Transcript

00:00:13.000 Live from New York, it's Get Off My Lawn with Gavin McGuinness.
00:00:20.000 Matter of fact, it's been late years since the last time I saw your face.
00:00:27.000 Riding on the skeleton, you were all up dancing on the radio, dancing on the radio, dancing on the radio, dancing on the radio,
00:00:45.000 dancing on the radio.
00:00:49.000 Heart is on the telephone.
00:00:51.000 Hey, skip to 116.
00:00:53.000 Dancing on the radio till the mission's complete.
00:01:01.000 And we're gonna go way past this planetary system.
00:01:05.000 Cause tonight the wheels are gonna fall off of this one street.
00:01:09.000 Because you're a leader, you don't follow.
00:01:13.000 And tonight, dancing.
00:01:17.000 So that's a fun band, Angel Dust.
00:01:19.000 The song was dancing on the radio.
00:01:21.000 And that particular jam includes Tim Armstrong.
00:01:25.000 That's the guy from Rancid that we were talking about last week.
00:01:30.000 And I was comparing to all of the Rolling Stones, much to many baby monsters' chagrin.
00:01:35.000 That talking part, though, at first sound, I went, oh, that sounds really cool.
00:01:38.000 And then I went, wait a minute.
00:01:39.000 That's exactly like Bruce Springsteen in Atlantic City.
00:01:49.000 And especially when he's like, and there's winners and losers who don't get caught on the wrong side of that line.
00:02:01.000 Everything down.
00:02:02.000 No, go past the chorus.
00:02:06.000 Yeah, there.
00:02:21.000 Sorry, Tim.
00:02:22.000 Maybe he's getting old.
00:02:24.000 Somebody also wrote in that he wrote for Pink and like tons of hits for artists that he didn't get overt credit for, you know?
00:02:31.000 Yeah, he has magical sprinkles.
00:02:34.000 And God does that with art to remind us that he's there.
00:02:37.000 And it's totally random.
00:02:38.000 Like, you'll notice there's no racial pattern with incredibly talented artists.
00:02:43.000 Like, take photorealism, for example.
00:02:46.000 It'll be some rich white guy who can paint an exact photograph that looks, you can't tell the difference.
00:02:52.000 And then some poor dude in the Congo is also like, yeah, I can do perfect drawings too.
00:02:57.000 They fawn over the black guy.
00:02:59.000 But with music and art, I've seen it be pretty all over the board and throughout history, right?
00:03:05.000 Like Beethoven.
00:03:07.000 They just, he chooses random people to give these incredible gifts to.
00:03:12.000 And they're immutable once he gets them.
00:03:15.000 Sometimes in your case, he gives you the ability to play an instrument, but then he makes the music you create unlistenably bad, which is weird.
00:03:24.000 It's fantastic.
00:03:25.000 It's sort of like when a chick has huge tits and no ass.
00:03:28.000 That's not like what I am.
00:03:30.000 You're like, well, I don't really want her.
00:03:33.000 My stuff is good.
00:03:34.000 I just played on a rooftop and it ruled.
00:03:36.000 We've got a very meandering, heavy show today.
00:03:38.000 We've got Ethan Nordine and Joe Biggs on the show.
00:03:42.000 Or at least they're scheduled to be on the show.
00:03:43.000 They're both in jail, so.
00:03:45.000 Actually, no.
00:03:46.000 Jail is a year or under.
00:03:48.000 Prison is more than a year.
00:03:50.000 Oh, no, but you can be in jail for five years.
00:03:52.000 You're just not in prison.
00:03:53.000 You're awaiting trial.
00:03:55.000 And that's becoming more and more common.
00:03:58.000 But the hearing was on this morning.
00:04:00.000 Can we tune into the beginning of it?
00:04:02.000 Let's check it out a little bit.
00:04:03.000 I believe we can tune into it.
00:04:05.000 You turn on the hearing, and then we'll see a bunch of bullshit about that day, and they'll try to pretend that it's all Trump's fault, but they don't have any evidence on that big city bus.
00:04:16.000 Well, everything that does candidates and campaigns.
00:04:22.000 Justice dies at this hearing.
00:04:24.000 Let me interrupt you, Ms. Dolph Laundgren.
00:04:30.000 I really want to meet someone who doesn't think this is absurd.
00:04:32.000 Publicly.
00:04:34.000 That's the problem with the American divorce.
00:04:36.000 I'm separated from these losers.
00:04:38.000 Okay, and was it important for you to do that?
00:04:40.000 Have you ever heard of a hearing or any kind of a trial where it's all one side and every single person behind the desk looking lofty and important hates Trump?
00:04:52.000 Like, that's not the way our justice system works.
00:04:54.000 You say why Trump's bad.
00:04:56.000 Someone else defends him.
00:04:57.000 You know what I heard Roger Stone say on the weekend on Talk Radio here?
00:05:02.000 I forget what it's called, New York City Talk.
00:05:07.000 They say the court decided that there is no evidence and it was all settled by a judge.
00:05:11.000 No, the courts rejected the allegations and they never pursued it.
00:05:17.000 There were no judgments.
00:05:18.000 It never went to court.
00:05:20.000 So the left is taking that as them saying, no, there was no election meddling.
00:05:28.000 Was it Philadelphia?
00:05:30.000 I think there was more voting in Philadelphia than there are eligible voters.
00:05:34.000 That's something people might want to look into.
00:05:37.000 No?
00:05:37.000 And I think along the way, what's this guy nattering about?
00:05:41.000 For being honest and professional.
00:05:44.000 And I didn't think what was happening was necessarily honest or professional at that point in time.
00:05:50.000 So that led to me stepping away.
00:05:55.000 Woof.
00:05:56.000 So the president did get rid of Team Norble.
00:06:02.000 And I'd like to play a clip showing that the president found the people he needed to perpetuate his claims of fraud.
00:06:11.000 Isn't it bizarre that claiming there was fraud is a crime?
00:06:18.000 Shouldn't that be considered bad or some kind of a sin when we unequivocally, beyond the shadow of a doubt, know that the election was not stolen?
00:06:29.000 And by the way, Al Gore demanded that the election was stolen after he lost.
00:06:34.000 Hillary Clinton said the election was stolen after she lost.
00:06:37.000 Everyone does it.
00:06:38.000 But when Trump does this crime, what is going on with your collar, Rudy?
00:06:42.000 That guy needs a stylus.
00:06:44.000 He's not dripping black dye.
00:06:47.000 I'm absolutely convinced if you let me examine each one of those ballots, I pull out enough that were fraudulent that it would shake the hell out of the country.
00:06:58.000 My question is.
00:06:58.000 I would run an algorithm that probably ran all over the country to take a certain percentage of votes from President Trump and flip them to President Biden, which we might never have uncovered had the votes for President Trump not been so overwhelming in so many of these states that it broke the algorithm.
00:07:18.000 I remember that one of the things Mark said at some point was, you can't show an actual vote was flipped, which I found at the time to be a remarkable assertion.
00:07:32.000 Because you don't have to have the gun to see the body lying on the floor bleeding out with five bullet holes in it was killed by a gun.
00:07:52.000 What they were proposing.
00:07:54.000 Okay, this is weird.
00:07:55.000 What's going on now?
00:07:59.000 They're so sure the election wasn't stolen.
00:08:01.000 They're just showing a bunch of people who said it was stolen as proof that these people are all evil and we're spreading this lie.
00:08:09.000 You know what I mean?
00:08:10.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:08:11.000 It's like right now, as far as they're concerned, they're showing flat earthers.
00:08:15.000 And they're showing you how bad the flat earth myth has spread across the GOP.
00:08:21.000 Meanwhile, for the first time in, I believe, history, they changed the entire structure of voting because of COVID.
00:08:27.000 Well, that's the thing, too.
00:08:31.000 If 2,000, like say 2,000 mules is wrong.
00:08:34.000 And yes, those ballots were stuffed in those boxes, but those particular areas weren't areas that were important to the election.
00:08:42.000 I think that's what Shapiro is saying.
00:08:44.000 Shapiro is saying that there may have been fraud, but it didn't affect the account enough, which is a weird take.
00:08:52.000 But the frustrating thing about all of this is it's not open for debate.
00:08:56.000 You may not look into this.
00:08:58.000 In fact, it's a crime to wonder.
00:09:01.000 This is the new America.
00:09:03.000 My question, if this woman is here, then who's looking after the super troopers?
00:09:12.000 The fraud claims.
00:09:16.000 Who's making sure they stay in line?
00:09:20.000 I just dropped the phone with coming off.
00:09:21.000 It's crazy.
00:09:22.000 You know, another thing they're doing now, too, is they realized that this shit show is people have sympathy for the guys in jail.
00:09:30.000 So they go, okay, vilifying them, proud boys and oath keepers, didn't go that well.
00:09:35.000 People are liking them.
00:09:37.000 I know.
00:09:38.000 We're going to say, these poor bastards were duped by the evil Trump, and now they're rotting in prison.
00:09:45.000 So now you can like them all you want, but we need you to hate Trump.
00:09:49.000 They're victims of Trump's rhetoric.
00:09:51.000 He brainwashed them.
00:09:52.000 They tried to do that with Max and John and me.
00:09:54.000 They said, I don't think these two necessarily should be the ones going to jail.
00:09:59.000 Meaning, I should be there.
00:10:01.000 And told his supporters only the election on election night.
00:10:07.000 The president understood even.
00:10:09.000 The rhetoric she uses is that we have hundreds of countrymen locked in prison because of the lies Trump told, and he told them to do this and told them to do that.
00:10:18.000 So basically, I think if they get Trump on the line and them off the line, they're happy because it is a miscarriage of justice.
00:10:25.000 There's got to be some remorse.
00:10:27.000 I don't even think most liberals, like, yeah, a lot of them are fucking deranged and they have Trump derangement syndrome, so they want Ethan and Joe to die.
00:10:35.000 But any sane liberal outside of LA and New York City, they must see those guys in jail and go, that's a bit rich.
00:10:43.000 They did nothing.
00:10:44.000 Yeah, there's no deaths besides Ashley Barrows.
00:10:46.000 I mean, I'm sure everyone's mad at the window smasher.
00:10:49.000 Right?
00:10:51.000 Or the pepper spray to the cops.
00:10:53.000 But that's a small minority of who's in there.
00:10:59.000 Look at this.
00:11:00.000 Go to 2-1.
00:11:03.000 This is so weird.
00:11:04.000 I saw this on Fleckus's Instagram, and I was like, oh, shit, that's a really good parody.
00:11:11.000 They must have a big budget.
00:11:13.000 How'd they get permission from the Muppet Show to lampoon these hearings?
00:11:16.000 Because that's exactly what they are.
00:11:18.000 In fact, I thought I called them the Muppet Show.
00:11:21.000 I was calling it Hamilton, right?
00:11:22.000 I said, this is all theater.
00:11:24.000 This has nothing to do with justice.
00:11:26.000 This is a ridiculous, silly game.
00:11:29.000 It's a dumb puppet show.
00:11:31.000 What Roger Stone calls it kabuki theater, right?
00:11:35.000 It is kabuki theater.
00:11:37.000 Is that the word for that?
00:11:38.000 I think so, yes.
00:11:39.000 What is kabuki theater?
00:11:40.000 Is that when the Japanese paint their faces up?
00:11:43.000 Yes.
00:11:43.000 Yeah.
00:11:44.000 So the right keeps calling these hearings a joke.
00:11:48.000 And then I see this and I go, holy shit, we're getting really big budgets for our parodies.
00:11:54.000 And it's not until the very end when they go, Nazi curious, I realize, oh, this is the left making fun of us.
00:12:03.000 I took it a completely different way.
00:12:05.000 Doesn't this look like our argument that this whole thing is a fucking puppet show?
00:12:10.000 It's the House Select Committee's January 6th here.
00:12:17.000 Right?
00:12:18.000 It's time for Benny Johnson!
00:12:21.000 Yes.
00:12:23.000 Exactly.
00:12:31.000 Gee, this is where I started going, wait a minute.
00:12:32.000 Hold on.
00:12:34.000 That's when I caught it.
00:12:35.000 Except, of course, Fox News.
00:12:37.000 Dude, it's brutal.
00:12:40.000 No, it's just like.
00:12:42.000 You know what?
00:12:43.000 Colbert single-handedly reveals how unimportant these things like COVID or Jan 6 are.
00:12:48.000 Because if you could laugh at something, you can't laugh at 9-11.
00:12:51.000 Because that was actually a bad thing.
00:12:53.000 If COVID was actually killing millions of people, it was so terrible.
00:12:55.000 You wouldn't be like, let's get the vaccine.
00:12:58.000 You don't laugh at things that are actually bad.
00:13:03.000 Keep going.
00:13:05.000 That's who's trying to find the people.
00:13:07.000 Dumb, stuffed puppets.
00:13:13.000 Wait, go back.
00:13:13.000 Go back.
00:13:14.000 Yeah, that was another one for us.
00:13:18.000 No, no.
00:13:27.000 Correct.
00:13:28.000 Yeah.
00:13:28.000 So they're saying they can't believe they like Liz Cheney because they're so partisan and they're dead.
00:13:32.000 And they're defending Pence.
00:13:34.000 But she's out to get Trump, so now they like her.
00:13:38.000 Our world does not...
00:13:39.000 Yes, your world makes no sense.
00:13:43.000 Why did they storm the Capitol without guns?
00:13:47.000 That's not an insurrection.
00:13:54.000 That's what I knew was against us.
00:14:02.000 Go to 18.
00:14:04.000 Let me just be very clear about this insurrection.
00:14:07.000 I don't know why hosts like me and Tucker have to constantly repeat shit, but you need guns to take over the largest, most powerful country in the history of the world.
00:14:20.000 No one can fuck with America.
00:14:22.000 And you're going to meander on there?
00:14:24.000 You're going to go see Michael Graves at 3 p.m.
00:14:30.000 1-8 I'm asking for, yeah.
00:14:32.000 Just to be clear on terms, an insurrection is when people with guns try to overthrow the government.
00:14:37.000 Not a single person in the crowd on January 6th was found to be carrying a firearm.
00:14:42.000 Not one.
00:14:43.000 Just to be clear on terms, an insurrection bomb?
00:14:49.000 Yes, I'm always ready for a neutron bomb.
00:14:52.000 Michigan Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirky in a hidden camera admits the whole thing was fake.
00:15:00.000 It was all a setup.
00:15:02.000 Hey, wait a minute.
00:15:03.000 We just saw all these people saying the election was stolen, and that's apparently a crime.
00:15:07.000 Is this a crime?
00:15:09.000 Is this a crime to say that the whole thing was a setup?
00:15:13.000 There was one Capitol cop there in the day.
00:15:15.000 We saw them motioning for people to come in.
00:15:18.000 And by the way, those cops who committed suicide, the narrative is that they were so, I don't know, distressed by the riot?
00:15:27.000 Or were they killed?
00:15:29.000 Or were they suicidal because their job is to protect and they were told not to protect and then a bunch of people went to prison and they couldn't deal with the guilt?
00:15:39.000 Anyway, this is a doozy.
00:15:42.000 This is a smoking gun.
00:15:46.000 Why wasn't there more security in the front?
00:15:49.000 There were 30 guards off that there.
00:15:51.000 Leave the text up top so you can see it.
00:16:51.000 Telling everybody what to do.
00:16:53.000 Reinforce this side, reinforce that side.
00:16:56.000 They're going through over here.
00:17:02.000 Is that it?
00:17:04.000 I can't really hear it very well.
00:17:05.000 I'm glad the text is there.
00:17:06.000 There should definitely be subtitles on there.
00:17:07.000 What are other people saying about it?
00:17:12.000 Twitter left is getting scared.
00:17:14.000 So McConnell staged it to make Trump look good so Trump would get impeached so he could vote to acquit.
00:17:18.000 What?
00:17:20.000 No, so Trump could never run again.
00:17:26.000 Okay, I don't want to start getting into Twitter shit where they think Ashley Bobbitt wasn't killed.
00:17:33.000 So you hear that.
00:17:34.000 He said they breached it and then everyone just got caught up in it.
00:17:39.000 And now they're all in prison.
00:17:41.000 Conversely, 1-7, the Molotov cocktails, we really dived into the middle of this shit and didn't start the show.
00:17:48.000 We're going to have to do the show out of order.
00:17:52.000 They're getting 18 to 24 months, which means 18 months, which means a year.
00:17:59.000 They didn't just throw a Molotov cocktail into a cop car.
00:18:03.000 That's not all they did.
00:18:04.000 They had explosives with them and they were handing them out to other people.
00:18:10.000 Can you imagine if that was Proud Boys who threw a Molotov cocktail into a police car?
00:18:17.000 There was no cops in it at the time, but they didn't know that.
00:18:20.000 And they were also handing out explosives to other people to encourage them to hurt cops.
00:18:28.000 I mean, it would be 20 years.
00:18:29.000 Absolutely guaranteed 20 years.
00:18:31.000 Ethan and Joe, who I hope are on the show today, are looking at 20 years.
00:18:36.000 Were they free this whole time or locked up doing time served?
00:18:39.000 No, they were free to go.
00:18:41.000 They're both lawyers and they're both leftists.
00:18:44.000 And now they're looking at a year at Rikers.
00:18:46.000 Who knows?
00:18:47.000 It might be less than that.
00:18:48.000 It might be a year of weekends.
00:18:51.000 It might be home house arrest.
00:18:55.000 By the way, I predicted that.
00:18:56.000 For the record.
00:18:58.000 Remember I said they're going to get off easy?
00:18:59.000 Oh, yes.
00:19:04.000 And that this preemptive pardon bullshit is still going.
00:19:08.000 Go to 2-2.
00:19:10.000 Robert Reich.
00:19:11.000 Like, this took me eight seconds to research.
00:19:15.000 There was no preemptive pardons.
00:19:18.000 They asked for pardons after AOC lied.
00:19:22.000 And now it's a thing, and that's how history is written.
00:19:24.000 Someone lies.
00:19:25.000 That becomes something you can reference.
00:19:27.000 Now Robert Reich and AOC have said it.
00:19:29.000 It's becoming Truer and truer by the day.
00:19:32.000 But I don't think people are falling for it.
00:19:36.000 The ratings were brutal that night.
00:19:38.000 Go to 2-3.
00:19:40.000 No one wants to watch this.
00:19:42.000 The first one is probably the best ratings you're going to get, too.
00:19:44.000 No one's watching this mornings.
00:19:47.000 And I guess we'll live stream the next one.
00:19:50.000 It's kind of the same thing again and again.
00:19:55.000 It's just like we spent millions of hours and millions of dollars trying to frame a narrative.
00:20:00.000 Vic Berger does it in an afternoon.
00:20:05.000 It's not hard to make up lies with careful editing.
00:20:09.000 And judging by those numbers, no one's falling for it.
00:20:13.000 4.35 goes down to 800,000.
00:20:18.000 And remember the dust-up guy we talked about the other day?
00:20:21.000 He said, oh, there's a little dust-up at the Capitol.
00:20:25.000 He was fined $100,000 for that.
00:20:30.000 Go to 2.5.
00:20:32.000 Then his lawyer had to issue a statement.
00:20:34.000 He understands the distinction between the events of that dark day and peaceful protest, which are a hallmark of our democracy.
00:20:42.000 His lawyer said in a statement, adding that he had the constitutional right to voice his opinion.
00:20:46.000 Oh, did you know that?
00:20:49.000 There's a constitutional right to voice your opinion.
00:20:52.000 I didn't know that.
00:20:54.000 Words have consequences, and his words hurt a lot of people in our community.
00:20:59.000 That's a red flag, by the way, the word community.
00:21:02.000 I want to make clear that our organization will not tolerate any equivalency between those who demanded justice in the wake of George Floyd's murder and the actions of those on Jan 6 who sought to topple our government.
00:21:13.000 So this is spooky because this guy, this coach, Del Rio, has a normal opinion.
00:21:21.000 And I'm of the same opinion.
00:21:22.000 The George Floyd death was irrelevant.
00:21:25.000 He was a pathetic drug addict, serial criminal, rapist, monster, asshole.
00:21:32.000 He was so high that he died when he was arrested.
00:21:35.000 Still not 100% on what that was.
00:21:38.000 I saw footage where he was sort of kneeling on his shoulder blades more than his neck.
00:21:41.000 And the asphyxiation was fentanyl.
00:21:45.000 Anyway, it was a dumb, the cop, it was a dumb move on the cop's behalf, but it was not worth burning down the entire country.
00:21:51.000 He's not a saint.
00:21:52.000 He's not worth it.
00:21:53.000 And cops hurting blacks is not a pattern in this country.
00:21:57.000 If anything, they are too easy on blacks because they're scared of losing their jobs.
00:22:01.000 We've noticed that with shooting, when it comes to shooting a perp, they're more likely to shoot a white perp than a black perp.
00:22:07.000 Now, more black perps get shot because there are more black perps.
00:22:11.000 And the insurrection is looking like justified anger that went too far.
00:22:18.000 Justified anger that went too far.
00:22:21.000 The Floyd riots were unjustified anger that went too far.
00:22:25.000 What's worse?
00:22:28.000 Like, when people talk about the insurrection, they go, you're being seen as starting a hate group that tried to topple the government.
00:22:36.000 And I'm like, good, the government sucks.
00:22:40.000 Like, if it was Charlottesville, you'd go, oh, fuck, man, this is terrible.
00:22:45.000 What a thing to have in the history books.
00:22:47.000 You were behind Charlottesville.
00:22:50.000 Fuck.
00:22:51.000 That girl died there?
00:22:52.000 Oh, man.
00:22:53.000 The Jews will not replace us.
00:22:55.000 They were saying that?
00:22:56.000 Oh, man.
00:22:57.000 This is different.
00:22:59.000 A third of Americans think that there was meddling in this election.
00:23:02.000 A third.
00:23:05.000 So in 100 years, they'll go, remember that election that turned out to be stolen?
00:23:08.000 Did anyone do anything?
00:23:10.000 Yeah, some people overdid it, but people were pissed.
00:23:13.000 Which side were you on?
00:23:15.000 Oh, I was on the pissed side.
00:23:17.000 Oh, good, Grandpa.
00:23:19.000 Nobody's pissed about this, but look at all the tabs open for local business owners talking to the news after the riots in every single state of the country, you know.
00:23:30.000 You know, people's livelihoods.
00:23:32.000 But then the Capitol building, it's not smoldering.
00:23:34.000 They're not doing this hearing from a smoldering building that needs to be reconstructed.
00:23:38.000 It's fine.
00:23:39.000 So wait, I don't get your point.
00:23:40.000 Are you saying they chose black business owners?
00:23:43.000 No, I'm just showing all of the most, a lot of them are black business owners, but after the George Floyd's riots, there's fucking millions of people that are affected personally by this.
00:23:53.000 Going through the streets, people's homes, people's businesses, but the Capitol building was seen as way worse.
00:23:59.000 So the guy is not wrong for comparing the two.
00:24:02.000 He's got a great point.
00:24:04.000 Unfortunately, he's not the Redskins coach.
00:24:06.000 He's the Commanders' coach, the Washington Commanders now.
00:24:10.000 And then I saw they got new charges for Ethan Nordine.
00:24:19.000 Seditious conspiracy.
00:24:23.000 So you're conspiring to take over the government.
00:24:26.000 And again, I don't think that's ever been proven in America with anyone.
00:24:31.000 And then a new one, and I think this is a new law.
00:24:35.000 Count of conspiracy to prevent an officer from discharging any duties.
00:24:38.000 Nordine now faces nine charges according to the Justice Department.
00:24:41.000 Let me see him.
00:24:44.000 Let's see that clip.
00:24:46.000 It's funny, like, I know this dude, and he's the nicest, kindest health nut.
00:24:51.000 He like has smoothies.
00:24:53.000 He doesn't get wasted.
00:24:54.000 When we're all, you know, telling raunchy jokes, he's just like a smiley, nice guy.
00:24:58.000 He's almost like a girl, a tough girl.
00:25:03.000 I'm not implying that he's a pussy or anything.
00:25:05.000 He's fucking very strong, very brave guy.
00:25:08.000 But if you knew him, he's like the least Gabby kind of guy there is.
00:25:13.000 And when I say Gabby, I mean like raunchy, like, what the fuck you doing, faggot, kick you in the nuts.
00:25:18.000 Come on, pussy, jump in.
00:25:19.000 Yes, class.
00:25:20.000 That's how I see myself.
00:25:22.000 But he's just like, yes, all right, let's calm down, guys.
00:25:25.000 New charges against Ethan Nordine of Auburn and four other members of the Proud Boys group.
00:25:31.000 A new superseding indictment added charges of seditious conspiracy and conspiracy to prevent an officer from their duties.
00:25:38.000 That means Nordine now faces nine charges.
00:25:41.000 He's accused of helping to plan the breach, charging through barricades, and assaulting officers, which he has denied.
00:25:48.000 Today, newly filed court documents included a motion demanding the government hand over Brady material.
00:25:53.000 That's evidence that Nordine's legal team believes could help show his innocence.
00:25:57.000 A local legal expert tells me that is a standard move.
00:26:00.000 Defendants also requested to move the case out of what they called, quote, media-obsessive Washington, D.C. I mean, it happens.
00:26:07.000 It's not as everyday commonplace as, you know, superseding indictment might be or a request for Brady material.
00:26:14.000 It tends to happen in cases where there's been a lot of pretrial publicity, and the defendants think that they may not be able to get a fair trial in that jurisdiction.
00:26:25.000 Now, this week, opinion host Glenn Beck posted what he said was an interview with Nordine, where Nordine disputed many of the allegations.
00:26:31.000 He said it was an interview.
00:26:33.000 He said he claims to have interviewed Ethan Nordine.
00:26:35.000 Interesting.
00:26:36.000 What?
00:26:39.000 What a weird take.
00:26:41.000 Was politicized.
00:26:42.000 I reached out to Nordine's attorney on file, but did not hear back by airtime.
00:26:46.000 Back to you.
00:26:48.000 What a retarded take.
00:26:50.000 So Glenn Beck's faking?
00:26:53.000 Alleged interview.
00:26:55.000 Well, these guys are trying to get on it.
00:26:56.000 Like, I'm going to see if I'm responsible for getting Ethan Nordine on Glenn Beck's show, and I'm going to see if I can get Joe Biggs on that show.
00:27:06.000 Let's see if we can get a hold of Ethan Nordine.
00:27:10.000 Can we?
00:27:11.000 I believe so.
00:27:15.000 Oh, good.
00:27:15.000 He's there.
00:27:17.000 Hey, man.
00:27:18.000 Hey, how's it going, Gavin?
00:27:20.000 Good.
00:27:20.000 I got to think of a better thing to say to people in prison than how's it going?
00:27:26.000 Yeah.
00:27:27.000 Have a good day.
00:27:31.000 So we were just watching the hearings.
00:27:33.000 They live streamed them live this morning.
00:27:36.000 And it seems totally different from day one.
00:27:38.000 Have you seen any of them?
00:27:40.000 I haven't yet.
00:27:42.000 How's it going?
00:27:43.000 Okay, so the first one was, Proud Boys were the tip of the spear that started all this, and we all almost all died, and it was the apocalypse.
00:27:53.000 And then I think the ratings were terrible, and I think people went, ah, we like the people that went in there.
00:27:59.000 It was unfortunate that they broke some stuff and all that.
00:28:03.000 But generally, we sympathize with those guys.
00:28:07.000 And when I say those guys, I don't just mean proud boys.
00:28:09.000 I mean all 10,000 people.
00:28:12.000 Now today's angle seems to be, yeah, we like them too.
00:28:16.000 They're awesome.
00:28:17.000 They were brainwashed by the evil Trump and he commands these people like a fucking wizard and he's the bad guy.
00:28:28.000 Interesting.
00:28:29.000 Interesting take.
00:28:30.000 Yeah.
00:28:32.000 I'm not really sure what to think about that because that's completely, yeah, exactly.
00:28:36.000 It's like a big 180 from what we saw originally.
00:28:42.000 I'm actually just surprised that they're even able or allowed to legally talk about this open investigation with people who are facing criminal charges, but they're only showing one side.
00:28:53.000 They're not showing all the evidence.
00:28:57.000 It should dismiss the entire case.
00:29:00.000 It's a mock trial with one side being presented.
00:29:03.000 I've never seen anything like it.
00:29:06.000 Yeah, it's really frustrating, and it's actually affecting my case and my defendants' case because now people are starting to see like, well, should we go to trial?
00:29:15.000 Is this a good time to go to trial now?
00:29:18.000 Because the committee's going on our trials in August, and now they feel like the jury pool's been dirty, and we don't know how to feel.
00:29:25.000 And we have this huge, ginormous sedition charge hanging over our head.
00:29:31.000 I'm like in battle mode.
00:29:32.000 I'm ready to go.
00:29:33.000 But some people are feeling some type of way about this.
00:29:36.000 And now it's affecting me.
00:29:38.000 It's affecting our cases.
00:29:40.000 There's nothing we can do.
00:29:41.000 Nobody we can talk to about it, of course.
00:29:44.000 And so, again, here I am.
00:29:46.000 I'm out, you know, making a big thing about it and talking to people.
00:29:49.000 But I'm just, I can't believe it's even legal to do.
00:29:53.000 It might not be.
00:29:54.000 Like, I don't understand it.
00:29:55.000 Everything seems unprecedented.
00:29:58.000 Yeah.
00:29:58.000 It does seem like, I mean, it's obvious.
00:30:00.000 I don't know.
00:30:01.000 Most people, I'm sure, are picking it up, but it's just a giant smear against Trump and the Republicans.
00:30:07.000 I think the reason strategically why I want to go to trial is I think they don't want us to go to trial if we have a huge win, or even if they don't get the charge that they want on us, that's going to be a huge loss to them before the midterms.
00:30:20.000 And I think they're banking on this kind of being a hot topic against the Republicans.
00:30:26.000 And so I really do believe that's why the sedition charge came on to us with the timing of the game.
00:30:31.000 You know what I mean?
00:30:33.000 Yeah, and it's a weird charge.
00:30:34.000 So it's conspiracy.
00:30:37.000 It's seditious conspiracy.
00:30:39.000 Is that what it's called?
00:30:41.000 Yeah.
00:30:41.000 And then there's this other one about you stopping the cops from doing their jobs.
00:30:46.000 Right.
00:30:47.000 Yeah, that didn't happen either.
00:30:49.000 Is that a new law?
00:30:50.000 I've never heard of that before.
00:30:53.000 I'm guessing destruction of law enforcement getting in the way.
00:30:57.000 I don't know.
00:30:58.000 I'm not really sure how I got in their way or what I did, but there's actually a video of me before everything kind of went chaotic, pulling a guy away from a police officer because I had all my,
00:31:14.000 you know, all our guys in the front line, and I'm trying my best to keep conflict to a minimum.
00:31:19.000 And this guy's getting in this cop's face, and I pull him away from the police officer.
00:31:23.000 And there's a video of this.
00:31:24.000 So there's no evidence supporting the latter or the first structure of law enforcement.
00:31:30.000 There's actually evidence of me not aiding police, but kind of minimizing conflict.
00:31:38.000 It's, yeah, it's, oh, man, it's insane.
00:31:43.000 So those two charges are new charges since the trial began, right?
00:31:49.000 Right, yes.
00:31:52.000 Go ahead.
00:31:54.000 To conspire sedition, first of all, you need guns.
00:31:57.000 Secondly, I wouldn't recommend taking over the American government.
00:32:00.000 I would say it would probably cost...
00:32:03.000 Maybe if China and Russia got together, they might have a chance, and it would be about seven years.
00:32:11.000 There'd probably be about 600 million people dead.
00:32:17.000 It's not the kind of thing you can just tackle without a gun in the morning, right?
00:32:22.000 Because you guys had plans to go back.
00:32:25.000 So I guess the new angle is, well, yes, we know it's impossible to take over the American government.
00:32:29.000 These guys were so brainwashed, though they were like zombies.
00:32:31.000 And you go, okay, but how did they hear the speech?
00:32:35.000 I thought you guys weren't there when the speech was going on.
00:32:40.000 Right.
00:32:40.000 Yeah, we were.
00:32:41.000 I mean, this filmmaker, this Nick, whatever his name is.
00:32:45.000 Quested.
00:32:47.000 I mean, we went to the Capitol, took pictures, and then we got lunch.
00:32:49.000 Okay, these are things that we know for sure.
00:32:52.000 And then Trump made his announcement as we were getting lunch.
00:32:56.000 And you can see by our movements that after that announcement, we went back to the Capitol just to see him speak.
00:33:01.000 We were staying away from the big crowd because the entire time, as everybody was saying, it felt sketchy.
00:33:07.000 It just didn't feel like something was going to go wrong, and we didn't want to be a part of it.
00:33:12.000 But we also wanted to be in the area just in case, you know, anybody, you know, Antifa showed up and they needed help or something like that.
00:33:21.000 Because at the hearing, they said you left the speech early and headed to the Capitol.
00:33:26.000 We never even, we didn't leave the speech early.
00:33:29.000 We never went to the speech.
00:33:31.000 We were just basically doing a small little march from point A to point B, back to point A, and that was our whole agenda, very simple.
00:33:39.000 And what was point A and point B?
00:33:42.000 The Washington Monument to the Capitol to take pictures like we did.
00:33:47.000 Then on our way back to the Washington Memorial, we got some lunch at these taco trucks.
00:33:53.000 Like this guy, you know, he admitted he was there the whole time.
00:33:59.000 And then after Trump's announcement, that's when we were like, okay, well, in the march here, we'll go see Trump speak and then leave.
00:34:05.000 Because I had plans with Michael Graves shortly, you know, about 3 p.m. later that day.
00:34:10.000 So I wasn't trying to hang around for much longer.
00:34:13.000 So that's what I...
00:34:14.000 So you're wandering around, basically, and you're going to the Capitol, the Washington Monument, you go to get food.
00:34:20.000 You hear something is going on at the Capitol.
00:34:22.000 There's a speech going on at the Capitol.
00:34:25.000 Right.
00:34:26.000 So then you go back there, and then shit pops off.
00:34:28.000 Okay, that's not the way they portrayed the hearing.
00:34:30.000 They portrayed it as you're watching the speech, and then you look at each other and go, let's do this.
00:34:35.000 And you head off to the Capitol to destroy America.
00:34:40.000 Yeah, well, the whole thing is, like, it's all projection, it's all opinion, but they didn't show any of the video of us having conversations of everything I just said.
00:34:49.000 Yeah, that's what I wanted to mention.
00:34:51.000 It's a tough thing to make false allegations about because there's billions of hours of video.
00:34:57.000 Like, remember that police officer who said they were yelling, get that N-word, and hey, boys, this N-word voted for Biden.
00:35:04.000 And it's like, okay, that sounds pretty bad.
00:35:07.000 Let's see it.
00:35:09.000 Right, yeah, exactly.
00:35:11.000 And then the police officer slipping in pools of blood all over the place.
00:35:15.000 Like, what are you talking about?
00:35:16.000 Like, I didn't see pools of blood, especially with slipping all over it.
00:35:21.000 She's the one who said she did hours of hand-to-hand combat.
00:35:29.000 Oh, man.
00:35:30.000 Crouching title.
00:35:30.000 There's quite a few individuals in here who, January 6ers, who give me a completely different story than what's in their indictment.
00:35:39.000 So it's not just our situation, the Proud Boys, it's everybody.
00:35:44.000 It's highly, highly exaggerated.
00:35:47.000 Yeah.
00:35:48.000 Well, even the footage is highly, highly edited.
00:35:52.000 Yeah.
00:35:55.000 Yeah, we just got a video, actually, that we found out the government has had for over a year, and we got it from a good Samaritan, thankfully.
00:36:03.000 And it's a video of a lady coming up to me, and she's saying, hey, are we going into the Capitol?
00:36:07.000 I said, no, you can, though.
00:36:09.000 And I walk away.
00:36:11.000 And they've had this video for over, this could severely help my case because it proves the narrative is false.
00:36:21.000 But, you know, they held on to it.
00:36:22.000 But they said they gave it to us a couple weeks ago in the form of just piles and piles of terabytes of videos that are unlabeled and unmarked.
00:36:30.000 And that's how they're giving out evidence right now.
00:36:33.000 We had to look through like a three-hour video of a person speaking in Mandarin that had nothing to do with anything.
00:36:40.000 Sorting through this evidence has actually been ridiculous, to say the least.
00:36:46.000 So what do you think?
00:36:47.000 We talked about this before, but what do you think about our theory that this is all to obfuscate the midterms?
00:36:52.000 They know they're about to get slaughtered in the midterms, and I mean that metaphorically, FBI.
00:36:57.000 And the second they don't get their scalp in the midterms, they just drop the whole thing and you guys are free to go.
00:37:06.000 I mean, I don't know.
00:37:10.000 I feel like I'm kind of going crazy with what-ifs and stuff like that.
00:37:14.000 I don't know what to think anymore.
00:37:16.000 It's such a clown world situation, and there's no precedence for it.
00:37:21.000 But I do believe that this is all set up for the midterms and anti-Trump performance, basically.
00:37:28.000 And I'm just at the point where I'm like, look, I want my chance at a trial.
00:37:33.000 I want my chance to, you know, give my side of the story in front of my peers.
00:37:38.000 At this point, I just need one logically-minded person, you know, to make a decision on this stuff so that I can go home.
00:37:45.000 That's basically where I'm at.
00:37:48.000 And without getting too depressing, have you been told a range of possibilities, like zero to 20?
00:37:57.000 I mean, it's so hard to.
00:38:00.000 Yeah, the sedition charge does add a whole new element to doing serious time.
00:38:05.000 And that's kind of why people are iffy about going to trial.
00:38:09.000 But if I remove myself from the situation, I got to, you know, what's the right thing to do here?
00:38:17.000 I think the right thing to do is to go to trial.
00:38:19.000 I'm innocent.
00:38:20.000 You know, these are all, these are bullcrap charges.
00:38:23.000 And it's not just me involved.
00:38:24.000 There's a whole bunch of people.
00:38:25.000 And I feel like if I push it off, it's not doing justice to the situation.
00:38:31.000 You know, I have nothing to hide.
00:38:33.000 And I don't think it's going to get, quote unquote, better.
00:38:38.000 Well, the problem with their evidence, too, with the Telegram chats, which I'm told are hard to verify.
00:38:44.000 I wasn't on any of them, but I was told there was Super Bowl talk.
00:38:47.000 Like, fuck this, man.
00:38:49.000 This sucks.
00:38:49.000 We got to fuck shit up.
00:38:51.000 And that could be taken as we're going to storm the Capitol at 3 p.m.
00:38:55.000 Or it could just be taken as what it is, which is just shit talking because you're pissed off because you feel like the election was stolen.
00:39:04.000 Right.
00:39:04.000 Yeah, I think I didn't have my phone the entire day, so I wasn't a part of any.
00:39:11.000 But the chats that I were a part of were basic just communication of, hey, meet here at 10 a.m.
00:39:17.000 You know, we'll have a plan for you, meet up here afterwards, you know, somebody bring the beer, stuff like that.
00:39:25.000 And I'm sure people were saying some things, you know, random stuff like, oh, today's going to be a shit show or whatever.
00:39:30.000 But, I mean, it's just a giant rally.
00:39:33.000 You know, people say that for every single event that we go to.
00:39:36.000 It's political, you know, passionate people on both sides are both saying those things.
00:39:42.000 So it's nothing new at all.
00:39:44.000 And it has nothing to do with the Capitol, that's for sure.
00:39:47.000 Well, I was talking to Joe Biggs the other day, and we're hopefully going to get him on the same show.
00:39:51.000 But he was just like, I know what I did and what I didn't do.
00:39:56.000 And I can stand proud knowing that I've got nothing to hide because I did not plan to storm the Capitol.
00:40:02.000 I was not part of an insurrection.
00:40:04.000 I was part of a meandering.
00:40:07.000 Yeah.
00:40:08.000 Yeah.
00:40:08.000 And the thing is, it sucks being a part of a group that is out there trying to do the right thing because as a leader, you're doing your best to keep conflict at a minimum, but then you're also blamed tenfold for anything that might happen.
00:40:24.000 So even though my whole purpose or being there was to help and keep things as copacetic as possible, now I'm getting blamed for something I didn't even do.
00:40:38.000 Well, I honestly believe that the video footage will set you free.
00:40:43.000 I mean, they're trying to hamper you with the terabytes of data, but they must have you from four angles every second of that day.
00:40:52.000 Yeah.
00:40:54.000 Following around.
00:40:57.000 Oh, they're about to cut us off.
00:40:58.000 Okay, well, it was great talking to you, and let's make this a regular thing.
00:41:03.000 All right, sounds good.
00:41:05.000 Keep your head up.
00:41:09.000 Remember when they said somehow he managed to pay a million dollars to get out of jail so he's rich and he's being funded.
00:41:21.000 I was like, no, that was the bail, and I think they put up 20% of that.
00:41:26.000 But it was his parents' restaurant and their home and all of his relatives' life savings that they put up.
00:41:36.000 So the government now owns his home and his restaurant.
00:41:42.000 And yeah, a family, when they put all their assets towards something, can usually scrape up about a million dollars.
00:41:49.000 That's middle class, lower middle class.
00:41:52.000 Houses, everything.
00:41:54.000 But that's not the way it's portrayed.
00:41:55.000 Probably going to be the most lied-about group in the history of groups.
00:42:01.000 Yeah, and we got Joe Biggs.
00:42:03.000 So hold on.
00:42:10.000 Hey, man, Mr. Biggs, you're on the air.
00:42:13.000 What's going on, everybody?
00:42:16.000 We just talked to Ethan Nordine.
00:42:18.000 Oh, nice.
00:42:20.000 Cool.
00:42:21.000 Yeah, he got some...
00:42:23.000 Sagan?
00:42:24.000 He got some extra charges after they showed the first live stream of the hearing.
00:42:30.000 Are you serious?
00:42:32.000 Yeah, interfering with a police officer and seditious conspiracy.
00:42:39.000 Yeah, yeah, we all got that.
00:42:41.000 Oh, did you get inter well, they say it's new for him.
00:42:43.000 That's what the media is saying.
00:42:45.000 Did you get the interrupting a cop while he's trying to do his job thing?
00:42:50.000 Yeah.
00:42:51.000 Huh.
00:42:53.000 I heard that's a new law.
00:42:56.000 Yeah, no, it's been around for a while, but yeah, it never gets used.
00:42:59.000 It's only been tried four times, it's never been successful.
00:43:03.000 Wow.
00:43:03.000 There's been a lot of research about it.
00:43:05.000 Actually, I haven't done the research about it.
00:43:06.000 People who work in this gel have done research because they're curious about it, and they think it's BS.
00:43:11.000 I mean, it's funny.
00:43:12.000 They like to say that I'm anti-cop or all that, but everywhere I've been so far, every cop loves me.
00:43:18.000 Yeah.
00:43:19.000 Well, that's the funny thing, too, about it is, you know, if you just looked at the media, you'd go, holy shit, that's a hate group, and they're terrible.
00:43:26.000 But then every time the guys are marching, like they do these marches around Long Island, and people are like cheering and giving the thumbs up and honking their horns.
00:43:35.000 And I just saw an article in the Daily Mail about Proud Boys going to a drag queen story hour in Florida.
00:43:41.000 No, in California?
00:43:42.000 Yeah, in California.
00:43:44.000 And it was like, oh, it's evil.
00:43:46.000 And they were shouting epithets.
00:43:48.000 The epithets, by the way, were groomer, not the F word.
00:43:53.000 And then I look at the comments and it's all good.
00:43:54.000 I'm glad someone's standing up to these things.
00:43:56.000 They're depressed.
00:43:57.000 It's funny.
00:43:58.000 I heard that on the radio this morning.
00:44:00.000 It's actually pretty funny.
00:44:01.000 There's a guy in there who's obviously a gay dude with no kids.
00:44:05.000 I don't know why he's at a kid's hour.
00:44:08.000 But he says, one of the problems walks in and he's wearing a shirt with an AK-47 and it made me feel threatened.
00:44:15.000 And then, right below it, it says, kill your local pedophile.
00:44:19.000 And I was scared.
00:44:22.000 I was like, maybe that shirt's hitting you a little bit, buddy.
00:44:26.000 Are you worried that you're maybe that one guy that doesn't have any kids and you're sitting around a whole bunch of kids at the library?
00:44:33.000 Yeah, it started out innocently enough.
00:44:37.000 Well, at least arguably.
00:44:38.000 But we keep seeing all these cases of drag queens being linked to sex crimes and pedophilia.
00:44:46.000 And then the events themselves have gone from reading a book to like stripping, handing out money, and no one's doing anything.
00:44:54.000 Yeah.
00:44:56.000 It's completely and totally crazy.
00:44:58.000 The other mind blower out there is this big lie that's going around that the January 6th riot was the first attack on the Capitol since the 1800s.
00:45:07.000 And today I was listening to the Chris Plant show at DC, and he actually goes through a whole list of all the attacks.
00:45:14.000 You know, in the 1980s, a far-left domestic terrorist group led by all women bombed the Capitol.
00:45:19.000 They're called the May 19th Communist Group, M19.
00:45:23.000 There was a million dollars in damage at the Capitol.
00:45:26.000 They helped break free people from prison, armored Truck bombings bombed the FBI office in Fort McNair.
00:45:33.000 In 1954, four leftist communists screamed Free Puerto Rico inside the house and pulled out guns and started shooting at Congress.
00:45:43.000 Weather Underground bombed the Capitol twice.
00:45:47.000 So it's not the first one.
00:45:50.000 And the list is racking up and getting bigger and bigger by these leftist organizations.
00:45:56.000 And the Capitol, the Black Panthers stormed it in the 60s.
00:46:00.000 And we just had them storm it with, I guess it's a different Capitol, but the Kavanaugh hearings.
00:46:05.000 Yeah.
00:46:06.000 You know, we've had one right in 100 years versus 100 rights in one year.
00:46:12.000 And, you know, these Stalinist lynch mobs are out there right now in front of the SCODIS circling it, saying that they are going to storm the Supreme Court, and they want to kill the six Supreme Court justices and kill all 24 of their clerks.
00:46:27.000 And then you hear people like, what is his name?
00:46:30.000 Chuck Simmer standing out there calling for violence on Kavanaugh and Gorsuch and then seeing an assassin show up at his house.
00:46:40.000 So these people don't have to answer for their crimes.
00:46:43.000 Lady Liberty lost her blindfold a long time ago and now she's got a smirk on her face and she only looks to the right with beams shooting out of them, killing everything that she can see.
00:46:52.000 If people don't see that this January, this attack on us is not political, they're out of their mind.
00:46:59.000 I mean, what's happening right now is they're taking away every enemy they can.
00:47:02.000 Now they're going to try to link Alex Jones and Roger Stone to this whole thing.
00:47:06.000 And then they're going to try to form it to where I'm sure that all these groups were coordinated together and Trump was the mastermind of this whole thing.
00:47:13.000 It's just ridiculous.
00:47:14.000 These people are just going after anybody that they don't agree with.
00:47:18.000 Yeah, and there's no evidence to back it up.
00:47:20.000 You know, we had a reader write in and say a good point.
00:47:23.000 They said, this isn't even really about Proud Boys or Patriots or even Trump.
00:47:28.000 It's about the deep swamp making it clear to the rest of the world that they cannot be criticized.
00:47:34.000 They cannot be questioned.
00:47:36.000 And anyone who dares question them will be punished for daring to criticize the swamp because they can't take criticism.
00:47:45.000 People forget really quickly the three-day siege on the White House that left St. John's church in flames and more than 150 cops injured.
00:47:53.000 And the media literally said that, oh, it's mostly peaceful, but there's a little bit of fire out there.
00:47:58.000 They've started some fires.
00:48:00.000 We hear that all the time.
00:48:02.000 I think the average American recognizes that.
00:48:05.000 Sure, there's the hysterical Karens who watch the trial and go, they have to be stopped.
00:48:12.000 But I think your average Joe saw the country burn down for two years, and they're just not buying this villainization.
00:48:22.000 Yeah, after January 6th, about a month after that, a guy named Billy Evans drove into Capitol Police, killing one and injuring another.
00:48:31.000 And then James Hodgkins, who showed up and shot five people at a baseball game.
00:48:36.000 Yep.
00:48:38.000 This stuff just keeps going on and adding up and adding up.
00:48:42.000 Yep, we have a terror problem in this country, and it's radical leftist terror.
00:48:48.000 You know, the weather underground, you're looking at the thing that happened that's going on in California right now with the prosecutors and stuff, these liberal prosecutors that are allowing these crimes to go without being checked whatsoever and the crimes rising up.
00:49:02.000 The guy, Chessa Boudin, whose parents were terrorists, who were jailed for being terrorists, and then he was brought up while his parents were in jail for terrorism by Bill Ayers.
00:49:12.000 The same guy who has helped the minds of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton blossom.
00:49:19.000 Yeah, Obama started his campaign in Bill Ayers' living room.
00:49:24.000 And it's permitted.
00:49:26.000 They don't mind the weather underground.
00:49:28.000 Cuomo, when he was governor, he pardoned two of them.
00:49:33.000 The interesting thing, too, though, is we're going to see, you know, we keep being assured in the courtroom that, oh, this is not political.
00:49:39.000 This is not anything.
00:49:40.000 Well, if it's not political, first and foremost, all of these hearings, these trials would have been, they've already granted a change of venue just based on how much it's in the media, how much it's saturated.
00:49:52.000 D.C. is not that big of a place, and their pool that they're picking out of isn't that big.
00:49:56.000 So you know these people know about everything, and they're going to have some kind of political belief.
00:50:00.000 So then you've got to worry about jury nullification.
00:50:02.000 And are they going to come in and, you know, vote based on the truth, or are they going to go in there with their political beliefs and their progressive ideas and just dam everybody else who doesn't think like them?
00:50:16.000 Yeah, I mean, that's the real problem.
00:50:18.000 We know that as far as the evidence goes, the myths can't be perpetuated.
00:50:22.000 But with these jurors, you know, Max and John got brainwashed sex in the city jurors.
00:50:28.000 We could be getting jurors that go, I want to save the world from Nazis.
00:50:32.000 And they end up ignoring evidence.
00:50:36.000 We currently have a motion in place right now for a change of video, and this will be the biggest one filed thus far.
00:50:42.000 It'll be interesting to see what the judge does.
00:50:45.000 And I think if we're denied, then you'll know that there's a little bit more to this going on.
00:50:49.000 Well, we were just talking to Ethan, and he said, I know that my lawyer's nervous about the jury and being tainted and all that, but I know I'm innocent.
00:50:57.000 I want to go to trial.
00:50:59.000 Yeah, me too.
00:51:00.000 I'm absolutely unafraid.
00:51:02.000 I am more energized.
00:51:03.000 After this Thursday, listening to that BS commission, I've actually been energized.
00:51:11.000 I have, you know, God has blessed me and taken away my fear and my anxiety from all this.
00:51:17.000 And I'm just excited to get there and vindicate myself.
00:51:20.000 I mean, this is definitely a David versus Goliath situation.
00:51:23.000 Yeah, it really is.
00:51:26.000 I don't think they'd even deny that.
00:51:28.000 They just said that you would need to do it.
00:51:29.000 The one thing we do need extremely well, and one thing we need a lot, and I think everybody who has done so so far is donate.
00:51:35.000 We need money.
00:51:36.000 We've got to hire experts on stuff.
00:51:39.000 We've got to fly in witnesses, and we've got to do things like that.
00:51:42.000 And right now, we've got four defense attorneys that are working their butts off, doing the job that the government has hundreds and hundreds of people doing.
00:51:52.000 And we're getting buried, and it's costing money out the wazoo.
00:51:56.000 So if you have it and you can do it, we'd appreciate it.
00:52:00.000 And then also, I'm going to start putting up our hearings.
00:52:04.000 How do we get money to you?
00:52:05.000 Is there a give, send, go?
00:52:07.000 Yeah, there should be one.
00:52:10.000 I thought there was one that's been out there that you've been promoting.
00:52:12.000 Yeah, I don't know if that's still going.
00:52:15.000 Yeah, it should be.
00:52:16.000 I'll talk to your lawyer and we'll get that up.
00:52:18.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:52:20.000 And then also, you know, we need people who are watching videos, like looking through all this stuff, finding good things.
00:52:25.000 I mean, you know, we've been lucky to find some people that have come forward with some footage that the government's suppressed and have definitely shown our innocence on so many things.
00:52:36.000 You know, just we've already fact-checked everything that was, even that came out in the first committee hearing on Thursday.
00:52:42.000 Everything they said about me was a complete and total lie, and we can prove it with everything.
00:52:47.000 So it's just ridiculous what's happened.
00:52:50.000 Yeah, I mean, there's thousands of hours of you guys.
00:52:52.000 You could probably pinpoint you.
00:52:54.000 I said this to Ethan.
00:52:55.000 For every second that you were there, there's probably video footage.
00:53:00.000 Yeah, I've only seen a little bit of footage, and that's another issue.
00:53:04.000 The due process in this whole situation has a big joke.
00:53:08.000 And right now, I've got to say this too, right now there's a few people I'm sure that are conniving to make up lies to save themselves for having to go to jail for a few months.
00:53:17.000 Meanwhile, we've been in here for a year and a half almost now, and people are willing to make up lies just so they don't have to go.
00:53:25.000 I think that's funny, especially when you know that you were there, that there was no plan whatsoever for that.
00:53:30.000 We had no part in that.
00:53:32.000 The truth is on our side.
00:53:33.000 That's why we're not worried about it.
00:53:35.000 Yeah, I mean, if you lie and say Joe Biggs planned to storm the Capitol, you'd have to provide evidence of that.
00:53:42.000 Well, they don't care about that.
00:53:43.000 Remember, the left doesn't need anything like that.
00:53:45.000 All they need is for someone to come forward in a committee like this on TV and convince everybody and paint the jury pool.
00:53:52.000 That's all they need to do.
00:53:54.000 It doesn't matter about evidence anymore.
00:53:55.000 This country does not have justice.
00:53:58.000 The Department of Justice is just an armed or vigilante group that works for the executive branch.
00:54:03.000 These people just throw anybody in jail that they want or don't like.
00:54:06.000 It doesn't matter.
00:54:07.000 And the law does not matter whatsoever.
00:54:09.000 So all they want to do is convince people that we're just evil and bad, and then that would be good enough.
00:54:14.000 The law doesn't matter.
00:54:17.000 Yeah, well, I hope things turn around, especially after the midterms, because we can't go on like this.
00:54:22.000 This is not what this country was built on.
00:54:24.000 It was built on freedom.
00:54:28.000 I think everything's going to be fine.
00:54:29.000 I think this is going to be a huge eye-opener for a lot of people.
00:54:31.000 I mean, I'm hearing people like Mark Levin and other people standing up, and they're going, like, this thing with the Proud Boys is DS.
00:54:37.000 You know, tons of people that I didn't think would say anything good were coming out and saying, you know, a lot of stuff that have been paying attention.
00:54:45.000 Yeah.
00:54:46.000 Yeah.
00:54:46.000 I'm pretty excited about it.
00:54:47.000 All right, Joe, we'll keep checking in and we'll push.
00:54:51.000 We just put up that give, say, go, the Joe Biggs Family Fund, and we'll keep pushing it.
00:54:57.000 And like I said, if you've got people out there that watch videos and send us anything you see, anything crazy, if you see people that you believe are feds, things like that, send them to us because there was a lot of that going on.
00:55:08.000 This was a setup.
00:55:09.000 Right on, man.
00:55:12.000 Cheers.
00:55:18.000 All right.
00:55:21.000 Let's get out of this meandering and lighten shit up.
00:55:26.000 Right?
00:55:27.000 I got stuff on Proud Boys and shit, but it's getting to be a bit much.
00:55:32.000 Let's go back to the very beginning of the show and pretend we just started the show because I have some fun light news.
00:55:40.000 I saw Rob Schneider's special on Netflix last night.
00:55:45.000 Fucking amazing.
00:55:46.000 Oh, nice.
00:55:47.000 I always thought of him as a joke.
00:55:49.000 Like he had that movie where he was a bunch of different animals.
00:55:53.000 And I was like, I get it.
00:55:54.000 He's Adam Sandler's friend.
00:55:55.000 So Adam Sandler keeps throwing him a bone.
00:56:00.000 It's high-quality humor.
00:56:04.000 And he makes fun of his Latina wife the whole time.
00:56:08.000 Check out a clip from it.
00:56:09.000 All right.
00:56:10.000 I assume that's what you were doing right now.
00:56:12.000 Yeah, I pulled it up on the wrong computer, the one that does not broadcast to our thing.
00:56:18.000 But here we go.
00:56:19.000 Okay.
00:56:23.000 High quality.
00:56:25.000 Now, there's two things that bother me about it, though.
00:56:27.000 One is because he's sort of Asian.
00:56:29.000 I think his grandmother was Pilipina.
00:56:33.000 He's doing the like, he's trying to get the Asian dollar.
00:56:37.000 You know how you become an ethnic comedian?
00:56:40.000 If Billy Connolly plays in Ohio, the fucking place is packed with Scots.
00:56:45.000 Same with like Marshmallow Fluffy, whatever his name is.
00:56:48.000 George Lopez.
00:56:49.000 So maybe he's going for that, the Asian dollar.
00:56:52.000 And then also, he got a band to play in the background as he spoke for the second half of the show.
00:56:56.000 It's annoying.
00:56:57.000 Let's get fed up.
00:56:59.000 You want to get fed up?
00:57:01.000 Dude, let's get fed up.
00:57:02.000 No, I don't want to get f ⁇ ed up.
00:57:04.000 I don't.
00:57:05.000 I'm in my 50s.
00:57:06.000 I only feel good like two days a month.
00:57:11.000 Why would I want to f ⁇ up one of those?
00:57:14.000 If I want to get f ⁇ ed up at my age, I'll eat some cheese.
00:57:20.000 My wife, for Christmas, she got me a gym membership.
00:57:23.000 Thank you, honey.
00:57:23.000 Oh, thank you.
00:57:26.000 I know.
00:57:27.000 I went over there, and I saw these old guys.
00:57:29.000 They were working out.
00:57:31.000 And they were ripped.
00:57:33.000 But it looks weird.
00:57:35.000 Something's off.
00:57:36.000 I was like, what is it?
00:57:38.000 Then I figured it out.
00:57:39.000 You're not supposed to be ripped when you're old.
00:57:42.000 Because your skin gets stretched too thin.
00:57:44.000 It's like, look how ripped I am.
00:57:46.000 Yeah, but I could see your heart.
00:57:50.000 Did you watch David Spades?
00:57:53.000 No?
00:57:53.000 No.
00:57:53.000 That was good too.
00:57:54.000 These guys are coming back.
00:57:56.000 Yeah.
00:57:56.000 And then the Norm McDonald special afterwards, you know, they all sit down and talk about Norm.
00:58:01.000 That was great.
00:58:02.000 I guess it's the same kind of gang.
00:58:07.000 Chandler Spade, Chris Farley, Rob Schneider.
00:58:12.000 I'm reluctant to check out Dave Spade just because he's so cigarette LA.
00:58:17.000 Dude, he's like closet-based.
00:58:19.000 I hate LA, and he just personifies it.
00:58:22.000 Did you know he's closet-based?
00:58:24.000 Well, what evidence do you have?
00:58:26.000 The things he says, he's friends with Sandler and Rob.
00:58:29.000 Like, Sandler is, according to sources, we talked about this on the show before, right-wing.
00:58:35.000 Well, he's pro-Israel.
00:58:37.000 And that you soon realize when you're pro-Israel that the left doesn't have your back and will happily feed you to the Palestinian wolves.
00:58:44.000 Yeah.
00:58:46.000 Him, Spade, Schneider's open about it.
00:58:49.000 Adam's undercover about it.
00:58:51.000 And David Spade, I mean, and he's friends with Dennis Miller.
00:58:55.000 Dennis Miller's right-wing, right?
00:58:56.000 Yeah, I don't think Jimmy Miller, his brother, is friends with Dennis Miller.
00:59:00.000 That sucks.
00:59:02.000 Jimmy Miller and I were bros for a long time.
00:59:05.000 And he set up a lunch date with the guy who founded Vox.
00:59:10.000 And we were both looking at each other going, why are we here?
00:59:14.000 And then Jimmy, his last email to me was, how did you not tell me you're the most right-wing person in the world?
00:59:21.000 And I'm like, I'm not.
00:59:22.000 And that was the last I heard from him.
00:59:24.000 The Vox guy.
00:59:25.000 That was the dinner where I offered him $1,000 to read an Ann Coulter book.
00:59:32.000 You want to drop in the Vox guy.
00:59:34.000 He goes, do your physical exam on the phone?
00:59:37.000 I go, yeah, you see me on TMZ.
00:59:39.000 I'm out there jumping around.
00:59:40.000 I'm all good.
00:59:42.000 And he goes, no, I'd like you to come in.
00:59:44.000 So I go, Adam's not going to like this.
00:59:48.000 Oh, I shove Sandler down their gullet whenever I can.
00:59:52.000 Just to get him quaking in his boots.
00:59:55.000 But he goes, no, just come in.
00:59:57.000 I use it all the time, actually.
00:59:58.000 I use it at Taco Bell.
00:59:59.000 Oh, you don't have the chalupa today?
01:00:02.000 Adam's not going to like this.
01:00:06.000 It's funny.
01:00:06.000 Then he goes into a bit about his weight.
01:00:08.000 And I don't know.
01:00:10.000 I don't know.
01:00:10.000 Just good comedy.
01:00:11.000 Maybe you got to be in a good mood.
01:00:13.000 You're in a bad mood?
01:00:14.000 Well, I'm a little annoyed.
01:00:15.000 The world is falling apart and our buddies are in jail yet.
01:00:17.000 Yeah.
01:00:18.000 It's rude to go.
01:00:19.000 It's hard to.
01:00:20.000 From my friends facing a form of death, 20 years in prison.
01:00:24.000 And then like, is David Spade's Adam Sandler joke funny yet?
01:00:27.000 Right.
01:00:28.000 And if it was justified, like they fucking shot a guy, we'd be like, you know, he fucking went out there and shot a guy.
01:00:33.000 So can't feel too bad.
01:00:35.000 Well, at the beginning, if you recall, I didn't really, I was mad at these guys.
01:00:39.000 Right.
01:00:39.000 I was like, I told you not to go, you fucking idiots.
01:00:42.000 And I have no sympathy for you.
01:00:44.000 That was my initial, like, in mid-January.
01:00:47.000 And then after a year in solitary, I'm like, all right, I think you've suffered enough.
01:00:52.000 I wanted you to get like a $300 fine.
01:00:55.000 Right, right.
01:00:58.000 So, you know what is funny, though, is racism.
01:01:00.000 Let's do some racism.
01:01:03.000 It's always good for a laugh.
01:01:05.000 I've been seeing a lot of beach ball comments popping up on my Twitter.
01:01:08.000 I'm a black female.
01:01:10.000 What other different...
01:01:12.000 What else could I have done to piss you off?
01:01:14.000 Black woman?
01:01:15.000 It is a dream.
01:01:16.000 This is really inconvenient.
01:01:30.000 God, every time I hear that jam, I think, what a fucking great jam.
01:01:33.000 It's a jam.
01:01:33.000 But they loop the beginning, which makes me grossed out.
01:01:36.000 You know, the duck-a-down, down, down, bam-d-count-down.
01:01:40.000 They just loop that the exact same recording twice.
01:01:44.000 So?
01:01:45.000 You wish a guitarist had played it twice?
01:01:47.000 As a musician, that feels wrong.
01:01:49.000 Feels like something a rapper would do.
01:01:51.000 You feel wrong.
01:01:52.000 No, I don't.
01:01:55.000 We started talking about biracial advertising because Joe Biden told us to.
01:02:03.000 But, man, these outdoor ads, I get like the Filson catalog and the J. Crew catalog and the LO Bean catalog sent to my house.
01:02:12.000 And they are getting blacker and blacker and blacker.
01:02:17.000 And I tried buying glasses at Warby Parker.
01:02:19.000 I don't recommend it.
01:02:20.000 They're shitty quality.
01:02:22.000 But like, look at this diversity mongering on the site.
01:02:26.000 And it's like, you want to see what the glasses will look like on you.
01:02:29.000 Right.
01:02:30.000 And then the models they choose represent 7% to 3% of the population, 5% to 7% of the population.
01:02:38.000 Like large fat black women are 6% of the population.
01:02:44.000 You know what I've noticed, by the way, with middle-aged black women?
01:02:48.000 They've been shaving their head bald.
01:02:49.000 Oh, yeah.
01:02:50.000 Tiffany Hadish in the unbearable weight of amazing talent.
01:02:57.000 I'm glad I just remembered to talk about that.
01:02:59.000 Her head is shaved in it.
01:03:00.000 She looks fucking terrible.
01:03:03.000 Please go back to appropriating white hair, Beyonce.
01:03:08.000 Like, holy shit, does it look bad?
01:03:11.000 And then there was a woman I saw around town, big, fat, 50-year-old woman, completely bald.
01:03:17.000 Couldn't look worse.
01:03:21.000 And then I saw...
01:03:22.000 Ew.
01:03:25.000 That's crazy.
01:03:26.000 That doesn't even look like a guy or a chick.
01:03:28.000 I can't explain what I'm looking at.
01:03:30.000 Such an unattractive look.
01:03:31.000 Looks like a claymation thing.
01:03:34.000 Ooh, Jesus.
01:03:36.000 You look like a prisoner of war.
01:03:38.000 Look at that.
01:03:40.000 She looks like someone...
01:03:42.000 This is when your confidence is too high.
01:03:45.000 No, Queen, you're not slaying.
01:03:48.000 That kind of looks appropriate because it's very national geographic.
01:03:51.000 That looks natural.
01:03:52.000 You know what I mean?
01:03:53.000 I don't know.
01:03:55.000 Some of them pull it off.
01:03:58.000 Yeah.
01:03:58.000 Not that one.
01:03:59.000 But that also reminds me.
01:04:00.000 So I took my son in the local park to play baseball, to practice baseball.
01:04:05.000 Because we have a batting cage.
01:04:06.000 I built a batting cage in the backyard, but it's only 30 feet long.
01:04:10.000 The mound, I think, is 60 feet.
01:04:13.000 So I want him to do state-dependent learning.
01:04:14.000 So I pitched to him on an actual baseball field to get him in the zone.
01:04:20.000 And I did grounders with him where he's throwing to first, even though no one's at first.
01:04:23.000 So we're doing that wholesome all-American pastime.
01:04:26.000 And 18, I know exactly how many, people are protesting from the local fucking Pier 1 imports down by CVS.
01:04:39.000 Not even in the main part of town, like off by one of the schools, then through a field and then to the local junior high, which it's on a Sunday.
01:04:48.000 No one's there.
01:04:50.000 Not one person saw them.
01:04:52.000 Now, there was about a dozen cops assigned to the case.
01:04:55.000 They were in cars.
01:04:56.000 They were on bikes.
01:04:57.000 They were on foot.
01:04:59.000 And these 18 people were screaming, my body, my choice.
01:05:03.000 And they walk out into the middle of a field.
01:05:05.000 No one can see them.
01:05:06.000 No one knows they're there.
01:05:08.000 And then they chat, and the group slowly dissipates over the course of the day, and we lose them.
01:05:14.000 What are you doing?
01:05:15.000 Now, I know you're saying, why didn't you confront them, you pussy?
01:05:18.000 Well, first of all, I'm with my nine-year-old.
01:05:20.000 And secondly, I don't need to be in the local newspapers.
01:05:23.000 But they were led by two fat black women.
01:05:26.000 They were mostly young white suburban rich kids who were like 14.
01:05:29.000 And then these big, fat, black, bald women who were no doubt getting paid to be there, and they were just fulfilling their obligation, just like the 2,000 mules taking a picture of the ballot box.
01:05:40.000 There was a couple other boomer liberals there who you could tell were also there to make sure that this was carried out so they could check off a box and say we did a protest.
01:05:47.000 So I go up to the cop there.
01:05:48.000 I always assume cops have the same politics as me, but they don't always.
01:05:51.000 And I went, wow, these kids really like to kill babies.
01:05:55.000 And he goes, yeah, well, they've been planning to do this.
01:06:00.000 No, he goes, this was big in the news about a week and a half ago.
01:06:03.000 Yes, I know.
01:06:05.000 But they're only getting around to this now.
01:06:07.000 So these fucking losers couldn't get it together to organize an 18-person protest that involved them walking a quarter of a mile at the very most, maybe less, to an empty park on a Sunday afternoon.
01:06:25.000 And I go, I'm looking at the crowd and I go, God, there's a lot of like little kids there.
01:06:29.000 What are they, 14?
01:06:30.000 Kids that are 14 or fucking?
01:06:33.000 And he said, yeah, kids in middle school are having sex.
01:06:38.000 And I went, wait, I know you.
01:06:39.000 Are you the cop, local copy of eight kids?
01:06:41.000 And he goes, no, I got one.
01:06:43.000 And that's plenty.
01:06:44.000 Believe me.
01:06:45.000 Meanwhile, my son, my nine-year-old was getting kind of sketched out.
01:06:49.000 It's kind of my fault because I said, he overheard me say, these people really love to kill babies.
01:06:53.000 He's like, that guy's saying one is plenty and you don't want more kids.
01:06:56.000 And these people are talking about killing babies.
01:06:59.000 I don't feel very safe because he said, let's go practice in that field.
01:07:02.000 Like, no, no, no, we're fine.
01:07:04.000 And then he sort of changed over and he goes, it would be great if I could hit one right at them.
01:07:11.000 What a retarded, useless gesture.
01:07:14.000 But speaking of black bald women, Tiffany Hadish is in the unbearable thing of thingamadoodle.
01:07:21.000 And yes, she's part of the affirmative action that's in all movies now.
01:07:25.000 The new Thor looks brutal.
01:07:27.000 It looks like Rogue One and every other movie that's out these days where they just need a smorgasbord of women and Latinas and Peruvians and blind people and whatever.
01:07:37.000 And then they can start the movie.
01:07:39.000 And it's like, I don't know who to follow here.
01:07:40.000 You have an army.
01:07:41.000 I'm watching a fucking soccer team.
01:07:44.000 But besides that very minor detail, this movie is mind-blowing.
01:07:51.000 There's Tiffany looking fantastic.
01:07:56.000 Mind-blowingly good?
01:07:58.000 Yes, it might be the greatest movie I've ever seen.
01:08:00.000 I'm so happy to hear that.
01:08:02.000 I was in awe.
01:08:04.000 That's awesome.
01:08:04.000 I think I watched it twice.
01:08:07.000 Where did you see it?
01:08:08.000 You just ordered it?
01:08:10.000 On my box.
01:08:11.000 Gotcha.
01:08:12.000 I've been dying to see this.
01:08:14.000 Me and my nephew Raymond just crude too.
01:08:16.000 Oh, that's a cool thing about it, too.
01:08:18.000 She's CIA or FBI or whatever.
01:08:20.000 They're terrible at their jobs, and they totally fuck up, and they get people killed, and they get them.
01:08:25.000 Well, I'm not going to say what happens to them, but they fuck up everything.
01:08:28.000 And you're like, yeah, that's pretty much how I imagine the CIA and the FBI these days.
01:08:32.000 And another cool thing about it is Justin Thoreau pointed out a long time ago that celebrities are distracting.
01:08:38.000 I don't know why, because he is one.
01:08:40.000 But he's like, you see Tom Hanks in Castaway and you go, that's not a guy who's stuck on an island.
01:08:45.000 You go, that's a guy who's been married to his wife for a long time.
01:08:48.000 And his son, Chet Hanks, is like a white boy summer guy.
01:08:52.000 And you know too much.
01:08:53.000 Pulls you out of it.
01:08:54.000 He's playing Nicholas Cage.
01:08:56.000 Yeah.
01:08:57.000 So you're not pulled out of it anymore.
01:09:01.000 Fucking awesome.
01:09:03.000 The way they juxtapose subtitles too and then talking.
01:09:08.000 Oh, Jimmy Fallon and Band of Brothers.
01:09:16.000 Like you need to be a fucking ninja to not see Jimmy Fallon right there.
01:09:23.000 Is it just you guys in the 101st?
01:09:25.000 Looks like.
01:09:26.000 What hit you fellas?
01:09:29.000 Hey, sorry, Jimmy.
01:09:31.000 One of the things you can't do is just blend in.
01:09:34.000 What is it called?
01:09:35.000 The unbearable weight.
01:09:37.000 Weight of massive talent.
01:09:38.000 The unbearable weight of massive talent.
01:09:40.000 Nicholas Cage.
01:09:41.000 And it's weird, too.
01:09:42.000 Nicholas Cage is haunted by young Nicholas Cage.
01:09:45.000 Oh, cool.
01:09:45.000 Played by Nicholas Cage.
01:09:47.000 Do they do that young face thing?
01:09:48.000 And the irony is it's all about him trying to get his career back and you're watching the movie going, you're back.
01:09:53.000 This is awesome.
01:09:55.000 Do they do that young CGI face thing?
01:09:57.000 Yes.
01:09:57.000 Awesome.
01:09:58.000 I like that stuff actually.
01:09:59.000 No, I hate it.
01:10:00.000 It totally ruined the new peewee.
01:10:02.000 Here's more on the diversity thing.
01:10:04.000 You know what's cool about Nike is that you, depending on the color that you choose, you can get a different race.
01:10:09.000 You get that Asian.
01:10:11.000 You get that type of black.
01:10:12.000 You get braids black.
01:10:13.000 Go to Warby Parker.
01:10:14.000 They let you see how the glasses would look.
01:10:17.000 And it's like black albino with dreads.
01:10:21.000 And you're like, this doesn't help.
01:10:22.000 I don't look like that.
01:10:24.000 Now, I'm not demanding everyone be white males, but this is currently at zero.
01:10:30.000 So let's say you want to look at the Merrick or the Durand.
01:10:33.000 Let's go Durand.
01:10:36.000 Okay, let's click on the Durand.
01:10:37.000 Shop men.
01:10:40.000 What are you doing?
01:10:41.000 It loads.
01:10:43.000 Okay, cool.
01:10:44.000 Let's see.
01:10:45.000 I want to try them out.
01:10:47.000 Oh, my stars.
01:10:49.000 Maybe they've changed it up.
01:10:51.000 That's the first time I've seen a white male on Warby Parker.
01:10:55.000 Oh, there we go.
01:10:58.000 Who looks like that?
01:11:00.000 Nobody looks like that.
01:11:02.000 How many ginger gingers are there?
01:11:06.000 His skin is ginger.
01:11:08.000 Black gingers.
01:11:10.000 Hey, black gingers.
01:11:11.000 This is how you look in that.
01:11:12.000 That's another weird blackish dude.
01:11:15.000 I have the same problem with...
01:11:18.000 I never bought a suit from Suit Supply, but Suit Supply.
01:11:20.000 They all have a guy that has one body style, and that's his whole thing.
01:11:25.000 And then they got a black version of that with the same body style.
01:11:27.000 It's like, how am I supposed to...
01:11:28.000 So they don't have Puerto Rican Japanese midgets who work out too much?
01:11:33.000 No.
01:11:33.000 Body shape.
01:11:34.000 They don't.
01:11:35.000 Isn't that just square?
01:11:37.000 No, I have curves.
01:11:39.000 Yeah, you're thick.
01:11:40.000 Oh, there's another white male.
01:11:42.000 This is killing my whole point.
01:11:43.000 See, if you're trying to shop, though, and you're actually looking at the product, they're like, maybe let's throw a couple of white guys in there.
01:11:48.000 We know our actual audience.
01:11:49.000 Well, maybe they recognize that you are not a white guy, so they're trying to fuck with you.
01:11:52.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:11:54.000 But let me get back to my point here before I lose you.
01:11:57.000 Outdoor magazines, one four.
01:12:00.000 If there's one thing you see a lot of on the hiking trails, it's African-American people.
01:12:04.000 Oh, yeah.
01:12:06.000 They are.
01:12:07.000 So click on these individually.
01:12:10.000 Weekend Escapes.
01:12:11.000 Outside.
01:12:12.000 Naked and Inafraid.
01:12:14.000 Outside magazine.
01:12:17.000 Or runners?
01:12:19.000 Remember that guy?
01:12:20.000 The jogger?
01:12:23.000 Was it Ahmed Arbery?
01:12:25.000 Yes.
01:12:25.000 He was on the cover of a jogging magazine.
01:12:28.000 Are you kidding?
01:12:29.000 And it was like, we have to confront racism in our community.
01:12:32.000 The jogging community.
01:12:34.000 And stop appropriating my misfits culture there, Runner.
01:12:37.000 Next.
01:12:41.000 Oh, we've strayed from black men to have a white dude with a pussy.
01:12:48.000 Keep going.
01:12:49.000 I have this issue at my house.
01:12:52.000 My wife loves that magazine.
01:12:55.000 And then I sent you a bunch because a friend of mine always sends each other.
01:13:00.000 There he is.
01:13:01.000 Look at this.
01:13:01.000 LOB.
01:13:02.000 I've seen the LLB catalog.
01:13:05.000 The hunting catalog, too, which is separate.
01:13:08.000 That seems about right.
01:13:12.000 And then I got other pictures there, too.
01:13:14.000 Yeah, this one here.
01:13:21.000 J. Crew?
01:13:24.000 You know what's funny?
01:13:24.000 When the Wu-Tang clan were wearing Halle Hansen, I've talked about this before.
01:13:28.000 They would wear fishing gear and stuff because it was so incongruous to see black dudes from the streets of Staten Island dressed in like rich white guys' things.
01:13:36.000 But then rich white guys were really into the Wu-Tang clan, so they would wear their clothes.
01:13:40.000 So now you have rich white kids wearing their dad's Halley Hansen, and they just look like a rich white kid going fishing.
01:13:45.000 Nice.
01:13:48.000 You got my pics?
01:13:50.000 That was all of the pictures.
01:13:51.000 It was a video and a pic of the outdoor magazine.
01:13:53.000 Oh, I thought I sent you more than that.
01:13:55.000 Now, I don't want to sound like I'm not being an ally to these people.
01:13:59.000 I am being an ally.
01:14:00.000 Oh, I can imagine what I look like in that because I'm cow-skinned.
01:14:08.000 But I'm about to explain why I have this punky outfit on.
01:14:12.000 I realized after we did that thing last week about allies that it could apply to a whole plethora of bodies and people and types and cultures.
01:14:23.000 So I'd like to present a new segment called, well, it's a green screen.
01:14:28.000 It's not a new segment, Gavin.
01:14:29.000 And this is called, So You Want to Be an Ally.
01:14:48.000 So you want to wear a safety pin.
01:14:51.000 That is the thingama Doodle for allies.
01:14:56.000 They have to wear safety pins.
01:14:57.000 Go to the bottom, Ryan.
01:15:01.000 Yeah, the very last link.
01:15:06.000 It's billboard.com, I guess.
01:15:09.000 Safety pins.
01:15:11.000 Solidarity or punk rock.
01:15:13.000 Now, today in modern times, when you wear a safety pin, it means you're an ally, right?
01:15:19.000 And in the days of Mr. Johnny Rotten here, you would wear a safety pin through your nose, and that meant you were a punk rocker.
01:15:25.000 It's both, guys.
01:15:27.000 I want to talk to you today about being an ally for punks.
01:15:31.000 This is sort of a continuation and an homage to last week's 10 things allies can do.
01:15:39.000 But it really applies to punks.
01:15:41.000 So let's go over it again, but from a much more powerful angle.
01:15:46.000 And before we start, I want you to know that punk rockers are less than 3% of the population, but 11% are poor and or incarcerated.
01:16:01.000 38% of punks live under the poverty line.
01:16:04.000 A third of punks are unemployed.
01:16:07.000 48% of punks grew up in a single-parent household.
01:16:10.000 Barely 11% of punks have a post-secondary education.
01:16:15.000 One in three punk rockers is addicted to drugs and or alcohol.
01:16:20.000 Why is that?
01:16:21.000 Is it because of choices they knowingly made in an open and free society?
01:16:26.000 No, it's your fault.
01:16:28.000 There is systemic punkism in this country and it is hurting the entire punk community.
01:16:36.000 And that, I'm talking about all the offshoots too.
01:16:39.000 Hardcore kids, skater kids, peace punks, anarcho-punks, sharpskins, suede heads, boot boys, rude boys, mods, fuggin riot girl punks.
01:16:53.000 That whole scene.
01:16:54.000 Clown punks like Peter and the Test Dube Babies.
01:16:56.000 The D punk guys.
01:16:58.000 You know, like Discharge, that sort of almost metal punk that you got out of late Discharge albums, those guys with the spiky hair.
01:17:06.000 Those kind of squeegee, crusty punks, right down to like bow wow wow and the fun pop punks like Adam Ant and all that shit.
01:17:14.000 Right down to like minor threat hardcore kids in America wearing the champion sweatshirts.
01:17:18.000 Fucking straight edge kids.
01:17:20.000 All in this community.
01:17:22.000 All suffering serious consequences of systemic bias in society.
01:17:29.000 So you want to be an ally.
01:17:31.000 You want to wear a safety pin.
01:17:33.000 All right?
01:17:33.000 Let me tell you how this is going to work.
01:17:36.000 Okay?
01:17:37.000 One, listen to what punks are saying.
01:17:40.000 Well, yeah, listen to what punks are saying face to face on your social media feed or in the articles you read.
01:17:47.000 Follow punks on Instagram.
01:17:49.000 Buy and read maximum rock and roll.
01:17:52.000 Follow punks on Twitter.
01:17:54.000 Listen to punk music.
01:17:56.000 Write down the lyrics.
01:17:58.000 You know, you should spend an hour a day reading maximum rock and roll and learn to understand what punk is.
01:18:04.000 And that brings us to number two.
01:18:05.000 Get educated about punk.
01:18:08.000 Seek out books, articles, films.
01:18:11.000 Some good ideas of that too.
01:18:14.000 Suburbia is a good film to get you started.
01:18:17.000 That's very West Coast punk, that sort of LA scene.
01:18:21.000 And, you know, they weren't as big as contributors as New York and London, but they had a lot of movie cameras, so they made a lot of movies.
01:18:32.000 So not the late suburbia one, the 1983 Suburbia movie.
01:18:36.000 For a British perspective, you should watch The Great Rock and Roll Swindle.
01:18:41.000 That's 1980.
01:18:43.000 That's almost an entirely different genre, but they look the same.
01:18:46.000 These are still punks.
01:18:47.000 These are still people who are oppressed and suffering.
01:18:51.000 For books, you can read Please Kill Me for the New York perspective on the punk scene there.
01:18:57.000 The British sort of book everyone refers to is England's Dreaming by John Savage.
01:19:02.000 Now, England's Dreaming might be a little too conclusive.
01:19:06.000 Please Kill Me is just a guy transcribing a bunch of interviews and putting them in chronological order.
01:19:10.000 England's Dreaming is like every fucking detail imaginable.
01:19:14.000 I mean, we've got Malcolm McLaren, the manager of the Sex Pistols, grandmother, and her life is in there.
01:19:21.000 I think it's fucking this thick, by the way.
01:19:24.000 But it's important that you educate yourself about this.
01:19:28.000 Number three, get involved.
01:19:32.000 Support the scene.
01:19:34.000 Go to shows.
01:19:37.000 Join the local scene working for social justice and punk awareness.
01:19:40.000 Subscribe to their email list.
01:19:41.000 Follow them on social media and go to the shows.
01:19:44.000 Now, number six, oh, wait, sorry.
01:19:46.000 Now, four.
01:19:47.000 I forgot that it zigzagged a second time.
01:19:49.000 When someone from the scene invites you to a show, go.
01:19:53.000 Be there.
01:19:54.000 Listen.
01:19:55.000 Support the scene.
01:19:56.000 Stand at the edge of the mosh pit.
01:19:58.000 If you want to mosh, yes, by all means, get in there.
01:20:01.000 But if you are moshing, remember that you are co-opting punk culture.
01:20:06.000 And there's lots of nuance there that you should know before you get heavily involved in the culture.
01:20:10.000 For example, if someone falls in the pit, right?
01:20:13.000 The mosh pit, you want to scoop, go down, scoop them up with your arm, scoop them back up again.
01:20:19.000 Nazi skinheads may show up to the show.
01:20:22.000 They usually stand on the perimeter of the mosh pit and they punch and kick and shove you.
01:20:27.000 Okay, we're going to deal with that at number six.
01:20:31.000 Understand this culture.
01:20:33.000 You want to have women in the pit.
01:20:34.000 Talk to punk rockers.
01:20:36.000 You see, the problem with punk abuse, don't ask punks to fix this.
01:20:41.000 This is our problem and we have to fix it ourselves.
01:20:45.000 Now, number five is important.
01:20:47.000 If you hear an old man or even a family member sitting at the dinner table and they're like, these fucking punks, look at their stupid hair.
01:20:53.000 Even emo punks, sharp skins, you know, skater punks.
01:20:59.000 You see them, you see the dad rolling his eyes, call him out.
01:21:05.000 When you're silent and you let people shit on punk rockers, you're perpetuating the prejudice that punk rockers suffer.
01:21:14.000 You know, they get followed around when they go to a store.
01:21:17.000 People assume they're going to shoplift.
01:21:19.000 They're not allowed certain jobs, you know, certain industries, they won't even let them in.
01:21:23.000 That's why they're so unemployed.
01:21:24.000 It becomes self-perpetuated.
01:21:26.000 They get facial tattoos and they can't get a job at Arby's.
01:21:29.000 And then because they're unemployed, they get more punk.
01:21:31.000 And it's a vicious cycle that goes around and around and around.
01:21:34.000 That's fear playing on the set of Saturday Night Live because John Belushi asked them and they completely trashed the entire NBC studio.
01:21:41.000 John Joseph from the Cro-Manx is in the crowd.
01:21:44.000 He loves to tell that story.
01:21:46.000 And that's someone supporting the scene.
01:21:48.000 So a punk rocker's number one enemy is a Nazi skinhead.
01:21:53.000 There's lots of good skinheads.
01:21:55.000 There's the boot boys and the rude boys and the suede heads and all that oi.
01:21:58.000 OI is just a working class protest.
01:22:00.000 Nothing more, nothing less.
01:22:02.000 But mostly in America, there was an offshoot called Nazi skinheads.
01:22:07.000 These guys will steal a punk rocker's Dr. Martin's.
01:22:11.000 It happened to me in 1985, six.
01:22:15.000 But when you intervene with a skinhead, it's very complicated.
01:22:20.000 So this is number six.
01:22:22.000 If someone is being targeted physically or verbally by not, sorry, if a punk rocker is being targeted physically or verbally by Nazi skinheads, intervene, but go up to the punk rocker first and say, hey, man, are these Nazi skinheads bothering you?
01:22:36.000 And then, to be honest, I don't totally get this, but don't start punching the Nazi skinhead.
01:22:43.000 Get down on the ground with the punk and like try to block their kicks.
01:22:48.000 Maybe give the skinheads your boots so they leave the punk rocker alone.
01:22:54.000 Now, this is a tough one, and you're not going to like it.
01:22:59.000 A lot of punk rock is unlistenable.
01:23:02.000 It's that way on purpose.
01:23:04.000 You have to welcome that discomfort and go through it.
01:23:07.000 For example, the Dead Kennedys song, Government Flu, very prescient, was it not?
01:23:12.000 It starts out with this absolute cacophony.
01:23:20.000 You turn it up.
01:23:26.000 Now she calls you a stupid asshole.
01:24:03.000 And now it gets good.
01:24:18.000 See what happened there?
01:24:20.000 We were, we were uncomfortable.
01:24:24.000 We welcomed that discomfort.
01:24:25.000 We went through the noisy part, and then we got a pretty catchy song with a little bit of a funky hook to it.
01:24:31.000 That's what you have to do when uplifting punk voices.
01:24:36.000 Again, you have privilege.
01:24:38.000 You have normal brown hair.
01:24:40.000 You can walk.
01:24:40.000 People don't stare at you on the street.
01:24:42.000 Some punks on the bus will be laughed at by kids.
01:24:46.000 Do you know what that feels like?
01:24:48.000 An ally is someone who has privilege, you have your normie privilege, but chooses to stand for and with punks by taking tangible, ongoing actions to dismantle systems of punk prejudice.
01:25:00.000 So here's another example.
01:25:01.000 My last one on number seven, when you welcome discomfort.
01:25:05.000 Krass have an album called Yes Sir, I Will that is very tough to listen to.
01:25:10.000 And you owe it to the punk community to at least listen to a few minutes a day of the album Yes or I Will.
01:25:19.000 I believe Penny Rimbo put this album together because they were becoming too popular and they wanted to ostracize its fans.
01:25:26.000 You need to welcome that discomfort.
01:25:40.000 What do you think?
01:25:46.000 Eight.
01:25:47.000 Learn from your mistakes.
01:25:48.000 Now, punks can be very judgmental.
01:25:51.000 I don't know if you saw the Portlandia sketch about the punk house where Fred Armison beautifully portrays a young punk.
01:26:00.000 A lot of punk rockers mimic Jello Biafra and Johnny Rotten, who are both very facetious and sarcastic.
01:26:08.000 So when you confront these punks, you will get a lot of sarcasm and they will call you opposer.
01:26:14.000 Instead of fighting back at that, you need to learn from your mistakes.
01:26:20.000 When someone calls you out, don't get defensive.
01:26:22.000 Listen.
01:26:23.000 Apologize and change your behavior going forward.
01:26:26.000 Can you just fast forward it to Fred so we can see what it's like?
01:26:31.000 Turn it up like this.
01:26:34.000 Maybe go a little farther when they're by the fridge.
01:26:36.000 That's better.
01:26:37.000 Of course.
01:26:38.000 No, no, that's going way too far.
01:26:40.000 No different than any other American house.
01:26:42.000 How do you decide who goes to the bathroom first?
01:26:45.000 This is no different than any other American house.
01:26:48.000 There was exchange of information, exchange of ideas.
01:26:52.000 Answer, who goes to the bathroom first?
01:26:55.000 There was learning, there was reading.
01:26:57.000 Do you remember what reading was?
01:27:00.000 Do you remember when, pardon me?
01:27:02.000 Of course.
01:27:03.000 People often crash into me.
01:27:04.000 So that should give you an idea of the kind of person you're going to be coming across as you support the punk community.
01:27:09.000 And that's your problem.
01:27:10.000 You have to have thick skin and accept that you'll be getting a lot of facetious sarcasm.
01:27:16.000 Number nine, stay engaged.
01:27:20.000 Just like you saw right there, he wasn't answering her question.
01:27:23.000 It was getting annoying.
01:27:24.000 Even when work gets difficult, stay engaged.
01:27:26.000 Oppression is constant and punks do not have the privilege of turning off.
01:27:29.000 They can't undye their hair.
01:27:31.000 They can't remove their tattoos.
01:27:33.000 They have committed to punk forever.
01:27:37.000 And you have to recognize that.
01:27:40.000 Okay?
01:27:41.000 And then number 10 is easy enough.
01:27:43.000 Donate.
01:27:44.000 Buy merch from these bands.
01:27:46.000 Buy albums.
01:27:47.000 Buy the records.
01:27:48.000 You have to be careful with the merch.
01:27:50.000 If you go to some Pakistani store and you buy a Dead Kennedy shirt, that's not going to the Dead Kennedys.
01:27:55.000 You want to buy merch directly from the bands.
01:27:58.000 You want to donate.
01:27:59.000 They probably have gives and goes, GoFundMes.
01:28:02.000 They can't employ themselves because they look insane and we live in a punk prejudice society.
01:28:09.000 So they're not going to hire some GBH fan with giant cone spikes.
01:28:14.000 So you need to facilitate them eating and living and support squatters' rights too.
01:28:20.000 So commit to financially supporting a local punk organization doing social justice work in the community.
01:28:25.000 And then finally, you have to understand when you're part of all this that you are not punk.
01:28:31.000 Seeking to be an ally is an ongoing journey.
01:28:33.000 And this list simply represents a starting point.
01:28:36.000 Please refer to below sources.
01:28:38.000 And that's the stuff we started with, actually.
01:28:43.000 The safety pin.
01:28:44.000 So that kind of bookends it nicely.
01:28:48.000 The safety pin is a symbol of allies.
01:28:51.000 It's a symbol for punk allies.
01:28:53.000 And punks are suffering in this country.
01:28:55.000 I don't have to repeat the stats there.
01:28:56.000 So if you want to support them, wear the safety pin, buy their shit, and learn about their subculture because their lot in life is your fault.
01:29:26.000 This has got to be covered.
01:29:29.000 COVID.
01:29:32.000 You wanna hit a little kung fu?
01:29:34.000 Yeah.
01:29:35.000 Okay.
01:29:46.000 It's funny how you were dressed as Bill Burr.
01:29:49.000 Yeah.
01:29:50.000 That was at Crowder's studio.
01:29:51.000 Yep.
01:29:52.000 Why does Crowder not like me anymore?
01:29:54.000 I don't think he doesn't like you.
01:29:55.000 He's just so busy with his costumes and Dave Landau and his dogs continually dying.
01:30:02.000 I like that guy a lot, and I feel bad for saying that.
01:30:04.000 I'm sorry.
01:30:04.000 Most of the people who don't like me, it's like the Proud Boys, the Insurrection, Resurrection, all that kind of stuff.
01:30:11.000 Hate group stuff.
01:30:12.000 But then sometimes it's totally random.
01:30:18.000 There's a black pin here you can't see.
01:30:21.000 Like the guy who dumped me because I wouldn't let him bring his rescue pit bulls over.
01:30:25.000 And then I have a feeling with Crowder, it's something that stupid.
01:30:29.000 It could be dog-related again.
01:30:30.000 I mean, you were not sensitive towards his plight.
01:30:33.000 That's more likely.
01:30:34.000 Yeah, that makes sense.
01:30:36.000 And I'd like to be very clear here.
01:30:38.000 I don't care about your dog.
01:30:40.000 But we're happy about your kids.
01:30:41.000 Damn, that's fucking awesome.
01:30:42.000 See, now you've entered the world of...
01:30:44.000 There's this dog beach in Rye Playland where you go there and the dog comes up and he's like all dirty and sandy and he's on your leg going and with no leash.
01:30:54.000 And you look over at the dog owner and he's like, he loves you.
01:30:57.000 It's like, well, I don't love him.
01:30:59.000 If you have any questions.
01:31:02.000 Yeah.
01:31:02.000 How do I kill it?
01:31:06.000 So he's a Scorpio, as you probably surmised by his rambunctiousness.
01:31:11.000 Oh my, look at you.
01:31:12.000 And like my, my when my little boy was like four, he'd be eating chips, and the dogs are like going for the chips.
01:31:17.000 And he's like, oh, he wants your boy's chips.
01:31:20.000 Get your fucking dog out of my face.
01:31:23.000 This seems similar for some reason, but I had, it was me, my daughter, my wife going to get ice cream, and there was this guy like admiring my daughter and stuff.
01:31:30.000 He was like, she's so cute, blah, blah, blah.
01:31:32.000 He's an older guy, kind of weird.
01:31:34.000 And then he extends his spoon of ice cream that he's been eating already.
01:31:37.000 No.
01:31:38.000 And extends it.
01:31:38.000 And then she like grabs it naturally.
01:31:40.000 And then she like brings it towards it.
01:31:42.000 And we're like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
01:31:44.000 And he's like, laughing.
01:31:46.000 I'm like.
01:31:47.000 Laughing?
01:31:48.000 Now I got a cleaner hand?
01:31:50.000 What a moron.
01:31:51.000 That's infuriating, Ryan.
01:31:53.000 It was pretty crazy.
01:31:54.000 I mean, Caroline was really, it stuck with her for a while, how pissed she was at that.
01:31:59.000 And I was just like.
01:32:00.000 Is he senile?
01:32:01.000 How old was he?
01:32:02.000 Like, maybe 60.
01:32:04.000 Seemed weird.
01:32:06.000 That made me madder than Ethan and Joe in prison.
01:32:12.000 It's right there for me.
01:32:13.000 Who does that?
01:32:14.000 Like, they're so incredibly sensitive.
01:32:16.000 They can't have.
01:32:17.000 Like, I remember one time my eldest daughter, when she was a baby, she somehow got a hold of something super salty, like a pretzel.
01:32:23.000 And her body wasn't used to that kind of level of salt.
01:32:26.000 And she just projectile vomited like 12 feet when we had friends over.
01:32:30.000 Yeah, we've never introduced her to dairy yet.
01:32:32.000 We're going to start getting her on yogurt, but fucking ice cream?
01:32:35.000 Fucking.
01:32:36.000 Yeah.
01:32:36.000 All the sugar.
01:32:37.000 And it's...
01:32:39.000 He goes in his mouth.
01:32:40.000 He's been eating with the spoon.
01:32:44.000 It's insane.
01:32:46.000 It's crazy.
01:32:47.000 It's crazy.
01:32:49.000 It's crazy.
01:32:50.000 Wow, that's infuriating.
01:32:52.000 I'm a little bit mad at you for not being faster on the take.
01:32:55.000 Yeah.
01:32:56.000 She shouldn't have let her hands grab it.
01:32:58.000 Yeah, that's true.
01:33:00.000 Like when he went, she went like, oh, no, no, no, no, we're good.
01:33:03.000 We're good.
01:33:03.000 We're good.
01:33:04.000 Yeah.
01:33:07.000 One time I was at a Japanese restaurant when my eldest was in a pram stroller.
01:33:14.000 But she was a baby.
01:33:15.000 She's lying flat.
01:33:16.000 So it was more of a pram, like old-fashioned kind.
01:33:18.000 We're in a Japanese restaurant.
01:33:19.000 The guy trips and the hot tea goes on her fucking face.
01:33:22.000 Get the fuck out of here.
01:33:23.000 Nope.
01:33:24.000 What?
01:33:24.000 That literally is one of my fears.
01:33:26.000 It's one of my many fears.
01:33:27.000 We went out on a little lunch date with like our neighbors.
01:33:30.000 And the waiter put my, it's like a big bowl of coffee to be fancy and like leaned it like, she's not so close, but if anything happened, fucking bam.
01:33:40.000 Like, just put it on this side, sir.
01:33:42.000 And so I moved it away.
01:33:43.000 It like kept it in her reaching distance.
01:33:45.000 I was like, I don't think people know that babies grab all the things, maybe, but you're still at that phase where you think you can have a life.
01:33:51.000 And we, like, when we had our first baby, we would have parties and stuff, and then she got caught on some glass because someone broke a bottle.
01:33:58.000 And I just realized, we can't have a life.
01:34:01.000 We can't go out for dinner.
01:34:02.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:34:02.000 It's not worth the risk.
01:34:03.000 And I yelled at the waiters.
01:34:05.000 I go, What the fuck is the matter with you?
01:34:07.000 Jesus Christ, you fucking idiot.
01:34:10.000 Get a cool.
01:34:12.000 And the people I was with were like, dude, chill out, relax.
01:34:16.000 Oh, I'm sorry.
01:34:16.000 It's just when my daughter gets disfigured, I get old.
01:34:21.000 Meanwhile, if it was a dog.
01:34:23.000 Oh, my God.
01:34:23.000 If it was a dog, they would just start stabbing him.
01:34:26.000 Yeah, and beating off the dog for some reason.
01:34:28.000 Beating off the dog?
01:34:29.000 Yeah.
01:34:29.000 Oh, I see.
01:34:31.000 That's another funny thing, Rob Schneider.
01:34:33.000 Rob Schneider said, men tolerate a relationship because they want sex.
01:34:41.000 So they're like, fucking, and then they don't even realize what's going on.
01:34:44.000 The next thing you know, she has like underwear in your drawer and you're eating dinner and her parents are there.
01:34:48.000 Hi, who are you?
01:34:49.000 And he goes, women tolerate sex so they can have a relationship.
01:34:56.000 That's pretty funny.
01:34:56.000 And you're just like, hey, hello.
01:34:58.000 Yeah, okay.
01:34:59.000 And he starts jerking off, I guess, himself like this way.
01:35:04.000 If a woman is jerking you off like this, she's not into it.
01:35:08.000 I mean, I'm saying not this, but this one.
01:35:11.000 Yeah.
01:35:11.000 That's like, it's like milking a cow.
01:35:14.000 If she's not like, you're not wearing her like a backpack and she's got her legs wrapped around your rib cage and then jerking off as if it's her dick and then going yee-haw, she's probably not into it.
01:35:25.000 with her cowboy hat getting crumpled on the back of your neck.
01:35:29.000 So we got to talk about this: Justin Bieber and his facial paralysis.
01:35:34.000 So he's got the booster triple vax, whatever.
01:35:37.000 So does his wife.
01:35:38.000 She's hospitalized with a stroke and he's got a funny eye.
01:35:43.000 You can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsey Hunt syndrome.
01:35:53.000 As you can probably see.
01:35:55.000 It's called Johnson and Johnson syndrome.
01:35:57.000 Yeah, it doesn't look so bad in the video.
01:35:59.000 No, the smile.
01:36:00.000 You saw the smile?
01:36:01.000 Yeah, his whole thing, his right eye closes, and then his face dips.
01:36:06.000 I have.
01:36:22.000 you looked at 1.5.
01:36:24.000 No, I meant January 6th.
01:36:26.000 Oh, funny.
01:36:27.000 Yeah, you can see there that it's his eyes closing there and even his lip is sort of droopy.
01:36:35.000 Did you hear his new song?
01:36:37.000 No.
01:36:37.000 Oh, it's...
01:36:41.000 Is it too late now to not get faxed?
01:36:45.000 Cause my eyes drooping and my smiles whack.
01:36:52.000 Let's do the mailbag.
01:36:55.000 I gotta go get my briefcase.
01:36:56.000 I vibed out that you didn't enjoy that.
01:36:59.000 Ryan, shut up, you don't have a dead.
01:37:04.000 Let's do the priest together.
01:37:07.000 Let's make it.
01:37:16.000 By the way, also on that Gav?
01:37:20.000 Also on that, the facial paralysis thing, are we as a world trying to ignore the fact that it happened to Andrew Dice Clay, too?
01:37:29.000 All of a sudden he just gets his face paralysis after being vaccinated?
01:37:40.000 And all these soccer stars.
01:37:42.000 Tommy Robinson talks about this.
01:37:44.000 All these soccer stars who were magically dropping like flies on the field.
01:37:49.000 That's distorting.
01:37:51.000 People say it's Bill's palsy, but...
01:37:55.000 Well, isn't that bad?
01:37:57.000 Easy there, computer machine.
01:38:02.000 Put in my password, 4862M3B.
01:38:10.000 I don't like the new sound bar on these MacBooks.
01:38:14.000 Yeah, me neither.
01:38:15.000 It's a pain in the ass.
01:38:21.000 Blackface.
01:38:22.000 Dear Gavin and Rye Guy, two female black students are suspended for damaging a university's reputation after reporting a white guy in Blackface with I Hate written on his chest along with a swastika.
01:38:35.000 They clearly wanted him suspended after the effects of George Floyd's death.
01:38:41.000 But it was drawn as a joke in a drinking game by the white guy's black girlfriend.
01:38:48.000 Oh.
01:38:49.000 And even if it was, and then the writer adds, but even if it was drawn by him and it's just a drinking game, clearly a joke and not racist.
01:38:56.000 I'm glad they're suspended.
01:38:57.000 But what if it isn't a joke?
01:38:59.000 And he really does hate that group and he wrote that on his chest.
01:39:04.000 Okay.
01:39:05.000 Like, I hate white people would be fine written on someone's chest.
01:39:09.000 Why should you be suspended?
01:39:10.000 But I'm glad to see they're getting suspended for that.
01:39:15.000 Is that a sign of things to come?
01:39:21.000 Yeah, you got to, have you noticed that, like, with mixed race couples?
01:39:25.000 You kind of have to avoid them at parties and stuff because they think they can just throw the N-word around because they got a free pass.
01:39:33.000 It's like, dude, take it down a notch.
01:39:38.000 That's a fucking headline, he says.
01:39:41.000 And he takes it to Daily Mail.
01:39:43.000 California Church's first transgender bishop resigns after being branded racist for firing Puerto Rican pastor while wearing a bulletproof vest and threatened to call the police on congregants.
01:40:00.000 Yeah, it looks like an AI just threw a whole bunch of shit together.
01:40:03.000 Oh, I sent you a thing on that.
01:40:06.000 How do we do that?
01:40:07.000 What, make AI generate stuff for us?
01:40:09.000 Yeah.
01:40:11.000 I think somebody had done that, actually.
01:40:13.000 I'll look on my Twitter.
01:40:14.000 Like, we did one for you.
01:40:15.000 Let's do censored ones where it's like the bird witch, like Bald Eagle and, I don't know, Nazi skinheads.
01:40:25.000 Bald Eagle and Barney the dinosaur fighting.
01:40:32.000 That's not a very good one.
01:40:35.000 I might be losing my touch.
01:40:38.000 This seems like such a Gavin woman.
01:40:40.000 How I went from raging feminist to traditional wife.
01:40:45.000 Highly requested.
01:40:47.000 This girl, I've seen her on the other Fembot thing.
01:40:51.000 Her name is Rebecca Barrett.
01:40:54.000 She's really good.
01:40:56.000 Cute, fun little postwork.
01:40:58.000 Great message for young women on how to escape the cult of feminism.
01:41:03.000 But this video is like 14 minutes long.
01:41:05.000 We're not going to watch it all.
01:41:07.000 One thing I've noticed about these chick videos, though, the intros are so long.
01:41:12.000 Hey, everyone, you've been asking for this for a long time.
01:41:14.000 And smash the subscribe and this and that.
01:41:17.000 And we're going to do this.
01:41:17.000 And it's coming up.
01:41:18.000 And here's my thing.
01:41:19.000 And I've been meaning to do this.
01:41:20.000 I didn't get a chance to on Wednesday.
01:41:21.000 And now, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:41:23.000 Radical, raging feminist to becoming a traditional feminine woman and wife.
01:41:31.000 So if you are excited for this video, please give it a big thumbs up.
01:41:35.000 Subscribe.
01:41:36.000 She's nice, though.
01:41:36.000 She's great.
01:41:37.000 Check that out on your own time.
01:41:38.000 Hey, G. Dizzle and Impression Guy.
01:41:40.000 Jim God made a point on his birthday episode I found pretty profound.
01:41:43.000 Something along the lines of what has anyone, blacks included, gained from preventing people from saying nigger?
01:41:49.000 It hasn't helped blacks and arguably has hurt them more.
01:41:53.000 When people were allowed to say what they thought, the world was a better place.
01:41:56.000 Now blacks are mad at gas prices and I can't even call them.
01:42:05.000 Spielberg and E.T., someone says, looks like you're right.
01:42:10.000 He does have very creepy pedo vibes.
01:42:15.000 This is such a weird picture because E.T. was like four feet tall.
01:42:19.000 Remember?
01:42:20.000 Oh, yeah.
01:42:21.000 What is that?
01:42:22.000 Like the king of all E.T. land?
01:42:25.000 Why is he so big?
01:42:28.000 Wait a minute.
01:42:31.000 If E.T. was four feet, then that kid is like three and a half feet, and that's a little kid.
01:42:37.000 So Steven Spielberg saying, I'm a little kid.
01:42:39.000 Wait a minute.
01:42:40.000 In my E.T. episode, you can Google this on the site, search for it.
01:42:44.000 I did a whole, we watched E.T. and tried to prove that he's a pedophile, and there's pedophile messages.
01:42:49.000 That looks like a pedophile message to me.
01:42:52.000 And in the movie, E.T. was pedophilia.
01:42:55.000 It's like, I want to love you, but society won't take it.
01:42:59.000 And I know I'm ugly and different and weird, but I'm a good person.
01:43:03.000 And I just want to touch you.
01:43:05.000 So E.T. is how pedophiles see themselves.
01:43:08.000 Like, strange, but ultimately good and lovable, but not accepted by society.
01:43:16.000 Yeah.
01:43:17.000 You have to hide me.
01:43:19.000 I have to hide in your toys.
01:43:22.000 Candy.
01:43:24.000 Yeah, and then there's a bunch of weird things like at this dinner conversation too, just like penis breath.
01:43:28.000 Oh, just calm breath or penis breath.
01:43:30.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:43:32.000 You got to suck a lot of dicks before you get penis breath.
01:43:41.000 Okay, tell me what you want.
01:43:44.000 Hey guys, I'm in the middle of reading when Harry Became Sally by Ryan T. Anderson.
01:43:47.000 No small feat as it's fucking banned and not easy to find.
01:43:50.000 I didn't pussy out and buy the digital copy like a fag.
01:43:52.000 I put my coins down and bought the physical copy because as Gavin's always saying, buy books.
01:43:57.000 They can't take this away from me now.
01:43:59.000 I own it.
01:44:00.000 They can't come into my house and take it from me yet.
01:44:03.000 But bet your sweet Scottish Japrikan asses they can turn off the digital version from Kindle whenever the pressure becomes too much.
01:44:11.000 And I've been noticing this with the LGBT shit.
01:44:14.000 They have these radical drag shows where guys are acting like disgusting female sluts in front of little kids.
01:44:21.000 Then you go there and they claim that you called them a faggot or something.
01:44:26.000 And they say you used homophobic slurs.
01:44:29.000 Meanwhile, you said groomer, right?
01:44:33.000 And now they are standing up for gay equality and you are just freaked out by gays and you don't want them to live.
01:44:41.000 So if you don't let us groom your kids, you don't want gay people to be.
01:44:45.000 So part of being gay is molesting kids.
01:44:47.000 Is that where that logic ends you?
01:44:50.000 Ends up.
01:44:52.000 Anyway, chapter five gives insights into the two groups of people who transition from male to female.
01:44:57.000 Fags that feel ashamed and subconsciously believe that transitioning will allow them to act like females with men without shame, right?
01:45:05.000 You can just become a woman.
01:45:06.000 Now you're not weird anymore.
01:45:08.000 You're weird.
01:45:09.000 Zoe Tour is not weird.
01:45:12.000 Pull up Zoe Tour.
01:45:14.000 I was thinking about her the other day where she said, you've ruined your last name.
01:45:18.000 You've ruined your family's reputation.
01:45:20.000 I'm like, Zoe, your family hasn't spoken to you since you cut your dick off.
01:45:25.000 I wouldn't worry about my family.
01:45:27.000 Yours don't like you.
01:45:30.000 Yeah.
01:45:31.000 That's not weird.
01:45:33.000 No, Eddie Money is a great guy.
01:45:36.000 Nothing weird about that.
01:45:40.000 Yikes.
01:45:41.000 And then group two, men who get sexual pleasure slash gratification by embodying woman.
01:45:47.000 Look up autogynophilia.
01:45:49.000 And then he says, Gavin was right.
01:45:52.000 Which is not a surprise, really.
01:45:53.000 If you want to find this on your own, Gavin, it's on pages 108 to 112.
01:45:56.000 P.S. I love Maddie.
01:45:57.000 She in a little kitchen.
01:45:58.000 Tell him to make butter chicken.
01:46:00.000 R.I.P. Tinkerbell.
01:46:01.000 Still no sign of Sylvia, by the way.
01:46:06.000 I think this is the last one.
01:46:08.000 Yep.
01:46:10.000 Quitting the military.
01:46:13.000 Hey, Gavin, I'm in the Air Force National Guard as my full-time job for now might be going back to one weekend a month.
01:46:18.000 I've noticed just in my unit, we've been losing lots of guys.
01:46:21.000 They aren't re-enlisting.
01:46:23.000 Before Afghanistan, before the Afghanistan pull out disaster, people still had faith.
01:46:28.000 Now I see these guys just have no wind left in their sail.
01:46:31.000 It's very hard to see and stay positive myself.
01:46:33.000 My friend just got out and I begged him to stay, offered to buy him any gun he wanted if he stayed.
01:46:38.000 He said, quote, with the way things are going politically, what's the point?
01:46:43.000 Now one of our best guys who cost the government a million dollars to train with a ton of experience is gone.
01:46:50.000 And it's happening all over.
01:46:51.000 I don't know what to do anymore.
01:46:52.000 I'm never getting out, but it's hard sometimes.
01:46:54.000 We are in desperate need for good men, fit men who want to be bad motherfuckers and work hard.
01:47:00.000 Not you, Ryan.
01:47:01.000 You are too short and also gay.
01:47:03.000 It does say that.
01:47:06.000 Here's one.
01:47:08.000 Oh, that's cool.
01:47:09.000 From Don Jolly.
01:47:10.000 It says, Gavin McKinnon is committing hate crimes with the Proud Boys.
01:47:14.000 Remember Don Jolly?
01:47:16.000 No?
01:47:17.000 Great guy.
01:47:18.000 He was awarded most artistic.
01:47:22.000 That's fun.
01:47:23.000 Yeah.
01:47:24.000 So I think this is how we do it.
01:47:25.000 I quite get it.
01:47:27.000 Eiffel Towers Landing on the Moon.
01:47:30.000 Okay, well, let's do it.
01:47:33.000 OpenAI.com.
01:47:36.000 We've trained it, pa pa pa.
01:47:37.000 Okay, let me use it.
01:47:42.000 Okay, this is not something we have to waste people's time with.
01:47:44.000 We'll do it on tomorrow's show.
01:47:46.000 It's been a long app.
01:47:47.000 Let's get to the final vid.
01:48:03.000 Let's go to 3-2 as a Spider-Man rope.
01:48:06.000 Spider-Man.
01:48:07.000 I'm going to call it, let's start calling him Spider-Man as Disney's new Spider-Man exhibit, which involves a robotic Spider-Man.
01:48:16.000 Oh, I already fucked it up.
01:48:19.000 Takes a bit of a tumble.
01:48:20.000 Make sure you have the audio on for this.
01:48:22.000 Here goes something.
01:48:28.000 Yo, nice.
01:48:39.000 Oops.
01:48:40.000 Spidey had a little wipeout.
01:48:43.000 So yeah, that's our big second episode, big on the meandering, but these are our friends and they're number one in the news.
01:48:50.000 So we're going to cover it.
01:48:52.000 We'll see what happens with these boys.
01:48:54.000 And I'm personally thoroughly impressed by their resolve.
01:48:59.000 These guys are not crying on the phone.
01:49:01.000 They're not talking about suicide.
01:49:03.000 They're just reading the Bible, reading lots of books, and staying strong, Both spiritually and physically.
01:49:11.000 What an inspiration!
01:49:12.000 Wow, get fired, get in trouble, be brave, and never stop fighting.
01:49:32.000 Dancing on the radio, dancing on the radio, dancing on the radio, playing on my telephone.
01:49:40.000 Dancing on the radio, hot as on the telephone, dancing on the radio, hot as on the telephone.
01:49:53.000 Let me see, dancing on the radio, hot as.
