00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.500 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.220 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.300 Christ is king.

00:00:50.840 I've also designated multiple savage drug cartels as far as foreign terrorist organizations,

00:00:58.760 along with two bloodthirsty transnational gangs, probably the worst gangs anywhere in the world, 1.00

00:01:03.800 MS-13 and Trend de Aragua.

00:01:06.000 Such organizations torture, maim, mutilate, and murder with impunity. 0.98

00:01:12.220 They're the enemies of all humanity.

00:01:14.320 For this reason, we've recently begun using the supreme power of the United States military

00:01:19.980 to destroy Venezuela terrorists and trafficking networks led by Nicolas Maduro

00:01:28.520 to every terrorist thug smuggling poisonous drugs into the United States of America. 0.99

00:01:34.260 Please be warned that we will blow you out of existence. 0.98

00:01:38.020 That's what we're doing.

00:01:38.860 We have no choice.

00:01:39.660 Breaking news today, because we are following this story closely, hearing about a heavy

00:01:43.960 police presence at an immigration and customs enforcement facility.

00:01:47.880 This is in Dallas.

00:01:49.220 It's off Interstate 35.

00:01:50.940 So I'm hearing that DPD right now is looking for sniper or snipers that may have been on

00:01:57.000 top of rooftops near buildings around the ICE facility.

00:02:02.180 There have been three people wounded.

00:02:04.520 According to sources, at least three people have been transported.

00:02:08.300 As far as the shooter goes, there was a self-inflicting gunshot wound, and he is dead.

00:02:13.540 He is deceased.

00:02:14.800 We believe that he was shooting at law enforcement and the detainees from an apartment building.

00:02:20.980 Again, those details are still murky.

00:02:23.060 It looked like it might have been a sniper or some sort of a long-form shot.

00:02:29.040 But as soon as we have more information, we will give that out.

00:02:31.940 But we do ask the American public, please join us in praying for the victims, for our law enforcement.

00:02:37.380 You know, we've been saying for months that the rhetoric around our law enforcement, particularly

00:02:42.720 ICE, the dehumanization, the demonization, has spun so far out of control and that someone

00:02:48.560 is going to get hurt.

00:02:49.660 What I can also share with you is that early evidence that we've seen from rounds that were

00:02:57.940 found near the suspected shooter contain messages that are anti-ICE in nature.

00:03:02.920 Again, this is just the most recent example of this type of attack.

00:03:08.260 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.

00:03:13.500 We're here live, Phoenix, Arizona, the Charlie Kirk Studio.

00:03:16.440 Today is September 24th, 2025, Anno Domini.

00:03:20.060 Ladies and gentlemen, we are now living through the largest leftist violence spree since 2020.

00:03:26.540 But here's what's different now.

00:03:28.200 The leftists aren't running around in black blocks.

00:03:31.240 They're not influencing and organizing with BLM.

00:03:36.100 What are they doing?

00:03:37.200 Targeted killings, targeted assassinations, like the assassination of the man who sat in

00:03:42.340 that chair right next to me, Charlie Kirk.

00:03:45.320 Understand the situation that we are in. 1.00

00:03:48.080 They will shoot your friends. 0.99

00:03:50.780 They will shoot up ABC stations. 1.00

00:03:53.480 They will shoot up ICE facilities. 1.00

00:03:56.020 Killing two. 0.96

00:03:56.740 Turns out they were detainees, weren't even ICE agents.

00:04:01.100 And then what will happen?

00:04:02.920 All of their deceptors will go up on ABC, late night with Jimmy Kimmel, run around on social

00:04:10.440 media telling you that it didn't happen.

00:04:12.640 They'll put out all of the disinformation that they can.

00:04:16.680 We were the first to report here at Human Events that it was an anti-ICE attack.

00:04:21.340 And we got that from a highly placed individual that gave us that information.

00:04:27.200 We now know, of course, that that was etched into one of the casings of the bullets.

00:04:31.880 And there may even be other messages etched into those casings as well.

00:04:35.080 They just don't have the ink in them.

00:04:36.820 The individual has been identified and is already quickly being tied to extreme leftist,

00:04:43.660 Marxist, communist, violent ideology.

00:04:46.560 How many times does this have to happen before we get some action?

00:04:50.360 How many more times has it got to go?

00:04:53.800 How many more shootings do you want?

00:04:56.460 How many more?

00:04:57.960 How many more bodies and boxes are we going to have to have before someone actually takes 0.69

00:05:02.720 this threat seriously?

00:05:04.660 I'm seriously asking at this point.

00:05:06.620 I don't understand.

00:05:08.060 It keeps happening again and again.

00:05:11.040 And then we hear, oh, I guess we didn't know.

00:05:13.460 Oh, there's nothing that could have been done.

00:05:15.260 Are you serious?

00:05:16.540 There's nothing that could have been done.

00:05:18.400 Oh, there's lots that could be done.

00:05:20.120 But no one is doing it.

00:05:22.560 So I want to hear the people getting up and saying, oh, well, we've secured the perimeter.

00:05:27.760 No, you only secured the perimeter after the bodies are still are lying on the ground.

00:05:33.500 That's when you secured the perimeter.

00:05:35.120 That's when you kept everyone safe.

00:05:36.740 No, we need to be taking proactive measures.

00:05:39.520 And the proactive measures need to come now.

00:05:42.340 Not just for law enforcement, but for everyone else who's in the crosshairs of this violent leftist insanity that is sweeping our nation.

00:05:50.900 Understand the time that it is.

00:05:53.960 Understand what part of the movie you are in.

00:05:56.720 It is not the good part.

00:05:58.960 It's going to get worse.

00:06:00.600 They are escalating.

00:06:03.000 It's getting worse.

00:06:04.540 It's getting more frequent.

00:06:06.220 And it's getting more deadly.

00:06:09.160 So how many more is it going to take?

00:06:11.460 How many more?

00:06:13.140 Seriously, I want a number.

00:06:14.740 Anyone out there, just give me the number.

00:06:16.080 How many more is it going to take before we actually get some action?

00:06:18.780 They're riding up in Portland last night, riding full black block up there, right? 0.99

00:06:26.780 You want to tell me there's no groups?

00:06:28.240 You want to tell me there's no organizations?

00:06:30.080 You want to tell me there's no individuals?

00:06:32.020 And then you go out and you pull up the social media and it's nothing but violence after violence after violence over and over and over again.

00:06:40.640 And the media will come out and say, gosh, we're just not sure what the motive is.

00:06:45.620 There's no way to tell.

00:06:46.880 There's no way to tell.

00:06:48.780 There's no way to tell what inspired this.

00:06:51.360 I guess we'll have to find out later.

00:06:53.440 And then later, later, later, some guy in a suit comes out and says, oh, that was just a disturbed individual.

00:06:59.760 Just a disturbed individual.

00:07:01.240 Well, I'll tell you something right now.

00:07:02.260 I'm a disturbed individual because I see this happening every single day.

00:07:07.060 It seems like reset the clock, reset the clock.

00:07:10.600 Zero days since the last act of leftist violence.

00:07:14.540 What is going on?

00:07:16.040 It will not stop until it is stopped.

00:07:19.680 We'll be right back.

00:07:26.100 Stand in our way and our golden age has just begun.

00:07:29.800 This is Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:07:31.440 Now it's time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.

00:07:36.040 Welcome to the second American Revolution. 0.56

00:07:40.660 All right, Jack Posobiec.

00:07:44.460 Here we are.

00:07:44.940 Phoenix, Arizona.

00:07:46.120 Charlie Kirk Studio.

00:07:48.000 Honored to have on now as our next guest, the press secretary for the War Department, Kingsley Wilson, joins us.

00:07:58.160 Kingsley, how are you?

00:07:59.900 I'm great.

00:08:00.720 Thanks for having me, Jack.

00:08:02.780 And obviously, I know that the Department of Homeland Security is your sister department, not your department.

00:08:08.460 But I was wondering if I could get your comments just very quickly on this violence that we saw.

00:08:13.420 And obviously, it's a breaking news situation out of Dallas, an attack on federal law enforcement.

00:08:18.020 Yeah, it's horrific.

00:08:20.520 And this is, you know, on the heels of rhetoric that has demonized a lot of our ICE officers.

00:08:25.660 And here at the Department of War, we are proud to work alongside our ICE officers and all of our DHS partners to ensure that the American people are kept safe.

00:08:34.400 Our borders are secure.

00:08:36.000 And deportations, a promise the president made on the campaign trail that's being delivered on, is fulfilled. 0.96

00:08:41.400 So this is despicable.

00:08:43.180 We are praying for all of the ICE officers across this country who are facing increasing threats.

00:08:49.320 And we condemn this completely.

00:08:51.980 Well, I thank you very much.

00:08:53.340 And I certainly agree with your sentiments there.

00:08:56.620 We had originally booked you because I've, you know, just been talking here on the show regarding these violent attacks that seem to be happening over and over.

00:09:06.120 But another level of violence that we've seen in the United States and in our hemisphere is the cartel violence.

00:09:12.920 And for so many years, the federal government had no response to it whatsoever, other than to treat it as a sort of law enforcement matter or a drug interdiction matter when it came to the Coast Guard or others.

00:09:24.520 But the War Department is taking a slightly different tack on that as per the president's guidelines.

00:09:30.320 Walk us through these new offensive operations that are being done to the cartels.

00:09:36.120 Absolutely.

00:09:36.960 And you paint the picture perfectly there.

00:09:38.920 This is not the previous administration.

00:09:41.180 We have gone decades letting narco terrorists run the Western Hemisphere effectively and traffic drugs into our country that kill Americans. 0.98

00:09:50.220 Deadly fentanyl has ravaged young Americans across the country.

00:09:54.120 It is totally unacceptable.

00:09:55.300 And until President Trump and Secretary Hegseth, no one was doing anything about it.

00:09:59.940 President Trump declared these narco terrorist thugs, FTOs, early on in his administration.

00:10:06.620 And since that point, the Department of War has gotten to work.

00:10:10.260 We are taking out deadly narco terrorists all across the region that threaten our people and that threaten the security of the homeland. 1.00

00:10:18.120 And this is something that we're proud to be doing.

00:10:21.020 Keeping our people safe is the ultimate goal of the Department of War.

00:10:24.280 And that's what our troops sign up to do.

00:10:26.160 That's what they're proud to do.

00:10:27.760 And we are going to ensure that we continue this operation so that drugs don't kill Americans any longer.

00:10:33.380 That is a non-negotiable for this department.

00:10:36.120 We want to have secure borders and we want to have safe shores.

00:10:39.800 Drugs cannot traffic through the Gulf of America any longer under this president.

00:10:43.820 When you look at the Gulf of America, when you look at the Caribbean, certainly, by the way, this and as a prior Navy officer myself and someone who served in in the Caribbean while stationed at Guantanamo Bay and under the auspices of Southern Command, South Com, that this isn't the first time the U.S. military has been used for these types of interdiction operations or offensive operations.

00:11:06.560 And it really strikes me as strange that the media is sort of just not talking about the full picture here.

00:11:13.420 This is a historic mission of the United States Navy and the United States military.

00:11:19.060 Absolutely.

00:11:19.800 And I've got to tell you, Jack, seeing the mainstream media reaction to these operations has been just truly mind-boggling for me.

00:11:27.120 I was watching MSDNC this morning and I saw Hillary Clinton on there talking about these operations and how they're horrible and it's terrible that we're taking out these people who are just on boats.

00:11:38.160 These are terrorists that are sending fentanyl to America and they are killing young people in droves.

00:11:45.240 100,000 Americans died every year under the Biden administration because of these deadly drugs.

00:11:50.200 This is a real threat to the homeland and it's crazy to me to see people in the mainstream media not understand that threat and actually go the other way and carry water for these narco-terrorists and the Maduro regime and all of these people who seek to harm American citizens. 0.55

00:12:06.520 It's got to stop and we're going to keep working towards that goal and we're going to keep ensuring that this operation is a success despite the mainstream media's efforts to, you know, say that it's illegal, which it's not.

00:12:18.600 It's perfectly and totally legal or all of these Democrats that are going into apoplexy that we're actually taking care of our hemisphere for once.

00:12:27.160 Well, the purpose of having a military is to defend the homeland.

00:12:32.040 That's number one.

00:12:33.320 And it seems that other administrations have had different ideas about what that means, defending the homeland in places that are very, very far from the homeland.

00:12:42.340 And certainly the military has operations that are that have a global reach.

00:12:46.160 But when it comes to the core mission of the United States military, you would think that defense of the homeland would actually be number one.

00:12:53.960 Yes, absolutely.

00:12:55.120 And it is for this president and this secretary.

00:12:56.960 And that's why President Trump was elected.

00:12:59.000 He got the popular vote.

00:13:00.680 He has a mandate from the American people to enact this agenda.

00:13:03.820 People were so fed up of defending foreign countries, borders in far flung places that didn't necessarily suit our interests.

00:13:11.040 We're putting America first and America first means we need a Western Hemisphere where America is dominant again. 0.99

00:13:17.500 We can't have cartels running the Western Hemisphere.

00:13:20.800 That is totally unacceptable.

00:13:22.460 And what these strikes do is not only do they take out narco terrorists who are actively bringing drugs to our country. 0.99

00:13:28.660 I've seen a lot of people in the mainstream media trying to claim, oh, you don't know that these people were narco terrorists.

00:13:33.700 You said earlier, Jack, you're a Navy intel guy.

00:13:35.900 You know how this works.

00:13:36.720 We have credible intelligence without a doubt.

00:13:39.740 We know who these people are.

00:13:41.140 We know where they're going and we know where they're coming from.

00:13:43.500 We know what's on their boats.

00:13:44.940 We are going to take this threat very, very seriously and ensure that the American people are kept safe.

00:13:50.480 As you say, homeland security is a priority for this department and this president.

00:13:54.440 We're not going to relent on it.

00:13:55.880 And we're going to make sure that every cartel in the Western Hemisphere knows that,

00:13:59.600 because when people see these strikes, whether they're a cartel in Mexico or a cartel in Venezuela, they are put on notice.

00:14:06.720 And and I should also ask him, you know, I mentioned before about the obviously the attacks on the ice facilities.

00:14:13.360 And are these operations then being conducted with and obviously I understand you can't get into classified intelligence,

00:14:19.860 but would it be safe to say that there is coordination between the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of War on this?

00:14:25.960 Absolutely. We work really closely with our interagency partners, you know, whether it's the U.S. Coast Guard to ensure that we are just kind of implementing a policy

00:14:36.940 that is going to ensure that we're all working together and collaborating, intel sharing, all all of that sort of great stuff.

00:14:42.380 Right. So we're working alongside our government partners because this really is a whole of government approach.

00:14:47.420 As I said in the beginning, President Trump early on designated these cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.

00:14:53.420 And what that did for the department is allow us to start taking these threats more seriously than we had in the past.

00:15:00.300 And we are working with the interagency to do that.

00:15:02.920 And we're going to continue to ensure that they can't traffic drugs throughout our hemisphere and endanger American lives any longer.

00:15:09.960 No, it really seems that it's just remarkable to me to think that not only as, you know, having a Navy background,

00:15:18.180 but also just as a as a father who is someone who lives in the United States, have been living on the East Coast in Phoenix right now.

00:15:25.220 And, you know, you see what effect that these cartels and the narcotic operations have had on these cities,

00:15:33.180 many of which, by the way, fuel the street violence that we see in cities like Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Baltimore, so many others across the country.

00:15:41.340 And yet there are so many politicians that don't actually want to step up and treat this like the operation that it needs to be.

00:15:50.160 They don't want to they want to play these games. They say we need social reform.

00:15:53.600 They say we need all these things. Whereas, look, sometimes you just need a hammer.

00:15:58.640 Absolutely. I think we've forgotten that the solutions are often very simple.

00:16:02.220 We like to create more problems and try to act as though things can't be fixed.

00:16:07.440 We have found very quickly that all we needed was a new president and a new secretary of war to get to work and to get all of this done.

00:16:15.200 We're delivering on promises. We're making steps that we haven't taken at this department in decades.

00:16:21.240 We used to have under, you know, 20 years ago, we used to take the Western Hemisphere pretty seriously.

00:16:25.720 And then we got bogged down in the Middle East and nation building.

00:16:28.680 And we were over there. We didn't really know what the objectives were, what, you know, success looked like.

00:16:33.600 But we just kept throwing money at it anyway, while politicians in D.C. got super rich and advocated that we stay there for even longer.

00:16:41.260 Now we've got a secretary and a war department that are focused on our main mission, keeping America safe.

00:16:47.320 And that means secure borders. We've got a lot of troops down at the border that are working with DHS to make sure no one's crossing.

00:16:54.140 I can tell you, Jack, I've been down there a few times now. It is all quiet on the Western Front.

00:16:58.920 There is nobody crossing our southern border anymore.

00:17:02.120 And we're going even further, right? We're making sure that our waters are secure, that our shores are secure.

00:17:06.480 That's something that's really important to the American people. So it should be important to the Department of War.

00:17:11.700 This is a department that is going to put America first every single mission.

00:17:16.300 And that's what we've seen with Secretary Hegseth. And it's really fantastic, I think, for our troops as well, right?

00:17:21.240 They get to protect their people, their neighborhoods. They're not just nation building.

00:17:25.720 They're not just defending allies, right?

00:17:27.520 They get to actually know that when they're standing post on our southern border, they're protecting Americans directly behind them.

00:17:35.080 I think that's really impactful. And that's something that you hear from our troops when you talk to them down at the border.

00:17:41.080 I think that's absolutely incredible. I also saw the secretary was just visiting our troops down in Puerto Rico as well.

00:17:48.140 Are there any other any other plans for operations to be run in the Southcom AOR from various U.S. facilities there?

00:17:58.800 I can't get into, you know, those specifics or any operations that we might have in the future,

00:18:03.780 but I can absolutely tell you that this is a region that matters to the secretary and to this president.

00:18:09.500 And it's really cool to see because I think, you know, Southcom, you mentioned your experience there,

00:18:14.040 hasn't gotten a lot of attention up until now, but now is really their time to shine.

00:18:18.280 And they are showing that they can do all of this incredible hard work.

00:18:22.020 They can take out terrorists. They can conduct lethal strikes, precise strikes and deliver for the American people.

00:18:28.120 So it's been really fantastic to to see them kind of have the opportunity to deliver on a mission set.

00:18:34.220 And it's something that I think we're going to see continue.

00:18:36.620 Well, I just have to say to our boys in blue that are down there, keep putting those warheads on foreheads.

00:18:45.680 Gentlemen, press secretary for the War Department, Kingsley Wilson, thank you so much for joining us here for that update on Human Events Daily.

00:18:52.660 Thanks for having me, Jack.

00:18:53.800 God bless. Folks, that's what it's all about taking actual action, taking steps to defend the homeland, to defend our people, to defend our nation.

00:19:07.060 No more foreign threats. And I have an interesting take. 0.96

00:19:11.440 Is there a foreign connection for Antifa? Could they be designated as a foreign terrorist organization?

00:19:17.560 We'll get into it next. Human Events Daily, Real Microsports.

00:19:23.800 You talk about influences. These are influences. And they're friends of mine. Jack Posobiec. Where's Jack?

00:19:34.160 Jack. He's done a great job.

00:19:39.660 And Jack Posobiec, we are back live Human Events Daily. We're here in Phoenix, Arizona, and we're in the Charlie Kirk studio.

00:19:51.200 We're talking about leftist violence because we are currently in the largest wave of leftist violence since 2020.

00:20:01.260 I want to bring on now Mike Davis from the Article 3 Project. Mike, how are you?

00:20:06.800 I'm doing well, and thank you, Jack, for having me on.

00:20:08.860 Of course. Look, Mike, I mean, I'll be blunt. We've seen the murder of Charlie Kirk, a shooting at an ABC station in Sacramento, California, after the short vacation that was given to Jimmy Kimmel.

00:20:24.960 We have a deadly sniper shooting at an ICE facility in Dallas right now.

00:20:30.200 There was another shooting at an ICE facility in the Fort Worth area back on the 4th of July in very, very close proximity to today's shooting, to today's violence.

00:20:39.860 We've seen – I'm running out of time in between these events.

00:20:48.500 When are we – so we have the Antifa designation from the Department of Justice, and we have that from the president – or excuse me, the president's executive order.

00:20:55.820 Antifa has foreign ties. They have foreign cells. They have cells all over Europe.

00:20:59.540 They went over for training in Syria. Could they be designated a foreign terrorist organization?

00:21:04.640 Yes. Under the – it's the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, the Secretary of State consults with the Attorney General and the Secretary of the Treasury.

00:21:22.100 And if you can show that you have a foreign organization that's committing these terrorist acts, you can designate them a foreign terrorist organization.

00:21:33.160 And once they're designated as a foreign terrorist organization, you can go after any of their supporters for providing what's called material support under our federal anti-terrorism criminal statutes.

00:21:46.680 You can also expel all foreigners, including people who came here even lawfully, you can expel them if they're working with a foreign terrorist organization, and you can cut off all this foreign terrorist organization's funding. 0.93

00:22:03.900 So if Antifa is getting foreign support, which there's evidence that that exists, including in your book, Jack, then if that's the case, they should move forward and designate it a foreign terrorist organization.

00:22:18.420 I would say this. We have to take off the gloves. And we need to go after this left-wing violence. There's not a both-sides issue here, as you rightly point out, Jack.

00:22:30.480 It is leftist, it is Democrats killing conservatives and Republicans, and they're being cheered on by Democrat politicians and other thought leaders.

00:22:42.720 And it's unacceptable. And we need to start routing up these violent criminals and putting them in prison. 0.78

00:22:48.860 But it's really simple. And actually, we've got a breaking clip here from the vice president who just commented on this. I'd like to play that now.

00:22:59.420 Law enforcement. Because here's what happens.

00:23:06.420 Because here's what happens when Democrats, like Gavin Newsom did, say that these people are part of an authoritarian government.

00:23:14.240 When the left-wing media lies about what they're doing, when they lie about who they're arresting, when they lie about the actual job of law enforcement, what they're doing is encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence.

00:23:27.140 You don't have to agree with my immigration policies. You don't have to agree with Donald Trump's immigration policies.

00:23:33.020 But if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement, you can go straight to hell and you have no place in the political conversation of the United States of America.

00:23:47.920 I love it. I love hearing that from the vice president, Mike Davis.

00:23:52.160 And this is where it comes from. Look, we're getting what I used to call in the military, what we used to call command signal.

00:23:56.720 The command signal is there. The president, the vice president.

00:24:00.600 What are the next steps that need to be taken for a whole-of-government approach to this?

00:24:04.700 First of all, I want to say amen to Vice President J.D. Vance because he is showing bold and fearless leadership here, which is much needed.

00:24:14.580 President Trump has assembled a fantastic team across government with Tulsi, J.D., Cash, Pam, Todd.

00:24:23.700 There are so many good people who are working every day on this.

00:24:27.120 Judge Jeanine Pirro, we need to start arresting these people under our federal criminal statutes.

00:24:34.240 It is a federal felony to harbor illegal aliens under 8 U.S.C. Section 1324.

00:24:42.680 That includes housing them, providing them financial assistance, trying to hide them from arrest, from law enforcement.

00:24:51.540 It's also a felony to obstruct federal law enforcement.

00:24:56.820 It's also a felony to conspire to do either of those things.

00:25:01.020 We have RICO statutes on the books that we use to take down organized crime.

00:25:06.740 What Antifa and these anti-ICE groups are doing is organized crime.

00:25:12.620 So, in addition to making foreign terrorist organization designations, we have plenty of federal statutes on our books right now for assaulting federal law enforcement, destruction of federal property.

00:25:28.560 We have weapons charges you can bring.

00:25:30.960 You can bring charges for incendiary devices.

00:25:34.040 There is no shortage of federal statutes that can be used.

00:25:39.820 And I have full confidence in Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, FBI Director Cash Patel, Deputy Director Dan Bongino.

00:25:50.140 There is a very good team in the Trump Justice Department, along with Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, and her team, Tom Homan.

00:26:01.760 They are going to move forward and move forward aggressively, taking down this organized violent crime on the left.

00:26:09.760 And it's obviously organized, because what did we see last night in Portland?

00:26:15.260 We saw in Portland there were violent riots by Antifa members.

00:26:19.980 The Post Millennial had great reporting on this, Katie Davis Court. 1.00

00:26:23.420 And that was just last night at the federal facility in, actually, it was Eugene, Oregon.

00:26:30.180 And they were out there.

00:26:32.980 They were arrested.

00:26:34.140 But again, there is coordination.

00:26:36.280 There are cells.

00:26:37.440 There's organization.

00:26:38.360 This is what I'm saying, that it's time.

00:26:42.200 The mandate is there.

00:26:43.340 The executive order is there.

00:26:45.060 The statutes are there.

00:26:46.380 What we're missing is the action.

00:26:48.660 These things need to stop.

00:26:50.580 Mike Davis has the way forward.

00:26:52.280 Mike, we're coming up on a quick break.

00:26:53.800 I want to hold you over, because we need to dig more into this.

00:26:58.660 It's time to stop the nationwide leftist violence spree.

00:27:04.280 And I don't want to sit there and have everybody wringing their hands about the rules of engagement.

00:27:09.000 We're in a fight.

00:27:10.060 And we're going to win.

00:27:11.460 We'll be right back.

00:27:12.180 Jack Pasovic, Human Events Daily.

00:27:13.460 Where is Jack?

00:27:24.860 Where's Jack?

00:27:27.000 Where is he?

00:27:28.280 Jack, I want to see you.

00:27:29.720 Great job, Jack.

00:27:33.380 Thank you.

00:27:34.140 What a job you do.

00:27:35.560 You know, we have an incredible thing.

00:27:36.940 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.

00:27:39.240 But we have guys.

00:27:40.640 And these are the guys who will be getting Pulisic.

00:28:45.780 Ladies and gentlemen, we are living through bloody September.

00:28:51.720 We are living through bloody September.

00:28:56.660 I wake up, there is a leftist attack.

00:28:59.640 I wake up, there is a leftist attack.

00:29:02.280 I wake up, there is a leftist attack.

00:29:04.700 Get it through your minds. 0.63

00:29:06.700 Fix it in your brain.

00:29:09.660 Activate the little gray cells.

00:29:11.700 This will not go away.

00:29:13.440 This is not going to get better on its own.

00:29:16.160 This is not going to stop until it's stopped.

00:29:19.240 I don't know how many more times I have to say this.

00:29:22.540 The bullets will keep flying until we stop the bullets from flying.

00:29:27.320 Christian students, Catholic schools, conservative campus leaders like the man sat in this chair

00:29:36.760 right here, and Hillary Clinton up on TV.

00:29:41.040 White Christian men.

00:29:42.820 You heard her say it.

00:29:43.860 White Christian men.

00:29:45.540 White Christian men.

00:29:47.160 White Christian men. 0.99

00:29:48.420 She says it over and over and over to remind you and to remind all of her little violent acolytes 0.97

00:29:55.640 who the targets are. 0.97

00:29:58.100 White Christian men.

00:30:00.180 Charlie Kirk.

00:30:01.360 Charlie Kirk.

00:30:02.480 Charlie Kirk.

00:30:03.900 Over and over and over.

00:30:06.580 And you hear it from Jimmy Kimmel against ICE.

00:30:09.300 You hear it from Hillary Clinton just this morning on MSNBC.

00:30:13.040 Van Jones targeting Charlie Kirk just the day before.

00:30:17.060 CNN.

00:30:19.880 And then they want to get all mad at me because I go on CNN and I say we are facing asymmetric

00:30:25.520 civil warfare.

00:30:28.820 Well, what are you going to call it?

00:30:31.680 What are you going to call it?

00:30:34.240 How many more friends in boxes do I got to have?

00:30:37.520 ICE agents.

00:30:39.300 How many more?

00:30:41.900 Mike Davis is our guest right now.

00:30:43.840 Mike, walk us through the legal authorities and the legal actions that can be taken here.

00:30:51.900 Well, first of all, I want to say, Jack, you literally wrote the book on Antifa, right?

00:30:55.640 You served for years as an intel operative.

00:31:01.100 You wrote an Antifa publication years ago.

00:31:04.340 You wrote on humans about the communist revolutions.

00:31:08.540 That's what they're doing now.

00:31:10.160 The left is running a Marxist revolution, and they are rounding up these radical groups on

00:31:17.760 racial grievances, gender chaos, that the Antifa foot soldiers, they are running, as you said,

00:31:27.180 asymmetrical civil war in America.

00:31:30.280 And we need to wake up to that fact.

00:31:32.400 So in addition to designating Antifa as a foreign terrorist organization and using our

00:31:39.800 RICO statutes to dismantle Antifa and these other left-wing groups, including George Soros

00:31:46.760 and its octopus network of all these left-wing radical violent groups, you can also have

00:31:54.360 federal, state, and local prosecutors use simple conspiracy statutes to take out these left-wing

00:32:03.100 organizations.

00:32:04.560 For example, if you're attacking police officers or you're attacking federal ICE agents, you

00:32:11.780 can charge those people with assaults, and you can charge anyone who supported them with

00:32:17.600 conspiracy or aiding and abetting that assault.

00:32:21.200 These prosecutors across America need to take off the gloves and be more aggressive, go after

00:32:29.540 them legally, politically, financially, and destroy them.

00:32:33.820 These are not liberals with whom we can debate. 1.00

00:32:38.300 These are leftists, and they want to kill us. 0.59

00:32:41.800 Charlie Kirk learned that the hard way, and this is not going to stop. 0.98

00:32:46.000 These leftists are only going to get more emboldens.

00:32:49.680 We're going to see copycats like we're seeing now.

00:32:53.340 And until we drop the hammer on them, the legal, political, and financial hammer on these left-wing

00:33:00.860 groups and their cheerleaders like Governor Gavin Newsom and other Democrat politicians, until

00:33:07.360 we go after these groups and dismantle them and throw these groups and their supporters in

00:33:14.340 prison, this is only going to get worse.

00:33:18.760 And we're just getting breaking news now.

00:33:20.680 The death toll has now risen to four, including the shooter himself.

00:33:25.000 And so four dead at an ICE facility in Dallas.

00:33:29.220 Three were shot indiscriminately through the window.

00:33:32.520 He was targeting the agents, ended up shooting detainees.

00:33:34.720 The third detainee who was in critical condition, this, according to local news, has passed.

00:33:43.500 And the shooter himself, the shooter himself took himself out up on that roof.

00:33:52.480 The crazed Marxist leftist went up there.

00:33:56.560 You know, Mike, you've been, and you're right, I've done, I've done the infiltration of Chaz. 1.00

00:34:06.040 I've done Deplorable.

00:34:07.860 I've gone up against these guys from time to time.

00:34:10.400 We have Pete Hegseth at Deplorable, who's now the Secretary of War.

00:34:14.240 And I've written the book talking about this thing.

00:34:19.400 Mike, what is it about conservatives, particularly in Washington, D.C., that makes them not care about this threat and not give it the gravity that it deserves?

00:34:32.120 They want to talk to you about some, you know, they'll talk to you all day long, talk your ear off about some group 5,000 miles away or 6,000 miles away.

00:34:40.360 But when I come up here and say, hey, this kid, this group is going to shoot your kids at school or shoot your friend at his next event, they say, oh, well, you know, that's terrible.

00:34:49.420 But, you know, what can we do?

00:34:50.680 What can we do?

00:34:51.200 Our hands are tied.

00:34:52.240 I don't get it, man. 0.99

00:34:54.340 Yeah, I think too many Republicans, too many conservatives in Washington, D.C. are cowards. 0.98

00:35:01.300 I call them the string orchestra on the Titanic. 0.96

00:35:05.140 They want to look majestic while the ship is going down.

00:35:09.060 And what's good about President Trump and his team is they are bold and fearless and they have they don't care about being the acceptable Republicans at the country club or the city club in Washington, D.C.

00:35:25.140 So I have full confidence in President Trump and Tom Homan and Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi and their teams at the Justice Department and DHS, Stephen Miller.

00:35:35.740 I have full confidence that they're going to take this seriously.

00:35:40.180 We're going to treat this as a criminal enterprise, a RICO conspiracy, a terrorist conspiracy.

00:35:47.340 And they need to make this a whole of government approach to wipe out Antifa and trans Tifa and all these other left wing radical groups who are literally killing, trying to kill the president of the United States twice, trying to kill his supporters successfully like they did with Charlie Kirk and now trying to take out federal law enforcement.

00:36:11.720 And let's be crystal clear about this.

00:36:15.680 These Democrat politicians like Gavin Newsom are cheering on this violence in too many of these Democrats.

00:36:23.600 This is going to be controversial, but I don't care.

00:36:25.820 Too many Democrats, the only regrets they have about this shooting today at this ICE facility, the only regret they have is that illegal immigrants got killed instead of federal ICE officers.

00:36:39.440 And I don't say that lightly, but that's what we're up against with today's Democrat Party.

00:36:44.640 They are that the today's Democrat Party is the party of violence. 0.96

00:36:49.920 They want us dead.

00:36:54.360 This isn't a both sides issue.

00:36:56.420 The bullets are flying in one direction. 0.99

00:36:59.120 They want you dead. 1.00

00:37:00.520 They want your kids dead. 1.00

00:37:01.960 They want your friends dead. 1.00

00:37:03.580 They want your family dead and bloodied. 1.00

00:37:06.460 They will shoot your children while they're in church. 1.00

00:37:10.400 They will shoot your friends for trying to have a discussion and they will celebrate on it. 0.99

00:37:16.380 And then their talk show hosts will go on TV and say that you were the ones who did that. 0.94

00:37:23.160 That was your fault.

00:37:24.440 And by the way, I saw what Joe Rogan was saying about Charlie yesterday, and I really don't appreciate it.

00:37:28.960 I'm just going to say that right now.

00:37:30.240 I really don't appreciate it.

00:37:32.840 Charlie cared a lot about Joe Rogan.

00:37:35.180 That's that's all I got to say about that.

00:37:37.520 And look, Mike Davis, where can people go?

00:37:40.820 Where can they follow you?

00:37:42.340 Where can they get everything that you're putting out?

00:37:44.620 Well, first of all, Jack, thank you for all you're doing to step up after that tragic murder of our friend Charlie Kirk.

00:37:51.380 You're doing God's work.

00:37:52.820 You can go to Article3Project.org and follow us on there and take action.

00:37:57.520 That's the big thing that we're pushing right now is for our followers to take action,

00:38:02.080 to light up these politicians in Washington, D.C.

00:38:05.820 and help them find and keep their backbones.

00:38:09.440 No more talk.

00:38:10.400 Action.

00:38:11.760 Action.

00:38:12.840 Action.

00:38:13.880 Action.

00:38:14.240 Right back.

00:38:15.060 Jack Pesovic, human events.

00:38:21.780 Jack is a great guy.

00:38:23.360 He's written a fantastic book.

00:38:25.000 Everybody's talking about it.

00:38:26.240 Go get it.

00:38:27.340 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.

00:38:31.320 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great again.

00:38:34.460 Amen.

00:38:34.860 I just want to say thank God for President Trump and the heroes at ICE for protecting us from these bloodthirsty fruit stand vendors spreading their dangerous pineapple chunks and mangoes with a squirt of lime all over the city.

00:38:50.440 We are so grateful for what you have done.

00:38:53.060 I'm very angry.

00:38:54.180 I have to say I cannot believe what's going on.

00:38:56.580 I knew it was going to be bad.

00:38:57.660 I did not know it was going to be this bad.

00:38:59.660 People who have lived here their whole lives, people who have been in this city longer than I have, the vast majority of whom have never done anything wrong or being abducted, which is the correct word to use, by agents in masks, hiding their identities, grabbing people off the street and at work, sending people to detention centers.

00:39:18.740 And to protest that, which is not only our right as Americans, it's our responsibility. 0.97

00:39:24.200 Los Angelenos have been gathering to demonstrate, with very few exceptions, peacefully demonstrate, to voice their opposition to this disgusting and unnecessary abuse of power instigated by our mentally ill president. 0.94

00:39:39.420 All right, Jack Sobek back live. 0.98

00:39:41.100 That was Jimmy Kimmel.

00:39:42.420 That was Jimmy Kimmel back, I think it was June of this year.

00:39:46.520 Putting a target on ICE agents back.

00:39:50.420 And here we have now, bloody September.

00:39:54.440 Fourth of July, there was an ICE attack also in the Fort Worth area.

00:39:59.100 An ICE attack that was directly tied back to an Antifa cell.

00:40:05.480 All right, now these different cells use different names.

00:40:08.780 They'll call themselves things like the John Brown Gun Club.

00:40:12.840 John Brown was a violent anarchist.

00:40:16.220 He is someone who is revered as a saint on the left.

00:40:20.820 And Antifa cells that are particularly violent will use names like the John Brown Gun Club,

00:40:26.600 all with chapters all over the country designed to use these tactics, many of which also have trans members or trans affiliations,

00:40:36.120 as well as queer affiliations and other groups such as this.

00:40:40.400 But, oh, yeah, there's no such thing as a group. 1.00

00:40:42.580 Shut up. 1.00

00:40:43.820 Just shut up. 1.00

00:40:44.940 Oh, there's no group. 1.00

00:40:45.960 Yes, I know.

00:40:46.780 Anti-fascism is an ideology, just like radical Islam.

00:40:50.120 Are you going to say there's no radical Islamic groups?

00:40:52.780 I'm sick of it.

00:40:54.100 Enough is enough.

00:40:55.720 Oh, you have the Hillary Clinton?

00:40:56.720 Let's play Hillary. 1.00

00:40:57.600 Let's listen to Hillary this morning for your two minutes of hate from her. 1.00

00:41:00.000 And I am proud of the fact that we have always been a work in progress.

00:41:04.660 You know, we haven't gotten to the more perfect union and we fought a civil war over part of it.

00:41:10.000 And people have been protesting, you know, for hundreds of years that, you know, things were not as they should be,

00:41:17.140 given our ideals and how we should be moving toward them.

00:41:21.860 So I think that's what makes us so special as a country.

00:41:26.340 And the idea that you could turn the clock back and try to recreate a world that never was dominated by, you know,

00:41:36.480 let's say it, white men of a certain persuasion, a certain religion, a certain point of view, a certain ideology,

00:41:43.120 is just doing such damage to what we should be aiming for. 0.92

00:41:49.120 And we were on the path toward that.

00:41:50.700 I mean, imperfectly, lots of, you know, bumps along the way.

00:41:53.840 But I agree with you. We were on the right trajectory.

00:41:57.940 OK, so let's go down the list.

00:41:59.780 We have Barack Obama, who couldn't say my friend's name,

00:42:03.080 who couldn't say the name Charlie Kirk without insulting him and attacking him.

00:42:07.180 Couldn't do it.

00:42:08.720 He's the leader of the Democrat Party.

00:42:10.700 Then you have another leader of the Democrat Party, Hillary Clinton. 0.86

00:42:14.760 What does she do? First time she does a major interview since Charlie died.

00:42:18.560 She says, remember, can't have those white male Christians in charge anymore. 0.94

00:42:22.660 We got to do something about all these white male Christians, white male Christians, white male Christians. 0.97

00:42:29.380 And she repeats it. She makes sure to repeat it. 0.52

00:42:32.000 And you notice how she slightly changes her tone.

00:42:34.540 I'm going to walk you through the tactics here a little bit.

00:42:36.260 She slightly changes her tone to a tone of educating, but also a tone where it says, you, of course, agree.

00:42:44.120 We all know. We all know. We all know it's the way.

00:42:47.760 As of course, as you know, the white male Christians, you know, the whites, the males, 0.98

00:42:53.200 people of a certain religion who used to be in charge in this country.

00:42:57.780 Yeah, that's right. This used to be a Christian country.

00:43:00.820 And that's what Charlie was fighting for, to return people back to Christ.

00:43:05.320 And they had Hillary Clinton up there, MSNBC. 0.99

00:43:07.760 We can't have that. We can't have that.

00:43:13.940 They tell you, they just listen to them.

00:43:16.860 They tell you what they're afraid of every single time.

00:43:20.920 All you have to do is listen.

00:43:22.920 They tell you point blank what they're afraid of.

00:43:27.040 They don't want, she is terrified.

00:43:29.000 She can't even say the name Christian.

00:43:30.560 She goes, a certain religion.

00:43:32.900 She can't even say it.

00:43:34.760 Can't say the name of Christ.

00:43:36.180 Hmm.

00:43:37.200 That's interesting.

00:43:38.640 That's peculiar.

00:43:40.380 Why can't you say the name of Christ, Hillary? 0.95

00:43:42.640 You got a problem with that?

00:43:44.180 Wasn't she one of those people who said Easter worshipers a couple years ago or something like that?

00:43:49.400 She called them Easter worshipers when there was that attack in Sri Lanka.

00:43:53.060 Remember Obama said it too.

00:43:54.440 The Easter worshipers.

00:43:56.540 Easter worshiper?

00:43:58.020 You mean like a Christian?

00:43:59.040 How about you say this, Hillary?

00:44:02.200 Jesus Christ.

00:44:03.860 How about you say the name of Christ?

00:44:06.680 How about you say Christ is king?

00:44:08.800 She can't do it.

00:44:09.600 They never can.

00:44:10.440 They never will.

00:44:11.640 They expose themselves at every turn.

00:44:14.220 They hate you if you're Christian.

00:44:17.060 This is at their core. 0.88

00:44:20.340 Absolute core.

00:44:22.520 Yes, there's ICE.

00:44:23.280 Yes, there's law enforcement.

00:44:24.260 Yes, there's order.

00:44:25.640 They hate all of that.

00:44:26.860 Antifa has always hated all of that.

00:44:29.040 From the dawn of Antifa.

00:44:31.540 And we've tracked these violets.

00:44:33.820 And I'm sick of the conservatives, by the way, running around saying, oh, it's just memes.

00:44:38.400 Oh, it's just video games.

00:44:39.920 Really?

00:44:41.480 Did they have video games back in the 1800s?

00:44:45.500 When they shot McKinley?

00:44:46.600 Or 1901 when they shot McKinley?

00:44:48.760 Did they have video games when they were shooting the Tsar and all of his kids? 0.95

00:44:52.760 Stabbing him to death?

00:44:54.160 Shooting little Prince Alexei in the head? 0.92

00:44:55.620 Was that video games when the Bolsheviks did that? 0.97

00:44:58.360 And memes?

00:44:59.260 Really?

00:44:59.860 You sure about that?

00:45:01.760 No, I don't think it was memes.

00:45:03.500 I don't think it was video games.

00:45:05.840 It was violent leftist ideology.

00:45:10.440 Get it straight.

00:45:11.740 And if you find someone who isn't saying that and trying to push you down another path, question their motives.

00:45:21.100 Why won't you just say it?

00:45:23.540 I saw a leftist murder Charlie Kirk and I saw them celebrate it.

00:45:27.740 I saw a leftist murder Charlie Kirk and I saw them celebrate it.

00:45:34.940 This is what we're in.

00:45:36.440 We're in a fight.

00:45:37.780 We're in a fight for the very survival of our civilization.

00:45:43.500 I don't say that lightly.

00:45:45.220 I know what building I'm in.

00:45:46.960 I know what desk I'm sitting at.

00:45:48.680 And I know who should be sitting at this desk.

00:45:51.460 And it isn't me.

00:45:52.620 It's Charlie.

00:45:53.280 And we can talk about how great Charlie was and how great his legacy will continue to be and everything that we will do to commemorate his legacy.

00:46:05.440 But understand, this was done by a specific group of people with a specific ideology, with specific motive and intent.

00:46:16.360 And if you can't figure that out, then you're not going to make it.

00:46:19.880 And I don't have time for you.

00:46:20.720 I don't have time because we're out of time.

00:46:25.820 And if the death of Charlie Kirk isn't going to wake you up, I don't know what is.

00:46:28.940 I really don't.

00:46:32.980 Full-on law enforcement response from a federal level.

00:46:39.160 We've seen what they did.

00:46:40.940 Go look at what they did after Jan 6.

00:46:43.060 Go look what they did after COVID.

00:46:44.860 Go look what they did to round up patriots back then.

00:46:47.700 We know what the federal government looks like.

00:46:50.720 When they want to come down on something.

00:46:53.060 We know exactly what it looks like.

00:46:55.100 We just lived through it twice.

00:46:57.500 So if you mean to sit there and tell me, oh, well, you know, the rules have been given. 1.00

00:47:00.800 Shut up. 0.99

00:47:02.560 It's time to do what needs to be done. 0.99

00:47:05.500 To keep our people safe.

00:47:07.720 To keep our children safe.

00:47:09.500 To keep our law enforcement safe.

00:47:11.520 It's really simple.

00:47:13.440 And it's the same pattern every single time.

00:47:16.800 So don't sit there for a second and give any attention or oxygen to the people saying it's not happening.

00:47:22.080 It is.

00:47:23.240 We are living through bloody September.

00:47:25.700 And you go watch.

00:47:28.880 Go turn on conservative media.

00:47:30.860 Go look at social media.

00:47:32.080 They won't even act like it's happening.

00:47:34.540 They'll deny it.

00:47:36.440 Yeah, I know the left is going to deny it.

00:47:38.100 I know the media is going to deny it.

00:47:39.380 But when are conservatives going to wake up?

00:47:42.580 Because guess what?

00:47:43.580 It doesn't matter how nice you are.

00:47:45.320 It doesn't matter how polite you are.

00:47:47.260 It doesn't matter how much tone policing you do. 0.98

00:47:49.680 They'll kill you too. 0.99

00:47:50.760 And then they'll take your kids and they'll put them over with whatever trans group they can find. 1.00

00:47:59.300 And they'll laugh.

00:48:02.020 Ladies and gentlemen, you have my permission to lay a short.
