00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 We are in a fifth generational conflict.

00:00:40.180 For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.

00:00:45.500 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Poso.

00:00:48.500 Deliver us from evil.

00:00:50.800 At the time of me writing this next song, it was based on a true story.

00:00:54.740 It still ain't far from the truth, but I got a couple bucks now.

00:00:58.260 The Lahaina Fire is now the deadliest fire in the U.S. in more than a century.

00:01:17.560 The official death toll reached 93 and is expected to rise as recovery continues.

00:01:23.320 The FDA is now saying that it's okay to take ivermectin if you have COVID.

00:01:36.760 And now, three years later, the FDA says, oh, yeah, that's fine.

00:01:40.440 Take ivermectin.

00:01:41.320 Western officials have expressed disappointment in a much-vaunted counter-offensive,

00:01:45.860 which began in June.

00:01:47.180 Ukraine has only taken back an estimated 100 square miles of territory since then.

00:01:52.140 This is what's so frustrating about our media.

00:01:54.700 Cover Donald Trump.

00:01:55.860 Fine.

00:01:56.360 There are trials coming up.

00:01:57.820 Cover Joe Biden equally with the same vigor if you want anything resembling integrity back.

00:02:02.960 I have publicly called for three impeachment inquiries to proceed in the House.

00:02:07.320 Number one, I believe the House should impeach Alejandro Mayorkas.

00:02:10.760 Number two, I believe the House should impeach Merrick Garland.

00:02:14.540 Number three, I believe the House should open an inquiry into impeaching Joe Biden.

00:02:19.020 This affects the future.

00:02:20.980 You know, our young people are being told, due process doesn't matter.

00:02:24.640 Free speech doesn't matter.

00:02:26.180 Just get Trump.

00:02:27.500 The text message really lay out a plan that links Trump's own attorneys to the operatives

00:02:32.240 on the ground who did get access to these voting systems in a rural Georgia county.

00:02:36.420 Is there any chance you take a plea deal in Georgia?

00:02:38.620 I don't take a plea deal.

00:02:38.860 We did nothing wrong if you don't ever take a plea deal.

00:02:41.380 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Live with Jack Posobiec.

00:02:46.920 Today is August 14th, 2020, 2023, Anno Domini.

00:02:51.600 But of course, we're talking about things from 2020.

00:02:54.320 That's why we're focused on this.

00:02:56.900 Folks, I have right before me on this screen, a screenshot of the Fulton County DA's docket.

00:03:04.560 It reads, the state of Georgia versus Donald John Trump.

00:03:10.540 It has a case number.

00:03:12.400 It has the file date of today.

00:03:14.760 Today, it has a judicial officer, Rachel Carenzale.

00:03:20.320 I have the case status open.

00:03:22.920 It is a 13-count indictment of Donald John Trump, violation of RICO, solicitation of violation

00:03:30.340 of oath, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, conspiracy to commit forgery,

00:03:36.220 morgue forgery, forgery, forgery, forgery, forgery, false documents, violation of oath,

00:03:40.180 false statements and writings.

00:03:41.140 Folks, how did the Georgia, Fulton County, Georgia, DA, have the results of the grand jury's

00:03:51.360 vote even before the grand jury has voted?

00:03:55.340 The grand jury is still accepting testimony right now.

00:04:01.340 They're still taking testimony right now in Fulton County, Georgia.

00:04:06.220 DA Fannie Mose, you done messed up. 0.91

00:04:08.580 You done messed up.

00:04:10.780 Because this means you have now tainted this grand jury.

00:04:15.700 You have tampered with your jury.

00:04:18.360 You've told them what the results of their vote will be, or at least what you expect them

00:04:25.160 to be.

00:04:27.220 We're going to keep you until we get the proper votes.

00:04:30.740 We're going to make sure that you stay in this jury.

00:04:33.180 We're going to make sure that you vote properly.

00:04:36.200 This is the answer that we require.

00:04:42.240 And you are going to give it to us.

00:04:43.960 Yes, you will, jury.

00:04:46.300 Well, here's the problem.

00:04:48.360 That's not how this is supposed to work in our system.

00:04:50.700 It's supposed to be you solicit testimony.

00:04:54.280 Then the grand jury votes.

00:04:56.880 Then they send it to the DA.

00:04:59.280 Then the DA makes a decision based off of the grand jury's recommendation.

00:05:04.120 That's the exact opposite of what happened here.

00:05:05.960 And Reuters is the one that blew this all up.

00:05:08.040 Because Reuters reported it initially from the website.

00:05:11.520 They saw the docket.

00:05:12.880 It gets pulled off the docket.

00:05:14.460 They say, what's going on?

00:05:15.820 They have the screenshots.

00:05:16.880 Folks, we have the receipts from Fulton County.

00:05:22.720 Bad things are happening in Fulton County right now, folks.

00:05:26.840 Bad things are happening in Fulton County.

00:05:29.160 Dershowitz has his thing.

00:05:30.440 The bananas.

00:05:31.500 Four bananas.

00:05:32.540 Four bananas to the banana republic right now of Fulton County.

00:05:38.540 Four bananas.

00:05:39.260 Because this is an entire bull show.

00:05:41.640 An entire bull show.

00:05:42.700 You know what?

00:05:44.380 Dayo.

00:05:45.300 You say dayo.

00:05:47.400 Daylight come and we one go home.

00:05:50.920 Daylight come and we one go home.

00:05:53.720 This is it.

00:05:54.580 This is it.

00:05:54.940 We live in a banana republic right now. 0.95

00:05:57.820 We've got a huge show, but this is ridiculous and we're not going to leave it. 0.76

00:06:02.280 We're not going to walk off.

00:06:03.300 We're going to go through exactly what is happening.

00:06:06.940 Exactly what is happening in the banana republic that we once called the United States of America.

00:06:13.200 And then we're going to Maui at the end of the show.

00:06:15.480 But we have a special report directly from Maui for people who are actually in harm's way.

00:06:23.660 Bloods and them boys had a saying.

00:06:27.580 You can't be listening to all that slappy whack trimatozolitzabam ship.

00:06:31.760 Nippy bam bam. 0.60

00:06:33.000 Like human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:06:38.440 All right, folks, we're back.

00:06:39.740 Jack Posobiec here.

00:08:25.900 844-577-POSO.

00:08:28.020 Folks, this story out of Fulton County, they're going to try to make this go away.

00:08:33.640 They're going to tell you that it doesn't matter.

00:08:36.780 They're going to run fact checks.

00:08:38.180 They're going to run community notes.

00:08:40.000 The CNN is going to put out an explainer.

00:08:41.840 The Washington Post is probably already on the phone.

00:08:43.840 We're like, get us, Phil Bump.

00:08:45.100 Get us the Bump.

00:08:46.180 We need the Bump.

00:08:46.960 Bump him in here because we need Bump to correct what just happened.

00:08:50.760 Let me tell you what just happened.

00:08:52.300 What just happened is the Fulton County grand jury was tainted by the actions of whoever was involved in this and ultimately tainted by DA Fannie Willis because she's the one in charge of this.

00:09:05.700 These charges, and we have them right here.

00:09:07.620 We have the full receipts of this.

00:09:09.040 We have the screenshot from their own website.

00:09:11.600 This isn't, by the way, like when I saw Carrie Lake just responded to me on Twitter with that screenshot of her election results reported by media.

00:09:19.200 This is different than just me.

00:09:20.220 It's actually worse.

00:09:21.220 It's actually worse because this is the government telling you, telling you on an official government website that your prosecution will be humming.

00:09:30.780 It will be handed down.

00:09:32.620 We are deliberately tainting our process.

00:09:34.880 We're deliberately meddling with our process, and we know it.

00:09:39.800 We know exactly what we're doing.

00:09:42.400 So the question is, and I certainly hope the Trump lawyers get all over this, and I certainly hope they file injunction immediately at whatever court they have to, state level or federal level, to deal with this.

00:09:53.140 Because this grand jury has been irrevocably tainted from the very start.

00:09:57.660 Do not let them.

00:09:59.020 Do not let them say that this grand jury was not tainted.

00:10:02.800 Because you know that that report from Reuters, this screenshot is going around now inside that courthouse.

00:10:08.720 Everyone's talking about it.

00:10:09.860 I guarantee you, everyone is talking about this.

00:10:12.380 13 charges.

00:10:14.320 Violation of the Georgia Rico Act.

00:10:16.620 Solicitation of violation of oath.

00:10:18.700 Conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer.

00:10:21.260 Or conspiracy to commit forgery again and again.

00:10:23.960 It's all conspiracy, conspiracy, false documents, et cetera, et cetera.

00:10:27.280 And we know exactly what's coming.

00:10:28.740 Because we've been telling you that this is exactly what would be coming for a while now.

00:10:32.560 But what we didn't know is that they were going to tip their hand in such a way that it actually taints the grand jury itself.

00:10:39.780 And keep in mind that this grand jury is the second grand jury in the case.

00:10:44.440 Because I believe we have some footage of the original jury foreman in the special grand jury who was seated last year looking into all of this under Fannie Webb.

00:10:56.960 So now they're tainting this grand jury.

00:11:00.220 Let's go look at the tape.

00:11:01.740 Who was it that was running the original grand jury in Georgia that started this process?

00:11:06.180 After everything that you've seen, what would your reaction be if the D.A. decides against bringing any charges after what you've seen?

00:11:30.780 I will be sad if nothing happens.

00:11:36.300 Like that's about my only request there is for something to happen.

00:11:41.520 I don't necessarily know what it is.

00:11:43.380 I'm not the legal expert.

00:11:44.640 I'm not the judge.

00:11:45.700 I'm not the lawyers.

00:11:46.660 But I will be frustrated if nothing happens.

00:11:51.280 This was too much, too much information, too much of my time, too much of everyone's time, too much of their time.

00:11:58.340 Too much argument in court about getting people to appear before us.

00:12:03.860 There was just too much for this to just be, oh, okay, we're good.

00:12:08.400 Bye.

00:12:10.140 Bad things happen in Fulton County.

00:12:13.280 Bad things happen in Fulton County.

00:12:16.020 By the way, caught another frustrated.

00:12:18.240 We need a frustrated alert.

00:12:19.500 I think we're going to do like a frustrated alarm or something here on the show because every time I want to catch somebody when they say frustrated,

00:12:25.020 you know, there's actually two R's in that word.

00:12:28.100 There's two R's in the word frustrated.

00:12:30.420 Frustrated.

00:12:31.120 Try it out.

00:12:31.840 Frustrated.

00:12:32.400 I was frustrated.

00:12:33.300 Frustrated.

00:12:34.280 We have a meme up that's sent in by listeners still boneless.

00:12:40.920 And for the podcast listeners, it's DA Fannie Willis reading the book Am I Disabled from The Simpsons?

00:12:48.700 When you upload the grand jury results before the grand jury has even voted.

00:12:53.860 Joining us now, I want to bring him in.

00:12:55.720 Lieutenant Colonel Tony Schaefer joins us here.

00:12:58.260 Now, Tony, we were going to talk about Ukraine a little bit, some of the new reports that are coming out of there, juxtapose that with Maui.

00:13:04.060 But I've got to get your comment, Tony, on all of the breaking news that we're seeing out of this.

00:13:08.980 And let me just hear if you agree.

00:13:10.540 Do you agree with my assessment that this has, in fact, tainted the grand jury?

00:13:15.400 Oh, no doubt.

00:13:18.100 I think it's ironic.

00:13:19.340 We were going to talk about Ukraine and Russia when what we're looking at here is Soviet-level wrongdoing. 0.61

00:13:25.740 This is what they would do in the Soviet Union. 0.77

00:13:27.560 Why bother, Jack, dealing with a grand jury?

00:13:32.660 Let's just make up the charges and then we'll send it to the grand jury for a validation.

00:13:37.080 That's what was going to happen here.

00:13:38.500 And I think it's grandly ironic that you have a DA who is – I can only imagine the level of incompetence that one has to have to screw things up to this level.

00:13:52.120 But this is – George Soros bought the best loyal slugs out there, but he did not bother to actually include competency.

00:14:01.820 So that's a good thing for President Trump and the folks actually hoping that there will be some level of justice.

00:14:09.100 But, yeah, it's – there's just no way at this point that anybody will take anything coming out of Fulton County out of this situation as serious.

00:14:19.180 I mean, everybody knows that this has been a circus, and so I think – well, I think they're going to go forward with the indictments.

00:14:27.200 I don't think anybody who actually has an ounce of integrity is going to see this for anything more than being a political witch hunt, which it is.

00:14:36.320 Tony, let me ask you a question that I've asked a lot of people about this, this just situation in general, and not necessarily Fulton County, but there's various indictments against Trump right now.

00:14:47.020 I asked Vivek Ramaswamy when he was on, and I'll ask you as well.

00:14:52.240 Do you think that – you know, we're running out of Rubicons to cross, but do you think that in any of these cases, if given the chance, that they will actually pursue not just conviction, but pursue a sentencing where we see Donald Trump be put behind bars?

00:15:10.340 Do you think they will actually try to do that?

00:15:12.140 Yeah, if he's convicted, of course they're going to do that.

00:15:15.080 This is all about trying to make sure that Trump is locked up.

00:15:19.540 I mean, I'm serious.

00:15:20.420 That is their objective.

00:15:22.200 I don't believe for a minute, Jack, any case I've seen – I'm not a lawyer.

00:15:26.800 I have pretended to be one, and one case is in front of the Iowa Supreme Court as part of mock trial, but I'm not a lawyer, and nor am I pretending to be at this point.

00:15:34.040 But from my professional understanding of the law, not a single charge, even if he's convicted, will stand up to the scrutiny of the Supreme Court.

00:15:44.300 I think this is all going to go to the Supreme Court.

00:15:46.900 It's all going to be overturned, and it's all going to go away.

00:15:50.820 But, yes, if the left is successful in landing any one of these issues as a conviction, they're going to seek prison time because they want to humiliate President Trump.

00:16:05.180 That's what it is.

00:16:05.840 It's all about trying to basically punish someone who dared oppose the uniparty or whatever you want to call the left-wing progressives and the neocons on the right who essentially are very unhappy with what Trump did or will do if he should come back into power.

00:16:26.560 And let me ask you this with your intel officer hat on, because this is something that I've spoken about and something that you know as well.

00:16:37.120 And we're coming up on a break here.

00:16:38.380 We've got about a minute left.

00:16:39.840 Sure.

00:16:40.680 Tony, if they – and I'll hold you over.

00:16:43.140 Tony, if they move to actually put Trump behind bars, what do you think that does for the stability of the United States?

00:16:50.580 Well, that's a whole other can of worms.

00:16:53.480 And when you have the population who now I think is awoken – they're not woke, they have awoken to the level of corruption that exists within DOJ and how much of the government has become a solely owned subsidiary of the Democrat Party.

00:17:10.300 People aren't going back.

00:17:11.980 I have a number of rock and roll friends, Hollywood types, that are quiet, but they're very much aware.

00:17:17.600 And, you know, Jack, these are lesbians, these are liberals, these are free speech folks who are fed up with their party doing these horrific things.

00:17:28.140 So I think if they're seeing it, you're going to have more America wake up and show up to do something about it.

00:17:33.400 I don't think anybody would accept President Trump being put in prison to include a large segment of the traditional liberals who would probably leave the Democrat Party.

00:17:44.100 Look, you know, I kind of – I stole Dershowitz's line about the banana republics earlier, and I said we're at four bananas.

00:17:52.760 We're at four bananas now.

00:17:54.520 Four bananas to the banana republic.

00:17:56.380 But we need to have serious questions about what the stability of the United States will be in a raucous environment like this when you've got a tainted grand jury now moving.

00:18:08.740 And we kind of already know.

00:18:09.780 We kind of already know.

00:18:10.440 It's fait accompli that the indictments will come tomorrow.

00:18:13.940 How do you even trust a system like this?

00:18:17.080 Stay tuned.

00:18:17.440 We'll be back with more with Tony Schaefer.

00:18:18.600 Now you talk about influences.

00:18:23.620 These are influences, and they're friends of mine, Jack Posobiec.

00:18:29.360 Where's Jack?

00:18:30.340 Jack.

00:18:31.280 He's done a great job.

00:18:33.220 All right.

00:18:36.700 Jack Posobiec here.

00:18:38.280 Back here.

00:18:39.600 Human Events Live, Washington, D.C.

00:18:41.640 I want to take one second to tell you about today's sponsor because I like knowing exactly where my food comes from.

00:18:50.060 And with Moink Box, that place is from small family farms all across the country. 0.94

00:19:29.140 And they're helping to save our traditions, our values, and every rural America story, basically, with their order.

00:19:36.980 You know, Tanya just made the cheese brats last night after our last Moink box. 0.65

00:19:40.740 I'm telling you, those things.

00:19:42.120 I thought the bacon brats were amazing, but now I'm sitting there going, these cheese brats, they're giving the bacon brats a run for the money.

00:19:49.820 I got to say it.

00:19:50.580 I guess I'm sorry.

00:19:51.780 I'm sorry.

00:19:52.320 Look, I love bacon.

00:19:53.220 I love the thick-cut bacon, and Moink box has that too.

00:19:55.700 But these cheese brats, it's giving the bacon brats a run for the money, and I'm sitting here thinking, I never thought I would actually say that.

00:20:03.660 But that's what Moink box has done for me and for my belly. 0.91

00:20:07.980 So to keep American farming going by signing up, you can go there right now, moinkbox.com slash poso, and get the Human Events audience offer of a free pound of ground beef or free ground beef for a year.

00:20:22.400 That's one year of the best ground beef you'll ever taste, but for a limited time.

00:20:27.540 Spelled M-O-I-N-K, box.com slash poso.

00:20:30.960 That's moinkbox.com slash poso.

00:20:33.600 All right, we're back.

00:20:34.360 Tony Schaefer here, Lieutenant Curl.

00:20:35.880 Now, Tony, I do want to dive into this a little bit because I think it's an extremely dangerous but also potentially plausible situation.

00:20:46.500 Look, the FBI just went in last week with this 75-year-old 300-pound keyboard warrior in Utah pre-dawn raid.

00:20:56.300 Right.

00:20:56.460 They could have picked him up when he was going for groceries, but no, they went and pursued the most, you know, the most aggressive, most aggressive move they could possibly against him.

00:21:07.520 This is something that you guys would do in Afghanistan, you know, after considerable planning, but probably not inside the United States.

00:21:16.260 Yeah, certainly not inside the United States.

00:21:17.960 But even if you were in Afghanistan, if you had a 300-pound al-Qaeda member with limited mobility, I don't know if the pre-dawn raid is really the route you need to take with it.

00:21:28.940 But when you've got a situation like that that's going on on the ground, on a regular basis, it feels like now in the United States, Roger Stone got a pre-dawn raid as well.

00:21:37.740 Right.

00:21:38.300 And unfortunately, that one didn't end and escalate as violently as this one did.

00:21:43.060 But when we're seeing things like this and also being told that our former president is about to be indicted, he will most likely be convicted by at least one of these juries.

00:21:54.200 These sentences clearly hold jail time.

00:22:00.040 Walk me through, just take the United States out of it, but walk me through just a neutral country when you are, as an intelligence officer, looking at the potential indicators for civil unrest.

00:22:13.640 Are there any that we're missing?

00:22:16.240 So the closest analogy to the current situation in modern history is Venezuela.

00:22:21.300 If you recall, Jack, the Venezuelan government decided under Hugo Chavez to become essentially a communist state.

00:22:30.180 And I'm just, not that I'm calling the Democrat Party communists, I'm saying they've adapted and adopted certain traits of the Soviet Union.

00:22:40.600 And we just talked about a few of those.

00:22:42.180 So what we saw play out in Venezuela would be playing out here, where you see wholesale chaos, you see lawlessness, you see lack of resources.

00:22:53.360 All those things would start and you would have strong political movements who would be activated and responsive to the injustices, as we saw in Venezuela.

00:23:04.860 So I think that, to your point regarding instability, Venezuela is never fully recovered.

00:23:13.280 It's still basically a third world country. 0.81

00:23:15.620 So we would, I believe we would see the veneer of a Latin America dictatorship become the most prominent feature of the United States, because that's what Biden, that's what the entire administration, Merrick Garland.

00:23:34.960 And I mean, I could go through the rogues gallery of all these folks, Jack, who have basically compromised their integrity for purposes of using their political power to go after a political rival.

00:23:47.900 And again, that's what Hugo Chavez has done in the beginning, to be able to establish a path forward for Maduro to have power now.

00:23:55.440 It's become very clear that Venezuela, a country full of resources, rich beyond most expectations, the entire population could live very well.

00:24:08.800 They don't live well because the fact is their government has become a dictatorship that's focused on a communist model.

00:24:16.660 And that's the way I would see things playing out here.

00:24:21.000 A little bit different here, though, Jack, I think, because we do have much more of the population armed.

00:24:26.420 And please do not take my comments as threatening violence or any such thing.

00:24:31.460 All I'm saying is that the population here...

00:24:35.380 I'll just, I'll put out the disclaimer, but every time that we want to have one of these discussions, we always have to put out the disclaimer that says,

00:24:41.580 we are not calling for that, we are not advocating any of these things.

00:24:46.660 I do not want any of this stuff to happen.

00:24:49.460 If you want to have a political dispute, fine.

00:24:51.820 Let's go to the ballot box.

00:24:53.620 Let's go to the voting booth.

00:24:55.340 Exactly.

00:24:55.840 Let's have that be our pressure release valve. 0.74

00:24:59.500 However, we are also talking about what happens in other countries where people are armed and they feel particularly aggrieved.

00:25:07.920 And they also feel that the government is not listening to them or giving them that pressure release valve.

00:25:13.040 Well stated.

00:25:14.000 Now, the other thing about the release valve, let's go back to the inner cities.

00:25:18.220 Recently, over the weekend, a part of California I've spent some time in actually had riots because the state of California has basically removed all consequences for theft or minor offenses relating to what they consider social crimes.

00:25:35.320 And you had in the Topanga Mall, which I've been to near Tarzana, I have several friends who live there in the Woodland Hills area, had a spontaneous basically riot of people looting the mall.

00:25:51.280 So when you see this happening in all of the different major metropolitan areas, that's designed to create violence and chaos.

00:25:59.820 They are creating it, not us.

00:26:01.280 It's those who essentially are in the positions of power, who have taken charge of the official levers of government, who are then using those levers to create the chaos and conditions for violence.

00:26:13.440 That is through Antifa, through BLM, through these riots, as well as then trying to antagonize a large population, part of the population, by going after a political leader.

00:26:23.500 So all violence is being perpetrated and encouraged by the left.

00:26:29.620 And that is what it is.

00:26:33.000 It's a situation that many have likened to, and they used a phrase, anarcho-tyranny.

00:26:40.960 Anarcho-tyranny, because on one level, you've got anarchists, you've got looters, you've got BLM criminals that are essentially given free reign. 0.84

00:26:50.880 As you say, in California, some of these other blue zone jurisdictions.

00:26:55.600 But then on the other hand, if you're a member of the other party and they don't like your Facebook posts, they'll come and kill you at 6.15 in the morning.

00:27:04.060 If you, you know, made a phone call, and even though the Washington Post had to retract their initial reporting on the phone call between Brian Kemp, the governor of Georgia, and President Trump, that they're still moving forward with an indictment, nevertheless.

00:27:21.020 Nevertheless, right, that is the tyranny.

00:27:23.440 Or, by the way, if you get into an argument with somebody on an airplane over wearing a mask, or if you're caught, you know, with your taillight out, if you don't have the right vaccination.

00:27:37.360 I actually had somebody ask me for a vaccination card last week, and we were doing something in D.C., and I had somebody ask me for a vaccination card.

00:27:42.540 I just laughed.

00:27:43.340 I just, I absolutely just laughed.

00:27:44.880 You're still asking me.

00:27:45.900 Number one, I never got one of those.

00:27:47.300 And number two, no.

00:27:48.000 I just, we just said no, absolutely said no.

00:27:50.680 That is the tyranny.

00:27:52.460 And so, I guess, Tony, my question is, how much of this, how much of this is deliberate?

00:27:58.880 Oh, it's all deliberate.

00:27:59.960 Look, within the last 24 hours, there was a decision in one of the federal courts basically chastising the Biden administration for have actively participated in suppression of free speech.

00:28:11.400 So, it's all planned.

00:28:12.180 I mean, during the first two years of the Biden administration, and by the way, Jack, you and I both know a lot of this started under Trump.

00:28:20.540 I'm not saying Trump did it.

00:28:21.560 I'm saying Trump was not as proficient as he should have been policing up the ranks of those working for him because the DHS capacity to do the wholesale monitoring and adjustment of information that the government doesn't like happened during Trump's watch.

00:28:41.040 And it became really implemented under Biden.

00:28:45.480 And Biden's White House was fully wetting.

00:28:48.140 The digital director was involved in this.

00:28:51.280 There's ample evidence.

00:28:52.680 So, yeah, it's all on purpose.

00:28:55.500 When it starts at the White House, it permeates every aspect of federal bureaucracies and every aspect of local jurisdictions, which are essentially controlled or leaning towards the Democrat Party.

00:29:12.220 And again, here locally, I live in a very red county in North Carolina.

00:29:15.780 Nobody here who recognizes what the larger Democrat Party is doing will have a D near their name.

00:29:22.540 They see it for what it is.

00:29:24.440 So, it's a very dangerous time, but it's all orchestrated with a clear intent to basically suppress any speech they disagree with and provide a path to continued power by the left indefinitely into perpetuity, no matter what it takes to do that.

00:29:39.020 Tony Schaefer, you've studied regimes around the world that have used these exact same tactics to crack down on political opponents.

00:29:47.660 You are an expert on these types of movements.

00:29:51.460 I've got about a minute left here.

00:29:52.780 Where can people go to follow you to get your analysis and all the breaking news?

00:29:56.560 Well, so ProjectSentinel.com, clearly, Jack, you know, you and I have talked a long time about the need to preserve freedom.

00:30:04.420 So, that's our primary website right now, LondonCenter.org.

00:30:08.140 LondonCenter Policy Research is the other area where we focus on international politics.

00:30:12.500 But the one thing I do ask people to do who see our interview and talk about this is become involved.

00:30:17.640 This is not going to get any better without your personal commitment and involvement to do something.

00:30:21.900 So, the more we sit back and do nothing, the more the other side takes advantage and goes after political leaders or tries to suppress our speech.

00:30:30.940 So, be aware of that.

00:30:31.720 So, Jack, thanks for having me on.

00:30:32.840 That's exactly right.

00:30:34.440 Tony, thank you so much.

00:30:35.500 Always a pleasure.

00:30:36.420 We are going next and now live to Maui, to the scene of the devastation and everything that's going on there, because we want to help our fellow Americans.

00:30:47.180 I'm buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office.

00:30:54.640 I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:31:02.000 All right, folks.

00:31:02.940 Jack Posobiec here.

00:31:03.780 Live, Washington, D.C.

00:31:05.420 Human events returns.

00:31:07.340 I have to tell you guys, this show, everything I do, my every morning begins powered by Blackout Coffee.

00:31:15.300 And look, when you've got two toddlers, when you're running shows like this, like human events, when you're running around on War Room every morning, when you've got Steve Bannon calling you at 6 a.m.,

00:31:25.820 you know that you need to have the energy to be able to be operating and firing on all pistons 24-7.

00:31:33.900 How do you do that?

00:31:34.740 It's simple.

00:31:35.480 Get powered by Blackout Coffee.

00:31:37.440 Go to blackoutcoffee.com right now.

00:31:39.800 Use promo code POSO20.

00:31:41.180 Why 20?

00:31:41.980 Because that gets you 20% off your first order.

00:31:45.540 Blackoutcoffee.com, promo code POSO20.

00:31:48.360 Very honored right now, very honored actually, to bring on to human events.

00:31:53.600 We have live all the way from Maui, from there in Hawaii.

00:31:59.480 We have the VP of CityServe, Todd Lamphere, is with us.

00:32:02.980 Todd is joining us from, he's not in Lahaina.

00:32:06.800 He's been in Lahaina doing work there, joining folks, trying to reach out, assist with the rescue efforts, the humanitarian efforts.

00:32:15.800 You've gone back and forth.

00:32:17.060 We've got some video that we can play.

00:32:18.540 Todd, walk us through what your organization is doing and what you've seen inside the disaster area in Maui.

00:32:25.920 Jack, good to be on program with you.

00:32:30.180 We are in at base camp for us at King's Cathedral, Maui, where this is early distribution central for us in CityServe and the organizations that are wrapped around King's Cathedral.

00:32:44.660 We were, we're actually on our way back into Lahaina now.

00:32:50.140 We're there yesterday.

00:32:51.400 And I'm just going to tell you, Jack, what we saw at Ground Zero was just total and absolute devastation.

00:33:00.940 Very apocalyptic, actually, is the best way to describe it.

00:33:05.860 And so when, when you see this, tell us, are you seeing, you know, and I hate to say this, but we've heard that there were 96 confirmed deaths already.

00:33:17.780 But are you seeing or hearing any more?

00:33:20.460 Because I've been getting a lot of reports just through social media, through the Internet.

00:33:25.660 I'm sure you're hearing more on the ground that we've been told that those numbers are essentially low.

00:33:29.960 Is that what you're hearing as well?

00:33:31.400 And are you seeing anything that can confirm those reports or is that just, is that just chatter?

00:33:36.900 What we experienced yesterday was we actually, in the pictures that you're showing on the screen right now, those are areas, quite frankly, that hadn't even, the cadaver dogs had not been there yet.

00:33:51.240 So it's, there's a lot of territory that's yet to be combed over.

00:33:57.560 And I think you're going to find, unfortunately, that those numbers are going to skyrocket.

00:34:03.020 So when we're seeing these images, by the way, you know, people keep asking, they say, this, this, this is the craziest wildfire that, that we've seen, because these images to me look like something that you would see out of a war zone.

00:34:18.600 And it looks like when, you know, the military conducts an air burst, the scorch marks that we're seeing, some of the bodies of animals that we've seen, there was a dog video that was going around, looks completely charred.

00:34:30.620 Are you able to walk us through some of the things that you saw like that?

00:34:35.180 Yeah, it's, you know, war zone actually is probably a great description. 0.99

00:34:40.420 Again, like I say, you're, you're seeing what we shot yesterday.

00:34:45.500 They did not have time to get out.

00:34:48.500 Talked to many, many people.

00:34:51.300 Many said, listen, I had three minutes.

00:34:54.280 Didn't have time.

00:34:55.400 There was such a traffic jam that people literally left their cars, ran on foot, jumped in the ocean, did whatever they needed to do in order to get away from this very aggressive wildfire.

00:35:10.420 Only the, so when, when something like this comes up, we were also hearing reports that there, there are early warning systems.

00:35:17.620 There's alert systems within the area.

00:35:19.920 Only three minutes were people not receiving these, these messages we get on our phones all the time.

00:35:25.060 Did something break down?

00:35:27.340 Yeah, I think that's, they'll, they'll have an internal review afterwards.

00:35:31.580 I'm sure to figure out exactly what, what went wrong.

00:35:35.560 Uh, if there was a breakdown, but, uh, just over and over again, we heard that we just did not have a lot of time.

00:35:44.280 It, uh, it happened that fast, literally.

00:35:48.780 And so for people that lived in Lahaina, who lived in that area, were they mostly able to get out to spots like where you are now?

00:35:57.340 Are there people who are still trapped behind?

00:35:59.200 What's the current situation?

00:36:00.220 Well, you can't, uh, you can't get into Lahaina, uh, unless you have, uh, someone who is a resident there.

00:36:09.360 It's, uh, you know, what's really interesting, Jack, is, you know, wildfires evidently have a mind of their own.

00:36:17.620 Uh, in, in, in those pictures that, that, that you've seen, uh, literally blocks were, were wiped out, but then you'd have a house right smack in the middle of it that wasn't touched.

00:36:30.760 And, uh, it's, uh, it's, there's just no, uh, no rhyme or reason to it.

00:36:37.080 It just really just happened that, that way.

00:36:39.760 And so they're beginning to get back in to see, uh, everything that I saw that was burned was, was just a total, complete devastation.

00:36:48.600 There was no recovery of, uh, of property at all.

00:36:53.620 So tell us a little bit about CityServe.

00:36:55.840 What is CityServe doing and how can people support your efforts?

00:36:59.520 Thank you, Jack, for that.

00:37:01.360 CityServe is an organization that is dedicated in, uh, meeting the needs of our communities through the local church.

00:37:10.060 Uh, our, uh, our role and responsibility is to resource the local church so that they can become the heroes in their community.

00:37:16.640 And that's what we've done here, uh, in, uh, this area in Maui with, uh, with King's Cathedral.

00:37:22.600 Uh, they literally have, uh, become the, uh, the epicenter of health on this island here.

00:37:28.880 And, uh, we believe in partnerships, Jack.

00:37:32.120 Uh, you know, CityServe partnering with, uh, Paula White Masteries, No Child Hungry, Mercy Chefs.

00:37:38.580 All of them are right here in King's Cathedral, just meeting the needs of people.

00:37:44.640 Uh, this has become, quite frankly, uh, a place where, uh, people sleep and, and they're, they're, uh, they're housing a, several hundred, uh, Islanders, uh, every single night.

00:37:55.580 We're feeding them three square meals a day, uh, compliments of Mercy Chefs and, uh, CityServe is coming along and we, uh, we augment and supplement this with, uh, we've got 250,000 pre-packed meals coming.

00:38:09.360 Uh, we have clothing, uh, from our friends at Jockey that, uh, will, uh, will be, uh, they're on their way now as well.

00:38:16.060 So, uh, we're here just to lift up the, the arms and, and just to show the love of Jesus to the people who are, who are hurting here and on the island.

00:38:26.380 Oh, amen.

00:38:28.480 Now, and I imagine that with some of these displaced folks, um, unfortunately it has to be said that, that you have situations where maybe the family's been, uh, separated.

00:38:38.000 You're missing someone, a family member, God forbid, missing a child separated from parents.

00:38:43.120 We heard, we heard there were stories about kids being sent home.

00:38:46.400 The parents didn't know they were home or they were sent somewhere else.

00:38:48.980 Uh, how is the recovery of missing persons, or at least the, hopefully the meetup of missing persons and separated persons going logistically?

00:38:58.260 Yeah, from day one, uh, that has been the number one issue here is it's making sure that people are, are, are well, are safe, um, are somewhere.

00:39:08.000 You know, we're day, uh, I think we're day four or five into this now.

00:39:12.840 So, uh, most of those, if they haven't connected, uh, with a loved one by now, uh, I think they've, uh, they've got some, uh, heavy hearts, uh, that will be happening.

00:39:26.840 Oh, I, I completely understand.

00:39:28.720 And our, our thoughts and prayers go out.

00:39:30.740 Um, we've got a minute left in the segment.

00:39:32.600 I'd love to hold you over though.

00:39:33.840 Where can people go just even before we go to the break, tell people where they can go.

00:39:38.000 To be able to support CityServe and support your efforts there on the ground in Maui.

00:39:42.260 You know, they can go to CityServe.us.

00:39:46.340 CityServe, one word, .us.

00:39:48.540 Uh, and they can click on the Maui relief button.

00:39:51.980 100% of what, uh, is given will, uh, will be going to the efforts here with, uh, in Maui and, uh, uh, working through the church here at King's Cathedral.

00:40:01.580 100%, that's amazing because, you know, we, we look at some of the things that go on around the world and, and, and I know that, uh, Todd, you've also done work in, in Ukraine as well, uh, going around, I was there last year.

00:40:14.720 Um, you know, this, this, this is the same type of thing, unfortunately, that you would see in a war zone in a disaster area.

00:40:23.740 100%.

00:40:24.220 That's exactly right.

00:40:26.440 Folks, go and support folks like Todd Lamphere.

00:40:30.060 Look, these are Americans.

00:40:32.100 These are our brothers and sisters.

00:40:33.780 These are our fellow citizens.

00:40:35.120 You do what you can in situations like this.

00:40:38.400 You step up and when it comes to, when it comes to answers, okay, we are going to do everything we can at human events to press our government to explain exactly what happened and exactly what went wrong with the government warning systems in place.

00:40:57.700 Why were people only given three minutes?

00:41:00.900 How did a situation like this ever begin in the first place?

00:41:04.500 Because I know people want to point fingers, but before we do that, we need answers.

00:41:08.560 And as always on human events, we will get the receipts.

00:41:12.660 Stay tuned.

00:41:12.940 We'll be right back.

00:41:13.380 One more segment.

00:41:13.900 Todd Lamphere.

00:41:19.880 I'm always listening to human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:24.420 All right, Jack Posobiec.

00:41:25.460 I'm here in Washington, D.C., but we are currently on the phone or, or, you know, connected, uh, electronically.

00:41:32.080 I should say with Todd Lamphere, who's coming to us, uh, taking some time away to be here with the human events audience.

00:41:39.300 He's on the ground in Maui.

00:41:41.340 He's doing what he can to help.

00:41:42.980 He's with city serve, but he needs you and your audience and your, you in this audience, you in this voice, your voice to take action.

00:41:50.760 All right, this is where you can actually take action and say, look, we know there's some terrible things that we're seeing that we have to talk about every day here on the show.

00:41:58.860 This is a chance where we can actually do something to help.

00:42:02.600 So, Todd, let people know that if, if they do want to get involved with city serve, what then happens is, you know, you talked about financial, uh, support.

00:42:11.200 What happens with that money?

00:42:12.720 How is that separated out?

00:42:14.060 You know, we, we talk about, uh, you know, 10% for the big guy these days.

00:42:18.220 So people are a little bit wary and I know times are tough.

00:42:20.640 So talk about how the money, uh, is actually going directly to the people who need it.

00:42:27.620 Yeah, Jack, you know, I think there are three things that, that we, uh, really want people to do.

00:42:32.320 First, we want them to pray.

00:42:34.040 Um, want people to, uh, to invoke the, uh, the God of heaven to really come down and to help and to love on the beautiful people on the island here.

00:42:42.600 The second thing we want them to do is we want them to give, uh, God has blessed us so that we can be a blessing to others.

00:42:48.880 And, uh, they can go to cityserve.us, uh, we know, uh, uh, Paula White Ministries at PaulaWhite.org is also, uh, 100% of what goes there goes straight to, uh, the efforts here, uh, in, uh, in Maui.

00:43:04.340 But the third thing is this, so we ask, we ask people to pray, we ask people to give, and then we ask people to act, to respond.

00:43:11.080 And that's really what we want to do.

00:43:12.860 This is a long-term relief effort here.

00:43:16.480 We have literally a city that is destroyed.

00:43:20.320 And, uh, in, in, in cities, I should say.

00:43:23.000 Not, but obviously Lahaina is, is getting a lot of the, uh, the press here.

00:43:27.240 But there are other cities, uh, and the fire's still going on.

00:43:31.420 Uh, we, we're up in, uh, uh, uh, the, uh, the high country here, uh, and trees were still on fire as of last night.

00:43:38.960 And so, uh, those are some things that we just really want people to know that they can do, they can give.

00:43:45.100 And I will tell you, I, I can't speak for other, you know, organizations, and there are a lot of great ones.

00:43:49.440 But, uh, the reality is 100% of what is given here is going to go to this effort.

00:43:55.380 Amen.

00:43:55.980 Now, you know, we were talking in the break a little bit, and, and I know that you've, uh, you have traveled to Ukraine.

00:44:00.820 You've, you supported some humanitarian efforts there.

00:44:03.000 Can you compare a little bit, um, the, the experience that you're having now in Maui to some of the things that you saw in Ukraine?

00:44:13.180 No, like you, Jack, uh, we've been boots on the ground in Ukraine and, and, uh, four times.

00:44:18.520 In fact, we have a group there right now.

00:44:20.240 Uh, in fact, I was supposed to be in Ukraine and got diverted here.

00:44:23.740 Uh, we're, uh, opening up a trauma center, uh, in, uh, in Kiev.

00:44:28.360 Uh, and, uh, there are similarities, you know, it's obviously, uh, one was a natural disaster.

00:44:34.080 Uh, the one in Ukraine was, uh, created by a, a madman in Russia, but, uh, uh, the end result's still the same. 0.69

00:44:43.000 Uh, people are dying, uh, people are hurt, homes are destroyed, lives have been uprooted.

00:44:50.740 And, uh, as in Ukraine, we have, uh, 1800 churches, uh, that CityServe works with in, uh, Ukraine.

00:45:00.580 And, uh, uh, it's all about the local church, uh, resourcing the local church to do what the local church does best.

00:45:07.740 To give hope, to lend a hand, have a shoulder to cry on, to, to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

00:45:14.440 And that's what, uh, churches do the absolute best of.

00:45:18.840 Amen.

00:45:21.060 I think that's great.

00:45:21.720 Todd, I know you've got, I know you've got a punch out here in a minute.

00:45:25.260 You've got to get back to work.

00:45:26.520 You've got help to give, tell people one more time where they can go to support these efforts, to help their fellow Americans, to be there, to be that shoulder, to be that hand of Christ in this time, in this moment.

00:45:41.860 Thank you, Jack, for bringing awareness to this, uh, on your program.

00:45:45.360 I'm in, uh, we would just encourage people go to CityServe.us, uh, slash Maui Relief, just CityServe.us.

00:45:56.720 You'll be able to get all the information there.

00:45:59.400 100% goes to, uh, the relief efforts here, uh, through King's Cathedral, uh, paulawite.org, same thing.

00:46:08.600 Uh, those are two ministries that have connected together, CityServe and Paula White Ministries, to, uh, to really, uh, be a helping hand to the beautiful people on this island.

00:46:18.560 Amen.

00:46:19.760 Amen.

00:46:20.300 God bless, Todd.

00:46:21.340 God bless your work out there.

00:46:23.220 God bless CityServe.

00:46:24.120 Appreciate it.

00:46:25.400 Thank you, Jack.

00:46:26.220 Have a great day.

00:46:28.060 You too.

00:46:28.560 Now, look, folks, Joe Biden, sitting on that beach there in Rehoboth, and they ask him, what do you think about the death toll?

00:46:39.740 He says, no comment.

00:46:40.700 I want to tell you something.

00:46:43.340 I have a comment.

00:46:44.760 This is going to be our comment.

00:46:46.720 We are going to do everything we can to help.

00:46:50.280 You see, Joe Biden would never say that if you ask him about the Ukrainians.

00:46:54.240 If he asked about the Ukrainian people, he said, what do you think about the results of this attack?

00:46:57.340 What do you think about the results of this thing that happened in Ukraine?

00:46:59.400 What do you think about this?

00:47:00.240 He's always going to give you an answer.

00:47:01.780 He's always going to say, oh, my heart, we're with them.

00:47:03.500 We stand with them.

00:47:04.100 We're never going to say, why can't you say that for the people of this country?

00:47:07.540 Joe Biden.

00:47:08.480 Mike Pence.

00:47:09.540 Mike Pence.

00:47:10.040 Oh, that's not my concern.

00:47:11.860 That's not my concern, Tucker.

00:47:13.880 It's not my concern that the Ukrainians need more tanks and American cities are falling apart.

00:47:21.140 Mike Pence isn't concerned.

00:47:23.200 That's not Mike Pence's concern.

00:47:25.040 Sitting there filling up his truck.

00:47:27.920 Can't even doesn't even know how to press the button to select which gas he wants to stop the beeping.

00:47:33.420 That's where Mike Pence's head is at.

00:47:35.420 That's what Joe Biden's head is at.

00:47:36.880 Folks, we are now sitting and I said this on War Room this morning.

00:47:41.200 I'll say it again.

00:47:42.400 We are watching the last stand of the globalists because there are two forces right now.

00:47:49.040 One force wants to continue the United States of being this global internationalist power where it's us.

00:47:58.280 It's the international banks, international finance, the Chinese Communist Party, the multinational corporations, endless wars.

00:48:07.340 And we continue taking actions to prop up the dollar, the petrodollar, etc.

00:48:12.000 We have another path.

00:48:14.320 We can go back to being the kind of country where we care about the people here, where we listen to folks like Oliver Anthony and the fact that he's singing about the people of this country who are having trouble just getting by.

00:48:31.740 So do you want to keep simping for globalists or do you want to do something to actually help out your fellow countrymen?

00:48:41.680 Because that's exactly what America first means.

00:48:44.380 It means Americans first.

00:48:46.800 Whether it's Americans or in the inner city, whether they are in Hawaii, wherever they are, that means we're going to do what it takes and do what is necessary to correct the problems of this country.

00:49:01.680 And we know what the answers are, folks.

00:49:03.360 They're simple.

00:49:04.160 The answers are actually simple.

00:49:06.160 But it's politicians or should I say the rich men north of Richmond who keep getting in the way.

00:49:13.580 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.

00:49:16.800 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have to be a member of the country.

00:49:17.800 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have to be a member of the country.
