00:00:41.540 And by the way, you can use promo code POSO, all caps there, P-O-S-O, for up to 25% off your ticket.

00:00:48.220 I'll see you there. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily,

00:00:54.140 powered by Turning Point USA. Today's top stories, a huge shade war update as Kamala Harris's chief

00:01:00.840 spokeswoman is set to resign. Next, another update, Alec Baldwin claims he didn't pull the trigger.

00:01:08.080 We'll get into that. Third, new body cam footage. Remember when that NBC producer was chasing the

00:01:13.580 Kyle Rittenhouse jury, we've got the tape. And then finally, BLM is putting out a Christmas call

00:01:19.300 for a month-long Christmas boycott of white companies. All of this and more ahead, Human Events Daily.

00:01:36.040 Well, it's been a little while since we've done one of these. And so, ladies and gentlemen,

00:01:40.420 we are back for another Shade War Update.

00:01:46.200 The chief spokeswoman of Vice President Kamala Harris's staff is set to resign. This is a monumental

00:02:01.020 shakeup in terms of all this. But I understand what a lot of people are asking. They're saying,

00:02:05.640 what does this have to do with the Shade War? Isn't this just something that's Kamala Harris's

00:02:11.380 team internal? What does it have to do with Joe Biden's team? So remember, the Shade War is Team 0.64

00:02:16.200 Biden versus Team Kamala. Well, Human Events Daily has the exclusive on this. Do you remember a couple

00:02:23.280 of weeks ago when there was that huge hit piece that came out against Kamala Harris? And they actually 0.92

00:02:30.660 quoted that a high-level Kamala Harris staffer did speak on the record with, I believe it was Politico,

00:02:39.780 or no, excuse me, it was CNN when it came out. It was CNN. They are pinning all of this on Cy Sanders.

00:02:47.780 Team Biden pinned it on Cy Sanders. And then they got Tina Flournoy and everybody else on Team Kamala 0.95

00:02:53.840 to also pin it on Cy Sanders. And here's the thing. It was Cy Sanders. Human Events Daily can confirm

00:03:01.820 that we have been informed by sources with Inside the White House that Cy Sanders was the high-level

00:03:07.500 source for CNN's hit piece on Kamala Harris. What does this mean? Now, CNN, here's the context.

00:03:15.520 They approached Cy Sanders telling her that it would actually be a positive piece on Kamala Harris.

00:03:21.440 They hoodwinked her. They went after Cy Sanders, told her, lied to her, that it was going to be a

00:03:27.340 positive piece. They were going to do a year-in-review kind of thing, talk about Kamala's

00:03:30.840 appointments, talk about her accomplishments. But then they asked a few questions about challenges

00:03:35.400 that the vice president's office has been facing. And then Cy Sanders gave them exactly what they

00:03:41.800 wanted. They baited her and switched. It was a bait and switch from CNN and Jim Acosta's fingerprints

00:03:47.480 were all over it. And so were Team Biden's. That is the shade war update here. Don't mess with these

00:03:54.840 people. As Chuck Schumer once said, they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you. But here's the

00:04:01.260 headline from Daily Mail. That's what we got. Kamala Harris' office is hit by another high-level

00:04:06.260 departure as chief spokeswoman who helped spearhead the vice president's approach to broader crisis

00:04:12.000 quits amid whispering campaign over Harris' dwindling chances of becoming president.

00:04:17.960 Sanders will leave her White House post by the end of December. Sources say her resignation follows

00:04:21.800 that of comms director Ashley Ateni just a few weeks ago. Departures follow a turbulent time

00:04:27.880 for the vice president amid reports of internal tensions. Chatter has grown that Harris is frustrated

00:04:33.240 that her skills aren't being well used. Harris and the White House, of course, strongly denied the

00:04:38.880 reports and insists, all is well. Everything's fine. Don't ask about all those people who seem

00:04:45.200 to keep quitting from the White House. Don't ask about all those hit pieces that seem to be planted

00:04:50.300 in Politico and CNN and Jim Acosta and everything else. Don't even worry about that. Everything is

00:04:56.200 hunky-dory between the vice president and the president. Okay. But you know, Cy Sanders, I reached out

00:05:03.380 to you on Twitter all the way back in 2019 and I said, get off this train. You are better than Joe Biden

00:05:10.100 and you don't need him. But that being said, we have to pull the receipts because we do have the receipts

00:05:16.700 on Cy Sanders. Ladies and gentlemen, play the tape.

00:05:19.900 The United States or a congressman or whatever, I don't care. It's been 20 years, 50 years. I would come

00:05:24.980 forward because I don't think anyone that has ever done that, whether it was once in their life

00:05:28.560 or 50 times, deserves to sit at the highest precipice of power. I totally agree with that.

00:05:32.800 You have no knowledge whether Brett Kavanaugh did what that person did. It doesn't matter. I believe

00:05:36.160 Christine Ford because, no, because when you, to come forward, she has no, um, there's no

00:05:42.140 enticements for her to come forward and to have her life destroyed, to have folks sit on panels such

00:05:46.540 as these and even others and have the, the Senate, the leader in the Senate, uh, basically tear down 0.92

00:05:51.820 her character and assert that she's a liar. So there's no incentive for her to come forward 1.00

00:05:55.740 except to tell the truth, except to do her due diligence. And so this isn't a criminal proceeding.

00:06:00.480 So yet again, another high level scalp from the white house for human events daily. You know,

00:06:06.380 when it comes to these things, I don't want our country to be run by idiots, especially stupid 1.00

00:06:12.940 idiots like this. And at the end of the day, I'm going to give you the best advice possible. 1.00

00:06:19.360 Resign, resign immediately. So Cy Sanders, I applaud you.

00:06:22.700 You are doing the right thing. And I wish that Kamala Harris, the vice president,

00:06:31.260 that president Biden, that press secretary Psaki would follow your lead, lead, follow,

00:06:37.640 or get out of the way. It's as simple as that. And Cy Sanders, you are getting out of the way.

00:06:43.600 That is the right move, not only for you and your career, by the way, but also for the American people.

00:06:49.040 You know, in this next segment, Alec Baldwin, I just, I don't even know how we could,

00:07:02.260 how we could, Stephanopoulos and ABC, I just, I didn't pull that trigger.

00:07:08.880 Alec Baldwin, the actor, goes on George Stephanopoulos, and he is acting up a storm.

00:07:15.360 Give this guy the Emmy, the Oscar. I don't even know how it works for a TV interview because this

00:07:21.740 time he's not just acting for a part. He's trying to act his way out of going to jail. He's not going

00:07:28.580 to the opera house. He's going to the big house. So Alec Baldwin claims that he didn't pull the

00:07:34.920 trigger. Watch the clip.

00:07:36.200 She was someone who was loved by everyone who worked with and liked by everyone who worked with

00:07:40.560 and admired. I mean, even now, I find it hard to believe that. It just doesn't seem, it doesn't seem

00:07:54.500 real to me.

00:07:56.540 You haven't said much in public since that tragic accident. Why speak out now?

00:08:02.540 I think the big question, and the one you must have asked yourself a thousand times,

00:08:06.340 how could this have happened?

00:08:11.480 You've described it as a one in a trillion shot, and the gun was in your hand.

00:08:16.680 How do you come to terms with that?

00:08:20.660 It wasn't in the script for the trigger to be pulled.

00:08:24.060 Well, the trigger wasn't pulled. I didn't pull the trigger.

00:08:25.980 So you never pulled the trigger?

00:08:27.400 No, no, no, no. I would never point a gun at anyone and pull a trigger at them, never.

00:08:30.760 What did you think happened? How did a real bullet get on that set?

00:08:34.660 I have no idea. Someone put a live bullet in a gun, a bullet that wasn't even supposed to be

00:08:39.160 on the property.

00:08:41.080 How do you respond to actors like George Clooney who say that every time they were handed a gun,

00:08:45.060 they checked it themselves?

00:08:47.840 Your emotions are so clearly so right there on the surface. You felt shock. You felt anger.

00:08:54.820 You felt sadness. Do you feel guilt?

00:08:58.900 You said you're not a victim, but is this the worst thing that's ever happened to you?

00:09:02.340 Yes. Yeah. Yeah.

00:09:07.420 Because I, I, I think back and I think of what could I have done?

00:09:13.760 You know, George, I don't even know what happened. The gun was just in my hand and I would,

00:09:18.020 I would never, I would never, I would never do it. I would never, I would never, no, never, ever, ever.

00:09:24.000 It's all about you, isn't it, Alec? It's all about you. It's not about Helena Hutchins who lost her life.

00:09:30.600 It's not about her husband. It's not about her son. It's not about the other people on that set that you

00:09:35.400 endangered because of your reckless disregard for the use of a deadly instrument in the presence of others.

00:09:42.980 You didn't check that rifle, excuse me, that handgun. You didn't check the handgun. You didn't check the weapon.

00:09:48.640 You didn't check that platform, that revolver. You didn't pop it out. You didn't spin it. You did none of that.

00:09:54.680 I agree with Gloria Allred. You decided to play Russian roulette with people's lives and you lost.

00:10:03.520 More importantly, they lost. But we know what's going on here, folks.

00:10:06.900 This is the regime's man. Alec Baldwin is a made man in this situation that we're in, in this country

00:10:16.560 that we're in, this occupied country that we're in. And so Alec Baldwin, the same rules that would

00:10:22.520 apply to anybody else, Kyle Rittenhouse, in a clear situation, right, of self-defense, has to have 14

00:10:31.040 months of his life ruined and be put through an aggressive ordeal, terrorizing him, his family.

00:10:38.460 They're trying to throw him out of ASU and all of this. But Alec Baldwin doesn't even face charges

00:10:46.320 when he kills someone through, and here's the key word, it's not an accident. It's negligence.

00:10:54.740 It is reckless negligence and reckless disregard for human life. When you have a handgun in your hand,

00:11:00.380 when you have a firearm in your hand, and guess what? If someone hands it to you and says,

00:11:05.800 hey, it's unloaded, who do you trust when they hand you a gun and say it's unloaded? Who do you

00:11:10.540 trust? The answer is no one, not a single person. You check every single gun. The first rule of firearm

00:11:20.800 safety, treat every gun as if it's loaded. That's the first thing anyone is taught about these things.

00:11:27.120 Alec Baldwin has been on movie sets for years and years and years, decades. He knows this. He knows

00:11:33.460 this. But here's the thing, folks. This is the apology tour. You can already see the regime

00:11:39.680 machine, right? The propaganda machine is already getting behind him. They're already lining things

00:11:44.680 up. If you tweet about this, you'll get all sorts of people in your mentions saying, this was an

00:11:48.460 accident. You can't treat it like this. You feel so bad. Just look at him. He's an actor. He's an actor,

00:11:53.900 ladies and gentlemen. Of course, he's acting. There's no special rules for actors. There's no

00:11:58.640 special rules for high-level liberals. But guess what? There are. There's one set of rules for the

00:12:05.700 ruling class and their servants like Alec Baldwin, and there's another set of rules for anyone else.

00:12:11.260 If that was you or me or anybody on the right that had done something like this,

00:12:17.340 they'd be going away for the rest of their lives. But when it's Alec Baldwin, he gets to go on ABC,

00:12:24.760 owned by Disney, remember, owned by Disney, with George Stephanopoulos, a former Clinton staffer.

00:12:30.040 And he's able to act his way around this. And so half the country, this is the funny part,

00:12:34.500 half the country will totally fall for it. They'll totally buy it, hook, line, and sinker. And Alec

00:12:40.440 Baldwin will go off and never serve a single day behind bars. Are you paying attention yet?

00:12:54.480 So a pretty cool thing dropped in my inbox yesterday. Getter is doing a giveaway. So it's

00:12:59.520 the Getter giveaway. They're calling it the home for the holidays. What it is, mortgage or rent payments

00:13:04.060 for an entire year, but you have to sign up by December 12th. So that's really soon. You've got

00:13:15.160 annual rent or mortgage obligation, no purchase necessary, US 18 plus, et cetera, et cetera.

00:13:19.740 Go see the rules. They'll have it up on there. But look, we know that the Twitter CEO just changed

00:13:24.300 over. The Wokies are in control. The censorship regime is coming to Twitter. Get the lifeboats ready. 1.00

00:13:30.300 Getter is the lifeboats. So go there, check out the home for the holiday sweeps.

00:13:34.060 Pretty cool. Mortgage or rent payments up to 20 grand for an entire year. What kind of other

00:13:38.880 social media is going to give you that, right? Very, very cool. Appreciate it. Great guys over

00:13:43.440 there at Getter. Make sure you sign up today. The body cam footage of the NBC producer that

00:13:50.180 followed Kyle Rittenhouse's jury vehicle has just been released. And this is way worse than reported.

00:13:58.220 And if it were any of us, by the way, if that were human events daily that had gone and chased

00:14:02.260 down a bus full of reporters, we'd be going to jail. Look at this body cam footage from NBC. This is

00:14:10.220 atrocious. Were you following a vehicle? I was trying to see. I was being called by New York going,

00:14:18.040 maybe these are people you need to follow, but I don't know. I was trying to.

00:14:24.360 You're trying to what? Just do what they told me to do. New York told you to follow a vehicle?

00:14:29.400 Yes. Your, what, your office is in New York or what? That's right. How did they know about this vehicle?

00:14:38.900 Law enforcement wants to talk to you.

00:14:46.080 Hi, this is Officer Jones, Canoche Police. We're trying to figure out what's going on here,

00:14:51.160 why you have a reporter or producer following vehicles out here. Hold on. I will put you on

00:14:59.120 speakerphone because you're connected to this car. Can you go again? Can you hear me? I can hear you

00:15:06.540 now. Okay. Hi, officer. My name is Irene. I'm a booking producer with NBC News. We were just trying to

00:15:16.340 see if it's, um, if it's possible to, um, to find any leads about, um, about the case. And so we were,

00:15:31.040 we, uh, we were just keeping our distance, um, just to see, like, where, um, keep people involved in,

00:15:39.880 in the, in the trial, um, are positioned. There by no means were we trying to get in contact

00:15:46.160 with any of, any of the jury members or whoever's in the car. We just were, um, trying to see,

00:15:53.780 like, where, um, where key players in the trial may be at. All right. So real quick, how you,

00:16:02.460 you, you've asked him to follow, uh, like any vehicle? Did you know which vehicle he was following?

00:16:08.520 Harry? We just, we just had, um, our people positioned in different areas of the courthouse

00:16:16.820 to, um, to see if anyone, like, um, would be able to, um, in, in different areas. And so we,

00:16:29.420 we were just like. So you remember they were trying to deny this, right? They were trying to claim it

00:16:34.440 wasn't them, but the judge already had the information and the judge booted NBC and MSNBC 0.62

00:16:39.420 from the courtroom, judge Schrader. Now we have the video. They lied. This, uh, this producer,

00:16:46.120 Irene Byron was on the phone with the police and we have it in the body cam. And she confirmed

00:16:52.760 that this freelancer or producer, whatever he was, was working for them and was told to,

00:16:58.660 uh, we're just, uh, you know, we're just, we're not trying to intimidate them. Exactly. We're just

00:17:02.680 trying to see, uh, see where they're at to keep players. No, this was juror intimidation.

00:17:09.040 NBC and MSNBC shouldn't have just been banned from that trial. They should be banned from every

00:17:13.500 single courthouse, every single trial, everywhere in the country. This is the Schrader standard.

00:17:20.520 MEC and these journalists will do anything in their power to achieve the narrative, achieve the

00:17:26.800 results they want. These people should be in jail. This Byron, she should be in jail. This

00:17:32.320 freelancer, he should be in jail. They should be all held in contempt of court. They should be drug

00:17:36.900 out to Kenosha and put in the Huskow there before judge Schrader can figure out what he wants to do

00:17:43.320 with them. Charge every single one of these journalists for this. And if there isn't a law 0.55

00:17:48.340 on the books already to charge these journalists, well, folks, we're going to have to get one.

00:17:53.420 Ladies and gentlemen, the Christmas holiday is fast approaching. You need to go to MyPillow.com,

00:18:02.740 use promo code POSO as fast as possible. Get your order in. I just got mine in for the POSO family.

00:18:08.220 We also got some stuff that we're going to use for donations for our local church. They're doing a

00:18:11.700 drive for needy families in the area. Make sure you go today, get your order in, beat the shipping

00:18:17.540 lanes before Secretary Buttigieg and everything else can, can bog it all down with the supply

00:18:22.340 chain crisis. Make sure you go. But, but you might want to put a bump to pump the brakes on that

00:18:29.880 because apparently, apparently some people don't want you shopping at MyPillow.com. What do I mean?

00:18:34.780 Black Lives Matter has called for a month long Christmas boycott of white companies. What does

00:18:41.280 that mean? According to this back review, the national arm of Black Lives Matter is calling for a month

00:18:46.780 long boycott against white companies. That would extend through New Year's Day, encouraging supporters 1.00

00:18:50.900 to help end white supremacist capitalism. White supremacist capitalism, their phrase,

00:18:57.540 uses policing to protect profits and steal Black life. The Black Lives Matter Global Network 0.90

00:19:03.000 Foundation wrote on Instagram, skip the Black Friday sales and buy exclusively from Black-owned 0.98

00:19:08.100 businesses. We are dreaming of a Black Xmas. That means no spending on white companies from 1.00

00:19:12.960 11-26 to 0-1-01-2022. It's kind of interesting, by the way. So they actually have like the start

00:19:19.400 and cutoff dates. So it's, it's only racist if you do it between these days. If you, if you'd

00:19:24.160 purchase something on 11-25 or you purchase something on January 2nd, you're in the clear,

00:19:28.520 not racist. But if you buy it within these days, so you can, this is amazing to me. It's, it's,

00:19:33.280 it's a transitory racism, right? Remember transitory inflation? Now we have transitory racism.

00:19:38.580 It's only between these dates, which is a new thing, apparently. Oh, and of course, funny enough,

00:19:43.160 they've got their own swag site up, blackxmas.org that you can go to. So you get what's going on.

00:19:49.160 All right, this is a grift. Listen to, and watch this video, by the way, from last year

00:19:53.040 of a BLM protest in Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills.

00:19:57.360 Let's go!

00:20:03.940 Let's go!

00:20:07.940 Let's go!

00:20:09.940 Let's go!

00:20:23.940 Let's go!

00:20:36.520 Let's go!

00:20:40.520 Let's go!

00:20:53.100 Let's go!

00:20:57.100 Let's go!

00:21:24.680 Well, I can tell you what I'm going to be doing this Christmas. Um, I'm going to be

00:21:29.940 going to mypillow.com and using promo code POSO. And I would encourage all of you to do

00:21:35.060 so as well. As opposed to the Black Lives Matter Network, I think you guys have got enough 1.00

00:21:39.760 money. We know all about your real estate holdings and your mansions and everything else. Sorry,

00:21:45.080 you don't need it. That's all the time we have here on Human Events Daily for today. Remember,

00:21:49.360 of course, to continue to be the influence agent. Share this out with your, particularly

00:21:54.820 with your normie friends. Remember, it's only 25 minutes a day. Our motto to you, be good,

00:21:59.580 be brief, be gone. Thank you so much, by the way, for going and leaving us your five-star

00:22:03.180 reviews. We really appreciate that. That helps us out. That helps us with our ratings. That

00:22:07.160 helps us cut across the censorship that's out there. We are busting through the censorship.

00:22:12.520 They cannot stop us no matter which new CEO they put in charge of these organizations

00:22:17.560 because we are going out and we are going on Rumble, which just announced they are going
