00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.
00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.
00:00:39.640 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.
00:00:46.240 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.
00:00:49.380 Christ is king.
00:00:50.960 TIFA is going to be designated a domestic terrorist organization.
00:00:54.940 In July 2025, several members of an Antifa cell ambushed and opened fire on officers at an ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas, shooting one officer in the neck.
00:01:06.020 Also in July 2025, three Antifa members were charged with assaulting a police officer during a violent riot outside an ICE facility in Portland, which for weeks prior had been under siege from the local Antifa terror cell.
00:01:19.800 In February 2024, a transgender Antifa terrorist detonated an explosive device outside of the office of the Republican Attorney General of Alabama.
00:01:29.980 In July 2023, Antifa members linked to abortionist group Jane's Revenge firebombed pro-life facilities and vandalized churches.
00:01:38.940 In January 2022, a suspected Antifa member was arrested for bringing a pipe bomb to a pro-Trump event.
00:01:45.580 In January 2021, an Antifa supporter threatened to shoot police officers and Trump supporters outside of the Florida State Capitol building.
00:01:53.840 Again, I could continue to list many more examples for those in the room who don't believe this is a serious threat to American safety and our national security, but this administration knows that it is.
00:02:03.640 The man accused of opening fire at a Sacramento news station, ABC10, has been arrested by the FBI after posting bail for his initial arrest.
00:02:11.620 We believe there was a political motive behind his actions.
00:02:15.500 In fact, when officers went and did a search warrant of his vehicle and next to an anti-Trump book, they found a handwritten note.
00:02:24.580 The handwritten note read,
00:02:27.480 Do not support Patel Bongino and A.G. Biondi.
00:02:33.340 They're next.
00:02:34.620 And the note was signed, C.K. from above.
00:02:38.940 You're only seeing this in people who are under 50 years of age.
00:02:44.120 If it were better in recognition or diagnosis, you'd see it in 70-year-old men.
00:02:48.960 I've never seen this happening in people my age.
00:02:54.560 Don't take Tylenol.
00:02:57.480 There's no downside.
00:02:59.520 Don't take it.
00:03:01.340 You'll be uncomfortable.
00:03:02.940 It won't be as easy, maybe.
00:03:05.080 But don't take it.
00:03:06.220 If you're pregnant, don't take Tylenol.
00:03:09.000 That is a Christian woman.
00:03:11.800 This is a public display of Christianity directly taken from the gospel.
00:03:17.160 And I knew that there would be so many people out there that would be confused by Erica Kirk's display of the full values of Christ Jesus before the entire world.
00:03:28.540 This is what Jesus called to forgive on a personal level.
00:03:32.180 And that doesn't change the public punishment and the process, the trial.
00:03:35.660 That'll all come.
00:03:37.120 But personal forgiveness.
00:03:38.720 We're called to do this in the Lord's Prayer itself.
00:03:42.400 Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
00:03:48.320 Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:03:52.140 We are here live, of course, in the Charlie Kirk studio.
00:03:57.220 We're flying in the missing man formation still here in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:04:02.400 Today is September 23rd, 2025.
00:04:05.560 And though we are down one man, I'm joined by a woman here in studio today.
00:04:11.800 A fine Christian woman at that. 0.92
00:04:13.100 It's Allie Beth Stuckey.
00:04:14.220 Thanks so much for having me.
00:04:15.580 It is an honor, truly.
00:04:17.400 I know.
00:04:17.720 And, you know, it's funny because, you know, here we are and you and I had been chatting about doing an episode talking about our favorite death penalty group or anti-death penalty group, the Innocence Project.
00:04:28.940 Yeah.
00:04:29.600 And, you know, here we are in a situation where, you know, we were just doing an episode the other day where we were talking about how in this situation there's been a guy who's received the death penalty in the wake of this leftist violence.
00:04:42.400 And who knows how long until the Innocence Project comes in and starts to defend him.
00:04:47.700 Yeah.
00:04:48.000 Unfortunately, when it comes to any progressive entity, organization, or even just idea, you get closer to the truth by taking them at the opposite of what they mean.
00:04:57.680 So when they say love, they actually mean hate.
00:04:59.840 When they say tolerance, they actually mean intolerance.
00:05:02.080 And when they say innocence, they typically mean guilty.
00:05:04.660 And the Innocence Project takes up the cause of typically, I think, very guilty people and just tries to get them off death row.
00:05:11.140 I call them the Innocence Project.
00:05:12.940 There you go.
00:05:13.680 That's good.
00:05:14.320 Yeah.
00:05:14.900 It took me a while to come up with that.
00:05:16.940 I went pretty hard on them back in the day on Rodney Reed because that story was coming around.
00:05:21.540 And there were some people, by the way, even on, like, the conservative side.
00:05:24.600 I know.
00:05:25.220 It's hard, Jack.
00:05:25.940 That got a little twisted up on that one.
00:05:27.580 And then I just started reading the evidence.
00:05:28.900 And I was like, no.
00:05:31.120 No, I'm so glad that you're willing to talk about that because, yeah, there aren't very many people on our side who are willing to wade into that conversation.
00:05:38.140 But we need to, like, rightly order justice matters.
00:05:41.440 And this is why, because I've gone through stuff like that, and you have as well, in cases that we weren't related to, that we were much more impartial on, having no idea that we'd be faced with one ourselves.
00:05:56.600 Right.
00:05:57.000 Is that it's like, I feel like, in a way, I was preparing myself for trying to figure out what happened here in a case where it's my friend who was the victim.
00:06:11.160 And I have friends who were the eyewitnesses.
00:06:14.360 And it's, I don't even know how to put it into words.
00:06:16.340 You know what I mean, though?
00:06:17.000 Yeah.
00:06:17.340 I know what you mean.
00:06:18.200 I'm curious to hear what you think, like, the balance of all of us, we want the truth, and no one thinks that you should just take whatever the government tells you as absolute truth.
00:06:27.100 So you want to ask questions, but at the same time, it can be so easy to go down these rabbit holes of paranoia.
00:06:32.900 Is it this?
00:06:33.480 Is it that?
00:06:34.380 So how do you balance that of critical thinking, asking questions, without going down the conspiracy route?
00:06:40.060 Well, you know, it's, it's, it all, for me, it just comes back to evidence.
00:06:44.280 I just say, I just say, what actual evidence do we have?
00:06:49.500 And if you stick with that, and you use that hard evidence as your, I really don't want to say lodestar, but if you use it or north star, but if you use that as your rubric, if you use that as your litmus test, it really prevents you because it could always be something else.
00:07:04.820 It, anything could be something else.
00:07:06.160 But if you say, all right, do I have evidence of this?
00:07:09.200 All right, what do I have evidence of?
00:07:11.080 So in this case, we have the bullet casings, you know, we have some stuff about a gun, we have a gun that's been recovered.
00:07:18.140 Now we have DNA links, we have text messages, we have discord.
00:07:21.740 So it's like, I just go on that.
00:07:23.600 And then when someone says, well, what if this, what if this show, cool, great, show me the evidence.
00:07:28.160 Right, right.
00:07:28.840 Exactly.
00:07:29.200 Like, I don't dismiss it.
00:07:31.260 But at the same time, if you can't provide the evidence of it, then I just, I just can't go there.
00:07:35.900 Yeah, I 100% agree.
00:07:37.800 And a lot of people have been messaging me, oh, have you heard this?
00:07:40.240 Have you heard that?
00:07:41.300 And I'm just like, yes, show me the proof.
00:07:44.040 And by the way, I don't, I don't try to shut that down either, unless, you know, unless there's something where, because this horrific turn of events, I find myself, you know, and we're in this case where, you know, we know people who were there.
00:08:00.260 And, you know, you can walk around and, and it's, and it's, it's been so amazing seeing the fact that the staff of this building that we're sitting in right now has come in every day.
00:08:09.680 Yeah.
00:08:10.120 The, the staff over at the turning point center, they've come in every day.
00:08:13.980 Yeah.
00:08:14.220 They're right here.
00:08:15.060 They're willing to work, even having gone through that grief themselves, but they're staying on mission.
00:08:20.900 And so as certain things have bubbled up, you know, I can go over, Hey, you know, what's this thing, you know?
00:08:27.240 And one of the big ones, you know, and, you know, was Charlie wearing a vest?
00:08:30.920 He wasn't, you know?
00:08:32.000 And that was something where it was like, we weren't sure at first and you ask around and there you go, you know, it's, and it's one of those things where it's like, I wish he was don't, don't think it would have, you know, changed the situation here, but it is what it is.
00:08:45.600 But, you know, I wanted to even take that back a second because something that was really striking to me is that when we see this incredible outpouring of love and thank you so much for being there on, on Sunday.
00:08:56.460 And there's just, there's so many, there were so many people there.
00:08:58.980 I don't even know everyone who was there.
00:09:00.620 And then I'm like, I was asking around.
00:09:02.620 I said, Oh, I didn't see this guy.
00:09:03.560 And they're like, Oh yeah, he's over here.
00:09:04.800 And I don't even know.
00:09:06.300 I don't even, can't even tell yet.
00:09:07.940 People all over.
00:09:08.220 Yeah.
00:09:08.380 And, and it was such an outpouring of love and such an outpouring of goodness and godliness and the Christian gospel with on full display with Erica's incredible Christian witness that she performed and the hard work that she performed in doing that.
00:09:23.160 And in the wake of this assassination, we've seen more violence now from Jimmy Kimmel, not being on air for six days.
00:09:33.560 There was this leftist that shoots up and we just played the video and ABC affiliate and is talking about like Charlie and Pam Bondi and Kash Patel and all this stuff.
00:09:43.860 And we found his Twitter account and he's just raging, absolute raging, targeted me, targeted you, targeted everybody, just raging leftist.
00:09:51.800 And so it's like, it shows you the difference, shows you which team you want to be on, but there's a real threat out there.
00:09:58.600 Yeah, there really is.
00:09:59.960 I mean, it was almost, it'd be laughable if it weren't so sad that you've got people like Ben Stiller and all of these celebrities speaking up for free speech, not after the guy gets assassinated for free speech, but because someone gets temporarily suspended for five days because of something that he said from his employer.
00:10:16.780 Like, I'm going to question your first-
00:10:19.900 Like you got a vacation?
00:10:20.860 Yes, I'm going to question your First Amendment bona fides if you spoke up in the latter case, but not in the former case.
00:10:27.620 But that's, you know, that's leftism.
00:10:29.200 It's disordered.
00:10:30.260 On $16 million a year, by the way.
00:10:32.380 Like, I think he'll be all right.
00:10:33.520 Boo-hoo. 1.00
00:10:34.060 I think he'll be okay.
00:10:35.740 Boo-hoo. 1.00
00:10:36.140 Okay, so this guy shoots up the ABC affiliate because he's taking vengeance for Jimmy Kimmel?
00:10:41.360 I mean, you look at his Twitter account and he's going all, he had been prior to this, you know, tweeting about Jimmy Kimmel, et cetera, et cetera, getting really radicalized about this.
00:10:50.800 Yeah.
00:10:51.000 And then just leaves this note that it's very hard to understand.
00:10:57.120 He's sort of like trying to hit all of the, you know, the current hot topics on the left and things like that.
00:11:06.960 And it's-
00:11:07.260 Bloddered in the streets.
00:11:09.020 Their communities absolutely razed to the ground because they were angry about supposed systemic racism that they claimed killed George Floyd, who wasn't even a hero.
00:11:19.020 Yet one of our heroes dies.
00:11:20.300 There were black teenagers that got shot up in jazz.
00:11:22.920 Exactly.
00:11:23.420 There was an eight-year-old little girl, Sequoia Turner, who was-
00:11:25.640 Sequoia Turner down in Atlanta.
00:11:27.000 Exactly.
00:11:28.260 And what happens when one of our legitimate heroes dies?
00:11:30.800 I believe they were trying to go to Wendy's.
00:11:32.560 Yep.
00:11:33.020 You're absolutely right.
00:11:34.200 And they were, I think, burning the Wendy's.
00:11:36.380 Right.
00:11:36.580 And I'm pretty sure that these BLM rioters, they stuck their gun in the back seat of the car and killed this little eight-year-old girl.
00:11:43.760 So that's what happens on that side.
00:11:45.540 It's not even just a leftist problem.
00:11:47.040 It's an evilness problem.
00:11:48.160 And then on our side, when our legitimate hero dies, there's not violence, but there's vigils.
00:11:53.020 And I just don't know how someone could see, especially a professing Christian right now, could not see the perfect dichotomy between light versus darkness.
00:12:00.120 And it's not primarily Republican versus Democrat, although that matters.
00:12:03.680 It's primarily light versus darkness.
00:12:05.860 It's so hard for me to see how someone could not see that.
00:12:08.300 And I think the vast majority of people do see it.
00:12:11.680 But I also think this is what – so I posted this last night.
00:12:15.920 And this is a classic tactic of the left.
00:12:20.560 It's also well-known in psychology from narcissists, which is called DARVO, the great DARVO tactic.
00:12:29.100 Deny, attack, reverse victim, and offender.
00:12:32.020 So this is something that's known – and by the way, men and women, right, it's – and people talk about it in relationships all the time.
00:12:39.620 But what you're seeing, of course, is because something horrible happened to Charlie, they have to deny what happened.
00:12:46.980 They have to attack Charlie.
00:12:48.360 And then they reverse the victim and offender.
00:12:50.540 So they have to somehow become the victim.
00:12:53.560 So Jimmy Kimmel, right, becomes the victim.
00:12:55.780 And it's Republican's fault.
00:12:57.580 It's Charlie's fault.
00:12:58.460 And what was Jimmy doing?
00:12:59.560 He was blaming MAGA.
00:13:00.840 He was saying, this is – you guys did this.
00:13:03.340 It was not one of us.
00:13:04.500 It was definitely one of you.
00:13:06.240 And oh, by the way, Charlie – and this is where you get like the cluster B responses of it didn't happen.
00:13:12.920 Well, if it did happen, it wasn't that big of a deal.
00:13:15.100 And if it was that big of a deal, then it should have happened.
00:13:17.800 And finally, well, you should be glad it happened.
00:13:20.440 Yeah, exactly right.
00:13:22.240 It's so interesting that it's like once you see the tactics and once you see the playbook and the pattern, you just – you see it over.
00:13:30.280 It's like that scene in The Matrix.
00:13:31.420 You just see it over and over.
00:13:32.660 As you're talking, I'm like, oh, that's exactly what they do on abortion.
00:13:35.760 That's what they do on every single thing.
00:13:38.260 Literally every topic.
00:13:38.980 Yep.
00:13:39.380 And they use – you know, Charlie and I always talked about this, how they use empathy to convince people to go down the tactic that you just explained.
00:13:46.660 Well, don't you feel bad for this person over here, but ignore this over here.
00:13:50.280 It's a distortion.
00:13:51.780 It's a total distortion.
00:13:52.900 So – and typically it's also – it's very feminine, by the way. 0.86
00:13:56.900 So what they'll do is they'll take the normal female nurturing impulse, which is obviously in a rightly ordered society, is for family and children. 1.00
00:14:10.440 And that's like – it's like women love gardening. 1.00
00:14:12.860 Yes.
00:14:13.400 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:14:13.840 Like my wife, like she's like – I'm like, why do you want to go and plant stuff and grow it?
00:14:17.600 And I'm like –
00:14:17.980 It's caretaking.
00:14:18.720 And I'm like, yeah, it's – and that's female. 0.95
00:14:20.620 I'm like, I just don't have that.
00:14:22.040 I'm like, I get that she likes it.
00:14:23.060 Fine.
00:14:23.620 So not into it.
00:14:24.440 Yeah.
00:14:24.640 And, you know, I'm like, I want to build something.
00:14:27.100 I want to go out and do something.
00:14:28.040 I want to go out.
00:14:29.460 And, you know, and if anyone's messing with us, you know, then I got to go take care of that too.
00:14:34.940 And, you know, this – so – but if you disassociate that from the family, which requires, you know, billions of dollars of propaganda and decades upon decades of cultural conditioning,
00:14:47.420 which has got – been able to pierce the veil like a little bit at least, then you're – what you're doing is you're switching that over to, quote, unquote, marginalized groups.
00:14:58.500 Yeah.
00:14:58.660 So a marginalized group like an at-risk pregnant teen or a, you know, an illegal alien who's living in the shadows trying to just find a better life for themselves or the marginalized transgender community.
00:15:11.920 And so it's – you're taking that caretaking impulse, which is good, and switching it to something that ultimately is either negative for society, negative for the person involved,
00:15:23.340 or – and then can become extremely negative for anyone who gets targeted as in the way, which seems like what is the case with Charlie, with what happened here.
00:15:35.980 100%.
00:15:36.500 That is spot on.
00:15:37.720 And I call it misplaced mothering because, naturally, we have this mothering instinct.
00:15:42.700 It's why girls play with dolls when we're growing up. 1.00
00:15:45.700 Well, that doesn't go away.
00:15:47.880 It's going to channel itself towards something.
00:15:49.740 Ideally, it channels itself towards children or women who are called not to get married. 0.51
00:15:53.100 It channels itself towards maybe discipleship, caring for children in other ways.
00:15:57.220 But when you are not channeling that mothering instinct towards kids, you'll channel it towards animals.
00:16:03.100 You'll channel it towards your profession.
00:16:05.800 You'll channel it towards plants.
00:16:07.560 Or you will channel it towards political causes.
00:16:10.420 And so you take under your wing the illegal migrant or the trans person, and you become, in your mind, their mama bear. 0.79
00:16:17.380 Well, we know how mama bears react when someone tries to hurt their cubs. 1.00
00:16:21.920 They're vicious.
00:16:22.540 And so all of these liberal women have misplaced mothering, and they are acting defensive about these people that they don't actually know out of a disordered motherhood instinct. 1.00
00:16:33.520 It's so perfect.
00:16:35.220 And it actually tracks.
00:16:37.540 Now, I don't think that's exactly what Tyler Robinson was doing.
00:16:42.020 That was, it's along those lines, but because he was male, what he was actually doing was, you would say white knighting, if it was a male-female relationship.
00:16:53.640 But in this case, I think we have to say pink knighting.
00:16:56.020 Oh, gosh.
00:16:57.300 So many layers of depravity.
00:16:59.360 Because it's a male-male relationship.
00:17:00.720 And I've even looked at some of the furry pornography that he was looking at, and I've seen a lot of the chats and stuff that people haven't even been interested, stuff that I can't even show here.
00:17:13.760 Yikes.
00:17:14.060 And to realize how completely disordered this individual was.
00:17:17.500 But again, in that case, it's the misplacement of saying, I want to protect my loved one, and I view Charlie Kirk as a threat to them.
00:17:28.980 And so I'm doing this out of protection in a totally backwards and messed up way that leads them to do this. 0.96
00:17:39.420 Because something I learned in Guantanamo, you know, having spent time there, is that, and people say, oh, those guys are nuts. 0.99
00:17:45.720 Oh, those guys, they're all nuts. 0.99
00:17:46.720 And yeah, to be sure, right? 1.00
00:17:48.880 But they don't think they are.
00:17:51.140 Right.
00:17:51.860 They think they're rational.
00:17:53.120 That's the scary part.
00:17:53.640 They think they're rational.
00:17:54.680 So when you can pick apart the ideology, their rationalization, their justification to understand what went wrong, which is what I always try to do, then you can create a profile.
00:18:07.560 Then you can figure out the pattern.
00:18:09.420 And this is something that, just from a basic federal law enforcement perspective, like when we had serial killers and we had Jeffrey Dahmer running around, we used to do this.
00:18:17.580 And yet, for some reason, in this specific instance of the radical left and radical trans shooters, we just, we don't do it.
00:18:25.620 Yeah, it's so true.
00:18:27.060 And recognizing those patterns is actually important.
00:18:29.300 And we're propagandized against recognizing patterns.
00:18:32.660 But, I mean, those things have literally been passed down to us for generations, noticing patterns for the survival of our species.
00:18:39.260 So, it's actually just prudence.
00:18:41.960 Yeah.
00:18:42.200 So, you know, don't notice, don't track, don't look at things that, you know, seem to have a message.
00:18:47.360 And it's like, you know, so many people, especially on the right, when Charlie was hit, you know, they, you know, we said, hey, we think this is what it is.
00:18:58.420 And that ended up being it.
00:19:00.840 And they're doing everything they can.
00:19:02.140 I understand you have to run.
00:19:03.400 I know you've got a flight.
00:19:04.280 Thank you so much, though, for having me.
00:19:06.340 I'm so honored to be able to hand this off.
00:19:08.300 And you're doing a great job in honoring Charlie's legacy.
00:19:10.820 So, keep going.
00:19:12.440 God bless you, Alibeth.
00:19:13.380 Thank you.
00:19:13.740 We'll have to do a much longer.
00:19:14.900 I'm like, I'm getting so wrapped up in their conversation.
00:19:16.920 I'm like, all right, she had a flight.
00:19:18.020 And I'm getting all these messages.
00:19:18.940 Jack, she's got to go.
00:19:19.840 No, it's all good.
00:19:20.860 Thank you so much, Jack.
00:19:21.840 And we're going to have to do a long run of these, for sure.
00:19:23.840 For sure.
00:19:24.240 We will.
00:19:25.340 Folks, the great Alibeth Stuckey, make sure you are going to follow her across all platforms once, of course, you subscribed to the latest human event.
00:19:34.280 And feel free.
00:19:35.780 If you've got to run, you've got to run.
00:19:36.580 It's no problem.
00:19:37.500 And look, folks, this is what we're up against.
00:19:40.140 We're up against a people that will spread deception operations, that will lie about Jimmy Kimmel, that will lie about what's going on, that will distract you.
00:19:49.240 And I'm not saying that it works on you.
00:19:52.100 I'm not saying that it works on everyone you know, but it works on some of them.
00:19:57.940 And it works on enough.
00:19:59.500 And those people are out there.
00:20:01.140 And they're getting madder.
00:20:02.700 And they're getting angrier.
00:20:04.600 And then one of them is going to pick up a gun and head to the local ABC station.
00:20:11.300 Or worse, head to a campus.
00:20:13.180 And look, this is all real.
00:20:19.140 This is the real world.
00:20:20.640 Somebody has to say it.
00:20:22.220 When President Trump made the designation yesterday of Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization and opened up new authorities to be able to go against them, there's a real threat out there.
00:20:32.620 It's 100% real.
00:20:33.760 And don't let anyone ever tell you for a second that this is a both sides issue.
00:20:39.880 Charlie Kirk was shot and killed in cold blood.
00:20:43.840 ABC station was just shot up.
00:20:46.280 We've been receiving death threats.
00:20:48.260 We've seen death threats at other stations and other things that have gone on.
00:20:53.220 There are bullets flying.
00:20:55.540 This is the real world.
00:20:56.660 And they will not stop until they are stopped.
00:21:02.780 Luigi Maggioni is still coming.
00:21:06.660 Be right back.
00:21:07.300 Human Events Daily continues.
00:21:08.420 Remarkers Voice.
00:21:08.940 You talk about influences.
00:21:21.160 These are influences.
00:21:23.080 And they're friends of mine.
00:21:25.420 Jack Posovic.
00:21:26.900 Where's Jack?
00:21:27.880 Jack.
00:21:28.840 He's done a great job.
00:21:30.280 All right.
00:21:34.420 Jack Posovic back.
00:21:35.460 Live Human Events Daily.
00:21:37.380 We're here in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:21:40.360 Breaking news.
00:21:41.280 A verdict has been reached, just as we were during the break, in the Ryan Routh trial.
00:21:47.460 This was the would-be assassin of President Trump at West Palm Beach at Trump International Golf Course.
00:21:54.280 And we, of course, will have that verdict for you as soon as it is read.
00:21:58.280 Looks like the jury only deliberated for about two hours.
00:22:01.760 Ryan Routh represented himself.
00:22:03.260 Did an absolutely horrible job in terms of his defense.
00:22:06.180 So we'll see what comes out there.
00:22:08.800 Folks, I want to remind you, though, that if you're a patriot out there, you've got to stop giving money to people who hate you.
00:22:15.880 And so many times, the big telecom companies are using the money from your service fees, and they're going and putting it in the pockets of far leftist organizations.
00:22:26.960 We remember the ESG situation.
00:22:29.220 We remember the CRT.
00:22:31.140 We remember the BLM donations and all the nonsense that they were giving money to.
00:22:35.340 No.
00:22:35.780 We have to stop, and we have to use economic warfare.
00:22:39.020 Vote with your dollars.
00:22:40.180 So all patriots now, go to patriotmobile.com slash POSO or call 972-PATRIOT.
00:22:47.300 Get a free month of service with promo code POSO.
00:22:50.560 Again, that's patriotmobile.com slash POSO.
00:22:54.220 In such a time as this, and I want to say thank you to Patriot Mobile for being there with us in this time.
00:23:00.660 The guys who run Patriot Mobile actually came out to Charlie's memorial, Glenn's story, got to see him and his lovely wife there and show their support.
00:23:10.680 Patriots stand up for each other, and that's why we need to stand up for them.
00:23:14.200 Patriotmobile.com slash POSO.
00:23:16.640 I want to bring on now Mike Benz, the executive director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, because, Benz, we got huge news out of YouTube just a few hours ago.
00:23:27.060 Oh, it's absolutely massive.
00:23:28.100 So there's several things.
00:23:30.600 Google just had its Mark Zuckerberg moment.
00:23:34.800 If folks remember, after the Supreme Court case that Amy Coney Barrett threw out effectively on standing grounds,
00:23:46.380 arguing effectively that there is insufficient evidence of government coercion of the platforms to censor the specific individuals in the lawsuit,
00:23:57.940 because of the thousands of people that the Biden government told to censor,
00:24:03.540 the exact plaintiffs were not named by the Biden administration.
00:24:10.440 The Biden administration simply told them, take down everyone who's a critic of COVID, take down one who questions election voting machines, and those people got swept up.
00:24:17.940 After that, Mark Zuckerberg wrote this letter in 2024 to Jim Jordan's House Judiciary Committee, confessing and saying, yes, actually, we did do this because of government coercion.
00:24:27.760 We only did this because of government coercion.
00:24:29.720 Jim Jordan, who deserves all the credit in the world for this, by the way, is the head of the Weaponization Subcommittee and the House Judiciary Committee,
00:24:38.320 has been on big tech companies like White on Rice for three years now.
00:24:45.040 And these efforts are paying enormous dividends in what the House Judiciary Committee has been doing, has been subpoenaing the tech companies for their version of the Twitter files.
00:24:56.880 We got the Google files, the Facebook files and the like.
00:25:01.800 And they all showed government coercion on this.
00:25:03.840 And what Google has done is they have confessed, just like Mark Zuckerberg did, to having the terms of service policies they did because of pressure from the Biden government.
00:25:13.760 But then they went a step farther and offered effectively an amnesty, offered a right of return, if you will, to the exiled banned social media accounts who criticized both the COVID vaccines and COVID policies, as well as election denial.
00:25:32.540 This was one of the big ways they completely rigged the 2020 election, is that almost every major right-wing influencer was kicked off of the biggest video platform on planet Earth and the second biggest website on planet Earth.
00:25:45.960 The number one most trafficked is Google.com.
00:25:48.180 The number two most trafficked is YouTube.com.
00:25:50.140 Both are controlled by Google.
00:25:51.120 And offered them the ability to come back to the platform.
00:25:56.860 And there's lots of reasons, you know, in the background of this.
00:26:00.160 There's obviously the fear of government pressure from any number of U.S. executive branch agencies, as well as legislative pressure.
00:26:09.680 This was the trick that Democrats used to pressure the platforms to do censorship.
00:26:14.480 This was the thing I was calling for in 2018, 2019, 2020, that Republicans need to do as counterpressure for free speech.
00:26:26.320 Those same kind of pressure tactics are very effective because at the end of the day, these corporations have a fiduciary duty to maximize shareholder profits.
00:26:38.620 And the government is the big customer for these companies, especially Google.
00:26:45.500 Google was conceived of initially.
00:26:48.400 It came out of a DARPA grant for a joint CIA NSA program called the Massive Digital Data Systems Program.
00:26:56.340 This is how Larry Page and Sergey Brin were in position to create Google because their DARPA grant, while they were Stanford PhDs,
00:27:03.400 was to create the architecture for Backpage, this predecessor to Google, that turned into Google.
00:27:11.600 And then Google became a military contractor the very year they went public.
00:27:15.880 I think it was 2003, 2004.
00:27:18.240 Google has almost all of its major products and services because of the U.S. government.
00:27:22.740 They only have Google Earth because they bought the CIA's keyhole satellite technology.
00:27:28.420 The list goes on and on and on.
00:27:30.180 And Mike, you know, just just in the last in the last minute that we have, I want to point out that one of the high profile conservatives that we know face this kind of government censorship was none other than Charlie Kirk himself.
00:27:43.740 And you saw these increasing levels of censorship.
00:27:47.300 And you've said and I've said in the past that as censorship increases, the ultimate form of censorship becomes censorship with a bullet.
00:27:56.940 And that's exactly what happened with Charlie.
00:27:58.700 Yep. And they and and and this is like this is going to be with us for eternity.
00:28:06.760 The fact is, is every great movement ultimately faces the day when one of its leaders faces that bullet.
00:28:14.940 That is that is the telltale sign that they have no other way to stop you.
00:28:19.080 And they did that to Charlie in his prime and not even in his prime.
00:28:24.440 I mean, Charlie was absolutely going to be a U.S. president one day, if not in the next five years, in the next 10, 20, 30, 40.
00:28:34.580 I mean, Trump didn't become president until his 70s.
00:28:38.040 This is a and they cut him down with a bullet, as you said. 0.94
00:28:42.420 And a lot of this was also because when people get to live in a bubble and all you hear is someone's fascist, someone's a Nazi. 0.75
00:28:51.020 YouTube is bigger than TV.
00:28:53.640 It's bigger than Netflix.
00:28:55.080 It is it is video, the video content par excellence.
00:29:00.480 We've built alternative institutions through places like Rumble, through X video and the like.
00:29:05.640 But the fact is, Google and Google monetization is where the big bucks are made for everyday content creators, political ones.
00:29:14.240 Exactly right.
00:29:14.880 Mike Benz.
00:29:15.940 Thank you so much for joining us.
00:29:17.140 Go and follow him right back. 0.94
00:29:19.060 Where is Jack?
00:29:21.440 Where's Jack?
00:29:23.560 Where is he?
00:29:24.820 Jack, I want to see you.
00:29:28.480 Great job, Jack.
00:29:29.940 Thank you.
00:29:30.700 What a job you do.
00:29:32.120 You know, we have an incredible thing.
00:29:33.520 We're always talking about the fake news and the bad.
00:29:35.820 But we have guys and these are the guys who should be getting Pulisic.
00:29:43.220 Ladies and gentlemen, we're back.
00:29:44.460 Jack Posobiec live.
00:29:46.460 We're here on on human events daily.
00:29:50.420 And.
00:29:52.100 Just to get this out, breaking news, Ryan Ralph, the would be assassinated, assassin of President Donald Trump, has been found guilty on all charges by a federal jury in Florida.
00:30:05.340 So guilty on all charges, including the attempted assassination of the president.
00:30:11.780 I'm going to get in as much as I can, the ability to figure out what the sentences are for this.
00:30:20.980 And actually, producers, maybe you can even get Blake Neff to to pull that up for us.
00:30:26.240 But the look, this is this is a case where, again, it has to be said the violence is coming from one direction.
00:30:35.620 President Trump was almost killed twice last year.
00:30:39.300 An ABC station was shot up just a couple of days ago in Sacramento.
00:30:45.160 Charlie Kirk, the man who used to sit and should be sitting right now in this chair right next to me.
00:30:54.200 Was shot and killed by a violent leftist.
00:30:57.800 Understand.
00:31:00.100 The situation.
00:31:02.160 Know what time it is.
00:31:03.360 How many times did Charlie say that?
00:31:05.100 Know what time it is.
00:31:07.560 Charlie knew what time it is.
00:31:08.640 President Trump knew what time it is.
00:31:10.920 Stephen Miller knew what time it is.
00:31:12.960 Knows what time it is.
00:31:14.480 Do you know what time it is?
00:31:16.840 Guy just got found guilty of trying to kill President Trump.
00:31:21.000 And he was only one hole away.
00:31:24.100 He was on the fifth green.
00:31:26.680 Trump was or he was on the sixth green.
00:31:28.060 Trump was on the fifth.
00:31:28.720 It was only a matter of minutes before he could have had a direct shot on President Trump before the election.
00:31:39.480 Figure it out.
00:31:40.480 Wake up.
00:31:41.020 Wake up.
00:31:41.360 wake up. Something else that we are waking up to, though, is what's going on in our in health and
00:31:49.940 what's going on with our children. I wanted to bring on someone who has been a massive voice
00:31:55.620 for children and specifically talking about the issue of autism. Folks, Nicole Shanahan joins us
00:32:02.660 next. Nicole, we're so honored to have you with us here today. Jack, I'm so honored to be here with
00:32:08.500 you today, a day after a historic announcement on children's health, hearing the president speak
00:32:16.940 openly about autism and its comorbidities. And many of us who knew subtle, you know, there are some
00:32:28.160 things that happened yesterday that were very unexpected. Trump did something so bold and so
00:32:34.320 brave and so courageous. We were only supposed to hear about the studies on Tylenol and acetaminophen.
00:32:41.840 And Trump decided in the moment, and I believe he embodied Charlie Kirk, I believe that something
00:32:51.580 has happened to this nation, to our leadership in this nation, that we can no longer be silent.
00:32:57.400 We must speak the truth. And yesterday, Trump did. And you have to understand what a big,
00:33:03.380 big deal this is, Jack, that Trump said that the childhood vaccine schedule is causing harm,
00:33:12.420 needless harm. It's reckless, and it can be changed, and we will change it. He opened up,
00:33:18.360 he greenlit a mandate that the voters wanted. But as you very well know, things have to happen in a
00:33:27.120 certain order for them to be successful. And HHS and Bobby have been incredibly conscientious and
00:33:34.400 careful in how they approach change. It's a very heated political environment, our health.
00:33:41.240 It's a very dangerous environment. Many good doctors have lost their licenses. Some have lost their lives.
00:33:48.900 I don't have the words to properly emphasize how groundbreaking what Donald Trump, President
00:34:02.580 Donald Trump did yesterday. And I have received messages from people who were worried about
00:34:09.540 us leaving our campaign and Bobby leaving his campaign to join this administration, thinking that
00:34:17.180 Bobby would get silenced, that Bobby wouldn't get a big enough stage. Donald Trump has done exactly
00:34:24.320 the opposite. And there is no more doubt in the Maha movement that President Donald Trump is the first
00:34:30.920 president who is brave enough to take on the entrenched big pharma lobby and do what is needed
00:34:41.000 to finally, finally protect our children. It's incredible to see. And to anyone who's
00:34:49.140 gone through this or had children been affected by this, it's truly something incredible to see him use
00:34:57.480 his ability as the public figure that he is, as well as the president, the leader of all of us,
00:35:04.560 to do something for the children. Now, I'll ask you this, though. Do you think this is the end of the
00:35:11.540 story on childhood autism? Because I do see a lot of people saying that they think it's a great first
00:35:17.740 step, but that the story will continue. Oh, this is the teeniest scratch of the surface, but it's
00:35:24.960 opening the valve for us to bring forward all of the other incredible research that has been silenced
00:35:30.760 over the years. One of the challenges, and I just want to speak to the millions of mothers out there
00:35:37.760 who feel that somehow they're to blame, you're not to blame at all. What President Trump did yesterday
00:35:46.980 was he put doctors in a position to finally provide the right kind of information to parents.
00:35:54.960 He is now allowing information to be made directly to moms so that they can make the right
00:36:00.760 decision. There is no blame here. Moms, we know everyone out there is doing the very best with
00:36:07.340 the information that you have. And the sad reality is, is information has been kept from you
00:36:13.320 intentionally. And what we're going to learn is that autism is not just a psychiatric disorder,
00:36:21.380 that almost all autism cases have some form of biomedical comorbidity. These are apraxia,
00:36:30.200 dyspraxia, which limits a child's brain and its capability, its motor planning capability to
00:36:38.400 speak. And we're going to finally hear about apraxia and dyspraxia and how underdiagnosed
00:36:44.040 it is amongst these children who are, you know, the parents are told it's just a psychiatric
00:36:49.680 disorder. That's why they're not speaking. No, they're not speaking because there is a neurologic
00:36:55.280 condition.
00:36:56.280 And it's, and it's so, you know, I've heard so many messages and our producers have heard
00:37:02.080 so many messages from moms and, uh, you know, girls and their friend groups talking about
00:37:10.620 this. I think this is something the moms knew something was up and it was the moms who pushed
00:37:17.360 this forward because the moms were saying something was not right. And to me, it, it, it really,
00:37:23.700 and you as well, right. You know, as, as a mother and, and, and my wife and, you know, Tanya,
00:37:28.500 and there's something incredible about the moms taking the forefront on this and the moms had to
00:37:35.040 come to the dads and, you know, Erica and Charlie, and it became such a, uh, Charlie became such a
00:37:41.280 proponent of Maha and such a proponent of this issue where it really was mom driven. And I think
00:37:48.420 it's, I just think it's amazing. I really do. No, I, I spoke with my, uh, autism mom mentor. I'm an
00:37:55.780 autism mom. That's what brought me into politics. I sold my AI company. I was a very successful patent
00:38:02.540 AI lawyer. And, uh, uh, two months after my daughter's autism diagnosis, I knew I had a new
00:38:10.980 job much more important. And that was figuring out what was going on with my child who was suffering,
00:38:16.180 um, from all of these different things that were new to me. I'd never seen anything like this
00:38:23.100 and moms have sought out other moms. Um, they've been, I mean, talk about gaslighting, um, the amount
00:38:31.000 of gaslighting that mothers have experienced is extraordinary. So much so that there's so much pain
00:38:37.980 in this community, the autism community is full of courage. It is full of mightiness, but it is full
00:38:44.940 of a lot of pain as well. And, um, the desire to help our children, that's what unites us autism
00:38:51.580 moms. We might have political differences, but we love, love, love our children so much. And, you know,
00:38:58.660 autism doesn't define who they are. Uh, chronic illness does not find who they are, but we want,
00:39:04.700 we want their full expression of who they are because we want to take away these hurdles. We
00:39:09.680 want to take away these things that are just making the day to day so difficult, um, for them.
00:39:15.880 And we want to see them thriving. That's all, that's all. And it's not about politics. It's about
00:39:22.740 love at the end of all of this effort. Um, and it's about the right to thrive. Why would we be
00:39:30.060 preventing any child or family from fully expressing its full potential, um, and full
00:39:36.260 happiness? It's not political at all. It's not political at all. It's about, it's about health.
00:39:42.700 It's a health issue. It's a children's issue. Children obviously are not, you know, left or right
00:39:48.800 or whatever. And people are not left or right. We're still people. We're still humans. We're still
00:39:53.740 all members of this country and members of this planet. And it's something where if we can figure
00:40:00.160 it out here in the United States, we can figure it out everywhere and hopefully share that. Nicole
00:40:04.380 Shanahan, I hope you will hold on with us. We have a quick break, but I hope you'll stay because we
00:40:08.780 have so much more to get to. And I really want to get to as much as we can here on the program
00:40:14.420 today. Real America's Voice, Human Events Daily. Right back.
00:40:16.680 Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get it.
00:40:26.320 And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event.
00:40:30.300 And we're going to turn it around and make our country great to get to you. Amen.
00:40:38.100 Jack was up. We're back live here. Human Events Daily. So much breaking news going on. Of course,
00:40:45.200 we're in the Charlie Kirk studio where we're holding it down as much as we can. We are here.
00:40:52.960 Charlie's chair is nearby. It's next to us, but nobody sits in the chair. Erica can sit in the
00:40:57.200 chair. She wants to sit in the chair. Obviously that's, that's her prerogative, but none of the
00:41:01.740 rest of us. No, no, wouldn't be right. And, and we're here. Incredible news. So president Trump's
00:41:07.540 would be assassin just found guilty on all counts, but also president Trump coming down,
00:41:13.520 talking about childhood autism, the epidemic that's going on has and say, and putting moms
00:41:19.100 first, putting moms first. It's incredible to see. And it's incredible to have it here folks
00:41:24.960 real quick. I want to read you a message from one of our partners out there. Please go and support them
00:41:31.520 because they've been with us in this very trying time. And so I hope that you will listen to them
00:41:38.560 and be receptive as well. Folks, silver just cracked $44 and gold keeps breaking all time highs.

00:42:37.980 It's smart, secure, and simple. Call 844-577-7676. I want to bring our guest, Nicole Shanahan back on
00:42:47.220 here. Nicole, you've been at the forefront of this for so long now, and we're talking about it, but I
00:42:53.560 wanted to also juxtapose what we've learned here in the last 24 hours, because not only has President
00:43:00.500 Trump come out and say this, but here's what's amazing. Just one year ago, if he had said that
00:43:06.060 on YouTube, he could have been censored. And we now come to find that YouTube was in fact, and they have
00:43:12.360 admitted, that they were censoring people based on a push and based on coercion from the federal
00:43:20.880 government in the Biden administration, which we all expected, by the way, and was what we all said
00:43:26.200 was going on, on the basis of what they labeled medical misinformation. So walk us through, how did
00:43:33.940 these things work in tandem? You can't have a healthy nation without free speech. I got my daughter's
00:43:45.940 diagnosis in 2019 and went on the internet like every mother does to find information. That's what 1.00
00:43:54.560 we do. We go to the internet even before we call our doctors, even before we call our friends, even
00:44:01.060 before we call our own parents. And we expect that we've always trusted these platforms until we didn't,
00:44:10.780 until we heard about somebody's doctor who got censored or a video taken down. That's how I found
00:44:17.260 out. I met an autism mom who told me that her videos were getting taken down off the internet. And
00:44:25.500 if you tried to Google her website, you couldn't find it. And so I, you know, I was seeing this early
00:44:34.160 on, obviously I was in a, in a unique situation, kind of stuck between trying to seek out the best
00:44:42.220 for my, my daughter. Um, and then being, you know, a Silicon Valley elite, um, and directly connected in
00:44:52.160 many ways through my time at Stanford and personally to these, uh, tech platforms that had aligned or,
00:44:59.540 or were pressured, who knows, you know, we're still finding out there's going to be more information,
00:45:04.000 made available, but, but we know for a fact that voices were being censored. And this has been known
00:45:10.080 to many, many people in the United States, um, for, uh, you know, close to six years now. And the,
00:45:19.200 the challenge that we face in the aftermath of this is that we now live in this siloed world of
00:45:27.320 information. Um, so what do we do? I would say this morning's admission is probably one of the
00:45:33.800 biggest steps. It's incredibly breakthrough. You pair that with what happened yesterday,
00:45:37.940 um, with president Trump's and, and Robert F. Kennedy's announcement. We're finally going to
00:45:44.300 get information to help these children out. Can you imagine that gut dysbiosis, which is linked to
00:45:51.620 an autism diagnosis as a comorbidity? Much of that was censored. Andy Wakefield completely censored his
00:45:57.620 entire career, uh, uh, you know, career after he made that finding over 20 years ago, 20 years,
00:46:03.760 we've had this information, 20 years, we've been trying to get this information out and it's just
00:46:09.420 been block after block. And it has been the tech companies that have been largely responsible for
00:46:14.440 this, but it's also been the government sending signals that they don't want this information out
00:46:18.800 there. And, and when you look at it too, it, you also have to wonder when you, you look at something
00:46:25.600 like YouTube as powerful as it is, who was the algorithm pushing, right? Which names then were
00:46:33.720 working in conjunction with these corporations? What are their corporate dollars that went behind
00:46:38.860 it that the government sort of went to YouTube and said, Hey, make sure that the algorithm suggests
00:46:44.920 this person next. Hey, make sure this one gets to the front page. Hey, make sure this one gets pushed
00:46:50.420 in. And this is where the coercive effects of, as you say, corporate money and government interests
00:46:56.500 can come together. And I love that we're living in this moment of freedom of speech, but we're not
00:47:02.520 that far removed from what happened. This was only a year ago that we were living under, I just have to
00:47:09.780 say it. We were living under a communist totalitarianism, at least when it comes to online
00:47:15.900 speech. And you saw it with how, how people were locked up for so many of these things, how so many
00:47:20.700 people were persecuted, how many doctors were persecuted. And it's something that I really think
00:47:25.360 we haven't quite come to grips with yet as a, as a country. We haven't. And these doctors are waiting
00:47:31.320 for an apology. These doctors are waiting to be replatformed and to have some of their damages
00:47:38.660 rewarded in one way or another. Many of them would be just fine, uh, with getting their jobs back.
00:47:45.780 A wonderful, um, pediatrician neurologist from Brown university was just fired last week, uh,
00:47:54.860 because it leaked that he was invited onto ASAP. Um, it's gotten some new news coverage, but not much,
00:48:02.200 but, you know, maybe Brown should invite him back. If Jimmy Kimmel can get his dismal show back,
00:48:07.760 um, with some online, you know, complaints and political pressure, I think that this doctor
00:48:14.020 should get his job back. And one shooting up of a, of an ABC station, you know, they just go in
00:48:22.800 with the insanity. They go in with the complete insanity, but we're fighting back. And I hope,
00:48:28.900 I really hope that the forces of good are winning Nicole. Thank you so much for joining us. Tell people
00:48:34.320 where they can follow your, your, uh, your show. Yeah. Back to the people, um, follow our show.
00:48:40.020 We're going to be doing quite a bit in the upcoming weeks on other therapies, things to look
00:48:45.800 out for in, in your child. Um, if they're experiencing signs of chronic disease, sensory
00:48:51.300 processing disorder, apraxia, and all of that, we're finally going to talk about the stuff that's
00:48:55.640 been censored. Thank God for that. God bless Nicole. Thank you so much for joining us today. 0.96
00:49:01.920 Thank you. All right, folks. We're also seeing incredible, just stunning breaking news,
00:49:08.560 but not shocking, not surprising from the Ryan Ralph case, where reports are now that Ryan Ralph,
00:49:14.600 the violent leftist who attempted to murder president Trump also just attempted to commit
00:49:20.800 suicide inside the jail, uh, excuse me, inside the courtroom where he attempted to stab himself 0.93
00:49:27.920 with a pen after he was found guilty. Uh, we don't know exactly what his status is with medical status,
00:49:36.460 whether or not he did injure himself. But again, the violent left is on full display. It's on full
00:49:44.780 display. Utah Valley university, Florida courtroom, Butler, Pennsylvania, ABC station in Sacramento.
00:49:54.940 Take your pick, but make sure that you do not let your eyes stay closed, open them up and open them
00:50:05.280 wide. This is the real world. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay short.
00:50:14.780 OKAY!
