00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.780 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.660 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.280 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.360 Christ is he.

00:00:50.420 The USDA says wholesale egg prices dropped for the third straight week.

00:00:54.100 And it's a pretty big drop.

00:00:55.480 The average wholesale price nationwide fell to $4.15 per dozen.

00:00:59.480 So let's put that in perspective.

00:01:01.160 That is down about $2.70 in just one week.

00:01:04.700 From the Kremlin, they have confirmed that Donald Trump and President Putin are to speak

00:01:09.980 on Tuesday.

00:01:11.460 Who in their right mind, whether you're a judge or not, wants TDA, a recognized terrorist 0.50

00:01:16.420 organization, to create havoc? 0.89

00:01:18.760 To one settler in the United States should have used fentanyl to kill thousands of Americans. 1.00

00:01:22.520 They are enemies of this country. 0.99

00:01:23.960 And President Trump treated them as enemies.

00:01:26.480 And we did exactly what we should have done.

00:01:28.580 When you apply to enter the United States and you get a visa, you are a guest. 0.55

00:01:32.240 And you're coming as a student.

00:01:33.400 You're coming as a tourist or what have you.

00:01:35.060 And in it, you have to make certain assertions.

00:01:36.960 And if you tell us, when you apply for a visa, I'm coming to the U.S. to participate in pro-Hamas 1.00

00:01:41.880 events, that runs counter to the foreign policy interest of the United States of America.

00:01:46.200 It's that simple.

00:01:47.220 Now you're here.

00:01:48.040 Now you do it.

00:01:48.980 You lied to us.

00:01:50.000 You're out.

00:01:50.680 It's that simple.

00:01:51.400 You say to those who claim you're using a 200-year-old law to circumvent due process.

00:01:56.020 An old law?

00:01:58.020 Not as old as the Constitution.

00:01:59.440 We still pay attention to that, don't we?

00:02:00.760 It's a criticism that the Alien Enemies Act has only been invoked three other times.

00:02:05.440 They were all during times of war.

00:02:07.460 Do you feel that you're using it appropriately right now?

00:02:09.720 Well, this is a time of war because Biden allowed millions of people, many of them criminals,

00:02:15.820 many of them at the highest level.

00:02:18.700 They emptied jails out.

00:02:20.320 Other nations emptied their jails into the United States.

00:02:23.160 I'm here to raise the issues the people of Ireland face.

00:02:26.020 And it'll be music to the people of Ireland's ears because never on the main stage has the

00:02:31.660 issues the people of Ireland face been spoke.

00:02:34.520 Our government has long since abandoned the voices of the people of Ireland.

00:02:37.960 And it's high time that America is made aware of what is going on in Ireland.

00:02:43.100 What is going on in Ireland is a travesty.

00:02:45.760 Our government is the government of zero action with zero accountability.

00:02:50.220 You know, our money is being spent on overseas issues that has nothing to do with the Irish

00:02:54.200 people.

00:02:56.020 The illegal immigration racket is running ravage on the country. 1.00

00:03:00.440 There are rural towns in Ireland that have been overrun in one swoop, that have become

00:03:04.560 a minority in one swoop.

00:03:06.320 So issues need to be addressed.

00:03:08.540 And the 40 million Irish Americans, as I said, need to hear this because if not, there

00:03:13.980 will be no place to come home and visit.

00:03:16.380 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily right here live

00:03:20.340 in Washington, D.C.

00:03:21.380 Today is St. Patrick's Day 2025.

00:03:23.340 And there you have it, Conor McGregor, the champ champ himself, issuing a warning to the 40

00:03:30.000 million Irish Americans from the very White House briefing room on St. Patrick's Day itself.

00:03:38.720 Your homeland is being overrun.

00:03:42.100 You know, so many Irish Americans and just people around the world, they think of Ireland

00:03:45.720 as this wonderful place they can go.

00:03:47.540 They can enjoy the lush landscape.

00:03:49.240 They can see the green for themselves, see the emerald aisle.

00:03:52.540 And you have Conor McGregor now, himself, within the White House, issuing this warning.

00:04:00.040 Irish Americans, look to your homeland. 0.87

00:04:03.480 Look to what's gone on.

00:04:05.040 Joe Biden, by the way, supposedly an Irish American.

00:04:07.560 You never hear him talk about this.

00:04:09.040 He was all for it.

00:04:10.220 The Irish PM was here last week.

00:04:11.800 He didn't say anything about it at all.

00:04:13.280 But Conor McGregor, a guy who has nothing to do with politics,

00:04:16.940 a guy who just stands up for his people, and a guy who is beloved by the Irish nation,

00:04:22.740 is saying the Irish nation is in dire need of assistance.

00:04:28.060 You are being overrun by migrants. 1.00

00:04:30.720 There are now small towns, rural towns in Ireland, those picturesque, beautiful towns

00:04:35.920 that the Irish people have fought so hard for for hundreds of years

00:04:41.680 to maintain as free and independent towns.

00:04:44.920 And they are now being overrun by migrants from the third world 1.00

00:04:48.400 to make the native Irish people minorities in their own homeland. 0.52

00:04:52.880 The Irish people are the indigenous people of Ireland.

00:04:56.780 The Irish people are the natives of Ireland.

00:05:00.120 So you know something, make Ireland great again and make Ireland Irish again. 0.96

00:05:06.000 Don't just take my word for it.

00:05:07.640 Take the words of Conor McGregor on this St. Patrick's Day.

00:05:17.680 Time for everyone to understand what America First truly means.

00:05:21.980 Welcome to the second American Revolution. 0.56

00:05:26.600 All right, Jack Prasobic, here we are back.

00:05:31.800 Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice,

00:05:34.960 as well as we want to bring in the third hour of the Charlie Kirk program

00:05:38.720 on the Salem Radio Network.

00:05:40.500 Conor McGregor issuing this wake-up call,

00:05:43.760 not just to the people of Ireland,

00:05:45.700 but to the 40 million Irish Americans living within the United States.

00:05:50.920 And President Trump held that incredible event last week

00:05:53.400 where he was talking about this today being St. Patrick's Day.

00:05:56.680 There, Conor McGregor, at the White House.

00:05:58.920 We all saw it.

00:05:59.740 I want to bring on a great Irish and American himself,

00:06:03.560 one of my favorite Irish Americans.

00:06:05.540 It's Mike Davis from the Article III Project.

00:06:07.540 Mike, how are you?

00:06:09.260 I'm doing very well.

00:06:10.460 Happy St. Patrick's Day.

00:06:12.460 Happy St. Patrick's Day.

00:06:13.580 I can be good to you.

00:06:14.760 But I've got to get you to respond,

00:06:17.420 and we're pulling out your Irish card on this one

00:06:19.960 because Conor McGregor,

00:06:22.460 someone who is possibly the most beloved son of Ireland right now,

00:06:27.980 I mean, the guy, you know,

00:06:28.920 he's never going to pay for a drink for the rest of his life in Ireland.

00:06:32.720 He's come to the White House,

00:06:34.520 and people thought that this was going to be,

00:06:36.160 you know, he's going to walk around,

00:06:37.840 swing the arms, you know, do the whole bit.

00:06:40.000 But he's actually come here on a very serious note,

00:06:43.040 and this is serious business.

00:06:44.420 We talked about it here last week.

00:06:45.720 We actually talk about it on the program all the time.

00:06:47.480 But here you have the mouth of Conor McGregor himself,

00:06:50.180 and he's talked about it as well,

00:06:51.880 delving into politics in a very serious issue

00:06:54.540 that the Irish people,

00:06:56.520 the people who are themselves the indigenous natives

00:07:00.020 of the Emerald Isles,

00:07:01.860 are being completely overrun by migration.

00:07:05.440 And in fact, there are towns in rural areas of Ireland

00:07:08.060 where the Irish population is now becoming the minority.

00:07:12.520 Davis, what is he talking about?

00:07:14.220 Is this true?

00:07:14.820 Is this really going on in Ireland?

00:07:17.340 It's absolutely true.

00:07:19.140 I spent several weeks in Ireland a couple of years ago,

00:07:22.300 and I saw it then.

00:07:23.380 We have these migrants coming from the Muslim world 1.00

00:07:28.980 and other places.

00:07:29.760 They're overrunning Ireland. 0.93

00:07:32.040 They're not assimilating into Irish culture,

00:07:35.080 and you're going to start seeing no-go zones in Ireland

00:07:39.360 just like you see in other places in Europe.

00:07:42.300 And it's not acceptable.

00:07:44.280 Look, you can have immigration into your country,

00:07:47.400 and you should welcome legal immigration.

00:07:50.020 You should not welcome mass migration of illegal immigrants 1.00

00:07:55.360 who overrun your country, 0.99

00:07:57.720 overrun your social services,

00:08:00.360 overrun your culture.

00:08:01.880 These people who are coming to Europe are not there to assimilate. 1.00

00:08:06.300 Many of them are coming there to conquer.

00:08:09.840 Well, and they're coming there exactly.

00:08:11.460 That's exactly what happens.

00:08:12.640 Because, look, when people go to Ireland, 0.89

00:08:14.520 run Irish-American, and they look to Ireland,

00:08:16.520 obviously tourism is a huge chunk of the Irish economy.

00:08:20.820 There's no question about that.

00:08:22.260 Irish culture is amazing.

00:08:24.340 St. Patrick's Day,

00:08:25.500 beyond the nominal term of it being a saint's feast day in the church,

00:08:30.620 it's also, of course, a celebration of all things Irish culture,

00:08:34.560 Irish music, Irish dance, Irish food.

00:08:38.200 These things are all incredible.

00:08:39.840 Irish literature, they're amazing.

00:08:41.300 It's one of the most well-known and famous cultures

00:08:44.180 all around the entire planet.

00:08:46.180 And so what I don't think people realize is

00:08:48.940 that by allowing these migrants 1.00

00:08:51.400 to overrun these towns and cities and villages,

00:08:53.880 like both Conor and you are discussing,

00:08:56.240 is what you're doing is you're actually putting that culture at risk.

00:09:01.260 Because guess what?

00:09:02.000 There's a generational issue here.

00:09:03.740 And we talk about this again and again and again.

00:09:05.920 Because eventually what happens is

00:09:07.540 if you keep importing people from just foreign cultures all over,

00:09:11.180 then guess what?

00:09:11.920 Your culture goes away.

00:09:13.400 It doesn't get replaced.

00:09:14.580 Or excuse me, it does get replaced.

00:09:15.720 It gets completely replaced.

00:09:16.800 It doesn't regenerate.

00:09:17.720 Yeah, and look, let's just not be politically correct about this.

00:09:23.260 If you are mass importing people from the Islamic world, 0.99

00:09:27.540 Islamist, into Europe, and they don't want to assimilate, 1.00

00:09:30.860 that is a recipe for disaster. 0.94

00:09:33.360 You are importing people who want to destroy the West. 1.00

00:09:37.260 I'm not saying every Muslim does, but Islamists certainly do. 1.00

00:09:40.880 And we need to wake up.

00:09:42.140 Europe is going through this right now.

00:09:45.040 It's going to happen in America. 0.65

00:09:46.080 Thank God we have President Trump in office right now

00:09:49.100 so we can have extreme vetting again for people who come from these places 1.00

00:09:54.800 who hate us, don't share our values, they want to destroy us.

00:10:00.340 And again, they're not here to assimilate. 0.63

00:10:02.840 They are here to conquer.

00:10:04.260 So if you don't want to assimilate into Ireland,

00:10:07.380 if you don't want to assimilate into Europe,

00:10:09.960 if you don't want to assimilate into America and share our culture

00:10:13.640 and share our values, get the hell out. 0.83

00:10:16.460 And these European countries, like Ireland and the rest of Europe,

00:10:20.800 they should follow President Trump's lead

00:10:22.580 and get people out of their countries before it's too late.

00:10:27.580 Before it's too late.

00:10:29.380 Let me take a quick second.

00:10:30.840 I want to tell people today's episode sponsor,

00:10:33.560 you know, we got to take a quick commercial timeout.

00:10:35.820 We'll be right back, though.

00:10:36.840 There's a dirty little secret in the mobile phone industry

00:10:39.480 that the major carriers don't want you to know about.

00:10:42.700 Did you know the big three mobile companies own all the towers in the U.S.?

00:10:45.940 So if that's the case, what's the difference between the carriers?

00:10:48.700 Well, there's only one which actually lives by the same values as you,

00:10:52.080 and that's what we're talking all about today's values.

00:10:54.240 Choose the best network for you,

00:10:55.780 and the way to do it is with Patriot Mobile,

00:10:57.720 America's only Christian conservative wireless provider,

00:11:00.400 the only one that allows you access to all three networks.

00:11:03.120 Keep your phone, keep your number,

00:11:04.640 and now keep your values, too, with Patriot Mobile.

00:11:06.700 You know that none of your money is going to the woke left, 1.00

00:11:09.260 to DEI, or causes that have put America last.

00:11:12.400 If you're worried about switching, don't.

00:11:14.240 The U.S.-based customer service team makes switching easy,

00:11:29.680 pretending to share your values.

00:11:31.360 Support the one that actively supports

00:11:33.000 the First and Second Amendments,

00:11:34.200 the sanctity of life,

00:11:35.020 our brave veterans and first responders

00:11:36.740 make the switch today.

00:11:38.860 Patriotmobile.com slash POSO

00:11:40.100 or call 972-PATRIOT.

00:11:43.060 You know, folks, this is what we're talking about here.

00:11:44.800 We're talking about defending your country,

00:11:46.260 defending your culture,

00:11:47.000 and the Irish people,

00:11:48.680 just go look at the past.

00:11:49.960 Just go look at their history with the British.

00:11:52.480 Go look at the years and centuries, right,

00:11:55.420 since the 1600s and Cromwell

00:11:56.800 fighting to have independence over Ireland.

00:12:00.480 They were more than willing to do so

00:12:02.240 and to go to extreme lengths, great lengths.

00:12:05.260 And yet, for some reason,

00:12:06.960 there's this glitch in the psychology.

00:12:10.120 I should get Joshua Lysak on,

00:12:12.380 our resident persuasion expert on here,

00:12:14.160 to explain it.

00:12:14.900 But, Davis, what is it where,

00:12:18.080 you know, when it comes to the Irish,

00:12:19.820 you've got this incredible,

00:12:21.160 they're one of the most nationalist countries

00:12:22.600 that I've always thought of.

00:12:23.660 But these guys had the IRA.

00:12:24.800 These guys went hardcore, you know,

00:12:26.680 in the past to defend their island

00:12:28.300 or to take back their island,

00:12:30.220 you know, the way they would put it.

00:12:31.720 But when it comes to this issue of migration,

00:12:33.920 it's like, oh, well, we're just helping.

00:12:35.720 What's the short circuit there?

00:12:38.240 The Irish have become soft. 1.00

00:12:40.280 They become weak.

00:12:41.480 They need to protect their sovereignty.

00:12:43.900 They need to get these migrants 1.00

00:12:46.480 the hell out of Ireland 0.73

00:12:47.540 or it's going to get conquered.

00:12:50.900 It's really as simple as that.

00:12:52.880 And, you know, it's sad, right?

00:12:56.100 It's really sad to see

00:12:57.280 because when you look at one of these places

00:12:59.220 like Ireland that just has 0.75

00:13:01.080 just incredible history,

00:13:03.280 it goes obviously all the way back to Roman times,

00:13:06.140 it goes all, and that's St. Patrick,

00:13:08.020 you know, St. Patrick arriving

00:13:09.980 as a missionary for the church.

00:13:12.660 He's known as the evangelizer

00:13:16.240 of Christ the King there in Ireland.

00:13:20.140 He's one of the first, by the way,

00:13:22.480 actual Christian missionaries, right?

00:13:24.160 One of the earliest Christian missionaries

00:13:26.220 that we know of outside of, you know,

00:13:28.840 the original, you know, 12

00:13:30.980 and in the Bible itself

00:13:33.240 and St. Paul and then on to the church fathers,

00:13:37.100 but really someone who's known

00:13:39.260 for a time like this.

00:13:41.600 And so, you know, Davis,

00:13:42.700 I know I wanted to get you on

00:13:44.260 about, you know, the judges

00:13:46.020 and deportations and executive orders

00:13:48.440 and all that.

00:13:49.000 And we've got another segment coming up,

00:13:50.300 so I promise we'll do that.

00:13:51.260 But it's, man, here, just hearing

00:13:53.260 Conor McGregor's words right there

00:13:54.620 and you hear him,

00:13:55.500 you can actually have a look in his eye

00:13:56.700 and you can, I, maybe it's just me,

00:13:59.520 but to me, he looked like he,

00:14:01.200 this wasn't just Conor McGregor, 0.96

00:14:02.640 you know, talking trash the way he talks 0.91

00:14:05.120 or messing around or goofing off. 0.96

00:14:06.800 You could tell he actually cared.

00:14:08.160 One minute to the break.

00:14:08.900 Mike Davis.

00:14:10.500 Yeah, you hear the left

00:14:12.080 constantly talk about colonizers.

00:14:14.600 I think that these Islamist migrants 1.00

00:14:17.620 taking over Europe, 0.82

00:14:19.460 particularly Ireland,

00:14:21.040 are the colonizers.

00:14:22.200 They need to get sent packing 0.90

00:14:24.440 back to wherever the hell they came from. 0.95

00:14:26.300 They don't share our values. 0.89

00:14:28.380 They want to conquer us.

00:14:30.120 Get them out before it's too late.

00:14:32.100 It's really simple.

00:14:33.160 There's a great phrase, by the way,

00:14:34.400 they have for it

00:14:35.120 that comes to us by way of Europe.

00:14:36.900 It's called remigration. 0.99

00:14:39.640 Remigration. 0.99

00:14:40.240 I love remigration. 1.00

00:14:41.600 It's one of my favorite words

00:14:46.460 and we're going to be getting

00:14:47.560 a lot of it very soon.

00:14:48.920 We're getting in the remigration business, boys. 0.79

00:14:50.840 Stay tuned.

00:14:51.220 We'll be right back.

00:14:51.700 Human Events Daily.

00:14:56.500 You know, they talk about influencers.

00:14:58.920 These are influencers

00:14:59.880 and they're friends of mine.

00:15:03.180 Jack Prasovic.

00:15:04.700 Where's Jack?

00:15:05.620 Jack.

00:15:06.680 He's done a great job.

00:15:08.120 All right, Jack Prasovic.

00:15:12.360 Here we are back, Washington, D.C.

00:15:14.820 on this St. Paddy's Day

00:15:16.960 here in 2025,

00:15:19.400 year one of the first year

00:15:22.140 of the new American Republic.

00:15:24.340 Listen up because I'm about to put you

00:15:25.760 on something that'll change

00:15:26.900 the way you start your day.

00:15:28.200 I'm talking about blackout coffee

00:15:29.540 and it's not just coffee.

00:15:30.880 It's a wake-up call.

00:15:32.060 I'm talking about a rise,

00:15:33.420 a call to rise and grind,

00:15:34.740 to push harder,

00:15:35.380 and to never compromise

00:15:36.620 on what you stand for.

00:15:38.100 This isn't your average cup of Joe.

00:15:39.800 Every bag of blackout coffee

00:15:40.900 is roasted with purpose,

00:15:42.000 packed with bold flavor,

00:15:43.180 and fueled by the kind of values

00:15:44.700 that built this country.

00:15:46.520 Grit, determination,

00:15:47.960 and a refusal to back down.

00:15:49.540 They don't just make coffee.

00:15:50.660 They make a statement.

00:15:51.800 Blackout coffee is stepping up,

00:15:53.620 adding more warriors

00:15:54.580 to get your orders out

00:15:55.620 faster than ever.

00:15:56.900 But when you hit the

00:15:57.740 order now button,

00:15:59.020 you'll know that your coffee

00:16:00.320 is actually coming fresh

00:16:01.580 and ready to fuel your next move.

00:16:02.920 So whether you're powering

00:16:03.600 through the daily grind,

00:16:04.280 chasing big goals,

00:16:05.080 or just refusing to settle

00:16:06.380 for mediocrity.

00:16:07.700 Blackout coffee has got your back.

00:16:09.020 Don't just drink coffee.

00:16:10.100 Drink blackout.

00:16:11.000 Go to blackoutcoffee.com

00:16:12.180 slash POSO

00:16:12.860 and use promo code POSO

00:16:14.860 for 20% off your first order.

00:16:17.000 Taste the coffee

00:16:17.620 that doesn't just wake you up,

00:16:19.060 it fires you up.

00:16:20.120 That's blackoutcoffee.com

00:16:21.400 slash POSO.

00:16:22.700 Mike Davis,

00:16:23.620 I got a question for you.

00:16:25.260 So can a judge order

00:16:27.000 a,

00:16:28.620 can a judge order

00:16:30.760 a plane

00:16:31.540 to turn around

00:16:32.980 in midair

00:16:33.600 over international waters

00:16:35.320 of the Gulf of America

00:16:36.480 and,

00:16:37.520 and return illegal

00:16:39.560 alien terrorists

00:16:41.460 to American soil?

00:16:42.440 Yes or no?

00:16:44.380 No.

00:16:45.600 Obama,

00:16:46.440 Judge

00:16:46.920 Jeb

00:16:47.620 Boesburg

00:16:48.880 thought he could do that.

00:16:50.020 He ordered it.

00:16:50.780 So yes,

00:16:51.240 he,

00:16:51.560 he can,

00:16:52.220 but that doesn't mean

00:16:52.940 that that illegal,

00:16:54.460 dangerous order

00:16:55.080 is going to get followed

00:16:55.940 and it wasn't.

00:16:56.860 So

00:16:57.140 it is outrageous

00:16:58.780 what this judge did

00:17:00.240 during the middle.

00:17:01.540 And you know,

00:17:02.140 you know this full well,

00:17:03.200 Jack,

00:17:03.440 with your background

00:17:04.100 during the middle

00:17:04.880 of a national security operation,

00:17:07.540 you had this Obama judge

00:17:09.660 in D.C.

00:17:10.860 hold a hearing

00:17:11.920 while this operation

00:17:13.720 was ongoing,

00:17:14.780 putting American lives

00:17:16.380 and the lives

00:17:17.240 of our allies

00:17:18.120 in grave danger

00:17:20.300 and then actually

00:17:21.660 ordered

00:17:22.340 the planes returns

00:17:24.380 with a plane full,

00:17:26.220 planes full

00:17:27.240 of the worst

00:17:28.680 terrorist

00:17:29.280 in the western 0.99

00:17:29.960 hemisphere,

00:17:31.760 Tren de Aragua

00:17:32.620 and MS-13

00:17:34.580 gang members

00:17:35.740 that the president

00:17:36.920 was shipping

00:17:37.840 to El Salvador.

00:17:39.020 You see this video

00:17:40.120 that you're playing

00:17:40.820 right now,

00:17:41.280 the security measures

00:17:42.420 that went along

00:17:43.780 with this national

00:17:44.740 security operation.

00:17:46.440 We didn't have

00:17:47.180 those security measures

00:17:48.240 ready in the United States 0.95

00:17:49.980 if this goofball 0.92

00:17:51.800 judge, 0.73

00:17:52.980 Boesburg,

00:17:53.500 actually got his way

00:17:54.600 and these planes

00:17:55.420 turned around

00:17:56.360 and came back

00:17:56.940 to America.

00:17:57.700 This was a gross

00:17:59.480 abuse of power

00:18:00.660 by this activist judge.

00:18:02.640 It was a sabotage

00:18:03.760 of the president's

00:18:04.980 core Article II powers

00:18:06.380 as the commander-in-chief

00:18:07.980 and the chief executive officer

00:18:09.320 in the Article III project

00:18:10.820 is today

00:18:12.040 calling for

00:18:13.840 the House of Representatives

00:18:15.340 to move forward

00:18:16.940 with impeachment proceedings

00:18:18.340 against D.C. Obama

00:18:20.120 Judge Jeb Boesburg

00:18:22.400 for this outrageous

00:18:24.060 temporary restraining order

00:18:26.460 ruling on Saturday.

00:18:29.640 Well, I think that's

00:18:30.860 exactly right.

00:18:31.840 And, you know,

00:18:32.900 immigration on,

00:18:34.500 again,

00:18:34.820 immigration under

00:18:35.720 national security concerns

00:18:37.520 is obviously an area

00:18:39.620 where, number one,

00:18:41.160 the judiciary

00:18:41.960 and particularly

00:18:43.000 these district judges

00:18:43.960 have gone completely

00:18:45.300 overboard.

00:18:46.500 But at the same time,

00:18:47.660 you've also got an area

00:18:49.360 where the president

00:18:50.540 has broad unilateral powers

00:18:52.540 under Article II

00:18:54.320 of the Constitution

00:18:55.340 to provide for the

00:18:56.580 national security

00:18:57.360 of the United States.

00:18:58.580 That's the entire point

00:19:00.120 of the Alien Exclusion Act

00:19:01.760 in cases of war

00:19:03.540 or invasion.

00:19:04.620 And when he's saying

00:19:05.160 that this is

00:19:06.000 a foreign invasion force

00:19:07.700 that I'm going to order

00:19:09.160 the unilateral

00:19:09.800 removing of them.

00:19:11.040 I mean, Mike,

00:19:11.620 this is the whole reason

00:19:12.760 we have a president,

00:19:13.680 isn't it?

00:19:14.020 Yeah, he's the commander-in-chief.

00:19:17.220 He's the chief executive officer.

00:19:19.480 Not only does he have

00:19:20.540 the constitutional power

00:19:22.340 to send these terrorists

00:19:24.260 on airplanes 0.99

00:19:25.200 the hell out of our country,

00:19:26.680 he has a constitutional duty

00:19:29.040 as the president,

00:19:30.680 as the chief executive officer,

00:19:32.540 as the commander-in-chief

00:19:33.980 to make sure

00:19:35.240 that we are repelling

00:19:36.700 these foreign invaders, 1.00

00:19:38.280 these foreign terrorists 0.99

00:19:39.640 who are coming to our country 1.00

00:19:41.100 from Venezuela, 1.00

00:19:42.400 and they are raping, 1.00

00:19:45.340 torturing, 0.99

00:19:46.540 kidnapping, 1.00

00:19:47.420 murdering Americans. 0.99

00:19:48.720 And Joe Biden 0.99

00:19:49.420 let this go on

00:19:50.520 for four years.

00:19:51.480 He actually brought

00:19:52.420 these people

00:19:53.120 to our country, right?

00:19:54.940 He brought them here illegally. 0.80

00:19:56.720 He gave illegal mass parole

00:19:58.800 to these terrorists.

00:20:00.140 And Joe Biden

00:20:00.920 is the one

00:20:02.420 who should have been

00:20:02.980 in trouble

00:20:03.360 by federal judges.

00:20:04.920 Not this,

00:20:05.780 not President Trump 1.00

00:20:06.840 because this goofball 0.99

00:20:08.260 bozo 0.96

00:20:09.340 Judge

00:20:10.300 Boesburg

00:20:11.380 in D.C.

00:20:12.140 thinks he's

00:20:12.680 the commander-in-chief

00:20:13.660 on Saturday.

00:20:15.400 No,

00:20:16.060 it's as simple as that.

00:20:16.920 You can't have

00:20:17.400 hundreds of commanders-in-chief.

00:20:18.900 You have one.

00:20:19.700 Mike Davis,

00:20:20.160 where can people

00:20:20.500 follow you?

00:20:22.680 Article3project.org,

00:20:23.860 article3project.org.

00:20:25.520 The action item today

00:20:27.020 is to light up

00:20:28.140 both of your senators

00:20:29.080 and your rep

00:20:29.840 to impeach

00:20:30.700 and remove

00:20:31.420 Obama Judge

00:20:32.820 Jeb Boesburg.

00:20:35.580 Uh-oh,

00:20:36.300 uh-oh,

00:20:37.580 lobbing some,

00:20:38.360 lobbing some fire

00:20:39.320 here on

00:20:40.300 St. Patrick's Day.

00:20:42.380 Have a good one, Mike.

00:20:43.220 Thanks so much.

00:20:43.740 Mike Davis, everyone.

00:20:44.680 Go give him a follow

00:20:45.860 and check out

00:20:46.520 Article3project.

00:20:47.520 Be right back.

00:20:47.940 Jack, where is Jack?

00:20:58.440 Where is Jack?

00:21:00.740 Where is he?

00:21:02.020 Jack, I want to see you.

00:21:05.660 Great job, Jack.

00:21:07.100 Thank you.

00:21:07.860 What a job you do.

00:21:09.280 You know,

00:21:09.540 we have an incredible thing.

00:21:10.680 We're always talking

00:21:11.260 about the fake news

00:21:12.260 and the bad,

00:21:12.980 but we have guys

00:21:13.980 and these are the guys

00:21:15.380 who should be getting

00:21:15.940 politicians.

00:21:17.940 Okay, Jack Posobiec

00:21:19.420 back live.

00:21:20.120 Love that beautiful

00:21:21.100 live shot of the White House

00:21:22.540 with the green fountain

00:21:24.280 right there,

00:21:26.380 the green grass

00:21:28.460 as well

00:21:29.580 for St. Patrick's Day,

00:21:31.380 a day where

00:21:32.180 Conor McGregor himself

00:21:33.660 has come to the White House

00:21:34.700 to warn Irish Americans

00:21:36.360 about the overrunning

00:21:37.980 of Ireland

00:21:39.240 due to mass migration.

00:21:42.260 Folks,

00:21:42.800 I'm going to take

00:21:43.040 a quick second

00:21:43.620 because we can't do

00:21:44.500 the work that we do

00:21:45.460 without the help

00:21:46.740 of our sponsors.

00:21:47.940 So did you know

00:21:48.860 that fast-growing trees

00:21:50.220 and I might be placing

00:21:51.500 an order with these guys.

00:21:52.440 I got to tell you,

00:21:52.860 I might be placing

00:21:53.380 an order with these guys soon.

00:21:55.000 They're one of the largest

00:21:55.960 and fastest-growing sites

00:22:00.860 with thousands

00:22:01.720 of different plants

00:22:02.700 and over 2 million

00:22:03.960 happy customers.

00:22:05.120 And I know one more

00:22:06.080 right here.

00:22:07.480 I just have to run it

00:22:08.500 by Tanya Tate for us,

00:22:09.500 but she's thinking about it.

00:22:10.820 We had some store damage

00:22:12.200 at the house,

00:22:12.740 so we're looking to

00:22:13.300 replace some trees,

00:22:14.420 actually.

00:22:14.700 And they have

00:22:16.240 all the plants

00:22:17.160 our yard needs

00:22:52.140 Look,

00:22:52.680 you know,

00:23:21.120 from limited time,

00:23:22.300 terms,

00:23:22.720 and conditions apply.

00:23:24.020 So,

00:23:24.500 yeah,

00:23:24.720 we had a tree knocked down

00:23:26.100 in one of the windstorms

00:23:27.340 a couple weeks ago.

00:23:28.640 I actually had my,

00:23:30.060 we had my dad,

00:23:31.580 my father-in-law

00:23:32.320 came by over the weekend,

00:23:33.500 and in between rainstorms,

00:23:35.540 they were out there

00:23:36.320 with the chainsaw

00:23:36.980 chopping that thing up.

00:23:38.180 I'm kind of torn.

00:23:38.900 I might use it for,

00:23:39.860 I might use it for firewood,

00:23:41.040 but we might use it for,

00:23:42.780 you know,

00:23:43.420 get some little,

00:23:44.500 you know,

00:23:44.800 makeshift chairs

00:23:45.420 around the fire pit

00:23:46.180 for the boys

00:23:46.700 for the summer.

00:23:47.380 So,

00:23:47.600 we'll figure that part out.

00:23:48.760 But point being is,

00:23:50.220 I lost my tree.

00:23:52.440 So,

00:23:53.100 I've got to figure out

00:23:53.720 how to get a new tree.

00:23:55.040 So,

00:23:55.240 we're going to go

00:23:55.760 and check out

00:23:56.900 FastGrowingTrees.com

00:23:58.800 to figure out

00:23:59.520 what to do.

00:24:01.340 But we also have to figure out

00:24:02.340 what to do

00:24:02.980 with the DC Press Corps

00:24:05.020 and the Libs

00:24:06.600 and the left

00:24:07.180 in Washington,

00:24:08.380 D.C.

00:24:08.960 Unfortunately,

00:24:09.820 Caroline Levitt

00:24:10.660 has to deal with them

00:24:11.480 every day.

00:24:12.480 Play the clip.

00:24:13.160 If you guys can't send

00:24:14.620 200 Trendy Aragua terrorists

00:24:17.020 at a time

00:24:17.860 to El Salvador,

00:24:19.240 where are you going

00:24:19.680 to send them instead?

00:24:20.860 It's a very good question.

00:24:22.440 You'd have to ask

00:24:23.240 the courts

00:24:23.720 and the people

00:24:24.480 on the left

00:24:25.000 who are trying

00:24:25.480 to fight this administration

00:24:26.520 for doing

00:24:27.780 the business

00:24:29.160 that this president

00:24:30.060 sought out to do,

00:24:30.940 which is to deport 0.98

00:24:32.120 these foreign terrorists. 0.90

00:24:33.640 And we're very grateful

00:24:34.580 to President Bukele

00:24:35.580 and to El Salvador

00:24:36.760 for accepting 0.98

00:24:37.660 these heinous monsters

00:24:39.000 where they will face justice.

00:24:41.240 All right,

00:24:41.520 Jack Posobiec,

00:24:42.140 we are back live

00:24:43.420 and we've got

00:24:44.220 Brian Glenn,

00:24:45.060 Real America Voice's

00:24:46.040 own Brian Glenn,

00:24:48.240 there at the White House

00:24:49.340 who was in the room.

00:24:50.460 Brian,

00:24:51.560 fiery press conference

00:24:52.700 as always

00:24:53.920 with Caroline Levitt

00:24:55.760 as well as

00:24:56.800 with the DC Press Corps.

00:24:57.980 What is going on there, man?

00:25:01.140 Yeah,

00:25:01.780 good afternoon, Jack.

00:25:02.900 It seems like

00:25:03.620 the DC media here,

00:25:05.560 the mainstream media,

00:25:07.080 the legacy media

00:25:08.000 just can't come to terms

00:25:09.900 with the fact

00:25:10.620 that we need

00:25:11.700 to remove gang members

00:25:13.760 that have terrorized

00:25:14.800 this country.

00:25:15.960 She gave several examples

00:25:17.160 of how they're doing that

00:25:18.440 the heck out of here.

00:25:20.060 And I don't know

00:25:20.860 the obsession

00:25:21.500 of how they're getting

00:25:24.280 rid of them,

00:25:25.240 where they're going

00:25:25.840 to be housed.

00:25:26.520 I just know

00:25:27.940 that President Trump

00:25:28.800 had a mandate

00:25:30.040 handed to him

00:25:30.840 on November 5th

00:25:32.000 that said we are going

00:25:32.760 to get these people

00:25:33.660 out of the country.

00:25:34.440 And Jack,

00:25:34.880 it just seems like

00:25:35.700 they want to challenge

00:25:37.380 this narrative

00:25:39.280 that gang members

00:25:41.020 in our country,

00:25:42.120 that's a bad thing, Jack.

00:25:43.700 I don't understand it.

00:25:44.860 But that was the lead topic

00:25:46.020 today in the briefing room.

00:25:49.560 Look,

00:25:50.080 when it comes down to it,

00:25:51.120 you know,

00:25:51.360 you never hear,

00:25:52.440 but here's what's amazing, right?

00:25:54.020 You never heard those,

00:25:55.660 it's like they've

00:25:56.660 totally flipped, right?

00:25:57.800 So you never heard

00:25:58.340 those same reporters

00:25:59.200 talking about the importation

00:26:01.080 of these gang members

00:26:02.380 to the United States

00:26:03.940 during the Biden administration.

00:26:06.220 So during the Biden administration,

00:26:07.360 they were imported

00:26:08.440 to the United States.

00:26:09.940 And we had Conor McGregor

00:26:10.840 there at the White House

00:26:12.320 earlier today

00:26:13.000 talking about the importation

00:26:14.520 of illegal migrants 0.98

00:26:15.440 to Ireland

00:26:16.440 and really saying,

00:26:17.480 hey,

00:26:17.660 basically saying

00:26:18.700 this is an issue

00:26:19.380 that we share, right?

00:26:21.220 In Ireland,

00:26:21.800 which has a much smaller population

00:26:23.080 in the United States,

00:26:24.240 it's a really dire issue.

00:26:26.320 And the fact of the matter

00:26:27.620 is because Ireland

00:26:28.520 has gone through

00:26:29.000 so many population sinks

00:26:31.100 over the years

00:26:31.740 that they stand at real risk

00:26:33.860 of being completely overrun

00:26:35.660 and in fact,

00:26:36.160 small towns,

00:26:36.640 it's already happening.

00:26:37.620 So when he's talking about this,

00:26:38.920 these aren't just

00:26:39.680 some random issues.

00:26:41.380 It's actually an operation

00:26:42.720 that's happening.

00:26:44.300 So the media,

00:26:45.320 of course,

00:26:45.580 doesn't talk about it.

00:26:46.860 But then when you try

00:26:47.560 to fix the problem,

00:26:48.720 all of a sudden

00:26:49.400 they start talking about it,

00:26:50.440 what about the rights

00:26:52.140 of the people

00:26:52.600 who live in those countries?

00:26:54.000 What about the rights

00:26:54.560 of the people

00:26:54.860 who live in those towns

00:26:55.760 and cities

00:26:56.220 that don't want

00:26:56.940 to be overrun,

00:26:57.740 that don't want

00:26:58.020 their children surrounded

00:26:58.900 by evil gang members

00:27:00.960 with tattoos?

00:27:01.500 By the way,

00:27:01.800 I love when they get off

00:27:02.480 and they say,

00:27:02.940 oh, you know,

00:27:04.840 we're really,

00:27:06.180 you know,

00:27:06.500 you're not giving them

00:27:07.200 any due process.

00:27:08.200 You're not even determining

00:27:08.980 whether or not

00:27:09.580 they're actually in a gang.

00:27:10.440 You're just rounding up

00:27:11.020 people who have facial tattoos.

00:27:12.740 I'm like,

00:27:13.200 the tattoos tell you

00:27:14.380 what gang they're in.

00:27:15.780 The tattoos are their record

00:27:17.900 right there.

00:27:18.760 Look,

00:27:19.020 you can see how many guys

00:27:20.020 that guy killed

00:27:20.760 with the eyebrows

00:27:22.400 and all of it.

00:27:23.440 That's it. 0.98

00:27:23.960 It's ridiculous. 0.97

00:27:25.200 Liberals don't actually, 0.72

00:27:26.540 and Brian,

00:27:26.960 this is one of my,

00:27:27.540 those are my trunisms.

00:27:28.800 Liberals don't actually

00:27:30.240 know anything.

00:27:31.540 They just know

00:27:32.160 whatever the producer

00:27:33.160 in the air is telling them

00:27:34.180 or whatever the last thing

00:27:35.500 they saw on TV was,

00:27:36.460 man.

00:27:38.340 You're right.

00:27:39.020 And you know what?

00:27:39.520 The approval rating

00:27:40.480 for Democrats is so low.

00:27:42.080 I think only,

00:27:42.620 I read something today

00:27:43.260 that 7% of Democrats

00:27:45.340 even have a favorable ability.

00:27:47.200 Those 7% of people 0.84

00:27:48.420 think that chocolate milk

00:27:49.740 comes from a brown cow.

00:27:51.180 So I think these are

00:27:51.880 the same amount of people

00:27:52.920 that absolutely do not get it.

00:27:55.260 They do not understand

00:27:56.520 the justice system.

00:27:57.680 They do not understand

00:27:58.860 who has rights

00:28:00.000 and who doesn't have rights.

00:28:01.220 Look,

00:28:01.520 Jack,

00:28:01.780 we're arguing

00:28:02.360 whether or not

00:28:02.960 these visas,

00:28:04.280 these student visas,

00:28:05.400 these people that come over here

00:28:06.460 on a green card,

00:28:07.300 basically,

00:28:08.200 have constitutional rights.

00:28:09.620 The last time I checked,

00:28:10.440 they did not.

00:28:11.140 They were not U.S. citizens.

00:28:12.380 So if you break the law here,

00:28:14.080 you're going to leave.

00:28:15.020 It's that simple.

00:28:16.060 But we have the Democrat Party

00:28:17.560 that I guess is counting

00:28:18.820 on that base to vote, perhaps?

00:28:21.400 I don't know.

00:28:22.340 But it's un-American. 0.65

00:28:23.980 And, well,

00:28:24.860 they're losing in the polls, Jack.

00:28:26.400 And you and I have seen

00:28:27.800 what those poll numbers look like.

00:28:30.040 And I think,

00:28:31.100 let them continue to do this, Jack,

00:28:32.820 because you and I both know

00:28:34.560 Republicans should not lose

00:28:36.080 another election

00:28:37.480 if this is what they stand for,

00:28:39.900 gang members in this country legally.

00:28:42.480 We should never lose

00:28:43.320 another election.

00:28:45.080 Yeah, and it's a great,

00:28:46.200 you know,

00:28:46.500 it's a great argument

00:28:47.360 to have as well.

00:28:48.500 You know,

00:28:48.760 people are talking about

00:28:49.440 the constitutionality

00:28:50.600 of the whole thing.

00:28:51.880 And you've got these,

00:28:53.240 you have these liberal media

00:28:54.480 saying,

00:28:54.800 well, it's an 18th century law.

00:28:56.180 It's an 18th century law.

00:28:57.240 And then Tom Homan says,

00:28:58.220 oh, you mean like the Constitution?

00:29:00.320 Pretty sure the Constitution

00:29:01.120 is older than any law

00:29:02.660 that's on the books

00:29:03.300 in the United States.

00:29:03.900 And last I checked,

00:29:04.960 we still follow that thing.

00:29:06.200 So I guess 18th century

00:29:07.560 isn't that bad at all,

00:29:08.600 as a matter of fact.

00:29:09.380 So this also puts the Democrats

00:29:11.520 and the left in a box

00:29:13.280 where I was talking

00:29:14.420 about this earlier,

00:29:15.080 that so every other day

00:29:17.160 of the year,

00:29:17.840 the left will say,

00:29:19.220 oh, our entire system

00:29:20.320 was designed

00:29:20.860 by a bunch of evil 1.00

00:29:22.080 European Christians 1.00

00:29:23.860 and heterosexual men.

00:29:26.560 It's the patriarchy.

00:29:27.520 We have to tear it down. 0.85

00:29:28.660 It's a white power system

00:29:30.620 that's controlled by 1619,

00:29:32.360 you know,

00:29:33.160 since then.

00:29:33.820 And we need to overturn it 0.84

00:29:34.920 and burn the whole thing down. 0.64

00:29:36.100 That's your platform.

00:29:37.120 That's been your platform

00:29:38.060 since 2020.

00:29:39.060 OK, now all.

00:29:40.300 But then all of a sudden,

00:29:41.200 oh, no,

00:29:41.980 President Trump

00:29:42.680 has violated

00:29:44.040 the sacred Constitution.

00:29:45.480 It's amazing.

00:29:46.140 It's amazing.

00:29:46.700 The same breath.

00:29:48.060 Yeah.

00:29:49.200 And what are the good news

00:29:50.380 that I wanted to bring up

00:29:51.280 today's press conference?

00:29:52.240 I didn't have a chance

00:29:52.800 to do that.

00:29:53.200 It was inflation's coming down.

00:29:54.820 Core inflation's coming down.

00:29:56.600 Gas is down

00:29:57.500 four straight weeks in a row,

00:29:59.460 sometimes under $3

00:30:00.600 in some states.

00:30:01.800 Eggs are down substantially

00:30:03.700 since this whole egg

00:30:04.860 debate going on.

00:30:06.460 Where is that in the news?

00:30:07.980 But they're focusing

00:30:08.720 on protecting gang members.

00:30:11.180 And that is not laying,

00:30:13.100 that's not sitting good

00:30:14.620 with Americans

00:30:15.860 because Americans

00:30:16.520 are struggling still financially,

00:30:18.280 but it's getting better.

00:30:20.120 And of course,

00:30:20.600 when's the last time

00:30:21.240 you heard a question

00:30:21.880 about tariffs, Jack?

00:30:23.440 Didn't hear it today,

00:30:24.740 but you heard all

00:30:25.400 about gang members.

00:30:26.360 We want to make sure

00:30:26.800 we protect those gang members.

00:30:28.620 We didn't hear about tariffs.

00:30:29.640 We didn't hear about

00:30:30.100 the good news

00:30:30.560 of inflation coming down.

00:30:31.980 But gas does continue

00:30:33.360 to drop again

00:30:34.140 four weeks in a row.

00:30:35.300 This time during

00:30:36.280 the Biden administration,

00:30:37.360 wait for it,

00:30:38.160 gas was already up

00:30:39.260 49 cents a gallon.

00:30:42.340 This time during

00:30:43.920 the Biden administration,

00:30:45.880 gas is down

00:30:46.460 four weeks in a row

00:30:47.240 for President Trump.

00:30:49.680 Well, and it's incredible, Brian.

00:30:51.300 I love the service, right?

00:30:53.240 And for the folks at home

00:30:54.160 on Real America's Voice

00:30:55.360 or listening here,

00:30:56.120 hour three with the

00:30:56.940 Salem Radio Network

00:30:57.700 and the Charlie Kirk Show,

00:30:58.940 it's what Brian is doing

00:31:00.540 and is such a public service

00:31:01.960 because he's remembering

00:31:03.840 what the media complained

00:31:05.320 about the week before.

00:31:07.120 You see, nobody keeps

00:31:08.020 track of this.

00:31:09.240 So because you're there

00:31:10.940 and performing,

00:31:11.880 and it really is a service,

00:31:12.800 by the way,

00:31:13.140 to have to actually spend time 1.00

00:31:14.600 around those scumbags 1.00

00:31:15.840 every day, 1.00

00:31:16.700 that you start to realize,

00:31:18.280 wait a minute,

00:31:19.100 last week you were all

00:31:20.240 complaining about one thing.

00:31:22.080 That thing has been fixed

00:31:23.700 or you're worried

00:31:25.280 that tariffs would turn

00:31:27.080 into inflation

00:31:27.760 and the opposite has happened.

00:31:29.560 So rather than talk

00:31:31.060 about that,

00:31:31.980 you're going to go

00:31:32.460 and complain about

00:31:33.180 whatever the next thing is

00:31:34.260 or complain about

00:31:34.900 whatever the next thing is.

00:31:36.180 It almost feels like,

00:31:37.780 hold on a second,

00:31:38.740 it almost feels like

00:31:39.960 you're not actually doing

00:31:41.060 this in good faith

00:31:41.980 after all.

00:31:43.120 Maybe you don't actually

00:31:44.580 believe any of these things

00:31:45.800 or by the way,

00:31:46.580 I love the,

00:31:47.080 you know,

00:31:47.300 like Mark Kelly,

00:31:48.200 you know,

00:31:48.400 he's selling his electric car

00:31:50.660 to go buy a Chevy Tahoe

00:31:52.580 which is one of the most

00:31:53.660 gas guzzling trucks,

00:31:54.720 you know,

00:31:55.220 available on the market,

00:31:56.400 which by the way,

00:31:56.900 go ahead and buy that

00:31:57.680 if you want to,

00:31:58.580 but you're doing it

00:31:59.480 for virtue signaling points.

00:32:01.680 That's why you bought it

00:32:02.500 in the first place

00:32:03.220 and now you're selling it

00:32:04.240 because Elon Musk

00:32:05.020 isn't a darling

00:32:05.680 of the left anymore.

00:32:06.640 That's all you do.

00:32:07.600 All they do is virtue signal.

00:32:09.000 They don't actually believe it,

00:32:10.580 but what do they believe?

00:32:11.760 They believe in having power

00:32:13.100 over you,

00:32:13.980 over your mind

00:32:14.700 and over your families.

00:32:17.780 Yeah,

00:32:18.440 Jack,

00:32:19.080 real quickly,

00:32:19.620 not one question

00:32:20.360 on Doge today either.

00:32:22.280 That dominated

00:32:22.940 the last three,

00:32:23.680 four weeks

00:32:24.120 was Doge,

00:32:24.880 Doge,

00:32:25.160 Doge,

00:32:25.480 Elon Musk.

00:32:25.900 Not one.

00:32:26.940 So apparently,

00:32:28.040 apparently,

00:32:28.920 they're not really concerned

00:32:30.220 about,

00:32:30.780 they really are concerned

00:32:32.180 about getting rid

00:32:33.180 of fraud abuse

00:32:34.840 in our government,

00:32:36.660 waste fraud

00:32:37.100 and abuse

00:32:37.440 in our government

00:32:37.940 because they didn't

00:32:38.560 bring it up today.

00:32:39.760 So apparently,

00:32:40.320 they're for that.

00:32:41.680 This is incredible,

00:32:42.920 Brian.

00:32:43.180 We've got to,

00:32:43.700 yeah,

00:32:43.980 they're,

00:32:44.420 yeah,

00:32:45.080 we've got to,

00:32:46.460 we've got to make this,

00:32:47.420 we've got to make this

00:32:48.260 a routine,

00:32:49.340 you know,

00:32:49.860 routine,

00:32:50.360 routine work for Brian

00:32:51.960 whenever he comes out.

00:32:52.640 I say,

00:32:53.080 you say,

00:32:53.380 this is what the Democrats

00:32:54.400 aren't talking about.

00:32:55.340 This is what they were

00:32:55.880 worried about last week

00:32:56.760 that they completely

00:32:57.380 stopped talking about.

00:32:58.660 Just like,

00:32:59.100 so it's like,

00:32:59.640 just like that,

00:33:00.420 Trendy Aragua

00:33:01.240 solved all the Doge problems

00:33:03.140 and just like that,

00:33:04.180 Trendy Aragua,

00:33:05.200 it's kind of like when

00:33:05.780 the Ukraine war solved COVID,

00:33:07.620 you know,

00:33:07.940 so the Ukraine war kicks off

00:33:09.040 and there was no COVID anymore

00:33:10.020 because we're going to talk

00:33:10.680 about Vladimir Putin.

00:33:11.500 So wait,

00:33:11.980 you just,

00:33:12.420 you just talk about

00:33:13.080 the new thing.

00:33:13.920 We,

00:33:14.140 we got to run,

00:33:14.840 Brian.

00:33:15.420 Happy St. Patrick's Day

00:33:16.660 to you,

00:33:17.060 man.

00:33:17.340 I appreciate you being there

00:33:18.420 doing the omens work.

00:33:19.760 I hope you get a,

00:33:20.620 I hope you get a good,

00:33:21.640 good shepherd's pie,

00:33:22.760 maybe some baggers

00:33:23.340 and mash later,

00:33:23.960 man.

00:33:26.200 That sounds really good.

00:33:27.320 Going to a good rock concert

00:33:28.380 tonight,

00:33:28.720 Three Days Grace,

00:33:29.540 Capital One Arena.

00:33:30.320 Go check it out.

00:33:31.000 That's what I'm going to do.

00:33:31.340 Oh, there you go.

00:33:32.080 There you go.

00:33:32.720 You're going to have fun.

00:33:33.300 You're going to have a lot

00:33:33.820 of fun there.

00:33:34.400 All right.

00:33:34.920 Don't do anything

00:33:35.880 that I'm going to have

00:33:36.680 to bail you out about

00:33:37.480 or I have to call Ben

00:33:38.260 and that's always an issue.

00:33:39.600 All right.

00:33:39.740 We'll be right back.

00:33:40.680 Human Events Daily,

00:33:42.120 Real America's Voice,

00:33:43.320 the Allen Radio Network.

00:33:51.180 Jack is a great guy.

00:33:52.620 He's written that fantastic book.

00:33:54.340 Everybody's talking about it.

00:33:55.600 Go get it.

00:33:56.760 And he's been my friend

00:33:57.660 right from the beginning

00:33:58.600 of this whole beautiful event.

00:34:00.680 And we're going to turn it around

00:34:02.040 and make our country

00:34:02.960 great to get to you.

00:34:03.900 Amen.

00:34:04.240 Amen.

00:34:05.660 Where in the Constitution

00:34:06.840 does it say

00:34:07.960 that a district judge

00:34:10.380 can issue an injunction

00:34:11.780 striking down

00:34:13.420 all of Doge,

00:34:14.760 all of the president's actions,

00:34:16.600 something that the president

00:34:17.620 wants done

00:34:18.220 that you have to hire people?

00:34:19.760 Where in the Constitution

00:34:20.660 is that?

00:34:21.280 Because I haven't seen it.

00:34:22.080 I've looked and looked

00:34:23.080 and I can't find it either.

00:34:24.440 I think the judges

00:34:25.600 are misunderstanding

00:34:26.740 that they're under Article 3

00:34:28.640 and that the executive branch

00:34:30.440 is under Article 2.

00:34:32.000 And how the president

00:34:33.040 runs his own branch

00:34:34.460 is no business

00:34:35.460 of the federal judiciary.

00:34:37.680 It's as simple as that.

00:34:38.740 Ladies and gentlemen,

00:34:39.520 it's called

00:34:39.900 the system of checks

00:34:41.600 and balances

00:34:42.440 and the separation

00:34:43.940 of powers.

00:34:45.100 And think of it, right?

00:34:46.340 The president can't come in

00:34:47.660 and tell John Roberts

00:34:48.720 who he should hire

00:34:49.400 as a clerk

00:34:50.060 or what cases

00:34:51.280 they should take up, right?

00:34:52.560 That's a clear

00:34:53.340 separation of power.

00:34:54.940 All right, Jack Posobiec,

00:34:55.940 here we are back,

00:34:57.160 Washington, D.C.

00:34:58.900 Of course,

00:34:59.440 we've got the incredible

00:35:00.900 lash.

00:35:01.240 Hold that shot there

00:35:01.860 for a second, guys.

00:35:02.520 That's great.

00:35:03.220 I love that shot

00:35:04.140 of the White House

00:35:06.660 with the green fountain there,

00:35:10.220 the North Lawn

00:35:11.020 of the White House.

00:35:12.440 Just beautiful,

00:35:13.360 beautiful shot

00:35:14.140 there on St. Patrick's.

00:35:16.340 By the way,

00:35:16.800 imagine not wearing green

00:35:18.400 on St. Patrick's Day.

00:35:19.600 Couldn't be me.

00:35:20.700 Couldn't be me.

00:35:22.180 Let me tell you something

00:35:23.100 about the issue

00:35:25.280 at hand right now.

00:35:26.440 And people are,

00:35:26.860 this is starting to be

00:35:27.500 the big debate.

00:35:28.980 Should President Trump

00:35:30.240 ignore the courts, right?

00:35:32.660 That's kind of the big question.

00:35:33.580 Let's actually make that

00:35:34.180 the question of the day.

00:35:35.340 So 1776 at humanevents.com,

00:35:37.760 1776 at humanevents.com.

00:35:40.240 What are your thoughts

00:35:41.160 on President Trump

00:35:42.400 ignoring these injunctions

00:35:44.820 from district courts?

00:35:46.300 Now, a lot of people will say,

00:35:48.200 okay, just ignore them all.

00:35:49.620 Just go ahead and ignore them all.

00:35:50.740 Get rid of them. 1.00

00:35:51.500 They're ridiculous. 1.00

00:35:52.860 Just throw them out. 1.00

00:35:53.940 You know, get them out of here.

00:35:55.000 Who cares?

00:35:55.640 He's the president.

00:35:56.380 All right.

00:35:57.140 And in a sense, right,

00:35:58.760 there's certainly legal standing

00:36:00.060 for that because, well,

00:36:01.380 Article 3 of the Constitution

00:36:03.060 does not lay out

00:36:03.840 any enforcement mechanism

00:36:05.160 for the judiciary

00:36:06.280 to restrain the executive.

00:36:07.980 It is Article 2

00:36:08.920 where the executive must, quote,

00:36:10.340 take care that the laws

00:36:11.920 be faithfully executed

00:36:13.320 and swear an oath

00:36:14.460 to, quote,

00:36:14.980 preserve, protect,

00:36:15.800 and defend the Constitution.

00:36:17.240 It's not the judiciary.

00:36:18.860 In fact,

00:36:19.280 in the Federalist papers,

00:36:20.860 Alexander Hamilton,

00:36:22.080 remember the left?

00:36:22.900 They're supposed to love Hamilton.

00:36:24.640 Oh, Hamilton.

00:36:25.320 He's so good.

00:36:26.160 He's so great.

00:36:27.120 We love Hamilton.

00:36:28.220 Hamilton, Hamilton, Hamilton.

00:36:29.280 Well, he says that the judiciary

00:36:31.960 is, quote,

00:36:32.600 the least dangerous branch

00:36:34.040 because it lacks the sword

00:36:35.560 of the executive

00:36:36.200 or the purse of the legislature.

00:36:37.820 This is Federalist number 78

00:36:39.120 as written by Alexander Hamilton.

00:36:42.080 He argued that it depends

00:36:43.200 on the executive

00:36:43.860 to enforce the judgments

00:36:45.100 of the judiciary,

00:36:47.800 suggesting a relationship

00:36:49.240 of persuasion

00:36:50.240 rather than command.

00:36:51.840 This would align

00:36:52.780 with the English common law

00:36:54.220 tradition at the time

00:36:55.320 where courts advised the crown

00:36:57.160 but lacked coercive power over it.

00:37:00.280 The Constitution's framers,

00:37:02.300 wary of centralized authority

00:37:03.860 after the revolution,

00:37:05.980 intended a similar dynamic.

00:37:07.940 The judiciary could warn

00:37:09.120 the executive

00:37:09.680 of unconstitutional acts,

00:37:11.600 but ultimately,

00:37:12.500 ultimate accountability

00:37:13.240 rested with the executive oath

00:37:14.720 and the people's elected representatives

00:37:16.800 as outlined

00:37:17.580 in the Constitution explicitly.

00:37:19.660 So what does that all mean?

00:37:21.140 That all means that

00:37:22.200 the courts can argue,

00:37:25.160 they can argue

00:37:26.420 that the president

00:37:27.380 has overstepped his bounds

00:37:28.400 in terms of the Constitution.

00:37:29.920 But here's what's really interesting

00:37:31.420 about this case

00:37:32.600 where you have a use case

00:37:34.740 where this judge,

00:37:36.300 this district judge,

00:37:37.360 is saying that,

00:37:38.340 well, hold on,

00:37:39.460 you know,

00:37:39.720 I don't think

00:37:40.540 that the president's action

00:37:42.460 holds up

00:37:43.640 with this law itself.

00:37:45.720 So we've given,

00:37:46.940 the legislature

00:37:47.580 has given the president

00:37:48.480 the ability to use

00:37:51.100 the Alien Exclusion Act,

00:37:52.500 but he should only do so

00:37:54.420 in specific times.

00:37:55.700 Well, the question then

00:37:57.160 that would eventually come up

00:37:58.360 is on what grounds, right?

00:38:00.080 So on what grounds?

00:38:01.100 Are you saying that the law itself

00:38:02.260 is unconstitutional

00:38:03.160 or are you saying

00:38:04.460 that the law needs to be fixed?

00:38:05.900 Now, there's a lot of question

00:38:07.500 about this, right?

00:38:08.840 And I do think,

00:38:09.820 and I'll just,

00:38:10.640 I'll take it back

00:38:11.200 and take it to the higher level

00:38:12.080 here for a second.

00:38:13.000 Gosh, I love these images.

00:38:14.680 Show as many images

00:38:15.800 of these as possible,

00:38:17.200 of the mass deportations.

00:38:18.700 Here's my Lenten Daily Confession,

00:38:20.280 by the way.

00:38:21.080 I love the deportation videos

00:38:22.820 and I can't get enough of them.

00:38:24.600 The only problem is

00:38:25.420 I need more.

00:38:26.160 I need more, baby.

00:38:27.040 More, more, more, more, more, more, more.

00:38:28.320 So come on.

00:38:29.080 Come on, Daddy Tom,

00:38:30.260 that Daddy Tom Homan.

00:38:31.420 Let's get him out.

00:38:32.100 Let's get him all up there.

00:38:33.620 And Secretary Kristi Noem

00:38:35.460 just doing the absolute Lord's work.

00:38:37.540 But here's the thing, right?

00:38:39.480 The thing with these videos,

00:38:41.280 and as much as I want to see more of them,

00:38:43.000 as much of them as possible,

00:38:44.060 it does make sense

00:38:46.260 that the president

00:38:47.540 shouldn't just,

00:38:48.520 you know,

00:38:49.260 shouldn't just completely ignore

00:38:50.980 the judiciary.

00:38:52.320 No, you wouldn't want that either.

00:38:53.860 What you want

00:38:54.660 is a president

00:38:56.060 that is operating

00:38:56.960 within the confines

00:38:58.040 of the legal structure,

00:38:59.340 of course.

00:39:00.060 And what does that mean?

00:39:01.240 Well, certainly that means

00:39:02.720 immigration

00:39:03.560 on national security purposes.

00:39:05.340 This is absolutely

00:39:07.060 a clearly defined area

00:39:09.280 where the commander-in-chief

00:39:10.660 has broad,

00:39:12.140 unilateral ability

00:39:13.460 to wage

00:39:14.520 and wield power

00:39:15.820 as the executive.

00:39:17.200 Of course he does.

00:39:18.540 When it's the national security,

00:39:20.120 that's through his power

00:39:21.240 as commander-in-chief.

00:39:23.200 And no,

00:39:23.960 you don't get the ability

00:39:25.080 for all of these

00:39:26.440 hundreds of district judges

00:39:27.940 to decide

00:39:28.820 that they get to be

00:39:30.000 the commander-in-chief.

00:39:30.780 They're not.

00:39:31.500 They're simply not.

00:39:33.240 Now,

00:39:33.500 if there are going to be court cases,

00:39:34.740 sure,

00:39:35.000 there could be court cases.

00:39:36.200 But I think it's very smart

00:39:37.700 for the administration

00:39:38.360 to force this fight.

00:39:39.820 That's exactly

00:39:40.300 what's happened here.

00:39:41.200 Obviously,

00:39:41.640 I would have been very upset

00:39:43.960 if those planes had turned around

00:39:44.980 after they had already

00:39:46.120 gotten into international waters

00:39:47.400 all the way over

00:39:48.600 the Gulf of America.

00:39:49.860 No.

00:39:50.360 No.

00:39:50.640 You're in international waters.

00:39:51.800 You're done.

00:39:52.700 Right?

00:39:52.920 You're out.

00:39:53.300 You've already been deported.

00:39:54.240 You've already effectively

00:39:55.240 deported them at that point.

00:39:56.580 What would be the point

00:39:57.260 of bringing them back?

00:39:57.960 They're outside the jurisdiction

00:39:59.100 of the United States

00:39:59.740 and outside the jurisdiction

00:40:00.600 of U.S. courts.

00:40:02.300 So I commend the administration

00:40:03.580 for this.

00:40:04.580 I think it's a fight

00:40:05.340 that's going to be brewing

00:40:06.200 and I think that it's very smart

00:40:07.560 to do so along lines

00:40:09.160 like immigration 0.77

00:40:09.860 and national security

00:40:11.000 that are clearly delineated

00:40:13.320 by another 18th century document

00:40:16.400 called the U.S. Constitution.

00:40:18.840 There you go,

00:40:19.500 ladies and gentlemen.

00:40:20.240 As always,

00:40:21.000 you have my permission.

00:40:21.580 Bye-bye.

00:40:22.000 Bye-bye.

00:40:22.080 Bye-bye.

00:40:22.260 Bye-bye.
