00:00:23.020 this is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare

00:00:31.680 a commentator international social media sensation and former navy intelligence veteran this is human

00:00:43.280 events with your host jack posovic deliver us from a jury has been unable to agree on whether a santa

00:00:49.740 cruz county rancher is guilty or not in the shooting death of a mexican national crossing his ranch

00:00:55.900 now judge thomas fink has declared a mistrial in the case for the first time in our nation's history

00:01:01.180 a 30 year old man or woman isn't doing as well as his or her parents were at 30 people are opting out

00:01:05.260 of america they're not optimistic about it because quite frankly they are just pissed off they look up

00:01:10.620 they see wealth exceptional wealth across my generation and people in certain industries

00:01:16.460 and they are really struggling the attack on diversity equity and inclusion dei is an attack

00:01:21.580 on democracy it's an attack on education donald trump once again overnight testing the limits of

00:01:27.260 the judge's gag order on the eve of a key hearing that jury was picked so fast 95 democrats uh the area is

00:01:36.700 all mostly all democrats this as his defense team seeks to beat back allegations he's repeatedly violated

00:01:43.340 the judge's gag order which bars the former president from commenting on jurors witnesses

00:01:48.780 and the da's staff last night a line of nypd officers in protective gear standing eye to eye

00:01:55.340 with protesters demanding police leave nyu's gold plaza we have more police presence here than anyone's

00:02:01.580 ever seen for blocks you can't get near this court house and yet you have nobody up in a college

00:02:06.860 we have very radical people wanting to rip the colleges down the universities down

00:02:14.300 and that's a shame

00:02:25.740 all right ladies and gentlemen welcome aboard today's edition of human events daily live

00:02:51.420 washington dc today's april 23rd 2024 no domini day two of president trump's trial there in new york

00:02:59.820 city we're going to be working on getting real america's voice correspondent ben burkwam who's been

00:03:04.700 doing the yeoman's work out there day in day out from the courtroom uh we're told he's going to be

00:03:10.220 working to get outside the steps of the courthouse itself to give us all the updates the biggest update

00:03:15.980 that we've seen so far this morning judge walmer sean has decided or potentially has he blinked on

00:03:23.500 the gag order a lot of people thought that that was going to come down this morning that he was going

00:03:27.980 to give so before trump's trial began this morning they had a separate hearing on the gag order whether

00:03:33.900 or not president trump had violated it which of course would mean fines or even potentially spending the

00:03:40.860 night in jail for president trump our guest later in the episode we're going to have mike davis coming

00:03:46.620 up on us today and he's said before multiple times that specifically this judge will put trump

00:03:54.860 behind bars so everybody must be ready for that and let me tell you something about mike davis and

00:04:00.460 his predictions and i'll say this when he comes on as well everything that he has told you has come

00:04:06.380 true to the point of him calling the shot like babe ruth the great bambino himself mike davis stood there

00:04:13.260 and said the name to watch out for was matthew colangelo that this was the guy who was the operative

00:04:21.020 of merrick garland and the biden doj all the way down in bragg's office and then who opens the trial

00:04:27.740 who is the prosecutor that opened the trial yesterday was again matthew colangelo it's very simple look

00:04:33.980 folks look what can i say when you have a situation like we're in now if the theory of your case if your

00:04:44.220 theory of the case predicts what will happen next that is the way that you test a hypothesis with our

00:04:50.940 hypothesis of what's going on with trump we can see it day in day out this is a show trial and i'll be

00:04:58.060 very clear about this and we're going to go into we're certainly going to go in to all of this uh

00:05:03.740 by the way there's a debate going on right now there was a debate going on just about a year ago

00:05:08.540 and it got heated because they're specifically asking whether or not prosecutors can ask david pecker

00:05:14.940 about stephen k bannon that's right the host of the war room leader of the warm posse they his name has

00:05:21.180 been brought up in this trial already and they are supposedly uh going to ask or trying to ask david

00:05:27.340 peckham this is the guy from the national enquirer who is the first witness they want to bring up they

00:05:33.980 want to bring up steve bannon and of course they're looking at some of this stuff uh the national

00:05:39.660 enquirer headlines from 2016 the jfk's secret son um we we all know the type of uh grocery store

00:05:47.740 checkout line headlines that you would see in the national enquirer people are asking all about it

00:05:54.220 steve bannon's name coming up in the courtroom remember this is the same judge that steve's

00:05:59.260 going to have later when it comes to the new york state we built the wall case be right back

00:06:05.100 getting into all the legal slicing and dicing mike davis joins us next the show trial of donald trump

00:06:51.500 all right here we are back live human events daily got a lot going on and we are here to chop all this

00:06:58.700 wood folks with the world descending quickly into chaos the next medical crisis is just around the

00:07:03.100 corner whether it's another pandemic or something closer to home preparedness is no longer an option

00:07:08.220 it's a necessity that's where the wellness company comes in from something innocent and natural like a

00:07:27.660 the wellness company and their doctors including dr peter mccullough dr james thorpe dr harvey

00:07:59.660 for 10 off see the site for details prescription may be required i'm being told that we do now have

00:08:05.820 ben burquam out there at the courthouse and um okay he's actually we're actually um we thought

00:08:14.780 we thought we had ben he must have ducked back into court on this steve bannon stuff and so

00:08:19.900 we're gonna go now to mike davis uh who's coming on with us mike davis from the article 3 project

00:08:28.700 so much is going on right now before we dig into the the meat of what's happening here

00:08:34.220 can you tell us uh why is all of this happening how have we got to such a point this is all

00:08:42.220 happening because democrats fear president president trump is gonna win back the white

00:08:48.700 house on november 5th 2024 so they they ran this democrat lawfare and election interference they are

00:08:55.260 are indicting a former president for the first time in american history who happens to be the

00:09:01.020 leading presidential candidate because they say he booked a nuisance claim incorrectly in his in his

00:09:09.980 in his company books seven years ago and somehow those are 34 felony counts against a president and

00:09:18.060 keeping him stuck in a courtroom for two months in 2024 during the heights of the presidential

00:09:25.020 campaign season this is obviously democrat lawfare we've talked about this for a long time jack you

00:09:30.060 had this soros funded manhattan dea alvin bragg declined to bring the this bogus legal theory that

00:09:37.900 the prior manhattan dea the federal election commission the the justice department bragg himself declined to

00:09:44.780 until matthew colangelo got sent from the biden justice department the number three office in the

00:09:50.380 biden justice department to resurrect the zombie case and and davis i i don't know if you heard the

00:09:57.340 opening here but i said man you were like the great bambino up there babe ruth calling the shot remember

00:10:02.220 the fame calling the shot you were the first guy and you took all the slings all the arrows over matthew

00:10:08.460 colangelo saying the name back when we used to say eric charamella on uh online and get in trouble

00:10:13.740 for it you were the one who said the name matthew colangelo and that's exactly who came in it was

00:10:19.580 matthew colangelo this yeah i mean you were just 100 right man 100 right and what's so outrageous is

00:10:25.660 this this this democrat manhattan judge one mershon who donated to biden in 2020 and donated to another

00:10:33.180 anti-trump cause and more importantly whose daughter lauren mershon has raised a hundred million dollars

00:10:40.780 off of her father's unprecedented criminal trial of a former and likely future president he should

00:10:47.260 recuse from this case it's required under new york statutes that he should recuse and that's just

00:10:52.860 that's not just me saying this a former clinton federal judge in new york city went on uh cnn

00:11:00.460 on april 5th caitlin collins the show on april 5th and said the same thing that judge burshawn needs to

00:11:04.940 recuse because his daughter has a financial stake and he's refused to recuse in response what has

00:11:10.540 this judge done he's teamed up with bragging colangelo to illegally unconstitutionally gag

00:11:16.380 a criminal defendant so president trump can't even talk about matthew colangelo and how he was deployed

00:11:22.460 from the biden justice department to bring this lawfare he can't president trump can't talk about the

00:11:27.020 clear judicial bias bias of one mershon who should recuse from this case because of his daughter's

00:11:33.020 financial stake lauren michon's financial stake 100 million dollars she's raised and counting

00:11:37.820 these are reversible that that is a reversible error that that's going to get this case reversed

00:11:43.580 on appeal even up to the supreme court but the democrats running this lawfare don't care their

00:11:48.780 their entire point is to get a felony conviction of trump before november 5th 2024 because they see the

00:11:55.820 polling they see that trump is beating biden like a drum and the only way they think they can resurrect

00:12:03.260 biden's dead political body is by this felony conviction of trump so i want to ask you about

00:12:09.820 something this is late breaking from the trial but about an hour ago uh the jurors were all asked

00:12:17.340 out of the room and the lawyers began debating whether or not prosecutors can question david pecker

00:12:22.860 now david pecker is the first witness in all of this uh it's the national enquirer the story of course

00:12:27.820 is at the core of what we're told is this supposed criminal activity they're asking whether or not

00:12:33.660 he can bring up steve bannon uh steve the host of the war room uh who at the time was the campaign

00:12:39.660 manager for trump and what they're saying is this is out of politico prosecutors had asked the former

00:12:44.860 ceo of the national enquirer uh publisher about bannon asking him to put a national enquirer reporter on

00:12:52.300 sean hannity's talk show to talk about hillary clinton and asking pecker to run certain articles

00:12:59.340 and it's it seems to me that this is just what a normal campaign manager would do to try to help

00:13:07.100 uh their candidate you know a criminal conspiracy or a conspiracy a scheme if you will to help the

00:13:13.180 candidate he was working for to get elected that seems what the scheme he seems to be here why is

00:13:18.780 this coming up in the trial it's very clear this is coming up to inflame the jury to make this more

00:13:25.500 political there's no look it's not a crime for a businessman to settle a nuisance claim you can call

00:13:31.660 it hush money you can call it whatever you want you can think it's unseemly but i'll tell you as a

00:13:36.140 lawyer uh that was in private practice for over a decade i i dealt with these nuisance claims and

00:13:42.620 these non-disclosure agreements constantly it's the cost of doing business for these businessmen and for

00:13:48.540 these businesses particularly in new york city so it's it's not it's not unusual to have uh you

00:13:55.180 know a nuisance claim settled a hush money claim settled with a non-disclosure agreement and to try

00:14:00.460 to say that trump was doing it solely because of his campaign in 2016 i mean if you bring in this other

00:14:08.620 evidence that that trump like almost any other businessman is going to settle settle nuisance claim

00:14:12.940 i bet you trump's been doing it for 40 years that's routine and that's when he was not running for

00:14:17.500 president it's just part of what you do as a business person this is an insane legal theory

00:14:24.140 that these democrats are using their sole goal is to make trump a felon well and and

00:14:31.580 and real real quick just just to ask you about the legal theory here um there trump's lawyers even seem

00:14:37.260 to have pointed back on on this situation by the way they're trying to loop steve bannon in who isn't

00:14:41.820 named in any of the documents that correct me if i'm wrong but conspiracy is not even one of the

00:14:46.860 charges that they're actually going after in this case well it's it's it's evolving they might i i it

00:14:52.540 sounds like it's evolving the theory is evolving yeah yeah yeah the theory is evolving as the trial

00:14:57.260 goes i mean that that might be a due process problem but the defendant doesn't even know what the the

00:15:01.580 criminal charges are before the trial begins so we can get the evidence to defend himself against that but

00:15:06.940 look they their goal is to just get a criminal conviction so they went to this biased prosecutor

00:15:13.500 the soros funded da this clearly conflicted biased democrat judge one where sean they had the jury

00:15:20.700 selection where they're asking the potential jurors that they followed trump on social media but they

00:15:25.420 don't they didn't ask if they followed biden so you have this it's already a stacked jury in manhattan

00:15:29.900 it voted 87 for biden and then they're even going a step farther by trying to weed out the people

00:15:35.900 you know the three people in manhattan who could be trump supporters they're trying to weed them out

00:15:40.860 during the jury selection but not weed out the biden supporters and then you're illegally gagging trump

00:15:46.540 the gag orders are supposed to protect criminal defendants they're limited time place and manner

00:15:51.260 restrictions on others first amendment rights to make sure that the defendant has his constitutional rights

00:15:57.580 to a fair public and speedy trial you have cohen out on cnn tainting the jury pool constantly he's

00:16:04.620 the one who should be gagged to protect trump's right to a fair trial instead they're gagging trump

00:16:09.980 because trump is raising evidence of the judge's bias he's raising evidence of lauren michon making

00:16:16.460 100 million dollars raising 100 million dollars off of this trial trump's raising evidence of colangelo

00:16:22.220 being deployed from the biden justice department i mean it's this is turning the constitution on its head

00:16:29.020 in new york city there's no chance in hell that president trump is going to get a fair trial there's

00:16:34.860 there is a 100 certainty that they're going to find him guilty judge mershon is going to convict him

00:16:40.540 and he's going to have to think really long and hard whether he's going to put president trump in jail it

00:16:45.020 might be the biggest political gift that judge mershon can give president trump for the 2024 election is

00:16:51.660 putting him in jail because that will guarantee that president trump wins back the white house

00:16:56.220 in a landslide it will be an in-kind campaign contribution from from bragg and colangelo and

00:17:03.020 juan mershon we're we're also being told that president trump is expected to speak very soon in

00:17:09.900 front of the courthouse we're going to go to that i think in a minute uh about a minute here it's about

00:17:14.380 to start but i want to also throw out there as you say uh these nuisance claims come up again and again

00:17:20.060 and we there's another one that just came up where they said that um you know this guy

00:17:25.580 oh he's going live he's going live we're tossing now allow articles to be put in as an example these

00:17:31.020 are articles that were over the last day and a half they're very good articles actually the case is a

00:17:37.020 sham and it shouldn't need to be tried it shouldn't have been submitted and i don't even know if you're

00:17:43.420 allowed to put them in we have a gag order which to me is totally unconstitutional i'm not allowed to

00:17:49.100 talk but people are allowed to talk about me so they can talk about me they can say whatever

00:17:54.300 they want they can lie but i'm not allowed to say anything i just have to sit back and

00:18:00.380 look at why a conflicted judge has ordered me to have a gag order i don't think anybody's ever seen

00:18:06.140 anything like this i'd love to talk to you people i'd love to say everything that saw my mind

00:18:11.820 but i'm restricted because i have a gag order and i'm not sure that anybody's ever seen anything like

00:18:17.580 this before and even having to do with articles somebody writes an article if i read every one of

00:18:23.260 of these articles incomplete i read some of it and i'll look at headlines all good headlines and the

00:18:30.620 case is a sham but i can't read the whole thing i'd be reading this is like reading a novel so i put an

00:18:38.940 article in and then somebody's name is mentioned somewhere deep in the article and i end up in

00:18:44.940 violation of the gag order i think it's a disgrace it's totally unconstitutional i don't believe it's

00:18:51.820 never not to this extent ever happened before i'm not allowed to defend myself and yet other people are

00:18:58.780 allowed to say whatever they want about me very very unfair having to do with the schools and the

00:19:04.780 closings that's biden's fault and by the way this trial is all biden you know this is all biden just in

00:19:10.700 case anybody has any question and they're keeping me in a courtroom that's freezing by the way in a

00:19:18.140 courtroom all day long well he's out campaigning that's probably an advantage because he can't

00:19:24.860 campaign nobody nobody knows what he's doing you can't put two sentences together but he's out

00:19:30.380 campaigning he's out campaigning and i'm here in a courtroom sitting here giving uh

00:19:36.540 uh sitting up as straight as i can all day long because you know what it's a very unfair situation

00:19:43.820 so we're locked up in a courtroom but this guy's out there uh campaigning if you call it a campaign

00:19:48.860 every time he opens his mouth he gets himself into trouble so that's the story having unconstitutional

00:19:55.500 gay order by a highly conflicted judge that should recuse himself very simple on the schools should have 0.62

00:20:03.820 never happened what's going on in this country now should have never happened but of course the

00:20:08.540 ukraine war would have never happened the israeli attack would have never happened inflation would

00:20:14.620 have never happened we have the worst president in the history of our country and he's the one

00:20:20.140 that has us in all these different lawsuits thank you very much

00:20:39.020 well there you have it president trump just speaking you know i i was on the phone earlier today

00:20:43.580 um people know that uh my home state primary is going on down in pennsylvania and i said look

00:20:50.380 this is where trump should be today he should be there in pennsylvania barnstorming the state holding

00:20:57.580 one uh rally in scranton in the morning and then flying out to you know the pittsburgh area the

00:21:03.500 southwest area holding another event in the afternoon or the evening and the fact of the matter is that the

00:21:08.780 reason he's not there is specifically the reason they are doing all this to him so that they can keep

00:21:14.220 him on the show trial and off of the campaign trail by the way i would also throw out that the fact that

00:21:19.980 trump's on trial and can't be there for election day is a pretty good argument for why people need to

00:21:26.540 start embracing early voting and mail-in voting because you never know where you're gonna be on

00:21:32.460 election day get your vote in early that's the way to do it uh mike davis your reaction to president

00:21:39.900 trump there well i would just say this notice how president trump could not talk about matthew colangelo

00:21:46.540 right this biden prosecutor who got sent to alvin bragg's office to bring this bogus political case

00:21:52.540 against trump notice how president trump couldn't talk about lauren mishan this biased democrat manhattan 0.63

00:21:59.100 judge juan mershawn's adult daughter who has a top democrat consultant she's worked for biden she's

00:22:04.860 worked for kamala harris she's worked for adam schiff she's raised a hundred million dollars

00:22:10.540 from this criminal trial over which her father's presiding this unprecedented criminal trial this is

00:22:16.700 the same judge mershawn who donated to biden in 2020 donated to another anti-trump cause trump can't

00:22:23.420 talk about this because of this unconstitutional illegal gag order that's placed against him if

00:22:29.260 there's anyone on the planet who must have the constitutional rights under the first sixth and

00:22:36.220 14th amendments to speak out about the judge the prosecutor their staffs their biases the witnesses the

00:22:43.740 process it is a criminal defendant going through a criminal process particularly when that criminal

00:22:49.980 defendant is a presidential candidate and particularly when this criminal prosecution is obvious democrat

00:22:57.180 biden democrat lawfare and election interference on many fronts because democrats fear american voters

00:23:04.620 they fear american voters on november 5th 2024 so they're just trying to destroy trump legally

00:23:12.380 politically politically financially and is frankly his liberty uh because they fear american voters

00:23:20.860 now let me ask you a question about that i have a ton of questions for you but let me ask you this

00:23:25.340 um so judge mershawn didn't actually rule he says he's reserving judgment on this contempt charge 10

00:23:32.700 contempt charges um that the prosecutors have levied this morning they had this hearing went back and

00:23:39.420 forth got pretty testy at one point with trump's lawyers the fact that he didn't weigh in on this

00:23:45.180 here's my question if if trump's lawyers do believe that this judge is biased as as you say and as you've

00:23:55.900 detailed completely detailed over and over on this case did they have the ability then in court to file a

00:24:03.900 motion um against the judge um against the judge against a biased judge and then go to go over his

00:24:09.020 head to the appeals court is there a legal remedy available to them for uh for some judicial relief

00:24:15.980 here they tried to appeal the the the bias issue in the appellate court sided with mershawn it's just

00:24:23.100 it's unbelievable even a former federal clinton judge went on cnn on caitlin collins show on april 5th and

00:24:30.940 said that judge one mershawn needs to recuse because he has an actual conflict of interest

00:24:36.140 his daughter his adult daughter lauren mershawn has a financial stake in this criminal prosecution

00:24:41.740 she's raised a hundred million dollars she gets a percentage of that right so she he clearly has

00:24:47.020 to recuse this is reversible air but again they don't care they don't care if it's reversible air

00:24:52.780 their sole goal is to call trump a felon before november 5th 2024 and after the election they don't

00:25:00.300 care if the car the cases get thrown out against them this is this is the same play that jack smith

00:25:05.500 biden special counsel ran against former virginia virginia governor bob mcdonald in 2016 a likely

00:25:12.460 presidential or vice presidential contender they had the obama justice department take him out

00:25:18.380 politically uh got him convicted on corruption charges the supreme court later reversed eight to

00:25:24.540 nothing it would have been nine to nothing but justice scalia passed away it's impossible for a

00:25:29.740 criminal conviction to get reversed unanimously and jack smith found the way with bob mcdonald but the

00:25:36.380 damage was done uh these these democrat prosecutors are political scud missiles that biden is launching

00:25:43.260 at trump to take him out politically legally and financially because biden fears trump on november 5th 2024

00:25:51.020 now i want to go in on some of the case uh case updates that we've seen here there's there's one

00:25:59.260 this this morning that it looks almost exactly the same as what you're talking about these nonsense

00:26:03.820 stories that come up look we know that the national enquirer and these tabloid stories they they live and

00:26:10.060 breathe all this is why they're called the dirt rags right they're they're they're they're filled with the

00:26:14.060 dirt uh there was a story here this is what this was interesting actually because there's a story

00:26:19.980 here about um and you know how can you not click on it that it's it's the it's the trump uh what is

00:26:27.740 this oh oh uh the court has just adjourned for the day i'm seeing that's actually why uh why trump

00:26:32.860 was able to leave these are some early days that they're taking there that that there was this story

00:26:38.380 ridiculous story that president trump had fathered a secret child that there was a secret you know

00:26:44.380 trump kid i mean this is the you know exactly what you get from the national enquirer there was a secret

00:26:49.580 son that no one had ever heard of and he'd had it with um and i can't tell from the the write-up

00:26:55.740 i'm reading here in politico whether this was karen mcdougall etc etc but here's what's interesting

00:27:00.300 to me is that they go to peckham they go to the national enquirer publisher and they they ask him they

00:27:05.260 say did you run down this race said yes my editor ran down the story and found that it was unverifiable

00:27:11.500 that it was simply not true and they had something like former doorman who had been fired and he was

00:27:17.180 running around trying to sell a story and say oh i worked at trump tower and i heard this this and this

00:27:21.980 and it was completely untrue however the national enquirer publisher did pay money to that doorman

00:27:29.580 anyway to to set up this settlement so and this is years ago this is years and years ago

00:27:34.540 um in order so that he wouldn't be shopping the story around in the future in your estimation

00:27:41.180 mike davis how is it that cases like that or stories like that are dealt with on on a regular

00:27:47.260 basis that's number one and then number two where's the crime here these are called catch and kill

00:27:53.500 cases and there's no crime right you settle nuisance claims you have catch and kill there's no crime and

00:27:59.420 actually by bringing in evidence that trump has done this in the past proves that trump did not

00:28:04.620 do this solely to benefit his campaign so it can't be a campaign finance violation right and so that

00:28:09.980 just like the the brag has to be careful and colangelo have to be careful what they bring into evidence

00:28:14.620 here because they're going to try to bring in evidence to show a pattern maybe by trump or to

00:28:19.580 embarrass trump but all they're doing is undermining their case they're proving that trump settling nuisance

00:28:25.660 claims has happened routinely like any businessman any company they settle nuisance claims routinely

00:28:32.140 it's done in the course of business i was a lawyer for more than a decade before i got dragged back

00:28:37.340 in to politics and i handled nuisance claims non-disclosure agreements hush money if you want

00:28:44.860 to call it that we handled that on a daily basis as a business litigator and a business attorney that

00:28:51.340 happens every day in the business world particularly when you're high profile like someone like

00:28:56.940 donald trump you have to settle these nuisance claims constantly because you have a lot of money you

00:29:01.420 have a lot of fame and you're a big target it's not a crime to do this it happens every day if it were

00:29:07.420 a crime i guarantee you that these executives at let's say m nbc or msnbc they'd be in jail for settling 0.63

00:29:16.220 nuisance claims if it were a crime to settle nuisance claims i mean these these stories are ridiculous and

00:29:24.940 and of course i i would be i think you'd be you'd be hard pressed to find a billionaire anywhere in

00:29:31.260 america that didn't have claims like this even even ones who are relatively out of the spotlight

00:29:35.660 compared to donald trump who is has been in the spotlight for four decades someone who's had every

00:29:42.460 single claim under the sun uh levied against him um i'm sure there's going to be tons of these if

00:29:49.420 you if you scratch under the surface but what they're trying to do and and to me that's also why

00:29:55.340 that also struck me as odd because why would you bring up a case that even even your own witness is

00:30:01.500 saying was not true and that they paid for it anyway because they wanted it to go away to your point

00:30:07.340 mike davis it it seems like this was standard business practice and it was something they had

00:30:13.020 entered into long before the election came on now of course i don't believe we've seen the

00:30:19.500 cross-examination of this of this witness yet but i i would imagine that that's the very first thing

00:30:24.620 they would ask about yeah i mean this this is going to be this is going to blow up in bragging

00:30:29.980 colangelo's face if they bring in this evidence like look i don't think it's in any it's it's it's in

00:30:35.340 yeah i don't think any voter in america is going to say wow i you know saint donald of manhattan uh

00:30:43.180 you know had to settle nuisance claims with you know with these different women it's just so 1.00

00:30:47.820 shocking that that's going to change my vote for donald trump that's just not going to happen it's

00:30:52.300 just a silly argument that is baked into the expectations with donald trump that he's you know

00:30:59.340 he's had issues with many women in the past it's not a shocker it's it's not a shocker that he has

00:31:06.300 to pay nuisance claims and uh with non-disclosure agreements like any businessman would have to do

00:31:12.140 particularly high profile wealthy businessmen in new york and that's just part of the cost of

00:31:16.940 doing business for these guys and it's not a shocker it's not this was trump did not do this

00:31:21.820 if here's here's what here's what i think is very interesting though because while they're making

00:31:28.940 their case there and it's this this may be and look i i know that there's you know there's the

00:31:34.780 intellectual side of it where you and i want to go through the the actual facts of the case i doubt

00:31:39.660 that a new york jury is going to be that interested they're going to see trump and say guilty but it's

00:31:43.900 very interesting to me that they are pinning so much on election fraud that they're getting away from

00:31:49.340 the it feels like from the salacious details and trying to outline some criminal conspiracy that

00:31:54.540 just never took place which to your point was simply the the basic matter of the regular course

00:31:59.580 of business for a billionaire in new york city uh who also at the time by the way was one of the top

00:32:04.620 rated tv hosts in the entire country so i think bringing up this doorman and i think going down this

00:32:11.260 tack is is actually very bad for their case i think it's terrible for their case uh last couple

00:32:15.900 seconds for the segment mike davis yeah i 100 agree and it just shows you how desperate bragging

00:32:21.740 colangelo and judge mershon are they are doing everything they can to make anything they can

00:32:27.580 stick against trump so they can label him a felon before november 5th 2024 even if the courts of appeals

00:32:34.300 reverse the felony commission which they almost certainly will do all right we're back coming live

00:32:39.580 we're going to try to get that courthouse shot of course we had president trump just there we're going

00:32:43.020 to see if we can get ben up live new york city right back here we're going to pre-order town

00:32:50.860 pre-order in life

00:33:11.820 so back live human events daily folks there's a lot to be nervous about out there open up social media

00:33:17.500 turn on the news all you see is crime societal decay a lot of people just run out and buy a gun

00:33:22.220 and there it sits in a safe there's ever going to be an emergency they're not going to be prepared and

00:33:26.300 run the risk of hurting themselves or others no way around it you need to train and train often

00:33:31.900 ultimately it's time consuming to go to the range assuming there's even one nearby and ammo prices are

00:33:36.300 through the roof i target was invented so you could practice any time in the safety and convenience of

00:33:55.420 10 off when you check out with promo code poso this is the safest smartest way to train which is why

00:34:00.140 competitive shooters trust dry fire training as part of their regimen get yours today that's letter

00:34:05.100 itargetpro.com itargetpro.com promo code poso mike davis now with us here as we go through this trial

00:34:14.700 and mike i just got to keep coming back to this man and you know i'm trying to put myself in in the shoes

00:34:20.380 of a of a fair juror and i said let's let's throw all that you know politics aside and say wait a minute

00:34:27.100 if you're telling me that this was something that was done in the regular course of business

00:34:30.540 even when the story wasn't true because it was as you say a nuisance claim and you wanted to make

00:34:37.980 it go away then shouldn't if there's any fraud involved wouldn't the fraud be on the person who

00:34:46.060 was bringing the fake claims to begin with if there was any extortion going on wouldn't that be on the

00:34:52.700 person that was trying to extort the money and as a juror once once you admitted that your very first

00:34:59.100 and this is a prosecution witness folks the defense hasn't even begun their case yet this is only

00:35:03.980 number one uh in the case if i'm a fair juror i'm i would look at that and say all right that's the

00:35:09.900 end of the case that's the end of the case right there because there's no way that you can show me

00:35:14.700 that this was some kind of criminal scheme if you're explaining that it's done in the regular

00:35:18.780 course of business in and you know 30 grand sounds like a lot of money when you're multi-billionaire

00:35:23.180 probably not that much um if it's on the regular course of business even if the story is not true

00:35:28.220 then that's the end of the case i'm sorry that's the end of the case right there but this isn't

00:35:34.380 going to be the end of the case is it no of course it's not going to be the end of the case because

00:35:39.580 you said if there was a fair process if there was a fair jury and there's i did i did i did

00:35:45.660 you said there's in my fantasy land version of the trial you know yeah that that jury pool that

00:35:52.380 voted 87 for biden and then you have a jury pool that was further uh you know broken down by the

00:35:59.180 the judge asking these potential jurors that they followed trump on social media but didn't ask him

00:36:04.300 what they followed biden on social media for example so i have i have a sneaking feeling that

00:36:09.260 there are a lot of jurors on this jury who do not give a damn about the facts or the law and they

00:36:16.700 just want to get trump now walk me through how the rest of the case works because we're told that this

00:36:25.900 is going to go into june we're only in april right now by the way court case is done right now i would

00:36:31.260 hope that president trump's campaign has him on that flight to scranton which is right there it's you're

00:36:37.100 right next to new york city you could be there in 45 minutes uh holding an impromptu rally right

00:36:42.380 outside of joe biden's uh childhood home i mean how amazing would that be to simply hop over there

00:36:47.660 if your court's done early but what with this going on mike how does it work um going through are we

00:36:54.220 going to be getting this drips and drabs of witnesses over the next two months yeah i mean this

00:37:00.700 was part of the democrats plan they wanted president trump off the campaign trail where you can't

00:37:06.860 hold his rallies and fire them up and get their names and get their contact information and get

00:37:11.980 them registered to vote get them turned out to vote these democrat these biden democrats biden and

00:37:17.420 these democrat prosecutors wanted trump in the courtroom they wanted four of these back to back

00:37:23.260 to back to back it looks like they're going to get one of these maybe one more but this is still a

00:37:29.820 huge disadvantage for president trump to be off the campaign trail to be in this courtroom for the next

00:37:36.220 two or three months and that's all working out according to the democrats plan they planned

00:37:41.980 to do this they waited 30 months to bring these four different unprecedented indictments

00:37:48.060 against a former president they waited until president trump was it was very clear that president

00:37:52.700 trump was running for president again then they brought these four indictments along with civil

00:37:57.180 lawsuits for non-fraud civil lawsuits for defamation trying to disqualify him from the ballot

00:38:03.340 we've been talking about this for nearly two years jack this is their election interference this is

00:38:07.900 their law fair and it's working out just as they planned

00:38:13.260 it's it's precisely working out just like they planned because this is it's it's a joke you're

00:38:20.620 going in here witness after witness they're going to be talking about sure we're going to hear the

00:38:24.860 inner workings of president trump uh and his and how he ran his business you're going to hear about

00:38:31.180 steve bannon was trying to get a reporter booked on sean hannity like i'm sorry doing his job it

00:38:37.900 sounds like he was in a criminal conspiracy to to do his job uh as the campaign manager and again

00:38:43.740 uh people like michael cohen who at the time was working for trump i actually uh interacted with cohen

00:38:49.340 in 2016 a little bit on something completely unrelated to all of this um there's a homeless

00:38:55.100 woman who was a huge trump supporter out in la it's a long story she was uh defending uh president

00:38:59.660 trump's um the uh hollywood uh star for president trump but she was defending it and kind of like

00:39:05.980 and almost like chained herself to it and say you're not going to take president michael cohen

00:39:09.340 reached out to try to get in touch with her to try to help her out a little bit and that's the only

00:39:14.540 interaction i ever had with him but the idea that all of a sudden you know it's going to change some

00:39:21.020 legal opinion is it's a joke and so for a guy like matthew colangelo who's been trying to get

00:39:26.460 trump for all this time or people like maggie haberman were told by the way uh we're told and

00:39:30.860 i'm sure you you you saw them uh that you know rachel maddow is there what is it like when you put

00:39:36.700 themselves in the shoes of like the rachel maddows of the world how did they view this case well we saw 0.74

00:39:43.100 her she went on she went on our show yesterday and said that trump looked old and i as i said on

00:39:50.140 bannon's show yesterday i i don't know if rachel maddow should be the person out there uh commenting

00:39:55.580 about other people's appearance look i i have a face for radio and i fully admit it but so does she

00:40:01.660 so i don't think that she should be or i don't think that rachel maddow should be out there criticizing

00:40:07.500 president trump for looking older or criticizing his appearance uh when i wouldn't say rachel maddow's

00:40:13.900 uh necessarily a looker so that's that's number one but all these remember all these journalists 0.52

00:40:19.500 are really hypocrites because they work for news organizations that settle nuisance claims

00:40:27.180 with non-disclosure agreements every day they work for people they work for uh journal look i i deal 0.96

00:40:34.940 with a lot of these journalists all the time and i i hope these journalists don't go go out there and

00:40:41.020 get sanctimonious and pretend like they're morally superior because i know they're not and so if they

00:40:47.340 want to go down that path we can go down that path and this is this i i remember seeing this clip

00:40:54.220 we had this clip of her yesterday i saw it on msnbc man she was up there she had the the thrill was 1.00

00:40:59.420 running all the way all the way up the leg all the way up the leg up the back up the shoulder and i mean

00:41:05.180 it had her hair standing on and she was she was you know just frothing you could tell she was 1.00

00:41:12.700 uh very physically uh engaged i'm trying to be very euphemistic here on the show and i mean she could 0.85

00:41:20.620 this is something that they have been salivating over for and i don't even necessarily mean you know

00:41:26.060 brag and colangelo i mean this this commentary out of the media because there's a sliver of like the

00:41:32.140 maggie habermans and the rachel maddows and the livian newsies and the jake tapers who have just wanted to

00:41:39.500 see trump on trial for almost a decade at this point almost a complete deck and they didn't care

00:41:45.260 what the crime was they never cared what the crime was they couldn't even tell you what the crime is

00:41:49.740 now and yet they are just they are going through uh the the rebels of adulation seeing seeing this

00:41:57.580 take place last minute mike davis well i would say this to all these reporters they're going to be

00:42:02.940 going from being rebels of adulation or whatever the hell you said to they're going to be crying on

00:42:09.500 november 5th 2024 when president trump wins back the white house and uh it if you thought the first

00:42:16.860 term was uh if these liberals thought the first term was rough with trump just wait for the second term 0.97

00:42:22.460 i think he's learned his lessons from his from his first term and he's going to be ready

00:42:27.500 to hit the ground running on january 20th 2025. the rebels of adulation i get rebels of adulation

00:42:36.540 every time mike davis comes on the show every time i hear from producer faz that davis is coming in i'm

00:42:42.300 like oh my gosh does my hair look good is everything right take care mike let people know where they can

00:42:47.020 follow you man article three project.org article number three project.org you can donate there our

00:42:52.780 socials around there thank you jack all right god bless make sure you're sanitizing every time you

00:42:57.740 you stop being around rachel maddow i don't know something about her very unhygietic she doesn't 1.00

00:43:02.460 look healthy vitamin d deficient get some sun rachel get some sun be right back 1.00

00:43:08.460 so i'm jumping down so i'm jumping on my computer going to pre-order town

00:43:22.140 but i got a hankering yearning deep inside for this book called unhumans i just can't

00:43:31.100 hide all right jack was so big here live we've got where i'm told we have ben burkwam just talked

00:43:42.380 to him in the break let's see if we get him up ben are you there outside the courthouse brother

00:43:47.820 i am here man good to be with you jack what's going on man so i understand you just spent three

00:43:53.020 hours around these libtards uh hanging out these in in the courtroom how was that man 1.00

00:44:01.500 yeah i gotta say i'm glad i never became an attorney uh it is the most mind-numbing thing

00:44:07.260 you can imagine especially sitting through the audience it's and in particular i gotta tell you

00:44:11.500 jack when you look at the stakes of what we're dealing with the amount of time wasting that

00:44:16.540 they're putting president trump through uh the the fine detail comb of his life while they allowed

00:44:23.500 hillary clinton to get away with coup treason against america while they allowed joe biden and

00:44:28.940 hunter biden to get away with what they get away with and to see what they're putting president

00:44:32.780 trump through i mean it's boring to be in there but it's worse as an american citizen to see what

00:44:36.860 they're putting president trump through simply because they want to stop him from winning this

00:44:41.260 next election it's absolutely disgusting did you now did you see rachel maddow or any of these other

00:44:47.420 types when they were in there i saw i saw joy reed joy and reed oh my gosh yes joy and we call her

00:44:56.620 joy and we we call her we call her joy and we love her so much cultural appropriate tell me about joy

00:45:02.060 reed yes her culture uh you know they're just you could just sense it in them they're just i mean i'm

00:45:08.300 sure they're bored too but they're just salivating at what's happening they're like hyenas like a pack of

00:45:13.900 hyenas with a bone trying to get it it's just you know just savoring every last moment of it it's 0.96

00:45:19.500 just it's sick it's absolutely sick was it was not could you could you could you get the sense that

00:45:24.700 was was joy reed was she able to keep up with the proceedings did was she able to understand did she

00:45:30.060 have like someone with her to kind of explain to her what was going on well there you're not allowed

00:45:36.380 to talk in the courtroom but there's definitely a team with her um and so i didn't see any conversations

00:45:42.060 going on but uh i didn't see her fall asleep either so you know i'm guessing she paid attention

00:45:46.700 as much as i did you know it's again it's uh it's hard if you're uh you know libtard or not to to pay 0.95

00:45:53.740 to sit through one of these entire things especially with the attorneys the smugness of the prosecutors

00:45:58.460 it's just that that was really the worst part just the you know the the childishness of of by which

00:46:06.540 they asked the questions to david pecker today it's just you know it's like were you there for

00:46:11.820 the no but you there this is something that we've been we've been tracking this on the show

00:46:15.980 and on a more serious note that were you there for the section where they brought up steve bannon uh

00:46:22.140 they were told the jury was sent out and they brought up steve bannon tell us tell us what you

00:46:25.740 heard there yeah it was interesting it was actually at 12 20 the first time they brought up the

00:46:31.900 prosecutors brought up his name and then he took a moment and said oh i'm going to come back to that

00:46:36.220 that at 12 25 i took notes of this uh specifically when i heard it he came back to steve as reference

00:46:42.140 to hearsay it ended up becoming uh there was an objection by the defendants uh in in regards to

00:46:48.860 hearsay and what they were going to try to use this for they that's when the judge actually ended up

00:46:53.980 clearing the courtroom but it was basically in regards to uh steve bannon's working with president

00:47:00.380 trump on the campaign and then his conversations with david pecker as well in regards to

00:47:06.700 uh particularly the hillary clinton stories and pushing negative hillary clinton stories

00:47:13.500 interesting interesting so we're definitely going to see if there's more that comes of that for

00:47:17.580 tomorrow now now ben i got to ask you because we only have a couple of minutes left here until the

00:47:21.340 end of the program uh you also went up and you got to check out some of those gaza camps yesterday that

00:47:26.460 were going on on columbia's campus now i do have to i do have to ask you um did you is are the rumors

00:47:32.620 true ben that you were up there selling lighter fluid to the protesters just in case anybody wanted

00:47:38.620 to uh partake in any extracurricular activities no no but i thought about pouring some on some of the

00:47:46.060 tents as i walked around it now we we actually i'm i'm here with cassandra watkins who's helping me out

00:47:50.940 with the camera work and we actually did a a uh a prayer seven times like a jericho prayer around 0.64

00:47:57.900 the thing walked and prayed and and then just you know called them out for what they were it's just the

00:48:02.700 the height of hypocrisy the irony of this thing is they have this big sign out front that says

00:48:07.340 demilitarize education yet it's a bunch of militant leftist communists that have taken over now

00:48:13.180 now jihadist with them that have taken over columbia university a school where students

00:48:18.460 are paying 60 000 or their parents are paying 60 000 a year for them to go there it's absolutely

00:48:23.660 disgusting but it's more it's just a symptom of the rot that we have in universities across america

00:48:29.260 where we've had 40 years of godless liberal communist now marxist and and uh jihadist ideology 0.97

00:48:36.860 being pushed as somehow you know open-minded thought it's just it's it's absolutely disgusting

00:48:44.140 well ben i've i've said before many times and i'll certainly say so for here that you know if we

00:48:48.700 just start locking up all the professors i think the campuses would suddenly have all their problems

00:48:54.780 solved i don't know we can we we've seen a little bit glimpse of what that looks like

00:48:59.260 last night were you there out for any of the any of the arrests any of the scuffles last night

00:49:05.820 i was at columbia i i wasn't at nyu i was uh i was out from six in the morning till eight nine

00:49:11.980 o'clock at night but we were i didn't go to nyu partly because you know i pray about wisdom

00:49:17.500 just so just so folks know columbia is way uptown nyu is like down midtown the two

00:49:22.940 two totally separate sections of manhattan yeah yeah but this again this is going on everywhere and 0.99

00:49:29.180 just so people understand until this cancer is killed until it's cut out of our country 0.88

00:49:33.820 it's going to continue to grow and the violence is going to grow and 0.97

00:49:36.940 the the intimidation is going to grow uh the what these guys the and and the emboldenment

00:49:42.620 of these radical communist violent godless students is going to grow as well so it has to

00:49:48.300 stop we need a leader in not just in the white house we've got a president trump in there we need

00:49:53.020 leaders in these cities that actually give police the authority to do their job and hold these little

00:49:57.740 cry you know these are the kids that never got the spankings they deserved uh when they were 1.00

00:50:01.500 screaming on the floor in in the supermarket these they need the spankings that they deserved as children 1.00

00:50:06.620 and sadly you have the professors that are egging them on

00:50:11.100 i mean it's it's really as simple as that ben you're a dad i'm a dad you get it and this

00:50:15.100 this is dad this is big dad energy by the way the biggest i said this tucker carlson i said the most

00:50:20.540 masculine word in the english language is the word no it's the word no that's right we're not gonna and

00:50:27.740 nobody ever told these kids no or did so in such a way that they actually believed that ben where

00:50:32.460 you're doing the yeoman's work out there man i hope you're able to catch a breather now that the uh

00:50:36.380 that court's over for today where can people go to follow your coverage

00:50:41.260 at ben burquam i have a ton of footage i haven't released yet stay tuned we're going to start

00:50:45.100 releasing that this afternoon i'm actually going to head out to a couple other locations here

00:50:48.620 uh and then uh but tomorrow no court tomorrow court back in session thursday

00:50:53.500 ben burquam on the scene i heard that he might even be giving out free lighter fluid folks

00:50:58.620 i don't know but if you're up there i would say take him up on the offer ladies and gentlemen

00:51:03.980 as always you have my permission to lay ashore
