Fresh & Fit - How To Get Rich In Your 20's

00:05:05.000 And we are live.

00:05:06.000 What's up, guys?

00:05:07.000 Welcome to Fresh Air Podcast, man.

00:05:08.000 It's Money Monday, man.

00:05:09.000 We're going to talk about getting money in your 20s or actually getting money while you're still young, guys.

00:05:14.000 Let's get into it.

00:05:15.000 Let's go!

00:06:01.000 We're good to go.

00:06:06.000 Guys, welcome to the Freshly Podcast, man.

00:06:08.000 It is Money Monday, man.

00:06:10.000 The best part of Monday.

00:06:11.000 Yes, yes.

00:06:11.000 Of the week.

00:06:12.000 We got about a little over 1,000 of you guys over here on YouTube, and then we got 3,000 over on Rumble, man.

00:06:18.000 So, shout out to all you guys.

00:06:20.000 And we're also live on Twitch, Twitter, Facebook as well.

00:06:23.000 Locals too.

00:06:24.000 And locals.

00:06:24.000 So, however you choose to watch us, man, thank you for being here.

00:06:27.000 You guys can be anywhere else in the world, but you're here with us.

00:06:29.000 We post as well.

00:06:30.000 The Triple Castle.

00:06:32.000 On Castle Club TV. Yes.

00:06:33.000 Go check it out.

00:06:34.000 CastleClub.tv, guys.

00:06:35.000 All the content is there.

00:06:36.000 Behind the scenes stuff, whether it's kicking out those girls.

00:06:38.000 One of them was complaining and saying a whole bunch of BS when Icy was kicking them out.

00:06:42.000 Yeah.

00:06:43.000 Behind the scenes stuff is going to be there.

00:06:47.000 And yeah, man, whether it's IRL streams, behind the scenes stuff of the new studio, etc.

00:06:51.000 I got some clips that I want to put on locals of the studio.

00:06:55.000 It's coming along very nicely. 0.99

00:06:57.000 Oh, damn. 0.99

00:06:57.000 But... 0.99

00:06:58.000 Okay.

00:06:58.000 I know some of y'all leaked the local stuff, so I don't know, man.

00:07:01.000 I'm a fit.

00:07:02.000 Yeah.

00:07:03.000 That's messed up, bro.

00:07:04.000 Yeah, I know some of y'all sometimes leak the stuff from Castle Club, so I'm like, ah.

00:07:08.000 So I'll see, but...

00:07:10.000 See, it's dangerous, bro.

00:07:12.000 Yeah, it's dangerous, bro.

00:07:12.000 Because you want to get into the sauce?

00:07:13.000 Yeah.

00:07:13.000 And then do a video clip?

00:07:15.000 Oh! 0.60

00:07:16.000 I'm like, nah, bruh.

00:07:18.000 That's not us, dawg.

00:07:19.000 Yeah, man.

00:07:19.000 And then the haters be lurking and stuff.

00:07:22.000 But I'll probably still do it anyway.

00:07:24.000 I'm just waiting until I get one edition, but it's really coming along nice, guys.

00:07:28.000 The new studio is going to be...

00:07:29.000 It's going to still have that fresh and fit vibe, but it's going to be modernized.

00:07:32.000 It's going to be newer, and it's going to be super sleek and better cameras.

00:07:37.000 Like I said before, as y'all know, I went ahead and invested, and I got...

00:07:40.000 A bunch of new cameras.

00:07:42.000 These are Sony FX3s, right, that I picked up.

00:07:45.000 I actually got another one yesterday.

00:07:47.000 So you guys are about to see cinema-level type stuff.

00:07:51.000 And the internet's going to be faster over there, so we shouldn't have problems.

00:07:54.000 But yeah, man, and I picked up some lenses as well.

00:07:56.000 So we're really taking the content to the next level when it comes to production quality, sliders, all that stuff, man.

00:08:02.000 So it's going to be lit, man.

00:08:04.000 I'm really excited for it.

00:08:06.000 My goal is to have the best...

00:08:09.000 Produced live podcast on the internet.

00:08:11.000 I think we're already there now.

00:08:12.000 I don't think many people compete with us.

00:08:13.000 The only people that do live stream podcasts anyway are who?

00:08:16.000 Tim, Ethan D. Klein.

00:08:20.000 Crowder?

00:08:21.000 Crowder does it.

00:08:22.000 Tim Cash, Crowder, etc.

00:08:24.000 I think we're already there when it comes to the production as far as cameras and sliders and lighting and all that stuff.

00:08:29.000 Backdrops.

00:08:30.000 But I'm trying to be at a level where no one even comes close to us.

00:08:33.000 And for all the haters that have some bad things to say...

00:08:37.000 When we hit that top peak of, like, I want to say, ultimate podcasting, don't come back and say, oh, my bad, bro, I didn't mean that.

00:08:43.000 Nah, you meant everything you said, so keep that same energy.

00:08:45.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:08:45.000 That's all I'm going to say.

00:08:46.000 Stay over there, right?

00:08:46.000 Yeah, stay over there.

00:08:47.000 Stay over there.

00:08:48.000 Infamous stay over there. 0.88

00:08:49.000 Yeah.

00:08:50.000 But, yeah, man.

00:08:52.000 So, it's going to be great.

00:08:53.000 You know, I know some haters are saying, like, oh, y'all are getting evicted, blah, blah, blah.

00:08:56.000 Not really.

00:08:58.000 Listen, we upgraded to a better location.

00:09:00.000 And we own it now.

00:09:01.000 We own it, guys.

00:09:04.000 And as with my transparency, I'm going to...

00:09:06.000 Actually, I got a tax strategy that I'm using that I'm going to go ahead and share with y'all once we get into the new spot.

00:09:10.000 But like God says, when doors close, doors open as well.

00:09:14.000 So it's like, yeah, it's a blessing, man, in disguise.

00:09:16.000 Even if it be demonetized, it looks bad, but we're not giving up.

00:09:20.000 Yeah, we're not giving up, bro.

00:09:21.000 Like I said before, we just innovate and create and we still do what we got to do.

00:09:26.000 And at the end of the day, bro, people are going to hate.

00:09:28.000 We're pioneers in this space.

00:09:29.000 I see everyone trying to do what we're doing, bringing girls on and have our conversations, but they're still trash because they could try to replicate, but they'll, you know, they're never going to imitate, but they can't replicate. 0.92

00:09:39.000 They're not you, bro.

00:09:40.000 That too.

00:09:40.000 You're one of a kind.

00:09:41.000 Yeah, thank you, man.

00:09:41.000 I appreciate that.

00:09:42.000 You're one of a kind too, my friend.

00:09:43.000 I know.

00:09:43.000 You can't see me.

00:09:44.000 They can't think about this.

00:09:45.000 You know what I mean?

00:09:47.000 Live for girth!

00:09:48.000 Yeah, they can't say live for girth, bro.

00:09:49.000 It'll mean the same thing, bro.

00:09:50.000 You can't beat this combo.

00:09:51.000 Like me.

00:09:52.000 Yeah.

00:09:52.000 They're saying.

00:09:53.000 You know, they don't got the blackness. 1.00

00:09:54.000 You know what I mean?

00:09:55.000 And the womanizing and the 1,000 bodies. 1.00

00:09:57.000 Yeah, bro.

00:09:58.000 They don't have that sauce, man.

00:09:58.000 They don't have it, bro.

00:10:00.000 Bro.

00:10:00.000 I mean, they can copy.

00:10:01.000 It's fine.

00:10:01.000 You know, they always say imitation is the largest form of flattery.

00:10:05.000 Yeah.

00:10:06.000 But that's why, like...

00:10:08.000 Here's the thing too, guys.

00:10:09.000 I'm not going to sit here and tell y'all that, oh yeah, we're perfect and we've done it.

00:10:12.000 We've taken some risks.

00:10:13.000 We've made mistakes.

00:10:14.000 We've tried things out.

00:10:15.000 Some things worked, some things didn't.

00:10:17.000 This is our first time podcasting, bro.

00:10:19.000 We've only been on it for less than three years, bro.

00:10:21.000 Pretty much.

00:10:22.000 October 26th, guys, is going to be our three-year anniversary.

00:10:25.000 If you have something special for y'all.

00:10:26.000 I mean, think about this.

00:10:26.000 We're still here right now.

00:10:27.000 Yeah, we're still here.

00:10:28.000 So, thank God.

00:10:29.000 Not canceled and still giving y'all a contest.

00:10:31.000 So, you know, it is what it is.

00:10:33.000 But yeah, because some people try to say that we're evicted or whatever.

00:10:36.000 And in my head, I'm like, what?

00:10:38.000 That assumes that we didn't pay the rent, which we do.

00:10:41.000 Because obviously, I'm incentivized to pay it.

00:10:44.000 Because, bro, it's a tax write-off for me.

00:10:45.000 So it's a big W. A huge write-off.

00:10:46.000 It's a huge write-off for me.

00:10:47.000 And then the next spot, I got an even better tax strategy set up, which I'm...

00:10:51.000 Fresh always gets on me about being too transparent with y'all.

00:10:53.000 Yes.

00:10:54.000 You're too transparent.

00:10:56.000 But I got a strategy that me and Steve are working with with the new spot that will show you guys how if you buy your own spot, you can use it to your advantage for tax purposes.

00:11:06.000 And that's a strategy that I'm going to show you guys.

00:11:08.000 100% legal.

00:11:09.000 And I'm going to tell you guys how we do it.

00:11:11.000 And it's going to be really lit.

00:11:12.000 So if you guys ever buy a condo in the future, etc.

00:11:14.000 Because I tell you all the time, buying a condo as an investor typically isn't a good move.

00:11:18.000 But...

00:11:18.000 There is one situation where it is good move, and I'm going to show you guys that tax strategy once we implement it at the new spot, which I'm happy to share with you guys, man.

00:11:26.000 Because at the end of the day, bro, it's always great when you guys send me messages saying, like, yo, you know, I got rid of this toxic girl, or I got a girlfriend, or, you know, I was able to walk away or whatever.

00:11:35.000 But I really love it when I get you guys, when you guys send me your wins with credit score, making more money, becoming more successful, saving money on taxes by employing one of the strategies we told you how to use from Money Monday.

00:11:45.000 Like, these episodes right here is where we're actually, like, I think these episodes are where we change a lot of lives from a financial standpoint, right?

00:11:52.000 And, you know, people always say, oh, money isn't everything, money doesn't buy happiness.

00:11:55.000 Well, yeah, money doesn't buy happiness and money isn't everything, but when you don't have it, it is everything.

00:11:59.000 So I want y'all to get this box checked off so that you can focus on stuff that's more important, right?

00:12:04.000 Building relationships with people that you care about, maybe raising a family, to hanging out with your friends.

00:12:10.000 You know, I want y'all to be able to have that money so that you can actually enjoy life because when you don't have money, it's literally the worst, man.

00:12:16.000 It's absolutely the worst.

00:12:17.000 Yes, it's very true.

00:12:18.000 Even living on your own terms, because with money, you have access, and with access, you have time.

00:12:22.000 But with that, you don't have anything, honestly.

00:12:24.000 Exactly.

00:12:25.000 But we 100% acknowledge that you're going to need to grind in the beginning to be able to get that lifestyle, which we're going to talk about today.

00:12:30.000 And it's a sacrifice as well.

00:12:32.000 So, today's topic.

00:12:33.000 Yeah, today's topic.

00:12:34.000 Before we get into the topic, guys, it's September 11th.

00:12:37.000 Yes.

00:12:38.000 The 22nd year anniversary.

00:12:41.000 As you guys know, we were, you know...

00:12:44.000 We've covered 9-11 extensively on Rumble, guys, and on YouTube, as you guys know.

00:12:50.000 And with Ryan Dawson, we covered all the stuff behind the scenes as far as...

00:12:55.000 Is everything okay?

00:12:57.000 I can hear the show in the back.

00:12:59.000 I think it's coming from Moe.

00:13:02.000 Yeah, it's fine, guys.

00:13:03.000 It's fine.

00:13:03.000 Don't worry about it.

00:13:04.000 We were muted regardless.

00:13:06.000 Okay.

00:13:07.000 Either way, so as you guys know, it's been 20-plus years since 9-11.

00:13:11.000 And, you know, I remember where I was.

00:13:13.000 I was sitting in my sixth-grade classroom, Ms.

00:13:16.000 Landry's English class, I'll never forget this, over at Pulaski Middle School in New Britain, Connecticut.

00:13:22.000 And it was sometime in the afternoon, and I remember they said, came across the loudspeaker, just goes...

00:13:28.000 Alright guys, attention, attention.

00:13:30.000 We are here to tell you that something tragic has happened in New York and we are going to end school.

00:13:35.000 Of course none of us knew what was going on.

00:13:36.000 Everyone was like, woo, yeah, early day, half day, let's go home and chill.

00:13:41.000 And I remember the buses came, we left, and I got home and my dad was watching the news and I see like the towers on fire and they're collapsing and a plane hit and all this other stuff and I was like, what the hell?

00:13:53.000 And, you know, regardless, guys, of whether you believe, and we cover 9-11 extensively, you guys could go check my FedReacts channel or our Rumble channel where we have all the 9-11 episodes with Ryan Dawson.

00:14:03.000 We had to take them off YouTube, but they're on Rumble, guys.

00:14:06.000 Whether you believe in the official narrative or you believe in one of the theories that we covered on the podcast, regardless...

00:14:15.000 Innocent people died.

00:14:17.000 I think that's the number one thing.

00:14:19.000 That's the most important thing is that innocent people died.

00:14:22.000 Who was behind it is debatable, and there's a bunch of different theories, but innocent people absolutely did die.

00:14:27.000 They have the DNA evidence over at the hospital.

00:14:30.000 People lost their lives, okay?

00:14:31.000 And if you don't believe me, look at the thousands upon thousands of people that were impacted by losing family members on that day.

00:14:37.000 So what I want to do as someone that used to work for the government and was actually tasked with stopping attacks like this, I want to take a quick moment of silence, guys.

00:14:45.000 To show respect and honor for the people that passed away because people did lose their lives regardless of what your beliefs are.

00:14:51.000 And we'll continue on with the show because at the end of the day, this is the best country in the world.

00:14:55.000 People can hate as much as they want, but obviously America has its faults, but I still think it's the best house in a crappy neighborhood.

00:15:03.000 So, moment of silence please guys, and then we're going to get into the show.

00:15:37.000 We're good.

00:15:38.000 All right.

00:15:39.000 Thank you guys for that.

00:15:39.000 All right.

00:15:40.000 I appreciate that.

00:15:41.000 So, chat's first or?

00:15:43.000 We're good to chat's first.

00:15:44.000 Okay.

00:15:46.000 We're going to cover how to make money in your 20s.

00:15:48.000 Rest in peace to the people that lost their lives that day.

00:15:49.000 Yeah, rest in peace.

00:15:51.000 So, we got here.

00:15:51.000 Okay.

00:15:53.000 The real Jervis goes, Hey, Fresh and Fit, have a question. 0.54

00:15:56.000 Long story short, I sell cars dealing with people that are immature and lazy managers, etc.

00:16:00.000 It takes three hours of my day to commute.

00:16:02.000 Should I stay or get a job?

00:16:04.000 Should I quit so I can work local and work on my side business?

00:16:08.000 Three hours out of your day to commute.

00:16:10.000 Yeah.

00:16:11.000 Is that back and forth or just there?

00:16:13.000 Probably there and back.

00:16:15.000 So he probably takes him like an hour, hour and a half to get to work.

00:16:18.000 Dude, not only is that time, but gas, wear and tear in your car, if you're using a car.

00:16:24.000 I would say keep your daytime job, bro.

00:16:26.000 But if anything, you commuting three hours a day should motivate you to really get on your grind and get that business up and running and making money.

00:16:35.000 Because we tell y'all over here on this side, you want to be making 1.5 to two times as much from your regular job before you actually quit and leave.

00:16:42.000 And have a bunch of, you know, have at least six months of savings.

00:16:44.000 God forbid anything happen.

00:16:47.000 See, that three hours you spend going back and forth has to be wisely because, once again, what I used to do when I was driving from Pembroke Fines to Boca, I'll put in audio tapes, audio books.

00:16:57.000 Yeah, so that helped me a lot.

00:16:57.000 Ah, okay.

00:16:59.000 Not kill time because that is a big time waste.

00:17:01.000 Okay.

00:17:02.000 Or move close to your job so you're not far away.

00:17:04.000 But either way, I mean...

00:17:05.000 So educate yourself while you're driving.

00:17:07.000 But yeah, bro, if anything, I say don't quit.

00:17:09.000 But the thing is, is that use that three hours that you're commuting to educate yourself.

00:17:14.000 And then also use it as motivation to stop.

00:17:16.000 Every time you're gritting your teeth driving that three hours every day to go to work to and from, like use that as motivation.

00:17:21.000 Like, man...

00:17:22.000 I need to work this weekend to make sure I get this business off the ground so I can stop commuting.

00:17:27.000 I hated it, bro.

00:17:28.000 He probably lives in the Northeast or something like that.

00:17:31.000 There's so many people who have long commutes like that.

00:17:33.000 If you work in maybe a city like Boston or New York City or Houston or one of these major cities, bro, they all have terrible traffic problems.

00:17:41.000 It's not out of the ordinary to commute an hour and a half For like 20 or 30 miles.

00:17:46.000 And I was so new to America, I didn't know about tolls.

00:17:49.000 I'm like, yeah, this is easy, bro.

00:17:49.000 So I'm going back and forth.

00:17:51.000 Fast pass, fast lane.

00:17:52.000 I'm like...

00:17:53.000 I say bill at the end of the month in my mailbox. 0.59

00:17:56.000 I'm like, what the hell?

00:17:57.000 That's my paycheck! 0.97

00:17:58.000 Oh my god, dog!

00:17:59.000 You don't got a sun pass or something like that?

00:18:00.000 Yeah, nothing!

00:18:01.000 Yeah, man.

00:18:03.000 Down here in Florida, we got sun passes, but in other places, the easy lane in the Northeast, I know it's the easy stuff.

00:18:09.000 So, yeah, bro.

00:18:10.000 Use that as motivation to go ahead and start your other business or another job.

00:18:14.000 Yeah.

00:18:15.000 Water Dragon.

00:18:17.000 I saw a post on ATM Together about how you did with the BTM. I'm saving up money on the side to try it out myself.

00:18:22.000 How much would you recommend doing it?

00:18:25.000 Guys, stay tuned.

00:18:26.000 I actually just got off the phone with Paul from ATM Together literally just now.

00:18:30.000 He's going to be here probably at the end of the month, and we're going to talk about my results.

00:18:34.000 We're going to go through the numbers.

00:18:35.000 Again, I'm going to be very transparent with you.

00:18:36.000 I'm going to literally open up my account and show you all how much money I made and how we did it.

00:18:40.000 Okay?

00:18:40.000 So stay tuned for that.

00:18:42.000 It's a great way to make some passive income.

00:18:45.000 We got Myron Goat. 0.66

00:18:47.000 Salute Myron for always defending Tate Brothers, always loyalty even though they didn't even tweet the lawyer stream or ever show love back where they started.

00:18:53.000 Myron is real G. That's not true, bro. 0.98

00:18:56.000 Tristan actually did retweet our stuff.

00:18:58.000 So that's not true, my friend.

00:19:01.000 They retweeted our stuff.

00:19:03.000 And then again...

00:19:06.000 Just because you don't see the binding doesn't mean it's not happening.

00:19:10.000 Let me say, because I said this on FedReacts and I haven't said this on Fresh or Fit really.

00:19:15.000 Guys, Tristan and Andrew are fighting for their lives, okay?

00:19:18.000 They're literally trying to destroy these men.

00:19:20.000 They're trying to put them in prison for a significant amount of time, alright?

00:19:24.000 They need to make sure that they have good press.

00:19:28.000 Clean images.

00:19:29.000 Yeah.

00:19:29.000 The clean images.

00:19:30.000 They have to put themselves out in a certain light.

00:19:32.000 We are controversial, okay?

00:19:34.000 I don't know if y'all know this or not, but we are super controversial.

00:19:37.000 It comes at a cost.

00:19:38.000 And we've done a bunch of crazy stuff.

00:19:40.000 So, even me as a friend, like, I can understand, like, bro, like, it's not best to do a collab right now because optics is everything.

00:19:47.000 Yeah.

00:19:47.000 You know?

00:19:48.000 So...

00:19:49.000 Them coming on a podcast like ours, while they're facing the type of charges that they're facing, just might not be the smartest thing, guys.

00:19:56.000 You know what I mean?

00:19:56.000 I know a lot of y'all say, oh, they don't show y'all love, and you guys helped them grow in the beginning, and they don't even shout you out, blah, blah, blah.

00:20:04.000 I don't want them to.

00:20:05.000 I even told Andrew when he reposted one of our things, I said, thanks, bro, but you didn't have to do that.

00:20:10.000 When he shouted us out on Tucker Carlson, which is one of the most viewed interviews, by the way, I said, Andrew, you didn't have to do that.

00:20:15.000 Thank you, but you didn't have to do that.

00:20:17.000 Because I know...

00:20:19.000 The connotation our name carries.

00:20:21.000 You know?

00:20:22.000 So at the end of the day, we're friends with Andrew and Tristan first.

00:20:25.000 We don't care about the YouTube and the clout and all this other stuff.

00:20:27.000 We knew them before they were famous, bro.

00:20:29.000 So the reason why we defend them so hard is because we know them personally. 0.99

00:20:33.000 We don't want them to go to jail over some bullshit charges. 1.00

00:20:35.000 We know this girl, Emma Gabby, is a liar. 1.00

00:20:37.000 I've known this. 0.79

00:20:37.000 A lot of this information that we shared with y'all, with the lawyer guys, we knew that for months. 0.79

00:20:41.000 We just didn't share with y'all all of it.

00:20:41.000 Yeah.

00:20:43.000 Right?

00:20:44.000 So, and some of it I actually found out too.

00:20:46.000 But regardless, guys, like...

00:20:48.000 We just gotta make sure that they're clear first.

00:20:51.000 You know what I mean?

00:20:52.000 I know a lot of you guys want that collab.

00:20:54.000 You guys want that collab.

00:20:55.000 You want us to do that interview with them.

00:20:56.000 Trust me, it's gonna come and when we do the interview, it's gonna be lit.

00:20:58.000 It's gonna be awesome.

00:21:00.000 But we gotta make sure our bros are good first.

00:21:03.000 This is very serious stuff that they got going on with them.

00:21:07.000 And we wanna make sure that they beat the case and that there's no cloud hanging over their head with doing a collab with us.

00:21:12.000 Because, bro, unfortunately, the mainstream media is after them.

00:21:16.000 So...

00:21:17.000 Yeah.

00:21:17.000 That's what it is, bro.

00:21:18.000 Like, we're not...

00:21:20.000 It's tough, man, but, I mean, in their defense, to be real, they're fighting for their lives.

00:21:25.000 So, like...

00:21:25.000 Yeah, dude.

00:21:26.000 Fighting for your life and just having fun on the internet is two different things.

00:21:29.000 Yeah.

00:21:30.000 And y'all see the BS... You guys saw the interview show we did with the lawyer. 1.00

00:21:33.000 Like, this girl's fucking crazy, bro. 1.00

00:21:35.000 This Emma Gabby chick. 1.00

00:21:36.000 She had past victims, current victims.

00:21:38.000 I mean, bro, it's all over.

00:21:39.000 She made a guy commit self-deletion.

00:21:42.000 I had known about that for a bit, but it's like, bro, guys, it's a very scary situation that they're in, man.

00:21:49.000 And it can happen to anybody.

00:21:50.000 It can happen to anything.

00:21:51.000 Even us.

00:21:52.000 That's what makes us even worse.

00:21:54.000 I mean, where's she from?

00:21:54.000 And where?

00:21:55.000 Imagine that.

00:21:56.000 She's from here.

00:21:57.000 Oh, goodness gracious.

00:21:58.000 Yeah.

00:21:59.000 I didn't even know that.

00:22:01.000 That's the one thing I didn't know is that Tristan had known her when he came here.

00:22:05.000 Yeah.

00:22:05.000 I remember.

00:22:06.000 That was when we did the Avengers stuff.

00:22:09.000 Tristan was handling warm stuff on the side.

00:22:11.000 That's why you ought to see him as much.

00:22:12.000 I'm just glad they didn't meet them on our boat.

00:22:14.000 Yeah.

00:22:16.000 I would have felt guilty as hell, man.

00:22:18.000 Yeah, bro.

00:22:18.000 Oh, man.

00:22:19.000 Thank God we didn't make that intro.

00:22:21.000 But yeah, guys, that's what's going on with that situation.

00:22:25.000 You guys ask me all the time when y'all gonna do Andrew and Tristan, when you guys gonna do the interview, blah, blah, blah.

00:22:29.000 It's coming, guys.

00:22:30.000 The right time.

00:22:31.000 We just want to make sure we do it at the right time so we can give y'all the heat and...

00:22:35.000 We're in communication with them.

00:22:37.000 They're doing well.

00:22:37.000 They're in good spirits.

00:22:38.000 I'm confident they're going to beat the case.

00:22:40.000 We all know they're innocent, especially if you guys watch this.

00:22:42.000 I mean, watch the last episode that we did.

00:22:44.000 Everyone knows they're innocent.

00:22:45.000 And these are BS charges.

00:22:47.000 But, you know, we have to be patient, man.

00:22:49.000 So just be patient, please.

00:22:50.000 And last thing, common sense, guys.

00:22:53.000 If the camera footage is always showing at their house, and I ask the lawyers as well, just show it.

00:22:58.000 If they're guilty, they'll show all the proof right there.

00:23:00.000 But they won't because they're innocent.

00:23:02.000 So, here's what it is, man.

00:23:03.000 I mean, the day that they were allegedly kidnapped, Andrew and Tristan weren't even there.

00:23:06.000 They weren't even there.

00:23:08.000 Anyhow, man.

00:23:09.000 It's crazy, bro.

00:23:10.000 We'll move forward.

00:23:11.000 It's crazy, man.

00:23:12.000 But yeah, guys, don't worry.

00:23:14.000 Stay tuned.

00:23:15.000 Maybe by the end of the year.

00:23:16.000 Who knows?

00:23:17.000 But we want to make sure our guys get on the other end of this first before anything.

00:23:20.000 Yeah.

00:23:21.000 All right?

00:23:21.000 Because we got a crazy reputation, guys!

00:23:26.000 That's an understatement.

00:23:27.000 You know what I'm saying?

00:23:28.000 Yo, you don't understand, bro.

00:23:31.000 Okay, back in the day, alright, walk into a room, networking baby, it's going on, it's happening, you know, a new podcast on the scene.

00:23:39.000 And I was like, oh! 0.73

00:23:41.000 You're the racist guy. 0.82

00:23:43.000 Oh! 1.00

00:23:43.000 You hate black people. 1.00

00:23:45.000 Oh! 1.00

00:23:46.000 It's just like, bro, you can't win, bro.

00:23:48.000 It's like, dog.

00:23:48.000 Give me a break.

00:23:50.000 Y'all make fun of women. 1.00

00:23:51.000 Y'all are racists. 1.00

00:23:52.000 You hate women, don't you? 0.99

00:23:53.000 I'm like, no, I don't. 0.93

00:23:54.000 Pull up a picture of me with a hat on of some kind of race.

00:23:57.000 You know, they're just like, bro.

00:23:59.000 I mean, to give y'all the raw content that we give you guys, it comes at a cost.

00:24:04.000 Yeah, man.

00:24:05.000 It's tough, man.

00:24:06.000 It comes at a cost, man.

00:24:08.000 We're not necessarily advertiser-friendly, man.

00:24:11.000 So, hey, but that's what comes with, you know, giving y'all the truth.

00:24:15.000 I mean, it shows.

00:24:15.000 You have to be willing to offend people.

00:24:16.000 It shows.

00:24:17.000 We've got to monetize, bro.

00:24:18.000 Yeah.

00:24:18.000 I mean, that's your proof.

00:24:21.000 Anyhow.

00:24:22.000 Oh, Lord.

00:24:22.000 Okay.

00:24:23.000 All right.

00:24:23.000 Hunter.

00:24:24.000 He goes, how long?

00:24:25.000 25 making...

00:24:26.000 Where we at here?

00:24:28.000 Okay.

00:24:30.000 Where's that chat again?

00:24:31.000 Oh, Hunter.

00:24:32.000 Hunter.

00:24:32.000 Okay.

00:24:33.000 Evening from Vermont.

00:24:34.000 Fresh, can you give us any details on events you're working on putting together for the fans, talking about the conventions, where we can meet at IRL and get some sauce?

00:24:41.000 Also, Myron, where were you when 9-11 went down?

00:24:43.000 That must have came in earlier.

00:24:45.000 That's when I was doing 9-11.

00:24:46.000 And then, yeah, Fresh, he's talking about live events and stuff like that.

00:24:48.000 That's in the CEO Network.

00:24:50.000 But for Freshly Fit, we have our own thing coming as well.

00:24:53.000 I think you guys want to see us live in person.

00:24:54.000 That'd be dope. 0.98

00:24:55.000 We did one before up north with SauceCast, but we'll do our own as well.

00:24:59.000 So I think coming soon, if I get the team together, we'll have some good events coming.

00:25:04.000 Here in Miami, maybe Texas, who knows, but we'll start it out soon.

00:25:07.000 Yeah.

00:25:09.000 Cool.

00:25:10.000 What else do we got here?

00:25:13.000 Money Mondays is where it's at.

00:25:15.000 It's the best show in the FNF lineup.

00:25:16.000 No reason to be broke in 2023.

00:25:18.000 Fresh, you look like you've been hit in the gym.

00:25:20.000 Lely and Myron should arm wrestle on stream right now.

00:25:24.000 Thanks.

00:25:24.000 You don't want the sauce, man.

00:25:26.000 Yo, by the way, guys, it is hot in Miami, bro.

00:25:28.000 That's why I'm wearing this.

00:25:29.000 It's super hot.

00:25:30.000 Wait, you're not hot?

00:25:31.000 Well, I mean, here it's cold.

00:25:32.000 It's cold in here.

00:25:32.000 So it's hot.

00:25:33.000 Well, yeah, it is kind of warm.

00:25:35.000 Someone told me that I'm hot.

00:25:37.000 So that's why.

00:25:38.000 A girl did. 1.00

00:25:39.000 All right.

00:25:40.000 I feel special. 0.99

00:25:43.000 Fedra goes, God damn it, you provide everything. 0.98

00:25:45.000 Love you guys. 0.99

00:25:46.000 Can't wait to see the new studio.

00:25:47.000 Also, we need some more content with David Omari and the YouTube algorithm.

00:25:50.000 Anything planned in the future, hopefully.

00:25:53.000 Yeah, guys, we'll bring him back.

00:25:55.000 Don't worry about it.

00:25:56.000 He is making some moves now, man.

00:25:58.000 Came on the podcast, got some traction.

00:26:01.000 Helping a lot of people.

00:26:01.000 Shout out to him, man.

00:26:03.000 And then we got here...

00:26:05.000 Dave Wright.

00:26:05.000 Dave Wright goes, F the haters, two mil on the way, FNF supporters, and don't forget to like, subscribe, and comment.

00:26:11.000 Keep the algorithm going.

00:26:12.000 Yeah, guys.

00:26:12.000 Thank you, bro.

00:26:13.000 I see right now that we got about 3,200 y'all watching on YouTube and then another almost 5K watching on Rumble.

00:26:19.000 Do me a favor, guys.

00:26:19.000 If you're watching on Rumble, open up another tab and watch it on YouTube and then like the video.

00:26:23.000 And the reason for that, guys, is because we want to make sure that we still get promoted in the Algo.

00:26:27.000 Rumble is home base, but to find a new audience and make sure that we can give this information to more men out there, YouTube is the search engine, so please go ahead and push us up in the Algo.

00:26:36.000 Thankfully, being demonetized does not stunt you in the Algo that bad.

00:26:40.000 The reason why the views are down a bit, guys, is because people just know to go to Rumble.

00:26:44.000 So they just watch us on Rumble straight from the beginning.

00:26:47.000 Yeah.

00:26:48.000 And obviously that impacts the views or whatever.

00:26:50.000 But if you guys don't mind, it would be awesome if you open up another tab.

00:26:53.000 Watch it on YouTube.

00:26:54.000 Rumble's going to give you a better quality, though, because you can watch it in like 1920p on Rumble, and it's actually better quality than YouTube.

00:27:00.000 And overall, we end up there anyway.

00:27:01.000 We end up there anyway.

00:27:02.000 So it's like...

00:27:03.000 But it helps with the algo when you guys do that and also when you comment below.

00:27:07.000 Thankfully, being demonetized doesn't...

00:27:08.000 Contrary to popular belief, everyone thinks being demonetized hurts you in algo.

00:27:11.000 It used to, guys, but now it doesn't.

00:27:13.000 And the reason why is because YouTube sells ads on your content regardless if you're monetized or not.

00:27:17.000 And they did this, I think, they implemented this like a year or two ago where they started just running ads on everybody, which is why it's so hard now to get monetized on YouTube and hit those 4,000 hours.

00:27:27.000 It's tough to get your watch time up now if you're a new YouTuber.

00:27:30.000 So...

00:27:32.000 It's good for guys like us that already were monetized and then we get demonetized so we don't get stunned in the algorithm as bad.

00:27:37.000 I mean, I still think we're kind of shadowbanned, but it's not hard to find fresh and fit.

00:27:41.000 Yeah, but we definitely are.

00:27:42.000 Yeah, we're shadowbanned to a degree, yeah.

00:27:44.000 It's okay, though, because y'all love the content, so that's what matters.

00:27:47.000 But thanks for our unpaid marketing team out there.

00:27:50.000 Yeah, facts.

00:27:51.000 The haters keep mentioning us, bro.

00:27:53.000 Shout out to you guys, man.

00:27:53.000 Yeah, shout out to all y'all, man.

00:27:55.000 You fucking losers. 1.00

00:27:58.000 Vice Vester goes, will you guys react to Hamza Unfiltered video where he tries not to say your guy's name but talks shit the whole video calling you guys monkeys and chimps? 1.00

00:28:06.000 He was sneak distant for real and saying some real-life blue pill shit that is detrimental to the space. 0.99

00:28:10.000 Well, good for him, man. 0.99

00:28:12.000 I don't even know.

00:28:13.000 Who cares, bro?

00:28:14.000 Yeah, I don't even know who.

00:28:16.000 He has no impact on my life whatsoever.

00:28:18.000 Why do I care what he has to say?

00:28:20.000 I'm just like, bro, who was that anyway?

00:28:23.000 I've seen his YouTube channel.

00:28:25.000 I've never watched his content, but I know he's used us in a thumbnail or whatever.

00:28:29.000 But, bro, it's just crazy to me how...

00:28:31.000 I said this before.

00:28:32.000 I'll say it again.

00:28:33.000 We never start problems with people.

00:28:35.000 They always come at us.

00:28:36.000 But once again, it's clicks, clout.

00:28:39.000 Oh, you're defending people.

00:28:42.000 Attack, refresh, and fit.

00:28:43.000 Oh, you're amazing.

00:28:44.000 Yeah.

00:28:44.000 Bro.

00:28:45.000 Like, people really, like, bro, it's crazy to me how people use our name for clicks because they know that it's going to be an automatic, like, 100K views or more if they make a hit piece on us.

00:28:55.000 And it's crazy to me because it's like...

00:28:57.000 I've never spoken to any of these people.

00:28:59.000 I don't know these people.

00:29:00.000 We never shook hands and had a discussion or whatever, yet they feel the need to make a video talking smack.

00:29:05.000 There's so many people, like all the beefs that y'all think about that have people that talk smack about us that we don't no longer, that we dislike.

00:29:13.000 They all started it with us!

00:29:14.000 Yo, but best believe...

00:29:15.000 We never start problems.

00:29:16.000 They always start with us. 1.00

00:29:17.000 Best believe, I'm watching every single person talking shit. 0.99

00:29:19.000 So I don't forget. 0.99

00:29:21.000 So I will remember this forever.

00:29:23.000 So keep that same energy.

00:29:24.000 It's really funny.

00:29:25.000 Like, I really wish some of these people that, like, made hit pieces on us, like, would say the things that they say to my face.

00:29:31.000 Nah, they won't.

00:29:31.000 They wouldn't.

00:29:32.000 Yeah.

00:29:32.000 They wouldn't.

00:29:33.000 Actually, when they see a person, they either walk away or they're very, like, quiet, like, oh, shit, let me go over there. 0.99

00:29:39.000 These people that make these hit pieces, like, none of them would ever say this stuff to our face. 0.97

00:29:42.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:29:43.000 You know, it's only from the comfort of their home behind a Sony camera that they're going to talk shit about us. 0.95

00:29:48.000 But it's crazy to me, because I grew up in an era where if you talk smack about somebody, you better stand on it, because they're going to come looking for you. 0.97

00:29:55.000 And there's going to potentially be physical consequences for doing so.

00:29:58.000 But in this internet age, and these young boys are like, oh yeah, let me just talk smack about this guy on the internet, because I don't have to deal with any consequences.

00:30:05.000 But would you say this to my face?

00:30:07.000 Probably not.

00:30:08.000 Nine out of ten times.

00:30:10.000 But we wish you the best, man.

00:30:11.000 Haters gonna hate, bro.

00:30:11.000 Whatever, man.

00:30:13.000 You know, hate always comes from below.

00:30:15.000 We know you need the money, bro.

00:30:15.000 That's why y'all see it.

00:30:17.000 So we wish you the best, bro.

00:30:19.000 Like, you need the money.

00:30:20.000 Yeah, man.

00:30:21.000 Whatever, it's fine.

00:30:23.000 Fresh looking, Swole.

00:30:24.000 Yo, Myron, my chat wasn't read last time, but the origin of your name used to give you first generation chatching boys.

00:30:30.000 Keep leaning from the front, guys.

00:30:31.000 He says the origin of your name used to get the first generation...

00:30:35.000 Chatching boys? 0.87

00:30:35.000 What's that word? 0.87

00:30:37.000 Cha-ching, boys. 1.00

00:30:38.000 Oh, cha-ching. 0.99

00:30:39.000 Cha-ching. 1.00

00:30:39.000 There you go. 1.00

00:30:43.000 Where we at here?

00:30:44.000 JG goes, hello, I'm 25, making 50 to 60K a year learning how to trade Forex.

00:30:49.000 I know learning how to day trade is a marathon, not a race.

00:30:51.000 Thinking of ways to make money, either real estate, wholesaling, or Amazon.

00:30:56.000 Offer up eBay and resell thoughts.

00:30:57.000 Get in it all, bro.

00:30:59.000 We're going to actually bring a Forex guy for y'all next week.

00:31:01.000 I know you guys had asked for that.

00:31:02.000 Yes.

00:31:03.000 But this is why we do Money Mondays, man, for options.

00:31:06.000 There's no one path to success.

00:31:07.000 You can do Amazon.

00:31:09.000 You could do marketing.

00:31:11.000 You could do affiliate.

00:31:12.000 Whatever it is for you, you try different things, and you create your own path, man.

00:31:15.000 That's the way it is.

00:31:17.000 Oh, Feje again goes, Myron, the only American person that pronounced my name right, LOL. Also, once you start building income, what would be the best way to start getting a high-value network with like guys like yourself and similar?

00:31:32.000 Well, there's a bunch of...

00:31:33.000 We'll talk about that on the show, actually.

00:31:34.000 Yeah.

00:31:34.000 Because that's a part of making money when you're young.

00:31:37.000 In your 20s.

00:31:38.000 Hassler C goes, when y'all come, it's H-Sound for me and greet.

00:31:42.000 We're going to do a tour at some point, guys.

00:31:44.000 Just right now, we're just in the moving process, so it's going to be very...

00:31:49.000 When we announce it, support us, though.

00:31:50.000 Yeah, hopefully by the end of the year.

00:31:52.000 Once we're all settled in into the new spot and everything else like that.

00:31:52.000 Yeah.

00:31:55.000 Anything else?

00:31:56.000 Oh, and then Rance.

00:31:57.000 60 Minute Man.

00:31:58.000 Hey, what advice would you give to young athletes who want to make it in their career but are struggling like McGregor living on welfare?

00:32:04.000 Oh, man.

00:32:06.000 That's tough, bro, because when you want to be, whether it's an Olympic athlete or a professional athlete, it's very tough.

00:32:12.000 But you may have to work or...

00:32:15.000 Live with your parents for a period of time so that you can pursue that dream.

00:32:20.000 I mean, you better make sure that you're actually good and you have the potential to go pro.

00:32:24.000 Because you're putting a lot of pressure on people to basically essentially take care of you.

00:32:28.000 Because you're going to have to train two to three times a day at a high level to be able to compete.

00:32:33.000 But I suggest staying with your parents.

00:32:35.000 And then if you make it, don't forget the ones that helped you.

00:32:37.000 Yep.

00:32:38.000 100%.

00:32:39.000 Big facts.

00:32:39.000 Well, I just bought my mom a brand new car.

00:32:41.000 Because when I was struggling, she was there for me.

00:32:43.000 Yeah.

00:32:44.000 There you go.

00:32:45.000 Yep.

00:32:46.000 Who's up next?

00:32:47.000 ProMail, can you get an FHA loan under an LLC? No.

00:32:51.000 You can?

00:32:52.000 You can?

00:32:53.000 Because it's a business.

00:32:55.000 Remember, it's first-time homebuyers.

00:32:56.000 Actually, is there a way you can do that?

00:32:59.000 Maybe there's a way.

00:32:59.000 You can get a conventional loan under an LLC. I know that.

00:33:03.000 Because it's first-time homebuyers.

00:33:04.000 So as an individual, your first home is under the program, government-funded.

00:33:08.000 I don't know about company, though.

00:33:09.000 I don't know if you could get an FHA loan under LLC. But let me tell you this, though.

00:33:14.000 Don't do it.

00:33:14.000 Always buy under your personal name, and I'll tell y'all why.

00:33:17.000 When I do my deals, I did a comparison, literally just for this.

00:33:20.000 It wasn't an FHA loan, but it was a conventional 30-year with 20% down.

00:33:25.000 I got better rates buying under my personal name than I did under an LLC. Yes.

00:33:30.000 They look at you as an investor versus an individual buying home to live in and stay in.

00:33:33.000 You're going to get a better interest rate when you buy it on your personal name.

00:33:36.000 This is why it's so damn important to have your credit on point though, guys.

00:33:38.000 Yes.

00:33:39.000 Okay?

00:33:40.000 But I would suggest for most situations, buy it under your personal name and then convert it to an LLC immediately.

00:33:46.000 After the fact, guys.

00:33:47.000 Okay?

00:33:48.000 And we talked about this before.

00:33:51.000 You have your main company out of Delaware or Nevada, and then you have subsidiary LLCs underneath it, and you would make an LLC for that particular address.

00:34:02.000 Okay?

00:34:04.000 Versus buying it, making the LLC, and then buying it under the LLC name.

00:34:07.000 It's better to buy it under your personal name, guys.

00:34:09.000 You'll get a better interest rate.

00:34:11.000 You can actually get an FHA loan under LLC. However, there are many, I want to say, barriers because it is not for companies but individuals.

00:34:18.000 You can do it, but it's very...

00:34:20.000 There's going to be a lot of red tape. 0.99

00:34:22.000 It's going to be a pain in an ass. 0.99

00:34:23.000 It's chaos. 1.00

00:34:24.000 Just buy it under your personal name, bro.

00:34:25.000 Get the FHA loan under your personal name.

00:34:27.000 It's going to be a lot easier.

00:34:27.000 Just make sure your credit's on point.

00:34:30.000 But yeah, I've actually done that split test with buying on LLC versus personal name, and there was a pretty significant difference.

00:34:37.000 We're talking like half a percent difference in interest rate.

00:34:41.000 So personal name is the way to go, guys, but get your credit on point first.

00:34:44.000 And honestly, we didn't tell them this.

00:34:47.000 Yo, you shouldn't even try to get a house unless your credit's at least like 720.

00:34:51.000 Yeah.

00:34:52.000 Because they're going to kill you on the interest rates.

00:34:54.000 I'm going to be high as hell now, but still.

00:34:55.000 You want the best rates possible?

00:34:56.000 Yeah.

00:34:57.000 You should have a good score.

00:34:58.000 Yeah.

00:34:58.000 Because the interest rate is going to directly affect your cash flow, guys.

00:35:02.000 If the interest rate is too high...

00:35:04.000 It might not make sense to buy it.

00:35:05.000 You know what I mean?

00:35:06.000 So Hunter goes, everyone that keep asking what business to start, here's one thing to remember.

00:35:12.000 If you ask 100 millionaires how they made a million, you will get 100 answers.

00:35:15.000 Find your niche, put your head down, and become the best in that niche.

00:35:18.000 Fresh, what watch you got on?

00:35:19.000 Yes, that is very true.

00:35:20.000 I said it earlier.

00:35:21.000 There's so many paths to success.

00:35:22.000 There's no one path you have to take.

00:35:24.000 Just do what's best for you.

00:35:25.000 Obviously learn different skills in that path, but ultimately find a mentor as well to help you along the path.

00:35:31.000 And this is the Rolex Datejust.

00:35:33.000 Yeah.

00:35:34.000 Just with a blue dial.

00:35:35.000 And just so you guys know, 90% plus of millionaires made their money off of real estate, how they became millionaires.

00:35:41.000 But they all had some kind of income that they had, the active income, that allowed them to invest in real estate.

00:35:49.000 Yeah.

00:35:50.000 A lot of millionaires make it off of real estate, but how they made the money to invest in the real estate in the first place is going to vary wildly.

00:35:56.000 That's based on your skill set.

00:35:57.000 Learn a skill, or they have a business that makes them the money, they say that money, put it in real estate, and reinvest it.

00:36:04.000 And then they become a millionaire overnight, because the property appreciates, they're paying down the debt, and then at some point, they end up...

00:36:10.000 When I hit a millionaire, guys, I didn't even know.

00:36:11.000 My real estate agent had to tell me, oh, bro, you're a millionaire.

00:36:14.000 What?

00:36:15.000 He's like, yeah, yeah, because he manages my properties.

00:36:18.000 This was like almost two years ago now. 0.98

00:36:21.000 And I was like, oh, crap. 0.92

00:36:22.000 I didn't even know.

00:36:23.000 And that was like when I hit my first M because your net worth is nothing more than your assets minus your liability.

00:36:29.000 And at that point, I had a couple of houses.

00:36:30.000 So the houses just made me a millionaire off of appreciation because the property started going up here in Miami.

00:36:35.000 And this is why if you're in a lot of debt, actually, you're hurting yourself because now your net worth is even lower with high debt.

00:36:45.000 Yeah.

00:36:46.000 So, what else do we got here?

00:36:51.000 Hey, I'm 22 from Australia.

00:36:52.000 I fell off of a boat at work and broke my leg.

00:36:55.000 Most productive thing to do while off.

00:36:56.000 Thanks to you guys for all the value.

00:36:59.000 Help me finish my trade when I was going to pull out.

00:37:00.000 Good stuff, my friend.

00:37:01.000 Yeah, don't quit, man.

00:37:02.000 Never quit.

00:37:03.000 Speed recovery.

00:37:04.000 Live in reality.

00:37:04.000 Fresh, while you were working to save up for your first property, where did you live and how much did you pay for rent?

00:37:09.000 What did you do to be able to save up all that money?

00:37:11.000 Good question.

00:37:12.000 Well said.

00:37:12.000 So back then, I was very frugal and I lived in a room, pretty much, paying...

00:37:18.000 $5.50 a month.

00:37:21.000 So imagine that.

00:37:21.000 I'm working overtime at my job, working extra days.

00:37:26.000 I'm even working on weekends.

00:37:27.000 And as well, I'm not spending any money.

00:37:29.000 I'm not going out.

00:37:31.000 I had a Chipotle diet.

00:37:32.000 I buy Chipotle every day, eat for lunch and dinner.

00:37:34.000 And that held me over for like, you know...

00:37:37.000 Months.

00:37:38.000 And when I had the money saved up for that period of time, which is two years.

00:37:42.000 It took two years, by the way.

00:37:43.000 Two years of hard, non-stop working.

00:37:45.000 Then, I got the money to put into real estate.

00:37:47.000 But two years of focus and dedication.

00:37:50.000 No partying, no drinks, no alcohol, no drugs, none of that.

00:37:53.000 Just focusing on making the money, achieving my goals, and spending no money if possible.

00:37:57.000 But also tell them the mistake you made.

00:38:00.000 Oh, yeah.

00:38:01.000 So along that path...

00:38:01.000 He saved up the money to get the house.

00:38:03.000 Yes.

00:38:04.000 But...

00:38:04.000 Go ahead, tell them.

00:38:05.000 So with houses, guys, obviously you need to put a down payment and then closing costs.

00:38:10.000 However, you need reserves because without reserves, things go wrong with the house, always.

00:38:14.000 So no matter what you buy, guys, things are going to go wrong with the house.

00:38:17.000 Either it could be the roof, it could be plumbing, it could be the toilet.

00:38:20.000 Who knows what could happen to the property.

00:38:22.000 But as a smart investor, you have reserves so that if anything goes wrong with the property, you can fix it with no issues.

00:38:27.000 But me, obviously I worked two years to get a down payment, so anything extra was kind of like OD. Luckily, I started a business and then started making money, but without that, I'd have been in major trouble.

00:38:37.000 Yeah.

00:38:38.000 If you could do it again, would have you worked maybe another six months or so to save up the reserves so that you wouldn't become what you call house poor?

00:38:45.000 To be honest...

00:38:47.000 No.

00:38:47.000 I'll tell you why.

00:38:48.000 Okay.

00:38:48.000 Because if I waited another six months or another year, that deal would not be there.

00:38:52.000 Okay.

00:38:54.000 If you can, that's awesome.

00:38:55.000 But I think for me, the opportunity was there in front of me.

00:38:58.000 And if I said no to it, I would have lost out.

00:39:00.000 And real quick, can you tell them, it's a triplex, right?

00:39:03.000 Yeah.

00:39:04.000 And how much did you buy it for?

00:39:05.000 So I bought it for $325.

00:39:07.000 What's it worth now?

00:39:09.000 I don't want to sell here, man.

00:39:10.000 Come on, man.

00:39:11.000 Just say it, bro.

00:39:12.000 Come on.

00:39:12.000 They don't know.

00:39:13.000 It's like $460, $470.

00:39:16.000 Boom! 0.99

00:39:18.000 There you go.

00:39:19.000 Made a little more.

00:39:20.000 And you bought it, what, in 2019?

00:39:23.000 2020?

00:39:24.000 Yeah, 2019.

00:39:24.000 You bought it in 2019, so it's appreciated $160?

00:39:28.000 It's probably more now.

00:39:29.000 Wait, you bought it for $320 and it's $490 now?

00:39:31.000 Yeah.

00:39:32.000 Hold on.

00:39:33.000 I did that like a year ago.

00:39:35.000 It's probably even more now.

00:39:37.000 To be honest with you.

00:39:37.000 Let's say $500,000, conservatively.

00:39:39.000 Yeah.

00:39:39.000 So, yeah.

00:39:40.000 So, it's appreciated $180,000.

00:39:42.000 Yeah.

00:39:42.000 Pretty much.

00:39:43.000 Nice.

00:39:44.000 And then, when you bought it, you put like $15,000 to get it.

00:39:49.000 And then, how much did the repairs and everything else cost you?

00:39:52.000 So, I think everything I spent for repairs and modifying a property, it spent like $50,000.

00:39:58.000 You spent $50,000 all together?

00:39:59.000 Yeah.

00:40:00.000 Okay.

00:40:01.000 But actually...

00:40:01.000 That was after you started getting money, though.

00:40:03.000 But in the beginning, you couldn't make those fixes.

00:40:04.000 I couldn't.

00:40:05.000 I couldn't.

00:40:05.000 So what I did was, I worked extra long hours again at my job, and then used that to pay some of the repairs.

00:40:12.000 However, having a slight skill in business helped push out further, and then I got money to actually fix the property.

00:40:17.000 And you lived in it for a year, too.

00:40:19.000 Yeah.

00:40:19.000 To save some money.

00:40:20.000 So I didn't spend money on rent.

00:40:21.000 I lived in the property.

00:40:23.000 And then the tenants were paying the mortgage as well.

00:40:26.000 So I was living for free.

00:40:27.000 They're paying the mortgage.

00:40:28.000 And then the money I was getting from my job, I put into repairs.

00:40:30.000 And you were cash flowing a little bit.

00:40:31.000 Yeah.

00:40:32.000 Like 200 bucks back then.

00:40:34.000 Okay.

00:40:34.000 So yeah, I mean...

00:40:36.000 It worked out.

00:40:36.000 Yeah.

00:40:37.000 I mean, you acquired it.

00:40:38.000 But guys, the lesson to learn from this is...

00:40:41.000 I mean, obviously, if a good deal comes up, take it.

00:40:43.000 But understand that you need to have some reserves, right?

00:40:47.000 Because if you don't, then you end up kind of like where Fresh was.

00:40:50.000 Thankfully, Fresh lived in it for a year.

00:40:52.000 Yeah.

00:40:52.000 So he was able to kind of like offset all the expenses that he had to pay to fix the property up.

00:40:57.000 But you don't want just enough for a down payment.

00:40:59.000 You want more for reserves.

00:41:00.000 Because if you're an average person and you do that and you have no type of backing or you can't work overtime at your job or you don't have two jobs, you have one job, you might lose your property.

00:41:07.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:41:08.000 You don't want them to foreclose on you guys.

00:41:10.000 Because then tenants start complaining and fixing the issues.

00:41:13.000 Yeah, and then they could not pay you rent.

00:41:15.000 And in the city, since you're not taking care of the property, then it's all hell broke loose.

00:41:20.000 So, yeah, guys, have some reserves as well.

00:41:23.000 That's really important.

00:41:23.000 That's smart, yeah.

00:41:24.000 That's really important, man.

00:41:26.000 Okay.

00:41:26.000 New Gen Dan, I'm iron up 17 from UK London.

00:41:29.000 I am choosing a uni degree to pursue my grades. 0.99

00:41:32.000 Aren't shit? 1.00

00:41:33.000 Or... 1.00

00:41:34.000 Okay.

00:41:34.000 I did a fail, so something like medicine wouldn't work.

00:41:36.000 What would be a good degree that could make me some money?

00:41:40.000 Tech.

00:41:41.000 Yeah.

00:41:41.000 I mean, engineering.

00:41:43.000 Computer science.

00:41:44.000 Computer science.

00:41:45.000 You want to be a doctor, a lawyer.

00:41:47.000 Yeah.

00:41:47.000 You know, one of these, what I call like a high-skill job that requires an advanced degree that will get you a job pretty much automatically.

00:41:53.000 Okay.

00:41:53.000 Are you prepared to go to school, though, is the question, and do you really want to do it?

00:41:56.000 You don't want to end up like, oh, I want to be a doctor just for the money, because that's not going to be enough motivation for you to actually see you through.

00:42:02.000 It's not easy to become a doctor, guys.

00:42:03.000 We still have a show.

00:42:04.000 So many girls are going to college, are going to school, getting degrees. 1.00

00:42:08.000 They don't use their degrees at all.

00:42:10.000 Facts.

00:42:11.000 Just have it.

00:42:12.000 Just have it.

00:42:13.000 What sense is that?

00:42:14.000 Facts.

00:42:16.000 What else we got here?

00:42:18.000 Open up two tabs, chat.

00:42:20.000 Okay?

00:42:20.000 Yeah, please.

00:42:21.000 That's from L.A. Shalmitty.

00:42:23.000 Yeah, guys, open up two tabs, man.

00:42:24.000 Open up that YouTube tab for us and then like the video.

00:42:26.000 We got 3.8k y'all watching right now on YouTube.

00:42:29.000 Yeah, 3.8k on YouTube and then we got 5.3k on Rumble, man.

00:42:33.000 So we got...

00:42:34.000 Yeah, we got like 8,000 y'all watching right now, man.

00:42:36.000 Shout out to y'all.

00:42:36.000 Hey man, nah, we're losing, bro.

00:42:38.000 Apparently we don't get no more views.

00:42:39.000 Yeah, we are losing, yeah.

00:42:40.000 Apparently.

00:42:41.000 You know what's funny?

00:42:42.000 We get more views than our ops, and our audience is split.

00:42:47.000 But guess what?

00:42:49.000 Paul Dice, I'm 31.

00:42:51.000 Is this going to apply?

00:42:53.000 Can I call in?

00:42:54.000 I have a couple rentals.

00:42:55.000 I feel as if I'm swimming in mortgage debt.

00:42:56.000 I'm behind others.

00:42:57.000 Yes, this can still apply.

00:42:59.000 However, just keep in mind that even though you're 31 years old, this is the foundation of getting money at the very beginning.

00:43:04.000 So, I mean, ultimately, it'll help you no matter what.

00:43:06.000 Well, here's the thing, bro.

00:43:07.000 You shouldn't be swimming in mortgage debt.

00:43:09.000 I mean, I got a lot of mortgage debt, but my tenants all pay my stuff off.

00:43:13.000 If you did the numbers right, you did the cash or cash returns right before you went under contract and purchased the house, you should be fine.

00:43:19.000 And you should always be accounting for some type of vacancy.

00:43:23.000 So something's off here, bro, if you're having issues paying your mortgages off on your rental properties.

00:43:29.000 Something's off.

00:43:29.000 Either the rents are too low, you didn't do the numbers correctly from the beginning, or Or you have vacancy and it's too long.

00:43:38.000 Like you have vacancy if you're going on for too long.

00:43:40.000 Which means a lot of the times when you have vacancy for that long, your rent is too high or you're in a crappy area.

00:43:45.000 Or a combination of the two.

00:43:48.000 Let's see here.

00:43:49.000 M4 goes, I owe my life to you guys.

00:43:51.000 Literally, thank you for everything you do.

00:43:53.000 I've gotten better guidance from you guys than my own father.

00:43:55.000 Love you guys.

00:43:55.000 Thank you, Marshmallow King.

00:43:56.000 That really means a lot to us. 0.98

00:43:57.000 Keep killing it, man. 0.99

00:43:58.000 Yeah, man. 1.00

00:43:59.000 Messages like this is what keeps us going despite all the haters, you know, making videos, talking shit about us. 0.99

00:44:03.000 Yes. 0.97

00:44:05.000 Baller T. But don't worry, guys. 0.99

00:44:06.000 Some of these haters, I'll probably run into some of them in real life and watch them bitch up. 1.00

00:44:09.000 Promise, y'all. 0.97

00:44:10.000 So I will probably run into some of them in real life and y'all will see what happens.

00:44:13.000 I guarantee we have already.

00:44:14.000 Oh, I love your show, bro!

00:44:16.000 But low-key haters.

00:44:17.000 Yeah, facts.

00:44:17.000 They'll be watching us.

00:44:18.000 We don't be watching them.

00:44:19.000 Baller T, what up, guys?

00:44:21.000 I just want to thank y'all for dropping so many gems. 0.98

00:44:23.000 Got me hip to mad shit that I wish I knew way earlier. 0.94

00:44:25.000 I don't have any idea when you're going to go over the system you have with your tenants. 0.99

00:44:31.000 Yes, I will.

00:44:32.000 We just tried it this month, fully.

00:44:36.000 The month of September is when all the tenants moved over to my new system that I have in place, which I'm really excited to share that with y'all. 0.97

00:44:42.000 I'll probably share with y'all next month, because this is the first month where they were all supposed to, a couple idiots didn't do what they were supposed to, I think like four or five tenants.

00:44:49.000 By next month, we should be at 100%, and then I'm going to give you guys, step by step, How I collect rent from my tenants, how I get it done. 0.89

00:44:58.000 I'll bring Roger in here, my property manager, and we're gonna go in fucking detail how to do it for y'all when you have multiple tenants and how to deal with it.

00:45:05.000 And then also, stay tuned.

00:45:06.000 I'm working on this episode for y'all.

00:45:09.000 Actually, this goes to show how obsessed I am with this show, man.

00:45:12.000 I was literally dreaming about it yesterday.

00:45:14.000 Pause.

00:45:15.000 I was sleeping.

00:45:16.000 I was like, okay, we need to do another real estate video for these guys.

00:45:19.000 Yeah, he don't sleep, bro.

00:45:19.000 Yeah, and I dreamt about it.

00:45:22.000 I woke up.

00:45:22.000 I was like, oh, God.

00:45:23.000 But we're going to do another Real Estate 101 for you guys, and I'm talking about we're going to go from the beginning, how to get pre-approved, how to find a lender, how to start looking for houses, what to look for, what markets are good, what markets are bad, how to figure out cash or cash returns.

00:45:37.000 We're going to give you guys the most extensive real estate episode when we do it.

00:45:44.000 I'm working on it right now. 0.97

00:45:45.000 We're going to bring Roger in, and it's going to be fucking lit, guys. 0.94

00:45:49.000 It's going to be the best... 0.94

00:45:50.000 101 Real Estate on how to invest.

00:45:52.000 It's gonna be longer probably.

00:45:53.000 It might be a one and a half to two hour long show.

00:45:56.000 But it's gonna be a masterpiece for y'all.

00:45:58.000 And it'll be something that will be what I call evergreen content.

00:46:01.000 Where you guys are gonna be able to watch it.

00:46:04.000 Either now, a year from now, etc.

00:46:06.000 And I'm going to walk y'all step by step how to go and get your first property.

00:46:12.000 I wonder how many people we've created that are millionaires from our Money Mondays.

00:46:16.000 I'm just curious how much people we helped overall.

00:46:19.000 That'd be amazing to figure out.

00:46:20.000 Yeah, that would be awesome.

00:46:21.000 Because I guarantee you.

00:46:22.000 A bunch of people bought their first house because of this.

00:46:24.000 Yeah, I guarantee you.

00:46:24.000 100%.

00:46:25.000 Yeah.

00:46:25.000 Like they said, you know what?

00:46:26.000 I was investing money in crypto, but I said, fuck it. 1.00

00:46:28.000 And I bought real estate. 1.00

00:46:29.000 Yeah.

00:46:31.000 And we tell y'all to be diversified, right?

00:46:33.000 But genuinely speaking, guys, real estate is gonna give you the most benefits.

00:46:38.000 Taxes, cash flow, write-offs, everything.

00:46:42.000 Can't beat it, man.

00:46:43.000 But yeah, I'm really excited for that one.

00:46:45.000 And then I'm gonna basically cover how to get it as an investor.

00:46:48.000 First gonna cover how to do it from an FHA perspective.

00:46:51.000 Working as a regular person.

00:46:53.000 Yeah, and we're gonna basically combine it and show you guys.

00:46:56.000 After that episode, Literally, you guys shouldn't have any more real estate questions.

00:47:01.000 That'll be the guide. 0.99

00:47:03.000 That'll be the fucking blueprint. 0.98

00:47:05.000 I'm going to put detailed timestamps in it. 0.98

00:47:06.000 And that's the video that you share with your friends.

00:47:09.000 That's going to be a video where you share with your friends.

00:47:11.000 You go back and refer to it.

00:47:12.000 It's literally going to be like a staple video.

00:47:13.000 Real Estate 101.

00:47:14.000 How to do it from beginning to end.

00:47:17.000 Especially in a post-pandemic world.

00:47:20.000 Because getting a loan now is a bit harder than it used to be, guys.

00:47:24.000 Wow.

00:47:25.000 You think it's gonna go back to how it was before?

00:47:27.000 I don't know, man.

00:47:27.000 We'll never see 3% interest rates again.

00:47:29.000 Yeah.

00:47:29.000 I don't think so.

00:47:30.000 Not in our lifetime.

00:47:30.000 We got blessed, man.

00:47:31.000 Yeah, we ain't get...

00:47:32.000 Yeah, 3% interest rates.

00:47:34.000 Holy...

00:47:34.000 But people don't know.

00:47:35.000 That came at a cost.

00:47:36.000 Like...

00:47:37.000 When the interest rates were super low like that, banks were really, and it was super competitive, the banks wanted to see more income and more reserves.

00:47:45.000 So yeah, that 3% interest rate was good, but you really had to have your stuff together to get that rate.

00:47:50.000 Yeah, that's true.

00:47:52.000 But yeah, we got y'all.

00:47:53.000 That's coming.

00:47:53.000 Because I know a lot of you guys, the one we have, we have a good one up right now, but we're going to do a more in-depth one next.

00:48:02.000 Two questions, Mark. 0.99

00:48:03.000 Can you make a shirt where you look at the camera behind you when these girls say dumb shit and too fresh? 1.00

00:48:07.000 What's with the gun show? 1.00

00:48:10.000 Oh, man.

00:48:11.000 You're funny, bro.

00:48:12.000 And then we got here.

00:48:13.000 Long way to go, bro.

00:48:14.000 That's a good merch idea.

00:48:15.000 They get a shirtless neck chain look fresh.

00:48:17.000 No, pause.

00:48:18.000 Appreciate you, gents.

00:48:18.000 I think I speak for a lot of us when I say the vibe of the shows lately has been next level.

00:48:22.000 Yeah, man.

00:48:24.000 Yeah, we're gonna keep giving y'all more content.

00:48:26.000 We're gonna probably do an episode, like I told y'all before, on the top 20 simp songs.

00:48:31.000 Yo, can I tell them my idea?

00:48:33.000 For locals.

00:48:33.000 For the show, for locals?

00:48:34.000 Yeah.

00:48:35.000 So, I was thinking, right?

00:48:36.000 Guys, how funny would it be to do a parody show, Fresh and Fit, ourselves?

00:48:41.000 So, basically, I'll be Myron.

00:48:43.000 Mine will be me.

00:48:45.000 Chris will be Mo.

00:48:46.000 Mo will be Chris.

00:48:47.000 For like 20-30 minutes.

00:48:48.000 That would be hilarious, bro.

00:48:49.000 I think that would be hilarious.

00:48:50.000 I don't know.

00:48:50.000 But locals only.

00:48:51.000 That would be funny.

00:48:52.000 That actually would be funny.

00:48:54.000 All you Fresh haters can go in there and whack off because you guys are going to love it.

00:48:57.000 A lot of y'all hate Fresh, man. 1.00

00:48:58.000 God damn! 1.00

00:48:59.000 Y'all be able to say what y'all want to say. 1.00

00:49:01.000 I just realized, bro, they can just hate me, man. 1.00

00:49:04.000 They can just hate my ass, bro. 1.00

00:49:06.000 It's all good. 1.00

00:49:06.000 It's all good, man. 1.00

00:49:08.000 What else do you got here?

00:49:10.000 Dexter goes, Me and my bro have been arguing RP against our friends for months now.

00:49:14.000 They call us crazy, etc.

00:49:15.000 Laugh when we say y'all give value, but whatever.

00:49:17.000 Y'all don't quit.

00:49:18.000 Y'all give massive value in many areas.

00:49:19.000 Appreciate that, Dexter.

00:49:22.000 Yeah, bro, you gotta understand that we live in a blue-pilled world, a blue-pilled society.

00:49:27.000 This information isn't for everyone, guys.

00:49:30.000 Very few men think the way that we do, and most guys are simps, man.

00:49:35.000 I would argue the majority of the population are simps, bro. 1.00

00:49:39.000 Yeah, bro, like... 0.76

00:49:39.000 That's what it is. 0.76

00:49:40.000 Be prepared.

00:49:41.000 Guys... 0.99

00:49:42.000 Be prepared that if you think the way that we do and you like this kind of content, be prepared to constantly have people call you a misogynist, a weirdo, a loser, an incel, a dork. 0.98

00:49:52.000 Actually, we tell you don't say it in public or even to your girl or even on a date. 0.97

00:49:57.000 They should never know your mindset, bro.

00:49:59.000 This information that you internalize but you never share unless you're around other people that are like-minded.

00:50:03.000 But, bro, you're going to be ostracized by society for thinking this way, bro.

00:50:07.000 You really will be.

00:50:08.000 So, you know...

00:50:10.000 Share at your own risk.

00:50:11.000 And I know once you get this information, you're like, whoa, this is incredible.

00:50:14.000 I need to share this with other people. 1.00

00:50:16.000 But guys, other people aren't going to want to unplug from their comfortable, stupid lifestyle of being fat, having women lead the relationship. 1.00

00:50:24.000 Because this lifestyle requires work. 1.00

00:50:27.000 It puts the responsibility and a better performance back on you, which is great because it's exhilarating because it's like, damn, okay, I control my destiny. 0.99

00:50:33.000 But at the same time, it also sucks because, damn, I control my destiny. 0.99

00:50:36.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:50:36.000 Right? 0.99

00:50:37.000 And people don't want to deal with that responsibility a lot of times. 0.98

00:50:39.000 They want to be able to point the fucking finger at somebody else and say, oh, I'm not where I want to be because of him or him or him or whatever. 0.96

00:50:45.000 And that's what people want to do, bro. 0.99

00:50:46.000 So when you put the accountability on them and tell them you control your destiny, some people love it, but a lot of people hate it.

00:50:51.000 Because now...

00:50:52.000 Personal responsibility comes into play.

00:50:54.000 They want to be able to say, oh, I'm fat because there's stuff in the food.

00:50:57.000 Or I'm fat because, you know, body positivity. 1.00

00:51:00.000 They don't want to sit there and say, oh, no, I'm fat because I'm a fucking loser. 1.00

00:51:03.000 I messed up. 1.00

00:51:04.000 I'm accountable.

00:51:04.000 Yeah, bro.

00:51:05.000 So, this content is just not necessarily...

00:51:09.000 Good for most people because we hold people accountable, men and women.

00:51:12.000 People always say, Myron, you're a massagerist.

00:51:13.000 I wish y'all watched the daytime show. 1.00

00:51:15.000 These people that talk shit about Myron and about us, sorry, that say, oh, I'm talking shit about Myron. 0.99

00:51:20.000 I sound like The Rock right now talking to third person. 1.00

00:51:22.000 But like these people that like some of our biggest criticizes that say, all you guys do is bash women.

00:51:28.000 Actually, I bash men way more and I bash them way harsher than I do with women. 1.00

00:51:33.000 But it's just that no one watches the daytime shows. 1.00

00:51:35.000 So it's like, They think that all we do is just debate women all day, and it's like, nah, fuck no. 1.00

00:51:41.000 We fucking yell at y'all to get better. 0.99

00:51:44.000 I mean, eventually, we probably won't do it no more. 0.99

00:51:46.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:51:46.000 That shit's annoying, bro. 1.00

00:51:47.000 I fucking get annoyed with these fucking hoes, man. 1.00

00:51:50.000 Yeah, you more than me. 1.00

00:51:51.000 Yeah, bro. 0.99

00:51:51.000 It's grueling, bro, dealing with these chicks every night. 0.99

00:51:53.000 But, hey, we do it for y'all, man.

00:51:54.000 He love y'all, man, because, bro.

00:51:55.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:51:56.000 Goddamn. 0.99

00:51:56.000 Are you guys bringing a Forex slash day trader? 0.99

00:51:58.000 Yes, we are.

00:51:59.000 Actually, today they would have been here, but time they permit, so it's fine.

00:52:03.000 But we got you guys, man, for sure.

00:52:05.000 I'm next...

00:52:06.000 We have Level99 says, Three months ago, I got into a car crash.

00:52:11.000 I went to jail, bled out, was airlifted.

00:52:14.000 I broke two scapulas, collapsed lung, and busted spleen. 1.00

00:52:18.000 Goddamn, bro. 0.99

00:52:19.000 I spent 10K aftermath. 0.99

00:52:20.000 I lost 10 pounds of muscle.

00:52:22.000 The grind is back.

00:52:23.000 I'm 20 GG. Bro, that is a traumatic experience, bro.

00:52:28.000 I'm glad to see you're back on your feet, but that's a lot, bro. 0.98

00:52:30.000 Goddamn. 0.96

00:52:31.000 Don't give up, though, man. 0.99

00:52:34.000 KingSamITM says, Hey FNF, I'm 20 years old.

00:52:36.000 I have an apartment.

00:52:37.000 Pup.

00:52:39.000 Jobless.

00:52:40.000 It's been since December.

00:52:43.000 Got caught on the 31st regarding my lease.

00:52:45.000 I'm stuck and don't know what to do.

00:52:47.000 Got hella interviews lined up.

00:52:48.000 Advice.

00:52:49.000 20 apartment.

00:52:51.000 Jobless.

00:52:52.000 I guess he means I have a puppy.

00:52:53.000 Go to each interview with a suit on.

00:52:56.000 Be well spoken.

00:52:57.000 Be confident.

00:52:58.000 Sit up straight.

00:53:00.000 Make sure you know about every company that you go on the interview for.

00:53:04.000 Know what their mission is.

00:53:05.000 Know what their statements are.

00:53:08.000 Show that you're experienced and qualified for the job with other potential experiences that you had in other jobs or life experiences. 0.99

00:53:16.000 And just kill it.

00:53:18.000 Also, obviously bring a copy of your resume with you. 0.99

00:53:21.000 Even though they probably have one, still bring a physical copy with you.

00:53:25.000 Yo, just wear a suit.

00:53:26.000 That's big.

00:53:28.000 Yo, I can't tell y'all how many times people don't show up well dressed for interviews.

00:53:32.000 You have to show up in a suit.

00:53:34.000 Business, tie and everything, guys.

00:53:36.000 It's better to overdress for the position than to underdress.

00:53:40.000 I need to do a show on interviews, man.

00:53:42.000 Every job I applied for, I went in person, I got.

00:53:44.000 Every single job.

00:53:45.000 Except for Grant Cardone.

00:53:46.000 I was about to say, except for Grant Cardone.

00:53:48.000 However, all the rest I got approved for.

00:53:50.000 Now, it's the mindset as well of you're not needing a job, but you want the job.

00:53:54.000 Yeah.

00:53:54.000 And showing that you're capable of handling that position no matter what.

00:53:57.000 Yeah.

00:53:58.000 So, yeah, man.

00:53:59.000 We should probably do that for y'all.

00:54:00.000 Yeah, we should, man.

00:54:01.000 How do you do a job interview?

00:54:02.000 How do you do a proper job interview?

00:54:03.000 Yeah.

00:54:06.000 Did y'all know that SmackDown was the biggest assembly of people after 9-11 in Houston?

00:54:09.000 They were supposed to record the 9-11 Tuesday, but didn't, and then had the event on that Thursday after live.

00:54:14.000 Wow.

00:54:15.000 Oh, I didn't know that.

00:54:17.000 All right, a couple more here, and then we're up.

00:54:19.000 Jake's P. People hate on Fresh, but they're watching a show with his name on it.

00:54:22.000 Shout out to you guys.

00:54:22.000 Shout out to you, bro.

00:54:23.000 Jake's.

00:54:24.000 Yeah, that's funny.

00:54:25.000 We got Juice goes, 26 graduated in December, now make 96K, but 21K student loans.

00:54:30.000 Have the capital saved up.

00:54:31.000 Should I pay it back with a credit card for better credit?

00:54:33.000 I have Chase at 676 credit with no lines.

00:54:37.000 Student loans?

00:54:37.000 I don't know if you could pay back your student loans- With a credit card?

00:54:41.000 With a credit card, but if you can, do it!

00:54:43.000 Hell yeah! 0.95

00:54:44.000 That's not the point.

00:54:45.000 Yeah, man.

00:54:45.000 Holy!

00:54:45.000 Do it, but I don't know if they'll let you, bro.

00:54:48.000 A lot of times when you pay back student loans, they want a debit card or a bank account.

00:54:51.000 There's a service, a website you can use to proxy your credit card with a debit card.

00:54:56.000 I forgot what it's called, but that'd be dope if you could do that.

00:54:59.000 Okay.

00:54:59.000 Yeah.

00:55:00.000 What else?

00:55:01.000 Anything else?

00:55:01.000 Okay.

00:55:04.000 I'm talking to a medical assistant chick that don't mind quitting her job to take care of the family while work to provide, but eventually wants to go back to work when they go into school. 1.00

00:55:12.000 Should I? Bro, you're putting the cart before the horse.

00:55:15.000 You're talking to her.

00:55:17.000 My friend, you need to vet that girl for six months to one year for Number one. 1.00

00:55:21.000 Number two, don't think that that's special because most women would quit their job to raise the kids full-time because most women typically don't want to be in the workforce. 1.00

00:55:28.000 So that's nothing special.

00:55:30.000 And then number three, make sure that you vet the hell out of her for at least six months to a year, bro.

00:55:37.000 Like...

00:55:37.000 Bro, you said you're what?

00:55:39.000 Talking to her. 0.97

00:55:40.000 Yeah, nigga, what? 1.00

00:55:40.000 She could be capping all the way to the bank and saying, ha ha, got this nigga, because that's what he wants to hear. 1.00

00:55:45.000 Like Myron said, vet...

00:55:47.000 With the process, obviously read her mindset, of course, and her actions, but ultimately, you're just talking, bro.

00:55:52.000 Yeah, and bro, that's not a flex on her and saying that she would be willing to quit her job to take care of the family.

00:55:58.000 Most women want to do that. 1.00

00:56:00.000 You know, like, newsflash, in case you guys were wondering, even professional women that have high-level degrees or high-end careers will absolutely quit their job and stay home with the children if their husband could provide for both of them. 1.00

00:56:11.000 Heck, even on the...

00:56:12.000 After hours, bro.

00:56:13.000 These independent boss babes? 1.00

00:56:14.000 Well, if my man's not carrying me, you know what?

00:56:17.000 Maybe I might do that.

00:56:18.000 Yeah.

00:56:19.000 Duh-uh.

00:56:19.000 Yeah, bro.

00:56:20.000 Most of them will absolutely leave the workforce if their man can take care of them.

00:56:23.000 Being an independent woman as a boss babe is stressful, bro.

00:56:25.000 I don't care who says, oh yeah, I like this.

00:56:27.000 No, it's stressful because that's not your main role as a woman. 1.00

00:56:30.000 And it's Cope nine out of ten times.

00:56:31.000 Yeah.

00:56:31.000 They say that like, you know...

00:56:34.000 You know what they...

00:56:35.000 It's an external shell.

00:56:37.000 When women say they're independent, ask yourself, independent of who? 0.98

00:56:39.000 Of men.

00:56:40.000 But what men are they talking about?

00:56:41.000 The non-attractive men.

00:56:43.000 Yes.

00:56:43.000 Women say they're independent when it's with men that they don't find as...

00:56:48.000 As attractive to them.

00:56:50.000 Yeah.

00:56:50.000 But when it's a top tier guy or a guy that they're attracted to that can actually provide for them, man, those chicks put that apron on and be in the kitchen immediately, bro.

00:56:56.000 They have different rules for different guys.

00:56:58.000 Absolutely.

00:56:58.000 And they cope with TikTok, social media, eating ice cream, watching TV shows.

00:57:02.000 So, listen, man, they be capping.

00:57:03.000 Yeah, they be capping, bro.

00:57:04.000 No chick wants a career like that. 1.00

00:57:06.000 They want love, bro.

00:57:06.000 Yeah, because just common sense, like, think about it.

00:57:09.000 Would you work if you didn't have to, nigga? 1.00

00:57:12.000 No! 0.95

00:57:12.000 Like, let's just use common sense here. 0.95

00:57:15.000 Would you actually work if you didn't have to?

00:57:17.000 Let's say some bad chick said, oh, you know what? 1.00

00:57:19.000 I'll support you.

00:57:20.000 You can stay home.

00:57:21.000 You can chase your dreams.

00:57:22.000 No problem.

00:57:23.000 Just be home with the kids.

00:57:24.000 A lot of y'all would take that if you could.

00:57:26.000 I know.

00:57:27.000 I would, bro.

00:57:27.000 Yeah, you know what I mean?

00:57:28.000 I would take that if you could.

00:57:30.000 So please explain to me how women sit there and try to lie and say, no, I'd rather work. 1.00

00:57:34.000 Fuck no! 1.00

00:57:34.000 No, they'd rather work than be with a loser. 1.00

00:57:37.000 But if they could be with a winner and he takes care of all the bills, they'd absolutely prefer to be at home, bro.

00:57:42.000 Most of them work because they have to.

00:57:44.000 That's the reality that they don't want to admit.

00:57:46.000 I'm just kidding because I'd actually get bored, but...

00:57:48.000 I'll take it for a little bit.

00:57:49.000 But you guys get the idea.

00:57:50.000 Yeah.

00:57:51.000 So yeah, bro.

00:57:52.000 Don't fall for the tricks.

00:57:54.000 The finesse, man.

00:57:55.000 Thanks for all the value you guys bring.

00:57:56.000 Just started reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and taking notes and still learning any work or book or links you guys recommend to Add Value, W Fresh Fitness from Wyron Haynes.

00:58:03.000 I will say this again, bro.

00:58:04.000 For real estate, as a working individual that wants to become better and invest, the book Start for Life is amazing.

00:58:11.000 It's changed my life completely.

00:58:13.000 I recommend it to everybody.

00:58:14.000 I like Unscripted from MJ DeMarco.

00:58:15.000 That helps you deprogram or unplug.

00:58:19.000 I wonder if Leslie is going to concede with the new info that the Tates are innocent.

00:58:24.000 I don't know.

00:58:25.000 Hopefully he does.

00:58:26.000 Hopefully.

00:58:27.000 Sonny Tequette goes, Guys, I'm 19, almost 20.

00:58:31.000 Just got in my community college. 1.00

00:58:32.000 I'm studying accounting, but fuck this is really gay. 1.00

00:58:35.000 We'll take five years to get a stupid piece of paper. 1.00

00:58:36.000 Is it worth it? 1.00

00:58:38.000 Yes, just make sure you get your CPA after the fact, my friend.

00:58:40.000 Yeah.

00:58:41.000 So you can make the big bucks.

00:58:42.000 I think college is worth it if you want to go down a career path of like being a doctor, a lawyer.

00:58:47.000 But, you know, other than that, just winging it, hoping for a career is kind of pointless.

00:58:52.000 Yeah.

00:58:53.000 DG Build, Mexican made in America. 1.00

00:58:54.000 Tate, Tristan, Myron, and Fresh always keep bringing value to the people.

00:58:57.000 Thank you so much, guys.

00:58:59.000 I know we're a little bit behind, guys, starting the show.

00:59:03.000 But, hey, you guys asked some really good questions, and I think it's, you know, a lot of the questions you guys asked someone else in the chat might have, so I think, you know, that's why we take the questions seriously and we answer them, especially on Monday.

00:59:11.000 Priority as well.

00:59:12.000 So, today's topic, guys, is how to make money.

00:59:15.000 Don't worry, timestamps will be in later, by the way.

00:59:17.000 In your 20s.

00:59:18.000 In your 20s and or 30s. 0.98

00:59:20.000 Make money when you're young, goddammit.

00:59:22.000 Obviously, we're in our 30s now, but we remember those times, sacrificing, struggling to make it our own way, because ultimately, the foundation has to be set in your 20s. 0.85

00:59:32.000 The problem is people spend the time partying, having fun, buying dumb stuff, getting bad credit scores, and then they wonder...

00:59:39.000 God, I'm 30 years old, still struggling, at the same job, what's wrong with me?

00:59:43.000 And it's because if you were lazy, you didn't care, or you didn't plan for the future, and now you're struggling.

00:59:50.000 So we're just saying, even if you made these mistakes in the past, start now, today, to become a better person for yourself and your family.

00:59:58.000 So leave me some points here for you guys that are well thought out from us.

01:00:03.000 And number one is gonna be build a good credit score.

01:00:08.000 Now, as you guys know, this studio, our foundation, Real estate is built on credit.

01:00:14.000 And even your job today, people are looking at your credit scores because they want to know if you're a good individual and if you're paid by people that you borrow money from.

01:00:20.000 And ultimately, as an individual in this working class society, credit will determine where you live, what rates you get, where you can buy, and as well, you know, where you end up financially.

01:00:32.000 So I would just say for credit itself, that should be a concern for you at the very beginning.

01:00:36.000 Now typically, like I said earlier, as a young individual, You think credit's whatever.

01:00:41.000 You know, your friends are just buying stuff at Macy's on credit cards, running those tabs up, looking stylish and looking like you got drip. 0.99

01:00:48.000 And they're like, damn, don't pay back, bro. 0.99

01:00:49.000 Just forget about it. 1.00

01:00:50.000 And then your score's shitty. 0.70

01:00:52.000 You go to buy a property. 0.77

01:00:53.000 It's like, oh, wait, your score's 400.

01:00:55.000 You want to buy this car?

01:00:56.000 It's 500.

01:00:57.000 Sorry.

01:00:58.000 Lowest rates possible are nothing at all.

01:01:00.000 So we're just saying at the very beginning, your score should be your foundation.

01:01:04.000 Now, I read a book when I first came to America called Your Credit Score by Liz Watson or Liz Weston.

01:01:09.000 That book details from A to Z how to get from 0 to 820, 850, anywhere in that range.

01:01:16.000 And with the high credit score, guys, once again, you can have the best rates possible for cars, for property, and as well, insurance.

01:01:25.000 So, Guys, without further ado, just keep in mind that if you want to have that lifestyle where you can have access to cars, property, get the best rates, it starts in your 20s.

01:01:38.000 And let's say you're 18 years old, you have parents, right?

01:01:40.000 Ask them, hey dad, hey mom, I want to start early, get my score on point, do you mind putting me on your credit card?

01:01:47.000 And that's a lot of trust because that right there, guys, can boost your score immensely.

01:01:51.000 But it's knowing and having knowledge from the very beginning, what's the plan?

01:01:55.000 And if you're in your 20s now, start early.

01:01:58.000 What'd you say for a credit score?

01:02:00.000 Guys, you gotta understand...

01:02:02.000 Credit is the foundation upon which you will build wealth.

01:02:05.000 You cannot build wealth when you have a sucky credit score.

01:02:08.000 It just ain't gonna happen because anything that's worth acquiring, you're going to need credit, okay? 1.00

01:02:14.000 Unless you plan to be an idiot and buy everything cash or buy all your assets cash, which is the dumbest thing you do, by the way... 0.99

01:02:20.000 You need to have good credit because you need to basically use leverage, use other people's money to acquire assets so that you can take that money that you have, right? 1.00

01:02:28.000 Your actual cash, and use it to invest in other things, right?

01:02:31.000 Or have your living expenses, etc.

01:02:33.000 And guys, this goes for everything.

01:02:35.000 Me personally, when I was 18 years old, I got my first credit card.

01:02:38.000 It was a piece of crap credit card from Capital One that had the Van Gogh background on it, right? 0.74

01:02:45.000 Zero benefits, Van Gogh painting, the Starry Night painting, right? 1.00

01:02:49.000 Piece of crap credit card. 0.98

01:02:51.000 Doesn't give me any benefits. 0.99

01:02:52.000 Matter of fact, to this day, I still have it open, and I have to pay, I think, like $75 a year.

01:02:57.000 It has an annual fee.

01:02:58.000 Zero benefits, but $75.

01:03:00.000 Why do I keep that credit card line open?

01:03:02.000 History.

01:03:02.000 I keep it for the history, right?

01:03:03.000 And that was the first credit card I got, right?

01:03:06.000 But it also shows how long I've come because I went from a credit card that gives you zero benefits with like maybe only a 200 limit to now that card I think is like 10k.

01:03:13.000 It still has an annual fee because it sucks, but I keep it open, which history is very important, guys.

01:03:19.000 That's why you keep your oldest credit line open even if you got to eat the bullet with paying an annual fee, right?

01:03:23.000 That's the cost of getting into this game.

01:03:25.000 But that allowed me to create a foundation from which I would be able to build successful financial habits.

01:03:31.000 To this day, guys, I'm 33 now.

01:03:34.000 I don't use a debit card ever.

01:03:36.000 I don't use cash ever.

01:03:38.000 I use a credit card for absolutely everything.

01:03:41.000 And the reason why is because you need to show, right, that you are a trustworthy person.

01:03:47.000 Credit is nothing more than showing that you're a trustworthy individual with finances.

01:03:51.000 That's what it does.

01:03:52.000 And when you have a high credit score, aka trustworthiness score, banks are more likely to give you favorable rates and give you loans to acquire real assets.

01:04:03.000 So in other words, a credit card is you kind of like practicing with training wheels of buying things.

01:04:08.000 Can you pay back these groceries that you spent on this credit card?

01:04:11.000 Can you pay back this gas that you used on this credit card?

01:04:12.000 Can you pay back this furniture that you got on your credit card?

01:04:16.000 And the more you pay things back and you show that you're a trustworthy buyer, the more people trust you and then the bigger amounts of money that you can request and then you can go ahead and use to get yourself real assets. 0.90

01:04:26.000 Guys, it starts right fucking now. 0.97

01:04:29.000 If you're watching this show, as we speak, open up another tab on your fucking browser and start looking at getting credit cards, guys. 1.00

01:04:36.000 Because if you don't have credit, you don't have credit cards, you're a fucking idiot. 1.00

01:04:40.000 I'm going to say that one more time for y'all. 1.00

01:04:41.000 Real talk, man.

01:04:42.000 Boo! 1.00

01:04:44.000 If you are not using a credit card day to day, you're a fucking idiot! 1.00

01:04:49.000 Because credit is the only way that you're going to be able to build up that reputation so you can actually get real assets in the future. 1.00

01:04:58.000 If you're buying things in cash, if you're buying things with a debit card, you're a fucking moron! 1.00

01:05:03.000 Okay? 1.00

01:05:04.000 Especially when it's money that you're going to spend anyway.

01:05:06.000 If you buy your groceries, if you buy your gas, you buy all these things with cash and debit, use a credit card instead.

01:05:12.000 Right?

01:05:12.000 Pay it back at the end of the month.

01:05:14.000 It's free money, by the way.

01:05:15.000 And then, get rewarded for it.

01:05:17.000 As your credit score increases, you're going to be able to apply for credit cards that give you a benefit.

01:05:21.000 We've done episodes on this for you.

01:05:23.000 We've done cashback credit cards.

01:05:24.000 We've done travel credit cards.

01:05:25.000 We've done business credit cards.

01:05:27.000 Guys, the benefits are endless.

01:05:30.000 Guys, If you do this right, right, and you spend all your money using credit cards, maybe on a cashback card, you get thousands of dollars for free a year on money that you are going to spend.

01:05:41.000 Now, let's compound that.

01:05:42.000 Let's say you got a business, and that business has expenses.

01:05:45.000 Use a business credit card, you're going to get points for all that on expenses you would have used, and you could write it off.

01:05:50.000 Like, it's a no-brainer. 1.00

01:05:52.000 Anytime I see someone use a debit card or cash, I'm like, you're an idiot. 1.00

01:05:56.000 Low IQ. What are you doing? 1.00

01:05:59.000 Okay? 1.00

01:05:59.000 Idiots use cash and debit cards. 1.00

01:06:01.000 You need to use credit, guys. 1.00

01:06:02.000 But the only way you're going to be able to do that is when you build that foundation early.

01:06:05.000 Get a credit card when you're young.

01:06:06.000 We've done episodes on how to get credit when you have no to low credit.

01:06:09.000 Two options that you can do right here, right now.

01:06:11.000 Get a secured credit card.

01:06:12.000 We covered this extensively.

01:06:14.000 Discover it.

01:06:14.000 We did a whole episode, actually this year updated, on how to...

01:06:18.000 Get started with credit.

01:06:19.000 Get a secured credit card.

01:06:20.000 Discovery has a fantastic beginner credit card, and we had a couple ones in that episode.

01:06:24.000 Go watch that, right?

01:06:25.000 Save it for later.

01:06:26.000 Or get on someone that you trust, CreditLine, or they trust you actually, and you can go ahead and be an authorized user on their card.

01:06:34.000 That's one of the other ways that you can also shortcut it and go ahead and get your credit score up and jumping by being an authorized user on someone's line.

01:06:41.000 Of course, someone that's got to trust you, but, bro, it's a great way to get your foot in the door.

01:06:46.000 And you need credit, guys. 0.99

01:06:47.000 I don't want to sound like a broken record and be yelling at y'all about this shit, but it's that goddamn important. 0.98

01:06:52.000 Anytime I see someone pay with cash or debit, a part of me is like, oh, what the hell are you doing? 0.98

01:06:58.000 Guys, to add to Myron's point, recently, I had the experience to get first class on a flight to Jamaica. 0.97

01:07:05.000 And back then, I thought to myself, paying for first class is dumb.

01:07:10.000 Why would I ever do that?

01:07:11.000 But I bought this watch with my credit card, got the points, and I added it to my points overall for American Express.

01:07:18.000 And that led to me getting first class for nothing.

01:07:22.000 So first class to Jamaica and back using credit.

01:07:26.000 Now, I don't know about you, but travel for free?

01:07:28.000 That's not my list of things to do.

01:07:30.000 So ultimately, guys, credit will help you no matter what you do.

01:07:32.000 And overall, lifestyle-wise, it helps immensely.

01:07:35.000 So you're credit on point, man.

01:07:36.000 But I would say this is well for credit.

01:07:38.000 If you're not sure where your score is, that's fine.

01:07:40.000 There's a free service call, creditcomber.com.

01:07:43.000 They're not paying us to talk about it, but ultimately, guys, you want to know where your score is so you can either upgrade it or change it.

01:07:48.000 But knowing your score will help you immensely as well.

01:07:50.000 So you should know your score always.

01:07:52.000 Yeah, man.

01:07:52.000 Guys, this is like...

01:07:54.000 It's one of the foundations, man, to building wealth, guys, is having credit.

01:07:58.000 Like, you just have to.

01:07:59.000 You know, anything that's worth buying, a car, a home, a big purchase, maybe even furniture, right?

01:08:05.000 If you don't got the cash, you can go ahead and leverage credit.

01:08:07.000 Like, guys, it's just a no-brainer.

01:08:09.000 Like, anyone that is financially aware and has their money together pays their credit cards.

01:08:16.000 Yeah.

01:08:16.000 Right?

01:08:17.000 And then if you're smart...

01:08:18.000 Yeah.

01:08:19.000 And if you're smart guys, you have that credit card, you spend money on it, and then just pay it off at the end of the month.

01:08:24.000 Free money.

01:08:25.000 And you get an extra 30 days to pay it off.

01:08:27.000 Yeah.

01:08:28.000 It's like, dude, it's like the best thing ever.

01:08:29.000 That's important.

01:08:30.000 You gotta pay it off, though.

01:08:31.000 And you get rewarded.

01:08:31.000 Yeah.

01:08:31.000 And you get rewarded for it.

01:08:32.000 You should pay it off, though.

01:08:33.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah. 1.00

01:08:33.000 Don't be an idiot and buy a bunch of, you know, this is not an authorization for you guys to be morons and spend money like a retard and go buy a bunch of stupid things, which we're gonna cover here in a second. 1.00

01:08:42.000 But I'm talking about everyday items that you were gonna buy anyway. 1.00

01:08:45.000 Use a credit card, man.

01:08:46.000 Get the free points.

01:08:48.000 Use a cashback card.

01:08:49.000 If you don't travel and you don't have a business or whatever, at least at bare minimum, guys, get a cashback credit card that gives you 1% cashback.

01:08:56.000 And someone asks, I'm 31 years old.

01:08:58.000 Is this going to help me?

01:09:00.000 Yes.

01:09:00.000 Start now.

01:09:01.000 Don't wait because, again, the more time you waste doing bad habits will reach bad results.

01:09:07.000 So I'm just saying right now, start now while you still can for your credit score.

01:09:11.000 And if you're not sure what it is, creditkarmer.com.

01:09:14.000 Look it up.

01:09:15.000 It's your score.

01:09:15.000 It's going to hurt a little bit seeing the bad score at the very beginning.

01:09:18.000 But if you know what it is, you can work on it.

01:09:20.000 So, all right.

01:09:21.000 Yeah, guys.

01:09:21.000 All right.

01:09:22.000 Next one.

01:09:22.000 Go ahead.

01:09:23.000 So, number two is, guys.

01:09:25.000 Round two. 0.94

01:09:28.000 Avoid dumb financial mistakes. 0.97

01:09:30.000 So all of us here have made mistakes. 0.98

01:09:32.000 I know I've shared mistakes myself.

01:09:34.000 And in this respect, I can say wholeheartedly that, like, if I avoid certain things, I've been way further ahead.

01:09:41.000 Now, mistakes could be dating somebody, spending money on a vacation that you can't afford, buying a car you can't afford as well, my house you can't afford.

01:09:52.000 I would say these mistakes can happen to anybody.

01:09:54.000 Now, how you react to it will determine your results.

01:09:57.000 So if you can avoid these major mistakes from the very beginning, you have money saved up over a period of time, a good credit score, you can invest earlier on into things that make sense for your family and yourself.

01:10:08.000 So guys, this is a little personal here.

01:10:10.000 This is when I was working at AT&T and Chick-fil-A. I made some dumb mistakes, man. 0.99

01:10:16.000 Luckily, I had a credit card from Chase that I got when I first got here as well. 0.96

01:10:21.000 And I realized, okay, I'm just going to pay this off so it doesn't mess up my score.

01:10:26.000 But I made mistakes buying other stuff.

01:10:28.000 So you know me, guys.

01:10:29.000 I love speed, man.

01:10:30.000 I'm a racer through and through.

01:10:31.000 I was like, yeah, bro.

01:10:32.000 I'm in Miami, man, working my ass off nonstop.

01:10:36.000 I got a card, but bro.

01:10:38.000 On weekends, I want to ride a little bit, you know?

01:10:39.000 Get out on the streets, me on the road.

01:10:42.000 So I bought a Yamaha R6 on personal credit.

01:10:47.000 Give me the bell, bro.

01:10:49.000 Oh, yeah.

01:10:49.000 I got one for you on that one.

01:10:51.000 Listen, man.

01:10:54.000 If you guys don't know, personal loans are the worst loans because they're the highest interest rates you could think of and as well without the right, I want to say, strategy.

01:11:02.000 You want to tell them what I told you when you got that hard money load?

01:11:05.000 Tell them.

01:11:06.000 I yelled at Fresh for like 20 minutes, bro.

01:11:08.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:11:09.000 I literally yelled at him and I said, what the fuck? 1.00

01:11:10.000 And I gave him the money and I said, go pay that shit off right now. 1.00

01:11:13.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:11:14.000 Because I was like, this fucking guy, okay, aka, we're on YouTube, he ain't gonna destroy you on interest. 0.99

01:11:21.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:11:21.000 Just, here's the money, go fucking pay that shit off right now, bro. 1.00

01:11:25.000 So guys, I made the harsh mistake of getting a personal loan, a harmony loan to buy- What was the interest rate on that shit? 1.00

01:11:33.000 You want to know? 0.99

01:11:33.000 What was it again? 0.99

01:11:34.000 I remember you told me the number and I flipped out.

01:11:38.000 22%.

01:11:38.000 And I was like, bruh!

01:11:41.000 That's damn near credit card numbers on a loan.

01:11:47.000 And that's just standard.

01:11:49.000 Late fees?

01:11:50.000 Bro, even worse.

01:11:51.000 Late payment's even worse.

01:11:53.000 Almost like 32%.

01:11:54.000 Guys, don't take a hot money loan ever, bro.

01:11:56.000 So...

01:11:57.000 I was doing the right things for my credit card, but with my personal finances of using my credit wisely, I made a mistake there.

01:12:05.000 But I still have to say, yes, it was an L, but for you guys watching, if you can avoid things like that, again, personal loans for dumb stuff like motorcycles or cars, maybe for remodeling your house when you don't have to,

01:12:21.000 Just think about the money you would have saved and your credit score, if it was higher, we can invest in it earlier on.

01:12:27.000 And I made that mistake, but later on, I realized, you know what?

01:12:30.000 It's not a good choice to make, and I saved that money for a house.

01:12:34.000 So I would just say, as an example, keep in mind, whatever you buy early in your 20s will affect you in your future.

01:12:42.000 And when it comes to investing for yourself and your family, the things you decide to buy in your 20s can affect you in the future.

01:12:48.000 So keep that in mind.

01:12:50.000 Guys, making dumb financial mistakes is, it could be as simple as going to the bar every week and spending a lot of money on alcohol, getting table service. 0.98

01:12:58.000 It could be something where, like Fred's described, getting a hard money loan to get a motorcycle, which is ridiculous. 0.98

01:13:03.000 But, right, I don't want to write off hard money loans on everything.

01:13:06.000 There are instances where hard money loans can actually help, guys.

01:13:09.000 Let's say you're a fix-and-flipper. 0.95

01:13:10.000 Well, it's very difficult to get a loan on a bank on a piece of crap house that needs to be rehabbed.

01:13:16.000 But with a hard money loan, someone basically gives you the money, has a high interest rate, but if you can fix it and flip it quickly enough, you won't have to deal with issues that arise from that high interest loan.

01:13:28.000 But it's all about context and how you use it.

01:13:31.000 But the reality is this, guys. 0.79

01:13:33.000 If you're spending money, and that money isn't going to pay you back some kind of dividend in the future, More than likely, it's a shitty investment. 0.61

01:13:41.000 I want to repeat that one more time.

01:13:43.000 You guys really understand this.

01:13:44.000 Because anytime you're thinking about buying something, I want y'all to have this go through your mind.

01:13:49.000 Is this purchase going to make me back money in some way?

01:13:53.000 If the answer is no...

01:13:55.000 More than likely you can live without it and you don't need it.

01:13:57.000 Yep.

01:13:58.000 Okay?

01:13:58.000 If it's outside of food or like necessities, right, for you to live or to survive, if it doesn't make you back money, it doesn't make sense.

01:14:07.000 If it don't make money, it don't make sense.

01:14:09.000 If it don't make money, it don't make sense.

01:14:12.000 Repeat that after me.

01:14:14.000 If it don't make money, it don't make sense.

01:14:16.000 If it don't make money, it don't make sense.

01:14:18.000 I need you guys to go in with that mindset with everything that you purchase.

01:14:22.000 Okay?

01:14:23.000 Is taking out this, you know, rude, annoying bimbo that you think is hot, that you met on Tinder, is she going to make you money back? 1.00

01:14:31.000 Right?

01:14:31.000 And you know that you got bills to pay and you're financially tight.

01:14:34.000 They just probably know. 1.00

01:14:35.000 So you probably shouldn't spend money on this dumbass whore. 1.00

01:14:38.000 That's why I tell y'all, yo, don't even bother dating and getting out there and dealing with women until you're financially stable to some degree. 1.00

01:14:44.000 Because they're not going to want to pay the bill.

01:14:45.000 And then you're going to be over here, pitching pennies, checking your statement after every time you swipe, you know, taking a check out.

01:14:50.000 Like, no, get your money on point so that you feel more confident, you feel more relaxed during the date.

01:14:54.000 Instead of saying, yo, let's go ahead and split this up.

01:14:56.000 A lot of you guys are trying to put a cart before the horse. 1.00

01:14:58.000 A lot of you guys haven't even earned the right, or excuse me, the privilege, excuse me, the privilege of going out with women and, you know, chasing after some ass because y'all are losers. 1.00

01:15:07.000 The reality, that's what it is. 1.00

01:15:09.000 A lot of y'all are fucking losers. 1.00

01:15:10.000 These women come on this panel. 1.00

01:15:12.000 Oh, guys are broke. 1.00

01:15:13.000 A lot of the time it's because a lot of y'all are losers. 1.00

01:15:15.000 We gotta call a spade a fucking spade. 1.00

01:15:17.000 Okay? 0.99

01:15:18.000 A lot of y'all haven't earned the privilege of going out with chicks.

01:15:22.000 Because it is a privilege.

01:15:23.000 Because it is a privilege.

01:15:24.000 It's not a right.

01:15:24.000 It is.

01:15:25.000 Okay? 1.00

01:15:26.000 And these are the tough conversations that we're having here without bitches around, but a lot of y'all are fucking bums! 1.00

01:15:30.000 And don't even deserve to be dealing with these hoes! 1.00

01:15:33.000 I mean, they're losers too! 1.00

01:15:34.000 But two losers going out for a drink, what does that fucking lead to? 1.00

01:15:38.000 Nothing! 1.00

01:15:39.000 Fucking nothing! 1.00

01:15:40.000 And what are the losers expecting your loser ass to pay, nigga? 1.00

01:15:42.000 So, what are you talking about? 1.00

01:15:43.000 Alright?

01:15:44.000 So...

01:15:47.000 But it's true!

01:15:48.000 It's really true, man.

01:15:49.000 So guys, ask yourself, especially in your 20s and your early 30s when you're building up and trying to make money, is this gonna make you money back?

01:15:57.000 If the answer's no, don't buy it, guys.

01:16:01.000 And I want to add one more thing as well to this point.

01:16:04.000 I know people are laughing at my bad choice, but in your 20s, you should make mistakes because making them in your 30s will mess you up even further.

01:16:12.000 So it's okay to make mistakes, but just avoid major mistakes.

01:16:18.000 I'll never forget.

01:16:19.000 We had a co-worker.

01:16:20.000 He used to work with us.

01:16:21.000 And he was so big on like vacations and having fun.

01:16:27.000 And yo, let's go to DR. Let's go to Dubai.

01:16:30.000 I'm like, bro, we get 15 bucks an hour.

01:16:33.000 Like 15 bucks an hour, bro.

01:16:35.000 Think about it.

01:16:35.000 That's not a lot of money.

01:16:36.000 Anyhow.

01:16:37.000 He saved us his money, qualification, yo, YOLO, I live one life, bro, I'm gonna travel.

01:16:42.000 But I'll never forget.

01:16:42.000 Female behavior.

01:16:43.000 Yes.

01:16:44.000 I'll never forget, right?

01:16:45.000 Yeah.

01:16:45.000 He was talking to this chick on Instagram, a baddie, right?

01:16:47.000 He showed us this girl, he's beautiful, and he's like, bro, I'm taking her on a trip, so we're going on a cruise ship, bro, I'm gonna go take her out, I'm gonna pay for everything, and I got this chick, right?

01:16:57.000 I'm like, bro, why?

01:16:59.000 Anyhow, long story short, it's a three-day cruise from Bahamas to, um, sorry, from Miami to Bahamas.

01:17:04.000 He took on a trip.

01:17:06.000 He didn't even smash.

01:17:07.000 And then we asked him, bro, what is the total you spent?

01:17:11.000 He said, man, you know, it's like 6K. I'm like, bro, see, mind you, back then, I was so focused on buying a property, I was like, nigga, what are you just saying, 6K? That's a down payment, bro.

01:17:26.000 Towards the down payment.

01:17:26.000 So I'm like, bro, you're a...

01:17:27.000 Dumb. 1.00

01:17:28.000 The point is that, like, that mistake he made, guess where he's working now? 0.99

01:17:33.000 Where?

01:17:33.000 Publix.

01:17:34.000 Damn. 1.00

01:17:35.000 Making $12 an hour, something like that. 0.99

01:17:37.000 So it's crazy because it was fun in the moment, and he didn't even smash, to be honest with you, from what he said, but that mistake he made at the job cost him.

01:17:48.000 Because I guarantee you, he saved that money, put it in a property or something else.

01:17:52.000 He made more money.

01:17:53.000 Guys, delayed gratification, bro, is so important as a man.

01:17:56.000 Yeah.

01:17:57.000 Okay?

01:17:57.000 Like, you know, I saw...

01:17:59.000 I was on Instagram, right? 1.00

01:18:00.000 And I saw, like, you know, this girl put up this stupid-ass painting that says, travel, because money doesn't last for... 1.00

01:18:06.000 You can always make money back, but time doesn't go. 1.00

01:18:08.000 Some bullshit like that. 1.00

01:18:09.000 Bro. 1.00

01:18:10.000 Bro.

01:18:11.000 Look, man.

01:18:13.000 Gentlemen that are watching this podcast, you are not women, okay? 0.99

01:18:17.000 You're not on a biological time clock, okay, number one.

01:18:20.000 You don't have to go ahead and get the most out of your 20s. 0.57

01:18:23.000 You use your 20s to build a foundation so that your 30s and 40s and 50s doesn't suck.

01:18:27.000 Luckily for you as a man, right, your value increases if you do the work over time versus a female. 1.00

01:18:34.000 Do not be on a female clock of, oh, I gotta live now, yolo, blah, blah, blah. 0.99

01:18:39.000 That's feminine thinking. 1.00

01:18:41.000 And here's the other thing, too, that you guys don't understand that girls do, okay?

01:18:45.000 Women have a safety net that you don't enjoy. 1.00

01:18:49.000 They can always get rescued by a man at some point in their life.

01:18:52.000 To some degree, no matter how ugly she is, there's a simp out there that's wanting to save her, okay? 1.00

01:18:58.000 Ain't nobody coming to save you, motherfucker! 1.00

01:19:00.000 So, you guys need to operate with no safety net, okay? 1.00

01:19:04.000 Women have a natural safety net, which is their vagina. 1.00

01:19:08.000 They have three forms of payment. 0.99

01:19:10.000 Cash, credit, vagina. 1.00

01:19:11.000 You ain't got that vagina one, alright? 1.00

01:19:14.000 Are we gonna get canceled for that? 0.99

01:19:17.000 Whatever.

01:19:18.000 Whatever.

01:19:18.000 But it's the truth!

01:19:19.000 It's literally the truth, bro!

01:19:21.000 Think about it.

01:19:22.000 There's a sugar baby economy here. 0.93

01:19:23.000 How are women able to do that? 1.00

01:19:24.000 Because women are able to monetize their beauty. 1.00

01:19:27.000 Right?

01:19:27.000 There are simps out there that will pay for their lifestyle.

01:19:30.000 Sometimes even if the girl don't smash like you just saw just now. 0.99

01:19:32.000 They're taking on cruises and shit. 0.98

01:19:34.000 I guarantee you, bro, that same dude that took her on the boat, someone smashed for free. 0.99

01:19:39.000 He bought her jewelry off the island. 1.00

01:19:41.000 I'm like, bro, are you dumb? 1.00

01:19:43.000 But again, spending money on a girl that's not worth it or even going to be with you. 1.00

01:19:48.000 Wasting time on money.

01:19:49.000 For what?

01:19:50.000 So guys, you don't have pretty privilege. 1.00

01:19:53.000 You don't have a vagina. 1.00

01:19:54.000 You don't have the ability to get a guy to come in and save you. 1.00

01:19:57.000 You don't have a Prince Charming coming for y'all. 1.00

01:19:59.000 There ain't no, you know, Princess Charming.

01:20:01.000 There's none.

01:20:01.000 I'll tell you that right now.

01:20:03.000 Alright?

01:20:04.000 So...

01:20:05.000 So you literally have to operate like do or die. 1.00

01:20:07.000 So spending your money on stupid stuff that isn't going to make you money in the future is an L every single time. 1.00

01:20:13.000 Delayed gratification, guys. 1.00

01:20:15.000 When I was 18, I bust some ass. 0.99

01:20:17.000 I was working. 1.00

01:20:18.000 You know, I spent my money on some stuff like an idiot. 0.99

01:20:20.000 But once I figured out, yo, you need to save money and not be a moron, I started saving my money, focusing on making more money, getting my credit up because I had a credit card since I was 18. 0.99

01:20:28.000 I always took that very seriously with paying my bills back. 0.97

01:20:32.000 Sorry, paying my credit card off.

01:20:34.000 And you build that foundation, man. 1.00

01:20:36.000 But you can't do that spending money like a moron. 1.00

01:20:39.000 Bottle service. 1.00

01:20:40.000 Going out with girls.

01:20:41.000 Doing all this other stuff.

01:20:42.000 Like, bro, that's something that you have to earn down the road.

01:20:44.000 And trust me, guys.

01:20:45.000 It's way more fun when you're financially stable to deal with females. 1.00

01:20:49.000 Dude, even traveling's way more fun.

01:20:51.000 Because money's not even a problem.

01:20:53.000 I want to go to a nice dinner.

01:20:54.000 Sit in a nice hotel.

01:20:55.000 Doesn't matter.

01:20:56.000 But, Maren, tell them what you spent money on that was bad.

01:20:58.000 Because I know what you did.

01:21:02.000 Which one?

01:21:03.000 Shoes.

01:21:04.000 Oh, Jordans!

01:21:05.000 Yeah.

01:21:05.000 Yes!

01:21:05.000 Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:21:06.000 Let's go back in time.

01:21:08.000 And again, just so you know, guys, no one's perfect.

01:21:11.000 Yeah.

01:21:12.000 We all make mistakes.

01:21:12.000 So when I was 18, guys, right around the same time I got my credit card, actually, I had an obsession with Jordan sneakers, right?

01:21:19.000 This is back like 2008 or whatever.

01:21:21.000 And I had a bunch.

01:21:22.000 I had like, you know, obviously the 12.

01:21:24.000 I collected retros. 1.00

01:21:25.000 And I have them still to this day.

01:21:27.000 I could probably sell them.

01:21:27.000 You should?

01:21:28.000 Yeah, I should.

01:21:29.000 My brother, I don't know what he's doing with him, but I have a bunch of them still.

01:21:32.000 I had Spitz Ikes, I had the 12s, 11s, 6s, a bunch of rare Jordans, right?

01:21:36.000 Okay.

01:21:36.000 Carmines, all that.

01:21:37.000 You know, I'm a Jordan head on the wall. 0.99

01:21:39.000 Can you imagine a Myron with Jordans, bro?

01:21:40.000 Yeah.

01:21:41.000 Yo, we need Durag Myron with some Jordans, bro.

01:21:45.000 I guess, uh...

01:21:47.000 Black youngster. 0.97

01:21:48.000 Since it's nigga time. 1.00

01:21:49.000 Uh, yeah.

01:21:50.000 So I had a bunch of Jordans, right?

01:21:51.000 Yeah.

01:21:52.000 For all the people that say I'm not black, whatever.

01:21:55.000 I had a bunch of Jordans, guys, right?

01:21:56.000 Oh, them ways of spinning, baby.

01:21:58.000 You see how the 360s are here, baby?

01:22:00.000 You're also speaking Bill's language right now, too.

01:22:02.000 You know?

01:22:03.000 So, yeah, I had eights.

01:22:06.000 I had a bunch of rare Js, right? 0.81

01:22:09.000 But it wasn't until I became, you know, a young adult when I went to college, right?

01:22:15.000 When I went to Boston, I had phone pods, all these sneakers.

01:22:18.000 And I remember, I'll never forget this, I remember how all my white classmates looked at me. 0.90

01:22:24.000 The guys that I rode with and shit like that. 0.94

01:22:27.000 And they looked at it like, wait, how much those shoes cost? 0.98

01:22:30.000 $200, dude!

01:22:33.000 Dude!

01:22:34.000 Dude! 0.99

01:22:35.000 $200 for foam, positive back, foams were like $200 to $250 at the fucking Penny Hardways, the Purple Joints, the Eggplants. 0.98

01:22:42.000 Yeah, you know, I had 12 Sixes. 0.97

01:22:48.000 Did I have any Twos?

01:22:49.000 I never had any Twos.

01:22:50.000 I had...

01:22:52.000 The Graphite 15s. 0.67

01:22:53.000 All these rare ass Jordans, right? 1.00

01:22:54.000 How much do those cost? 0.98

01:22:56.000 Dude, those are expensive.

01:22:58.000 Then I thought to myself, hold on one second.

01:23:01.000 This dude's family is rich as hell.

01:23:02.000 They got like a mansion in Connecticut.

01:23:04.000 This dude's family is rich as hell.

01:23:06.000 They got a mansion in California.

01:23:07.000 Because I went to school with some very privileged rich kids.

01:23:09.000 I was the poor one in my group.

01:23:11.000 But I had the most expensive sneakers. 0.65

01:23:13.000 And then I looked at it and I saw, wait, these dudes are wearing dirty-ass boat shoes, Sperry's, and some Nantucka shorts, right?

01:23:21.000 And then I saw, like, I went to their houses, and I saw that their families also, right? 0.65

01:23:27.000 One's a doctor, another one's a lawyer.

01:23:29.000 But high-earning people, right?

01:23:31.000 300, 500k, maybe millionaires, whatever it may be. 0.99

01:23:34.000 They don't wear none of this crap. 0.98

01:23:35.000 They don't wear none of the designer. 0.99

01:23:36.000 They don't wear anything. 0.99

01:23:37.000 And I was like, what the fuck am I doing? 1.00

01:23:40.000 The rich people don't wear this shit. 1.00

01:23:42.000 Why am I wearing it? 1.00

01:23:43.000 If I want to be wealthy, I gotta act like wealthy people.

01:23:46.000 They save their money.

01:23:48.000 They buy things.

01:23:49.000 That aren't that expensive.

01:23:51.000 They don't have to look rich because they really are!

01:23:53.000 And that's when I literally had that epiphany.

01:23:55.000 I was about 21 years old. 1.00

01:23:57.000 I was like, yo, I'm stopping this shit. 0.99

01:23:59.000 And I stopped buying J's. 1.00

01:24:00.000 I stopped buying True Religions.

01:24:01.000 I stopped buying Designer. 1.00

01:24:02.000 I said, fuck that shit. 1.00

01:24:03.000 And then I realized, like, they're really wealthy. 1.00

01:24:05.000 Don't dress like this! 1.00

01:24:07.000 And that was when I had my wake up and I just stopped buying all that shit, man. 0.99

01:24:10.000 So guys, you need to have that, like, I don't know what it is for you. 0.99

01:24:13.000 Maybe you might need to have that epiphany moment.

01:24:15.000 Maybe you need to be around some rich people and see how they really dress and how they really behave.

01:24:18.000 But I'll tell y'all this, man. 0.99

01:24:19.000 The high class aren't sitting here fucking wearing a Miri. 0.99

01:24:22.000 Tell y'all that right fucking now. 0.99

01:24:23.000 They're not. 0.98

01:24:23.000 They ain't. 0.98

01:24:24.000 They don't say terms like, I'm dripped out! 1.00

01:24:26.000 The fuck? 1.00

01:24:28.000 The only drip that they're talking about, they look at you like you're a retard because saliva's dripping from your mouth. 1.00

01:24:32.000 That's the only way they look at it when you wear this fucking designer shit. 1.00

01:24:35.000 You're spending hundreds of dollars on Dunks or Jordans or whatever. 1.00

01:24:38.000 We're the only class of people that do this stupid shit, bro. 1.00

01:24:41.000 Nobody else does it. 1.00

01:24:42.000 Really rich people aren't here wearing fucking J's and thousand dollar... 1.00

01:24:47.000 Dunks and all this other shit, man. 0.99

01:24:49.000 Like, if you're gonna buy them and resell them, I guess that's a thing. 0.98

01:24:51.000 I know people that have successful sneaker reselling businesses.

01:24:54.000 But that's a business, though.

01:24:54.000 But that's a business.

01:24:55.000 But as far as like buying them, collecting them, wearing them, Bro, it's a waste of fucking money, bro. 1.00

01:25:01.000 You better be rich if you're gonna do that shit. 0.99

01:25:02.000 Not broke, you know, spending your last paycheck waiting in line to buy some, you know, some 8s. 1.00

01:25:08.000 I've been there! 0.98

01:25:09.000 You know, I've been in the line waiting to buy some fucking, you know, Aqua 8s. 0.98

01:25:13.000 You know, or buying some Carmine 6s. 0.99

01:25:16.000 I've been there waiting in line or sitting there at the checkout line at fucking, you know... 0.87

01:25:21.000 Footlocker.com or something when the thing drops on a Saturday morning, back when they used to drop Jordans. 0.96

01:25:25.000 Bro, it ain't worth it, man.

01:25:26.000 It really isn't worth it.

01:25:28.000 Alright?

01:25:30.000 So...

01:25:30.000 Hey, man.

01:25:31.000 Just saying, bro.

01:25:32.000 Pills was exactly like that.

01:25:34.000 Huh?

01:25:34.000 Pills was like that, too?

01:25:35.000 Yeah, man.

01:25:37.000 I mean, you agree, Bill?

01:25:38.000 What do you think?

01:25:38.000 Hell yeah, I agree, bro.

01:25:39.000 For sure.

01:25:40.000 Absolutely.

01:25:40.000 You know, I love sneakers, but I had to stop collecting all the rare ones myself.

01:25:45.000 I really just buy all black shoes now.

01:25:47.000 I kind of force myself to stop buying just Jordans every week or every release.

01:25:53.000 But, you know, shout out to the old days when I was rocking all the heat on the shoes.

01:25:57.000 Yeah, man. 1.00

01:25:57.000 It was a fun time, but looking back, I'm like, damn, I'm an idiot. 1.00

01:26:00.000 I spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on these shoes, bro. 1.00

01:26:03.000 But it goes to show.

01:26:04.000 In our 20s, we all make mistakes.

01:26:06.000 However, how you react to those mistakes will determine your future.

01:26:10.000 I thank God, bro, that I went to Northeastern University, right?

01:26:13.000 And I started rubbing elbows with like actually rich kids from affluent homes because then I realized like, oh, this is how they move.

01:26:21.000 Yeah. 1.00

01:26:22.000 You know, they're not out here buying a bunch of stupid shit. 1.00

01:26:24.000 Because as y'all know, I grew up in New Brant, Connecticut. 1.00

01:26:25.000 It was all about, you know, it was like the hood, man. 0.97

01:26:28.000 Like, you know, nigga mentality. 1.00

01:26:29.000 Oh, yeah. 0.99

01:26:30.000 We got Jordans.

01:26:31.000 Yo, we tripped out.

01:26:31.000 We lit.

01:26:32.000 Blah, blah, blah.

01:26:32.000 Yeah.

01:26:33.000 Look at this shit. 1.00

01:26:33.000 I'm fresh. 1.00

01:26:34.000 You know, this is back when Ed Hardy and True Religions were the shit. 1.00

01:26:36.000 You know, $100 t-shirts. 0.99

01:26:38.000 I remember Ed Hardy shirts, if it didn't have the sparkles, if it didn't have the fucking dumbass rhinestones on it, it was like an $80 shirt, right? 0.97

01:26:46.000 And then the t-shirts, if they had the rhinestones, it was like $100 to $200. 0.98

01:26:49.000 And then the True Religion J's, those were at least $200 to $300.

01:26:51.000 Then I had some J's, that would be $200 to $300.

01:26:54.000 Like a $1,000 outfit, but I don't even got $1,000 in the bank!

01:26:56.000 Like, what am I doing?

01:26:59.000 You know? 0.99

01:27:00.000 I'm showing my age here, but guys, like, it's really not, it's really stupid. 0.97

01:27:05.000 Yeah, if you look at people that are successful, really successful, billionaires, millionaires that are really living life, that Walmart trip, Target trip, it's like, they don't go to America. 0.96

01:27:16.000 However, I will say this, though.

01:27:18.000 As a young man, get out of the nigga mindset. 1.00

01:27:20.000 You should experience it at least one time. 0.78

01:27:22.000 Experience it.

01:27:23.000 She was like, alright.

01:27:25.000 Might as close.

01:27:26.000 Cool.

01:27:26.000 Moving on.

01:27:27.000 If you didn't go without experiencing it, guys, I always say this.

01:27:29.000 Smart people learn from their mistakes.

01:27:30.000 Wise people learn from other mistakes.

01:27:32.000 Yes.

01:27:32.000 Learn from me and fresh as nigginess.

01:27:33.000 Yes.

01:27:34.000 Don't do it, bro.

01:27:34.000 Is that a word?

01:27:35.000 Huh?

01:27:36.000 Is that a word?

01:27:36.000 Nigginess?

01:27:37.000 Nigginess. 1.00

01:27:37.000 Like, bro. 1.00

01:27:38.000 Like, it's not worth it, bro.

01:27:39.000 It really isn't worth it.

01:27:40.000 You don't need to do it. 1.00

01:27:41.000 Y'all don't need to go ahead and buy a bunch of Jordans and Dunks and Fomoposits to realize, like, damn, I'm fucking dumb. 1.00

01:27:46.000 You know what I mean? 1.00

01:27:47.000 Stupid. 1.00

01:27:47.000 I'm telling y'all it's dumb. 1.00

01:27:48.000 It's not worth it. 0.99

01:27:49.000 Like, I did the experience, bro.

01:27:51.000 I went by a designer.

01:27:52.000 You know, I bought the big chain and all that stuff.

01:27:53.000 I did the marketing.

01:27:54.000 I had the experience.

01:27:55.000 It was great.

01:27:56.000 But it was like, bro, what am I really doing to this?

01:27:59.000 I sold all of it.

01:28:00.000 And now I'm just, like, chilling.

01:28:02.000 Yeah, man.

01:28:03.000 People that you're around that have a certain lifestyle, a certain level of wealth, they're like, bro, what are you doing, man?

01:28:07.000 Yeah, man.

01:28:08.000 The only exception I can even think is if you're going to buy nice watches.

01:28:12.000 Those hold value.

01:28:13.000 You want to go ahead and get yourself a timeless piece like a Rolex Datejust.

01:28:17.000 You want to get a Pepsi, a Batman, one of these pieces that holds value very well.

01:28:21.000 You show yours more often, man.

01:28:22.000 I'll wear it tonight or whatever.

01:28:25.000 That's the only thing I would say that is luxury that's worth purchasing.

01:28:29.000 But to be honest with y'all, bro, don't even bother buying these watches until you're a million net worth. 0.99

01:28:32.000 Get the fuck out of here. 0.99

01:28:33.000 Bro, spending $30,000 on a fucking Rolex or some shit like that, don't do that until you are at least 1M net worth, bro. 1.00

01:28:40.000 Because it holds money for you. 0.99

01:28:41.000 If you buy it now, you can sell it For maybe the same price, but you want to hold on to it, so it holds some value, and then sell it for a higher price later on, if you're going to do that.

01:28:50.000 Yeah, bro.

01:28:51.000 It's a way for you to enjoy money and that it doesn't lose value.

01:28:55.000 It holds that value.

01:28:56.000 Actually, it'll probably do a better job than putting it in the bank, to be honest with you.

01:28:58.000 Yeah, for real.

01:28:59.000 But regardless, you could get robbed, you could lose it, etc.

01:29:02.000 So, yo, you want to go ahead and buy a Rolex?

01:29:04.000 Do it.

01:29:05.000 Celebrate and buy yourself a Rolex after you hit 1M net worth. 0.99

01:29:07.000 I want y'all taking all that money and putting it into goddamn real estate. 1.00

01:29:11.000 And buy it with a credit card. 0.99

01:29:13.000 Yes.

01:29:13.000 Do that too.

01:29:14.000 You did it too, actually.

01:29:15.000 I did it too.

01:29:16.000 I bought it with credit.

01:29:16.000 And then also, I want y'all to, even though it's still, it could be considered an investment, I bought my Rolexes off real estate money.

01:29:25.000 Like off the money I made passively.

01:29:27.000 I didn't spend my Rolex, buy a Rolex off of like earned income from like doing a pod or sponsorship, none of that.

01:29:32.000 It came off of passive income. 1.00

01:29:34.000 Y'all want to go ahead and buy nigger shit? 1.00

01:29:36.000 Here's the only time you can buy nigger shit. 1.00

01:29:37.000 You buy nigger shit when you're making passive income. 1.00

01:29:41.000 You want to go buy some Jordans? 1.00

01:29:42.000 Cool.

01:29:43.000 Go get a real estate property that will pay you the money so you can go ahead and get those Jordans.

01:29:47.000 You get like $200 cash flow from one of your properties?

01:29:50.000 Cool.

01:29:50.000 You want to go buy some J's?

01:29:51.000 Alright.

01:29:52.000 Go do it.

01:29:53.000 But you ain't going to take $200 for money that you actually spent time to earn to go get those Jordans.

01:29:58.000 And that is how NBA players, football players go broke.

01:30:02.000 Yes.

01:30:02.000 They spend their earned income on Liabilities and then...

01:30:07.000 If you're going to take one thing from this podcast, besides me yelling at y'all about buying fucking Jordans or phone posits, it's this. 0.72

01:30:14.000 Earned income, money that you make spending time or skill set, whatever, that earned income goes into an asset. 0.97

01:30:20.000 I don't care if it's real estate, an ATM, something that makes you passive income.

01:30:24.000 That passive income you get, that's coming in every month, by the way, consistently...

01:30:29.000 That's what you can use to go ahead and buy the liabilities like Jordans, Foamposites, Drip, Amiri, whatever you guys want to buy. 0.97

01:30:36.000 You want to take it back to 2009 and buy some goddamn true religions? 0.98

01:30:39.000 Go ahead. 0.99

01:30:40.000 I don't care. 1.00

01:30:40.000 But you're using passive income to buy the stupid stuff. 1.00

01:30:46.000 You're not using earned income. 1.00

01:30:47.000 That's where I make a mistake and that's where many poor people make the mistake.

01:30:50.000 They take their earned income to buy liabilities to make it look like they're wealthy.

01:30:54.000 That's not what you want to do.

01:30:56.000 They want to go buy the Mercedes.

01:30:57.000 They want to go buy the nice clothes, etc.

01:30:59.000 And for you guys that make $100K per year, y'all are some of the worst offenders of this.

01:31:02.000 Because y'all are just starting to get money.

01:31:05.000 Right?

01:31:05.000 Where you can get a taste of the high class when you make $100,000 plus a year, but you're not really there.

01:31:11.000 You get what I'm saying?

01:31:12.000 And then you're in this weird in-between area where you think you make enough, but you really don't.

01:31:17.000 You're still living paycheck to paycheck.

01:31:18.000 Middle class for a reason. 1.00

01:31:19.000 Yeah.

01:31:20.000 You know?

01:31:21.000 So, I'm telling you how you need to be.

01:31:23.000 You want to buy a Rolex?

01:31:24.000 You want to have a nice Mercedes, etc.?

01:31:25.000 Be a goddamn millionaire. 1.00

01:31:27.000 Yep, I said it. 1.00

01:31:28.000 Guys, I still drive my 2002 Honda around. 0.99

01:31:32.000 You're a better man than me, you nigga. 0.99

01:31:33.000 Yeah, I know. 0.99

01:31:35.000 That might be overkill a bit.

01:31:37.000 But I still got my 2002 Honda.

01:31:38.000 You love that car, though.

01:31:39.000 Yeah. 0.98

01:31:40.000 So, if I'm driving that piece of crap around, y'all can too. 0.99

01:31:44.000 Right? 0.99

01:31:45.000 Anyway.

01:31:46.000 There you go.

01:31:46.000 Yeah.

01:31:47.000 That was a well-laid-out reason why you should...

01:31:49.000 Now we're on number three?

01:31:50.000 Yes.

01:31:51.000 Round three.

01:31:52.000 So, number three, guys.

01:31:53.000 This is pretty simple.

01:31:53.000 We covered it earlier as well.

01:31:55.000 It's going to be, only go to school if you're career-focused or have a plan of action with your degree.

01:32:01.000 Yeah.

01:32:01.000 Now, you mentioned this earlier in some of the Super Chats, but if you look at it from a logical standpoint, you're going to school, spending money or getting a loan, if you don't have a grant or someone paying for your schooling, and what's happening is you're investing time and money into a future based off of your degree,

01:32:21.000 which should give you a job, hopefully.

01:32:25.000 Now, most people, they go to school because their parents say, you should go to school, son, your daughter, you know, keep the family name going, go to school, get your degree.

01:32:33.000 But then they don't really think, okay, once they get my degree, what's the next goal?

01:32:37.000 Because I have friends that went to school in Barbados and here, of course, and they got masters, they got their PhDs, their degrees, and some of them are working at pet shops.

01:32:46.000 And I'm like, wait, what?

01:32:47.000 You spent four or five years in school, six years to work at a pet shop?

01:32:52.000 Please, somebody tell me you're kidding.

01:32:55.000 So, I'll just say, unless you want to be a lawyer, doctor, again, the computer space, be mindful of what you're going to school for, because just going just to go makes no sense.

01:33:04.000 Because I'm telling you right now, you can spend that time working a job or getting a job in a career you want to follow or skill.

01:33:10.000 Or even learn a trade.

01:33:12.000 I can get you way more money in the long run and as well in the short term.

01:33:15.000 So before you get it or go for a degree, everyone said, hey, get a site degree.

01:33:20.000 Get a degree in arts.

01:33:21.000 For what?

01:33:22.000 Is it going to give you a job that you actually want?

01:33:24.000 Probably not.

01:33:25.000 And look to the future and say, okay, if I work now for four years, how far the hell would I be from my competition?

01:33:33.000 Or learn a skill or trade.

01:33:35.000 You can apply right now.

01:33:37.000 And then get the certificates to get a better job or better promotion in the long term and short term.

01:33:42.000 So, go to school for a focused career, but ultimately, if that's not your goal, then why even go to school?

01:33:49.000 So, I'll just leave it there and say, guys, think about your future in your 20s because that will determine your future in your 30s and 40s.

01:33:58.000 Yeah, guys.

01:33:58.000 When you go to school, and remember, this doesn't mean that it has to amount to a college degree.

01:34:04.000 It can literally be learning a trade.

01:34:07.000 This is something that is kind of like a lost art firm in the United States.

01:34:11.000 Guys, there's nothing wrong with being a plumber.

01:34:13.000 There's nothing wrong with being an electrician.

01:34:14.000 There's nothing wrong with being...

01:34:17.000 A power lineman.

01:34:17.000 Or doing anything that is involved in infrastructure.

01:34:20.000 Guys, these are all high paying six figure jobs.

01:34:22.000 Mechanics, etc.

01:34:23.000 This is stuff that society needs and it's never going to go out of business.

01:34:27.000 And then on top of that, a lot of times they pay well because people don't want to do them.

01:34:30.000 Yep.

01:34:31.000 You know?

01:34:32.000 Working in the oil fields.

01:34:35.000 All these jobs do very well, man, and there's nothing wrong with being a blue-collar worker working with your hands.

01:34:39.000 Y'all literally keep the country going, okay?

01:34:43.000 Yeah, do women have the same level of respect for it? 1.00

01:34:45.000 Probably not, because a lot of them are idiots. 1.00

01:34:47.000 But who cares what the fuck they think, you know? 1.00

01:34:49.000 Your job isn't to sit here and oppress women. 0.99

01:34:51.000 Your job is to earn an income, earn a living, And then when you go ahead and you date, you can deal with it however you want.

01:34:56.000 But regardless, you need to make the money first.

01:34:58.000 And there's nothing wrong, guys, with getting into a trade that makes you money because these trades can absolutely generate six figures, which will allow you, right, to go ahead and start a side business.

01:35:07.000 Maybe you could do consulting.

01:35:08.000 Maybe you could start up your own electrician business on the side because you know how to do it yourself.

01:35:13.000 So now you can move from an entrepreneur standpoint and get some electricians underneath you and start a business.

01:35:19.000 But one of the things, though, guys, about being an entrepreneur and starting a business is you got to know how to do all the jobs, right?

01:35:25.000 And then hire people to do those jobs for you, and then you can go ahead and move up into more a management role.

01:35:30.000 But you're not going to learn unless you go ahead and do these jobs yourself.

01:35:33.000 So these jobs, guys, are fantastic.

01:35:36.000 And here's the other thing, too.

01:35:37.000 You don't necessarily have to incur a lot of debt to get them.

01:35:39.000 Yes.

01:35:39.000 Right?

01:35:40.000 You can go to a trade school that's going to cost you a fraction of what a university is going to cost you.

01:35:44.000 Get the trade.

01:35:45.000 Graduate with little to no debt.

01:35:46.000 Maybe even you could get some type of scholarship that pays for it.

01:35:49.000 And then bam!

01:35:49.000 You're on your way to making 50, 60, 70, 80, 100,000 dollars within a few years.

01:35:54.000 And then that money that you make, you can invest into other asset classes that's gonna make you money.

01:35:59.000 Guys, this is Money Monday.

01:36:00.000 So we made a list of things you can do as trades to make the most money for yourself and your family.

01:36:05.000 Number one, plumber, electrician, real estate agent, dental hygienist, technician, boilermaker, carpenter, welder, aircraft mechanic, millwright, radiation therapist, elevator mechanic, iron worker,

01:36:21.000 air traffic controller, mechanic.

01:36:23.000 Guys, there's so many things you can do and so many paths you can follow that if you don't want to go to school, you don't have to.

01:36:29.000 Yeah.

01:36:30.000 And also, I want to say this.

01:36:31.000 I've said this before, but I want to really hammer this home on the Money Monday.

01:36:35.000 Guys, don't fall victim to the entrepreneur porn that y'all see on the internet.

01:36:38.000 Right?

01:36:38.000 Yeah.

01:36:39.000 These guys are over here, laptop lifestyle.

01:36:43.000 I'm in Tulum on my laptop working from here. 0.99

01:36:45.000 It's a bunch of fucking cat most of the time, guys. 0.98

01:36:47.000 What they don't show you is that to get to that point... 1.00

01:36:51.000 You're up all night.

01:36:52.000 You're building stuff.

01:36:54.000 You're making phone calls.

01:36:55.000 You're trying to get your business off the ground.

01:36:57.000 You're literally grinding.

01:36:58.000 Like, I know y'all see the great podcast studio setup that we have right now.

01:37:01.000 Can we go through the cameras a bit?

01:37:03.000 Mm-hmm.

01:37:05.000 If I could take you guys with me, I wish I could take you all with me, to when we first started this podcast, how I would be up all fucking night, setting up cameras, doing wiring.

01:37:14.000 I didn't know any of this stuff.

01:37:15.000 It was all self-taught.

01:37:16.000 Figuring out what cameras to use, what ISOs to use, what lights to get, how to set up the video independently, then set up the audio independently so that it makes sense.

01:37:24.000 If you guys watched our older shows, before we had an audio engineer, sound would always be messing up.

01:37:28.000 Videos turning off.

01:37:28.000 Right?

01:37:30.000 Cameras turning off.

01:37:30.000 The lighting being all messed up and stuff like that.

01:37:32.000 This all took a lot of time, trials and tribulations, to figure out.

01:37:36.000 And I'm getting literally flashbacks of trauma of all the nights that I spent not sleeping to go ahead and make sure the studio was aesthetically pleasing while simultaneously being able to give y'all high...

01:37:50.000 Even now.

01:38:13.000 You're getting a stable check, you know how much you're getting, and you can go ahead and take that money and save it.

01:38:18.000 And then use it to invest, and then you can become an entrepreneur in your own right.

01:38:21.000 Because once y'all start investing in real estate, that's a business, guys!

01:38:25.000 You've effectively become an entrepreneur and you're doing it on your terms.

01:38:29.000 You're taking that earned income from that job, that stable job, and you're investing it appropriately.

01:38:33.000 The problem is this.

01:38:34.000 This is where the problem arises. 1.00

01:38:36.000 Most people that have a stable job, whether it's government or a good trade job, whatever, y'all spend money like fucking morons so that you end up being addicted to that paycheck. 0.99

01:38:46.000 Instead of thinking, okay, let me get this money from this stable job, Save it so that I can go ahead and create something else and segue if I choose to do so. 0.99

01:38:55.000 Y'all don't do that.

01:38:56.000 You take the money and you live as if you're a millionaire, right?

01:38:58.000 You start buying that new Mercedes.

01:39:01.000 You start going ahead and buying some new clothing.

01:39:03.000 You start taking vacations.

01:39:04.000 You start taking trips.

01:39:05.000 No!

01:39:06.000 Don't do that!

01:39:07.000 You have a high-paying job, right?

01:39:10.000 You're making $100,000, $200,000 per year?

01:39:12.000 Stop living as if you're a millionaire.

01:39:14.000 You need to live like you're making $20,000 per year.

01:39:16.000 Save that money?

01:39:17.000 Invest it into real estate.

01:39:18.000 Invest it into assets that pay you back. 0.98

01:39:21.000 Then once you start getting that money, then you can go ahead and go on the vacation and do all this other shit.

01:39:24.000 But it's gonna do something very powerful for y'all.

01:39:28.000 It's gonna give you choice, okay?

01:39:30.000 It's gonna give you the option of, okay, I've worked this job for 10, 15 years.

01:39:35.000 I've saved a lot of money.

01:39:36.000 I've bought some real estate with it.

01:39:37.000 I got a good amount of passive income.

01:39:39.000 I got the side hustle.

01:39:40.000 It makes just as much as my real job.

01:39:42.000 Now you're at the crossroads.

01:39:45.000 Do I want to continue to work this job, or do I want to retire?

01:39:48.000 That's powerful, guys! 0.96

01:39:49.000 That's so fucking powerful! 0.87

01:39:51.000 Because then, you decide, do I want to continue to work this job, or do I want to just go all in with my business, or do I just want to walk away? 0.98

01:39:57.000 I bought my time back.

01:39:58.000 That 15 years that you spent, you're effectively buying your free time back. 1.00

01:40:02.000 But when you do that dumb shit and buy a Mercedes, nice sneakers, trip, blah, blah, blah, you're taking time away from yourself and you're basically keeping yourself on that fucking hamster wheel, continuing to work so you can continue to fund a lifestyle that, quite honestly, no one gives a fuck. 0.99

01:40:16.000 You're spending all this money, right, to impress people you don't care about. 1.00

01:40:20.000 For what?

01:40:22.000 Keep it up with the Joneses?

01:40:23.000 It ain't worth it. 0.98

01:40:25.000 There's nothing wrong with working a real job, saving that money, investing it into assets, becoming an entrepreneur, because once you have a real estate business, you're basically an entrepreneur, and then you decide what the fuck you want to do.

01:40:37.000 For example, I'll give you all how I did it.

01:40:39.000 When I was working for the government, and we had this podcast going at the same time, and I had my fitness business, I made a little bit more guys doing the fitness business and the podcast and stuff than I did working for the government.

01:40:48.000 But I loved my job, so I stuck with it.

01:40:51.000 It wasn't until they brought me in and they said, okay, bro, you're a little controversial, man. 0.99

01:40:54.000 You can't be saying all this shit. 0.98

01:40:55.000 And then I had to make the decision to leave. 1.00

01:40:58.000 But thankfully, I saved that money and I was able to walk away and bet on myself.

01:41:03.000 But had I not saved that money, had I not been responsible, had I not been putting that money away to go ahead and get better equipment and scale up, I would be in a bad spot.

01:41:12.000 Yeah.

01:41:12.000 I would have to stay there.

01:41:13.000 But I was able to tell them, you know what?

01:41:15.000 I'm going to walk away.

01:41:16.000 Because I knew that I had the money saved and I could bet on myself.

01:41:20.000 But if you don't have the money saved, you can't bet on yourself.

01:41:21.000 You need that job.

01:41:23.000 And then bam! 1.00

01:41:23.000 They fucking got you. 1.00

01:41:24.000 Gotcha, bitch! 1.00

01:41:25.000 Okay? 1.00

01:41:26.000 And then next thing you know, you end up staying a wage slave.

01:41:29.000 There's nothing wrong with having the job, but I don't want y'all being wage slaves. 1.00

01:41:32.000 Spending money that you don't necessarily have or spending most of your money to do stupid shit that, honestly, you didn't even fucking earn. 0.99

01:41:40.000 Save that money. 1.00

01:41:41.000 Invest in assets.

01:41:43.000 We're good to go.

01:42:13.000 We're here to tell you that's going to be a grind.

01:42:15.000 You're going to have to work a real job a lot of the times. 0.95

01:42:16.000 I'm not going to sit here and fucking lie to you and tell you, no man, you can have the entrepreneurial lifestyle right too, man. 0.84

01:42:20.000 Just buy this course. 1.00

01:42:21.000 Fuck that shit. 1.00

01:42:22.000 You're going to have to work. 1.00

01:42:22.000 You're going to have to suffer. 1.00

01:42:24.000 Everyone can't be an entrepreneur.

01:42:25.000 And it's not for everybody.

01:42:26.000 And there's nothing wrong with that.

01:42:28.000 The job isn't to be...

01:42:29.000 The name of the game, guys, is not to become an entrepreneur. 0.98

01:42:31.000 The name of the game is to become financially fucking free. 0.97

01:42:33.000 Okay? 0.90

01:42:34.000 Whether you do that through a career or you do it through entrepreneurship or you do it through a combination of the two, which I think is the best way to do it.

01:42:39.000 Okay?

01:42:41.000 The goal is to become financially free.

01:42:44.000 Not to be an entrepreneur.

01:42:46.000 If you had to be an entrepreneur to do so, it'll make it faster.

01:42:48.000 But it's not necessarily the only way.

01:42:51.000 Well said.

01:42:52.000 There you go, guys.

01:42:53.000 Okay.

01:42:54.000 So we got some...

01:42:54.000 Like the video!

01:42:55.000 We got the last three here.

01:42:57.000 We'll do some chats while we...

01:42:58.000 Yeah.

01:42:59.000 We'll hit some chats real quick.

01:43:00.000 Yeah.

01:43:00.000 Hey, guys.

01:43:01.000 Do me a favor.

01:43:02.000 We got 4.2K of y'all watching on YouTube right now.

01:43:05.000 Shout out to you guys in the chat.

01:43:06.000 And we got another 5.6K of y'all watching.

01:43:08.000 So we got pretty much like almost 10K watching right now.

01:43:11.000 W viewers.

01:43:12.000 Shout out to y'all, man.

01:43:13.000 Yeah.

01:43:13.000 Like the video on YouTube, please, guys.

01:43:15.000 I'd really appreciate it if you guys can do that.

01:43:16.000 And sub to Rumble and locals.

01:43:18.000 Yeah.

01:43:18.000 Guys.

01:43:20.000 CastClub.tv, man.

01:43:21.000 If y'all like the sauce and you want to keep the mission going, as you guys know, it's not cheap to run the podcast.

01:43:27.000 If you guys want to support the mission, CastClub.tv.

01:43:29.000 It's only $20 a month.

01:43:31.000 Less than what you would spend on some bimbo. 1.00

01:43:33.000 Pretty much.

01:43:34.000 Pretty much.

01:43:35.000 And you support us.

01:43:35.000 Yeah, and you support us and we keep the fight going.

01:43:38.000 Because, yeah, man, YouTube demonetizes us and it sucks.

01:43:41.000 Oh, also, guys, if you want to support the show, there's a couple ways you can do it.

01:43:45.000 CastClub.tv.

01:43:46.000 That'll be huge.

01:43:46.000 Then subscribe on Rumble.

01:43:47.000 Only $5 a month.

01:43:49.000 Okay?

01:43:50.000 And then if you want to super chat to the show and be involved, cool.

01:43:53.000 FNFSuperChat.com or Rumble Rant In.

01:43:55.000 Those are four ways that you guys can support the podcast now that we've been demonetized, which kind of sucks.

01:44:01.000 But hey, man, it's important that we still give you all this content, right?

01:44:04.000 If we wanted to really be money grubbers, we'd be like, you know what? 0.99

01:44:06.000 Fuck YouTube. 0.99

01:44:07.000 We're just going to put this shit only on Rumble to absolutely monetize on everything. 0.99

01:44:10.000 But we think it's that important where even splitting the audience is worth it that you guys get all this sauce. 0.98

01:44:16.000 Well said.

01:44:18.000 Okay, we got some chats here.

01:44:20.000 I think on Super Chat, you want to do a rumble first?

01:44:23.000 Whatever's easy.

01:44:23.000 Bills, whatever you got.

01:44:25.000 And let's do 20 and up.

01:44:27.000 Okay.

01:44:28.000 The Crib Podcast, 20 bucks goes, what's your thoughts on XRP XLM? That is a question.

01:44:34.000 For Miguel and Charlie.

01:44:35.000 Speaking of which, by the way, their crypto course, okay?

01:44:37.000 It's live.

01:44:38.000 It's live right now.

01:44:39.000 We did a podcast with them where we talked about crypto.

01:44:41.000 It's live right now, man.

01:44:42.000 We're going to put the link in the description for y'all.

01:44:44.000 Get in there.

01:44:45.000 Guys, it's only a thousand bucks.

01:44:47.000 Whoa, Myron, that's expensive!

01:44:49.000 Bro, that $1,000 that you guys spend on that course, you're going to 10x that when you invest in the right coins with these guys.

01:44:56.000 And I think the biggest thing is knowing what to buy.

01:44:59.000 Because you can have an idea.

01:45:00.000 And when to buy.

01:45:00.000 You can be hyped around it.

01:45:01.000 Like, oh yeah, get this coin.

01:45:02.000 You're hearing the news.

01:45:03.000 But at that point, it may be too late.

01:45:05.000 However, mentors in the space, they're mentors because they know what to buy.

01:45:08.000 They say, okay, go buy Ethereum.

01:45:10.000 Go buy this coin.

01:45:11.000 And they have data to back it up.

01:45:13.000 Man, that's just way more than...

01:45:14.000 All the news.

01:45:15.000 I mean, yeah, my crypto portfolio is well over six figures, almost in the 200K, guys, off the moves that I made.

01:45:19.000 And I mentioned, my first watch, I bought for crypto, because once again, I did what they said to do, and I got the money.

01:45:24.000 So that's where the passive income came.

01:45:25.000 Okay.

01:45:25.000 So it's like, yo, ultimately, guys, you don't know what you don't know.

01:45:29.000 However, people have been studying this for maybe years, months.

01:45:32.000 They're ahead of you in the game.

01:45:33.000 They have actually receipts.

01:45:33.000 They have results.

01:45:40.000 We're good to go.

01:45:43.000 We're good to go.

01:45:44.000 We're good to go.

01:46:01.000 Just like crypto is volatile from a negative perspective, it could be volatile from a good perspective as well.

01:46:06.000 Because highs and lows go crazy all the time.

01:46:09.000 And some of you put that money in the bank, $1,000, leave it there, you're losing money.

01:46:13.000 Facts.

01:46:14.000 Sorry.

01:46:14.000 Inflation eating.

01:46:15.000 That's what it is.

01:46:15.000 Right now.

01:46:16.000 What else we got here?

01:46:18.000 Cheese Meister.

01:46:20.000 We got here.

01:46:21.000 DrB84, shout out to you, bro.

01:46:22.000 I'm glad I did the work in my 20s and now own a large house in my late 30s.

01:46:27.000 Make over 400K and I'm planning a trip to Europe next year.

01:46:29.000 There you go, my friend.

01:46:30.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:46:32.000 That's the doc in the house.

01:46:34.000 We got here.

01:46:35.000 Antho goes, hey, FNF, a lot of the side hustle y'all provide are online.

01:46:38.000 I like them, but I'm more of a hard labor guy, so would y'all consider a ceramic coating business to be a good side hustle, then eventually scale and become my own business?

01:46:47.000 If you're good at doing that, then...

01:46:47.000 Absolutely.

01:46:47.000 That's what I mean.

01:46:50.000 And you know how to do it, then you can hire people that can do it for you and then just scale up.

01:46:55.000 Because you've got to scale.

01:46:56.000 Antho donated $20, half an hour.

01:46:57.000 A lot of the side hustle y'all provide are online and I like...

01:47:00.000 Oh no, that was from before.

01:47:00.000 Cool.

01:47:01.000 Yeah.

01:47:02.000 And then also the other thing you've got to remember too...

01:47:04.000 Is that there's nothing wrong working for somebody, guys, and then starting your own thing because you can see how their infrastructure is set up, how they do it.

01:47:10.000 I would argue learning from somebody at the very beginning is better than winging it and making mistakes yourself.

01:47:16.000 Probably better be on plate to learn.

01:47:17.000 Hell yeah! 0.95

01:47:18.000 So it can run even better and know what not to do.

01:47:21.000 Absolutely.

01:47:21.000 Or what to do as well.

01:47:22.000 Absolutely.

01:47:24.000 Nef12Escobar says, Moe, I need your diet plans.

01:47:26.000 This is from Locals, by the way.

01:47:27.000 Shout out to you, man.

01:47:28.000 All Locals chats always get read no matter the cost amount.

01:47:31.000 Guys, you're going to see us behind the scenes too.

01:47:33.000 I went to a car show Saturday.

01:47:33.000 Which is CastleClub.TV. I went to a car show Saturday.

01:47:37.000 Supercar Saturdays.

01:47:38.000 And it was a funny vlog because things happen.

01:47:41.000 But it's running on where?

01:47:42.000 CastleClub.TV. So go check it out.

01:47:44.000 CastleClub.TV. Mo, I need your diet plan for my brother-in-law.

01:47:48.000 I finally got him to the gym.

01:47:49.000 He's 5'11", 300 pounds.

01:47:51.000 Mo, my brother, I need you.

01:47:53.000 I DMed you on Instagram.

01:47:54.000 Please, brother.

01:47:55.000 I can't say too much, but count your calories.

01:47:58.000 What doesn't get measured doesn't get managed.

01:48:00.000 And you have to stick to it when counting these calories.

01:48:04.000 And it's a long process, but you have to stick to it.

01:48:10.000 And just know it's not about falling off.

01:48:13.000 It's about getting back on.

01:48:14.000 Yeah, bro.

01:48:16.000 You got to figure out your...

01:48:17.000 This is what you tell your brother.

01:48:19.000 Figure out what his maintenance calories are.

01:48:21.000 Go 200 to 300 underneath that every single day.

01:48:23.000 Let's say it's 3000 calories.

01:48:24.000 Maintains his current weight at 300 pounds.

01:48:26.000 Then he needs to eat 27 to 2800 calories every single day.

01:48:30.000 Okay?

01:48:31.000 And go to the gym and train.

01:48:32.000 He's gonna start losing weight.

01:48:34.000 Once he stagnates and stops losing weight off of that number of 27 to 2800, go ahead and take another 100 off and then measure it again for another week.

01:48:41.000 He's probably gonna lose more weight.

01:48:43.000 And then you just keep repeating that cycle over and over and over again.

01:48:45.000 But the key is Figure out what your maintenance calories is or your total daily energy expenditure, TDEE. Okay?

01:48:51.000 And you can go online and search TDEE calculator and then put in his height, weight, age, all that crap.

01:48:58.000 It's going to give him a rough number.

01:48:59.000 Experiment with that number.

01:49:00.000 Eat that number for a week.

01:49:01.000 See if he maintains his weight.

01:49:03.000 If he does, bam!

01:49:04.000 Now you got your magical maintenance calories and then go 200 to 300 after that.

01:49:08.000 That's the starting point.

01:49:09.000 That's the rubric for success, my friend.

01:49:12.000 Summarize in 30 seconds.

01:49:15.000 Zay136, I'm 22 and I work for the railroad company Norfolk Southern Installing Cross Ties.

01:49:19.000 I'm currently driving 14 hours a week.

01:49:21.000 I'm also in a mentorship for real estate wholesale.

01:49:23.000 Do y'all have any advice?

01:49:24.000 We did an episode on real estate wholesaling with Detroit Mogul.

01:49:28.000 Go back and watch that episode.

01:49:29.000 Very good podcast.

01:49:30.000 Yeah.

01:49:32.000 And real estate wholesaling is a great way to get in when you don't have capital. 0.64

01:49:36.000 But my advice is get the fuck out of that as soon as you can.

01:49:38.000 Once you have enough money to actually invest yourself, do that ASAP. But wholesaling is a fantastic way to get in if you don't have capital.

01:49:44.000 It's a hustle, but with a big reward because once again, you learn the skills, you get into the space, and less money, you're going to invest yourself.

01:49:51.000 But it's time consuming because you got to go out there and find the deals, knock on doors, all this other stuff.

01:49:55.000 So it is labor intensive, especially if you're driving all the time.

01:49:57.000 So it's cool to start when you don't have capital, but once you have capital, guys...

01:50:02.000 Get into the investing yourself and start owning these properties.

01:50:05.000 We got Randy goes, W Fresh in your house story.

01:50:09.000 Head down, focus, grind.

01:50:11.000 This podcast is a must for all young guys coming from a 55-year-old.

01:50:13.000 I appreciate that greatly, man.

01:50:13.000 Thank you so much, Randy.

01:50:16.000 Ujiga goes, I'm a hater that all your troubles are not necessarily related to your core content, but the side hustle content like 9-11, cha-ching, and fighting assholes, I wish you would protect the core content.

01:50:26.000 I'm confused.

01:50:27.000 Go back to that.

01:50:28.000 He says he's a hater?

01:50:30.000 Yeah. 0.99

01:50:32.000 All your troubles are not necessarily related to your core content, but the side hustle content like 9-11, cha-ching, and fighting assholes. 0.98

01:50:38.000 I don't get what he means by that. 0.59

01:50:39.000 He's saying that all our content is not geared towards helping men or women is causing us issues.

01:50:46.000 And we should protect our core content.

01:50:50.000 That's true to a degree, man.

01:50:51.000 But, you know, we got to be diversified, man.

01:50:53.000 Like, I like us being diversified and being able to talk about other topics.

01:50:56.000 So, it comes at a cost sometimes.

01:51:00.000 Next one.

01:51:01.000 He goes, I almost forgot.

01:51:03.000 Did you see the recent report of a significant rise in sexually transmitted infections amongst young people?

01:51:08.000 This is the world now.

01:51:10.000 Is 50 Bodies still smart, especially without safety?

01:51:12.000 Well, I always tell people to use condominiums.

01:51:15.000 Condominiums?

01:51:17.000 Yeah, man. 1.00

01:51:17.000 You need to use safe sex, man. 1.00

01:51:20.000 You know, I would say on some level, like, women are more, I want to say, prone to just have fun and let loose. 1.00

01:51:28.000 And if you want to indulge in that, just know that it comes at a cost because, hey man, if you're a player, you know what's up.

01:51:35.000 That's all I'm going to say.

01:51:38.000 Okay, and then Jake Pacheco goes, shout out to FNF, you guys have changed my life.

01:51:42.000 I'm 28, master plumber, making 150k in the gym five days a week.

01:51:46.000 Eight, six, about to close on my second property.

01:51:49.000 Any advice of what my moves should be?

01:51:50.000 No, keep doing what you're doing.

01:51:52.000 Guys, consistency is very boring, but consistency plus time equals results.

01:51:57.000 Keep doing exactly what you're doing.

01:51:58.000 You're literally executing the game plan.

01:52:01.000 You're taking a high-income skill, taking that income, leveraging it to buy property, and you're slowly building up a real estate portfolio that's going to pay you back a passive income, and then you can choose if you want to continue being a plumber.

01:52:12.000 Yep.

01:52:13.000 Alright?

01:52:13.000 That's where I want y'all to be.

01:52:14.000 I want y'all to make that decision where you're going to work because you want to, not because you have to.

01:52:18.000 That's the best feeling I've ever.

01:52:19.000 Yeah.

01:52:20.000 Ladies Man 516.

01:52:21.000 Ladies Man goes, just in case my Apple credit card limit to 6,500, or just increase my Apple credit card limit to 6,500 and boost my credit from 754, It's a 754 from 550.

01:52:33.000 Then you guys, for all the lesson...

01:52:35.000 I mean, thank you guys.

01:52:37.000 WMAR and WFresh and WFresh Fit Squad.

01:52:39.000 Yeah, bro.

01:52:39.000 That's awesome, man.

01:52:40.000 Good job, man.

01:52:40.000 And just so you guys know, tip.

01:52:41.000 If you guys want to get your utilization down, one of the easiest ways to do so, ask for credit limit increases on all your credit cards.

01:52:48.000 That's going to bring it...

01:52:48.000 Because if you have higher limits, then you're utilizing less of your credit.

01:52:51.000 Bam.

01:52:52.000 Credit score is going to jump up just off of that alone.

01:52:54.000 Yeah.

01:52:54.000 Because you're using less of your credit.

01:52:55.000 And the number you guys want to be at is under 30%.

01:52:58.000 I tell you, optimally, you want to be under 10% of your total utilization.

01:53:02.000 But a way to finesse that is increase your limits in general.

01:53:07.000 And let's say you're making, let's say, like 50 to 100K your first year.

01:53:11.000 If you get, like, a promotion and making more money, call again, because with your higher increased income, you'll get a bigger capacity as well.

01:53:18.000 Absolutely.

01:53:18.000 And calling the credit card company will help you a lot with that.

01:53:21.000 You can do it on the app as well, but they're going to increase it if you call them directly and ask for it.

01:53:27.000 It's better.

01:53:28.000 What else do we got here?

01:53:29.000 Last one here?

01:53:30.000 We got here.

01:53:31.000 That's J.Ru.

01:53:32.000 The J.Ru goes, the end of my nigginess was meeting this 65-year-old bum named Biz, driving an old green caddy, smoking blacks, trying to holler at pregnant threes, and was selling dime bags with confidence as a kingpin. 0.91

01:53:43.000 There you go, bro.

01:53:44.000 Okay.

01:53:45.000 That's an L for sure, man. 0.93

01:53:48.000 There you go.

01:53:49.000 There you go.

01:53:49.000 If you don't want to end up like him, don't do that stuff, man.

01:53:52.000 You can learn either by appreciation or not appreciating in person.

01:53:56.000 Yeah.

01:53:57.000 Cool.

01:53:58.000 Anything?

01:53:58.000 We're reading 20 and up only?

01:54:00.000 Yeah, just for time-wise.

01:54:02.000 Okay.

01:54:03.000 So guys, if you want us to read the chats.

01:54:05.000 Oh, three more?

01:54:06.000 Oh, these came in before the 20 announcement?

01:54:09.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:54:09.000 Okay, I'll read them then.

01:54:10.000 Cool.

01:54:10.000 Let's go.

01:54:11.000 But guys, from this point, for 20 and up, and we'll read them on air.

01:54:14.000 Okay, where are we at here?

01:54:15.000 Let's see here.

01:54:15.000 Pull them up, Bills, please.

01:54:16.000 Got you, right now.

01:54:17.000 And thank you guys so much for supporting, man.

01:54:19.000 FNFSuperChad.com if you want to get involved in the show.

01:54:21.000 BAW, send a $5 tip.

01:54:22.000 That's from Locals.

01:54:23.000 Shout out to you, bro.

01:54:24.000 Shout out to Locals, man.

01:54:24.000 Guys, join.

01:54:25.000 Locals is CastleClub.tv, man.

01:54:27.000 And then Gilmore Reyes.

01:54:29.000 100 bucks.

01:54:29.000 Appreciate that so much.

01:54:32.000 Gilmore Reyes. 0.99

01:54:47.000 That's what we're fucking talking about, baby! 0.99

01:54:49.000 He learned to trade, makes good money, and what do you do? 0.99

01:54:53.000 He invests into real estate, and then he has time so he can, guess what, work on a side hustle or a side business because he has time back.

01:55:00.000 By the time this guy's 30, he's going to be in a fantastic position where he can decide, you know what?

01:55:00.000 Bam.

01:55:06.000 I don't want to go to work today, and he doesn't have to.

01:55:08.000 Or you can retire at 30 if you want.

01:55:10.000 But it starts in your 20s.

01:55:11.000 But it starts in your 20s, guys.

01:55:12.000 You start building that foundation now.

01:55:14.000 Okay?

01:55:15.000 So shout out to you, bro.

01:55:16.000 Keep doing what you're doing, man.

01:55:17.000 That's awesome. 0.97

01:55:18.000 That's fucking great, man. 0.99

01:55:18.000 That's dope, bro. 0.99

01:55:19.000 Love you.

01:55:20.000 Any good CPAs in NYC? Haven't done tax in two years.

01:55:22.000 Started a side business and made over $100K, but not all profit.

01:55:25.000 Bought an Airbnb in Florida.

01:55:26.000 Make $140K in my regular job and pull $40K away in 401.

01:55:30.000 For CPAs, What I like to do is get referrals because I don't know the current marketplace, but let's say I see someone that's a big business person in my space or my environment.

01:55:40.000 You're going to have some money, though.

01:55:41.000 He hasn't had taxes in two years?

01:55:41.000 Yeah.

01:55:43.000 Yeah, you messed up, my friend.

01:55:46.000 But...

01:55:47.000 Find someone that you actually admire or is in a business space in your local town, if you can, or online.

01:55:52.000 Ask them, hey man, I'm just curious, who's your CPA? I want to reach out to them as well.

01:55:55.000 And if they're cool, they might give that referral.

01:55:57.000 But you can look online as well.

01:55:58.000 I just find having referrals is way better, in my case.

01:56:02.000 Yeah, go to an entrepreneur that has a CPA. When you're an entrepreneur, guys, you're going to want to use a real CPA. You don't want to go to HR and Block and shit like that.

01:56:11.000 You're going to need to get accountants that can work with entrepreneurs.

01:56:15.000 That's why Steve is so good.

01:56:16.000 Because they know what to do to lower your taxes.

01:56:18.000 Exactly.

01:56:20.000 Cool.

01:56:20.000 Anything else?

01:56:21.000 Now we're on the last two here.

01:56:21.000 All right.

01:56:22.000 We're at number four, right?

01:56:24.000 Yeah, number four.

01:56:25.000 Hold on real quick.

01:56:26.000 I got it.

01:56:26.000 Round four.

01:56:28.000 Got a sound effect for everything.

01:56:29.000 This actually involves number three, just in a different way.

01:56:32.000 Avoid relationships that don't help you achieve your goals.

01:56:35.000 So guys, this could be friends, girlfriends, even wives.

01:56:39.000 It could even be your dog.

01:56:41.000 Whatever's gonna take you off your course is a problem.

01:56:44.000 And I think for most people, they look at life as, all right, This makes me feel good, so I should do this.

01:56:51.000 But in reality, what feels good isn't always right.

01:56:55.000 And I think for most of us, we can always say as men, we might find a girl we like a lot, and she might say, hey, you know what?

01:57:02.000 You're traveling to Miami or to New York to follow your dreams.

01:57:05.000 It doesn't help me, so stay here and we'll work it out.

01:57:08.000 If you leave, I'll break up with you.

01:57:10.000 And a lot of things happen and are determined by what our girl wants, so to speak.

01:57:14.000 You ever hear the saying, oh, let me ask my wife first? 1.00

01:57:17.000 Pfft! 0.63

01:57:17.000 Bro, what's wrong with you? 0.63

01:57:20.000 And again, that's because you're putting her before your goals and your purpose.

01:57:25.000 And what happens is, going on that path leads to what?

01:57:28.000 Destruction, because ultimately, it's going to be a destroyed relationship.

01:57:31.000 So, I would just say, avoid things where you can be held back from your goals.

01:57:36.000 And even me, I made a mistake again, earlier on, in my 20s.

01:57:39.000 I married a single mom. 1.00

01:57:41.000 Stupid! 1.00

01:57:42.000 And I say this to say, yeah, I made mistakes, guys. 1.00

01:57:44.000 And with all those mistakes, I'll not be here today.

01:57:46.000 But learning from them helped me move forward.

01:57:49.000 And, you know, you guys know the full story, man.

01:57:51.000 I married a single mom, man.

01:57:52.000 You know, I moved in with her. 1.00

01:57:54.000 Stupid! 1.00

01:57:54.000 Made some L's there. 1.00

01:57:55.000 Stupid! 1.00

01:57:55.000 And I forgot why I came to America. 1.00

01:57:59.000 Because to be successful.

01:58:01.000 And I was blinded by smashing, you know what I'm saying? 1.00

01:58:04.000 Stupid! 1.00

01:58:05.000 And you got a smash. 1.00

01:58:06.000 And you know what I'm saying?

01:58:07.000 Like, that happened.

01:58:08.000 And then, I'll never forget, I was in my car coming home from work. 0.99

01:58:12.000 And I was like, damn. 0.97

01:58:14.000 I'm not feeling fulfilled. 0.99

01:58:16.000 I feel like I've lost myself.

01:58:17.000 What's wrong with me?

01:58:19.000 I was on YouTube.

01:58:21.000 I typed in, dating single mothers, right? 0.89

01:58:24.000 Crazy search term.

01:58:24.000 I know.

01:58:26.000 Actually, that was a smart move.

01:58:28.000 What should I do?

01:58:28.000 Yeah.

01:58:29.000 And then, I found...

01:58:32.000 Solo TV 84.

01:58:33.000 I found Ken Riches.

01:58:35.000 But the person that really made me the change was Tom Likas.

01:58:38.000 He had a full radio show about, like, dating single moms, how it could slow you down off your path.

01:58:44.000 He calls them dream killers.

01:58:45.000 Women in general.

01:58:46.000 So true, bro.

01:58:48.000 And I was like, wow, like...

01:58:50.000 First time I ever heard this, like, being said openly, like, yo, listen, man, put yourself first as a man.

01:58:54.000 Like, what are you doing?

01:58:56.000 And in my 20s, I'm impressionable, man.

01:58:58.000 Like, I'm here from the church, marry young, you know, marry before you move in, all this stuff.

01:59:02.000 You know, religion does have a play. 0.99

01:59:03.000 The tried car advice fucked you up. 0.99

01:59:05.000 Yes, yes. 0.97

01:59:05.000 And I wasn't ready. 0.97

01:59:06.000 I was prepared to handle that type of, like, pressure, or you could say, environment.

01:59:11.000 But long story short, guys, I watched those videos on YouTube.

01:59:14.000 You're probably watching this video now.

01:59:15.000 You can learn from me as well.

01:59:16.000 And I changed my whole setup from watching that video.

01:59:20.000 So that relationship, if I stayed, I'll not be here today.

01:59:23.000 And I wish her the best.

01:59:24.000 I wish everyone the best in that scenario.

01:59:26.000 But again, as a man, put yourself first.

01:59:28.000 Because when you're first, guys, as a man, especially in your 20s, you can focus on your goals and your passion.

01:59:33.000 And indefinitely, guys, you're going to see.

01:59:36.000 Once you get to that peak performance for yourself, it could be $100K, $500K, a million dollars a year.

01:59:43.000 You can provide for your family and yourself.

01:59:45.000 And the biggest blessing you can do is be the rock for your family because, guys, if you're, I want to say making 20, 30k a year and you spend some time, you're doing yourself a disservice because your family comes first.

01:59:57.000 And if you can't provide for your family, Why are you here?

01:59:59.000 What are you really doing?

02:00:01.000 So, avoid having bad relationships where it doesn't help you with your goals.

02:00:06.000 Avoid girls that are going to pull you back off your mission.

02:00:08.000 Avoid friends that are going to say, hey, bro, come smoke with us.

02:00:11.000 Come, like, party with us.

02:00:12.000 Hey, guys, I've got goals to accomplish.

02:00:14.000 Sorry, I can't.

02:00:15.000 And it may suck because you want to hang with them, but in your 20s, bro, you don't have a lot of time.

02:00:19.000 It seems like you've got a lot of time, but it goes really fast.

02:00:23.000 Yeah.

02:00:24.000 Important.

02:00:24.000 Guys, Show me five individuals you hang out with.

02:00:30.000 Whatever they are, you're going to be the sixth.

02:00:32.000 And this is imperative, guys.

02:00:34.000 You're better off being alone than being with people that are going to drag you down.

02:00:41.000 Just a personal story.

02:00:42.000 I had some childhood friends that I didn't speak to for years while I was building up the podcast and everything else like that. 0.98

02:00:48.000 And it sucks. 0.87

02:00:50.000 Right? 0.98

02:00:51.000 And, you know, they resent me a little bit for it, but now, right, I'm cool with them now, we, you know, got open communication again, and, you know, they're like, hey, man, we understand why you had to do that.

02:01:00.000 And there's nothing wrong with going back and talking to those guys after you make it, right?

02:01:04.000 But at some point, you're gonna need to focus, you need to get your stuff together.

02:01:07.000 Luckily, like, these guys weren't, like, negative like that, where, like, they'd do drugs or do anything like that that would mess me up.

02:01:11.000 It was just that...

02:01:12.000 They didn't have the same mindset that I did when it comes to success, right?

02:01:15.000 They work jobs and they're comfortable in their jobs.

02:01:17.000 It is what it is.

02:01:18.000 But you need to surround yourself with people that want to get more.

02:01:20.000 And there's nothing wrong going back to those people after you make it.

02:01:23.000 But you need to seriously be selfishly focused.

02:01:26.000 And what I mean by that is if people aren't adding to the mission or helping you get to the mission, they're no longer a part of the mission.

02:01:33.000 And it's a very difficult thing to do, man.

02:01:36.000 It really is.

02:01:37.000 Because...

02:01:38.000 When you have childhood friends or people that you've known for a while, it's very difficult to let go of those relationships sometimes.

02:01:44.000 But sometimes it has to be done.

02:01:45.000 Especially, right, luckily I didn't have to deal with this, but especially if your friends are involved in like drinking all the time, smoking weed, wanting a party, chasing cheap thrills and pleasures, you know, and their goals aren't aligning with your goals, Bro, it's time to move on and find people that have aligned goals.

02:02:01.000 Nothing puts men together better than a shared mission, okay?

02:02:05.000 I mean, hell, it's the reason why y'all see us doing this podcast for y'all right now.

02:02:08.000 We have a shared mission with getting y'all the best content that we can, giving y'all the number one men's podcast, and that is why we're all uniting to do this, and that's why we're so tight, is because we have a unified mission.

02:02:16.000 You need to find guys that have a unified mission with you.

02:02:20.000 In today's day and age where everyone is blue pill, etc., It's not going to be easy.

02:02:24.000 I'm not lying to you guys. 0.99

02:02:25.000 It's going to be very difficult because a lot of people are fucking, a lot of guys are just Simpson losers and they want to be comfortable. 0.99

02:02:31.000 But once you chase comfort, that's when the L's begin. 0.99

02:02:36.000 Because what I tell guys all the time is you need to learn how to become comfortable being uncomfortable.

02:02:44.000 Like right now, I'm doing some training, which is classified right now.

02:02:47.000 But I'm not necessarily comfortable doing it.

02:02:49.000 I've never done it before.

02:02:50.000 It's tough.

02:02:50.000 It's weird.

02:02:51.000 But it needs to be done.

02:02:52.000 Okay?

02:02:53.000 You know, always self-improving, right?

02:02:56.000 Even something as small as my waves.

02:02:58.000 I was like, you know what, man?

02:02:59.000 I'm going to get this hair transplant. 1.00

02:03:00.000 Fuck the haters. 1.00

02:03:01.000 I'm going to constantly self-improve, whether it's my looks, my mindset, etc. 1.00

02:03:05.000 I'll brush this hair.

02:03:05.000 I'm going to get these waves back.

02:03:06.000 And give myself little challenges here and there, right, with self-improving.

02:03:09.000 I'm a big proponent of looks maxing.

02:03:11.000 I really do genuinely think that guys should focus on going to the gym, improving their look, winding their teeth, take care of themselves, keeping their skin clear, drinking enough water, living a healthy lifestyle, because look good, feel good, right?

02:03:22.000 And you should take that mindset with everything you do in life. 0.51

02:03:24.000 But a lot of times, guys, when you have negative people in your life, they're going to fucking stop you.

02:03:28.000 When I was going to the gym and I was really focusing on building my physique up, especially in my 20s, oh, bro, you go to the gym too much. 0.93

02:03:33.000 Oh, bro, one day missing the gym isn't going to kill you.

02:03:35.000 Oh, why do you eat like that? 0.92

02:03:37.000 Oh, wow, you're so boring.

02:03:38.000 Chicken and rice again?

02:03:39.000 Blah, blah, blah.

02:03:40.000 And, you know, if I had listened to that, oh, you know what?

02:03:43.000 Let me go hang out with the boys.

02:03:43.000 Nah, let me give it.

02:03:44.000 Let me go drink.

02:03:44.000 Oh, you know what?

02:03:45.000 Blah, blah, blah, blah.

02:03:45.000 No!

02:03:46.000 Because I wouldn't be where I'm at right now had I followed that shit. 1.00

02:03:49.000 I would have been like them. 0.98

02:03:50.000 And I want you guys to also understand, too, that once you start becoming...

02:03:53.000 Once you start...

02:03:56.000 Becoming successful or you start adopting habits that successful people adapt, right?

02:04:01.000 The first thing your friends are going to do or people around you is going to say, oh, you changed.

02:04:05.000 Oh, why are you doing this?

02:04:05.000 Yeah.

02:04:07.000 Oh, you think you're better than us?

02:04:08.000 These are all the phrases that you're going to hear.

02:04:10.000 And I need you guys to understand the reason why they're saying that is because what you're doing is you changing and you wanting better puts a spotlight on their inadequacies.

02:04:20.000 Bam.

02:04:21.000 And that spotlight hurts.

02:04:23.000 They don't want that spotlight on them.

02:04:25.000 So they're trying to drag you, you know, back into the darkness with them so that spotlight isn't with them.

02:04:31.000 Because you, choosing to change, because you're just like them a lot of times, same hometown, same upbringing to a degree, same background, all that shit, but you're choosing something different.

02:04:40.000 That makes them feel uncomfortable. 0.77

02:04:42.000 Because then they know in the back of their mind, wait, he's doing it? 1.00

02:04:45.000 Shit. 1.00

02:04:46.000 Well, I'm gonna have to change too if he's gonna keep hanging out with me. 1.00

02:04:50.000 Nah, I like him fat and loser and unaware and stupid. 1.00

02:04:53.000 Let me drag him back. 1.00

02:04:54.000 Because I don't like this spotlight on me. 1.00

02:04:56.000 Nah, fuck that shit. 1.00

02:04:58.000 If you really love your friends, you'd keep that spotlight on them and motivate them to join you. 1.00

02:05:02.000 And if they don't want to join you, then too bad.

02:05:03.000 That's what it is.

02:05:04.000 But that's what it is, guys.

02:05:05.000 That's why people will shame you when you start becoming successful. 0.96

02:05:09.000 Because your spotlight, excuse me, your success shines a direct fucking spotlight right on their inadequacies. 0.65

02:05:15.000 And human beings don't like change. 0.96

02:05:17.000 Human beings don't like adapting.

02:05:18.000 Human beings don't like growing.

02:05:20.000 Because growing takes discomfort.

02:05:22.000 And human beings chase comfort.

02:05:24.000 Alright?

02:05:25.000 So don't fall for it.

02:05:26.000 If they don't want to grow with you, it's time to go, man.

02:05:29.000 Turn into Goku.

02:05:31.000 It's part of life, man. 0.96

02:05:32.000 It sucks, but... 0.96

02:05:33.000 Because that's the first thing.

02:05:34.000 Once you start going to the gym, bro, and you start improving, or you start working a second job, or you really start focusing on saving and hustling, they're gonna say you changed.

02:05:42.000 They're gonna say you're obsessed.

02:05:44.000 They're gonna say, yo, just take a day off.

02:05:46.000 They're gonna say, yo, what's wrong with you?

02:05:47.000 They're gonna call you, you know, all these terms. 1.00

02:05:51.000 Fuck that shit. 1.00

02:05:52.000 Fuck that shit. 1.00

02:05:53.000 That's them trying to drag you down back to their level so that they can feel comfortable and they don't feel inadequate hanging around you. 1.00

02:06:00.000 If they're really good friends, they say, you know what?

02:06:03.000 I'm going to go to the gym at 5am. 0.99

02:06:05.000 Let's fucking do it. 1.00

02:06:07.000 That's how you weed out the losers. 0.99

02:06:09.000 I'd also like to add as well, as an individual, being a lone wolf is okay for a period of time, but you do need a team because, once again, anyone that's successful has a team around them.

02:06:19.000 I don't care who you are, Bill Gates, Donald Trump.

02:06:22.000 And you're going to find them from your endeavors, guys.

02:06:24.000 But you've got to be focused on being on your path because if you sway back and forth, you might tiptoe back into the bad life.

02:06:30.000 And once again, being a lone wolf doesn't work long term.

02:06:33.000 Just keep that in mind.

02:06:35.000 It's a temporary solution, guys.

02:06:37.000 But at some point, you are going to need to network with you to scale up to the next level.

02:06:40.000 But you're going to find them through your new endeavors.

02:06:42.000 I mean, even family can be- If you're doing it right, you're going to find them.

02:06:44.000 Family can be haters too.

02:06:46.000 Facts.

02:06:46.000 I would argue family can be your biggest haters because they see you winning and they say, oh, nah, my brother's doing this, my son's doing this.

02:06:53.000 I failed, so you should fail too.

02:06:54.000 It'll be the people closest to you, guys, that will do this.

02:06:57.000 That's why this is so hard.

02:06:58.000 It's going to be the people closest to you.

02:07:00.000 And they're going to be like a third, you know, removed friend.

02:07:03.000 No, it's going to be your best friend.

02:07:05.000 It's going to be your girl.

02:07:07.000 It's going to be your mom.

02:07:08.000 It's going to be your dad.

02:07:09.000 It's going to be your uncle.

02:07:10.000 It's going to be your cousin.

02:07:11.000 Secretly, like you said earlier, people hate being accountable and that spotlight that's shining on their inadequacies can also affect their lifestyle and they don't want to change.

02:07:21.000 They're lazy.

02:07:22.000 Yep. 0.88

02:07:23.000 But here's the thing though.

02:07:24.000 Stick with it long enough.

02:07:25.000 Become successful.

02:07:27.000 I promise you.

02:07:28.000 Next time you see them, how'd you do that?

02:07:31.000 Explain.

02:07:31.000 First they hate and then they admire.

02:07:33.000 Yeah.

02:07:35.000 Alright?

02:07:35.000 Just like us.

02:07:36.000 Some of our haters that made hippies on us, what are they doing?

02:07:38.000 They're trying to start a podcast. 0.99

02:07:39.000 It fucking failed. 0.99

02:07:40.000 Isn't that funny? 1.00

02:07:43.000 Fucking bums. 1.00

02:07:45.000 Funny, bro. 1.00

02:07:45.000 You know what I mean? 1.00

02:07:46.000 Literally!

02:07:46.000 Some of our biggest haters, they launched their podcast off of hating on us.

02:07:49.000 Had the most views they ever had.

02:07:51.000 Right?

02:07:52.000 Been on YouTube 10 plus years.

02:07:53.000 Made a podcast? 1.00

02:07:54.000 Fucking failure. 1.00

02:07:59.000 I say it all the time. 1.00

02:07:59.000 They can imitate, but they'll never fucking replicate. 1.00

02:08:02.000 Throw all the hate, man. 0.99

02:08:03.000 Just smile out.

02:08:03.000 Enjoy your life, man.

02:08:05.000 That's all you can do.

02:08:06.000 And the last point here, guys, is going to be...

02:08:08.000 Final round!

02:08:12.000 You know what?

02:08:13.000 Oh, real quick, before you give it to them.

02:08:14.000 Guys, we got almost 10,000 y'all watching right now between the platforms on YouTube and on Rumble.

02:08:19.000 Oh, a little over 10,000.

02:08:21.000 Talk to you guys, man.

02:08:22.000 Guys, do me a favor.

02:08:23.000 Like the video on YouTube.

02:08:24.000 We only got 2.9k likes, bro.

02:08:25.000 We should easily be at like 4,000 likes here on YouTube, man.

02:08:28.000 Like the video so we go up in the algo.

02:08:29.000 And also do me a favor.

02:08:30.000 Comment below for the algorithm.

02:08:33.000 I'd really appreciate it.

02:08:34.000 There's been so many new members on Castle Club TV. Shout out to y'all, man.

02:08:56.000 Shout out to you guys supporting, man.

02:08:57.000 Neff, 12 Escobar, Trucking Ninja, Maskerad X. Shout out to you guys supporting, man.

02:09:04.000 It means a lot, bro.

02:09:05.000 Because like I said before, y'all know we got demonetized.

02:09:07.000 The haters are going to hate.

02:09:08.000 But the mission does not stop.

02:09:10.000 And you guys, honestly, are helping the mission continue on, so thank you guys so much.

02:09:14.000 And don't worry, we're going to give you all exclusive content on there.

02:09:16.000 I'm thinking, like I said before, we're probably going to do an episode on Locals for Y'all Top 20 Sim songs this week.

02:09:22.000 So we'll figure out a day that we schedule that for y'all.

02:09:24.000 Probably start on Rumble, because we won't be able to do it on YouTube, because obviously copyright, we're going to be playing music and shit.

02:09:29.000 But yeah, is the list done, Mo, or not yet?

02:09:32.000 Pretty much done.

02:09:33.000 We got a lot of honorable mentions in it too.

02:09:35.000 I got like more than...

02:09:37.000 More than what we need?

02:09:38.000 Yeah.

02:09:39.000 That's hilarious.

02:09:39.000 Alright, cool.

02:09:41.000 Okay.

02:09:43.000 Where we at here?

02:09:44.000 Last point.

02:09:45.000 Last one.

02:09:46.000 This is pretty simple, but I said the most important point.

02:09:51.000 I'm going to change this one from the other one I had before.

02:09:53.000 Okay.

02:09:54.000 You are lazy and they'll value your time.

02:09:58.000 So, I would just argue that if you're somebody that wants to be successful, time is going to be your greatest asset because the time you spend moving towards your goals or having, I want to say, actual actions that will help you move forward will determine how far you get.

02:10:14.000 And people say all the time, yo, bro, why am I not successful?

02:10:16.000 Why am I struggling?

02:10:17.000 Why am I in the same position?

02:10:18.000 It's because you're doing the same stuff you did before.

02:10:21.000 Nothing has changed.

02:10:22.000 And...

02:10:23.000 Most of us, nowadays, we live, like, for the moment.

02:10:26.000 YOLO, you only live once.

02:10:28.000 And all of our friends are on the same path.

02:10:30.000 But my thing is, like, how bad do you want it?

02:10:32.000 Because if you want it really badly, you'll do whatever it takes.

02:10:35.000 I would argue, like, you would actually give up the fun in the moments because those fun moments don't lead to success.

02:10:42.000 They lead to, in the moment, fun.

02:10:44.000 And I want to say pleasure.

02:10:48.000 And, uh...

02:10:48.000 Well, I want to say this real quick, too, to add to that.

02:10:51.000 Here's the litmus test, guys.

02:10:56.000 Front-end pleasure almost always has back-end pain, but front-end pain almost always has back-end pleasure, okay?

02:11:06.000 Because the thing is that you want to go to the party, you want to go to the club, you want to drink, right?

02:11:11.000 That's front-end fun, woo, yeah! 0.98

02:11:14.000 Out here partying and doing all this other shit, especially when you didn't earn it, right? 0.98

02:11:19.000 It's fun at first, then you gotta wake up the next day with a hangover. 0.98

02:11:22.000 Then you gotta deal with an annoying girl that you didn't even really like like that. 1.00

02:11:27.000 You feel like shit. 1.00

02:11:28.000 You spent a bunch of money. 1.00

02:11:30.000 Upfront pleasure almost always leads to back-end pain.

02:11:32.000 But on the other hand, front-end pain, going to the gym, being disciplined, doing things that you don't want to do when you don't feel like it, but doing it regardless of how you feel, that almost always leads to To back end pleasure.

02:11:43.000 And that's what's most important.

02:11:45.000 You go to the gym.

02:11:45.000 It's a gift box.

02:11:47.000 It's wrapped in pain. 1.00

02:11:48.000 It sucks. 0.97

02:11:48.000 Oh man, I'm in the gym again. 0.97

02:11:49.000 Damn it. 0.99

02:11:51.000 I'm taking sets to damn near failure. 1.00

02:11:53.000 I'm eating this boring ass food. 0.99

02:11:55.000 I'm counting my calories. 1.00

02:11:56.000 This is really boring and it sucks and it's monotonous. 0.95

02:11:58.000 But guess what? 0.97

02:11:59.000 That front end pain, right?

02:12:02.000 The gift box is wrapped in pain.

02:12:03.000 But if you can bear through dealing with the pain of maybe you get pricked with a thorn here or there.

02:12:08.000 But you open it up.

02:12:09.000 It's that back end pleasure.

02:12:10.000 Now you have confidence.

02:12:12.000 Now you have a good physique.

02:12:13.000 You got health.

02:12:14.000 You feel good.

02:12:15.000 That's the most important thing.

02:12:16.000 You're able to look at the man in the mirror and be impressed and be happy with what you see back.

02:12:21.000 Real talk, man.

02:12:23.000 You guys want to see the real litmus test if you're living a good life? 1.00

02:12:26.000 After this show, I want each and every one of y'all to go to the fucking bathroom and look at the man in the mirror. 0.99

02:12:31.000 Are you happy with what you see? 1.00

02:12:32.000 Take your fucking shirt off, okay? 1.00

02:12:34.000 Pause. 1.00

02:12:35.000 And look at the man in the mirror.

02:12:37.000 Are you happy with what you see?

02:12:39.000 I'm willing to bet 90 plus percent of y'all are not going to be happy with what you see.

02:12:42.000 Guess what? 0.99

02:12:43.000 You got some fucking work to do. 1.00

02:12:45.000 A lot of y'all are probably fat, slobby, shitty ass body, shitty ass physique, skinny maybe, acne all over your face or on your body, whatever. 1.00

02:12:55.000 You got some fucking work to do. 1.00

02:12:58.000 Okay? 1.00

02:12:58.000 And there's no wrong with that. 1.00

02:12:59.000 But you need to understand that you must go through, you must suffer as a man to get the back end benefits.

02:13:07.000 That's just how it is, unfortunately.

02:13:11.000 Yeah, sacrifice.

02:13:12.000 Yeah.

02:13:13.000 If you're going to take one quote away, front-end pleasure almost always leads to back-end pain.

02:13:19.000 Front-end pain almost always leads to back-end pleasure. 0.99

02:13:23.000 Delayed gratification, my friends, is the name of the fucking game when you're a man. 0.99

02:13:26.000 You don't have the benefits and the privilege of having a dude come in and save you, a Prince Charming. 0.99

02:13:30.000 It ain't fucking coming. 0.94

02:13:31.000 It ain't happening, bro. 0.98

02:13:32.000 Let me get saved.

02:13:33.000 You ain't, though. 0.99

02:13:35.000 She can sell feed pictures on fucking OnlyFans. 1.00

02:13:37.000 You can't. 1.00

02:13:38.000 She can get married. 0.99

02:13:40.000 You're going to have to be on your feet working, nigga. 1.00

02:13:42.000 She can selfie pictures, but you can't.

02:13:44.000 Yeah, we all got to improve, man.

02:13:45.000 And then just to add the story to what I was saying earlier, I'll never forget.

02:13:50.000 I was at my job, and every Friday we had an after-work party event, even on a weekday.

02:13:56.000 So we'd go to a bar or just chop it up at Dave& Buster's and have fun.

02:14:01.000 And I'm like, damn man, I really want to go to these events, but I just know if I don't work overtime, I can't buy the property.

02:14:08.000 And I was like, okay, give up the pleasure now for later on having a property or have the fun now and maybe get it if I work less time. 0.97

02:14:21.000 And my goals were more important to me at that point than, you know, partying.

02:14:26.000 And it hurt, man, because I really wanted to have fun.

02:14:29.000 I felt like I was working hard.

02:14:31.000 I need a little break, but I just knew if I took my foot off the pedal at this point, like, okay, this is when it hit me.

02:14:38.000 I was at an event with some friends from work, and they had a table, and I said to myself, I want to be able to buy my own table at some point and enjoy it because I didn't enjoy it.

02:14:49.000 What am I celebrating?

02:14:50.000 I'm not where I want to be.

02:14:51.000 I have a boss that's cool, but he's where he wants to be.

02:14:55.000 I'm not.

02:14:56.000 So while he's celebrating, buying a table, treating us well, that's great.

02:15:00.000 But that's not where I want to be.

02:15:02.000 I want to be the boss myself.

02:15:03.000 And, you know, that day, I said, you know what?

02:15:08.000 I'm going to work overtime.

02:15:09.000 I'm going to work harder because I'm not close to where I want to be.

02:15:13.000 And now we're here today.

02:15:15.000 A lot of you guys, I'll keep it a million.

02:15:16.000 All the way a million. 1.00

02:15:18.000 A lot of you guys don't even deserve to fucking go out. 1.00

02:15:20.000 A lot of you guys are fat, sloppy, strange, awkward sounding, don't have your shit together. 1.00

02:15:27.000 Y'all don't even deserve to fucking be outside at a club or a bar or any of this other shit. 1.00

02:15:30.000 Like, real talk, man. 1.00

02:15:31.000 A lot of you guys haven't even earned that privilege.

02:15:33.000 It's something that you earn.

02:15:34.000 In my 20s, guys, when I was in college...

02:15:38.000 I stayed inside more than I went out. 0.82

02:15:40.000 Part of that is because I was a Division 1 athlete, which I'm grateful for because it forced me to be responsible and be up at fucking five every single morning to train.

02:15:47.000 You know, we train two to three times a day, right?

02:15:49.000 But you should be declining more party invites and going out invites than actually going.

02:15:55.000 Ask yourself, when you're asked to go to a party or go to some social event or etc., right?

02:16:00.000 Are you always saying yes?

02:16:04.000 Might need to start saying no more.

02:16:06.000 Real talk!

02:16:07.000 You might need to start saying no more and work on something. 0.99

02:16:10.000 A lot of you guys are just living for the fucking weekend. 0.99

02:16:13.000 Everybody's working for the weekend. 1.00

02:16:15.000 Bro, if you're a guy that you're a weekend warrior and you're literally living for Friday through Sunday, you're fucking up in life, bro. 1.00

02:16:23.000 If you hate Mondays, you're fucking up in life. 1.00

02:16:26.000 If you hate the work week, you're fucking up in life. 1.00

02:16:30.000 You need to figure out a way where the days of the week don't fucking matter to you anymore. 0.99

02:16:35.000 Because you either A, enjoy what you're doing, or you're an entrepreneur and you work on your fucking own time. 0.98

02:16:39.000 You know the thing about weekend warriors? 0.98

02:16:41.000 What?

02:16:41.000 They're fighting a battle that they can never win.

02:16:43.000 Yeah.

02:16:43.000 Monday always comes.

02:16:44.000 Yep.

02:16:45.000 Monday's always there. 0.99

02:16:46.000 So what the fuck are you going to do about it? 0.98

02:16:47.000 What are you fighting, bro? 0.99

02:16:47.000 Yeah. 0.99

02:16:49.000 Like, real talk, man. 1.00

02:16:50.000 Like, a lot of you guys don't have your shit together, and you guys are trying to do shit that you, quite frankly, you don't deserve to fucking do. 1.00

02:16:56.000 I want to travel. 1.00

02:16:57.000 You're a bum. 1.00

02:16:58.000 I want to go out with hot bitches. 1.00

02:16:59.000 I want a bad bitch. 1.00

02:17:00.000 You're a fucking bum. 1.00

02:17:01.000 Oh, I want to be a personal trainer. 1.00

02:17:05.000 You're fat. 0.91

02:17:06.000 Oh, I want to coach people. 1.00

02:17:07.000 You don't deserve to. 1.00

02:17:08.000 You haven't done shit in your fucking life. 1.00

02:17:10.000 25-year-old life coach. 1.00

02:17:11.000 What the fuck are you talking about? 0.99

02:17:12.000 You haven't done anything. 0.99

02:17:13.000 I want to talk RP. Yeah.

02:17:14.000 Nigga, what have you experienced? 1.00

02:17:15.000 Yeah.

02:17:15.000 Nothing.

02:17:17.000 You know what I mean?

02:17:18.000 So...

02:17:20.000 Guys, like I said before, let me test. 1.00

02:17:22.000 After the show, look in the fucking mirror. 1.00

02:17:24.000 Take your shirt off. 1.00

02:17:25.000 Are you happy with what you see?

02:17:26.000 Most of y'all are going to say no.

02:17:28.000 Good. 0.99

02:17:29.000 You need to fucking get to work. 0.99

02:17:32.000 Get your money on point. 1.00

02:17:33.000 Go to the gym.

02:17:35.000 And that's going to build your confidence.

02:17:37.000 Confidence only comes from accomplishment.

02:17:39.000 It can start as something as simple as waking up and making your bed.

02:17:42.000 Boom.

02:17:43.000 Task done. 0.99

02:17:44.000 And then small wins lead to medium wins, which then eventually leads to big fucking wins. 0.98

02:17:49.000 And then you gotta learn how to say no. 0.99

02:17:51.000 That is such a fucking important trait to have. 0.98

02:17:53.000 Yo, we're going to the bar, bro. 0.99

02:17:55.000 Yo, we got a rager, man. 0.97

02:17:56.000 Bitches are gonna be there. 1.00

02:17:57.000 It's gonna be lit. 0.99

02:17:57.000 Come. 0.99

02:17:58.000 You need to be able to say, uh, nope. 1.00

02:18:01.000 And stand on that shit. 1.00

02:18:02.000 And accept the pain of sitting in your fucking house, right? 1.00

02:18:08.000 Working in solitude, going to the gym, eating correctly, whatever. 1.00

02:18:10.000 You just need to learn how to accept that pain. 0.99

02:18:12.000 I can't tell you guys how many times when I was in college I'd be invited to fucking parties and I just said no. 0.99

02:18:17.000 I got practice tomorrow. 0.98

02:18:18.000 I can't. 0.99

02:18:20.000 Bro, I missed out on so much fucking fun in college. 1.00

02:18:23.000 But fuck it! 1.00

02:18:25.000 If I had not done that in my 20s, I wouldn't be where I'm at right now. 1.00

02:18:28.000 I wouldn't have the physique that I have.

02:18:30.000 I wouldn't have the mindset that I have.

02:18:31.000 I wouldn't have the job that I had, which I was able to go ahead and get a six-figure job fresh out of college to be able to invest and create this podcast. 0.95

02:18:37.000 I wouldn't have been able to do any of that shit if I didn't have that discipline from the beginning. 0.99

02:18:39.000 It starts with fucking no. 0.99

02:18:41.000 So then later on in life, people will tell you yes. 1.00

02:18:44.000 One more time, you motherfuckers! 1.00

02:18:48.000 Learn how to say no so people tell you yes in the fucking future. 1.00

02:18:52.000 But if you say yes all the time, especially to degenerative behavior that's not going to set you up for success, I promise you people are going to tell you no in the fucking future because you don't learn how to say no when it mattered. 0.98

02:19:05.000 Love you. 0.95

02:19:09.000 Guys will be like, where the hoes at? 1.00

02:19:12.000 Don't ask where the hoes at. 1.00

02:19:13.000 Ask where the money's at.

02:19:14.000 That's where the goals are at because that's going to be more important than the hoes. 1.00

02:19:16.000 But yeah, I think you guys get a point now.

02:19:19.000 Alright.

02:19:20.000 Cool.

02:19:21.000 I'll read some of these chats. 1.00

02:19:23.000 And this is advice that your fucking big brother or your dad should have told you or maybe you didn't have a dad. 0.99

02:19:27.000 It's fine. 1.00

02:19:28.000 We're here.

02:19:28.000 We got y'all, man.

02:19:29.000 But that's so important, man.

02:19:30.000 Learning to say no to fun is one of the most important skill sets you will have as a man.

02:19:36.000 I promise y'all, man. 0.99

02:19:37.000 Learning that front-end pleasure is almost always going to fuck you up later on. 1.00

02:19:41.000 You need to learn how to control that, especially in your 20s. 0.99

02:19:43.000 It's hard.

02:19:44.000 It's hard.

02:19:46.000 Okay.

02:19:49.000 What do we got here?

02:19:50.000 FNF Financial Services is the number one industry over real estate for becoming a millionaire.

02:19:54.000 Real estate also sucks when market is bad.

02:19:56.000 Not with financial services.

02:19:57.000 Also, in the next 10-15 years, $1.3 trillion per year will be rolled into annuities.

02:20:01.000 Now is a great time to get into industry.

02:20:03.000 Plus, you can build an agency to build passive income on top of that.

02:20:05.000 Financial Services.

02:20:07.000 Eh.

02:20:08.000 Bro, I mean, numbers don't lie.

02:20:09.000 90% plus of millionaires come from real estate, bro.

02:20:12.000 Like, you can't dispute that.

02:20:14.000 And the real estate market is going to be pretty stable because we have a housing shortage of almost 5 million homes.

02:20:20.000 So, I respectfully disagree with that one.

02:20:22.000 The numbers just don't add up, my friend.

02:20:24.000 Hey, Myron.

02:20:24.000 You inspired me to get my first house.

02:20:26.000 I got it with my wife.

02:20:27.000 Both of our names are on the title, but only her name is on the loan.

02:20:31.000 Okay, I see what you did there.

02:20:32.000 She don't know what I know.

02:20:33.000 Thanks for all the value.

02:20:34.000 All right, bro.

02:20:35.000 You're smart, bro.

02:20:36.000 I was about to say L, but you did it smart.

02:20:38.000 All right, man. 0.99

02:20:39.000 You smart ass. 1.00

02:20:41.000 Myron, your advice to hook up with 40 girls is terrible advice. 0.99

02:20:44.000 Instead of being degenerate, well, it's 50, sir. 0.92

02:20:47.000 Stand corrected.

02:20:47.000 Why not advise men to homeschool their children and teach them the duties of husband and wife?

02:20:53.000 Well, bro, this is a perfect example of what I mean when I say Tradcons just don't get it. 0.79

02:20:57.000 Uh...

02:20:58.000 Alright, cool man.

02:20:59.000 Then you know what? 0.99

02:21:00.000 Go ahead and marry the woman that you lose your virginia to and see what happens. 0.98

02:21:04.000 Okay. 0.99

02:21:05.000 Mr.

02:21:06.000 Drippy sent a $5 tip.

02:21:07.000 Y'all listen to Travis Scott's new album?

02:21:08.000 No!

02:21:09.000 Why would we do that?

02:21:10.000 Yeah, I don't...

02:21:11.000 Bro, again, wasting time on things that don't matter.

02:21:14.000 Yeah.

02:21:15.000 Travis Scott's a millionaire, bro.

02:21:16.000 Controversial take?

02:21:17.000 I don't listen to music in my free time. 0.93

02:21:18.000 I think that's retarded. 1.00

02:21:19.000 Travis Scott is where he needs to be. 0.98

02:21:21.000 You are probably not.

02:21:22.000 Real talk?

02:21:22.000 I'll keep it all the way $1 million with y'all?

02:21:24.000 Bro. 1.00

02:21:24.000 You shouldn't be listening to music unless you're in a fucking gym. 1.00

02:21:27.000 Yeah. 1.00

02:21:27.000 Yo, listening to music is one of the biggest wastes of fucking time ever. 1.00

02:21:31.000 Bro, you're in your car driving to work an hour away listening to music? 0.99

02:21:35.000 What are you learning?

02:21:37.000 Especially music nowadays. 1.00

02:21:40.000 What the fuck is that? 0.99

02:21:41.000 Yeah, bro. 1.00

02:21:42.000 Yo, that's an L. Yeah, man.

02:21:43.000 Put an audiobook on about success, maybe your career, real estate.

02:21:47.000 Learn that rather than...

02:21:49.000 Yeah, bro.

02:21:51.000 Bro.

02:21:53.000 Yeah, bro.

02:21:53.000 Don't listen to music in your free time.

02:21:55.000 You should be listening to the music in the gym.

02:21:57.000 That's about it. 0.99

02:21:58.000 When you're doing something that is productive, then you earn the privilege to fucking listen to music. 0.98

02:22:06.000 Y'all shouldn't even be watching TV either. 0.98

02:22:07.000 Yo, I don't watch anything that isn't educational.

02:22:10.000 90% of the time.

02:22:11.000 I watch documentaries, bro.

02:22:12.000 Maybe every now and then I might watch a scary movie here or there, blah, blah, whatever.

02:22:17.000 But for every ten things that I watch, nine of them are educational.

02:22:22.000 Something like World War II, World War I, geopolitics, history.

02:22:27.000 I'm always learning something so that I can just be a better man in general.

02:22:31.000 Because guys, you'll be amazed at how just picking things up and learning, it's going to make you a more diversified individual.

02:22:36.000 It's going to make you a more interesting individual. 0.98

02:22:38.000 A lot of you guys that are fucking boring on dates with girls... 0.99

02:22:41.000 I don't know what to say. 1.00

02:22:42.000 It's because y'all are fucking retarded. 1.00

02:22:44.000 Y'all don't have any type of knowledge or background that's interesting. 1.00

02:22:47.000 Okay?

02:22:48.000 Learn about different things.

02:22:50.000 Learn little fun facts.

02:22:51.000 It makes you a way more interesting person.

02:22:53.000 And then on top of that, women respect wisdom. 0.99

02:22:55.000 They really do.

02:22:57.000 They need to feel like they're with a guy that's way more intelligent than they are.

02:23:00.000 Nothing wrong with being intelligent and articulating your way in a certain way and knowing interesting, cool little facts.

02:23:05.000 Okay?

02:23:06.000 I knew a guy that was very good at telling stories.

02:23:09.000 They weren't real, but it sounded like he knew what he was talking about.

02:23:12.000 He got laid, though.

02:23:15.000 Yeah, man.

02:23:16.000 We got here.

02:23:18.000 And also, real quick, for that guy that made that Tradcon argument, go ahead and watch the Timcast episode that we did.

02:23:23.000 Oh, yeah.

02:23:24.000 On Culture Wars.

02:23:25.000 We went ahead and did a debate with a Tradcon that had a family, etc., You guys want to see how TradCons have zero clue what they're talking about?

02:23:33.000 Go watch that episode.

02:23:35.000 Because TradCons tend to deal in the ideals versus what is real. 0.94

02:23:38.000 And unfortunately the sexual marketplace is not a good place to be practicing being a TradCon.

02:23:43.000 It doesn't work.

02:23:44.000 Real Slaps goes, Hey, my name is Prince.

02:23:46.000 Moved from GH to US at 15.

02:23:49.000 2016, I always wanted to make it in life.

02:23:51.000 Now I'm training to be an aircraft pilot, I think is what he means, and working on my YouTube automation.

02:23:56.000 Please keep posting every day and hashtag lone wolf.

02:23:58.000 From Ghana, West Africa.

02:23:59.000 Oh, from Ghana. 1.00

02:24:00.000 Okay, shout out to you, my friend.

02:24:01.000 You need to wait.

02:24:03.000 Venom goes, For Womanizer Wednesday, can you list why an iPhone is needed for a single man? 0.71

02:24:08.000 With iOS 17 coming out, it will have new features that make it convenient for iPhone users to interact with each other.

02:24:13.000 I mean, bro, we don't need to do a whole Womanizer Wednesday on a iPhone.

02:24:16.000 We've spoken about it many times.

02:24:17.000 We've spoken about this many times.

02:24:19.000 I guess I have to say it one more time for y'all.

02:24:21.000 I wish it wasn't like this, guys, but women absolutely judge you if you don't have an iPhone. 1.00

02:24:25.000 If you send them a text and it's fucking green bubbles, they're like, oh, what the hell? 0.99

02:24:28.000 Are you a scammer? 1.00

02:24:29.000 What's wrong with you? 1.00

02:24:30.000 Yeah, scammer. 0.99

02:24:31.000 Are you broke? 0.97

02:24:31.000 Lower socioeconomic status, whatever it is. 0.97

02:24:34.000 I mean, even though Androids are superior telephones... 1.00

02:24:36.000 And superior devices to Apple.

02:24:38.000 Don't attack us.

02:24:39.000 We're just messengers.

02:24:40.000 But I guarantee you, as a chick, hey, what do you prefer? 1.00

02:24:43.000 The amount of girls that flake on a guy or don't hang out with him because he has an Android is fucking ridiculous, bro. 0.98

02:24:50.000 There was a viral video that came out, I think on Twitter or something like that, where I think it was either a female dating coach or this girl. 0.98

02:24:59.000 I forget what it was.

02:25:00.000 But she basically said...

02:25:02.000 She's heard hundreds of women say, I disqualified a guy just because he didn't have an iPhone. 1.00

02:25:06.000 Yeah.

02:25:07.000 Bro, it's already hard enough for most of y'all, man.

02:25:09.000 Don't make it harder.

02:25:10.000 Don't make it harder, bro.

02:25:11.000 Don't.

02:25:11.000 Alright?

02:25:12.000 I don't care if you gotta get a second phone as a whole phone, whatever.

02:25:16.000 Yeah, both.

02:25:17.000 Okay, the final step should be executing and taking action on everything you guys went over tonight.

02:25:21.000 The info y'all give shouldn't be for free.

02:25:23.000 Most people charge thousands to give it out like this and people take it for granted.

02:25:26.000 Unfortunately, I would be taking notes on everything.

02:25:29.000 Keep providing all the great value you do.

02:25:30.000 Thank you so much, man.

02:25:30.000 Yo, I don't know any of the platform.

02:25:31.000 Try to keep it free for y'all, man.

02:25:32.000 It gives you this much value for free, bro.

02:25:34.000 They charge you.

02:25:35.000 At least.

02:25:36.000 Or put it behind a course.

02:25:37.000 Or their retarded reaction channel that adds no value. 1.00

02:25:39.000 DrB84, I'm glad I did the work in my 20s and now own a large house in my late 30s.

02:25:43.000 Oh, that was from before.

02:25:43.000 Shout out to DrB84.

02:25:44.000 Shout out to you, bro.

02:25:45.000 Anything else?

02:25:46.000 Yep, right here.

02:25:48.000 And though, hey FNF, a lot of the side hustle y'all provide are online.

02:25:53.000 I like them.

02:25:53.000 Oh, no, we did that one already, bro.

02:25:55.000 You did that one too?

02:25:55.000 Yeah.

02:25:56.000 And then it's...

02:25:58.000 Natalie, Fresh, how come you didn't know this?

02:26:05.000 I know this, bro.

02:26:06.000 He actually quotes this all the time.

02:26:08.000 King Solomon had a thousand wives and no STDs.

02:26:12.000 You, why?

02:26:14.000 Because sexual diseases started in women's bodies, not men's, if they were virgins.

02:26:19.000 Okay.

02:26:20.000 I don't get the point.

02:26:21.000 Me either.

02:26:22.000 Bro, we know this, man.

02:26:24.000 Yeah, he's referred to that a bunch.

02:26:25.000 Okay.

02:26:26.000 Tyson995 says, I'm actually a apprentice lineman.

02:26:29.000 I've been on the same track.

02:26:30.000 Got myself a charger, but I've been saving every penny after that parents blessed me with staying home.

02:26:35.000 All right.

02:26:38.000 Worst Generation says, have you guys ever heard about credit AI for credit cards?

02:26:42.000 They're extremely good for people with no credit history.

02:26:44.000 Never heard of it.

02:26:45.000 Never heard of it.

02:26:47.000 And we're going to be rolling out a credit repair thing for a lot of y'all soon.

02:26:50.000 Don't worry.

02:26:51.000 We got you guys.

02:26:52.000 We're going to be working with a company to help y'all with that.

02:26:56.000 And y'all get a nice discount as well.

02:26:59.000 Nick donated 20 bucks.

02:27:00.000 He goes, I don't want to be going out and stuff, but I just want to keep my relationships.

02:27:04.000 It's harder to maintain relationships when you're working on your goals and not going out.

02:27:07.000 That is true.

02:27:08.000 I will admit that.

02:27:09.000 It's a sacrifice.

02:27:11.000 Even now, I'm not going out like I used to, to go to events, but I'm in a gym.

02:27:15.000 I'm working on myself.

02:27:16.000 I'm becoming a better person.

02:27:17.000 But once this is finished, back on track.

02:27:20.000 So it's a sacrifice, give and take.

02:27:21.000 Yep.

02:27:22.000 And if you do go out... 0.95

02:27:24.000 What I used to do sometimes, you know, every, you know, now and then, I used to bring a can of fucking sardines with me or tuna, and I'd have water with me, and I'd drink water and eat fucking tuna at the party. 1.00

02:27:35.000 It was weird, but fuck them. 0.99

02:27:37.000 Hey, man, I gotta stay on my goals. 1.00

02:27:39.000 I hang out with y'all for like an hour or whatever. 0.98

02:27:40.000 I'm gonna bring my fucking can of tuna and eat that, man. 0.99

02:27:43.000 Hey, man, that's what I did in college. 1.00

02:27:45.000 You were savage, bro. 0.72

02:27:46.000 Yeah, man. 0.97

02:27:47.000 How are women technically smarter than men? 1.00

02:27:48.000 I see these hoes in the panel. 1.00

02:27:51.000 Can't name three countries.

02:27:51.000 In the panel.

02:27:52.000 I ask myself how it can get worse than that.
