00:11:00.720 between the U.S. and China, their accession to the World Trade Organization, the WTO, gave

00:11:10.420 And it was done on purpose to line their pockets while who got screwed over?

00:11:18.580 It turned our manufacturing centers into rotted out pores that are flooded with fentanyl and

00:17:49.220 that if you all do not retaliate, if countries do not retaliate with reciprocal tariffs on us,
00:17:54.760 that we're imposing on them with a 10 percent baseline, that things will work out and things will succeed.
00:18:00.380 And that obviously has happened with the NASDAQ, with the Dow, with the S&P 500.
00:18:05.620 You're seeing all those markets explode positively because they know, and investors know,
00:18:11.800 businesses know, corporations know, and these governments that are coming to the table to negotiate know
00:18:16.120 that China has abused America and the rest of the world for far too long.
00:18:20.360 We knew last night, whenever Trump announced that there was going to be 104 percent per tariffs put on China,
00:18:26.220 that something was going to happen that was going to be monumental within the next 48 hours or 24 hours.

00:18:32.620 Now there's been a 90-day pause, emphasized by Scott Bessett, emphasized by many in Trump's cabinet and Trump himself,
00:18:39.460 that this was the negotiating strategy all along.
00:18:42.080 Anybody in their right mind who actually thinks that Trump caved on this, that he caved on tariffs, is so wrong,
00:18:49.440 and just like they've been about his entire political career.
00:18:52.100 Trump has brought every country in the world that we have trade negotiations with whatsoever to the table.
00:18:58.140 They have not retaliated, and now deals are going to be met to make a more fair trade for America worldwide.

00:19:09.040 And it's now America and the rest of the world and their trade partners against communist China.

00:23:07.760 So something I was talking about about this is, folks, when you look at all of these issues, the hollowing out of the middle of America, the destruction of our steel belt, our manufacturing base in America, the fentanyl, the border, all of the issues, one by one by one, what does it come back to?

00:23:28.660 And I was talking about this last night on X, and I said, look, this is something I've learned for a period of almost 20 years now, talking about this.
00:23:36.760 And President Trump has been talking about it for even longer.
00:23:39.960 And it's time, it's high time, finally, that we had a president who actually took the China question seriously.

00:23:51.420 Kenny, tell us some more, and I'm just going to pull in some of the headlines as we go.
00:23:57.720 Tell us about what it means that we actually have a president who's putting middle America first.
00:24:05.040 Well, middle America has suffered from the constraints of China for far too long.
00:24:09.060 And we have factories and corporations that are sending businesses over there and outsourcing resources, outsourcing employment, outsourcing products that could be made here in this country.
00:24:18.760 That allowed China to become the number one superpower in the world when it comes to economics.
00:24:23.180 And for so long, we were the concentration.
00:24:25.820 We were the superpower.
00:24:26.480 Back in 2000, America was the one that was manufacturing all products here, whether it was the auto industry, whether it was the steel industry, whether it was the car industry, whatever it might be.
00:24:35.620 We had all of those jobs here.
00:24:38.100 But now China has become that one because they benefit from child slave labor.
00:24:42.700 They benefit from low costs.
00:24:44.520 And corporations have bought in that for so long because no executive would stand up and say, we need to make these things here.
00:24:50.140 We need to bring businesses back here and let America manufacture what we were always supposed to manufacture and give Americans jobs, give small businesses and corporations that are founded here the opportunity to employ Americans first.
00:25:05.100 And now we have seen the art of the deal really take place.
00:25:07.760 We've seen an extreme position created.
00:25:10.100 We've seen a compromise created.
00:25:12.120 We've seen statements be made that will control the narrative and shift the markets to a version of a panic.

00:25:21.960 All these other countries, the 50 plus countries, the 70 plus countries have all came to a compromise to not retaliate against America.
00:25:30.080 But yet the only retaliatory country that happened was China.
00:25:34.100 What Trump percent and so many others always thought would happen, that China would be the only one to say we have abused America for now and we're going to continue to abuse them.
00:25:43.840 And now America is paying it back in full and aligning with all their trade partners against the main enemy in the world that is the country of China and the Chinese Communist Party.
00:25:53.740 And now that that has happened, America will benefit America has executed the art of the deal, the markets will prosper, American companies and corporations will prosper, and the American worker will prosper.
00:26:05.760 It's amazing because, you know, this is one thing where, once again, we have the, you know, the sort of, you know, one movie on two screens situation.
00:26:19.540 So, you know, people are the panic and some of the panic and who and got, you know, God forbid, by the way, panic and are not welcome here on human events daily.

00:26:51.180 The yuan has been massively devalued. China's economy is imploding and boxed in.
00:26:58.440 Countries are lining up to literally lining up to make new deals with the United States of America.
00:27:06.660 The GOP is now working on a new reconciliation bill that will allow for corporate tax cuts to become permanent, which will allow for what?
00:27:14.280 Why do you want the corporate tax cuts in right now? Because we want corporations building here in the United States of America.
00:27:20.480 You have to have an incentive for them to want to come in. And then finally, the 10 percent tariffs across the board.
00:27:26.640 Think of this. It's actually kind of funny. If Trump had just said we're going to do 10 percent tariffs across the board, everybody freaking out.
00:27:33.320 Right. But he doesn't do that. He says, no, we're going to reciprocal tariffs.
00:27:36.480 There's going to be this formula. It's going to be all this stuff.
00:27:38.260 And it's going to be, you know, this this nonsense, you know, this like this, like, you know, huge high number.
00:27:43.000 And then all of a sudden he goes, he leaves that for a couple of days and says, all right, how about just 10 percent?
00:27:47.700 Yeah. And everybody's cheering in the stock market goes up when people say, wait a minute.
00:27:53.140 Did Trump just raise tariffs on the entire country and got everyone to cheer for it at the same time?
00:27:57.880 Yeah, he did. And in the mean and in the middle, what did he do?
00:28:00.980 One hundred twenty five percent on China, plus exposed them to the entire world.
00:28:06.840 So you made a fatal error, Mr. Xi. You didn't trust the plan.
00:28:12.260 You panicked. You blinked. You bet against President Trump and you bet against America.

00:28:23.880 And this is something no one has ever dealt with China again in 20 years that I've been I've been traveling back and forth from China that I've been learning about China.

00:28:35.760 Kenny Cody, there's so many politicians who say they want to change the status quo.

00:28:45.900 Exactly. I mean, this he has followed through promises made promises kept.
00:28:50.320 And he's the only politician of my lifetime or in many different lifetimes that has followed through on everything.
00:28:55.980 He promised these tariffs. He has promised since 2012 to fight back against China and trade partners that were abusing the United States.
00:29:04.700 So I don't know why anybody is panicking or anybody is surprised that he's got what he wanted.
00:29:08.860 Anybody who has has ever watched Donald Trump operate in politics, business or anything else knows that in the end he sets out an extreme position.
00:29:18.380 He looks for a compromise and he comes to the deal that he wanted in the original in the first place.
00:29:22.780 And that has happened with keeping these 10 percent baseline tariffs, removing reciprocal tariffs and increasing it to a hundred and twenty five percent tariff on the war on America's number one economic enemy.
00:29:35.500 That is the Chinese Communist Party.
00:29:38.800 And another thing, the CCP has so much control over some of these countries that, you know, that they're they're relishing and celebrating it as well.
00:29:47.660 The fact that we have a hundred twenty five percent China on their biggest trade partner, that is the United States.
00:29:53.000 Some of these countries are literally funded by China or they move their companies or corporations.
00:29:57.680 Corporations found or have foundations in some of these smaller countries.
00:30:01.740 They are so relieved right now that not only are these reciprocal tariffs being lifted off of them, but they want to see somebody take China on because they know they can't.
00:30:11.240 And they are going to be more willing to bring jobs here.
00:30:14.260 They're going to be more willing to move for some corporations here to give American workers jobs and to have a better trade relationship because China finally has an enemy in the United States for the first time in nearly a quarter of a century.

00:30:31.160 And all these other countries that we have trade relationships will be salivating and celebrating along with President Trump.

00:30:45.180 Kevin O'Leary, by the way, got his wish because he was saying we have one hundred four percent or one hundred four percent.

00:30:51.600 And he said, that's not enough.
00:30:52.900 He said, my problem in it, it should be higher.
00:30:54.700 He said, why not go to four hundred?
00:30:56.120 So President Trump said, all right.
00:30:57.460 He said, all right, Kevin, maybe not four hundred yet, but let's go to one twenty five.

00:31:04.920 And Kevin O'Leary said, he said, let's squeeze their heads against the wall because nobody's ever treated China.

00:35:19.400 And there are very disturbing reports circulating in the trades, circulating online,
00:35:25.000 that Netflix is in discussions with Meryl Streep for their new Narnia adaptation,
00:35:33.960 not to play the role of, say, the White Witch or Mrs. Beaver or, you know, one of these, you know,
00:35:40.260 prominent female characters in Narnia.
00:35:42.720 But no, they want to make her Aslan, as in Aslan, the Lion King of Narnia,
00:35:51.460 the son of the Emperor from across the sea.
00:35:55.000 And who many people realize, of course, is a stand-in for Jesus Christ.
00:36:00.780 Now, the question, of course, is why would the C.S. Lewis estate allow something like this to take place?

00:38:14.340 So, of course, they have to modernize movies and completely ruin it.
00:38:18.140 But going back to Revelations 5.5, we see the biblical description of Jesus Christ is Lion of Judah, a male with divine power.
00:38:25.800 And we see that with Aslan in Narnia, but we're not going to see that if they cast a female to play his role.

00:38:34.220 And, you know, it's amazing because I actually just finished reading the—we read the entire series with my oldest son.

00:38:41.220 He'll be seven in a month.
00:38:42.160 And we just finished the last book of Narnia, the last battle, where, in fact, the whole thing turns into this final battle of Narnia because of a false Aslan.

00:38:58.800 And, you know, I'll just say it, they end up accidentally summoning a demon who starts, like, devouring all of Narnia because they use a false Aslan.

00:39:14.540 I was going to say, they probably haven't even read the books or watched the movies at that, and it's really sad because Narnia has a very, very large conservative and Christian fan base.
