00:13:19.000Yeah, if you disagree on H1B visas, you disagree with Elon, you ratio him three times in a day, I don't know, maybe he'll hold some resentment.
00:13:25.000I'm just gonna say Instagram's better.
00:14:09.000But I'm saying, like, dude can't stick to his word.
00:14:11.000And that's why he's getting, like, shit on all over the place.
00:14:14.000He gets ratioed all the time and everything.
00:14:16.000Because, like, contrary to what people think, like, all the bots say, oh, freedom of speech isn't freedom of reach.
00:14:21.000That is the most stupid, asinine concept I've ever heard.
00:14:25.000Because if you don't have freedom of reach, there's no point to have freedom of speech.
00:14:31.000So the whole point of freedom of speech is to create a marketplace of ideas, right?
00:14:37.000If you want to go ahead and create a marketplace of ideas, you need to allow all the ideas to reach that marketplace of ideas.
00:14:43.000So if you're going to sit there and say, oh, free speech, which basically means unrestricted speech, that means you must also be unrestricted from reaching the marketplace so that people could compete.
00:14:52.000So if you do have a bad idea, the marketplace and the people dictate what dictates what's valuable and what's not.
00:14:57.000Versus having these organizations come in and filter information that they don't like, right?
00:15:02.000Or they might not want people to know.
00:15:04.000And then we run into problems like that.
00:15:14.000But a big reason why they did that is because they heavily controlled the information that was going out where you couldn't get dissenting information on COVID for years.
00:15:48.000Not having reach is completely antithetical to the concept of free speech.
00:15:53.000And then some other idiots, low-IQ idiots like YouTubers, say, oh, well, Myron, just because you have freedom of speech doesn't mean you have freedom to get paid.
00:16:02.000They have terms and regulations and all this other bullshit.
00:16:06.000Well, no, not really, because I'll tell you why.
00:16:09.000If you're demonetized, I would argue someone demonetizing you on a free speech app is actually worse than a banning, and I'll tell you why.
00:16:16.000If they demonetize you and leave you on a platform, they use you as an example to everyone else, To impart their will.
00:17:21.000It's like a fucking snowball going down a hill.
00:17:22.000It just gets bigger and bigger and bigger.
00:17:24.000Because the more you censor, the more comfortable they get, the more control they have, and then your ability to fight back against censorship gets diminished as they get stronger.
00:18:19.000And another thing, too, for all the idiots out there, there's case law out there that proves that hate speech is actually still protected under the First Amendment.
00:18:28.000I think there's a landmark case, Tolton v.
00:18:30.000U.S., or something like that, where they found that hate speech is subjective in itself, because what might be deemed as hate speech to one person might not necessarily be deemed as hate speech to someone else.
00:18:40.000So, since there's a subjective interpretation around it, They can't make case law around it because that would end up restricting the free speech.
00:18:47.000So that is why, in most situations, assuming the speech doesn't lead to violence or anything else like that, hate speech is almost always widely protected in the United States for that very reason.
00:18:57.000So if Elon Musk is going to come in and say, I bought this app to bring back free speech because I think free speech is a bedrock of democracy, and then you cite the First Amendment of the United States as the basis of your claim...
00:19:11.000Then you need to fucking stand on that shit.
00:19:13.000And that's why Elon Musk is getting rolled on Twitter right now.
00:24:34.000But I was going to ask a question about, so I got this new job where I'm making pretty decent money, so I need to figure out where I'm going to put this money.
00:24:44.000I was thinking to buy a duplex or I might buy a house that's run down and try to flip it as I live there.
00:24:51.000But the issue is I have to live there for two years.
00:24:54.000So Myron, I know you're a big real estate guy.
00:25:49.000If you don't have a lot of capital, then you'll have to go ahead and use another FHA loan and then move out to the place that you're in, rent it out, and then move into the next one.
00:26:24.000Yeah, because this training for the company, I'm a home inspector, and the company does unpaid training, and so I was in training for five months unpaid.
00:26:38.000It's probably going to take you a bit to save up that capital, but step one is getting out of your credit card consumer debt, because I'm assuming it's consumer debt.
00:26:46.000Yeah, because that has the highest interest rate, and then from there, then you start building up your little war chest to get your next deal.
00:27:44.000So we need to focus on really making it America first and ensuring that...
00:27:49.000We're not prioritizing the needs of foreign nationals for cheap labor, right?
00:27:53.000And the reason why is actually what got me in trouble with Twitter and Elon Musk was because Elon Musk was advocating for the H-1B visa.
00:28:00.000Obviously, he's biased because he comes from a tech world, and in the tech world, H-1B visas are literally their lifeline.
00:28:05.000When Elon took over Twitter, one of the first things he did was he fired, like, 70% of the staff and put a bunch of H-1B visa hires in.
00:28:14.000So this is literally how tech companies maintain profitability is through the H-1B visa.
00:28:20.000So when I said, yo, this is bullshit, this is a scam visa that's used to prop up industries like tech, migrant workers, etc., and it takes away American jobs, he don't like that.
00:28:30.000And then Vivek Ramaswamy, also a fraud, went ahead and agreed, oh yeah, yeah, H-1B visas are great because it allows us to bring in the best and the brightest.
00:30:06.000Yeah, this is just a personal story about the H-1Bs.
00:30:09.000I'm a home inspector in the Seattle, Washington area, and there are so many Indians that are buying new construction houses all over this area.
00:31:46.000And it's going to be kind of my main focus for a while.
00:31:51.000Just because of the hours, it's going to be really long hours.
00:31:54.000So I was wondering if there's any sort of way to save money on taxes.
00:32:03.000Like, legally, is there a specific way to file?
00:32:06.000Because I will be, like, a W-2 employee, so it's kind of difficult.
00:32:11.000So I just wanted to see, like, how much I could save on taxes, like, legally without, you know, like, is there, like, a way I could offset it with, like, real estate, with, like, business?
00:32:27.000Real estate expenses is the best way to offset your tax liability, by far.
00:32:32.000You need to have an LLC at least, and have real estate too as well.
00:32:36.000Yeah, real estate will help you, but if you don't have real estate, the best way to do it is by far offset it with business expenses.
00:32:44.000I mean, we could do another one in 2025, but yeah, you definitely need a business credit card, and then just charge everything to that, and that will help offset your tax liability for the year.
00:33:38.000So if you really want to get in the weeds on this stuff, you get access to a bunch of multi-millionaire successful guys that are good at what they do.
00:33:44.000So jump in to Cash Club Premium because it's going to go up to 95. Or sorry, 98. After Wednesday, more than likely.
00:34:08.000And you get the High Value Academy free.
00:34:09.000If you already have Castle Club, paying your $35 a month or $17 or whenever you got grandfathered in, you can go ahead and get a premium for $500 a year.
00:34:35.000Especially for someone like you because this is a very nuanced question that you should be asking our accountant, Steve, and he be in our Zoom calls.
00:34:52.000Generally speaking, the way that you're more than likely going to have to offset your business, your taxes, is through your business versus real estate.
00:35:01.000Because unless you have the capital to actually get real estate, etc., that might take some time.
00:35:06.000But it's way easier to start a business to start generating money from that and then writing those expenses off.
00:35:19.000I said real estate is a high barrier to entry.
00:35:23.000So unless you got like a good amount of capital where you're putting in, because even with the FHA loan, you still got to put 3.5% down and you got to do closing costs.
00:40:54.000You need to focus on making $10k a month passively in your sleep.
00:40:59.000Well, first focus on making $10k a month.
00:41:03.000Then, after you make $10k a month, focus on making $10k a month passively in your sleep.
00:41:09.000Rain, hail, or shine, you're getting $10k a month.
00:41:10.000It's going to take a lot of time, but like you said, if you're able to do that, then you could go...
00:41:15.000To Bolivia, El Salvador, these shithole countries you mentioned, and then use that to your advantage because that money's going to go a lot further.
00:42:58.000This week, on just my side business, because you know I do 80 hours of trucking, I do HTT with online personal training on the side with Brandon Carter, and that's just a side hustle, right?
00:47:10.000I think drinking is a drug itself because they don't call it a drug, but it's an accessible drug they give to you that you can buy from your store, right?
00:47:16.000Because you rely on it, you get a little bit sad, you drink, you feel better.
00:47:20.000It's almost like a release or a relief at some point.
00:47:24.000So, what I'm telling you is that you've got to reverse...
00:47:26.000Engineer this by saying, okay, my vice, my habit is to drink whenever I feel sad or out of place.
00:47:32.000You need to find a substitute for that.
00:47:35.000Now, I don't know what that is for you, but for me, it was actually playing games with friends.
00:47:38.000So if I ever felt like I wanted to squeeze going out or do some dumb shit, I'll call my friends over and play games with them.
00:47:45.000Now, if they weren't available, I'll play online game by myself, and that's why I stay focused on not doing these things.
00:47:51.000You've got to find something for you to replace that habit, and understand, where do you want to end up?
00:47:55.000Because drinking like this, It may end up killing you, bro.
00:47:57.000You may end up getting issues with your liver.
00:47:59.000You may end up dying for another reason.
00:48:01.000The point is that, like, it may end up killing you, bro.
00:48:03.000And you want to live right to help your family out, maybe have your own family one day, and succeed in life.
00:48:49.000I'll just do whatever, you know what I'm saying?
00:48:51.000Do you do alone or do you just do it with friends?
00:48:55.000Do you drink alone or do you drink with friends?
00:48:59.000Well, since I moved up here, I don't really have friends like that.
00:49:03.000I have, like, I say associates and shit, you know what I'm saying?
00:49:07.000I've chilled with some of my co-workers outside of work, but nothing really on a deeper level because I'm pretty different from most people around here.
00:49:17.000I would say I'm into different things than most people.
01:01:03.000Bro, you're gonna have to lock yourself in a fucking room for like 24 to 48 hours, have someone just give you water, just give you food, because this is do or die, bro.
01:01:11.000I don't think you understand the severity of what's going on here.
01:01:15.000And look, if you could give me your father's PayPal, because your dad shouldn't be suffering for your stupidity, but, yeah, I said, I'll send it to your dad.
01:02:48.000As soon as he said that I have withdrawals, that means automatically he's drinking 24-7.
01:02:55.000Because when you start to get to that point where you have withdrawals and you start shaking, you need to drink all day and have alcohol in your system to avoid the withdrawals.
01:03:04.000Yeah, so like I said, with that being said, if I can't just stop like that...
01:03:57.000Your son has a serious alcohol problem.
01:04:01.000And, you know, I think step one to helping him with this is we need to remove all the alcohol in the home.
01:04:07.000Now, I know he said, oh, I'm going to go ahead and put in my dad's car, but we all know that he probably has a key or has some ability to get in the car and drink the alcohol later.
01:04:14.000So, we want to ensure that all the alcohol in the home is gone.
01:04:18.000And I understand that some of that alcohol is yours.
01:04:20.000We can reimburse you for whatever he dumped, right?
01:04:23.000We have no problem with that, but I just don't want any alcohol in the home because he's in a very sensitive position where he's just going to be drinking, and we need to stop this thing cold turkey.
01:04:34.000I know he's probably saying, I'm going to get withdrawals or whatever.
01:04:36.000Well, hey, he's going to have to suffer for 24 to 48 hours.
01:04:38.000I'm sure you might be aware of this as his father, but if he doesn't fix this problem, you know, the guy's going to have an early grave, and I'm sure as a father you can be sensitive to that.
01:04:53.000Yeah, so I think he might need rehab as well.
01:04:55.000But like I said before, I think he spent about, or he dumped about $30 worth of alcohol that's yours, right?
01:05:02.000It's not fair that we have him dump your property out, but I think to send a message home and keep him away from the alcohol, we have to do that.
01:05:28.000Well, if you could just do me a favor and just watch him very closely for like the next 24 to 48 hours, you might have to lock him in a room.
01:05:35.000Might have to call off a couple days of work because the withdrawals are going to suck.
01:05:38.000I have no locks in my house and I don't even lock my front door.
01:05:42.000Just so you know, I'm in a neighborhood that's awesome that way.
01:07:57.000My youngest son, Lucas' youngest brother, is severely autistic, and I now have changed careers while looking to get help for my youngest son once he turns to 18 and over.
01:08:15.000I now actually support Autistic and fetal alcohol syndrome kids by taking them out into the community, and I support them, basically.
01:08:49.000You can just keep a tight eye on him, right?
01:08:51.000If he's got a call out of work, it is what it is.
01:08:53.000I think this is a do-or-die situation.
01:08:55.000So if we can get over this first 72 hours, I think it's going to be significantly easier, and hopefully he can put the bottle down for good and never drink ever again from this point.
01:09:02.000And then use that addiction mindset for something more productive, maybe the gym or something like that.
01:09:08.000But we can cross that bridge once he gets over this alcohol problem.
01:10:26.000It's actually one of the main reasons, guys, why I don't drink like that is because I've seen the detriments of alcohol in my friends and people I know.
01:10:32.000It's literally fucking the devil, bro.
01:14:06.000Unless you're going to build a new home, you're trying to do one of these brand new builds, that whole lumber price isn't going to affect you.
01:14:56.000We don't need to talk about lumber or house build or my real estate agent said XYZ. Your real estate agents, 9 out of 10 of them are not investors.
01:16:18.000We've sat down and we've evaluated it because together we make really good money.
01:16:21.000We probably make like $12,000 a month, if not more.
01:16:25.000So we're in a good financial position at that.
01:16:28.000I just want to make sure I pay off those credit cards for sure before I do that.
01:16:33.000I just didn't know what you guys would feel on the, again, the housing market with everybody asking about, you know, buying a...
01:16:39.000An investment home, this and that, on what you feel is going to happen with the housing market for 2025, if it's going to skyrocket or if it's going to take a dump, if we're going to hit another 2008. To talk or just to get help, bro?
01:19:49.000And then if she's like 25 and up, she might be hot in person, but they'd be having like kids and shit and I don't really want to be a stepdad.
01:19:58.000And then another thing, if they're 25 and up, You know what I'm saying?
01:20:07.000She might be like a boss babe and she don't want to respect my wishes and shit.
01:23:19.000But for a high-quality woman, bro, you're going to have to actually go to where they're at.
01:23:24.000Which means you're going to have to be a part of communities, be a part of some of these groups, be a part of a, I want to say, set up where they're in your environment.
01:23:33.000Because I'll say this right now, bro, even in Miami, it's a bunch of hoes, bro.
01:25:41.000So I'll pick up, let's say it's like a list of like 100 girls, which is 20 that I think were hot and I think were somewhat modest if I wanted to go down that path and then send them a DM. Now...
01:25:52.000In terms of getting outside, you want to do two strategies.
01:25:55.000One online with Instagram, and one in person.
01:25:58.000Like I said before, what I used to do is go to meetup.com, look for events that were in my area, entrepreneurship events, real estate events, that was my interest.
01:26:07.000And I've had a couple girls doing that shit, and it works.
01:26:09.000But, obviously speaking, as I got more, I guess, popping or whatever, more money, I want to have a little bit more fun.
01:26:16.000But for you, you want to settle down and find a girl?
01:26:26.000Or the other route is having a social circle of guys that are established or people that are established that can refer you to girls that are in your area that are nice.
01:29:13.000The Fresh Fit Platform is about game, money, fitness, not the JQ. Well, BBW, I have my own channel where I discuss that stuff, so that's exactly why I have my own channel.
01:29:25.000So, yeah, and just because you feel that way and you don't like calling out the truth and it offends you or whatever, maybe that's fine, bro.
01:29:34.000That's, that's, then just, you don't got to tune in to the Myron Gaines X channel.
01:32:03.000But, again, like I said before, when you're a diversified podcast, you're gonna make shit that some people like, some people dislike, and that's kind of what comes with the territory, bro.
01:32:10.000So, like I said, you might not like my political stances.
01:33:18.000So basically, I'm gonna stream it live as well on Rumble and YouTube.
01:33:22.000So you're going to get Myron's Politics on his channel.
01:33:25.000You get me and some special guests talking the talk and their career, how they made it, and certain avenues of life and careers and pathways.
01:33:32.000And you're going to get as well some deep interviews and conversations between two people.
01:34:32.000cause and effect man going nuclear heavy long term drinkers someone with delirium tremens needs immediate treatment in a hospital call 911 it is not safe to stop cold turkey without help yeah he needs some real help bro That's scary, bro.
01:39:06.000Do you feel like with the hundred thousand I'm going to make off of crypto doing a duplex with a family member is a smart idea or a bad idea?
01:39:14.000Look, if you want to go in with other people on a real estate deal, that's fine.
01:39:18.000but I do genuinely believe your first deal you need to do by yourself so you learn. - Okay, and now would you say like, 'cause like me and this dude's really close and shit, but would you say like maybe we go on to this one and then like kinda like from there branch off but would you say like maybe we go on to this one and then like kinda like from there I mean, why not do it yourself, learn, and then bring him on for the second one?
01:40:43.000And then, so after we get the property and stuff, we'll still have about like $30,000 left over plus the money that, so we're going to have about like $15,000 left over for any property.
01:40:57.000Keep it in savings because you're going to need to fix shit.
01:41:01.000Yeah, so we're going to have, like, 15,000 left over for, like, property fixes, and then we're also both going to have, individually, another 16,000 each.
01:41:12.000Would you say with that, I should invest into stocks or...
01:42:29.000And then one more thing is I'm in premium, but I never got like an invite to Telegram and a message to Discord, but I haven't heard anything back on how to get into Telegram.
01:42:55.000Yeah, so when I sign in, it shows, yeah, it says Telegram, Discord, High Value Academy, and it has all of them.
01:43:09.000And when I click on Telegram, it sends me a link.
01:43:12.000It says for me to verify, and then I click the verification, I click on the code through my email, and then it says I'm verified, but then when I go to my Telegram app, I'm not in any groups, and I don't see any, like, calls or any invites or anything.
01:43:28.000Yo, my friend, I actually made someone a video on exactly how to do this, like, two days ago.
01:44:56.000I'm in a situation where all the income that I get is just me now.
01:45:00.000So my question, because you guys suggested to me last time, was to move, right?
01:45:05.000I know I'm going to get that firefighter position though.
01:45:08.000So I'm in a situation where I don't know if I should take it and stay in mass or Springfield particularly or look elsewhere and try to move.
01:45:17.000Because your initial suggestion was to get the fuck up out of here, which I'm starting to review it because there's nothing left for me in the city.
01:46:42.000I'm probably going to take your suggestions very seriously.
01:46:47.000The other thing, too, is that when you're a firefighter in Massachusetts, they might have some type of licensing that will let you reciprocate where you can go ahead and take that transfer.
01:46:59.000Like, potentially, I don't know if it'll be transferred, but, like, you can apply to another fire department, right, in another jurisdiction, and they might take you based on where you are, but just get in, get hired, get the job, show up, apply to other jobs, don't tell any of your co-workers that you're applying to other jobs, and use that as a step up, because trust me, having a job as a firefighter is going to make it a lot easier for you to get a job as a firefighter somewhere else.
01:47:36.000So, I'm in CC as well as CC Premium, and I was talking to a couple guys in there, and I've been into fitness for the last two to three years now.
01:47:44.000I obviously work my body up to where it's at now, and it's pretty optimal for where I am.
01:48:21.000Right now with being a firefighter because you got to get really good at it, build that experience up, get people to like you so that you can go ahead and use that to segue somewhere else.
01:49:39.000You're going to be the guy that sleeps at the station the most.
01:49:41.000You're going to be the guy that's always available.
01:49:46.000Do you understand that when you get into any type of military, law enforcement, firefighter, as the new guy, you need to get beat up for a few years?
01:52:30.000But the problem is, it is heavily populated, people trying to make it in e-commerce.
01:52:36.000So it's more about finding the product that works at the right time.
01:52:41.000More often than not, it's with a mentor telling you what to do that has that experience of knowing what products work and when.
01:52:47.000For example, we had someone on the show, Kitty Hustles, and for Halloween, he had a skeleton costume or a skeleton setup where you buy that for Halloween and it sells out instantly.
01:52:59.000So I think knowing when to buy and have a mentor that knows what to go ahead and sell for e-commerce works wonders.
01:53:06.000But if you don't have that, then it may be a little bit hard trial and error.
01:53:10.000But then again, If you're coming into it with a niche that you know very well, it may be good, but I would say get a mentor that knows what they're doing first, either by trial and error from experience, and then go ahead and join from there.
01:53:22.000But hopping into that, bro, it's not competitive.
01:53:24.000Dude, I can't tell you how many young kids are trying to get into that now, and they've been doing it for moms, not making them money, guys are doing it for years.
01:55:15.000Like, you could still, you know, you do, your reach does limit a little bit without the verification, but if you're consistent, you post, you do spaces, you stream, like, you'll be fine.
01:55:37.000I've been demonetized forever, so it doesn't, like, I never even, you know what I'm saying?
01:55:41.000It's not even about making money on there.
01:55:43.000It's about just getting a new audience, hitting a political thing, and if you're, like, a political guy, you gotta be on X. Like, X is where it's at when it comes to politics.
01:55:50.000If you don't care about politics, then not so important.
01:56:48.000It's time to make mornings great again.
01:56:49.000If your coffee tastes like it was brewed in the UN meeting, watered down, directionless, and catering to the lowest common denominator, you deserve better.
01:58:38.000You can go ahead and get it for a year for only $500, and you get DMs on demand absolutely free when you get it.
01:58:42.000Whether you sign up at the $65 price point for a monthly and lock in that price, or $500 for a year, get High Value Academy added.
01:58:49.000Then, if you don't have Castle Club or premium, Best deal, $900, get it for the fucking year.
01:58:56.000Completely, you know, good to go for all of 2025. If you lock in the price, get High Value Academy, biggest fucking deal that we've had.
01:59:02.000So go ahead and get in there now while you guys can.
01:59:05.000And at least, if you don't want to do the yearly subscriptions that save you a bunch of money, fine.
01:59:10.000At least in the 65, get the High Value Academy, get the value, be in there for a month, and lock in that price at 65. So you can't lose in any way, guys, because the price is going up after Wednesday.
02:06:44.000Bro, when niggas lie on you for like three years, bro, it's just like, yo, at some point you gotta just stick the middle finger up and say like, this is all fake news, you know what I mean?
02:06:52.000Because it's like, now they're like profiting off of lies.
