00:00:13.080Like, they're going to burn it all down.
00:00:14.600These are Democrat judges handing down the search warrants in the Ilhan Omar case.
00:00:30.000Can you do me one favor right now? Hit the subscribe button. It started with a birth
00:00:55.360date, October 4th, 1981. That was the official birth date that Minnesota had in its official
00:01:03.440records for Ilan Omar. Then in 2019, a woman by the name of AJ Kern blew it all up. Well, because
00:01:13.280numerous sources and her Minnesota legislative page show that her birth date was October 4th,
00:01:20.9601981 omar was not eligible to gain u.s citizenship in 2000 as a minor so after aj kern post this
00:01:31.520video online about ilana mars purported real birthday being in 1981 a few days later omar's
00:01:38.320staff emailed the state of minnesota and asked for them to change her birth date in the official
00:01:44.160record to 1982. One year difference. And why would one year matter? Because to get citizenship
00:01:51.140through your dad, you have to be under the age of 18 to be considered one of his children
00:01:56.780when your dad comes over and becomes a citizen. People called A.J. Kern a lunatic. They tried to
00:02:02.520cancel her. Welcome to the club, A.J. I have a lifetime membership. The media ignored A.J. Congress
00:02:09.580ignored her and i'm in congress i've done my bit earlier this year i tried to force some of these
00:02:15.580immigration records of ilana mar and of her purported brother husband i tried to force
00:02:21.500those records out in an oversight hearing and both parties both republicans and democrats
00:02:27.180voted me down the remark is always let the process play out right that's what they always say and
00:02:32.860nothing ever never happens i tried to subpoena her immigration records her brother husband's
00:02:38.460immigration records, and it was Republicans that killed my emotion. And then last Monday,
00:02:45.100federal agents raided Ilhan Omar's home and walked out of her house carrying boxes.
00:02:53.660They took her phone, they took her passport, and they even took her DNA.
00:02:58.860Speaking of the election, breaking tonight, Fox News has learned that authorities are in possession
00:03:03.180of DNA of Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. It's unclear how authorities obtained that DNA.
00:03:10.160Now, Omar hasn't been charged with anything. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
00:03:15.440And Ilhan Omar and her squad cohorts are saying this is political, and she'll have her day in
00:03:20.320court just like anybody else. But today, I have the one woman, A.J. Kern, who started it all.
00:03:26.780She's here, and Ilhan Omar is about to get maced. Welcome, A.J.
00:03:31.480Thank you for having me on. I appreciate it.
00:03:34.880Yeah, thank you. Back in 2019, people called you crazy. Last week, federal agents were inside Ilhan Omar's house carrying boxes out of her home.
00:03:44.800I think some of the members of Congress.
00:03:46.960Members of Congress do owe you an apology. Often when you call members of Congress, people don't know this, but who's picking up the phone?
00:03:52.420It's usually an intern. It's not higher staff. It's not the chief of staff. It's certainly not the member of Congress, although I've answered my phone a couple of times.
00:03:59.920But Congress ignored this issue. So make it simple for us. Why does the year 1981 versus 1982,
00:04:07.180why does it actually matter? Why does it decide whether or not Ilhan Omar is an actual
00:04:11.540citizen of the United States? So that one year difference is huge because Ilhan Omar's
00:04:18.660citizenship narrative is that she obtained citizenship when she was 17, meaning a minor.
00:04:25.960So what she's claiming is derivative citizenship, that when her father obtained naturalization, she gained citizenship through him at that time.
00:04:41.220And when I realized that for the 1981 birth year meant that she was 18 years old when her father was eligible to apply for citizenship,
00:04:53.880I made the video and she responded to it a few days later by having her staff call the Minnesota Legislative Library to change her birth year to 1982.
00:05:06.760And I thought, wow, that's really a red flag. But no one was interested in that.
00:05:13.200And it's like, maybe you want to check on this.
00:05:16.220Well, to take it even a step further, you asked the immigration agency for her father's citizenship papers. Right.
00:05:21.360And they wrote back and said there's no record. Is that right?
00:05:23.620you can't request her natural or naturalization records or citizenship records because she's a0.99
00:05:29.480living refugee. But when they are deceased, you may request those records. So her father passed
00:05:36.180away in 2020. And it didn't occur to me right away. But at some point, I realized I could ask
00:05:43.220for his records, which would make a difference because she's claiming derivative citizenship
00:05:47.920through him. So that's what I did. I filled out the form and I had to submit proof that he was
00:05:55.640deceased. So I included a newspaper article that discussed her father's passing and a photo of her
00:06:05.300and her father. So whoever did the search knew exactly who I was asking for. And the US Citizenship
00:06:14.640Immigration Services responded with a letter that's dated June 20th, 2023. And I've found that
00:06:24.240interesting that it was World Refugee Day. And I had to chuckle because I thought, well, God has a1.00
00:06:30.720sense of humor, right? We call that divine intervention, AJ. What did the letter say?
00:06:36.080Yes. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services letter stated that I could then
00:06:41.840submit to the Department of Homeland Security, which I did. And their response was fairly quick.
00:06:50.160Then I received the certificate of non-existence of record from the DHS.
00:06:55.040So that basically means they couldn't find the guy. They couldn't find her father
00:06:58.800in the immigration records. Is that right? Right. Right. And so he went by a couple
00:07:03.200different names, I'm told, in some of the research that we did. How can we be sure
00:07:07.760they looked up the right name or the right series of names that he used how can we be certain on
00:07:12.880that um well i i submitted on the form all names that he possibly could have used and um so they
00:07:22.960they said they used all variations of his name so i just i don't think they took that lightly
00:07:29.920what does that mean if he's not in the immigration system could that mean that he's not or wasn't
00:07:35.360even a citizen is that what that means if he's not in the database right right the thing that
00:07:41.360people need to realize is that in Minnesota it's it's so easy to claim you're a citizen
00:07:48.400because when the when you come in under the refugee program you're issued a social security
00:07:55.920number fairly quickly and then at some point they the refugee goes to the Minnesota secretary of
00:08:04.480state's office obtains a driver's license and at the same time they register to vote.
00:08:08.960I think the federal government needs to take all of the names of the foreign-born individuals
00:08:14.000registered to vote and compare it to their database of citizenship.
00:08:17.920And I'm pretty positive you're going to have a whole lot of people.
00:08:21.840Her phone is sitting in an evidence locker. We know that some of her family members have
00:08:26.480been subpoenaed before a grand jury. If you were on that grand jury, what's the first thing you'd
00:08:32.240want to see. Well, I would like the government to confirm that her father didn't naturalize.
00:08:38.260That makes her birth year moot. It's irrelevant. But, you know, I would be looking at
00:08:49.800voter fraud charges and perjury charges because she signs that affidavit of candidacy every two1.00
00:08:56.480years when she runs. And I did that video at the Minnesota Secretary of State's office,
00:09:03.360where I asked them if they verified her citizenship, and the answer is no.
00:09:07.200As you know, Congress doesn't have any process in place for the individuals who are foreign-born who
00:09:13.680run for Congress. They're not doing that. And one of the things I wanted to share with you today0.99
00:09:19.760is this document i would like to email to you is um it's the congressional research service
00:09:27.360qualifications of members of congress a legislative attorney jack maskell maskell wrote it in january
00:09:35.6802015 um but it it it expressly states all of the qualifiers and that it is it is the responsibility
00:09:47.840of congress of the senate and the house to ensure that all of their members are properly seated and
00:09:56.880that that needs to be addressed because if this is all true about ilhan omar we've had a somali
00:10:03.680nationalist occupying a seat in congress and affecting laws over the american people for
00:10:10.560seven years basically yeah i mean the leadership should be embarrassed yeah they should be and
00:10:16.160And earlier this year, AJ, we spoke about how I went to both parties.
00:10:22.920I had a hearing to subpoena Ilhan Omar and her brother husband's immigration records in the Oversight Committee.
00:10:28.840Homeland Security and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for all records related to the immigration and naturalization of or any immigration benefit received by Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
00:11:15.060And of course, we don't we aren't surprised by the Democrats that blocked you, but all the Republicans who blocked you, I don't think there's actually a public list of those individuals because they need to be replaced.
00:11:27.820Yeah, there's not a public list. And I didn't I didn't move fast enough when I was in the hearing.
00:11:31.460It went by voice and I didn't ask for it to go by a recorded vote, which would have got done member by member, person by person, vote by vote to get that list.
00:11:40.900but it was Republicans that had stopped me in my tracks. And of course, you know, Ilan is saying
00:11:45.980this is just the Trump administration coming after one of her, one of his critics, a strong
00:11:51.200critic right before an election, but people in Minnesota, they're already voting, voting's
00:11:54.500underway. What do you say to a voter in Minnesota who still believes her lies? People have to face
00:12:01.560the fact that there was enough there at some point that caused the federal government to say
00:12:09.280there's possibly a crime here. It's not just the immigration fraud that Ilhan Omar's father came
00:12:16.860in claiming to be part of the Omar family, which made it easier for him to enter into the United
00:12:22.160States. But, you know, and the fact that he was probably a war criminal, but there was a whole
00:12:30.860lot to see there. I just started digging on that, I guess, a week ago, not realizing the history
00:12:36.380there of Somalia, and her father was a high-ranking colonel inside of a regime that had genocide of up
00:12:42.280to potentially 200,000 innocent people in Somalia back in, I guess, the 70s-ish, late 70s. I was
00:12:50.820reading that it's now been purported that her husband and or she were selling empty wine
00:12:57.880barrels. Did you see that story? I did, yeah. That's not a surprise. No, and it's like you're
00:13:05.420making $174,000 a year, which is significant, according to the, you know, looking at average
00:13:10.100American, but how do you go from $174,000 a year to being worth $30 million and then back to zero
00:13:16.000after a year? So it's been alleged too that there might be potentially some fraud in her,0.96
00:13:21.940in the financial disclosures that we have to file every single year. Is it the marriage to her
00:13:27.120brother? Is it the potential immigration fraud when her father came over, you know, or is it,
00:13:33.200uh, you know, the potential Rico, I guess they're saying.
00:13:36.880It does tell me from an investigative standpoint that at this time when they did the dumpster
00:13:41.600diving, they might not have had enough to ask for probable cause to show a grand jury
00:13:47.160subpoena for the DNA or anything like that.
00:13:49.960So the fact that the dumpster diving was done before these search warrants is significant.
00:13:54.960There are several investigations going on and I don't think there's any question,
00:13:58.580but if there's a crime that was committed, it will be prosecuted.
00:14:02.500There is so much now. I mean, the government has allowed this to go on so long and Congress has failed to actually look into more of this earlier that when there were red flags, that is embarrassing at this point.
00:14:22.760It really is embarrassing because there's so much now that we know and I think we're all pretty convinced that she married a brother and they're not Omar's and they have this fraud scheme set up in Minnesota that's been like a machine.
00:14:39.840by 2018 uh it was very clear that there was uh fraud in the somali daycares and when we went
00:14:48.000down to protest um a small group of us were allowed to go in and talk to carolyn ham and
00:14:55.520and some others and so we're sitting at this table and and they're saying well we're not
00:15:01.440really going to investigate and prosecute the parents somali parents because they just didn't
00:15:07.520understand what they were doing and we're sitting there going are you kidding me what these people0.97
00:15:13.920know exactly what they're doing it's kind of like it's kind of like the immigrants in the uk well i0.99
00:15:19.520didn't know it was rape i'm sorry what and so they just get let out because they're ignorant or dumb0.99
00:15:25.920or or whatever that's just the excuse when they come over and do things fraudulently or0.99
00:15:30.320illegally. It's a real shame. We need to be talking about more about the designating the
00:15:37.340Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, because I think Ilhan Omar and other political
00:15:42.700candidates have ties to that. And they're being funded largely by the Muslim Brotherhood and0.93
00:15:48.960front groups and individuals that are in these groups. And I think that needs to become part of0.96
00:15:56.040the conversation as well. Who is supporting Ilhan Omar and the other Islamic individuals?
00:16:03.500Abdul Al-Sayed is one of those. I did a podcast last week. We can link to it
00:16:07.540in the comments, Piper, where Abdul Al-Sayed's sister did social media posts about the family's
00:16:14.100ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. It even admitted some of their family purportedly went to jail
00:16:19.620when Morsi was kicked out of there, out of Egypt. And then this tape came out about Abdul Al-Sayed,
00:16:28.960I guess somebody on his campaign admitting or stating on the record in a hidden recording that
00:16:33.880they accepted foreign donations. I mean, and that kid just got fired. It's amazing to me how we just
00:16:40.260bury our heads in the sand. Like, I don't understand. We're going to turn into France.
00:16:44.580They're going to burn it all down. If we allow, if we don't deport them all, we're going to turn1.00
00:16:49.320into Europe. I mean, that's my biggest fear. Yes, the enemy has breached the gate. And1.00
00:16:55.160we've funded this ourselves through these non-government organizations, millions and
00:17:00.360millions of dollars. And the United States citizen, the average citizen in these communities
00:17:06.860where they've just scooped up these large populations of the third world and put them1.00
00:17:11.300in their communities, in their home, they've had no voice. And this is completely antithetical to1.00
00:17:18.360what we stand for, that we have been silenced and we have been invaded. And it all needs to
00:17:28.360stop. And a lot of these individuals that we can get them on voter fraud need to go home.
00:17:32.420AJ, I want to thank you for coming on tonight. Appreciate it. Look forward to having you on
00:17:37.020again soon sometime. To get on an airplane, you show an ID. To buy a beer, you show an ID. To run
00:17:42.740for Congress in Minnesota. A.J. Kern tells us you sign a form and don't even have to prove your
00:17:49.180citizenship. That's it. You sign the form. The state doesn't check and neither does Congress
00:17:54.720and neither does the FEC. Neither does the people who seek members of Congress. There really is no
00:18:00.820checking mechanism or process to verify that someone actually is a citizen. And to serve in
00:18:07.120Congress, you have to have been a citizen for at least seven years. And as AJ just rightly pointed
00:18:12.660out, if she's not even a citizen, we don't even have to denaturalize her before we deport her.1.00
00:18:17.660The Constitution says you have to be a citizen for seven years to sit in the House. And nobody's job1.00
00:18:22.320it is today is to make sure that is true. You show more ID to buy a beer or to get a tattoo
00:18:29.020than to run for office in this country. And Ilhan Omar hasn't been charged with anything,
00:18:34.060not yet. We do understand that there have been subpoenas to go out for a grand jury. It'll be
00:18:38.680up to the citizens on that grand jury to put forth an indictment if that's going to be the case. If
00:18:46.380the case moves forward, it'll go before a grand jury. The citizens will decide whether or not
00:18:50.860there will be an indictment. If there's an indictment, she will be charged. And if she spent
00:18:55.720years casting votes and she's not even a citizen and spending your money and deciding things about
00:19:02.200your military, and Washington never asks the question, is she even a citizen? I think the
00:19:08.460bigger question is, are we even a country? Do we even have a country if we're unwilling to verify
00:19:15.980that people who are elected are actual citizens of the country? If we have open borders and we
00:19:22.100don't follow the laws, are we really a nation if we have no laws or if we have laws that we just
00:19:28.180simply do not follow when i was in congress i did my part i got a lot of enemies because i went after
00:19:36.580both republicans and democrats while i was in congress trying to do the right thing which is
00:19:42.660getting the truth to you the people because you've earned it earlier this year congress protected
00:19:49.620congress i tried to get ilan omar and her brother husband's immigration records but republicans and
00:19:56.020Democrats shot me down. They stopped me in my tracks. But thankfully, Homeland Security,
00:20:03.580the Department of Justice figured it out. They've caught up and they got those search warrants.
00:20:09.860They even used a judge who is a donor to Hillary Clinton. This is not political at all. These are
00:20:17.700Democrat judges handing down the search warrants in the Ilhan Omar case. So once again, Ilhan Omar
00:20:26.260just got maced. Can you do me one favor right now? Hit the subscribe button.
