00:00:00.000 Hello everyone.
00:00:30.000 oh there we go i think we're under it now how's it going tonight chris she's been a night i was
00:00:42.780 just settling down at the bar for supper and having a beer and uh and tamara called it's
00:00:48.560 been the roads have been absolute hell all afternoon freezing rain in minnesota in wisconsin
00:00:53.160 and then into minnesota minneapolis st paul was a whiteout with snow and horrible conditions the
00:00:58.860 thing i was concerned about was getting good number one fuel in the diesel tanks parking and
00:01:03.180 going in for supper and then tamara called it away oh crap so i rushed back out to the truck here so
00:01:09.260 my apologies for my tardiness here no not at all well like i said i was starting to worry because
00:01:14.940 i messaged you a couple times today and i never heard back so which is unusual for you you usually
00:01:19.500 poke your head in and out of the chat rooms there every once in a while but i figured obviously
00:01:23.820 you're a busy guy. There's probably 600 miss messages on my phone. That was the last thing
00:01:28.600 I could do today was look at my phone when I was driving on that stuff. It was horrible.
00:01:33.320 It was a wicked storm. Yeah, that's good. Yeah, a wicked storm. Like I was just saying before we
00:01:38.580 went live, we had, we just caught this outskirts of the storm here, but it was very windy. I've
00:01:44.320 lost a lot of shingles. I know in Manitoba, my daughters, those roads are all closed around
00:01:49.260 the whole area basically i think manitoba shut down so i can't even imagine what you had to
00:01:54.880 deal with today north dakota i've got a truck sitting in fargo right now they wouldn't even
00:01:59.060 load the tractors today for the for the four-wheel drive plant there so he spent the day sitting
00:02:03.480 there and uh it was plus seven this morning in wisconsin when i loaded my case case tractor
00:02:08.580 and the roads were decent all up until you know half an hour from the minnesota border then the
00:02:13.640 rain started and it rained hard so yeah north dakota was pretty much shut down today minnesota
00:02:19.800 is in a storm watch there's a blizzard just south of us and it's clear here now all of a sudden so
00:02:25.040 i guess it's just cold from plus seven to minus 21 tonight i believe is what the temperature
00:02:31.560 is supposed to drop to so i got zippy all snuggled into a warm truck here he's good to go
00:02:36.360 can you hear me chris i can hear you okay that's weird i'm getting some weird errors
00:02:47.440 might be time for a new laptop well hopefully you get some good weather you are are you coming
00:02:53.580 home tomorrow are you going to be down there for the weekend uh i am 1340 kilometers from home
00:02:59.460 right now so i probably won't make it home tomorrow and i have to do the forfeiture hearing
00:03:03.960 for big red tomorrow so i'll probably wake up in the morning and put a couple hours of driving in
00:03:08.200 and then stop somewhere and listen to the reading of the fate of my future and my truck and my
00:03:14.040 livelihood so yeah we're gonna talk we're gonna talk a little bit about what's happening tomorrow
00:03:19.400 with your case i just want to take a minute here hello everyone life be in it merry christmas from
00:03:25.320 perth thank you that is one of our strong supporters from australia believe it or not
00:03:30.280 a lovely lady that i've met on twitter um carolyn peters hi 10 degrees and winds are nice
00:03:38.840 nice oh i think my dad's here one second
00:03:47.240 stand the man probably gonna he's probably gonna make an appearance i just heard i just
00:03:53.000 heard somebody yelling my name upstairs so it's it's my dad
00:03:55.960 yeah that's right hang on hello from michigan hi lisa from michigan you got this all right
00:04:10.440 i just i think my dad's bringing me a turkey he's gonna come for christmas so he's obviously just
00:04:14.280 dropping off the turkey nice i just met a guy uh in the parking lot here he's from indianapolis
00:04:20.120 indiana he just walked across the parking lot and just to say hi shake my hand and say follow you on
00:04:24.120 tick tock and uh stand behind you guys so aaron is his name it is it's uh really quite overwhelming
00:04:33.960 and heartening uh the support that we have and even i posted about about the hearing tomorrow
00:04:39.560 today and it's all just messages of support and love and you know people are watching i think the
00:04:46.200 whole world is watching this i can't believe we're in a spot right now doesn't it kind of hit me it
00:04:51.560 It hits me every now and then where I'm just kind of driving.
00:04:53.700 I woke up this morning and I thought, why are we living through this right now?
00:04:57.980 The government wants to take my truck because it floors me that we're at a spot right now.
00:05:06.180 I got a message from somebody the other day, and he said, how do you keep your composure?
00:05:10.060 Why are you not angry and bitter?
00:05:12.760 Well, you know, honestly, I thought about it, and I'm like, there's too many people watching right now.
00:05:16.160 For me to show anger and bitter would be a show of, I don't want to, weakness maybe?
00:05:21.560 and i'm not i'm not weak in any sense i'm i will stand my ground right to the end and this this
00:05:27.880 truck is something that i will fight literally to the death for it's it's not attached to me
00:05:34.440 as a as a thing so it has no you know it has the resemblance of the real resemblance to freedom
00:05:39.880 convoi of course that it has for so many people but for me it's been my life for 22 years this
00:05:44.360 truck and i still run it i still i talk to it hi dad hi my dad's here hi say hi dad we're just doing
00:05:54.120 our show hello everybody uh i don't know if you can hear this is my dad stan mcburney um
00:05:59.800 mcburney you may have he uh he him and my mom actually led the convoy out in their pilot truck
00:06:05.240 when we left here so i think you're just dropping off the turkey it's on you on your cover thank
00:06:09.480 you love you and i'm out of here okay sorry i can't visit that's all right i'm busy okay talk
00:06:16.040 later dad everyone's saying hi dad yes he is yes he is yeah he has a turkey for me so we're going
00:06:24.440 to have cook his turkey on christmas christmas day oh saint thomas ontario wow amazing well i
00:06:34.040 just want to say thank you all for joining us on house arrest tonight uh with chris and tamara
00:06:38.440 where we bring you our weekly updates we are going into or just finishing i guess week 10
00:06:43.400 of house arrest i can't believe how fast it's going by can you it's been uh it's been an ordeal
00:06:49.960 it's uh it's definitely something yeah it's been challenging but it's been also rewarding as well
00:06:55.640 too so yes that's great well as most of you know i was gone to manitoba for a couple weeks i had a
00:07:02.040 new grand baby born a few weeks ago so um and we did talk a little bit about that i think in our
00:07:08.040 chat that one day just the challenges of getting all the scheduling done and all that kind of stuff
00:07:12.600 and so but i was really grateful that i was able to go out and obviously spend that time with my
00:07:18.360 kids and my grandkids and it just sucks that they're so far away and then of course um some
00:07:23.800 of you may have heard that i have been offered and gratefully accepted a position with rebel news we
00:07:28.440 made the announcement today so i have actually flown to toronto last week too to um attend some
00:07:34.520 training and stuff out there so so that's been really exciting um of course with the with the
00:07:39.720 job we had to sort of run all that stuff by my probation officer um to make sure that it was
00:07:46.040 going to be something that i was going to be able to do and again so long as everything's
00:07:50.520 meticulously scheduled and you know we have i mean it's which is what i do basically i mean i i
00:07:58.520 organize things so yeah it's going to be really nice to have a paycheck again i'm very excited
00:08:07.480 to be working and and obviously i've been a fan of rebel news for quite some time um so this is
00:08:14.120 like a dream come true for me they are probably one of the only while there's many independent
00:08:21.320 journalists in this country that do an amazing job but rebel news is probably the highlight
00:08:25.160 for for being the most vocal and uh and they definitely shows well they were there on the
00:08:30.840 ground right i mean when you remember what happened there on the ground there was very few
00:08:35.000 journalists and independent journalists heart no mainstream media barely um and they came
00:08:41.000 out already to put with an agenda and a narrative um but it was rebel dudes and it was people like
00:08:45.800 andrew lawton who was a citizen i think he was with true north at the time actually
00:08:49.560 and all these people that came out and and told the truth from the streets and so i feel like
00:08:58.280 you know they've sort of been with us right from the start and so i think this is a really nice
00:09:02.600 bit i'm very excited so thank you so much congratulations somebody like andrew lawton
00:09:08.120 who went from media independent media to now a member of parliament is the prime example of
00:09:13.560 getting involved with something that you know andrew was with this area he was one of the first
00:09:17.640 novels that came out about convoy and the information behind it so we're proud of him
00:09:22.920 yeah very proud of him and look what he's doing now yeah talk about a case of putting your money
00:09:27.640 where your mouth is you know andrew lawton is a great uh a great example for us all in my opinion
00:09:34.200 really love what he's doing and and he's just a good guy you know that's what we need back in
00:09:40.040 politics people that are just good people good solid people that are there for the right reasons
00:09:45.320 and that are there to speak up for their constituents so kudos to him
00:09:51.500 and so sorry you're coming back to canada tomorrow do we'll uh maybe we'll get we'll
00:09:58.040 get to ruby to cue up that video um because we want to talk about what's happening in court
00:10:02.900 tomorrow with your case um actually have the bunk bed in the back right now down 0.99
00:10:08.960 oh what's up ruby did you make a video awesome she did i'm telling you this lady but i think
00:10:18.220 we better rewind you're helping me and highlighting with me so in the evenings we save our hotel
00:10:22.320 car there we go isn't it ironic that 22 years ago today november 26 2003 i picked this truck up
00:10:30.000 from custom truck sales in regina brand new i uh would like to take everybody for a little tour on
00:10:36.440 my 2004 w900 kenworth the iconic big red the seats are a little wore out it is my uh it's been my
00:10:45.880 home for the better part of of 22 years i'd like to show you the the collar of the dog buddy that i
00:10:52.220 had i had put down in this passenger seat and i believe it was 2014 the dog traveled with me for
00:10:57.020 the better part of 17 years this truck has been my life and my family's life for as long as they
00:11:05.900 can remember we actually have the bunk bed in the back right now down because my daughter's been
00:11:10.400 helping me and piloting with me so in the evenings we save our hotel costs by her just sleeping up
00:11:14.860 here and I sleep down on the bottom the kids were literally babies when this truck was new my son
00:11:20.240 was seven months old he was the first one in the passenger seat and they were raised in this truck
00:11:25.820 and around this truck they are the ones who named it the big red truck and then that name stuck from
00:11:32.260 there and iconically that it is now it's a piece of history and the crown wants to destroy that
00:11:40.360 because of that ask yourself in history what government in the past has done that same thing
00:11:48.760 yeah i think it was china under communist dictatorship
00:11:53.840 good job ruby good job
00:12:02.900 i think you're absolutely right about that chris yeah great job ruby so tomorrow chris do you want
00:12:07.780 to tell everyone what's happening in court tomorrow i don't have a link yet for it i
00:12:12.260 assume that you don't yet either i don't yet no i'll share it well it might be on my phone
00:12:16.260 i've missed a lot of messages but yeah probably 10 o'clock eastern time uh we will go um zoom trial
00:12:23.140 i'll probably be close to fargo north dakota by that time and the judge will rule on the summary
00:12:27.700 dismissal motion for uh the forfeiture of big red um diane magus which is represented by you know
00:12:34.820 the justice center constitutional freedoms is is my main backer on diane right from the day one
00:12:40.180 through the the criminal trial through through the forfeiture hearings we brought brendan miller in
00:12:45.700 to assist with um with you know cb trucking and jonathan's portion of ownership as well as my
00:12:51.860 parents portion of ownership most people i get questioned on this every now and then but
00:12:56.100 But after convoy, my son Jonathan was 20 years old, or 18, and he needed a truck.
00:13:03.860 And I went to go get a truck for him to be part of the company.
00:13:07.540 And I couldn't get a loan for that truck because the criminal charges on me,
00:13:11.900 the $300 million lawsuit on me, and the fact that our bank accounts were frozen for so long.
00:13:16.560 So what I did then was I sold Big Red to my parents.
00:13:20.940 Legally, Fair and Square, Bill of Sale was produced,
00:13:23.220 but with the terms that i could keep running big red and it gave me the financial you know freedom
00:13:28.500 to then purchase jonathan's truck and so then we've got brendan miller to represent my parents
00:13:34.260 interest as well as jonathan's and cb trucking diane magus is representing me and brendan's
00:13:39.700 filed a motion dismissal summary motion and and we're going to hear that tomorrow so he's given
00:13:46.180 the courts enough case law actions uh everything that it basically tied it should it should tie
00:13:54.420 the judge's hands and saying that this is a frivolous claim and that she tosses it out
00:14:00.580 i'm praying that that's what happens tomorrow if it doesn't happen tomorrow then i guess it's it's
00:14:05.300 on for another realm of trial so um with any luck we log on tomorrow morning she makes a decision in
00:14:12.020 in the best frame of people's interest my interest and we move on with our lives but
00:14:17.460 that's basically what it comes down to so yeah well i mean i i feel like brendan uh
00:14:24.820 did a fantastic job i think he went in there and um sort of mopped the floor with them so to speak
00:14:32.660 it was very interesting to see how he was treated um definitely because of who he is and who he's
00:14:39.220 represented in the past by some of the personnel in that courtroom and i i'm predicting a win for
00:14:45.620 tomorrow it's miller time exactly exactly another time so i'm predicting huge for you tomorrow i
00:14:53.140 think he's really sort of paked them into a corner with the case law that he presented
00:14:57.460 and again i mean it's so obvious i think to anybody that's watching that this is just a vengeful
00:15:03.860 vindictive petty and spiteful there is absolutely no reason for them to take and destroy that truck
00:15:12.660 other than um because they don't like what it represents it has never happened i mean i think
00:15:18.740 tomorrow is going to be good well to canadian judicial history this has never happened in
00:15:24.100 canadian history never has the crown ever tried to seize an asset from an alleged crime committed
00:15:30.980 four and a half almost five years after the fact from a different province and what did like we
00:15:38.660 were led on to wellington with big red we parked it where the police told us to park it you were
00:15:42.980 in the cab of the truck with us when that happened the truck sat in the turning lane of the supreme
00:15:47.540 court for you know what was it 11 days or something like that there was one empty lane to the left and
00:15:52.820 two empty lanes to the right it was not impeding traffic when the cops asked me to take the truck
00:15:57.300 out of downtown ottawa i took the truck out of downtown ottawa and i parked it out at exit 88
00:16:01.300 on the on the east side of the city and so that for them to come after this it's just it proves
00:16:07.060 how vindictive and evil these people are i agree i agree and they're just trying to cross the symbol
00:16:16.020 i mean look at what that truck represents to so many people and i remember even during the convoy
00:16:20.420 when we were driving across canada and we were laughing about how uh the rink from smoky and
00:16:25.620 the bandit back in the day was the most famous truck up until that point up until january of
00:16:31.060 2022 and then i think big red uh surpassed that but again i it's because of what it represents
00:16:38.900 and um i can't remember who we were talking to the other day but somebody said to me you know
00:16:45.540 even if the even if the government was going to seize it for example i mean why would they want
00:16:50.660 to destroy it because this is actually whether you approve of what we did or disapprove of what we did
00:16:56.340 it happened and it was a globally recognized event that is going to be in the canadian history books
00:17:03.780 so i mean much like the evidence that the government is currently destroying about the
00:17:08.180 freedom convoy files i mean why would they want to destroy it you know which is another thing
00:17:14.100 altogether i mean that came out last week too that they were caught uh deleting deleting evidence
00:17:20.660 well there's cases before the courts uh regarding the freezing of bank accounts we have some i know
00:17:26.820 there's other cases before the courts um so i mean this this just can't continue this can't continue
00:17:33.220 you just don't get to cancel and erase something and wipe it off the planet because you don't like
00:17:37.460 it they've done that with with the climate history though they've done that with whatever they choose
00:17:42.740 to do this government's been acting without accountability for you know basically 10 years
00:17:48.660 and you go back to the reasons why convoy was created in the first place it was because
00:17:52.340 government was acting without accountability and uh i think i'm about to get backed into here
00:17:59.700 and these people make me so nervous out here my gosh uh-oh
00:18:05.620 do you need to take a minute no i just he's a good his phone on his dash and he's doing a
00:18:10.180 live stream right now okay that's probably why you shouldn't be doing a live stream
00:18:15.460 can we get back well you are but i guess you're not driving at least no i don't do that i uh can
00:18:20.980 we get back to normal drivers today like there was some pretty treacherous road conditions out here
00:18:25.060 i wasn't worried about my driving i can drive on ice i can drive in snow on the blizzard what i
00:18:29.540 fear was the people slamming on the brakes that didn't know how to drive in this stuff
00:18:33.620 four ways when you put your four ways on at 60 mile an hour down the highway
00:18:37.220 if you're scared get off the highway four ways are not helping anything this we're in trouble out
00:18:43.520 here it's evident i can't even imagine there looked like some carnage around calgary yesterday
00:18:50.600 i don't know if you saw any of the footage but there was 85 some vehicle pilots on the qe2 there
00:18:55.800 for sure yes but that's that's the mentality of drivers nowadays they drive into a snowstorm
00:19:00.420 without knowing what's in front of them at full speed you know jesus take the wheels kind of 0.79
00:19:05.300 be their motto i'm not sure what it is but it's ridiculous i see it every day wow jesus takes it
00:19:14.340 basically it's the carrie underwood song yeah well i think tomorrow is going to be a win i'm really
00:19:20.980 hoping for a positive outcome i guess at the end of the day if she denies it you guys will be
00:19:27.540 proceeding ahead with the forfeiture application hearings and um and i i guess the most concerning
00:19:33.460 thing that i think um was what the crown prosecutor actually stated in in one of your hearings which
00:19:39.940 was that even if this fails if their forfeiture application that they filed in ontario fails and
00:19:47.780 she does grant your request tomorrow or denies their forfeiture application that they plan to
00:19:53.620 continue to pursue this um starting in saskatchewan starting by going to the courts in saskatchewan
00:19:59.700 for to get into that jurisdiction um and basically they said that they're just not going to stop in
00:20:05.300 anything until uh they get their way which is pretty um it's pretty hair-raising when you think
00:20:11.460 of some of the cases and that are getting thrown out in our courts today again i've said this many
00:20:16.420 times this this prosecution is a choice it is a choice by somebody sitting in the ag office in
00:20:22.260 ontario because they're letting all these other cases go but they're choosing to continue to
00:20:28.180 prosecute slash persecute this case and and i think we all know why and anyone from ontario
00:20:34.660 in the live stream right now if you think doug ford's a good person doug ford is in charge of
00:20:38.500 the attorney general's office of ontario which is in charge of the forfeiture hearings
00:20:43.380 so it is definitely political it's been political and i've kind of come to the realization now that
00:20:48.180 this is the hill that i will die on and uh we have sat for over 50 days in the court of law
00:20:53.700 for mischief trial we've heard some pretty outlandish things that have been thrown at us
00:20:57.620 you know how many people that they have testify against us in trial with you know never having
00:21:03.280 a personal interaction with any one of those people like the stuff that we've listened to
00:21:07.520 in court for the last you know two years is absolutely atrocious it would make any you know
00:21:13.700 woke person completely melt down and cry in a split second and that for us to endure that with
00:21:20.240 smile on her face and walk away with criminal charges and a smile on her face and walk away
00:21:23.840 with 18 months of house arrest with a smile on her face this is just this is too far this is my
00:21:29.600 line in the sand so i will fight to the death on this truck and that's the clear fact on that you
00:21:35.440 have to stand for something and i will stand for this absolutely do well i think no matter what
00:21:43.440 happens tomorrow or even at the end of the day i i don't think that truck's gonna i don't think
00:21:48.480 think they're going to grant grant them your vehicle i can't see it i think there would be
00:21:52.420 an uproar i think there would be an uproar in canada and maybe i shouldn't say this but i would
00:21:57.720 hope so i mean we can't start setting that precedent where you know four years after the
00:22:02.140 fact you can just walk in and steal somebody's property and livelihood but i mean we just watched
00:22:06.960 what happened at the at the ostrich farm so we definitely know what these people are capable of
00:22:11.920 oh yeah they'll stop at nothing to destroy anyone once you know how dare you this is just it's
00:22:16.820 dictatorship canada is what it is when you stand up against the government when you voice an
00:22:21.240 opinion against the government that doesn't go with the government narrative they will put you
00:22:24.760 down and they will they've proven that time and time again this is what they did to us in convoy
00:22:28.200 they messaged to the media that we're evil people and they ran with that i still see that comment
00:22:32.600 section on social media you know you're a terrorist you're uh you you held the city you
00:22:38.560 occupied the city it was an occupation you tried to overthrow the government that was nothing like
00:22:43.860 what ottawa was i spoke with a guy in the truck stop yesterday in black river falls wisconsin
00:22:48.420 who was with us in ottawa he was there with a truck and he said it was day and night chris
00:22:53.140 i can't believe how the media has lied to the people and some people have out there chose to
00:22:56.980 believe it yeah i love this comment sorry i want to bring it back up here for a second ruby um by
00:23:03.940 lone wolf sage and it just says can i bring that up there yet when they attacked chris and tamara
00:23:09.700 they attacked all of us stand together divided we fall and i just wanted to address that because i
00:23:16.420 think that's a really important point um you know we're chris and i are fighting for our lives in
00:23:22.340 the courts but i mean that said it really is going to affect everyone like the with the ultimate
00:23:28.980 outcome of all of this is is not just going to affect myself and chris it's going to affect
00:23:33.860 every canadian going forward that wants to um demonstrate against their government or push back
00:23:39.780 against um tyrannical measures um i heard recently i think we were just talking about this chris in
00:23:46.740 in saskatchewan there was a lady and a friend that were on their way to the farmers protest a few
00:23:51.540 weeks ago and they were actually pulled over by an rcmp officer and told um to turn around and
00:23:57.460 go home unless they wanted to end up like chris and tamara yeah and so this is the stuff that
00:24:02.900 we can't have uh if there's one piece of advice i will give you it's don't be afraid like these
00:24:08.980 people really they can take things from you but they can't ever truly take your freedom away um
00:24:15.620 so it's just fear tactics and you know she even said in her trial that she was going to give us
00:24:20.420 this great sentence because she didn't want this to be a deterrent the sentence to be a deterrent
00:24:26.500 right but clearly that's exactly what it was meant for also the longest mischief trial of all time
00:24:32.260 in the law fair on top of that so i think that's really concerning when we have um a law enforcement
00:24:39.220 um officer threatening people about attending protests or they're going to end up like you and
00:24:45.220 me look and i i know so many amazing members across the country uh rcmp and city enforcement
00:24:52.020 and law enforcement i've always had a lot of respect for law enforcement but do you think
00:24:56.820 how much of an embarrassment are you to that badge when you go out of your way to pull somebody over
00:25:02.660 and threaten them like that is there a red and white swat you know arm patch underneath the
00:25:09.060 uniform there because it sure seems like it this is you're dragging other good members down when
00:25:15.700 you take part in that sort of thing and i wish people would wake up to that fact you know what
00:25:19.780 side of history would you like to be on the right side or the wrong side yeah it's uh it's
00:25:28.100 frustrating sometimes i mean you know we i think we all want to save save the country but you know
00:25:32.900 there's a lot of um i'm listening to sean ryan's got an eight series podcast that i just subscribed
00:25:39.620 to and it's really good and it's uh basically all about psychological operations and i would highly
00:25:44.660 recommend it cost me 26 canadian and i'm already on episode five and i would highly recommend it
00:25:50.900 because when you start to see these things well tom would know i mean tom army thomas in the in
00:25:55.780 the backstage i see so he can give us some insight into that for sure but you know once you start
00:26:01.140 seeing the steps of a psychological operation or all the signs to recognize the psychological
00:26:07.140 operation it will actually blow your mind how many times a day that you can recognize these things
00:26:13.540 happening even in just in our news cycle so it's um well i mean when we see it all the time you
00:26:19.860 know we had uh the mps that just went to that were trying to get into gaza and then you see
00:26:26.100 all these same tweets talking about how these poor mps were denied entry and one of them was
00:26:31.220 assaulted and it's just all checks it's just like they cut and pasted it all so you know this is
00:26:37.220 something i definitely recommend that canadians learn to recognize is is the signs of a psyop
00:26:42.260 and propaganda because once you see it you can't unsee it and it's just going to help you uh create
00:26:47.540 some situational awareness um as to what is going on in our country right now because it feels like
00:26:52.820 one ginormous psyop it does and they keep exposing themselves regularly you know i said that on
00:26:59.860 facebook today on a post that they keep exposing themselves daily on the corruption and when are
00:27:05.140 canadians and she's gonna have enough and stand up and say enough hi tom welcome tom how you doing
00:27:12.580 you had a week i'm good i did i i had a great week um i was alone on the land and uh building my
00:27:21.060 timber frame cabin kind of thing it was an ordeal i'll tell you you know pretty pretty cold pretty
00:27:28.980 snowy um i had a great time though it was a lot of hard work a lot of hard work so but it all paid
00:27:37.220 off you know i got the the hardest part done now i just got to close in the the bunky basically and
00:27:43.620 start putting some furniture and a wood stove in there but i built a septic system and everything
00:27:48.900 for it so i'm i'm pretty happy about it you know it was a good good use of my week off get my head
00:27:54.980 back in the game so yeah sorry about my voice oh and not to worry yeah yes for those two weeks
00:28:04.200 just in the middle of nowhere and i just i needed it i to be out in the trees and the fresh air and
00:28:10.720 no people no traffic no people no sirens yeah yeah yep exactly yeah i was listening you're
00:28:19.800 talking about the psyops you know and a lot of people don't know that for a long time the biggest
00:28:24.720 budget of the united states military was their psyops um like the funding that goes into psyops
00:28:32.340 for the u.s military it's one of the biggest budgets they have and there's a really good guy
00:28:37.460 probably on the sean ryan show his name is chase hughes yes yes chase hughes is he's got a great
00:28:44.380 youtube channel as well like you can watch him on his own channel chase hughes or um on sean ryan
00:28:51.080 And Sean Ryan's got a great podcast as well.
00:28:54.200 Um, but yeah, like it's a, it's a big thing.
00:28:56.960 I mean, psychological operations, people have to be aware is that you have to know,
00:29:02.060 you have to start with what is the effect I'm trying to achieve.
00:29:06.140 And then you reverse every reverse engineer, everything around that.
00:29:11.360 Like, this is what I want.
00:29:12.580 This is my end goal here.
00:29:13.940 How do I back it up and get every, all the pieces into place to achieve that.
00:29:20.400 And so you always start at the end, what's the effect in, you know, in a
00:29:24.600 different circles, we call it effects based operations.
00:29:28.540 So slightly different than psyops, but in, in a nutshell, you got to know what
00:29:33.360 your end goal is, right?
00:29:35.040 And the, the scary part is we don't ever get to know what the end goal is.
00:29:40.780 Um, we, so we, we can't extrapolate what are the pieces
00:29:46.200 that they're putting into place.
00:29:47.560 I mean, we, we don't know what the end goal to any of this stuff is.
00:29:53.120 We can try to guess, we can do a whole bunch of theorizing and stuff like that.
00:30:00.220 But at the end of the day, you know, it's, um, it's a guess, it's a guess.
00:30:08.320 It really is like what they're trying to do.
00:30:10.600 Um, but you know, when you're looking at it from reverse engineered or you're
00:30:15.220 seeing it or you're part of the plan.
00:30:16.660 It's like, wow, how do people not figure out how obvious this is?
00:30:20.220 It's really hard to do, really hard to do so, but I think the public's getting better.
00:30:25.960 It's fascinating.
00:30:27.280 I think so too.
00:30:28.180 I mean, I think, I think the long, well, I think, honestly, I think, um, the, the, uh,
00:30:34.360 two years of stuff that was happening before the convoy really opened, I think a lot of
00:30:39.240 people's eyes to two psychological operations and how, you know, I mean,
00:30:45.220 To me, and I'm no rocket scientist, obviously, I'm not a doctor, but even to me, the propaganda at the outset was shocking to me because that's all we heard about, right?
00:30:56.940 And, of course, one of the first signs for me was I remember driving to work one morning right when the cure was being announced and coming out.
00:31:09.280 And the first people that they were offering them to were the First Nations.
00:31:13.640 And I just remember like my blood ran cold, just hearing that on the news, but
00:31:19.800 they, of course they make it sound like it's so great.
00:31:21.740 But I mean, we've all seen what happens, um, when they target that
00:31:25.440 just specific demographic first.
00:31:28.200 So for me, it was, it was obvious almost right from the start of what was going
00:31:32.840 on, but there's still a lot of people that are, uh, confused.
00:31:37.580 Yeah.
00:31:38.100 The elbows up.
00:31:39.200 Let's just, I just refer to them as elbows up.
00:31:41.600 that's it the elbows up voters um i i wrote a lot this week on on twitter you know and
00:31:50.640 twitter i try not to do things that are so long by the way yeah there i try not to write things
00:31:56.400 that are so long for twitter because you know there's there's not enough attention span on
00:32:00.800 the twitter for that one so i i do put my longer format stuff on my sub stack but i was like no i'm
00:32:09.760 I'm going to see, you know, and the one that I wrote, the long one, it actually
00:32:13.160 went last I saw that it had quite a bit of traction.
00:32:16.120 So I was really happy with that.
00:32:18.280 Um, longer typically than I would like to do on Twitter, but, um, yeah, I, you
00:32:26.400 know, for me, the writing and the logic, putting the two things together is very
00:32:30.820 a therapeutic for me.
00:32:33.000 So that's why I do it.
00:32:34.820 I find Twitter really file.
00:32:36.340 I think it's, it's probably the app that I go to just, I post pictures
00:32:39.760 the truck and just wait for the haters to come on with their negative comments and then
00:32:44.000 i have fun with them in response but yeah i just mute everyone i'm telling you my twitter or sorry
00:32:51.440 my ex is like is the happiest place really i mean as soon as i see something that's district i don't
00:32:57.280 care if you criticize me or you want to call me names but the second you become absolutely
00:33:02.880 disgusting vile and disrespectful you can disagree with me all you want but you can still do it
00:33:08.000 respectfully and I, so I just mute them. 0.93
00:33:10.740 So literally like my, my ex-a-can is quite a happy place to be, I, I block,
00:33:17.540 I block and you know what, Joanna was like, no, it's a free speech.
00:33:21.080 You gotta be, I'm like, okay, let's, let's bring this back to a real personal level.
00:33:25.820 Let's say you and I, we get set up on a blind date and the first thing out of
00:33:30.320 your mouth is something vile about what I look like, you know, what I'm wearing,
00:33:35.320 total insults do you think the date is going to continue do you think there's going to be a second 0.98
00:33:40.600 date i'm going to block your phone number i'm going to tell you to lose the number don't ever
00:33:44.440 call me again that's how i treat social media is if you you can you can disagree all you want but
00:33:52.280 if you can't do it if you can't use your words uh like an adult then there's no second date for you
00:33:58.360 and i'm not gonna let you now i run the risk of building an uh my own echo chamber i know that i
00:34:05.560 do but i'd rather respect myself to lock you out of my life than to disrespect myself just for the
00:34:15.160 sake that you can have free speech to be basically an and treat me with such disdain so i block
00:34:23.160 people as a matter of uh self-respect that's why i do it people on the line sometimes i'll go mute
00:34:30.680 um if i'm not a hundred percent sure because sometimes i do get confused and i've blocked
00:34:35.400 a few people by accident thinking they were attacking me only to find out that no they
00:34:39.720 were actually agreeing me agreeing with me and attacking the person that i was attacking and i
00:34:45.800 mean politician well and that's the problem with social media and texting is you don't get the
00:34:50.760 context you know i think i've accidentally done that too and then i just stopped blocking people
00:34:56.120 i did block a few right after because as you know i was blocked from social media for two years so
00:35:00.920 when i did come back on i did block some of the people because i had no contact orders with them
00:35:05.240 and i ended up in jail over a picture with you so yeah you know and people you know wouldn't people
00:35:10.280 wouldn't purposefully well some of them would but people normal wouldn't purposely tag all of us in
00:35:15.640 something but you know if they did i had to untag myself really quickly because you know so rather
00:35:21.900 than uh deal with that i just i just blocked them but but you're right i mean and that's why i mute
00:35:26.440 people now i don't block i just mute but it's like i wouldn't tolerate you abusing me in real
00:35:31.020 life i'm not going to let you do it in this circle either yep yep and you'd never say that to my face
00:35:36.540 Unless you're Dina Sharifah, that's about all. 0.99
00:35:42.840 Yeah, Karima is doing such a fantastic job covering those guys.
00:35:49.720 And great wife, a huge shout out to him.
00:35:51.640 It looks like he had a very successful premiere of his new documentary,
00:35:55.880 The Hate Network, where he is exposing organizations, NGOs,
00:36:00.060 that work for the Canadian government that are funded by your tax dollars
00:36:03.400 to smear and cancel and tarnish the good names of many good canadians so yeah i believe he's going
00:36:11.400 to be in ottawa within the next few days so if you're in ottawa and you don't have tickets it's
00:36:18.320 called the hate network um you can follow greg on x i think it's at g dub d-u-b um on x or just
00:36:27.180 search up Greg Wycliffe yeah oh Sherilyn saw it wow great I can't I'm in it but I can't go
00:36:33.320 obviously I wonder if you'll send us a link so we can watch it privately I should I was going to
00:36:37.900 message that would be awesome it's going to be April of 2027 before I'm free and clear go do
00:36:43.060 something so when does you have a showing in your shop why don't you have a showing in your shop
00:36:49.220 and hire my band to come and play oh rebel news will be on live there you go yeah we could do
00:36:55.720 We could do like a fundraiser and a screening of Greg's movie and I'll bring my guitar and we can.
00:37:05.860 Tom just brought that good point up. 0.98
00:37:07.400 When is Trish Woods about to release her documentary? 1.00
00:37:09.560 We've spent the last number of years filming sequences.
00:37:12.860 Two years.
00:37:14.340 Yeah, it's been two years.
00:37:15.360 They've been at the farm a couple times.
00:37:16.320 Last I talked to her, she thought it was going to be ready sometime this month or next month.
00:37:25.720 They were just doing, I think, final edits and polishing of the script.
00:37:30.580 And so the last discussion we had was, you know, how close to Christmas on either side would it be a good idea to –
00:37:38.540 because, you know, people have extra expenses this month.
00:37:41.740 They'll be traveling.
00:37:42.580 People are busy.
00:37:43.960 So I'm hoping February, March we should see it.
00:37:48.660 If we haven't heard anything now, I can't see it in a month by January.
00:37:53.420 You know what would be great?
00:37:54.580 I'm having a special screening.
00:37:56.560 Raymond Innes, most people know, has wrote a book called Unjustified,
00:37:59.840 and he's coming to do some book tours over the next few months.
00:38:03.700 And Tamara and I spoke with him just the other day.
00:38:05.940 We're trying to figure out how this is going to work.
00:38:07.800 He's obviously going to do a small book signing thing at Tamara's House of Medicine Hat,
00:38:11.660 and he's going to come to my farm.
00:38:13.280 So I'm trying to think, do I make this a big deal and have a bunch of people out to the farm
00:38:16.820 and crank the furnace?
00:38:18.640 January 23rd will be the time when he's going to be at my place.
00:38:22.380 And so that might be an invite that's going out.
00:38:24.140 maybe just open up the shop, get some port-a-potties in there
00:38:26.420 and put Big Red as the centerpiece
00:38:27.940 and people can come, get some tables and chairs
00:38:30.380 and just have an evening, you know, have a drink
00:38:32.500 and we're going to put that out here
00:38:34.540 in the next little while. So it's something to think about
00:38:36.040 if anybody's interested in that on January 23rd.
00:38:38.940 I can't wait to talk with Ray.
00:38:41.720 That'd be pretty awesome.
00:38:43.400 I lost you guys.
00:38:44.420 I got kicked off the internet there for a second.
00:38:46.180 But he's also stopping here the night before
00:38:48.360 on January the 22nd.
00:38:50.660 So I will be putting out
00:38:52.380 an invite only. I have an awkwardly shaped home, so I'm not sure how we're going to do this, but
00:38:59.660 I'm going to invite probably 20 to 25 people to come and sit in on that in my home. And I think
00:39:07.020 Ruby's the one and only incredible Ruby is going to come over and help me set up. So we could
00:39:11.940 live stream our house arrest and cover Ray's book signing and his talk in the Q&A. So I think we're
00:39:19.760 to try and set that up here somehow but i'm going to leave that up to ruby because she's the brains
00:39:23.920 behind the operation really we love you ruby so yeah so if there's any locals around medicine hat
00:39:35.520 or of the southeastern alberta area that want to come to my house on january the 22nd for a up close
00:39:42.160 and intimate book reading with the one and only ray mcginnis please drop us an email you can email
00:39:47.680 us at 18house.arrest at gmail.com that's 18house.arrest at gmail.com that's for your comments
00:39:58.480 suggestions questions hate mail um you know whatever is on your mind we've gotten quite a
00:40:04.400 bit of mail in there actually and i have i will be responding to them i did get around to checking
00:40:07.920 them this morning so thank you to everybody that's that's emailed and um you're right chris i did find
00:40:13.360 i did find some emails in there from someone you think might have some issues there was
00:40:18.640 one of our one of our in there so we live in this lady's head from camrose alberta her name is
00:40:25.200 darlene jacobson and she is literally in need of mental help i've been thinking about calling the 0.99
00:40:31.120 local rcmp and having a file opened on how just insane this person is and i just thought to throw
00:40:37.520 it out there because i've seen her email came through about 30 times and one of her comments
00:40:42.560 was to me was can you buy ankle bracelets on your website chris no you can't what kind of kink is 1.00
00:40:51.200 she into she's the same lady that tried to file a police report because she thinks the most alberton 0.98
00:40:57.440 man or what yeah the most albert yeah that one because all the memes came out of him at the ucp
00:41:06.960 agm a couple weeks ago and she went and actually tried to file a release report
00:41:11.520 um because this this character showed up at the agm well i mean he's it's ai one of my first phone
00:41:20.640 calls with darlene she called me out of the blue and i actually have her saved in my contacts in
00:41:24.800 my phone as darlene crazy lady jacobson and uh she tried to tell me that i tried to run her over with
00:41:32.480 big red in the convoy in miscue i wasn't part of the convoy in miscue lady so i don't know where
00:41:38.640 she got that from but this was the big thing and she was going to file a police report and
00:41:42.880 she hopes that we lose everything we've ever owned and we have to pay reparations for our 0.92
00:41:46.640 actions for the rest of our lives darlene go get some help there's medication for people that's
00:41:51.040 why i'm so happy i own nothing and i'm happy it's true what they say it's true what claus
00:41:56.560 shavab says i owe nothing and i'm happy take anything away from me some of the stuff we've
00:42:03.200 had to deal with in the last four or five years has been absolutely
00:42:09.040 but we appreciate the positive support out there i just i can't say that enough we get the crazies
00:42:14.000 we absolutely do we've got the death threats um but we've got a lot of support out here and 99
00:42:19.760 of the comments on all social media posts are all positive and we appreciate that we see that so
00:42:24.240 yeah well i've got you know most of mine are positive yeah yeah but you got to admit chris
00:42:32.560 you know we we have stumbled upon a very small handful of um you know people that called called
00:42:43.120 themselves our friends yes uh and turned out to be quite disruptive to everything and uh i'm
00:42:51.840 speculating here but i'm i'm suspecting one or two of these people that used to call themselves
00:42:56.720 our friends are being a little bit disruptive in the province of british columbia politics these
00:43:03.200 days and um you know i can't prove anything can't prove anything but i can certainly speculate in if
00:43:11.760 you the fingerprints are there you know the fingerprints are there if you just look up
00:43:17.200 up their nostrils, you see the fingerprints are all there.
00:43:20.320 So yeah, I'm, um, yeah, like, I don't know, like there's, there's people
00:43:26.980 that, you know, we, we trusted, you know, that we were aligned with, we
00:43:31.360 were in Ottawa with, and, uh, you know, not only did they let us down, but they
00:43:37.900 sabotaged a lot of the stuff that we were doing, you know, and, um, you know, we
00:43:43.700 have to look beyond those people, but we unfortunately sometimes have to be
00:43:47.780 vigilant because they're still out there and they got away with a lot of the
00:43:50.780 things that they did, you know, and I'm not going to really, I'm never going to
00:43:54.460 speak their names.
00:43:56.480 Um, you know, they know who they are.
00:43:58.580 They know what their agendas are.
00:44:00.620 And I don't normally talk about us on their show all the time.
00:44:07.040 Yeah.
00:44:07.540 Yeah.
00:44:07.920 You know, that, that's a frustration and I'm not going to, I'm not going to
00:44:10.920 say this person's name, but I'm, I'm a little upset because, you know, lately the three of us
00:44:16.400 have been taking in a lot of incoming rounds, um, from somebody that we financially, all three of us
00:44:23.400 on individual basis, all three of us have gone and helped. Um, and that's a little bit frustrating,
00:44:30.080 right? And, and of course it's, you call them out and it's victimhood. It's like, wait a minute,
00:44:35.760 you can't you can't claim to be the victim we've all along been trying our best to help you
00:44:41.060 in the best way that we possibly can and yet you're targeting us like i don't get it and no
00:44:47.880 i'm not going to go on your podcast to talk about it with you you know i remember two years ago two
00:44:53.360 years ago this is a true story i i took the screenshot there was a whole entire twitter
00:45:01.380 space or x space on new year's eve starting of 2024 just to talk about how horrible i am
00:45:11.380 you know by by people that all said that they were you know my friends and stuff so
00:45:16.260 you know i i was on the land i was on the land this week and and i was thinking man i got a lot
00:45:21.940 of people on twitter and i got a you know a lot of people i know and i'm like there's literally
00:45:27.140 nobody right now that I can call to come and help me do this because all my friends live in Alberta
00:45:32.820 or Saskatchewan you know like I can't just call up people and say hey can you help me just for a few
00:45:38.760 hours I can't and we would if we could I know that yeah yes all my Alberta and Saskatchewan friends
00:45:46.260 they would they'd be there in a minute but I can't there's like I don't have that network in Ontario
00:45:52.300 and i've been i was born and raised in niagara falls and you know i have a couple of good friends
00:45:57.420 that i i'm still in contact with from high school but they can't just drop what they're doing you
00:46:01.340 know they have families and careers but it's um it's strange because you know to yeah i know i
00:46:09.900 know you know my situation with my kid i wish i wish you know what i i do i'll tell you if
00:46:18.060 If, if it wasn't for my, my kids, I would, I'd be at west.
00:46:25.060 I think I'd be at west.
00:46:26.240 That seems like the home for me.
00:46:28.720 Same mentality, same support, same great people.
00:46:32.640 Ontario, we just don't have, we, we just, we don't have what you have out in the west.
00:46:43.200 We, we just don't.
00:46:44.340 I mean, there's a lot of great people in Ontario that see the world
00:46:48.000 exactly the same way I do.
00:46:49.560 And that's not necessarily the point, but they're, they're my people.
00:46:54.780 They're the same as your people.
00:46:56.460 They are your people in Ontario, but you know, look at Brian and his wife
00:47:01.580 and everyone in Niagara, it's amazing, but we're scattered, you know, you can't
00:47:08.340 put, you can't put 50 people that think like that, like us in the, in one
00:47:13.620 room in niagara right now oh maybe in niagara you could you could you probably could yeah that's a
00:47:20.100 pretty there's a great crowd in niagara for sure there really is i mean that that group down there
00:47:24.980 is just yeah is awesome yes there's a difference about the west and i i've helped a bunch of people
00:47:31.060 actually pick up and move ontario and actually come out to the west and there's a different
00:47:35.460 mentality it's it's life is a little slower in the west and we actually have family and we have
00:47:40.660 community and i know that's the same call across the country but it's just it feels different in
00:47:45.340 the west it does it does you know i know chris macy's out here he came out a few weeks ago to
00:47:51.460 go to the ostrich farm and he's already do i don't like i asked him today if you know i said what do
00:47:57.460 you do and he's like i don't want to leave and i know i don't know what it is i don't know
00:48:03.160 i mean as far as i'm concerned canada was settled by like the strongest you know like the the
00:48:10.560 europeans that came in here had to be strong because if you weren't it was it was you died
00:48:14.800 i mean the europeans that traveled through manitoba the story by about that is just
00:48:21.700 unbelievable but i mean canada was built by strong resilient people and i feel like that because the
00:48:30.480 prairies were established after that that was sort of the frontier and so i feel like it's maybe a
00:48:35.960 little bit newer we're still a little bit closer to that uh to that time period um I don't even
00:48:41.940 know if that makes any sense but I don't know I mean there's I I grew up on the prairies of
00:48:47.880 Saskatchewan and I feel like I feel like our generation is kind of on the cusp we're at the
00:48:53.700 end of sort of you know when they first got power like our grandparents you know when they first got
00:48:59.020 power and they first got plumbing we're sort of between that and then all the technology that
00:49:05.060 came with the internet and where we were at now i feel like we're sort of a generation
00:49:09.300 stuck in between there and i just know from my experience growing up in rural saskatchewan i
00:49:14.260 mean if we would have lizards we would be stuck in our yard for days we couldn't get out if it
00:49:18.580 wasn't for neighbors and also keep in mind at this time that um canada i think was much more rural
00:49:26.020 like there used to be way more farms when i was a kid if you were a town kid it was weird
00:49:32.420 everybody you know what i mean um i think that's just that that spirit is still just alive and well
00:49:39.140 out here we're survivors we have humanity and compassion we know if we don't look after each
00:49:44.660 other that bad things can happen you know we had to build this place from nothing basically so
00:49:50.740 i i think that's a lot a lot of it and and just of course you know how can you not
00:49:55.460 feel free when you're staring at the mountains and that big beautiful blue sky
00:49:59.140 yeah you know and there's a there's a big difference in the fact that you know if you
00:50:05.700 took the population of quebec saskatchewan alberta and probably bc you might come close to the
00:50:14.260 population of ontario right and here's a here's a really weird dynamic in ontario
00:50:22.740 everybody re-elected doug ford about how he bragged about being the most restrictive
00:50:28.420 leader in all of north america during the covet era right he bragged about it and so what did
00:50:33.300 the ontario voters they were so terrified of liberals getting elected in the the government
00:50:38.980 of ontario again that they gave this psychopath 20 more additional seats that's how afraid there
00:50:45.380 were of ontario liberals but who gave the country federal liberals ontario ontario voters ontario
00:50:54.580 and quebec voters so you know the ontario and quebec voter or ontario voters they don't have 0.99
00:51:01.460 an idea what the hell they're doing like they're they're elbows up with their head up their ass 0.90
00:51:06.340 it's very very bizarre the dynamics here but here's the thing pearson international airport 0.98
00:51:12.180 it's emotion and not logic tom yes they're coming from a face of emotion and not rational thinking
00:51:17.940 sorry orange orange man man bad right but you've got pearson international airport which brings in
00:51:25.380 all of the people that have no love loyalty or history with this country they come here they're
00:51:30.740 given a cell phone and they're given lots of cash and they're told hey if you don't vote for this
00:51:35.620 guy next time around it all gets cut off and you go back home right so you look at like ontario is
00:51:44.180 the beachhead for immigration coming into canada and then they spread out but i know for a fact
00:51:51.300 my cousin works in the niagara region and he's telling me he works with certain immigrants that
00:51:56.980 have come into canada and they're they're resigned like they quit their job and they're told yeah
00:52:01.540 like next week i'm told i have to get on a bus and i'm moving to saskatchewan wow like they're told
00:52:08.580 this and they're doing it and so like the stuff that's going on here on the immigration front
00:52:15.140 it doesn't allow for canadians to just breathe get some relief get some rest and then figure out
00:52:23.060 what to do next because they're just getting hammered from every possible vector right into
00:52:27.940 their their little elbows up brains and they don't know what to do they just don't know what to do
00:52:32.980 the psyop is very effective very effective well you control the messaging and you control the
00:52:39.060 the narrative it's simple the government's very very good yeah they're very good like i've i've
00:52:46.100 spoiled my ballot i've seen i see one of their comments um i have spoiled my ballot in in
00:52:52.500 elections because my vote is none of you are acceptable to me i don't accept a single one
00:53:00.100 of your parties or your platforms or your candidates, but I still showed up, spoiled
00:53:04.660 my ballot and it was counted, but I still went through the motions, but none of you are acceptable.
00:53:12.180 That's my vote.
00:53:13.540 That's allowed.
00:53:14.820 That's perfectly allowed.
00:53:16.500 You know?
00:53:17.780 Yeah.
00:53:18.820 Yeah.
00:53:19.380 Great.
00:53:20.420 Great.
00:53:22.500 So what's the Christmas holidays like for everybody?
00:53:24.500 oh well um i am staying home because i'm under house arrest
00:53:32.540 so um yeah so uh no my obviously with the new baby my daughters are going to be staying in
00:53:41.500 manitoba for for christmas and my oldest is going to head out there with the boys at the end of the
00:53:46.000 month and then my brother's having christmas in swift current so she's going to take the boys and
00:53:50.740 there so it's going to be pretty quiet i'm actually hoping to be visited by chris dacy
00:53:56.580 and mike rude for christmas day but that depends on if they can get out of calgary and i said it
00:54:01.940 would be an honor for me to cook you guys a turkey dinner because i can make a mean turkey dinner
00:54:06.660 um so hopefully that um and we should mention that next thursday night is actually christmas day
00:54:13.060 so we won't have a stream next week and i think the week after that will be new year's um i'm not
00:54:18.980 doing anything for new year's chris maybe we should have a house arrest new year's party
00:54:23.380 i think we should that's good with me early enough let's think about that
00:54:30.020 so um i mean there's no absolutely nobody else i'd rather hang out with tom and you nailed it
00:54:34.660 earlier you know we had a lot of really great friends at the beginning of this or people that
00:54:38.340 we thought were going to be great friends um but at the end of the day um it's i'm grateful
00:54:44.900 that we've seen true colors i'm grateful for the experience that we had with them and for
00:54:50.420 opening my eyes and even more grateful for the team that we really have now because you know
00:54:54.900 chris and i were just saying last week there is nothing that chris barber could do that would
00:55:00.100 make me mad enough or angry enough that i would ever stab him in the back i don't care what it was
00:55:06.740 i would walk away have a great life thanks for everything you did but you know that's that's who 0.85
00:55:11.860 who I am, I w I that's just who I am.
00:55:14.020 And so, I mean, I think we can, I can safely say that you guys know that I
00:55:18.860 will have your backs for the end of time, no matter what.
00:55:21.640 And I believe that you have money also.
00:55:23.500 So yes.
00:55:24.620 Yeah.
00:55:25.520 And you know, like it, these are hard lessons to learn, right?
00:55:29.660 Like we, we've all suffered them.
00:55:32.860 Um, you know, three August ago, there was somebody that we all interacted
00:55:38.340 with very closely who was threatening um to have a citizen's arrest and abduct me and bring me
00:55:46.900 before some weird trial and it's like um yeah the person who intercepted the thing said you say that
00:55:55.060 one more time i'm gonna call the police and have you uh arrested for trying to abduct somebody
00:56:01.700 you know but you know this this started i'll tell you a really funny story and i'm just kind of
00:56:07.380 i'm just kind of shooting from the hip on this i got a i got a text from keith wilson
00:56:14.020 uh got over three years ago it was about i would say about six probably the july after the convoy
00:56:19.460 i got a text from keith wilson and he said here watch this podcast this person's either talking
00:56:25.860 about you or he's talking about me and this person went on and on and on and on and on for the whole
00:56:32.980 thing i'm like when is this guy going to get to the point oh yeah i forgot about hurt locker tom
00:56:43.700 but he is affiliated he's affiliated and he's been poking his he's been poking his head uh in bc
00:56:51.380 politics a lot lately heavily involved in that but but yes the hurt locker tom guy and so he's going
00:56:57.860 on and on on his podcast about how you know uh he's trying to get the audience it's all clickbait
00:57:04.420 in his in his language right to say who sabotaged the convoy who sabotaged the convoy right we're
00:57:10.180 going on and on and on so keith said he's either talking about you or me and it turns out he was
00:57:16.500 actually talking about both me and keith right now here's a funny funny thing we fast forward
00:57:24.260 you know to the next fall we're all in ottawa and we're we're seeing testimony
00:57:32.020 uh at the public order emergency commission and justin trudeau is being uh in this this incident
00:57:40.180 came up several times and it's about your twitter account tamara it's about your your twitter so
00:57:46.820 this is the night before um trudeau so on the 13th of february it's the night before that trudeau
00:57:55.700 invokes the emergencies act that same night the irg which is his immediate response group is being
00:58:02.740 briefed on a plan by the opp to do engagement to just talk to us to engage with us but we're all in
00:58:10.020 a meeting me chris you everybody's in a meeting with the town and that's the same day that the
00:58:15.620 letters were exchanged between you and uh jim watson the mayor of ottawa and so we go into this
00:58:22.740 meeting you know my phone's off everyone's phone's off and the meeting ends and our phones all blow
00:58:29.220 up it's like what the hell's going on and everyone's upset and because you know in the paper
00:58:37.700 jim watson put it in the paper they announced the whole deal everything trudeau was briefed
00:58:42.420 on the fact that there was a pending deal we had moved trucks out of the uh the the residential
00:58:49.540 areas and up onto wellington which was what we were fighting for the whole time anyway
00:58:54.100 yeah and here's the funny part the same person who went on and said that it was me and keith
00:58:59.860 that sabotaged the convoy actually because he had your twitter login instead of using his own name
00:59:10.100 instead of using his own name took your account and posted and i'm gonna quote
00:59:17.060 more fake news i was looking it up while i was talking more fake news this time from ctv news
00:59:22.340 no deal has been struck the federal government has not yet lifted its mandates and passports do
00:59:28.180 not watch fake news it's bad for your mental health this is completely false okay that statement
00:59:35.300 that tweet that went out was briefed to the irg from tamara's account yes which there's no way
00:59:45.540 tamara could have done it because she was in the meeting with us yeah right and she had put her
00:59:52.180 name on the the letter to jim watson that they published the thing is this person didn't use
00:59:58.260 his own account he used tamara's account so that tweet was briefed to justin trudeau okay and i'm
01:00:08.180 looking it took me a while but i'm looking where whenever chipiuk was cross-examining justin true
01:00:15.460 during the commission he says that uh and i'm quoting justin trudeau and we were also advised
01:00:23.620 that the agreement wasn't holding and that many of the convoy had decided it as fake news
01:00:30.820 and not actually an agreement that they would abide by this came directly from justin trudeau
01:00:37.700 on the stand sworn testimony right and there's like this is one of our own people our own people
01:00:44.580 that stuck a a hatchet right in our backs yeah you know and and he targeted all of us and he spent
01:00:52.020 uh two years running around saying that it was me and keith that sabotaged the freedom convoy and
01:00:58.420 the whole time this guy and by the way this individual was briefed and was part of all the
01:01:05.300 discussions including he jointly made the decision by the freedom corps board board to sign the deal
01:01:13.620 with um and put out the letter to sign the agreement with the city to move the trucks out
01:01:18.180 of the residential and up onto wellington i think if you remember the best part one of the best
01:01:25.860 parts of the poec and his testimony was when brendan miller had him under cross examination
01:01:31.700 and so um this gentleman uh bj i'm just gonna say his name because i don't care um because we
01:01:37.220 actually people probably want to know how we got my access to my my stuff there's a whole story
01:01:42.260 there a whole backstory i'm happy to tell one day but not tonight um but anyways um uh where was i
01:01:48.340 going with this uh yeah so benjamin was trying to make keith wilson look really bad by saying in
01:01:55.700 this email i think keith had said something about this was really gonna piss trudeau off and
01:02:00.660 so benjamin tried to make a big deal about this all the while denying that he was in the meeting
01:02:05.860 where we decided to do the deal with and where we signed the letter and he agreed he was on speaker
01:02:11.620 phone. He wasn't there in person. Remember, he broke his ankle, his leg. So he got dialed
01:02:16.020 in on the speaker. And so he was adamant and really trying to go after Keith and make him
01:02:20.500 look bad. And then Brendan brought up the actual email and where at the top where it
01:02:25.620 says that he was in the meeting and he agreed to the deal. So that was a perfect way to end
01:02:31.780 his testimony because he just walked out of there looking like a greasy car salesman that can't be
01:02:36.100 trusted that's exactly what it is yeah um you know i'm saying you know i was really shocked
01:02:42.340 because there was a time i knew benjamin before i knew any of you and i knew him through my
01:02:49.460 association with tom quiggin so without getting into the long story which we will we can we should
01:02:54.340 do an episode and talk about this one day um and so it was because of tom quiggin who was and
01:02:59.460 came working for him that i just sort of gave him naive instant credibility because i'm like if tom
01:03:05.300 quite interest you man you gotta be solid and so we established a bit of a friendship now i wouldn't
01:03:11.140 say that we were close friends obviously like we talk on the phone once in a while but um um so
01:03:16.580 anyways yeah just through his association with tom lesson for me to learn right i mean just because
01:03:22.340 you are associated with quality people doesn't mean that you are one yourself yeah um so so yeah
01:03:28.980 anyways yeah we'll uh we'll uh we'll do that one day well you know it's funny go ahead chris
01:03:35.780 there was a lot of that too i don't think people quite understand how many you know us like you and
01:03:40.660 myself tamara and others were trying to find dialogue with the government trying to work with
01:03:44.660 law enforcement trying to find some way to alleviate the pressure in the downtown court
01:03:48.420 and you had people in our inner group that was working against that their idea was no gridlock
01:03:53.620 the city shut the whole thing down make them come to us on their knees that was never you know my
01:03:59.060 intention or any of your intentions to do anything like that we went there to have a conversation
01:04:03.780 and uh and those actions but we fought that for those entire three weeks those people that
01:04:09.140 you know you shouldn't work with the police well you know i've been raised to work with the police
01:04:13.380 when you know yeah that was that was my dialogue that was something that i took on myself to work
01:04:18.100 Yeah, yeah, oh, sorry.
01:04:21.280 My, my dad's actually calling me.
01:04:25.120 No, it's okay.
01:04:28.780 My dad stopped in earlier too.
01:04:31.840 Nice.
01:04:32.880 No, you know, in, in your right, Chris, like we had, um, we had a, a lot
01:04:40.000 of competing priorities, right?
01:04:41.720 In, in this was difficult to manage, but not impossible.
01:04:46.900 But there were, there were some people that no matter what you did, they were just counterproductive.
01:04:53.620 No matter what you did, you just couldn't reign them in.
01:04:57.080 They were just off on their own.
01:04:59.000 They had their own agendas and, you know, we tried to mitigate it as best as we could.
01:05:05.280 You know, I remember, um, I remember one incident where there was a slow roll that
01:05:11.660 it did go to the airport and I sent Tom Quiggin and I said, Tom, you go, you
01:05:16.740 got to be the adult you keep an eye on the guy who's leading the slow roll to the airport
01:05:21.780 because if we shut this if he tries to shut this airport down or block that orange air ambulance
01:05:27.780 lane people are going to jail and people's lives are going to be at risk we're not doing that but
01:05:33.140 you have to go we put controls on people that we were just not sure about right uh and and that was
01:05:40.580 important like in in i think every single day we talked about safe and responsible be safe be
01:05:48.420 responsible and i and i will say the three of us i can guarantee even keith and some of the others i
01:05:54.020 was more close with we always considered even the safety of the police officers in there right because
01:06:02.660 they had to go home to their families too like that we were we we had a lot of support from
01:06:07.060 ottawa police we had and so we had and this is why they brought other police from different
01:06:12.740 jurisdictions on the last two days because they knew the ottawa police wouldn't have been nearly
01:06:17.620 as aggressive or violent as as everybody else would but you know at the end of the day we were
01:06:24.420 being as safe and as responsible as we could and the ottawa police i think even acknowledged it
01:06:29.380 even fong lee acknowledged it to me one day actually thanked me for being cooperative and
01:06:34.980 stuff it's like look i you i wore a uniform for 25 years like i understand this kind of dynamic i'm
01:06:44.740 for everybody's sake let's let's do this right let's do this safe and responsibly
01:06:51.380 but yet we had people that were just irresponsible and unsafe at times but i think we did a great
01:06:59.220 job of containing that, putting stops on there.
01:07:02.820 And I think overall people just started to realize, okay, we can be here for a long time. 0.98
01:07:07.380 Let's not, let's not do stupid things. 0.98
01:07:10.500 So there was a couple of occasions. 0.98
01:07:12.660 Yeah.
01:07:13.540 There was so many, I mean, people, that's the thing that people don't know, like the stuff,
01:07:17.300 it wasn't just us dealing with the police to us dealing, trying to get a conversation with
01:07:22.340 the government dealing with like porta potties or like all the stuff, the little, even the mundane
01:07:27.060 things like shoveling snow or garbage collection like all of the stuff is going on plus we're
01:07:32.340 dealing with gofundme we've got the lawyers we've got we're fighting off other groups that are
01:07:37.500 trying to come in and hijack us and then we're trying to put fires from other people that are
01:07:43.540 that are trying to cause problems or maybe not even trying to cause problems it's just that
01:07:47.900 perhaps they didn't think through uh what they were planning to do properly and and it caused
01:07:53.720 us problems and i would say 50 to 60 of our time was literally running around trying to solve
01:08:00.680 problems created by some of our own people yeah yeah remember it didn't help we got called over
01:08:08.120 to the to the hotel that one night to put a fight out between two people two two organizers and
01:08:14.120 decided to start having a fist fight like that's some of the backstory stuff we kind of marched 0.95
01:08:19.400 in there and you want people got to see angry tamara that night yeah you know we we had this
01:08:33.320 like bj bj thought it was a great idea to go on russia today yeah right and he testified to say
01:08:41.000 that he just thought it was funny like there we are being accused of you know russia overthrow
01:08:48.280 the government and russia funding us and all this stuff and he thought it would be a good idea a wise
01:08:54.440 idea to get on russia today or rt um and do an interview with them because he thought it would
01:09:01.080 be funny like this is the guy that somehow sold himself as this media guru and this is why it
01:09:09.960 always really upset me when he talked about how media savvy he was and all that kind of stuff
01:09:15.800 And it's like, if you're so media savvy and you have this huge following, why
01:09:19.640 did you not put that tweet out in your name?
01:09:22.940 Yes. 0.99
01:09:23.760 Why did you come in to your Tamara's name and take advantage of the
01:09:27.980 fact that she trusted you?
01:09:30.100 You know,
01:09:30.360 Well, I think things, um, like I, like I said, you know, there was a few
01:09:34.220 question marks I had about him as the convoy drew closer and we were leaving.
01:09:39.360 Um, because like I said, I knew him, but I didn't know him that well, you know?
01:09:43.280 and um what what i did discover after all of this though is i did some digging because i knew that
01:09:49.880 um benjamin was producing a podcast for tom i knew some other people that he'd been producing
01:09:54.980 them for and he has an mo and that mo is basically stirring the pot causing division and then watching
01:10:02.480 things blow up every single person that i found out who he produced a podcast because that's what
01:10:08.640 does and and i let him have access to my social media because i did trust him and i thought he
01:10:13.680 was good with the media um so but but anyways that's his mo he gets the access to social media
01:10:19.360 of these people and then starts posting uh defamatory islamophobic maybe um like um videos
01:10:28.800 and stuff that get these people sued and lost a million dollars and i know even his friend um
01:10:35.440 um daniel boardman who benjamin worked with uh went after i leave solomon who is erin o'toole's
01:10:42.300 former campaign manager at bj's insistence and with his help and providing his stuff and he
01:10:48.400 ended up getting sued i know a lead um from halifax who's a doctor he was doing a podcast
01:10:53.700 for her same thing she ended up getting sued plus there's another gentleman in halifax but
01:10:59.120 she told me about so there's a very specific modus operandi here um and i do believe like you
01:11:06.140 alluded to when you first came on tom i do believe that i see fingerprints and remnants of this all
01:11:10.660 over this one bc stuff and i think the common denominator is there um so do i know that he has
01:11:17.300 anything to do with it i don't all i can say is that i've watched the implosion of one bc
01:11:21.660 i think it's unfortunate um yeah and uh and i just i mean that's all i could think of was how
01:11:29.120 the similarities between what I was seeing happening with that organization
01:11:32.360 and what I've seen him involved in, um, so many other times before.
01:11:36.800 So Ruby, Ruby's the one who alerted me to the fact that, um, last year
01:11:43.420 she messaged me and said, have you looked at tommerazzo.com?
01:11:48.320 So I'm like, okay, that's interesting.
01:11:50.360 Cause I owned tommerazzo.ca.
01:11:52.760 So I Google it in BJ Dictor, who had been attacking me for at least two years by then
01:12:00.060 had purchased tomorazzo.com and was directing people to his book, which by the way, he didn't
01:12:08.320 write and he stiffed the guy who wrote his book.
01:12:13.200 He stiffed the guy for the money for writing that book.
01:12:15.980 And he's a nice guy.
01:12:17.020 Yeah. 0.94
01:12:17.320 And I, I hear he's a great guy and he lost his crap with BJ and he's the 0.98
01:12:22.800 one who got ripped off from BJ, you know, and like he's, he's attacking me 0.99
01:12:28.120 constantly.
01:12:29.700 And yet then he purchased tomorazgo.com to drive sales to his book.
01:12:34.020 This is the kind of guy that this is now let's go back to Wyatt Claypool.
01:12:40.920 Okay.
01:12:41.140 Wyatt Claypool.
01:12:43.560 Okay.
01:12:43.740 This is, this is where the connection is.
01:12:45.540 Wyatt Claypool is an underling of Jim Carahalios.
01:12:53.560 Jim Carahalios is BJ Dictor's lawyer.
01:12:57.540 Jim Carahalios is the leader of the new blue political party in Ontario
01:13:01.360 that I've run against, and believe me, there's no love between me and Jim.
01:13:06.340 That's fine.
01:13:07.600 But if you go on now to TomMarazzo.com,
01:13:11.980 it'll take you straight to a video of Jim Carahalios and BJ Dictor on Rebel News with
01:13:18.300 Sheila Gunn-Reed defaming Tom Marazzo. It's cute, right to the point where they start ripping into
01:13:25.800 me. I told Rebel, leave it on, leave it up. I want people to see it. And at some time that I
01:13:32.160 might choose to file a complaint against Jim with the Ontario Law Society, this is what I want to
01:13:37.500 use as evidence, right?
01:13:39.000 I haven't bothered.
01:13:39.880 Cause I, I, I just, honestly, I can't be bothered to deal with these guys,
01:13:43.880 but you know, the connection.
01:13:45.480 So here's the thing when they announced that Wyatt was now the new chief of
01:13:52.280 staff to Dallas Brody, which I I've spoken to Dallas, I like Dallas, you
01:13:56.700 know, they, she's done some amazing things when they announced Wyatt, you
01:14:03.240 know the documentary that they put out it was like it's like two weeks ago they won the super bowl
01:14:09.220 they broke all the records and a week and a half later we a week later we hear why it's in there
01:14:14.260 and then a week and a half later the whole party's ripped to shreds and now the super bowl team that
01:14:20.560 just won and broke all the records just fired their quarterback and head coach like this is this
01:14:26.000 is the insanity of it right and who's the common denominator with this who has a long history of
01:14:31.960 infiltrating organizations and then rotting them like a cancer from the inside out.
01:14:36.500 BJ Dichter, BJ.
01:14:39.000 Well, it's funny because I came across some, um, some text messages, um, from
01:14:43.840 why very early on, like I'm talking mid January, just when we first started
01:14:47.800 organizing, um, where he was like trying to tell me like, but you have to get rid
01:14:53.240 of Pat, Pat can't stay.
01:14:54.520 You got to push him out.
01:14:55.460 And I kept saying, like, first of all, it's none of your business.
01:14:58.800 But I mean, again, because he's good friends with Benjamin or was at least at that time.
01:15:03.800 And, you know, I basically finally had to just shut him right down because he was trying
01:15:08.120 to be very persuasive.
01:15:09.480 And I just kept saying, look, man, I have to believe that everybody's here for the same
01:15:12.460 reason that I am, whether you like him or not, like everybody deserves a chance.
01:15:16.740 You know, like we do not have we've got to save our country.
01:15:19.480 We don't have time to, you know, figure out this like we've got a country to save.
01:15:24.120 So anyways, I mean, yeah, he's very like I just thought it was sort of funny.
01:15:28.800 across this memory where here he is again trying to stick his fingers in something and cause
01:15:33.120 problems you know what i mean and i just want to go back to the the ghost writer of her book it's
01:15:38.800 really funny because i met him again a second time at a rebel event in toronto last year
01:15:44.560 and it was and i didn't recognize him at first so i saw this guy like you know when someone's
01:15:48.400 trying to kind of catch your attention you can kind of see them and i saw this gentleman doing
01:15:52.800 that and so finally i went over and talked to him and he reintroduced himself to me
01:15:57.280 and he started apologizing like crazy he said i was the author of benjamin's book i am so sorry
01:16:04.240 i can't believe the kind of person that he turned into and i just want to i applaud you for you know
01:16:09.440 how you're responding because i don't respond because i mean it's yeah um you know but and
01:16:14.960 but i felt genuinely bad for him he was a really nice and then i felt even worse because i said
01:16:19.680 i started reading it but in the second chapter there was just already so many untruths in it
01:16:24.320 that i couldn't and that his face just fell so i promised him i would finish reading it just for
01:16:29.200 his sake but i just can't write myself to you but i will i promise anyway it's a great guy but
01:16:34.960 but yeah even in his book there was so much already that's it yeah i just woke him up
01:16:41.920 stacy so that's on you yeah you know what i um my first introduction to wyatt was because i met
01:16:52.880 daniel the day that bj was doing his infomercial on bitcoin um and and so i walk you know i walked
01:17:01.520 out of the room whatever i had nothing to do with that i was there just for to to collect keith
01:17:06.080 wilson but i after the convoy was probably in the march after the convoy i went on daniel broadman
01:17:15.760 and uh why it's podcast there was about 500 subscriber on his podcast right so i go on this
01:17:23.120 thing it was a friday night we had a great time i i thought you know it was enjoyable
01:17:28.720 tuesday i was not a member of the ontario party i wasn't running as a candidate nothing but i had
01:17:35.360 been talking to them i looked into them i had already investigated the new blue and ruled them
01:17:39.680 out, I had no idea that Wyatt and Daniel were both heavily affiliated, uh,
01:17:45.620 insiders with the new blue.
01:17:47.840 Yeah.
01:17:48.140 So on my Twitter, I think on the Tuesday, after the interview I did with
01:17:52.280 Wyatt and thing, I just announced on my Twitter that I'm endorsing the
01:17:56.400 Ontario party for the upcoming election.
01:17:59.480 Well, man, did the new blue attack dogs come out of the woodwork and
01:18:05.960 it started with Wyatt and Daniel. 0.55
01:18:09.680 And, you know, I had this one, she was one of their candidates in the GTA
01:18:13.440 somewhere, basically saying, I heard rumors of fake leaders in the convoy.
01:18:17.540 And this guy is one of them for sure.
01:18:20.360 I'm like, one, I never said it was a leader.
01:18:23.320 I just happened to be helping like the other thousands of people
01:18:26.040 that were there helping.
01:18:27.700 Right.
01:18:28.160 And, and like, so it got really twisted.
01:18:30.900 So they tried to, um, vilify me.
01:18:36.020 And I wasn't even a member of the Ontario party at the time.
01:18:39.540 Right.
01:18:39.920 My, my crime was using my, my freedom to choose in my exercise, my own democracy
01:18:50.420 in selecting the party that I wanted to support.
01:18:53.040 That was my crime.
01:18:54.980 And it did amaze me that a lot of people in the new blue didn't see that
01:18:58.520 or what it really was.
01:19:00.520 Right.
01:19:01.000 And, uh, like there was a lot of great people that ran in the new blue, there's
01:19:04.580 a really good, good people in there, you know?
01:19:07.700 But, you know, since then, um, you know, a lot of people have woken up to, to how
01:19:14.660 toxic some of the people in the senior leadership in that party are, you know,
01:19:20.180 Jack McClellan resigned for the new, from the new blue because of the things that
01:19:24.380 Jim Carahalios did, especially during the commission when he showed that video of me,
01:19:29.240 which had nothing to do with the Justin Strudeau's decision to invoke the
01:19:33.800 emergencies act, that incident that they showed at the commission was six months
01:19:37.400 after the convoy.
01:19:38.840 It was on Canada day.
01:19:40.760 You know, that's totally a Benjamin Victor move too.
01:19:43.160 Just to try and, I mean, it's just so obvious.
01:19:46.760 You guys feel that, you know, when we're getting a convoy, we were kind
01:19:50.000 of all running around, nobody really knew what direction to go.
01:19:52.500 When, when the GCCF flew a bunch of lawyers in to help us out, Keith Wilson,
01:19:56.780 Evan Chipiak were two of those main people that helped organize and try and get a
01:20:00.900 little stability and focus and like a conversation going forward.
01:20:06.360 And I think some people within the, you know, the management or whatever it may
01:20:11.880 be felt very threatened by Keith Wilson coming in and actually having a stay on
01:20:16.500 that two people I think of in particular that did not like his input because it
01:20:21.120 took the distraction away from them and the control out of their hands and the
01:20:24.840 control wasn't going in the right direction under their hands.
01:20:27.660 So, and, and certainly for, for BJ allude to our, our handlers, I'm assuming when
01:20:34.800 you guys were talking about one time about our handlers won't let us talk to people.
01:20:39.060 You're like, who's our handlers?
01:20:43.140 He tells me twice a few times a day when he wants to be zippy, are you my handlers?
01:20:46.620 Sometimes Keith does feel like dad, like a dad, so I mean, you've got to get
01:20:51.060 permission from dad, but yeah, like I flew out there.
01:20:55.420 I am so, Hey, I, I, I was literally working on a plan with Randy Hilliard
01:21:02.380 to park a whole bunch of tractors on the front lawn of the Supreme Court of Canada.
01:21:07.200 And I, me and Randy were about to launch this plan.
01:21:11.480 The last person on my list to check with was legal, which was Eva, because I'm
01:21:18.340 like, what are our, what kind of jeopardy could something like this put us in?
01:21:24.080 and she looked at me the first time I ever actually got her attention uh she looked at me
01:21:30.200 and she goes you're not doing that I go why yeah I said you got five minutes to convince me as to
01:21:34.480 why I'm not doing it because I'm about to green light this in about an hour and she said because
01:21:39.020 tomorrow I'm going to be standing in a court facing Justice McLean and he's going to hold it
01:21:45.320 against me if you go and put a bunch of tractors on the front lawn of the highest court in the
01:21:49.600 country so no you're not doing it and i said i i gave you five minutes you got her done in 30 seconds
01:21:56.160 good for you so me and randy killed it we killed it right there right yeah and it was just to try
01:22:03.040 to make some space and and to kind of send a signal that look look we we want to work with
01:22:08.800 you but we're not your we're not going to be here as a wallflower like we're here for
01:22:14.560 legit reasons we came all this way, we're going to do something, but we never ran outside of the
01:22:22.800 lines. You know, we stayed inside the lines as best as we could. And we, we sought each other's
01:22:28.720 advice. Nobody made unilateral decisions, you know, that these are all the lawyers want to come
01:22:36.960 anyways, was so that we were at cause none of us were lawyers or legal professionals, maybe outside
01:22:41.840 of daniel bulford um but i mean he couldn't i mean he was law enforcement there's a difference
01:22:47.040 right and so it would get the lawyers there to make sure that we were staying within the parameters
01:22:52.140 of the law and to make sure that we were stepping around around it and you know thank god for them
01:22:57.460 i mean we talked about that before 300 000 lawyers in canada and five of them came to ottawa yeah
01:23:04.180 and yeah and that's the sad part about canadian canadian uh and law in canada is is crown lawyers
01:23:12.520 there are our legal teams like our lawyers in canada right now are almost conditioned to fear
01:23:18.860 the government and do not question the government do not try and challenge the government you can do
01:23:23.440 it to a certain degree but it's got to be done and we've seen we've witnessed that well there's
01:23:27.020 no separation anymore between the legislative and the judiciary anymore basically i mean we have a
01:23:33.220 judiciary full of woke judges that are literally just upholding woke policies and virtue signaling
01:23:39.360 policies by our government so yeah it's so true like it absolutely is true and you know to raise
01:23:46.960 your point you're you know 300 uh 300 000 you know bar insured licensed lawyers in canada
01:23:55.800 a small handful showed up to help us in ottawa and there were some that were already there luckily
01:24:02.040 like diane and and everybody in our team were there luckily but you know everything sean buckley
01:24:08.100 said this the day i testified at the nci he said you know um everything that was put into place
01:24:14.700 against the public was put into place was legislation and mandates written by lawyers
01:24:20.840 you know so it was it was lawyers that wrote the language to allow for politicians to do what they
01:24:31.760 did you know and that's not lawyers looking up and going wait a minute you know uh on day one
01:24:39.660 of law school i think i heard something about this thing called the charter of rights and freedoms
01:24:43.540 you know, and it is like, Hey, if any of you want to ask, Brian Petford's here,
01:24:50.020 if you want to ask, you know, he'll take it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But what did we get Tamera legacy,
01:24:57.540 legacy media CBC was using the bill of the charter of rights as propaganda against Daniel Smith
01:25:04.340 using the notwithstanding clause. Oh, I saw that. Did they do that during convoy when the charter
01:25:10.020 was basically trampled on by Justin Trudeau and every member of parliament. No, they did not.
01:25:15.140 It shows right there just how corrupt. Oh yeah. Every time the notwithstanding clause gets
01:25:21.780 mentioned, it's, it's weaponized against their political opponent, even though they all use it,
01:25:28.340 they use it out of convenience. And when the other one does it,
01:25:31.220 they cry foul and say, it's not democratic. It's like, well, then why did you use it?
01:25:36.660 question yeah sorry sorry to interrupt you um did that lady no she is alive and well connie may she
01:25:44.020 lives in ontario she is a mohawk elder lady and she did she did finally have her surgery i believe
01:25:51.220 because she had broken her clavicle and was in quite a bit of pain ever since but i do believe
01:25:56.100 within the last few months she has had her surgery and i think she's doing really well so thank you
01:26:00.660 for asking candy candy zero how you're doing actually we should have canvas on the show one
01:26:08.420 of these days i talked to her actually i talked to her about two weeks ago she's doing really well
01:26:12.500 but yeah she would be great to have on the show um i've also as i've let you know i've reached
01:26:17.380 out to dr roger so we're gonna i'm gonna schedule him in january sometime over the holidays um
01:26:22.740 i'm gonna work with him over the holidays to schedule him later in january um kayla pollock
01:26:29.380 and kerry sakamoto i really want to get them on sometime in january and really help push their
01:26:34.980 fundraisers um and and just so that you guys know um i i going through the steps to get this channel
01:26:41.860 monetized um so that we can cover our expenses ruby's wage pay for the software and then
01:26:48.580 everything else that's that comes in over and above that we're going to use for whichever
01:26:53.300 fundraiser that we're promoting that month but kind of what we've thrifted great model in my
01:26:58.020 opinion um and that way nobody here is going to fight over money and get an argument and who's
01:27:04.500 making five dollars more than somebody else uh we'll use it to cover our expenses make sure our
01:27:09.700 good friend ruby is looked after and uh the rest we're going to donate so let's manage you have
01:27:16.180 any suggestions for go ahead well i want to manage expectations because in the year that i've had my
01:27:23.860 YouTube channel going and monetized. I think I've made 103 bucks. So let's manage expectations.
01:27:34.580 Because of Facebook and the monetization on my big red account, I was able to donate,
01:27:38.580 I think it was 400 and some dollars to the SPC in supplies a few weeks ago. So I think it's the
01:27:44.660 21st when that next monetization hits the bank account. And so I will be then taking, you know,
01:27:50.260 basically half of that and then giving it to the spc in some form or manner because that's cool
01:27:54.980 jonathan and cooper took the donations we wound up with a cat and a dog so i got to be careful
01:27:59.620 how we approach the spca going forward here because i know we'll wind up with more animals
01:28:04.100 that's great jonathan cooper have a new dog called flea and he's an amazing dog
01:28:09.540 nice that's cool by the time house arrest is over you're not going to have room for your human
01:28:14.740 family in your home it's not going to be full of spca pets yeah i'm a sucker for thanks for saying
01:28:21.620 that thomas um i don't think i'm a great singer honestly but i do enjoy it so that's really what
01:28:26.660 matters at the end of the day okay james bowder yeah i was talking with chris chris might actually
01:28:33.940 get james on here one day because he's down in the states i think trying to get his trying to
01:28:37.860 get amnesty down there i talk to james every now and then he calls me and we have a conversation
01:28:42.180 james fighting for his life right now and he's in montana right now and uh he's applied for
01:28:46.920 political asylum in the u.s and he's waiting for a date and i believe spring of 2026 just in order
01:28:54.160 to get some sort of a visa and his license so he can actually start working and making a living
01:28:58.560 right now he's kind of in purgatory land when it comes to the law he can't do anything and he's
01:29:03.260 depending on support so if you go to james powder's facebook page you can see how you can buy him a
01:29:07.680 coffee that's helping him get by right now he's waiting for all this stuff and he could really
01:29:11.740 use or help so uh reach out to james if you can help him in any such way he is uh he's been trying
01:29:17.340 to do the right thing here the last well david doesn't like my teeth my feelings are hurt
01:29:25.660 oh david david yell at mother for another pizza pop upstairs please yeah sorry sorry for the only
01:29:35.020 teeth i have they function they do their job i'm sorry that you don't like them david actually i 0.98
01:29:41.100 don't give a shit we're all back in your hole david yes oh my god i love i just love some of 0.96
01:29:49.260 the comments that we get it's just hilarious yeah hilarious yeah i uh yeah like you know 0.99
01:29:55.980 well we've talked about the things that we get accused of spending our money on i won't mention
01:29:59.820 it but uh we have some inside jokes about that i just see on on the on the comments here post a
01:30:05.180 link for you just go on facebook and type james bowder and you'll be able to find james pretty
01:30:10.060 fast on there and he is he posts a lot of updates on his on his stuff right now so one of these days
01:30:15.100 we'll get him on there's so many people that have reached out that want to be part of the show here
01:30:18.780 it's kind of hard you know a lot of times we're busy we're running even though we're under house
01:30:22.860 arrest it feels like i'm i've hardly at the time like i said i was sitting at the bar waiting for
01:30:27.100 my supper and i had to run back out to the truck here and fire up the ipad so it's been a long day
01:30:35.580 yeah we got 18 months and and not only that but we also have to think um and this is definitely
01:30:40.780 something i wanted to talk to the audience about so as you know the fourth anniversary
01:30:44.860 of the convoy is coming up i think that we should try and think of something very special to do
01:30:50.860 uh with the show over those four weeks uh that four week time period so um please feel free to
01:30:58.300 email us i'll get that put up there again for you um please feel free to email us i'm not sure if we
01:31:03.580 should increase our live streams to you know more than just once a week for that time period to talk
01:31:09.020 about stuff that happened that day i mean there's really so many things we can do um so many guests
01:31:14.460 we could actually invite on just for that alone too so yeah yeah yeah and you know it'd be you
01:31:25.660 know it'd be great to get for the uh the anniversary would be for people to make videos and send them
01:31:31.500 into the email and then we can just watch all the the emails from across the country you know and
01:31:38.700 see maybe maybe people want to celebrate it together you know we can we can post their videos
01:31:45.980 and you know what we could do tom uh here's here's my challenge to you we could um do that send in
01:31:52.220 your video just like you said uh we could have ruby perhaps um pick a couple of her favorites
01:31:58.620 and maybe you and i should send them a free book oh i love it yes i like that i like this
01:32:08.700 it's christmas i think that's a great idea i might have an extra question
01:32:17.900 i am working on it ray rouleau ray rouleau i had um three weeks off of my french lessons
01:32:25.660 unfortunately but uh i don't speak french very well
01:32:38.780 but it will come it will come okay well i'm gonna i'm gonna pack it up now and i'm gonna head back
01:32:45.100 in for my uh supper so i uh yeah you go ahead i'm just gonna hang out here and just say goodbye to

01:33:48.860 night chris see you guys yeah and and me as always i'm going to end up with yeah go go buy a book
01:33:58.140 that's a great gift for christmas this year the people's emergency plan i i write about it all
01:34:06.220 the time but you know the uptake i'm i'm i wrote this book to help as many people as i possibly
01:34:12.060 could and given you know the events that i i don't even want to say the events from last week in
01:34:18.060 bondi beach and at the university because these things happen all the bloody time all the bloody
01:34:24.420 time so i wrote this book to help people for what is upon us um i just you know it's a great
01:34:32.940 Christmas gift for people. It's a workbook. It's not a, you know, read it and forget about it and
01:34:40.160 hope that you never use it. It's a workbook. So get it and treat it like it's a workbook and
01:34:47.140 treat it seriously. It will help you. The goal when I wrote this was to save as many people's
01:34:52.520 lives as I possibly could. That's not those just doesn't mean about violence or anything like that.
01:34:58.160 about emergencies, snowstorms, wildfires, floods, you name it.
01:35:03.700 It's there to help you.
01:35:05.120 It's a resource.
01:35:06.360 And I, by the way, David Redman helped me, you know, a lot.
01:35:11.520 He was a big contributor to this.
01:35:13.000 He was the former head of Emergency Management Alberta.
01:35:16.140 And he wrote the preface to the book, and he was a big contributor to making it such
01:35:21.780 a great and helpful book.
01:35:23.380 So that's my plug for the book, to help people.
01:35:27.600 I haven't read, I haven't read that one yet.
01:35:29.320 I loved your first book.
01:35:30.540 Um, the people, you're the one who read it.
01:35:36.100 Yeah.
01:35:36.920 Yeah.
01:35:37.440 It's the book is called, I think you talked about this one
01:35:40.560 on Canadian Prepper.
01:35:41.660 Did you not?
01:35:42.540 Yes.
01:35:43.160 This was the all time follows.
01:35:45.180 Yeah.
01:35:45.840 He was on Canadian Prepper talking about it.
01:35:47.700 So check out that episode.
01:35:49.620 Yeah.
01:35:50.220 And the name of the book is called the people's emergency plan.
01:35:54.180 Just type in Tom or as though in, in, um.
