like, yeah, if you're from Denver, pull up to us with a crib, man.

01:19:56.000 Or put it on the show.

01:19:57.000 I think a big part of it is the fact that she didn't, like... 0.87

01:20:00.000 Yeah, I mean, you couldn't send her over here, but she'll probably hate us to say that we're misogynists, so she ain't coming. 0.98

01:20:06.000 Huh?

01:20:10.000 Sorry, I think a big part of her emotional state right now is because she's been chronically using ADHD medication as well as antidepressants.

01:20:18.000 I just want to stay right now.

01:20:21.000 Hey bro, I got you.

01:20:24.000 Send her over here, I'll take care of her. 1.00

01:20:27.000 No, no, I'm serious bro.

01:20:31.000 What I can say is this, bro.

01:20:33.000 If you want, because a bunch of guys have already done this, you can send her to the show and we'll have that talk with her.

01:20:39.000 I mean, I don't know if she'll want to even hear it because how old is your sister?

01:20:44.000 She's, uh, we're 22 this month.

01:20:46.000 Yeah, you can't tell chicks. 0.99

01:20:47.000 Yeah, bro.

01:20:48.000 You can't tell them nothing, bro.

01:20:50.000 She's a stern rod. 1.00

01:20:51.000 She's probably a liberal. 1.00

01:20:52.000 She's there in Denver. 0.86

01:20:53.000 I'm sexually liberated.

01:20:54.000 Dude, 100%. 0.79

01:20:55.000 Dude, she's got dyed hair, bro. 0.93

01:20:57.000 Yeah, bro.

01:20:59.000 She needs a long, hard lesson, bro.

01:21:03.000 Long, hard lesson.

01:21:05.000 Yeah, bro.

01:21:06.000 She's, uh, my friend.

01:21:07.000 You want to lose it to the streets for a little bit, my friend.

01:21:09.000 For a little?

01:21:10.000 Yeah.

01:21:13.000 She's going to be in the streets for a bit, bro.

01:21:18.000 Here's the thing.

01:21:19.000 Feminists, women like that, typically don't... 1.00

01:21:21.000 I hate to say it, bro. 1.00

01:21:24.000 Women don't mature until they stop getting sexual attention from men. 1.00

01:21:27.000 I wish it wasn't that way, but that's just how it is, bro.

01:21:30.000 Women don't mature until they start buying their own drinks at the bar. 1.00

01:21:35.000 And that's when it's too late.

01:21:36.000 And that's when it's too late a lot of the time.

01:21:38.000 I appreciate it, guys.

01:21:39.000 I appreciate it very much.

01:21:41.000 Just be there.

01:21:42.000 Look, look, look, look, look.

01:21:44.000 When a guy breaks their heart, right, just like as if you had a brother, right, and a girl breaks his heart and they're ready for that red pill knowledge, just be ready.

01:21:51.000 It's a pounce when she gets her heart broken. 0.90

01:21:53.000 Be ready to be there and give her the facts, and maybe that might steer her the right way.

01:21:56.000 But, bro, women are very, very hard-headed when it comes to anything red pill awareness in their young age. 1.00

01:22:03.000 I mean, you're her brother, so I could see why it would matter.

01:22:05.000 If it was a regular chick, I'd tell you not, don't even bother. 1.00

01:22:07.000 But you're her brother and you care about her, so I get it.

01:22:10.000 But, yeah, bro, you're going to lose it to the streets for a little bit. 1.00

01:22:12.000 She's going to have to get fucked over by a fuckboy for her to be ready to listen to what you got to say. 1.00

01:22:17.000 And even then, it might not be... 1.00

01:22:18.000 She actually had a little bit of this conversation with me a while ago.

01:22:21.000 She was like, I've come to the realization that it's possible I never get married.

01:22:25.000 And I'm like, oh my god.

01:22:26.000 If I can steer her in the right direction now, lock up a man. 1.00

01:22:31.000 It's going to be tough, bro.

01:22:33.000 It's going to be tough.

01:22:35.000 Bro, I pray for you, man.

01:22:37.000 Yeah, it's going to be tough, bro.

01:22:38.000 Send her over here, though. 1.00

01:22:40.000 I'll send her over to you guys, bro.

01:22:43.000 Send her for the show. 1.00

01:22:45.000 We can send her straight if you want, but yeah, bro, don't send her to these niggas. 1.00

01:22:49.000 Alright, let's go.

01:22:52.000 I shouldn't want to be safe.

01:22:54.000 Alright, let's go.

01:22:55.000 Who's up next?

01:22:56.000 50 bucks.

01:22:57.000 8, 6, 8, 7.

01:22:58.000 Elliot.

01:22:59.000 I don't know why.

01:23:00.000 Yo, do we got any haters?

01:23:01.000 Yo, where are the haters at?

01:23:02.000 I want to listen to y'all make fun of me or Fresh or Cressor. 0.78

01:23:05.000 I don't know why.

01:23:06.000 A girl from Denver.

01:23:07.000 It's fun, bro.

01:23:09.000 It's just like a lot of fun.

01:23:13.000 Because going to a big city like Miami is a culture shock.

01:23:15.000 Alright, caller.

01:23:16.000 8, 6, 8, 7.

01:23:18.000 I'll help the problem.

01:23:19.000 Yes, good evening, or excuse me, good afternoon, gentlemen.

01:23:22.000 How are y'all doing today?

01:23:23.000 Oh, this guy again.

01:23:25.000 What's up, man?

01:23:27.000 This guy.

01:23:29.000 This guy.

01:23:30.000 Welcome back.

01:23:31.000 Yeah, man, I ain't forgot, you know, I'm still a loyal subscriber, but...

01:23:38.000 Future Congressman Fresh, I gotta be honest with you, man.

01:23:41.000 I mean, I like the 180 you did.

01:23:44.000 You're telling people to pay off debt now instead of spending money like you're in Congress?

01:23:49.000 I mean, I love it, man.

01:23:52.000 If you don't mind me asking real quick, what incurs your change?

01:23:58.000 Well, my friend, I've definitely been doing some stuff, self-reflection, and I hit a lot of my goals.

01:24:06.000 So all the marketing stuff I did before is out the window.

01:24:10.000 I can focus on myself.

01:24:11.000 And I think right now where I'm at, I'm able to see a lot more because I'm more, like, focused on myself.

01:24:19.000 I'm proud of you, man.

01:24:21.000 Either way, I'm still proud of you.

01:24:22.000 You know, good job.

01:24:23.000 But still, man, you still should run for Congress, by the way.

01:24:27.000 No, bro.

01:24:29.000 You have my endorsement.

01:24:30.000 That's Myron.

01:24:30.000 And I will, you know, what's that?

01:24:35.000 Myron can.

01:24:36.000 But what's the question, bro?

01:24:37.000 We got you.

01:24:39.000 Okay.

01:24:39.000 Yes, sir.

01:24:40.000 Let me get into the question.

01:24:41.000 So, as you guys know, I've been very critical of your Money Mondays.

01:24:46.000 Yes.

01:24:47.000 It sounds to me like you guys are turning a new leaf, though, but I've been very critical of your Money Mondays, encouraging debt, and putting almost nothing down on a house, like 3% FHA loans.

01:24:58.000 But you guys seem to be encouraging people to put more down.

01:25:03.000 Even on this show, you mentioned a caller.

01:25:06.000 You told a caller earlier, hey, man, you might want to save some more money.

01:25:09.000 And Fresh, I was proud of you.

01:25:12.000 Excuse me, it was a super chat.

01:25:13.000 And I was proud of you guys for that.

01:25:15.000 But my question is, so...

01:25:17.000 You know, when I was playing around with a mortgage calculator, the thought occurred to me that if I were to sell my house and be the bank selling my house, you know, versus, you know, just, you know,

01:25:33.000 putting it on the market, you know, but if I'm the bank, I collect the interest, you know, the taxes are paid by whoever buys my house, you know, You know, and then, you know, since you guys do encourage putting 3% down FHA loans,

01:25:51.000 I mean, basically I can make triple of what I'm selling my house for.

01:25:56.000 And I just wanted to run this by you guys.

01:25:58.000 You think that's a good idea?

01:26:01.000 Yeah, no, we get that, bro.

01:26:02.000 Yeah, owner financing is definitely, yeah, it's good.

01:26:04.000 No, but as a regular person, you can't really do more than 3% at best for your first property.

01:26:10.000 I mean, the average person making, say, 50, 40k a year, the most they could put 3% at best.

01:26:17.000 So that's what they could afford to get property.

01:26:21.000 Is it optimal?

01:26:22.000 No, but that's entry level.

01:26:25.000 The problem is, though, like I said, you wind up, if you play with a mortgage calculator, you'll figure out, like, you are spending, like, if you put down 3%, you're going to be paying almost three times the value of the property that you bought it at.

01:26:39.000 You see what I'm saying?

01:26:40.000 Yeah, but the reason, remember, if you have a tenant paying it off, then it doesn't matter.

01:26:44.000 Yeah, exactly.

01:26:44.000 And you can refinance if you want to.

01:26:47.000 Well, Mr.

01:26:48.000 Gaines, you have a tenant, I mean, how many tenants have you had to evict so far?

01:26:55.000 Maybe like two or three?

01:26:58.000 Two or three, yeah.

01:26:59.000 Not every tenant is going to pay.

01:27:01.000 So imagine a guy that has one or two properties.

01:27:04.000 You know, I know you're good because you got over...

01:27:06.000 I can't remember, but I know you got over...

01:27:08.000 Yeah, but I've evicted two tenants.

01:27:11.000 Here's the thing.

01:27:11.000 I was still getting paid.

01:27:12.000 I just chose to evict them because I didn't want them there anymore, too.

01:27:15.000 I could have...

01:27:15.000 They were Section 8 tenants.

01:27:19.000 Oh, okay then.

01:27:20.000 Well, yeah, yeah.

01:27:21.000 I mean, you know, that's understandable.

01:27:23.000 So I did it.

01:27:24.000 I didn't have to do it, but I did it because I did it on principle.

01:27:27.000 Like, is why I evicted them.

01:27:28.000 But other people didn't.

01:27:29.000 Other people typically probably wouldn't evict them.

01:27:32.000 But yeah, I mean, here's the thing, bro.

01:27:34.000 I get what you're saying.

01:27:35.000 Like, you don't like it when people, you know, incur debt or like, oh, mortgage debt isn't good.

01:27:40.000 If you have a tenant paying off the debt for you, then it doesn't matter.

01:27:44.000 That's the whole purpose of having real estate.

01:27:46.000 You're correct.

01:27:47.000 Yeah.

01:27:48.000 Yes, sir.

01:27:49.000 You're 100% correct, but you're assuming they're going to pay.

01:27:53.000 Like, there's a lot of tenants out there that don't pay.

01:27:55.000 They get behind.

01:27:56.000 Things happen.

01:27:57.000 Well, that's why you screen.

01:27:58.000 That's why you screen and you make sure that you're putting in tenants that are making $60,000 a year or more.

01:28:02.000 That's typically the golden number.

01:28:04.000 They have a good credit score, etc.

01:28:06.000 And you vet your tenants out and you do background checks and you're not going to run into those problems.

01:28:12.000 Well, I mean, like, if it's one thing, you know, Your show and the Dave Ramsey show has taught me is, you know, life.

01:28:21.000 The game of life. 0.99

01:28:23.000 And, you know, shit happens. 0.99

01:28:28.000 You know what I mean? 0.99

01:28:29.000 Yeah, but without risk, who dares wins, my friend.

01:28:32.000 Without risk, there is no reward.

01:28:33.000 So, like, I get it.

01:28:34.000 Dave Ramsey gives a lot of information for the majority of Americans that, you know, just kind of want to be debt free and kind of live a cool life or whatever.

01:28:42.000 But if you want to create, like, real wealth and be financially free, you're going to have to take risk.

01:28:46.000 And a lot of times that's going to come into play of using loans with banks, acquiring real estate property, putting tenants in it, etc.

01:28:52.000 Are you going to deal with vacancy?

01:28:54.000 Of course you are.

01:28:55.000 But you're going to go ahead and you hedge for that by having other tenants charging rent at a certain rate, screening out your tenants, etc.

01:29:02.000 So when you do all these things in place, having vacancy isn't going to mess you up that bad, having enough in reserves.

01:29:09.000 So...

01:29:11.000 If you do it correctly, you'll be fine.

01:29:12.000 So I disagree with you about the whole, you know, good dad and bad dad.

01:29:15.000 I know Dave Ramsey teaches otherwise, but you got to remember that he's teaching finances to, you know, the lowest common denominator of American that has issues with consumer debt, etc. 0.99

01:29:25.000 People that watch this podcast, you know, if you're watching us, you already kind of understand, you know, putting a bunch of stuff on a credit card to impress hoes is stupid. 0.99

01:29:34.000 Oh, yes. 1.00

01:29:35.000 Yeah, that's the dumbest thing you can do. 1.00

01:29:37.000 That is the dumbest thing you can do. 1.00

01:29:40.000 But do you have anything else, man? 0.99

01:29:42.000 I mean, but to answer your question, yeah, there's nothing wrong with being the bank and selling your house to someone directly and not dealing with the bank.

01:29:48.000 That's totally cool if you want to do that.

01:29:50.000 Okay, so you think that's a good idea?

01:29:53.000 Work the numbers.

01:29:54.000 I'm happy to hear that.

01:29:55.000 Work the numbers and see how much you would make selling it through a conventional style versus being the bank yourself and selling it.

01:30:06.000 And whatever makes you more money, then go with that route.

01:30:10.000 Yeah, if I sell it now, like I said, my house is worth about $450,000.

01:30:14.000 You know, roughly.

01:30:16.000 But if I do owner finance, you know, and then I find somebody that puts down, say, 3%, I might be able to squeeze out $1.5 million.

01:30:26.000 You know, once the guy, assuming he pays it off.

01:30:29.000 Now, if he doesn't and he defaults, I just keep the money and I keep my house.

01:30:33.000 It's a single-family home?

01:30:35.000 It's a single-family home?

01:30:37.000 Yes, sir.

01:30:38.000 But it is.

01:30:39.000 But it sits on an acre.

01:30:41.000 If I wanted to, I could I could parcel it up if I wanted to.

01:30:46.000 All right.

01:30:47.000 Yeah, man.

01:30:47.000 I mean, it's whatever.

01:30:48.000 If you don't want it anymore, then that's one thing.

01:30:50.000 But I mean, I'm not a fan of selling houses.

01:30:53.000 I think buying and holding is the way to go.

01:30:56.000 And collecting cash flow and while simultaneously getting the tax benefits of being a homeowner slash landlord, I think, outweigh selling.

01:31:03.000 But it's up to you.

01:31:04.000 I mean, if you don't want it anymore, that's completely understandable, too.

01:31:08.000 Well, that's why I was thinking about the owner finance route, because like I said, technically I still own the home until the guy pays the loan off.

01:31:14.000 And so I still own the home.

01:31:17.000 And he's paying my taxes for me.

01:31:20.000 That's a route to go.

01:31:21.000 That's definitely a route to go.

01:31:23.000 There you go.

01:31:25.000 And just the final thing, I know I've got to cut it short, but just final thing, why don't you guys just, instead of dealing with the politics of YouTube, why don't you guys just make the move to Rumble, man?

01:31:37.000 We're on both.

01:31:40.000 Well, I know you're on both, but you're having issues on YouTube.

01:31:47.000 They keep kicking me off for a week or two or whatever it is.

01:31:53.000 Why go through all that heartache and hassle?

01:31:57.000 You know, and just make the move to Rumble where you're free to say whatever it is you want to say.

01:32:01.000 You got it fresh.

01:32:02.000 Because, for one, YouTube is a marketing source, and it's one of the biggest search engines in the world.

01:32:09.000 So to cut that out completely and go to Rumble only, one, we lose audience, but two, we want to help bring people from YouTube to Rumble.

01:32:17.000 So ultimately speaking, it would kind of feed the purpose of having new audiences if we just get rid of YouTube.

01:32:26.000 Alright, fair enough.

01:32:28.000 Okay, no, I understand that.

01:32:29.000 I understand that.

01:32:30.000 But fresh, just last thing, fresh and fresh, will you please, you know, right now, 2024 is coming up, man.

01:32:38.000 Will you please announce you're running for Congress so I can send you some more money, man? 0.97

01:32:44.000 You a troll, bro. 0.97

01:32:45.000 Is that your real voice? 0.99

01:32:47.000 No, I'm not trolling.

01:32:48.000 I'm not trolling.

01:32:49.000 You have my support.

01:32:50.000 I believe in Fresh to run for Congress.

01:32:53.000 What?

01:32:54.000 All right.

01:32:54.000 Let's go on to the next caller, man.

01:32:56.000 Thank you, bro.

01:32:56.000 Thanks for calling again, man.

01:32:57.000 You're funny, bro.

01:32:58.000 You're funny.

01:32:59.000 Good luck with selling the house owner financing.

01:33:01.000 I think that's a good route for you, my friend.

01:33:02.000 Fresh, I didn't know you were running for Congress.

01:33:04.000 All right.

01:33:05.000 Who's up next?

01:33:06.000 We got 9966.

01:33:09.000 9966.

01:33:10.000 Go ahead, man.

01:33:11.000 Welcome to the show.

01:33:14.000 Hello?

01:33:15.000 Yo, what's your question, brother?

01:33:18.000 Yeah, I'll be quick.

01:33:21.000 I have a quick question for you, Myron, and I have a suggestion.

01:33:25.000 My question is quick.

01:33:26.000 So I watched your FedReact, and I've seen that you paid for your first TSP. And my job has a TSP as well.

01:33:38.000 So my question is, should I invest that?

01:33:41.000 Because it does give me a bonus 5% every time I invest into it.

01:33:44.000 In like two years I'll have like $25,000 in my TSP. Should I just invest into that and then take out that $25,000 from that to put down on a house?

01:33:53.000 Or should I just save money like off rip and just say, fuck the TSP? I would save money on the side because you're still a government employee. 0.99

01:34:00.000 Keep in mind that I accessed my TSP after I left the government.

01:34:03.000 So if you still work for the government and you access your TSP, you're going to be on the hook to pay it back.

01:34:08.000 So I would say if you can, save money on the side and just use your own capital versus using your TSP or borrowing against your TSP. Also keep in mind that if you...

01:34:17.000 I don't know what the rule is now, but from what I remember, if you're going to use your TSP to buy a house, you're going to have to live in it.

01:34:22.000 It's going to be after your primary residence.

01:34:24.000 So you won't be able to, you know, use it from an investment standpoint.

01:34:28.000 Unless it's like a multi-unit property, then that'll be cool.

01:34:31.000 But, you know, that's things to keep in mind.

01:34:35.000 Yeah, my plan is to buy a house.

01:34:36.000 And I plan to buy a house and then go for the duplex and the triplex and stuff because rent out here is fucking insane.

01:34:43.000 Okay, then yeah.

01:34:44.000 I mean, if you want to borrow from your TSP, you can do that.

01:34:46.000 But just keep in mind that you're going to have to pay it back.

01:34:49.000 Gotcha.

01:34:50.000 And then my quick suggestion is...

01:34:52.000 So, I watch you guys all the time, and I see that, you know, your go-to when you say how to make money is real estate.

01:34:58.000 Would you be interested in, like, setting up something similar to, like, the CEO network where, like, you may be taking, like, 10 people for, like, $100 a month to, like, teach us how to go, like, about real estate?

01:35:09.000 I know we have the Money Mondays and everything, but that is, you know, that's kind of, like, a show, and then it's over, rather than, like, having that time to really speak with you and, like, really understand things.

01:35:19.000 And I get that you have the consultants. 0.97

01:35:21.000 I know it's not the same shit. 0.99

01:35:23.000 I look at the CEO network and I see that Fresh, they all group up, they all do shit and stuff. 0.98

01:35:30.000 Would you be interested in doing something similar to that, but for the real estate side of things? 0.95

01:35:36.000 We can even maybe go check out houses with a property that someone bought or whatever.

01:35:42.000 Just your own kind of course, because a lot of people that watch the show, we're all invested into real estate. 0.90

01:35:48.000 Because, you know, your go-to is like, yo, you need to get your ass up, go buy a house, etc.

01:35:52.000 So now we're all into that, but now we just need a little bit of guidance.

01:35:54.000 And I was wondering if you'd be interested in, like, setting something up for that.

01:35:58.000 Um, I'll think about it, man.

01:35:59.000 I mean, like I said before, I, you know, we're just really busy with the amount of time we film and then FedReacts takes up a lot of my time as far as like researching and putting it out for you guys.

01:36:08.000 So, um, I know my, and then obviously, you know, going to the gym and training and everything else like that.

01:36:13.000 So I know if I try to do something like that, it would take up a lot of my time and I wouldn't be able to devote a hundred percent to it like I want to.

01:36:19.000 So maybe in the future, but right now, no.

01:36:22.000 Gotcha.

01:36:24.000 Gotcha.

01:36:24.000 All right.

01:36:24.000 Um, that was my question.

01:36:25.000 And then, uh, You know, I also thank you guys for always, like, you know, letting us know, like, yo, stop sending your ass at home doing fucking nothing. 0.99

01:36:32.000 You know, get your ass to work. 0.99

01:36:33.000 Now I'm working six days a week, making good money. 0.99

01:36:35.000 You know, before I was a 40-hour kind of dude, and I was like, you know what? 0.99

01:36:38.000 These motherfuckers are great. 1.00

01:36:39.000 So, you know, that helped out a lot. 0.99

01:36:41.000 And thank you guys.

01:36:42.000 All right.

01:36:42.000 Awesome.

01:36:43.000 Glad that it motivated you to make some extra money.

01:36:46.000 All right.

01:36:46.000 Who's up next?

01:36:48.000 We have...

01:36:50.000 You got any haters?

01:36:51.000 Put a hater on the line.

01:36:53.000 We have...

01:36:57.000 2084.

01:36:57.000 If you're a hater on the line, you got something to say about me, Chris, Fresh, or Mo, go ahead and drop your last four digits to your number in the chat, and we'll get you on the line.

01:37:05.000 Let's go!

01:37:08.000 Actually, you know what?

01:37:08.000 I don't got no hate like that.

01:37:10.000 I just got a debate.

01:37:12.000 All right, go ahead.

01:37:14.000 All right, so basically, y'all said a lot of stuff about, you know, the passport broke movement.

01:37:19.000 I don't know if y'all heard about my channel, Travel Tribe Raw.

01:37:22.000 I'm over here in the motherland, traveling around We never once said that,

01:37:45.000 bro.

01:37:45.000 Who said that?

01:37:46.000 We never once said that.

01:37:49.000 You're definitely not forward, Myron.

01:37:51.000 I've heard you a couple of times.

01:37:52.000 Absolutely not.

01:37:53.000 I'm a passport bro.

01:37:54.000 Absolutely not.

01:37:55.000 This is what we said about passport bros.

01:37:57.000 Because a lot of you guys tend to get this twisted over on that side of the community.

01:38:01.000 We acknowledge that American and Western women are not the best, and going to another country might be your best move. 1.00

01:38:08.000 However, we tell guys that female nature is female nature, and women are going to behave the same way regardless of their socioeconomic status or where they're from. 1.00

01:38:16.000 You still need to have game to understand females to a certain degree. 0.98

01:38:19.000 Another thing we said, because a lot of guys love to ask us about Passport Bros when we have a panel full of women here, we say, women don't give a shit about Passport Bros, and that's true. 1.00

01:38:27.000 American women in general don't care about passport bros. 1.00

01:38:30.000 That's what we said.

01:38:31.000 But in no way are we making fun of passport bros or saying it's not a valid response to the way that women are.

01:38:37.000 We support passport bros.

01:38:38.000 We've said that a bunch of times.

01:38:39.000 Like, yo, we get it.

01:38:40.000 Get your passport.

01:38:41.000 You want to go international?

01:38:42.000 Cool.

01:38:43.000 But don't expect American women to care about it. 1.00

01:38:46.000 They don't give a shit. 0.99

01:38:49.000 I remember you saying earlier on when the passport bro movement had just kind of started I mean we know men have been traveling for a while now but yeah you did mention that you were not for the passport bro movement at first but maybe if something's changed okay boom I get that but you know my thing is just like okay no we're saying no what I said is we're here in Miami dealing with what I'm saying is that We're here in Miami dealing with American women where the hypergamy is at the highest, 0.99

01:39:14.000 etc.

01:39:14.000 So we're able to give guys real-time information or real-time ways to deal with westernized, rambunctious, masculine-ass woman in the United States because we're actually here.

01:39:25.000 But in no way are we sitting here saying like, oh yeah, passport bros, we don't fuck with y'all, we hate y'all, blah, blah. 0.99

01:39:31.000 No, we're cool with it, bro. 0.99

01:39:33.000 But what I'm saying, though, is that passport bros tend to think that American women care that they're leaving.

01:39:39.000 That's where they're wrong.

01:39:40.000 That's my only thing. 0.99

01:39:41.000 I say, American women don't give a shit that y'all are leaving. 1.00

01:39:44.000 They really don't. 0.99

01:39:46.000 As a channel that's pro-men, right, and that's, you know, for men having, like, you know, the best case scenario, best case solutions to the problems that they're dealing with, wouldn't you say that pushing men more to different countries, you know, just how the other races are doing, how they come collect their money from America, and they go ahead and they travel off, 0.86

01:40:02.000 you know, go back to their country, put in today, whoop-de-whoop, get a feminine woman, wouldn't you say that's more You know, realistic than, you know, trying to make it work with these toxic females, but the law is not in their favor. 1.00

01:40:12.000 We tell guys all the time, if you want to go international, go international.

01:40:15.000 Just don't bring her back.

01:40:16.000 We've said that several times.

01:40:18.000 Yeah, and that's agreed upon too.

01:40:20.000 And so you're saying that that's the main thing that men should be, besides money, and so that's why I don't call myself fully a passport, bro.

01:40:28.000 But besides money, you know, because definitely money comes first than the women, but I'm saying besides money, you're saying the best place to get females He is in foreign countries. 1.00

01:40:37.000 Bro, I never said that.

01:40:39.000 All I'm simply saying, dude, is that we don't have an issue with Passport Bros.

01:40:44.000 You know, my thing is you guys still need to understand female nature. 0.66

01:40:47.000 They need to go in there with their eyes wide open so they don't get taken to the cleaner by women that go ahead and sell a dream of being feminine. 1.00

01:40:53.000 And my biggest thing is because Passport Bros tend to think that American women care. 0.99

01:40:57.000 All I'm saying is that American women don't give a shit that you left the United States to go find other women. 1.00

01:41:02.000 Bro, they don't even care about niggas here in America. 1.00

01:41:04.000 You think they're going to care about dudes that go international to find women? 1.00

01:41:06.000 That's all I'm saying.

01:41:07.000 Because Passport Bros always ask me the same question.

01:41:10.000 Yo, ask the girls on the panel about Passport Bros. 1.00

01:41:12.000 99% of them don't know or care.

01:41:14.000 That's all I'm saying.

01:41:15.000 I don't think those are Passport Bros, but I'm going to be real.

01:41:19.000 Nobody really cares about what American women think. 1.00

01:41:21.000 That's why you have the men traveling outside.

01:41:23.000 But they keep asking us on the pod to ask the women, bro. 0.96

01:41:27.000 But he's going to say that.

01:41:27.000 They're not possible bros.

01:41:28.000 So, bro.

01:41:29.000 Bro, bro, bro.

01:41:29.000 This is simple.

01:41:30.000 They literally ask us at least once a show.

01:41:33.000 Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.

01:41:35.000 They ask us all the time in Super Chats.

01:41:38.000 They ask us all the time, ask the girls on the panel what they think about Passport Bros. 1.00

01:41:42.000 And I always say the same shit. 0.99

01:41:43.000 Bro, no one cares about Passport Bros. 1.00

01:41:45.000 Women in America don't care about Passport Bros. 1.00

01:41:48.000 They barely care about niggas that are here. 1.00

01:41:50.000 Go ahead, you have some pressure.

01:41:52.000 Okay, so as a pro men's podcast, a pro men's development podcast, do you believe that Men going out the country to find a wife is better than men trying to find a wife inside of you.

01:42:01.000 You're trying to put men into a box about dating. 1.00

01:42:04.000 We're just saying, look, as a man, you make money.

01:42:09.000 You make good choices, and when you're ready, you can decide for yourself what you want to do.

01:42:15.000 We're not saying to do X, Y, Z, A, B, C all the time.

01:42:18.000 Yes, we have some pointers we could, you know, reference, but we're just saying, look, as a man, you just say what you want to do.

01:42:23.000 That's all we're saying here, bro.

01:42:24.000 So possible or not, do what you got to do.

01:42:26.000 Okay, so Dayton, because in my opinion, Dayton coaches really aren't pushing for any type of progress in any way.

01:42:32.000 It seems like a waste of time, to be real.

01:42:33.000 You guys have Locario on there.

01:42:35.000 I know he's a close friend of you guys.

01:42:36.000 And he even is getting his woman smashed out by other dudes.

01:42:40.000 You know, so I'm just like, what's the long-term goal when it comes to, you know, this whole dating and manosphere?

01:42:47.000 Again, caller, you're missing the whole point.

01:42:52.000 Making money for themselves.

01:42:53.000 We're not strong, independent women.

01:42:54.000 We're trying to make money, but we can have legacy.

01:42:56.000 I just told you, bro.

01:42:58.000 I just told you.

01:43:00.000 I just told you.

01:43:02.000 Bro, you referenced Lucario.

01:43:04.000 Once again, Lucario chose for himself what he wanted to do.

01:43:08.000 As a grown man, do the same.

01:43:10.000 We're not saying, yo, you can do X, Y, Z. We're saying, look, as a man, you see how the landscape is?

01:43:14.000 You see what you want to do?

01:43:15.000 Do it!

01:43:17.000 Is it that hard, bro?

01:43:20.000 But that's you guys' friends.

01:43:22.000 Yeah, that doesn't mean we have to agree with everything he does or says, bro.

01:43:25.000 Nigga, that's anybody.

01:43:26.000 Yeah, anybody.

01:43:27.000 But I'm saying, but if you guys are going to have dating coaches on, like, my whole question is, what's the purpose Because it seems like there's no long-term goal here.

01:43:34.000 It's just to stay kind of, you know, frustrated with these American women, go back and forth, have them on the platform, kind of argue with them on the panel. 0.75

01:43:40.000 I see what y'all doing.

01:43:41.000 It's not no hate to y'all platform, but I'm just saying, what's the long-term goal at the end of the day?

01:43:46.000 The long-term goal is this.

01:43:49.000 The long-term goal is this.

01:43:59.000 We teach you how to self-improve.

01:44:00.000 We teach you female nature. 1.00

01:44:01.000 We teach you to be the best man that you can be so that you can decide for yourself what you want to do.

01:44:05.000 If you want to be a password bro, fantastic.

01:44:07.000 Go to Columbia, rip it up, go ahead and get a bunch of girls, do whatever you want. 1.00

01:44:10.000 The thing is, we arm you with the knowledge so you can use that knowledge and do what you want to do with it.

01:44:15.000 My thing is, if you want to get married in the United States or go to the Philippines and meet a girl or have a harem in Columbia, it doesn't matter.

01:44:22.000 We want to arm you with the knowledge so that you pick what you want to do.

01:44:26.000 Capisce?

01:44:27.000 Okay, so we should definitely be leaning towards letting men know that more on the channel. 0.56

01:44:33.000 That's all I'm trying to say because there's no point in trying to make things work in America with these females when the laws aren't in our favor. 1.00

01:44:39.000 There's shame in women that are good women so they can be taught to women. 1.00

01:44:44.000 There's no benefits for men here, so I think a lot of times We need to hear more.

01:44:48.000 Password Bros is the new way of life.

01:44:50.000 This is the new standard.

01:44:51.000 If you're trying to get a feminine woman... 1.00

01:44:53.000 Caller, this is great.

01:44:55.000 This is great, Caller.

01:44:58.000 Caller, this is great.

01:44:59.000 Guess what?

01:45:00.000 You have a channel. 1.00

01:45:01.000 So how about you go over there, talk about that shit over there. 1.00

01:45:05.000 Okay? 1.00

01:45:06.000 No, no, no, but I'm already doing my shit, bro. 0.99

01:45:09.000 Good! 1.00

01:45:11.000 Leave us alone! 1.00

01:45:12.000 We'll do our shit! 1.00

01:45:14.000 Go through your shit, bro. 1.00

01:45:15.000 We're gonna do our shit. 1.00

01:45:15.000 We brought guests on that talk about... 1.00

01:45:17.000 We brought guests on...

01:45:19.000 Hold on.

01:45:20.000 Call her.

01:45:21.000 Call her.

01:45:22.000 You gotta chill for two seconds, man.

01:45:23.000 We've brought guests on that have talked about getting women internationally. 0.88

01:45:27.000 Modern Life Dating has talked about it.

01:45:29.000 Troy Francis has talked about it.

01:45:30.000 We literally just posted an episode yesterday with him talking about meeting women in Europe.

01:45:34.000 We've brought Casey on that talks about Columbia extensively.

01:45:36.000 We've brought guys on that are passport bros, man.

01:45:38.000 Like, I don't know.

01:45:40.000 I would say we're very diversified because we talk about dating women in America, and we've also brought guys in that are passport bros as well, man.

01:45:45.000 So I don't see your point here.

01:45:48.000 Well, you know, the original, when you guys originally mentioned Passport Bros, it wasn't in a favor of Passport Bros.

01:45:55.000 But like I said, if something has changed now...

01:45:57.000 You're incorrect about that.

01:45:59.000 We've never said anything negative about them.

01:46:01.000 The main solution said definitely, instead of trying to...

01:46:05.000 Because you guys said, you're trying to also give me...

01:46:07.000 Yo, let me make this explicitly clear.

01:46:09.000 The only negative thing we've ever said about Passport Bros...

01:46:12.000 Let me make this explicitly clear. 0.99

01:46:14.000 The only negative thing we've ever said about Passport Bros is we said, women in the West don't give a fuck that y'all are leaving. 1.00

01:46:20.000 That's all we said. 0.99

01:46:22.000 That's what we've said. 0.98

01:46:23.000 If you take that in a negative connotation, I don't know what to tell you because women don't give a fuck about men in America in general, let alone guys that are leaving to go to other places. 0.99

01:46:31.000 Women really don't care. 1.00

01:46:32.000 We know this, which is why they keep asking us, yo, ask the girls on the panel about Passport Bros.

01:46:36.000 You think these females care about dudes that leave the United States to get other women? 1.00

01:46:40.000 They don't care, bro.

01:46:41.000 That's all I'm saying.

01:46:42.000 Caller, if your agenda was to make passport pros look good, you made them look annoying and weird. 0.98

01:46:47.000 So, I think you need to revamp your, uh, advocate, application of passport pros because right now, bro, you look crazy. 0.98

01:46:53.000 Just saying. 0.97

01:46:54.000 All we're saying is that Western women don't care. 1.00

01:46:56.000 Let's be real.

01:46:56.000 You're not fresh.

01:46:57.000 I don't know what you're trying to say, but it's like, bro. 0.96

01:47:00.000 Nigga, I just said it. 0.99

01:47:01.000 Nigga, I just said it to your face. 1.00

01:47:02.000 Who are you talking about? 0.99

01:47:03.000 I said you're lame and you're annoying. 0.97

01:47:04.000 I called in with a direct statement. 0.95

01:47:05.000 But I called in with a direct statement, so how is that annoying, bro? 0.97

01:47:09.000 Nigga, the whole chat's roasting you, bro. 1.00

01:47:11.000 You're going in circles.

01:47:12.000 We just told you what it was.

01:47:13.000 You're not fresh, though. 0.99

01:47:15.000 Nigga, you're not possible, bro. 1.00

01:47:16.000 You're not possible, bro. 0.99

01:47:18.000 You're annoying. 0.99

01:47:18.000 What was that white girl? 0.99

01:47:20.000 But what about that white girl that was on? 0.91

01:47:21.000 Wasn't she like a popsicle or something? 1.00

01:47:23.000 Nope. 1.00

01:47:26.000 Nigga, I smash everything! 1.00

01:47:28.000 What are you talking about? 0.91

01:47:29.000 Here we go. 0.50

01:47:34.000 Nigga, that was for a show! 1.00

01:47:40.000 Well, again, you can go to your channel and promote that to your audience, and I hope it goes well for you.

01:47:50.000 Passport, bro.

01:47:51.000 Look, man.

01:47:52.000 I made it very simple earlier.

01:47:55.000 We want guys to be aware, make their money, become successful, and then they choose what they want to do.

01:48:03.000 So if they want to be a password bro, they can be a password bro.

01:48:05.000 If they want to stay in the United States, they can stay in the United States. 0.98

01:48:07.000 We want guys to have the choice and do what they want to do.

01:48:11.000 That's the goal here.

01:48:13.000 But what is the number one solution that you know in life is not no 50-50?

01:48:17.000 Which one is a more tangible option for men of today?

01:48:20.000 That's all I want to ask.

01:48:21.000 If a guy has his game together and he knows how to fit women properly, etc., he can find women here in the West to take seriously, bro.

01:48:27.000 And see, that's the problem.

01:48:29.000 Because we know regardless if you find these women in the West, it doesn't work out. 1.00

01:48:32.000 Majority of relationships here do not work out.

01:48:34.000 So that's why I'm trying to tell the real brotherhood, hey, Go travel to another country and do what really works.

01:48:41.000 Look, bro, I want them to have the choice.

01:48:44.000 I want them to have the choice to pick whether it's in the United States.

01:48:48.000 Look, look, look, look, you said what you said.

01:48:50.000 I want them to make the choice that if they want to stay in the United States to find a woman here, they have the skill set and ability to do so, or if they choose to go abroad, they can do it that way.

01:48:59.000 I want people to have choices.

01:49:00.000 I don't want them to be stuck.

01:49:02.000 And, you know, I gotta go foreign to find a woman because I just can't do it here. 1.00

01:49:06.000 No, I want them to be able to do it regardless of where it is, whether it's the United States, UK, Philippines, Colombia.

01:49:11.000 I want them to have the choice, bro.

01:49:13.000 And you're forgetting, Calder, there's good women everywhere, even in America, too. 0.77

01:49:17.000 And in the West.

01:49:19.000 You guys don't...

01:49:20.000 When it comes to the dating aspect, you guys don't have their interest in the best.

01:49:23.000 Like, you know, their best interest.

01:49:24.000 Excuse me.

01:49:25.000 And you do?

01:49:26.000 And you do?

01:49:27.000 Passport, bro?

01:49:28.000 Wait.

01:49:29.000 Fresh. 1.00

01:49:29.000 You married a prostitute or something and you got a divorce already? 1.00

01:49:32.000 You're not in this conversation. 0.99

01:49:33.000 We all know who's really...

01:49:34.000 Bro.

01:49:35.000 You know what I'm saying?

01:49:35.000 That's why...

01:49:36.000 For one, check your facts. 0.52

01:49:38.000 I never married a prostitute. 0.96

01:49:39.000 Maybe that's what you did in Columbia, wherever you went to. 1.00

01:49:41.000 But nigga... 1.00

01:49:42.000 You pay for bucks. 0.95

01:49:43.000 I don't.

01:49:43.000 Secondly, the video academics.

01:49:46.000 It was a show.

01:49:47.000 And honestly speaking, Nigga, I know because you're broke.

01:49:52.000 Anyhow, besides that point, your whole advocacy of Passport Bros, listen, go to your channel, talk about Passport Bros all day, and cry in the corner. 0.90

01:50:02.000 Oh, leave America! 0.99

01:50:04.000 Oh, man.

01:50:05.000 So for the brotherhood, as I was saying, the smartest thing you can do is get your coins over here and go ahead and marry a woman that's in shape of feminine, that doesn't disrespect you.

01:50:14.000 And a lot of times they try to say these ladies are prostitutes, but a lot of times they're good women. 0.99

01:50:18.000 Bro, I understand that. 0.94

01:50:19.000 I understand that.

01:50:21.000 But you got to remember, not everyone wants to go foreign, bro.

01:50:25.000 Not everyone wants to go foreign, man. 0.50

01:50:27.000 So it's better to teach them how to do it wherever they want to be.

01:50:30.000 That's what I ask.

01:50:31.000 What's the most tangible option?

01:50:33.000 That's what I ask.

01:50:35.000 Well, once again, for you it might be optional.

01:50:37.000 Yeah, for you it might be optional to go foreign, but for someone else it might not be.

01:50:40.000 They might say, yo, I can't leave the United States.

01:50:42.000 I want a girl that is from the U.S. If we teach them the skill set, how to vet her properly, etc., you can find good women in the West, bro. 1.00

01:50:49.000 Are the majority good?

01:50:50.000 No.

01:50:51.000 But if you have the skill set to be able to find a girl here in the West, we're teaching that.

01:50:54.000 We want guys to have choice.

01:50:56.000 You're saying, no, it's only got to be foreign.

01:50:57.000 It's only got to be password, bro. 1.00

01:50:58.000 These women out here are trash. 1.00

01:51:00.000 Most of them are, but that does not mean that guys can't find good women here, bro. 1.00

01:51:03.000 Come on, man.

01:51:04.000 And to be honest, bro... 0.96

01:51:05.000 If most of the women are trash in the West and I'm promoting that dudes go to a country where women are more in shape and feminine and respectful, then I think that would be the most tangible solution for men that's getting their clothing. 0.98

01:51:14.000 Well, caller, this is amazing. 0.99

01:51:16.000 I'm glad you have that thought.

01:51:17.000 Then go to your channel and talk about it.

01:51:19.000 Leave us alone.

01:51:20.000 I do, buddy.

01:51:22.000 Interesting.

01:51:23.000 I'm fresh.

01:51:24.000 You're not fresh.

01:51:25.000 For a reason.

01:51:26.000 Alright, caller.

01:51:28.000 You said fresh.

01:51:29.000 You're not fresh.

01:51:31.000 I'm fresh.

01:51:31.000 You're not fresh.

01:51:33.000 Alright, let's go with...

01:51:34.000 I walk into a room, they call me Fred, so yeah, here's what it is.

01:51:38.000 Alright, let's go with 8571.

01:51:40.000 I guess another hater.

01:51:41.000 We have plenty of pro, pass for bro episodes.

01:51:44.000 Yeah, okay.

01:51:45.000 Alright, caller, what's up?

01:51:46.000 What's up, caller?

01:51:49.000 Yo, I want to first start off by saying I appreciate you guys on the credit advice you gave me.

01:51:54.000 It's helped me out a lot.

01:51:55.000 My credit has jumped up over 100 points.

01:51:57.000 Sheesh! 0.96

01:51:57.000 But I want to hate on Chris. 0.96

01:51:59.000 All right. 0.99

01:52:00.000 So, Chris, man, you gotta lay off the fucking Hennessy, man. 1.00

01:52:03.000 Goddamn. 1.00

01:52:03.000 You ain't fucking up with the camera angles and stuff, man. 1.00

01:52:06.000 You wanna be like the Migos and have Matt ad-libs and stuff, man? 0.99

01:52:10.000 You know, make sure the camera angles are right and shit, man. 0.99

01:52:14.000 You gotta laugh at him, man. 0.99

01:52:15.000 Listen, listen.

01:52:16.000 You talk like Mushmouth, bro. 1.00

01:52:19.000 You gotta get that shit together. 1.00

01:52:21.000 Alright, are you done? 1.00

01:52:24.000 Yeah, go ahead.

01:52:26.000 Listen, listen, listen. 1.00

01:52:28.000 You do this shit, and you tell me... 1.00

01:52:31.000 Listen to these girls, pressing all these buttons, dealing with BTS shit. 1.00

01:52:33.000 Right now, I have five girls that just flaked, what, in the past five hours? 1.00

01:52:38.000 Plus, I have two girls that's late BTS, I don't know where the fuck they at, and have girls downstairs waiting. 1.00

01:52:43.000 So, if I'm dealing with all this BS, right, can I enjoy a sip or two of Hennessy, like, to relax tonight? 0.98

01:52:49.000 You know what I'm saying?

01:52:50.000 Like, if...

01:52:51.000 Yeah, you know what?

01:52:52.000 Gotcha, fam.

01:52:56.000 Two seconds too late. 0.65

01:52:58.000 You gotta understand, man.

01:53:00.000 You know what I'm saying?

01:53:00.000 I'm doing my best.

01:53:02.000 Thank you, Mo.

01:53:03.000 I'm doing my best, man.

01:53:05.000 Let me live.

01:53:05.000 You've been doing this for three years.

01:53:07.000 Three years, man.

01:53:08.000 Don't worry.

01:53:08.000 I just made it for five years, man.

01:53:11.000 Let me live.

01:53:13.000 Mo, put a shirt on. 0.98

01:53:20.000 I'm gonna put a shirt on, nigga. 1.00

01:53:21.000 Yeah, I'm gonna put a shirt on, nigga. 1.00

01:53:23.000 Disgusting creature. 1.00

01:53:25.000 You still fat, nigga? 1.00

01:53:26.000 Bro, I'm 16 pants sizes down. 1.00

01:53:28.000 Yeah, yeah, you still fat, though, nigga. 1.00

01:53:29.000 Go ahead, Chris. 0.99

01:53:30.000 Hey, I'm 16 pants sizes down, bro.

01:53:32.000 All right, sorry, though.

01:53:33.000 What's up, man?

01:53:34.000 I had to talk to you.

01:53:38.000 No, go ahead, Chris.

01:53:40.000 He roasted you, Chris. 0.99

01:53:41.000 Put the camera on you, nigga. 1.00

01:53:44.000 Yeah, well, you know, most of us do look like some thighs right now. 1.00

01:53:47.000 What the fuck is that? 0.99

01:53:49.000 Nah. 1.00

01:59:03.000 All right.

01:59:04.000 7-4-7-9.

01:59:36.000 Alright, who's up next?

01:59:37.000 7-4, 7-9.

01:59:39.000 Chris, that was funny though, bro.

01:59:40.000 You did well, man.

01:59:42.000 You did well. 1.00

01:59:48.000 Going once.

01:59:49.000 Going twice.

01:59:50.000 You paid 20 bucks, man.

01:59:52.000 Come on, Bruce.

01:59:53.000 You got it, man.

01:59:54.000 There you go.

01:59:56.000 What's up, man?

02:00:01.000 It's good to see y'all.

02:00:02.000 Good to see y'all.

02:00:04.000 Cut me off guard a little bit.

02:00:06.000 I didn't think I'd make it.

02:00:07.000 What's your question, man?

02:00:07.000 You made it, bro.

02:00:08.000 What's your question?

02:00:11.000 Alright, so I'm 21 right now.

02:00:13.000 I make probably about like 50k.

02:00:15.000 I work in maintenance.

02:00:16.000 I'm going to work in a factory.

02:00:19.000 You know, just repairing machines and everything.

02:00:21.000 I was just wondering, should I stay for what, five years?

02:00:26.000 And eventually I can make 120k to 100, somewhere in that range.

02:00:32.000 And I can...

02:00:33.000 I have plenty of people there I can rely on.

02:00:35.000 My dad works there.

02:00:36.000 I got a lot of knowledge I can absorb.

02:00:38.000 Or should I try to go another path?

02:00:43.000 I don't know.

02:00:45.000 I'm trying to think.

02:00:48.000 Do both, bro.

02:00:49.000 Start up a side hustle and do that job.

02:00:51.000 Do both.

02:00:53.000 Why not?

02:00:55.000 Learn a skill, bro.

02:00:57.000 Learn a trade or learn something that you can do on the side business.

02:01:02.000 While working.

02:01:03.000 That's kind of what I'm thinking because I'm learning how to weld.

02:01:05.000 I'm learning how to program more computers, electrical work, plumbing.

02:01:10.000 Good.

02:01:11.000 Doing every field damn near across the board.

02:01:15.000 Yeah, figure out what you like and start that as a side hustle, my friend.

02:01:18.000 Keep the factory job, though, because it's solid.

02:01:20.000 You probably have a union.

02:01:21.000 You probably have a pension that you're going to be able to build up.

02:01:24.000 You'll make $120,000 a year before you're $30,000.

02:01:27.000 So yeah, bro, stick with that job and then learn a skill on the side that will help you earn more money on your downtime.

02:01:33.000 Hell yeah.

02:01:34.000 That's kind of what I'm thinking too.

02:01:34.000 Hell yeah.

02:01:36.000 There you go.

02:01:37.000 I appreciate y'all time.

02:01:38.000 I'm glad I made it through.

02:01:39.000 I really didn't think y'all were going to make it.

02:01:42.000 Nah, man.

02:01:43.000 You made it through, bro.

02:01:43.000 You got it, bro.

02:01:46.000 Hell yeah.

02:01:46.000 Most blessings to y'all.

02:01:47.000 I really enjoy y'all content.

02:01:48.000 I really think y'all are some of the great voices in this nation right now.

02:01:52.000 All right.

02:01:53.000 Peace, man.

02:01:54.000 Take it easy.

02:01:55.000 Keep grinding.

02:01:56.000 Who's up next?

02:01:57.000 All right.

02:01:57.000 We got...

02:02:00.000 8-8-6-8.

02:02:04.000 8-8-6-8, you're on.

02:02:05.000 Yeah, we got you, bro.

02:02:07.000 Yes, sir.

02:02:10.000 Hey, first of all, I just wanted to thank you guys.

02:02:12.000 I got my credit score up from a zero to a 755 in just five months for you guys.

02:02:17.000 Nice.

02:02:18.000 I'm 18 years old because of that.

02:02:19.000 Nice.

02:02:20.000 Just my question was, you guys do a lot of like the, for the real estate, like all your videos.

02:02:27.000 They're very helpful, you know, beginner and even intermediate stuff.

02:02:31.000 My question was, is like, if you guys could get into more of like the really advanced stuff, like, you know, the different vocabulary, cap rates, cap on cash, cap on value, or like the different legal stuff they have to do.

02:02:45.000 Yeah, we could do that.

02:02:46.000 But the thing is with cap rates and stuff like that, we did an episode like that with Justin Waller.

02:02:50.000 So go check it out.

02:02:51.000 But I'm not a commercial real estate investor.

02:02:53.000 So that's why I don't really use cap rate.

02:02:57.000 Okay.

02:02:58.000 But yeah, we did an episode like that with Justin.

02:03:02.000 Okay, I just wanted to learn more about the different legal aspects too, like how to be a landlord and what things you have to be careful for and what most people might not realize.

02:03:13.000 We could do that.

02:03:16.000 We need to cover that with Roger.

02:03:19.000 No, that was about finding deals, but not about being a landlord.

02:03:22.000 We could do that, actually.

02:03:22.000 You know what?

02:03:24.000 Because Roger's my property manager, so we could do that.

02:03:26.000 Alright, bro, we got you.

02:03:28.000 We'll do that.

02:03:31.000 Yeah, perfect.

02:03:31.000 Yeah, that's all I wanted to know.

02:03:32.000 Just more advanced stuff.

02:03:33.000 I really appreciate everything you've done for me, bro.

02:03:33.000 Thank you, guys.

02:03:35.000 You guys have a good one.

02:03:36.000 I'll hit up Roger right now, actually, and let y'all know that we'll make that happen for y'all.

02:03:36.000 Alright, cool.

02:03:41.000 Alright, who's up next?

02:03:44.000 We got 5119.

02:03:49.000 5-1-1-9?

02:03:51.000 Go ahead, man.

02:03:53.000 Yeah, we got you.

02:03:56.000 Alright, cool.

02:03:57.000 I just want to say, that other caller with the whole password, bros, we don't claim them.

02:04:01.000 Nobody in chat.

02:04:01.000 We do not claim that, dude.

02:04:04.000 Alright, just to get that out of the way.

02:04:07.000 Alright, so you know you guys are the number one men improvement podcast in the world.

02:04:13.000 It's known.

02:04:14.000 It's known now.

02:04:14.000 So, the thing about it is that, you know, One day we'll, you know, graduate from life and the platform is only going to get bigger from now.

02:04:23.000 So it's only going to go up.

02:04:25.000 So like, what are you going to, if they're going to be like a successor or, or what?

02:04:32.000 Cause this is something, this is needed.

02:04:35.000 Like this is very, very important.

02:04:37.000 You can't just like stop at least to what I think.

02:04:40.000 So you got any like future plans, future plans?

02:04:43.000 uh we'll just keep giving you all the sauce man until they uh until we die or they cancel us yeah one or the other so you think you don't think that you're gonna like have like someone to take over nah man we're gonna do this for the long run bro we'll be like uh rogan but for for the boys for the homies Alright, 0.57

02:05:06.000 understandable.

02:05:07.000 That is legendary, I will say.

02:05:10.000 This is legendary.

02:05:11.000 I've been thinking about this for like a week, like a week and a half.

02:05:15.000 I'm like, this needs to keep on going.

02:05:18.000 Even through further generations.

02:05:20.000 I think this is very important.

02:05:22.000 Yeah, man.

02:05:22.000 You'll be able to share these episodes with your kids in the future, man.

02:05:25.000 I mean, that's why we kind of...

02:05:26.000 And we have all of our videos backed up, so if we ever do get canceled, we have them.

02:05:30.000 Yeah, man.

02:05:30.000 We got y'all, bro.

02:05:31.000 I genuinely do think when it comes to value and podcasts, etc., no one even comes close, man.

02:05:38.000 I put us up there with all the top...

02:05:41.000 Creators, because we actually give a lot of value.

02:05:43.000 Like, a lot of these guys, you know, oh, just entertainment.

02:05:45.000 Maybe, you know, like, we're giving y'all entertainment and education, man.

02:05:48.000 So, and we're keeping it real.

02:05:50.000 Like, we talk about topics, bro, that, like, other people will never touch, man, that are too scared.

02:05:55.000 Yeah.

02:05:56.000 That's true.

02:05:57.000 That's big, man.

02:05:59.000 That's real big.

02:06:00.000 You know, it's funny, because I was even, like, because my sister kind of fits in the whole statistic with the whole modern women thing. 0.88

02:06:06.000 She's not fully in those, but... 0.81

02:06:08.000 She kind of fits in there and I'm like teaching her like yo this and this and that and such and she was thinking like oh well uh why is it so important like what it doesn't matter because you know not one person can change the world and I'm like listen you'd be surprised how one person can spread out so much knowledge and it's like a trickling effect like that's real big like the mindset of like someone with the mindset of like oh well You're just one.

02:06:31.000 It doesn't matter.

02:06:32.000 You're just going to live free.

02:06:33.000 Yeah, sure.

02:06:34.000 They got the privilege to do so, but it's like, man, that's why we have to stand our ground.

02:06:39.000 We got to stand 10 toes no matter what.

02:06:41.000 Yeah.

02:06:42.000 Yeah.

02:06:42.000 We've talked about topics that no one will touch.

02:06:45.000 I won't even say it because we're on YouTube right now, but y'all know what it was.

02:06:48.000 Y'all know what it is.

02:06:51.000 Wrong sound effect.

02:06:54.000 But y'all know what it is, man.

02:06:56.000 Thank you, bro.

02:06:57.000 I appreciate that.

02:06:59.000 The best thing that you could do is just share the channel with a friend.

02:07:05.000 That's all we ask, man.

02:07:06.000 Like the video, share the channel with a friend, alright?

02:07:08.000 We're gonna move on to next call, though, because we still got a bunch of people on the line.

02:07:11.000 We got 5,000 y'all watching on YouTube, and then another, like, 5k y'all watching on Rumble, man.

02:07:15.000 So, guys, do us a favor.

02:07:17.000 Like the video on YouTube, and then...

02:07:18.000 Sub to Rumble, as well.

02:07:19.000 Sub to Rumble, man.

02:07:20.000 Let's get to 500k on Rumble. 0.94

02:07:21.000 Who's up next?

02:07:22.000 And Chris ain't got the cha-ching!

02:07:24.000 Oh, yeah, it's fine.

02:07:26.000 Who's up next?

02:07:27.000 3-3-3-9.

02:07:28.000 3-3-3-9, you up?

02:07:32.000 3-3-3-9.

02:07:35.000 Hello.

02:07:36.000 Yo.

02:07:37.000 We got you.

02:07:37.000 You all hear me?

02:07:38.000 Yeah, we got you, man.

02:07:39.000 All right.

02:07:40.000 I had a quick question.

02:07:43.000 So, I am in a relationship right now.

02:07:47.000 I work in construction.

02:07:48.000 I don't make too much money, but I just wanted your honest opinion.

02:07:52.000 You can be as brutally honest as possible.

02:07:54.000 Sure.

02:07:54.000 What do y'all think I should do to motivate myself?

02:07:58.000 Not motivate myself, but just get into a higher position where I can actually...

02:08:03.000 Not have to worry about getting cheated on or not have to worry about financial struggles and stuff.

02:08:10.000 23.

02:08:10.000 Where do you live?

02:08:14.000 Orlando, Florida.

02:08:15.000 How much do you earn per year?

02:08:19.000 I think last year, under 40K, so not a lot.

02:08:22.000 Hold on.

02:08:22.000 Does she make more than you?

02:08:27.000 She just got a pay raise. 1.00

02:08:28.000 She works at Disney, so she gets 17 an hour.

02:08:31.000 And how old is she?

02:08:34.000 Uh, 23.

02:08:35.000 How long y'all been together?

02:08:38.000 Uh, like five, almost five months now.

02:08:42.000 Um, you, are you, did you ask her or did she ask you?

02:08:49.000 What do you mean?

02:08:50.000 Like, uh, to be in a relationship?

02:08:51.000 Yeah.

02:08:54.000 So she had kind of prompted, and I was just still gauging, because I had just found out about your podcast before we started dating, and I was trying to gauge based on what I had learned from y'all.

02:09:04.000 And so from what I had seen so far, it seemed like a good thing, but I'm starting to see that there's a little bit of tension just because of financial issues, I can already tell.

02:09:14.000 Do you live with her?

02:09:15.000 Or does she live with you?

02:09:17.000 No.

02:09:18.000 No, we don't live together, but I'm basically at her house most of the time.

02:09:24.000 Okay, do you live with your parents or what?

02:09:27.000 Nah, I live with my two brothers.

02:09:30.000 I'm renting his...

02:09:31.000 So my brother owns a house.

02:09:32.000 Why are you always at her house?

02:09:36.000 Huh?

02:09:36.000 Why are you always at her house?

02:09:37.000 Yeah, why are you at her house all the time?

02:09:39.000 Oh, just...

02:09:40.000 That's one of the things that I started noticing once we started dating.

02:09:45.000 So it was like, hey, you know, we'll spend some time at your house and you spend some time at my house.

02:09:51.000 But then now it's like, oh...

02:09:52.000 I don't really want to go over there.

02:09:55.000 It's too far of a drive for her.

02:09:57.000 And so I was making a compromise and a sacrifice.

02:10:01.000 And so I'm starting to see the negative.

02:10:03.000 I'm going to be very blunt about this.

02:10:05.000 Number one, you're 23 years old, so you shouldn't even be in a serious relationship anyway.

02:10:09.000 Number two, you didn't vet her for long enough, my friend.

02:10:12.000 We tell you all the time you need to vet a girl for somewhere between six months to one year before you even think about taking her seriously and making her your main girl.

02:10:20.000 Number three, you're a brokie. 1.00

02:10:21.000 You need to make more money, and you need to stop being a fucking brokie. 1.00

02:10:24.000 So if that means working more hours at your construction job or getting another job, you need to make more money. 0.98

02:10:30.000 Making the amount of money that you make, which is, I think you said, under $40K, if I'm not mistaken, in Orlando, is damn near poverty, bro, especially since Florida has went up in price significantly thanks to all the New Yorkers that moved down here. 0.90

02:10:40.000 So what I would say is that be prepared.

02:10:58.000 So there's two things here, bro.

02:11:00.000 I think the question is wrong because you're framing it as a money issue.

02:11:05.000 Bro, you can tell Alfred she lost interest or she lost respect because if she's worried about driving to you, let's bro here.

02:11:11.000 If a girl's into you, bro, she'll drive from Orlando to Miami to friggin' Texas. 1.00

02:11:15.000 It doesn't really matter because she's into you. 0.98

02:11:17.000 If you don't drive to your crib, bro, that's a bigger issue because she's saying to your face, you know what?

02:11:21.000 You're not worth my time.

02:11:23.000 So offer it, bro.

02:11:24.000 I get the money part.

02:11:25.000 It might be an issue, but for the main thing, it might have been your frame because at that point, bro, she's already lost interest.

02:11:31.000 Number two, though, is that celebrities have money, bro, and they get paid on.

02:11:35.000 So the money is a factor.

02:11:37.000 We're not everything to end all be all. 0.97

02:11:38.000 So to be honest, bro, I think this shit's a wrap at this point, but hey, If you want to hold on for a little bit longer, but it's a wrap. 0.99

02:11:44.000 Yeah, your wife threw up way too prematurely, too. 0.98

02:11:47.000 She didn't earn it, and you didn't vet her long enough, which is why you're dealing with these problems now.

02:11:51.000 You just found our content, so it's fine.

02:11:51.000 But I get it.

02:11:53.000 I mean, obviously, the stuff that we talk about, a lot of other coaches aren't going to tell you this stuff because, you know, to be honest with you, most of the internet is cucked and aren't going to tell you this stuff.

02:12:02.000 But yeah, bro, what I would say is to get some of that leverage back is break up with her.

02:12:06.000 Yeah.

02:12:07.000 Break up with her.

02:12:07.000 Tell her, hey, I don't want to be with you anymore.

02:12:09.000 And then break up with her and then let her kind of figure out, let her mind race and figure out why you broke up with her because women don't get broken up with often. 1.00

02:12:15.000 And then just, you know, hang out with her, have sex with her, whatever it may be. 0.78

02:12:20.000 And then, you know, see other women and then get your money up, bro. 1.00

02:12:22.000 Because to be honest with you, you're a fucking bum right now. 0.99

02:12:25.000 See, the problem is, bro, in this situation, someone has to, like, submit. 1.00

02:12:30.000 And it looks like you submitted to her, which means you're following her pattern, her level of, like, I want to say, competency, which means you're going to her, and then she goes to you, which means you're following her pattern.

02:12:43.000 So, I mean, obviously, bro, at this point, it's probably over.

02:12:46.000 Yeah, you got to break up with her, bro.

02:12:47.000 Yeah.

02:12:47.000 Break up with her.

02:12:48.000 Get that leverage back.

02:12:49.000 If you want to continue to see her, I guess that's on you. 1.00

02:12:51.000 But the point is that you're not even in a position today to grow seriously because you're a fucking bum. 1.00

02:12:56.000 You're a loser. 1.00

02:12:57.000 I'm going to be all the way honest. 1.00

02:12:58.000 Plus, have fun, man.

02:12:59.000 Dude, you're 23 years old, bro.

02:13:00.000 Yeah, you shouldn't be in a serious relationship with a girl anyway. 0.76

02:13:02.000 And you didn't make her earn it, which is why she's behaving the way that she did.

02:13:04.000 So break up with her, man. 1.00

02:13:05.000 Bro, go there, drop out some dick, and then leave, bro. 1.00

02:13:07.000 Yeah, break up with her. 1.00

02:13:08.000 She's no longer your main girl. 1.00

02:13:09.000 She's penis only. 1.00

02:13:11.000 And honestly, at this point, if she gets mad about it, whatever, then you know where she stood the whole time. 0.99

02:13:17.000 And dude, once again, next time you deal with a girl, she's following your frame, you don't follow her frame. 1.00

02:13:23.000 Solid advice.

02:13:27.000 I appreciate it. 0.88

02:13:28.000 Yeah, right now you're a bum, but you can build yourself up.

02:13:31.000 So build yourself up, work more hours, make more money, break up with her, get some leverage back. 0.58

02:13:37.000 Do you go to the gym? 0.99

02:13:40.000 God damn it. 1.00

02:13:42.000 Okay, well make sure you're in the gym too and take care of yourself. 0.99

02:13:44.000 Alright, who's up next?

02:13:45.000 1-3-2-0?

02:13:48.000 1-3-2-0, you're up?

02:13:50.000 Okay, well make sure you're in the gym too and take care of yourself.

02:13:52.000 Okay, yo, yo, yo, we can hear ourselves on your thing, so mute your YouTube.

02:13:55.000 1-3-2-0?

02:13:58.000 Oh man, this guy.

02:14:00.000 Yo, can you hear me?

02:14:03.000 Yeah, we can hear you. 0.99

02:14:04.000 Turn the YouTube off in the background, goddammit. 0.74

02:14:08.000 Alright, yeah, I turned it down. 0.78

02:14:09.000 My bad.

02:14:11.000 Yeah, I have one question for y'all.

02:14:13.000 Go ahead.

02:14:15.000 So I know y'all had Zerker on?

02:14:19.000 What type of value does he provide?

02:14:19.000 Yeah.

02:14:22.000 Because honestly, it just seems like he does coke, he gets drunk, he's a fucking pedo and all that shit, but I don't know. 1.00

02:14:27.000 Y'all tell me. 1.00

02:14:28.000 He's entertaining, bro.

02:14:30.000 Anything else? 0.95

02:14:32.000 Nah, I'm a big fan of y'all, but are y'all ever going to have some e-commerce guys on the Money Mondays and shit, or nah?

02:14:41.000 I think we already had one. 0.56

02:14:42.000 Yeah.

02:14:42.000 We did.

02:14:43.000 We had KT Hustles, man.

02:14:44.000 Yeah. 0.99

02:14:46.000 Yeah, I never seen it, but I'll make sure to go back and shit, because I'm trying to do a dropshipping shit. 1.00

02:14:52.000 Yeah. 0.99

02:14:53.000 Money Monday, KT Hustles and Amazon.

02:14:55.000 Yeah.

02:14:56.000 And we'll bring it back too, so check it out, man.

02:14:59.000 Yo, guys, we drop a lot of content.

02:15:00.000 Y'all be asking questions for stuff that we already answered, bro.

02:15:02.000 If you're not sure, YouTube, if you're fit in the topic, you might find it right there.

02:15:05.000 Yeah, you'll probably find it, bro.

02:15:07.000 Guys, we've done thousands of episodes now at this point, man.

02:15:10.000 Nobody does more pods than we do.

02:15:12.000 And if you can't find it, go to Rumble.

02:15:16.000 Yeah, my bad, boy.

02:15:18.000 But, um...

02:15:19.000 Y'all think y'all could have Luke Belmar on your podcast one day or not?

02:15:23.000 Like, with y'all two.

02:15:24.000 Fresh and Myron.

02:15:26.000 Potentially.

02:15:27.000 I had him on.

02:15:27.000 Potentially.

02:15:28.000 Yeah, he had him on his stream, bro.

02:15:31.000 Go check it out.

02:15:33.000 Yeah, I've seen it.

02:15:33.000 I already seen it, bro.

02:15:35.000 A new one would be nice, but yeah, that's all I gotta say.

02:15:38.000 Peace out, boys.

02:15:39.000 Take it easy.

02:15:39.000 Alright, man.

02:15:40.000 Alright.

02:15:41.000 The girls just got here. 0.62

02:15:44.000 Let's go with the last five callers.

02:15:47.000 9207.

02:15:52.000 How's it going, gentlemen?

02:15:53.000 What's up, bro?

02:15:56.000 So, my question is, I'm at...

02:15:59.000 This past year was my first year pretty much touching 200,000.

02:16:04.000 We're pretty close to 197.

02:16:06.000 Now, my thing is I'm kind of like struggling to kind of like...

02:16:12.000 I think I'm getting like in the comfortable phase where I'm not working as many hours as I should.

02:16:19.000 So...

02:16:21.000 I don't know, maybe some advice on how I'm able to motivate myself to go for more and not necessarily get comfortable where I'm at.

02:16:31.000 Well, where do you live?

02:16:32.000 Do you live here in the States or where are you at?

02:16:35.000 Yeah, I live in Vegas.

02:16:37.000 What do you do?

02:16:41.000 I'm in the solar industry.

02:16:43.000 Okay.

02:16:43.000 So you have to make sales to make that kind of money.

02:16:49.000 Correct.

02:16:50.000 Yeah, so I do door knocking.

02:16:52.000 I have referrals, leads.

02:16:54.000 Alright, so you had one good year.

02:17:00.000 Well, I've been in solar for four years, so I've done six figures every year.

02:17:03.000 So between $150,000 to $200,000 in the past couple years.

02:17:07.000 Okay.

02:17:08.000 Well, I mean, at the end of the day, man, it's very self-motivated.

02:17:11.000 I mean, what do you enjoy doing?

02:17:15.000 Bro.

02:17:17.000 Um...

02:17:18.000 I'm a lot of time.

02:17:19.000 I mean, I play a lot of sports, so like soccer and stuff like that.

02:17:23.000 Okay.

02:17:24.000 We got something fresh?

02:17:24.000 What do you want to say?

02:17:25.000 So, caller, I think you need a brotherhood around you that's going to succeed in War 704 because you sound like you're a lone wolf and I can just tell you're low energy.

02:17:34.000 You're not really like motivated to do much.

02:17:36.000 And maybe because you're just by yourself, bro.

02:17:38.000 You might need people that actually move forward in life that want to do better.

02:17:40.000 So I would say join a network, join a community, either online or in person in your local area because, bro, you sound defeated, bro.

02:17:47.000 But the good news is they can change tomorrow if you decide to.

02:17:50.000 And if you want to work more hours, then friends that are doing that, like, for example, my room works very hard.

02:17:54.000 I work very hard.

02:17:55.000 It's like a back and forth.

02:17:57.000 It's not competition, but it's more like, you know what, motivating.

02:17:59.000 So people like that around you will help you move forward a lot faster.

02:18:02.000 Yeah.

02:18:02.000 And then also the other thing too, bro, is I don't know if you have any assets, but something that'll motivate you to work a little bit harder to earn more money is start investing in real estate, bro.

02:18:11.000 Start investing in asset classes that are going to pay you back money.

02:18:13.000 And it's kind of like a game.

02:18:15.000 So like for me, right, I've been investing in real estate and I have kind of a passive income amount that I want to make per month.

02:18:21.000 So my first goal was 10K per month, did that.

02:18:23.000 Then it was 20K, did that.

02:18:25.000 Now my goal is to hit 50K a month passively with real estate.

02:18:28.000 So that will keep you on the line also.

02:18:34.000 A goal without a deadline is just a dream.

02:18:36.000 So my goal is to hit that by next year.

02:18:40.000 Okay.

02:18:40.000 So that's what you need, man.

02:18:41.000 You need to set yourself up with some goals with actual deadlines so that it'll keep you accountable.

02:18:48.000 Cool?

02:18:50.000 Got it.

02:18:51.000 And also have a network of people to push you.

02:18:53.000 That right there, if you put those two things together, goals with deadlines, then a network of guys that are doing better than yourself, bro.

02:18:59.000 There's no way that you're not going to be motivated to go out there and chase it.

02:19:04.000 Yeah, that's true.

02:19:05.000 I haven't really gotten into masterminds or stuff like that.

02:19:08.000 You need to be around people that are doing better than yourself, bro.

02:19:12.000 Alright, call.

02:19:13.000 Alright.

02:19:15.000 Alright, man.

02:19:15.000 Thank you.

02:19:16.000 Alright, let's go with 0376.

02:19:22.000 Thomas.

02:19:24.000 Hey, guys.

02:19:25.000 Can you hear me okay?

02:19:26.000 Yes, sir.

02:19:28.000 Hit us with a question, bro.

02:19:29.000 Awesome.

02:19:29.000 Hey, yeah, yeah.

02:19:32.000 Name's Tom.

02:19:34.000 So my question centers around actually, it's probably a little more straightforward question, but really around how and when to enter the quote-unquote dating or sexual marketplace if I'm in what I consider a significant self-development phase.

02:19:55.000 You know, just got to the point of making six figures, been going to the gym pretty consistently, but I'm like, To what extent should I be dealing with women? 1.00

02:20:04.000 And what am I sacrificing?

02:20:07.000 How old are you?

02:20:09.000 Yes, sir.

02:20:10.000 I'm 28.

02:20:12.000 What's your lay count?

02:20:17.000 About five, five, six.

02:20:20.000 Okay.

02:20:21.000 And what do you do for work?

02:20:25.000 I'm in franchise sales.

02:20:26.000 Okay.

02:20:27.000 Where do you live?

02:20:30.000 Austin, Texas.

02:20:31.000 Austin Tech, okay.

02:20:32.000 That's a good city.

02:20:33.000 A lot of libs, but you'll be fine.

02:20:35.000 Bro, you need to get out like yesterday.

02:20:40.000 Get out and about.

02:20:42.000 Yeah, you need to get out like now.

02:20:45.000 Yeah, you need to get out.

02:20:47.000 You need to get on every single dating app.

02:20:49.000 You need to get out there and do cold approaches, whether it's a nighttime night game or day game.

02:20:55.000 Leverage social circle game.

02:20:56.000 You said that you're in sales, so you're probably going to have a network of people around you to some degree.

02:20:59.000 Mm-hmm.

02:21:01.000 And yeah, dude, you need to use Instagram.

02:21:04.000 Get your profile up.

02:21:04.000 You have the expendable income to take good pictures and set yourself up in a certain way.

02:21:08.000 Or you have a good Instagram profile.

02:21:09.000 But yeah, dude, you need to get out there and start hitting the streets.

02:21:12.000 So here's the schedule, bro.

02:21:14.000 You work your ass off, right?

02:21:16.000 We need to study.

02:21:17.000 Then when it's all said and done, then you go on your dating spree.

02:21:21.000 So work first, then fun later with girls after.

02:21:24.000 That's it.

02:21:25.000 Quick question.

02:21:26.000 Quick question for you guys on that.

02:21:31.000 So, I've recently been abstaining from alcohol.

02:21:34.000 That's good.

02:21:35.000 And I'm curious kind of what your thoughts are for someone that's not drinking and, you know, a lot of the...

02:21:42.000 You don't need to drink, bro.

02:21:43.000 Yeah, we didn't drink for a long time.

02:21:45.000 You don't need to drink.

02:21:45.000 We only drink now.

02:21:49.000 Cool.

02:21:50.000 Okay.

02:21:51.000 Yeah, you don't need to drink.

02:21:52.000 Don't let nobody peer pressure you either.

02:21:54.000 Actually, you'll do better...

02:21:55.000 Get a mocktail if you want.

02:21:56.000 You'll do better sober...

02:21:58.000 Doing this than doing it drunk.

02:21:59.000 Yeah.

02:22:00.000 You don't gotta drink, bro.

02:22:02.000 Yeah.

02:22:03.000 Good point.

02:22:04.000 Good point.

02:22:06.000 Cool.

02:22:07.000 Yeah.

02:22:08.000 You know what you gotta do.

02:22:09.000 You just need us to nudge you a bit and tell you to go outside.

02:22:11.000 But go outside. 0.98

02:22:12.000 Stop being a weirdo. 0.57

02:22:13.000 Go out there. 0.95

02:22:14.000 Talk to women. 1.00

02:22:14.000 Cold approach. 1.00

02:22:16.000 Face those rejections because girls are absolutely going to reject you. 0.99

02:22:19.000 You're going to come off as weird and shy and timid in the beginning.

02:22:21.000 But it's cool.

02:22:22.000 Become desensitized to it.

02:22:23.000 Make a bunch of cold approaches.

02:22:24.000 And you'll figure it out, bro.

02:22:26.000 You'll be good.

02:22:29.000 Word up.

02:22:30.000 Okay, thank you guys.

02:22:30.000 I appreciate it.

02:22:31.000 No problem.

02:22:32.000 Don't be scared.

02:22:33.000 Embrace the rejection.

02:22:35.000 Alright, who's up next?

02:22:36.000 Let's go with 8047.

02:22:37.000 Jimmy G. It's been waiting.

02:22:40.000 What's up, man?

02:22:41.000 Hello?

02:22:42.000 What's up?

02:22:43.000 What's going on?

02:22:44.000 Got a merch idea.

02:22:46.000 We got to get maybe some t-shirts.

02:22:49.000 Definitely a print with Abdul Get The Rocks.

02:22:52.000 We got to get a photo shoot with Myron. 1.00

02:22:55.000 Looking like a sheik and shit. 1.00

02:22:58.000 Alright. 0.99

02:22:59.000 That's pretty funny.

02:23:00.000 Probably get us banned, but okay.

02:23:03.000 I said it'll probably get us banned, but okay.

02:23:06.000 I'll do it at the rocks.

02:23:07.000 Habibi! 0.93

02:23:08.000 Just get a little print, bro.

02:23:12.000 I'll hang it up in my room.

02:23:14.000 Habibi! 0.93

02:23:15.000 That's it?

02:23:15.000 Real quick, what do you think of Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, these guys in their 80s having kids?

02:23:22.000 Fantastic.

02:23:23.000 That's great.

02:23:25.000 Amazing.

02:23:25.000 You think that's great?

02:23:27.000 Yeah, why not, bro?

02:23:28.000 They got the money and time.

02:23:31.000 Infrastructure and power. 0.98

02:23:32.000 Yeah, they're going to be financially taken care of, but you don't think those kids are going to be fucked up? 0.97

02:23:37.000 Why? 0.99

02:23:38.000 Why would they be fucked up? 1.00

02:23:39.000 I mean, niggas having kids young and still fucked up. 1.00

02:23:42.000 Yo, yo, think about it, bro. 1.00

02:23:44.000 Right now, people have kids like 18, 19, and they're still fucked up. 0.99

02:23:47.000 Yeah. 0.97

02:23:48.000 At least they'll have the security and stability to be okay, and then their dad's a G. What are they going to do? 0.99

02:23:55.000 Watch fucking Goodfellas? 0.99

02:23:58.000 Yeah! 1.00

02:23:59.000 Well, I mean, they'll be like, damn, my dad's a somebody. 0.99

02:24:01.000 Like, they'll be proud of their father. 0.99

02:24:03.000 They'll get a good 20 years with him.

02:24:04.000 Yeah, but...

02:24:05.000 20 years?

02:24:07.000 Yeah, man.

02:24:08.000 People are living to 100, bro.

02:24:11.000 Yeah.

02:24:13.000 Alright.

02:24:14.000 And some kids don't have dads.

02:24:17.000 Exactly.

02:24:18.000 Like you.

02:24:19.000 I mean, is it optimal to have kids at 80 years old?

02:24:21.000 Probably not.

02:24:22.000 But, I mean, yo, hey... 1.00

02:24:27.000 Yeah, they're fucking. 1.00

02:24:27.000 I get it. 1.00

02:24:28.000 I love y'all.

02:24:29.000 Appreciate the content.

02:24:30.000 Thanks.

02:24:31.000 That was a strange question, but okay.

02:24:33.000 Alright, let's go with 77736.

02:24:36.000 Last two.

02:24:38.000 Chris, what's up?

02:24:38.000 We're going to do after hours at what?

02:24:40.000 930?

02:24:40.000 Yeah, let's push it.

02:24:41.000 Alright, that's cool.

02:24:42.000 Well, yeah, Chris, because you got...

02:24:45.000 Who's this?

02:24:49.000 Hello?

02:24:50.000 Yeah, what's up, man?

02:24:52.000 Hey, what's up, guys?

02:24:53.000 Hey, I just want to say shout out Fresh and Fit.

02:24:56.000 I want to keep the YouTube clean.

02:24:58.000 I don't want y'all getting banned again.

02:24:59.000 But about nine or ten months ago, I was depressed.

02:25:04.000 I didn't know what I was doing.

02:25:05.000 I found y'all's podcast.

02:25:07.000 And I can genuinely say it saved my life.

02:25:10.000 I've doubled my income.

02:25:12.000 I'm on the way to six figures at the end of the year.

02:25:14.000 Nice.

02:25:16.000 You guys' podcast has truly changed my life.

02:25:18.000 And I know you guys are out here changing so many other people's lives.

02:25:21.000 So thank you guys so much.

02:25:23.000 I just have one question though.

02:25:25.000 Where does the Don DeMarco come from?

02:25:27.000 It comes from, if you ever watch Smack URL DVD, or what do they call it?

02:25:34.000 They call it URL right now.

02:25:36.000 But it used to be from Smack DVD when they had the rap battles.

02:25:39.000 So anytime someone drops a bar or anything like that, they say Don DeMarco.

02:25:42.000 So that's where it comes from.

02:25:43.000 And shout out to SoloTV84.

02:25:45.000 And SoloTV84 was originally used in that. 0.99

02:25:47.000 I was like, oh, this shit is hilarious.

02:25:49.000 So yeah, we started putting it in ours. 0.99

02:25:50.000 He was the first one to use that sound effect and we stole it from him.

02:25:54.000 So shout out to SoloTV84.

02:25:55.000 Give credit where it's due.

02:25:57.000 And DJ Don DeMarco!

02:26:01.000 Don DeMarco!

02:26:02.000 I'm going to be hitting you up about that consultation stuff pretty soon.

02:26:05.000 Sure.

02:26:07.000 Whenever you're ready.

02:26:08.000 But thank you guys so much.

02:26:11.000 I appreciate y'all.

02:26:12.000 You guys are saving lives out here.

02:26:13.000 Thank you.

02:26:13.000 I appreciate that, my friend.

02:26:14.000 And then, yo, real quick, guys.

02:26:15.000 I see that we got 4.9k y'all watching on YouTube and then another 5k on Rumble.

02:26:19.000 Do me a favor, bro.

02:26:21.000 We only got 2.2k likes on YouTube.

02:26:22.000 Can you guys do us a solid and get us up to...

02:26:26.000 6K on Rumble?

02:26:26.000 Okay.

02:26:27.000 So we got over 10,000 of y'all watching right now between the two platforms.

02:26:30.000 Can you guys do me a quick favor and then go on YouTube and hit that like button?

02:26:34.000 Because we only got 2.2K. And as y'all know, we're on YouTube jail for about two weeks.

02:26:37.000 So the engagement that you guys give us will help us a lot with getting back up in the algorithm because, yeah, we're on YouTube jail, man, for giving y'all certain types of content that isn't...

02:26:47.000 YouTube friendly.

02:26:48.000 So that's all I asked, man.

02:26:48.000 It's just like the video, man.

02:26:49.000 We really would appreciate it.

02:26:52.000 There's 4.9K, y'all.

02:26:53.000 So we should easily be at like 5K likes right now.

02:26:55.000 Come on, man.

02:26:56.000 Get the engagement up, guys.

02:26:57.000 All right.

02:26:57.000 Who's up next?

02:26:58.000 All right.

02:26:59.000 1087.

02:26:59.000 Last caller.

02:27:00.000 All right.

02:27:00.000 1087.

02:27:01.000 Hit us with it.

02:27:05.000 How's it going?

02:27:05.000 Can y'all hear me?

02:27:06.000 Yeah, we got you, bro.

02:27:09.000 First, I just want to give y'all your flowers for putting in the work and empowering men all around the world.

02:27:14.000 But...

02:27:15.000 My question is, you know, I've really started dedicating myself to my vision and I've gone all in with these last couple months.

02:27:22.000 I've been traveling, going place to place, going on podcasts and things like that, trying to build a presence on social media.

02:27:30.000 It's been tough, but, you know, I'm staying positive.

02:27:33.000 I'm believing in myself.

02:27:34.000 Do you guys have any advice on how to, like, build social media presence and moving forward on podcasts and things like that?

02:27:42.000 Yeah, bro.

02:27:43.000 It's definitely going to be a part of the struggle because I know most people want to build their brand on social media.

02:27:49.000 That's going to be their first question.

02:27:51.000 I would say start off by first creating content consistently.

02:27:55.000 So you're going to make multiple videos.

02:27:57.000 Reels is doing really good now.

02:27:59.000 Shorts are doing really good right now as well.

02:28:00.000 TikTok as well.

02:28:01.000 I would do the podcast that you're doing right now.

02:28:04.000 Clip it up into shorts and reels.

02:28:06.000 Post it on YouTube.

02:28:07.000 Post it on Instagram.

02:28:08.000 And I have a call to action on each short.

02:28:12.000 To watch a full podcast, click here.

02:28:14.000 Then, once that's done, you want to start promoting it on different channels, different platforms.

02:28:21.000 And then if you want to go extreme, you can pay for ads as well to promote those shorts and clips.

02:28:27.000 That's a good start.

02:28:28.000 My struggle with it has been because before I started doing this, I was doing self-improvement.

02:28:35.000 More like spiritual improvement kind of content.

02:28:38.000 Then I started transitioning a little bit to like the Red Pill Conversations. 0.73

02:28:43.000 So I had like 30k on YouTube and I was developing like following on TikTok.

02:28:49.000 But I noticed like once I made the transition to like Red Pill Conversations that it just became harder to like outsource and reach external audiences.

02:28:58.000 Yeah, it definitely will be.

02:29:00.000 You're going to be put into a box.

02:29:02.000 That's the reality of the space.

02:29:06.000 Because I have like 30k on YouTube and then I transition and obviously you're going to lose following because the topic is changing.

02:29:12.000 People don't want to hear the stuff you're talking about.

02:29:14.000 They followed you for whatever.

02:29:17.000 So I guess my last final question was, should I just keep going wherever I got to go?

02:29:24.000 Flying, networking, because that's what I've been doing.

02:29:26.000 I've been networking with other influencers, other people on podcasts.

02:29:29.000 And just trying to build connections.

02:29:31.000 Is that what I should keep doing?

02:29:33.000 Yeah, bro.

02:29:33.000 I mean, dude, that's the grunt work, man.

02:29:35.000 It looks easy, but it's not.

02:29:37.000 That's the part of the game.

02:29:38.000 People don't want to do it, but you got to do it.

02:29:40.000 Especially for RP content.

02:29:44.000 Yeah.

02:29:45.000 Well, I appreciate the advice, man.

02:29:47.000 Cool, bro.

02:29:48.000 Cool.

02:29:48.000 All right.

02:29:50.000 And then, where are we at here with Chris?

02:29:53.000 We at Chats?

02:29:54.000 Yeah.

02:29:55.000 Alright, I'll read these chats.

02:29:56.000 Okay, we got here, um, African God goes, Myron, when are you gonna get right with God or you are just delaying the inevitable comeback to Allah? 0.93

02:30:03.000 I will, don't worry, eventually.

02:30:06.000 Um...

02:30:07.000 Danny Garcia goes, I just finished school and got a job as an auditor slash bartender on the weekends.

02:30:12.000 I decided to get my CPA. I got money saved in the stocks, high-yield savings accounts, main bank and cash soon.

02:30:18.000 I'm 25.

02:30:18.000 I'm hungry.

02:30:19.000 Any advice on how to increase my network slash net worth?

02:30:21.000 Keep doing what you're doing, my friend.

02:30:22.000 I know it's boring, but consistency plus time equals results, especially when it comes to investing and making money.

02:30:27.000 Mohamed Kam goes, Bigger, Fresh and Fit.

02:30:29.000 Y'all are legends.

02:30:30.000 Got heartbroken a while ago.

02:30:30.000 I'm a business owner.

02:30:32.000 I was launching the business and I just won my first major contract last week.

02:30:36.000 I listened to your show while I'm grinding.

02:30:37.000 Keep up the work.

02:30:38.000 Hey, bro. 1.00

02:30:39.000 Fuck that bitch. 1.00

02:30:39.000 It is what it is, man. 1.00

02:30:40.000 It's part of business, bro.

02:30:41.000 Yeah, it's part of the game, my friend.

02:30:42.000 And then here's the thing, too.

02:30:44.000 If she tries to come back, you do not take her back.

02:30:47.000 All right, bro?

02:30:48.000 Because I'm telling y'all, when women break up with you, what that effectively means is I am not betting on your future, which is cool.

02:30:55.000 Let her go ahead and make that bet. 1.00

02:30:56.000 But you're not going to go ahead and be a savior either.

02:30:59.000 If she made that decision, cool. 1.00

02:31:01.000 Penis only. 0.99

02:31:02.000 I'm going to put my house for rent. 0.99

02:31:04.000 Have you heard of RentReady app?

02:31:06.000 If so, what's your opinion on it?

02:31:08.000 I've never used it.

02:31:08.000 If it works, it works.

02:31:09.000 I mean, use it, bro.

02:31:10.000 Yeah.

02:31:11.000 But if it works, it works.

02:31:12.000 Just make sure that you're putting your rent at market prices.

02:31:15.000 Yeah.

02:31:16.000 Okay?

02:31:16.000 And if you really want to be competitive, put it maybe 50 to 100 below market rent.

02:31:20.000 So that way, it'll be a little bit easier for you to get it in.

02:31:23.000 Cesar Aguilar, hey, Fresh and Fit.

02:31:25.000 What if no one in my region does car wraps?

02:31:28.000 Would it be a smart move to be the only car wrapper in the area?

02:31:30.000 And what do you mean by finding an investor?

02:31:32.000 So if you're the only one in the area, that's great.

02:31:32.000 Yeah, bro.

02:31:35.000 But like I said before, you need to find a way to actually have customers ready lined up so that you can have a basis.

02:31:40.000 Okay, cool.

02:31:41.000 If I open the shop up tomorrow or in a month, because my customer list, are they actually going to come through?

02:31:46.000 So let's say you find like 10 customers, right?

02:31:48.000 Out of that 10, how many are actually viable to come to your shop and actually get the car wraps?

02:31:52.000 Because they may say, oh yeah, I'll do it, bro.

02:31:53.000 I'll do it for you, bro.

02:31:54.000 And then they don't show up.

02:31:56.000 So let's say find at least 20 to 50 customers.

02:31:58.000 If you could do a mobile, that'd be even better.

02:32:00.000 That's true.

02:32:01.000 You can do a mobile.

02:32:02.000 I mean, if you can do mobile, that'd be great, but that's a lot of work.

02:32:06.000 You gotta have a lot of things you gotta buy.

02:32:08.000 Which is why I say an investor.

02:32:10.000 When I say investor, I mean someone that's actually willing to put money to the company with you.

02:32:13.000 It could be a split or a percentage that you agree on, but again...

02:32:18.000 If you can find the customers beforehand so it's ready to go and maybe find a location or have like a place you could rent, then I would say go for it if you're the only person in the area.

02:32:28.000 But once again, look at the demand first, then make a move from there.

02:32:32.000 But don't just jump into it.

02:32:32.000 Oh yeah, I could do this easily.

02:32:34.000 Find the demand first and then hop into it.

02:32:36.000 Yeah.

02:32:37.000 All right.

02:32:38.000 Hey, guys, I just turned 18.

02:32:39.000 I haven't had a job yet, but I want to start working because I live with my mom and she works very hard and is kind of an alcoholic.

02:32:43.000 What is a good job to take care of my mom and myself?

02:32:45.000 Whatever job you can get.

02:32:46.000 Do anything right now, bro.

02:32:47.000 Do anything right now.

02:32:48.000 Get that money in.

02:32:49.000 And here's the other thing, too, for all you young guys out there that say, oh, I want to find my purpose.

02:32:52.000 I'll be out of a thousand with y'all.

02:32:53.000 A lot of you guys haven't earned the right to find your purpose.

02:32:55.000 You got to work a job, make money, and then once you learn a skill set and you have some expendable income, then you go ahead and focus on finding your purpose.

02:33:01.000 But in the beginning, you just got to work a job, make money, save that money, and invest into something that you can go ahead and do more long-term.

02:33:08.000 Yeah, purpose sounds good.

02:33:09.000 Yeah, purpose sounds good, but a lot of y'all haven't earned the right, right?

02:33:11.000 Or excuse me, the privilege.

02:33:13.000 You haven't earned the privilege to chase your purpose.

02:33:15.000 You got to get money first.

02:33:17.000 Cynthia Ramirez.

02:33:18.000 Hi, guys.

02:33:19.000 Anomaly news, analysis, and hip-hop here on YouTube would be a great guest to school the viewers on Future Candidates.

02:33:24.000 He's incredibly knowledgeable.

02:33:25.000 Oh, cool.

02:33:27.000 I don't know who that is.

02:33:28.000 Me either.

02:33:29.000 Yeah, I have zero clue.

02:33:30.000 I'm 24 and balding pretty bad from hairline.

02:33:32.000 RIP bad genes.

02:33:33.000 What hair transplant clinic would you recommend and what doctor did you use?

02:33:36.000 I will bring him on the show for y'all.

02:33:38.000 Don't worry.

02:33:38.000 That's coming soon.

02:33:39.000 Glad to see y'all back in action on YouTube.

02:33:41.000 Just one question, Myron.

02:33:42.000 Who hurt you?

02:33:42.000 That's from Aaron Martinez.

02:33:43.000 Thanks, Aaron.

02:33:44.000 I appreciate that.

02:33:46.000 Finesse two times.

02:33:47.000 I think that's a rapper.

02:33:48.000 Okay.

02:33:50.000 I don't know who the hell that is, but okay.

02:33:53.000 Nassim Abdel goes, I'm 22 years old, just graduated college in May and now working in asset management in New York City.

02:33:58.000 When it comes to corporate jobs, leadership is one of the best skills to have.

02:34:02.000 Was wondering what traits you believe makes a good leader.

02:34:07.000 A good trait.

02:34:08.000 Public speaking is a very underrated one.

02:34:10.000 You need to be able to speak publicly.

02:34:12.000 You need to be able to speak with conviction and speak from the active voice and not the passive voice.

02:34:16.000 And be humble.

02:34:17.000 Yes, to a degree, yes.

02:34:19.000 But you still gotta be confident.

02:34:20.000 It's a very delicate balance.

02:34:22.000 Christopher Faber goes, I'm a truck driver and on my free time I go to the gym and also train in martial arts.

02:34:27.000 I also recently just bought David Omari's YouTube automation to make sad money.

02:34:30.000 I have no time for females. 1.00

02:34:31.000 Shouldn't make time for them.

02:34:32.000 It'd be lonely sometimes.

02:34:34.000 Bro, like I said earlier.

02:34:35.000 And then you'll have some downtime.

02:34:37.000 Grind All day.

02:34:39.000 And then when you're free, maybe a day during the week or after you're finished with your work schedule, then go on dates.

02:34:46.000 Simple.

02:34:47.000 Bam.

02:34:47.000 It's not rocket science, bro.

02:34:49.000 Yeah.

02:34:50.000 And then what do we got here up next?

02:34:52.000 Everblazer goes, W Fresh, I took the advice you gave to someone last call in show about the book called Set for Life.

02:34:57.000 Now I have a new financial perspective to move forward with.

02:34:59.000 Hopefully you got some space for me to join the network soon.

02:35:01.000 Hop in, bro.

02:35:02.000 I got you, man.

02:35:03.000 And then Spider, 20 bucks.

02:35:04.000 Appreciate that, Spider.

02:35:05.000 Thank you so much.

02:35:06.000 And then we got Snooki goes, I will say I wasn't a fresh hater, but I kind of thought he needs to work on his social skills, but I will say he has honestly been amazing lately and changing.

02:35:14.000 Honestly, awesome to watch you approve, bro.

02:35:16.000 He's way more bold.

02:35:17.000 Thanks, bro.

02:35:18.000 I'm in the gym.

02:35:18.000 Yeah.

02:35:19.000 And then we got Hungry Nomads goes, your life is going to reflect the choices you make.

02:35:23.000 Follow your purpose, learn game, and hold your frame.

02:35:24.000 You can't vet your long-term partner, take the L, put them on a pedestal, get played.

02:35:28.000 Won't need a passport for that.

02:35:29.000 That's true.

02:35:30.000 Yves Simonis goes, fresh, the fat pockets on your face is decreasing.

02:35:33.000 You're on the right track, boss, man.

02:35:35.000 Congrats.

02:35:36.000 That is the first time he ever gave me a compliment.

02:35:40.000 Thank you, bro.

02:35:41.000 I appreciate that.

02:35:43.000 Okay.

02:35:44.000 So we're caught up on YouTube and then Rumble Rants here.

02:35:46.000 We got Best Music 2000.

02:35:53.000 We're in YouTube jail.

02:35:54.000 We're coming off YouTube jail, so we're taking it a bit easy, but don't worry.

02:35:57.000 We will definitely stay raw.

02:35:59.000 Can you tell my bro and Khaled to stop making excuses and to get his work van for his business?

02:36:03.000 I want to see results.

02:36:04.000 And also, can you give a shout out to Brian, Gio, and Eric?

02:36:07.000 They watch the show too.

02:36:09.000 Chow to y'all.

02:36:09.000 Chow to y'all?

02:36:10.000 Yeah, man.

02:36:11.000 Top five rappers.

02:36:12.000 Eminem, Biggie, Tupac, Jay-Z, and us.

02:36:14.000 Okay.

02:36:15.000 That's a decent list.

02:36:16.000 Yeah.

02:36:16.000 Get Richard Gambler on IG to come to the podcast.

02:36:18.000 If you've heard of SS3 Game Series, you know what I'm saying.

02:36:21.000 Haha.

02:36:22.000 G. He said he will contact you guys.

02:36:25.000 Message Aaron on IG. Guys, we don't just bring anybody on the pod.

02:36:28.000 I don't know who that is.

02:36:29.000 Yeah.

02:36:30.000 I'm not going to ask the guys.

02:36:31.000 And yeah, bro.

02:36:32.000 We're real picky on who we bring on the pod, guys.

02:36:34.000 So we don't just bring anybody on.

02:36:36.000 So I get it.

02:36:37.000 If you guys request someone often enough, then we'll look into it.

02:36:40.000 But in general, we don't just bring anybody on unless we think that they're going to provide some kind of value or if it makes sense for us.

02:36:47.000 So it is what it is.

02:36:50.000 Cool.
