00:00:00.000 Thank you.
00:13:08.000 I'm excited to have him.
00:13:09.000 Let's get into it, Barry!
00:13:09.000 Let's go.
00:14:01.000 Welcome to the Frustrated Podcast, regular edition, man.
00:14:03.000 We're joined by Greg Doucette.
00:14:04.000 Happy to have you finally in studio, man.
00:14:06.000 Last time we had you on, I think it was maybe roughly a year ago.
00:14:09.000 You were back in Canada.
00:14:11.000 We had to do it remote because of some other reasons, which I'll let you explain.
00:14:15.000 But, man, welcome to the show.
00:14:16.000 Happy to have you.
00:14:18.000 Live in person.
00:14:19.000 For those that aren't familiar with you, Greg, can you please introduce yourself to the people?
00:14:23.000 Well, I'm happy to be back.
00:14:24.000 They let me across the border.
00:14:25.000 This is amazing.
00:14:27.000 Basically, everyone calls me Coach Greg.
00:14:28.000 I've been a professional bodybuilder for many years, powerlifter.
00:14:32.000 And in the last several years, I've gotten to YouTube.
00:14:34.000 And basically, I comment on fitness, health, and what's going on in the industry.
00:14:40.000 I think that's what I'm most known for, maybe doing natty or not on people.
00:14:43.000 But I just have fun.
00:14:45.000 I put out one or two videos a day, and I'm loving my life.
00:14:48.000 Yeah, I would say definitely probably the number one fitness commentary channel.
00:14:53.000 Anytime I want to get news or what's going on in the fitness world.
00:14:57.000 I'm not in it like that as much, but it's always, you know, could catch up through you, so thank you for that, man.
00:15:01.000 Awesome.
00:15:01.000 That's what I like to hear.
00:15:03.000 Yeah.
00:15:03.000 And it's funny, you guys did an actual Jubilee episode.
00:15:06.000 Yes.
00:15:06.000 That went viral.
00:15:07.000 Yes.
00:15:07.000 That was insane with comments.
00:15:09.000 Greg was the only guy on my side, man.
00:15:10.000 He was the only guy supporting me, man.
00:15:12.000 I was there with those Wookiees out there in LA. How dare you!
00:15:17.000 And, you know, we had a debate on fat people, and Greg was there, you know, even though it's not the popular thing to do, because we were surrounded, bro.
00:15:23.000 Everyone there was super...
00:15:24.000 Liberal.
00:15:24.000 Liberal, man.
00:15:25.000 How dare you?
00:15:26.000 But no, I guess, what was your experience like on that Jubilee thing?
00:15:30.000 Because I think that's the most commented video they've had since.
00:15:32.000 I would argue it probably is.
00:15:33.000 Yeah, well, it was a fantastic experience.
00:15:36.000 And I agree with everything you were saying.
00:15:38.000 You just go and say it in a stronger way than me.
00:15:41.000 But I'm on the same page.
00:15:43.000 Everything made sense.
00:15:44.000 But half the people on the panel were gay.
00:15:46.000 And I'm like, these are not real opinions.
00:15:50.000 It's like, are you serious right now?
00:15:53.000 Yeah.
00:15:53.000 Yeah, it was definitely...
00:15:55.000 We were outnumbered, I'll say that.
00:15:59.000 So what's new with you, man?
00:16:00.000 I know, obviously, before you had some situations where you couldn't come in.
00:16:03.000 How'd you go about being able to get let back into the country?
00:16:06.000 Because we know that U.S. customs can be pretty tough, especially with Trump in now.
00:16:09.000 Well, I had a criminal record, so I couldn't go to the States for about 10 years.
00:16:13.000 They let me in for a year.
00:16:14.000 If I was a good boy, which I was, they said they'd let me back in.
00:16:17.000 And unfortunately, it took 11 months to process my paperwork, so I couldn't go to the States again.
00:16:23.000 They've let me back in.
00:16:24.000 It's been a week, and so I'm already here.
00:16:26.000 Yeah.
00:16:27.000 And it was something like with the...
00:16:28.000 I mean, if you could talk about it.
00:16:29.000 I think it's done.
00:16:30.000 This is like a decade, like almost a decade.
00:16:32.000 It's over 10 years ago.
00:16:33.000 Yeah.
00:16:33.000 Something to do with like...
00:16:35.000 I was selling steroids.
00:16:36.000 Okay.
00:16:37.000 And like, you got caught in the United States with them?
00:16:39.000 No.
00:16:40.000 I was only in Canada.
00:16:42.000 It was in...
00:16:42.000 And see, the thing is with Canada versus the United States.
00:16:45.000 Steroids are illegal in the United States.
00:16:47.000 In Canada, they're legal.
00:16:49.000 I can use them.
00:16:50.000 The problem is you can't sell them.
00:16:52.000 And so I was selling them to my friends, people I was coaching, and so eventually they caught on and, you know, that's where it went wrong.
00:17:00.000 Gotcha.
00:17:00.000 Was it like RCMP or CBSA? CBSA, yeah, exactly.
00:17:05.000 The RCMP don't care.
00:17:06.000 Half of them are using it.
00:17:08.000 Like, literally.
00:17:09.000 And for those that are wondering, for the American people, RCMP guys is like their equivalent of the FBI. Or police, I guess.
00:17:15.000 Yeah, it's like their national police.
00:17:17.000 And then CBSA would be the equivalent to, like, our Customs and Border Protection.
00:17:20.000 Yes, exactly.
00:17:21.000 So it was...
00:17:22.000 CBSA, like, were you trying to come in or go out?
00:17:25.000 I had products that had come in across from, like, China and whatnot, yeah.
00:17:29.000 So they intercepted the package and then...
00:17:31.000 Packages.
00:17:31.000 A lot of them.
00:17:32.000 Okay.
00:17:33.000 But with very small amounts.
00:17:34.000 And then did they, like, do the whole...
00:17:36.000 What we call in America, controlled delivery, where they deliver the drugs and then they...
00:17:40.000 No, they just burst.
00:17:41.000 They just bust the door down.
00:17:42.000 Yeah.
00:17:43.000 They didn't even bother.
00:17:44.000 We know what's going here.
00:17:45.000 They had followed me for a long time, yeah.
00:17:47.000 Oh, wow.
00:17:49.000 You know, that's crazy, though, because, you know, even in America, even though steroids are illegal, it's very tough to get, like, a steroid case prosecuted federally by the feds.
00:17:58.000 Like, you need a lot of it.
00:17:59.000 Or it needs to be someone that's like...
00:18:01.000 In a trusted position doing it.
00:18:02.000 I remember we did a steroid case on some cops in Connecticut.
00:18:06.000 Well, I was told from my former fitness bodybuilder that most people are using it anyway.
00:18:11.000 In the competitions.
00:18:12.000 Like, if you're not using it, you're kind of like losing.
00:18:13.000 Oh, yeah.
00:18:14.000 I mean, it's so common, but I think people don't want to talk about it.
00:18:17.000 They want to keep it hush-hush.
00:18:18.000 I'm very open what's going on.
00:18:19.000 But, I mean, what I think is I have a very good story because I literally abused steroids for 10 years and then stopped them.
00:18:25.000 For the last five, I've stopped.
00:18:26.000 But I'm only on HRT prescribed by my doctor.
00:18:28.000 And my message on my YouTube channel is not to do it, that you're going to regret it.
00:18:32.000 You got these young guys like Sam Sulik or Chris Bumstead.
00:18:35.000 They've got...
00:18:36.000 Millions of followers, they have incredible physiques, and these young guys, teenagers, see that, and they have an admiration of them.
00:18:43.000 They want to be like them, and so they will start using steroids.
00:18:45.000 Every year, it seems the guys get younger.
00:18:47.000 And so, I'm an older guy, I'm 49, you know, I'm pushing 50, 50 keys of Turk across the border, but that's a different story.
00:18:54.000 And so, I'm like, guys, you eventually regret it.
00:18:58.000 Like, I'm old enough.
00:18:59.000 And they're young, and they're like, I'll never do that.
00:19:02.000 I'm like, I was once you.
00:19:03.000 All these 22-year-olds, they're thinking I'm just some old guy.
00:19:06.000 I was 22. And so now that I'm older, I have the wisdom.
00:19:09.000 And so when I warn people, it's like, I'm speaking from experience.
00:19:12.000 I think I'm somebody that people can listen to.
00:19:14.000 Like, I'm very honest, open, transparent.
00:19:15.000 I tell you what I think.
00:19:16.000 And so when I'm telling you, you're on steroids in your 20s, and eventually you're going to be 50, you're going to look back and be like, why did I do this?
00:19:22.000 I'm not kidding.
00:19:24.000 And, you know, that's kind of a refreshing change because...
00:19:26.000 You know, I remember when I was consuming a lot of, you know, fitness YouTube stuff from the early 2010s up until about 2017-ish, right?
00:19:33.000 And I might be showing my datedness here, but I remember talking about gear, as they would call it, was taboo.
00:19:40.000 Like, you know, no one would ever admit it.
00:19:42.000 Everyone was, you know, what they would call fake natty or half natty or whatever it may be.
00:19:46.000 And it was just a taboo thing that no one wanted to touch because, you know, they didn't want to lose their sponsorship with Jim Shark or Owen or one of these other big companies.
00:19:54.000 But now it seems as though, you know, if you aren't transparent about it, you're basically cooked, right?
00:20:01.000 So lying is no longer the way versus, I remember, no one would admit that they were on it before.
00:20:05.000 I mean, does Michael Hearn still run around and say he's natural?
00:20:07.000 He still says he's mad in his 50s.
00:20:10.000 I mean, he must be from Krypton because no one looks like that in their 50s.
00:20:14.000 But people still believe it.
00:20:16.000 Wow.
00:20:17.000 So, what would you say are like some of the biggest differences, I guess, within like the last, well damn near a decade now, of, you know, fitness YouTube, where before it used to be very bad to admit that stuff, but there's like guys like Chris Bumstead, etc., do they admit that they're on gear?
00:20:30.000 Yes.
00:20:31.000 They do, right?
00:20:31.000 I would say the biggest difference is...
00:20:32.000 Chris and Phil Heath would never.
00:20:33.000 No, no.
00:20:34.000 During his era.
00:20:35.000 The biggest difference is people are now not only...
00:20:37.000 Admitting to it, they're promoting it.
00:20:39.000 They're getting glorified.
00:20:40.000 They're making money from it.
00:20:41.000 Guys like Togi that literally are like, I gamble, I do rec drugs, and I do gear, and I do it on purpose to get famous, and it's working.
00:20:48.000 Millions of videos.
00:20:49.000 Isn't that the guy that is cool with Nutboys?
00:20:53.000 Togi's...
00:20:54.000 I think so.
00:20:55.000 Yeah.
00:20:55.000 With Stiney, yeah.
00:20:56.000 Yeah, he's famous for gambling.
00:21:00.000 I've done so many videos on this guy.
00:21:02.000 I've gone over his blood work, showing him that this guy's gonna die early death, and it's like, you warn people.
00:21:06.000 Oh, he's showing his blood work?
00:21:07.000 Multiple times.
00:21:08.000 I've shown him.
00:21:09.000 I'm like, this guy has chlamydia.
00:21:10.000 He's probably got gonorrhea.
00:21:11.000 He's gonna die.
00:21:12.000 Like, oh, it's crazy.
00:21:14.000 Wait, he has that shit?
00:21:16.000 Well, based on the blood work, absolutely.
00:21:18.000 What the fuck?
00:21:20.000 Okay, I'm intrigued now.
00:21:22.000 Can you tell us a little bit about that?
00:21:24.000 Like, how did you know from looking at his...
00:21:26.000 Because he posted his blood work on there.
00:21:27.000 I'm assuming to tell people I'm on gear.
00:21:30.000 He's showing people that, you know, it's not that bad.
00:21:33.000 It's not a big deal.
00:21:33.000 Like, look at this, look at this, look at that.
00:21:35.000 I'm pretty good.
00:21:36.000 And it's like, bro, you just outed yourself.
00:21:38.000 Based on what I'm seeing, there's these markers, these markers, these markers showing you're probably going to have some kind of liver disease.
00:21:44.000 You're probably going to have some kidney problems.
00:21:46.000 You have high blood pressure.
00:21:47.000 You know, everything lists up that it's not good.
00:21:51.000 But he's like, oh, that's not a big deal.
00:21:54.000 And this guy's in his 20s.
00:21:55.000 He's 22?
00:21:56.000 Holy shit!
00:21:57.000 And he already...
00:21:59.000 And clout.
00:21:59.000 I want it to be on top.
00:22:01.000 Makes you do crazy stuff.
00:22:02.000 And it worked.
00:22:03.000 And so you see Togi, and you're like, if I go in here and put on 25 pounds of muscle...
00:22:08.000 How do you know it's chlamydia?
00:22:09.000 How do you know that, though?
00:22:10.000 Well, technically, I don't.
00:22:11.000 It's my genius scientist that works with me, Marwan, who's sitting with me and going over all his blood work.
00:22:17.000 This guy worked for a very famous...
00:22:21.000 Health Clinic.
00:22:22.000 I won't name the name.
00:22:23.000 Okay.
00:22:23.000 But he worked for this.
00:22:24.000 And so he's one of these guys that reads the blood work.
00:22:26.000 And he knows everything.
00:22:27.000 He's just going through everything step by step.
00:22:30.000 And he's like, this is an indication of that.
00:22:32.000 This and this and this.
00:22:33.000 And so I report on this.
00:22:34.000 Because I'm not a doctor.
00:22:35.000 I wouldn't be able to do this at this level.
00:22:35.000 I was going to ask you, like, how do you...
00:22:37.000 Okay.
00:22:37.000 Yeah, like, you would need a PhD and then some to be able to know the level of analysis that he can do.
00:22:43.000 Not many people could do it.
00:22:44.000 What degree of certainty would you say that he has chlamydia or these other diseases?
00:22:49.000 Very high.
00:22:50.000 Wow.
00:22:51.000 Like, over 90?
00:22:52.000 I would say so.
00:22:53.000 Damn.
00:22:54.000 So he can literally look at the blood panel and can see all the other problems there.
00:22:59.000 And that's the least of his worries.
00:23:00.000 But, I mean, he'll say things like, oh, it just goes away.
00:23:03.000 And it's like, no, it doesn't.
00:23:06.000 But...
00:23:06.000 Well, I'll tell you this, man.
00:23:08.000 Hey, yo, that nigga's gotta be half black to say some shit like that.
00:23:10.000 No, it just goes away.
00:23:11.000 Bro, now it is in a dating game, bro.
00:23:13.000 It's scary out here, bro.
00:23:14.000 Gotta be careful.
00:23:14.000 Oh, yeah.
00:23:15.000 You never know.
00:23:17.000 So...
00:23:17.000 Yeah.
00:23:18.000 Bruh.
00:23:19.000 Um...
00:23:19.000 Okay, so, they're honest about it, because I remember, like, right, like, guys like Rich Piano, recipes to him, Boston Lloyd, whatever, those guys were considered, like, going against the grain for, like, talking about gear and talking about, yeah, I'm not natural.
00:23:32.000 Like, that was considered fucking career suicide back then, but now it seems as though it's mainstream for everyone from Olympia to fitness influencers are honest about it, versus, I remember when I was, like, really into it, you know, when Kai, um, Kai Green and, um, Phil Heath were having battles at the Olympia like 10 years ago.
00:23:48.000 No one ever talked about gear usage, ever.
00:23:51.000 Like, it was taboo.
00:23:52.000 But nowadays, I guess they are.
00:23:54.000 So Chris Bumstead is the main guy now.
00:23:56.000 Is he winning all the Olympias?
00:23:57.000 He's won six in a row.
00:23:58.000 He's now retired.
00:24:00.000 He also has an autoimmune disease, kidney problems.
00:24:03.000 It's probably shortening his life by 10, 20 years.
00:24:06.000 No one seems to care.
00:24:08.000 25 million followers.
00:24:09.000 I'm like, this is our hero.
00:24:10.000 And maybe he retired early.
00:24:12.000 He's only 29. Maybe he retired because of this.
00:24:15.000 You can't do steroids for that long safely.
00:24:18.000 People are like, no, I do it safely.
00:24:19.000 It's like you can't abuse gear safely.
00:24:21.000 They don't go together.
00:24:23.000 So I guess from someone who's a novice in bodybuilding, what's the best way to get an insane body?
00:24:29.000 Naturally.
00:24:30.000 Well, when it's naturally, I mean, like, is it TRT? What do you use to, like, kind of, like, get that loose?
00:24:34.000 Well, first of all, TRT wouldn't be natural.
00:24:36.000 So use some drugs, but the least invasive way, right?
00:24:38.000 That won't kill you 10 years earlier or 20 years earlier.
00:24:41.000 So you're saying, what could you do that's not natural to improve your physique?
00:24:45.000 Pretty much.
00:24:46.000 I would say TRT is probably the safest thing that you could do, being monitored by your doctor, making sure that your blood work is in order.
00:24:54.000 Like, I'm on TRT. I'm on 140 milligrams of tests a week.
00:24:57.000 You know, I work with Transcend.
00:24:59.000 They go through your blood work and prescribe whatever you need to do it as safe as possible.
00:25:04.000 But what most people are doing, they're not going through a clinic.
00:25:07.000 They're just getting it underground from the guy at the gym, and they have no idea what they're taking.
00:25:11.000 From a guy's car in a trunk.
00:25:13.000 Well, yeah, I mean...
00:25:14.000 Here you go, buddy.
00:25:15.000 You don't know what you're doing, but the problem is they're not getting their blood work done.
00:25:18.000 Yeah.
00:25:19.000 Like, the problem is 100 people could all take the same dose.
00:25:23.000 10 of them, it's really bad for them.
00:25:25.000 The other 90, not a big deal, but how do you know which one you are?
00:25:28.000 You don't.
00:25:30.000 Damn.
00:25:31.000 So that's crazy.
00:25:32.000 So you kind of knew just from looking at the blood work.
00:25:35.000 That's wild though that you guys, but you got a guy that's like an expert that can look at these.
00:25:38.000 Well, that's what blood work is for.
00:25:40.000 And any really good doctor could do this, but I mean, not many are qualified for that.
00:25:45.000 But that's what you want to do.
00:25:46.000 If you're using steroids, you want to get your blood work done and look because it's a ticking time bomb.
00:25:51.000 If you don't know, hey, this is going on in your body, in me, I would be healthy.
00:25:55.000 But for you doing the same cycle, you might be dying 10 years younger.
00:25:59.000 Yeah, I did blood work.
00:26:01.000 Two months ago, just to see where it was at.
00:26:03.000 I'm pretty healthy, but I'm low in testosterone.
00:26:05.000 How low?
00:26:07.000 Do you have it in nanograms per deciliter?
00:26:09.000 Because most people think it's too low, but it's actually normal.
00:26:11.000 Really?
00:26:12.000 We've been brainwashed to think that, hey, if you're not 800, that somehow there's a problem.
00:26:16.000 It was like five-something.
00:26:17.000 Yeah, that's amazing.
00:26:18.000 I'm on testosterone.
00:26:20.000 I'll take this, bro.
00:26:21.000 My range is 565 to 750. Oh, shit.
00:26:26.000 And I'm on...
00:26:28.000 HRT prescribed by a doctor, and I'm in the 500s to 700s.
00:26:32.000 Now we got a guy like Alex Eubank.
00:26:34.000 I don't know if you guys know this guy.
00:26:35.000 He was this famous natty, and he just went on HRT. He was on 200 milligrams a week, and his testosterone levels were 1500, which is way too high, and he lowers his dose to 150. I was going to ask you, like, what is the perfect range to be in?
00:26:47.000 Like, anything over a thousand is...
00:26:49.000 Is redonkulous.
00:26:50.000 It's like amazing.
00:26:51.000 Like maybe point something percent of the population would be that high.
00:26:54.000 Okay.
00:26:54.000 So anything over 1,000.
00:26:55.000 What would you say is the upper limits for optimality and while preserving your vitality?
00:27:00.000 I would say right at 1,000.
00:27:01.000 Right at 1,000?
00:27:02.000 Okay.
00:27:02.000 Like you got to think.
00:27:03.000 I'm 49. I obviously care how I look.
00:27:05.000 And my dose is 140. I'm in the 700s, 500s.
00:27:09.000 If I thought it was safe to just go up to 200 milligrams, wouldn't I do that?
00:27:13.000 Yeah.
00:27:13.000 And so the fact that I'm not, it could kind of give people an indication that you don't want to push it.
00:27:18.000 Yeah.
00:27:18.000 Like if growth hormone were actually that safe, why am I not on it?
00:27:21.000 And I would be telling you if I was, why wouldn't I? They would get more views.
00:27:24.000 Hey guys, I'm taking growth hormone now.
00:27:26.000 Yeah.
00:27:26.000 So the fact that I'm not should be telling people, you probably don't want to take these things unless you actually really need it.
00:27:31.000 So, minimum effective dose is the mantra, it seems.
00:27:34.000 Absolutely.
00:27:35.000 The lowest dose that makes you happy is what I always say.
00:27:38.000 Now, HGH, there's, you know, tends to be this idea that it's like, you know, for growth, but isn't it really for, like, anti-aging and hormone regulation?
00:27:45.000 It can be anti-aging, but what I like to think of it is it's stealing from your future.
00:27:49.000 You're going to look younger, the hair, the nails, better sleep and all that now, but rather than living to 90, maybe only live to 80. Oh.
00:27:57.000 So I see it as a borrowing from the future.
00:27:59.000 That's why I don't do it because I would love to take it.
00:28:01.000 Like, why not?
00:28:02.000 But it's just not worth it to me.
00:28:04.000 The risk isn't there.
00:28:05.000 Like, I just can't.
00:28:06.000 Gotcha.
00:28:06.000 So pretty much, yeah.
00:28:08.000 All right.
00:28:08.000 And it's pretty much been, because I'm sure it's one of the very, you know, highly studied drugs because so many people use it, that basically, yeah, you're taking a loan out against your life, essentially.
00:28:16.000 Yeah.
00:28:17.000 You're trading in my future health and years to look good today, which a lot of young people don't care.
00:28:22.000 Like, when I took steroids in my 30s, I didn't care about when I'm 90, but now that I'm older, it's like, uh, maybe it wasn't worth it.
00:28:30.000 But when you're in that, kind of that spotlight, and I'm like, I want to be a pro, I want to be famous, I want to, you know, make money from this, I want to make it my career, you do things that you probably shouldn't.
00:28:39.000 So I start taking steroids, I keep upping the doses, I basically took the highest dose that I could physically handle.
00:28:45.000 I would push the trend higher and higher, and then I'm like, I can't sleep, I feel like shit.
00:28:49.000 At your peak, what was your stack?
00:28:51.000 I did 700 trend for a week and couldn't handle it, and that's just one of the items.
00:28:55.000 I do like 700 tests, 700 trends, like 700 as many things as I could, plus orals on top of that.
00:29:01.000 I couldn't sleep.
00:29:02.000 Can you tell them what your stack was that you were taking at your peak when you were competing and everything?
00:29:07.000 700 of everything, like tests.
00:29:09.000 TRT. Oh no, 700 tests, 700 trends, 700 master-owned, 700 EQ. But the trend could only do that for like a week.
00:29:18.000 I literally felt like my heart was racing.
00:29:20.000 I felt like anxiety.
00:29:22.000 I felt like crappy.
00:29:24.000 Were you getting sweats?
00:29:24.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:29:25.000 I'd sweat through blankets.
00:29:26.000 I had to sweat.
00:29:27.000 Oh yeah.
00:29:28.000 It was really bad.
00:29:29.000 And I did that for like a week.
00:29:31.000 I had to lower my dose to 500. And even at 500, like...
00:29:34.000 When you're on low doses, like what I would call low doses when I was then, we'd be like, say, 700 milligrams a test and that's it.
00:29:40.000 I felt amazing.
00:29:41.000 I felt great.
00:29:42.000 When I was on all that trend, I could not wait for the cycle to be over.
00:29:46.000 So I'm on all these drugs because I'm trying to win a show, and I'm just thinking...
00:29:51.000 I can't wait to go off so I can feel normal again.
00:29:54.000 And you get a guy like Mike Isertel, all he feels is rage.
00:29:58.000 He can remember in the distant past seeing that river and the emotions he felt about it, but he doesn't feel that anymore.
00:30:06.000 He can't experience normal human emotions.
00:30:08.000 So if you see him talk about his experience with steroids, I don't understand how anyone could ever do them.
00:30:12.000 And I'm definitely going to, I've got questions to ask about that.
00:30:15.000 So, I guess...
00:30:17.000 For the trend, because you hear so many different things from people.
00:30:19.000 Like, what was the worst side effect for you?
00:30:22.000 Because I think that's the one that gets you most of the gains, but also gives you some of the worst side effects.
00:30:27.000 Well, some of the worst things that people talk about, like the trend cough, but I'm like, I don't think people care.
00:30:31.000 Like, you cough for five to ten minutes straight, and you think you're gonna die.
00:30:34.000 But to me, that's not really that bad.
00:30:36.000 I would say, for me...
00:30:38.000 Trensomnia where you just can't sleep.
00:30:40.000 Like imagine every night struggling to sleep more than three hours.
00:30:44.000 You need to sleep to grow and you just can't.
00:30:46.000 So then I got essentially addicted to sleeping pills to counteract the fact that I couldn't sleep.
00:30:51.000 So as the steroids went up, the sleeping pills went up.
00:30:54.000 I'm on Seroquel.
00:30:55.000 I'm doing 100 milligrams just to go to sleep.
00:30:57.000 Zopocones every night.
00:30:58.000 And I'm like, this is the only way I could sleep.
00:31:00.000 And so it's just an anxiety that you just feel constantly, like, on edge.
00:31:06.000 Like, my heart, there's something in my chest that just didn't feel right, and I hated it.
00:31:10.000 Did it?
00:31:11.000 And obviously this affects everyone differently, but the trend makes you rage as well, doesn't it?
00:31:15.000 Now, I personally think that it's something that you already have.
00:31:19.000 It exploits it more.
00:31:21.000 Like, I'm a very—like, people think—they see me screaming and shouting on the camera, but, like, really, if you just knew me in private, I'm just a chill guy.
00:31:27.000 Yeah.
00:31:28.000 Like, literally.
00:31:28.000 Just a chill guy.
00:31:29.000 That's not mean, right?
00:31:30.000 Exactly.
00:31:31.000 I'm that meme.
00:31:32.000 And it's like, when people meet me, they're like, how come you're not yelling?
00:31:34.000 How come you're not?
00:31:35.000 I'm like, I'm just a normal guy.
00:31:36.000 I don't do that.
00:31:38.000 But, you know, the steroids, it kind of amplifies.
00:31:41.000 If you're already aggressive, it makes you more aggressive.
00:31:43.000 Yeah.
00:31:43.000 If you're very sexual, it makes you more sexual.
00:31:46.000 It's even been shown to make some guys turn gay.
00:31:48.000 They'll be like, that crazy.
00:31:51.000 Derek, which we spoke about, he made a video talking about this.
00:31:54.000 It's been shown to do this.
00:31:56.000 Some people go from liking a certain type of girl to like a fatter girl.
00:32:00.000 Or in a conversation, I want to say who yesterday is like, the more androgens I'm on, like Tran or Test, the more I go for the big jack girls with the deep voices.
00:32:09.000 And it's like, I like it.
00:32:11.000 Just from taking steroids, it changes.
00:32:12.000 And when they're off cycle, it's like, I like a normal looking woman.
00:32:15.000 So it changes your mind on what you're looking for.
00:32:19.000 Literally.
00:32:19.000 I'll tell you this, nigga.
00:32:20.000 If I thought about using steroids, I'm doing it now.
00:32:22.000 Fuck that, bro!
00:32:23.000 Hell no!
00:32:23.000 It's some scary shit.
00:32:25.000 The biggest problem with steroids is not when you're on them.
00:32:28.000 I mean, the side effects.
00:32:30.000 You see the muscles, you look better, and so on.
00:32:32.000 So it's like, ah, screw that.
00:32:33.000 I don't care.
00:32:33.000 But when you go off and you start seeing your muscles shrink, and then you can't get hard on, and you're like, what's the point of having this body?
00:32:40.000 If I can't get hard, I have no sex drive anymore, I feel like shit all the time, and then what happens?
00:32:46.000 You go back on.
00:32:47.000 Because you're chasing it high.
00:32:48.000 It's like being addicted to drugs, like a recreation...
00:32:51.000 Like, if you're doing lines of creatine all the time, and you stop, and you're, like, addicted, you're gonna want to keep doing it.
00:32:55.000 Same happens with steroids.
00:32:57.000 Once you get that dream physique, you're on a four-month cycle, you stop, well, I want it back.
00:33:01.000 Well, I'll tell you this.
00:33:02.000 There's a lot of bodybuilders here in Miami that have girlfriends that are doing their thing.
00:33:06.000 I wonder why.
00:33:08.000 Man, so what would you say is the worst, like, What's the worst drug in any stack?
00:33:13.000 Is it the trend or is it the EQ or what would you say is by far the worst?
00:33:18.000 Halotestin, which was an oral, it's a hardener at the end for show prep.
00:33:22.000 It gives you a lot of energy and aggression, but that could make me a bit angry.
00:33:28.000 But I don't know, maybe it's that, but it also could be the fact that I'm really dieting hard at that point.
00:33:32.000 But certainly Tren is the one that I think is the worst.
00:33:36.000 But halotestin, orally, it's not good for your kidneys and whatnot.
00:33:40.000 That one's very careful to be with.
00:33:42.000 You can only do it for like maybe two to four weeks.
00:33:44.000 But Tren certainly...
00:33:46.000 It's about as bad as you can get.
00:33:47.000 What about Anivar?
00:33:48.000 I've been told that.
00:33:48.000 My favorite by far?
00:33:50.000 Yeah.
00:33:50.000 I loved Anivar.
00:33:52.000 Like, I'm not going to bullshit.
00:33:53.000 Like, I'm like saying, you know this?
00:33:54.000 Like, I liked Anivar so much that to this day, it's been five years, I want to do Anivar still.
00:34:00.000 Because the pumps, like, it's just crazy.
00:34:02.000 It's like, think of Cialis on steroids.
00:34:05.000 Cialis gives you a crazy pump.
00:34:07.000 If you watch Will Tennyson's last video, my goodness, he went through all the, like, half-natty stuff, like terkesterone and Cialis and various things, and he was like, Cialis, I'm giving it a 6 out of 5 stars.
00:34:17.000 Like, the pumps, the veins, it really does make a difference.
00:34:20.000 And so Anabar, it's like that, but it also adds the strength.
00:34:23.000 Okay.
00:34:24.000 Is Cialis safe to use before working out, though?
00:34:27.000 In lower doses, for 99% of people, absolutely.
00:34:30.000 For some people...
00:34:31.000 So you're just working out with a hard-on?
00:34:33.000 Well, that's the thing.
00:34:35.000 People are worried about that.
00:34:37.000 People might get the wrong idea, right?
00:34:39.000 They definitely will.
00:34:40.000 Yeah, like girls might think you're a perfect.
00:34:41.000 No, I'm just trying to get a good pump.
00:34:42.000 The thing with Cialis is you need to be turned on.
00:34:45.000 A TikTok video.
00:34:46.000 You're going to post that shit.
00:34:47.000 And what's his name?
00:34:47.000 Joey?
00:34:48.000 Joey Swole.
00:34:49.000 This is not good for the gym, man.
00:34:50.000 What are you doing, bro?
00:34:51.000 Yeah, you're going to be on Joey Swole video, man.
00:34:53.000 Scared the hoes away.
00:34:53.000 Scared the hoes away.
00:34:54.000 I would say Cialis is one of the most underrated supplements you can get.
00:34:57.000 Shit.
00:34:58.000 In terms of, it's still considered natural.
00:35:00.000 It's not banned by WADA. But it's going to give you that extra.
00:35:02.000 Can you get it over the counter?
00:35:04.000 Cialis?
00:35:05.000 I don't think so.
00:35:07.000 But most doctors will sell it.
00:35:09.000 You ever heard about Superman?
00:35:11.000 The Cialis and Viagra stack?
00:35:15.000 Yes.
00:35:16.000 Oh yeah, I've done those in the past.
00:35:17.000 I actually did one on vacation with a chick.
00:35:19.000 My doctor gave it to me.
00:35:20.000 Shout out to him.
00:35:21.000 You know who you are.
00:35:22.000 And let's just say, bro, she was destroyed.
00:35:24.000 I can imagine.
00:35:25.000 It can make a difference.
00:35:28.000 Well, do you know how many guys who are on steroids after they come off?
00:35:31.000 They need Cialis Viagra just to perform.
00:35:34.000 Oh, wow.
00:35:35.000 I would say at least 50%.
00:35:36.000 And it's not like they're going to come out and talk about it.
00:35:38.000 People talk about all the good stuff.
00:35:40.000 They're not talking about the crap that's going on.
00:35:42.000 They're not going to show you the blood work or talk about the fact that it's taking years off their life, the blood pressure and all that.
00:35:47.000 They're just talking about, yeah, I'm Jack.
00:35:48.000 Look at me.
00:35:48.000 They're not talking about the shit that goes on.
00:35:50.000 Damn.
00:35:50.000 This is my old test results.
00:35:52.000 I can't find the new ones, but that's my test scores right there.
00:35:55.000 Oh, shit.
00:35:55.000 Yeah, bro.
00:35:56.000 Because you know what's funny, bro?
00:35:57.000 What's your assessment on that, Greg?
00:35:59.000 Hey, I'm pretty healthy, man.
00:36:00.000 It's 601. This is amazing.
00:36:01.000 Oh, thanks, bro.
00:36:02.000 Yo, but he was funny.
00:36:03.000 My next point is why this nigga's a horndog.
00:36:05.000 He's always chasing after us.
00:36:06.000 All this guy does is chase after us, man.
00:36:08.000 Hold on, man.
00:36:08.000 Hold on, man.
00:36:09.000 Like, at 600, there's no reason to change anything.
00:36:11.000 And if anyone says, oh, that's on the low side, they're probably trying to sell you gear.
00:36:15.000 Ah, okay.
00:36:16.000 Because I've been offered Anivar, all this shit.
00:36:18.000 I'm like, nigga.
00:36:19.000 Oh, mine told me don't do this.
00:36:20.000 I'm not doing any shit.
00:36:21.000 But I feel way better.
00:36:23.000 Anivar is popular with the women, though, isn't it?
00:36:25.000 It's the least androgenic steroid that I can think of for women to do.
00:36:28.000 So by androgenic, I mean that's likely to cause viralization or like a deepening of the voice.
00:36:34.000 It doesn't increase their...
00:36:35.000 So most women who compete in bikini pageants or most Instagram girls that we see that are like hot girls that we would think are hot are probably taking Anivar.
00:36:43.000 But they're not going to admit it.
00:36:44.000 And they're going to take it in low enough doses that no one's going to suspect them.
00:36:47.000 You're thinking, oh, you're on Anivar, you're on steroids, oh, you probably look like a man.
00:36:50.000 No, you look like a bikini model.
00:36:52.000 That's what they're taking.
00:36:53.000 Wow, so even bikini models are taking you.
00:36:54.000 Most bikini models.
00:36:55.000 Not figure, which is like a step up.
00:36:58.000 Not all.
00:36:59.000 Not 99%.
00:37:00.000 But yeah, in the bottom end bikini, most are taking Anabar.
00:37:03.000 Yeah, this is some like top level shit that if you don't know, you don't know.
00:37:07.000 But he knows behind the scenes.
00:37:08.000 Yeah, no.
00:37:08.000 Think of it.
00:37:09.000 I used to coach these girls.
00:37:10.000 And I still do in secret coach people.
00:37:13.000 And their coaches think they're natural.
00:37:14.000 And they're like, they're asking me what they're doing.
00:37:16.000 Wow.
00:37:17.000 You know, Anavar, you know, I've heard about it for years.
00:37:20.000 You know, they make the joke, you know, eat Clint and Trenhard and never give up.
00:37:23.000 And never give up, yeah.
00:37:24.000 You know, the old memes.
00:37:25.000 Whatever happens to the MISC, man, is it done with, like, people?
00:37:28.000 Yeah, like, the term Myron Gaines came from there.
00:37:31.000 Like, you know, is the MISC gone, man?
00:37:32.000 Zeese.
00:37:33.000 Is what gone?
00:37:34.000 The MISC. The forms?
00:37:38.000 Bodybuilding.com forms?
00:37:40.000 I'm too old to have been on forms.
00:37:43.000 I'm way too old for that.
00:37:45.000 You know when we type in on Google, how do I get bigger in a gym?
00:37:48.000 You find a form or a thread.
00:37:50.000 Wouldn't that be like Reddit?
00:37:51.000 This is like 10 years ago.
00:37:52.000 Bodybuilding forms, the MISC is a whole other...
00:37:54.000 Bodybuilding.com maybe?
00:37:57.000 I've heard of that.
00:37:59.000 The miscellaneous section of Bodybuilding.com.
00:38:01.000 It's like where Z's and these guys blew up a decade plus ago.
00:38:05.000 Back in the day.
00:38:06.000 We're trolling.
00:38:07.000 Either way, though, it's probably dead right now.
00:38:09.000 I think people do the trolling and all the forum stuff on YouTube video comment sections now.
00:38:14.000 They probably do, yeah.
00:38:14.000 Like, it's right there.
00:38:15.000 Do you even lift, bro?
00:38:16.000 They migrated.
00:38:17.000 You kind of turn hard, like, yeah, all that stuff.
00:38:19.000 Yeah.
00:38:20.000 So, can you...
00:38:21.000 So, in the fitness industry, right, it used to be, I remember...
00:38:25.000 People would vlog their lifestyle.
00:38:27.000 This is a day in the gym.
00:38:28.000 This is my macros, blah, blah.
00:38:29.000 I've noticed that that's not really a thing anymore.
00:38:31.000 Very few guys do that as much and at least are able to get a lot of views.
00:38:35.000 It's gotten really repetitive, I guess, and boring for people.
00:38:38.000 What would you say is the main niche for fitness now?
00:38:41.000 Is it commentary, kind of like you do?
00:38:43.000 Is it lifestyle stuff?
00:38:44.000 Because I've seen some guys kind of incorporate far more lifestyle into their stuff where they kind of vlog it now.
00:38:48.000 What would you say is the main...
00:38:51.000 You know, thing with fitness industry now.
00:38:53.000 Well, the thing is, just like fashion that comes in and out of style, or just like body shapes, like for women in the 90s, all the girls had to be skinny.
00:39:00.000 Then it was like they all had to have a wisdom tooth body, and like big boobs, and it's like...
00:39:06.000 It keeps switching.
00:39:07.000 The same thing happens in the fitness industry.
00:39:08.000 I would say the biggest trend right now is people talking and promoting steroids.
00:39:12.000 People coming out and saying, I take this, I take that, you should do this.
00:39:16.000 It's such a huge thing.
00:39:17.000 180 degree turn.
00:39:18.000 HRT, the normalization of steroids.
00:39:21.000 I would say mainly HRT being like normal now.
00:39:26.000 It doesn't get banned on YouTube?
00:39:27.000 It doesn't get banned on YouTube.
00:39:29.000 No, everyone can talk about this.
00:39:30.000 Because it used to be you would get banned on YouTube for even talking about gear.
00:39:33.000 That's why some people were scared as well.
00:39:34.000 One of my old videos on YouTube, I've been doing YouTube since 2006, and I would come and go.
00:39:41.000 I made a video about Anivar, the dangers of it, how many milligrams to take, the side effects.
00:39:45.000 And I went back a couple years later, and I was like, 600,000 views?
00:39:48.000 I was like...
00:39:49.000 Yeah, that's the most video views I've ever gotten, so I'm like, maybe I should do more videos about that.
00:39:53.000 I started doing videos on Anivar, testosterone, and all that, and then talking about Natty or Nots, and my channel just blew up.
00:39:58.000 So I was kind of one of the early risers of people that talked about performance-enhancing drugs, so I do think that is really becoming popular right now.
00:40:06.000 Okay, so it's making a comeback.
00:40:08.000 What about peptides and growth hormone and stuff like that?
00:40:10.000 To me, that's all part of it.
00:40:11.000 Peptides are banned by WADA in general, most of them.
00:40:14.000 What is WADA for those that are...
00:40:15.000 World Anti-Doping Agency.
00:40:17.000 So if you want to compete in the...
00:40:18.000 In the Olympics, there are certain drugs you can take and certain drugs you can't.
00:40:21.000 For example, caffeine is a drug.
00:40:23.000 Right now, you can take it.
00:40:24.000 25 years ago, it was banned.
00:40:26.000 So if you drank five of these, you fail the drug test.
00:40:29.000 You are not natty.
00:40:30.000 Now, would anyone say you're not natty for taking a pre-workout?
00:40:33.000 Nobody would say it, but back in the day, it's like, well, it's a performance enhancing drug, so can you take it?
00:40:38.000 Could you say that one more time?
00:40:39.000 Caffeine is a drug?
00:40:40.000 Caffeine is absolutely a drug.
00:40:42.000 100%.
00:40:43.000 It's a performance enhancing drug that's legal.
00:40:46.000 So it's one of the top, if not one of the best in the world, actual performance answers that people can take.
00:40:51.000 This is why I started from caffeine.
00:40:53.000 What?
00:40:54.000 Well, this is like once in a lifetime, you know what I'm saying?
00:40:58.000 Yeah, so, I mean, if you take certain drugs, you're going to fail a drug test.
00:41:03.000 There's certain ones that you can have a debate, like, for example, is BBC 157, is that natty?
00:41:09.000 Well, no.
00:41:10.000 It's been banned.
00:41:11.000 It speeds healing.
00:41:12.000 It's part of that Wolverine stack.
00:41:13.000 BBC? BPC. So if somebody takes it, are they actually cheating the drug test?
00:41:19.000 I have a gang called BBC, that's why.
00:41:21.000 Oh, really?
00:41:22.000 Yeah.
00:41:22.000 Pick your bread of confidence.
00:41:25.000 You got excited?
00:41:26.000 He's about to go get that drug down, BBC. Yeah, let's go!
00:41:29.000 Hey guys, get your questions in for Greg now, by the way.
00:41:31.000 We'll read the chats towards the end, so we'll save that for the end.
00:41:33.000 Oh, BBC, BPC. Okay.
00:41:35.000 So, I gotta ask, right?
00:41:39.000 Mike Isretel, aka Dr. Isretel.
00:41:41.000 I'm familiar with his work because I think he does really good programs for people.
00:41:45.000 He's real big on periodization, creating plans, an evidence-based look at training and optimizing for hypertrophy.
00:41:52.000 But you and him have had some words.
00:41:55.000 I'll just let you take it away from there.
00:41:57.000 Yeah, he's been very critical of me.
00:42:00.000 Four or five years ago, we did a podcast where I basically said, to make the most optimal games, you should train harder than last time.
00:42:07.000 He's like, no, you should leave three reps in reserve.
00:42:09.000 So it's kind of like the really train hard versus to kind of like hold yourself back a little bit.
00:42:15.000 And to this day, it's still up for debate, really.
00:42:17.000 Some people feel that you should really need to train to failure.
00:42:20.000 Some people know.
00:42:21.000 I think it depends on the person.
00:42:22.000 But in that meeting, he kind of had...
00:42:26.000 He went in it with the wrong attitude.
00:42:27.000 I went in it just to talk and have a good time, and he went in it to really embarrass me.
00:42:31.000 Was there an intermediary in the middle, or was it just you two talking?
00:42:34.000 I was hungover in Dominican Republic and just chatting, and he was really mad at me.
00:42:40.000 So it was just you two, no middleman.
00:42:42.000 Yeah, there was a middleman.
00:42:43.000 I forget the name.
00:42:44.000 Do you guys remember?
00:42:48.000 Middleman between...
00:42:50.000 Yeah, I forget the name of the guy.
00:42:52.000 Someone hosted it.
00:42:54.000 And we weren't face-to-face, but...
00:42:56.000 Virtual.
00:42:57.000 He really...
00:42:58.000 He took offense to that.
00:42:59.000 He went on Reddit and posted, I went into that podcast to humiliate this guy, to embarrass him.
00:43:04.000 I have a PhD.
00:43:05.000 He's only got his master's.
00:43:06.000 I'm way smarter than this guy.
00:43:08.000 I have the smartest.
00:43:09.000 He basically says he's the smartest coach in the world, highest raw IQ scorer.
00:43:14.000 And so he wasn't very happy because in the end of it, a lot of people felt like you lost the debate because Greg was nicer.
00:43:21.000 And so he was like, I'll never let that happen again.
00:43:24.000 I don't know what he said.
00:43:25.000 I used some kind of...
00:43:26.000 Theory on how to...
00:43:28.000 I was like, I didn't do anything.
00:43:29.000 I wasn't playing you.
00:43:30.000 I just was in a discussion.
00:43:33.000 Later, I thought we had squashed a beef.
00:43:35.000 We had made several videos together talking about, like, you need to bulk and cut.
00:43:38.000 Like, just, you know, normal things.
00:43:40.000 Then all of a sudden he was in a video and he's like, that Greg Doucetti's a lying, two-faced mother...
00:43:47.000 Cocksucker, print that.
00:43:48.000 And he was like...
00:43:49.000 Is he Canadian too?
00:43:50.000 Or no?
00:43:50.000 No, he's from the US. Okay.
00:43:52.000 He also said I was a sociopath.
00:43:53.000 And he's like...
00:43:54.000 I'm like...
00:43:54.000 He said I lied about being a doctor.
00:43:56.000 I'm like...
00:43:56.000 I literally have a shirt saying I'm not a doctor.
00:43:59.000 You know?
00:44:00.000 But...
00:44:00.000 So...
00:44:01.000 And then he met...
00:44:02.000 I met up with me at the Olympia.
00:44:04.000 Yeah, because he has his PhD.
00:44:04.000 So he obviously dislikes...
00:44:05.000 I think...
00:44:06.000 Yeah.
00:44:06.000 He met me in Vegas.
00:44:08.000 And he made fun of me the whole time.
00:44:09.000 I just played a long food sport.
00:44:10.000 Yeah.
00:44:11.000 Sound effects.
00:44:12.000 Elmo, man.
00:44:14.000 Sorry.
00:44:14.000 Wrong one.
00:44:15.000 Wrong sound effects, nigga.
00:44:16.000 And so every time he talks about me, I would just talk back.
00:44:20.000 Then he really wanted to get his IPB Pro card.
00:44:22.000 He says, I want to prove that the methods that renaissance periodization, or RP, it stands for really pale.
00:44:29.000 He wanted to prove...
00:44:30.000 RP, really pale.
00:44:31.000 Really pale.
00:44:32.000 He wanted to prove that his methods worked better than everyone else by winning his pro card.
00:44:36.000 He competed, got sixth place, and he said, you know, I didn't win.
00:44:39.000 It was because of my tan.
00:44:40.000 Is it top two they got the pro cards?
00:44:42.000 First place.
00:44:43.000 Oh, so it wasn't even...
00:44:44.000 It wasn't close.
00:44:45.000 He said he was lean, but he just didn't have the proper tan.
00:44:48.000 And he also says he carries more water than anyone from bulking in the past.
00:44:53.000 He carries 20 pounds of body water from having previously bulked to 270 at 5'6", when he was natural back in the past.
00:45:00.000 And I'm like, bro, you just weren't lean enough.
00:45:02.000 If you diet an extra month and never ate Gatorade and cereal, dieting for the show, that he could have looked a lot better.
00:45:12.000 It just goes back and forth continuously.
00:45:14.000 Why was he eating cereal and drinking Gatorade?
00:45:17.000 Was he, like, doing it to prove, like, I just tripped my macros and I'm good?
00:45:20.000 I think he just thinks that the macros is all that counts, and I'm like, I just wouldn't eat that.
00:45:24.000 What's your thoughts on that when it comes to, like, macros?
00:45:26.000 Is it, like, is it really calories in versus calories out?
00:45:28.000 Or, like, if you're trying to optimize for a show...
00:45:31.000 Yeah, calories matter, of course, but you need to take other precautions to really look your best.
00:45:35.000 So lose weight, calories in, calories out.
00:45:36.000 So no matter what you eat, if you're in a deficit, you're going to lose weight.
00:45:39.000 But of course, the quality of the macros do matter.
00:45:41.000 So if you're just eating licorice, 2,000 calories a day, if I eat 2,000 calories a day of licorice, I'd be shredded.
00:45:46.000 But I'd have no muscle left because I don't have protein.
00:45:48.000 So you do need quality nutrients because it would improve your sleep, your immune system, so many different factors.
00:45:55.000 I just think he wasn't optimizing his diet.
00:45:57.000 I don't think he did enough cardio.
00:45:58.000 I think if I coached him, he could look...
00:46:00.000 Incredible.
00:46:01.000 I think he has great genetics for putting on size.
00:46:04.000 I think he has a slow metabolism compared to maybe some other people.
00:46:07.000 And he probably is hungrier than most people.
00:46:09.000 But he just doesn't diet long enough.
00:46:10.000 I think he needs to go from being a heavyweight to a light heavy.
00:46:13.000 And I think if he did that, he would actually look pretty good.
00:46:15.000 How long did he diet for this show?
00:46:17.000 I don't know, but it was a month not long enough.
00:46:19.000 Maybe two months not long enough.
00:46:21.000 Whatever his end physique was would be probably where I'm at right now in my shape.
00:46:25.000 So I just think he just needs to diet harder and suffer more.
00:46:28.000 What do you think?
00:46:29.000 I've always been under the premise that I think six months is like...
00:46:32.000 Optimal to prepare for, you know, dining for a show.
00:46:35.000 Would you say more time, less time?
00:46:37.000 I would say if you need that long, you're in the wrong sport.
00:46:39.000 You're absolutely way too fat in the off-season.
00:46:42.000 Gotcha.
00:46:42.000 If you're above 15% body fat, you're, in my opinion, overweight by a little bit.
00:46:47.000 15% is that healthy range.
00:46:48.000 Now, you could argue 20% maybe, but for a bodybuilder, above 12, to me, you're starting to get fat.
00:46:55.000 Like, if you don't have a six-pack in your off-season as a bodybuilder, to me, you're fat.
00:46:58.000 So, what do you think is optimal time for dining?
00:47:00.000 16 weeks max.
00:47:01.000 You can't get ready in 16 weeks.
00:47:03.000 You have done it wrong.
00:47:04.000 You've walked too far.
00:47:05.000 You've gone too far.
00:47:06.000 So that's four months.
00:47:07.000 I would never diet more than 12 weeks.
00:47:08.000 If I had a show in eight weeks, I'd be ready.
00:47:10.000 For sure.
00:47:12.000 Yeah.
00:47:12.000 No.
00:47:13.000 That's good.
00:47:14.000 I mean, so you should never have more than what?
00:47:17.000 30, 40 pounds over?
00:47:19.000 Oh, that's way too much.
00:47:20.000 Okay.
00:47:21.000 Unless you're 6'2 and 300. Like if you're a mass monster.
00:47:24.000 Yeah.
00:47:24.000 But I would say like in my off season, I would be 212 and I would compete at 195. Okay.
00:47:30.000 And is this for people that are natural, you would say?
00:47:33.000 It wouldn't matter, natural or enhanced.
00:47:35.000 They should both be, you know, within striking distance.
00:47:38.000 Four months is at the most.
00:47:39.000 If you're dieting for six months, you're going to need a diet break.
00:47:43.000 You're going to lose.
00:47:44.000 You're just going to go crazy.
00:47:45.000 It's too long.
00:47:46.000 You'll have a problem reversing the diet.
00:47:48.000 You'll probably have a body dysmorphia develop, like very likely.
00:47:52.000 Eating disorders could develop.
00:47:54.000 It's a tough sport.
00:47:55.000 No, and the reason why I say that is because I did an experiment back in 2014 where I did a Dreamer book, and I got like...
00:48:01.000 50, 60 pounds overweight.
00:48:03.000 Way too much.
00:48:04.000 Yeah, I got fat for me, especially.
00:48:05.000 I got up to like 250 pounds.
00:48:07.000 So for me, I just wanted to diet nice and slow, and I did refeeds and stuff like that, so obviously that extends the time.
00:48:13.000 But I got lean in about six months where I wanted to get, and then I just maintained a sense.
00:48:18.000 I can't imagine you being fat, bro.
00:48:20.000 That's almost like an oxymoron.
00:48:22.000 Yeah, it was terrible, man.
00:48:23.000 Close to 200 now?
00:48:24.000 Right now, yeah.
00:48:26.000 So when I got super lean, I got down into the low 200s.
00:48:29.000 And I've just been maintaining that since.
00:48:31.000 But yeah, I'll never get fat again, dude.
00:48:34.000 It was an experiment.
00:48:35.000 I lost it.
00:48:35.000 And the reason why it took so long was I wanted to add refids in and just make sure I preserve as much strength.
00:48:40.000 And I'm not competing for a show, so I was like, I'll take my time with this.
00:48:43.000 Because I didn't even feel like I was dieting by the time I got down.
00:48:45.000 Because I think I started to diet off and around...
00:48:47.000 4,000 calories.
00:48:48.000 Then by the time I finished at that, I was around 2,100.
00:48:51.000 So it was nice and slow.
00:48:52.000 But yeah, I mean, for four months, you know, that makes sense though.
00:48:56.000 Yeah.
00:48:56.000 When you bulk, I've bulked before in the past.
00:48:58.000 I mean, I didn't, like, you're young, you're experimenting.
00:49:00.000 When I would go back on the diet, it was very hard to eat healthy again.
00:49:03.000 So I really like ice cream.
00:49:05.000 And I really like cereal.
00:49:06.000 Me too!
00:49:07.000 Man.
00:49:08.000 And when you stop to bulk.
00:49:09.000 For those that are wondering, I'm lifetime natty, guys.
00:49:11.000 I've never taken a drug in my life, so.
00:49:12.000 Yeah, and I verify he is natural.
00:49:14.000 I 100% believe that.
00:49:15.000 And I did 42 shows natural.
00:49:17.000 And natural or enhanced, I would say enhanced shows were harder than when I was natural.
00:49:23.000 Because...
00:49:23.000 And you're thinking, that doesn't make sense.
00:49:25.000 I did 42 shows natural, 17 enhanced.
00:49:28.000 When you're natural, the standard is, I'll call it here.
00:49:31.000 I would compete and be like, you look incredible.
00:49:33.000 I could win natural shows without really trying that hard.
00:49:36.000 I just show up and it's like you're natural against natural guys.
00:49:38.000 I look pretty good.
00:49:39.000 As soon as I was enhanced, now I got to be here.
00:49:43.000 And the guys who I compete against are there because they're all in gear.
00:49:46.000 And if you just use a little bit, like if you just go on a show, I'll just do some Anivar.
00:49:50.000 And you're an enhanced show.
00:49:52.000 That guy's using 700 trends, 700 tests, growth hormone, insulin, everything.
00:49:56.000 And it's like, you can't meet up with that.
00:49:59.000 And so when I started competing enhanced, the bar was so high.
00:50:03.000 And then all of a sudden I won a pro card.
00:50:05.000 Plus I'm up three weight classes.
00:50:06.000 Like when I first was natural, I was competing in band weight, like 142 pounds.
00:50:10.000 Now I'm 190 something pounds.
00:50:11.000 And it's like, everyone is so much better.
00:50:14.000 So much harder.
00:50:15.000 Also, there's no money anymore from what I heard.
00:50:18.000 Money?
00:50:19.000 In bodybuilding like that.
00:50:20.000 There never was money.
00:50:21.000 Like, I've never won a dollar competing in bodybuilding.
00:50:25.000 And I was a pro bodybuilder, and I got fourth in my last show.
00:50:28.000 There's no money.
00:50:29.000 You don't do it for the money.
00:50:33.000 So getting a pro card is more about prestige and being able to market yourself and creating other opportunities for yourself, I'm assuming, right?
00:50:37.000 As soon as I got my pro card, I tripled my business.
00:50:41.000 Like, literally, as coaching, I tell people, having a pro card is like having your PhD in coaching.
00:50:47.000 All of a sudden, there's the respect, and I think that's what Mike Isertel would want.
00:50:50.000 Like, if he got the pro card, he could...
00:50:52.000 Hey, look, all my knowledge, it's backed up by my physique.
00:50:56.000 Yeah.
00:50:57.000 Can you...
00:50:57.000 Real quick, explain to people, because there's different federations, there are different types of pro cards.
00:51:01.000 What are the different ones that I guess are the most popular in the bodybuilding world, you would say?
00:51:05.000 I would say the only one that anyone cares about is the IFBB. Everything else is just like, it's like you can show up and get a pro card on your first show.
00:51:14.000 Bodybuilding, IFBB, you have to win at a national-level show.
00:51:17.000 So you are the best in the country.
00:51:19.000 It's tough.
00:51:19.000 You know, out of all the different states and whatever, you are winning a huge show.
00:51:23.000 Natural show, you give a pro card, you showed up, you're natural, and you look good, you're pro.
00:51:27.000 You can be literally a pro in one-year training sometimes.
00:51:30.000 So IFBB, you're never going to win that unless you're enhanced because it's very competitive.
00:51:33.000 If you went in the smaller categories, like men's physique, at the top, you could get a pro card.
00:51:39.000 So you think Jeff Seidkin is natural?
00:51:41.000 Jeff Seed, in his past, was not natural.
00:51:44.000 I did a Natty or Not on him.
00:51:45.000 I could see it clearly, I would bet.
00:51:47.000 He got an IPB card.
00:51:47.000 And he got a, not an IPB card, he got a natural pro card, Jeff Seed, however you pronounce it.
00:51:54.000 I think he's natural now.
00:51:55.000 But he's, think of this, he's almost 30. I haven't seen him in years.
00:51:58.000 He's probably 15 pounds less muscle than when he was 20. How do you peak out as a teenager, keep training for 10 more years, and have 15 pounds less muscle?
00:52:08.000 It doesn't make sense.
00:52:08.000 He was on gear when he did the Olympia, the actual Mr. Olympia in the IPB. He was on gear back then, and then he would have went off gear, and now he's training 100% natural, and he denies having ever used steroids.
00:52:18.000 But I call the bluff.
00:52:20.000 I don't believe it for one second.
00:52:21.000 Well, he comes from that era where, if you admitted you were not natural, it was a problem.
00:52:24.000 He comes from that era.
00:52:25.000 Exactly.
00:52:26.000 And if you look at his physique back, how does a teenager look more jacked than a 30-year-old man?
00:52:31.000 How would that be possible?
00:52:32.000 Somebody explain that to me.
00:52:33.000 No, that's true.
00:52:34.000 So, not to mention this in detail, but a lot of YouTubers that used to do bodybuilding, or that's their main focus, have gone either broke or stray.
00:52:42.000 Either they've gone to different categories of content.
00:52:45.000 And one in particular, Kelly Muscle does a watermelon diet.
00:52:48.000 Is that viable, bro?
00:52:50.000 Because I was like, watermelon diet, does that even work?
00:52:52.000 Kali Muscle, he was very famous when he was the jack guy on steroids and doing that kind of content.
00:52:59.000 But eventually, everyone gets sick of any...
00:53:02.000 It's rare to have somebody popular for that long.
00:53:05.000 Just think of it.
00:53:06.000 How many people can be famous forever?
00:53:08.000 After five years of doing the same thing, you've had enough.
00:53:11.000 So he had to pivot.
00:53:12.000 And he tried to do ASMR where you whisper.
00:53:15.000 Talk like that and try to turn people on.
00:53:17.000 He would do his mukbang videos.
00:53:19.000 Then he came out and said, you know, I use steroids.
00:53:21.000 I'm natural now.
00:53:23.000 Well, he was on HRT. And then he started doing those crazy diets, a watermelon diet.
00:53:29.000 It's so unhealthy.
00:53:31.000 I mean, all you're going to do is lose all your muscle and lose a lot of weight because how many calories are in a watermelon?
00:53:36.000 Nothing.
00:53:36.000 He got his eyeballs.
00:53:38.000 I mean, she's an eye surgeon.
00:53:39.000 How healthy is it to tattoo your eyeballs blue?
00:53:46.000 Have you seen this?
00:53:48.000 He has blue eyes!
00:53:50.000 What is this?
00:53:51.000 I think he's trying to look like John Bravo.
00:53:53.000 Like, what is up with this guy?
00:53:56.000 Is that nigga real, John Bravo?
00:53:57.000 He's like a character to me.
00:53:58.000 John Bravo's a YouTuber.
00:54:00.000 He's cool.
00:54:01.000 He talks a lot about Wes Watson, who you know.
00:54:03.000 Oh, yeah.
00:54:04.000 Man, bro.
00:54:06.000 I guess, well, we were on this topic.
00:54:08.000 They've been asking me all day to talk about it on my stream earlier, I guess, since we're here with Greg Doucette.
00:54:13.000 What's your thoughts on the whole situation?
00:54:15.000 You got arrested yesterday.
00:54:17.000 I think he's guilty.
00:54:18.000 I think he went way over the line.
00:54:20.000 I think at first he could have said self-defense, but once you're doing this with three other guys helping you out, and the guy's on the ground, and you've clearly beaten this guy.
00:54:31.000 If you stop, I think he gets off.
00:54:33.000 I think he's going to be found innocent.
00:54:35.000 But where he keeps attacking the guy, it looks real bad.
00:54:38.000 Yeah, I didn't even watch the full...
00:54:40.000 They didn't release the footage.
00:54:41.000 Someone said that it's out now.
00:54:43.000 Oh yeah, the footage's out now.
00:54:45.000 Okay, I didn't see it.
00:54:46.000 Everyone's talking about this.
00:54:47.000 John Bravo, myself, PenguinC0, Charlie.
00:54:49.000 He's got 16 million followers.
00:54:51.000 He posted a video today.
00:54:52.000 I did one today.
00:54:53.000 I think he's done three or four.
00:54:54.000 John Bravo, probably 10 on this guy.
00:54:57.000 I mean, listen.
00:54:58.000 I'll say this about Wes.
00:54:59.000 He's a good dude to me.
00:55:00.000 To everyone I know, but, you know, people are after him.
00:55:03.000 So, I mean, he defended himself maybe too far.
00:55:05.000 You know.
00:55:06.000 But he's out on Bill.
00:55:07.000 Is he out on Bill?
00:55:08.000 I think he's out, yeah.
00:55:09.000 I mean, look, when I saw, because I didn't even see the, because you couldn't find the footage anywhere, like the full video, I guess it's out now.
00:55:16.000 It's out, yeah.
00:55:17.000 Especially now that he got arrested.
00:55:19.000 Look, someone said he hit him like 50 times or something like that.
00:55:22.000 Yes.
00:55:22.000 You know, obviously self-defense, right?
00:55:25.000 One of the biggest components of self-defense is...
00:55:28.000 You know, especially in Florida, is you can stay on your ground, right?
00:55:31.000 And you don't have a duty to retreat if you're lawfully in a place.
00:55:35.000 In this case, you know, the threat was done.
00:55:38.000 The guy was on the floor.
00:55:39.000 It was over.
00:55:39.000 And obviously hitting him again and again, that's not going to look good.
00:55:43.000 And then having the other people.
00:55:44.000 So there's no real danger for life anymore.
00:55:46.000 The thing is, and I told you this weeks ago, because I know you thought about bringing him on.
00:55:51.000 I was like, bro, there's no way he's coming on because he's going to get charged.
00:55:54.000 There's no way with the level of fame that this thing reached, the amount of press.
00:55:59.000 That the detectives in the district attorney's office down here in Florida doesn't come after him and charge him for this.
00:56:03.000 Because I think originally he got arrested for a misdemeanor for this.
00:56:06.000 And then now they upped the charge and they went and got him arrested yesterday.
00:56:10.000 And they took their time too, which tells me they probably crossed the T's, doubted the I's, and they're going to really try to go after him because this is a guy that has money.
00:56:17.000 So he could probably defend himself.
00:56:18.000 Which, you know, I like Wes.
00:56:19.000 I think he's a nice guy.
00:56:20.000 He gets mad sometimes at some things.
00:56:23.000 Yeah, I mean, it's not looking good from that perspective.
00:56:26.000 I'm always interested by he's a nice guy.
00:56:29.000 I hear that about not just him, but anyone.
00:56:32.000 Anyone that's your friend.
00:56:33.000 Like, I have friends that are really nice, but maybe they did some bad things.
00:56:37.000 Like, let's say you're a drug dealer, you beat up somebody, or you beat your wife, but they're really cool to me.
00:56:43.000 They're really nice to me.
00:56:44.000 They're a really nice guy.
00:56:45.000 But it's like, can they be a nice guy if they do all the nice things to you, but they do horrible things to other people?
00:56:52.000 Yeah, I mean, you know, everyone has the capability of showing a dark side to others that they might not show to their loved ones or their family.
00:56:59.000 You know, but what I'm saying is like from our interaction with him, he's been always pretty pleasant.
00:57:04.000 He just, you know, he has a temper, right?
00:57:06.000 He has a temper.
00:57:06.000 You know, I think it's probably maybe drugs, maybe?
00:57:10.000 Like the steroids?
00:57:10.000 He's on steroids.
00:57:12.000 I mean, I'd be convinced he's like, what, 5'7 and 230 pounds?
00:57:15.000 Maybe steroids, yeah.
00:57:15.000 He plans to be 6 feet, but I'm knowing this guy's not natural.
00:57:19.000 And so the aggression that it could have caused, if he's susceptible to that, it certainly could have done it.
00:57:24.000 I would bet that if this guy was natural, he wouldn't have done that.
00:57:27.000 I think it's so far to say that the drugs could have definitely had an impact.
00:57:31.000 Same as when you're drunk and you do certain things that you probably sober wouldn't have done.
00:57:35.000 I really think that being on steroids, maybe only 20% or 30%, but enough to put him over the edge to maybe have done that last kick, for example.
00:57:43.000 And you said it exacerbates the problem, right?
00:57:45.000 So if you're naturally already a hot-headed guy...
00:57:47.000 It makes it that much worse.
00:57:49.000 What about caffeine?
00:57:50.000 Would that make you go over the edge too?
00:57:52.000 Like a lot of coffee?
00:57:53.000 Like non-stop?
00:57:54.000 It would certainly give you more energy, but I've never seen anyone get angry from caffeine.
00:57:59.000 Just more like chatty, more talk a lot more.
00:58:02.000 I don't think so.
00:58:04.000 Yeah, I haven't seen it either.
00:58:05.000 But yeah, no, I could definitely see how if you already have the proclivity to be an angry guy and then taking steroids, like, yeah, man, I mean, look, the guy walked up to him.
00:58:13.000 I think Wes was 100% within his right to fight the guy back.
00:58:17.000 But yeah, I mean, once the guy's on the floor and he's no longer a threat, man, it's going to be very hard to rationalize and justify self-defense, especially when you have other people there.
00:58:23.000 And that's all going to be used against him in court.
00:58:26.000 Does being likable have a play in this at all?
00:58:28.000 Let's say he's not liked at all by anybody.
00:58:30.000 A prior being in jail previously, for sure.
00:58:34.000 Like, if I did it, if it was me, the same situation, I probably would be at a lighter sentence than him because I don't have a history of doing this.
00:58:43.000 So definitely, and I would assume if you're on the jury or if you've seen his behavior, it's going to hurt him.
00:58:51.000 Okay, so off of this, all this information that we have now.
00:58:53.000 This is what's going to happen, I'll tell you.
00:58:55.000 So typically, they don't bring your criminal history into it until it's time for sentencing.
00:58:59.000 Right, so let's say he goes to trial, he loses.
00:59:01.000 Then they'll, you know, obviously bring his criminal history in when it comes to his sentencing.
00:59:06.000 But they don't want to taint the jury by his criminal history.
00:59:09.000 A lot of, because the defense attorney would attack that immediately.
00:59:12.000 Like, hey, why are you bringing in his criminal history?
00:59:14.000 That's not relevant to the situation.
00:59:16.000 We're looking at this case.
00:59:17.000 They don't want to, it's called like poisoning the jury.
00:59:19.000 So, at least in American law.
00:59:21.000 So, we'll see what happens, man.
00:59:23.000 But given the facts and circumstances from what I saw.
00:59:26.000 You can't substantiate, because the biggest defense, a lot of times, is self-defense.
00:59:31.000 And in this case, Florida, you know, we have a little bit more leeway than other places because you have the standard ground law, which became famous after the Zimmerman shooting with Trayvon Martin, where you have no duty to retreat if you're in a place where you're lawfully allowed to be.
00:59:43.000 And in this case, if you had punched a guy and knocked him out, he'd be fine.
00:59:47.000 Assaulting him again and again while having other people there, that's all going to count towards you no longer had a danger to your life.
00:59:54.000 There was no need for this aggression.
00:59:55.000 The threat was subdued, and you continued to go on.
00:59:58.000 And I think that's why, originally, though, he got arrested for a misdemeanor, because we know the Miami police are fucking lazy.
01:00:03.000 They don't do shit.
01:00:03.000 I think the fact that this case blew up and so many people reacted to it and hit national news, that put an enormous amount of pressure on the AG's office.
01:00:11.000 Sorry, the...
01:00:12.000 The assistant district attorney's office here in Miami to go and arrest him and make an example.
01:00:17.000 But imagine, someone comes to your gym, recording, by the way, this whole interaction, to try to, I guess, put you up.
01:00:23.000 Of course.
01:00:23.000 That's fucked up, man.
01:00:24.000 Yeah, it is fucked up, yeah.
01:00:25.000 He did agree to it, and they have the text messages on his DM saying, meet me at the gym, come here, sure.
01:00:30.000 So it was pre-planned.
01:00:31.000 Like, it was an agreement.
01:00:32.000 Like, me and you agree, we're going to go outside in an hour from now and fight, and we both fight.
01:00:37.000 I'm like, yeah, sure.
01:00:38.000 There's no problem.
01:00:38.000 So there's nothing wrong with him accepting that fight and doing it.
01:00:41.000 But let's say you knock me out and I'm knocked out.
01:00:44.000 And then you kick me in the head three times after.
01:00:47.000 Well, that's going too far.
01:00:48.000 Up to the knockout, hey, I agree to fight.
01:00:50.000 You win.
01:00:51.000 That's cool.
01:00:52.000 Two adults fighting and then you walk away.
01:00:54.000 But that's, I think, where people draw the line.
01:00:57.000 The fact that he was already down, given up.
01:00:59.000 30 seconds later, he walks up and kicks him again.
01:01:02.000 It's like, man.
01:01:02.000 That's all going to be used against him for sure.
01:01:04.000 Because you can't use self-defense anymore at that point, which is what it's going to be.
01:01:07.000 He was good all up until he walked up to him, attacked him, whatever.
01:01:10.000 Good.
01:01:10.000 This is Florida.
01:01:11.000 You don't have a duty to retreat when you're lawfully there.
01:01:13.000 If he's convicted, what does that mean for him?
01:01:15.000 Is he going to jail?
01:01:17.000 Yeah.
01:01:18.000 I would assume so because of his prior...
01:01:20.000 If he was...
01:01:21.000 He'd never done it before.
01:01:23.000 First offense, I think maybe they would let him off.
01:01:26.000 But in this situation, I wouldn't be...
01:01:30.000 Well, here's the thing.
01:01:31.000 The other thing that's going to be big...
01:01:32.000 That guy's going to have to testify.
01:01:34.000 Oh.
01:01:35.000 Wait a minute.
01:01:36.000 Look at the inside Rocky and the T-Rally case, whatever.
01:01:39.000 The guy that he shot at?
01:01:40.000 Yeah.
01:01:41.000 Well, this is from what I heard.
01:01:43.000 If somebody's dead, they can't talk.
01:01:45.000 Right?
01:01:45.000 But if they testify against you, they're probably going to win because you attacked them or shot at them.
01:01:49.000 Yeah, I mean, they've always said the dumbest thing you can do is, like, you know...
01:01:53.000 You know, violently assault or shoot at someone and let them live because then they're going to be the prime witness against you, right?
01:01:59.000 That's why Tory Lanez got hit so hard because he had witnesses saying that he shot him and they were there, even though he might have not shot.
01:02:04.000 But I say that to say that's the strength of witness testimony.
01:02:08.000 So with this guy, assuming he decides to move forward and testify, the whole state's case is going to be predicated on his testimony.
01:02:16.000 So we'll see.
01:02:17.000 But if he backs out and says, I don't want to testify anymore, then they might drop it because they won't have a witness.
01:02:22.000 Right.
01:02:23.000 Just to have the video footage, whatever, but his testimony is going to be crucial to the prosecution.
01:02:27.000 He was ordered not to communicate with this guy at all, or be, I think, five feet close to him?
01:02:30.000 500 feet from him.
01:02:32.000 Yeah, he can't contact him, the whole thing.
01:02:34.000 That's going to be automatic.
01:02:35.000 They're going to put a restraining order on Wes for that, because they're already worried about him being, you know, that guy's going to be the star witness.
01:02:42.000 But yeah, no, I mean, yeah, I mean, if Wes fights this and goes to trial and loses, yeah, he could look at some serious time, because he has multiple convictions already.
01:02:52.000 You know, they might even deem him a career criminal and give him an enhancement off of that.
01:02:57.000 So, even though I think his crimes were mostly in California, but that still could come in when it comes...
01:03:01.000 It could absolutely weigh against him when the judge determines sentencing.
01:03:05.000 And that's not even assuming if there's mandatory minimums or whatever in the state of Florida.
01:03:09.000 So, not good.
01:03:10.000 Some chats?
01:03:11.000 Yeah, I can.
01:03:13.000 Let's see here.
01:03:13.000 What do we got?
01:03:14.000 Guys, get your questions in for Greg.
01:03:17.000 WFNF, WChat, can you ask the...
01:03:19.000 This ninja, his thoughts on caffeine, what coach?
01:03:22.000 We gave him already.
01:03:23.000 Greg, what's your honest take on Dr. Isotel on Renaissance periodization and Jeff Nippert?
01:03:27.000 Okay, so I guess on his training program.
01:03:32.000 Dr. Mike, I think he's a smart guy.
01:03:34.000 I think he's really intelligent.
01:03:35.000 I think he has great advice.
01:03:37.000 I think that he's a great channel to go and support.
01:03:41.000 I just think that his own personal assessment or his ability to coach himself is not really there.
01:03:47.000 So I think he has great information.
01:03:48.000 I just don't think he follows it himself.
01:03:51.000 Gotcha.
01:03:51.000 Oddly enough.
01:03:52.000 And Jeff Nippard, we used to have beef back in the past, but we've since settled that time.
01:03:56.000 I think he has the greatest channel of all of the guys out there in terms of learning from.
01:04:00.000 Really informational.
01:04:00.000 Yeah, because he goes by the science and he just reports what he's learning.
01:04:04.000 And it's just like, this is the science, it's the evidence, and so I suggest you follow it.
01:04:09.000 You know, for a long time, we didn't really like each other.
01:04:13.000 Why not?
01:04:14.000 Well, I said some things about his ex-girlfriend back in the day.
01:04:17.000 She was, like, eating a lot of calories.
01:04:19.000 I don't want to bring it up.
01:04:20.000 The Asian girl?
01:04:21.000 Yeah.
01:04:23.000 Stephanie Buttermore.
01:04:24.000 Are they still together?
01:04:25.000 Oh, yeah.
01:04:26.000 They are?
01:04:28.000 Absolutely, yeah.
01:04:29.000 He's an ex-girlfriend?
01:04:29.000 No, they're together.
01:04:30.000 Yo, nigga.
01:04:31.000 Did I say something wrong?
01:04:33.000 No, no, because you said his ex-girlfriend.
01:04:34.000 Oh, oh, his girlfriend.
01:04:36.000 Oh, his girlfriend.
01:04:36.000 Okay, okay.
01:04:37.000 You said she was eating too much.
01:04:37.000 Yeah, but since that time, she's basically said, I understand that why he was saying this.
01:04:41.000 Like, basically, I was against the all-in journey and eating, like, the 10,000 calorie challenges.
01:04:46.000 I remember she did that series.
01:04:47.000 Yeah, she was getting fat.
01:04:48.000 Yeah, no, he got mad at you for that?
01:04:49.000 It's the truth.
01:04:50.000 But when it's about somebody's...
01:04:53.000 If it's your friend, girlfriend, wife, you're not going to want to hear somebody say anything negative about you.
01:04:57.000 So I can understand the hate that I get.
01:04:59.000 But you know my channel.
01:05:00.000 I just say what I think.
01:05:01.000 So I expect pushback.
01:05:04.000 Mike is not going to like me the way I talk about him.
01:05:07.000 But I say my honest opinion.
01:05:09.000 Like I just said, I think he has a great channel, but I don't think he listens to his own advice.
01:05:12.000 Don't talk about Mike Rasheed.
01:05:13.000 Don't do that.
01:05:16.000 You beat it, bro.
01:05:17.000 Don't do it, man.
01:05:19.000 He's joking.
01:05:21.000 Yeah, no, I remember this series that you're talking about.
01:05:23.000 She was promoting gluttony.
01:05:23.000 I remember.
01:05:24.000 This was a while after she had just done her show and shit and she was just like on a rampage.
01:05:28.000 So I had my opinions on that and it's like I just say what I think.
01:05:31.000 It's just like when I do Natty or not.
01:05:32.000 It's like I did a video on a girl just today.
01:05:35.000 I took the video down and she was...
01:05:38.000 Teaching people how to lose muscle.
01:05:40.000 And she said, to lose muscle, you do this diet and you go for walks.
01:05:44.000 And I was like, your diet's full of protein and it's high in calories and walking isn't going to tear down muscle.
01:05:48.000 It makes no sense.
01:05:49.000 And she said, the reason I started eating a lot of food is because people are making fun of me being skinny.
01:05:55.000 So then she ate more food, went to the gym, bulked up, had a great physique, all this muscle.
01:05:59.000 Then people started making fun of her for having too much muscle.
01:06:02.000 And then so she says, I'm going to lose all my muscle.
01:06:04.000 I'm like, woman!
01:06:05.000 Pick a body type.
01:06:07.000 You're just going with whatever the way the wind's blowing.
01:06:10.000 You're either bulking or you're cutting.
01:06:11.000 And I'm like, this is ridiculous.
01:06:13.000 And so she got so much hate from my people watching the video that she's like, could you please take the video down?
01:06:18.000 I'm like, I'll take the video down if you take your videos down promoting this bullshit diet that you were on.
01:06:23.000 And so she's like, cool.
01:06:24.000 And so I took the video down.
01:06:25.000 So that's how adults settle it.
01:06:27.000 In private.
01:06:28.000 No problem.
01:06:30.000 But you guys are cool now, you and Jeff.
01:06:32.000 I was going to try to get him on the show.
01:06:33.000 Guys, we're too controversial, though.
01:06:35.000 Yeah, not many.
01:06:37.000 He's very...
01:06:38.000 I'm hot or cold, I give you an opinion, but most guys like that are not going to do...
01:06:43.000 They're not going to...
01:06:44.000 Yeah, they just wouldn't.
01:06:46.000 Brand risk.
01:06:47.000 Well, yeah, I mean, the thing is, is like the fitness industry has both men and women, right?
01:06:50.000 And obviously we're known as the guys that hate women and make fun of women and shit.
01:06:53.000 So we're like, oh my God, half my family is going to leave me before I go to the podcast.
01:06:57.000 I was like, all right, whatever, bro.
01:06:57.000 I never listened to what you should do.
01:06:59.000 I found like, especially what made me famous, I used to call my fans or subs morons.
01:07:04.000 I made fun of everyone and people loved it.
01:07:06.000 And I'm like, I'm just going against the grain.
01:07:07.000 So I've always done that.
01:07:09.000 I continue to do this rather than just suck up to people.
01:07:12.000 I'm like, no, I'm not doing that.
01:07:13.000 Yeah.
01:07:14.000 Here's the thing I've noticed with being politically correct and being nice.
01:07:17.000 When you're politically correct and you're trying to win everyone over, what ends up happening is you can't be yourself anymore.
01:07:21.000 So if you have controversial views, if you have things, if you have your political views, your cultural views, whatever, you have to kind of conceal that, right?
01:07:28.000 If you notice, like, none of us know what...
01:07:30.000 Where Jeff Nipper leans politically or culturally.
01:07:32.000 Nobody knows.
01:07:34.000 They say in the middle, which, you know, that's the best way if you want to make money.
01:07:36.000 But obviously, you know, hey, coming on a pilot like this, are you right-wing?
01:07:40.000 What's going on here?
01:07:41.000 So I could see why.
01:07:42.000 Like, I didn't take offense to it, but that's just kind of what it is.
01:07:45.000 But, you know, you're one...
01:07:46.000 The other thing, too, is they're walking on eggshells.
01:07:47.000 You're literally one scandal away from getting exposed as a misogynist or an asshole.
01:07:53.000 So, you know, it is what it is.
01:07:55.000 What's up with the...
01:07:56.000 I saw a video.
01:07:57.000 Like, a couple weeks ago.
01:07:59.000 Some dude hit him at a gym?
01:08:00.000 Yeah, Jeff Nippard was attacked.
01:08:02.000 He's got throat punched by Drake's bodyguard.
01:08:06.000 I don't remember this guy's name.
01:08:07.000 Some tatted up guy.
01:08:08.000 I forget his name.
01:08:10.000 Yeah, I forget the name.
01:08:11.000 Mo, can you find it real quick for me?
01:08:11.000 Drake's bodyguard?
01:08:13.000 Mike Van Wick.
01:08:15.000 There you go.
01:08:15.000 Thank you.
01:08:16.000 So I actually made videos where I was like, Jeff is so in it.
01:08:19.000 I think I had the most views from this, like million plus views.
01:08:23.000 And I'm like, he does not deserve this.
01:08:24.000 That was over Jeff basically arguing with him scientifically that his way of training made sense.
01:08:30.000 This other guy's like, no, I think you should train this way.
01:08:32.000 And then he just attacked him at the gym.
01:08:34.000 He reacted to one of his videos.
01:08:36.000 I think it was one of these like...
01:08:38.000 TikTok reaction stitches where he gave some fitness advice and then Jeff gave some scientific peer-reviewed articles showing that it might have not been correct, what he was saying, or not optimal.
01:08:49.000 And then he runs into him at the gym and he throws him like a ragdoll, bro.
01:08:52.000 This guy was huge.
01:08:53.000 Throat punched him.
01:08:54.000 Jeff's like 5'5", maybe 170 pounds.
01:08:57.000 This guy's like 2-something.
01:08:58.000 And he's so nice, too, right?
01:08:59.000 I'm sorry, man.
01:09:00.000 Nice Canadian guy.
01:09:02.000 Bodybuilding niggas be emotional, bro.
01:09:03.000 Just keeping it real.
01:09:05.000 Maybe it's gear?
01:09:07.000 I'll be emotional as fuck, bro.
01:09:08.000 And the thing was, Wes Watson defended Mike Van Wick.
01:09:11.000 He said he deserved to get stomped.
01:09:14.000 Like, he went all out.
01:09:15.000 Oh, did he?
01:09:16.000 And so I started making videos of best Wes Watson for this.
01:09:19.000 I'm like, bro, you actually think that Jeff Nipper deserved that?
01:09:22.000 He's like, don't you know he's alpha?
01:09:24.000 He's bigger than him?
01:09:26.000 You're a short little manlet.
01:09:28.000 He's a big, tough guy.
01:09:29.000 You need to know where you stand.
01:09:32.000 And I'm like, it's not making him have a good look.
01:09:35.000 So because he called him out.
01:09:36.000 That made more people hate him.
01:09:38.000 And then he did that yelling at that gardener.
01:09:40.000 Do you remember that one?
01:09:42.000 Oh.
01:09:42.000 I'm like, man, it makes you look so bad.
01:09:44.000 You're out there saying, F you, F you, F you, for being too loud while literally, you know, cleaning up his yard?
01:09:51.000 Yeah, no, man.
01:09:52.000 I mean, while making a video, see, I disagree with Wes on that one.
01:09:55.000 Because, like, the thing is, man, is like...
01:09:56.000 He could have said politely, hey, do you mind doing this in a half an hour mid-video?
01:10:00.000 And he would have been like, oh, okay.
01:10:01.000 But, like, you start cursing.
01:10:03.000 It's like, ugh.
01:10:03.000 Because Jeff, because I saw the video.
01:10:05.000 I remember reacting to it.
01:10:06.000 Like, he didn't say anything bad about the guy.
01:10:08.000 Like, he criticized the information and said, hey, well, there's this information.
01:10:11.000 It's as nice and cordial as you could be to throw punch somebody for that.
01:10:15.000 Like, come on, man.
01:10:16.000 Like, look.
01:10:18.000 Yeah.
01:10:18.000 Like, I get it.
01:10:19.000 Jeff's a nice guy and, you know, very politically correct and stuff like that.
01:10:22.000 Some of you guys might say he's a pussy.
01:10:23.000 Look, he gives good information.
01:10:25.000 Doesn't want to rile the crowd up.
01:10:26.000 Just wants to keep it strictly fitness.
01:10:27.000 I totally respect and understand that.
01:10:29.000 But for somebody to get mad at him for being objective and saying, well, actually, this is the studies that show XYZ. He didn't shit on the guy.
01:10:35.000 He was just saying, here's the conflicting information.
01:10:37.000 Because I saw it, bro.
01:10:38.000 It was bad.
01:10:39.000 He fucking threw him across the thing.
01:10:40.000 And then he was going to whoop his ass.
01:10:41.000 And then he kind of backed away.
01:10:43.000 He pushed his cameraman.
01:10:44.000 Yeah, he pushed his cameraman.
01:10:45.000 It's like, bro.
01:10:46.000 Unnecessary.
01:10:47.000 It's too much.
01:10:47.000 Can we see it?
01:10:48.000 Yeah, we can.
01:10:49.000 There's definitely footage of that.
01:10:50.000 There's footage of it.
01:10:51.000 I saw it.
01:10:51.000 He's Drake's bodyguard?
01:10:53.000 Drake's former...
01:10:54.000 Bodyguard.
01:10:55.000 So he would actually know how to, you know, he'd know how to fight and defend himself.
01:10:58.000 I wonder if I know him.
01:10:59.000 He's huge.
01:11:00.000 Mike Van Wicks, an IFBB pro bodybuilder.
01:11:03.000 He's like six foot tall, probably 250, like a big guy.
01:11:06.000 Yeah.
01:11:07.000 Tattoos, the whole thing.
01:11:07.000 Yeah, I reacted to it.
01:11:08.000 I could get the, we could find, Mo, someone in the chat, well, Discord or somebody, you guys, can you guys get it for us so that we can show up?
01:11:13.000 But in the meantime, we got some chat stuff up here.
01:11:15.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:11:15.000 For Greg, actually.
01:11:16.000 Yeah.
01:11:16.000 Yeah, I'm sure people have a bunch of questions for Greg.
01:11:18.000 And then guys, just so you guys know, Greg will hang out with us with some lovely ladies, man.
01:11:22.000 We'll talk some dating and stuff like that and we can have a conversation.
01:11:26.000 Are you single?
01:11:27.000 No.
01:11:28.000 We've got Mepsagram over there watching from the side.
01:11:31.000 Oh, I thought it was his girl.
01:11:33.000 He's married.
01:11:34.000 Okay, there you go.
01:11:35.000 Awesome.
01:11:38.000 Yeah, no, I remember because we met in California from before.
01:11:40.000 She was at the Jubilee show with us.
01:11:42.000 Yeah, she was at the Jubilee show, and you met my girlfriend and stuff, so yeah, I remember.
01:11:45.000 Am I the only one that's single here?
01:11:47.000 The only smart man?
01:11:51.000 Don't be using the chat, man.
01:11:52.000 Let's go.
01:11:53.000 Just kidding.
01:11:53.000 Well, I still am, too.
01:11:55.000 Is there a way you can abuse pre-workouts?
01:11:57.000 If so, how?
01:11:58.000 Yeah, very easily by taking more than you should, or even just taking the max dose if you're not used to it.
01:12:04.000 It can be a bad sign.
01:12:05.000 Like, you drink too much caffeine, you're up all night, very dangerous.
01:12:09.000 Dry scooping, also dangerous.
01:12:11.000 So, caffeine.
01:12:12.000 I would actually say that...
01:12:13.000 Ooh, dry scooping is bad.
01:12:13.000 Yeah, people do it all the time.
01:12:15.000 I would say that pre-workouts are probably the most dangerous of all supplements that you can take.
01:12:21.000 The most likely to be used.
01:12:22.000 You take, like, the powder?
01:12:23.000 Because I used to do this shit.
01:12:24.000 Yeah, you put it in your mouth, it's all chalky and dry, pause.
01:12:26.000 And then you put some water and you wash it down.
01:12:28.000 You can choke on it, for starters.
01:12:30.000 Oh, shit.
01:12:31.000 And the water's important for hydration.
01:12:33.000 So, yeah, it's like, I don't know why people do it.
01:12:35.000 Do you even need pre-workout to actually work up properly?
01:12:38.000 No, but do you need anything?
01:12:40.000 Do you need Cialis to have sex?
01:12:41.000 Do you need Superman?
01:12:43.000 No, but it's going to make it better.
01:12:44.000 I don't.
01:12:45.000 BBC gang in the building.
01:12:46.000 What the fuck, bro?
01:12:48.000 Hey, man.
01:12:48.000 Dose of being black, you know?
01:12:49.000 Yeah, I guess so.
01:12:52.000 Costa doing business says, Coach Greg, hypothetical scenario here.
01:12:55.000 Let's say a man is almost 400 pounds.
01:12:56.000 Would you suggest they lose weight slowly to preserve the elasticity?
01:13:02.000 Elasticity of their skin.
01:13:04.000 Damn, I feel like Chris.
01:13:05.000 Or is the morbid obesity such a dire scenario that the man should lose more than 330 pounds a year to limit the chances of heart attack, stroke, and other life-threatening complications from being a fat ass?
01:13:15.000 No, you should lose that weight faster than last time.
01:13:17.000 You're 400 pounds.
01:13:17.000 You're screwed.
01:13:18.000 You've got to get that weight off.
01:13:19.000 Damn.
01:13:20.000 I mean, I would say a safe...
01:13:22.000 Four pounds a week you could lose.
01:13:23.000 30 pounds a year, that's nothing.
01:13:25.000 1% of body weight.
01:13:26.000 You should have no problem getting down to 300 pounds in like a year tops.
01:13:31.000 I mean, that'd be going slow.
01:13:32.000 How do you even get there, bro?
01:13:34.000 Overeating.
01:13:35.000 And honestly, you can do it quite slow.
01:13:37.000 If you're in 100 calorie surplus a day, you're going to gain 1 pound of fat a month, 10 plus pounds a year.
01:13:42.000 You do that for 10 years, it's 100 pounds.
01:13:44.000 20 years, 200 pounds.
01:13:45.000 So you're 200 pounds at 20, you're 400 pounds at 40, by 100 calorie surplus a day, that's all it takes.
01:13:51.000 It's not much.
01:13:52.000 That is scary, bro.
01:13:52.000 It's easy over a long period of time.
01:13:55.000 And that could literally be from like...
01:13:56.000 You know, pause, like, any lick of a lollipop, candy, ice cream, like, a morsel here, a morsel there, adds up!
01:14:02.000 Or walking a mile less?
01:14:03.000 Walking a mile less?
01:14:04.000 Bro, the moment I can't see my- You had a dog, and now you don't have a dog anymore?
01:14:07.000 You don't walk the dog?
01:14:07.000 The moment I can't see my dick, bro, it's over.
01:14:09.000 Like, it's over.
01:14:10.000 Everybody.
01:14:11.000 Okay.
01:14:12.000 What else do we got here?
01:14:14.000 Sheriff says, huge fan, Greg.
01:14:15.000 Never stop saying what you think.
01:14:16.000 What's your current opinion on John Skywalker?
01:14:19.000 Man, that's super sad, this guy.
01:14:20.000 What happened?
01:14:20.000 He used to abuse performance-enhancing drugs as well as recreational drugs.
01:14:25.000 Very, very famous guy.
01:14:27.000 Yeah.
01:14:27.000 He had that kind of very tall aesthetic physique.
01:14:30.000 Very Z's look, yeah.
01:14:30.000 Unfortunately, he got into doing, I think, too many recreational drugs, and he was hospitalized, had severe edema, probably heart failure and so on, and he's just recently been released.
01:14:42.000 He started posting things on his stories, basically hinting that he's not going to be around anymore, that he won't.
01:14:49.000 Be alive, let's say.
01:14:51.000 He got taken away, and so he's struggling.
01:14:54.000 He's lost all his muscle.
01:14:56.000 He looks sickly.
01:14:57.000 And so, I mean, if I was somebody a fan of his, I'd be like, that's another warning.
01:15:01.000 I'm betting you, 10 years ago, if he went back in time, he would not choose to do steroids, direct drugs that he was doing.
01:15:08.000 And so it's like, at the time, it's cool.
01:15:10.000 He's getting hundreds of thousands of followers.
01:15:12.000 He's promoting trend tech, I think it was called.
01:15:15.000 And it's like, it's cool when you're 20. But then when you're 30, 40, it's not cool anymore.
01:15:22.000 Being cool is being alive.
01:15:23.000 Yeah, he comes from the Z's era.
01:15:27.000 Yeah.
01:15:28.000 Yeah, I'm looking right.
01:15:28.000 So it's sad.
01:15:29.000 I mean, he lost all his muscle.
01:15:32.000 The severe swelling, the edema in the legs.
01:15:34.000 Yeah, I'm looking at his Instagram now, man.
01:15:36.000 Wow.
01:15:37.000 Holy shit, he's changed a lot.
01:15:38.000 It's very sad.
01:15:39.000 Yeah, it's, you know, wishing the best.
01:15:42.000 It ain't worth it, man.
01:15:42.000 Drugs are not worth it, dude.
01:15:43.000 Can we show it on screen so everyone can see?
01:15:45.000 Sure.
01:15:46.000 It's got John Skywalker on Instagram.
01:15:49.000 Bills.
01:15:50.000 I remember, yeah, I used to follow him way back in the day, man.
01:15:52.000 He comes from that aesthetic, you know, era with Jeff Side and Matt Ogis and all these guys, like, roughly 10 years ago, man.
01:15:58.000 That's absolutely crazy.
01:16:00.000 All advice isn't good advice, huh?
01:16:02.000 Yeah.
01:16:02.000 The gear, man, is not worth it.
01:16:03.000 This is why I've always been natural, man.
01:16:05.000 Like, I've always told guys, like, man, stay natty.
01:16:07.000 Yeah, you might not, you know, be as big or look as good, but, dude, longevity is important, man.
01:16:13.000 What do we got here?
01:16:14.000 WGreg, WFresherFit, you guys.
01:16:16.000 Cook those fatties on Jubilee.
01:16:17.000 You know it, bro!
01:16:19.000 Me and Greg are a great one-two punch with these fat asses.
01:16:22.000 What's Greg's thoughts on the Trend, Twists, Mike and Chris?
01:16:25.000 I think we kind of talked about it a little bit.
01:16:27.000 I like both these guys.
01:16:28.000 I coach them.
01:16:29.000 Mepsagram loves their channel.
01:16:31.000 She loves it.
01:16:32.000 I mean, the problem is they're on steroids and they're young and they promote it.
01:16:35.000 They glorify it.
01:16:37.000 I mean, they're tearing pecs.
01:16:39.000 They're training really heavy.
01:16:40.000 I like their content.
01:16:41.000 It's entertaining for me, but I do worry about the impression they give on, like, the teenagers.
01:16:46.000 Because these guys, I don't know if they're 22. They're freaks.
01:16:49.000 They're so strong.
01:16:50.000 Bench pressing over 500 pounds.
01:16:51.000 Like, they're just super strong.
01:16:52.000 Very good at bodybuilding.
01:16:54.000 But they're on steroids at a very young age, and they're giving advice on steroids.
01:16:58.000 They don't know much about it.
01:17:00.000 And, I mean, the fear is that they get even more popular.
01:17:03.000 They've already got over a million followers.
01:17:05.000 Does it like...
01:17:06.000 As someone that's been in the game for so long, when you see these young guys do this, does it make you cringe inside?
01:17:11.000 Like, holy fuck, man.
01:17:13.000 Yeah, because I was them.
01:17:14.000 Think of it.
01:17:15.000 They're both powerlifters and bodybuilders and exceptionally good at both.
01:17:19.000 I was that as a younger guy, but I was natural.
01:17:22.000 And so if I had to use steroids at 22, I'm sure I would have torn a peck.
01:17:26.000 I would have got injured eventually.
01:17:27.000 I'm like, can you guys just do it natural first?
01:17:29.000 Because you used it in your 30s and you're still like, holy shit.
01:17:31.000 It took me until my 30s.
01:17:34.000 42 shows natural.
01:17:35.000 I started training at 10. I'm like, get your natural genetic limit, and then if you want to do it, then do it.
01:17:39.000 Like, when you start using it at 21, 22, it's like you're too young.
01:17:44.000 And then their fans are 15, 16, 17-year-olds, and so they want to do it because they make it cool.
01:17:49.000 Like, the Trend Twins can promote, like, something that they promoted the pre-workout.
01:17:53.000 One of them ended up in the hospital from double-scooping his own pre-workout.
01:17:56.000 But do you know what that does?
01:17:57.000 It sells more of it.
01:17:59.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:17:59.000 The kids are like, I want that stuff.
01:18:01.000 Put them in the hospital.
01:18:02.000 Imagine how good it is.
01:18:02.000 Yeah.
01:18:03.000 Like, you know, if it gets banned, people want it.
01:18:06.000 Oh, yes.
01:18:07.000 Like my turkestrone, if that got banned by water because these Ecti steroids are on the watch list, if that gets banned, I'm going to be making millions and millions and millions.
01:18:17.000 The same thing happened with, we had Geo2Max.
01:18:20.000 NMN got banned.
01:18:21.000 The sales went from like a few a day to like a thousand.
01:18:24.000 Remember when Jack3D got banned?
01:18:26.000 Yes.
01:18:26.000 Their sales spiked way back in the day?
01:18:28.000 People want the...
01:18:29.000 What's on the cusp?
01:18:30.000 What's on edge?
01:18:31.000 Like, they don't want to break the laws, break-throughs.
01:18:34.000 Yeah, barely legal.
01:18:35.000 That's a different story.
01:18:36.000 But, yeah.
01:18:37.000 They want what's the most dangerous that they can get.
01:18:39.000 So, if it gets banned, you know, it's just going to increase sales.
01:18:43.000 Damn.
01:18:43.000 All right.
01:18:44.000 What's up next here?
01:18:46.000 The Amitra's Raps.
01:18:47.000 The Amitra's Raps says, I feel slow.
01:18:48.000 I just noticed Greg was in the Jubilee video with you, Myron, and currently that video has a whopping 72K comments agreeing with Myron and Greg.
01:18:55.000 That was people's first time getting a taste of Myron.
01:18:57.000 Extreme takes WFNF. Yeah.
01:18:59.000 You know, I am a bit extreme.
01:19:01.000 A bit?
01:19:02.000 A little bit.
01:19:03.000 But that's why I like Greg so much, bro.
01:19:04.000 He has the balls to come on here.
01:19:05.000 He's not scared like these other guys.
01:19:07.000 WFNF and WGreg.
01:19:08.000 Myron and Fresh already know this, but last May I lost 300 plus pounds.
01:19:12.000 Congrats.
01:19:12.000 Alyssa Meyer and Fat Shame call in show supporters and fat women on the after hour show.
01:19:16.000 He wasn't directly talking to me, but I took it to heart.
01:19:18.000 I couldn't stand to be a loser anymore and had no choice but to hold myself accountable, suffer and lose the weight.
01:19:23.000 I'm down 92 pounds and on track to hit my target weight by the end of April.
01:19:26.000 As long as I stick to the program, I've made, thanks to this, a show.
01:19:30.000 And guys like you, W. Shame.
01:19:32.000 Yeah, shame does work.
01:19:32.000 Good job, bro.
01:19:33.000 Yeah, shame does work.
01:19:34.000 What's your thoughts on shaming people, Greg?
01:19:37.000 I think that it can work for some people.
01:19:39.000 I think that that's what men do.
01:19:40.000 Men shame other men.
01:19:42.000 Women do not.
01:19:43.000 We had this discussion earlier today.
01:19:45.000 Like, men treat women so much more nicely than they do men.
01:19:48.000 Like, oh, they're being so nice to me.
01:19:51.000 I'm like, yeah, men are being nice to women.
01:19:52.000 If it was a man saying it to a man, they'd say something completely different.
01:19:56.000 And what we do with people who are fat...
01:19:58.000 400 or 500 pounds.
01:19:59.000 They treat them like we treat women.
01:20:01.000 Everyone coddles them.
01:20:02.000 Oh, no, it's what's on the inside.
01:20:04.000 They don't tell them the truth.
01:20:06.000 If they treated these obese people the way that men talk to men, it would be a completely different story.
01:20:11.000 Did you see Kanye West some of his suites today?
01:20:14.000 Oh, he's been going crazy.
01:20:15.000 I'll get one on fat people that I found.
01:20:17.000 But let's keep reading.
01:20:18.000 Let me find this.
01:20:19.000 I'll send it to you guys.
01:20:19.000 Oh, do you got the John Skywalker thing real quick?
01:20:21.000 Yeah.
01:20:21.000 Let's pull it up real quick.
01:20:22.000 Show the audience.
01:20:23.000 And guys, this is a representation for you guys.
01:20:25.000 This guy used to be...
01:20:26.000 The fucking man, like, ten years ago in the fitness industry.
01:20:30.000 And we can scroll down.
01:20:31.000 Scroll down, like, one of his old photos.
01:20:32.000 See that one right there on the bottom?
01:20:33.000 Like, this guy literally, you know, was like the...
01:20:37.000 This is what I would call, like, the aesthetic physique that most girls would like.
01:20:40.000 You know, perfect blend between aesthetics while still having paws.
01:20:43.000 You know, muscular development, right?
01:20:45.000 This was him before.
01:20:46.000 Now, this is him after.
01:20:49.000 What the...
01:20:50.000 Look at the lower legs there with the swelling.
01:20:52.000 Oh, yeah.
01:20:53.000 You can unmute it, too, Bills, if you want.
01:20:56.000 I'm using my diuretics, fucking swollen-ass feet, like, about 10-15 pounds of water retention, you know?
01:21:04.000 Look at my legs, they're all, like, swollen and shit.
01:21:08.000 My muscles, bro, I lost my physique.
01:21:11.000 Seriously.
01:21:12.000 And listen to him speak.
01:21:14.000 Bro, I gotta come back.
01:21:15.000 That's, like, way overdue right now.
01:21:18.000 But, like, my health keeps, like, fluctuating, you know?
01:21:24.000 Crazy, man.
01:21:25.000 And then you see here, anyways, if you missed my stories, I've been dealing with heart issues since the end of last year, and no, it wasn't because of the trend or test.
01:21:31.000 In fact, I was completely off gear for the majority of 2024. Most likely due to the ketamine therapy I started when I turned 30, leading to the most challenging addiction I've ever had to overcome.
01:21:40.000 What are your thoughts on that?
01:21:41.000 Oh, Saeed.
01:21:41.000 Comment it as well.
01:21:42.000 Saeed.
01:21:43.000 Oh, shit!
01:21:44.000 Praying for you, bro.
01:21:44.000 Hope you make it out.
01:21:45.000 That's Z's brother right there.
01:21:46.000 Yeah.
01:21:46.000 Praying for you, bro.
01:21:47.000 Hope you make it out the darkness.
01:21:48.000 Always here if you need a homie to chat with.
01:21:49.000 What are your thoughts on that?
01:21:51.000 Greg, do you think it's the ketamine as he's saying or do you think that the steroids actually played a bigger role than he cares to admit?
01:21:57.000 I definitely would know it's both.
01:21:59.000 Okay.
01:21:59.000 It's definitely both.
01:22:00.000 Yeah.
01:22:01.000 And I don't think it's just ketamine either.
01:22:03.000 Yeah.
01:22:03.000 Some other stuff?
01:22:04.000 I think he's been on everything.
01:22:06.000 This is a guy that's raving.
01:22:07.000 Yeah.
01:22:08.000 I don't think these guys are just, yeah.
01:22:10.000 Going to music festivals where they're doing all kinds of drugs and shit.
01:22:14.000 Yeah.
01:22:15.000 That's very unfortunate, man, just to see that.
01:22:18.000 But guys, that's why, stay natty, man.
01:22:20.000 It's really not worth it, guys.
01:22:21.000 What do we got next?
01:22:22.000 Can you imagine?
01:22:23.000 Because I think about it this way, right?
01:22:24.000 Long term.
01:22:25.000 I'm going to take steroids to become fit and look like the man to smash holes.
01:22:31.000 Then I don't...
01:22:32.000 Hold on.
01:22:32.000 Then I don't get hard with the chick.
01:22:34.000 I got to take Cialis or Viagra.
01:22:36.000 Then I might die in 10 years.
01:22:37.000 Like, fuck that shit.
01:22:38.000 Like, why would I take steroids?
01:22:40.000 To me, it's dumb.
01:22:41.000 Yeah.
01:22:42.000 Like, for what?
01:22:43.000 Look out on the outside and dying on the inside, right?
01:22:45.000 Look, I could smash holes right now looking like this.
01:22:47.000 Fuck it, bro!
01:22:47.000 We'll do that!
01:22:48.000 The bigger you get, you're gonna turn on a certain group of people.
01:22:51.000 And basically, when you have a lot of muscle, you turn on more men.
01:22:54.000 Oh, you know what?
01:22:55.000 I'm glad.
01:22:56.000 Yeah, so this is a dark secret that people don't know, right?
01:22:59.000 Like, only people that are, like, you know, kind of really dedicated their life to fitness understand this.
01:23:04.000 People say, oh!
01:23:05.000 I want to get ripped or whatever and get a physique like John Skywalker, right?
01:23:08.000 Like, yeah, you'll get some girls with that.
01:23:09.000 Absolutely.
01:23:10.000 What ends up happening is you get more dudes paying attention to you than girls.
01:23:13.000 And this is a dark secret that not many people talk about.
01:23:15.000 And a lot of women don't want that shit.
01:23:18.000 Like, a lot of girls will feel some type of way like, oh, you're too musculately developed.
01:23:21.000 Like, being too ripped or too jacked actually hurts you.
01:23:23.000 I mean, what are your thoughts on that?
01:23:25.000 Once you get to a certain amount of size, I would say even a little bit bigger than I am right now, you're going to turn off half the girls.
01:23:30.000 You're going to get some girls that like it.
01:23:32.000 Certain girls, probably girls that are on steroids.
01:23:34.000 You're going to get more jack girls who have deep voices and look like men.
01:23:37.000 They're going to want you more.
01:23:38.000 But the hotter, nicer, sweeter, let's say cute girls, they're not going to want that.
01:23:43.000 And not only that, the other thing too, like your lifestyle is going to be...
01:23:46.000 Counterproductive to getting these chicks.
01:23:48.000 You can't eat at certain restaurants.
01:23:49.000 You don't drink alcohol.
01:23:50.000 You sleep at a certain time.
01:23:52.000 The more dedicated you are to the fitness and making your physique look a certain way, the more you ostracize yourself from normies, which is where most girls fall.
01:23:59.000 I can't tell you how many girls that we've been out with.
01:24:02.000 Boyfriends that are bodybuilders, they'd be like, oh, he didn't want to eat dinner at Komodo yesterday because he's on his diet.
01:24:08.000 This is so boring.
01:24:09.000 I want to go out and have fun.
01:24:10.000 And then they'll go smash the dudes.
01:24:11.000 I can do the lifestyle.
01:24:12.000 So it's like a trade-off where your girl's going to be like, what the fuck, dude?
01:24:15.000 Your irritability, if you're dieting, if you're on drugs, all of that ends up weighing against you and actually hurting you with women in the long run.
01:24:21.000 Also, they're more aggressive.
01:24:22.000 And when I was dating, I've dated a fair bit of girls that were competitors, bikini, and all these different categories.
01:24:28.000 We'd both be getting ready for competition.
01:24:30.000 We both look our best.
01:24:31.000 No interest in each other.
01:24:33.000 I'm not interested in sex.
01:24:35.000 Would you guys purposely compete around the same time?
01:24:37.000 Quite often, yeah.
01:24:39.000 You're sharing misery because when one person's dieting and the other's not, it doesn't really work out that well.
01:24:43.000 It's bad, yeah.
01:24:46.000 That's great because that way at least you can suffer with someone else, right?
01:24:49.000 I mean, obviously you're not going to be intimate, but you're going to prepare the food together and shit like that.
01:24:54.000 Would you ever date again a gym girl?
01:24:56.000 She's a gym girl, I would say.
01:24:58.000 Just not maybe at the level of competing.
01:24:59.000 But like a high level gym girl.
01:25:01.000 Like top of the top.
01:25:02.000 I think he means like a fitness influencer chick.
01:25:05.000 Like a girl that's huge on steroids?
01:25:08.000 Well, she's big on the internet.
01:25:09.000 She's a fitness influencer.
01:25:10.000 I would date famous.
01:25:12.000 That doesn't bother me at all.
01:25:14.000 Millions of followers, it wouldn't matter.
01:25:15.000 No, that doesn't scare me off at all.
01:25:17.000 From what I've seen, it's kind of scary, bro.
01:25:19.000 Trust me, you don't want to know what I've seen.
01:25:21.000 What have you seen?
01:25:22.000 It's kind of dark.
01:25:23.000 Well, let's just say...
01:25:25.000 If they're big on the internet, anybody can hit them up.
01:25:28.000 But are they on OnlyFans?
01:25:30.000 Okay, here's the funny part.
01:25:32.000 It depends.
01:25:32.000 They always have OnlyFans.
01:25:34.000 ORF is where you draw the line then, right?
01:25:35.000 Yeah, like, I'm not gonna go out with somebody that you can see their coochie on.
01:25:40.000 They're smart.
01:25:40.000 They've evolved, bro.
01:25:42.000 So, it's obvious with OnlyFans, right?
01:25:44.000 That's the obvious thing you can see.
01:25:45.000 Link in bio, click the link.
01:25:46.000 But you know what they've done, though?
01:25:48.000 Twitter?
01:25:49.000 And Snapchat premium.
01:25:50.000 That's where the magic happens.
01:25:52.000 I'm on Snapchat.
01:25:53.000 That's a great...
01:25:55.000 What's premium?
01:25:56.000 I have my stories, but...
01:25:58.000 You gotta pay for videos.
01:26:00.000 Imagine, oh, I want to see you in a black guy smash.
01:26:04.000 I want to see you do it.
01:26:06.000 They're doing it low-key, though.
01:26:08.000 My girlfriend is not doing that.
01:26:10.000 I used to wonder, how are you in the gym 24-7?
01:26:13.000 How do you pay your freaking bills?
01:26:15.000 But then it hit me after seeing some things.
01:26:18.000 You sell your body or you do like...
01:26:20.000 With millions of followers, you would not need to do that.
01:26:22.000 If you have a million followers and you're not making a million dollars a year, you've done everything wrong.
01:26:26.000 But Greg, remember, their followers are men, not women buying their products.
01:26:30.000 They still don't know what they're doing.
01:26:32.000 They need to hire somebody that can tell them what to do.
01:26:34.000 Like Brandon Carter.
01:26:34.000 I agree.
01:26:35.000 My goodness.
01:26:36.000 If you do not have to...
01:26:37.000 If you're a woman with a million followers, you don't need to get naked to make money.
01:26:40.000 You're doing something wrong.
01:26:42.000 Oh, you'd be surprised, my friend.
01:26:43.000 He'd be surprised.
01:26:44.000 They just don't know better.
01:26:45.000 They're not smart enough to figure out what to do other than show off their bodies.
01:26:48.000 That's why we do a show three times a week about girls and dating.
01:26:52.000 Yeah.
01:26:52.000 I'm trying to find the tweet that he made making fun of fat girls.
01:26:56.000 Oh, yay?
01:26:56.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:26:57.000 Oh, here we go.
01:26:57.000 He's been going crazy, bro.
01:26:59.000 He's been going crazy all day today.
01:27:00.000 It's fucking awesome.
01:27:02.000 It's marvelous.
01:27:03.000 WooMama says, thoughts on women taking creatine?
01:27:05.000 I've been getting mixed reviews on this topic.
01:27:07.000 Take it.
01:27:08.000 Why wouldn't you take it?
01:27:08.000 You absolutely should be taking it.
01:27:10.000 Okay.
01:27:11.000 Simple.
01:27:12.000 Gaz?
01:27:13.000 Oh, he said something crazy?
01:27:14.000 Alright, cool.
01:27:15.000 Fresh updates.
01:27:16.000 Bro, how do I stop protein farts?
01:27:18.000 Eat less protein?
01:27:19.000 I mean, they're not going to be that bad.
01:27:22.000 It's mostly eggs, the sulfur.
01:27:24.000 That's what's bad.
01:27:25.000 Stay away from a lot of eggs.
01:27:27.000 Myron's protein farts are bad.
01:27:29.000 Just say it, bro.
01:27:31.000 It happens sometimes.
01:27:32.000 Samson Atlas says, hey, Greg, are you going to be at the Arnold Classic?
01:27:35.000 I am going to be.
01:27:36.000 I'm on the panel, guest speaking again this year.
01:27:39.000 Luckily, now that I can travel, I wasn't going to go.
01:27:41.000 And I'm like, sorry, I can't make it this year.
01:27:43.000 And then like 30 minutes later, the lawyer called me.
01:27:45.000 You're back in the States.
01:27:46.000 I'm like, all right.
01:27:47.000 And so, yeah, I'll be there.
01:27:48.000 How does that feel about to be free now after all those years of being like held back?
01:27:51.000 Honestly, the first trip I made back, like I wasn't able to go to the States for like 10 years.
01:27:55.000 So I'm like, I'm going to the Arnold's and I walk in.
01:27:58.000 I'm like, I've never had.
01:28:00.000 That kind of experience in my life.
01:28:01.000 Thousands of people lining up to take photos.
01:28:04.000 I bought your cookbook.
01:28:05.000 I watched your videos.
01:28:07.000 You've changed my life.
01:28:08.000 You've saved my life.
01:28:09.000 I mean...
01:28:09.000 I walked out of there with so many compliments that my bank of compliments is so high that now when I read people shitting on me on the internet, like you're a 5'6 manlet loser, no girl would ever date you.
01:28:21.000 I'm like, I'm so full of compliments that you can't take me down.
01:28:24.000 Facts.
01:28:24.000 It's there.
01:28:25.000 The bank of compliments is so high, I can't be taken down.
01:28:29.000 I just feel too good about it.
01:28:30.000 It was an eye-opening experience to think that that many people watched my videos.
01:28:36.000 It was surreal and it still shocks me to this day.
01:28:39.000 You know what's funny?
01:28:40.000 He said, fuck all this woke shit.
01:28:42.000 They're putting fat bitches on the runway.
01:28:43.000 Nobody want to see that shit.
01:28:45.000 Well, it's true.
01:28:46.000 It's unhealthy and promotes obesity and is wild.
01:28:49.000 If the fat bitch lose weight, then they lose their acceptance for Adele because she actually has another talent than being used as a pawn for political agendas.
01:28:57.000 Yo, that nigga's going up.
01:28:58.000 He's going crazy right now.
01:29:00.000 He said he was a Nazi earlier.
01:29:02.000 And he called himself Yaydolf.
01:29:07.000 What's true, who wants to see a 400-pound runway model?
01:29:10.000 Who wants to see a 300-pound girl on the cover of Sports Illustrated?
01:29:15.000 It's ridiculous.
01:29:16.000 They're using these women, and they think, no, they're being...
01:29:19.000 No, they're using it because they know it's going to sell magazines, and they don't care.
01:29:23.000 They just care about making money.
01:29:25.000 They'll do whatever they need to do to make the most money.
01:29:28.000 When you lie, I always say, when you lie, women buy.
01:29:31.000 You know, lying and saying you can be fat and everything else like that.
01:29:34.000 Women are going to be like, oh, really?
01:29:35.000 Okay, love my body.
01:29:36.000 And then, boom, we got this whole body positivity bullshit going on.
01:29:39.000 Yeah.
01:29:39.000 So, he had another funny-ass tweet saying that it's like a crime that fat women are in public.
01:29:43.000 I got to find it, though.
01:29:45.000 Yeah, I think saying it's a crime to be fat in public, that's too far.
01:29:49.000 Yeah, he said it was funny.
01:29:50.000 I got to find it.
01:29:51.000 But we'll keep reading the chats.
01:29:53.000 Shout to Coach Greg.
01:29:55.000 I got Turk Builder and Geo 2 Max, and I can test if shit works.
01:29:59.000 He's indeed not a snake oil salesman.
01:30:01.000 Anyone thinking to compete, make sure you have a proper tan.
01:30:04.000 Exactly.
01:30:04.000 It's all about the tan.
01:30:05.000 But see, the problem with Turk Builder and Turk Max is the majority of the fitness industry is lying and selling fake Ajuga.
01:30:12.000 They're getting the shit from China.
01:30:14.000 It's way cheaper.
01:30:15.000 It doesn't have the same effect.
01:30:16.000 And so a lot of people are trying Turkestron, Ajuga, but they're not actually getting what they're paying for.
01:30:21.000 And that's the big problem.
01:30:23.000 Where can they find your stuff?
01:30:25.000 On my website.
01:30:26.000 Although, we're sold out now probably.
01:30:27.000 Are we, Steve?
01:30:28.000 We're sold out.
01:30:30.000 I mean, Will Tennyson made a video.
01:30:32.000 He used it.
01:30:33.000 He said it's effective.
01:30:33.000 It's got billions of views.
01:30:34.000 Obviously, the sales went up, and so we're trying to get it back in stock.
01:30:37.000 I keep smuggling this stuff from Uzbekistan.
01:30:40.000 50 keys in the duffel bag.
01:30:42.000 It's tough, man.
01:30:43.000 It's working, bro.
01:30:44.000 That's what matters.
01:30:45.000 Guys, Castle Club, I know you guys are going to find it.
01:30:49.000 You guys are going to find it.
01:30:49.000 It was something about sexual assault.
01:30:51.000 You already got it?
01:30:52.000 Okay, yeah.
01:30:53.000 It was hilarious what he said about it, about fat women and sexual assault.
01:30:57.000 Let's see.
01:30:58.000 Yeah, he's taking out a bunch of his tweets, guys, because they're coming after him right now.
01:31:02.000 But he's been going crazy.
01:31:04.000 Alright, fat bitches are sex offenders.
01:31:05.000 I see them sexually offended.
01:31:07.000 Making lingerie for fat bitches like giving knives to little kids.
01:31:09.000 They gonna hurt somebody.
01:31:10.000 If you find yourself in a fat bitch pussy, just remember, it's because you're broke.
01:31:15.000 Yo, that's crazy, bro.
01:31:18.000 Broke.
01:31:19.000 Yo, send me that tweet.
01:31:19.000 I gotta retweet that shit, man.
01:31:21.000 Yo, can you send me that?
01:31:22.000 No game.
01:31:22.000 Give me the link for it.
01:31:25.000 I need to retweet that shit.
01:31:27.000 Alright.
01:31:27.000 That's hilarious.
01:31:28.000 It is sexual assault.
01:31:29.000 It's a assault in all of our eyes.
01:31:31.000 Okay.
01:31:32.000 I remember very vaguely, back when I was broke, I wasn't a lot of fat bitches.
01:31:36.000 I was there.
01:31:37.000 So yeah, like, tell the truth.
01:31:39.000 I always tell people to progressive overload your bitches.
01:31:42.000 You start at the ones, and then you go to a two and you can handle that, to a three, to a four.
01:31:47.000 This is how you do it.
01:31:48.000 It's survival, right?
01:31:49.000 It's survival.
01:31:50.000 You gotta kill the ruts.
01:31:52.000 Progressive overload your bitches.
01:31:53.000 I like that.
01:31:54.000 I like that.
01:31:55.000 It's true.
01:31:55.000 Like, so many guys don't have the confidence to talk to hot women.
01:31:58.000 I'm like, start with the ugliest, fattest woman at the bar and go and talk to her.
01:32:03.000 She ain't got no one.
01:32:04.000 Talk to her, get some confidence, and then you can work up to the twos.
01:32:07.000 Start where you can.
01:32:08.000 The threes, and eventually you'll get a four.
01:32:10.000 You know the W Greg bad?
01:32:11.000 You know that there's OCA? Go, you're appreciated.
01:32:13.000 Start with it once.
01:32:15.000 Absolutely.
01:32:16.000 Yeah.
01:32:16.000 That's some good shit, man.
01:32:17.000 Yo.
01:32:20.000 That's a first.
01:32:21.000 I like that one.
01:32:22.000 Greg is a man.
01:32:23.000 Progressive overload your bitches.
01:32:24.000 Greg is a man.
01:32:24.000 Oh, man.
01:32:25.000 Watch someone fucking clip that and try to say he's a massage that's coming on our podcast.
01:32:28.000 Oh, man.
01:32:28.000 Hey, man.
01:32:28.000 It's awesome, man.
01:32:29.000 Fuck y'all niggas.
01:32:30.000 What do we got next?
01:32:32.000 That's it?
01:32:32.000 How dare you?
01:32:33.000 Okay, cool.
01:32:34.000 Greg.
01:32:34.000 It's 10 o'clock now.
01:32:36.000 Chris, all the girls here?
01:32:38.000 Let's go 10.45.
01:32:40.000 Start the show at 10.45?
01:32:41.000 Okay.
01:32:41.000 Greg, this was an awesome interview, man.
01:32:43.000 You killed it, 100%.
01:32:44.000 Yeah.
01:32:44.000 Where can they find you?
01:32:45.000 And when you get more stock, where can they buy from you for the...
01:32:48.000 HTLTSupps.com.
01:32:50.000 Just type in Greg Doucette on YouTube and follow me there.
01:32:53.000 I'm ShadowBen on Instagram because I just say too much shit.
01:32:57.000 And it's Greg Doucette IFBB Pro.
01:32:59.000 Yes.
01:33:00.000 If I weren't ShadowBen, I'm trying to get a million followers there.
01:33:02.000 I'm at like nine something.
01:33:04.000 It's been stuck for a while.
01:33:05.000 I got some things you could do to employ to help you get over there.
01:33:07.000 I got you.
01:33:08.000 We got you.
01:33:10.000 Also, guys, stay tuned.
01:33:11.000 He's going to be here with the lovely ladies.
01:33:13.000 And then we're probably going to do some work with Greg behind the scenes as well.
01:33:17.000 So you guys are going to see a little bit more of us and Greg together with some stuff.
01:33:21.000 One last thing.
01:33:22.000 After this chat.
01:33:24.000 WGES, WFNF, I just got a TRT because it's $1,400 now.
01:33:27.000 I'm still taking HCG and haven't been working out for almost three months.
