00:00:08.020 out for everybody.
00:00:08.760 We're also going to be talking about his ridiculous new oil policies that are going to drive our
00:00:13.540 country into the ground while he's trying to get us to drive somewhere, even though
00:00:16.600 we can't afford to drive anywhere.
00:00:18.700 But before we do that, I want to talk to you about a couple announcements, some things
00:00:21.980 that are going on with Turning Point USA, TPSA, debate night, Charlie Kirk and Buck

00:00:33.920 Make sure you get to that June 2nd to 4th.
00:00:35.980 It's going to be a fantastic event.
00:00:37.200 It's down in Dallas, Texas.
00:00:38.780 You guys love Texas.
00:00:40.340 tpusa.com slash YWLS and use promo code POSO.
00:00:45.820 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily powered by Turning
00:00:49.280 Point USA.
00:00:50.060 Today's stories.
00:00:51.500 The Biden administration is announcing a new trans agenda.
00:00:54.520 And thank God, I know everyone's been waiting for this.
00:00:57.640 They're adding a new ex-gender to U.S. passports.
00:01:01.240 We'll get into it.
00:01:01.860 Next, President Biden's new plan to curb gas prices is angering drillers.
00:01:06.800 Third, swing state Democrats are now urging President Biden not to drop Title 42.
00:01:13.160 Interesting.
00:01:13.840 And finally, perhaps one of the more developed stories that we've been following, the Clinton
00:01:18.300 campaign's emails may be surfacing in a Durham case.
00:01:21.960 All this more ahead, Human Events Daily.
00:01:24.520 The onslaught of state laws targeting transgender Americans and their families.
00:01:38.860 It's simply wrong.
00:01:41.480 I said last year, especially to our younger transgender Americans, I'll always have your back as your
00:01:46.120 president so you can be yourself and reach your God-given potential.
00:01:50.600 The president signed one of the most comprehensive executive orders on LGBTQI plus rights in history
00:01:56.620 shortly after taking office.
00:01:58.560 And this administration has repeatedly and forcefully called out state legislatures that
00:02:03.320 are advancing legislation that discriminates against trans children and their families.
00:02:06.580 Today, the State Department and Department of Homeland Security announced new steps that will improve
00:02:12.940 the travel experience for transgender Americans.
00:02:15.260 And the Department of Health and Human Services has released new resources for transgender kids
00:02:19.780 and their families to help protect their mental health and ensure they receive the care they
00:02:23.580 need to thrive.
00:02:24.620 Well, you know, I just want to thank President Biden so much for this.
00:02:27.160 You know, at a time when our country, Americans literally can't afford gas, inflation is through
00:02:36.020 the roof, there's kinetic war in Europe, seeing horrific images every day.
00:02:40.980 But I know that the one thing that Americans have been begging and yearning and pleading for is just some
00:02:49.560 relief.
00:02:50.900 Can you please give us this third gender non-binary option in our passports?
00:02:58.320 Thank you.
00:02:59.160 Thank you, President Biden.
00:03:00.340 And thank you, Biden administration.
00:03:02.060 You are doing the people of this country a great service.
00:03:05.340 No, no, you're not going to be getting any extra benefits.
00:03:08.500 No, no.
00:03:09.040 No, your dollar is still going to be worthless.
00:03:12.080 Inflation is still going to go crazy.
00:03:13.900 That's going to run rampant.
00:03:14.900 BlackRock is going to continue buying up the housing infrastructure in this country.
00:03:18.980 So you will own nothing and you'll be happy.
00:03:21.580 But don't worry about any of that.
00:03:23.920 Don't worry about it because listen to the new plan.
00:03:26.540 Gender neutral airport scanners.
00:03:28.860 By the way, I thought they already were general neutral.
00:03:31.100 Like that's that was the weirdest part of this whole thing.
00:03:33.660 When I was looking at the story that when you go to TSA, I don't remember having,
00:03:38.080 you know, male scanners and female scanners.
00:03:41.320 You go through the same scanner, right?
00:03:43.040 Yeah.
00:03:43.220 I mean, we have we have pre-check.
00:03:44.760 So we still go through the scanner, though.
00:03:48.320 Yeah.
00:03:48.700 I don't even know what that means at this point.
00:03:50.660 X options for passports, flight tickets and backing sex changes and hormone therapy.
00:03:55.420 President Biden going to war with conservative states with trans equality plan pushing for
00:03:59.720 more teaching in schools.
00:04:01.300 The White House is rolling out a series of new actions and aims to support LGBTQI plus
00:04:05.860 Americans on Transgender Day of Visibility 2022.
00:04:08.840 I don't know what the plus is.
00:04:10.240 Do we know what the plus is?
00:04:11.340 Somebody research the plus and get that one back to me.
00:04:13.340 Biden is sidestepping states that have removed youth resources from their official websites
00:04:18.820 by launching a federal government site instead.
00:04:21.400 See, that's exactly what our founders wanted, by the way.
00:04:24.680 They said when people at the local level decide they don't want their their state to be run
00:04:29.720 in a certain way, we want the power of the federal government from Washington, D.C.
00:04:35.020 coming in and telling everyone how to live just like they did during the COVID-19 pandemic.
00:04:40.760 Like, isn't that great?
00:04:42.260 Isn't that wonderful?
00:04:43.380 Isn't that we all want?
00:04:44.220 And don't worry.
00:04:45.220 Don't worry.
00:04:46.140 They're not making decisions for you.
00:04:48.760 They're making medical decisions for your children.
00:04:51.900 That's exactly what I want my federal government to be doing without people that we've even
00:04:57.720 elected.
00:04:58.520 You know, there's going to be this whole army of bureaucrats and all of this.
00:05:01.080 By the way, one thing that really doesn't get talked about a lot in when we're talking
00:05:07.560 about these issues is the fact that for for big pharma, this is a massive, massive new
00:05:15.240 industry, right?
00:05:16.140 This is a huge emerging industry when you're talking about these treatments.
00:05:19.420 And it says right there, they're talking about talking about backing sex changes and
00:05:24.160 hormone therapy, right?
00:05:25.820 Huge industry.
00:05:26.940 There's millions of dollars to be made, potentially billions of dollars to be made.
00:05:30.840 That's why, by the way, in a lot of these conservative states, you are seeing some of them
00:05:35.060 like Florida, obviously are passing laws, but you're also seeing other states saying
00:05:38.580 that they refuse to pass laws.
00:05:39.980 States like Utah, states like South Dakota, places that you would consider generally being
00:05:43.580 more socially conservative.
00:05:44.760 So you're thinking, wait, why would, you know, Utah or South Dakota be against this?
00:05:49.740 Well, it's because of the massive pharma lobby that's behind all this stuff.
00:05:55.020 That's massive health care spending.
00:05:56.760 That's huge amounts of money that goes into this hormone therapy.
00:06:01.420 But of course, we never talk about it from that perspective.
00:06:03.380 We only talk about it from this perspective.
00:06:06.060 Don't worry.
00:06:06.640 Don't worry.
00:06:07.180 At the end of the day, our government is doing the bidding of big pharma and they are here
00:06:14.040 to help us and they're here to help all of you.
00:06:17.480 Isn't that nice?
00:06:18.800 Isn't that so much better than us, you know, focusing on economic issues or crime issues
00:06:23.960 and, you know, helping people live in safety, helping people be prosperous?
00:06:27.500 No, no, no, no, no, no.
00:06:28.740 So corporate handouts, military defense handouts, that's the government that we deserve here
00:06:35.780 in the United States of America.
00:06:38.120 No, it really is something, quite frankly, that when I look at it, I wonder, does President
00:06:42.920 Biden even know what he's talking about when they read this stuff?
00:06:45.880 Last week, a study by the American Psychological Association revealed that over 80% of Americans
00:06:52.980 feel anxious about inflation and the war in Ukraine.
00:06:55.740 I cannot emphasize this enough.
00:06:57.280 It is time to take care of your health.
00:06:59.480 You guys got to be getting sun.
00:07:01.020 You got to go to the gym and you got to eat healthy.
00:07:04.300 You got to get your diet right.
00:07:05.440 And that's why I recommend Field of Greens from my friends at Brickhouse Nutrition.
00:07:09.240 Field of Greens is backed with 18 clinically researched essential fruits and vegetables
00:07:14.060 loaded with antioxidants, supports your immune system, your heart health, metabolism, blood
00:07:18.320 pressure, and digestion.
00:07:19.480 Plus, it is pre and probiotic.
00:07:21.980 And because Field of Greens uses real organic fruits and vegetables, there's no mixing and
00:07:26.820 matching the pills.
00:07:27.920 You just put one scoop in a glass of water, stir, you're done.
00:07:30.740 Here is the best part.
00:07:31.840 It tastes great and Brickhouse makes this available in multiple flavors.
00:07:36.320 Go to BrickhousePoso.com and get 15% off your first order with promo code POSO.
00:07:42.500 They also just released a new health bar version that is delicious.
00:07:46.380 There's no more excuses for not eating healthy.
00:07:49.000 Go to BrickhousePoso.com.
00:07:52.880 I mean, under my plan, which is before the Congress now, we can take advantage of the next
00:07:58.660 generation of electric vehicles that a typical driver will save about $80 a month from not having
00:08:05.720 to pay gas at the pump.
00:08:07.400 Well, there's President Biden telling us all that we can save $80 a month, a whole $80
00:08:13.640 a month, guys, if we just buy an electric car, $80,000, $55,000.
00:08:19.540 I know you've got it lying around there.
00:08:21.860 Well, just go ask your buddies at BlackRock for another cash infusion.
00:08:25.500 If they don't have it, just go check with the money printer at the Fed.
00:08:27.900 Oh, wait, you don't have access to that because, remember, you're not the ones closest to the
00:08:32.640 king.
00:08:32.880 The ones closest to the king are the ones who get the gold.
00:08:37.220 You're not one of the ones closest to the king, but he doesn't understand how any of
00:08:39.920 this works.
00:08:40.620 By the way, I listened to that clip.
00:08:42.480 If he's talking about you're saving $80 a month, I guarantee you, by the way, the way
00:08:47.780 this White House works, they're basing that off of the current average price of gas.
00:08:53.940 So if you're saving $80 a month based on the current average price of gas, then if gas goes
00:08:58.240 down, you're probably not going to be saving anything by switching to an electric car.
00:09:02.960 But that doesn't matter because all the companies that are involved in the supply chain of building
00:09:07.980 the electric cars, which, oh, by the way, how many of those precursors are rare earth elements
00:09:12.520 that come from China?
00:09:14.300 So thank you very much.
00:09:15.760 Those are the ones who will benefit from this.
00:09:17.720 And all of those are, of course, donors to President Biden's campaign.
00:09:20.820 But there's another series of steps that he's taken talking about making oil companies,
00:09:26.440 American oil companies pay fees on wells from leases that they haven't used and on acres
00:09:31.820 that they are, quote, hoarding without producing as part of a plan to respond to Putin's price
00:09:38.460 hike at the pump.
00:09:39.940 He's also talking about, and of course, you've all heard this one, releasing 180 million barrels
00:09:44.720 of oil from the Strategic Brazilian Reserve.
00:09:46.460 OK, I want to take those two things and break them down for you because you hear this White
00:09:52.020 House say again and again and again, they use this as a talking point.
00:09:55.960 They've got 9,000 permits.
00:09:57.540 They've got 9,000 leases.
00:09:59.460 Why don't they just do the drilling?
00:10:00.960 Why don't they just use the leases they already have?
00:10:04.160 Do you really think, like, explain this to me.
00:10:06.340 Do you really think that an oil company, have you ever heard of the energy industry before,
00:10:11.560 that an oil company is going to be sitting there saying, you know, we don't want to drill
00:10:16.320 that oil.
00:10:17.100 We're going to leave it in the ground and then we're going to do nothing.
00:10:22.280 Yeah, that's right.
00:10:23.040 And somehow we'll make money off of that.
00:10:25.760 Yeah, we'll leave it in the hole there.
00:10:28.820 No, no, no.
00:10:29.540 We know it's there.
00:10:30.380 We've got the rig and the workers.
00:10:32.900 We're just going to leave it down there in the ground.
00:10:35.040 We're not going to touch it.
00:10:35.940 Yeah, that's not how that works.
00:10:37.560 You have to bring something to market to sell it so that you can make money.
00:10:41.920 What's happening is that it's not as simple as getting a permit, right?
00:10:46.160 If you actually talk to somebody in the energy industry, they could explain this to you.
00:10:50.040 But instead, you get these politicians who run around talking like that.
00:10:53.220 Sure, you can get a lease.
00:10:54.080 You can get a permit.
00:10:55.220 But did you get your environmental approval?
00:10:57.780 Did you get your studies done?
00:10:59.440 Did you get your local approval?
00:11:00.800 Did you get all these other level things checked off for your approvals to be able to
00:11:04.360 actually drill that?
00:11:05.140 Oh, no, you didn't.
00:11:06.500 Oh, you didn't do that, did you?
00:11:07.800 Oh, you don't have that yet.
00:11:09.180 Oh, now you're getting sued by the federal government by, wait a minute, who runs the federal?
00:11:13.220 Oh, right, the Biden administration.
00:11:14.560 So you're being sued by the Biden administration's EPA to prevent you from having access to the
00:11:20.640 oil that you obviously do have a lease from.
00:11:23.100 But then this is amazing.
00:11:24.640 He's saying that he's going to put fees on the wells that he's the one not letting them
00:11:31.120 actually drill.
00:11:33.260 That's absolutely astounding.
00:11:35.000 But it just goes to show you, and I said this yesterday, I'll say it again today, the
00:11:38.700 American people, whether it comes to war propaganda, or now in this case, energy propaganda, we
00:11:45.720 are North Korea.
00:11:47.680 They are treating you like North Korea with the amount of lies, and then the media just
00:11:52.700 turns right around and says the exact same thing.
00:11:55.280 They don't actually tell you how any of this stuff works.
00:11:58.400 So you can remember the last thing you heard, and the last thing you heard was, oh, there's
00:12:01.080 these 9,000 permits out there.
00:12:02.400 So it's the oil company's fault, right?
00:12:04.600 They don't provide any information.
00:12:05.960 They don't actually interview somebody.
00:12:07.720 I went to oilprice.com, and it popped right up.
00:12:10.300 See all of it right there.
00:12:11.380 But you've got to go to someone who's actually working in the field to explain how any of
00:12:16.220 these things work.
00:12:17.260 That's number one.
00:12:17.740 Number two, strategic petroleum reserve.
00:12:21.940 Oh, boy.
00:12:23.460 Oh, boy.
00:12:23.940 Oh, boy.
00:12:24.200 Oh, boy.
00:12:25.060 The strategic petroleum reserve is not there to lower the price of gas.
00:12:30.560 That's not the point.
00:12:31.700 The strategic petroleum reserve is there in case of emergency, in case of warfare, in
00:12:38.480 case of natural disaster.
00:12:40.440 That's why we have that.
00:12:42.180 President Trump, by the way, to his credit, right, like him or not, when gas prices were
00:12:48.660 essentially trading negative a few years ago, he went to Congress and said, hey, we should
00:12:54.460 restock the SPR.
00:12:57.380 We should buy a bunch of this oil because it's super low right now.
00:13:00.400 Let's restock this thing.
00:13:01.940 Let's get it all the way up at the super low price.
00:13:06.220 The Democrats blocked it.
00:13:08.220 If he had done that back then, we would be standing to make the U.S.
00:13:11.940 government would actually have turned a profit of billions of dollars because of where the
00:13:16.480 price is now.
00:13:17.800 Have you ever even heard of the U.S.
00:13:18.960 government ever turning a profit on anything before?
00:13:22.180 But that was the idea.
00:13:23.420 And that's the difference.
00:13:24.360 Because when you come in, somebody who's got a business mindset, who actually understands
00:13:29.080 assets and raw power versus somebody who's got this political, you know, liberal arts
00:13:35.080 poetry mindset that doesn't even understand basic math and basic things like supply and
00:13:41.300 demand.
00:13:42.340 That's what we've got now, folks.
00:13:43.700 And these fools will blunder us into even more trouble.
00:13:46.620 Look, guys, I got to tell you, Tanya Tay, my wife, has done it yet again.
00:13:55.500 We just had the most amazing dinner the other night.
00:13:59.500 T-bone steaks, some of the juiciest and most succulent that I've ever had in my life.
00:14:05.360 Tastes like something that you would go out and get at one of those big chain steakhouses
00:14:10.120 or, you know, when you're down on the farm, something like that.
00:14:13.300 I said, where did you get this?
00:14:14.640 She said, I believe it or not, it was Good Ranchers.
00:14:17.760 We're still working off of our first Good Ranchers case that came to us.
00:14:22.560 This thing, it's a, and they pack so much into one of these cases.
00:14:25.980 You don't have to get it again and again and again.
00:14:28.480 What is it?
00:14:29.420 Good Ranchers has 100% American meat sourced from local farms.
00:14:34.200 The beef is prime and upper choice, high quality, ribeyes, T-bones, New York strips, signature
00:14:39.740 steak burgers, Wagyu burgers.
00:14:41.420 The chicken, it's pre-trimmed, pre-marinated, absolutely even easier to prepare than anything
00:14:47.320 you've seen.
00:14:47.920 This is actual, I'm telling you guys, seriously, steakhouse quality with Good Ranchers.
00:14:51.960 Take all the guesswork out of it.
00:14:53.400 They send you exactly what you need.
00:14:55.080 So it's so, so, so easy.
00:14:57.120 What do you do?
00:14:58.320 Go to goodranchers.com slash POSO.

00:15:15.140 Good Ranchers, American meat delivered.
00:15:17.360 My priority has been to make sure that we have a secure and orderly and humane process at
00:15:25.860 the southern border.
00:15:26.820 And I'm really concerned that the Biden administration right now, they do not have a plan in place
00:15:31.100 to deal with this.
00:15:32.300 And, you know, hospitals and border communities are, they're really spread thin.
00:15:38.220 I mean, and the nonprofits are overwhelmed right now.
00:15:41.400 So I want to make sure that Arizona, that we do not pay a price for the failure in Washington,
00:15:48.980 D.C.
00:15:49.300 Well, there you have it from Senator Kelly, Democrat, of course, from Arizona, a key swing
00:15:54.440 state.
00:15:54.860 Now, he's up for reelection this year.
00:15:56.600 And that's one of the reasons that he's trying very hard to tack back to the Senate.
00:16:00.560 Remember, Arizona is predominantly a red state.
00:16:05.040 They've had, obviously, a lot of influx from California over the years.
00:16:09.160 There are a lot of pockets of purple, a lot of pockets of blue.
00:16:12.180 But keep in mind, it's still Arizona.
00:16:14.040 So Senator Kelly, as a Democrat, is really trying to drive this home.
00:16:18.300 Also, obviously, Arizona being a border state, this is something that is a huge, huge issue
00:16:25.480 for them.
00:16:26.240 So we talked about Title 42 yesterday.
00:16:28.140 Remember, Title 42, I don't like calling it that.
00:16:31.720 It's what it is.
00:16:32.700 It's the public health migration order.
00:16:35.900 So it's a moratorium on migration during the pandemic.
00:16:39.380 That's what Title 42 is.
00:16:41.140 And so President Biden, and we've now seen the reporting, reporting has been confirmed
00:16:46.180 that the restrictions may be lifted in late May of this year.
00:16:51.040 So we're now hearing it from Mark Kelly.
00:16:53.420 We're hearing it from Senator Kristen Sinema.
00:16:55.580 And we're also hearing it from New Hampshire Senator Maggie Hassan.
00:16:59.100 They're saying we need to address this.
00:17:00.760 There's going to be a steep increase.
00:17:02.180 This is going to be a huge problem.
00:17:03.620 Obviously, it's a problem certainly because of the pandemic, but it's also a problem in
00:17:08.660 general because as we're seeing it right now, the numbers right now, we talked about it
00:17:14.340 yesterday, over 100,000 per month.
00:17:18.840 100,000.
00:17:19.920 And it's on the rise.
00:17:21.520 So now it's hitting 150,000.
00:17:23.640 Drew Hernandez, by the way, over on Frontlines had a whole exclusive about this.
00:17:27.420 So by the way, go check that out.
00:17:28.500 He's got the specific numbers.
00:17:30.620 He says the numbers that they're telling us that they're reporting on are actually lower
00:17:35.440 than what the true numbers are.
00:17:37.760 We could be hitting somewhere like 200,000.
00:17:40.320 The town I was from outside of Philadelphia didn't have 200,000 people.
00:17:44.620 We didn't have 100,000 people in it.
00:17:46.380 And we're getting that many people in per month.
00:17:48.760 It's not sustainable.
00:17:49.620 It's not sustainable for any sovereign nation anywhere in the planet to be able to handle
00:17:55.580 that just in terms of infrastructure, just in terms of your educational, your medical
00:17:59.820 resources, you can't do that.
00:18:02.600 And again, this is another thing where we're told again and again to focus on all the billboards
00:18:09.720 around the country.
00:18:10.820 Stand with Ukraine.
00:18:11.460 Stand with Ukraine.
00:18:12.120 Stand with Ukraine.
00:18:12.740 Stand with Ukraine.
00:18:13.980 All right.
00:18:14.780 And I don't want the war to be going on in Ukraine.
00:18:17.620 I'm a pro-peace guy.
00:18:18.820 I'm an anti-war guy.
00:18:19.720 I don't think that's the right answer for anything.
00:18:22.980 But I also, when I look at this stuff, I say, what's happening to the people that are
00:18:29.320 directly in my own community?
00:18:31.500 And when I'm looking at the United States government, your job as the U.S. government
00:18:35.900 is not to take care of all the problems that are raging throughout the world.
00:18:40.460 Saudi Arabia and Yemen have been at war for eight years.
00:18:43.540 There's a civil war going on in Ethiopia, right?
00:18:46.200 500,000 people killed in Ethiopia in the last 16 months.
00:18:50.140 We won't hear about that.
00:18:51.160 No billboards for that one.
00:18:53.000 So let's talk about the people that you're elected to represent.
00:18:57.480 And so, you know what?
00:18:58.160 Kudos.
00:18:58.600 I'm just going to go out and say it.
00:18:59.980 Kudos to every single one of these people for playing it down the middle and for putting
00:19:04.620 party aside and saying, you know what?
00:19:06.620 This is something that actually matters to us.
00:19:09.940 This is something that matters to our people.
00:19:11.940 And by the way, Sinema specifically, you got to hand it to her.
00:19:15.240 She has been doing this on vote after vote, has been taking these stands.
00:19:19.860 And remember, of course, this is, you know, the former state of Senator John McCain, who
00:19:23.700 was known for, you know, this kind of maverick, you know, stance.
00:19:27.520 That was sort of the moniker he tried to give himself.
00:19:29.780 When in reality, what John McCain was doing as a senator was going around starting wars
00:19:34.140 in places like Libya and Syria and really Ukraine.
00:19:38.080 You know, if you look at the coup and if you look at everything that he was doing over
00:19:40.380 there in 2014, so much of what we're seeing now in Ukraine is because of what John McCain
00:19:45.280 did.
00:19:46.100 So thank God that the current senators of Arizona are not acting like that.
00:19:50.880 And thank God that they are doing the right thing for their state, albeit reluctantly.
00:19:55.900 So we'll see if they actually are able to be effective or whether they're just playing
00:20:00.560 lip service to this whole thing.
00:20:02.260 Because we know, of course, Kelly is in a reelection year.
00:20:05.160 Kyrsten Sinema.
00:20:05.700 We know she has higher aspirations.
00:20:08.060 Does she want to be president of the United States?
00:20:10.240 I guarantee that she absolutely does.
00:20:14.120 And we can't get distracted, whether it's by the latest culture war nonsense or some new
00:20:21.500 right wing lie on Fox or Facebook.
00:20:25.420 By the way, they've been coming after me again lately, in case you might have noticed.
00:20:30.320 It's funny, the more trouble Trump gets into, the wilder the charges and conspiracy theories
00:20:38.440 about me seem to get.
00:20:40.360 So that was Secretary of State Hillary Clinton talking about what she called conspiracy theory
00:20:46.520 back when all this got started.
00:20:48.840 Well, thanks to the great work of Technofog.
00:20:51.180 And if there's any sub stack that we promote here at Human Events Daily, it's Technofog.
00:20:55.240 Go and read him.
00:20:56.700 Understand what he's doing.
00:20:57.680 He's breaking this stuff down in ways that nobody else is.
00:21:01.020 So he's got up now the new transcripts that are going on in the Durham case, specifically
00:21:05.560 against this guy, Sussman, Michael Sussman, the former lawyer for Perkins Goye, provided
00:21:11.200 false statements in the Alpha Bank trial, right?
00:21:14.640 And so without getting into all the Alpha Bank stuff, we can talk about more about what the
00:21:20.260 latest developments are.
00:21:21.420 The hearing, this is from Technofog.
00:21:23.260 The hearing related to Sussman's efforts to dismiss his indictment, but the defense alleging
00:21:27.800 that his alleged lies were not material.
00:21:30.760 The court looked on that argument with skepticism, and rightly so, as the issue of materiality
00:21:34.800 is typically a question for the jury.
00:21:36.780 Sussman's lawyers did him no favors by admitting it was a closer call on whether the government's
00:21:41.360 arguments of materiality should be presented.
00:21:44.040 So they're arguing, arguing, arguing.
00:21:45.420 But hold on, because here is the juicy part.
00:21:50.360 The special counsel is in possession of a number of documents from the Clinton campaign,
00:21:56.620 Rodney Jaffa and Hillary for America.
00:21:59.280 There is a fight over whether some of those documents are privileged.
00:22:03.100 The special counsel provided one example, stating that the Clinton campaign is putting
00:22:06.220 out bogus claims of privilege over the communications of Rodney Jaffa.
00:22:09.520 These are likely to fail.
00:22:10.900 The Clinton campaign was not copied on these emails, and there very well might be a crime
00:22:16.080 fraud exception to any of the privilege, because we're talking about attorney-client
00:22:21.980 privilege here, because Jaffa was not providing legal advice to Hillary.
00:22:26.460 Just because he's a lawyer, if you're not providing legal advice, if that's not a client,
00:22:31.040 then that's not privileged communications.
00:22:33.280 Fusion GPS is also trying to keep their documents secret.
00:22:36.480 They've tried these types of abuses of privilege before in a civil case.
00:22:40.180 And previously, it's been discussed why those efforts were bound to fail, perhaps most
00:22:43.620 notably from Fusion GPS.
00:22:45.320 They've admitted they were doing political work and not subject to privilege.
00:22:50.100 Fusion GPS cannot now claim that they were performing legal or litigation work or any of
00:22:54.340 that.
00:22:54.480 It was obviously political.
00:22:55.660 The entire thing was political.
00:22:57.880 So understand what we're looking at here.
00:23:00.180 In this case, they're actually investigating, finally, after five years, six years since it
00:23:06.120 actually happened, what went on with Fusion GPS, the Clinton campaign, these intermediaries,
00:23:13.420 these legal firms, and not only the dossier, right?
00:23:18.280 That's one side of it.
00:23:19.420 But also look back at the cyber side.
00:23:22.460 That's what this is all about.
00:23:23.300 It's all about cyber.
00:23:24.680 They lied and faked communications between the Trump Tower and a Russian bank.
00:23:30.740 They created it.
00:23:31.980 They spoofed the data, right?
00:23:34.880 Remember, trust the data, trust the data, follow the data.
00:23:37.020 They faked the data.
00:23:38.420 They made it up themselves, right?
00:23:40.560 It's like that Jonathan Frakes thing.
00:23:42.060 It's a fake.
00:23:43.060 It's false.
00:23:44.040 It's an urban legend that we made up.
00:23:47.300 So the other question then is, if they had the technical capability to do this, what other
00:23:52.440 data did they fake?
00:23:53.820 And we also know that the Durham investigation is now looking into the actual DNC hack itself,
00:24:01.200 the genesis of everything here.
00:24:03.800 So the question remains, was that data faked and then used to blame a foreign adversary?
00:24:12.100 Well, that's all the time we have for Human Events Daily.
00:24:14.740 Remember, our promise, our oath, our solemn vow to you, be good, be brief, be gone.
00:24:18.160 And of course, your homework for us.
00:24:20.100 Share this out with one, just one of your normie friends.
00:24:23.320 And leave us your five-star review on Apple, Spotify.
00:24:25.780 What did we talk about today?
00:24:27.000 The Biden administration announcing the ex-gender in these passports and all of the new handouts
00:24:32.000 for big pharma.
00:24:33.380 Second, President Biden's new plan to curb gas prices, angering drillers.
00:24:37.080 Also, it's insane.
00:24:38.600 Third, the swing state Democrats are urging President Biden not to drop Title 42.
00:24:42.360 And finally, the Clinton campaign emails may surface in the Durham case.
00:24:46.840 So we've got a lot going on this week.
00:24:48.500 I want to make sure that you guys are getting these episodes.
00:24:50.900 You're sharing them out with your normie friends.
00:24:52.300 A little announcement just from myself.
00:24:55.080 It's something that I applied for quietly because, you know, I didn't want it to be
00:24:58.660 this big thing.
00:24:59.780 I didn't want to make any announcement.
00:25:00.940 But I have been accepted for Mission to Mars with Elon Musk and with SpaceX.
00:25:05.420 So I don't know how many more episodes of Human Events we'll be able to do or if I'll
00:25:09.960 be able to do that from the surface of the red planet itself.
00:25:12.800 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
00:25:15.700 So we'll be able to do that anyways.
00:25:17.480 We will see you soon.
00:25:18.320 We'll see you soon.
00:25:22.940 No proposition 4.
00:25:24.120 We'll see you soon.
00:25:24.620 See you soon.
00:25:24.680 You, if you haven't seen me yet.
00:25:30.680 Bye.
00:25:31.420 Bye.
00:25:31.920 Bye.
00:25:33.260 Bye.
00:25:33.980 Bye.
00:25:34.740 Bye.
00:25:35.980 Bye.
00:25:37.040 Bye.
00:25:37.420 Bye, Bye.
00:25:38.580 Bye.
00:25:39.500 Bye.
00:25:40.620 Bye.
00:25:41.300 Bye.
00:25:41.600 Bye.
00:25:42.080 Bye.
00:25:42.560 Bye.
