00:00:18.680 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily.
00:00:22.160 First up, a clinical psychologist describes Epstein's grooming tactics in the Ghislaine Maxwell case.
00:00:29.060 Next, CIA directors for 14 years covered up a series of child sex crimes within Langley.
00:00:37.180 Third, the Waukesha massacre suspect had a 6 of 6 risk report when released by the DA, according to new documents.
00:00:44.380 And finally, Jussie Smollett's lawyers claim the judge attacked them.
00:00:49.120 And they're asking for a mistrial. All this in Warhead, Human Events Daily.
00:00:59.060 Truly disgusting stuff coming out of the New York City case.
00:01:09.260 Ghislaine Maxwell, the descriptions of the grooming, the types of operations that were going on.
00:01:15.120 We're not getting a lot about the Epstein network.
00:01:17.400 But one thing that did come out in the trial was that prosecutors brought forward a child psychologist
00:01:23.820 to talk to us about the stages of grooming that are used by people like Epstein and Maxwell in these types of situations.
00:01:33.680 Psychologist Lisa Rocchio, a clinical psychologist, testified that adults who sexually abuse children
00:01:39.420 commonly engage in a process that can be thought of as having five basic steps.
00:01:43.720 One, selecting a victim.
00:01:46.520 Two, obtaining access to and isolating the victim.
00:01:50.040 Three, using lies, deceit, and manipulation to build trust and attachment.
00:01:56.000 Four, desensitizing a victim to physical and sexual touching.
00:02:00.220 And five, maintaining control to coerce the victim into accepting continued abuse.
00:02:06.440 Dr. Rocchio said that the grooming process could include giving gifts, building rapport through expressions of concern,
00:02:12.720 bringing up sexual subjects in conversation, and slowly escalating sexualized physical interactions with prospective victims.
00:02:21.040 So to all parents out there, or to anybody that's involved in any type of organization that involves children,
00:02:28.300 these are the types of things you need to look out for.
00:02:32.740 Now, obviously, that doesn't mean, look, you know, you see somebody give a gift, you see someone being friendly, right?
00:02:37.880 Obviously, that doesn't mean that's a person that's conducting grooming.
00:02:41.340 But what you want to watch out for are these red flags.
00:02:44.140 You want to watch out for the isolation.
00:02:46.140 You want to watch out for anybody who's mentioning any of these, you know, sexual or really just adult topics
00:02:52.100 in basic conversation with someone who's under age.
00:02:56.380 These are the red flags to watch out for.
00:02:58.720 And as we will see, these are the things that start coming up more and more with Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein as this case continues.
00:03:08.440 But there was also testimony yesterday from Jeffrey Epstein's housekeeper.
00:03:13.420 Now, this guy had not only access to the premises, but access to Epstein's black books.
00:03:20.980 Take a listen.
00:03:21.820 This testimony today showed really how intertwined Maxwell and Epstein's lives were.
00:03:26.660 Right.
00:03:28.260 I think today we got sort of more of a narrative of exactly how this household ran and what kinds of, you know, visitors they had and how, you know, Maxwell ran this household.
00:03:41.680 Really, she did the hiring and firing, and she seemed to pull a lot of the strings, even at one point directing employees to complete tasks in a 58-page booklet that she put together.
00:03:53.440 So, you get, we were getting more of a narrative of exactly how this operation ran, this sex trafficking operation.
00:04:03.740 Today, the defense brought up some inconsistencies in one accuser's testimony.
00:04:08.320 How damaging in your mind?
00:04:09.640 Well, you know, it's very early on.
00:04:13.120 It's only day four of the trial.
00:04:14.480 We still have three other accusers that are going to take the stand.
00:04:17.800 But I think that Maxwell, you know, she has hired herself a team of really aggressive attorneys.
00:04:24.380 And one of them who questioned Jane was very good at pointing out the inconsistencies between the testimony or the information that she gave authorities a year, even a year ago, and how it differed from the testimony that she gave in court on Wednesday.
00:04:43.920 You probably know this case much better than most.
00:04:46.840 Was there anything presented in the trial so far that surprised you?
00:04:49.660 I think overall, so far anyway, I'm surprised that the evidence or the testimony isn't more damning.
00:04:59.640 They really haven't, as of yet anyway, you know, tied Maxwell to this trafficking.
00:05:08.380 What they've done really is indicted Epstein.
00:05:11.740 And of course, Epstein is dead and they're not going to be able to punish him.
00:05:15.560 And so I think to some degree, the elephant in the room really is Epstein.
00:05:20.340 And most of the victims are saying he's the one that abused them.
00:05:24.660 So I think, you know, they have to, you know, with the other victims that are going to take the stand, perhaps they will provide more evidence of Maxwell's involvement.
00:05:33.960 That actually plays right toward what the defense said from the very beginning.
00:05:37.160 You want to be trying Epstein, but you can't because he's dead.
00:05:40.120 You shouldn't be trying her.
00:05:41.180 Right. And I think that the witness yesterday, because they had, she had so many inconsistencies, I think that that played into the defense story a little bit.
00:05:55.160 But as I said, you know.
00:05:57.240 And as the case is going on, Daily Mail just hit us with an exclusive last night.
00:06:02.280 Jeffrey Epstein's access to the Clinton White House laid bare.
00:06:07.180 Visitor logs reveal the pedophile visited the former president at least 17 times, including a dozen in 1994, twice in one day on three separate occasions.
00:06:18.920 Visitor logs exclusively revealed by DailyMail.com revealed Jeffrey Epstein visited the White House 17 times during Clinton's first term, 1993 to 1995.
00:06:27.820 These documents were released as part of a FOIA request.
00:06:30.280 The late financier was invited by some of Clinton's most senior advisors and aides, including Robert Rubin, who later served as Clinton's treasury secretary.
00:06:40.360 While Epstein's crimes did not become public knowledge until his 2006 arrest, the visits would have occurred around the time his alleged madam, Ghislaine Maxwell, or as we call her, Lady Epstein, was allegedly procuring underage girls for him.
00:06:55.340 This is a question that the Clintons have never significantly answered.
00:07:01.880 President Trump has gone over this again and again.
00:07:05.620 One flight from Palm Beach to New York, when he found out what was going on, he kicked Epstein and banned him from Mar-a-Lago.
00:07:14.180 It's very clear what happened here, but most importantly, it's also very clear that we need more information about these black books and every single person who was involved with this network and at what level.
00:07:26.700 So this next story is one of those ones where you're like, come on, that can't be real.
00:07:37.900 Last segment, we talked all about the Epstein Network.
00:07:42.400 This segment, according to new documents that have just been released via FOIA, Freedom of Information Act, to BuzzFeed News, and credit where credit is due, actual documents released to BuzzFeed News, Jason Leopold,
00:07:54.220 CIA files say staffers committed sex crimes involving children.
00:07:59.920 They weren't prosecuted.
00:08:01.220 What does this mean?
00:08:02.420 Directors of the CIA, going all the way back to the President Bush years, under President Bush, President Obama, and on forward, covered up child sex abuse that was going on within the CIA, or at least within CIA officers' ranks.
00:08:18.980 One employee had sexual contact with a two-year-old and a six-year-old.
00:08:23.640 He was fired.
00:08:24.740 A second employee purchased three sexually explicit videos of young girls filmed by their mothers.
00:08:29.960 He resigned.
00:08:31.260 A third employee estimated that he had viewed up to 1,400 sexually abusive images of children while on CIA assignments.
00:08:45.020 The records do not say what option, if any.
00:08:47.000 The CIA took against him, a contractor who arranged for sex with an undercover FBI agent posing as a child, had his contract revoked.
00:08:56.880 So, you remember the CIA, right, folks?
00:08:59.380 This is that organization that's run by John Brennan that was told again and again to us.
00:09:05.040 They said again and again, we just have America's best interests at heart.
00:09:08.340 Remember, 17 intel agencies, 17 intel agencies are all telling us the truth about Trump, the truth about Russia, the truth about white rage, whatever else is going on out there.
00:09:21.240 Listen to John Brennan talking about Russia collusion just a few years ago.
00:09:25.080 I encountered and I'm aware of information and intelligence that revealed contacts and interactions between Russian officials and U.S.
00:09:36.760 persons involved in the Trump campaign that I was concerned about because of known Russian efforts to suborn such individuals.
00:09:49.080 And it raised questions in my mind, again, whether or not the Russians were able to gain the cooperation of those individuals.
00:09:57.480 I don't know whether or not such collusion, that's your term, such collusion existed.
00:10:04.020 I don't know.
00:10:04.740 But I know that there was a sufficient basis of information and intelligence that required further investigation by the bureau to determine whether or not U.S.
00:10:15.180 persons were actively conspiring, colluding.
00:10:18.540 On April 2010, a special agent, April 8th, 2010, contacted the CIA Office of Inspector General regarding agency contractor, name is redacted,
00:10:27.080 advising him that he had gone into an online chat room in an attempt to travel interstate for the purposes of having sex with what he believed to be an underage child.
00:10:39.240 Well, it turns out that the person he was talking to, who is supposedly going to be this essentially a groomer for one of these children,
00:10:46.580 was actually an undercover special agent from the FBI using an entrapment operation with this chat room.
00:10:53.560 So the CIA is going into these online chat rooms, I don't even know where you go to find stuff like that, on CIA IP addresses.
00:11:05.240 That means while they're at work.
00:11:06.980 That means while they're at work.
00:11:09.840 So John Brennan, very, very, very concerned with, you know, the dossier, the Steele dossier, which was completely fake, which was completely bogus.
00:11:17.280 But when you have stuff like this, here again, one CIA agent admitted to the IG inappropriate sexual contact with one child victim,
00:11:28.000 inappropriate sexual activity with a second child victim, and an examination confirmed he was found to have extensively downloaded child pornography.
00:11:37.200 Folks, I'm not talking about just their home computers.
00:11:40.240 This is on their government computers, pedophiles, Pentagon, CIA, Langley.
00:11:48.360 So, forgive me if I'm not going to immediately jump when you tell me that Russia is hacking the elections,
00:11:56.920 when you've literally got pedophiles sitting behind the keyboards of Langley telling us that they know what's going on around the world and inside our own government.
00:12:06.600 Well, regime and corporate media have all but stopped talking about the Waukesha Massacre.
00:12:17.980 But Human Events Daily is not one of those.
00:12:20.360 So we are going to continue talking about it.
00:12:24.080 New documents show that Daryl Brooks was assessed as a 6-6 risk to the public.
00:12:30.380 But the DA let him out anyway due to bail reform and criminal justice reform policies.
00:12:35.840 So if we look at these documents, Milwaukee County Pre-Trial Risk Assessment Report, PSA Assessment Date, 11-5-21, November 5th, 2021.
00:12:47.580 Just a few days before this horrific attack took place.
00:12:50.920 And I should mention, by the way, that there are still children and parade attendees that are in the ICU in critical condition as we speak today because of this situation.
00:13:03.160 And I've been told that we are putting together essentially a drive to be able to try to raise some funds, raise some support for these families and for these kids.
00:13:14.980 And more to come on that.
00:13:16.540 But we've got something in the works because it is very horrific.
00:13:20.140 And not only should no family ever have to deal with something like that, clearly no family should have to deal something with that at Christmas time.
00:13:27.300 Six out of six.
00:13:28.540 And it goes through all the different risk factors.
00:13:31.020 Red of the red in terms of this.
00:13:33.020 The system, as you know, they used to say this after 9-11.
00:13:35.520 The system was flashing red when it came to this guy.
00:13:39.080 I'm also going to pull up now.
00:13:40.760 We've got his record.
00:13:42.080 This is someone, by the way, who never should have been out on the street.
00:13:45.980 His mother has come out and said that he was actually getting some kind of mental health treatment.
00:13:52.600 And I've got to tell you, that's something that I've talked about so many times.
00:13:57.440 And I'll mention it again now.
00:13:59.660 We need to reopen inpatient mental health facilities in this country.
00:14:05.840 You cannot have people like this, habitual offenders, whether they're addicts or whether they're people who have mental issues.
00:14:13.360 They cannot just be allowed back out on the street.
00:14:16.360 You're going to lead to more situations like this.
00:14:19.800 We have to get out of this idea, this ridiculous notion that you can just prescribe people pharmaceuticals and then put them out on their own and that they're going to be perfectly fine.
00:14:30.220 Look at Kensington, Philadelphia.
00:14:31.880 Look at Waukesha, Wisconsin.
00:14:33.200 This is the situation, and you're going to get more Waukesha's.
00:14:37.560 You're going to get more Kensington's.
00:14:39.080 You're going to get more San Francisco's the more you continue to do this.
00:14:42.600 You look at this guy's record.
00:14:43.660 Back to 1999.
00:14:45.300 Aggravated battery.
00:14:46.400 Carrying concealed weapon.
00:14:47.520 Resisting obstruction.
00:14:48.480 Loitering.
00:14:49.540 Obstructing an officer.
00:14:50.740 Resisting.
00:14:51.360 Resisting.
00:14:52.240 Receiving stolen property.
00:14:53.460 Paternity warrants.
00:14:55.180 Strangulation and suffocation.
00:14:57.000 Domestic abuse battery.
00:14:58.220 More warrants.
00:15:00.780 More bail jumping.
00:15:02.800 More possession.
00:15:03.740 Possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
00:15:06.500 Use of a firearm in domestic abuse.
00:15:10.200 More paternity warrants.
00:15:11.540 Domestic battery.
00:15:12.760 Bail jumping.
00:15:13.480 Endangering safety.
00:15:14.280 This is the one early November where we were told that he had essentially run over his
00:15:22.000 girlfriend just a few days before this happened.
00:15:26.600 This is a guy that shouldn't have been out on the street.
00:15:29.280 Whether it's behind bars or behind an institution's walls where he's getting the care he needs.
00:15:35.380 We need to be better about protecting our people.
00:15:39.800 Even Joe Rogan actually mentioned this.
00:15:41.960 And I'm going to play that out because I appreciate Joe for mentioning this.
00:15:44.460 Give yourself a headache.
00:15:45.220 If you took all these steps.
00:15:45.840 If you took all these steps.
00:15:46.720 Step one.
00:15:47.640 Defund the police.
00:15:48.640 Step one.
00:15:49.460 Hire these insane progressive air quotes.
00:15:52.840 Crime loving prosecutors.
00:15:54.580 DAs that are letting people off.
00:15:56.820 And like the guy in Wisconsin that ran over those 50 people.
00:15:59.360 That guy.
00:16:00.140 They had just.
00:16:01.100 He had tried to run over his girlfriend.
00:16:02.980 He was out on only a thousand dollars bail.
00:16:05.120 He tried to kill somebody with a car.
00:16:06.840 He was out on a thousand dollars bail.
00:16:08.160 And then he runs over 50 people in a car.
00:16:10.300 Engineered recidivism.
00:16:11.100 And then here's the f***ed up part.
00:16:12.240 The way they're covering that story in the news.
00:16:13.880 It's all about the car.
00:16:14.580 The man.
00:16:15.420 It's not the man who killed those people.
00:16:17.240 It's an accident that was caused by an SUV.
00:16:19.680 A f***ing SUV caused an accident?
00:16:21.320 What are you saying?
00:16:22.160 Did it go haywire?
00:16:23.140 Did the auto driving feature go nuts and it just plowed into the crowd?
00:16:26.240 No.
00:16:26.320 This evil man with real problems.
00:16:29.180 Like a really psychologically f***ed human being drove into a crowd of strangers.
00:16:33.520 Now I want to mention as well that if you want to continue supporting us, remember, Twitter
00:16:38.000 is going to start taking down information like this.
00:16:40.640 We put out these records.
00:16:41.720 We put out these documents.
00:16:42.780 Twitter has said if you post private media, they're calling it, you're going to take it
00:16:46.160 down.
00:16:46.720 That's why you've got to go sign up for Getter right now.
00:16:50.480 Get on the lifeboats.
00:16:52.540 It's now or never.
00:16:53.860 They are going to start shutting you down.
00:16:55.300 You saw what Facebook did to Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:16:57.020 You saw what Twitter is going to start doing to people like me, to people like anyone that
00:17:01.020 are just posting true information that they consider essentially harmful to the regime
00:17:05.620 narrative.
00:17:06.260 Get on Getter.
00:17:07.220 Get on the lifeboats.
00:17:13.100 Well, Christmas isn't just coming.
00:17:15.040 Christmas time is here.
00:17:16.760 We are in the advent season.
00:17:19.240 For myself, I know Christmas has started because it's December 3rd, and that is my son's birthday,
00:17:23.840 AJ.
00:17:24.200 So happy birthday, AJ.
00:17:25.320 But for everybody else out there, you still have time to get your presents.
00:17:31.020 And that means going to MyPillow.com, using promo code POSO, get these special deals in
00:17:36.880 now before the supply chain crisis rocks down on everybody, comes down on everybody.
00:17:43.220 By the way, they're saying chicken tenders, right?
00:17:45.180 They're coming after our attendees.
00:17:46.380 We're not going to be able to get those out anymore.
00:17:49.080 So go in, get your order.
00:17:50.720 MyPillow.com, you got the sheets, you got the towels, you got the mattress toppers.
00:17:53.960 There are specials that are running all throughout the month of December, and I believe this week
00:17:58.520 they're doing special cyber sales all this week.
00:18:01.240 So go in, get your order.
00:18:03.980 This next story, it's, you know, there's another case that's been going on.
00:18:07.500 We haven't covered it day to day, but man, you got this headline.
00:18:10.840 I just had to mention it.
00:18:12.920 Jussie Smollett.
00:18:13.660 You guys remember Jussie Smollett.
00:18:15.120 Jussie Smollett.
00:18:15.760 He's on trial for, as we all know, faking the hate crime that took place a couple of
00:18:21.140 years ago in Chicago, or I guess it was early last year.
00:18:25.380 His lawyers are now claiming, this is how bad his case is going.
00:18:29.280 His lawyers are claiming that the judge in the case attacked them.
00:18:34.220 The judge attacked them, and they're asking for a mistrial.
00:18:37.600 Listen to this.
00:18:38.060 Like a scene on Empire, drama inside Judge James Lynn's courtroom, Jussie Smollett's
00:18:43.180 attorney called for a mistrial, in part for a comment made by Lynn, accusing Judge Lynn
00:18:48.700 of physically lunging at attorney Tamara Walker during a sidebar huddle amongst lawyers.
00:18:54.220 Attorneys also accused the judge of making snarling faces throughout testimony.
00:18:59.360 Judge Lynn denied the allegations and the request for a mistrial, saying, quote,
00:19:03.640 I'm stunned that you would consider a mistrial.
00:19:07.500 Ola Osindaro, another star witness in the case against Jussie Smollett, testified Thursday,
00:19:13.340 explaining to the jury that the actor instructed him to place a rope around his neck and douse
00:19:18.360 him in gasoline.
00:19:19.380 He said in court, I wasn't comfortable pouring gasoline on somebody.
00:19:22.980 I didn't think it was safe.
00:19:24.500 Instead, he filled a hot sauce bottle with bleach.
00:19:28.120 The rope was still draped around Smollett's neck when police arrived to his apartment.
00:19:32.620 Ola says Smollett didn't trust him to do the punching during the staged attack.
00:19:37.640 He said, quote, he didn't think I'd be able to hold back my punches.
00:19:41.560 Smollett is facing felony disorderly conduct charges for lying to police about staging his
00:19:46.360 own attack and paying the brothers to carry it out.
00:19:49.540 Abel Osindara also testified and denied questions from Smollett's attorneys, suggesting that he
00:19:55.520 was romantically involved with the actor.
00:19:57.580 Friends of Smollett standing by his claims of innocence.
00:20:00.280 I've known him for so long, and there is no way that Jussie Smollett would do anything
00:20:06.800 like this.
00:20:07.960 And of course, we all remember what Kamala Harris had to say about her good friend Jussie.
00:20:12.860 Which tweet?
00:20:13.820 What tweet?
00:20:14.360 About saying that it is a modern day lynching that...
00:20:19.300 Sorry.
00:20:20.860 Jussie Smollett.
00:20:23.380 Um, okay, so I will say this about that case.
00:20:29.440 I think that the facts are still unfolding, and I'm very concerned about, obviously...
00:20:37.180 Now look, I don't know exactly what the sentencing phase is going to be in this, but Jussie, you
00:20:42.780 got caught, and it's so bad that your own lawyers are trying to do everything they can to literally
00:20:50.900 pull a Jussie Smollett to get out of this.
00:20:54.940 The judge ain't going to buy it, and I guarantee you, the jurors are definitely not going to
00:20:59.880 buy it.
00:21:01.300 You messed up, man.
00:21:02.780 You messed up.
00:21:04.000 You didn't like that you weren't getting paid enough on your show, so you wanted to go
00:21:06.860 big, you thought you could play games, and everyone in politics went along with this.
00:21:12.680 It's very sad.
00:21:13.920 I guess you could just say, it's maca country.
00:21:16.280 Well, that's all the time we have for today.
00:21:17.900 That is, finishes up our week here on Human Events Daily.
00:21:22.120 I want to remind everybody, be the influence agent.
00:21:25.560 Share this out with your normie friends.
00:21:27.340 Remember, our motto to you, be good, be brief, be gone.
00:21:31.780 This is information, not indoctrination, Human Events Daily.
00:21:37.080 But before we go, it's time for today's moment of history.
00:21:40.080 Edward R. Murrow, today, December 3rd, 1943, delivered his classic orchestrated hell broadcast
00:21:47.200 over CBS radio, describing a nighttime bombing raid in Berlin.
00:21:51.780 He commented, men die in the sky while others are roasted alive in their cellars.
00:21:57.200 Berlin last night wasn't a pretty sight.
00:21:58.980 In about 35 minutes, it was hit with about three times of the amount of stuff that ever
00:22:03.740 came down on London in a night-long blitz.
00:22:06.880 Total war is not a place that we ever want to see happen again.
00:22:11.260 Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.
00:22:16.240 Cut.
