Human Events Daily with Jack Posobiec - EPISODE 504： BIDEN FAMILY SHIELDED BY TITANIC AND RUSSIAN COUP

00:00:00.000 We are in the fight for America's future and we are assembling a team to fight back.

00:00:08.660 Turning point action this July 15th and 16th is where the assemblage will take place.

00:00:16.140 Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson, Dan Bongino, Steve Bannon, myself, Charlie Kirk, Senator Hawley,

00:00:24.340 Senator Vance, Matt Gaetz, Benny Johnson, Vivek Ramaswamy, Scott Pressler, Mike Lindell,

00:00:31.160 Harmeet Dillon, you need to be there.

00:00:35.100 Go and sign up immediately.

00:00:37.660 tpaction.com is the site.

00:00:41.580 tpaction.com.

00:00:43.720 Use promo code POSO and you will get a discount.

00:00:47.760 Secure your tickets immediately.

00:00:49.880 Don't be coming to me saying, can you get me in after this thing sells out?

00:00:53.780 Because it will sell out fast.

00:00:55.380 And I will see you down in Florida this July 15th and 16th for the greatest assemblage of patriots this country has seen since Valley Forge.

00:01:10.120 We are in a fifth generational conflict.

00:01:13.200 For every lie they tell, we're going to get in their face and yell two truths.

00:01:24.480 This is Human Events with your host, Jack Posobiec.

00:01:27.080 Christ is king.

00:01:29.680 I admire you so much.

00:01:30.820 I love you, sir.

00:01:31.680 I love you, sir.

00:01:32.660 But you're a never-Trumper.

00:01:33.740 No, no, I've changed.

00:01:35.400 But as soon as things get a little bit tough, those never-Trumpers are gone.

00:01:39.180 They stick with what brings them.

00:01:41.800 And, you know, it's very interesting with Social Security.

00:01:45.680 When a guy votes against Social Security, you are watching Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:01:49.940 We now take you back to President Trump in New Hampshire.

00:01:52.960 We could increase our world by the gold that we have under our feet.

00:01:58.640 It's gold.

00:01:59.880 The oil is gold.

00:02:00.880 We have it.

00:02:01.400 China doesn't. 0.63

00:02:02.700 And we have more than any other country.

00:02:04.260 You know, we have more than Saudi Arabia.

00:02:05.720 We have more than Russia. 0.90

00:02:07.740 And we don't use it.

00:02:08.580 I call it liquid gold.

00:02:10.300 What we could do with that.

00:02:11.900 We don't have to do this to Social Security.

00:02:13.940 We don't have to do it to Medicare.

00:02:15.500 But when a guy wants to cut Medicare, that's DeSantis.

00:02:19.360 Wanted to gut it.

00:02:20.120 Officially, as a congressman, wanted to cut it.

00:02:22.440 And when he wants to cut Social Security, you can bet.

00:02:25.740 Now, I don't know what he's saying about it now, but he's probably said,

00:02:28.360 we will defend.

00:02:29.660 You can bet he'll be doing it later.

00:02:31.720 And he'll be doing it to you.

00:02:32.920 It always happens.

00:02:33.740 I mean, I've seen it almost 100% of the time.

00:02:36.220 It's what their original thought is.

00:02:37.800 I will always protect Medicare and Social Security, just like I have.

00:02:42.800 For our great seniors, nobody's ever heard me say,

00:02:45.040 and I ran, you know, in some pretty good races,

00:02:48.080 and nobody has me saying I'm voting against Medicare and Social Security.

00:02:53.880 To stop the Marxist prosecutors who release rapists and murderers,

00:02:58.320 well, persecuting conservatives and people of religion.

00:03:02.960 Catholics. 0.58

00:03:03.620 How about Catholics? 0.51

00:03:04.340 How would a Catholic ever vote for Joe Biden when there's actually an assault on Catholics?

00:03:10.820 I mean, I don't know how many Catholics are.

00:03:12.520 Who's a Catholic in this room?

00:03:14.580 How would anybody as a Catholic, because specifically Catholics, 1.00

00:03:17.780 they're targeted by the FBI and the DOJ.

00:03:21.200 And then you're supposed to vote for Joe Biden.

00:03:23.520 It doesn't make sense.

00:03:24.580 I will direct a completely overhauled DOJ to investigate every radical district attorney

00:03:30.360 and an AG and a DA, okay?

00:03:34.580 Attorney generals all over the country. 1.00

00:03:36.360 They're crooked as hell. 1.00

00:03:37.380 A lot of them are really bad. 0.99

00:03:39.180 They said one in New York with me.

00:03:40.780 I will get Donald...

00:03:42.260 This one in New York campaigned against me.

00:03:44.340 I will get Donald Trump.

00:03:46.360 Do you know what I think about him?

00:03:47.100 No, I don't.

00:03:47.780 But I will get him.

00:03:48.780 It's an incredible phenomenon that's taking place.

00:03:52.420 I will immediately terminate every open border policy of the Biden administration.

00:03:57.420 It's all open borders, open borders.

00:04:00.560 Let them come in.

00:04:03.720 Under Biden, other countries are emptying out their prisons, insane asylums, mental institutions,

00:04:10.640 dumping everyone, including mass numbers of terrorists, into our country. 0.61

00:04:15.360 They're in our country now, and they don't... 0.99

00:04:18.440 They have no shame.

00:04:19.100 They just let it happen.

00:04:21.300 And I think the real number of people coming in...

00:04:23.900 You know, you hear three and four and five million.

00:04:26.100 I think it's 15 million by the end of this year.

00:04:28.480 I think it's going to be 15.

00:04:29.780 You watch.

00:04:30.200 I'll be right about that, too.

00:04:31.540 People are pouring in, and nobody is...

00:04:34.080 Nobody's even watching.

00:04:35.920 And they are coming in from mental institutions, and they're coming...

00:04:39.040 A story I tell just quickly is that a psychiatrist, very highly respected guy,

00:04:44.200 he was sitting reading a newspaper in a psych ward in a Latin American country,

00:04:51.480 and he said, you know, I've always worked 24 hours a day.

00:04:54.960 I'm the hardest worker, but we have no patients left.

00:04:57.600 They've all been put into the United States.

00:04:59.900 And he wasn't saying it as a wise guy.

00:05:02.280 He's just saying, you know, we don't have any patients.

00:05:05.060 Our patients have already...

00:05:06.740 They've been let...

00:05:07.460 And some of these people, he said, are very sick.

00:05:11.500 These people have been taken out of the institution and put...

00:05:14.740 And he's saying, you know, I have...

00:05:16.420 First time in my life I have a lot of time.

00:05:18.560 Because we don't have patients.

00:05:19.720 They've all been removed to the United States of America. 1.00

00:05:23.280 How stupid is this? 1.00

00:05:24.620 And it's... 1.00

00:05:25.980 Forget about good politics.

00:05:27.300 It has to be the worst politics.

00:05:28.620 But how can we do that?

00:05:30.240 How can we let this happen?

00:05:31.360 And no country can afford this.

00:05:34.140 And you're seeing the signs of it already.

00:05:36.280 And you look at some of these areas and some of the crime areas.

00:05:39.900 And some of these people are staying in luxury hotels paid for by cities.

00:05:43.360 Luxury hotels.

00:05:44.440 And yet, our great veterans are sleeping on the streets with no benefits.

00:05:49.280 Okay?

00:05:49.660 So explain this.

00:05:50.660 These people are being treated.

00:05:51.940 They're given cell phones.

00:05:53.520 And they're given treatment.

00:05:54.700 People are greeting them off the bus.

00:05:56.040 You ever watch the guys?

00:05:57.180 Hello.

00:05:57.780 Welcome.

00:05:58.320 Welcome.

00:05:59.460 And you have friends.

00:06:00.500 I'm sure you do.

00:06:01.080 I do.

00:06:01.700 They say, is there anything you can do to help me?

00:06:03.520 I've been working 12 years to become a citizen.

00:06:05.720 And they're taking tests and everything else.

00:06:08.380 And every once in a while, I'll say, listen, I have an idea.

00:06:12.240 Walk over to the southern border and just come right in.

00:06:16.300 You're working 12 years.

00:06:17.640 You can do it in one day.

00:06:19.680 It's terrible.

00:06:20.840 No, it's a terrible thing.

00:06:22.020 And you do.

00:06:22.500 You have people that take it very seriously.

00:06:24.160 And they work very hard.

00:06:25.220 And they come in legally.

00:06:26.260 And we want to have people come in.

00:06:27.460 But they have to come in legally.

00:06:29.200 Following the Eisenhower model. 0.73

00:06:30.900 Heisenhower was very tough on immigration.

00:06:33.420 We'll use all necessary state, local, federal, and military resources to carry out the largest

00:06:38.460 domestic deportation operation of criminals.

00:06:43.020 Of very tough, these are tough, these are hardened, many of them, hardened criminals.

00:06:50.080 We're going to get them out of our country fast. 1.00

00:06:52.620 The Biden border crisis is also a drug and fentanyl crisis under my administration.

00:06:57.360 We reduce drug overdose deaths in New Hampshire by 18%.

00:07:02.020 Now, that's good, but we can do better.

00:07:04.200 But, you know, we set up these blue ribbon committees.

00:07:07.580 Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to announce a blue ribbon committee with you.

00:07:12.460 You, you, you, you.

00:07:13.780 Everybody wants to be on the committee.

00:07:15.200 But, you know, they don't get a lot done.

00:07:16.880 The thing that gets it done is the death penalty for drug dealers.

00:07:20.340 Other than that, you're just wasting your time.

00:07:23.940 The committee is headed up by our great first lady, Melania Trump.

00:07:29.440 Thank you very much, everybody.

00:07:30.660 Now, people like her, but they do love her.

00:07:38.340 They do love her, and she says hello to everybody.

00:07:40.900 She loves this state.

00:07:42.280 But, but think of this, think of this.

00:07:44.560 A blue ribbon committee.

00:07:46.600 We have a lot of socialites, a lot of dilettantes, a lot of politically connected.

00:07:50.120 They all want to be in the committee, but they don't, they don't, it's not their thing.

00:07:53.920 When I was in China, I said to President Xi, it's tough.

00:07:56.860 I said, President, do you have a drug problem?

00:07:58.480 No, no, no, no, no. 1.00

00:07:59.640 Look at me like, what the hell kind of a stupid question is this? 1.00

00:08:03.020 I said, how come you don't have, we give death penalty immediately. 1.00

00:08:06.200 Quick trial, quick trial.

00:08:07.420 I said, what the hell is a quick trial, quick trial?

00:08:09.060 You know, I figured it out pretty quick.

00:08:10.620 It means quick.

00:08:11.520 It means fast.

00:08:12.780 Well, I gave quick trial.

00:08:14.480 And the, we execute drug dealers. 0.99

00:08:18.120 And, you know, China used to have, 150 years ago, tremendous.

00:08:21.560 They were taken over by smaller nations, including Japan and other,

00:08:24.740 because they were all drugged out, the opium.

00:08:27.480 And they were all drugged out.

00:08:28.720 And along came some very tough people.

00:08:32.100 And they said, we can't have this.

00:08:33.720 And they don't have a drug problem at all.

00:08:36.340 They cause drug problems for us because they send in fentanyl.

00:08:38.960 And, you know, they make the fentanyl.

00:08:40.340 And they would have ended that, too.

00:08:41.620 I had to deal with him, though.

00:08:42.520 He wasn't going to do it.

00:08:43.280 He was going to make that a criminal offense to make it.

00:08:45.680 But once I got out, nobody followed that up.

00:08:47.720 He would have done it, too.

00:08:48.580 He would have made it a criminal offense.

00:08:50.680 He was prepared to do it. 0.53

00:08:52.260 And I will destroy the cartels, just as we destroyed the ISIS caliphate, 100% of ISIS.

00:08:58.520 When I came in, they said, you won't be able to do it. 0.95

00:09:00.360 I said, yes, I will.

00:09:01.800 And we destroyed it in a very short period of time.

00:09:04.380 We had some great generals.

00:09:05.480 Not all of them are like the television guys, the guys you see on television.

00:09:09.140 They are not the best.

00:09:10.100 I will deploy the U.S. Navy to impose a full naval embargo on cartel trafficking.

00:09:15.920 And, you know, New Hampshire in particular, you have a drug problem that's unbelievable.

00:09:20.160 Because I go to different states.

00:09:21.700 And some have, and many have.

00:09:23.460 But I don't think there's anyone that has more severe drug problems than New Hampshire.

00:09:29.600 So we have to get your governor to get a little bit more active on that.

00:09:32.900 Because that's a bad thing.

00:09:33.980 That's really hurting.

00:09:36.940 It's really hurting the state.

00:09:38.300 I think that per capita, I think per capita, New Hampshire is just about the worst in the country.

00:09:46.340 Just about.

00:09:46.980 It's right up there.

00:09:47.740 It's very.

00:09:48.200 And your firemen and your policemen do an incredible job.

00:09:50.720 They do unbelievable.

00:09:51.860 Because that's like a new job.

00:09:55.800 No, we have to have him get much tougher.

00:09:58.480 I will immediately sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing

00:10:03.220 critical race theory, transgender insanity, 0.99

00:10:05.780 and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children.

00:10:13.560 As I said, I will keep men out of women's sports. 1.00

00:10:16.560 And I will sign a law prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states.

00:10:23.000 Can you believe that?

00:10:27.020 Now, can you believe you have to say that?

00:10:28.980 I'm going to sign a law to prohibit child sexual mutilation.

00:10:33.660 Can you imagine saying that 15 years ago?

00:10:35.740 People would look around.

00:10:36.400 What the hell is, what's he talking about?

00:10:38.020 That's taking place in our country.

00:10:41.080 It's insane what's going on.

00:10:43.740 In addition, I'll not give one penny to any school that has a vaccine mandate or mask mandate

00:10:49.460 from kindergarten through college.

00:10:51.140 And just as I did for four years, I will fully protect and uphold your Second Amendment.

00:11:02.920 I did a job.

00:11:04.300 That wasn't easy.

00:11:06.480 That wasn't easy.

00:11:09.640 And nobody did better at this because I got Roe v. Wade ended.

00:11:15.060 I will defend innocent life.

00:11:17.500 Nobody thought that was possible.

00:11:20.500 I will bring back free speech in America.

00:11:23.240 We will bring it back.

00:11:26.540 I'd like to say I'd bring back a fair and free and open press,

00:11:31.360 but that's probably harder than anything else.

00:11:34.500 These people, they're indoctrinated.

00:11:36.980 There's something wrong.

00:11:38.040 They used to be like the policemen of our country, in a sense.

00:11:41.340 Now, they're vicious on one side and on the other side.

00:11:44.880 And it doesn't make sense because all of the things that the other group is espousing

00:11:51.300 are just so terrible.

00:11:53.020 I mean, the concept of open borders and all of the things that they want.

00:11:57.180 A woke military.

00:11:58.720 You know, I rebuilt our entire military.

00:12:00.540 Woke.

00:12:01.040 It's very woke.

00:12:02.520 At least at the top levels.

00:12:04.560 I think it's not taking on too well with the soldiers.

00:12:08.180 That's one of the reasons they can't recruit because they're asking questions.

00:12:11.980 These guys are looking.

00:12:12.840 They're saying, and women. 0.79

00:12:13.780 They're looking at them.

00:12:15.040 They're saying, what the hell kind of questions are they asking me?

00:12:18.100 And it's turning them off, and they're not signing up.

00:12:20.280 Our military is having a hard time signing people.

00:12:22.360 This is what we must do to restore our country to greatness.

00:12:25.860 The USA is a mess.

00:12:27.280 Our economy is crashing.

00:12:29.220 Inflation is out of control.

00:12:31.320 China, Russia, Iran, North Korea have formed together as a menacing and destructive coalition. 0.93

00:12:37.980 Our currency is crashing and will soon no longer be the world standard.

00:12:42.700 The way it's going, we're going to lose our currency as the world standard, which will be the single greatest defeat for this country in 200 years.

00:12:50.940 That will be catastrophe.

00:12:52.680 It won't happen with me, not even a chance, just like Russia would never have invaded Ukraine and China would not have even thought about Taiwan, as I said.

00:13:03.240 If you took the five worst presidents in the history of the United States and added them up, they would have never done the destruction to our country as crooked Joe Biden and the Biden administration have done.

00:13:17.920 Nobody's done damage to this country like this.

00:13:20.320 Our country is a failing nation.

00:13:25.880 We are a failing nation.

00:13:28.040 We're a nation in decline.

00:13:30.500 And now these radical left lunatics want to interfere with our elections again by using law enforcement this time.

00:13:37.120 The other is going to be harder to do. 0.80

00:13:38.960 So they want to use corrupt law enforcement.

00:13:43.760 It's totally crazy what's going on.

00:13:47.920 Our country has such a chance and such an opportunity.

00:13:51.520 I don't believe it can survive another four years.

00:13:55.520 I think surviving for another short period of time, another year is very tough.

00:14:02.220 It's going so bad so fast.

00:14:04.440 What they're doing to our country is so sad.

00:14:07.120 You see what they're proposing.

00:14:09.340 Let's build a windmill on every farm.

00:14:11.320 Let's build everything.

00:14:12.260 I mean, you have to see these fields.

00:14:14.460 They're like junkyards, windmills all over the place.

00:14:16.800 Windmills, most expensive energy anywhere in the world by far.

00:14:22.160 They're all made in China, a little bit in Germany, but all in China. 0.84

00:14:26.120 And you look at some of these fields and your energy costs are zooming, zooming.

00:14:30.940 They're going through the roof.

00:14:32.000 It's so destructive, all electric, all electric, everything.

00:14:36.720 Now they want to take away your gas stoves.

00:14:39.680 Does anybody like gas better?

00:14:41.060 You cook a lot more than I do.

00:14:43.480 Because I have a lot of friends that are really into the cooking thing, and they say gas is better.

00:14:47.620 But they want to take it away.

00:14:49.760 They want to take away your washing machines and your dryers. 0.99

00:14:53.560 They don't want to give you any water for the washing machine, even though you have so much water, you don't know what the hell to do with it up here.

00:14:59.800 It flows out into the ocean.

00:15:02.580 But this is the final battle.

00:15:04.300 This is really the final battle.

00:15:05.640 With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state. 1.00

00:15:09.500 We will expel the sick, crazy warmongers. 1.00

00:15:15.060 They are warmongers from our government. 1.00

00:15:21.960 And by the way, peace through strength.

00:15:23.880 Don't forget, I built the greatest military in the world.

00:15:26.600 Knew jets, knew everything.

00:15:28.340 Everything was great.

00:15:30.120 Then they gave $85 billion of it away.

00:15:31.880 But even that's peanuts compared to what we did.

00:15:34.020 I gave Ukraine the anti-tank missiles that they shot, called javelins.

00:15:41.940 Obama gave them sheets.

00:15:43.920 You know, they say, oh, Trump was very nice.

00:15:46.020 I was the one that said about Russia, you're not going to build the pipeline.

00:15:50.700 I stopped the pipeline.

00:15:51.880 When Biden came in, he came in and he said, yes, they can build the pipeline.

00:15:57.340 Going to Germany and all parts of Europe.

00:16:00.180 And, well, nobody was tougher on Russia. 0.89

00:16:02.080 Nobody was tougher on China. 1.00

00:16:03.380 And yet I got along with them.

00:16:05.020 And that's a good thing, not a bad thing.

00:16:07.000 But we wouldn't have had a world war.

00:16:09.020 And we wouldn't have had these other wars.

00:16:11.140 And we wouldn't have had the conflict.

00:16:12.920 And we could very well end up in a world war.

00:16:14.980 And this would be a nuclear war.

00:16:16.320 A war the likes of which, this is not two army tanks running around shooting at each other.

00:16:21.000 These are weapons that are so powerful.

00:16:22.560 That's why our country right now is in the most dangerous time in the history of our country, but in the history of the world, because of the power of the weaponry.

00:16:31.840 And we have a man who's grossly incompetent as the head of the United States of America, which could lead all of the countries.

00:16:39.920 I led all other countries.

00:16:41.800 Some of them liked me.

00:16:42.780 Some of them didn't.

00:16:44.320 But we were the boss.

00:16:45.960 I led the countries.

00:16:47.740 We have none of that now.

00:16:49.580 They go for trips to Saudi Arabia where he needs something.

00:16:53.720 You know what?

00:16:54.000 He needs oil because he refuses to take it from under our feet.

00:16:57.520 And he gives a fist bump to the future king of Saudi Arabia, who happens to be a wonderful person.

00:17:04.680 You know what a fist bump is? 0.88

00:17:06.160 That's don't shake my hand because your hand is dirty. 0.97

00:17:10.160 That was greatly insulting.

00:17:12.120 He travels for 20 hours on Air Force One, spewing lots of fumes if you're into that world.

00:17:19.100 And he gives a fist bump to the future king of Saudi Arabia.

00:17:22.640 In other words, he insulted.

00:17:24.700 And he got nothing. 1.00

00:17:25.600 But these are people that are stupid people that are leading us. 1.00

00:17:29.480 These are people that don't know what's happening. 1.00

00:17:32.460 And these are people that have put us in the most dangerous position in the history of the world right now because of the power of weaponry.

00:17:39.240 We will drive out the globalists. 0.94

00:17:41.980 We will cast out the communists, the Marxists, the fascists. 0.99

00:17:45.260 And we have them in our country. 0.55

00:17:46.560 That's what's doing all of this stuff with the Department of Justice and with the FBI.

00:17:51.420 We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country.

00:17:55.600 And we will rout the fake news media.

00:17:58.280 We have no choice because they're not doing it themselves.

00:18:00.520 We will defeat Joe Biden.

00:18:02.120 And we will drain the swamp once and for all.

00:18:06.220 And just in conclusion, I say that the great silent majority is rising like never before.

00:18:19.740 It's a great, great silent majority.

00:18:21.740 And under our leadership, the forgotten men and women will be forgotten no longer.

00:18:28.200 So with your help and your love and your vote, we will win New Hampshire and we will make America great again, greater than ever before.

00:18:38.200 So God bless you.

00:18:39.960 God bless everyone.

00:18:41.400 God bless New Hampshire.

00:18:42.820 And God bless America.

00:18:44.940 Thank you.

00:18:45.540 Thank you, thank you, everybody.

00:18:47.120 Thank you, Carolyn.

00:18:48.360 Thank you very much.

00:18:50.160 Thank you, everybody.

00:18:52.400 Thank you.

00:18:53.160 All right, President Trump there, wrapping up a barn burner speech this afternoon up in New Hampshire.

00:19:11.060 Now, as we were talking about with Richard Barris yesterday, remember, New Hampshire was the place where he won his first political victory ever in his political career, the New Hampshire primary 2016.

00:19:27.040 Now, Iowa, of course, is first.

00:19:28.480 We know Iowa is the first in 2016.

00:19:31.420 It's the first 2020. 0.96

00:19:32.200 It's the first now.

00:19:32.880 But technically, not technically, but actually, did not come in first in the 2016 Iowa caucus.

00:19:41.320 That was Ted Cruz, came out in front.

00:19:44.740 This created an artificial bellwether to say, oh, were people actually not going to get behind Trump?

00:19:52.380 But a lot of people missed the fact that Trump, Cruz, and Rubio really carved up that 2016 race there in Iowa.

00:20:01.360 And if you go back and look, and it's about 27% to 24% to 23%, off the top of my head, pull the actual numbers.

00:20:09.260 Point being is, though, that is the situation that we're looking at right there.

00:20:14.380 Fantastic speech, by the way.

00:20:16.460 Really appreciated some of the wedge issues that came up.

00:20:20.780 We received at Human Events excerpts of the speech before he ran it.

00:20:25.820 Now, of course, that's excerpts from the prepared remarks, not necessarily the, you know, of course, as we know, Donald Trump likes to go off script.

00:20:34.680 So we got a little bit of the script, but not necessarily all of it.

00:20:38.520 The piece, though, that I want to bring up for you and highlight, let me pull it here.

00:20:42.900 He said, Ron DeSantis opposed my China tariffs very simply.

00:20:49.080 He sided with the communists in China.

00:20:50.720 I fight for the workers of America.

00:20:53.240 Excuse me.

00:20:53.760 And when China targeted our farmers and lobstermen, I gave them $28 billion straight out of the tariffs China was paying.

00:21:02.160 So really getting into, really getting into this question of tariffs, the ability of the use of tariffs, not only to enact a leverage on our global competitors like the Chinese Communist Party, but also, also to use them to directly benefit American workers.

00:21:25.420 Of course, the fact that he's talking about farmers, the fact that he's talking about lobstermen, that is a direct appeal to some of the biggest industries in New Hampshire, that being, of course, farming, the lobstermen there.

00:21:39.280 This is a targeted speech, but it also goes and speaks to a larger picture of how tariffs on China can directly benefit the workers of America.

00:21:49.120 And if you don't think that that's the same type of argument that he's going to be making across the Rust Belt, when he goes into Western Pennsylvania, when he goes up to Michigan, when he goes to Wisconsin, when he goes to Ohio, when he goes to Minnesota, okay, he's going to be making the same exact pitch as you heard there.

00:22:07.620 Now, we prepared a cold open for the show today.

00:22:10.880 As you know, we got preempted by the President of the United States, but I would like very much to play for you the original cold open.

00:22:17.280 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events with Jack Posobiec.

00:22:21.140 Today is June 27th, 2023, Anno Domine.

00:22:24.960 Hit it, boys.

00:22:25.920 They're not scared of Donald Trump.

00:22:28.940 They're scared of their base.

00:22:31.420 If it is admissible in court, it's certainly troubling for their defense, at least for Trump's defense in this.

00:22:38.520 The federal government, when it is persecuting, when it is going after, when it is trying to frame President Trump,

00:22:44.100 they selectively leak in order to manipulate news stories, to try to poison the narrative.

00:22:49.920 Gender-affirming care is health care.

00:22:52.060 Gender-affirming care is mental health care.

00:22:54.840 And gender-affirming care is literally suicide prevention care.

00:22:58.380 You heard of the Boston Tea Party?

00:23:00.620 Well, this is the New York Pizza Party.

00:23:03.840 Give us pizza or give us death.

00:23:06.620 As a result of this reckless affair, I thank the soldiers and commanders of the Wagner Group who made the only correct decision. 0.99

00:23:17.480 He's a bad candidate.

00:23:18.880 He's not good.

00:23:20.480 People don't like him.

00:23:21.860 And that's been proven to be the case.

00:23:23.840 I was just thinking, anyway, I started off without you.

00:23:32.580 And I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared.

00:23:38.380 Biden is being paid off, we just found out yesterday.

00:23:41.460 He's being paid off by China.

00:23:43.600 He's been paid millions and millions of dollars in bribes.

00:23:48.580 Okay, so, a lot going on.

00:23:53.040 Now, the biggest thing that I think that came out over the last 12 hours between the last time we chatted and now, of course, is this new CNN audio.

00:24:04.700 The bombshell audio.

00:24:06.520 The audio that's going to take out President Trump.

00:24:09.720 They've been trying to do it for eight years.

00:24:11.560 But this is the tape that is finally going to put him away, not only out of politics, but out of his own personal freedom.

00:24:20.720 Take him out of Mar-a-Lago.

00:24:21.880 Take him out of the tower and put him behind bars.

00:24:25.860 Ladies and gentlemen, this is harrowing.

00:24:28.380 I want to put up a trigger warning.

00:24:30.700 I want to put up parental discretion is advised.

00:24:33.220 If you have small children, little ears in the room, you might want to shut this off now.

00:24:40.120 You don't want them hearing this horrible, criminal, deeply, deeply criminal activity.

00:24:48.440 These words that you're about to hear from the President of the United States.

00:24:52.500 Guys, unfortunately, we've got a job to do around here.

00:24:55.840 We're going to have to do it.

00:24:57.060 Let's play the audio of President Trump breaking every law the United States has ever written.

00:25:02.000 Well, with Milley, let me see that.

00:25:05.520 I'll show you an example.

00:25:07.000 He said that I wanted to attack Iran.

00:25:13.080 Isn't it amazing?

00:25:14.180 I have a big pile of papers.

00:25:15.360 This thing just came up.

00:25:16.440 Look.

00:25:18.320 This was him.

00:25:20.000 They presented me this.

00:25:21.480 This is off the record, but they presented me this.

00:25:24.700 This was him.

00:25:26.160 This was the Defense Department and him.

00:25:28.580 Yeah.

00:25:28.840 I just found, isn't that amazing?

00:25:30.240 You see, this totally wins my case, you know.

00:25:33.320 Except it is, like, highly controversial, secret.

00:25:37.260 There's a secret information.

00:25:39.120 Look at this.

00:25:40.460 You attack.

00:25:42.000 Hillary would print that out all the time, you know. 1.00

00:25:44.620 I was just saying, because we were talking about it.

00:25:47.000 And, you know, he said, he wanted to attack Iran.

00:25:50.760 He said the papers.

00:25:51.940 You did.

00:25:52.100 This was done by the military, given to me.

00:25:57.040 I think we can probably, right?

00:25:59.840 I don't know.

00:26:00.380 We'll have to see.

00:26:01.680 Yeah.

00:26:01.900 We'll have to try to figure out a, yeah.

00:26:05.080 See, as president, I could have deglazed about it.

00:26:06.460 Yeah.

00:26:06.980 Now I can't, you know.

00:26:08.020 But this is classic.

00:26:08.640 Yeah, now we have a problem.

00:26:10.160 Isn't that interesting?

00:26:11.240 Yeah.

00:26:12.600 I mean, did you hear that?

00:26:14.200 You heard that right.

00:26:15.260 Every single law in the United States, just completely and utterly done for.

00:26:20.940 Done away with.

00:26:22.400 Our country will never be the same.

00:26:25.980 Look, I got to say, folks.

00:26:27.440 This was the audio.

00:26:28.960 This was the main thing they were talking about.

00:26:31.460 Look, this is obviously President Trump making fun of General Milley.

00:26:41.080 Anyone who's going to read this with just a slight, a thimble of charity, or just even

00:26:48.180 understanding of trying to understand this is how he talks.

00:26:51.220 This is how he talks in interviews.

00:26:52.860 It's how he talks when he's on stage.

00:26:54.620 It's how he talks when he's on, for lack of a better term.

00:26:57.900 Um, there's, there's an old saying it's, it's old now at this point that Trump supporters

00:27:04.760 take him seriously, but not literally the media takes Trump literally, but not seriously.

00:27:14.540 What does this mean?

00:27:16.040 So obviously in the transcript, just to get past the goobers for a second, he uses the 0.99

00:27:21.940 words, uh, secret that doesn't necessarily mean he's referring to security.

00:27:27.900 Markings, classifications on documents.

00:27:30.540 He's just saying it's like a secret.

00:27:32.280 It's like highly classified.

00:27:34.400 The fact of the matter is president Trump is not a legal scholar.

00:27:38.000 That being said, as the president of the United States, and we did obtain, I obtained footage

00:27:43.480 earlier today of president Trump that definitively plays a role in the case against Jack Smith.

00:27:51.940 Do you know what that footage is that I posted on Twitter this very morning?

00:27:56.800 Well, it's footage of president Trump, Donald J.

00:27:59.860 Trump being sworn in as the president of the United States, because guess what?

00:28:03.540 As the president of the United States, you have the sole authority over classified information,

00:28:09.780 but don't take my word for it.

00:28:13.220 Just don't just take my word for it.

00:28:15.300 Let's go to never Trumper, Andy McCarthy, Andy, Andy, Andy.

00:28:22.800 Look at Andy's articles out there today.

00:28:25.420 The Trump indictment is damning.

00:28:28.600 It's from June 10th, 2023.

00:28:32.020 Just goes in and in deeper and deeper.

00:28:34.620 National Review.com, the haven of never Trumpers, they would never, never throw out all of their

00:28:45.140 credibility just because they hate Trump so much.

00:28:47.500 Well, here's the slight problem, because a decade ago when Andrew McCarthy, the same

00:28:55.260 Andrew C. McCarthy, was writing at PJ Media, let's look at what he wrote there.

00:28:59.620 Listen, Obama's classified leaks are probably not prosecutable.

00:29:05.420 Huh?

00:29:06.180 What?

00:29:07.540 What could that possibly mean, you ask?

00:29:11.640 Pray tell.

00:29:13.680 What could it possibly mean?

00:29:15.340 Well, we see here in these documents that it says very, very clearly, and I think this

00:29:22.220 is just amazing, that the president of the United States has sole classification authority.

00:29:30.420 All classified documents are able to be classified and unclassified by whoever is the president.

00:29:38.240 And I will quote, the lesson here of far more political than legal significance is that

00:29:42.980 President Obama may have been a reckless custodian of the nation's secrets.

00:29:46.660 By the way, this is all about the suxtet leak.

00:29:48.740 So we're, we're, uh, the suxtet leak.

00:29:50.880 So we're talking about the suxtet, uh, the suxtet precedent basically here.

00:29:56.140 When that information was leaked to the press, if the leak was done with the approval of President

00:30:03.220 Obama, it's not really a leak.

00:30:04.960 It's a release.

00:30:05.540 It's the guy in the Oval, Andrew McCarthy.

00:30:10.040 It's the guy in the Oval Office who sets the tone.

00:30:12.280 And that guy, by the way, is fully empowered to declassify whatever information he chooses

00:30:17.060 to declassify, no matter how sensitive, no matter how damaging its disclosure.

00:30:21.360 So if it turns out that Obama effectively approved the leaks, they are probably not actionable

00:30:26.260 disclosures of classified information.

00:30:30.140 Uh-oh.

00:30:31.540 What does that mean?

00:30:33.860 What does that mean, Andy?

00:30:35.860 What does it mean?

00:30:36.700 Well, it, well, it means that Andy McCarthy had one standard, a legal standard.

00:30:42.620 Sounds like a pretty good and pretty solid legal standard.

00:30:44.780 In fact, it's the one that we've been discussing here.

00:30:46.460 It's the one that Mike Davis talks about when he comes on.

00:30:48.860 It's the exact same one that we've always pointed out that the president of the United

00:30:52.980 States, every president of the United States has the ability to declassify information.

00:30:58.140 Last week, I was highly critical of Joe Biden because he did not use those declassification

00:31:04.900 powers to declassify the fact that a missing submersible, when it was going to visit the

00:31:11.200 Titanic, had been picked up on acoustic systems, sonar systems that the United States Navy has

00:31:17.500 in that region.

00:31:18.860 So the fact that that was recorded could have been released very quickly by Joe Biden.

00:31:25.580 It could have come out right away.

00:31:27.320 And yet he decided not to do it.

00:31:29.380 He decided to sit on it.

00:31:30.280 Why?

00:31:31.040 He's playing politics.

00:31:32.580 Well, we've also got another piece here from Andy, and it's just so strange how Andy McCarthy

00:31:38.980 has one set of legal arguments for Democrats, but another set of legal arguments when the

00:31:46.900 man's name is Donald Trump, who's in question.

00:31:50.060 Why is that, Andy?

00:31:50.960 I just, it's very interesting because Andy tells us that he's a conservative.

00:31:55.140 He tells us that he's a Republican.

00:31:56.680 And yet his legal analysis totally changes depending on who the person we're talking

00:32:02.600 about is.

00:32:03.120 Let's look here.

00:32:05.220 Latest in leak farce, the special counsel folly.

00:32:08.880 What is this?

00:32:09.500 Andrew McCarthy, what are you talking about here?

00:32:12.560 Well, Republicans at the time, just to go back, were arguing that they should appoint a

00:32:18.260 special counsel to investigate Barack Obama.

00:32:22.240 At the time, Andy McCarthy wrote, the other reason that's, Andy McCarthy wrote, and I quote,

00:32:30.580 I'm quoting you verbatim.

00:32:31.900 I'm not going to change a word of this. 1.00

00:32:34.540 Special counsels, screaming for a special counsel is dumb. 0.83

00:32:39.400 Special counsels are unconstitutional for reasons outlined by Justice Scalia, whose brilliant 0.89

00:32:44.900 Morrison v.

00:32:45.780 Olson dissent has repeatedly proved prescient since he wrote it in 1988 prosecution.

00:32:51.040 It is an executive responsibility, and the Constitution vests all executive power in

00:32:55.660 the president.

00:32:56.560 If the Constitution is appointed, the prosecutor appointed, is not independent of the executive

00:33:01.100 branch, he cannot investigate credibly.

00:33:02.940 But if he is independent of the executive branch, he cannot investigate legitimately.

00:33:09.080 And the Constitution aside, the institution of the special counsel or an independent prosecutor

00:33:13.700 has been a catastrophe, dogging administrations of both parties, substantially undermining their

00:33:20.360 capacity to govern.

00:33:22.860 Well, well, well, Mr. Andy McCarthy.

00:33:26.700 It turns out that you, sir, were completely against prosecution for declassified information.

00:33:36.820 You were against special counsels.

00:33:40.660 What else was Andy McCarthy against?

00:33:43.280 You ask?

00:33:44.420 Let's go back to even time.

00:33:46.020 So that's when it was Obama, not when it was Trump.

00:33:47.900 Listen to this.

00:33:48.440 This is even better.

00:33:48.940 It gets better.

00:33:49.940 Here you go.

00:33:50.400 So from October of 2020, listen to this.

00:33:56.660 With due respect, I'm so tired after four years of hearing this.

00:34:01.840 Trump is president.

00:34:03.880 He can declassify and publish anything.

00:34:06.940 Haspel is responsible for protecting U.S. assets.

00:34:09.240 Of course, she opposes disclosure.

00:34:10.900 This is when they were talking about declassifying CIA documents.

00:34:14.340 Gina Haspel was the head of the CIA at the time.

00:34:16.000 If info should be revealed, then POTUS can order it.

00:34:19.840 So stop blaming Haspel.

00:34:21.060 So he argued that President Trump has the ability to declassify and publish anything.

00:34:26.920 That was October of 2020.

00:34:28.400 This is and this is my favorite one, because the first thing I get back when people talk

00:34:31.920 about this is they say, what about obstruction?

00:34:34.260 What about obstruction?

00:34:35.460 What about obstruction?

00:34:36.540 Boom.

00:34:37.500 Andy McCarthy.

00:34:38.660 For what it's worth.

00:34:39.500 This is from May 30th, 2018.

00:34:42.420 For what it's worth, I distinguish indictment obstruction from impeachment obstruction.

00:34:46.920 I don't think a president of the United States could be criminally charged for obstruction

00:34:51.400 over a constitutional act.

00:34:53.400 I have no doubt that a POTUS could be impeached on corruption or abuse of power theory, even

00:34:57.980 if the act is with constitutional prerogative.

00:35:03.040 Andy McCarthy argued that the president of the United States cannot be prosecuted for obstruction

00:35:10.400 while conducting a constitutional act.

00:35:13.520 A constitutional act, by the way, like the declassification of documents.

00:35:19.940 Well, Andy, my question for you is, why has your entire legal analysis changed when we've

00:35:30.000 moved from Barack Obama, from the Trump administration to today?

00:35:35.880 What changed, Andy?

00:35:37.740 Did the folks over at National Review have a problem with your previous stances?

00:35:42.920 Are you going to come clean with your audience and explain this evolution in your thinking?

00:35:50.760 I'm all ears.

00:35:52.100 Happy to come on anytime.

00:35:53.900 We'll have you here.

00:35:57.160 Buzzing in my ear about the boring people at your office.

00:36:00.380 I'm trying to listen to the new human events with Jack Posobiec.

00:36:05.080 All right, we're back here at human events.

00:36:07.120 Very excited to bring on our next guest.

00:36:08.860 First time we've had her on the show, it's Evita Duffy, a writer over at The Federalist

00:36:14.080 and on one of the same topics that we've actually been talking about here on the show.

00:36:18.940 And of course, I was blasted for, you know, for bringing this up because I talked about

00:36:24.680 the fact that the media and the White House were actually using stories and pushing different

00:36:32.400 stories, different narratives out there because they didn't want to talk about the fact that

00:36:37.000 the son of the president of the United States got this massive sweetheart deal from the

00:36:41.740 Department of Justice, the very same Department of Justice that is going after Trump supporters,

00:36:46.900 that is going after Catholics, that's going after pro-lifers with an extreme, extreme level 0.82

00:36:53.300 that we've never seen before anywhere in U.S.

00:36:55.800 politics or even U.S. history.

00:36:57.540 But when it comes to crimes like this, not only was Hunter Biden never even charged for

00:37:03.940 flagrant Farrah violations, for obvious counterintelligence operations, he was never even investigated.

00:37:13.320 The FBI never even opened an investigation into counterintelligence.

00:37:17.400 They never followed up on these allegations of bribery.

00:37:20.140 By the way, credible allegations that came from an FBI source.

00:37:25.920 This is not from, this wasn't from human events.

00:37:28.520 This wasn't from Steve Bannon.

00:37:29.860 This wasn't from War Room.

00:37:31.180 It wasn't from Dan Bongino, Charlie Kirk, et cetera, et cetera.

00:37:34.100 It was from the FBI's own source.

00:37:37.880 So I wanted to bring up Evita Duffy here today to walk through her article and lay out the case.

00:37:44.840 And I will tell you right now, I think she's right.

00:37:46.660 Evita, thank you for joining us here at Human Events.

00:37:49.000 Thank you for having me.

00:37:51.240 So walk us through your theory of the case.

00:37:54.560 The media used the failed Russia coup to knock the bombshell Biden scandal off the front page.

00:38:01.900 What went down?

00:38:03.480 Yeah, I mean, so first of all, this, this IRS, these two IRS whistleblower testimonies are explosive.

00:38:10.160 You can go and read them or read about them at thefederalist.com.

00:38:13.440 But you can also read them from the House Ways and Means Committee.

00:38:16.500 They're absolutely insane what these whistleblowers are alleging that they wanted to investigate Hunter Biden in 2018.

00:38:23.020 And the DOJ was slow walking it, not allowing the investigators to do their job, wouldn't give them a search warrant.

00:38:29.420 They had tons of probable cause.

00:38:31.180 And then eventually it actually suspended the whole investigation ahead of the 2020 election because it could hurt Joe Biden.

00:38:38.120 And then once he was elected, they redid, they re-upped the investigation, but were again hindering it every step of the way.

00:38:46.460 The IRS investigators wanted to do a consented search of Hunter's home.

00:38:51.460 They wanted to do some really key interviews.

00:38:53.500 And before they were going to do it, the FBI actually tipped off people really close to Joe and Hunter before their day of action, basically thwarting the entire thing, and then eventually ending the whole investigation.

00:39:06.980 So twice they did that.

00:39:08.440 So this is an explosive story that is implicating Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and then, of course, the deep state, which has been protecting them all along.

00:39:17.400 And in the midst of all of this, we have this giant story.

00:39:23.560 Suddenly we have this Russia coup hit the headlines, and it's been extremely overemphasized by the corporate media, by the White House, by the Department of Defense. 0.97

00:39:35.760 And I think it's, and this is, people will say, oh, you're a conspiracy theorist, you're crazy.

00:39:41.300 This is what the media does all the time.

00:39:43.620 We already know that they don't want the American people to know about these IRS whistleblower testimonies.

00:39:48.880 Every Democrat on the House Ways and Means Committee voted to not make them public.

00:39:54.460 So this is textbook behavior.

00:39:57.020 And I'll say this about the coup.

00:39:58.560 I think that attempted coup, I think that it's a serious matter.

00:40:02.660 I think it has a place in the world news section.

00:40:04.780 It's not that it shouldn't be covered.

00:40:06.620 It's that it shouldn't dominate the headlines when we have a Biden bribery scandal

00:40:11.620 and potential DOJ interference in the rule of law in our country.

00:40:17.960 And this is so serious, and it's not being covered by a media that is continuing to protect the president

00:40:25.180 and show preferential treatment to one side of the political aisle.

00:40:29.480 Well, I think you're right.

00:40:32.080 And look, you know, I'm not going to ask you to co-sign the theory that I threw out last week.

00:40:37.480 But this, to me, the fact that this submersible was known to have been imploded, that they had that information,

00:40:47.860 the U.S. Navy, which of course would have, and look, I say this as a former Navy officer,

00:40:52.040 a guy who's had stuff that was in the president's daily brief.

00:40:54.960 I'm intimately aware of how presidential daily briefs are run.

00:40:59.080 This idea that President Biden didn't know about the fact that the Navy had detected the implosion on day one

00:41:06.140 and yet was running out there.

00:41:08.680 And humanevents.com, we ran down the entire timeline of when they knew versus what they were saying.

00:41:14.560 They were telling us the admirals were coming out there from the Coast Guard.

00:41:18.500 You've got this many hours.

00:41:19.620 I've got 24 hours left.

00:41:20.780 You've got 10 hours left.

00:41:21.740 It was a horrible story, and the entire world was pulling for them and praying for them.

00:41:27.700 And yet they knew all along that this thing had detected an implosion.

00:41:33.900 It was in the same area of the Titanic, which is obviously a known area.

00:41:37.560 There's only one submersible operating in that area.

00:41:40.700 Do you think, and I'll put it to you, and if you disagree with me, that's totally fine,

00:41:44.880 but do you think that this played an element into it, the fact that they knew that the whistleblower testimony was coming out that week,

00:41:50.440 the fact that they knew that the Hunter Biden plea deal was also coming out that week,

00:41:55.640 which obviously, look, I'm not going to be – I think we can be a dull here and know that the president would know

00:42:00.880 when his son's plea deal is coming out with his own Department of Justice.

00:42:04.140 It boggles my mind to think that the White House didn't cynically use this as a PR opportunity

00:42:12.860 when literally every single operation in Washington, D.C. would have done the same thing both sides of the aisle.

00:42:19.940 A hundred percent.

00:42:21.200 I mean, and it's always speculation, right?

00:42:23.900 So I'm not going to say definitively that this is what's happening, but it's very suspicious.

00:42:29.840 And I 100 percent agree with you on that, that this – and I wrote this in the article – they had countdowns for this submersible.

00:42:36.560 We were all on the edge of our seats watching, hoping, praying, just like you said.

00:42:41.300 And then, lo and behold, we find out actually they knew all along that it had imploded

00:42:45.920 and that this whole search was really in vain, and what they were projecting – what they were portraying to the public

00:42:52.660 was really very untruthful.

00:42:55.500 And I think it's a very convenient coincidence for the president that you had these two stories

00:43:02.520 really blow up in the media, sort of, I think, unjustifiably in the midst of these testimonies

00:43:08.960 and then, of course, also the charges with his son.

00:43:11.500 So 100 percent.

00:43:13.480 I also think, you know, we have to talk about what we know, right?

00:43:16.880 We know that the FBI, that the DOJ, that they are a corrupt entity.

00:43:24.760 We know that President Biden will – you know, he's made a career out of lying.

00:43:30.400 So to say all of a sudden, no, we have to believe them, that they are – they're straight shooters all of a sudden, 0.99

00:43:36.780 I think is ridiculous.

00:43:37.640 From this IRS testimony, we actually – they're actually alleging that the FBI knew that the Hunter – infamous Hunter Biden laptop was –

00:43:48.200 they had authenticated it, knew it was real almost a full year before it was broken onto the scene by the New York Post.

00:43:54.820 And yet the FBI still tried to tell them to censor the story because it was Russian disinformation, even though they knew it was real.

00:44:02.020 These are not straight shooters.

00:44:03.320 They're constantly lying to us.

00:44:04.640 They made a career out of lying to us. 0.99

00:44:06.720 And so just to say that now we're going to trust them, I think, is very foolish. 0.90

00:44:12.440 I got into a debate down in Austin with Destiny, the left-wing Twitch streamer, about this very subject as to – 0.54

00:44:22.200 and it actually got down to the point where he was arguing, well, OK, maybe some of the FBI knew that it was real,

00:44:29.780 but maybe other parts of the FBI didn't know it was real, and therefore they were – could have been operating in good faith

00:44:37.600 because maybe one hand wasn't talking to the other at the FBI, and I think everyone in the room was basically giving him this look –

00:44:46.260 yeah, you're shaking your head exactly the same as that.

00:44:48.360 Like, bro, it's – just stop trying to defend these people.

00:44:54.020 Stop trying to carry water for them.

00:44:56.600 We all have questions as to what our government is up to and why, oh, why, after all these years of lies,

00:45:04.140 every conspiracy theory that we are told up front of – that's a conspiracy, this is a conspiracy –

00:45:08.480 we found out not only were we actually right, but also the government knew we were right at the moment.

00:45:14.760 We're speaking now with Evita Duffy.

00:45:16.700 She is a writer at The Federalist.

00:45:18.540 We're coming up with a break, Evita.

00:45:19.660 I'd love to hold you on over this because we need to go into more about these specific allegations of these whistleblowers

00:45:26.440 because, remember, these are nonpartisan actors.

00:45:28.740 These are people who were just hired by the investigative agencies to come out and do the work of the American people.

00:45:35.760 There are still white hats within the government.

00:45:37.940 We want to find out what's going on.

00:45:39.920 So stay tuned, folks.

00:45:40.820 We'll be right back with more of this bombshell report from The Federalist.

00:45:44.700 Evita Duffy is our guest, and we are going to do the job that the mainstream media won't do here on Human Events.

00:45:52.260 Of The Federalist, Evita.

00:45:53.920 Now, yesterday, I laid out my theory of the case and my biggest issue in all of this,

00:45:59.040 the fact that why was only an IRS – as far as we know, only an IRS investigation opened up into this situation.

00:46:06.840 Were there tax crimes?

00:46:07.580 I'm sure they were tax crimes.

00:46:08.680 But we know because of the Durham testimony, the reporting, et cetera, that this same organization,

00:46:17.000 the FBI, opened up a counterintelligence investigation into Donald Trump predicated essentially on George Papadopoulos' comments

00:46:25.240 in a bar that he made with Alexander Downer in London all about stuff that was publicly known about WikiLeaks

00:46:34.060 and about emails and the Hillary server, et cetera, et cetera.

00:46:38.340 They open up a full-on multi-country, multi-intelligence agency, counterintelligence, wiretapped FISA investigation,

00:46:48.720 which included spies, actual spies that they tried to insert and did insert into the Trump campaign.

00:46:56.400 They do all of that on Trump in 2016 based off of this conversation in a bar.

00:47:02.900 Yet, when it comes to Biden, the laptop, which they had in 2019, talking about the bribery,

00:47:09.860 they have the information from a separate source beyond the laptop about bribery.

00:47:14.760 They only open a tax investigation.

00:47:19.120 Where's the counterintelligence investigation?

00:47:21.100 Where are the FISA warrants?

00:47:22.520 Where's the FARA investigation for failing to register as a foreign agent?

00:47:26.120 Where are any of these things?

00:47:27.800 They don't exist.

00:47:29.240 So it seems like the IRS is actually pointing that they are or are tempted, at least, these agents

00:47:34.320 to go in and investigate what little they could and they still got blocked.

00:47:38.400 Yeah, it's 100 percent such an indication of our two-tier justice system.

00:47:44.860 And this is what congressional Republicans have been saying for months now, is that where's

00:47:50.280 the investigation?

00:47:51.220 What are you guys doing about this?

00:47:52.700 And what they'll say is, oh, well, we're investigating it.

00:47:55.260 And then they're hiding information from Congress, from the American people, and essentially lying

00:48:01.600 to us and saying, oh, we're doing something about it when they're really not.

00:48:04.360 And they haven't been for years now.

00:48:06.660 And one of the things that was revealed, I think it was two weeks ago, that a Burisma 1.00

00:48:12.220 executive has two audio recordings with President Joe Biden and multiple others with Hunter Biden

00:48:21.160 confirming that the two of them were selling political power and influence over American

00:48:27.620 foreign policy to these foreign companies and entities and enemies of America.

00:48:32.700 And we don't really know what the DOJ is doing about any of this.

00:48:37.680 What we do know is that they are hiding information about it from Congress and from the American

00:48:43.780 people.

00:48:44.360 And there's really no accountability.

00:48:45.720 And I've been saying this for a long time.

00:48:48.080 My dad's a former congressman.

00:48:49.460 I'm like, what can we do about the deep state?

00:48:53.640 Because are they going to investigate themselves?

00:48:56.000 They usually say that they're innocent, right, when there's wrongdoing among their ranks.

00:49:00.720 And so I think that there needs to be an act of Congress, to be honest, to break these agencies

00:49:05.700 down, either abolish them or in the case of perhaps the FBI, where there might be use that

00:49:11.440 for crime that crosses state borders, and really bring it down to skeletal levels and really

00:49:18.420 say in clear words what their jobs are.

00:49:23.580 Because right now it's gotten completely out of control to the point where we might have

00:49:28.040 a president that's compromised by enemies of America and engaging in blatant corruption

00:49:35.280 and bribes that we are not able to address because of how secretive, how massive, monolithic

00:49:43.760 and corrupt our federal government has become.

00:49:48.480 Avita, I couldn't say it better.

00:49:50.760 This is a situation that I've talked about when I was in the intelligence agencies, where

00:49:55.040 we have 17 agencies or 16 plus one, depending on how you define the ODNI.

00:50:01.380 The British had a similar situation at the end of World War II.

00:50:04.840 That's why they paired it way down to just all the, and they had usually have, used to

00:50:10.400 have MI1 all the way out to MI15.

00:50:12.800 They paired it all the way down to just MI5 and MI6.

00:50:17.000 They've specifically delineated lines for internal, for external.

00:50:22.400 They also have a SIGINT agency, that's GCHQ.

00:50:25.980 Not to say that they do things all the much better than us, but they at least took the effort

00:50:30.260 to find some reform here.

00:50:32.200 That's what we need to do.

00:50:33.140 We need to get politics out of the FBI.

00:50:35.520 I agree with you.

00:50:36.480 I want the FBI to be going after child traffickers.

00:50:39.720 I want the DHS and ICE and et cetera to be going after border jumpers and anyone that's 1.00

00:50:45.780 involved in trafficking.

00:50:46.760 Of course, we're huge supporters of Sound of Freedom.

00:50:49.520 We were there just a couple of, what, just last week with Tim Ballard, with Jim Caviezel,

00:50:54.480 with Eduardo Verrastegui.

00:50:56.080 By the way, angel.com slash humanevents.

00:50:58.260 Please go, and $2 million tickets is what we're trying to sell for the movie.

00:51:02.040 These are elements that we want federal law enforcement doing, but we need to get politics

00:51:08.620 out of it.

00:51:09.680 Do we need a specific, perhaps one option could be a specific agency just going after political

00:51:15.380 corruption.

00:51:16.100 Of course, the issue with that once again becomes what happens if that agency is completely

00:51:21.720 taken over by Democrats.

00:51:24.160 But I think you're right.

00:51:25.000 I think taking the FBI and then completely reworking it to just being an agency that goes

00:51:31.880 after direct federal crimes, crimes against children, human trafficking, bank robbery,

00:51:40.740 et cetera, one of the original crimes that was going after, that totally makes much more

00:51:45.280 sense.

00:51:45.640 Evita, where can people go to follow you and what are you and your writing?

00:51:48.800 Yeah, so I'm at thefederalist.com.
