00:00:25.060 Totally free.

00:00:25.820 The Poso Daily Brief.

00:00:30.000 This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare.

00:00:39.760 A commentator, international social media sensation, and former Navy intelligence veteran.

00:00:46.460 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:00:49.400 Deliver us from evil.

00:00:50.980 I am proud to announce the Biden-Harris administration will develop our nation's first national strategy

00:00:57.400 to counter Islamophobia.

00:01:00.000 Only the desperation of the establishment to avoid Donald Trump winning is allowing them 0.98

00:01:07.260 to prop up what is clearly a corrupt, totally dishonest, and routinely every day lying family 0.77

00:01:15.940 who are closer to the Sopranos than they are to George Washington. 0.58

00:01:20.500 Tonight, an election for mayor has just been thrown out by a judge who concluded that fraud

00:01:28.540 did impact a recent vote and ordered a new election, and it was based on absentee ballots.

00:01:36.300 You might see the headline number of the consumer price index or overall inflation measures going down from the high,

00:01:42.160 certainly where they were a year ago.

00:01:43.560 But the essentials are still elevated.

00:01:46.200 The essentials meaning food, fuel, and shelter.

00:01:49.980 Rent.

00:01:50.720 Folks, Bidenomics is just another way of saying the American dream.

00:01:54.480 Our country is being destroyed by people who have no idea what they're doing, or even worse, 0.99

00:01:59.940 they may very well have an idea.

00:02:01.780 They may hate our country, and they may want to see it destroyed.

00:02:05.380 If Crooked Joe and the Democrats get away with removing my name from the ballot...

00:02:10.480 Do you really believe that a man who's convicted of, say, attempting to overturn the 2020 election

00:02:16.680 or taking nuclear secrets back to his beach club, do you actually still, as we sit here today,

00:02:22.420 believe that person should be president?

00:02:25.060 So I signed a pledge, Willie, and that pledge is what it is.

00:02:30.140 Now, do I think somebody under those circumstances could get elected president?

00:02:34.220 The answer is no.

00:02:35.620 That will not happen.

00:02:36.900 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily, live from Washington, D.C.

00:02:45.060 I am Jack Posobiec.

00:02:46.480 Today is November 2nd, 2023, Anno Domini.

00:02:51.300 Today is the feast of all souls.

00:02:55.180 I want to give also a special shout-out to 93.3, the Real Talk Radio Network, the voice of freedom.

00:03:01.080 Thanks you all for listening in, in the great, great town of St. Louis, the entire state of Missouri, the surrounding area.

00:03:08.380 Really excited to have you guys on.

00:03:11.520 Governor Ron DeSantis went on MSNBC this morning, and he made a statement where he's describing something that we've talked about here on this program many times.

00:03:23.460 He said that if Trump is convicted, he didn't even say which case or which one of these show trials.

00:03:30.620 He said if he's convicted, period, the party should not nominate him.

00:03:37.060 Now, I want to be very clear.

00:03:38.700 He didn't misspeak here.

00:03:40.380 Governor Santis is a lawyer.

00:03:41.580 He's a very smart guy, very highly educated.

00:03:43.780 I think that he means exactly what he says.

00:03:48.300 Ken Cuccinelli, the founder of Never Back Down, the super PAC that is bankrolling Governor DeSantis' campaign and his entire efforts,

00:03:58.280 is the exact same man who attempted to lead the original steal of the nomination of President Donald Trump when he was the nominee in 2016 at the convention through what they called a rules change.

00:04:11.960 He was trying to prevent Trump from receiving the nomination, even though Trump had won the primary, even though he had all the delegates.

00:04:19.260 Ken Cuccinelli, who then later took his credentials and threw them on the ground live on CNN,

00:04:29.280 trying to stop Trump from getting the nomination through changing the rules to cause and force a brokered convention,

00:04:36.680 then turned around and is running the Ron DeSantis' super PAC.

00:04:43.820 This is the same guy who ran the entire Never Trump movement in 2016.

00:04:50.120 Why should we expect anything else?

00:04:51.840 And I sat here with Richard Barris over a month ago detailing how this is exactly what would come to pass.

00:04:59.020 They would say that if Trump gets convicted, then he is not eligible for the nomination, even if he wins the primaries, even if he has the delegates.

00:05:10.280 This is why DeSantis is staying in the race, even though his donors have dried up, even though his polling is in the basement with Jeffrey Epstein's files.

00:05:18.840 That's why he's staying in the race, because he's now trying to get Trump off.

00:05:24.780 And you notice, by the way, you notice he didn't push back on anything that MSNBC said.

00:05:30.260 He didn't say we need to stand up for the American people, against the weaponization of government, against patriots.

00:05:35.040 We need to fight for the J6ers. 1.00

00:05:36.700 No, he went right along with what the DOJ said, with what the deep state said, with all of it.

00:05:42.400 Why? Because he's going to be the beneficiary of it in his own mind.

00:05:48.440 We got Bootsy over here. 1.00

00:05:50.200 Bootsy is very, very concerned, very, very concerned with the party giving the nomination over.

00:05:56.740 And it just so happens that he's also working with the guy who tried to prevent Trump from getting the nomination in the first place.

00:06:03.700 Do you think you're clever?

00:06:05.300 Do you think we don't see what's going on here?

00:06:07.480 Do you think we can't tell? 0.64

00:06:09.780 Or is your IQ as low as the heels of your boots? 0.77

00:06:16.420 Stay tuned, folks.

00:06:17.500 The great Norm Patterson is next.

00:07:56.200 So you go check it out for yourselves.

00:07:57.840 MyPatriotSupply.com, prepare for the fallout before it arrives.

00:08:02.420 And I know we've been getting the comments every day.

00:08:05.020 I read them, guys.

00:08:05.980 I see them.

00:08:07.160 The riot truck is coming.

00:08:10.260 It will be coming very soon.

00:08:12.560 Don't worry.

00:08:13.180 I promise it will be coming.

00:08:14.860 But first, you know, we talked before about the deep state, the weaponization of our government against patriots.

00:08:22.400 And there's one man who's been fighting against that tooth and nail, fighting for the rights of American citizens, fighting for rights of journalists, fighting for the rights of those who have been wrongfully accused in America.

00:08:34.380 And one of those people is behind bars right now.

00:08:37.420 His name is Owen Schroyer.

00:08:38.880 And in fact, we're told that Owen has been thrown back into solitary confinement because of a phone call that he made and a message that he sent to essentially his fans that was then later posted on X.

00:08:54.560 Well, apparently, federal prison found that out and threw him back in solitary confinement.

00:08:59.080 Norm Pattis is representing Owen as well as a number of J6ers. 1.00

00:09:03.280 He joins us now.

00:09:05.040 Norm, what can you tell us about this situation?

00:09:08.140 So Owen went into prison last Tuesday.

00:09:10.180 And the COVID protocol at the Oakdale facility in Louisiana is to keep a person quarantined for seven days.

00:09:17.100 And I understand that the first federal fatalities in the COVID era were at Oakdale.

00:09:21.780 Owen got out Monday evening.

00:09:23.940 And Tuesday, he placed a call to his colleagues.

00:09:27.280 And that call was broadcast on X and on Infowars.

00:09:29.820 He's a colleague of Alex Jones's.

00:09:31.320 That message was purely benign.

00:09:34.220 He thanked his supporters for their mail.

00:09:36.380 He promised that he would be reengaged in the world.

00:09:39.540 He followed the news.

00:09:40.960 He didn't say a bad thing about anybody.

00:09:43.160 But he said, I might be the first prisoner ever to be able to broadcast from behind bars.

00:09:48.460 Within hours, he was placed back in solitary confinement.

00:09:51.520 And he's been held incommunicado ever since.

00:09:54.660 We've reached out to the facility at Oakdale to try to reach Owen by way of a legal call.

00:09:59.580 No response.

00:10:00.340 I placed an email to the folks at Oakdale to find out about his health or welfare.

00:10:05.240 No response.

00:10:06.180 I've been in touch with his contacts at Infowars to see if anybody's been in touch with him.

00:10:10.600 No response.

00:10:11.340 So I know I have every reason to believe he's alive and well.

00:10:15.260 But I don't know how long they intend to hold him.

00:10:17.400 And I don't know why they're holding him.

00:10:19.080 Well, it seems to me as though this is that this is punishment.

00:10:24.600 It seems like this is punishment for his actions.

00:10:28.100 It doesn't seem like they're attempting to correct him.

00:10:30.160 And by the way, there's a whole system in federal prisons, as I'm sure you know.

00:10:34.140 But for our listeners, benefit of sort of there's point different facilities do it differently.

00:10:38.600 But there's point systems.

00:10:40.100 There's credits that you can receive.

00:10:42.240 There's demerits you can receive.

00:10:44.120 This, on the other hand, though, was they went all the way up, you know, essentially all the way up.

00:10:48.900 The Spectrum 2, throwing you back in the shoe in solitary simply for having a phone call posted.

00:10:54.980 You know, I know that, you know, we now have a new Speaker of the House.

00:10:58.520 And the Speaker, the Oakdale facility is in his jurisdiction.

00:11:02.580 So I'm calling on Representative Johnson, Speaker Johnson, to send one of your staff members to Oakdale and inquire about Owen.

00:11:08.140 Because I have every reason and good reason to believe that the District of Columbia prosecutor's office has their thumb on the scales of the terms and conditions of incarceration.

00:11:18.900 For J6 defendants. 1.00

00:11:20.240 Why do I say that?

00:11:21.080 I represented Joe Biggs and now represent Joe Biggs and Zach Rell of the Proud Boys in their insurrection trial earlier this year.

00:11:28.520 It was a five and a half month trial.

00:11:30.400 When they were classified after their convictions, which are trumped up charges.

00:11:35.560 But when they were classified for incarceration, their score, their point value, placed them at a low security facility, a camp, as it were.

00:11:44.780 I'm told by a source that has reason to know this to be true that the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia and the DOJ said, no, that's not enough.

00:11:53.300 And insisted that they be placed in a more secure facility, a medium security institution.

00:11:58.520 Nick Lang is a pretrial detainee.

00:12:00.560 I also represent him together with Steve Metcalf out of New York.

00:12:04.240 Nick is a pretrial detainee, presumed innocent.

00:12:08.540 But yet he is in solitary confinement.

00:12:11.220 Owen Schroer pled guilty to a trespass charge for being on Capitol grounds without authorization.

00:12:17.220 At time of sentencing, the probation officials, the people who calculated how much time he should do, said give him probation.

00:12:23.440 The DOJ wanted time.

00:12:25.320 Why?

00:12:25.520 Because he spread disinformation.

00:12:27.840 Why?

00:12:28.240 Because in the weeks and months prior to January 6th, he rallied people to come and stop the steal.

00:12:32.980 Why?

00:12:33.460 Because he chanted 1776.

00:12:35.700 Because he chanted death to tyrants.

00:12:37.660 What does it have to do with trespass?

00:12:39.320 The government sought to offer this evidence as proof of so-called relevant offense conduct.

00:12:44.480 We said, Judge, there's never been a case in the United States where protected speech, speech that you have every right to utter, has been used to enhance a criminal penalty.

00:12:53.500 The judge saw otherwise and gave him 60 days.

00:12:56.540 So Owen's there, and now history's repeating itself on the fast spin cycle.

00:13:01.100 He's been locked up, apparently, for speaking out on the telephone, a right that he has.

00:13:05.220 Or I should say he had.

00:13:09.620 He had, right, he had.

00:13:12.120 Yeah, certainly, certainly, certainly that's another right that's been denied to him, which, as you say, has been really endemic to this case from the start, where you're hearing his words and protected political speech be used against him in this courtroom where he's making statements regarding an election, regarding political matters, regarding things that have nothing to do with, as you say, his criminal trespass.

00:13:37.100 But let me ask you, though, is do you think that Owen is being singled out, or have you seen the same type?

00:13:43.420 I mentioned before, and you'd said that you represent some other J6ers. 1.00

00:13:47.280 Do you think that they're focused more on Owen?

00:13:49.920 It got probably, I know you're very busy with the like, or are you seeing other J6ers treated this way as well? 1.00

00:13:56.380 I'm seeing other J6ers. 1.00

00:13:58.160 I'm seeing other J6ers. 1.00

00:14:00.300 President Biden, go back to sleep.

00:14:02.380 I'm not going to take your call right now.

00:14:04.200 It's nap time.

00:14:05.400 Get your cookies.

00:14:06.280 There's this book on your shelf.

00:14:07.920 It's called The United States Constitution.

00:14:09.880 Read it.

00:14:10.240 It won't kill you.

00:14:11.240 No, I mean, I think, you know, based on what I'm hearing, Mr. Pozovic, I have good reason to believe that the District of Columbia Prosecutor's Office, part of the DOJ, which supervises the Bureau of Prison, has its thumb on the scale of punishment for many J6ers. 1.00

00:14:28.240 And I'm calling on every person who knows of a detainee, whether it be pretrial or post-conviction in the Bureau of Prisons, to report the conditions of confinement for their loved ones.

00:14:38.300 Because I think what the Justice Department is trying to do is make sure that people end up with more time, make sure that people end up with unpleasant time, to send a message to each and every patriot in the United States, each person to the right of center.

00:14:51.620 Speak up at your peril, and if you cross a line, even if it's a line we draw on shifting sands, we're going to make you pay for it.

00:14:59.020 It's absolutely terrifying.

00:15:00.040 I have not been this disturbed about what's going on in domestic politics since I read the Church Committee's report many years ago and learned about what they were doing to the left, to Martin Luther King and others.

00:15:10.720 Right now, we have an out-of-control Justice Department, confidential informants that trial participants, such as me, are under court order not to discuss with the American people who are surveilling the left.

00:15:22.460 Why?

00:15:23.600 Why?

00:15:24.420 And we need answers, and I think Congress needs to get them.

00:15:26.920 Mike Johnson's got his work cut out for him.

00:15:30.040 Well, let's tease that out a little bit, because, as you say, Mike Johnson, our new speaker, he hails from Shreveport, Louisiana.

00:15:38.380 That's his district.

00:15:39.180 That happens to be the same district where Owen Schroer is currently being held in solitary confinement.

00:15:45.240 Why was he put in jail instead of simply given probation for the charge of trespassing, which, of course, we know, remember, didn't even go, and I have to say this every time, didn't even go into the Capitol.

00:15:56.500 And, folks, if we can get his – guys, if we can get his address back up there, I'd love to get it.

00:16:02.500 Remember, this is Owen Schroer, and then – oh, this isn't the one that has his actual number on it.

00:16:08.640 So we're going to work on that.

00:16:09.440 Well, I can give you his number.

00:16:10.960 His inmate number is 05937-107.

00:16:16.580 So it's registration number 05937-107.

00:16:21.360 Write it.

00:16:21.740 He reported in his one communication from jail that he's getting a lot of mail.

00:16:25.640 He needs support.

00:16:26.860 The Bureau of Prisons need to know that he's loved and not forgotten, and that we all identify with him.

00:16:32.060 And that the cell he warms today could be the cell you occupy tomorrow, and it ain't going to be because of your speech, not if we fight back.

00:16:40.460 And that's exactly right.

00:16:42.480 This idea that we – and any of us – I mean, we talked about Trump in the opening here, but it's not just Trump.

00:16:50.200 It's anyone who's dissident, anyone who's being – who's speaking out against this thing.

00:16:55.640 And we see it's clearly – it's clearly all against one side of the aisle, right?

00:16:58.840 They've decided that this side of the aisle is not allowed to participate in the political process anymore, that these opinions will throw you in jail for holding them.

00:17:08.620 Norm, I know you've got to run.

00:17:09.860 Your phone's ringing off the hook.

00:17:11.040 Biden's trying to chase you down as we speak.

00:17:13.280 But you have a show as well.

00:17:15.620 Where can people go to get the coordinates of that?

00:17:17.720 Where can they listen in every day to get more of your insights and analysis?

00:17:21.560 So every morning at 8 o'clock, Mike Boyer from North Carolina and I do a podcast called Law and Legitimacy.

00:17:26.600 It's on X at Rumble and YouTube at LawPodDaily, at LawPodDaily.

00:17:32.280 Join us at 8.

00:17:32.980 We're only a half hour, 40 minutes.

00:17:34.660 But we try to give you a sane insight and perspective on the news and give you talking points so that when you go to the water cooler and one of Oprah's lieutenants is leaning on you, you can say,

00:17:44.020 Not so fast, thunder thighs. 0.91

00:17:45.640 There's a broader truth out there, and here it is.

00:17:48.600 The great Norm Pattis, I really want to appreciate you coming on for us today, taking the time.

00:17:54.240 I know you're super busy.

00:17:55.500 You've got a lot going on.

00:17:56.960 But we all need to come together in this moment because we understand it's do or die.

00:18:03.900 We want to have any semblance of a republic.

00:18:06.300 If we want to have any semblance of an ability for conservatives, for the right, pro-lifers, traditional Catholics, to be able to continue to just live our lives, then we have to fight back.

00:18:35.140 Where's Jack?

00:18:36.080 Jack.

00:18:36.500 He's done a great job.

00:18:38.560 All right, Jack Prasovic back here.

00:18:43.760 Human Events Daily.

00:18:45.060 I got a question for you guys.

00:18:46.780 Have you ever talked with a friend and then a couple of minutes later had ads related to that exact conversation on your phone?

00:18:53.700 Do you feel like Big Brother is watching or worse, like every move you make is being tracked?

00:18:59.700 Of course, in our digital age, that's not paranoia.

00:19:02.500 Between criminals, government, and corporate America, it feels like personal freedom and privacy is compromised 24-7.

00:19:07.720 That is where Silent comes in.

00:19:10.500 Silent is not just a brand.

00:19:12.320 It's a statement against liberty and surveillance.

00:19:14.860 What they have is patented, signal-blocking Faraday cages.

00:19:18.520 They're suitable for every device, from smartphones to laptops.

00:19:22.200 By placing your device inside, you instantly block all wireless signals, ensuring you are safeguarded from digital eavesdropping and unwanted tracking.

00:19:42.360 Act now, patriots.

00:19:43.520 Go to slnt.com slash poso.

00:19:45.900 You'll save 15% plus free shipping on qualifying orders.

00:19:49.060 That's slnt.com slash poso.

00:19:51.300 Very excited now because we've been talking so much about how we need to conduct not just social – we can't just fight back socially.

00:20:00.700 We can't just fight back culturally.

00:20:01.940 We can't just fight back politically.

00:20:03.060 We have to fight back economically.

00:20:04.720 We must embrace economic warfare.

00:20:07.180 One of the leaders in the new economic war against the left that has taken over our institutions is Michael Seifert of Public Square.

00:20:16.180 Massive announcement yesterday.

00:20:18.260 He joins us here, Human Events, to lay it all out.

00:20:21.600 Michael, how are you doing?

00:20:22.640 And tell us the latest.

00:20:23.500 We'll be blackpilled or sad about what's happening in the country right now, but I will give you a hopeful, hopeful encouragement.

00:20:35.220 The parallel economy is growing rapidly, and we obviously should vote every two and four years to make sure that we are overwhelming the corrupted systems of the tyrants in our society.

00:20:45.280 But you can actually vote every single day with your wallet.

00:20:48.220 I actually love that you just talked about one of your sponsors, Silent.

00:20:50.840 They are a perfect example of one of the businesses on the parallel economy like you can find at publicsquare.com that are absolutely changing the game and standing for human liberty.

00:20:59.940 So we've obviously been building the largest compilation of patriotic America-first businesses the country has ever seen.

00:21:06.800 And yesterday we took a massive step in our effort toward confronting Amazon, and that looked like launching e-commerce.

00:21:13.760 So at publicsquare.com, you can actually add purchases to a cart and check out right there on the platform without ever having to leave the site.

00:21:23.700 This was a major technological advancement to streamline the shopping experience because to date we've been a directory.

00:21:31.040 We showcase businesses and products that share your values, but you actually conduct the transaction on that business's website.

00:21:37.380 Now we've actually brought the shopping cart experience to the site itself.

00:21:41.720 So at publicsquare.com, you can add multiple products to one shopping cart and check out.

00:21:46.160 So whether you're looking for a gun bag, toilet paper, diapers, household cleaning supplies, or a new holster, you can actually conduct your transaction for all of those different items in one shopping cart experience.

00:21:58.660 This was introduced along with a host of other advancements and enhancements to the platform, again, all to confront the corrupted incumbents in the world of commerce.

00:22:08.360 And thankfully, it's working.

00:22:10.440 Patriots are actually able to shop their values, put purpose behind their purchase, and this is an incredible way for conservatives to fight back in the culture war.

00:22:17.540 So you don't just have to boycott Bud Light or Target or these different entities.

00:22:21.580 You can actually shift your product somewhere more purposeful and positive.

00:22:25.880 That's the future we're building at Public Square.

00:22:27.620 It's very exciting.

00:22:28.160 Well, and this is amazing, too.

00:22:31.280 I was joking that, you know, Amazon, it feels like, that, you know, is like gobbling up everything in the U.S.

00:22:39.580 But the problem with Amazon, of course, is that that puts a direct tie on the United States to China economically.

00:22:46.100 They do not have our bench interest at heart.

00:22:49.920 And as well, when we get into situations like, oh, I don't know, a coming war or a global pandemic, we then find out that our supply chains are all overseas.

00:22:59.720 And, oh, by the way, controlled by people that are hostile to us.

00:23:03.860 One of the key focuses, I'm not saying that everything on Public Square is made in America, but there's such a huge focus on local, there's such a huge focus on national brands, and there's a huge focus on brands that support patriots directly, people who actually understand the fight that we're in and are willing to make it.

00:23:23.660 There was, you know, it was even a kind of a, okay, I'll just say, you know, the thing that happened, it was like this meme that's going around right now this morning.

00:23:30.880 They're saying that the Texas Rangers, so they won the World Series last night, and they were the only Major League Baseball team that didn't have a pride night.

00:23:40.400 They were the only, and they'd been attacked mercilessly for this in the press.

00:23:43.540 They were saying, how come you're not doing that?

00:23:45.400 How come you won't do this?

00:23:46.380 And they said, look, we're just focused on baseball.

00:23:48.820 Okay, we're just focused on our core competency.

00:23:52.040 And I think that's something that Public Square is getting at too, isn't it?

00:23:55.600 It absolutely is.

00:23:56.820 And you brought up two really important points there.

00:23:58.880 But before I get there, it's actually fun that you mentioned the Texas Rangers.

00:24:01.980 They reached out asking us if we'd be open to advertising in their stadium.

00:24:05.720 They loved the message of Public Square.

00:24:07.420 Yeah, it was pretty cool.

00:24:09.240 We're still in the process.

00:24:10.680 We'll see what happens for next season.

00:24:12.500 But that's a team that recognized it.

00:24:13.520 Oh, man, those rates are going to go way up.

00:24:15.060 You should have locked in, man.

00:24:16.340 You should have locked in.

00:24:17.360 I know, I know.

00:24:18.540 You should have locked in, and now it's going to be like.

00:24:21.480 I could have never imagined that this is where they'd be.

00:24:23.900 I say that whenever I go to, you know, wherever we're talking about with the producers, I always pull out that line from The Wire.

00:24:31.240 Remember Marlowe, when he takes over the families of Baltimore, and he goes, yeah, put the word out on the street.

00:24:35.760 Price of the brick going up.

00:24:38.920 That's kind of how I feel.

00:24:40.340 I'm regretting that I didn't jump on it halfway through the season when they reached out.

00:24:44.120 But maybe next year.

00:24:45.640 But it's interesting, Jack, you mentioned the international supply chain side of things.

00:24:50.900 We actually ask every single business that signs up to make their best effort.

00:24:55.580 They have to literally select this as a part of their agreement of joining.

00:24:58.860 We ask that they make their best effort to make or source as many of their products from the United States as possible.

00:25:04.820 So you're exactly right.

00:25:05.760 We have restaurants on the platform.

00:25:07.560 It's nearly impossible for restaurants to make sure they're getting all of their plates and cups and utensils and things like that from the United States.

00:25:14.040 Actually, you know what's interesting is we were meeting with the MyPatriotSupply guys recently.

00:25:20.840 And you know what they said was spices, like little spices, little precursor ingredients, you would think that, okay, well, I have to source this from wherever it is.

00:25:31.940 But that will actually get you to the point where you can't put made in America on something, even if it's just food.

00:25:37.520 I was like, wow, just a spice?

00:25:38.760 Just a spice would do it.

00:25:39.920 Yeah, and that's obviously an issue confronted by some industries like the food service world far more than others.

00:25:47.600 The goal, though, is that over time we'd be able to shift the manufacturing world back toward the United States.

00:25:54.020 What's going to happen in 10 years, Jack, is everybody's going to wake up in the economic world and recognize the writing on the wall,

00:26:00.180 which is that China's demographics are crumbling, the global supply chains that we've relied on for decades are not working anymore,

00:26:06.400 and there's going to be a need for a new American renaissance era.

00:26:09.960 And people are going to wonder where the heck they can turn.

00:26:12.020 And we're the only marketplace right now that's prioritizing the move back toward our shores.

00:26:16.380 And so what we ask folks is, hey, A, let's stay away from China. 0.99

00:26:19.540 B, let's stay away from other communist authoritarian countries.

00:26:23.660 C, if you need to be in another country, let's at least try to source from allies or from North America preferably.

00:26:30.740 And then D, obviously, if you can, let's go to the United States.

00:26:33.260 So our goal is just like it took the tyrants decades to move our manufacturing away from the United States and into globalist hands,

00:26:41.960 it's going to take decades to bring it back, but we have to start somewhere.

00:26:45.220 And so our goal is that as we can support American small businesses, by the way, over 97% of our businesses on Public Square are small businesses.

00:26:53.820 As we support those entities that are doing their best effort to bring their manufacturing and sourcing of goods to our shores,

00:27:01.680 ultimately we're going to start reversing the trend.

00:27:03.740 We're going to see that the American enterprise arena is going to become prosperous again

00:27:09.480 and that the incentivization structures and the profit structures will begin to celebrate American enterprise again rather than detract from it.

00:27:17.980 So we're very hopeful for the future of the American marketplace as more companies in the parallel economy are actually growing and advancing.

00:27:25.660 While Target and Bud Light and these different entities are crumbling, we are finding that the parallel economy is actually surging.

00:27:32.560 It's very exciting.

00:27:33.160 Right. And people have made much about Bud Light and running to UFC and doing all this stuff,

00:27:40.080 whereas the companies that you're dealing with, they're not trying to get into those waters to begin with

00:27:45.240 and simply saying, we're just going to provide a great product.

00:27:48.220 We're going to stand for our values.

00:27:49.880 How has the response been in terms of user-based?

00:27:52.800 Are you guys seeing it? Are we going up? Are we going down?

00:27:55.520 Are people responding to this? What's been the reaction?

00:27:58.200 Yeah, it's been pretty phenomenal, honestly, that as the market caps of some of those companies,

00:28:04.440 as you've described, have plummeted, as the shoppers from some of those other companies like Target have plummeted,

00:28:09.860 with Target, for example, experiencing their first earnings mess they've had in six years.

00:28:14.400 By the way, side note, the last time Target experienced that earnings mess six years ago,

00:28:18.880 if you remember, was because of the bathroom debacle.

00:28:21.100 That's when Target took a stand for allowing transgender people into bathrooms, 0.97

00:28:25.460 and their sales took a hit.

00:28:26.700 They clearly haven't learned their lesson, but the opposite is happening in the parallel economy

00:28:30.760 with platforms like PublicSquare.

00:28:32.740 We experienced a 300% growth in one quarter, last quarter.

00:28:35.820 So the amazing surge of increased traffic from consumers looking for other options is not only good for the business,

00:28:43.380 more importantly, it's good for the over 70,000 businesses that we actually promote.

00:28:48.400 They're the ones that are on the receiving end of this increase in traffic.

00:28:51.600 Their sales are going up.

00:28:52.600 We heard from a pet store last week that reached out and said that they've experienced a thousand percent increase in sales since joining PublicSquare.

00:28:59.240 So while Joe Biden's economy is hurting and harming small businesses,

00:29:03.760 our encouragement to those small businesses is, hey, come try the parallel economy,

00:29:08.000 because you're going to find an actual escape from some of the economic turmoil that many other enterprises are currently seeing due to failed economic policy out of Washington, D.C.

00:29:17.500 The parallel economy is growing and thriving, even amidst a lot of troubling economic uncertainty, rising costs of goods, inflation skyrocketing, etc.

00:29:26.800 And so our encouragement to even entrepreneurs that are looking to start out is press into this parallel economy.

00:29:32.660 Do it in a genuine fashion.

00:29:33.940 And you'll find that consumers are on the receiving end of that, excited to support you instead of some of the existing incumbents in this space that have become incredibly corrupted.

00:29:44.600 Michael, where can people go to follow you, to follow all the updates?

00:29:48.100 And of course, how do they get the app?

00:29:50.200 Head to PublicSquare.com.

00:29:52.120 That is the best place to get started.

00:29:53.720 If you head to PublicSquare.com, you'll find all you need to know.

00:29:56.980 You can track along, make purchases.

00:30:01.340 You can find our blog to learn more of the updates to the company and what's coming next.

00:30:05.420 We're growing fast.

00:30:06.360 We're advancing, trying to make updates and enhancements every single week.

00:30:09.920 And thankfully, this movement is growing due to the power of the consumers that are taking part.

00:30:13.880 So PublicSquare.com, join the movement.

00:30:15.700 It's free to join.

00:30:16.480 We won't ask you for any money.

00:30:17.720 No premium version you have to sign up for.

00:30:19.900 Just come and enjoy the experience and support the patriotic parallel economy.

00:30:24.200 It's as simple as that, folks.

00:30:25.640 It's economic warfare.

00:30:27.900 This is how we win.

00:30:30.000 This is how we shift the culture.

00:30:31.660 And it can be done in a couple of months.

00:30:33.620 It can be done in one year.

00:30:35.120 We've already seen how fast this has shifted the marketplace when it comes to Target and

00:30:39.140 some of these other titans.

00:30:40.580 Just wait.

00:30:41.900 PublicSquare taking on Jeff Bezos 101 as that guy is digging us in with China, digging us in

00:30:49.560 with the Washington Post.

00:30:50.760 We're done with it.

00:30:51.980 We're done with all of them.

00:30:53.340 It's PublicSquare time.

00:30:55.640 I'm talking in my ear about the boring people at your office.

00:31:00.480 I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:31:04.120 Folks, we are on the brink of economic meltdown.

00:31:11.620 That's going to threaten your savings.

00:31:13.000 It's going to threaten your retirement.

00:31:17.360 That's why I want to tell you about today's sponsor, Allegiance Gold.

00:31:29.220 Gasoline prices have doubled since 2020, and your monthly bills are escalating.

00:31:35.540 Inflation is an evil, silent force that eats away at your purchasing power and ultimately

00:32:33.900 I'm a man of my word.

00:32:35.180 We now have Mark Naiman and Alex Ian, the CEO and the co-founders of, the CEO and COO,

00:32:43.140 the co-founders of Allegiance Gold, joining us right now.

00:32:46.140 Mark and Alex, how are you?

00:32:48.820 We're doing well.

00:32:49.860 How are you, Jack?

00:32:51.520 Thanks, Jack.

00:32:52.180 You know, when we started working together, and I remember, and people, you know, they say,

00:33:00.480 this is not true.

00:33:01.320 It's not possible.

00:33:01.860 I remember it was actually a spot for Allegiance Gold, where that was the first time when we

00:33:07.640 were working on the original copy for the ad.

00:33:10.580 That's when I came up with the word Bidenflation.

00:33:13.960 And it's become, look, it's so big.

00:33:16.420 It's this huge thing.

00:33:17.700 Everybody says it now because it's one of those portmanteaus.

00:33:20.100 It's just so obvious.

00:33:21.500 You know, it's my gift to the American people or whatever you want to call it.

00:33:26.080 But, you know, I always say to people, I'm like, go back on X, man.

00:33:29.340 I was the one who said it, Bidenflation, right?

00:33:31.120 I was number one, numero uno when it comes to that.

00:33:35.140 And like, but I'll ask this way.

00:33:36.800 But when when Biden took office and we started to see spending go the way it did and we started

00:33:42.100 to see the money printer going the way it did, did you expect the inflation to get as

00:33:47.840 bad as it has?

00:33:49.080 Yeah, Jack, that's a good point.

00:33:52.700 I think when we think about inflation, inflation is a symptom of a weak currency.

00:33:59.340 So in order for us to understand where we are right now, we just have to go back three

00:34:03.680 years.

00:34:04.900 The national debt was around 20 trillion.

00:34:07.720 Today, we're at 34 trillion.

00:34:10.300 In other words, 40 percent has increased.

00:34:13.260 So the more they print, the weaker the currency gets.

00:34:17.360 See, the problem is this.

00:34:18.520 You have bankers on one side and then you have policymakers on the other side.

00:34:23.960 There's one thing that they can agree on, which is anytime there is a problem, they're

00:34:28.280 going to bail out.

00:34:29.660 They're going to print more money.

00:34:31.320 And guess who benefits the most?

00:34:32.980 Whoever's closest to the print machine.

00:34:35.800 See, the September inflation numbers came out.

00:34:37.940 They said it's 3.7 percent.

00:34:39.920 But the American people understand that this is a lie, because as you pointed out earlier,

00:34:44.300 we're actually feeling it.

00:34:45.860 Look at the price of gas.

00:34:47.540 Look at the price of food and rent.

00:34:49.940 Those are the main contributors of where inflation is.

00:34:52.940 So were we actually surprised of what inflation occurred?

00:34:58.020 Not really, because we understand history.

00:35:01.360 And we're not talking about the inflationary period in the 70s and 80s.

00:35:04.580 We have not lived through that era.

00:35:07.700 But when I speak to my father and I say mortgage rates were three and a quarter.

00:35:13.480 Now it's 80 percent.

00:35:14.600 He says to me, Alex, don't forget, I paid 15 percent.

00:35:19.360 And that's when I started thinking.

00:35:20.860 I said, are we ready for such a thing?

00:35:24.160 And the answer is no, because obviously they've been raising interest rates 11 times consecutively

00:35:29.560 to try to lower inflation.

00:35:32.540 They did lower inflation on paper.

00:35:36.040 See, if you take things how true inflation should be calculated, you can actually reflect

00:35:41.220 that the way you'd like it.

00:35:42.520 And obviously that's the lie that we've been told.

00:35:44.420 And that's why now more than ever, it's important for people to understand, to get educated.

00:35:49.920 It's not about the mainstream media.

00:35:51.660 It's not about Wall Street.

00:35:52.600 It's not about the banks.

00:35:53.920 These are the entities that are not going to inform the average investor of what is

00:35:58.700 happening to our money.

00:36:00.480 It's not about just looking at our statement and seeing that we're getting a little bit

00:36:05.540 of a return.

00:36:06.540 One has to factor in what is really the cost of all this, what's happening with my buying

00:36:11.660 power.

00:36:14.720 Well, that's exactly right.

00:36:16.000 And I can sit on X or whatever social platform and you see people talking about this.

00:36:21.600 There was actually a TikTok that went pretty viral on, and I know it went viral because

00:36:26.320 it crossed over onto X.

00:36:27.720 I don't really do TikTok myself.

00:36:29.520 But there was a guy who was just walking around, I think it was a Costco, and he had

00:36:34.420 taken photos of, you saw it, right?

00:36:37.460 You know, he had taken photos of all the basic things that he gets when he goes on a Costco

00:36:42.040 run, and he just compared the prices today to what they were last year.

00:36:46.860 And this wasn't 15%.

00:36:48.420 It was, we're talking 75%.

00:36:50.400 We're talking 80% increases, way, way, way higher.

00:36:54.880 And so he's sitting there going, look, I don't know what the government's telling you, but

00:36:58.760 I can look at the numbers and I can do basic math.

00:37:01.800 And this is way more expensive than it was last year.

00:37:04.940 And oh, by the way, the number is a lot higher than the number that you guys are telling me

00:37:10.120 on TV.

00:37:12.020 And plus, in addition to that, what we're now starting to see, and a lot of people have

00:37:16.380 talked about this, is the shrinkflation of, you know, your portion sizes are getting smaller.

00:37:21.440 The package will be a little bit smaller.

00:37:23.820 You know, it's not 16 ounces, it's 12 ounces.

00:37:26.220 You know, they're just shaving because, of course, that makes up in bulk.

00:37:29.840 And I get it.

00:37:30.820 I get why companies would do that because they're trying to keep their volume up.

00:37:34.460 They're trying to keep sales.

00:37:35.120 But at the same time, it still goes back to the consumer.

00:37:39.460 And so not only we have that, we've got another situation here where we thought that the war

00:37:47.760 in Ukraine was winding down.

00:37:49.700 It seemed like it had been winding down.

00:37:52.020 This last push by the Ukrainians into those Russian-speaking areas didn't go very well.

00:37:58.160 They spent all year trying to make it happen.

00:37:59.800 It didn't happen.

00:38:00.420 Then we see this huge flare-up in the Middle East.

00:38:05.160 Talk to me about how this massive increase in, and I know we've got another segment after

00:38:10.860 this, a couple of minutes left, though.

00:38:12.580 When we're talking about war, when we're talking about the potential for now two major conflicts

00:38:18.580 on the world scale, the United States getting involved in both of them, what kind of effect

00:38:23.640 does that have on the dollar, which, as you say, is already in a weakened state?

00:38:27.960 Yeah, well, here's the thing.

00:38:32.040 Our U.S. Treasury, Janet Yellen, came out a couple of weeks ago and said, we can afford

00:38:37.480 funding to wars.

00:38:38.860 What that simply means, essentially, we're going to continue to print more dollars.

00:38:43.640 And as we continue to print, we're going to see the impact on our currency.

00:38:48.160 But the biggest threat right now is for us to take into consideration is that a lot of

00:38:51.580 the cost of commodities are going up.

00:38:53.200 So when the price of oil goes up, it trickles down on the transportation.

00:38:58.160 It trickles down to every aspect of our economy.

00:39:01.080 So the average person takes a step back and looks at this.

00:39:04.340 They say, well, what am I supposed to do during war?

00:39:07.440 What's going to happen to my retirement account, to my wealth, to my assets?

00:39:11.860 True to be told, gold is doing what it's intended as a safe haven asset.

00:39:16.540 So we're seeing an increase in gold ever since the war broke up in the Middle East with Hamas's 0.99

00:39:23.300 attack.

00:39:24.140 Gold has been up about eight and a half percent.

00:39:26.460 So what gold is doing, it's fulfilling its primary role, which is, number one, we want

00:39:31.260 to have that safe haven asset.

00:39:33.220 But keep in mind, gold has a broadest demand.

00:39:36.520 You have investors.

00:39:37.540 You have the jewelry.

00:39:38.360 You have central banks.

00:39:39.880 In the background, while we have all these problems, central banks have been buying at

00:39:44.440 the high space.

00:39:45.220 So typically, investors come towards physical precious metals for the security, safety,

00:39:51.540 and proper diversity during economic and geopolitical concerns.

00:39:57.320 Yeah, Jack, if I may add in here, the only surprise that I have.

00:40:02.260 Please go ahead.

00:40:04.060 Yeah, I'm sorry.

00:40:04.940 The only surprise I have, you have a president that put the United States back where it should

00:40:09.160 be, make America great again.

00:40:11.140 And you have a term, you have a president that comes in and demolish everything that we did.

00:40:15.220 This is the biggest surprise that we have.

00:40:17.740 Did I anticipate inflation?

00:40:19.720 Probably not to that extent.

00:40:21.480 I mean, how can you ruin what you've already built in the last four years before your term?

00:40:27.380 It's all about decision printing money, sending taxpayers to abroad.

00:40:33.300 I mean, we need to support our allies.

00:40:35.200 But at the end of the day, you have citizens and you have residents of states living in here

00:40:39.600 and they come first.

00:40:40.880 The decisions that our president is making, they don't make sense.

00:40:44.960 And this is devaluating our dollar.

00:40:47.240 It's shattering our stability and confidence in the digital dollar or even the regular dollar at this point.

00:40:53.260 And people want to move into a asset that they know they can depend on.

00:40:57.640 This is the most concern that any of our clients talk about.

00:41:02.760 We need to be in gold and silver because we have no confidence in any other assets out there because of the decision.

00:41:08.800 Lacking confidence in these assets, the collapse of complex systems.

00:41:14.200 This is why people are going back to the traditional, the ancient assets.

00:41:19.020 Stay tuned because Mark and Alex from Allegiance Gold are walking through all of it with us.

00:41:25.540 Long hours.

00:41:26.680 I'm always listening to Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:41:31.060 All right, Jack Posobiec back here live Human Events Daily.

00:41:33.540 Folks, any day now, Big Pharma and Biden are going to pull the trigger on another drug that doesn't deliver.

00:41:40.860 Meanwhile, there are a ton of health supplements out there that underperform,

00:41:43.800 which is why I am excited to tell you all about Strong Cell.

00:41:47.520 Strong Cell is a daily liquid supplement that combines the power of NADH, CoQ10, and collagen.

00:41:52.380 Now, why is that important?

00:41:53.960 Well, studies show that NADH has been shown to improve mental clarity, alertness, concentration, and memory.

00:42:00.160 And because of its role in energy production, NADH is also used for improving energy production and treating chronic fatigue.

00:42:06.260 That's not all.

00:42:07.120 NADH has been used to slow the overall aging process, reduce cravings, and boost your immunity.

00:42:11.780 It works.

00:42:12.100 Just ask Joe Rogan.

00:42:47.020 So, Mark and Alex, we were talking before about how the launch of this war, particularly the new front of the conflict that we're seeing erupt in the Middle East, is going to have a direct effect of pressure on the oil markets.

00:43:05.240 I talked about this yesterday.

00:43:06.600 I said when it comes to geopolitics, you know, the French have a saying when it comes to, you know, it comes to trying to unwrap something.

00:43:13.760 You say, cherchez la femme. 0.54

00:43:14.820 Look for the woman. 0.99

00:43:16.720 In geopolitics, it's cherchez la petrol.

00:43:18.880 Look for the oil.

00:43:20.800 You must look for the oil.

00:43:22.320 Cherchez la petrol.

00:43:23.040 I had a professor who used to say it.

00:43:24.240 But we know this is coming.

00:43:27.200 We know the pain at the pump is going to be there.

00:43:29.280 We know that's going to have downward pressure on all the other commodities.

00:43:33.900 It's going to roll downhill.

00:43:35.400 What would you say to somebody?

00:43:36.920 What do you say to people who come to you and say, I'm interested in this.

00:43:40.420 I've heard about precious metals for a long time.

00:43:42.760 I don't like what the Fed is doing.

00:43:44.640 The centralized banks seem like they're going nuts.

00:43:46.900 But I've never done this before.

00:43:48.620 How do I get involved?

00:43:49.580 Okay, well, that's one of the most frequently asked questions.

00:43:54.180 And before I address that, since you mentioned the war, I think it's very important to talk about right now as the war is happening, there's also a war against our wealth.

00:44:05.340 People work very hard to build something that they can depend on, but yet they're not able to preserve that wealth.

00:44:12.020 And that's the biggest problem with our money.

00:44:14.300 If we can go back in time, only, let's say, 20, 23 years, a million dollar back then, today, it's worth half of that.

00:44:22.080 And it's not about the compound effect of inflation, which the Fed controls at 2%.

00:44:26.400 It's really that acceleration that we've seen in the last three years.

00:44:30.960 See, during the pandemic, they decided to sacrifice the currency to save the economy.

00:44:38.660 Right now, we're at a point that that sacrifice is what we're paying for.

00:44:41.980 So the thing about gold that Wall Street doesn't want you to own it, the banks don't want you to have it, the government doesn't want you to have it either, because you become in control.

00:44:54.380 See, the root cause of all of these problems boils down to control.

00:44:59.300 But you and I, we're not in agreement for the government to continue to print and devalue our currency.

00:45:03.720 But yet again, we are the ones that are paying for it.

00:45:07.580 See, inflation is one of the worst form of taxation.

00:45:13.080 So a lot of our first-time investors, when they come to us, first, we start with the educational parts.

00:45:18.980 You have all types of assets.

00:45:21.100 It doesn't mean that gold is the only way, but it's an alternative asset, and it's the right way to properly diversify.

00:45:27.520 If you think about your assets in stocks, you need the market to be favorable.

00:45:36.180 You need the company to be profitable.

00:45:37.800 And speaking of stocks, not to paint a bleak outlook, but we haven't had a recession in the last 15 years.

00:45:44.620 And right now, although they just reported the Q3 GDP numbers, while again on paper it looks good, there is a disconnect between the real economy and the stock market.

00:45:56.940 What I mean by that is we're seeing bankruptcy filing increase.

00:46:01.300 We have more than 2,800 stores shutting down.

00:46:04.360 The banks are tightening the belt.

00:46:05.960 There's a problem within the commercial real estate market, which is going to trickle down to the overall loan defaults.

00:46:14.280 Credit card debt has surpassed the trillion dollar.

00:46:17.980 It's the highest level.

00:46:19.760 And the auto loan, 60-day, there is an increase in defaults.

00:46:25.200 In other words, what I meant earlier, that there is a disconnect between the real economy and what we're seeing in the markets.

00:46:31.400 You look at all that and you say, well, why gold and why now?

00:46:34.960 Because our wealth is under attack, there's never been a better time to understand the importance of gold and how to best own it.

00:46:45.260 Gold is extremely simple.

00:46:47.520 It does not depend on anything else.

00:46:50.480 It doesn't go to zero.

00:46:52.460 It doesn't have that counterparty risk.

00:46:54.940 So while there has been a frenzy in the bond market because of this interest rates and the yields and how there is a lack of liquidity,

00:47:02.200 you need payers for that bond to perform.

00:47:06.680 You need a tenant in a commercial real estate building for the real estate to perform.

00:47:13.100 You need the company to be profitable for the stock to perform.

00:47:17.220 However, for gold, you don't need anything.

00:47:19.820 It is very simple.

00:47:21.280 It is the oldest currency that we have.

00:47:24.140 Unlike the dollar, it cannot be printed because it has a limited supply.

00:47:30.020 And unlike oil, it cannot be consumed.

00:47:33.680 So in other words, when people come to us, it's a very simple process.

00:47:37.140 First, we want to find out what are their outlook?

00:47:40.120 What are their concerns?

00:47:41.900 What are their risks?

00:47:43.000 What is it that they're looking to diversify and protect?

00:47:45.680 Once they determine that vehicle, we have a whole dedicated department that helps them with the process.

00:47:50.320 And because we are a full-service physical precious metals dealer, we understand that gold and silver are not a day-to-day asset.

00:47:59.240 They're mid-to-long term.

00:48:01.080 Our services are designed to help the client throughout the ownership of the physical precious metals.

00:48:06.460 So first step would be is to visit the website that you mentioned earlier, which is protectwithposo.com.

00:48:14.560 There you go.

00:48:15.000 By the way, we appreciate the partnerships.

00:48:19.300 I think the amount of information that you provide, and as we were speaking off-air regarding the docu-series that you've done, the great resets,

00:48:28.980 I think a lot of people should get educated on that.

00:48:31.760 You go to the extreme to actually explain in a very simple way what that means,

00:48:38.120 what is the – we're going to talk about the CBDC and the digital dollar and what that means to the average individual.

00:48:45.900 But we're here.

00:48:47.360 We believe in educating, and we believe in building a relationship as opposed to being transactional.

00:48:54.120 Amen.

00:48:55.020 Mark and Alex, thank you so much for your time.

00:48:58.200 Go check it out, folks, protectwithposo.com.
